- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and for many of you listening on the radio
- 0:06Speaker 2: right now, it is so nice to have.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You with us as well. I hope you had a
- 0:09Speaker 1: great Christmas.
- 0:10Speaker 2: And it depending on when you hear this, either getting
- 0:13Speaker 2: ready for New Year's or a happy New Year.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Center.
- 0:16Speaker 2: We have a brand new listener to the show, and
- 0:20Speaker 2: since we are on video, I just thought i'd let
- 0:22Speaker 2: everybody know that we have a brand new listener. Welcome
- 0:26Speaker 2: to the family, the Verdict family. That is my friends Bertie,
- 0:30Speaker 2: the new puppy. She has been sitting up here quiet
- 0:33Speaker 2: for an hour as we've been getting ready, but I
- 0:35Speaker 2: wanted everybody can say hi. There we go, say hi
- 0:37Speaker 2: to everybody. That's Bertie for you.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Okay, so Bertie? Who named Bertie? What's Bertie short for
- 0:45Speaker 3: so Bertie?
- 0:45Speaker 2: You know my family's the boys are a bunch of golfers,
- 0:48Speaker 2: and so Bertie was the chosen Georgie. Georgie was like,
- 0:54Speaker 2: can we name her Bertie? And it just stuck and
- 0:56Speaker 2: that's the end of it. So there you go. We
- 0:57Speaker 2: got a new listener, Bertie. And you should watch the
- 0:59Speaker 2: video of because Birdie's are a lot cuterer than I am,
- 1:01Speaker 2: that's for.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Sure, all right. How surprised were the boys?
- 1:05Speaker 2: They freaked out Sinater, they were so excited. So he
- 1:08Speaker 2: woke up. The boys had been asked, He asked Santa,
- 1:11Speaker 2: and so George woke up and we're doing presents and
- 1:14Speaker 2: anted to throw them off. Put a stuffy of a
- 1:18Speaker 2: dog in their stockings so that they thought, like, you
- 1:21Speaker 2: got a dog.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Like you asked for a dog, you got a dog.
- 1:23Speaker 2: And George just started walking around the house looking under
- 1:27Speaker 2: things trying to find a dog. And then my mother
- 1:29Speaker 2: in law ended up bringing the dog over in a
- 1:31Speaker 2: box and we delivered it and they freaked out.
- 1:33Speaker 3: It was pretty old, so it was the bucks wrapped
- 1:35Speaker 3: like how was the reveal?
- 1:37Speaker 2: So that they had a big red bow and they
- 1:39Speaker 2: went on a scavenger hunt that we had done and
- 1:42Speaker 2: put different envelopes, and the last envelope brought them back
- 1:45Speaker 2: to where the tree was, so we snuck her in
- 1:47Speaker 2: the back door, had her in a box the big
- 1:49Speaker 2: bow on top, and then they all came running in
- 1:51Speaker 2: the room and then they got the box and opened
- 1:53Speaker 2: it and the dog was there.
- 1:54Speaker 1: So we did it right. It was all caught on video.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It was really really fun.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Well, Merry Christmas, and that is awesome. There's nothing better
- 2:02Speaker 3: than a new puppy at Christmas. And I hope everyone
- 2:04Speaker 3: at home had a fantastic Christmas and your New Year's
- 2:10Speaker 3: I hope that everyone is ready for an incredible blessed
- 2:14Speaker 3: twenty twenty six. Looking forward into what I hope will
- 2:18Speaker 3: be a fantastic New Year twenty twenty five, A lot
- 2:21Speaker 3: of good has been accomplished in twenty twenty five. We've
- 2:24Speaker 3: seen the Trump administration moving at laser speed, a thousand
- 2:29Speaker 3: different on a thousand different fronts, all at once. In Congress,
- 2:33Speaker 3: the legislation, we've had conservative victories. In fact, if you
- 2:37Speaker 3: listened to an earlier podcast, we went through the major
- 2:39Speaker 3: conservative victories this year. It's breathtaking everything that's been accomplished.
- 2:43Speaker 3: And so as we're wrapping up the year and starting
- 2:46Speaker 3: a new one, it's a good time to reflect on
- 2:47Speaker 3: all that.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And Centera, I guess we should really start with these
- 2:51Speaker 2: shocking news coming out of Minnesota.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Everyone's talking about it.
- 2:54Speaker 2: We've talked about on the podcast this week, and if
- 2:56Speaker 2: you're listening on radio, go back and you can listen
- 2:58Speaker 2: to those shows wherever you get your podcast. But what
- 3:01Speaker 2: was shocking was how fast the numbers grew and the
- 3:05Speaker 2: size of this fraud. Early on, people were saying, it's
- 3:08Speaker 2: a billion dollar fraud that is now exploited. In nine
- 3:11Speaker 2: plus billion, they expect to find even more. The FBI
- 3:14Speaker 2: director Cash Bertel has said they believe it's the tip
- 3:16Speaker 2: of a very large iceberg, and we're seeing other fraud
- 3:20Speaker 2: schemes are being exposed in other states as well as
- 3:23Speaker 2: we speak.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, I got to say, as scandals go, this
- 3:26Speaker 3: is one that should really piss you off. It is
- 3:30Speaker 3: outrageous on so many different levels. If you look at
- 3:34Speaker 3: what's been been uncovered in Minnesota in the last several years,
- 3:37Speaker 3: Minnesota's total medicaid budget was about eighteen billion dollars. The
- 3:42Speaker 3: Department of Justice is reporting that more than half of
- 3:44Speaker 3: that more than nine billion, may well be fraudulent. People
- 3:48Speaker 3: are being prosecuted. And then we covered the most recent podcast.
- 3:52Speaker 3: An independent YouTuber, a twenty three year old guy named
- 3:55Speaker 3: Nick Shirley, went and started going down the list of
- 3:59Speaker 3: daycare centers that were receiving millions and millions of dollars
- 4:03Speaker 3: from the Minnesota taxpayers, and he started showing up to
- 4:05Speaker 3: the daycare centers and he videoed the whole thing, and
- 4:08Speaker 3: in our last pod, we went through that video in detail.
- 4:11Speaker 3: If you haven't watched that video, it's had now over
- 4:14Speaker 3: one hundred million views, it has gone viral. And he
- 4:17Speaker 3: simply would knock on the doors. In many of the
- 4:19Speaker 3: instances the doors were locked, there was no one there.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Virtually everyone he attended the doors were blacked out, the
- 4:25Speaker 3: windows were blacked out, you couldn't see. And the consistent
- 4:28Speaker 3: pattern at daycare after daycare after daycare was no kids.
- 4:32Speaker 3: There were no kids. He kept trying to enroll a child.
- 4:36Speaker 3: They're like, no, no, no, no, we can't do that. We
- 4:37Speaker 3: don't do that. And the pattern we've seen this this
- 4:41Speaker 3: is overwhelmingly Somali's immigrants from Somalia who are engaged in
- 4:48Speaker 3: this massive fraud. And you see this group of Somalis
- 4:53Speaker 3: surrounding Nick Shorter and yelling at him and chasing him
- 4:59Speaker 3: through the neighborho because they're very upset that their fraud
- 5:02Speaker 3: has been uncovered. We covered on on Verdict early on
- 5:06Speaker 3: that this fraud resulted in the single largest funder of
- 5:13Speaker 3: Al Shabab, which is a radical Islamic terror group in
- 5:16Speaker 3: Somalia is the Minnesota taxpayers. That's how big this fraud is.
- 5:21Speaker 3: And and so we want to break down on today's
- 5:24Speaker 3: podcast multiple pieces of it. Number one, what went on?
- 5:27Speaker 3: Number two, what are the consequences? Who is going to
- 5:29Speaker 3: be fired? And even more importantly, who's who is going
- 5:33Speaker 3: to be put in jail? Because there needs to be
- 5:35Speaker 3: real accountability. And number three who benefited? Why was this
- 5:40Speaker 3: allowed to happen? All of those are questions. And number
- 5:43Speaker 3: four why did did the corporate media cover it up?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Ignore it? They have no interest whatsoever in it. They
- 5:53Speaker 3: will track down everything they can about Donald Trump, but
- 5:57Speaker 3: actually Democrats and Somali immigrants stealing billions of dollars from
- 6:02Speaker 3: the taxpayers, zero interests in the corporate media and covering
- 6:06Speaker 3: that at all.
- 6:07Speaker 2: You know, the Democrats by the way, on their Hills
- 6:09Speaker 2: Center because they've gone back to their playbook, which they
- 6:11Speaker 2: always go back to when they're challenged with facts, and
- 6:14Speaker 2: that is the name call. And we saw this happen
- 6:16Speaker 2: on mainstream media. We saw this happen on MS now
- 6:20Speaker 2: where they're now saying and on CNN, how dare you
- 6:24Speaker 2: demonize a smalley community that is racist? You cannot ask
- 6:28Speaker 2: these questions of a community like this because it's clearly
- 6:31Speaker 2: racist in his tone. Here is how ms Now described
- 6:34Speaker 2: it on TV, saying it's just unfair and the Republicans
- 6:37Speaker 2: are just evil and mean spirited.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Take a listen to this.
- 6:41Speaker 4: The question is, you know, why is this a priority?
- 6:44Speaker 4: In a different kind of way, the politicization of the
- 6:48Speaker 4: DOJ and the FBI is undeniable, So whether they are
- 6:52Speaker 4: reliable narrators is the big question. And this is what
- 6:56Speaker 4: happens when you weaponize and politicize federally agencies that are
- 7:00Speaker 4: not meant to be you know, politicized. And I think
- 7:04Speaker 4: the American people are right to ask the question, well,
- 7:07Speaker 4: can we trust you? And that's a sad thing to
- 7:10Speaker 4: say as an American. Let's recall too that there's also
- 7:14Speaker 4: other scandals in other states, for example, the Mississippi welfare scandal,
- 7:18Speaker 4: and this is not unique to politics. Americans know that.
- 7:22Speaker 4: But of course, the other factor here is that because
- 7:26Speaker 4: it looks like the Somali population in Minnesota, the Somali
- 7:30Speaker 4: immigrant population may have been at some involved in some way,
- 7:35Speaker 4: those people are being scapegoaded, and that community is being
- 7:39Speaker 4: scapegoaded in a way that certainly serves the far right,
- 7:42Speaker 4: and so that's also something to keep an eye on.
- 7:45Speaker 4: And that's inappropriate.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I love that she says it's inappropriate that the semi
- 7:51Speaker 2: communitias she describes it might be involved in some way, like.
- 7:54Speaker 3: May have been involved, maybe just kind of like you
- 7:57Speaker 3: go down to your list of one after the other
- 7:59Speaker 3: after the other, of these fake daycare centers, of these
- 8:02Speaker 3: fake autism centers, one after the other after the other.
- 8:05Speaker 3: By the way, that was Mara Gay. Mara Gay is
- 8:07Speaker 3: on the editorial board of The New York Times. I
- 8:10Speaker 3: think it is laughable listening to her talking about people
- 8:13Speaker 3: have lost faith in the Department of Justice and that's
- 8:17Speaker 3: just sad because they're politicized and bias number one. Her employer,
- 8:21Speaker 3: The New York Times and her employer MSNBC or whatever
- 8:24Speaker 3: the hell it's called now are so wildly biased that
- 8:27Speaker 3: everyone knows it. But understand, this is an individual who
- 8:30Speaker 3: a few years ago she said publicly that she was
- 8:34Speaker 3: deeply disturbed to see American flags on trucks in Long Island,
- 8:38Speaker 3: that the American flag disturbed her. That's how biased she is.
- 8:41Speaker 3: And look at the media desperately trying to cover up
- 8:45Speaker 3: the thieves, the fraudsters, and the Democrats. That is who
- 8:49Speaker 3: they're fighting for.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Senata.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I want to get back to this argument the left
- 8:52Speaker 2: has now gone all in on with you cannot criticize
- 8:56Speaker 2: a smiley community because if you do, it's racist. I
- 9:00Speaker 2: want people to really understand this daycare fraud is not
- 9:04Speaker 2: like a few people involved, and there's been some that
- 9:07Speaker 2: I think of mischaracterized as well. It's just maybe one
- 9:10Speaker 2: or two bad actors. They open up a daycare, they
- 9:12Speaker 2: commit fraud. No, they have others in the Somali community
- 9:16Speaker 2: that are allowing their children's names to be used as
- 9:20Speaker 2: a participant in the fraud and apparently getting kickbacks. In fact,
- 9:23Speaker 2: there are videos they're servicing of people that were bringing
- 9:26Speaker 2: their kids and checking them in them leaving so the
- 9:28Speaker 2: state would write checks to daycare centers. This has been
- 9:32Speaker 2: going on four years. There have been multiple warnings about this,
- 9:37Speaker 2: and when there was no accountability, no one was going
- 9:40Speaker 2: to jail. It started growing bigger and bigger because basically
- 9:42Speaker 2: everybody thought, I think, hey, we can do it, bring
- 9:45Speaker 2: everybody in, we'll all get rich off of it. And
- 9:48Speaker 2: literally to the tune of billions of dollars they did.
- 9:50Speaker 3: It north of nine billion dollars, and this is money
- 9:54Speaker 3: that was scammed primarily by Somali fraudsters. They were taking
- 9:57Speaker 3: the money, billions of dollars. They were sending much it
- 10:00Speaker 3: back to Somali. As I said, millions, if not hundreds
- 10:03Speaker 3: of millions of it ended up in the coffers of
- 10:06Speaker 3: Al Shabab where they used it for radical Islamic terrorism.
- 10:10Speaker 3: You see in Nick Shirley's video you see the Somali community,
- 10:12Speaker 3: all like members of them coming up and trying to
- 10:16Speaker 3: do wherever they can to cover up the fraud. And
- 10:18Speaker 3: you know, we just played a few minutes ago Marrigay
- 10:21Speaker 3: on MSNBC and from The New York Times saying, well,
- 10:26Speaker 3: some Somalis may have been involved. Let's talk about accountability.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Here's what Pam Bondi put out. The Justice Department has
- 10:33Speaker 3: been investigating this for months. So far, we have charged
- 10:37Speaker 3: ninety eight individuals, eighty five of Somali descent, and more
- 10:43Speaker 3: than sixty have been found guilty in court. We have
- 10:46Speaker 3: more prosecutions coming. Buckle up, lawmakers, now, now let me say,
- 10:52Speaker 3: when you have ninety eight people charged by the Department
- 10:54Speaker 3: of Justice, eighty five of them of Somali descent and
- 10:57Speaker 3: sixty already found guilty. How the hell can she say
- 11:00Speaker 3: some Somalis may have been involved. No, they've been criminally prosecuted,
- 11:04Speaker 3: They've been caught. There's no dispute. But when you're a
- 11:07Speaker 3: professional liar, which is what the fake news does, they
- 11:12Speaker 3: don't deal in the world of facts, and you talk
- 11:14Speaker 3: about accountability, Look, doj is coming after them. But I
- 11:19Speaker 3: also want to talk about what Cash Pateel put out
- 11:21Speaker 3: from the FBI. Cash Patel went to Minnesota in July
- 11:27Speaker 3: to oversee the investigations to confirm that progress was being made,
- 11:31Speaker 3: and he said the investigation some of the investigations were
- 11:34Speaker 3: opened under the Biden administration, but he also said they
- 11:39Speaker 3: were buried because they implicate Biden political allies. Between late
- 11:49Speaker 3: May twenty twenty five and December twenty twenty five, the
- 11:53Speaker 3: FBI had sixteen open investigations into approximately thirty two healthcare
- 11:58Speaker 3: and home care providers accused of fraud and and he
- 12:02Speaker 3: described a massive joint investigation including HHS Inspector, General, Medicaid
- 12:07Speaker 3: Fraud Unit, ir S, Postal Inspectors, Minnesota Attorney General, Minnesota
- 12:11Speaker 3: Department of Education. And by the way, it's not just
- 12:16Speaker 3: limited to Minnesota. They are expanding nationwide, and we're getting
- 12:19Speaker 3: reports online of other states like Washington, states like New York,
- 12:24Speaker 3: like California where these same problems have been happening. And
- 12:28Speaker 3: what is critical is to follow the money and and
- 12:33Speaker 3: to go after that. Uh, to go after them. And
- 12:37Speaker 3: I'm very glad we're beginning to see accountability. But let
- 12:40Speaker 3: me tell you, the accountability better not stop with just
- 12:44Speaker 3: the thieves.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Yeah, with a low level.
- 12:47Speaker 3: The accountability, and it certainly needs to include the masterminders
- 12:51Speaker 3: and the funders, but it also needs to include the
- 12:53Speaker 3: government officials in the Minnesota state government, of the federal
- 12:57Speaker 3: government that acquiesced to this that look the other way
- 13:00Speaker 3: that covered it up. It is so blazingly obvious that
- 13:05Speaker 3: there is a reason that this has happened. And look,
- 13:08Speaker 3: there is obviously fraud in red states and blue states,
- 13:12Speaker 3: and we ought to go after it in all those states.
- 13:14Speaker 3: But but there is a reason Minnesota was ground zero
- 13:17Speaker 3: for this because you gotta ask.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Me, because the AG and because of the governor there.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I mean, they're the CEOs the company. And that's the
- 13:25Speaker 2: question I want to ask you. If this was a
- 13:26Speaker 2: private sector of fraud there would already be.
- 13:29Speaker 1: People in handcuffs.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Yep, there would be people there that would be doing
- 13:33Speaker 2: purp walks. It would be wall to wall coverage. But somehow,
- 13:38Speaker 2: because it's the government, it's like the Governor's not even
- 13:41Speaker 2: a suspect. The ag is not even a suspect. It's like, oh, well,
- 13:45Speaker 2: you know, we want to bring in more Somali's. That's
- 13:47Speaker 2: what the governor said a couple of days ago. We
- 13:49Speaker 2: should bring more of them in. How dare you demonize them?
- 13:52Speaker 2: And if there is no accountability, then did they in
- 13:54Speaker 2: fact get away with it? I would argue the answers
- 13:57Speaker 2: jest because ultimately their goal was to get Somali's to
- 14:00Speaker 2: vote for them. This was the payoff. It's pay to
- 14:03Speaker 2: play politics in Minnesota. Am I wrong?
- 14:07Speaker 3: You're not wrong? And that needs to be one significant
- 14:09Speaker 3: part of the investigation, both from journalists and from prosecutors.
- 14:14Speaker 3: There needs to be significant investigation into how much of
- 14:17Speaker 3: that money ended up in political coffers of politicians. How
- 14:21Speaker 3: much The reason that the Democrats in Minnesota all look
- 14:25Speaker 3: the other way is they're all getting paid a It's
- 14:27Speaker 3: a huge voting block and I want you to watch
- 14:31Speaker 3: this for those of you who are watching this online,
- 14:34Speaker 3: I want you to see this video of the mayor
- 14:37Speaker 3: of Minneapolis dancing waving a Somali flag. If you haven't,
- 14:42Speaker 3: if you're not watching it online, if you're listening on radio,
- 14:44Speaker 3: we're gonna narrate it. But here, give a look if
- 14:46Speaker 3: you can, and Ben and I will tell you what
- 14:48Speaker 3: you're looking at.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I mean, this video is amazing.
- 14:57Speaker 2: You got the mayor of Minneapolis up there on stage
- 15:00Speaker 2: center waving a Somali flag and dancing with a shirt
- 15:06Speaker 2: of the Somali flag on his shirt as well. If
- 15:09Speaker 2: you want to know how we got to where we
- 15:10Speaker 2: are now, this is just proof of it.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 15:14Speaker 3: Okay? And I got to say that this mayor manages
- 15:18Speaker 3: to dance in a way that makes Tim Waltz look manly.
- 15:22Speaker 3: That is the most effeminate, prancing ass kissing like unbelievably,
- 15:32Speaker 3: he's just dancing and waving a Somali flag. Now, let
- 15:35Speaker 3: me ask you, do you think someone who is desperately
- 15:40Speaker 3: trying to get the votes of the one hundred thousand
- 15:41Speaker 3: Somalis that Democrats have imported into Minnesota and desperately trying
- 15:45Speaker 3: to get their cash, do you think he has any
- 15:47Speaker 3: interest in investigating and finding out the billions of dollars
- 15:50Speaker 3: they're stealing from the tax bius. Hell no, well, and
- 15:53Speaker 3: that's how we got here.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Let's go back to the dancing mayor and talk a
- 15:58Speaker 2: little bit more about the propaganda he puts that on
- 16:00Speaker 2: social media, clearly making it well known where his allegiances
- 16:04Speaker 2: and is not to the American taxpayer.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Well, look, if you're asking how could this happen? How
- 16:10Speaker 3: could it be so brazen? How could you have daycare
- 16:13Speaker 3: centers with no kids? How could you have daycare centers
- 16:16Speaker 3: with no playground equipment? How could you have centers for
- 16:19Speaker 3: kids with autism with no kids in them? How could
- 16:21Speaker 3: you have home health care providers that are not actually
- 16:24Speaker 3: providing health care? Like like the raw brazenness of it.
- 16:28Speaker 3: And the answer is the politicians were complicit and and
- 16:32Speaker 3: to understand just how craven and corrupt they are. I
- 16:35Speaker 3: want to go back to the Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frey
- 16:38Speaker 3: and and or Frey or Fryar or however you say
- 16:40Speaker 3: his name.
- 16:43Speaker 2: If you're talking in Somali, you know, I don't know.
- 16:45Speaker 2: It depends on what you're doing.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Well, I want to play a video that he put out,
- 16:49Speaker 3: and this is him really speaking to America's heartland, speaking
- 16:52Speaker 3: to you, to me, to all of us, because he's
- 16:55Speaker 3: a mayor of a major American city. So give a
- 16:58Speaker 3: listen to Mayor Fry.
- 16:59Speaker 6: Mahga Ago wad Jacob Fry, Dokemagalada, Minneapolis, Daman shaab Ka
- 17:06Speaker 6: Somaliid Kayamed Mogadishu, getaway, hageisa Osaso Bedabo, kiss Mayo, Wohana
- 17:15Speaker 6: daba in an Iden Higo Minneapolis.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Wah, Okay, that's enough.
- 17:21Speaker 2: I did hear him say, by the way, you and
- 17:23Speaker 2: I are officially unelectable in Minnesota.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I just want to be very I did hear.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Him say, kiss Mayo. And and he is saying to
- 17:30Speaker 3: his voters, kiss Mayo. He's telling them to kiss Mayo.
- 17:33Speaker 3: He said Mogadishu. And apparently he's running for mayor of Mogadishu.
- 17:37Speaker 3: And maybe he is mayor of Mogadishu. Look, if you're
- 17:39Speaker 3: the biggest funder of al Shabab, yeah you're you're actually
- 17:44Speaker 3: quite a star in Mogadishu, do you think. Look, I
- 17:47Speaker 3: don't know what that guy's saying, and and and that
- 17:50Speaker 3: is by design, and and by the way, you might think, well, okay,
- 17:54Speaker 3: he's just you know, he's just trying to appeal to
- 17:57Speaker 3: a constituency. I want you to listen it to the
- 18:01Speaker 3: Prime Minister of Somalia standing next il Han Omar. Ilhan
- 18:05Speaker 3: Omar is the congresswoman who represents this Somali community. And
- 18:09Speaker 3: I want you to listen to what the Prime Minister
- 18:11Speaker 3: of Somalia says about Ilhan Omar.
- 18:29Speaker 2: I mean, this is I honestly shocking when he's talking
- 18:33Speaker 2: about it's not in the interesting well, it's somebody else.
- 18:37Speaker 3: All right, and and let me let me for our listeners.
- 18:40Speaker 3: You'll be forgiven if you thought that might have been
- 18:43Speaker 3: the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry, because because they both
- 18:46Speaker 3: speak Somalian and so you know, it is understandable that
- 18:49Speaker 3: the Prime Minister Somalia sounds just like the Minneapolis mayor.
- 18:52Speaker 3: But but here actually is is what the Somalian prime
- 18:57Speaker 3: Minister's name, and it's it's Hassan Ali Kyrie. And he
- 19:01Speaker 3: says the following. For those listening on radio you don't
- 19:04Speaker 3: have the English translations, let me translate what he said. Quote.
- 19:09Speaker 3: The interest of Ilhan are not of the American people.
- 19:15Speaker 3: The interest of Ilhan is that of the Somalian people
- 19:20Speaker 3: and Somalia. That's not me saying that. Are you saying that?
- 19:24Speaker 3: That's the Prime Minister of Somalia in Minneapolis, in America
- 19:30Speaker 3: telling presumably Americans, your member of Congress, her interests are
- 19:34Speaker 3: not America. They are Somalians and Somalia. And you want
- 19:38Speaker 3: to know why so many Democrats look the other way
- 19:41Speaker 3: as the Somalian fraudsters were robbing the taxpayers blind. It
- 19:46Speaker 3: is because they were in on it, they were profiting
- 19:51Speaker 3: from it, they were benefiting from it. And this embodies
- 19:55Speaker 3: level upon level of corruption.
- 19:58Speaker 7: You know.
- 19:58Speaker 2: This also goes back to say you and I talked
- 20:00Speaker 2: about several months ago when we had then the man
- 20:04Speaker 2: in charge of DOGE he was warning us about waste,
- 20:08Speaker 2: fraud and abuse.
- 20:09Speaker 1: That was Elon Musk.
- 20:10Speaker 2: He actually retweeted the last couple of days this segment
- 20:14Speaker 2: that we had from him in the DOJ office and
- 20:16Speaker 2: the EOB next to the White House, and I want
- 20:18Speaker 2: to play that for people just to remind you of
- 20:21Speaker 2: what he was talking about of entitlement payments going to
- 20:25Speaker 2: people just like these Somalians and illegals, and how this
- 20:29Speaker 2: was one of the biggest frauds as he described it.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Happening in the history of this country. Take a listen
- 20:35Speaker 1: to again.
- 20:35Speaker 2: This is Elon Musk on this show months ago warning
- 20:39Speaker 2: about this exact type of behavior.
- 20:42Speaker 7: And the single biggest thing that they're worried about is
- 20:47Speaker 7: that DOJ is going to turn off frauderland payments of entitlements.
- 20:53Speaker 7: I mean everything from Social Security, medicare, you know, unemployment, disability,
- 21:00Speaker 7: small administ registration loans, turn them off to illegals. This
- 21:05Speaker 7: is that props of the matter. Yeah, okay, this is
- 21:08Speaker 7: this is the this is the thing that why they
- 21:11Speaker 7: really hit my guts, want me to die.
- 21:13Speaker 3: And do you think that's billions hundreds of billions?
- 21:16Speaker 7: What do you think the scale is of that? I
- 21:18Speaker 7: think across the country it's in the it's wealth of
- 21:20Speaker 7: one hundred billion, maybe two hundred million. So by using
- 21:27Speaker 7: entitlements fraud, the Democrats have been able to attract and
- 21:31Speaker 7: retain vast numbers of illegal immigrants and buy voters, and
- 21:38Speaker 7: buy voters exactly the basically bring in a ten twenty
- 21:43Speaker 7: million people who are beholden to the Democrats for government
- 21:48Speaker 7: handouts and will vote overwhelmingly Democrat, as has been demonstrated
- 21:52Speaker 7: in California.
- 21:53Speaker 1: This is it's an election strategy.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Yes, it's power.
- 21:58Speaker 7: Yes, and it doesn't take much to the Spring States
- 22:00Speaker 7: blue and when off in a Spring state yet be
- 22:02Speaker 7: won by ten twenty thousand votes. Sure, so the DAMS
- 22:06Speaker 7: can bring in two hundred thousand illegals and over time
- 22:09Speaker 7: get them legal legalized, not counting any cheating that takes place,
- 22:12Speaker 7: because there is some cheating, but even without cheating, if
- 22:16Speaker 7: you bake, if you have, if you bring in illegals
- 22:18Speaker 7: that are ten next the voted differential in the Spring state,
- 22:22Speaker 7: it will no longer be a swing state, right, and
- 22:25Speaker 7: the DAMS will win all the Spring States just a
- 22:27Speaker 7: matter of time, and America will be permanent deep blue
- 22:32Speaker 7: social estate. At the House, the Senate, YEP, the Presidency,
- 22:38Speaker 7: and the Supreme Court will all go hardcore down. They
- 22:41Speaker 7: will then further cement that by bringing in even more
- 22:44Speaker 7: aliens so you can't vote your way out of it.
- 22:48Speaker 7: Their is to make one party social estate, and it
- 22:51Speaker 7: will be much worse than California, because least California is
- 22:53Speaker 7: mitigated by the fact that someone can leave California.
- 22:56Speaker 3: You can go to Texas.
- 22:56Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, So you're going to make everywhere California.
- 23:00Speaker 5: But worse.
- 23:01Speaker 2: You know, what's interesting is the way that he described
- 23:03Speaker 2: it their center, saying you can't They'll get to a
- 23:05Speaker 2: point where you can't vote your way out of it.
- 23:07Speaker 2: It's almost like Elon was describing Minneapolis, minnep was Saint
- 23:13Speaker 2: Paul and now in essence, the entire state is going
- 23:17Speaker 2: that way after it's total Somali control locally.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Now, look that that is exactly right. I will say,
- 23:23Speaker 3: by the way that the interview we did with Elon
- 23:25Speaker 3: Musk it was an hour long interview we did in
- 23:27Speaker 3: the course of two podcasts. It remains one of my
- 23:30Speaker 3: favorite pods we've ever done. If you didn't listen to
- 23:33Speaker 3: it when it came out, I would encourage you. It
- 23:35Speaker 3: was fascinating. We got to ask Elon all sorts of
- 23:38Speaker 3: questions about how he built tel Tesla, how he built SpaceX,
- 23:43Speaker 3: what are the odds of killer robots killing us? All,
- 23:45Speaker 3: what's gonna happen with AI? I mean, it was it
- 23:48Speaker 3: was fun, it was interesting. Elon is a good friend,
- 23:52Speaker 3: and and that exchange it was precient that he predicted,
- 23:56Speaker 3: and it's interesting he said north of one hundred billion nationwide.
- 23:59Speaker 3: We look at Minneapolis and Minnesota where It's already north
- 24:03Speaker 3: of nine billion in just one state, and I think
- 24:05Speaker 3: that prediction of one hundred billion or more is very accurate.
- 24:09Speaker 3: You know, I'll also say on the point about getting
- 24:13Speaker 3: you know Elon talked to right there, we get about
- 24:15Speaker 3: getting people locked into welfare and dependency and making him
- 24:18Speaker 3: dependent on the Democrats. You know, there was a tweet
- 24:21Speaker 3: that Bill Ackman, the New York Investor, put out today
- 24:24Speaker 3: that I thought was quite insightful. He said, quote, even
- 24:27Speaker 3: assuming there was no fraud, none of this makes sense.
- 24:31Speaker 3: How is it that we have been funding billions of
- 24:34Speaker 3: dollars of daycare for Somali immigrants in Minnesota, eighty one
- 24:41Speaker 3: percent of which, according to Gemini, are on welfare. Now
- 24:44Speaker 3: get this. Listen to that fact again, eighty one percent
- 24:48Speaker 3: of Somali immigrants are on welfare. Acman continues, in other words,
- 24:54Speaker 3: if mom and dad don't work, why the need for childcare?
- 24:59Speaker 3: Perhaps you could say the welfare statistics include some subsidies
- 25:02Speaker 3: for working parents, but still in this case, the childcare
- 25:05Speaker 3: does not appear to be needed, as the daycare centers
- 25:08Speaker 3: are empty. Furthermore, why is federal funded childcare provided to
- 25:13Speaker 3: recent immigrants on welfare? Versus longstanding American working families who
- 25:18Speaker 3: are not on welfare. How does this make sense? And
- 25:21Speaker 3: the answer is it doesn't. It doesn't unless the goal
- 25:24Speaker 3: is to buy votes. And if the goal is to
- 25:26Speaker 3: buy vote sense, it makes perfect sense and everyone responsible
- 25:31Speaker 3: needs to go to jail.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Saat we're talking about accountability and CEOs. They're held accountable
- 25:37Speaker 2: when they commit major frauds. Bernie Madeoff is one I
- 25:40Speaker 2: mentioned a moment ago as well. Is there a real
- 25:43Speaker 2: chance that we will see government elected officials because of
- 25:48Speaker 2: this fraud actually be arrested in howd accountable for the
- 25:51Speaker 2: fact that they're the CEO of the state and they
- 25:54Speaker 2: are the ones that allowed this to happen.
- 25:56Speaker 1: There were a lot of warning signs.
- 25:57Speaker 2: There were whistle blowers that have come forward saying that
- 26:00Speaker 2: they had taken to the governor and they were actually
- 26:02Speaker 2: punished for being a whistleblower in Minnesota.
- 26:05Speaker 1: That's part of this story that can't be overlooked.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Look, I hope so, and I believe there will be accountability.
- 26:11Speaker 3: We've already seen people being prosecuted, the fraudsters themselves. We've
- 26:16Speaker 3: seen DJ and the FBI promising to go higher up
- 26:19Speaker 3: the chain, and I hope and expect that to happen.
- 26:22Speaker 7: Now.
- 26:23Speaker 3: You know, I will say on Twitter, lots of folks
- 26:25Speaker 3: are commenting with our last couple of pods and they're
- 26:28Speaker 3: yelling at me, going, will Ted do something about it?
- 26:31Speaker 3: And then let's get back to the basic constitution and
- 26:34Speaker 3: the separation of powers. The only federal entity that can
- 26:38Speaker 3: prosecute is the executive branch, that is the Department of Justice,
- 26:42Speaker 3: that is the FBI. They can bring criminal charges. I
- 26:45Speaker 3: serve in the legislature. The legislature cannot prosecute anyone. What
- 26:49Speaker 3: we can do is shine a light. Well we can do.
- 26:51Speaker 3: This podcast reaches millions of people by shining a light
- 26:55Speaker 3: and calling for accountability. That builds the momentum for then
- 26:58Speaker 3: the executive has to bring the indictments and has to prosecute.
- 27:02Speaker 3: And that we're going to do, and I fully expect
- 27:04Speaker 3: we will also have congressional hearings again to shine a light. Now,
- 27:08Speaker 3: a congressional hearing cannot actually indict anyone and put one
- 27:13Speaker 3: in jail, but it can draw real attention and it
- 27:15Speaker 3: could uncover evidence that helps helps the executive then prosecute.
- 27:21Speaker 3: They are also political consequences, and I want to play
- 27:24Speaker 3: actually an ad that I saw online. I don't know
- 27:26Speaker 3: who put this together, but it's a satirical ad about
- 27:29Speaker 3: Tim Waltz that gives some of the sense of political
- 27:32Speaker 3: consequences that will happen. This just came out today. Give
- 27:37Speaker 3: a listen.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Tim Walls doesn't seek out Fraud. Fraud seeks out Tim Walls.
- 27:43Speaker 5: When scammers apply for jobs, they list him as a reference.
- 27:47Speaker 5: Under his watch, Fraud is Minnesota's fastest growing small business.
- 27:52Speaker 5: His biggest export taxpayer money delivered to foreign terrorists. If
- 27:57Speaker 5: Fraud had a frequent flyer program, he would always fly
- 28:01Speaker 5: first class. He is Tim Walls, the most fraudulent man
- 28:06Speaker 5: in America. Tim Walls doesn't see I.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Love the and I remember the most interesting man in
- 28:13Speaker 2: the world. That's that thing to that with those techis yeah,
- 28:17Speaker 2: which is such a great like great ad series they
- 28:20Speaker 2: did there for years.
- 28:21Speaker 3: And by the way, man, by the way, by the way, man,
- 28:24Speaker 3: I have to say, I'm also a fan of bearded
- 28:27Speaker 3: latinos with with just you know, with something to say
- 28:30Speaker 3: in the world.
- 28:31Speaker 2: There's something I understand your beard like never before you
- 28:35Speaker 2: were trying to be the most interesting man in the
- 28:37Speaker 2: world of politics.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Okay, now, it's full circle.
- 28:40Speaker 3: It's a low bar. I mean the low bar.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I get it. That's so good. That's I'm never okay.
- 28:46Speaker 2: The connection is solidified now that that ad is hysterical,
- 28:51Speaker 2: it's also incredibly accurate.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Look this is and it's just the beginning. This is
- 28:58Speaker 3: only gonna get worse. As I said, this has happened
- 29:01Speaker 3: in other states. Minnesota is a perfect storm because you've
- 29:05Speaker 3: got the massive Somali community there, but it is happening
- 29:09Speaker 3: in other states. We are going to see accountability and listen,
- 29:12Speaker 3: I'm really glad the Trump administration, DOJ and the FBI
- 29:15Speaker 3: is going after that this. But also today HHS, the
- 29:20Speaker 3: Trump administration came out with with this announcement. Give a listen.
- 29:25Speaker 8: I'm here with Assistant Secretary Alex Adams. Alex Overseas, the
- 29:28Speaker 8: Administration for Children and Families and TRUMPID journalists have made shocky,
- 29:33Speaker 8: incredible allegations of extensive fraud in Minnesota's childcare programs. We
- 29:38Speaker 8: believe the state of Minnesota has allowed scammers and fake
- 29:40Speaker 8: daycares to siphon millions of taxpayer dollars over the past decade.
- 29:44Speaker 9: My office ACF provides Minnesota one hundred and eighty five
- 29:48Speaker 9: million dollars in childcare funds each year. That money should
- 29:51Speaker 9: be helping nineteen thousand American children, including toddlers and infants.
- 29:55Speaker 9: Any dollar stolen by fraudsters is stolen from those children.
- 30:00Speaker 9: Yesterday I spoke directly with the director of the Minnesota
- 30:03Speaker 9: Childcare Services Office. She could not tell me with confidence
- 30:06Speaker 9: whether those allegations of fraud are isolated or whether there's
- 30:09Speaker 9: fraud stretching statewide.
- 30:11Speaker 8: Today, we've taken three direct actions against the blatant fraud
- 30:14Speaker 8: that seems to be rampant in Minnesota. First, I have
- 30:18Speaker 8: activated our defend the Spend system for all ACF childcare
- 30:21Speaker 8: payments across America. Starting today, we require a justification, receipt
- 30:26Speaker 8: or photo evidence before we make a payment. Second, I've
- 30:30Speaker 8: just signed and sent a demand letter to Governor Walls.
- 30:33Speaker 8: I required a full three hundred and sixty review of
- 30:36Speaker 8: these centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
- 30:42Speaker 9: And Third, we've launched a dedicated fraud reporting hotline and
- 30:46Speaker 9: email address at childcare dot gov. Whether you're a parent,
- 30:49Speaker 9: a provider, a member of the public, we want to
- 30:51Speaker 9: hear from you. Let me be crystal clear. ACF expects
- 30:55Speaker 9: every state to uphold the highest standards of oversight, monitoring,
- 30:59Speaker 9: and accountability for federal dollars. Minnesota is no exception.
- 31:03Speaker 8: We're committed to holding bad actors accountable, regardless the rank
- 31:06Speaker 8: of office. Anyone is involved and perpetrating this fraud against
- 31:09Speaker 8: the American people should expect to be prosecuted to the
- 31:13Speaker 8: fullest extent of the law.
- 31:15Speaker 1: So this is a step in the right direction.
- 31:17Speaker 2: And if you look at the president's response, in the
- 31:19Speaker 2: administration's response, I do think the best part is he's
- 31:23Speaker 2: using all of government. We're hearing that the IRS is
- 31:26Speaker 2: getting involved at the Department in Security, the FBI, They're
- 31:30Speaker 2: working with basically every part of our government to fight
- 31:35Speaker 2: this fraud. You see this from AJHS and there are
- 31:38Speaker 2: some that will say, well, this is unfair because they're
- 31:41Speaker 2: stopping the funding and there has to be somebody doing
- 31:43Speaker 2: good work in Minnesota. If you're mad, I would say
- 31:47Speaker 2: that you should be mad at the Democrats for allowing
- 31:49Speaker 2: it to get to the point where they had to
- 31:50Speaker 2: stop the funding going to the state of Minnesota. If
- 31:53Speaker 2: you're angry, you should be angry at Waltz and you
- 31:55Speaker 2: should be angry at every Democrat that allowed this to
- 31:58Speaker 2: continue when they're there's massive amounts of warning signs, not
- 32:02Speaker 2: for weeks, not for months, but for literally years and
- 32:04Speaker 2: years and years.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Well, Ben Jim O'Neil, who just made that announcement, he
- 32:08Speaker 3: is the deputy secretary of HHS. He's Bobby Kennedy's deputy.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Jim has been a good friend of mine for twenty
- 32:15Speaker 3: five years. Actually Jim was a groomsman at Heidi's in
- 32:18Speaker 3: my wedding, so actually longer married twenty five years ago,
- 32:21Speaker 3: so Jim was a groomsman at our wedding and he's
- 32:24Speaker 3: a great friend. He's doing a terrific job as deputy
- 32:26Speaker 3: secretary at HHS. But that's the kind of leadership we
- 32:29Speaker 3: see now. It's now, it's striking when when when HHS
- 32:34Speaker 3: put this out immediately, Tim Waltz responded and and here's
- 32:38Speaker 3: what what Tim Waltz said in response. This is Trump's
- 32:42Speaker 3: long game. We've spent years cracking down on fraudsters. It's
- 32:48Speaker 3: a serious issue, but this has been his plan all along.
- 32:52Speaker 3: He's politicizing the issue to defund programs that help Minnesotans.
- 32:57Speaker 3: And this is this is solemnly like jiu jitsu of
- 33:03Speaker 3: attacking the Trump administration for holding him accountable. Look, Governor Waltz,
- 33:09Speaker 3: when you let Somali and fraudsters steal nine billion dollars
- 33:13Speaker 3: from taxpayers, you know who doesn't get that? Real Minnesotans
- 33:17Speaker 3: who are not fraudsters, real kids. And that's what the
- 33:20Speaker 3: Trump AHHS emphasized right now is this money is made
- 33:24Speaker 3: to go to Americans in need and not to thieves
- 33:28Speaker 3: who are supporting Democrats. And we're gonna see a whole
- 33:32Speaker 3: lot more accountability coming.
- 33:34Speaker 2: Yeah, we're gonna keep you updated on it. We can
- 33:36Speaker 2: promise you that here, So don't miss an episode. Download
- 33:38Speaker 2: VERTICU with Ted Cruz wherever you get your podcasts as

- 33:52Speaker 1: I will see you back here next week on radio
- 33:54Speaker 1: and this week on the podcast
