- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a major revolt happening right now within the
- 0:04Speaker 1: Democratic Party, and we are now witnessing several different members
- 0:09Speaker 1: of the Democratic leadership who are saying we're out. Senator
- 0:13Speaker 1: Dick Durbin of Illinois, he is the Senate second ranking Democrat.
- 0:19Speaker 1: He announced that he will not seek reelection in twenty
- 0:21Speaker 1: twenty six, concluding a Congressional career spanning over four decades.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Now, why is this happening right now?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Well, the way that CNN described it, and again this
- 0:32Speaker 1: is CNN. They said that it's total chaos within the
- 0:36Speaker 1: Democratic Party, and the American people are saying, we don't
- 0:39Speaker 1: like what you're doing. Here is CNN in their own
- 0:42Speaker 1: words about what's happening in the Democratic Party.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Yeah, this I think is a revolt, a revolt that
- 0:49Speaker 3: is going on within the Democratic Party right now. Democrats
- 0:52Speaker 3: and their leaders, I mean, take a look nationally, hello,
- 0:55Speaker 3: Democrats on dem leaders in Congress, the belief that they
- 0:58Speaker 3: will do the right thing when it comes to the economy.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Last year, at this time, eighty percent believe that the
- 1:03Speaker 3: Democratic leaders in Congress would do the right thing when
- 1:05Speaker 3: it comes to the economy. And keep in mind this
- 1:07Speaker 3: as Democrats look at where we are now that number.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Has been slashed in half to just thirty nine percent.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Holy Toledo. That is the lowest.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Number by far in Gallup polling. The lowest previous was
- 1:19Speaker 4: just sixty percent, which is twenty one points higher than this.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Democrats hate, hate, hate, hate what they're congressional leaders in
- 1:27Speaker 4: Washington are doing right now on the key issue of
- 1:29Speaker 4: the day, the economy, and their confidence has fallen through
- 1:32Speaker 4: the floor.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Mister Berman, all.
- 1:33Speaker 5: Right, Chuck Schumber is the Senate Democratic leader right now?
- 1:36Speaker 5: How we're feelings about him, particularly in New York.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Yeah, let's go to the state of New York. It's
- 1:41Speaker 3: what's always on my mind. Right we're in the state
- 1:44Speaker 3: of New York right now. New York Democrats on Chuck
- 1:46Speaker 3: Schumer view him favorably.
- 1:48Speaker 2: In December of twenty twenty.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Four, that was just a few months ago, it was
- 1:52Speaker 3: seventy three percent. Look at where that number has fallen
- 1:55Speaker 3: to in just a few months. It is now down
- 1:57Speaker 3: to just fifty two percent. That is the lower I
- 2:00Speaker 3: could ever find and see on a college on how
- 2:02Speaker 3: democrats in Chuck Schumer's home state knew him. And keep
- 2:05Speaker 3: in mind, if you're thinking about a primary challenge. It
- 2:07Speaker 3: would be a few years away. But Alexandiocosto Cortes's favorable
- 2:10Speaker 3: writing among Democrats is considerably higher in the sixties, so
- 2:14Speaker 3: he is doing quite.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Poorly in his own homestead of New York.
- 2:18Speaker 3: I never thought I'd see the day in which just
- 2:19Speaker 3: fifty two percent of New York Democrats or you Chuck
- 2:22Speaker 3: Schumer favorably.
- 2:22Speaker 2: It's almost unfathomable. Yeah, but by the way, let's just
- 2:25Speaker 2: stop there.
- 2:25Speaker 1: And if you didn't enjoy that report I just played
- 2:28Speaker 1: for you, then something's wrong with you, because this is
- 2:30Speaker 1: CNN telling you that the Democratic Party is imploding. But
- 2:34Speaker 1: what is a takeaway there is this when you look
- 2:37Speaker 1: at Chuck Schumer, he's a hardcore Democrat. He's been a
- 2:41Speaker 1: hard core Democrat his entire life. I notice I didn't
- 2:44Speaker 1: say as a Marxist. I didn't say as a socialist.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I didn't say he's a communist. And notice what was
- 2:50Speaker 1: said at the very end that he's got a bad
- 2:53Speaker 1: favorable and AOC has a better favorable in New York
- 2:57Speaker 1: than he does. Now, what does this mean? Means a
- 3:00Speaker 1: couple of things. One, the Democratic Party is basically moving
- 3:05Speaker 1: on from Democrats to actual declared communists and socialists, and
- 3:11Speaker 1: so Chuck Schumer and these others that have been basically
- 3:13Speaker 1: taking care of themselves and getting rich. The Nancy Pelosi
- 3:16Speaker 1: is the Chuck Schumer who've just been hoaring out their
- 3:19Speaker 1: their job in Congress to make themselves and their friends wealthy.
- 3:23Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is like angry at them, So what
- 3:26Speaker 1: are they replacing them with? Apparently they're wanting to replace
- 3:31Speaker 1: them with socialists and communists and Marxists, like they're done
- 3:34Speaker 1: with America. Okay, like they're straight up done with America.
- 3:39Speaker 1: And I'm going to play for you what Dick Durbin
- 3:41Speaker 1: said about his retirement to prove my point in a second.
- 3:43Speaker 1: So hold on, but let me also tell you about
- 3:46Speaker 1: my friends over at Patriot Mobile. You've heard me talk
- 3:48Speaker 1: about Patriot Mobile.
- 3:49Speaker 2: For a while.
- 3:50Speaker 1: You probably already know that for years they've stood in
- 3:53Speaker 1: the gap for every America that believes that freedom is
- 3:57Speaker 1: worth fighting for.
- 3:58Speaker 2: They are truly a company this conservative.
- 4:01Speaker 1: So let me ask you this question, why have you
- 4:04Speaker 1: not switched to Patriot Mobile yet?
- 4:06Speaker 6: Now?
- 4:06Speaker 1: If the answer is no, I haven't, then then let
- 4:08Speaker 1: me talk about some of the misconceptions A lot of
- 4:10Speaker 1: people say, well, I don't want to switch because I'm
- 4:12Speaker 1: worried about coverage, don't worry. Patriot Mobile is one of
- 4:16Speaker 1: the few cell phone providers that actually operate on all
- 4:19Speaker 1: three of the major networks in this country. The fact is,
- 4:23Speaker 1: if you have cell phone service in this country today,
- 4:25Speaker 1: then you're gonna get exceptional or even better service with
- 4:28Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Period.
- 4:30Speaker 1: They also offer a coverage guarantee that others can't. Or
- 4:33Speaker 1: maybe you haven't joined Patriot Mobile because you think making
- 4:36Speaker 1: the switch is painful, I've done it.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I'm here to tell you it's easy. In twenty twenty five.
- 4:41Speaker 1: With technology, you don't even need to go to a
- 4:43Speaker 1: retail store.
- 4:44Speaker 2: You don't have to wait in line.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based
- 4:49Speaker 1: team from the comfort of your home while you're driving
- 4:52Speaker 1: your office, and they'll activate you in minutes. So why
- 4:57Speaker 1: not call them? Well, maybe say I'm in a contract.
- 4:59Speaker 1: No problem. Patriot Mobile has a buyout program that covers
- 5:02Speaker 1: up to five hundred dollars per device.
- 5:04Speaker 2: And you keep your same number, keep your same.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Cell phone, or upgrade to a new one, whatever you
- 5:09Speaker 1: want to do.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Now here's the best part.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Every time you pay your bill, about five percent of
- 5:14Speaker 1: your bill goes back to support conservative causes that stand
- 5:17Speaker 1: for our First or Second Amendment rights, stand for our
- 5:20Speaker 1: faith and our family and our freedom.
- 5:22Speaker 2: So when you make a call or text, you know you're.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Standing with a company that's actually making a difference when
- 5:28Speaker 1: you pay your bill. So go to Patriotmobile dot com
- 5:32Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Or call
- 5:37Speaker 1: them nine to seven to two Patriot, nine seven to
- 5:41Speaker 1: two Patriot. When you use the promo code ferguson, you're
- 5:43Speaker 1: gonna get a free month of service, plus the buyout
- 5:46Speaker 1: program covers up to five hundred dollars per device. Patriotmobile
- 5:50Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot
- 5:53Speaker 1: call them today. All right, So let's go back to
- 5:55Speaker 1: Dick Durbin and what I was saying there. You hear
- 5:58Speaker 1: the CNN describe what's happening. This in the Democratic Party
- 6:01Speaker 1: is a revolt from within the Democratic Party. And this
- 6:04Speaker 1: is what I've been saying for a while. The Democratic
- 6:07Speaker 1: Party is dead. There are a bunch of socialists, Marxist
- 6:10Speaker 1: and communists that are lying and masquerading as Democrats. So
- 6:14Speaker 1: you go back to Dick Durbin number two and command
- 6:16Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. He's saying, I'm out of here. I'm
- 6:19Speaker 1: not running for reelection. And MSNBC asked him and here's
- 6:23Speaker 1: what he said.
- 6:24Speaker 5: A Senator yesterday, after you made your announcement that you
- 6:26Speaker 5: would not be seeking reelection, there are a number of
- 6:28Speaker 5: Democrats who privately really applauded your choice, saying that it
- 6:31Speaker 5: was something the right thing to do, to step aside
- 6:34Speaker 5: and perhaps let a younger generation of politicians step to
- 6:37Speaker 5: the forefront. We know the idea of Democrat elected officials
- 6:41Speaker 5: and age has been a hot topic in recent years.
- 6:45Speaker 5: Do you hope do you agree with that thinking? Do
- 6:47Speaker 5: you think it is time now for younger politicians, the
- 6:51Speaker 5: next generation to come forward?
- 6:53Speaker 2: Well?
- 6:53Speaker 7: I think this it's more complex. It is not just
- 6:57Speaker 7: a question of a number what your age is. Look
- 6:59Speaker 7: at Bernie sand for God's sake, still drawing thousands and
- 7:02Speaker 7: thousands of people out for rallies, and he's a few
- 7:06Speaker 7: years older than I am. The bottom line is are
- 7:08Speaker 7: you competent? Can you still do the job? That's the
- 7:11Speaker 7: question the voter should ask. But should a new generation
- 7:14Speaker 7: be interested in public service?
- 7:15Speaker 2: You bet?
- 7:17Speaker 7: I've spent my time in office trying to encourage younger
- 7:20Speaker 7: people to get involved.
- 7:22Speaker 8: Senator Durban, it's Ali Vitally. I wonder if I can
- 7:25Speaker 8: pick up on something you just said, this idea of
- 7:27Speaker 8: are you competent? Are you able to do this job
- 7:29Speaker 8: in the Senate? As you see this push from the
- 7:32Speaker 8: grassroots that lamiir is talking about here, do you think
- 7:35Speaker 8: enough of your colleagues are asking themselves those fundamental questions
- 7:38Speaker 8: about if they can continue to serve.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I think so.
- 7:42Speaker 7: I think if you're honest about yourself and your reputation,
- 7:46Speaker 7: you want to leave when you can still walk out
- 7:48Speaker 7: the front door and not be carried out the back door.
- 7:51Speaker 7: And I've said, whatever your interest may be, whatever issue
- 7:54Speaker 7: you want to focus on in Congress, in the Senate,
- 7:57Speaker 7: if you stick around a couple terms, your miner is
- 7:59Speaker 7: going to be aging. You can see it, you can
- 8:02Speaker 7: observe it, and you have to make that choice. That
- 8:05Speaker 7: decision I've made mine.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I love it. He's like, I've made my decision. I'm
- 8:09Speaker 2: out of here.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I've made my decision, and I want to want to
- 8:13Speaker 1: leave when you can still walk out the front door
- 8:14Speaker 1: and not be carried out the back door. Now that
- 8:16Speaker 1: may be a little bit of insight from him looking
- 8:19Speaker 1: at what happened with Joe Biden right where it's like
- 8:22Speaker 1: the guy to where he was, he's disgraced, he leaves office,
- 8:25Speaker 1: he's incompetent, he was embarrassment. But I also think it's
- 8:29Speaker 1: a little bit different than that. Dick Durbin realizes there's
- 8:32Speaker 1: a very good chance he could lose his seat after
- 8:35Speaker 1: being there for forty years in Congress, and so he
- 8:37Speaker 1: doesn't want to lose. He wants to walk out like
- 8:40Speaker 1: he's some sort of great winner, and he's celebrated when
- 8:43Speaker 1: he walks out. I think that's part of the reason
- 8:46Speaker 1: why he's doing this. Now, now you look at the
- 8:48Speaker 1: Democrats in this disaster that we're talking about, which is
- 8:52Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, and they're.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Talking about, well, their future is AOC.
- 8:57Speaker 1: They still have to have some sort of plan, all right,
- 9:00Speaker 1: going to have some sort of agenda item or some
- 9:03Speaker 1: way to stop Donald Trump. Well we know what that is.
- 9:08Speaker 1: It is Law Fair two point zero. And I'm going
- 9:12Speaker 1: to explain that to you coming up right after this
- 9:15Speaker 1: in the Ben Ferguson Show. So what are the Democrats
- 9:19Speaker 1: gonna do now when they are in shambles. How do
- 9:22Speaker 1: they fight Donald Trump? That's the question you should be asking.
- 9:26Speaker 2: As the elder.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Statesmen are leaving, you got to say, all right, well,
- 9:29Speaker 1: what's next. It's actually very simple. They are now relying
- 9:35Speaker 1: on judges, activists, woke radical judges to stop the Republicans
- 9:42Speaker 1: and specifically Donald Trump, or delay them in any capacity
- 9:47Speaker 1: with radical rulings. I'm going to give you three examples
- 9:51Speaker 1: of the last twenty four hours. All right, Donald Trump's
- 9:55Speaker 1: administration must facilitate the return of a set second man
- 10:00Speaker 1: they claim was wrongly deported to a prison in El Salvador.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Now I say they're saying this, who is they? It's
- 10:08Speaker 1: a federal judge. It is now deepening a standoff between
- 10:13Speaker 1: the courts and the White House over the president's immigration policy.
- 10:17Speaker 1: District Judge Stephanie Gallagher is a woman who says that
- 10:23Speaker 1: a twenty year old Venezuelan, along with quote multiple other migrants,
- 10:29Speaker 1: was protected by a twenty twenty four class action settlement
- 10:34Speaker 1: prohibiting the deportation migrants who arrived as unaccompany miners until
- 10:38Speaker 1: their asylum claims are fully adjudicated. Now the case comes
- 10:42Speaker 1: amid a quote, mounting political row over the wrongful deportation,
- 10:47Speaker 1: they claim of Gamar Obrega Garcia. That's that Salvadorian man
- 10:52Speaker 1: who was returned to his native country and still in
- 10:55Speaker 1: prison there. Now, the part about this story that I
- 10:58Speaker 1: still am trying to get my head around is the
- 11:01Speaker 1: fact that Albrego Garcia, who is a guy that was
- 11:05Speaker 1: a tain of Maryland, last month expelled El Salvador, along
- 11:08Speaker 1: with two hundred and thirty eight Venezuelans and twenty two
- 11:11Speaker 1: fellow Salvadorians who were deported shortly after Trump invoked a
- 11:15Speaker 1: wartime authority, which, by the way, the president has the
- 11:19Speaker 1: ability to do this. And so what a Democrats say,
- 11:22Speaker 1: We're gonna turn these gang members into our poster child.
- 11:25Speaker 1: We're gonna call him a Maryland dad, a Marylyn father,
- 11:27Speaker 1: a Marylynd husband, even though the guy his own wife
- 11:30Speaker 1: had a protective order against him.
- 11:32Speaker 2: For goodness sakes.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Now, what's interesting about this play is the Vice President
- 11:37Speaker 1: Jady Vance was asked about it today. He was on
- 11:40Speaker 1: the tarmac about to get on his plane. You'll hear
- 11:42Speaker 1: that background noise. Listen to what Jadie Vance said about
- 11:45Speaker 1: Albrego Garcia in one of the best takedowns of the
- 11:49Speaker 1: narrative in the lie of the left and the Democratic
- 11:51Speaker 1: Party with the media are abregol.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Lu Garcia's wife has been very vocal about how she
- 11:57Speaker 3: doesn't think he's getting due process and she now also
- 12:00Speaker 3: fears for her state.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Did you have a message to her specifically, Well, I
- 12:04Speaker 2: don't have a message to his wife.
- 12:06Speaker 6: I mean, look, I just disagree with the idea that
- 12:08Speaker 6: he hasn't been offered due process. He had a couple
- 12:10Speaker 6: of immigration hearings, he had a valid deportation order. I
- 12:14Speaker 6: think this idea that somehow that we couldn't deport an
- 12:17Speaker 6: MS thirteen gang member, and he was an MS thirteen
- 12:19Speaker 6: gang member.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Is preposterous. And I think there's actually.
- 12:22Speaker 6: A deeper issue going on, which is that you see
- 12:25Speaker 6: some radical judges at the district court level who are
- 12:28Speaker 6: trying to layer so much quote unquote process on top
- 12:32Speaker 6: of the immigration system that it makes it impossible to function.
- 12:36Speaker 6: We have for twenty million illegal aliens in the United
- 12:38Speaker 6: States of America. Are we not allowed to deport them?
- 12:41Speaker 6: Because if we're not allowed to deport them, then what
- 12:43Speaker 6: these district courts are saying is fundamentally they reject the
- 12:47Speaker 6: will of the American people. As it was expressed in
- 12:50Speaker 6: November of twenty twenty four.
- 12:51Speaker 2: We just reject that.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I believe the American people elected President Trump to do
- 12:55Speaker 6: many jobs, but perhaps the most important job was to
- 12:58Speaker 6: bring down the number of ELEC immigration in this country.
- 13:01Speaker 6: That's what he's trying to do. We're going to keep
- 13:03Speaker 6: on doing it.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Now.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You listen to the Vice president there and he's like,
- 13:08Speaker 1: we're not backing down. We know we're right, we know
- 13:11Speaker 1: we're in charge, we know we have the law on
- 13:14Speaker 1: our side, and we know that activists are going to
- 13:16Speaker 1: do everything they can to stop us. Like, we understand
- 13:18Speaker 1: all that. It doesn't mean that we're going to back
- 13:21Speaker 1: down for the American people who clearly voted for this
- 13:25Speaker 1: type of leadership in the elections that happened just several
- 13:30Speaker 1: months ago. There's also something else here that's really interesting.
- 13:35Speaker 1: It's the Democratic Party is now relying solely on law
- 13:39Speaker 1: fare to get Donald Trump's agenda stopped. They are going
- 13:44Speaker 1: to do everything they can to find their friends in
- 13:46Speaker 1: the court system, and many of them got their jobs
- 13:48Speaker 1: through Democrats to fight and to stop what Donald Trump
- 13:53Speaker 1: is trying to do. I mentioned there was three different rulings,
- 13:56Speaker 1: So let's start with another one. A US judge blocked
- 14:00Speaker 1: quote aspects of Trump's agenda on voting, immigration, and DEI
- 14:05Speaker 1: in education. Quote as a number of rulings have come
- 14:08Speaker 1: in this afternoon with federal judges blocking several aspects of
- 14:12Speaker 1: Trump's agenda that he tried to enact via via vehicles
- 14:16Speaker 1: such as executive orders. Here's a round up the New
- 14:20Speaker 1: York Times rights of those developments.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Quote.
- 14:24Speaker 1: A judge block Donald Trump's efforts to add a proof
- 14:27Speaker 1: of citizenship requirement to the federal voter registration form.
- 14:31Speaker 2: What a novel idea?
- 14:32Speaker 1: You actually have to show who you are before we
- 14:35Speaker 1: allow you to vote in twenty twenty five and twenty
- 14:38Speaker 1: twenty six, and moving forward like this is.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Not a radical idea.
- 14:43Speaker 1: It's also an idea that the majority of Americans say
- 14:47Speaker 1: they're now in favor of.
- 14:48Speaker 2: They don't want their vote.
- 14:50Speaker 1: To be canceled out by somebody now at change that
- 14:54Speaker 1: he is advocating for.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Of course, the left says, no, no, no, we need this loophole.
- 14:58Speaker 1: We need to make sure that there's people that can
- 15:01Speaker 1: illegally vote that Democrats. By the way, the same people
- 15:05Speaker 1: that in local elections want illegal immigrants to be able
- 15:07Speaker 1: to vote, and gave out hundreds of thousands of cards
- 15:13Speaker 1: to illegal immigrants, so security numbers and millions of driver's
- 15:17Speaker 1: license to illegal immigrants to normalize them and get them
- 15:21Speaker 1: one step closer to you guessed it, voting in our elections?
- 15:26Speaker 2: What does Donald Trump say?
- 15:28Speaker 1: He says, only American citizens should be allowed to vote
- 15:30Speaker 1: in our elections, and your vote shouldn't be canceled out
- 15:33Speaker 1: by an illegal vote, or someone who gets your absent
- 15:38Speaker 1: vote and votes on your behalf, or someone that lies
- 15:40Speaker 1: about who they are and goes in and votes on
- 15:42Speaker 1: your behalf. And we see this happen all the time.
- 15:44Speaker 1: We see it happen in every election that is nationwide.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Now is it enough to change an election? It doesn't matter.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I shouldn't have to worry that somebody is going to
- 15:55Speaker 1: take advantage of the system because it's so broken and
- 15:59Speaker 1: is going to vote on my behalf. If you've ever
- 16:01Speaker 1: talked to somebody where this has happened, and I've talked
- 16:04Speaker 1: to several people. In fact, I had friends the last
- 16:07Speaker 1: election that went in to vote and they're like, I'm sorry, sir,
- 16:09Speaker 1: you already requested an absentee valot and you've already voted
- 16:13Speaker 1: and it's like, no, I haven't.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I'm here right now, I have not voted absentee.
- 16:16Speaker 1: And they're like, well, we're gonna have to do a
- 16:18Speaker 1: provisional to do research and we'll try to figure it out.
- 16:20Speaker 1: And basically, you know at that point, like your vote's
- 16:23Speaker 1: not going to count. And if that's happening to you,
- 16:25Speaker 1: imagine how many other people it's actually happening to. So
- 16:28Speaker 1: the President said, hey, I want to do this in
- 16:30Speaker 1: the court. An activist judge like, no, no, no, you can't.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Do that now.
- 16:34Speaker 1: A federal judge also said that the Trump administration's attempt
- 16:39Speaker 1: to make federal funding to schools conditional on them eliminating
- 16:44Speaker 1: any DEI, which is diversity, equity inclusion policy, erodes quote
- 16:49Speaker 1: the fundamental principles that separate the United States from quote
- 16:53Speaker 1: totalitarian regimes. That is what another activist US District judge said,
- 17:01Speaker 1: partially blocking the Department of Education from quote enforcing a
- 17:04Speaker 1: memo issued earlier this year that directs any institution that
- 17:08Speaker 1: receives federal funding to end discrimination on the basis of
- 17:12Speaker 1: race or face funding cuts.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Quote.
- 17:16Speaker 1: This is a victory, the left says, because they're good.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Now we can do DEI all the time, and Donald
- 17:22Speaker 1: Trump's gonna have to jump through a bunch of hoops
- 17:24Speaker 1: now to try to stop us.
- 17:25Speaker 2: So this is again another quote big win for.
- 17:28Speaker 1: The left in the court system, finding another radical judge
- 17:32Speaker 1: to stop what Donald Trump is doing. Now there's another
- 17:35Speaker 1: one here, and that is let's go back to the
- 17:38Speaker 1: judge that ordered Trump administration to quote make a good
- 17:42Speaker 1: faith request to the government of Salvador to facilitate the
- 17:46Speaker 1: return of the second man sent to a prison there
- 17:49Speaker 1: back to the US, saying that his deportation quote violated
- 17:53Speaker 1: a court settlement. Another activist judge ordered the administration not
- 17:59Speaker 1: to deport other illegal immigrants they say claim that they claim.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Was covered by this settlement.
- 18:08Speaker 1: The activist judge said the sentiment agreement that she approved
- 18:11Speaker 1: in November, i'm a half of thousands of migrants required
- 18:15Speaker 1: immigration authorities to process the asylum applicants by the twenty
- 18:20Speaker 1: year old Venezuelan man identified as Christian before deporting him.
- 18:24Speaker 1: The settlement, she said, applied to thousands of migrants who
- 18:28Speaker 1: came to the US and accompanied his children and have
- 18:31Speaker 1: applied for asylum. Okay, so now I think it's very
- 18:36Speaker 1: clear and everybody should understand this that the Democratic Party
- 18:41Speaker 1: is foundering.
- 18:43Speaker 2: They have no leaders. People are jumping ship.
- 18:45Speaker 1: They're filled with Marxists and communists and socialists, and what
- 18:49Speaker 1: are they going to do now when they're so unpopular.
- 18:52Speaker 1: They're saying, all right, we'll just go to our friends
- 18:55Speaker 1: in the courts and we'll go rogue there to try
- 18:58Speaker 1: to stop the Trump agenda. This is the whole game plan.
- 19:03Speaker 1: This is all they have left. By the way, it's
- 19:05Speaker 1: a very powerful.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Thing they have. This is why elections matter.
- 19:08Speaker 1: This is why judge ships matter, and this is why
- 19:11Speaker 1: everyone needs to be paying attention to all of these judges,
- 19:14Speaker 1: especially when we have elections that are coming up.
- 19:17Speaker 2: This matters, all right.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I want to move on to another issue, and if
- 19:23Speaker 1: you buy Nike clothes, I really want you to pay
- 19:27Speaker 1: attention to what I'm about to tell you because this
- 19:30Speaker 1: should make you very angry. We now have evidence that
- 19:35Speaker 1: Nike has played a role in transathlete research.
- 19:42Speaker 2: This is shocking, and.
- 19:43Speaker 1: The whistle is being blown by the tennis legend Martina Navtulova.
- 19:48Speaker 1: She's taking aim at Nike for trying to hide it's
- 19:52Speaker 1: apparent involvement in research programs concerning transgendered athletes. On Tuesday,
- 20:00Speaker 1: Nike refused to say whether it was funding transitor research
- 20:04Speaker 1: of any sort. Still, a story over the previous weekend
- 20:08Speaker 1: published by The New York Times seems to provide evidence
- 20:12Speaker 1: that Nike is financing at least one study of trans
- 20:16Speaker 1: athletes being conducted by Joanna Harper, a man who identifies
- 20:22Speaker 1: as a woman.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Now.
- 20:24Speaker 1: On Tuesday, Navtulova said it was time to sound the
- 20:28Speaker 1: alarm and let people know exactly what your money is
- 20:31Speaker 1: going towards when you're buying Nike products. Senator Ted Cruz
- 20:36Speaker 1: and I talked about just how shocking this was, and
- 20:39Speaker 1: I want you to hear our conversation. All right, Senator,
- 20:43Speaker 1: I want to move to this other big issue, and
- 20:45Speaker 1: that deals with some really shocking news from a woman,
- 20:50Speaker 1: and if you don't know her background, I think it's
- 20:52Speaker 1: important to take a moment so people understand who Martina
- 20:54Speaker 1: Navatilova is. She is the most decorated woman in women's
- 20:59Speaker 1: teams history. The number of Grand Slams that she has
- 21:03Speaker 1: won is just incredible. She was one of the very
- 21:05Speaker 1: first athletes to ever come out as being gay. She
- 21:09Speaker 1: has been a huge advocate in her career for LGBTQ community.
- 21:16Speaker 1: But then she stood up to them on men and
- 21:18Speaker 1: women's sports and they started to attack her, and she said,
- 21:22Speaker 1: I'm not backing down. There is a difference between men
- 21:25Speaker 1: and women. It is wrong to allow men to compete
- 21:28Speaker 1: with women. She even lost, like she was kicked off
- 21:31Speaker 1: of boards and different things that happened in the in
- 21:34Speaker 1: the community that she was in. And she I think
- 21:36Speaker 1: she was shocked by the intolerance of all of these
- 21:40Speaker 1: different radical extremist groups that went after her because she
- 21:45Speaker 1: said there is a difference. Well, now she's not backing
- 21:48Speaker 1: down again. She is blasting a major company, Nike, over
- 21:54Speaker 1: a shocking report that they were actually doing research in
- 22:00Speaker 1: in transathlete research at Nike, and she's like, what are
- 22:04Speaker 1: you doing.
- 22:06Speaker 9: Well, let me say, first of all, you just said
- 22:08Speaker 9: a minute ago, Martina Naverertilovra. You said she won a
- 22:12Speaker 9: lot of majors. Nobody knows how many. I will say, Ben,
- 22:15Speaker 9: there's this thing called the Google that that you know,
- 22:18Speaker 9: you have a phone, you can type it in. You
- 22:21Speaker 9: actually just have to do Martina in and it comes
- 22:24Speaker 9: right up in me the stats, and right from the
- 22:28Speaker 9: Google it told me one of the most successful tennis
- 22:30Speaker 9: players of all time. She was ranked as the world
- 22:32Speaker 9: number one in women's singles for how many weeks? How
- 22:35Speaker 9: many weeks do you think you're the tennis player you
- 22:37Speaker 9: played tennis at all?
- 22:37Speaker 2: Miss? Oh, it's going to be hundreds. I know that,
- 22:40Speaker 2: three hundred and thirty two weeks. Bam, there you go.
- 22:44Speaker 9: And she won one hundred and sixty seven top level
- 22:48Speaker 9: single titles, one hundred and seventy seven doubles titles and
- 22:52Speaker 9: including an Open era record of fifty nine major titles,
- 22:56Speaker 9: eighteen and singles, thirteen in women's doubles, ten and mixed doubles.
- 23:00Speaker 9: And how many Wimbledon singles titles do you think she won?
- 23:04Speaker 2: And Wimbledon singles titles? I know this. Hold on, it's
- 23:07Speaker 2: a trivia question for me. You can't use nine. It's nine. No, No,
- 23:11Speaker 2: it's nine. I'm pretty sure it's nine, am I right?
- 23:13Speaker 9: Look at that, Sam Benjamin, Okay, I say you're you're
- 23:17Speaker 9: a tennis guy.
- 23:18Speaker 2: It is nine.
- 23:18Speaker 9: And I didn't know that, but that if Wikipedia is right,
- 23:22Speaker 9: then it is nine.
- 23:23Speaker 1: So so, and here's here's another tidbit for you. The
- 23:27Speaker 1: French Open's coming up, and and do you know me?
- 23:29Speaker 1: She won?
- 23:29Speaker 2: There no idea she won two. I didn't read that
- 23:33Speaker 2: far in Wikipedia.
- 23:34Speaker 1: No, no, so she won two there, but that was like
- 23:36Speaker 1: her hardest service to win on clay.
- 23:39Speaker 2: She does not like clay, and it was cio clay.
- 23:42Speaker 9: You should be impressed that I knew the French Open
- 23:44Speaker 9: was clay.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Exactly, and so she was the one that completed the
- 23:48Speaker 1: Grand Slam because she won the Australian Open. I want
- 23:50Speaker 1: to say three or four times, French Open twice, Wimbledon nine,
- 23:53Speaker 1: and I think she won the US Open. I want
- 23:55Speaker 1: to say it was four or five times. It was incredible.
- 23:58Speaker 1: But here's a tidbit about her, and this this should
- 24:01Speaker 1: impress everybody because when she was in the middle of
- 24:04Speaker 1: all this winning, she was stripped of her citizenship when
- 24:09Speaker 1: she was seventeen or eighteen and asked the United States
- 24:12Speaker 1: for political asylum. And so not only was she winning,
- 24:16Speaker 1: but she was in the middle of Chessclovakia when it happened.
- 24:20Speaker 2: She was a chess citizen and all of this was
- 24:23Speaker 2: going on.
- 24:24Speaker 1: So you talk about a woman that was incredible and
- 24:28Speaker 1: focused and was able to pull all this off. It
- 24:32Speaker 1: tells you about how big of a leader she was.
- 24:35Speaker 1: And I think that is saying we should just remind
- 24:37Speaker 1: people of when you talk about her leading on this
- 24:40Speaker 1: issue and coming out and then yet saying it's wrong
- 24:43Speaker 1: for men to play in women's sports, like she's always
- 24:46Speaker 1: been a leader on these types of issues.
- 24:48Speaker 9: Well, and listen, I will say, Martina and Evertslover, she's
- 24:51Speaker 9: not a conservative, she's not a person of the right,
- 24:54Speaker 9: but she is one of the greatest women athletes to
- 24:57Speaker 9: have ever lived. And she's shown real courage saying, look,
- 25:00Speaker 9: if men compete in women's sports, men have significant physiological advantages,
- 25:06Speaker 9: and it's not fair, it's not right. I mean, she recognized,
- 25:09Speaker 9: even as one of the greatest women to have ever played,
- 25:11Speaker 9: that if she was playing against Pete Sampras, if she
- 25:14Speaker 9: was playing against you know, any of the top male players,
- 25:19Speaker 9: that that it would not be fair and she would
- 25:22Speaker 9: not stand a chance. And that that's the simple reality.
- 25:26Speaker 9: How much faster so you played Division one tennis, how
- 25:30Speaker 9: much faster does does a male college player hit a
- 25:34Speaker 9: serve as compared to a top level female college player.
- 25:38Speaker 1: When I was playing college, if you were a women
- 25:42Speaker 1: at one of the top women in college hitting a
- 25:44Speaker 1: big serve, you were probably one hundred to one hundred
- 25:48Speaker 1: and three four five miles an hour, and that would
- 25:50Speaker 1: be like less than one percent of women in college
- 25:53Speaker 1: at that time doing that men.
- 25:54Speaker 9: So that's on the top level, top level, the fastest
- 25:58Speaker 9: serves women are hitting.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Now, how about how about.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I mean a lot of them were probably eighty to
- 26:02Speaker 1: eighty five. Eighty six miles an hour would probably been
- 26:05Speaker 1: the average then, and men the average was probably one
- 26:09Speaker 1: hundred and five to one hundred and ten was the average.
- 26:11Speaker 2: I mean, it's significant difference. And how about the top level,
- 26:15Speaker 2: the very well top.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Top So the fast serve I ever hit in my life,
- 26:19Speaker 1: I think was one. I want to say it was
- 26:21Speaker 1: one twenty five, one twenty six.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Yeah. That's not a tennis ball, that's a bullet. Yeah,
- 26:27Speaker 2: I mean it did. I mean there's a huge difference.
- 26:29Speaker 1: You had that extra thirty miles on top of what
- 26:31Speaker 1: like where the women were the men?
- 26:32Speaker 9: It's night and day, okay, And I'm going to say this,
- 26:34Speaker 9: I don't mean to be disrespectful. I mean, you were
- 26:36Speaker 9: a good college tennis player, but you weren't one of
- 26:39Speaker 9: the very top men in the country.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Correct, Yeah, no, yeah, one hundred percent. I mean the
- 26:42Speaker 1: guys that were hitting the big serves. I remember one
- 26:44Speaker 1: time practicing with Andy Roddick and Andy was hitting one
- 26:48Speaker 1: thirty seven, one forties. Wow, John Isner, buddy, Mine, he's
- 26:52Speaker 1: he I think he has the fastest serve on record.
- 26:55Speaker 3: He was.
- 26:55Speaker 1: I want to say it was one forty seven. Uh,
- 26:58Speaker 1: if I remember correctly, I mean it's there's fifty percent more.
- 27:03Speaker 9: One seven is fifty percent more than you said, Like
- 27:06Speaker 9: the top women college athletes would be serving about one
- 27:09Speaker 9: hundred or one hundred and two, correct. I mean that's
- 27:12Speaker 9: that's why Martina Nabergchelow has been so clear saying this
- 27:15Speaker 9: is wildly Unfairwell, what she did this week is she
- 27:18Speaker 9: called out Nike, and this is a bizarre story. It
- 27:21Speaker 9: is a story published in The New York Times that
- 27:24Speaker 9: laid out evidence that Nike is financing a study of
- 27:27Speaker 9: trans athletes and a study of trans athletes that that
- 27:33Speaker 9: was called out online on x by Women's sportswear company
- 27:38Speaker 9: executive Jennifer Say, who went on social media and said,
- 27:42Speaker 9: I'm still stunned by this. Nike is funding a study
- 27:46Speaker 9: that disfigured young boys to understand if they can be
- 27:50Speaker 9: physically impaired enough to compete with girls without significant quote
- 27:56Speaker 9: retained male advantage, why is a sneaker brand and doing
- 28:01Speaker 9: medical experiments on children? And Martina and Abertarlova retweeted that
- 28:08Speaker 9: she said, Joanna Harper is going too far as is Nike,
- 28:11Speaker 9: needless to say, and she calls out Nike, same company
- 28:15Speaker 9: that doctor Allison Felix for being pregnant. So she left
- 28:19Speaker 9: and formed her own company Safe. So thanks for nothing, Nike.
- 28:24Speaker 9: And I got to say, look, there are a lot
- 28:26Speaker 9: of issues where the left has completely left.
- 28:30Speaker 2: The American people behind.
- 28:31Speaker 9: Sanctuary cities, embracing voter fraud, open borders, supporting illegal immigrants
- 28:38Speaker 9: and gang members, and wanting more gang members brought to
- 28:40Speaker 9: this country. All of those are extreme. But I don't
- 28:43Speaker 9: know that there is an issue that is more out
- 28:46Speaker 9: of the mainstream and yet more required by elected Democrats
- 28:51Speaker 9: then demanding that men compete against and in women's sports
- 28:55Speaker 9: and boys compete in girls sports.
- 28:58Speaker 2: And it is.
- 29:01Speaker 9: It was a major issue in twenty twenty four in
- 29:03Speaker 9: the election.
- 29:04Speaker 2: President Trump used the issue.
- 29:05Speaker 9: I used the issue in my reelection campaign, and I
- 29:09Speaker 9: got to say, Senate races across the country used the issue,
- 29:12Speaker 9: and the American people said enough is enough.
- 29:14Speaker 2: And what's interesting all right.
- 29:16Speaker 9: So in my reelection, when I was running ads against
- 29:20Speaker 9: my opponent because he had voted repeatedly in favor of
- 29:23Speaker 9: men competing women's sports, the reporters thought, oh, well, Cruz
- 29:28Speaker 9: is competing to the crazy right wing kooks, and they
- 29:31Speaker 9: wrote articles like that, and I actually laughed at them
- 29:35Speaker 9: because we had done focus groups and in fact, we
- 29:38Speaker 9: had done focus groups of undecided moderate women in Houston
- 29:44Speaker 9: and Dallas and we tested like thirty different messages on them.
- 29:48Speaker 9: You know, the number one message with undecided moderate women
- 29:52Speaker 9: in Houston and Dallas, what was that? Boys and girls sports.
- 29:56Speaker 9: There you go, And the reporters didn't get it. They're like, oh,
- 29:59Speaker 9: these are crazy right wingers. I'm like, no, no, these
- 30:01Speaker 9: are soccer moms. These are soccer moms that are really
- 30:04Speaker 9: pissed off. And they don't want their daughter playing soccer
- 30:08Speaker 9: with some dude who's going to kick them and get
- 30:10Speaker 9: a concussion. They don't want their daughter playing volleyball with
- 30:13Speaker 9: some dude that's going to spike the ball on her.
- 30:16Speaker 9: They don't want you know, they watched the Olympics and
- 30:19Speaker 9: saw two guys beating the hell out of women boxers,
- 30:23Speaker 9: and they said enough is enough, and What is amazing
- 30:27Speaker 9: is even though the left is so far out of step,
- 30:30Speaker 9: Nike's continuing to double down and fund this extreme research.
- 30:34Speaker 9: And we had to vote a month and a half
- 30:37Speaker 9: ago in the Senate on stopping boys from competing in
- 30:41Speaker 9: girls sports. Do you know how many Democrats voted in
- 30:45Speaker 9: favor of protecting girls and women's sports.
- 30:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna guess they voted as a party, and none
- 30:49Speaker 1: of them said, we're going to be.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Saying today absolutely correct. Zero. And this was after the
- 30:54Speaker 2: November election.
- 30:55Speaker 9: If you live in a blue state and you happen
- 30:57Speaker 9: to have a Democrat senator who pretends to be my honor,
- 31:00Speaker 9: which a lot of them, do, know that your senator,
- 31:03Speaker 9: likewise voted for boys to compete against your daughters, for
- 31:06Speaker 9: men to compete against women. And that's fundamentally unfair. And
- 31:11Speaker 9: if you don't believe me, listen to the great Martine
- 31:13Speaker 9: and Avachlova.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Don't forget.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Share this podcast with your family and friends, share it
- 31:18Speaker 1: on social media, please, and I'll see you back here
- 31:21Speaker 1: tomorrow
