- 0:00Speaker 1: There is a question that every American should be asking
- 0:02Speaker 1: themselves right now, and that is this question about mandates.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Step back and ask yourself this question, what does a
- 0:09Speaker 1: mandate mean? Does a mandate mean that if I get
- 0:14Speaker 1: two COVID nineteen vaccine shots and I'm considered quote fully vaccinated,
- 0:20Speaker 1: that I am in compliance? Is that what it means?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Or does a vaccine mandate mean that I have to
- 0:27Speaker 1: keep up with a booster shot? There's only one booster
- 0:31Speaker 1: shot mean that I'm fully vaccinated? Plus one boost shot
- 0:35Speaker 1: mean that I am COVID nineteen vaccine compliant. As the
- 0:39Speaker 1: debate is continuing and we are seeing more and more
- 0:41Speaker 1: people being forced to quit their jobs, policemen that are
- 0:44Speaker 1: being forced are being fired because they're not getting the
- 0:48Speaker 1: quote vaccine mandate. We have firemen, we have law enforcement
- 0:53Speaker 1: officials all over the country, EMTs, hospital workers, automobile manufacturers,
- 1:00Speaker 1: airline pilots, people that work on trains and public transportation.
- 1:05Speaker 1: The list goes on and on. The question that we
- 1:08Speaker 1: all should just step back for a second and ask
- 1:11Speaker 1: is the question, well, what does a vaccine mandate mean
- 1:15Speaker 1: by definition? And how long am I in compliance? If
- 1:18Speaker 1: we know now that we're going to have to have
- 1:20Speaker 1: a booster shot. Now I've gotten both shots, right I am?
- 1:24Speaker 1: I am vaccinated quote unquote. When do I lose that status?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Is it when my become eligible for a booster shot?
- 1:36Speaker 1: And if I decide not to get that booster shot,
- 1:38Speaker 1: do I lose my vaccinated status? Can I travel to
- 1:43Speaker 1: New York? Can I go to a restaurant? Can I
- 1:45Speaker 1: get on a plane? Can I go to a foreign country?
- 1:47Speaker 1: Can I come back into America from another country? If
- 1:50Speaker 1: if I don't have my booster You know, when you
- 1:54Speaker 1: talk about these vaccine mandates, these are the questions that
- 1:57Speaker 1: need to be asked, and these are the questions that
- 1:59Speaker 1: are not being ass and are certainly not being answered.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Now there are two governors right now that are coming
- 2:06Speaker 1: out and they are fighting back hardcore. One of them
- 2:09Speaker 1: is Texas Governor Greg Abott. The other is Governor de
- 2:11Speaker 1: Santis in Florida. And Governor Greg Abbott has now gone
- 2:16Speaker 1: back to the fundamentals about vaccine mandates and he has
- 2:19Speaker 1: said this week end quote there is zero authority in
- 2:23Speaker 1: the US Constitution that gives the President United States of
- 2:27Speaker 1: America or his administration the authority to mandate anyone take
- 2:32Speaker 1: a vaccine. He is arguing this from a constitutional perspective.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And by the way, he's right. You notice that virtually
- 2:39Speaker 1: any employees now that get together and get a lawyer
- 2:43Speaker 1: in challenge of vaccine mandates are winning. There. When I
- 2:47Speaker 1: say winning, they may not be declared by the courts
- 2:50Speaker 1: that they're absolutely right. What the courts are saying is
- 2:52Speaker 1: we're going to pause you from losing your job. Now.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I want to play for you, Governor Greg Gabbott in
- 3:01Speaker 1: the conversation that he had with Maria bart to Romo
- 3:04Speaker 1: about this possibility of booster shots being the quote new
- 3:09Speaker 1: definition of being vaccinated, Like, without those vaccine mandates plus
- 3:14Speaker 1: the booster shot, you may lose your status as quote vaccinated.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And ask you before you go about these vaccine mandates.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Texas and Florida banning COVID vaccine mandates. Now the White
- 3:24Speaker 1: House is accusing you of putting politics ahead of health.
- 3:29Speaker 1: What could you decide? Why did you decide to ban it?
- 3:31Speaker 1: And set the record straight for us just federal law
- 3:34Speaker 1: override state law on what you can do with regard
- 3:37Speaker 1: to mandating a vaccine. Look at all of the people
- 3:40Speaker 1: resigning right now. Well, you make a good point about
- 3:44Speaker 1: all the people resigning, because that's one of the problems
- 3:46Speaker 1: with regardless of the supply chain, because so many people
- 3:49Speaker 1: who are being forced to get a vaccine do not
- 3:51Speaker 1: want to do that, and hence they're leaving the jobs. However,
- 3:54Speaker 1: to answer your question, clearly, what President Biden is doing
- 3:59Speaker 1: is constitutional. There is zero authority in the constitution that
- 4:04Speaker 1: gives the presidents or his administration the authority to mandate
- 4:09Speaker 1: anybody taking a vaccine. And that's why we feel very
- 4:12Speaker 1: confident that the state executive order will supersede the federal
- 4:17Speaker 1: executive order because the federal executive order is completely unconstitutional. This,
- 4:22Speaker 1: by the way, needs to be fought in every state.
- 4:24Speaker 1: If you're listening, you need to be calling your elected
- 4:27Speaker 1: officials whatever state you're in, and you need to be saying, hey,
- 4:32Speaker 1: you probably need to do the exact same thing they're
- 4:33Speaker 1: doing in Texas. Now, a lot of states are gunshy.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Want to make that clear. They are gunshy because they're like, well,
- 4:40Speaker 1: let's just see what happens, right, Like, let's just see
- 4:44Speaker 1: what ends up happening. Let's see how this works for Texas.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And then if they are right, and they do end
- 4:51Speaker 1: up being right, then that's what we'll do. We'll do
- 4:53Speaker 1: the same thing. I would argue, though, that the states
- 4:56Speaker 1: have a duty and obligation for their citizens to not eight.
- 5:02Speaker 1: They have an obligation a duty to do it right now.
- 5:07Speaker 1: They have a duty and an obligation to do it
- 5:10Speaker 1: immediately because the people in their states deserve to not
- 5:14Speaker 1: have to wait. Why should anybody have to wait? And
- 5:20Speaker 1: why should somebody lose their job because their state government
- 5:24Speaker 1: refused to step up and do what Texas is doing
- 5:27Speaker 1: and protect your rights, your freedoms. And I do believe
- 5:30Speaker 1: that he is right, one hundred percent believe that he
- 5:34Speaker 1: is accurate. And what he has just said about the
- 5:36Speaker 1: state law would supersede and the present doesn't have the
- 5:39Speaker 1: right to do this. I couldn't agree with him more. Now,
- 5:47Speaker 1: vaccine mandates, what does the meaning mean? What does a
- 5:50Speaker 1: definition mean? And before you jump on board the simon
- 5:54Speaker 1: favor of vaccine mandates, understand what that might you might
- 5:57Speaker 1: be agreeing to when you support the idea of a
- 6:00Speaker 1: vaccine man that you might be agreeing to indefinite shots
- 6:03Speaker 1: every six months, eight months, nine months, eleven months every
- 6:06Speaker 1: year for a booster shot indefinitely that could last for
- 6:09Speaker 1: five years, three years, two years, eight years, twenty years.
- 6:11Speaker 1: We don't know, but if you are an advocate of
- 6:16Speaker 1: a vaccine mandate, this very well may be what you
- 6:19Speaker 1: are advocating for and you haven't even thought about it.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And that's the point that the governor in Texas is making.
- 6:26Speaker 1: We want to make sure that our fellow Texans who
- 6:29Speaker 1: have been forced into this impossible situation about providing for
- 6:32Speaker 1: their livelihood versus being forced to take into their body
- 6:37Speaker 1: something they do not want, that it will be the
- 6:39Speaker 1: States stepping up and protecting the individual liberty of our
- 6:43Speaker 1: fellow Texans from being forced to take a vaccine that
- 6:47Speaker 1: could cause them harm, that doesn't take an effect the
- 6:51Speaker 1: acquired immunity they otherwise have. It doesn't take into a
- 6:54Speaker 1: fact severe reactions that some people are having two shots.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And I got to raise it with Maria. Something else
- 7:00Speaker 1: that people haven't considered it, and that is where does
- 7:03Speaker 1: this end. We're talking about a federal mandate for a shot.
- 7:08Speaker 1: As you know, there's waning effectiveness of these shots. Are
- 7:11Speaker 1: people going to be required by the federal government to
- 7:13Speaker 1: take a shot every single year for the rest of
- 7:16Speaker 1: their lives. America's need to come to grips with the
- 7:19Speaker 1: unconsolutional overreached by the Biden administration. Are they going to
- 7:23Speaker 1: have to take a shot for the rest of their
- 7:25Speaker 1: lives when you agree to a vaccine mandate, This may
- 7:29Speaker 1: be what you are agreeing to. Now. This is coming
- 7:34Speaker 1: from the same individuals in the media and in this
- 7:40Speaker 1: administration that are telling you you don't have any rights
- 7:43Speaker 1: in this country unless you do what they take to
- 7:48Speaker 1: do with vaccine mandates. They have been beating this drum
- 7:50Speaker 1: on vaccine mandates now week after week after week after week,
- 7:53Speaker 1: month after month now, and they are doing everything they
- 7:56Speaker 1: can to try to force you into a vaccine mandate
- 7:58Speaker 1: where you feel like you don't even have the right
- 8:00Speaker 1: to stand up, or you're too little to stand up,
- 8:02Speaker 1: so you better just comply. And everyone in the media
- 8:05Speaker 1: has been doing this. No one likes to mandate people
- 8:09Speaker 1: to do things that they may not want to do,
- 8:11Speaker 1: but sometimes for the greater good of society, you have
- 8:15Speaker 1: to do that. That's that's the logic. Fouchi right there,
- 8:20Speaker 1: all right, that's a lie. By the way, he loves
- 8:22Speaker 1: these mandates. This is ultimate power. I mean, if you
- 8:24Speaker 1: look at Fouchy right now, fouch you pretty much has
- 8:26Speaker 1: more power than than the President of the United States
- 8:29Speaker 1: of America has. This is a guy that can tell
- 8:32Speaker 1: you what jab to get, what's shot to get. And
- 8:35Speaker 1: if they can do it on this one, you don't
- 8:36Speaker 1: think they're going to do it on the next one.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I mean, and this whole idea that you were able
- 8:42Speaker 1: to get a religious exemption that has completely disappeared from society.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Have you noticed that it's completely disappeared from society. We
- 8:51Speaker 1: are witnessing now your religious exemptions are laughed at. Companies
- 8:56Speaker 1: are laughing at them because they don't have to. And
- 8:58Speaker 1: if you think Fouchy, by the way, doesn't have total
- 9:01Speaker 1: anger and resentment towards you and anyone that questions his authority,
- 9:05Speaker 1: all you have to do is just listen to him.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Founci one on Fox News Sunday, saying, quote, people have
- 9:11Speaker 1: conspiracy theories, deny reality. Don't particularly care for me. He's
- 9:15Speaker 1: now trying to turn you into the crazy ones. Faunci
- 9:20Speaker 1: said again on Fox News Sunday that Americans who think
- 9:23Speaker 1: he is a polarizing figure were people who denied reality.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Not true. I think he's a polarizing figure, and I
- 9:30Speaker 1: don't believe that I'm denying reality. This is a psychotic
- 9:38Speaker 1: man who truly believes that he can just force you
- 9:41Speaker 1: to do anything medically that he wants, that he has
- 9:44Speaker 1: the right and the power to do it. Likes to
- 9:47Speaker 1: mandate people to do things that they may not want
- 9:50Speaker 1: to do, but sometimes for the greater good of society,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you have to do that. If we give in now,
- 9:58Speaker 1: what is next? Going back to Greg Abbott, If we
- 10:02Speaker 1: give in now, how long am I going to have
- 10:04Speaker 1: to stay vaccinated or get booster shots to be in
- 10:07Speaker 1: compliance with them and what they believe I have to do.
- 10:12Speaker 1: The media, by the way, doesn't care about any of
- 10:14Speaker 1: your rights, and I think we've clearly witnessed that over
- 10:17Speaker 1: the last two years dealing with COVID. Whatever they believe
- 10:22Speaker 1: at the moment you should be doing, they will force
- 10:24Speaker 1: you into submission. They will support any politician that is
- 10:27Speaker 1: willing to say what they believe in, which is anything
- 10:29Speaker 1: that deals with taking away your rights. You don't believe me,
- 10:34Speaker 1: let me remind you of the media trying to force
- 10:36Speaker 1: you to get a vaccine and advocating for the government
- 10:40Speaker 1: mandating it indefinitely. You've got to start telling people if
- 10:42Speaker 1: you don't get vaccinated, you can't come into this office
- 10:45Speaker 1: or this place of business. We really need to make
- 10:47Speaker 1: it clear that there are privileges associated with being an American,
- 10:52Speaker 1: that if you wish to have these privileges, you need
- 10:55Speaker 1: to get vaccinated. Travel and having the right to travel
- 10:58Speaker 1: in our states. It's not a constitutional right as far
- 11:01Speaker 1: as i'm as far as I know, getting vaccinated is
- 11:03Speaker 1: not a personal choice. It's not it's something that we
- 11:07Speaker 1: do for the community. I think that he should approach
- 11:10Speaker 1: this with an iron fist. If you don't get vaccinated,
- 11:13Speaker 1: you can't come to work. People aren't then going to
- 11:16Speaker 1: threaten to go to another workplace of every workplace has
- 11:19Speaker 1: that same requirement. That's a good thing. So I don't
- 11:21Speaker 1: think it's overreached. I think this is what's needed in
- 11:24Speaker 1: the middle of a pandemic. And in fact, I think
- 11:25Speaker 1: the Biden administration, if anything, could have gone even further.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And those governors that stand in the way, I think
- 11:30Speaker 1: it was very clear from the president's tone today that
- 11:34Speaker 1: he will run over them. If you don't get vaccinated,
- 11:36Speaker 1: you can't come into this gem. Screw your freedom, because
- 11:39Speaker 1: if freedom comes obligations and responsibilities, your personal choice ends
- 11:46Speaker 1: where my right not to get killed by an infectious
- 11:49Speaker 1: disease begins. So we got these collective actions for the
- 11:54Speaker 1: good of the community, not the individual. We don't live
- 11:57Speaker 1: in a bubble. We live in a community and that
- 12:00Speaker 1: is why there have been a number of instances throughout
- 12:02Speaker 1: history or we have made a decision as a society
- 12:05Speaker 1: to abide by common rules to protect the common good.
- 12:09Speaker 1: And we really have to think in terms of what
- 12:12Speaker 1: is best for society at this point. If you don't
- 12:14Speaker 1: get vaccinated, you can't come into this get onto this airplane.
- 12:18Speaker 1: You can stay unvaccinated if you want, but you're not
- 12:20Speaker 1: going to be able to travel to see your family.
- 12:24Speaker 1: And our patience is wearing thin. But our patience is
- 12:28Speaker 1: wearing thin. Okay, I go back to the basic question
- 12:31Speaker 1: I asked a moment ago, what is the definition of vaccinated?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Go back and think about that when you have a
- 12:37Speaker 1: conversation now with your family and your friends, because part
- 12:40Speaker 1: of this is winning a war, a mind war, a
- 12:44Speaker 1: pr war, a marketing war with your family and friends.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I don't know a single family in this country that
- 12:50Speaker 1: isn't divided on this issue. I don't know a single
- 12:53Speaker 1: family that's all in for being non vaccinated or all
- 12:57Speaker 1: in for being vaccinated. But when you have this conversation,
- 13:01Speaker 1: you have this debate over vaccine mandates, the conversation that
- 13:04Speaker 1: does need to take place, The conversation that needs to
- 13:06Speaker 1: be that we need to be having is Hey, what
- 13:09Speaker 1: are we going to agree to and what are we
- 13:11Speaker 1: going to give up? Right? What are we What are
- 13:15Speaker 1: we giving up by saying mandates? What are we giving
- 13:18Speaker 1: up when the government mandates us do signing? What is
- 13:21Speaker 1: it that we're saying are advocating for when we give
- 13:24Speaker 1: it up? You know, I've been vaccinated, but does that
- 13:28Speaker 1: mean that my vaccine status? And based on the constantly
- 13:32Speaker 1: moving goalposts, I would assume that at some point I
- 13:36Speaker 1: am non compliant by default if I don't get the
- 13:42Speaker 1: booster shot when they tell me to get the booster shot.
- 13:47Speaker 1: At some point they're going to tell me I can't
- 13:49Speaker 1: fly anymore or I can't come to work anymore, even
- 13:53Speaker 1: though I've been quote fully vaccinated, because we're going to
- 13:56Speaker 1: change the goalpost or what the definition of fully vaccinated
- 13:58Speaker 1: actually means. That's where we're headed, y'all. This is the
- 14:03Speaker 1: reason why states need to stand up. This is why
- 14:05Speaker 1: governors need to stand up, and this is why they
- 14:07Speaker 1: need to say. When you hear a president say something,
- 14:10Speaker 1: what is not that This is not what a president
- 14:12Speaker 1: should ever sound like. A president of the United States
- 14:16Speaker 1: of America should never ever sound like what we just
- 14:20Speaker 1: heard from the president where he says, but you know,
- 14:22Speaker 1: we're getting a little bit exhausted here right where my
- 14:26Speaker 1: patience is wearing thin, and our patience is wearing thin.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I'm patient, but my patience is running thin. That is
- 14:37Speaker 1: not Just because the president's patience is wearing thin does
- 14:41Speaker 1: not mean that he has the right to take away
- 14:43Speaker 1: all of your rights. Again, this is a pr war.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And what the Democrats refuse to understand, and what these
- 14:54Speaker 1: liberals refused to understand, is that they would just go
- 14:57Speaker 1: get in a cave. If they would go back and
- 15:00Speaker 1: stick their heads and their rear ends again. If they
- 15:03Speaker 1: would just do that, the chances are a lot more
- 15:08Speaker 1: people would get vaccinated. If they would stop using the
- 15:11Speaker 1: word mandate, the chances are that a lot of people
- 15:16Speaker 1: would very quickly go get vaccinated at the same rates
- 15:20Speaker 1: we saw before. If they would stop making this into
- 15:23Speaker 1: a political football and respect people's rights and allow it
- 15:28Speaker 1: to be a personal choice, you would have more people
- 15:33Speaker 1: get vaccinated Toronto General Hospital, just so you know what's
- 15:39Speaker 1: happening there when they put in their mandates. Socialized medicine
- 15:43Speaker 1: has turned out to be so great in Canada. The
- 15:46Speaker 1: simple task now finding a family doctor after they just
- 15:49Speaker 1: recently fired staff, can't be done without being put on
- 15:53Speaker 1: a year's long wait list. This is now. The wait
- 16:02Speaker 1: list for a family doctor under the socialized medicine system
- 16:07Speaker 1: in Toronto has reached seventy eight thousand people as of
- 16:14Speaker 1: this October. It says it will be now more than
- 16:18Speaker 1: a year for you to get a simple family doctor.
- 16:24Speaker 1: They just fired a bunch of doctors with vaccine mandates.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Nothing to see there, right, So you've got to wait
- 16:30Speaker 1: a year to get a doctor. You have to wait
- 16:32Speaker 1: an entire year, or more than a year. Actually, it's
- 16:35Speaker 1: what they're saying to get a doctor in Canada right now.
- 16:38Speaker 1: And they decided it was a good idea during the
- 16:39Speaker 1: middle of the pandemic to fire a bunch of doctors.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Don't ask question, folks, just comply. You know. There were
- 16:47Speaker 1: sad news of the passing of Coon Paler, guy that
- 16:52Speaker 1: I had the opportunity to get to know. I like
- 16:54Speaker 1: Coon Paler, I really did. I disagree with his politics
- 16:57Speaker 1: at the end of his career, but his life work
- 16:58Speaker 1: is something I can stand behind an applaud He deserves
- 17:01Speaker 1: a standing ovation for what he has done. I want
- 17:03Speaker 1: to make that clear. But you know, you look at
- 17:07Speaker 1: Colin Powell. He dies of COVID nineteen complications, mean he
- 17:12Speaker 1: died from COVID nineteen, right, And when he died of
- 17:16Speaker 1: COVID nineteen, his family put out a statement that he
- 17:18Speaker 1: was quote fully vaccinated, which is great, and he's still died.
- 17:25Speaker 1: So this idea that if I get the vaccine that
- 17:27Speaker 1: somehow I am immediately going to have no more issues
- 17:31Speaker 1: and that I'm immediately going to be safe is also
- 17:34Speaker 1: not true. And Colin Powell is proof of that. I'm
- 17:37Speaker 1: that I'm not saying use that as a reason to
- 17:38Speaker 1: not get the vaccine either. Overwhelming data has shown something
- 17:43Speaker 1: very clearly. Overwhelming data has shown that COVID nineteen vaccinations
- 17:50Speaker 1: do help you stay out of the hospital and have
- 17:52Speaker 1: major negative impacts of COVID nineteen. Doesn't mean it's going
- 17:55Speaker 1: to be full proof to I mean, it's going to
- 17:56Speaker 1: be perfect. Okay. I want to make that very clear
- 18:00Speaker 1: as well, But we need to get back to the science.
- 18:05Speaker 1: That's what we need to get back to. We need
- 18:07Speaker 1: to get back to dealing with actual science, and we
- 18:11Speaker 1: need to get back to people making a medical decision
- 18:14Speaker 1: instead of a political decision. That's the biggest problem we're
- 18:18Speaker 1: having right now. That's the biggest screw up we're having
- 18:24Speaker 1: right now, is that we have far too many people
- 18:26Speaker 1: right now, far, far, far too many people that are
- 18:33Speaker 1: making decisions based on politics. And if the politicians would
- 18:37Speaker 1: shut up, and if the politicians would just be quiet,
- 18:43Speaker 1: it would be amazing what could take place. It would
- 18:45Speaker 1: be amazing, what could change, It would be incredible, what
- 18:51Speaker 1: could happen. You gotta understand one reason though, why the
- 18:55Speaker 1: only thing the Democrats are really having, really trying to
- 18:58Speaker 1: talk about right now is endating you get a vaccine,
- 19:01Speaker 1: is because that's the only issue they're winning on right now.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Understand that there is like total anarchy and there is
- 19:11Speaker 1: total division within the Democratic Party right now, and what
- 19:14Speaker 1: they should be doing in this country because Biden's presidency
- 19:19Speaker 1: is clearly floundering. Adams Shift this week, Shifty Shift coming
- 19:22Speaker 1: out saying, you know, we will go after anyone who
- 19:25Speaker 1: doesn't provide information to January sixth Committee. We're gonna put
- 19:28Speaker 1: you in jail. They're still focusing on this, folks. They
- 19:33Speaker 1: think the American people care about what happened on January
- 19:36Speaker 1: the six, to the point where they're treating it like
- 19:38Speaker 1: a nine to eleven. They're on TV this weekend trying
- 19:42Speaker 1: to like rally the troops the Democratic Party. We're gonna
- 19:45Speaker 1: go after anybody that doesn't comply. We're gonna we're gonna
- 19:49Speaker 1: throw you in jail. And their power drunk because they
- 19:53Speaker 1: basically figured out they can do whatever the hell they
- 19:55Speaker 1: want to while they're in power. They can break any laws,
- 19:57Speaker 1: they can do whatever they want to. They commanded anything
- 19:59Speaker 1: they want to. Take a list and Adam Schiff on MSNBC.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Well is set to vote this Tuesday on federal criminal
- 20:05Speaker 1: content charges for former Trump advisor Steve Bannon for refusing
- 20:09Speaker 1: to comply with the committee's subpoena, a move President Biden
- 20:13Speaker 1: supports one hundred percent. I hope that the committee goes
- 20:19Speaker 1: after them and hold them accountable. Yes, this is Richard
- 20:26Speaker 1: Nixon ask. Just so you know, this is one hundred
- 20:29Speaker 1: percent Richard Nixon ask. We're gonna we're gonna focus on
- 20:33Speaker 1: the evil Trump supporter. We're gonna put them in prison.
- 20:36Speaker 1: We also been told that some of the people have
- 20:37Speaker 1: been held in jail with from the from January sixth.
- 20:40Speaker 1: They've arrested have been put into solitary confinement. They say
- 20:45Speaker 1: it's for their quote owned good, to keep them away
- 20:47Speaker 1: from other people with COVID nineteen. Total crap. That is
- 20:50Speaker 1: not the case, folks. They're literally making trying to get
- 20:54Speaker 1: people to go insane. They were at the capital January
- 20:58Speaker 1: sixth or not a threat toward national security, that are
- 21:00Speaker 1: not a threat to this country like a terrorist, and
- 21:03Speaker 1: they're putting them in solitary confinement, claiming it's because of
- 21:06Speaker 1: COVID to punish them for being there on January the
- 21:09Speaker 1: six There are people that have nothing to do with
- 21:12Speaker 1: going into the capital on January the sixth that are
- 21:14Speaker 1: now being subpoenaed and if they don't comply, they're going
- 21:18Speaker 1: to come lock them up and put them in jail.
- 21:20Speaker 1: And they're treating them like terrorists. This is the only
- 21:22Speaker 1: thing the Democratic Party has right now going for them.
- 21:25Speaker 1: It's everybody that like Donald Trump, is a terrorist, a
- 21:28Speaker 1: domestic terrorists, and we will treat them like that. And
- 21:30Speaker 1: this is public enemy number one, and we'll put them
- 21:33Speaker 1: in jail, will hold them in criminal contempt, and we
- 21:36Speaker 1: will separate them from society, put them in solitary confinement
- 21:39Speaker 1: where they only see the outside world for thirty minutes
- 21:41Speaker 1: a day, because they supported Donald Trump, and they were
- 21:44Speaker 1: in and or around the Capitol. Joining me now. Congressman
- 21:48Speaker 1: Adam Schiff, member of the Select Committee on the January
- 21:51Speaker 1: sixth attack, chair of the House Intelligence Committee, lead impeachment
- 21:55Speaker 1: manager at the first of Trump's two Senate trials, and
- 21:59Speaker 1: the author of a new book, Midnight in Washington, How
- 22:02Speaker 1: we almost lost our democracy and still could. By the way,
- 22:05Speaker 1: this is the same guy. I love how they give
- 22:07Speaker 1: them that amazing intro there. I wanted you to hear
- 22:09Speaker 1: that this is the same guy that lied and knew
- 22:12Speaker 1: he was putting together fake information about Russian collusion with
- 22:17Speaker 1: Donald Trump, concluding with the Russians the entire time. He
- 22:20Speaker 1: knew that Hillary Clinton bought and paid for it, the
- 22:21Speaker 1: demos DNC bought and paid for that dossier. And he's
- 22:26Speaker 1: the guy that went to impeach Donald Trump not once
- 22:29Speaker 1: but twice on faulty information that he knew was a lie.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Don't forget that. It's an important point that we need
- 22:39Speaker 1: to make this is Adam Shift. Now you hear the
- 22:42Speaker 1: way the NBC News introduced him like he's some folklore hero,
- 22:45Speaker 1: like he's the greatest thing gift to American democracy. This
- 22:50Speaker 1: is a guy that tried to overthrow the will of
- 22:51Speaker 1: the people, knowing the information was using to overthrow the
- 22:55Speaker 1: will of the people a free and a fair election
- 23:03Speaker 1: because he didn't like the outcome. That's Adam Shift. But
- 23:07Speaker 1: let's give him a great introduction, and then let's threaten
- 23:12Speaker 1: any Trump supported that if you were in around the
- 23:14Speaker 1: capital on January sixth, we will come after you and
- 23:16Speaker 1: put you in jail. Chairmanship, thank you so much for
- 23:19Speaker 1: coming back to the Sunday Show. Let's talk about what's possible,
- 23:23Speaker 1: what could what's going to happen on Tuesday, and the
- 23:26Speaker 1: potential of criminal contempt charges for Steve Bannon. What's the
- 23:31Speaker 1: process here? The processes on Thursday night will be voting
- 23:36Speaker 1: on a report in the committee. The report concludes that
- 23:38Speaker 1: Bannon should be held in contempt. He failed to appear,
- 23:42Speaker 1: he has no reasonable explanation for that failure to appear,
- 23:46Speaker 1: and that will then go to the full House. The
- 23:48Speaker 1: Full House will vote to hold him in criminal contempt
- 23:51Speaker 1: and then the speaker will ultimately refer that contempt to
- 23:55Speaker 1: the Justice Department, where the statute says that the Justice
- 23:58Speaker 1: Department has a duty to present it to the grand jury.
- 24:02Speaker 1: And so I just want to make sure I heard
- 24:04Speaker 1: you correctly that the Tuesday isn't the day. It's Thursday? Tuesday.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I say it's Tuesday. By the way, I
- 24:14Speaker 1: love this is the guy who's in charge. He doesn't
- 24:16Speaker 1: even know which day he's gonna do this. And MSNBC's like, hey, Adam,
- 24:22Speaker 1: just so you know, it's Tuesday, you guys are gonna
- 24:23Speaker 1: do this, not Thursday. This guy doesn't even know what's
- 24:27Speaker 1: going on. He literally has no clue what's happening. He's
- 24:31Speaker 1: in charge, though, don't worry. Thursday we're gonna throw down,
- 24:35Speaker 1: are you well? Maybe not? I mean it's Tuesday. Is
- 24:39Speaker 1: it Tuesday? Adam? Which one is it? Because if you're
- 24:42Speaker 1: in charge, you should probably know when you're gonna recommend
- 24:46Speaker 1: that somebody should be held in contempt, and you should
- 24:49Speaker 1: probably know when you're going to recommend that he go
- 24:52Speaker 1: to a grand jury, Like that's kind of important. You
- 24:54Speaker 1: should probably know. The timeline doesn't matter, right, This is
- 24:59Speaker 1: all the or how do we get our footing back
- 25:02Speaker 1: with the American people. Let's tell them that the scariest
- 25:05Speaker 1: moment in their lives was January the sixth, that it
- 25:08Speaker 1: was worse than nine to eleven. Let's go after these people.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Let's put them in jail, let's silence them, Let's destroy
- 25:13Speaker 1: their lives. Let's make sure that they can never see
- 25:17Speaker 1: the light of date. That's how we do this. That's
- 25:20Speaker 1: how we win this, that's how we fight back. This
- 25:27Speaker 1: is how we divide the country, and we must divide
- 25:30Speaker 1: them right now. It's all the Democratic Party has offered.
- 25:34Speaker 1: That is it. He's not done, by the way, with
- 25:37Speaker 1: you terrorists out there that support Donald Trump either. We'll
- 25:39Speaker 1: pass it out of the committee on Tuesday. I don't
- 25:41Speaker 1: know the date that we will take it up on
- 25:43Speaker 1: the floor. We hope to take it up very soon.
- 25:46Speaker 1: But we're not messing around here. We're moving very expeditiously.
- 25:51Speaker 1: To me, this is an early sign of whether our
- 25:53Speaker 1: democracy is recovering, whether it's true that no one is
- 25:57Speaker 1: above the law, that the rule of law must apply.
- 26:00Speaker 1: So we intend to go after anyone who doesn't provide
- 26:03Speaker 1: information that they're lawfully compelled to Our committee there it is.
- 26:09Speaker 1: We're going to come after you. You don't do what
- 26:11Speaker 1: we tell you to do, we will come after you.
- 26:13Speaker 1: We will punish you, we will silence you. We will
- 26:15Speaker 1: put you in jail, We'll put you in solitary confinement.
- 26:17Speaker 1: We'll say it's for your own good with COVID nineteen,
- 26:19Speaker 1: because we're the Democratic Party and that is what we do. Hey,
- 26:26Speaker 1: just so you know, there's a bunch of illegal immigrants
- 26:28Speaker 1: coming across the border right now. They've been released with
- 26:29Speaker 1: COVID nineteen just out of curiosity. Anybody gonna do something
- 26:34Speaker 1: with that? Nah, why would we do something with that? Now,
- 26:39Speaker 1: we'll separate you in prison though, if you were involved
- 26:41Speaker 1: in January sixth, that we will do. NBC News, by
- 26:46Speaker 1: the way, trying to temper expectations for the mid term elections,
- 26:52Speaker 1: even on Meet the Press on Sunday, referring to the
- 26:55Speaker 1: Democrats spinning bill. They're saying Biden faces a lot of
- 26:59Speaker 1: challenge lenges, and the Democrats aren't really excited about what
- 27:03Speaker 1: he's doing. I don't know that Democratic voters are particularly
- 27:06Speaker 1: excited about build back Better or an infrastructure bill. I
- 27:13Speaker 1: just I know it. I mean that it's salient it's
- 27:17Speaker 1: not salient. That's Democrats now saying this. They're like, I
- 27:22Speaker 1: don't know if this is really working with the American people.
- 27:25Speaker 1: And when the Biden administration tells you their crap line
- 27:27Speaker 1: this week that it's a good thing that we're out
- 27:29Speaker 1: of oil and we're out of food, and we're out
- 27:31Speaker 1: of everything at the stores that you need, and that
- 27:34Speaker 1: we may not have Christmas gifts, they're actually spinning that
- 27:37Speaker 1: Jedi mind trick. And you're telling you what's a good thing.
- 27:39Speaker 1: It means the economy is strong. That's what they're trying
- 27:41Speaker 1: to sell you right now. Again, meet the press hedging
- 27:45Speaker 1: their bets a little bit, waiting for a massive fallout
- 27:49Speaker 1: when the mid terms, and so I think they're sort
- 27:51Speaker 1: of missing out on the things that do really energize
- 27:54Speaker 1: Democrats in the one on the one hand, and then
- 27:56Speaker 1: the other is everything you just talked about, which is
- 27:58Speaker 1: there's just a sluggish in the economy, in the optimism
- 28:03Speaker 1: that he's also the president, and Democrats aren't delivering on
- 28:06Speaker 1: the sort of bread and butter that they were hoping
- 28:09Speaker 1: they would. So we'll just demonize people that don't get
- 28:13Speaker 1: the jab and we'll go after people for Insurrection on
- 28:16Speaker 1: January the sixth again, and we'll revisit that one. There
- 28:21Speaker 1: it is. We figured it out, folks, we're all good. Now.
- 28:24Speaker 1: That's the Democratic Party and that's what they're offering you now. Congratulations.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I hope you're excited. Hope everyone of you will share
- 28:31Speaker 1: this podcast to help us get out the word on
- 28:33Speaker 1: everything we just talked about today. Please write us a
- 28:36Speaker 1: review and share this with your family and friends wherever
- 28:39Speaker 1: you're listening to this podcast. It helps us tremendously if
- 28:42Speaker 1: you leave us a review, So make sure you do
- 28:44Speaker 1: that right now, and I'll see it back here tomorrow
