- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a headline that the Biden administration desperately needed,
- 0:07Speaker 1: but they actually didn't ever want it to be written
- 0:11Speaker 1: because they're now in a really bad spot with the
- 0:14Speaker 1: radical extremists of the Democratic Party known as Marxist socialists
- 0:18Speaker 1: and communists. But they needed this headline at the same
- 0:22Speaker 1: time so that Americans wouldn't just completely give up on
- 0:26Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Here is the headline from NBC News, Biden
- 0:32Speaker 1: signs executive order dramatically tightening the border. Number one, I
- 0:39Speaker 1: don't believe that it's going to actually tighten the border.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And number two, the headline, if you were being honest,
- 0:45Speaker 1: would have said, Biden reluctantly signs an executive order that
- 0:49Speaker 1: he said would not stop illegal immigrants coming across the
- 0:53Speaker 1: southern border for the last.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Three and a half years. Why did he do it?
- 0:59Speaker 1: Because it's an election year and his poll numbers are
- 1:02Speaker 1: upside down and he's trying to figure out a way
- 1:05Speaker 1: to survive. He has faced political pressure as migrants, and
- 1:10Speaker 1: that's how NBC describes him. I call them what they
- 1:12Speaker 1: actually are. Illegal immigrants have continued to arrive at the
- 1:18Speaker 1: US Mexico border at record numbers. He is facing mounting
- 1:23Speaker 1: political pressure because there are many in the Hispanic community
- 1:27Speaker 1: that are angry that the prices of homes and apartments
- 1:32Speaker 1: of skyrocketed and their jobs have been taken by the
- 1:35Speaker 1: millions and millions of illegal immigrants flooding in minorities. Are
- 1:39Speaker 1: also angry because of the amount of crime that has
- 1:42Speaker 1: come into their communities because of illegal immigrants. And we've
- 1:45Speaker 1: seen that crime on full display, whether it be the
- 1:48Speaker 1: shooting of a police officer this past week caught on camera,
- 1:51Speaker 1: or the killing of a woman who is carjacked by
- 1:53Speaker 1: another illegal immigrant. The stories are overwhelming. We've also seen
- 1:58Speaker 1: the crimes over into non border states and cities. It's
- 2:05Speaker 1: fair to say now that virtually every city in America,
- 2:08Speaker 1: major city, is a border city, a border state because
- 2:13Speaker 1: so many illegal immigrants are flooding into America, it's no
- 2:17Speaker 1: longer contained to actual border states. And that's the other
- 2:21Speaker 1: problem for Joe Biden. So this is why President Joe
- 2:24Speaker 1: Biden on Tuesday, with a gun to his head for
- 2:28Speaker 1: his reelect, signed an executive order that will temporarily shut
- 2:32Speaker 1: down asylum request once the average number of daily encounters
- 2:37Speaker 1: tops two thousand, five hundred between official points of entry.
- 2:42Speaker 1: So this is where you actually have to read and
- 2:44Speaker 1: understand what's going on. This will not actually have any impact,
- 2:48Speaker 1: virtually at all on the number of illegal immigrants coming
- 2:51Speaker 1: across the southern border. This is nothing but a BS
- 2:55Speaker 1: press conference, a fake day of we're trying to get
- 3:00Speaker 1: things under control.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Quote.
- 3:02Speaker 1: The border is not a political issue to be weaponized,
- 3:05Speaker 1: Biden said at a White House speech announcing this order.
- 3:08Speaker 2: He was lying to you.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The shutdown would go into effect immediately, since that threshold
- 3:14Speaker 1: has already been met. A senior Administration official said to
- 3:17Speaker 1: NBC News the border would reopen only once the number
- 3:21Speaker 1: falls to one thousand, five hundred. The present's order would
- 3:25Speaker 1: come under the quote Immigration Nationality Acts Section two one
- 3:29Speaker 1: two F and two one five A suspending entry of
- 3:35Speaker 1: non citizens who cross the Southern border in the United
- 3:39Speaker 1: States of America unlawfully now. Senior Administration officials also said
- 3:44Speaker 1: in a call with reporters that quote individuals across the
- 3:47Speaker 1: southern border unlawfully or without authorization would will generally be
- 3:52Speaker 1: ineligible for asylum absent of the exceptionally compelling circumstances they
- 3:59Speaker 1: call it, unless they are accepted by the proclamation. Now,
- 4:05Speaker 1: I want you to hear what the President had to
- 4:07Speaker 1: say in a moment. But first I want to tell
- 4:09Speaker 1: you about my friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you
- 4:11Speaker 1: have a cell phone, you may not realize it, but
- 4:15Speaker 1: if you're with Big Mobile, you're actually helping them give
- 4:18Speaker 1: massive donations to Democrats running at the local, state, and
- 4:24Speaker 1: national level.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And that's not all.
- 4:26Speaker 1: They're giving major donations as well, year after year to
- 4:30Speaker 1: Plan Parenthood, the number one abortion provider in the country. Now,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I am one of those now, and I've made it
- 4:38Speaker 1: clear on this show I am not giving my money
- 4:40Speaker 1: to woke companies and woke corporations any longer. There is
- 4:44Speaker 1: an option with one of your bigger bills every month,
- 4:46Speaker 1: and that's probably your cell phone bill. Your cell phone
- 4:49Speaker 1: is something you're going to have forever. So why not
- 4:52Speaker 1: have a major impact with that bill every month and
- 4:55Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. Because when you pay your bill
- 4:58Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile, they take five percent of your bill
- 5:01Speaker 1: on average every month at no extra charge to you,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and they give it back to conservative causes and organizations
- 5:08Speaker 1: that support the right to life of unborn children, that
- 5:12Speaker 1: support our veterans, that support our First and our Second
- 5:15Speaker 1: Amendment rights, and our wounded warriors and our first responder heroes.
- 5:21Speaker 1: So imagine paying your bill and knowing that every time
- 5:24Speaker 1: use your phone, you're making a real difference. Now here's
- 5:27Speaker 1: the other thing. Switching is easy. If you've never switched before,
- 5:32Speaker 1: or you've tried in the past and it was a
- 5:33Speaker 1: miserable experience, it's not anymore in twenty twenty four. It's
- 5:37Speaker 1: actually incredibly easy. You're just gonna call them and they
- 5:40Speaker 1: can do it all over the phone. Keep your same
- 5:42Speaker 1: phone ever you have now, keep your same cell phone,
- 5:44Speaker 1: or upgrade to a new one. The number nine seven
- 5:47Speaker 1: to two Patriot. That's nine seven to two Patriot, nine
- 5:51Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot or Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 5:57Speaker 1: ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben or nine
- 6:01Speaker 1: to seven to Patriot. Make sure you use the promo
- 6:03Speaker 1: code then and you're going to get free activation as well.
- 6:07Speaker 1: All right, I want to get back to what I
- 6:10Speaker 1: said about the President. The President is trying to sell
- 6:12Speaker 1: this as some major event to those that are frustrated
- 6:17Speaker 1: with the open border. I want to be clear, this
- 6:21Speaker 1: is not going to have an impact. Okay, it is not.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It is going to have I would argue zero impact, Okay,
- 6:28Speaker 1: zero impact, zero impact on the border. Why do I
- 6:35Speaker 1: say that, because we've witnessed what has happened already because
- 6:39Speaker 1: of this executive order. It's a wink and a nod.
- 6:41Speaker 1: It's a political play. And don't believe me. Listen to
- 6:45Speaker 1: NBC News describing what just happened at the border with
- 6:49Speaker 1: its executive action.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Based on the details of this executive order and how
- 6:53Speaker 3: it actually function functions that we've learned so far today,
- 6:56Speaker 3: I actually have to say I'm quite skeptical that this
- 6:58Speaker 3: is going to have any kind of immediate, widespread, dramatic
- 7:02Speaker 3: impact on the border, on the number of migrants were
- 7:04Speaker 3: crossing the border, on the number of migrants who managed
- 7:06Speaker 3: to stay in the United States as a result. And
- 7:08Speaker 3: there's a few complicated reasons for that, but the main
- 7:10Speaker 3: one is that I and a lot of other people
- 7:12Speaker 3: were expecting that this authority to quote unquote close down
- 7:15Speaker 3: the border was going to be dependent on the United
- 7:16Speaker 3: States being able to summarily expel migrants with no due process,
- 7:20Speaker 3: no access to the asylum system immediately back into Mexico
- 7:23Speaker 3: shortly after they cross. That does not appear to be
- 7:26Speaker 3: the case, mainly because Mexico has not agreed to accept
- 7:29Speaker 3: any more migrants than it already does. Mexico has pretty strict,
- 7:34Speaker 3: you know, specific requirements on the number of migrants that
- 7:37Speaker 3: it accepts accepts and on the nationality of migrants that
- 7:40Speaker 3: it accepts, and the US cannot simply return people to
- 7:42Speaker 3: Mexico without Mexico's active participation.
- 7:45Speaker 1: NBC News just said this is crap. Okay, that's what
- 7:51Speaker 1: they just said. They said that this is meaningless. They're
- 7:55Speaker 1: calling out the president. Now, I still it depends, honestly,
- 8:00Speaker 1: how you look at this. You could you could number one,
- 8:02Speaker 1: say that that they're calling out the present or they're
- 8:06Speaker 1: trying to signal to the base. You don't need to
- 8:09Speaker 1: be very upset about this executive order because it's basically meaningless,
- 8:15Speaker 1: right That's That's the other way that you could look
- 8:19Speaker 1: at this, that this is a meaningless executive action. This
- 8:24Speaker 1: is a meaningless executive order. So hey, wink wink, nod nod.
- 8:29Speaker 1: He's just trying to buy some votes here and to
- 8:31Speaker 1: get people to believe that everything's gonna be okay, when
- 8:34Speaker 1: in reality, it's really not like that. That's what this is, okay,
- 8:40Speaker 1: Like like under understand at its core what this is
- 8:46Speaker 1: and this is all a pr publicity stunt. Let me
- 8:52Speaker 1: also explain how political this is from a standpoint of
- 8:57Speaker 1: Look how fast Donald Trump responded.
- 9:00Speaker 2: He understands.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This is a get out the vote effort by Joe
- 9:04Speaker 1: Biden to calm the fears of many Americans who believe
- 9:08Speaker 1: that our southern border is wide open and can bete
- 9:11Speaker 1: out of control. He also is calling out the media
- 9:15Speaker 1: for misleading at best, right at best, misleading the American
- 9:21Speaker 1: people on this. And so this is Trump, in his
- 9:24Speaker 1: own words about this executive actually said, is worthless.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Crooked Joe Biden.
- 9:29Speaker 4: The worst president in the history of our country by far,
- 9:32Speaker 4: has totally surrendered our southern border. His weakness and extremism
- 9:37Speaker 4: have resulted in a border invasion like we have never
- 9:39Speaker 4: seen before. Other countries have emptied out their prisons, insane asylums,
- 9:44Speaker 4: and mental institutions and sent us drug dealers, human traffickers,
- 9:49Speaker 4: and terrorists. Millions of people have poured into our country.
- 9:52Speaker 4: And now, after nearly four years of his failed, weak leadership,
- 9:56Speaker 4: pathetic leadership, Crooked Joe Biden is part I need to
- 10:00Speaker 4: finally do something about the border, But in fact it's
- 10:03Speaker 4: all about show because he knows we have a debate
- 10:07Speaker 4: coming up in three weeks. The truth is that Joe
- 10:10Speaker 4: Biden's executive order won't stop the invasion. It's weak and
- 10:13Speaker 4: it's pathetic. It will actually make the invasion worse. Millions
- 10:18Speaker 4: of people a year will continue to pour across our
- 10:20Speaker 4: border and be released into our country. And we recently
- 10:24Speaker 4: learned Biden is secretly granting mass amnesty to hundreds of
- 10:28Speaker 4: thousands of these illegal aliens, along with welfare, government benefits,
- 10:33Speaker 4: work permits, and jobs. He's not doing that, however, for
- 10:37Speaker 4: our veterans. He's not doing that for our homeless. He's
- 10:40Speaker 4: giving illegal aliens far more than our veterans get, far
- 10:45Speaker 4: more than our homeless get. Many of the left are
- 10:48Speaker 4: even pushing for illegal aliens to vote in our elections,
- 10:51Speaker 4: which is what this is all about. That's why they're
- 10:54Speaker 4: allowing up to twenty million people since he took off.
- 10:57Speaker 4: As when I was president, we built over five hundred
- 11:01Speaker 4: miles of border wall stop the flood of criminals, and
- 11:04Speaker 4: we had the safest border in the history of our country.
- 11:07Speaker 4: We need to secure our border once again. We need
- 11:10Speaker 4: to secure our border once and for all. Crooked Joe
- 11:14Speaker 4: will never get the job done. He doesn't want to
- 11:16Speaker 4: get the job done. It's just words and misinformation because
- 11:20Speaker 4: he could have done it very easily. All he had
- 11:22Speaker 4: to do is say close the border. That's the power
- 11:24Speaker 4: of the presidency. But when I'm elected, it will be
- 11:28Speaker 4: my top priority. On day one, I will seal the border,
- 11:31Speaker 4: stop the invasion, and send Joe Biden's illegal aliens back home.
- 11:36Speaker 4: They have to be sent back home because no country
- 11:39Speaker 4: can sustain the damage that our country is sustaining. All
- 11:43Speaker 4: over the world, crime rates are going down because all
- 11:47Speaker 4: over the world, not just South America, they're sending criminals
- 11:51Speaker 4: into the United States of America. They're taking their drug dealers,
- 11:55Speaker 4: and there people in jail, lots of people in jail.
- 11:59Speaker 4: They take their murderers, they killers, they're taking them all
- 12:02Speaker 4: and they're sending them into the United States. And Venezuela
- 12:05Speaker 4: crime is down a staggering sixty seven percent because if
- 12:10Speaker 4: you go to Caracas, if you go to different places,
- 12:13Speaker 4: they're sending their criminals into the United States.
- 12:16Speaker 2: It's a horrible thing.
- 12:17Speaker 4: And that's happening all over the world, many many places,
- 12:20Speaker 4: many countries. We're not gonna let it continue. We're gonna
- 12:24Speaker 4: get them out. We're gonna bring our country back to safety.
- 12:26Speaker 4: We're gonna make America great again, greater than ever before,
- 12:30Speaker 4: Thank you very much.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Donald Trump.
- 12:33Speaker 1: They're making it clear you think you're gonna get away
- 12:35Speaker 1: with this, Yeah, you're not. You're not gonna get away
- 12:39Speaker 1: with this. There's no chance we're gonna let you get
- 12:42Speaker 1: away with this. And if you think you can walk
- 12:45Speaker 1: out there and Jedi mind trick the American people to
- 12:48Speaker 1: make them believe you're going to stop this massive flow
- 12:51Speaker 1: at the border, well, NBC News is saying it's not
- 12:53Speaker 1: going to. Donald Trump is saying it's not going to.
- 12:56Speaker 2: They're like that, they never agree.
- 12:59Speaker 1: But even when the President was talking about this, he
- 13:02Speaker 1: was also like, hey, I'm a do gooder. He went
- 13:06Speaker 1: back to one of the things that happened under the
- 13:08Speaker 1: Obama administration where you would separate miners from parents, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: many times you would do this so that you could
- 13:14Speaker 1: find out if there were actually the parents, and we
- 13:16Speaker 1: used to do DNA tests, which we don't do anymore,
- 13:18Speaker 1: to find out that if the people coming across the
- 13:21Speaker 1: border were the kids, were actually their kids. Now, Joe
- 13:25Speaker 1: Biden came out today making it clear on this issue, well,
- 13:27Speaker 1: I'm not going to separate the children from the parents, right,
- 13:30Speaker 1: trying to hit Donald Trump for this, even though it
- 13:32Speaker 1: was an Obama Biden policy.
- 13:36Speaker 5: I'll never separate children from their families at the border.
- 13:39Speaker 5: Im I banned people from this country because of the religious.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Beliefs going through the list, right, that other guy, he's
- 13:45Speaker 1: a bigot. Yeah, I'm a nice guy. I'm a good guy.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I'm the one you should be happy and proud of
- 13:50Speaker 1: because I'm the one that's getting everything done. I'm the
- 13:52Speaker 1: one that making you know, I would never say people
- 13:55Speaker 1: couldn't come here because of their religious beliefs. Meanwhile, he's
- 13:58Speaker 1: like hardcore anti Jewish. Just throw that out there. Bill Malusian,
- 14:02Speaker 1: by the way, also came out with a report over
- 14:05Speaker 1: at Fox News Channel two clips I want to play
- 14:08Speaker 1: for you. Listen to this first one about the illegals
- 14:10Speaker 1: flooding into this country under Biden's watch. Even with this,
- 14:15Speaker 1: even with this executive order, which he's also saying statistically
- 14:19Speaker 1: will be meaningless.
- 14:20Speaker 6: The bottom line is the Biden administration has to change
- 14:24Speaker 6: the feel down here at the border. Right now, all
- 14:26Speaker 6: these people are coming in with no fear of removal,
- 14:29Speaker 6: no fear of deportation. If we can pull up this
- 14:31Speaker 6: video I shot early this morning. This was like two
- 14:33Speaker 6: am out here right where I'm standing in Hakumba. This
- 14:35Speaker 6: is part of a group of a few hundred that
- 14:37Speaker 6: crossed illegally here. I watched them as they walked to
- 14:40Speaker 6: this border wall right behind me and started posing for
- 14:43Speaker 6: selfies and pictures in front.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Of our border wall.
- 14:46Speaker 6: As if it's like a tourist attraction and a great
- 14:49Speaker 6: background for their TikToker Instagram photos. It was just remarkable
- 14:53Speaker 6: to see that there really is. Some of them just
- 14:56Speaker 6: think it's kind of like a joke, Like we ask them,
- 14:58Speaker 6: you know this is illegal, right, and they giggle when
- 15:00Speaker 6: they laugh at us, Yeah we know. I say, you
- 15:02Speaker 6: don't care, and they go they shrug and they smile.
- 15:04Speaker 6: They are not worried about being sent back to where
- 15:07Speaker 6: they came from.
- 15:09Speaker 1: They are not worried about being sent back to where
- 15:12Speaker 1: they came from. At the end of the day, that's
- 15:16Speaker 1: really all that matters. And the point that Millusion is
- 15:20Speaker 1: making there is a I mean a perfect brilliant point
- 15:28Speaker 1: until something changes at the border where they feel something different.
- 15:32Speaker 2: What are we doing here?
- 15:35Speaker 1: And let's talk about the numbers here, right, Like how
- 15:38Speaker 1: many people are being deported under Joe Biden.
- 15:41Speaker 6: Deportation numbers are significantly lower than what the Trump administrations were.
- 15:46Speaker 6: And keep in mind only a fraction of people came
- 15:49Speaker 6: in under Trump at what we're seeing now.
- 15:50Speaker 2: And one last point to make.
- 15:52Speaker 6: Both President Biden and DHS Secretary My Orcis have said
- 15:56Speaker 6: multiple times that they believe just being in the United
- 15:59Speaker 6: States I legally should not be grounds alone for being deported.
- 16:03Speaker 6: It would be interesting to hear some reporters ask them
- 16:06Speaker 6: do they still stand behind that, because how is that
- 16:08Speaker 6: not a come on insign you know?
- 16:11Speaker 2: Yea, by the way, that's how you know.
- 16:14Speaker 1: And the point that Bill Malushian just said there, why
- 16:17Speaker 1: they're laughing and smirking and kind of chuckling at the idea,
- 16:20Speaker 1: like hey, you guys know you're breaking the law, right,
- 16:23Speaker 1: like right, you know that you know that you're breaking
- 16:28Speaker 1: the law. And they kind of laugh and chuckle because
- 16:32Speaker 1: they don't have to worry. The president can sit there
- 16:35Speaker 1: on national TV as he announces today and just straight
- 16:38Speaker 1: up lie to you. He said today, quote, I'm still
- 16:41Speaker 1: fighting to secure our border.
- 16:43Speaker 2: No you're not. You're the guy that opened it wide
- 16:45Speaker 2: up on purpose.
- 16:47Speaker 5: My very first day as President, I introduced a comprehensive
- 16:51Speaker 5: immigration reform plan to fix to fix our broken's system,
- 16:55Speaker 5: secure our border, provide a pathways for citizens, for Dreamers,
- 16:59Speaker 5: and more. And I'm still fighting to get that done.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I mean, what else do you need to hear?
- 17:08Speaker 4: Like?
- 17:08Speaker 1: That is the ballgame, folks, I'm still fighting to secure
- 17:13Speaker 1: our border. You inherited a secure border, you undid all
- 17:17Speaker 1: of it deliberately on purpose to flood the country with
- 17:22Speaker 1: twenty plus million illegal immigrants. And Biden, by the way,
- 17:27Speaker 1: announces this asylum is still available to the millions of
- 17:31Speaker 1: illegals that are in this country right now.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Now he says it's thousands.
- 17:35Speaker 1: He's lying to you because he and I maybe he's
- 17:38Speaker 1: so far gone that he doesn't even know the numbers.
- 17:42Speaker 1: That's an option. Otherwise, whoever wrote this knew they were
- 17:45Speaker 1: deliberately lying to you, the American people.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Today, I'm announcing actions to bar migrants who cross our
- 17:51Speaker 5: southern border unlawfully from receiving asylum. Migrants will be restricted
- 17:57Speaker 5: from receiving asylum at our southern or unless they seek
- 18:01Speaker 5: it after entering through an established lawful process, and those
- 18:05Speaker 5: who seek come to the United States legally. For example,
- 18:08Speaker 5: by making an appointment and coming to a port of entry,
- 18:11Speaker 5: asylum will still be available to them, still available.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So don't come. But if you do come, we're not
- 18:18Speaker 1: going to be mean to you. That's the takeaway here.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Don't show up, but maybe show up, and if you
- 18:25Speaker 1: already showed up, then we're going to take care of you.
- 18:27Speaker 1: So this goes back to what I said with NBC News.
- 18:32Speaker 1: All this is is the President United States America. Try
- 18:36Speaker 1: to check a box that something changed before election day
- 18:39Speaker 1: so people won't be so angry with him.
- 18:42Speaker 2: That's all it is.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Now I want to turn to something else that deals
- 18:47Speaker 1: with the campaign, and it's the money side of things.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Number one rule is Washington, DC. And I mean it
- 18:54Speaker 1: when I say this. They hate Okay, I can't tell
- 18:58Speaker 1: you how much they hate it. God do they hate secrets.
- 19:03Speaker 1: They hate secrets. And in the summer of twenty twenty,
- 19:08Speaker 1: when a blandly named entity called the Impetus Fund received
- 19:16Speaker 1: a sixty four million dollar donation from a single anonymous source,
- 19:22Speaker 1: it touched off a guessing game with broad political implications.
- 19:27Speaker 1: That single anonymous donation, which was routed through a series
- 19:32Speaker 1: of accounts to clearly hide the origins of the money
- 19:36Speaker 1: eventually would be used to help Joe Biden defeat Donald
- 19:40Speaker 1: Trump in the twenty twenty presidential election cycle. Critics say
- 19:45Speaker 1: it has come to illustrate how bad the system is
- 19:50Speaker 1: of funding elections, and yet the money's still flowing in.
- 19:54Speaker 1: But this time it's flowing in not to Donald Trump,
- 19:58Speaker 1: but to Joe Biden. Take a listen to this from
- 20:03Speaker 1: CBS News exposing how much dark money is coming into
- 20:07Speaker 1: the Biden campaign.
- 20:09Speaker 7: CBS News Investigation is shedding light on dark money in
- 20:13Speaker 7: political campaigns and the role they're already playing in.
- 20:15Speaker 3: This year's election.
- 20:17Speaker 7: Those are donations that are made where the source and
- 20:19Speaker 7: the donor are undisclosed. CBS News investigative reporter Daniel Kleidman
- 20:24Speaker 7: has been following the story, and he is here with
- 20:26Speaker 7: us now in Studio fifty seven to explain what he found.
- 20:29Speaker 7: Always great to have you, Daniel. You write about a
- 20:32Speaker 7: single anonymous donation of sixty four million dollars that help
- 20:37Speaker 7: Joe Biden get elected in twenty twenty. What do we
- 20:39Speaker 7: know about the source of that funding and how it
- 20:41Speaker 7: was made its way into the primary Biden superpack.
- 20:45Speaker 8: Well, we know almost nothing about the source of that funding,
- 20:48Speaker 8: which is why.
- 20:50Speaker 2: This is an important story. Look, in July.
- 20:54Speaker 8: Of twenty twenty, a five oh one C four taxis
- 21:00Speaker 8: organization that no one had ever heard of just kind
- 21:02Speaker 8: of popped up out of the blue and received a
- 21:04Speaker 8: donation for sixty four million dollars from a single anonymous source.
- 21:09Speaker 8: That is a staggering amount of money. Most people believe
- 21:13Speaker 8: it came from one very wealthy pro Biden individual, but
- 21:18Speaker 8: it could have come from another entity, from a privately
- 21:22Speaker 8: held corporation, or from an LLC, but we just don't know.
- 21:27Speaker 2: That money then moved.
- 21:30Speaker 8: From the impetus fund, which was this five oh one
- 21:33Speaker 8: C four, to the nonprofit arm of the main Biden
- 21:39Speaker 8: super pac called Future Forward USA Action.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Now five o one C fours.
- 21:45Speaker 8: These these taxi gen organizations, they don't have to say
- 21:49Speaker 8: who their donors are. But a few weeks later in October,
- 21:55Speaker 8: just before the election, sixty million dollars was moved from
- 21:59Speaker 8: Future Forward USA Action to Future Forward which is the
- 22:03Speaker 8: Biden super pack. Super packs do have to disclose who
- 22:08Speaker 8: their donors are, but the donor in this case was
- 22:11Speaker 8: their nonprofit are right, which we know. No one knows
- 22:16Speaker 8: what Future Forward USA Action is or who's behind that,
- 22:19Speaker 8: And so you know, good government groups and people who
- 22:23Speaker 8: are concerned about the lack of transparency in the system
- 22:26Speaker 8: are really concerned about this trend, which has been going
- 22:29Speaker 8: on for quite a while now, because voters can't assess
- 22:33Speaker 8: what are the interests in the agendas that lie behind
- 22:36Speaker 8: all of that money. An individual who gives sixty four
- 22:39Speaker 8: million dollars to a political cause likely want something in
- 22:44Speaker 8: return for that, but we don't know what that would be.
- 22:47Speaker 2: We don't know what that would be.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Oh, I bet you we could figure it out, CBS News.
- 22:52Speaker 2: If you guys actually got your heads out of your
- 22:55Speaker 2: rear end, you've got a sixty four.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Million dollar mystery that if you guys did a little digging,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I have a feeling you could say, hey, we know
- 23:06Speaker 1: where the money came from. Not only do we know
- 23:09Speaker 1: where the money came from, but we understand how easy
- 23:14Speaker 1: it is for.
- 23:15Speaker 2: This to influence the election.
- 23:17Speaker 1: And I bet you could even tell us exactly what
- 23:21Speaker 1: the person does want in return.
- 23:24Speaker 2: You could also start, by the.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Way, with just like how many people could actually even
- 23:28Speaker 1: write a check?
- 23:31Speaker 2: Right?
- 23:31Speaker 1: How many people could even write a check for sixty
- 23:36Speaker 1: four million dollars? That list has got to be incredibly short.
- 23:42Speaker 1: That list has got to be a list that if
- 23:46Speaker 1: you look at it, you could figure it out, and
- 23:48Speaker 1: then you could also figure out what they actually wanted
- 23:52Speaker 1: in return. Like I mean, give me a break if
- 23:57Speaker 1: you think this isn't the reality of the situation. Most
- 24:01Speaker 1: speculative individuals in the quote political Money Air believe the
- 24:07Speaker 1: money originated with a single super wealthy Biden supporter of Okay, well,
- 24:11Speaker 1: how many those can run a sixty four million dollar check?
- 24:13Speaker 2: This is coming from.
- 24:13Speaker 1: CBS News, but it can also have come from a
- 24:16Speaker 1: privately held company or a shell corporation, an increasingly common
- 24:20Speaker 1: tactic used by well well healed donors seeking to add
- 24:24Speaker 1: layers of eminity to their political You know, process, sixty
- 24:31Speaker 1: four million dollars comes into the Biden campaign and all
- 24:35Speaker 1: they tell you is, well, dark money's bad, but we
- 24:37Speaker 1: don't know where the money came from. Okay, we've done
- 24:39Speaker 1: our special report. We've said everything we need to say here,
- 24:44Speaker 1: nothing else to see here, Let's just move on down
- 24:48Speaker 1: the road. By the way, you think any other news
- 24:50Speaker 1: organizations are going to cover this? Of course not right,
- 24:55Speaker 1: of course not. We're not going to know any of
- 25:01Speaker 1: this represent a Barrymore. By the way, just to put
- 25:06Speaker 1: this into another perspective, he was asking the Attorney General
- 25:11Speaker 1: Garland about the corruption and this goes back to the
- 25:13Speaker 1: media not doing their job as well. And he said,
- 25:17Speaker 1: what you guys are doing with the justice system politicizing
- 25:20Speaker 1: it under your watch, he said, the system is losing
- 25:25Speaker 1: all credibility, referring to our DOJ. Listen to Representative Barrymore,
- 25:31Speaker 1: Republican from Alabama talking to the Attorney General Garland, and.
- 25:36Speaker 9: I think that it is being evaluated by really you're
- 25:39Speaker 9: talking about fundraising and related to something that happened in
- 25:42Speaker 9: New York.
- 25:42Speaker 10: I'm talking about a jury verdie anywhere in the political world,
- 25:45Speaker 10: if you're indoubted.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Normally does campaign over.
- 25:48Speaker 10: If you're convicted of felonies, you are certainly you can
- 25:51Speaker 10: consider your campaign over. Why would the American people, thirty
- 25:53Speaker 10: percent who had never donated to a campaign give two
- 25:56Speaker 10: hundred million, two million dollars to a man that you
- 25:58Speaker 10: just charged with thirty four fellas who.
- 26:00Speaker 9: Are asking me a political question that I am not qualifying.
- 26:03Speaker 10: I'm telling you, sir, we're making the justice system political.
- 26:07Speaker 10: That's what's going on in America, and the people are
- 26:08Speaker 10: waking up. It's not us saying it here, not the
- 26:11Speaker 10: weaponization of government here, it's the roots of America asking
- 26:15Speaker 10: us those very questions. And when you convict a man,
- 26:17Speaker 10: or at least try to convict a man and charge
- 26:19Speaker 10: a man, and they donate two hundred million dollars and
- 26:21Speaker 10: forty eight hours, Sir, they're sending a signal they have
- 26:23Speaker 10: lost all trust in this system.
- 26:25Speaker 9: I think we all have a responsibility to respect jury verdicts.
- 26:28Speaker 9: And the failure to respect jury verdict it's the.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Way that we arrive at the verdict. I think that's
- 26:32Speaker 2: the problem, and the American.
- 26:33Speaker 10: People see it, sir, And under your watch, the system
- 26:36Speaker 10: is losing credibility. It concerns me for this country and
- 26:39Speaker 10: certainly for the future of the direction of the Department
- 26:41Speaker 10: of Justice.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Well that Misschairman Ill you'll back.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I love by the way he talked about that with
- 26:45Speaker 1: the Attorney General Merrick Garland deserves to be held accountable
- 26:49Speaker 1: for his correct ways.
- 26:51Speaker 2: You know.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Biden, by the way out there calling Donald Trump a
- 26:55Speaker 1: convicted felon, they're now pontificating on the left.
- 26:59Speaker 2: This isn't a joe that.
- 27:01Speaker 1: They may be alienating alienated convicted felons in America. So
- 27:05Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is actually worried now apparently about using
- 27:08Speaker 1: it too much. This is who they're going after with
- 27:11Speaker 1: their votes.
- 27:12Speaker 11: Meanwhile, let's talk a little bit about Joe Biden.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Joe's going to be.
- 27:15Speaker 11: Our president rather, is going to be flying to Normandy
- 27:19Speaker 11: later today for the commemoration of the adient anniversary of
- 27:22Speaker 11: D Day. What's interesting is apparently on Monday, he behind
- 27:28Speaker 11: closed doors at a fundraising event, he let foreign President
- 27:32Speaker 11: Donald Trump have it. For the first time ever, he
- 27:36Speaker 11: referred to him as a convicted felon who essentially snapped
- 27:41Speaker 11: after he lost in twenty twenty. Some of the campaign
- 27:44Speaker 11: remarks quoted include this, folks, the campaign entered uncharted territory
- 27:49Speaker 11: last week. For the first time in American history, a
- 27:51Speaker 11: former president that is, a convicted felon, is now seeking
- 27:54Speaker 11: the office of the presidency. This isn't the same Trump
- 27:57Speaker 11: who got elected in twenty sixty.
- 28:00Speaker 2: He's worse.
- 28:01Speaker 11: That's different than Friday when he kind of danced around
- 28:04Speaker 11: it and never alluded to that. But as we said
- 28:07Speaker 11: on the couch and have been projecting for a while,
- 28:11Speaker 11: if he were convicted, and he was, they're going to
- 28:13Speaker 11: hang convicted felon around him, and every time they talk
- 28:16Speaker 11: about him, it's going to be like a brand name.
- 28:17Speaker 12: Well, the numbers don't lie, and the verdict has energized
- 28:20Speaker 12: the Trump supporters. He raised in May alone one hundred
- 28:23Speaker 12: and forty one million dollars. More than a third came
- 28:27Speaker 12: from online donations in twenty four hours after the verdict.
- 28:30Speaker 12: That's fifty three million dollars. And listen to this, twenty
- 28:32Speaker 12: five percent of the donors were first time contributors.
- 28:36Speaker 2: So he won last month. He's got just one May,
- 28:40Speaker 2: and that was the big liability.
- 28:41Speaker 13: You don't argue, well, you're not going to rinse as
- 28:43Speaker 13: much as the Democrats. I think that's an old story.
- 28:45Speaker 13: Now you know it's also risky and believe.
- 28:48Speaker 2: It or not, I got this in the New York Times.
- 28:50Speaker 13: I didn't realize this, but there's so many convicted felons
- 28:52Speaker 13: out there that maybe they had an addiction, or they
- 28:55Speaker 13: feel they were unjustly charged, or they had an indiscretion
- 28:58Speaker 13: of their younger life, and they feel as though, you know,
- 29:00Speaker 13: not being able to vote, even though the president can
- 29:02Speaker 13: vote in Florida, not being able to vote, not being
- 29:04Speaker 13: able to travel to certain places. This is a skull.
- 29:07Speaker 13: What do they live with? And it's the numbers like
- 29:09Speaker 13: seventy million. And when you start ripping the president, you're
- 29:12Speaker 13: a convicted villain. You're a convicted vlian. Are you this
- 29:14Speaker 13: is a question, now are you alienating a lot of
- 29:16Speaker 13: those people say this case doesn't make any sense.
- 29:20Speaker 2: And this happened to me.
- 29:21Speaker 13: Whether it was legitimate or not, whether you're found innocent
- 29:23Speaker 13: or not, whether you add a discretion, but you now
- 29:25Speaker 13: when your sixties and seventies and you still got this
- 29:27Speaker 13: hanging over your head and your kids are embarrassed by
- 29:29Speaker 13: your family's embarrassed.
- 29:30Speaker 3: But Bran, it's not just a question. These were supposed
- 29:34Speaker 3: to be the Democrats people.
- 29:36Speaker 1: They I love that point. These were supposed to be
- 29:38Speaker 1: the Democrats people. And now they're like, oh, well, we
- 29:42Speaker 1: may be alienating them. So maybe we don't want to
- 29:45Speaker 1: be calling Trumpet fell In too much, or we need
- 29:48Speaker 1: to be careful where we say it or when we
- 29:50Speaker 1: say it, because if we say it too much, it
- 29:52Speaker 1: might alienate too many of our voters.
- 29:55Speaker 2: You cannot make this up.
- 29:56Speaker 1: They are the party of lawlessness and now they're actually
- 29:59Speaker 1: admitting the the party of felons.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Just let that sink in
- 30:04Speaker 1: Don't forget to share this podcast with your family and
- 30:06Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow
