- 0:01Speaker 1: Center nights to be back here in our home studio.
- 0:04Speaker 1: We've done some of these on the road recently, but
- 0:05Speaker 1: it's going to be back here. And the American people
- 0:08Speaker 1: were told a story this week that a special counsel
- 0:12Speaker 1: is gonna get appointed to look into Hunter Biden to
- 0:15Speaker 1: Biden crimes. I feel like we're getting screwed here. I'm
- 0:18Speaker 1: not buying this your reaction.
- 0:21Speaker 2: You're right. It is an utter and complete croc It
- 0:24Speaker 2: is a cover up.
- 0:27Speaker 3: You ought to be pissed at this announcement because this
- 0:30Speaker 3: is an announcement that is cynical. It is cynical from
- 0:33Speaker 3: Merrick Garland, it is cynical from Joe Biden.
- 0:36Speaker 2: It's illegal, and it's.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Designed to cover up wrongdoing, cover up wrongdoing of Hunter Biden,
- 0:43Speaker 3: cover up wrongdoing of Joe Biden, and cover up wrongdoing
- 0:46Speaker 3: of Merrick Garland.
- 0:48Speaker 2: This is entirely.
- 0:49Speaker 3: About appearing to enforce the law while at the same
- 0:54Speaker 3: time obstructing investigations into doing that.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You said it's illegal by law to become a special counsel.
- 1:01Speaker 4: You have to, and I'm going to quote it.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Be a lawyer with a reputation for integrity and impartial
- 1:07Speaker 1: decision making conduct investigations expeditiously and thoroughly.
- 1:13Speaker 4: I read that.
- 1:14Speaker 1: And the guy who let the statute of limitations run
- 1:16Speaker 1: out on the most serious financial crimes tax crimes is
- 1:20Speaker 1: the guy that they're now saying is impartial and is
- 1:22Speaker 1: going to run this as a special prosecutor. He also
- 1:24Speaker 1: said he could do all the things are now giving
- 1:26Speaker 1: the power to do before. So why even appoint him.
- 1:30Speaker 2: For political cover?
- 1:32Speaker 3: This is entirely political cover, and this is entirely obstruction.
- 1:36Speaker 2: There's even more directories.
- 1:38Speaker 3: And look, you raise a point why David Wise is
- 1:40Speaker 3: an exceptionally poor choice for this, But there's an even
- 1:43Speaker 3: more straightforward reason why this is an illegal choice. So
- 1:46Speaker 3: the Department of Justice has regulations that govern special counsels,
- 1:50Speaker 3: and when you appoint special counsels, and here's what Section
- 1:53Speaker 3: six hundred point three of the regulation state quote, the
- 1:57Speaker 3: special council shall be selected from outside the United States government.
- 2:05Speaker 3: David Weiss is the sitting US Attorney for Delaware. He
- 2:08Speaker 3: is not outside the US government. Under the Department of
- 2:11Speaker 3: Justices regulations, his appointment is illegal. Now, I suppose Merrick
- 2:16Speaker 3: Garland can rest comfortable because he's doing something illegal, But
- 2:20Speaker 3: those same regulations section six hundred point ten makes clear
- 2:25Speaker 3: that no one can sue Merrick Garland for refusing to
- 2:28Speaker 3: follow his own regulations. So why is he doing it?
- 2:32Speaker 3: Why is he appointing someone who's, on his face illegal.
- 2:36Speaker 3: The reason is he wants this guy. He wants this
- 2:39Speaker 3: guy because he doesn't meet the provision that you just read.
- 2:42Speaker 3: He's not fair and impartial. He's not going to vigorously
- 2:45Speaker 3: prosecute the case. And how do we know this because
- 2:48Speaker 3: for five years we've seen the job he's done. He
- 2:51Speaker 3: hasn't vigorously prosecuted the case. And in fact, to the contrary,
- 2:56Speaker 3: David Weiss has slow walked this investigation for five years.
- 3:02Speaker 2: For Pete's sakes.
- 3:03Speaker 3: We have pictures and video of Hunter Biden with prostitutes
- 3:07Speaker 3: and crack and a gun, and they're trying to prove
- 3:11Speaker 3: that he had a gun while using drugs. Like at
- 3:14Speaker 3: some point the Keystone cops can figure it out. And
- 3:17Speaker 3: it's not that they couldn't figure this out. They didn't
- 3:20Speaker 3: want to figure this out, so they they spend five
- 3:24Speaker 3: years investigating. Then what they do, and you pointed out
- 3:29Speaker 3: this is one of the most shocking aspects of it.
- 3:32Speaker 3: David Weiss allows the statute of limitations to expire on
- 3:37Speaker 3: the twenty fourteen and twenty fifteen tax offenses. Those were
- 3:40Speaker 3: by far the most serious tax offenses.
- 3:41Speaker 1: From a lawyer's perspective, I want to know when you're
- 3:44Speaker 1: doing a case, and I think so many people may
- 3:46Speaker 1: not understand this. You look at what you're looking at
- 3:49Speaker 1: when you're charging some of the crimes. That's I'm assuming
- 3:52Speaker 1: that's normal, and you would look at the statute of limitations.
- 3:55Speaker 4: It's not like they would sneak up on you.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So correct, you know it absolutely the statute limitations for
- 3:59Speaker 3: the I'm here with six years, so you know when
- 4:02Speaker 3: the statute limitations is going to expire. Now, the IRS
- 4:05Speaker 3: whistleblowers have said that Weiss initially inquired about prosecuting those crimes.
- 4:12Speaker 3: One of them would have to be in the Central
- 4:13Speaker 3: District of California because you had to bring the crimes
- 4:15Speaker 3: the prosecution where the crime occurred. Another would have to
- 4:18Speaker 3: be in DC, and according to the IRS whistleblowers, the
- 4:21Speaker 3: US attorneys in d C and the Central District California
- 4:24Speaker 3: said no. Now, Merrick Garland told the United States Senate
- 4:28Speaker 3: under oath in response to my questioning, that Weiss had
- 4:31Speaker 3: all the authority to bring those cases a corner to
- 4:35Speaker 3: the irs whistleblowers.
- 4:36Speaker 2: That was a lie.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Weiss then came back and said, no, no, no, I had
- 4:43Speaker 3: all the authority to bring those cases. So if Weiss
- 4:48Speaker 3: is telling the truth, then he chose not to bring
- 4:52Speaker 3: the cases and he chose to let the statute limitations expire.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And what that means is you can't prosecute Hunter for
- 5:00Speaker 3: those crimes anymore because the statute has expired. But it's
- 5:03Speaker 3: worse than that, and it's worse than that, doubly it over.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Number one, it's not just the tax offenses in twenty
- 5:12Speaker 3: fourteen and twenty fifteen that have expired, you know, all
- 5:16Speaker 3: the criminal conduct and corruption, the twenty million dollars that
- 5:19Speaker 3: was paid to Biden family members and associates while Joe
- 5:23Speaker 3: Biden was president.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Keyword Wiley was the vice president right.
- 5:26Speaker 3: And to be clear, our last podcast went a deep
- 5:29Speaker 3: dive into that. If you didn't listen to Friday's podcast,
- 5:33Speaker 3: go back and listen to it, because we walk through
- 5:35Speaker 3: what the House has put out now bank Wrecords, Wired
- 5:38Speaker 3: wrecords more than twenty million dollars paid to Biden inc.
- 5:43Speaker 3: To all the Biden family members and associates while Joe
- 5:46Speaker 3: Biden was vice president. You know what, the Statute Limitations
- 5:49Speaker 3: has run on all of that, every minute of Joe
- 5:54Speaker 3: Biden's vice Presidency's now miraculously, gosh, the statute is run.
- 5:58Speaker 3: And why is the statute on? Because David Weiss wanted
- 6:01Speaker 3: it to run and we know that. And we know
- 6:04Speaker 3: that because and the single most stunning thing the IRS
- 6:08Speaker 3: whistleblower said that almost no one has commented on the
- 6:12Speaker 3: IRIS whistleblowers said that Hunter Biden's attorneys said to David Weiss,
- 6:17Speaker 3: will toll the Statute of limitations. Now, what does it
- 6:20Speaker 3: mean to toll? To toll the Statute of limitations means
- 6:23Speaker 3: a defendant agrees, okay, you could extend it, you can
- 6:26Speaker 3: prosecute me beyond. We can just put a pause on
- 6:29Speaker 3: the Statute of Limitations. And Hunter's lawyers were doing this
- 6:32Speaker 3: because they were trying to negotiate a global plea deal,
- 6:36Speaker 3: a sweetheart deal. And what the IRS whistleblower said is
- 6:39Speaker 3: that David Weise said, no, no, that's okay, you don't
- 6:42Speaker 3: need to toll the Statute of limitations. I'll just let
- 6:45Speaker 3: him expire. I'll give you a get out of jail
- 6:48Speaker 3: free card. That's what he did. That is a stunning statement.
- 6:52Speaker 3: No prosecutor would do this. And so for five years,
- 6:57Speaker 3: David Weiss has been covering up, he's been obstructing.
- 6:59Speaker 2: And let's be clear.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Those IRS whistleblowers, their testimony is that lawyers who worked
- 7:04Speaker 3: for David Weiss obstructed this investigation from day one. They
- 7:10Speaker 3: gave Hunter Biden the heads up before they questioned him,
- 7:13Speaker 3: to let him prepare for the questioning. They gave Hunter
- 7:15Speaker 3: Biden the heads up before they executed search warrants to
- 7:18Speaker 3: let him presumably destroy incriminating evidence. They prohibited investigators from
- 7:27Speaker 3: asking any questions about Joe Biden, about the big guy,
- 7:31Speaker 3: about his dad. They said, nope, no, you're not allowed
- 7:33Speaker 3: to ask. Not allowed to ask, not allowed to ask.
- 7:35Speaker 3: They viewed their job as protecting the big guy. They
- 7:38Speaker 3: blocked those off. They also, according to the IRS whistleblowers,
- 7:42Speaker 3: prohibited investigators from examining GPS data to determine whether Joe
- 7:48Speaker 3: Biden was sitting next to Hunter Biden when Hunter Biden
- 7:52Speaker 3: sent the text to the senior Chinese Communist official saying
- 7:55Speaker 3: I am sitting here next to my father and shaking
- 7:59Speaker 3: him down for five million.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Dollars and within ten days they got the money.
- 8:02Speaker 3: And within ten days they got the money. We know
- 8:04Speaker 3: the text was sent or the whatsapped encrypted message was sent,
- 8:07Speaker 3: and we know that five times in that text, Hunter
- 8:11Speaker 3: says he and his father that he's doing it on
- 8:13Speaker 3: behalf of his father. It was a simple matter to say, well,
- 8:17Speaker 3: Hunter says twice in that text, he's sitting next to
- 8:20Speaker 3: his father. Was he sitting next to his father? We
- 8:22Speaker 3: can compare the GPS data. Is Joe sitting next to him?
- 8:26Speaker 3: And what did David Weiss and his lawyers say? No, No,
- 8:28Speaker 3: you're not allowed to know. It's like the Three monkeys
- 8:31Speaker 3: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. That's
- 8:34Speaker 3: just evil. They're covering it up. And so I got
- 8:37Speaker 3: to say, look, I look at this announcement and I'm pissed,
- 8:41Speaker 3: and let me make a movie analogy. You've seen The Untouchables,
- 8:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, one of the greatest movies of all time.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Can you imagine in The Untouchables if elliot Ness was
- 8:54Speaker 3: told the prosecutor for al Capone is gonna be al
- 9:00Speaker 3: Capone's accountant, Yeah, is gonna be the guy that covered
- 9:04Speaker 3: it up, that hit it all that stopped him from
- 9:06Speaker 3: being caught. He's the prosecutor. That's what Merrick Garland has done.
- 9:10Speaker 3: He's put someone who has been covering up for Joe
- 9:13Speaker 3: Biden for five years ostensibly in charge of the investigation.
- 9:18Speaker 1: There's also been some fodder online and I want to
- 9:20Speaker 1: know and I think I know the answer to this,
- 9:22Speaker 1: but I think a lot of people have been saying
- 9:24Speaker 1: this online.
- 9:24Speaker 4: I want you to clarify it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: There have been Democrats saying, well, hold on a second,
- 9:28Speaker 1: a special prosecutor is a very important deal.
- 9:30Speaker 4: It's a very big deal.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It could put them in serious risk, and it could
- 9:34Speaker 1: extend the statueentations.
- 9:35Speaker 4: That's not true.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Once it's run, the special prosecutor doesn't have any way
- 9:40Speaker 3: to magically revive the statute.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So it's not like because he's been named now he
- 9:43Speaker 1: can say, Okay, I'm going to go back and look
- 9:45Speaker 1: at all these things. The times up there's that stop
- 9:47Speaker 1: watches ended the games over on.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Those others, and I and many others called for a
- 9:52Speaker 3: special counsel set to be appointed two years ago, to
- 9:55Speaker 3: have a prosecutor that was actually vigorously investigating this. Merrick
- 9:59Speaker 3: Garland refused to do that, but in this case, it's
- 10:02Speaker 3: even more obstruction than that, because what's happened between those
- 10:06Speaker 3: two years is now David Weiss himself. There are real
- 10:09Speaker 3: allegations that he committed obstruction of justice. There are very
- 10:13Speaker 3: serious allegations that Merrick Garland lied under oath, which is
- 10:18Speaker 3: a felony, and obstructed justices into this investigation, which is
- 10:23Speaker 3: a felony. As you and I have talked about on Verdict,
- 10:26Speaker 3: the House of Representatives needs to have a hearing with
- 10:29Speaker 3: the irs whistleblower sitting there, with David Weiss sitting there,
- 10:32Speaker 3: and with Merrick Garland sitting there, because all of them
- 10:37Speaker 3: can't be telling the truth. If the whistleblowers are telling
- 10:40Speaker 3: the truth, then David Weiss and Merrick Garland are both
- 10:43Speaker 3: lying and both face criminal liability individually. Now, what Merrick
- 10:47Speaker 3: Garland has done is said, hey, who's one of the
- 10:50Speaker 3: key witnesses against me. Let me name him a special
- 10:53Speaker 3: council so then it'll look okay when he refuses to
- 10:56Speaker 3: testify to Congress.
- 10:57Speaker 2: This is about.
- 10:58Speaker 3: This is not just covering up Hunter and Joe Biden,
- 11:01Speaker 3: although it isn't a very significant respect covering up Hunter
- 11:04Speaker 3: and Joe Biden. This is Merrick Garland covering his own ass.
- 11:08Speaker 3: This is saying, who's the chief witness against me that
- 11:12Speaker 3: can show that I lied under oath and committed a felony. Well,
- 11:15Speaker 3: let me appoint him special counsel because I know he
- 11:18Speaker 3: will be complicit, And let me be clear. From the
- 11:24Speaker 3: IRS whistleblower's testimony, we don't know if David Weiss was
- 11:30Speaker 3: an active and aggressive partisan covering up for Hunter and
- 11:36Speaker 3: Joe Biden, if he himself was the one doing so,
- 11:41Speaker 3: or if he was simply complicit, if he was simply
- 11:44Speaker 3: so weak, Yeah, that he let the active, aggressive partisans
- 11:48Speaker 3: at Main Justice do so. It's not clear from the
- 11:51Speaker 3: IRS testimony who was the decider, although it's worth listening,
- 11:55Speaker 3: all right, So listen to one of the IRS whistleblowers
- 11:58Speaker 3: describe when he had enough with David Wise.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Give a listen.
- 12:03Speaker 5: The Justice Department allowed the president's political appoint to use
- 12:05Speaker 5: the weigh in on whether they charged the President's son
- 12:08Speaker 5: after United States Attorney for DC Matthew Graves, appointed by
- 12:12Speaker 5: President Biden, refused to bring charges. In March twenty twenty two,
- 12:15Speaker 5: I watched United States Attorney Wise tell a roomful of
- 12:18Speaker 5: senior FBI and IRS senior leaders on October seventh, twenty
- 12:22Speaker 5: twenty two, that he was not the deciding person on
- 12:24Speaker 5: whether charges were filed. That was my red line. I
- 12:29Speaker 5: had already seen a pattern of preferential treatment and obstruction
- 12:33Speaker 5: now United States. Wis was admitting that what the American
- 12:35Speaker 5: people believed based on the Attorney general sworn sworn statement
- 12:39Speaker 5: was false. I can no longer stay silent.
- 12:42Speaker 2: So listen.
- 12:43Speaker 3: He just said he'd seen a pattern a preferential treatment,
- 12:48Speaker 3: an obstruction, and he'd seen the Attorney General lie under oath.
- 12:52Speaker 3: He's alleging multiple felonies not just by Merrick Garland, but
- 12:56Speaker 3: implicitly by David Weiss as well. The pattern of obstruction
- 12:59Speaker 3: and what he describes with David Weis. It may be
- 13:03Speaker 3: and I don't know Weiss at all, never met the guy,
- 13:05Speaker 3: don't know anything about him personally. It may just be
- 13:09Speaker 3: that he's exceptionally weak, that he's a patsy, that he's
- 13:11Speaker 3: someone that Merrick Garland's like, Okay, we can stick him
- 13:14Speaker 3: in because yes, guy, because he'll just roll over, we
- 13:17Speaker 3: can bully him and he'll do whatever we want. That's possible,
- 13:20Speaker 3: or he himself might be a partisan. Now the corporate
- 13:24Speaker 3: media says till they're red in the face that Weiss
- 13:27Speaker 3: is a Donald Trump appointee.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Yeah, they've said that a thousand times.
- 13:31Speaker 3: And the nice thing is verdict listeners know the answer
- 13:34Speaker 3: to that, which is the way US attorneys are appointed.
- 13:37Speaker 3: You cannot be appointed US attorney without the sign off
- 13:41Speaker 3: of both senators from that state. Delaware has two senators,
- 13:44Speaker 3: both Democrats, Tom Carper and Chris Coon's hardcore liberals.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Let's be clear about that.
- 13:49Speaker 3: The only way David Weiss could be appointed is if
- 13:53Speaker 3: both Tom Carper and Chris Coon said yes, we sign off.
- 13:58Speaker 3: And so look, I don't have any affirmative evidence that
- 14:03Speaker 3: Weiss is a partisan Democrat.
- 14:04Speaker 2: He was not a big Democrat donor. There are others.
- 14:07Speaker 3: The US attorney in DC who turned down prosecuting Hunter,
- 14:11Speaker 3: he was a partisan Democrat who'd been a donor to
- 14:13Speaker 3: Joe Biden. The US attorney in the Central District, California
- 14:16Speaker 3: who turned down prosecuting Hunter. He was a partisan Democrat
- 14:20Speaker 3: who'd been a donor to Kamala Harris. We don't have
- 14:23Speaker 3: that same information on David Weiss. But we also don't
- 14:26Speaker 3: have any information that Weiss was a Republican was a
- 14:29Speaker 3: donor to Trump or any Republicans.
- 14:30Speaker 2: We don't have information on that.
- 14:33Speaker 3: We do know the two Democrats in Delaware signed off,
- 14:36Speaker 3: and Delaware is a very small state. It's a state
- 14:38Speaker 3: where the relevant players all know each other, so they
- 14:42Speaker 3: presumably knew what they were getting. And what we do
- 14:46Speaker 3: know is the job he has done, and the job
- 14:48Speaker 3: he has done has been disgraceful. This sweetheart deal that
- 14:53Speaker 3: was negotiated with Hunter was designed not only to be
- 14:57Speaker 3: a slap on the wrist to Hunter and get him off,
- 14:59Speaker 3: but the entire purpose was to protect the big guy.
- 15:02Speaker 2: It was a cover up of Joe Biden.
- 15:04Speaker 3: And this latest Special Council appointment is exactly that I
- 15:07Speaker 3: want to.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Tell you about our friends of Augusta Precious Medals real quick.
- 15:10Speaker 1: If you are planning for retirement, you're close to retirement.
- 15:13Speaker 1: In retirement, you know how important it is right now
- 15:16Speaker 1: to protect your assets and diversify well. All over the
- 15:19Speaker 1: world people are using gold and silver and they're using
- 15:22Speaker 1: them in their iras. Their four oh one k's right
- 15:24Speaker 1: here in this country. And that is why I want
- 15:26Speaker 1: you to know about august of Precious Medals. You've seen
- 15:29Speaker 1: what's been happening with our economy inflation. You've seen what's
- 15:31Speaker 1: happened with some bank failures this year as well, and
- 15:34Speaker 1: that's where gold and silver can come in to help
- 15:36Speaker 1: you protect your assets. Now, if you are in retirement,
- 15:40Speaker 1: you know there's no time to make up losses. That's
- 15:43Speaker 1: the other reason why you should call Augusta Precious Metals.
- 15:46Speaker 1: They're gonna do two things for you, and you call
- 15:48Speaker 1: number one. They're going to send you the information guide
- 15:50Speaker 1: on gold specifically with your IRA and your four O
- 15:53Speaker 1: one K. Then they're going to do a one on
- 15:56Speaker 1: one web conference with you to answer all of your
- 15:59Speaker 1: questions and so that you know if gold is right
- 16:02Speaker 1: for you in diversifying your hard earned dollars. Call them
- 16:07Speaker 1: right now eight seven seven the number four Gold IRA.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Eight seven seven the number four Gold IRA, or online
- 16:15Speaker 1: at Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Tell them I sent you,
- 16:20Speaker 1: and you'll get your fees from up to ten years
- 16:22Speaker 1: covered with a promo code Verdict Augusta Precious Metals dot
- 16:27Speaker 1: Com or eight seven seven the number four Gold IRA.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Two more questions on this center, I want to ask
- 16:32Speaker 1: you one. There seems to be a walking contradiction. Now
- 16:39Speaker 1: just to the fact they appointed Wise's special counsel. They
- 16:42Speaker 1: said he had all the power he needed to do
- 16:43Speaker 1: his job before. He said he had all that he
- 16:47Speaker 1: needed to do his job before. So if that was true,
- 16:50Speaker 1: and Garland was telling the truth and Wiss was telling
- 16:52Speaker 1: the truth, why then appoint him right now special prosecutor
- 16:56Speaker 1: when the fact that the matters.
- 16:57Speaker 4: You've said he didn't need this test to.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Do his j Does that open them up to even
- 17:02Speaker 1: more criticism about what they've been doing.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's pure politics.
- 17:06Speaker 3: This appointment was done so Merrick Garland can say, see,
- 17:09Speaker 3: we're being tough. I appointed a special counsel.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Does that mean by the fault they were being weak before?
- 17:13Speaker 2: Then?
- 17:13Speaker 3: Well he's trying to demonstrate. Look, I'm responding like holy crap.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Last week, the House released wires and bank records of
- 17:22Speaker 3: more than twenty million dollars paid to the family and
- 17:26Speaker 3: associates of Joe Biden while he was Vice president from
- 17:30Speaker 3: foreign nationals in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
- 17:33Speaker 2: That's a big damn deal.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Twenty million dollars and by the way, another eight million
- 17:37Speaker 3: dollars from Chinese communists in the few months after he
- 17:40Speaker 3: was vice president.
- 17:41Speaker 2: So twenty eight million dollars, and most.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Of that you're now saying sexul limitations wise has already disappeared.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Thanks to David Weiss. Nice job.
- 17:48Speaker 3: I mean, he did a great job of dragging his
- 17:50Speaker 3: feet long enough that he gave a significant degree of
- 17:54Speaker 3: immunity to everyone who broke the law here. But look
- 17:58Speaker 3: what we started off in this podcasts on it's worth
- 18:01Speaker 3: going back and reflecting on. I pointed out that under
- 18:04Speaker 3: the DOJ rules, David Weiss's appointment is illegal. The special
- 18:09Speaker 3: counsels designed to be someone from outside of government, and
- 18:12Speaker 3: that's not an accident. There's a right what does So
- 18:15Speaker 3: there's a reason for that. You appoint a special counsel
- 18:18Speaker 3: when there's a conflict of interest within the Department of Justice,
- 18:21Speaker 3: when it's not possible for DOJ to fairly investigate it,
- 18:25Speaker 3: you appoint someone from outside the government who can actually
- 18:29Speaker 3: take it on and be fair and impartial.
- 18:31Speaker 1: So that's calling a law firm a top person saying, hey,
- 18:34Speaker 1: what qualifies you for that?
- 18:36Speaker 3: So it's typically a former prosecutor who is outside of government,
- 18:40Speaker 3: who is usually of the opposing party. So for example,
- 18:44Speaker 3: think back to Bill Clinton when Bill Clinton, Janet Reno
- 18:47Speaker 3: is Attorney General. When she decided they needed to appoint
- 18:50Speaker 3: a special counsel, who did they appoint Ken Starr? Ken
- 18:54Speaker 3: Starr was a prominent Republican. He was not a friend
- 18:56Speaker 3: of Bill Clinton. He was not a crony of Bill Clinton.
- 18:59Speaker 3: He hadn't been signed off on by two Democrat senators
- 19:02Speaker 3: in Delaware. He didn't have five years of dragging his
- 19:05Speaker 3: feet and covering up Hunter Biden Joe Biden. The reason
- 19:08Speaker 3: the Special Council's rules say pick someone from out of
- 19:11Speaker 3: government is it should be someone who cannot reasonably and
- 19:15Speaker 3: plausibly be said is going to be a patsy for
- 19:19Speaker 3: the president and the party in power. You know who
- 19:21Speaker 3: they ought to point. They ought to point someone like
- 19:24Speaker 3: John Ratcliffe. John Ratcliffe's former acting US Attorney in Texas,
- 19:29Speaker 3: was head of the Department of National Intelligence, was a
- 19:31Speaker 3: US Congressman. Now John is a conservative Republican. John is
- 19:35Speaker 3: a real prosecutor. And by the way, if John Ratcliffe
- 19:39Speaker 3: were appointed Special counsel to investigate Merrick Garland for lying
- 19:45Speaker 3: under oath and obstruction of justice, to investigate Hunter Biden,
- 19:48Speaker 3: and most significantly, to investigate Joe Biden. If John Ratcliffe
- 19:53Speaker 3: were appointed, it would scare the living crap out of
- 19:57Speaker 3: Joe Biden, at a Hunter Biden, at a Merrick Gard,
- 20:00Speaker 3: out of every partisan Democrat, because you'd actually have a
- 20:03Speaker 3: prosecutor willing to follow the facts. And by the way,
- 20:05Speaker 3: I haven't talked to John about this, he has no idea.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I'm suggesting his name until this podcast comes out, and
- 20:10Speaker 3: then then I'll find out, presumably. But that's the kind
- 20:13Speaker 3: of person you to point, which is a serious prosecutor
- 20:18Speaker 3: on the other team. That's the whole point.
- 20:20Speaker 4: With a fresh set of eyes, it wasn't involved in
- 20:23Speaker 4: any of this, and.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Who has no credible argument that they're going to be
- 20:28Speaker 3: a patsy, They're going to be a rubber stamp that
- 20:30Speaker 3: they're going to cover up. Who doesn't have a political
- 20:33Speaker 3: reason to want to protect the president of the United States.
- 20:39Speaker 3: That's what the Special Council law is for. It's why
- 20:43Speaker 3: people don't like it because it can be it could
- 20:46Speaker 3: have real bite to it that when you put a
- 20:48Speaker 3: real prosecutor who is not your guy, bad things happen.
- 20:54Speaker 4: Let's break down the media aspect of this as well.
- 20:56Speaker 1: The media erupted this week when it came out there
- 20:59Speaker 1: was a special council appointed. They played it up as
- 21:02Speaker 1: a really big deal to look like there was some
- 21:04Speaker 1: sort of accountability here. Oh, if there is a crime
- 21:07Speaker 1: that's been committed by the Bidens, now it's going to
- 21:10Speaker 1: really be found.
- 21:11Speaker 4: Katherin Heritage at CBS said this, take a look.
- 21:14Speaker 6: Former federal prosecutor I spoke to just before this event
- 21:17Speaker 6: said to me, the appointment of a special counsel would
- 21:20Speaker 6: have the effect of delaying a resolution on the Hunter
- 21:23Speaker 6: Biden matter, in his opinion, and it would certainly delay
- 21:27Speaker 6: any anticipated testimony from the US Attorney in Delaware to
- 21:31Speaker 6: Republicans on Capitol Hill who have been seeking that testimony
- 21:35Speaker 6: for several months. So it's an extraordinary development considering where
- 21:39Speaker 6: the two parties were two weeks ago, to wrap up
- 21:43Speaker 6: this year's long case. Now to the appointment of a
- 21:45Speaker 6: special council that will have these broad authorities, most importantly
- 21:50Speaker 6: to continue this ongoing investigation.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Margaret, Now they say extraordinary. You noticed how the word
- 21:56Speaker 1: extraordinary was here. They were reporting on this like this
- 22:00Speaker 1: is a massive thing when they think they already know
- 22:02Speaker 1: the fix is in and that Weiss is already the
- 22:05Speaker 1: I mean the act like Weiss is somehow like a
- 22:07Speaker 1: new guy. He's the same guy that just did the
- 22:09Speaker 1: investigation that just allowed for the statute limitations to come out.
- 22:12Speaker 1: And you compare that to John and Turleiot Fox, who's
- 22:16Speaker 1: coming out saying this is not a big deal.
- 22:18Speaker 4: In fact, this is a cover up. Take a look.
- 22:20Speaker 7: I was not surprised, but I was not nearly as
- 22:24Speaker 7: delighted as I would have been two years ago when
- 22:27Speaker 7: many of us were calling for this appointment. They waited
- 22:31Speaker 7: for the appointment of a special counsel after the statue
- 22:35Speaker 7: limitations has run on critical crimes like the tax violations
- 22:41Speaker 7: in twenty fourteen twenty fifteen. They waited until Weiss himself
- 22:46Speaker 7: was accused of slowing our suppressing efforts. At least the
- 22:53Speaker 7: whistlebler suggested that he was not able to pursue cases
- 22:57Speaker 7: and didn't aggressively push back on that. A lot of
- 23:00Speaker 7: questions here. This is occurring as Congress is moving aggressively
- 23:06Speaker 7: to pursue some of these issues. This new status can
- 23:09Speaker 7: certainly slow that process down. Weiss was at the top
- 23:13Speaker 7: of the list of Congress to be brought in to
- 23:17Speaker 7: explain why did you allow the sessional limitations to run?
- 23:20Speaker 7: Why were Biden people tipped off about raids. Why was
- 23:25Speaker 7: there an interference with investigators and trying to interview Hunter Biden?
- 23:32Speaker 7: All of those questions are now likely to be delayed
- 23:35Speaker 7: before they are answered.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Now, he said delayed, and I think it was he's
- 23:39Speaker 1: saying exactly what you said. By the way, two years
- 23:41Speaker 1: ago you were calling for this, that was an honest
- 23:44Speaker 1: media assessment of what just happened here. But he also,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I think is foreshadowing, Hey, this could get delayed into
- 23:50Speaker 1: or even past the president's election where Joe Biden's up
- 23:53Speaker 1: for reelection.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Now, what are you saying? Something's happening in November of
- 23:56Speaker 2: next year.
- 23:56Speaker 4: Yes, something's happening.
- 23:58Speaker 3: And you're suggesting maybe the White House is aware of
- 24:00Speaker 3: that date of November next year. Yep, and maybe Merrick
- 24:03Speaker 3: Garland is as well. Yeah, and maybe all of the
- 24:07Speaker 3: press that are treating this as ooh look, how exciting. Yeah, yea,
- 24:09Speaker 3: a special counsel. Oh well, a year and a half.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Nothing more to see here. Let's go back to talking
- 24:14Speaker 3: about our favorite topic, which is the four hundred and
- 24:16Speaker 3: thirty seventh indictment of Donald Trump.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Yeah, with more coming this week, more than like that
- 24:20Speaker 1: at Atlanta.
- 24:21Speaker 3: I expect this week, we will be talking about indictment
- 24:23Speaker 3: number four of Donald Trump. Every time something bad comes
- 24:26Speaker 3: out about the Bidens, they indict Trump again. Look, Catherine
- 24:30Speaker 3: Herritge on CBS, I want to give her a shout out.
- 24:32Speaker 3: She is about the only reporter, I think, in the
- 24:35Speaker 3: entire tirety of the corporate media who is covering this.
- 24:40Speaker 3: So that is significant, and she's acknowledging. She acknowledged rightly
- 24:44Speaker 3: that this naming and why says special counsel is going
- 24:47Speaker 3: to delay everything. Turley said the same thing. They're both
- 24:50Speaker 3: exactly right, and that is not a bug, it's a feature.
- 24:54Speaker 3: It's the entire point, and it was striking when Merrick
- 24:58Speaker 3: Garland made this announcement, he took zero questions.
- 25:01Speaker 4: Yeah, just made the announcement. Walk off the state.
- 25:04Speaker 3: The appointment's illegal, but you know how, you don't get
- 25:06Speaker 3: questions on an illegal appointment. You don't take questions. I
- 25:09Speaker 3: am the king and the King can do no wrong.
- 25:12Speaker 3: That is Joe Biden's view, that is Merrick Garland's view.
- 25:15Speaker 3: It's good to be the king, screw the law. That's
- 25:18Speaker 3: how they are approaching this. And there still is not
- 25:22Speaker 3: a single Democratic cares final.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Question on this before we move the border, and that
- 25:26Speaker 1: is is there a chance that having this special prosecutor
- 25:31Speaker 1: appointed that it could actually hurt us from getting information
- 25:35Speaker 1: in Congress with the investigation that James Comer is doing,
- 25:39Speaker 1: Jim Jordan is doing, because they can say, hey, we
- 25:42Speaker 1: got a special prosecutor right now, we can't we can't
- 25:45Speaker 1: answer that question, we can't talk about this. I worry
- 25:48Speaker 1: that this actually can help them protect themselves from new
- 25:50Speaker 1: intel coming out in Congress.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Well, sure, that's that's that's their intention. We talked about
- 25:57Speaker 3: in the last podcast how Comer intends to subpoena Hunter
- 26:01Speaker 3: Biden and presumably Joe Biden. I don't think either one
- 26:04Speaker 3: of them is going to testify in the House, whether
- 26:06Speaker 3: or not yet a special counsel. Hunter Biden will plead
- 26:09Speaker 3: the fifth no lawyer with it worth assault would let
- 26:12Speaker 3: Hunter Biden answer questions At this point, the criminal liability
- 26:15Speaker 3: Hunter Biden is facing is significant. Joe Biden, he isn't
- 26:19Speaker 3: gonna do it. He's gonna scream malarkey and refuse to come.
- 26:24Speaker 3: That was true regardless of whether or not Weiss was
- 26:27Speaker 3: named special counsel. The person who this does the most
- 26:31Speaker 3: to decrease the chances that he testifies as David Weiss,
- 26:35Speaker 3: because David Wess is the most important witness against Merrick
- 26:39Speaker 3: Garland for Merrick Garland's potential lying under oath and obstruction
- 26:43Speaker 3: of justice, So they now have an excuse to say no,
- 26:46Speaker 3: we won't give you David Weiss, which protects Merrick Garland.
- 26:49Speaker 3: I think that was a big part of it. I
- 26:51Speaker 3: think part of it was Merrick Garland protecting his own
- 26:53Speaker 3: rear end, and part of it was Garland wanting to
- 26:56Speaker 3: do something that seems tough that in fact will continue
- 27:01Speaker 3: to obstruct the investigation into Hunter and Joe Biden, additional witnesses.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Congress will continue to investigate. The House has been the
- 27:12Speaker 3: only place we've made progress on this issue. I expect
- 27:15Speaker 3: them to continue as j subpoenas. I expect if witnesses
- 27:18Speaker 3: refuse to respond to the subpoenas, that the House will
- 27:21Speaker 3: vote to hold them into contempt, and then I expect
- 27:24Speaker 3: Merrick Garland at the Department of Justice to refuse to
- 27:27Speaker 3: prosecute those contempt holdings because Merrick Garland wants nobody to
- 27:31Speaker 3: testify to Congress, because he wants this information covered up.
- 27:35Speaker 3: He Merrick Garland's behavior as attorney general is making John
- 27:39Speaker 3: Mitchell roll over in his grave. And John Mitchell was
- 27:42Speaker 3: Nixon's corrupt attorney general who served twenty two months in jail.
- 27:46Speaker 3: And Garland's comment is more lawless and more partisan than
- 27:49Speaker 3: John Mitchell ever was.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Chances this is wrapped up before election day general election
- 27:55Speaker 1: next year zero, so you have no doubt.
- 27:58Speaker 4: Here this is going to still be going on.
- 28:00Speaker 3: That's why you appoint David Whye's special counsel.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends of Patriot Mobile.
- 28:05Speaker 1: If you are like me and you're sick and tired

- 29:36Speaker 4: I want to move to the border.
- 29:37Speaker 1: There was a shocking picture and I want to put
- 29:39Speaker 1: it up of our men coming across the border caught
- 29:43Speaker 1: on camera this past past week. And this is now
- 29:48Speaker 1: where we are with a border. Now, Now this is
- 29:50Speaker 1: what we've seen. What you've seen for years, what we've
- 29:54Speaker 1: witnessed for years. But what's happening now is Democrats are
- 29:58Speaker 1: coming out mayor at New York, another state in this
- 30:02Speaker 1: country to clear to Stan emergency and all of a sudden,
- 30:05Speaker 1: sending migrants around the country to blue states is having
- 30:08Speaker 1: a big impact on them saying hey, this is out
- 30:10Speaker 1: of control, and I would say welcome to Texas well.
- 30:13Speaker 3: This is a photograph of two men coming across the
- 30:16Speaker 3: border illegally. They are both carrying weapons that appear to
- 30:20Speaker 3: be they may be machine guns. It's hard to tell
- 30:23Speaker 3: from the granularity the picture whether they're machine guns or
- 30:26Speaker 3: whether they're semi automatic, but they are our serious weapons
- 30:29Speaker 3: crossing the border illegally. They are heavily armed men. And
- 30:33Speaker 3: I got to say, for all the Democrats in the
- 30:35Speaker 3: corporate media, how do you not call this an invasion
- 30:38Speaker 3: when you literally have armed men coming across the border.
- 30:41Speaker 3: We don't know if these individuals are cicarios, if they're
- 30:44Speaker 3: hit men's for the cartels. We don't know if they're
- 30:47Speaker 3: just human traffickers who are heavily armed and dumb enough
- 30:50Speaker 3: to get photographed. We do know that we are facing
- 30:54Speaker 3: the worst illegal immigration in the history of our nation,
- 30:57Speaker 3: more than seven million people who crossed illegal in or
- 31:00Speaker 3: Joe Biden, and Joe Biden wants these men coming into
- 31:03Speaker 3: your community.
- 31:04Speaker 1: You mentioned the hit man, and I think we should
- 31:05Speaker 1: expand on that for a moment, because I don't think
- 31:07Speaker 1: people realize what's happening. There are enforcers that are coming
- 31:10Speaker 1: into America from the cartels that are coming across the border,
- 31:13Speaker 1: and when there's people that haven't paid them, there's family
- 31:16Speaker 1: members that came across and they haven't done their obligations,
- 31:20Speaker 1: they will come in and go after them, either to
- 31:22Speaker 1: get shake them down for the money of their owed
- 31:24Speaker 1: or even kill them. There's also there's people that try
- 31:27Speaker 1: to get out of the drug trade or the human
- 31:28Speaker 1: trafficking trade that owe them and that's how they're paying
- 31:30Speaker 1: off their debt. They come in as enforcers and they
- 31:33Speaker 1: send a clear message that is part of what's coming
- 31:36Speaker 1: across the border that no one seems to want to
- 31:38Speaker 1: talk about.
- 31:39Speaker 3: The crime, the lawlessness, the murder, the brutalization that has
- 31:43Speaker 3: happened because of this Biden border crisis is truly horrific.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Eight hundred and fifty three migrants died last year crossing illegally.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Tens of thousands of children were brutalized crossing illegally, physically assaulted,
- 31:57Speaker 3: sexually assaulted. Tens of thousands of women were brutalized sexually
- 32:02Speaker 3: assaulted crossing illegally. Over one hundred thousand people died last
- 32:09Speaker 3: year of drug overdoses, two thirds of which was illegal
- 32:12Speaker 3: Chinese fentanyl flooding across the border. And all of that
- 32:16Speaker 3: is enforced through fear, through violence, through vicious drug cartels.
- 32:22Speaker 3: We've talked before about the bracelets that the migrants wear.
- 32:25Speaker 3: The bracelets are color coded for how many thousands of
- 32:28Speaker 3: dollars they owe the cartels.
- 32:30Speaker 4: And my Arcis said he didn't even know what those
- 32:31Speaker 4: were were.
- 32:32Speaker 3: No idea. He admitted he didn't care about doing his job.
- 32:36Speaker 3: He's never apparently been to the border and looked down.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Because you see thousands of those colored wristbands in the
- 32:42Speaker 3: grass along the Rio Grande Valley. I have a number
- 32:45Speaker 3: of in my office that I just picked up from
- 32:47Speaker 3: the grass right there. He doesn't know, and they correspond
- 32:50Speaker 3: when they owe thousands of dollars to the cartels. It's
- 32:53Speaker 3: men like that that enforced the thousands of dollars and
- 32:56Speaker 3: that threaten to kill the families of those migrants if
- 32:59Speaker 3: they don't pay the money back. This is a multi
- 33:02Speaker 3: billion dollar criminal organization that has been made rich, has
- 33:07Speaker 3: been empowered by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and every
- 33:11Speaker 3: single congressional Democrat who has facilitated this lawless open borders.
- 33:15Speaker 1: I had to almost laugh over the last ten days.
- 33:18Speaker 1: How what's been happening with Democratic leaders. One of them
- 33:21Speaker 1: is the Massachusetts governor, who came out earlier this week
- 33:24Speaker 1: citing an influx of just twenty thousand legal immigrants into
- 33:28Speaker 1: the state, saying that this is up from the three thousand,
- 33:31Speaker 1: one hundred families a year ago, which amounts to an
- 33:33Speaker 1: eighty percent increase, and now is declared a state of
- 33:36Speaker 1: emergency begging for federal funds. Twenty thousand legal immigrants in
- 33:40Speaker 1: the entire state in Texas, that's like can be a
- 33:44Speaker 1: day or two.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Yeah, So the utter hypocrisy of Democrats has now gotten
- 33:49Speaker 3: blindingly obvious. We have had emergencies declared in the state
- 33:54Speaker 3: of Massachusetts by the governor, in the state of New York,
- 33:57Speaker 3: by the governor in the City of New York, by
- 33:59Speaker 3: the mayor in the city of Chicago by the mayor,
- 34:02Speaker 3: and every one of them, and in Martha's Vineyard, by
- 34:04Speaker 3: the way, all of them have declared emergencies. And if
- 34:07Speaker 3: you want to go through, I want to take a
- 34:09Speaker 3: minute and actually focus on this and quantify a the
- 34:13Speaker 3: hypocrisy of all of these democrats, but be the point
- 34:17Speaker 3: you made. I want to quantify it the comparative difference
- 34:20Speaker 3: between these blue cities and blue states and Texas. So
- 34:24Speaker 3: let's start with Mayor Adams and what he tweeted out
- 34:27Speaker 3: right when he was coming in. Okay, so this is
- 34:30Speaker 3: October twentieth, twenty twenty one. We should protect our immigrants, period. Yes,
- 34:36Speaker 3: New York City will remain a sanctuary city under an
- 34:39Speaker 3: Atoms administration.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Hashtag I love this Eric on NBC like promoting his
- 34:44Speaker 1: promoting his time on TV while pushing this.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Well, and to be clear, NBC is a wholly owned
- 34:49Speaker 3: subsidiary of the DNC, and so it's understandable that he's
- 34:53Speaker 3: promoting NBC because he knows NBC will promote his partisan
- 34:56Speaker 3: propaganda every single day. All right, So that's what he said,
- 35:00Speaker 3: New York City will remain a sanctuary city. Well, now
- 35:03Speaker 3: fast forward to what's happened to New York City, let's
- 35:06Speaker 3: listen to them more recently.
- 35:07Speaker 4: We are past our breaking point.
- 35:11Speaker 8: New York's compassion may be limitless, but our resources are not.
- 35:16Speaker 8: We expect to have more than one hundred thousand assylums
- 35:20Speaker 8: seekers in our care by the end of June twenty
- 35:24Speaker 8: twenty five. We're also asking the federal government to declare
- 35:27Speaker 8: a state of emergency. This will allow federal funds to
- 35:31Speaker 8: be allocated quickly to help address the urgent challenges we face.
- 35:36Speaker 8: If we don't get the support we need, New Yorkers
- 35:39Speaker 8: could be left for a twelve billion dollar bill.
- 35:45Speaker 4: If they care that much about the money.
- 35:46Speaker 1: The twelve billion as you mentioned you mentioned there like
- 35:48Speaker 1: this could be a twelve billion dollar bill. Well, if
- 35:50Speaker 1: it's federal funds, it's still a bill on the American people,
- 35:53Speaker 1: the American taxpayer. Now all of a sudden, they're worried
- 35:55Speaker 1: about the money they're spending on this.
- 35:57Speaker 3: So I want to lay out and go through the
- 35:59Speaker 3: map on this. So New York City, what Mayor Adams
- 36:03Speaker 3: said is that is is that they could face one
- 36:06Speaker 3: hundred thousand or more illegal immigrants in New York. Now,
- 36:08Speaker 3: one hundred thousand illegal immigrants cord to the US Census
- 36:11Speaker 3: b Euro estimates for twenty twenty two, New York City
- 36:14Speaker 3: has a total of eight million, three hundred and thirty
- 36:16Speaker 3: five thousand, eight hundred and ninety seven residents. So one
- 36:20Speaker 3: hundred thousand illegal immigrants out of eight point three million
- 36:23Speaker 3: is one point one percent of the city. So one
- 36:26Speaker 3: point one percent of the city of illegal immigrants is
- 36:29Speaker 3: an emergency, which he's declared. And by the way, he
- 36:32Speaker 3: declared an emergency on October seventh, twenty twenty two, and
- 36:35Speaker 3: then on May ninth, twenty twenty three, Governor Hotel declared
- 36:39Speaker 3: a statewide emergency because of the just over one percent
- 36:43Speaker 3: of illegal immigrants in New York City.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Now, New York is not alone Chicago.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Chicago has received just over twelve thousand illegal immigrants in
- 36:57Speaker 3: the last eleven months. According to the US sense Its Bureau,
- 37:01Speaker 3: Chicago has two million, seven hundred and forty six thousand,
- 37:03Speaker 3: three hundred and eighty eight residents. Doing some quick math,
- 37:07Speaker 3: that means the twelve thousand people is point four percent
- 37:11Speaker 3: of the population in Chicago, so less than one percent,
- 37:14Speaker 3: less than half a percent, It is point four percent.
- 37:17Speaker 3: And yet on May ninth, twenty twenty three, then Mayor
- 37:20Speaker 3: Lightfoot declared an emergency. So less than half a percent
- 37:24Speaker 3: in Chicago is an emergency. One point one percent in
- 37:29Speaker 3: New York City is an emergency. By the way, Boston,
- 37:33Speaker 3: Boston has had more than twenty thousand individuals in the
- 37:36Speaker 3: state shelter. Boston's population, according to the census in twenty
- 37:40Speaker 3: twenty two, is six hundred and fifty thousand, seven hundred
- 37:43Speaker 3: and six So twenty thousand is roughly three percent of
- 37:47Speaker 3: the population. So Boston got it worse than New York
- 37:50Speaker 3: about three x about six x Chicago. And what did
- 37:55Speaker 3: the left wing governor of Massachusetts do, who, by the way,
- 37:58Speaker 3: campaigned on saying Boston and Massachusetts will be sanctuary cities
- 38:01Speaker 3: in a sanctuary state, she declared an emergency.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Now I want to compare that to Texas. El Paso.
- 38:11Speaker 3: City of El Paso has a population according to the
- 38:14Speaker 3: census of six hundred eighty seven thousand. El Paso recorded
- 38:19Speaker 3: twenty six thousand and sixty seven illegal immigrants in May
- 38:24Speaker 3: of twenty twenty three, in one month twenty six thousand.
- 38:28Speaker 3: By the way, for fiscal year twenty two, el Paso
- 38:31Speaker 3: had two hundred and four thousand, thirty zero thirty four
- 38:35Speaker 3: illegal immigrants. What does that work out to thirty four
- 38:38Speaker 3: percent of the population of El Paso.
- 38:41Speaker 2: In one year?
- 38:42Speaker 3: Mind you, according to New York one percent is a crisis.
- 38:46Speaker 3: According to Chicago, less than half a percent as a crisis.
- 38:49Speaker 3: El Paso has had thirty four percent. How about Laredo.
- 38:56Speaker 3: Laredo population is two hundred fifty five on thy two
- 39:00Speaker 3: hundred and five, and fiscal year twenty twenty two there
- 39:02Speaker 3: were eighty seven thousand, six hundred early in encounters in
- 39:05Speaker 3: the Laredo sector. What is that thirty four percent of Laredo?
- 39:09Speaker 3: How about the real Grand Valley, Real Grand Valley population
- 39:13Speaker 3: That Real Grand Valley is one million, two hundred ninety
- 39:16Speaker 3: one thousand, seven hundred ninety eight. In fiscal year twenty
- 39:20Speaker 3: twenty two, there were three hundred and seventy seven thousand,
- 39:25Speaker 3: nine hundred and seventy encounters with illegal aliens. That is
- 39:30Speaker 3: twenty nine percent. Yeah, left wing mayors, left wing governors
- 39:37Speaker 3: out on presents is a crisis. We've got cities throughout
- 39:43Speaker 3: South Texas where it's thirty thirty five, thirty four, thirty
- 39:47Speaker 3: five percent. And let me give you the cherry on top.
- 39:52Speaker 3: You want to understand this issue perfectly. I want to
- 39:55Speaker 3: contrast two dramatically different communities about the same size, Martha's
- 40:01Speaker 3: Vineyard and del Rio.
- 40:04Speaker 2: So Martha's Vineyard.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Martha's Vineyard has a population where in the winter time,
- 40:11Speaker 3: when it's in low season, its population is about sixteen thousand.
- 40:15Speaker 3: In the summertime, in high season, when people like Barack
- 40:18Speaker 3: Obama and Michelle Obama and rich liberals go out there,
- 40:21Speaker 3: the population soars to about two hundred thousand. So it
- 40:24Speaker 3: varies widely depending on the season. Ron de Santis sent
- 40:29Speaker 3: fifty five zero illegal immigrants to Martha's vineyard. Now, mind you,
- 40:33Speaker 3: a year before Ron did that, I had filed legislation
- 40:36Speaker 3: proposing that we send illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard and
- 40:39Speaker 3: Nantucket and Palo Alto and the Hampton's and all the
- 40:42Speaker 3: fancy places rich liberals go. The county executive in Martha's
- 40:46Speaker 3: Vineyard when I filed my legislation, said we would welcome
- 40:49Speaker 3: illegal immigrants here with open arms. Cruz does not understand
- 40:54Speaker 3: what's happening at the border. He doesn't understand illegal immigration well.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Dessantas sent fifty five zero within twenty four hours Martha's
- 41:02Speaker 3: Vineyard declared an emergency fifty. Now, let's do the math
- 41:07Speaker 3: at their low point. In other words, when all the
- 41:09Speaker 3: rich liberals go home and it's just just the sort
- 41:11Speaker 3: of serving class who are mowing the lawn and cleaning
- 41:15Speaker 3: the estates, when it just has sixteen thousand, fifty people,
- 41:19Speaker 3: is point three percent, so less than half a percent.
- 41:24Speaker 3: When Martha's vineyard is flush with liberals fifty people, is
- 41:30Speaker 3: point zero two five percent, So it's less than one percent.
- 41:35Speaker 3: It's less than a half a percent. It's less than
- 41:38Speaker 3: a tenth of a percent. It is one quarter of
- 41:41Speaker 3: one tenth of a percent that in Martha's vineyard is
- 41:44Speaker 3: an emergency. Now, let's contrast it to a city about
- 41:48Speaker 3: the same size, del Rio. Del Rio has a population
- 41:54Speaker 3: of about thirty four thousand, five hundred.
- 41:57Speaker 4: Small town.
- 41:58Speaker 2: It's a very small town.
- 42:02Speaker 3: In June of twenty twenty three, one month, del Rio
- 42:06Speaker 3: saw twenty nine thousand, nine hundred and forty one alien encounters.
- 42:10Speaker 3: In other words, the entire population of the city in
- 42:13Speaker 3: one month. In fiscal year twenty twenty two, the number
- 42:19Speaker 3: of alien encounters in Del Rio was four hundred and
- 42:24Speaker 3: eighty thousand, That is, one thousand, four hundred percent of
- 42:31Speaker 3: the population of the city in New York, one percent
- 42:35Speaker 3: of crisis in Chicago, a half percent of crisis del Rio, Texas,
- 42:39Speaker 3: which is not a wealthy city, it is a poor
- 42:41Speaker 3: city on the Rio Grande Valley had one four hundred
- 42:45Speaker 3: percent of the population of their town come through illegally
- 42:48Speaker 3: because of Joe Biden and the Democrats all say no
- 42:52Speaker 3: crisis at all. Well, I'll tell you how ridiculous the
- 42:55Speaker 3: hypocrisy is. I want you to listen to Chuck Todd
- 42:58Speaker 3: on NBC. Yeah, Eric Adams points out NBC is his
- 43:03Speaker 3: captive propaganda network. Will listen to what Chuck Dodd was
- 43:06Speaker 3: forced to admit coming.
- 43:08Speaker 9: Up New York City's growing humanitarian crisis, the shelter system
- 43:12Speaker 9: slammed by an influx of migrants, new.
- 43:14Speaker 4: Calls for federal health.
- 43:16Speaker 9: Yes, Greg Abbott was right. He said once he got
- 43:20Speaker 9: loose cities to deal with this, that they would be
- 43:24Speaker 9: very upset at the.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Federal government watching eth.
- 43:25Speaker 1: The president, which Reuly means the Biden administration. He says,
- 43:29Speaker 1: federal government. No, they're mat the White House because the
- 43:31Speaker 1: White House's policy that's allowed for this open board. They
- 43:34Speaker 1: changed everything that was working the day they got into
- 43:36Speaker 1: office January twentieth of the first year of Joe Biden's presidency,
- 43:39Speaker 1: and they never looked back from that time.
- 43:41Speaker 3: And by the way, it's worth noting that the mayor
- 43:44Speaker 3: of New York, the mayor of Chicago, the mayor of
- 43:47Speaker 3: d C. The mayor of Boston, the mayor of San Francisco,
- 43:51Speaker 3: they're not asking Biden to secure the border as for
- 43:54Speaker 3: more money, You're just.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Saying, give me money. Yeah.
- 43:56Speaker 3: They actually agree with the political objective of let tens
- 44:00Speaker 3: of millions of people in illegally, because they look at
- 44:03Speaker 3: those illegal immigrants and they say, ooh, future Democrats, we
- 44:06Speaker 3: want them. They just would prefer them not to come
- 44:09Speaker 3: to their city, send them elsewhere, make other people pay
- 44:12Speaker 3: for them. And they said, would you please send us
- 44:15Speaker 3: billions of dollars? By the way, who's sending billions of
- 44:17Speaker 3: dollars to tell RYO?
- 44:18Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 44:19Speaker 2: But do they care about that? No?
- 44:21Speaker 3: No, it is caused not just by Joe Biden, not
- 44:26Speaker 3: just by Kamala Harris Ferrik Adams wants to yell at someone,
- 44:29Speaker 3: how about Chuck Schumer.
- 44:30Speaker 2: He lives in your city.
- 44:32Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer blocks every single effort to secure the border.
- 44:36Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer is directly responsible. Send the bill to Chuck.
- 44:39Speaker 3: Chuck ought to pay for it twelve billion dollars. You know,
- 44:42Speaker 3: Chuck can probably get Hunter and Joe to shake down
- 44:45Speaker 3: some Ukrainians and they'll pay for it for him.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Oh, they end up going to a hotel that's toned
- 44:49Speaker 1: by some oligark in some other country right now that
- 44:51Speaker 1: they own in New York City.
- 44:52Speaker 3: No matter how bad it gets, the Democrats put partisanship above.
- 44:57Speaker 3: They don't care about the people who are brutalized when
- 45:00Speaker 3: you see. Look in Texas, we've got a whole stream
- 45:04Speaker 3: of Democrats who are suddenly running down to the border,
- 45:07Speaker 3: first time in two and a half years, have gone
- 45:08Speaker 3: down to the border. Why because Governor Greg Abbott put
- 45:11Speaker 3: buoyes up and suddenly they're out showing their enormous care.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Not for the eight hundred and fifty three migrants who
- 45:17Speaker 3: died in the last year crossing illegally, Not for the
- 45:20Speaker 3: tens of thousands of children brutalized by the cartels, Not
- 45:22Speaker 3: for the tens of thousands of women raped by the cartels,
- 45:26Speaker 3: Not for the one hundred thousand people who died of
- 45:28Speaker 3: drug overdose. Says nope, they're mad because the buoys there
- 45:32Speaker 3: that might be risky, and that means Abbot is responsible
- 45:35Speaker 3: if something happens in the booies. They do not care
- 45:37Speaker 3: about the humans suffering their policies cause it is only
- 45:41Speaker 3: politics all the time for Democrats, and it's disgraceful.
- 45:45Speaker 4: I want to tell you about Chalk. Are good friends
- 45:47Speaker 4: at Chalk.
- 45:47Speaker 1: If you're a guy and you feel like you've lost
- 45:49Speaker 1: your edge, you feel like you've gotten a little bit
- 45:52Speaker 1: weak and complacency set in, and you're sick and tired
- 45:55Speaker 1: of feeling that way, you need to check.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Out chalk choq dot com. So what can they do?
- 46:00Speaker 1: They can help you boost your testosterum levels up to

- 46:15Speaker 1: You can maximize your masculinity today by going to chalk
- 46:19Speaker 1: choq dot com. Use the promo code Ben You'll get
- 46:23Speaker 1: thirty five percent off any Chalk subscription for life. So
- 46:27Speaker 1: get off the couch, fight back and get back.
- 46:31Speaker 4: To the way you used to feel.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Choq dot Com use the promo code ben for thirty
- 46:36Speaker 1: five percent off any subscription for life. There's one other
- 46:40Speaker 1: aspect of this at the border as well center that
- 46:42Speaker 1: I think has to be talked about, and that is
- 46:45Speaker 1: when Greg Abbott and you were another one of those
- 46:47Speaker 1: that was out there on the federal level saying we're
- 46:50Speaker 1: gonna put people on buses and send them to these
- 46:53Speaker 1: places like Martha's vineyard. They referred to it as a stunt, yep,
- 46:58Speaker 1: and they said that this is in humane, it's a stunt,
- 47:01Speaker 1: and we said, no, we're just gonna you want to
- 47:03Speaker 1: be a welcoming city, you want to be an open city,
- 47:06Speaker 1: like Mayor adams tweet was out there that he put
- 47:08Speaker 1: out there, and we said, okay, we will send you
- 47:11Speaker 1: bus loads of illegal immigrants that we're dealing with in
- 47:13Speaker 1: Texas every single day.
- 47:15Speaker 4: And they said it was a stunt.
- 47:16Speaker 1: And guess what, it clearly now worked because these mayors
- 47:20Speaker 1: are terrified and these governors are terrified they can't handle
- 47:24Speaker 1: the problem and be there afraid they're going to run
- 47:27Speaker 1: out of money if they don't get more from the
- 47:28Speaker 1: federal government. When you look at it from that perspective,
- 47:32Speaker 1: how right was Texas to say, here's part of our problem.
- 47:36Speaker 3: Enjoy it, unquestionably right, and let's just contrast the utter
- 47:41Speaker 3: hypocrisy of these elected Democrats. So I'm just going to
- 47:44Speaker 3: read their words so you can assess the difference.
- 47:47Speaker 2: All right.
- 47:48Speaker 3: Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, when she was running for
- 47:51Speaker 3: mayor in October of twenty twenty two, she answered questions
- 47:55Speaker 3: from a LATINX news outlet. Whatever the hell a LATINX
- 47:58Speaker 3: news outlet is, here's a quote. Los Angeles is and
- 48:02Speaker 3: should remain a sanctuary city, and the LAPD should not
- 48:05Speaker 3: be burdened with the federal government's responsibility to enforce immigration law.
- 48:09Speaker 3: I do not support an ICE presence in local state
- 48:12Speaker 3: correctional facilities, nor do I support ICE transfers absin a
- 48:16Speaker 3: judicial warrant. Fast forward to June of twenty three, when
- 48:21Speaker 3: Governor Abbots sent forty for zero illegal immigrants to LA.
- 48:27Speaker 3: Mayor Bass released a statement that said, quote, it is
- 48:30Speaker 3: abhorrent that an American elected official is using human beings
- 48:33Speaker 3: as pawns in cheap political games. Here's Philadelphia Mayor James Keeney.
- 48:39Speaker 3: June of twenty eighteen. Keeney literally dances in support of
- 48:45Speaker 3: a court ruling in favor of Philadelphia's sanctuary city policies.
- 48:49Speaker 3: He said, we are a sanctuary city. Fast forward October
- 48:54Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, when Governor Abbots sent twenty eight illegal
- 48:59Speaker 3: immigrants to PHILADELI. If you mind you, del Rio has
- 49:01Speaker 3: had what four hundred, four hundred and eighty thousand, Philadelphia
- 49:04Speaker 3: got twenty eight. Here's what Markini said, quote, it is
- 49:09Speaker 3: truly disgusting to hear today that Governor Abbott and his
- 49:12Speaker 3: administration continued to implement their purposefully cruel policy, using immigrant families,
- 49:18Speaker 3: including women and children, as pawns to shapelessly push his
- 49:22Speaker 3: warped political agenda. All right, let's take Chicago. Chicago Mayor
- 49:28Speaker 3: Brandon Johnson when he was running for mayor. On his website,
- 49:30Speaker 3: he said, quote, Chicago is a sanctuary city. As such,
- 49:35Speaker 3: we must always resist attempts to pit communities against each
- 49:38Speaker 3: other and extend the sanctuary promise to everyone who needs
- 49:42Speaker 3: it in our city, both longtime residents and newcomers alike.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Come to Chicago. That's me ed, Come on, come on, right.
- 49:50Speaker 3: May of twenty twenty three, Brandon Johnson said this about
- 49:53Speaker 3: Republican governor sending illegal immigrants to Chicago. Quote it's wicked,
- 49:58Speaker 3: it's unconscionable. But as you know, the City of Chicago
- 50:02Speaker 3: is coming together to make sure that people who wish
- 50:04Speaker 3: to find real comfort here in the City of Chicago,
- 50:07Speaker 3: that we provide that. And let me just give you
- 50:09Speaker 3: one more San Francisco Mayor London Breed, So in July thirteenth,
- 50:14Speaker 3: twenty twenty, here's a press release from Mayor Breed on
- 50:17Speaker 3: San Francisco being a sanctuary city.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Quote.
- 50:20Speaker 3: Here in San Francisco, we will always demonstrate our values
- 50:23Speaker 3: of diversity and inclusiveness by being a sanctuary city that
- 50:27Speaker 3: stands up for all of our residents and neighbors. The
- 50:30Speaker 3: court ruling today further validates what we already know. The
- 50:33Speaker 3: Trump Administration's attempt to overreach and bully San Francisco into
- 50:38Speaker 3: abandoning our values and complying with unfair, unjust immigration enforcement
- 50:43Speaker 3: laws is unconstitutional, all right. So that's in twenty twenty.
- 50:47Speaker 3: Let's fast forward owing also in twenty twenty. Another quote
- 50:50Speaker 3: from her is our sanctuary ordinance makes our entire city safer.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Okayaf being a sanctuary city makes San Francisco. Two years later,
- 51:01Speaker 3: October twenty twenty two, Mayor Breed blames the drug crisis
- 51:06Speaker 3: in San Francisco on illegal immigrants coming from Honduras.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Here's a quote. There are unfortunately a.
- 51:13Speaker 3: Lot of people who come from a particular country, come
- 51:17Speaker 3: from Honduras, and a lot of people who are dealing
- 51:20Speaker 3: drugs happen to be of that ethnicity. It is nothing
- 51:25Speaker 3: racial profile about this. We all know it. It's the reality.
- 51:30Speaker 3: It's what you see, it's what's out there. Those are quotes.
- 51:34Speaker 3: I'm not editorializing about if Republicans said that, I am
- 51:37Speaker 3: reading her words. By the way, then in May, when
- 51:41Speaker 3: she's talking about the drug and fetanyl crisis in San Francisco,
- 51:44Speaker 3: particularly in the Tenderloin district, here's what she said.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Quote.
- 51:48Speaker 3: At the end of the day, we can't keep just
- 51:51Speaker 3: throwing our hands up and think all of a sudden,
- 51:54Speaker 3: what we are doing is working. Compassion is killing people,
- 51:59Speaker 3: and we have to push forth some tough love to
- 52:03Speaker 3: change what's happening on the streets of San Francisco.
- 52:07Speaker 2: No kidding.
- 52:08Speaker 3: Yeah, And you know what, let's see if the mayor
- 52:12Speaker 3: can use some rocket science to figure out whose policies
- 52:16Speaker 3: it is that has let seven million people into this country,
- 52:19Speaker 3: including drug dealers, including gang members, including criminals, including people
- 52:24Speaker 3: who commit horrific crimes. Let's see if any of these
- 52:27Speaker 3: Democrats can figure out what caused it.
- 52:32Speaker 2: And if they dare to admit it out loud.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I will end with a brilliant political commentator the reminded
- 52:37Speaker 1: America this week you shouldn't mess with Texas when it
- 52:41Speaker 1: comes to legal immigration. I remember when they said that
- 52:44Speaker 1: Greg Abbott was doing a political stunt by sending I
- 52:46Speaker 1: legal immigrants to places like New York.
- 52:48Speaker 4: I think it's pretty cleoar. Now, don't mess with Texas.
- 52:51Speaker 1: We've been dealing with this, and if you think it's
- 52:52Speaker 1: an emergency now in New York, come to Texas. This
- 52:55Speaker 1: is one one thousands of what we did with every
- 52:57Speaker 1: single day. And this idea that if you just send
- 53:00Speaker 1: money that it's going to fix a problem you mentioned.
- 53:02Speaker 1: I hope more money comes. I it's not a money issue.
- 53:05Speaker 1: You have to secure a border.
- 53:06Speaker 4: It doesn't matter how much money you spend.
- 53:08Speaker 1: If you have an open border, it's going to continue
- 53:11Speaker 1: to happen this way all over the country.
- 53:13Speaker 4: I couldn't agree with that guy more, Senator. I mean,
- 53:15Speaker 4: what a great point, right.
- 53:17Speaker 3: So let me say number one, that's an awfully good
- 53:21Speaker 3: looking political commentator.
- 53:22Speaker 4: Thank you, thank you.
- 53:24Speaker 3: Let me put that up again and play like the
- 53:26Speaker 3: first few seconds of it.
- 53:27Speaker 4: So this is what I know he's about to give
- 53:28Speaker 4: me a hard time. Greg Abbott was doing a part
- 53:30Speaker 4: of Freeze.
- 53:32Speaker 3: Just pause right there, all right, Before I talk about
- 53:36Speaker 3: the wisdom that is emanating, I just want to talk
- 53:39Speaker 3: about the visual.
- 53:41Speaker 4: I'm ready, and I was going to pay suit there.
- 53:43Speaker 3: So look, I'm the father of two young daughters, and
