- 0:58Speaker 1: You know you gotta turn. I can't. I got to
- 1:41Speaker 1: turn the mouth turn. You probably got to turn the
- 1:44Speaker 1: mouth turn the water of the moat up.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Come on, you'll think, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 7: Y all listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 7: one and only Steve Harvey oh Man got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Man got a radio show, and a whole lot mored too.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Man.
- 2:15Speaker 2: God is good to me. I have no other explanation.
- 2:19Speaker 7: I have no other explanation of my existence and where
- 2:23Speaker 7: I stand in this thing called life, except if it
- 2:26Speaker 7: was not for the goodness of God Almighty. If it
- 2:30Speaker 7: was not for His grace and his mercy, There's no
- 2:33Speaker 7: way I could exist the way that I do. I
- 2:37Speaker 7: will not be who I am or where I am.
- 2:39Speaker 7: I am who I am and where I am simply
- 2:43Speaker 7: because God is who he is. If it was not
- 2:48Speaker 7: for God, I would have no testimony for you, because
- 2:52Speaker 7: I would have failed every single test plain, pure and simple.
- 2:59Speaker 7: I can sit here today until you flat out that
- 3:03Speaker 7: it is purely because of God's grace and mercy that
- 3:08Speaker 7: I exist today because of His favor. See now He
- 3:12Speaker 7: shows us favor in life because of a combination of
- 3:16Speaker 7: things I've discovered. And this is not the whole answer
- 3:21Speaker 7: to life. I can assure you as not. But this
- 3:24Speaker 7: is a combination that I've grown to understand better and better,
- 3:28Speaker 7: and I wish I had gotten it earlier in my life,
- 3:31Speaker 7: But here it is. If you take faith and you
- 3:38Speaker 7: combine it with an incredible work ethic, then God has
- 3:48Speaker 7: the greatest opportunities to show you favor. That's the best
- 3:55Speaker 7: way I can explain success to you from my standpoint
- 4:00Speaker 7: of faith and work that produces the most opportunities for
- 4:07Speaker 7: God to show you favor. See a lot of times
- 4:10Speaker 7: we want God to bless us, but we ain't doing
- 4:12Speaker 7: nothing for Him to bless So now we sideways in
- 4:16Speaker 7: the equation a little bit. But see, if you had
- 4:19Speaker 7: the faith in God that God can do anything but fail,
- 4:24Speaker 7: that God will get you through, that God will see
- 4:27Speaker 7: you through, that the God is the God you serve,
- 4:30Speaker 7: is the greatest giver of all good things. If you
- 4:33Speaker 7: kept that faith intact through it all, and you produced
- 4:38Speaker 7: an incredible work ethic that allows the most opportunities for
- 4:44Speaker 7: God to show you favor.
- 4:46Speaker 2: See without that what you want God to do? See,
- 4:50Speaker 2: you can have faith and be sitting at the house
- 4:53Speaker 2: watching TV.
- 4:55Speaker 7: There's nothing being produced, no opportunities for God to show
- 5:00Speaker 7: you favor. And you got to do some things man,
- 5:04Speaker 7: that you are uncomfortable doing or don't feel like doing,
- 5:08Speaker 7: or something that don't have the right payoff right in
- 5:11Speaker 7: front of your face, with the faith that it'll pay
- 5:15Speaker 7: off later on. See, too many people are working for
- 5:18Speaker 7: the right now reward, and the right now reward is
- 5:22Speaker 7: not how it works.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Sometimes the reward is coming later on up the road.
- 5:26Speaker 7: But the only way you can know that is if
- 5:29Speaker 7: you got to You got to apply the faith and
- 5:32Speaker 7: see the reason you don't know that that it's coming
- 5:35Speaker 7: like that, or you have to have faith to believe
- 5:38Speaker 7: that it's coming. Because faith is the belief in things
- 5:43Speaker 7: that you cannot see.
- 5:45Speaker 2: That's what faith is. You know you're standing at Let
- 5:48Speaker 2: me give you exam.
- 5:49Speaker 7: You standing at the crosswalk with a walk sign on
- 5:52Speaker 7: it and the sign flashing on the corner. Don't walk,
- 5:56Speaker 7: then that the signs say walk. What do you think
- 6:01Speaker 7: your chances are making it across that street?
- 6:03Speaker 2: Is what?
- 6:04Speaker 3: Pretty good?
- 6:05Speaker 7: Because guess what the signs say walk. You can see
- 6:09Speaker 7: the other side. There's other people in the cross walk walking,
- 6:13Speaker 7: So guess what you strike out blindly? It don't take
- 6:16Speaker 7: a lot of faith to get across that streets.
- 6:20Speaker 2: That's not what I'm talking to you about.
- 6:22Speaker 7: I'm talking about the faith, the belief in things that
- 6:25Speaker 7: you cannot see, the faith that what I'm doing today,
- 6:31Speaker 7: I believe in my heart of heart that God wouldn't
- 6:35Speaker 7: bring me this far to leave me. That God is
- 6:37Speaker 7: a true and living God, that he keeps his promises,
- 6:40Speaker 7: that later on. There's things that I'm working towards right
- 6:42Speaker 7: now gonna pay off later on. See, too many people
- 6:45Speaker 7: want the reward right now. See, that's not the exhibition
- 6:49Speaker 7: of faith. If it's the right thing to do, if
- 6:54Speaker 7: it's if it's a good thing to do, if it's
- 6:57Speaker 7: a just thing to do. See, if it's sin in it,
- 7:00Speaker 7: it ain't God. You can just clear it on up
- 7:03Speaker 7: right there. You can stop all the wondering. If that's
- 7:06Speaker 7: His voice talking to you, if it's the right thing
- 7:08Speaker 7: to do, if it's sin in it, it's not God
- 7:13Speaker 7: talking to you.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Kill it.
- 7:15Speaker 7: You can shut it down. You ain't got to wonder
- 7:18Speaker 7: about it. Go down there, secret venge that ain't God.
- 7:21Speaker 7: Go tell them off when you see him. That ain't God.
- 7:24Speaker 7: Anything that's got sining in it is not God's voice
- 7:27Speaker 7: telling you to do it. So you can kill that
- 7:29Speaker 7: conversation today. That's how you know. But if you aligning
- 7:33Speaker 7: yourself up man and you and what you're doing is
- 7:36Speaker 7: just and right and correct and pleasing in the sight
- 7:39Speaker 7: of God, it'll pay off for you later on. And see,
- 7:45Speaker 7: here's the best way I can tell to you. His
- 7:48Speaker 7: Another one when you're going somewhere, when you're on the
- 7:53Speaker 7: road to going somewhere, and you know the somewhere that.
- 7:56Speaker 2: You're trying to get to.
- 7:58Speaker 7: Let's say you've set a goal of for yourself, you
- 8:00Speaker 7: know where you want to get to, You got a
- 8:03Speaker 7: good idea, and you own your way to going there.
- 8:07Speaker 7: Listen to me when it gets hard, and it is
- 8:10Speaker 7: going to get hard, when it gets difficult, and it
- 8:13Speaker 7: is going to get difficult, when it becomes challenging, and
- 8:17Speaker 7: it is going to become challenging when it becomes all
- 8:21Speaker 7: three of those things. When it don't look like it's
- 8:23Speaker 7: gonna happen. Don't stop and complain so much. But see,
- 8:29Speaker 7: I know he don't bless me. But in the middle
- 8:31Speaker 7: of it, man, I felt a little heavy. And you
- 8:34Speaker 7: got to be careful when it gets hard for you,
- 8:36Speaker 7: because you'll find yourself complaining. And when you complain and see,
- 8:40Speaker 7: what you can't do is you can't complain so much
- 8:44Speaker 7: that you forget that the place that you're trying to
- 8:48Speaker 7: go to, you actually own your way there still. See,
- 8:53Speaker 7: don't get caught up into complaining and then lose sight
- 8:56Speaker 7: of your blessing that's actually happening to you. What really, man,
- 9:00Speaker 7: of all the times to register a complaint to God,
- 9:04Speaker 7: to sit up and go, hey, man, I didn't I
- 9:07Speaker 7: wanted to ease back into this thing. Ease back in, man,
- 9:11Speaker 7: you in. It's a tornado world around you. You ain't got
- 9:13Speaker 7: time to ease back in. You gots to go on
- 9:16Speaker 7: and jump back in it. It is what it is
- 9:18Speaker 7: to whom much is given, much is required. Always appreciate
- 9:22Speaker 7: the blessings. Don't get so caught up in the complaints
- 9:24Speaker 7: that you lose sight of the blessings. Man, God got
- 9:27Speaker 7: a lot for you in your life. Man, but you
- 9:29Speaker 7: got to have them two things, y'all. You got to
- 9:31Speaker 7: take that faith and you got to ply a crazy
- 9:35Speaker 7: work ethic to it. And that creates the most opportunities
- 9:40Speaker 7: for God to show you favor. And when God starts
- 9:42Speaker 7: showing your favor, man, all them seeds you planted, all
- 9:46Speaker 7: of that, all of that wheat you've been sowing, all
- 9:49Speaker 7: of that hard work you've been put in God to
- 9:52Speaker 7: pay it off, and He'll pay it off.
- 9:53Speaker 2: In ways that you don't even see coming.
- 9:55Speaker 8: Okay, cool, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 7: Ladies and gentlemen, Let's do it. Let's start the day off,
- 10:09Speaker 7: and let's start it with gratitude. Let's give some thanks
- 10:12Speaker 7: Sonana to Almighty God who has done so much for us.
- 10:16Speaker 7: Hanging in, y'all, keep the faith, don't give up. I
- 10:20Speaker 7: know it's not coming as quick as you like for
- 10:22Speaker 7: it too. I'm in that same chair you in. I
- 10:26Speaker 7: know you really really needed it back yesterday. I'm in
- 10:31Speaker 7: that seat too. But trust in God's timing. He ain't
- 10:34Speaker 7: ever been too late. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:37Speaker 7: Shelton Strawberry calling for real Mississippi Monica Junior and the
- 10:41Speaker 7: legend of nephew Tommy Junior, the.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Comeback kid, or what's on your mind to you know?
- 10:50Speaker 9: Man, you said at first up this morning already, man, gratitude. Man,
- 10:54Speaker 9: it's so many things n that we don't even consider
- 10:57Speaker 9: God looking out for Do you can know some things
- 10:59Speaker 9: that God be looking out for you that you just
- 11:01Speaker 9: ain't even considered that you just say, oh, he took
- 11:03Speaker 9: care of that too.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Oh he took care of a breathing. Breathing right there.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Breathing is a big one.
- 11:14Speaker 1: That's the first one.
- 11:17Speaker 7: The fact that he gives you breath, that he created
- 11:20Speaker 7: you from the beginning with breath. Now when he called
- 11:23Speaker 7: you home and then breath's in, you have no say
- 11:26Speaker 7: so now you can make your time on earth not
- 11:31Speaker 7: as valid and as good as it could be by
- 11:34Speaker 7: making some counterdecisions.
- 11:36Speaker 2: But breath is a good one.
- 11:38Speaker 7: Sometimes we take for granted very simple things that other
- 11:43Speaker 7: people wish they had. Your ability to walk, your ability
- 11:48Speaker 7: to see, think, rhyme, reason, just a.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Just another chance.
- 11:56Speaker 7: It's all very powerful things that we take for granted.
- 12:02Speaker 7: You know, you might not be as healthy as you
- 12:04Speaker 7: like to be, but how about you still here and
- 12:09Speaker 7: you still roll It's just amazing how many little the
- 12:14Speaker 7: place that you call home, no matter what the size.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Or condition of it, the fact that you have a
- 12:20Speaker 2: key and.
- 12:21Speaker 7: At the end of the day you have the ability
- 12:23Speaker 7: to turn the key and just say hey man, I'm home,
- 12:25Speaker 7: and lock that door and sit down and start to
- 12:28Speaker 7: collect yourself from the activities of the day, the chaos
- 12:32Speaker 7: of today, and collect yourself and get yourself something to eat,
- 12:36Speaker 7: and sit down and then and so you can get
- 12:39Speaker 7: ready to go again tomorrow.
- 12:40Speaker 2: A lot of people take that for granted. True, you're right,
- 12:45Speaker 2: that's true.
- 12:47Speaker 7: How about if you go to your refrigerator and you
- 12:50Speaker 7: open it and it's something in there.
- 12:57Speaker 2: So it's a lot of people take that.
- 12:59Speaker 7: For granted, man, But it's some people somewhere hungry today, right.
- 13:05Speaker 2: And I'm to RZ.
- 13:06Speaker 7: No refrigerator, ain't no cabinet, ain't no pantry, it's nothing.
- 13:15Speaker 7: I don't see how you can't be grateful if you
- 13:18Speaker 7: know my gratitude pray every morning. I keep instructured. But
- 13:22Speaker 7: if I thanked him for every single thing, I couldn't
- 13:26Speaker 7: do the radio. What's Steve at the day in the
- 13:32Speaker 7: back still thinking him?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Thank you Lord?
- 13:39Speaker 3: All right?
- 13:40Speaker 1: Coming up?
- 13:40Speaker 8: At thirty two minutes after the hour, we will run
- 13:42Speaker 8: that frank back with a nephew right after this.

- 22:53Speaker 8: stepdad that they could come stay with us when their
- 22:56Speaker 8: power went out on Saturday. I don't talk to them
- 22:59Speaker 8: because they owe me fifteen thousand dollars. I told him no,
- 23:03Speaker 8: and they sat in their cold house without power for
- 23:06Speaker 8: about six hours.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Was that evil?
- 23:11Speaker 2: Well, broh, here's a deal.
- 23:14Speaker 7: I mean, look, man, sometimes you have to be the
- 23:17Speaker 7: biggest person, and that's hard to say.
- 23:19Speaker 2: But listen to this.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Whether you let them come to your house or make
- 23:23Speaker 7: them stay in their house, they still owe you to fifteen.
- 23:30Speaker 7: So you making them stay in the cold house, you
- 23:33Speaker 7: accomplished nothing.
- 23:35Speaker 1: That's cold for real.
- 23:37Speaker 2: You accomplished absolutely nothing.
- 23:41Speaker 7: Just maybe suppose you had warmed your heart and said, hey, look,
- 23:46Speaker 7: I know y'all out there, come on, you can stay here.

- 24:04Speaker 11: They wow, You say, somebody got to beat a bigger person.
- 24:11Speaker 11: Somebody got to be a little person too, somebody got
- 24:13Speaker 11: to take a different route.
- 24:19Speaker 2: I didn't mean it like that. I didn't mean it
- 24:20Speaker 2: like that.
- 24:22Speaker 5: But you did it to yourself as always, all right?
- 24:31Speaker 8: Moving on to Amaya in Grapevine, Amaya writes, I met
- 24:35Speaker 8: a man at a hotel. He said he was in
- 24:37Speaker 8: town for a conference. We hooked up that weekend, and
- 24:41Speaker 8: we met at that hotel a few more times. Within
- 24:43Speaker 8: three months. I found out he's married and lives close
- 24:46Speaker 8: to the hotel. He said, he's going through a divorce.
- 24:50Speaker 8: Why couldn't he tell me that upfront? Should I end this?
- 24:55Speaker 2: Why couldn't he tell you what up front?
- 24:58Speaker 1: That he was married?
- 25:00Speaker 7: But see, hold on, ladies, let's let's take a little
- 25:02Speaker 7: bit of responsibility here. If you meet a man and
- 25:08Speaker 7: y'all spend a little time in that hotel, and y'all
- 25:10Speaker 7: go there several times, in in in in the interim,
- 25:15Speaker 7: in the in the you ain't never thought to ask him, Hey,
- 25:19Speaker 7: you know, what's your marital status? You got a family,
- 25:23Speaker 7: you got any kids.
- 25:25Speaker 2: You don't think to ask nobody that. Why ain't he
- 25:30Speaker 2: tell me? It's real easy? You ain't ask me? Whom?
- 25:33Speaker 1: Do you think is a good time to bring it up? Anytime?
- 25:35Speaker 12: Right?
- 25:37Speaker 7: If you meet a person, you need to know their
- 25:39Speaker 7: availability they want.
- 25:41Speaker 2: That's not a nosy question.
- 25:45Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, are you seeing someone? Are you in a
- 25:52Speaker 7: relationship with anyone? That's a fair question.
- 25:56Speaker 2: At the club, at the bar, at.
- 25:59Speaker 7: The restaurant, you seem a better question at the hotel.
- 26:02Speaker 7: Y'all met at the hotel.
- 26:07Speaker 2: That's a good place.
- 26:09Speaker 8: That's what I'm yes, appropriate time whenever? On all right, soul?
- 26:17Speaker 1: She ended is her question? Should she end it?
- 26:21Speaker 7: Unless you want to be in the in a relationship
- 26:23Speaker 7: with a married man? He getting a divorce, but you
- 26:26Speaker 7: found out he stayed close to that hotel. Okay, Now
- 26:30Speaker 7: either that's his hangout for where he run m.
- 26:33Speaker 8: At yeah or so yeah.
- 26:42Speaker 7: All right, he really is getting a divorce and that's
- 26:45Speaker 7: where he got a state from time to time.
- 26:48Speaker 2: It don't sound like that to me, though. He got
- 26:50Speaker 2: their friends and family rate.
- 26:51Speaker 3: That's what he can.
- 26:54Speaker 1: We can't take her to his house.
- 26:58Speaker 9: But it's hard to ask americal status, you know, when
- 27:00Speaker 9: to six good. You can't ask that when to six good.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Well, you're supposed to ask that before four.
- 27:06Speaker 9: Yeah, when that's sex, good you you have to find
- 27:08Speaker 9: another time.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Everything.
- 27:13Speaker 9: Yeah, they won a few more times.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Yeah they did. They did within three months, all right.
- 27:21Speaker 8: Moving on to Dexter and Tacoma, Dexter writes, I met
- 27:24Speaker 8: a woman that is natural in every sense of the word.
- 27:29Speaker 8: I am groomed from head to toe, but she is not.
- 27:33Speaker 8: I tried not to have sex, but she was aggressive.
- 27:37Speaker 8: The sex was amazing. Do you think it's offensive to
- 27:41Speaker 8: ask her to shave or wax her body?
- 27:46Speaker 3: Wow?
- 27:47Speaker 2: I'm I'm in a quandary right now.
- 27:50Speaker 1: It cast because what.
- 27:55Speaker 2: It uh?
- 27:57Speaker 1: Huh?
- 28:01Speaker 2: Dogs? What time? Time? Time to try something new? Yeah?
- 28:10Speaker 7: Now, if she ain't shaving nowhere, if she ain't shaving nowhere.
- 28:19Speaker 2: On arms she gave me. I can't. I can't stand that.
- 28:27Speaker 1: What's all the rule?
- 28:30Speaker 2: And then you got this all.
- 28:34Speaker 1: But he said, the sex is amazing.
- 28:37Speaker 9: She got hair, Yeah, she ain't shaven, legs ain't shaven.
- 28:47Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 28:47Speaker 7: But yeah, but but I'm gonna tell you right now,
- 28:51Speaker 7: I'm too visual. It can be amazing, but at one
- 28:56Speaker 7: point in time, be looking at you, going, hey, Oh,
- 29:04Speaker 7: but oh, but you really have to shave you on
- 29:06Speaker 7: the arms, because I'm not I'm not finna.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Do your arms not be up over your head. That's
- 29:09Speaker 2: what I'm looking at.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I'm not doing that.
- 29:13Speaker 2: I'm not doing that.
- 29:14Speaker 3: You and these two halfros popping out you.
- 29:16Speaker 7: In here, got your arms up, looked like, my brother,
- 29:19Speaker 7: we're not gonna do that.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I'm not all right.
- 29:27Speaker 7: We're not gonna keep getting in this bed.
- 29:31Speaker 1: So he's got to ask her. Then he's got to
- 29:33Speaker 1: ask her to shave.
- 29:34Speaker 8: All right, Thank you, Celo. Coming up at the top
- 29:37Speaker 8: of the hour. We will have some entertainment news for
- 29:39Speaker 8: you right after this.
- 29:41Speaker 2: It's Steve Harvey more on the show Man. Ain't nobody
- 29:43Speaker 2: playing with y'all?
- 29:44Speaker 15: Brand new book, How to Tell when Something's about to
- 29:47Speaker 15: jump off? She invites somebody to your party. You told
- 29:50Speaker 15: her not to invite somebody to jump on somebody, to
- 29:53Speaker 15: have somebody.
- 29:54Speaker 2: To go down down.
- 29:55Speaker 15: It's about to go to invite him. He's here some
- 30:01Speaker 15: Why the hell is he here? See whatthing you know
- 30:05Speaker 15: how to tell when something about the jump off? You
- 30:08Speaker 15: got three baby mamas show up. He show up with
- 30:11Speaker 15: his new girlfriend. She white and pregnant. Somebody jump off
- 30:18Speaker 15: and somebody to jump over.
- 30:20Speaker 2: What coming up right after that?
- 30:24Speaker 1: You already know what timing is, what DC young flag is,
- 30:27Speaker 1: tip man, hust a game here Han Yo the King good.
- 30:29Speaker 1: You are tuned in to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:32Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:39Speaker 8: Well, as we all know, a second person has been
- 30:42Speaker 8: killed in Minnesota by ICE federal agents. Alex Jay Pretty
- 30:48Speaker 8: was a thirty six year old Icy you nurse when
- 30:51Speaker 8: he was shot and killed by ICE agents after the
- 30:54Speaker 8: Department of Homeland of Security said he interfered with their operation.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Now.
- 30:58Speaker 8: According to ABC News, DHS Secretary Christy Noman, former Border
- 31:03Speaker 8: Patrol Commander at Large Greg Bavino, who was fired last night, claimed,
- 31:08Speaker 8: without providing further evidence, that Pretty arrived at the scene
- 31:12Speaker 8: quote to inflict maximum damage on individuals. According to CNN,
- 31:18Speaker 8: federal immigration officer shot and killed thirty seven year old
- 31:22Speaker 8: Pretty in Minneapolis on Saturday after wrestling the lawful gun
- 31:27Speaker 8: owner to the ground. That was Pretty As he was
- 31:30Speaker 8: recording agents with the phone. At least one officer can
- 31:34Speaker 8: be heard shouting He's got a gun. As one officer
- 31:36Speaker 8: appears to reach into Pretty's waistband an officer appears to
- 31:40Speaker 8: step away holding Pretty's weapon, and then a shot rings
- 31:45Speaker 8: out about a second later, followed by at least nine
- 31:49Speaker 8: more so he was shot about ten times or saying
- 31:51Speaker 8: former President Obama at first Lady Michelle Obama called Pretty's
- 31:55Speaker 8: death a quote heartbreaking tragedy, adding it should also be
- 32:00Speaker 8: a wake up call to every American, regardless of party,
- 32:03Speaker 8: that many of our core values as a nation are
- 32:06Speaker 8: increasingly under assault.
- 32:11Speaker 7: They have the video of the policeman. Yes you heard
- 32:16Speaker 7: him say he has a gun. This guy walked over
- 32:20Speaker 7: there and got involved in it with hands empty, reached down,
- 32:25Speaker 7: took the gun off the guy that's on the ground.
- 32:28Speaker 7: Now you see the gun in his hand. He walked
- 32:30Speaker 7: away and then the shots rang out. What the Republican
- 32:35Speaker 7: Party is holding on to is he had a gun
- 32:41Speaker 7: at a peaceful protest. Who brings a gun to a protest? Well,
- 32:48Speaker 7: that par the people that uh January sixth a lot.
- 32:58Speaker 7: You know that's y'all's said an amendment right. He wasn't
- 33:04Speaker 7: and he wasn't threatening to kill anybody with no But
- 33:08Speaker 7: here's the problem with this whole ice thing, and it's
- 33:11Speaker 7: becoming more and more evident. Number One, they're not properly trained.
- 33:15Speaker 1: They what they're doing.
- 33:17Speaker 7: Number two, Unlike law enforcement officers in police departments, they
- 33:22Speaker 7: have a name tag on a badge number and they
- 33:26Speaker 7: are identifiable.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you can see that robber. Right, When a bank
- 33:34Speaker 2: robber goes to rob a bank, what does he do?
- 33:36Speaker 7: He put on a mask. When people breaking homes late
- 33:40Speaker 7: at night, they wear hoodies and masks so they can
- 33:44Speaker 7: get away with the crime. Once you allow these ice
- 33:47Speaker 7: agents to wear these face masks because you lie and
- 33:52Speaker 7: say it is for the protection of them and their families,
- 33:55Speaker 7: so they don't get caine at after they do their
- 33:58Speaker 7: job identified. No, it's so they can, under the cloak
- 34:04Speaker 7: of darkness do the same things that bank robbers and
- 34:08Speaker 7: any other criminal can do hiding your identity. And they
- 34:12Speaker 7: are stretching this further and further and further until people
- 34:17Speaker 7: are losing their lives and that people they're killing ain't
- 34:21Speaker 7: even the illegals.
- 34:23Speaker 2: A nurse, the lady was.
- 34:27Speaker 10: Has children, he was I see you nurse that worked
- 34:31Speaker 10: at the Veterans Hospital, and many hous citizen American citizens.
- 34:37Speaker 3: This is Trump's law, That's what this is. That's his law.
- 34:41Speaker 7: That's exactly right, and I'm gonna tell you what's crazy, man,
- 34:45Speaker 7: is that these Americans?
- 34:48Speaker 2: But we've seen it a thousand times.
- 34:50Speaker 7: We just now now now we're able to show it
- 34:54Speaker 7: because of social media. But when they watch videos, they
- 34:59Speaker 7: don't see what you and I see.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Isn't that something? How that works?
- 35:03Speaker 8: Isn't that something? How that works? We can all see
- 35:06Speaker 8: the same video and come up with a different story,
- 35:09Speaker 8: every single person.
- 35:10Speaker 7: Because once their leadership tells them what to see, they
- 35:16Speaker 7: become blind to anything else.
- 35:20Speaker 1: And you could see it with your own eyes. Yeah,
- 35:23Speaker 1: you see this. I remember that. That happened during the
- 35:28Speaker 1: Rodney King try.
- 35:31Speaker 8: You know that whole situation, the tape that was out
- 35:34Speaker 8: there everybody.
- 35:35Speaker 7: It was happening before there was phone cameras. They didn't
- 35:40Speaker 7: have Rosa Park recorded, they didn't have Emmitt Till recorded,
- 35:45Speaker 7: they didn't have the countless black men that are hanging
- 35:48Speaker 7: in trees record. They couldn't record none of that. We've
- 35:52Speaker 7: known about this for centuries. We've known it, and we
- 35:55Speaker 7: thought we had something who we could show it to.

- 39:50Speaker 7: we know how to do it. I'm a little concerned
- 39:53Speaker 7: about this younger generation, though, because what do you mean
- 39:57Speaker 7: sometimes they want to put their head in the sand
- 40:00Speaker 7: on these issues.
- 40:01Speaker 2: I ain't voting. My vote don't count.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Oh yeah they got Yeah.
- 40:06Speaker 7: If everybody had voted, we would not be having to
- 40:09Speaker 7: deal with this administration.
- 40:11Speaker 2: But we didn't.
- 40:13Speaker 7: Now, if everybody goes to the mid terms, we can
- 40:16Speaker 7: slow some of this craziness down here.
- 40:19Speaker 2: But right now we're controlling the house. In the Senate,
- 40:21Speaker 2: we can't do nothing.
- 40:23Speaker 7: We've got to at least try to make our part
- 40:25Speaker 7: of a contribution because we don't get to vote on
- 40:27Speaker 7: foreigner foreign policy.
- 40:29Speaker 2: We don't get to stop no walls.
- 40:31Speaker 7: We can't tell him he can't go to Venezuela and

- 41:06Speaker 8: I mean, I don't know what else to say, you know,
- 41:09Speaker 8: besides vote and register and all of that. I mean,
- 41:12Speaker 8: we've said everything. Coming up at thirty four minutes after
- 41:16Speaker 8: the hour. Vision board parties. We'll talk about them right
- 41:19Speaker 8: after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. So, Steve,

- 41:36Speaker 8: have these parties where they make vision boards have you
- 41:38Speaker 8: heard of those?
- 41:40Speaker 3: You know, people have.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Vision board parties.
- 41:43Speaker 2: I mean I'm just doing an individual Yeah, I don't
- 41:46Speaker 2: know nobody personally.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Oh okay, I do.

- 41:53Speaker 7: up the pictures on the internet.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Well there wasn't.
- 41:58Speaker 8: Speaking of the internet, there was a discussion on Facebook
- 42:01Speaker 8: where a lady broad I have a friend who has
- 42:03Speaker 8: parties where friends present their vision boards to encouraging uh

- 56:50Speaker 8: Let us thank you, nephew subjects. She's always in the
- 56:55Speaker 8: principal's office. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm dating a woman that
- 57:00Speaker 8: I work with. I'm a resource operator at a high school,
- 57:04Speaker 8: a resource officer at a high school, and my girlfriend
- 57:07Speaker 8: is a volleyball coach and the front office manager. Our
- 57:11Speaker 8: relationship is not public, but we don't try to hide
- 57:15Speaker 8: that we're close. We have lunch together and sometimes we
- 57:19Speaker 8: write to work together. The principle is one of my
- 57:22Speaker 8: closest friends, and he advised me to keep the relationship
- 57:26Speaker 8: on the low so that the students won't start teasing us.
- 57:30Speaker 8: My girlfriend thinks the world of this guy, and she's
- 57:33Speaker 8: told me he's one of the smartest people she knows.
- 57:36Speaker 8: He is writing a book on disciplining teenagers, and he
- 57:39Speaker 8: encouraged my girlfriend to write a book on being a
- 57:42Speaker 8: single mom. I couldn't believe it when she told me,
- 57:45Speaker 8: because she doesn't even have custody of her son.
- 57:48Speaker 1: The dad does.
- 57:49Speaker 8: I didn't react the way she expected me to, so
- 57:52Speaker 8: she said she would continue to share her ideas with
- 57:55Speaker 8: the principle. I had to talk with him about all
- 57:58Speaker 8: of the extra time that he's spending with my girl,
- 58:01Speaker 8: and he said it is professional guidance because my girl
- 58:04Speaker 8: has a lot to learn about being a leader. Granted
- 58:08Speaker 8: she is six years younger than we are, but I'm
- 58:11Speaker 8: the one who will lead her, not him. My relationship
- 58:15Speaker 8: with him has been strained since then. My girlfriend has
- 58:18Speaker 8: a beautiful body and all of her pants and dresses
- 58:22Speaker 8: fit perfectly, so I know what's on his mind. I'm
- 58:26Speaker 8: not comfortable with how much she's around him. He is
- 58:29Speaker 8: our boss, so I can't tell her to avoid him
- 58:31Speaker 8: and stay out of his office.
- 58:33Speaker 1: It would make me look insecure.
- 58:35Speaker 8: I truly believe they both know what's going on, and
- 58:38Speaker 8: I'm feeling like a fool.
- 58:40Speaker 1: What do you think I should do about it?
- 58:43Speaker 8: Well, I got to throw it back on you. What
- 58:46Speaker 8: do you want to do about it? You obviously still
- 58:49Speaker 8: want to be in a relationship with her, but unfortunately
- 58:52Speaker 8: for you, she's more interested in what the principle has
- 58:56Speaker 8: to say, and it takes two A couple means two people,
- 59:00Speaker 8: her not the principal and her and I think that's
- 59:03Speaker 8: the issue. You guys, can't stay together if she doesn't
- 59:06Speaker 8: want it, and you need to read between the lines.
- 59:09Speaker 8: She may not be saying it, but she is showing it.
- 59:12Speaker 8: She likes the principle, she likes being around him. Why
- 59:16Speaker 8: else will she be spending so much time with him.
- 59:18Speaker 8: You are supposed to be her man, and it looks
- 59:21Speaker 8: crazy that she's always with the principal and the principal's office.
- 59:26Speaker 8: He's saying he's giving her professional guidance. And then you
- 59:29Speaker 8: don't want to address him because he's your boss. But
- 59:32Speaker 8: have you spoken to her about how you feel and
- 59:35Speaker 8: how this looks? You are allowed to say something to
- 59:38Speaker 8: her since you guys are dating, You know, I think you.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Should let her know how you feel. Get it all out.
- 59:45Speaker 8: Just don't do anything crazy or say anything crazy to him,
- 59:48Speaker 8: so you won't lose your job. But you need to
- 59:50Speaker 8: figure out what's going on, and hopefully she'll tell you
- 59:53Speaker 8: everything you need to know.
- 59:54Speaker 7: Steve, Yeah, hey doll, let me just say this to you, pimp.
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: You ain't gonna be working at the school much longer. Yeah,
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: the writings on the wall right here. You ain't handling
- 1:00:06Speaker 7: this right. He wanted your closest friends see. It's too
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: much contradiction going on in this letter for this to work.
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: You're dating a woman that you work with. I'm a
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: resource officer at a high school.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: Now, I don't know what that.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: Is, kind of like security. They do security, they check
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: on a student.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, oh that's what that means.
- 1:00:30Speaker 8: Yeah, he does security, and like, yeah, oh okay.
- 1:00:37Speaker 10: The school districts, you know, they hire, they have their
- 1:00:40Speaker 10: own police officers for the districts.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:43Speaker 7: See, back in the day, you had to been the
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: school officer security guard.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: M yeah.
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: Yeah, You're not gonna be at the school much longer.
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: And I'm gonna tell you why. You're a resource officer
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: at the school. Your girlfriend is a volleyball coach and
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: the front office manager.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Our relationship ain't public, but we don't hide that.
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: We're close. Y'all ride to work together sometimes, y'all have
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: lunch together. And the principal of the school is one
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: of your closest friends, so you're safe. And he advised
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: you to keep the relationship on the lo lo so
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: that the students.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Don't start teasing y'all. My here's your problem.
- 1:01:28Speaker 7: My girlfriend thinks the world of this guy, and she
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: told me he's one of the smartest people she know. Now,
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: the reason that cuts so deep and hurts so bad.
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: Is because she ain't never said that about you. Yeah,
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: she ain't never told nobody you were smart. She did
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: overheard you talking on that radio they down here, Roger,
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: that smoking.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: All in you own one.
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: Yeah, so you ain't getting the smart title that that
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: hurts you a little bit. And I ain't got nothing
- 1:02:10Speaker 7: against security Gird. I'm not knocking the job. That's not
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: what I'm doing here. I'm just saying she's doing some comparisons. Yeah,
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: this law enforcement, law enforcement. Yeah, I don't give it.
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: Your ice agent up at the school. You're losing right here. No,
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: I don't care what you are up at the school.
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: The principal is one of the smartest guys she's ever met,
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: and she ain't never said that about you right now. Also,
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: he's writing a book on discipline and teenagers, and he
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: encouraged my girlfriend to write a book.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: On being a single mom.
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: I couldn't believe it when she told me, because she
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: ain't even got custody of.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: The boy the dad does.
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: All right, here we come back, We're gonna find out
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: what she really knows about being a single buck.
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: She's always in the principal's offices. Is the subject of
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: today's strawberry Letter. We'll come back at twenty three minutes
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: after the hour for part two.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:25Speaker 10: Hey, it's Carla Ferroll. Kick that old mop and bucket aside.
- 1:03:28Speaker 10: Are you ready for a mop and bucket clean in
- 1:03:31Speaker 10: half the time?
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Make the swap to Swiffer Power Mop.
- 1:03:35Speaker 10: The all in one cleaning hero has a built in
- 1:03:37Speaker 10: solution that breaks down dirt and grime like magic. With
- 1:03:41Speaker 10: hundreds of scrubbing strips on the pad, it absorbs sticky
- 1:03:45Speaker 10: messes with ease. Plus, it'll leave your home smelling great
- 1:03:48Speaker 10: for hours after cleaning. Get yours today and mop smarter
- 1:03:52Speaker 10: with the Swiffer Power Mop.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: The subject is She's always in the principal.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: A dude wrote the letter. He's a resource.
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: He's a resource officer at the school, which I found
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: out called her because she got a daughter go to school.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: He's kind of like security up at the school or something.
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: Point.
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: Okay, cool, I'm not a bad job. That's not what
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: I'm meaning. His girlfriend, his office manager, volleyball coach. The
- 1:04:23Speaker 7: principal who is their boss, is his one of his
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: closest friends.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: They in a relationship.
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: He done told homeboy that wrote the letter not to
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: publicize their relationship so the kids won't tease them. But
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: they don't try to hide it either. They go to
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: lunch together, sometimes, they ride in together at work.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: You know, things like that. So now your girlfriend thinks
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: the world of this guy.
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: She said that he's one of the She told me
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: he is one of the smartest people she knows. What
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: cut him deep was she ain't never said that about you,
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: So that hurt. He's writing a book about disciplining the teenagers,
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: and he encouraged your girlfriend to write a book on
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: being a single mom. I couldn't believe it when she
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: told me, because she don't even have custody of her son.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: The dad does.
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: Now, I didn't react the way she expected me to,
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: So she said she would continue to share how ideas
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: with the principal.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: He see this way, you blew.
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: It though, smartest guy in the world that she knows.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: She go to him. He's encouraging her to write a book.
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: She come and tell you she gonna write this book
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: about being a single mom and what you do how
- 1:05:42Speaker 7: you gonna write about book about single mom. You don't
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: even take care of your own baby. Your baby lived
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: with the daddy. How you gonna write a book? See
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: you trying to make Now here's a mistake you made.
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: You tried to do that as not a good idea
- 1:05:57Speaker 7: to show that he ain't as smart as she think
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: he is. You tried to throw shade and mud on
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: the dude, but you ended up throwing the shade and
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: the mud on your girl. Instead of being encouraging, you
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: set up here and shot it down.
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: So guess what.
- 1:06:16Speaker 7: She didn't react that way, So guess what she told me.
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: She says she'll continue to share how ideas with the principal.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: Then I had to talk with him about all the
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: extra time that he's spending with my girl, and he said, it's.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: Professional guidance, Lord Hemorrhagan.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: What you're gonna do?
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: He the boss, It's just professional guidance, That's what he
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: told you. Because your girl got a lot to learn
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: about being a leader, just like you got a lot
- 1:06:46Speaker 7: of learning. You got a lot to learn about being
- 1:06:48Speaker 7: a supportive teammate. Granted she is six years younger than we,
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: but I'm the one who will lead her, not him. No, No,
- 1:07:00Speaker 7: she don't want you to lead her because you ain't
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: smart enough. She's getting all her leadership from the smartest guy.
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: She knows.
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: She don't want your stupid behind leading See you ain't
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: you ain't see you? You not listening to your own letter.
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: I told him I don't need him.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: I lead her.
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: She don't want you leading her. She want the smart
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: dude to lead her. Now, my relationship with him has
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: been strained since then. Okay, so now let's take him
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: off one of your closest friends. Nah, all that time
- 1:07:41Speaker 7: in the office different now because he know the relationship
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: is strained.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: He see the jealousy. They talking about it too.
- 1:07:49Speaker 7: No, Clifford came to me, told me we're spending too
- 1:07:52Speaker 7: much time together.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: He'll tell me what to do. I'm been here because
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: you smarter. He ain't.
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: My girlfriend has a beautiful body and all her pats
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: and dresses spit her perfectly. So I know what's on
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: his mind. That's the only thing you got right in
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: this level. Oh he got that right, cause you better
- 1:08:12Speaker 7: believe it's on his mind.
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: Here.
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: That's on a lot of the student's mind, and I
- 1:08:19Speaker 7: know it's on the principal mind because he the smartest
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: person she knows. So how she in that front office
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: letting them have it. I'm not comfortable with how much
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: she's around him. He's our boss, okay, right here, right here,
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: right here. That's how I know you ain't gonna be
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: working that much longer. I'm not comfortable with how much
- 1:08:40Speaker 7: she's around him. He is our boss. So I can't

- 1:14:26Speaker 8: I've always been in a relationship or at least casually
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: seeing someone. But this year I'm fully single. I don't

- 1:14:37Speaker 8: what you're supposed to do with the day when there's
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: no one to plan around. I figured i'd treat it
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: like any other day, but part of me feels like
- 1:14:46Speaker 8: I should still celebrate or recognize the holiday. Is there

- 1:17:26Speaker 1: We've had our issues, but.
- 1:17:27Speaker 8: We've been in counseling, and I truly believed things were improving.
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: Over the past few weeks, though, his behavior has shifted
- 1:17:35Speaker 8: in ways that have me questioning our future together. During
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: a recent argument, he threw something at me in anger,
- 1:17:43Speaker 8: apologized immediately and said he didn't understand why he reacted
- 1:17:47Speaker 8: that way. Then, more recently I saw him lash up
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: physically at our pet and deny it before later admitting
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: to it. He keeps saying these fits of rage came
- 1:17:58Speaker 8: out of nowhere and aren't who he is, but I
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: can't stop thinking about them. Am I overreacting by considering leaving?
- 1:18:06Speaker 8: Or is this the kind of warning sign you shouldn't
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: ignore it, especially before committing to a life together.
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: Get out, girl, girl, but listen to me full speed.
- 1:18:18Speaker 3: If you need.

- 1:18:28Speaker 7: Even the dog is saying this ain't gonna work.
- 1:18:31Speaker 5: Right, This is bad, this is bad.
- 1:18:37Speaker 10: Don't do it, don't do it, won't do it?

- 1:27:11Speaker 2: With a deadly weap. Oh no, okay, all.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Right, that is it? All right? Moving on? You got
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: a question for Uncle Steve.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: I do I do. Man, you know it's twenty twenty six.
- 1:27:28Speaker 9: I want you to talk to us about developing a
- 1:27:30Speaker 9: winning attitude. And when did you get your winning attitude?
- 1:27:34Speaker 9: How'd you come by having the winning attitude? Because sometimes
- 1:27:38Speaker 9: I feel like, you know, I got a win an attitude,
- 1:27:39Speaker 9: but then I just so easy to give up on
- 1:27:41Speaker 9: it in certain situation.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: But I've gotten better at it.
- 1:27:45Speaker 7: Well, I mean, you know, developing the winning attitude is
- 1:27:48Speaker 7: a is A is a practice of discipline. It's a practice, y'all.
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: Nobody is born with it all together. Nobody's born with
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: all the answers. Nobody's born with it on automatic pilot.
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: You know, That's just how I am. No, everything you
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: have that's of positive nature is developed and nurtured. Because
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: we are born into a fallen world. We are born
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: into man. We are taught so many things by this world.
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: Nobody's born to hate. You get taught that. It's a condition.
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: Your parents teach it to you. They parents taught it
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: to them. That's why racism is so alive and well,
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: because it's taught.
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: It's taught. If you look at little kids that.
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: Go to multiracials, if you go if you look at
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: little kids that go to multiraci of multi racial schools.
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: They play together, they talk together, they laugh together. I've
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: seen my grandchildren walk up to kids who look nothing
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: like them and just hold they hand and go walking
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: off with them.
- 1:29:09Speaker 2: Hey man, you a little boy, I'm a little boy.
- 1:29:11Speaker 3: Let hold hand.
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: Walk over here. I see it all the time.
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: Until their parents interject and point out the differences. The
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: children don't see it, and if they do see the difference,
- 1:29:26Speaker 7: it don't matter to them. So we are born into
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: a fallen world that teaches and promotes negativity.
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: In that you have to promote and teach.
- 1:29:40Speaker 7: Positivity and developing the winning attitude is up to you.
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: Here's the thing that people have to understand about your life.
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: You actually have a say so in it. You may
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: not have a say so on how your life starts, but.
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: You dog on show, got to say so on the outcome.
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: You don't get to pick your parents, you don't get
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: to pick your siblings.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: You don't get to pick your family where they live
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: at you born. That's the house, that's the neighborhood, these
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: are this is the environment.
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: You don't get to choose the beginning, but you very
- 1:30:20Speaker 7: much have a say so in the outcome, and you
- 1:30:24Speaker 7: gotta start understanding that. Stop allowing your conditions, your parents,
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: your peers, your siblings to affect who you can possibly be.
- 1:30:38Speaker 7: You got to listen to God, man, and God comes
- 1:30:42Speaker 7: to you in several forms.
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: I want to remind you all of something that.
- 1:30:48Speaker 7: God places what he has for you in your imagination.
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: If that's the thing you feed, that's the thing you
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: will be. If that's the thing you breed, that's the thing.
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: You will be. You gotta feed it. Man.
- 1:31:12Speaker 7: You know people say the grass is greener on the
- 1:31:15Speaker 7: other side.
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: No, the grass is greener where it's fed.
- 1:31:23Speaker 7: Something look good over there because somebody over there been
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: working on it making it look good.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: Maybe if you turned around and made your.
- 1:31:30Speaker 7: Side of the fence look put some nurturing into it,
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: some fertilizer into it, some care, you might have some
- 1:31:37Speaker 7: green grass too. You have a say soa in the outcome.
- 1:31:42Speaker 7: You may not have a say so in your beginnings,
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: but you have a say so in the outcome. And
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: I'm telling you right now, I've been working under that
- 1:31:51Speaker 7: wait for a long time.
