- 0:00Speaker 1: So there's a new bombshell report out and this spells
- 0:03Speaker 1: serious trouble not just for Hunter and Joe Biden, but
- 0:07Speaker 1: specifically now for Hillary Clinton in the Durham investigation. Now,
- 0:12Speaker 1: there are two different competing headlines coming from this big
- 0:16Speaker 1: legal win for the Durham team over the weekend, oddly enough,
- 0:20Speaker 1: and it depends on which story you read. Now, I'm
- 0:23Speaker 1: gonna give you the real headline, and this is how
- 0:25Speaker 1: it reads. Durham wins legal battle to unveil Hillary clinton
- 0:30Speaker 1: fusion GPS documents previously kept secret under attorney client privileged claims.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Now that is the real headline, because Durham did actually
- 0:40Speaker 1: win this legal battle to unveil Hillary Clinton's documents that
- 0:45Speaker 1: had been previously kept secret, right saying, wow, you can't
- 0:49Speaker 1: talk about this the attorney client privilege. Now, that is
- 0:53Speaker 1: the headline that should be running all over the country.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Guess what it's not. In fact, the media has turned
- 1:00Speaker 1: into a pr company for Hillary Clinton running this headline
- 1:03Speaker 1: in Politico. They buried this in their quote legal section
- 1:08Speaker 1: at politico dot com, and this is what their headline
- 1:13Speaker 1: actually read over the weekend. Judge spares Clinton camp in
- 1:19Speaker 1: Sussman ruling Yeah, that's how they read the headline or
- 1:23Speaker 1: wrote the headline so that you would think, oh, there's
- 1:25Speaker 1: nothing there. I don't even need to read this story
- 1:27Speaker 1: even if I found it buried in the legal section
- 1:30Speaker 1: of Politico. Now let me tell you what the real
- 1:31Speaker 1: story actually is. But before I get to that, I

- 3:13Speaker 1: ask Special counsel John Durham won a legal victory want
- 3:17Speaker 1: a judge presiding over his case against cybersecurity lawyer Michael
- 3:23Speaker 1: Sussman ruled that some Hillary Clinton fusion GPS documents that
- 3:29Speaker 1: have been previously kept secret under the alibi of attorney
- 3:33Speaker 1: client privilege can now be revealed in court. The documents,
- 3:39Speaker 1: Durham argued, are quote critical and crucial in building his
- 3:43Speaker 1: case against Sussman, a former Perkins Coit partner, accused of
- 3:48Speaker 1: lying to the FBI when presenting alleged evidence connecting then
- 3:53Speaker 1: presidential candidate Donald Trump and his campaign to the Kremlin
- 3:58Speaker 1: connected Alpha Bank in Russia. We know that all of
- 4:02Speaker 1: that is a lie. Everybody in the media has said
- 4:04Speaker 1: it's a lie. It's the same information that we get
- 4:07Speaker 1: you kicked off social media if you shared it just
- 4:10Speaker 1: months ago. Now. At the time Susman presented the evidence
- 4:14Speaker 1: to FBI lawyer James Baker, he claimed that he was
- 4:19Speaker 1: acting as a private citizen and not on behalf of
- 4:23Speaker 1: any client. We know that's a lie. We know he
- 4:26Speaker 1: was acting on behalf of the Hillary Clinton campaign and
- 4:28Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee. Billing records later proved that Susman
- 4:34Speaker 1: had charged the time when he was meeting with the
- 4:38Speaker 1: FBI lawyer James Baker, claiming that he was not acting
- 4:41Speaker 1: as a private citizen to the Clinton campaign. That's right.
- 4:45Speaker 1: While he was meeting with the FBI he was billing
- 4:48Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. Durham is seeking to prove that Sessman was
- 4:54Speaker 1: indeed secretly acting on behalf of the Democratic Party in general,
- 4:58Speaker 1: the DNC, because they were helping pay for this and
- 5:01Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton her campaign when he fabricated allegations against the
- 5:07Speaker 1: Trump campaign allegend collusion with Russia. Now in court, Durham
- 5:14Speaker 1: argued that the CIA in fact had determined that sessmans
- 5:20Speaker 1: purported evidence against Donald J. Trump was not quote unquote
- 5:26Speaker 1: technically plausible and did not quote unquote withstand technical scrutiny,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and also appeared to be and I'm quoting the FBI,
- 5:38Speaker 1: excuse me, the CIA here appeared to be quote user
- 5:42Speaker 1: created and not machine slash tool generated. So, in other words,
- 5:50Speaker 1: Sessman came in, he made up a lie. The Clinton
- 5:54Speaker 1: campaign paid him to fabricate the lie. The Clinton campaign
- 5:58Speaker 1: made sure that lie was well orchestrated, that it was
- 6:04Speaker 1: a political lie that would pay huge political dividends for
- 6:09Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's campaign. Hillary Clinton knew when she was hiring
- 6:12Speaker 1: Sessaman that this is what he was good at and
- 6:14Speaker 1: it was going to have a major impact, hopefully on
- 6:17Speaker 1: the election. That's just some of what we now know now,
- 6:21Speaker 1: if you said any of this over the last several years,
- 6:25Speaker 1: since twenty sixteen, they would tell you that you are
- 6:30Speaker 1: a liar. They would tell you, okay, that you were
- 6:34Speaker 1: putting out Russian disinformation. They would tell you that you
- 6:41Speaker 1: were a part of the Kremlin. This is all again
- 6:44Speaker 1: what they've said now, Durham winning. This is massive. So
- 6:51Speaker 1: why is it that the mainstream media is running fake
- 6:55Speaker 1: headlines Because they're trying to save the Democratic Party. Because
- 6:58Speaker 1: if Hillary Clinton goes down, is the Democratic Party and
- 7:01Speaker 1: so does Barack Obama's legacy, and so does Joe Biden.
- 7:06Speaker 1: That's why they bury this at Politico with a headline
- 7:10Speaker 1: under their legal section, not under political news, under breaking news,
- 7:13Speaker 1: under news under legal quote. Judge spars Clinton camp and
- 7:18Speaker 1: sessment ruling. They didn't do that. That's not what happened.
- 7:21Speaker 1: This is how their first paragraph reads. Federal judge is
- 7:26Speaker 1: turned down a request from special counsel John Durham for
- 7:29Speaker 1: a ruling that a lawyer facing trial. Don't even use
- 7:32Speaker 1: his name. Just a lawyer facing trial on a false
- 7:35Speaker 1: statement charge was part of a wide ranging joint venture
- 7:39Speaker 1: involving Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. Democratic operatives, private investigation firm, Fusion, GPS,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and various technology researchers. And that interesting how they don't
- 7:48Speaker 1: even use the name because the name is significant. Right,
- 7:53Speaker 1: if you actually go back and you talk and you
- 7:56Speaker 1: look at this case, you know how big of a
- 7:58Speaker 1: deal the name is involved. Right, everybody knows or everybody
- 8:04Speaker 1: should know the name Michael Sessman. That's exactly why Politico
- 8:08Speaker 1: kept it out of their headline and out of their
- 8:10Speaker 1: first paragraph. They just called him some lawyer, acting like
- 8:14Speaker 1: this is a non story. The decision Politico goes on
- 8:18Speaker 1: to write, issued Saturday afternoon by US District Judge Christopher Cooper,
- 8:22Speaker 1: limits evidence and testimony prosecutors can offer against attorney Michael
- 8:26Speaker 1: Sessman at a jury trial set to get under way
- 8:28Speaker 1: later this month. So they're not even when they do
- 8:31Speaker 1: say his name, they're not even connecting him to Hillary Clinton.
- 8:34Speaker 1: The ruling spares the Clinton campaign and the Democrat National
- 8:37Speaker 1: Committee the potential embarrassment of a federal judge finding they
- 8:41Speaker 1: were part of a coordinated effort to levels since discredited
- 8:46Speaker 1: allegations that Kennet Donald Trump or his allies maintained a
- 8:49Speaker 1: data link from Trump Tower to the Russia's Alpha bank.
- 8:54Speaker 1: The Clinton campaign disseminated that claim amid a broader effort
- 8:58Speaker 1: to call out Trump's ties to Russia at a time
- 9:00Speaker 1: when US intelligence agencies had revealed efforts by the Russian
- 9:03Speaker 1: government to interfere in the twenty sixteen elections. So even
- 9:06Speaker 1: politicos still not telling you that it's totally lie. They're saying, well,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you're gonna understand why it's out there, right. The Clinton
- 9:11Speaker 1: campaign just disseminated that claim amid a broader effort to
- 9:16Speaker 1: call out Trump's ties to Russia. So they're basically still
- 9:18Speaker 1: implying that Trump still has broader ties to Russia. That
- 9:23Speaker 1: is how Politico is reporting a store acting like this
- 9:26Speaker 1: a win for Hillary Clinton when clearly it was not
- 9:29Speaker 1: a win. Let me go back to the facts here.
- 9:34Speaker 1: The documents Durham argued are crucial in building his case.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Durham is seeking to prove that Sussman was indeed secretly
- 9:42Speaker 1: acting on behalf of the Democratic Party and the Clinton
- 9:46Speaker 1: campaign when he fabricated allegations against the Trump campaign allegend
- 9:51Speaker 1: collusion with Russia. The Washington Examiner reported Wednesday that Judge
- 9:56Speaker 1: Christopher Cooper agreed to grant Durham's motion, arguing he didn't
- 10:00Speaker 1: not believe it was breaking attorney client privilege for him
- 10:04Speaker 1: to review the documents in question in an in camera
- 10:07Speaker 1: setting or away from the public and the media. One
- 10:12Speaker 1: legal blogger appeared to confirm the ruling, uploading purported court documents.
- 10:18Speaker 1: The documents reportedly contained redacted communications between and listened carefully,
- 10:24Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee number one, Hillary Clinton's campaign Hillary
- 10:28Speaker 1: for America number two, the Fusion GPS research company number three,
- 10:34Speaker 1: and the Perkins Coy law firm number four who worked there.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Part five sessmen who's been indicted. Kata Cooper's ruling was
- 10:44Speaker 1: a difference between hiring a firm lawyer to conduct fact
- 10:48Speaker 1: checking versus hiring it to do opposition research. The Examiner
- 10:53Speaker 1: has also reported Hillary for America, the DNC, and Perkins Core,
- 11:00Speaker 1: the law firm that Hillary Clinton hired, have all claimed
- 11:04Speaker 1: that these records should be kept sealed under attorney client
- 11:08Speaker 1: privilege since they quote hired Fusion Gps to simply provide
- 11:13Speaker 1: legal services. This is where Durham got him. He argued, no, no, no,
- 11:19Speaker 1: Fusion Gps. His work went far beyond legal services to
- 11:25Speaker 1: engage an out and out opposition research against the Trump
- 11:28Speaker 1: campaign to the point where they were going and lying
- 11:31Speaker 1: to the FBI as claiming they were some sort of whistleblowers,
- 11:37Speaker 1: acting like they were there on their own time, when
- 11:40Speaker 1: they were actually billing the Hillary Clinton campaign right for
- 11:45Speaker 1: the opposition research they were peddling out to the FBI,
- 11:49Speaker 1: to the CIA, and to the media. Now, the court
- 11:54Speaker 1: is set to review only thirty eight of one thousand,
- 11:57Speaker 1: five hundred documents over which the defendants have asserted privilege.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Now this goes back to that fake headline from Politico.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I was telling you about a moment ago. Their headline
- 12:09Speaker 1: says Judge spars Clinton Camp and Sessamen ruling he didn't. Well,
- 12:13Speaker 1: they're saying, well, it's only thirty eight documents, right, so
- 12:16Speaker 1: therefore they've protected them. Really because of the one thousand,
- 12:20Speaker 1: five hundred documents that they were asking to see, they
- 12:24Speaker 1: weren't asking, by the way, to see Durham was not
- 12:27Speaker 1: asking to see all the documents. Hence the reason why
- 12:30Speaker 1: he even says that there may be requests for the
- 12:34Speaker 1: introduction in the future of some of these other documents.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Are right now, all they want is at thirty eight.
- 12:41Speaker 1: So this is how the media says, Well, it was
- 12:43Speaker 1: mostly a win for Hillary Clinton, even though it clearly wasn't. Now,
- 12:47Speaker 1: this ruling clearly freaked out the defendants legal teams. How
- 12:52Speaker 1: do we know this? Here's the proof. Clinton campaign lawyer
- 12:55Speaker 1: Robert Trout was vigorous and arguing that the government displayed
- 13:02Speaker 1: and quote erroneously cramped view of privilege and called it
- 13:07Speaker 1: a false choice to say something is either opposition research
- 13:12Speaker 1: or covered by privilege. Now, Salesman's lawyer Sean Berkowitz laminated
- 13:18Speaker 1: that the quote governments charged a case with attorneys and
- 13:22Speaker 1: privilege all over the place quote unquote, and claim the
- 13:26Speaker 1: judge's ruling could have a ripple effect that may end
- 13:29Speaker 1: up calling thousands of documents and a question. Okay, so
- 13:33Speaker 1: let's go back to the lying headline from Politico. They
- 13:36Speaker 1: say this is a win for Hillary Clinton. Right their headline,
- 13:40Speaker 1: the judge spirits Clinton camp and Sessman ruling. The decision,
- 13:42Speaker 1: issued Saturday afternoon, limits evidence and testimony prosecutors can offer
- 13:47Speaker 1: against attorney Michael Suessman at a jury trial set to
- 13:49Speaker 1: get underway later this month. So you would think, well,
- 13:52Speaker 1: this is good news. It's not good news, and everybody
- 13:55Speaker 1: knows it's not good news. But there it is them
- 13:57Speaker 1: spinning this headline. Maybe the new disinformations are will come
- 14:01Speaker 1: out and say this isn't the truth, right, I'll be
- 14:03Speaker 1: waiting for this now. If you take a step back,
- 14:08Speaker 1: what this means is not only is Hillary Clinton in
- 14:13Speaker 1: serious trouble now, but Sessman is in serious trouble now.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And there's a good chance he's going to start rolling
- 14:20Speaker 1: on people within the Clinton campaign because he was clearly
- 14:23Speaker 1: being directed by the Clinton campaign like that. That's the
- 14:26Speaker 1: most obvious point of all of this. It is very clear,
- 14:32Speaker 1: right that, I mean very very very very very clear
- 14:37Speaker 1: that he was being directed by Hillary Clinton. He was
- 14:41Speaker 1: being directed by Hillary Clinton. He knew what he was
- 14:43Speaker 1: being asked to do, and he Winton did it. He
- 14:46Speaker 1: knew how he was gonna lie, and he did it.
- 14:48Speaker 1: He knew that it couldn't come from the Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Wink quink, nod, nod to the FBI. He knew that
- 14:54Speaker 1: the CIA and the Deep State were going to turn
- 14:56Speaker 1: the other way, even though they had to assess that
- 14:58Speaker 1: this was fabricated material from the very beginning, and they
- 15:01Speaker 1: still went forward with it because this is the only
- 15:03Speaker 1: way they could screw Donald Trump. This wasn't. And to
- 15:07Speaker 1: be clear, this wasn't anything about actually Trump doing something wrong.
- 15:10Speaker 1: This was about winning an election and how you win
- 15:13Speaker 1: an election. As you go out there and you tell
- 15:15Speaker 1: people that Donald Trump is working for the Russians and
- 15:20Speaker 1: you undermine Donald Trump that way, and that's exactly what
- 15:23Speaker 1: they did, and it worked. Because Donald Trump was not reelected.
- 15:28Speaker 1: You got to impeach him, right, that was a good thing.
- 15:32Speaker 1: If you're a Democrat, you love the fact that he
- 15:34Speaker 1: was impeached. You're excited about that. This was victory and
- 15:38Speaker 1: you thought you were probably going to get away with
- 15:40Speaker 1: all of this except Donald Trump, and the pieces of
- 15:44Speaker 1: the puzzle started to be put together. And when those
- 15:47Speaker 1: pieces of the puzzles started to be put together, and
- 15:49Speaker 1: then you had Durham that was appointed to look into this,
- 15:52Speaker 1: that's when you knew you were in trouble. And this
- 15:56Speaker 1: campaign has not been able to stop it so far.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Biden has not been able to stop it so far. Now,
- 16:04Speaker 1: if you have this come down and you all of
- 16:07Speaker 1: a sudden see that the president of the United States
- 16:09Speaker 1: of America and his government, right, Joe Biden's Government's been
- 16:13Speaker 1: trying to help out Hillary Clinton. This is only going
- 16:16Speaker 1: to complicate things that much more because now you've got
- 16:20Speaker 1: these other major problems. If you're the White House right now,
- 16:25Speaker 1: you may almost wish for a moment that Hillary Clinton
- 16:27Speaker 1: becomes a center of attention because you're in such a
- 16:30Speaker 1: bad spot. You're in such a bad scenario now when
- 16:33Speaker 1: it comes to your own son and those investigations, which
- 16:37Speaker 1: brings me to New Gingrich. New Gingrid just come out saying,
- 16:41Speaker 1: not only is Joe Biden a liar when it comes
- 16:43Speaker 1: to his son's business dealings, but he also wrote an
- 16:47Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand dollars check for Hunters businesses. So the
- 16:51Speaker 1: idea that he never spoke about the business dealings with
- 16:54Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, we know is absurd because no father writes
- 16:57Speaker 1: an eight hundred thousand dollars check for anyone without asking
- 17:03Speaker 1: some questions. And we all know that. I want you
- 17:09Speaker 1: to take a listen to what he had to say
- 17:12Speaker 1: while he was talking with Maria bart to Roma about
- 17:15Speaker 1: Joe Biden not only being a liar, but the fact
- 17:18Speaker 1: that we clearly need a deep investigation into the Biden
- 17:22Speaker 1: crime family that he describes as nothing more than like
- 17:25Speaker 1: the mafia, also have corruption in plain sight. And I
- 17:29Speaker 1: want to get your take on that. And and you
- 17:31Speaker 1: mentioned the University of Pennsylvania secret Chinese money. You think
- 17:37Speaker 1: that's it an even bigger story than the corruption of
- 17:40Speaker 1: what's on Hunter's laptop, right, walk us through what you
- 17:43Speaker 1: mean well, and by the way, let me explain this
- 17:45Speaker 1: to you so you understand a little bit deeper. And
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'll remind you we did a deep dive in our
- 17:49Speaker 1: podcast into this. The University of Pennsylvania had been taking
- 17:53Speaker 1: insane amounts of money from Chinese donors, many of them
- 17:56Speaker 1: anonymous Chinese donors, some of them giving fourteen and a
- 17:59Speaker 1: half fifteen million dollars, if my memory serves me correctly.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Why Because Biden was involved at the University of Pennsylvania,
- 18:08Speaker 1: and the University of Pennsylvania was taking this money from
- 18:11Speaker 1: the Chinese government and these Chinese sources. And we're talking
- 18:15Speaker 1: about insane amount of dollars. Now, the question is where
- 18:20Speaker 1: were the kickbacks coming from. Now, penn had the Biden
- 18:24Speaker 1: Center for Public Policy, and the money was flowing in.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And if you wanted to do business with Joe Biden,
- 18:30Speaker 1: if you wanted to do things with Joe Biden in general,
- 18:33Speaker 1: what we have learned very clearly is you had to
- 18:36Speaker 1: give cash to the Bidens, whether that was through the
- 18:40Speaker 1: University of Pennsylvania, which was easiest lay to funnel money.
- 18:43Speaker 1: In my questions, how much money did he make, how
- 18:46Speaker 1: much cash did he make? How much money was there
- 18:50Speaker 1: in all of this, right, like how much cash was
- 18:55Speaker 1: going from the University of Pennsylvania after it funneled to
- 18:59Speaker 1: them from China from communist Chinese people quote anonymous donors
- 19:03Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family. And that's exactly where I
- 19:07Speaker 1: want to pick it up with Nick Gingrich because that's
- 19:09Speaker 1: what he's about to explain, saying, you want to talk
- 19:11Speaker 1: about corruption, look at the University of penn Look at
- 19:14Speaker 1: the money going into the pen Biden Center for Public Policy.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Look at how much cash is being funneled from the
- 19:21Speaker 1: communist Chinese government indirectly through the university then going to
- 19:28Speaker 1: the family. Well, well, the University of Pennsylvania that we
- 19:33Speaker 1: know of, has gotten at least sixty seven million dollars
- 19:37Speaker 1: from Chinese sources, anonymous sources. The University of Pennsylvania refused
- 19:43Speaker 1: to turn over information to the Justice Department in the
- 19:46Speaker 1: last year the Trump presidency. One of the major jobs
- 19:49Speaker 1: of Congress should be to subpoena the University of Pennsylvania's records.
- 19:53Speaker 1: They created the Penn Biden Center for Public Policy. I
- 19:57Speaker 1: don't know how many administration staff were being paid from
- 20:01Speaker 1: that center, but they were being paid with Chinese money.
- 20:04Speaker 1: And you have anonymous Chinese donors, the largest of which
- 20:08Speaker 1: was fourteen and a half million dollars. So you take
- 20:10Speaker 1: everything that Hunter Biden ever did, and then you look
- 20:14Speaker 1: at what Joe Biden was doing. The story here is
- 20:16Speaker 1: not Hunter Biden. The story here is the head of
- 20:19Speaker 1: the family, just like a mafia family, the head of
- 20:22Speaker 1: the family who, by the way, if you go back
- 20:24Speaker 1: and pull up what he said in various campaign events,
- 20:27Speaker 1: I knew nothing. I never discussed my son's business. Well,
- 20:30Speaker 1: we now know he wrote an eight hundred thousand dollars
- 20:33Speaker 1: check for his son's legal expenses in business. Is eight
- 20:37Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars check? Okay, we now know that Joe
- 20:42Speaker 1: Biden wrote an eight hundred thousand dollars check for a
- 20:45Speaker 1: son's legal expenses in business. How can you say that
- 20:51Speaker 1: you know nothing about someone's legal expenses or his business,
- 20:59Speaker 1: or his business life or his business expenses when clearly
- 21:02Speaker 1: you do. You don't just write a random check for
- 21:07Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand dollars without asking a question. There's no way,
- 21:12Speaker 1: It's impossible. No one writes an eight hundred thousand dollars
- 21:17Speaker 1: random check without asking any questions. That doesn't happen, and
- 21:22Speaker 1: we all know it. Now. Listen to this closing argument
- 21:28Speaker 1: for New Gingrich as he was talking about not only
- 21:31Speaker 1: the eight hundred thousand dollars check for Biden's businesses, but
- 21:35Speaker 1: this idea that Joe Biden didn't know anything about it.
- 21:38Speaker 1: This wasn't criminal, This was writing to be including Chinese businesses.
- 21:42Speaker 1: He wants us to believe he wrote an eight hundred
- 21:45Speaker 1: thousand dollars check and didn't discuss his son's business. He
- 21:48Speaker 1: wants us to believe they flew for seventeen hours to
- 21:51Speaker 1: China and they didn't discuss his son's business. The truth
- 21:55Speaker 1: is Joe Biden is a liar. This is a corrupt
- 21:57Speaker 1: family occupying the White House, and we need to get
- 22:01Speaker 1: to the bottom of it. And I believe the University
- 22:03Speaker 1: of Pennsylvania's sixty seven million dollars from China is a
- 22:07Speaker 1: lot bigger scandal than Hunter Biden's laptop, as big a
- 22:11Speaker 1: hand as scandal. Frankly as the laptop is, where did
- 22:14Speaker 1: the money come from, who is running the checks, and
- 22:17Speaker 1: where did the money go after it was written to
- 22:19Speaker 1: the University of Pennsylvania. That's question one that everybody in
- 22:22Speaker 1: the media should be asking. They're not how is it that?
- 22:27Speaker 1: And again, the Republicans need to get their heads out
- 22:29Speaker 1: of there were in and they need to subpoena these
- 22:31Speaker 1: documents from the University of Pennsylvania. They need to actually
- 22:35Speaker 1: start fighting back and not just sitting there like a
- 22:38Speaker 1: bunch of lazy eight bless in Congress, which is what
- 22:41Speaker 1: the majority of them are actually doing right now. But
- 22:44Speaker 1: you put these two stories together, and you put the
- 22:47Speaker 1: Durham winning this major legal battle to unveil Hillary Clinton's
- 22:50Speaker 1: fusion GPS documents previously kept secret under the cause of
- 22:55Speaker 1: attorney client privilege. That's now gone. You look at what
- 23:00Speaker 1: you now know about Joe Biden and the eight hundred
- 23:02Speaker 1: thousand dollar check. It is significant. You cannot say that
- 23:07Speaker 1: it's not. The media clearly doesn't want you to know
- 23:13Speaker 1: the truth about Hunter Biden. The media doesn't want you
- 23:18Speaker 1: to know what has happened with Hunter Biden. I was
- 23:21Speaker 1: hosting last week Outnumbered, and one of the guest hosts
- 23:24Speaker 1: on that show is Tommy Lauren, and she had this
- 23:27Speaker 1: to say. She was spot on about the media continuing
- 23:31Speaker 1: to look the other way about the Hunter Biden scandal.
- 23:33Speaker 1: This is important for all Americans and the fact that
- 23:35Speaker 1: those in mainstream media, or at least it seems that
- 23:38Speaker 1: the folks in mainstream media are not curious. I don't
- 23:41Speaker 1: think it's a lack of curiosity. I think they don't
- 23:42Speaker 1: want to know the truth because then they would have
- 23:44Speaker 1: to admit that they originally never wanted to talk about
- 23:47Speaker 1: the laptop in the first place, and then they had
- 23:49Speaker 1: to talk about it. Yeah, the disinformation. I'm so glad
- 23:52Speaker 1: we have that governance board. Now, maybe they should look
- 23:54Speaker 1: into this, Maybe they should look into the big guy.
- 23:56Speaker 1: But there's also to the point of he's paying the legales,
- 24:00Speaker 1: you're paying your son's legal fees, but you don't know
- 24:02Speaker 1: what the legal fees are for. There's missing millions of
- 24:04Speaker 1: dollars that unaccounted for in terms of Biden's finances. There's
- 24:09Speaker 1: these emails that again are talking about the big guy
- 24:11Speaker 1: talking about certain kickbacks. And I want to know whether
- 24:14Speaker 1: it was Joe or Hunter, because even if it's just Hunter,
- 24:17Speaker 1: it's still bad. What did he have to give to
- 24:20Speaker 1: get all these positions on all these boards? It certainly
- 24:23Speaker 1: wasn't his talent and skill. He has no marketable talents
- 24:26Speaker 1: and skills. So what did he have to give up?
- 24:28Speaker 1: And to the detriment of us? Because we need to
- 24:31Speaker 1: know that if vulnerable drug addict, like we know that
- 24:35Speaker 1: even Joe I love that he was vulnerable because he
- 24:37Speaker 1: was a drug addict and his father exploited his addiction.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Is what Harris Faulkner is saying there. It's what I've
- 24:42Speaker 1: been saying for months now. There's two other big headlines
- 24:45Speaker 1: also dealing with Hunter Biden that also, again the media
- 24:50Speaker 1: is not covering. Hunter Biden is now enlisted a Hollywood
- 24:53Speaker 1: mega lawyer for not just counsel, but also funding. Sources
- 24:58Speaker 1: are now saying Biden has garnered quiet support in financial
- 25:03Speaker 1: backing from a high powered Hollywood attorney while awaiting the
- 25:06Speaker 1: outcome of a long running federal investigation into his taxes
- 25:10Speaker 1: and finances being conducted by the US Attorney in Delaware.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Multiple sources have now confirmed to CBS News Kevin Morris,
- 25:19Speaker 1: the attorney known for crafting the five hundred and fifty
- 25:24Speaker 1: million dollars licensing deal for the creators of South Park
- 25:29Speaker 1: and who later won a Tony Award as a co
- 25:31Speaker 1: producer of the hit musical Book of Mormon, is now
- 25:34Speaker 1: crafting a legal and media strategy for Hunter Biden. His
- 25:40Speaker 1: office confirmed yes, this is happening when they were reached
- 25:43Speaker 1: for comment. President Biden's son is maintaining a robust New
- 25:49Speaker 1: York based legal team handling his defense and the ongoing
- 25:53Speaker 1: criminal probe and delaware that has been focused on his taxes. Yes,
- 25:59Speaker 1: his taxes. Now, CBS News this weekend with this exclusive
- 26:04Speaker 1: finally came out and had this to say about Hunter Biden.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Now again, this is on the CBS News investigating Hunter
- 26:12Speaker 1: Biden have subpoena documents from a twenty nineteen paternity lawsuit.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Those documents include tax records from the President's son dating
- 26:20Speaker 1: back to twenty seventeen. Investigators obtained records from the lawyer
- 26:24Speaker 1: who represented the woman who filed the twenty nineteen lawsuit
- 26:28Speaker 1: claiming Hunter Biden was the father of her child. That
- 26:31Speaker 1: lawyer told CBS News prosecutors quote wanted every record relating
- 26:36Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden. We had CBS News Senior investigative correspondent
- 26:40Speaker 1: Catherine Herridge joins us now for more on this. Hi, Katherine,
- 26:43Speaker 1: great to see you. So what exactly our prosecutors looking
- 26:48Speaker 1: for in these documents that you know, as we said,
- 26:51Speaker 1: are from many years ago, Tanya. Our CBS News investigative
- 26:55Speaker 1: team was able to obtain this subpoena that was sent
- 26:59Speaker 1: by the US Erne's office in Delaware in December of
- 27:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty to a law firm in Arkansas that represented
- 27:07Speaker 1: London Roberts, the woman who brought and settled paternity suit
- 27:10Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden. This is a very broad subpoena seeking
- 27:14Speaker 1: financial records, and it falls into two distinct buckets. The
- 27:18Speaker 1: first has to do with the flow of money in
- 27:21Speaker 1: and out of his accounts. It asked for all documents, emails,
- 27:24Speaker 1: instant messages related to income, expenses, debts, financial transactions both
- 27:31Speaker 1: personal and business. And the second buncket, is really very
- 27:34Speaker 1: focused on his tax situation. It calls for federal, state, local,
- 27:39Speaker 1: income and payroll taxes. Now, you've got to ask yourself
- 27:42Speaker 1: a question real quick, why is CBS News actually doing
- 27:45Speaker 1: the report that I'm playing for you now? Because I
- 27:46Speaker 1: think they realize they have no other choice, and it
- 27:50Speaker 1: may be that Hunter Biden, listening as Hollywood mega lawyer
- 27:52Speaker 1: for counsel and funding, has said, Look, let's go ahead
- 27:55Speaker 1: and get the story out there, because there's no reason
- 27:57Speaker 1: not too at this point. And then let's just try
- 28:00Speaker 1: to separate that story from your father. That may be
- 28:03Speaker 1: their strategy, their best option right now, because if I
- 28:05Speaker 1: was their media strategy team member right now, that's what
- 28:08Speaker 1: I would be telling them to do. And if you notice,
- 28:10Speaker 1: this report really doesn't have a lot to do with
- 28:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden. It's all about Hunter Biden trying to imply
- 28:16Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden's out on a raft by himself, that
- 28:18Speaker 1: his father knew nothing about any of this. Continue to
- 28:21Speaker 1: listen to these documents. They talk about the scope of
- 28:25Speaker 1: this new subpoena. Former US attorney told us that this
- 28:28Speaker 1: kind of subpoena really indicates to him that the US
- 28:31Speaker 1: attorney in Delaware is leaving no stone unturned in his investigation. Catherine,
- 28:36Speaker 1: why are these documents so important? Well, these documents are
- 28:40Speaker 1: important because it's part of a data chain that leads
- 28:44Speaker 1: to the grandjury testimony of London Roberts, the woman who
- 28:48Speaker 1: brought and settled that paternity suit with Hunter Biden. So
- 28:51Speaker 1: we begin with December of twenty twenty this very broad
- 28:55Speaker 1: subpoena for financial records that goes to the law firm
- 28:59Speaker 1: in our concer, and then according to her lawyer, Clint Lancaster,
- 29:03Speaker 1: there was an in person meeting in the fall of
- 29:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty one with a representative of the US Attorney's
- 29:10Speaker 1: office in Delaware as well as an FBI agent and
- 29:13Speaker 1: an IRS enforcement agent along with his client. And then
- 29:17Speaker 1: earlier this year, in February, London Roberts goes to the
- 29:21Speaker 1: grand jury in Delaware and testifies. And what we understand
- 29:25Speaker 1: through our reporting is that it says that there is
- 29:28Speaker 1: something in those records that she has first hand information
- 29:33Speaker 1: about that the US Attorney in Delaware wanted to lock
- 29:37Speaker 1: in as testimony before that grand jury. So it's the
- 29:40Speaker 1: data chain that really matters here. So, Katherine, could any
- 29:43Speaker 1: of this information in any way implicate President Biden? I
- 29:48Speaker 1: don't want to well, I love this right very end
- 29:50Speaker 1: of the interview. Is there anything in here that could
- 29:52Speaker 1: implicate President Joe Biden? Katherine herritage listen to which I
- 29:57Speaker 1: don't want to speculate on that trying to make this
- 30:00Speaker 1: about a hunter, speculate on the standing of this investigation.
- 30:04Speaker 1: But I just want to lay out with the White
- 30:06Speaker 1: House position is and what we know through our own
- 30:08Speaker 1: reporting here at CBS. Hold on. So you didn't answer
- 30:10Speaker 1: the question did you know? Of course not. Why would
- 30:13Speaker 1: I answer that question. I don't want to speculate on that.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? I'm not gonna speculate on that.
- 30:21Speaker 1: What do you think. I don't want you to think
- 30:23Speaker 1: for a moment that I'm going to talk about President
- 30:27Speaker 1: of the United States of America when his son's clearly
- 30:29Speaker 1: involved in all this. I am no no ho no, no, no, no, no,
- 30:33Speaker 1: we are not we are not going to talk about that.
- 30:36Speaker 1: You need to be quiet. I'm just gonna tell you
- 30:38Speaker 1: what their perspective is and we're gonna move on. Translation. Dude,
- 30:43Speaker 1: he's at drug addict. Okay, that made some stupid deals
- 30:46Speaker 1: and this has nothing to do in any capacity, right,
- 30:51Speaker 1: this has nothing to do with Joe Biden. Everybody be quiet.
- 30:55Speaker 1: The present's uninvolved. We're just gonna we're gonna, We're gonna
- 30:59Speaker 1: totally separate the two. That's all this is. That's that's it.
- 31:04Speaker 1: It's just it's it's it's it's as simple as that.
- 31:09Speaker 1: They think you're this dumb. They think that you are
- 31:13Speaker 1: this stupid, that you're gonna that you're gonna fall for this,
- 31:17Speaker 1: that you're gonna look at this and you're gonna think, oh,
- 31:19Speaker 1: it's it's totally normal for a Hollywood lawyer who represents
- 31:23Speaker 1: Southpark creator and Chris Rock paying off two million dollars
- 31:26Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden's overdue taxes acting as his sugar daddy
- 31:29Speaker 1: or sugar brother. Right, Hunter Biden had his tax bill
- 31:34Speaker 1: of more than two million dollars actually paid for by
- 31:36Speaker 1: a Hollywood lawyer. Wonder why what's he trying to hide?
- 31:41Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's attorney said, Morris is quote a trust advisor
- 31:43Speaker 1: of the president's son. Morris also co produced the Book
- 31:46Speaker 1: of Mormon, and it is a published author. And all
- 31:49Speaker 1: of a sudden, you just decide to go in and
- 31:51Speaker 1: pay two million dollars of your overdue taxes out of nowhere,
- 31:55Speaker 1: and we're not supposed to ask any questions about this
- 31:57Speaker 1: and just accept it like this is completely in totally normal.
- 32:02Speaker 1: And then you go back to Catherine Heritage again, She's like, well,
- 32:05Speaker 1: let me just tell you the White House's perspective here.
- 32:08Speaker 1: That's what you really that's what you really need to
- 32:11Speaker 1: be worried about, like this is the this is the
- 32:13Speaker 1: White House. Okay, this the White House's perspective. I wouldn't
- 32:16Speaker 1: say that there's any real connection here between any of
- 32:19Speaker 1: this and the president. Information in any way implicate President Biden.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I don't want to speculate on the standing of this investigation,
- 32:28Speaker 1: but I just want to lay out what the White
- 32:30Speaker 1: House position is and what we know through our own
- 32:32Speaker 1: reporting here at CBS News. Recently, the White House Chief
- 32:35Speaker 1: of Staff was asked about this issue, and he said
- 32:39Speaker 1: that the President felt that his family had done the
- 32:41Speaker 1: right thing, but then also added that these were the
- 32:45Speaker 1: actions of Hunter Biden and James Biden, the President's brother,
- 32:48Speaker 1: and that these were private matters and that President Biden
- 32:52Speaker 1: was not involved. What we know through our reporting here
- 32:54Speaker 1: at CBS News is that there was another subpoena that
- 32:58Speaker 1: was sent out to one of the mayor your banks
- 33:00Speaker 1: here in the United States, and it was seeking not
- 33:03Speaker 1: only Hunter Biden's records his former business partners, but also
- 33:07Speaker 1: the records of the president's brother, James Biden, and these
- 33:11Speaker 1: records went back to twenty fourteen. And the reason that
- 33:14Speaker 1: timing matters is that it spans a period when Joe
- 33:18Speaker 1: Biden was the vice president. Whoa, oh, let's bury that
- 33:21Speaker 1: at the end. So you got Joe Biden's brother and
- 33:25Speaker 1: his tax records being subpoenaed or his bank records being
- 33:28Speaker 1: subpoena going back to when his brother was the vice
- 33:31Speaker 1: president right twenty fourteen. But we're not going to speculate
- 33:35Speaker 1: if any of this involves the president of the United
- 33:37Speaker 1: States America. Why would we do that. His dad just
- 33:41Speaker 1: paid an eight hundred thousand dollar legal bill for his
- 33:43Speaker 1: son's businesses, right, not for a lawsuit, but for its businesses.
- 33:46Speaker 1: We know that you think you just randomly write checks
- 33:47Speaker 1: to your son for eight hundred thousand dollars. Come on, man,
- 33:51Speaker 1: to quote Joe Biden, Come on, man, don't forget to
- 33:55Speaker 1: go backwards and grab our other podcasts or we've been
