- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you Center. We have got a lot to talk about,
- 0:06Speaker 1: including some shocking economic numbers that are telling a large
- 0:12Speaker 1: percentage of Americans that home ownership may not be attainable
- 0:16Speaker 1: for you under the Biden administration's Bidenomics.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Well, the reality of Bidenomics is coming home to roost
- 0:23Speaker 2: for a lot of people, and the latest stats are
- 0:26Speaker 2: showing that more than half of Americans are no longer
- 0:29Speaker 2: in a position to afford a median priced home. It
- 0:32Speaker 2: is stunning, and it is imposing real harms on real Americans.
- 0:37Speaker 2: We also have the latest stats of what's happening at
- 0:40Speaker 2: the border and in particular a Chinese invasion under Joe Biden.
- 0:45Speaker 2: The number of Chinese nationals crossing the border is skyrocketing
- 0:49Speaker 2: under Joe Biden, going up and up and up. We're
- 0:51Speaker 2: going to break all that down, and finally we're going
- 0:53Speaker 2: to talk about Robert F. Kennedy Junior, and in particular,
- 0:56Speaker 2: he went on CNN. CNN through him what they thought
- 1:00Speaker 2: would be just softball to say Trump is horrible at
- 1:05Speaker 2: a threat to democracy, and Robert F. Kennedy Junior shocked
- 1:08Speaker 2: CNN by saying no, actually, he thought there was a
- 1:11Speaker 2: very serious argument that Joe Biden was a much greater
- 1:15Speaker 2: threat to democracy than Donald Trump. We're going to break
- 1:17Speaker 2: that down as well.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Before we get to all that, I want to talk
- 1:20Speaker 1: to you about what you can do to help people
- 1:23Speaker 1: in Israel. Right now, we all know about the atrocities
- 1:26Speaker 1: that were committed by Hamaslaks last October the seventh, which
- 1:30Speaker 1: kicked off a vicious war. As Israel is defending herself
- 1:34Speaker 1: from terraces now on every side. The toll on the
- 1:37Speaker 1: Israeli people is real. It is staggering, and it's massive.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have been forced from their homes.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Entire communities torn apart, lives have been devastated by death
- 1:48Speaker 1: and destruction and war. The International Fellowship of Christian and Jews,
- 1:53Speaker 1: known as IFCJ, is right there in the middle of it.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Each and every day.
- 1:59Speaker 1: They are distributing right now critical essentials like food, medicine,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and emergency supplies for hundreds of thousands of suffering Jews
- 2:07Speaker 1: that have been displaced. The need is great, and that's
- 2:10Speaker 1: why I am partnering with IFCJ today and I want
- 2:14Speaker 1: you to get involved in help. I want you to
- 2:17Speaker 1: visit support IFCJ dot org to help. Every donation is
- 2:24Speaker 1: urgently need to help the people of Israel.
- 2:26Speaker 3: A lot of people who said, how can I help?
- 2:27Speaker 1: This is how you can help to give the International
- 2:30Speaker 1: Fellowship of Christian and Jews. All you have to do
- 2:33Speaker 1: is go to support IFCJ dot org and give as
- 2:37Speaker 1: generously as you can, because your gift will be matched
- 2:40Speaker 1: to double in impact and help provide twice the support.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Right now again, that's support IFCJ dot org, Support IFCJ
- 2:50Speaker 1: dot org. Thank you and God bless Senator. Let's talk
- 2:54Speaker 1: about this shocking new data that's come out. Fox News
- 2:58Speaker 1: kind of broke it and they said America now need
- 3:01Speaker 1: an annual salary of at least one hundred and ten
- 3:04Speaker 1: thousand to afford a medium price home. That is up
- 3:08Speaker 1: from about seventy four thousand in twenty twenty.
- 3:12Speaker 3: That is staggering.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a dramatic shift. And this is Bidenomics is
- 3:19Speaker 2: hurting Americans across this country and it's hurting virtually everyone.
- 3:22Speaker 2: It's hurting seniors. Seniors are getting hammered by bidenmics because
- 3:26Speaker 2: inflation is driving up the cost of living the cost
- 3:29Speaker 2: of everything they're spending, and yet they're on a fixed income.
- 3:32Speaker 2: But Bidenomics is also really hammering young people, young couples
- 3:37Speaker 2: that are buying their first home. They're facing the simple
- 3:40Speaker 2: reality you come out to get your first home. You're
- 3:42Speaker 2: all excited. You want to have a home, you want
- 3:44Speaker 2: to raise a family, and they're discovering both home prices
- 3:48Speaker 2: have risen dramatically under Joe Biden, but also interest rates.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Young people, many young people of people in their twenties,
- 3:55Speaker 2: even people in their thirties have never known inflation. They've
- 3:58Speaker 2: never known what it was because we've been living in
- 4:00Speaker 2: a little bit of a holiday from history where inflation
- 4:03Speaker 2: hasn't existed. And suddenly people buying their first home, or
- 4:06Speaker 2: for that matter, their second or third or fourth home
- 4:08Speaker 2: as they progress in life, are discovering that the home
- 4:12Speaker 2: they used to be able to get at a two
- 4:15Speaker 2: and a half percent interest rate, now they can get
- 4:18Speaker 2: half as much home at a seven percent interest rate.
- 4:22Speaker 2: And that is meaning a lot of people are not
- 4:25Speaker 2: able to buy homes. They're locked into whatever home they're
- 4:28Speaker 2: at because they need the interest rates low, and those
- 4:30Speaker 2: rates are locked in although they have an adjustable rate mortgage.
- 4:34Speaker 2: A number of those are headed towards expiring, which is
- 4:36Speaker 2: putting people at a fiscal cliff. But they're also finding
- 4:40Speaker 2: if it's your first home. A whole lot of people
- 4:43Speaker 2: just home ownership is beyond their reach. And the median
- 4:48Speaker 2: price home. Look, it's worth refreshing some basic math. There
- 4:54Speaker 2: are a number of different ways to think of averages.
- 4:56Speaker 2: There's the mean, which is the average. You take all
- 4:59Speaker 2: the all the different prices and you average them together,
- 5:03Speaker 2: and the average price is if there's one that's one
- 5:06Speaker 2: hundred million and a bunch that are lower, the average
- 5:09Speaker 2: will rise higher because of the one. The median is
- 5:12Speaker 2: a very different measure. It's not the average price, but
- 5:16Speaker 2: it's rather the middle price, the midpoint price. So the
- 5:20Speaker 2: median price means half the prices are higher and half
- 5:25Speaker 2: the prices or no are lower. So it's identifying the
- 5:28Speaker 2: highest point on the bell curve. And what is striking
- 5:32Speaker 2: And we're going to play right now what Fox News
- 5:34Speaker 2: said about this. The median priced home is now significantly
- 5:39Speaker 2: above the median salary, and that is meaning for many
- 5:44Speaker 2: Americans home ownership, particularly if you don't have a home already,
- 5:47Speaker 2: is being priced out of reach by Joe Biden.
- 5:50Speaker 4: The average home buyer needs to make over one hundred
- 5:53Speaker 4: and ten thousand dollars to afford the average home. A
- 5:56Speaker 4: new Bank Rate study showing that the required salary to
- 5:59Speaker 4: make that purchase has jumped forty six percent in just
- 6:03Speaker 4: four years. Home Buyers only needed to make seventy six
- 6:06Speaker 4: thousand back in twenty twenty, and the issue widespread. You
- 6:10Speaker 4: now need a six figure salary to buy the average
- 6:12Speaker 4: home in twenty three states, including the District of Columbia.
- 6:16Speaker 4: Four years ago, that number was just six. Mortgage rates,
- 6:20Speaker 4: of course, have played a small role in the bump,
- 6:22Speaker 4: but home prices have by and large kept pace with
- 6:25Speaker 4: the needed salary to buy them. The average home up
- 6:28Speaker 4: forty two percent, sitting at four hundred and twelve thousand
- 6:31Speaker 4: dollars now. Even though the housing market may be pricing
- 6:34Speaker 4: people out, people shouldn't be too quick to think that
- 6:37Speaker 4: renting is the solution. Since President Biden took office, rents
- 6:41Speaker 4: are up nearly twenty one percent.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You look at the rent numbers there, and let's just
- 6:46Speaker 1: go through some of those data points real quick.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Center.
- 6:49Speaker 1: You look at your salary, and if you look at
- 6:52Speaker 1: your salary January twenty twenty, they said you need seventy
- 6:56Speaker 1: nine and thirty nine dollars to afford the met price home.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Now you need one hundred and ten eight hundred and
- 7:03Speaker 1: seventy one dollars. That is a forty six percent increase.
- 7:07Speaker 1: As the average American have they've received a forty six
- 7:09Speaker 1: percent raise in the last four years, the answer is
- 7:12Speaker 1: going to be no.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. And you know, forty six percent
- 7:16Speaker 2: is a stunning number because Joe Biden has been president
- 7:22Speaker 2: barely a little bit over three years, three years and
- 7:24Speaker 2: three months. That's not very long. Three years and three
- 7:28Speaker 2: months to have home prices go up forty six percent,
- 7:31Speaker 2: that is a massive impact on people trying to purchase
- 7:35Speaker 2: a home. And and listen, seventy six thousand dollars is
- 7:40Speaker 2: a lot of money that that is, but comparatively going
- 7:44Speaker 2: from seventy six thousand to one hundred and eleven thousand
- 7:48Speaker 2: dollars in three and a half less than three and
- 7:50Speaker 2: a half years, that is the very real impact of
- 7:54Speaker 2: Joe Biden the Democrats printing trillions of dollars we don't have,
- 7:59Speaker 2: and it is her Americans across this country, as home
- 8:03Speaker 2: ownership is getting less and less affordable.
- 8:06Speaker 1: You also look in there they were talking about and
- 8:08Speaker 1: just again it's a prospective issue. Here states where you
- 8:13Speaker 1: needed six figure salaries are more to afford a home
- 8:17Speaker 1: January twenty twenty only six states. Now this is spread nationwide,
- 8:22Speaker 1: twenty three different states, but the district of Columbia you've
- 8:25Speaker 1: got to make now more than six figures plus to
- 8:29Speaker 1: afford home ownership. That is Bidenomics hitting everybody across this country.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Well, and ben you know who doesn't care about this. Democrats.
- 8:40Speaker 2: So one of the most important political shifts. It used
- 8:43Speaker 2: to be conventional wisdom that the Republicans of the Party
- 8:46Speaker 2: of the rich and Democrats of the Party of the
- 8:48Speaker 2: poor and working class. That's been turned on its head.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I think the most significant political shift of the last
- 8:54Speaker 2: decade is today Democrats of the Party of the rich.
- 8:57Speaker 2: So if you talk to Democrats, I don't know a
- 9:00Speaker 2: Democrat senator who cares about this because, frankly, who are
- 9:03Speaker 2: they listening to. They're listening to big tech billionaires. They're
- 9:08Speaker 2: listening to the super wealthy lawyers and Hollywood producers. They
- 9:17Speaker 2: are the hedge fund party that is the Democrats today,
- 9:21Speaker 2: And you know who they're not the Party of any
- 9:23Speaker 2: more steel workers, truck drivers, cops, firefighters, teachers, waiters, waitresses,
- 9:34Speaker 2: working men and women. The Democrat Party has abandoned, they've
- 9:38Speaker 2: left behind, and so the people they're getting hammered by this.
- 9:42Speaker 2: And by the way, young people and Democrats want to
- 9:45Speaker 2: convince young people, hey, we're all for you because because
- 9:48Speaker 2: we're just going to focus on social issues. And listen,
- 9:51Speaker 2: if you're young, the Democrats tell you, the only thing
- 9:53Speaker 2: you should care about is transgenderism. Apparently it is the
- 9:56Speaker 2: most important issue on planet Earth. Not a homicidal iatola
- 10:01Speaker 2: trying to murder us, not an invasion at our southern border,
- 10:04Speaker 2: not the fentanyl crisis and the drug overdoses. None of
- 10:07Speaker 2: those are the problem. Transgenderism is the issue that you,
- 10:11Speaker 2: as a young person, should care about intensely. Well, you
- 10:14Speaker 2: know what, there are a lot of young people like
- 10:16Speaker 2: maybe you're in college and you buy that nonsense, But
- 10:20Speaker 2: then you get out of school and you're like, wait
- 10:22Speaker 2: a second, I got to pay for an apartment. How
- 10:24Speaker 2: much is rent? Again?
- 10:26Speaker 3: Wait?
- 10:27Speaker 2: Rent? I can't afford rent. And by the way, look
- 10:30Speaker 2: that Fox News story was really striking. If people can't
- 10:32Speaker 2: afford to buy a home and they can't afford to rent. Well,
- 10:36Speaker 2: that's kind of a problem. What are they supposed to do?
- 10:38Speaker 2: What's the alternative to those two things? And it is
- 10:42Speaker 2: the working men and women who bid nomics is leaving
- 10:45Speaker 2: behind in the dust.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Yeah, twenty percent plus. Rent at rates are up on
- 10:50Speaker 1: average nationwide. Well, I've never said this before, Center, but
- 10:53Speaker 1: the Fox News story that we played was actually the
- 10:58Speaker 1: best way of prison the problem. Yahoo Finance came out
- 11:02Speaker 1: and said it's actually worse than the way they reported
- 11:06Speaker 1: on Fox. Here is what they said when it came
- 11:10Speaker 1: to home buyers. They actually said, in reality, home buyers
- 11:14Speaker 1: need to earn eighty percent more than they did in
- 11:17Speaker 1: twenty twenty to afford a home in today's market. If
- 11:20Speaker 1: you're looking at overall home prices, listen to this from
- 11:23Speaker 1: Yahoo Finance.
- 11:24Speaker 5: Manny Americans, home ownership is seeming more and more out
- 11:28Speaker 5: of reach. According to new analysis from Zillow, home prices
- 11:32Speaker 5: have jumped forty two percent since twenty twenty, but the
- 11:35Speaker 5: average person needs to earn eighty percent more than they
- 11:38Speaker 5: did at that time in order to comfortably afford a
- 11:42Speaker 5: home in today's market.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Center, It's interesting how they looked at this. They're saying,
- 11:47Speaker 1: there are different ways to look at it. They look
- 11:49Speaker 1: at it as the issue of can you comfortably afford
- 11:52Speaker 1: a home in today's market. To comfortably afford a home
- 11:56Speaker 1: in today's market, they say you need to earn eighty
- 11:58Speaker 1: percent more than you did in twenty twenty because of
- 12:02Speaker 1: the skyrocketing cost the home, interest rates, inflation, and everything else.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So they're saying, hey, it's even worse than what the
- 12:09Speaker 1: best case scenario data shows you. Hear, and they said, quote, today,
- 12:13Speaker 1: those shopping for a home need to earn one hundred
- 12:15Speaker 1: and six thousand annually to afford a medium price home.
- 12:18Speaker 1: But this is the part that you don't understand. The
- 12:21Speaker 1: cost of insurance, the cost of heating, the cost of
- 12:25Speaker 1: everything when you own a home has gone up so
- 12:28Speaker 1: much more that you need to earn eighty percent more
- 12:32Speaker 1: than you did in twenty twenty.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and it's striking. It makes you ask
- 12:38Speaker 2: why would the Democrats be doing this? Listen, The classic
- 12:41Speaker 2: question in any election is are you better off now
- 12:43Speaker 2: than you were four years ago? And for the overwhelming
- 12:47Speaker 2: majority of Americans, the answer to that is hell no.
- 12:50Speaker 2: That under Joe Biden, people who are who are working
- 12:54Speaker 2: class people who are seniors, people who are young, people
- 12:57Speaker 2: who are struggling, people are getting started, people who want
- 12:59Speaker 2: to a home, people who want to rent. All of
- 13:02Speaker 2: them their life has gotten much harder. And you know,
- 13:04Speaker 2: it reminds me of what we talked about two days
- 13:06Speaker 2: ago on Monday's Pod, which is California. This week on
- 13:12Speaker 2: Monday imposed a new twenty dollars minimum wage for fast
- 13:16Speaker 2: food restaurants with more than sixty sixty stores. Now. One
- 13:22Speaker 2: of the things that striking California exempted Panera Breads, which
- 13:27Speaker 2: just happens to be owned by a very close friend
- 13:30Speaker 2: of the governor, Gavin Newsom. So it's a classic example
- 13:33Speaker 2: of Democrats, you know, cronyism, that they will give special
- 13:37Speaker 2: gifts to their buddies who happen to be big campaign contributors,
- 13:41Speaker 2: and everyone else has different rules. But what we saw
- 13:43Speaker 2: this week is thousands and thousands and thousands of Californians
- 13:48Speaker 2: being laid off because of this new law imposed by
- 13:51Speaker 2: the Democrats. Just Pizza Hut, there were over twelve hundred
- 13:55Speaker 2: people laid off. And you know, last night I was
- 13:57Speaker 2: having dinner with a number of friends and they were asking,
- 14:01Speaker 2: why would the Democrats do this? Wouldn't they understand, wouldn't
- 14:04Speaker 2: people in California get pissed off? And what I told
- 14:08Speaker 2: them then, and this is actually highly relevant to the
- 14:11Speaker 2: home ownership question. What I told my friends who are
- 14:14Speaker 2: having dinners, I said, listen, they're making a gamble that
- 14:20Speaker 2: enough of the voters will not understand who is to blame.
- 14:25Speaker 2: So they're over five hundred thousand fast food employees in California.
- 14:30Speaker 2: A bunch of them will get a pay raise. The
- 14:31Speaker 2: ones that don't get laid off, the ones whose employers
- 14:34Speaker 2: don't go bankrupt and go out of business. The rest
- 14:37Speaker 2: of them will get a pay raise. By the way,
- 14:38Speaker 2: people who get a pay raise are likely the ones
- 14:40Speaker 2: that are more highly skilled. The ones who will lose
- 14:43Speaker 2: their jobs are likely more likely to be teenagers. Many
- 14:47Speaker 2: of them are low income, many of them are African American,
- 14:49Speaker 2: many of them are Hispanic. They're the ones just getting
- 14:52Speaker 2: started in their careers. They're the ones who get devastated
- 14:56Speaker 2: by Democrats. But I explained, I said, look, the people
- 14:59Speaker 2: getting free stuff the Democrats are gambling politically. They'll be grateful. Hey,
- 15:03Speaker 2: the Democrats gave me free stuff. I like free stuff.
- 15:06Speaker 2: That's good. And the people getting screwed. The Democrats are gambling,
- 15:11Speaker 2: they will not understand who it is is screwing them.
- 15:15Speaker 2: And in fact, the Democrats plan when it comes to
- 15:17Speaker 2: California is just demogogue their employers and say, your mean
- 15:21Speaker 2: old employer just hates you, and that's why they laid
- 15:24Speaker 2: you off, Not because I the Democrat priced you out
- 15:28Speaker 2: of the market and made it impossible for them to
- 15:30Speaker 2: stay in business and pay you the new wage I manded. Well,
- 15:33Speaker 2: the same is true with the higher price of home ownership,
- 15:37Speaker 2: which is the Democrats plan is they're assuming a lot
- 15:41Speaker 2: of the voters will not connect the crazy multi trillion
- 15:47Speaker 2: dollar spending spree that Joe Biden the Democrats went on
- 15:51Speaker 2: with the inflation and with the higher interest rates, And
- 15:53Speaker 2: in fact they'll do the same thing they do with
- 15:56Speaker 2: fast food. They will demagogue, in this case the big
- 15:59Speaker 2: back at homemakers, the big bad banks that are making
- 16:02Speaker 2: mortgages because you know, it's just a bank being mean
- 16:05Speaker 2: that they're charging seven percent they really should charge two percent.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Never Mind, the Fed has increased rates over and over
- 16:11Speaker 2: and over and over again because the Democrats have printed
- 16:14Speaker 2: trillions of dollars in new money. What the Democrats are
- 16:19Speaker 2: cynically planning on is number one, a fair number of
- 16:23Speaker 2: voters being economically illiterate, not understanding supply and demand, not
- 16:27Speaker 2: understanding who's to blame. And number two, they want to
- 16:33Speaker 2: contribute to that by blaming people who did not impose
- 16:37Speaker 2: these policies. And that's what we're seeing happening across the country.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Inflation we've just talked about is heavily eroding our purchasing
- 16:45Speaker 1: power and putting your savings, your retirement accounts, and your
- 16:49Speaker 1: future legacy at real risk. With more taxes, the continuous
- 16:53Speaker 1: threat of war, a national debt now exceeding thirty four
- 16:57Speaker 1: trillion dollars, and the push for central bank digital currencies,
- 17:01Speaker 1: our financial freedom is really at stake. That's why I
- 17:05Speaker 1: want you to know about my friends at Freedom Gold USA.

- 19:12Speaker 1: US border illegally over the recent years, and when you
- 19:17Speaker 1: compare what is happening now to what's happened in the past,
- 19:20Speaker 1: there is a clear Chinese national explosion of illegals coming
- 19:26Speaker 1: across the border, and this administration seems to not care
- 19:29Speaker 1: at all.
- 19:30Speaker 2: No, that's exactly right. And I will say Bill Malujan
- 19:32Speaker 2: at Fox is doing an incredible job reporting at the border.
- 19:35Speaker 2: He is doing, frankly, the best job of any reporter
- 19:38Speaker 2: there is, and most of the rest of the media
- 19:41Speaker 2: doesn't report at all. So CNN apparently has no reporters.
- 19:45Speaker 2: They don't report at the border crisis. ABCNBCCBS, they have
- 19:48Speaker 2: no reporters, they don't report on the border crisis. NBC
- 19:50Speaker 2: actually hires no Republicans, no one who voted for Donald Trump,
- 19:53Speaker 2: so apparently their viewers don't want to know what's happening
- 19:56Speaker 2: at the border crisis. But let's just look at the
- 19:58Speaker 2: numbers FIS school year twenty twenty one, do you know
- 20:02Speaker 2: how many Chinese nationals were arrested crossing the border illegally?
- 20:06Speaker 3: How many?
- 20:07Speaker 2: Three hundred and forty two. So that's look three hundred
- 20:10Speaker 2: forty two. That's three hundred forty two too many, but
- 20:12Speaker 2: that sounds like a manageable number. The next year, fiscal
- 20:16Speaker 2: year twenty twenty two, it goes from three hundred and
- 20:18Speaker 2: forty two to one thousand, nine hundred and eighty seven.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Now that's a big jump, three hundred forty two to
- 20:24Speaker 2: one thousand, nine hundred eighty seven.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Joe Biden came in office and suddenly instead of three
- 20:28Speaker 2: hundred and forty two, you have nearly two thousand Chinese nationals.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Big jump. But even so, I'm not sure two thousand
- 20:35Speaker 2: Chinese nationals is crisis level. Let's go to fiscal year
- 20:40Speaker 2: twenty twenty three. It goes from one thousand, nine hundred
- 20:44Speaker 2: and eighty seven. Do you know where it goes? Next
- 20:45Speaker 2: year twenty twenty three, where's it go to twenty four thousand,
- 20:50Speaker 2: one hundred and twenty five. Wow, So it goes from
- 20:56Speaker 2: less than two thousand to twenty four thousand and one
- 21:00Speaker 2: and twenty five, And how about fiscal year twenty twenty four.
- 21:02Speaker 2: We're halfway through fiscal year twenty twenty four, so if
- 21:06Speaker 2: we were on the same pace as fiscal year twenty
- 21:09Speaker 2: twenty three, which is twenty four thousand, you'd expect halfway
- 21:12Speaker 2: through about twelve thousand, right, sure, you know how much?
- 21:16Speaker 2: How many have Chinese nationals have been apprehended at the
- 21:19Speaker 2: border in the first six months of fiscal year twenty
- 21:22Speaker 2: twenty four.
- 21:23Speaker 1: I'm genuinely afraid, just because I've seen the other numbers,
- 21:25Speaker 1: and I'm assuming it's going to probably even double what
- 21:28Speaker 1: it's gonna end up looking like from last.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Year twenty two thousand, two hundred and thirty three. By
- 21:33Speaker 2: the way, since this is halfway through the fiscal year,
- 21:36Speaker 2: if you double that, that means we're on pace for
- 21:39Speaker 2: forty four almost forty five thousand Chinese nationals now since
- 21:44Speaker 2: fiscal year twenty twenty one. That is a six thousand,
- 21:49Speaker 2: three hundred percent increase. Now, last I checked, Ben and
- 21:54Speaker 2: I don't have a globe in front of me, so
- 21:55Speaker 2: maybe I'm wrong, But China is not immediately to our south,
- 21:59Speaker 2: is it?
- 22:00Speaker 3: No, it is not.
- 22:02Speaker 2: It is really far away across the Pacific Ocean, nowhere
- 22:06Speaker 2: near our southern border. And yet we've got a massive invasion.
- 22:11Speaker 2: And by the way, I've been down at the border,
- 22:13Speaker 2: I've seen at the board. I was down in Brownsville
- 22:15Speaker 2: last year. When I was down in Brownsville, and at
- 22:18Speaker 2: the time, we were seeing a massive Chinese influx coming
- 22:22Speaker 2: across there. And most of the Chinese nationals that were
- 22:25Speaker 2: coming were military age men. They were young men, mostly
- 22:30Speaker 2: in their twenties, some in their thirties, young single men.
- 22:33Speaker 2: They didn't have wives, they didn't have kids, they were
- 22:35Speaker 2: just there. Now, the last I checked, having fifty thousand
- 22:39Speaker 2: military age men from communist China should be a big
- 22:44Speaker 2: damn deal.
- 22:45Speaker 1: And yet well, and the reason why you say that
- 22:48Speaker 1: so people understand is the intelligence is overwhelming that China
- 22:52Speaker 1: does a really good job of getting spies in this country.
- 22:55Speaker 1: They also get a really good they do a really
- 22:57Speaker 1: good job of bringing in people that are going to
- 22:59Speaker 1: come in and still technologies and still I mean countless.
- 23:04Speaker 1: China is the masters of stealing everything that we do,
- 23:08Speaker 1: and they do this all over the world. But if
- 23:10Speaker 1: you have that many coming across, the question is what
- 23:13Speaker 1: are they offloading from this country? What are they stealing
- 23:17Speaker 1: when it comes just to trades and secrets and manufacturing,
- 23:20Speaker 1: The list could go on and on.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and those are the numbers just of
- 23:24Speaker 2: the arrests. You put on top of that the god aways.
- 23:28Speaker 2: So the vast majority of people at the southern border
- 23:30Speaker 2: come and turn themselves in, They go look for a
- 23:32Speaker 2: border patrol agent. They turn themselves in because they know
- 23:36Speaker 2: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the Democrats will let
- 23:38Speaker 2: them stay. But there's also a different group that are
- 23:42Speaker 2: called god aways, and they're the ones that don't turn
- 23:43Speaker 2: themselves in. They're the ones that we're aware of. We
- 23:46Speaker 2: see footprints, we see them moving, but they get away.
- 23:50Speaker 2: The god Aways are the most dangerous group. They are
- 23:52Speaker 2: much more likely to be criminals. They're much more likely
- 23:55Speaker 2: to be murderers and rapists and child molesters. They're much
- 23:59Speaker 2: more likely to be gang thirteen, and they're much much
- 24:02Speaker 2: much more likely to be terrorist. If you're a Hamas terrorists,
- 24:06Speaker 2: if you're a hesbela terrorist, if you're coming to try
- 24:09Speaker 2: to commit mass murder in the United States and you're
- 24:12Speaker 2: on the terror watch list, you're not likely to turn
- 24:14Speaker 2: yourself into the border patrol. You're going to be or
- 24:18Speaker 2: you're going to try to be a got away. Now
- 24:20Speaker 2: you know what Bill Malujin reported on April first, How
- 24:23Speaker 2: many got aways do you think we're recorded at the
- 24:27Speaker 2: border the previous day on March thirty first?
- 24:32Speaker 3: Give it to me. I gotta know.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Nine hundred and nineteen in one day, in one single day. Now,
- 24:38Speaker 2: those are Goda ways we know of. By the way,
- 24:40Speaker 2: there are additional godaways we don't know of. The got
- 24:42Speaker 2: away measure is we're aware of them, we have some
- 24:45Speaker 2: indication they were there, but they got away. So the
- 24:48Speaker 2: real number of people across the illegally who got away
- 24:51Speaker 2: is going to be substantially higher than nine hundred nineteen.
- 24:54Speaker 2: But those are the known god aways. Do you know
- 24:56Speaker 2: what the seven day average of known god aways and
- 24:59Speaker 2: non is important?
- 25:01Speaker 3: What is it?
- 25:02Speaker 2: Seven hundred and sixty one per day? Good, every day,
- 25:06Speaker 2: day after day after day the seven day.
- 25:09Speaker 3: I know these numbers. They know these numbers.
- 25:11Speaker 2: These are from the Biden administration, This is from Border Patrol.
- 25:15Speaker 2: These are their numbers. That's just the media doesn't report
- 25:18Speaker 2: on them. And so I want you to think Hamas
- 25:22Speaker 2: has called for jahad against the United States. Palestinian Islamic
- 25:27Speaker 2: Jahad has called for jahad against the United States. Hesbelah
- 25:31Speaker 2: has called for jahad against the United States. The Iranian
- 25:34Speaker 2: Ayahtola has called for jahad against the United States. Does
- 25:38Speaker 2: it give you comfort that in the last week, seven
- 25:43Speaker 2: hundred and sixty one known god aways got away day
- 25:46Speaker 2: after day after day, and how many of those were
- 25:48Speaker 2: terrorists seeking to commit mass murder in this country that
- 25:51Speaker 2: Joe Biden the Democrats do not care about and are
- 25:54Speaker 2: doing nothing to stop.
- 25:56Speaker 1: And the question I have for you sooner is is
- 25:58Speaker 1: this because illegal immigrants are understanding that, hey, this window
- 26:02Speaker 1: may close if Joe Biden doesn't win reelection, and so
- 26:05Speaker 1: they're saying, hey, hurry up and get your tail here.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Because it seems to be the numbers, as you just
- 26:09Speaker 1: describe them, are increasing significantly.
- 26:13Speaker 2: In any country on Earth. If you send fifty thousand
- 26:17Speaker 2: of your nationals to invade that country, that is an invasion,
- 26:21Speaker 2: and it's a military invasion. Well you know what we
- 26:23Speaker 2: just described. How on fiscal year twenty twenty four, that's
- 26:26Speaker 2: the pace China is on to have sent fifty thousands
- 26:29Speaker 2: of their nationals to invade this country illegally, and they
- 26:32Speaker 2: are aided and embedded by Joe Biden, the Democrats, who
- 26:36Speaker 2: not only are doing nothing to stop them, but are
- 26:38Speaker 2: doing everything they can to facilitate their coming. When they
- 26:42Speaker 2: show up, what does Biden do? He lets them go,
- 26:45Speaker 2: he lets them stay. And so you know what you
- 26:47Speaker 2: do if you're communist China, you send even more.
- 26:50Speaker 1: It's incredible. And this is the threat, as you described it,
- 26:52Speaker 1: national security.
- 26:53Speaker 3: That's the thing that keeps me up.
- 26:55Speaker 1: And my final question for you in this is my
- 26:57Speaker 1: biggest concern is not is no longer than the numbers
- 27:00Speaker 1: that are coming in. My biggest concern, Senator, is the
- 27:04Speaker 1: number of people that are coming in that are that
- 27:06Speaker 1: are wanting to do harm to this country. And I'm
- 27:09Speaker 1: talking about terrorists coming into this country. We have no
- 27:13Speaker 1: idea who's getting into this country right now.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Ben I've said this many times and it makes me
- 27:18Speaker 2: sad to say it, but I think we have the
- 27:21Speaker 2: greatest risk of a major terrorist attack right now that
- 27:25Speaker 2: we have had at any point since September eleventh, two
- 27:28Speaker 2: thousand and one. And sadly, I believe we are living
- 27:32Speaker 2: on borrow time that it's only a matter of time
- 27:35Speaker 2: when you have feckless democrats open up our border to
- 27:40Speaker 2: this invasion day after day after day, week after week,
- 27:44Speaker 2: month after month, year after year. The volumes are getting
- 27:47Speaker 2: so great that it is inevitable that that that that
- 27:51Speaker 2: Americans are going to.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Lose their lives.
- 27:53Speaker 2: We've already seen the victims of crimes because Joe Biden
- 27:57Speaker 2: released murderers, released rapists, for East child molesters, released vicious
- 28:02Speaker 2: criminals into this country. It is releasing them every day.
- 28:05Speaker 2: We've already seen those body bags tragically piling up, and
- 28:11Speaker 2: I tremble to think about when terrorism kicks in and
- 28:16Speaker 2: those body bags. I hope and pray this is not
- 28:20Speaker 2: the case, but they could well increase dramatically. And every
- 28:25Speaker 2: day that goes by that you let more and more
- 28:27Speaker 2: potential terrorists in this country, the odds of those attacks
- 28:30Speaker 2: go up.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:31Speaker 1: And we know for a fact we're letting terrorists in
- 28:33Speaker 1: because we're catching some of them and many of them
- 28:35Speaker 1: that are on the terrorist watch lists. A record number
- 28:38Speaker 1: in the last three months of the fiscal year. We're
- 28:41Speaker 1: proof of that that we just witness and that's coming
- 28:43Speaker 1: from the Biden administration. I want to ask you a
- 28:46Speaker 1: question real quick. If you're listening right now, how mad
- 28:49Speaker 1: would you be if I told you that you were
- 28:51Speaker 1: making donations to Planned Parenthood every month? How mad would
- 28:55Speaker 1: you be if I told you were giving donations to
- 28:57Speaker 1: democratic causes and candidates nation. Well, if you're a Big Mobile,
- 29:02Speaker 1: that's exactly what you are doing. You may not realize it,
- 29:05Speaker 1: but they take your bill when you pay that bill,
- 29:08Speaker 1: and they are giving huge donations to hardcore leftist causes, organizations, candidates,
- 29:15Speaker 1: including Plan Parenthood. That is why I want you to
- 29:20Speaker 1: know about Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is the only conservative
- 29:25Speaker 1: Christian cell phone provider in the nation. They've been doing
- 29:29Speaker 1: it for over ten years, and they got started because
- 29:32Speaker 1: they were sick and tired of what Big Mobile was doing. Now, look,
- 29:36Speaker 1: I switched to Patriot Mobile, and I can tell you
- 29:39Speaker 1: the coverage is amazing. Now, that's the number one reason
- 29:42Speaker 1: why people actually don't make the switch. They're afraid their
- 29:45Speaker 1: coverage isn't going to be good.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Well, guess what.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile uses the same three networks that the big
- 29:52Speaker 1: guys use, and that means you get the same coverage
- 29:55Speaker 1: that you're used to right now without funding the wokes
- 29:59Speaker 1: left agenda. I want you to take a look at
- 30:02Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile because when you pay your bill every month
- 30:04Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, they actually take about
- 30:07Speaker 1: five percent of that bill and give it back to
- 30:09Speaker 1: conservative causes that support the sanctity of life, support freedom
- 30:14Speaker 1: of speech, or Second Amendment that support conservative causes and organizations.
- 30:19Speaker 1: That is why I love Patriot Mobile. It's why I'm
- 30:22Speaker 1: proud to be partnering with them, and it's why I
- 30:24Speaker 1: have Patriot Mobile as my provider. So check them out.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Nine to seven to two Patriot is the number. That's
- 30:32Speaker 1: nine seven two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot or
- 30:38Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. Call them, use the promo
- 30:44Speaker 1: code Verdict and you're gonna get free activation and the
- 30:46Speaker 1: best pricing of the year. Nine seven to two Patriot
- 30:50Speaker 1: or Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. Make a switch and
- 30:55Speaker 1: make a difference with every phone call you make. I
- 31:00Speaker 1: want to talk about our RFK or CNN decide to
- 31:04Speaker 1: have him on, and they thought they were giving him
- 31:08Speaker 1: a softball question that was going to be easy, and
- 31:11Speaker 1: he's going to rip on Donald Trump. Tee it up
- 31:13Speaker 1: from there because it didn't go the way they thought
- 31:16Speaker 1: it was going.
- 31:16Speaker 3: To go at all.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. CNN tossed to RFK juniors a
- 31:23Speaker 2: question that they thought RFK would say, Oh, yes, Trump
- 31:25Speaker 2: is clearly the manifest threat to democracy, and so you
- 31:29Speaker 2: really should vote for job Iiden instead. Well, RFK did
- 31:32Speaker 2: not play along and listen to this exchange because CNN
- 31:36Speaker 2: was astonished at what RFK had to say.
- 31:39Speaker 6: I sent too many issues. While I admire his high
- 31:41Speaker 6: minded ideals, his suggestion that there's no difference between mister
- 31:43Speaker 6: Ware and mister Bush is irresponsible. A moment ago, you said,
- 31:47Speaker 6: you you essentially see Trump and Biden as saying different
- 31:51Speaker 6: different issues. But do you really believe that when people
- 31:54Speaker 6: talk about the threat to democracy that Trump poses, do
- 31:56Speaker 6: you really think that that is is an equal Yeah, mull.
- 32:00Speaker 7: Biden, listen. I can make the argument that President Biden
- 32:06Speaker 7: is a much worse threat to democracy. And the reason
- 32:09Speaker 7: for that is President Biden is the first candidate in history,
- 32:12Speaker 7: the first president in the history, that has used the
- 32:15Speaker 7: federal agencies to censor political speech. So the censor's opponent, I,
- 32:20Speaker 7: you know, I can say that because I just want
- 32:22Speaker 7: a case in the Federal Court of Appeals and now
- 32:24Speaker 7: before the Supreme Court. It shows that he started censoring
- 32:28Speaker 7: not just me, for thirty seven hours after he took
- 32:31Speaker 7: the other office, he was censoring me. No president in
- 32:33Speaker 7: the country has ever done that. The greatest threat democracy
- 32:38Speaker 7: is not somebody who questions election returns, but a president
- 32:41Speaker 7: of the United States who used the power of his
- 32:43Speaker 7: office to force the social media companies Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- 32:49Speaker 7: to open a portal and give the access to that
- 32:51Speaker 7: portal to.
- 32:52Speaker 3: The FBI, the CIA, the IRS.
- 32:55Speaker 7: De SISA, the NIH to censor his political critics. Because
- 33:00Speaker 7: in Biden, for the first first president in history, used
- 33:03Speaker 7: the secret his power over the Secret Service to deny
- 33:07Speaker 7: Secret Service protection to one of his political opponents for
- 33:10Speaker 7: political reasons. He's weaponizing a federal agencies. Those are really
- 33:16Speaker 7: critical threats.
- 33:18Speaker 6: Tried to overturn a free and fair election. He tried
- 33:21Speaker 6: to overturn one. Right, is he still finding how is
- 33:25Speaker 6: that not a threat to democracy?
- 33:28Speaker 7: Well, I think that is a threat to democracy. Him
- 33:32Speaker 7: over for trying to overthrow the election clearly is the
- 33:35Speaker 7: threat democracy. But the question was who is the worse
- 33:39Speaker 7: threat to democracy? And what I would say is, you know,
- 33:42Speaker 7: I'm not going to answer that question, but I can
- 33:44Speaker 7: argue that President Biden is because the First Amendment, Aaron
- 33:48Speaker 7: is the most important. But Adams and Hamilton and Madison said,
- 33:53Speaker 7: we put the guarantee of freedom expression in the First
- 33:55Speaker 7: Amendment because all of our other constitutional sides depend on it.
- 33:59Speaker 7: If you ever go the can silence its opponent, it
- 34:03Speaker 7: has license for any atrocity.
- 34:05Speaker 6: So, just to be clear, you're saying you could make
- 34:07Speaker 6: an argument that President Biden is a worse threat to
- 34:08Speaker 6: democracy than you.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Listen to that senator and it's like they're like, well,
- 34:14Speaker 1: hold on, this is not what you're supposed to say.
- 34:17Speaker 1: This is not you were supposed to say Donald Trump
- 34:19Speaker 1: orange Man's bad and a threat to democracy. Obviously you
- 34:23Speaker 1: weren't supposed to say Joe Biden's actually a bigger threat.
- 34:27Speaker 3: And by the way, explain exactly how he.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Is warning Will Robinson, warning Will Robinson, danger danger, danger aboard,
- 34:34Speaker 2: run away, run away. That's what CNN is saying. They're
- 34:37Speaker 2: losing their minds. No, know that that's not the message.
- 34:40Speaker 2: The only message we allow on CNN is Trump bad,
- 34:43Speaker 2: Trump bad, Trump bad. You're RFK JR. Your dad was RFK,
- 34:47Speaker 2: your uncle was JFK. You're supposed to echo our message Trump,
- 34:51Speaker 2: orange man bad, orange man bad. Look. I got to
- 34:56Speaker 2: say listening to that, I agree with every single word.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Robert F. Kenn said right there, when it comes to
- 35:03Speaker 2: a threat to democracy, number one, Joe Biden and for
- 35:06Speaker 2: that matter, congressional Democrats are perfectly happy to use government
- 35:11Speaker 2: power and big tech to censor you, to silence you,
- 35:15Speaker 2: to prevent you from engaging in political speech, to prevent
- 35:18Speaker 2: you from disagreeing with them. They want to use force
- 35:21Speaker 2: to silence you. Secondly, he pointed out, Joe Biden is
- 35:24Speaker 2: disgracefully denying Robert F. Kennedy Junior Secret Service protection that
- 35:29Speaker 2: despite the fact that he is clearly pulling at the
- 35:32Speaker 2: thresholds that would bearret that protection, that he is facing
- 35:36Speaker 2: significant threats of political violence against him, and the tragic
- 35:42Speaker 2: family history. His father was assassinated when he was running
- 35:46Speaker 2: for president, his uncle was assassinated when he was president,
- 35:50Speaker 2: and Joe Biden and the Democrats are cynical enough that
- 35:53Speaker 2: they're willing to risk well, okay, if R. Fk Junior
- 35:56Speaker 2: gets assassinated, that's a risk Joe Biden's willing to take.
- 35:59Speaker 2: It is just dis graceful, and we've we've called that
- 36:02Speaker 2: out on this on this podcast. Before that, of course,
- 36:05Speaker 2: Joe Biden should give our FK Secret Service protection. That's
- 36:09Speaker 2: following the law, that is consistent with the law, it's
- 36:12Speaker 2: consistent with precedent, and the only reason not to is
- 36:17Speaker 2: pure partisan politics. Let me say something else. Look, I
- 36:20Speaker 2: have conversations with people all the time. I have conversations
- 36:24Speaker 2: with people today where they make comments about, Gosh, I'm
- 36:28Speaker 2: worried if Trump wins. He's an authoritarian, he's a dictator.
- 36:32Speaker 2: I'm worried what he will do. And you know, my
- 36:34Speaker 2: standard response is is listen, I understand that. And sometimes
- 36:39Speaker 2: Trump has rhetoric that can be used to suggest that.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Uh.
- 36:46Speaker 2: That being said, we don't have to hypothesize what Trump
- 36:51Speaker 2: will do as president. He was president for four years
- 36:55Speaker 2: and if you look at the time he was president,
- 36:58Speaker 2: he didn't abuse his power. He followed the law. If
- 37:01Speaker 2: you look at the policies he implemented, and I worked
- 37:04Speaker 2: hand in hand with Donald Trump, the policies he implemented worked.
- 37:07Speaker 2: We saw the lowest unemployment race in fifty years. We
- 37:10Speaker 2: saw the lowest African American unemployment ever recorded. We saw
- 37:13Speaker 2: the lowest Hispanic unemployment ever recorded. We saw peace and prosperity.
- 37:18Speaker 2: We saw the border secured, we saw peace breaking out
- 37:21Speaker 2: in the Middle East, and the Abraham Accords. All of
- 37:23Speaker 2: that played out. And if you look at what Trump did,
- 37:26Speaker 2: he didn't defy the law. He didn't ignore the law.
- 37:29Speaker 2: He didn't issue lawless executive orders. He followed the law. Now,
- 37:32Speaker 2: he demonstrated courage. He made decisions that were bold, but
- 37:36Speaker 2: they were within the law. Contrast that to Joe Biden.
- 37:40Speaker 2: Joe Biden, number one is responsible for profoundly politicizing the
- 37:44Speaker 2: Department of Justice of the FBI. Number two is responsible
- 37:48Speaker 2: for the greatest assault on democracy we've ever seen, which
- 37:51Speaker 2: is the four indictments of Donald Trump, the abuse of
- 37:54Speaker 2: the legal process design. Mind you, Trump is not the target,
- 38:00Speaker 2: voters of the target. They're terrified the voters will vote
- 38:03Speaker 2: for Trump, and they're trying to prosecute for the first
- 38:06Speaker 2: time in history, and the second time in history, and
- 38:08Speaker 2: the third time in history, and the fourth time in history,
- 38:10Speaker 2: a former president and a leading presidential candidate because they
- 38:15Speaker 2: want to stop democracy from playing out. To be clear, also,
- 38:18Speaker 2: these are the same Democrats that in Colorado, in Illinois
- 38:22Speaker 2: and Maine threw Donald Trump off the ballot because you know.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Nothing says defending democracy like stopping the damn voters from
- 38:29Speaker 2: voting for the person you don't want them to. This
- 38:32Speaker 2: is Democrats. And let's be clear also, Joe Biden when
- 38:36Speaker 2: it comes to being a dictator to being lawless. Look
- 38:40Speaker 2: at what he's doing on the southern border. He's utterly
- 38:42Speaker 2: ignoring federal immigration law. He's releasing people into this country.
- 38:45Speaker 2: He's releasing criminals into this country. He's endangering this country
- 38:49Speaker 2: ten point four million illegal immigrants. It is lawless. No
- 38:52Speaker 2: president has ever done this. Barack Obama didn't do this.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Bill Clinton didn't do this, Jimmy Carter didn't do this.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Only Joe Biden is brazenly lawless. Let's be clear also
- 39:04Speaker 2: when it came to student loans, Joe Biden trying to
- 39:07Speaker 2: buy votes, tried to give away trillion dollars, a trillion
- 39:10Speaker 2: dollars just in an effort to buy votes and win elections. Now,
- 39:13Speaker 2: a president can't give away a trillion dollars without Congress
- 39:17Speaker 2: passing legislation to do so. Joe Biden knows that the
- 39:20Speaker 2: lawyers of his administration know that they didn't care. They
- 39:23Speaker 2: wanted to lawlessly be political, and so of course what
- 39:26Speaker 2: happened to The Supreme Court struck it down and said, no,
- 39:30Speaker 2: the president doesn't have the ability to give away a
- 39:31Speaker 2: trillion dollars just to buy votes. By the way, same
- 39:34Speaker 2: thing happened with COVID vaccine mandates, utterly lawless, abusive, trying
- 39:38Speaker 2: to force people to get COVID vaccines. The president had
- 39:41Speaker 2: no authority to do it. Biden administration did so anyway,
- 39:44Speaker 2: what happened The Supreme Court struck it down, said this
- 39:47Speaker 2: is lawless, this is not the federal law. You look
- 39:51Speaker 2: at who actually has been lawless and dictatorial, And I
- 39:56Speaker 2: agree with RFK, there's a powerful argument. Bit the answer
- 40:00Speaker 2: to that is Joe Biden and not Downald Donald J. Trump.
- 40:03Speaker 2: And that makes CNN and every other corporate media entity
- 40:07Speaker 2: their heads explode.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it was.
- 40:09Speaker 1: It was quite hysterical to listen to that audio. Don't
