- 0:02Speaker 1: Y'all know what time to y'all don't know. Y'all all
- 0:10Speaker 1: suit looking back to back down, giving them mo like
- 0:15Speaker 1: the milking buck things in the cubs. Stop me true
- 0:20Speaker 1: good it string to the movie to other studley, I
- 0:38Speaker 1: don't join join me to be doing me. You gotta
- 1:01Speaker 1: turn hurt you. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn You haven't got to turn them out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water go. Come come on your fad
- 2:00Speaker 1: uh huh. I'll show widow good morning. Everybody you're listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on dig me now, one and
- 2:08Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay. I want
- 2:15Speaker 1: to share something with you that I had to come
- 2:17Speaker 1: to the realization one time, and even in the reinvention
- 2:21Speaker 1: of myself right now, I've had to come to that
- 2:23Speaker 1: and I want to share it with you today. Give
- 2:26Speaker 1: it to you. I want to tell you about something
- 2:29Speaker 1: that a lot of people do in their life and
- 2:32Speaker 1: I want you to be aware of it. Here it is,
- 2:36Speaker 1: don't get stuck on yourself. You could be wrong. You
- 2:41Speaker 1: know I said, don't get stuck on yourself. You could
- 2:51Speaker 1: be wrong. You know. The reason I'm saying this is
- 2:56Speaker 1: because people have a tendency to once they make a
- 3:03Speaker 1: decision about something, or once they decide to go a
- 3:06Speaker 1: certain path, they go against all everything, anything anybody says,
- 3:13Speaker 1: anything anybody might do, any other ruling they may come across.
- 3:20Speaker 1: They shun advice, they don't listen to counsel. They just
- 3:28Speaker 1: I made the decision. I'm gonna do it anyway. Don't
- 3:34Speaker 1: get stuck on yourself. You could be wrong, you know.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Now here's a sure fire way to tell if you're wrong.
- 3:45Speaker 1: If you don't see any movement in the direction you've chosen,
- 3:53Speaker 1: if you don't see anything going right in that decision,
- 4:00Speaker 1: if you feel as though you're interrupt if the wall
- 4:06Speaker 1: you're climbing seems so insurmountable that you ain't even moving
- 4:12Speaker 1: an inch, and every time you turn around you keep
- 4:15Speaker 1: getting knocked by down, knocked back down. Don't get stuck
- 4:18Speaker 1: on yourself. You know you could be wrong. You know. See,
- 4:22Speaker 1: that's why it's important for people to always be open
- 4:27Speaker 1: to the reinvention of yourself. You know, you cannot be
- 4:31Speaker 1: afraid to reinvent yourself. In other words, you can't be
- 4:37Speaker 1: afraid to change. Change is necessary when it comes to growth.
- 4:43Speaker 1: There is no growth without change. The more you know,
- 4:49Speaker 1: the older you look. That is no growth without change.
- 4:56Speaker 1: If you're heading in a direction, it ain't nothing going
- 4:58Speaker 1: right in your life. Could it be the wrong direction.
- 5:02Speaker 1: If you're climbing and you're making no headway, could it
- 5:05Speaker 1: be the wrong direction? Could you have possibly made the
- 5:10Speaker 1: wrong choice. Don't get stuck on yourself because you didn't
- 5:12Speaker 1: made the wrong self. It's okay to forgive yourself. It's
- 5:16Speaker 1: okay to let yourself off the hook. It's even smarter
- 5:19Speaker 1: sometimes to admit that you were wrong. You ever met
- 5:22Speaker 1: somebody ain't ever wrong. Have you ever met somebody you
- 5:26Speaker 1: talk to? They ain't ever wrong about nothing? Man, They
- 5:30Speaker 1: just it's their way or the highway. It's this is
- 5:33Speaker 1: my way, this is the I know people like that,
- 5:36Speaker 1: stuck on them power trips and all like that. You
- 5:38Speaker 1: know what I had to learn how to do. I
- 5:40Speaker 1: had to learn how to let them go on them
- 5:42Speaker 1: powered trips. But listen to this. Though you're not taking
- 5:45Speaker 1: me on that trip. Though you're going on that trip
- 5:47Speaker 1: by yourself, I'm going in the right direction. I've decided
- 5:51Speaker 1: to stop the way. Okay, listen to this, this person,
- 5:55Speaker 1: this person, I decided to stop doing business. The way
- 6:00Speaker 1: I was doing business. I decided to stop to allow
- 6:04Speaker 1: business being done around me the way business was being
- 6:07Speaker 1: done around me. You know what, you know, the best
- 6:10Speaker 1: decision I made was to allow for God to have
- 6:16Speaker 1: some say so and to offer me his direction. I
- 6:21Speaker 1: have found him to be a better driver than anyone
- 6:24Speaker 1: else I know. I have found him to know more
- 6:28Speaker 1: about the man he made than anybody else who's merely
- 6:34Speaker 1: associating with me. I have found it to be a
- 6:37Speaker 1: fact that my maker knows more about the vehicle he
- 6:42Speaker 1: created than does anybody else. If you if your Chevy
- 6:46Speaker 1: break don't you take it to Chevy. You don't take
- 6:49Speaker 1: your Forward when it break down to a Toyota dealership.
- 6:53Speaker 1: They not gonna know everything that the Forward dealership would
- 6:56Speaker 1: know about the vehicle. You know why, because they're not
- 6:59Speaker 1: the maker of it. So now, why are you litting
- 7:03Speaker 1: you letting your life being led, controlled and guided by
- 7:08Speaker 1: somebody other than your maker. I'm just asking you to
- 7:12Speaker 1: let's all take a common sense look at this. So,
- 7:15Speaker 1: if going to your maker's the best way, the best
- 7:18Speaker 1: decision I made in my business was take over my
- 7:21Speaker 1: brand myself, and to allow the maker of this brand
- 7:27Speaker 1: see without God I'm none of this. I'm none of this.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I want you to clearly understand I ain't none of
- 7:32Speaker 1: this without him. I wish I could have the guts
- 7:37Speaker 1: to reach back there and pat myself on the back
- 7:39Speaker 1: for what I've accomplished in my life. I wish I
- 7:42Speaker 1: had the guts. I wish the nerve of me because
- 7:46Speaker 1: I know for or fact that there is no way
- 7:49Speaker 1: that I could have manufactured the life that I have.
- 7:52Speaker 1: I could not even have thought of it. It's no
- 7:56Speaker 1: way I could have told you that this was the
- 7:58Speaker 1: route I was gonna take and this outcome because of it.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I had no idea, no clue. The one thing I had, though,
- 8:06Speaker 1: was an unshakable faith in God. I had an I
- 8:12Speaker 1: just kept believing in him. I kept believing that he
- 8:16Speaker 1: had something more for me. And then when I touched
- 8:19Speaker 1: base with him and asked him to show me what
- 8:22Speaker 1: it is what he had for me, Tada, the magic
- 8:25Speaker 1: show began. Because you know what he did. He took
- 8:28Speaker 1: all my natural abilities that he had given to me,
- 8:31Speaker 1: This gift that he gave me, that he poured into
- 8:35Speaker 1: me at birth, that same gift that he poured into
- 8:37Speaker 1: you at birth. The moment you go to him and
- 8:40Speaker 1: let him show you that gift. And then guess what.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Once he takes what he naturally put in you and
- 8:47Speaker 1: put his super his superpowers on top of that, then
- 8:51Speaker 1: you have some supernatural things going on in your life
- 8:55Speaker 1: and you may not be feeling me. I'm cool with that,
- 9:00Speaker 1: but I didn't have some supernatural things happen to me.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Every day I wake up some supernatural the man, the
- 9:08Speaker 1: rewards of my life, the awards of my life, the accomplishments,
- 9:13Speaker 1: the how I'm working, the how I manage it all,
- 9:16Speaker 1: all that ain't none but God. That ain't nothing but God.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You can't even explain this schedule to people. Sometimes when
- 9:22Speaker 1: people ask me, Steve, how do you do it? I go, well,
- 9:24Speaker 1: it's what I manage my time. Then at the end
- 9:26Speaker 1: of when I get through, I say, hey, man, you
- 9:28Speaker 1: know what I need to tell y'all for real? It's God.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I don't really know, but I'm letting him manage me.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So he handling it. He ain't gonna put no more
- 9:36Speaker 1: of it than I can bear. Listen to me, y'all,
- 9:38Speaker 1: don't be afraid to reinvent yourself and remember this. Don't
- 9:42Speaker 1: get stuck on yourself because you could be wrong. You know,
- 9:47Speaker 1: you absolutely could be wrong. If you don't tie this
- 9:51Speaker 1: to your gift, you will be struggling the rest of
- 9:55Speaker 1: your life. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
- 10:04Speaker 1: animal trainers, pants, everybody, mechanics need John Divided attention, Steve
- 10:11Speaker 1: Harper Martin Show, jumping off, popping off, and it's about
- 10:15Speaker 1: to come off. We're about to get off because we
- 10:20Speaker 1: are off, but we're working, so we ain't off. It's
- 10:26Speaker 1: an off day today, Shirley Strawberry, is this thing on?
- 10:30Speaker 1: Good Morning Crazy? Happy Friday? Colin for Rell, what's up? Crew?
- 10:38Speaker 1: Happy Friday? King Junior, Morning Up, Morning everybody, Friday, Jay,
- 10:48Speaker 1: Gail Brown, Gail Brown, damn everybody be tagged with that
- 10:58Speaker 1: enough for life. And Timmy, you got to stay out
- 11:02Speaker 1: of this because you on Oakla's network. So Hi, hello everyone, Hello,
- 11:09Speaker 1: right out of the way that huh, Yeah, I just
- 11:15Speaker 1: thought I thought on out there. Ah, it's Friday. Hey man, President,
- 11:24Speaker 1: what a week? Trump speech yesterday after the acquittal. Yeah, man,
- 11:33Speaker 1: it's victory speech. This dude right here. He praised Mitch
- 11:40Speaker 1: McConnell the amazing job he did. Then he thanked the
- 11:46Speaker 1: other he had the other senator or congressman or whatever
- 11:49Speaker 1: it was from Utah stand up because he was the
- 11:55Speaker 1: better half of Utah instead of Mitt Romney. Man, this
- 11:58Speaker 1: dude was he was then talked about because he's the
- 12:05Speaker 1: most bitter person, because he's still angry because he ran
- 12:09Speaker 1: the worst presidential race in the history of Oh man,
- 12:13Speaker 1: this dudes, Donald Trump, He's just the worst one album. Baby. Yeah,
- 12:20Speaker 1: he was just mean, he was he was just mean.
- 12:23Speaker 1: His speech today, man was so laced with hatred. There
- 12:28Speaker 1: was no no hope in it. Oh justus. He was
- 12:34Speaker 1: mcconnor upstaged and he got out in front of his
- 12:38Speaker 1: victory speech and he hated that more than anything. Mitch
- 12:41Speaker 1: mcconnor got out in front of him. And it's just evil.
- 12:44Speaker 1: It's an evil person. He called the whole thing bs.
- 12:50Speaker 1: But actually, but you know what he was, Oh yeah,
- 12:54Speaker 1: he cuts all he can do whatever he wants to do,
- 12:58Speaker 1: and the students the most president up doing thinks. And
- 13:02Speaker 1: that's what is really troubling about this whole thing, man,
- 13:06Speaker 1: because and the Democrats don't know how to play that
- 13:10Speaker 1: type of politics. And I'm really afraid for what's going
- 13:15Speaker 1: on with the Democratic Party right now. All Right, well,
- 13:19Speaker 1: Steve Geez coming up at thirty two after the hour
- 13:23Speaker 1: inside of Trending Political News, We're going to talk about
- 13:26Speaker 1: Joe Biden. You know, he opened up about how he
- 13:29Speaker 1: overcame stuttering. We'll talk about it because Steve, you've mentioned
- 13:33Speaker 1: on the show several times that you used to stutter
- 13:36Speaker 1: as well when you were young. But Joe Biden talks
- 13:38Speaker 1: about it as well. When we come back, we'll get
- 13:41Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening. Former Vice President
- 13:47Speaker 1: Joe Biden discussed how he overcame stuttering at a CNN
- 13:51Speaker 1: town hall meeting. Biden told Anderson Cooper that he was
- 13:54Speaker 1: embarrassed by his speech impediment while growing up, but eventually
- 13:57Speaker 1: came to accept that it wasn't his fault that he
- 14:00Speaker 1: couldn't control it. Take a listen. I didn't have professional help,
- 14:05Speaker 1: but I had three things going for me. I had
- 14:07Speaker 1: a mother who had a backbone like a ramrod. And
- 14:10Speaker 1: she looks you go, Joey, look at me, Look at me. Joey.
- 14:14Speaker 1: You're handsome, you're smart, you're a good athlete. Joey. Don't
- 14:16Speaker 1: let this define you. Joey. Remember who you are. Joey.
- 14:19Speaker 1: You can do it. And so every time i'd walk out,
- 14:21Speaker 1: she'd reinforce me. I know, I know that sounds silly,
- 14:24Speaker 1: but it really matters. The worst thing a parent can
- 14:27Speaker 1: do is finish the kids sentence, Mom, want you want what?
- 14:32Speaker 1: Don't finish their sentences? Number one. Number two. What I
- 14:36Speaker 1: found was I practiced. You know, my colleagues Kidney as
- 14:40Speaker 1: you heard about always quoting Irish poets. Well, I had
- 14:43Speaker 1: a book of Yates poultry beak, and uncle ed Finnegan
- 14:47Speaker 1: loved Yates. And we had a small bedroom with four
- 14:51Speaker 1: bunks in it. I mean two bunks, it's four beds.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And occasionally he was a traveling salesman. He'd be down
- 14:56Speaker 1: in Delaware. He'd sleep with us, and he'd have and
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'd get up up in the night, in the middle
- 15:01Speaker 1: of the night with a flashlight, and I'd look in
- 15:03Speaker 1: the mirror and I would try to memorize what I
- 15:07Speaker 1: could in another small book on Emerson quotes. I remember
- 15:10Speaker 1: the first one looking in the mirror with a flashlight
- 15:11Speaker 1: of my face, because you get embarrassed because you can,
- 15:14Speaker 1: you can tort your face, and it's embarrassing. And so
- 15:19Speaker 1: I'd stand there and say, meek, young men grow up
- 15:22Speaker 1: in libraries believe it in the duties to accept the
- 15:26Speaker 1: words of Cistero Bacon the Lock forgetful that Cistero Bacon
- 15:30Speaker 1: the Lock are only young men in libraries with themselves themselves,
- 15:34Speaker 1: or you know, history teaches is not the hope on
- 15:37Speaker 1: this side of the grave. But then once in a lifetime,
- 15:40Speaker 1: that long for tidal wave of justice rises up and
- 15:44Speaker 1: hope and history rhyme. I would practice and practice and
- 15:47Speaker 1: practice because I was determined, determined overcoming. I was led
- 15:52Speaker 1: to believe I could, and I basically did, right, and
- 15:58Speaker 1: you know that's true, then you do. You can practice
- 16:02Speaker 1: yourself out of it. Uh. It's threw me a little
- 16:05Speaker 1: bit when he was first talking about it, because he
- 16:07Speaker 1: said stuttering as a handicap, and I've never viewed it
- 16:11Speaker 1: that way. I thought the handicap was something you were
- 16:13Speaker 1: born with, like a disability. I didn't. I've never referred
- 16:18Speaker 1: to stuttering as a handicap. I thought that was reserved
- 16:22Speaker 1: for people who had disabilities, so to speak up, which
- 16:25Speaker 1: is the new term. But you can practice yourself out
- 16:29Speaker 1: of it, and stuttering is not because you have a
- 16:34Speaker 1: physical defect. Stuttering is all mental. It's all mental and
- 16:41Speaker 1: doesn't mean, you're not smart. It has nothing to do
- 16:44Speaker 1: with it. The problem, the major problem with stutterers is
- 16:48Speaker 1: if they don't talk to a fellow person who has
- 16:51Speaker 1: stuttered and overcoming and end up going to physical therapists
- 16:55Speaker 1: who have never stuttered, and they give us a to
- 17:00Speaker 1: go to these speech therapists who've never stuttered, and they
- 17:04Speaker 1: give you these these drills to do, and then they
- 17:07Speaker 1: tell you, like, avoid words with P, avoid words that
- 17:11Speaker 1: start in ST. Well, my name Steve, Yeah, so what
- 17:18Speaker 1: the hell say? So now I'm trying to avoid all
- 17:22Speaker 1: words with a P, any word that has ST in it.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And man, so now every time I started talking, I'm
- 17:31Speaker 1: trying to think of the words I'm posted to stay
- 17:33Speaker 1: away from. I said, holder, man, this ain't working because
- 17:36Speaker 1: I'm trying to get a positive revolt, positive result with
- 17:40Speaker 1: a negative connotation. Don't say this, don't do this, think
- 17:43Speaker 1: about this, take their breath now. And so I said,
- 17:46Speaker 1: wait a man, Hold, this is not working. And I've
- 17:49Speaker 1: taught several boys who have come to my mentoring camp
- 17:53Speaker 1: how to stop stuttering. And I told you, man, a
- 17:56Speaker 1: few years ago from Chick fil A Ranch, this boy
- 17:59Speaker 1: stuttered so bad he came up to me. He said,
- 18:04Speaker 1: mister Harvey, my mom told me you used to stutter.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I said, stop right there. I said, yes I did.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I said, do you want to stop stuttering? He said yes, sir.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I said, right after y'all meeting, meet me at the barbershop.
- 18:21Speaker 1: We sat in the barbershop. I gave him drills to do.
- 18:24Speaker 1: He came back later on that night he told me
- 18:28Speaker 1: the drills he was working on. I sent him to
- 18:30Speaker 1: his tent, told him to work on these drills. This
- 18:33Speaker 1: was Tuesday. On Sunday morning, he gave the class speech
- 18:41Speaker 1: to the entire camp of boys. Two hundred and fifty
- 18:46Speaker 1: did not stutter one time. His mother stood up in
- 18:49Speaker 1: the back and cried the whole time. I've never heard
- 18:51Speaker 1: my son, wow, that is And I've helped several boys
- 18:58Speaker 1: do that. I helped a couple on my show show
- 19:01Speaker 1: who were adult stutterers. And they met at a therapist
- 19:06Speaker 1: and they were a black couple, attractive, about twenty seven
- 19:09Speaker 1: years old, and both of them studied and I talked
- 19:12Speaker 1: to him on my show and they wrote me a
- 19:14Speaker 1: letter said, man, thank you so much. Because of you,
- 19:16Speaker 1: we don't stutter because you got to talk to somebody
- 19:18Speaker 1: who stuttered before, and it's it's it's a hard thing
- 19:23Speaker 1: to have. Man. Every now and then, you know, I
- 19:26Speaker 1: catch myself doing it, you know, when you got tired
- 19:29Speaker 1: or something. Yeah, when I'm tired and I feel a
- 19:33Speaker 1: little anxious about something and I just you know, I
- 19:36Speaker 1: snap out of it. But it's not. But I wish
- 19:39Speaker 1: I had studded when I said will you marry me?
- 19:41Speaker 1: Three times? I wish I had studied drinking. That's j Jay.
- 19:52Speaker 1: That second time I did stutter when he said do
- 19:55Speaker 1: you take I said, I because everything gave me was saying,
- 20:01Speaker 1: I don't as out of here somebody, because you ain't
- 20:10Speaker 1: got no place to stay. Well, yeah, all right, coming
- 20:15Speaker 1: that ain't gonna get him elected. Real good story, but
- 20:17Speaker 1: it ain't gonna get him elected. He damn some stuttering
- 20:22Speaker 1: in the pose. That's the damn. Oh my god, what
- 20:26Speaker 1: did say something? I think we can all agree to that,
- 20:32Speaker 1: but a debater, yes, coming up next, the nephew Tommy.
- 20:38Speaker 1: We've run that prank back. That's right after this. You're listening.

- 22:50Speaker 1: what was going on on the fourth floor, and I
- 22:53Speaker 1: wanted to, you know, I wanted to. I wanted to
- 22:55Speaker 1: bring it to your attention because I think on your floor,
- 22:58Speaker 1: nobody's bringing this to your attention. Okay, so let me
- 23:02Speaker 1: get this straight. You can't tell me your name, but
- 23:05Speaker 1: you work on the floor below me. Do you know me?
- 23:10Speaker 1: I've seen you before, I've seen you before. Okay, no, no,
- 23:13Speaker 1: no, no no no, do you know me? I mean I
- 23:17Speaker 1: don't know you know? So no, let me let me Okay,
- 23:20Speaker 1: So how did you How did you get to so
- 23:24Speaker 1: called being the spokesperson for people who work with me? Hey? Man,
- 23:30Speaker 1: Like I say, I just wanted to give you the
- 23:32Speaker 1: news because the whole fourth floor is gossiping about you
- 23:35Speaker 1: and nobody's telling you what's going on. Okay, So obviously
- 23:39Speaker 1: the gossip rees about me has gotten to you on
- 23:42Speaker 1: the third floor, and now you are coming to be
- 23:46Speaker 1: my deliverer, so to speak. I'm just a guy. I'm
- 23:50Speaker 1: just a guy bringing you some news. Man, I'm just here.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Let me let me ask you this bro. Are you?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Are you plousing at night? And what business is that
- 23:59Speaker 1: of yours? But I'm just I'm just asking are you
- 24:02Speaker 1: flossing that name? Do you floss on a regular basis? Yeah?
- 24:06Speaker 1: I floss on a regular basis. What's that got to
- 24:08Speaker 1: do with the price of t and channing? Okay, when's
- 24:11Speaker 1: the last time you've been to the dentist? Man? Who
- 24:14Speaker 1: the hell are you? Let me tell you, to be honest,
- 24:17Speaker 1: what you make. My problem is not really what you
- 24:19Speaker 1: I'm really upset with the people on the floor that's
- 24:21Speaker 1: not telling you. But you know why, why can't you
- 24:24Speaker 1: talking to them? But the problem is, man, is that
- 24:28Speaker 1: is that they're talking about you and they're not telling
- 24:30Speaker 1: you what your issue is. So let's get to the
- 24:32Speaker 1: issue at hand. So you are flossing, You are flowsing,
- 24:35Speaker 1: that's what you're saying, Damn straight out flaws. Okay, are
- 24:38Speaker 1: you brushing your tongue? Come on now, you don't have
- 24:43Speaker 1: to You don't have to question me about my hygienic makeup.
- 24:49Speaker 1: You don't know me, you have never talked to me.
- 24:52Speaker 1: But you're gonna side with a bunch of folks that
- 24:54Speaker 1: think I'm not I'm not siding with him, brother, I'm
- 24:57Speaker 1: not siding with him, but he man on their behalf.
- 25:01Speaker 1: You're siding with them. Okay, ke Man kill Keen. Really,
- 25:07Speaker 1: you don't even know me and you're gonna approach me
- 25:09Speaker 1: like this. So Kevin, they think you have ginger vider. Oh,
- 25:16Speaker 1: I mean you when you go to your dinners, are
- 25:18Speaker 1: y'all cleaning below your gums? Dude to Dennists, do what
- 25:21Speaker 1: you do. And I'm laying there with my mouth wide open,
- 25:25Speaker 1: and I go more than in every six months. So
- 25:27Speaker 1: what the hell are you talking about? Well, okay, something
- 25:31Speaker 1: is wrong, okay, And everybody's saying that it is you,
- 25:34Speaker 1: is your breath, that's that's just you know, they're saying
- 25:37Speaker 1: they love in the fourth floor to go down to
- 25:39Speaker 1: the lobby just to get some fresh air. Because well,
- 25:43Speaker 1: if this is what I want you to do, since
- 25:45Speaker 1: you speaking on their behalf, tell every one of them
- 25:48Speaker 1: sorry soul and souls that if they got a problem
- 25:51Speaker 1: with me, they need to come approach me, and then
- 25:55Speaker 1: if it's that bad, I'll blow my stink as breath
- 25:58Speaker 1: in their face. Bring it off, because this conversation with
- 26:02Speaker 1: you is really way off face because you have no
- 26:05Speaker 1: business calling me telling me because they say, can I
- 26:10Speaker 1: give you some some some items to mix together for
- 26:13Speaker 1: you to gargle with later tonight? So you work, you
- 26:17Speaker 1: work in the building. But now you're dentist man. You
- 26:21Speaker 1: know what this is bull And we're gonna settle this
- 26:24Speaker 1: tomorrow first thing in the morning, when I matter of fact,
- 26:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna go to the full flow and wait for
- 26:30Speaker 1: all these sorry soul and souls they come up there
- 26:32Speaker 1: who's been talking about me behind my back? And guess
- 26:36Speaker 1: what you invited to the party? Two player, since you're
- 26:40Speaker 1: gonna be their representative, each one of them lying back
- 26:43Speaker 1: is when they get in there. As far as I'm concerned,
- 26:45Speaker 1: when tomorrow get here, it's gonna be as warping and
- 26:48Speaker 1: if you walk some of it show up. Sent you
- 26:50Speaker 1: the representative, but you will get you do you do you?

- 26:57Speaker 1: Do you think you may give the cavity my foot
- 26:59Speaker 1: in your having as this is what it's gonna be.
- 27:02Speaker 1: And whoever else you want to try to take it out,
- 27:04Speaker 1: they gonna get it in the ass. So guess what

- 27:10Speaker 1: you only brushing in the morning when you leave for

- 27:23Speaker 1: Why did you try to do? Why'd you do me
- 27:24Speaker 1: this way? Then I tell you? Then I tell you?

- 30:57Speaker 1: It's only okay, So she ain't been nowhere, n you
- 31:00Speaker 1: but her sin all over you? That what you're saying?
- 31:03Speaker 1: See it come in a bottom? What you look like?
- 31:08Speaker 1: What the bottle looked like? Well, it's it's a fat bottom.
- 31:20Speaker 1: They have been to putting this story in there. But
- 31:23Speaker 1: that's news. I mean, it's actually coming out. Oh, let
- 31:33Speaker 1: me ask you a question, though, never is it gonna
- 31:36Speaker 1: be seven days out the month? That you shouldn't wear. Okay, enough,
- 31:48Speaker 1: Oh my god, let me ask you another question. Is
- 31:53Speaker 1: it any man that's working at the factory that's making it?
- 31:57Speaker 1: Because you ain't gonna be you can't go home smelling
- 32:00Speaker 1: like work? What is that on you? Baby? That's work.
- 32:09Speaker 1: I've been putting in work. That's all that's is on
- 32:13Speaker 1: me is work? What what somebody say to you? Girl? Girl?
- 32:22Speaker 1: What is that perfume you wearing? That ain't perfume? That's me.
- 32:30Speaker 1: You need to do something with that. Then we got
- 32:37Speaker 1: to come up with a name for it too. We're
- 32:41Speaker 1: gonna call it. We're gonna call it a name. Well,
- 32:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna give it a new name. It's gonna be
- 32:46Speaker 1: called not tonight. What's the name of it? Ain't what
- 32:58Speaker 1: I think it is? The yea? Yeah, you kidding me.
- 33:05Speaker 1: It's the name of it. So other women supposed to
- 33:10Speaker 1: buy this? Yeah, okay, Shirley, call what y'all we is?
- 33:17Speaker 1: No when you when let's splash a pe or you
- 33:21Speaker 1: wouldn't linking? No, no, No, I'm good. I have my
- 33:25Speaker 1: own I have I do have a question. I have
- 33:29Speaker 1: a question. If you mix that that perfume with white diamond,
- 33:34Speaker 1: I mean Damn, what is that? What what you smell that? Okay,
- 33:52Speaker 1: you guys are assuming it sounds like to me that
- 33:55Speaker 1: this won't won't be a pleasant smell. Well, I have
- 33:59Speaker 1: a wait. What's your question? Jay? My question is is
- 34:05Speaker 1: this is this? Okay? How I know how you're gonna
- 34:08Speaker 1: put it? Is this old or young? Exactly? Difference? Difference?
- 34:13Speaker 1: And before I didn't say that, sh I'm gonna bout
- 34:23Speaker 1: y'all so not to put it on put it on
- 34:31Speaker 1: cztans it might be a big seller, because I'm gonna
- 34:36Speaker 1: tell you something, every man in here has said, girl,
- 34:41Speaker 1: if you could put that in a jaw what man
- 34:49Speaker 1: answering with? Girl? If you could put that in a
- 34:52Speaker 1: jaw so I could take it to work with me man.
- 35:02Speaker 1: And you know what, Shirley and Carlin, I don't like
- 35:04Speaker 1: the fact that y'all, y'all, y'all report, y'all report the
- 35:07Speaker 1: story and then offend it. And they don't want it,
- 35:09Speaker 1: don't want us to talk about I can't believe y'all
- 35:14Speaker 1: said that you know what we do? Your whole heart
- 35:17Speaker 1: very immature? You know that? Still? Are y'all gonna accept
- 35:20Speaker 1: the bottle a p by y'all Sully, I don't have
- 35:24Speaker 1: to be mature. Is there used by date on the bottom?
- 35:28Speaker 1: I mean, I need to know that this despising DC
- 35:39Speaker 1: you go, this thing's gonna get the smelling bad after that.
- 35:46Speaker 1: It's coming out to them. Take your bottle up of Erica,
- 35:50Speaker 1: Erica by dude, p to death your life. I know
- 35:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna grab it, though. I bet the president of
- 36:03Speaker 1: a commercial ter b Donald Trump, grabs the bob. Coming
- 36:12Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes after the hour, we're gonna talk
- 36:14Speaker 1: more about Gail King, Snoop Dogg backlash and all the
- 36:18Speaker 1: drama surrounding this. Right after this, you're listening to show,
- 36:24Speaker 1: all right, So we talked about this yesterday and the
- 36:28Speaker 1: backlash continues for Gail King. Now. We previously reported during
- 36:33Speaker 1: an interview with w NBA player Lisa Leslie about the
- 36:37Speaker 1: legacy of her friend Kobe Bryant, Gail brought up a
- 36:40Speaker 1: sensitive subject, Kobe's two thousand and three rape charge. People, celebrities, everybody,
- 36:48Speaker 1: people like Snoop Dogg, like fifty cents said the question
- 36:51Speaker 1: wasn't sensitive and inappropriate. We said it here on the show. Well,
- 36:55Speaker 1: Snoop went in on Gail on social media. Take a
- 36:58Speaker 1: listen to just sump of Snoop's response, we can't play
- 37:01Speaker 1: at all. Here we go, Gail king out of pocket
- 37:05Speaker 1: for that way out of pocket? What do you gain
- 37:08Speaker 1: from that? I swear to God, we're the worst, We're
- 37:11Speaker 1: the worst. We expect more from you, Gail. Don't you
- 37:15Speaker 1: hang out with Oprah? Why y'all attacking us? We your people.
- 37:20Speaker 1: You ain't coming after Harvey Weinstein asking them dumb ask questions.
- 37:24Speaker 1: I get sick of y'all. I want to call you one.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Is it okay if I call him one funky dog hidden?
- 37:31Speaker 1: How dare you trying to tornch my hall voice, reputation, Pope,
- 37:36Speaker 1: respect the family and back off. He went into, yeah,
- 37:52Speaker 1: you know you gotta have that. There's a way to say.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I'll say this though. Here is the here's the truth
- 37:58Speaker 1: of the matter. We are when it comes to Twitter,
- 38:05Speaker 1: social media, we are so harsh to one another. We
- 38:13Speaker 1: jump on each other man like like we have no
- 38:19Speaker 1: no bearing on each other. It's it's like it's almost like, man,
- 38:23Speaker 1: we never cared about anybody for any reason. And it
- 38:27Speaker 1: goes both ways. You know, Look, Kobe did a lot
- 38:32Speaker 1: of great things in his life. The majority of it
- 38:35Speaker 1: was good stuff. He turned into a great husband. He
- 38:38Speaker 1: was a fabulous father. Everybody make mistakes. There ain't a
- 38:43Speaker 1: living soul that ain't made a mistake. That's not a
- 38:47Speaker 1: living soul that does not require forgiveness. And if you
- 38:51Speaker 1: live another day, you'll probably need it tomorrow. Yeah, So
- 38:56Speaker 1: that part of it is we get so self right
- 39:01Speaker 1: and just and just indignant with one another soon as
- 39:04Speaker 1: somebody make us stumble. And then here's a deal. You
- 39:08Speaker 1: So a person can't recover from any mistakes, you're hailed
- 39:12Speaker 1: two with the rest of your life. That's the unfanness
- 39:16Speaker 1: all day. Yeah, well, very good, and we move on. Um.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 39:26Speaker 1: have more on this Gail King's story right after this.
- 39:29Speaker 1: You're listening too well. As we mentioned earlier and yesterday
- 39:36Speaker 1: as well, Gail King is still facing backlash for her
- 39:39Speaker 1: interview with Lisa Leslie. She asked, Lisa, you know just
- 39:44Speaker 1: about her relationship with Kobe. She also brought up Kobe's
- 39:48Speaker 1: charge back in two thousand and three. The backlash from
- 39:52Speaker 1: Snoop Dogg, from fifty cent and Little Boosey was swift
- 39:56Speaker 1: and heavy, and it was strong too. I mean, you know,
- 40:00Speaker 1: just like you you mentioned earlier, Steve, it was it
- 40:03Speaker 1: was harsh. I mean we all felt, um, you know,
- 40:07Speaker 1: the pain and the shock of his of his death.
- 40:10Speaker 1: But wow, uh, you know, Gail went on social media
- 40:15Speaker 1: today or yesterday it was, and she's still on there
- 40:18Speaker 1: talking about she was how angry she was at CBS
- 40:21Speaker 1: for putting that out there and just taking that snippet
- 40:24Speaker 1: of the entire interview. Well, CBS has responded, saying an
- 40:27Speaker 1: excerpt from the interview that was posted did not reflect
- 40:30Speaker 1: the nature and tone of the interview. We are addressed,
- 40:34Speaker 1: We have addressed this and the internal process and changes
- 40:37Speaker 1: have been made. That's what CBS said. Because Gail was
- 40:41Speaker 1: livid about them releasing just that part of it. Well,
- 40:45Speaker 1: and you know, in the backlash, they knew what they
- 40:47Speaker 1: were doing. Yeah. They that social media reads and thrives
- 40:55Speaker 1: on sensationalism. Yeah, and they picked the most sense, nationalized, hot,
- 41:02Speaker 1: bad topic that they could to get eyeballs on their site.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Mission to concorrect. That's what they did. They don't give
- 41:12Speaker 1: a damn about us. They care about money. Let me
- 41:17Speaker 1: tell y'all something about Hollywood. Hollywood got two gods in it,
- 41:22Speaker 1: laughter and money. Nothing supersedes that. They don't care about
- 41:26Speaker 1: telling your cultural stories, none of that. They first if
- 41:29Speaker 1: they can make money laughing comedy, that's first. But nothing
- 41:33Speaker 1: supersedes making money in Hollywood. Not your faith, not your religion,
- 41:39Speaker 1: not your culture or kenn about telling your stories. They
- 41:43Speaker 1: don't care, and they will do whatever they can, including
- 41:48Speaker 1: social media, to draw eyeballs and get because let me
- 41:52Speaker 1: tell you something, they got so many views on that
- 41:54Speaker 1: thing right there, and that was the intent of it,
- 41:59Speaker 1: and they didn't give a damn what it costs Gail King.
- 42:02Speaker 1: They don't give a damn. Yeah, yeah, she was a
- 42:05Speaker 1: pawn in that. Now they trying to apologize, but you
- 42:08Speaker 1: know why they trying to apologize because they listen to me,
- 42:14Speaker 1: Gail King is not making up this interview as she
- 42:16Speaker 1: goes along. She's got a series of quesgment producers and
- 42:21Speaker 1: all of that questions. Yes, it's prepared, yeah, yeah, trust
- 42:27Speaker 1: she's not winging him right right now? Now? Should she
- 42:30Speaker 1: have rethought that question? Oh? I promise you she what
- 42:34Speaker 1: she does. Oh yeah, especially with the back so uncomfortable
- 42:42Speaker 1: just even answering those questions. You know, man, But you
- 42:48Speaker 1: know what, don't see you got to as we have
- 42:51Speaker 1: got to look, I've been caught saying things over the
- 42:56Speaker 1: years that I wish to God I could get back,
- 43:00Speaker 1: but in the moment and you just can't get it back.
- 43:03Speaker 1: But some stuff, some stuff, man, is so crazy that
- 43:10Speaker 1: you got to go, wait a minute, man, what am
- 43:13Speaker 1: I saying here? And I think the part that got
- 43:17Speaker 1: Gail backed up the most on it was after Lisa
- 43:21Speaker 1: Leslie made the comment that she made. I think what
- 43:25Speaker 1: got Gail when she said I didn't know that about
- 43:29Speaker 1: She said, well, you wouldn't know, and that right there
- 43:33Speaker 1: was denial about who he was. That's what I think
- 43:39Speaker 1: tick tick scale. And because it's social media, they put
- 43:43Speaker 1: it on. Now you got to deal with these cats
- 43:46Speaker 1: that live on social media. And they're different, man, They're different.
- 43:51Speaker 1: They're not damn. They ain't got no rules, social boy,
- 43:55Speaker 1: social media has no rules. And once it's on social media,
- 44:00Speaker 1: this one, she's taken a real one on this one.
- 44:06Speaker 1: I just wish she had thought about it, you know,
- 44:10Speaker 1: the insensitivity of it all, you know, Yeah, I know. Yeah,

- 45:34Speaker 1: But um, like I said, I've been working at the
- 45:37Speaker 1: spot for five years and I've been on Teresa probably
- 45:40Speaker 1: like around three. And I guess what I really want
- 45:45Speaker 1: to say is that I didn't I didn't gain some
- 45:47Speaker 1: feelings for Teresa and wolo. Hold on, man, hold on,
- 45:54Speaker 1: hold on. You're calling me and you're telling me right
- 45:57Speaker 1: now you have feelings from my wife who you work with,
- 46:00Speaker 1: and you Teresa, because that isn't my wife. You have
- 46:04Speaker 1: feelings for my wife? Is that correct? Yeah? You know
- 46:06Speaker 1: it took me a while to come forward and say this,
- 46:09Speaker 1: but I you know I'm man enough now that I
- 46:12Speaker 1: feel like men, you need to talk about it. Bro,
- 46:14Speaker 1: Have you lost your mind? No? No, I haven't. No, listen,
- 46:19Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know. Today is the day and
- 46:21Speaker 1: I decided I'm not carrying this way on my shoulders
- 46:23Speaker 1: no more. I'm getting it off for me, all right.
- 46:25Speaker 1: And at the end of the day, I love your
- 46:27Speaker 1: wife more than you do. What you say, I love
- 46:33Speaker 1: your wife more than you do. Bro. So you how
- 46:38Speaker 1: long you've been loving my wife? You tell me how
- 46:40Speaker 1: long you've been loving how long? How long you feel
- 46:42Speaker 1: that you have been in love? With my wife. I mean,
- 46:45Speaker 1: I'm looking at I know, I know, I know at
- 46:47Speaker 1: least too because my wife even know this. I mean,
- 46:51Speaker 1: I'm I'm sure she's or wherever to a certain extent,
- 46:55Speaker 1: to a certain extent, what was what? How certain of
- 46:57Speaker 1: the extent are we talking? I mean, you know, when
- 46:59Speaker 1: we go to long together, she you know, I mean,
- 47:01Speaker 1: I'm sure she know, y'all, y'all we're going to lunch together.
- 47:04Speaker 1: How long y'all been going to lunch together? Bro, We've
- 47:06Speaker 1: been going to lunch together at least at least two
- 47:08Speaker 1: and am years. I mean, we go to lunch together
- 47:10Speaker 1: almost every day. And we might miss the day if
- 47:12Speaker 1: she go with the girls and I go with the fellas,
- 47:14Speaker 1: so be it. But for the most part, me and up,
- 47:16Speaker 1: me and up pretty much at lunch together. Yeah, I
- 47:18Speaker 1: need that sweet eyes. Bro stayed hell away from my wife. Bro.
- 47:24Speaker 1: I needed to back up. Ain't no more, no no,
- 47:27Speaker 1: no no, Bro, because you you talked enough that if
- 47:30Speaker 1: you'ren't talked enough, ain't no more in love, ain't no
- 47:32Speaker 1: more steak. You need to stay this back, period, stay
- 47:35Speaker 1: the back, man. I don't want to hear none of that, nothing, nothing,
- 47:39Speaker 1: nothing at all. Because come home. We don't listen, listen,
- 47:44Speaker 1: I know all about you, tray everything about it, all right,
- 47:48Speaker 1: I already know how can treat her. All right. I'm hot,
- 47:52Speaker 1: ro I'm feeling like a strong sensation right now because
- 47:55Speaker 1: I really want to reach the phone and just break
- 47:57Speaker 1: your neck right now. That's what I really want to do.
- 48:00Speaker 1: They do, That's what I really want to do. And
- 48:02Speaker 1: what was my wife talking about business? Outside about ro phole?
- 48:04Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to figure out. Hey, all I'm
- 48:06Speaker 1: saying is when we go to lunch, she let me
- 48:08Speaker 1: know how she's feeling. She let me know what she's
- 48:10Speaker 1: going through. She let me know all that. I stop
- 48:12Speaker 1: stop with that lunch. Bro. I don't want to hear
- 48:14Speaker 1: another damn thing about lunch. Bro. Ain't no more lunches
- 48:16Speaker 1: from here on. That Bro, I'm calling me talking about
- 48:19Speaker 1: people in love with my wife, people taking what is
- 48:23Speaker 1: I'm minted. I'm milted you man, man, listen, calm down
- 48:31Speaker 1: with all that energy you got going on like you're
- 48:33Speaker 1: gonna do something you I'm trying to You're not down
- 48:36Speaker 1: what you got. You're not gonna do nothing you right now.
- 48:40Speaker 1: But I'm my keys right now somewhere you have right
- 48:43Speaker 1: right now, bro, right now? So so how about how
- 48:45Speaker 1: about when you got laid off, when you was off
- 48:47Speaker 1: for six months and she was caring all the all
- 48:50Speaker 1: the way and paying all the fields. You ain't you?
- 48:54Speaker 1: All right? Bet? Since you know, since you know everything,
- 48:58Speaker 1: I bet you know I gotta go too. So all
- 49:00Speaker 1: you need to know is all you need to know
- 49:02Speaker 1: is bro, get dumb. Bro, you're dumb? Brook down, Bro.
- 49:07Speaker 1: You know what we talk about that he went the
- 49:12Speaker 1: wife say that he loves talking about lunch. So the
- 49:16Speaker 1: hell up. While we are, you can thank me for
- 49:19Speaker 1: the for the suit that you got for Christmas. You
- 49:21Speaker 1: can thank me for that I picked it out and
- 49:24Speaker 1: I paid for it. Okay, word, okay, cool, cool, cool,
- 49:28Speaker 1: all right cool? Let me go in this closet right now,
- 49:32Speaker 1: right now? All right. You're talking about the great suits,
- 49:34Speaker 1: the three peaks, that's what you talk about it. He's
- 49:36Speaker 1: got the great bulls right here with this bull Jesus, anyway,
- 49:41Speaker 1: I don't like this. Nine. You don't like to shoot.
- 49:44Speaker 1: You don't want to suit three times nine. You don't
- 49:46Speaker 1: like we don't told me at lunch when you don't
- 49:48Speaker 1: want to shoop? Who dude, I swear to God, bro,
- 49:51Speaker 1: I swear to God. I need to talk to my wife. Man,
- 49:55Speaker 1: I need to talk to my wife. I need to
- 49:57Speaker 1: talk to my wife because I hey, man, listen, you
- 50:02Speaker 1: know what I just couldn't hold. It's back. No more
- 50:04Speaker 1: me living behind in the shadows. But I'm over here
- 50:07Speaker 1: kicking money out to Teresa when she needed. Why you
- 50:10Speaker 1: was laid off, I'm helping her out. I'm going. You
- 50:13Speaker 1: know I'm doing I'm doing too much on money. So
- 50:17Speaker 1: you was getting the money. You're kicking the money when
- 50:20Speaker 1: I was laid off. You're kicking the money, dude. Somebody
- 50:23Speaker 1: had to step up man to me, and Teresa's tight,
- 50:25Speaker 1: so you know, I just try to step in and
- 50:26Speaker 1: help an out. So you're giving my wife money? What
- 50:30Speaker 1: are you saying? Do you want to make you feel
- 50:32Speaker 1: better about the whole thing? You want to make you
- 50:34Speaker 1: feel better? You ain't need to make me feel better about, man.
- 50:39Speaker 1: All want you was talking to my wife. All I
- 50:41Speaker 1: gotta do is talk to my wife. Bro. That's that's fine.
- 50:44Speaker 1: But can I say something to make you feel better?

- 53:54Speaker 1: be reading your letter live on the air, just like
- 53:57Speaker 1: we're gonna read this one right here. That's for you, right, No,
- 54:01Speaker 1: buggle up, hold on tight, We got it for you
- 54:03Speaker 1: here it is draw up every letter all right. First,
- 54:06Speaker 1: let's do a disclaimer on this one. If you do
- 54:08Speaker 1: have a small children and you think they might be
- 54:10Speaker 1: asking questions about what's going on exactly, and shut it down.
- 54:22Speaker 1: All right. That was my disclaimer. Thank you, guys. Uh subjects.
- 54:27Speaker 1: My man has one tiny flaw. Dear Stephen Shirley. I
- 54:30Speaker 1: met a very handsome man a year ago. In the beginning,
- 54:34Speaker 1: things seemed perfect. He has a great job in his
- 54:37Speaker 1: own house in a very nice neighborhood. He's a great
- 54:40Speaker 1: father to his children, and he and his ex wife
- 54:43Speaker 1: are good friends. He says he would love to have
- 54:46Speaker 1: more children, so that was big for me because I
- 54:49Speaker 1: want kids someday. I wanted us to take things slowly
- 54:52Speaker 1: and get to know each other before we had sex,
- 54:55Speaker 1: so our connection would be stronger. We had sex after
- 54:59Speaker 1: we've been dating for four months, and it was horrible.
- 55:04Speaker 1: He proudly got undressed and I was excited to see
- 55:07Speaker 1: all of him for the first time. Well, let's just
- 55:11Speaker 1: say that I wasn't excited for long. I could barely
- 55:14Speaker 1: see it, but I kept an up but I kept
- 55:19Speaker 1: an optimistic attitude and hoped that it would magically inflate
- 55:23Speaker 1: and get the job done. I could tell he was
- 55:26Speaker 1: trying to overcompensate for it being so tiny, but it
- 55:29Speaker 1: did not work. I faked it the first time because
- 55:32Speaker 1: it was so awkward. I'm still faking it to this day,
- 55:36Speaker 1: and I'm tired of playing these games in the bedroom.
- 55:39Speaker 1: I'm not satisfied, but he doesn't know it. He has
- 55:43Speaker 1: a great guy. He's a great guy, but this sort
- 55:45Speaker 1: of this is sort of a deal breaker for me.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I'm not sure how his wife put up with it,
- 55:50Speaker 1: and I'm not sure how he was able to make
- 55:52Speaker 1: kids with that little thing. He says he doesn't want
- 55:57Speaker 1: anyone but me, so I need to let know that
- 56:00Speaker 1: I've been thinking it and ask him if there's any
- 56:03Speaker 1: way he can make sex better for me. Some of
- 56:05Speaker 1: my friends say that no man is perfect and I
- 56:08Speaker 1: have to take the good with the bad. I have
- 56:10Speaker 1: other friends that tell me to leave tiny man alone
- 56:12Speaker 1: and find a man that is perfect for me, he's
- 56:17Speaker 1: almost perfect. What should I do? Well, you know, there's
- 56:22Speaker 1: no one perfect. He's not perfect, and certainly you're not perfect,
- 56:27Speaker 1: and almost perfect is sometimes really pretty good. But you
- 56:32Speaker 1: have to decide what you can deal with and what
- 56:35Speaker 1: you can't deal with. And it sounds like you've decided
- 56:37Speaker 1: that you've decided that his size or his lack thereof,
- 56:41Speaker 1: we should say that it really matters. You said that
- 56:44Speaker 1: it's sort of a deal breaker. But I got to
- 56:47Speaker 1: ask you, is it really? Is it really? I mean
- 56:50Speaker 1: I think you need to come clean with him, like
- 56:52Speaker 1: you said, and you know, tell him your situation and
- 56:55Speaker 1: see if there's anything he can do to make sex
- 56:58Speaker 1: better for you. I mean, if he's a good man
- 57:00Speaker 1: and he says he wants only you, and if he
- 57:02Speaker 1: wants only you and wants to please you and keep you,
- 57:05Speaker 1: maybe you guys can work it out. Maybe there's something
- 57:07Speaker 1: you guys can do to work the situation out. Um, Remember,
- 57:12Speaker 1: everybody has everybody harder here sell maybe you can maybe
- 57:19Speaker 1: there's something he can do. Uh, you know, I mean
- 57:22Speaker 1: everybody has something. Everybody has something. Everybody has some kind
- 57:26Speaker 1: of flaws, some kind of issues, some kind of shortcome well,
- 57:29Speaker 1: I don't want to say I don't want to say
- 57:32Speaker 1: that that makes yeah, I don't want to say that,
- 57:38Speaker 1: uh you know, something that makes them in perfect. So
- 57:40Speaker 1: I say, if he's good to you in other ways,
- 57:43Speaker 1: I mean, let that compensate, you know, for his small
- 57:47Speaker 1: uh penis Um, I agree with your friends. I just
- 57:51Speaker 1: do you know, No, no one's perfect. Sometimes you have
- 57:54Speaker 1: to take the good with the bad. Steve, this is
- 57:58Speaker 1: gonna be a hard one for me to do because
- 58:02Speaker 1: I am no nothing reference, no, never heard this not
- 58:12Speaker 1: be a problem. I took my clothes off pretty proud
- 58:17Speaker 1: I'm talking about. I don't have some people crawling back
- 58:21Speaker 1: up against the head. Boy. Who where you going? Yea,
- 58:24Speaker 1: So here we go. My man has one tiny flow.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Now she met this man by the year ago. Now
- 58:32Speaker 1: he seemed perfect, got a great job, got his own
- 58:36Speaker 1: house in a nice neighborhood. He's a great father to
- 58:39Speaker 1: his children, and his ex wife are good friends. Okay, right,
- 58:44Speaker 1: here's where the letters starts to give away tale tale sign.
- 58:48Speaker 1: I'm not good friends with none of my exes because
- 58:55Speaker 1: breaking up with me may have been the best thing
- 58:58Speaker 1: for us relationship. Yeah, but you're gonna suffer because my
- 59:05Speaker 1: nickname on my TV show with Big Daddy. Once Big
- 59:10Speaker 1: Daddy leaves, there's an anger that comes with that, and
- 59:16Speaker 1: so therefore I am not gonna be able to relate
- 59:20Speaker 1: to this man with this tiny flaw. The reason him
- 59:24Speaker 1: and his ex wife is good friends called She'll miss nothing.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Oh hey, I had to have you know the name?
- 59:38Speaker 1: You know, hey, because you can be that way when
- 59:42Speaker 1: you see somebody that was bringing it, when you see
- 59:46Speaker 1: somebody that would frying to break it. Yeah, somebody that
- 59:50Speaker 1: was in that making potato chips. Yeah, somebody that was
- 59:56Speaker 1: poured in the water on the rice Christians snap cracker.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: When you see him and you know he was somebody else,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: DA's an angle. But if he ain't did nothing, you
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: don't miss him. Hey, how are you doing? I bring
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: the kids over, They miss you. Go see your daddy.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: All that thought, Steve's all it is is your daddy.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: We'll have part two of Steve's response coming up to
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour, subject my man has
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: one tiny flow. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: You're listening to show, all right, Steve, Come on, let's
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry letter. We gotta go with a disclaimer
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: on this one, though. Go ahead, Jay and Tommy with
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: your disclaimer. You do me, do it, Okay, get your
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: ass out of here. I'm gonna talk some brown folks out.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Close the damn door room all the way. I ain't
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: there's a man in the car. This lady had been
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: dating this man for about a year, and he says
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: he's loved to have more children his ex wife. They're
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: good friends because he and she don't miss him. Oh
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: then he said I want kids one day. Uh you know,
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: she said she wanted us take things slow, get to
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: each other. So they well, you know, they have sex
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: after they've been dating for foremost and it was horrible.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: He probably got undressed. I was excited to see all
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: of him for the first time. Well, let's just say
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I wasn't excited for long because I could badly see it.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Now right there, we have a problem. You could badly
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: see it. Unlike the late great Bernie Mack, who had
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: a joke that said he pulled himself out one time
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: and the whole rule got dark. So obviously this ain't
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: the problem. But I kept an optimistic attitude and hope
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: that it would magically inflate and get the job done.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I could tell he was trying to overcompensate for being
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: so tiny. Now, let's talk about this line right here.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I could tell he was trying to overcompensate. What does
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: a man have to do when you don't have enough
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: tool to get the job done? I'm assuming let me see,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: did he try to hypnotize you? Did he pull a
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: pocket watch out and go, you're getting sleep? He's getting big?
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Was he doing extra hollery? Oh? Yes, I know ablem
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: bringing girl. What you talking about? Whoa? This is all
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: you ever wanted? Extra holiday? Yeah? Did you? Did you
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: want to why he was working with his little self
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: that at any point? Did he hang you a magnifying glass? Go?
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Did you notice on the side of the bed a
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: little hour glass that's an egg timer? I'm just trying
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: to figure out what he did to overcompensate, And so
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: now it leads me to wonder, what should you do now?
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Your girlfriend say, now you taught you've been faking it
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: to this day, and you tire of playing these games
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: in bed room. I'm not satisfied. But he don't know it. Now.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: He's a great guy, but this is a deal breaker
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: for me. Then she said, I'm not sure Highs White
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: put up with it. She didn't. They got a divorce. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: see you you they divorced. She didn't put up with it.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: She gonne. And the reason she happy for him because
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: he was a nice guy. That's why they get along.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: And you probably meet him. She don't care. You got
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: him good. Now it's a couple of things. Oh what, No, Oh,
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: you can't say that. Let me ask something. When he
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: was overcompensating when y'all was making love? Did did he
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: keep saying? Hold out something about to happen. Race yourself, girl,
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: look at him, and maybe the anticipation can hold you.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. So I just think
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: that you are in a dilemma. It does seem like
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: a deal breaker. I'm not sure how he was able
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: to make kids with that little thing that ain't got
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: nothing to do with it. The little thing ain't work.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: It just don't work a lot. And so it's just
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you, lady. I'm kind
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: of but I think what you ought to do is
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I think you're probably gonna have to break Yeah, probably
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: gonna have to break up because I don't know what
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: you do because you're gonna you're gonna always want that,
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: and then you're gonna mess. I go somewhere and get it,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: and then you're gonna be having an affair. And he not.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: And he got wonderfuls he had. But let me tell
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: you something, just gonna leave him. He used to women
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: leaving him. Everyone he'd had and left him. He knows
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: it's coming. He know you're gonna leave. He know post
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: your comments. Every woman he had ever had and walked
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: out of his life. And he knows why. It's Steve
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Harvey FM on Instagram. And course you gotta squirt gun
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: and we down here we're in afghanistand and please don't

- 1:06:32Speaker 1: tell you this one last thing? Yeah? What Steve? He
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: put on ten condom. You're listening, well, guys, in case
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: you're wondering, Whoopy Goldberg is out of the cannabis business.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Four years after she and her business partner Maya Elizabeth
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: started Whoopy and Maya that you were pulling the plug
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: on their medical marijuana brand. While no one knows exactly
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: what happened between them, sources say it was a rift
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: between the ladies that causes the minds of the country
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: of the company. According to a board member The High
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Times Vet brick cusick Uh, they were working hard to
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: save the company, but when Whoopee pulled out, everything went
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: up in smoke. Whoopee released a statements saying, it is
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: with deep regret and sadness I am announcing that I've
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: withdrawn as a board member, manager and member of Whoopee
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: and Maya. I am very proud of what we have
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: accomplished together and look forward to moving ahead with other
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: projects in the market. Well you want to tell you what, man, Yeah,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: I can tell exactly what happened. Happen. It was Maya
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: and Whoopie, right, Whoopee and Maya. Maya stole so and
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: and Whoopee cuckle punched hand, haul off and stole on
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: our hands. Quo Whoopie did? Was she with wide legged
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: hand and crocs on and blasting her dead and her
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: dawn forward and knock my ass out. Buya was stagging
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: back because she came up to the set at all
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: at all, you know, and the view and that was
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: all the view whipping needed. Just yeah, view this helfer
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Let's sucker punch to ass knocked my out? Well, thank
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: you for clearing that up. Stick. Yeah, I'm here to fight,
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: you know, I'm But my question is I have a
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: question question how two people working at a weed place
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: don't get a loan? Because how you getting mad when
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: you work at the weed factor? That's what the hell
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: I need to figure out. I've been around weed, and
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: you just you ain't angry at no damn bout it.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: We're just not. And if you is, you're gonna forget that.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: What the argument is? Well, now I disagree. I've been
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: around a lot of dude smoke weeds. If you smoke
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: it all up, oh he get there? You mad? You
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: might be mad? Yeah, it's gonna be a damn pole.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: Well I just like to say that, Hey, I'm overweighted.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: It's not gonna do it anymore. Forget it? Okay? Like
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: who I know? And she seems so non violent and
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: sweet and Goldberg is a really cool person. Now I

- 1:14:24Speaker 1: a larger animal. Oh give me, give me an infestation.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: This is happening at the San Antonio Zoo. It's called
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Crime a Cockroach. Uh. This is an event that allows
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: visitors UH to go to the zoo website to faith
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: to pay five dollars to name a cockroach after their X,
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: or twenty five dollars to four a rat. Okay. The
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: roaches will be fed to various animals, while the rats
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: will be fed to snakes. The feeding will be live
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: streamed online so purchasers can witness the demise of their
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: named animals. Guess Peter ain't got nothing to do with that, huh. Okay,
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: now Jo draws about some dog gone feathers on the
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: damn thing. But you're buying rats naming them after people
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: feeding them to snakes. I'm pretty sure, Peter, then poor rats,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Well that's where snakes. He Yeah, name them after your ex. Wow,
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: give me infestation of Lisa? Did you say name? But

- 1:16:07Speaker 1: have it has changed men's lives. So James Andy Brown

- 1:16:19Speaker 1: she has a perfume. That's gonna smell like her vagina? Yes,
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: who's gonna put that on? Nil? Who's gonna call up?
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: On your neck? Who were in that? Whoever minds it?
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: And what are you gonna playing that at the house?
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: Any on your neck? Yeah? Anybody coming home like that?
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: Who cookie is this here? What is your name of?
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: It's Erica's excuse me? So you mess No, I'm not
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: messing with her. This, huck this she on me? What
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: do you mean she's on you? Her? Who've been sitting
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: on your shoulder? Steve, She wasn't sitting on it. It
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: was just her sin. It's only okay, So she ain't
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: been nowhere near you, but her sin all over you,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: that's what you're saying. And see it come in a bottom?
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: What you looked like? What the bottle looked like? Well,
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: it's it's a fat bottom. They have not been to
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: putting this story in there, but it's news. I mean,
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: it's actually coming out. Let me ask you a question. No, never,
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: is it gonna be seven days out the month that
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: you shouldn't wear? Okay? Enough? Oh my god, Well let
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: me ask you another question. Is it any man that's
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: working at the factory. That's making it because you ain't
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: gonna be You can't go home smelling like work? What
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: is that on you? Baby? That's work. I've been putting
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: in work. That's all that's is on me is work.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: What somebody say to you, girl? Girl? What is that
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: perfume you wear? That ain't perfume? That's me. You need
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: to do something with that. All right? Coming up our
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: last break of the day and some closing remarks from
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: the break up the day. At least Harvey, I just
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: do it when he here or not here at forty
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: nine minutes after the hour. Thank you, sir, you're listening
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: to show. All right, it's been a good friday. Wow,
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: we talked about a lot today. It was a busy morning.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: Y Yeah, yeah, I need a nap too much or
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: the bad dude was a lot right down. New perfume
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: coming out smells like her. Hello, I don't even want
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: no cologne to smell like me. I mean you know
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Yeah, I'm a pretty clean dude, you
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: know I do. I do really take the measures to
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: keep myself groomed. You know, I'm not. I don't like letting,
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: you know. I guess I have mistakes here and there.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: Everybody do. But I don't nothing about me until I
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: put on my favorite cologne, know or my damn deodorant.
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: I don't really want to just smell like me. Yeah, hey, listen,
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: I want to I want to talk about something in
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: my clothes remarks today. Uh. You know, the Girl King
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: interview is everywhere. It's on the on our lips of everybody,
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: and um, when I first heard it, I was a
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: bit surprised because I know Gail King personally. We're not
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: friends or anything. It's just I know her. You know,
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: we've talked many times. You know, we've done shows together.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: We've talked at events, and we've talked at parties, and
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: we've had a couple of phone conversations. And I've always
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: known Gail King to be a very very kind person,
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: very very warm person. And when I first heard it,
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: I was I was surprised, to say the least. And
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: after hearing her explanation of how she was upset at
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: CBS for putting that particular clip out because she was
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: starting to get calls from friends and going, what are
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: you saying? Why did you say that? What are you
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: talking about? What did you do? And it kind of
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: overshadowed the rest of her interview. It's what she's saying,
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: and she says it was taken out of context. I
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: guess it was taken out of context if you look
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: at the totality of the interview, which could have been
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: a very, very positive thing, that was just one negative moment,
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: but it was It was a moment that that was
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: hard to listen to, even in admissions by her, And
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: I think that she knows that it was done in
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: the way it came out, came out really horrible for her.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: And I know the popular thing to do right now
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: is to get on the bank and wagon talk about
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: how wrong she was. And I'm definitely not trying to
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: open up a can of worms on myself by making
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: this statement. In any way, I don't want you to misunderstand.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: But I have made so many mistakes. I've said so
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: many things that I felt was taken out of context
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: or taking the wrong way, or people didn't get to
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: hear the whole side of it. And I've had my
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: share of getting bashed and beat up. But I think
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: what's happening to her is a lot. It's an awful lot,
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: and just her being a woman. I just kind of
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: feel some kind of way about it because I don't
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: like to see anybody getting beat up so bad. But
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: I really don't like to see women get beat up
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: like this because it's almost like, you know, we were
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: kind of taking advantage of the situation. I'm not defending
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: what she said at all, because I have my own
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: problems with what was said and the timing of it,
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: and I felt the insensitive insensitivity of it, and I'm
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: sure she does in hindsight, but the fact remains that
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: it's out there, but I don't. I wanted to make
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: sure that I wasn't doing the same thing that everybody's
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: claiming that she's doing, because one thing Snoop said that
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: I did agree with we the worst. We are the
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: worst towards one another, and we take social media as
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: an opportunity to berate and bring down each other so fast.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: It is amazing how we cheer for somebody to get
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: to the top. Deal they get there, there's a firing
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: squad waiting on them, and it's the same people that
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: was cheering. Are the same people that had no comment
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: or just wait until you get that to destroy you.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: And I do not understand that about us. But then again,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: I do understand that about us, because the sad thing
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: about us is not all of us. But we never
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: got over the hatred that was perpetrated to us, and
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: we never got over the way they separated us. They
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: separated They've been separating us from the beginning of time.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: They were separating us in the slave quarters. They sleparated
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: us on the slave ships. When we got here, they
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: separated soul. You couldn't speak the same language, they sent
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: you to a different plantation. They've been separating us as families,
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: like we had no feelings and everything. The system has
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: been separating us, and we picked up those same habits,
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: and so now we've been hated so much and separated
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: so much that we are experts at hating and separating
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: ourselves at time. So I agree with Snoop and I
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: agree with all those that say we're the worst, and
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: we got to stop taking each other out. But we
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: also got to make sure that we don't take her
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: out the same way that we claim she was taking
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: Kobe out. You got to be conscious of that, because y'all,
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: at the end of the day, I'm old enough to
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: realize this. Two wrongs don't make it right. It just don't.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: And at one point in time, we got to let
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: her go from this, and we got to let her
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: grow from this. There is definitely a lesson in this
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: for her, but there's also a lesson in it for us.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: All those are my closing remarks. Yeah. For all Steve
