- 0:03[SPEAKER_03]: The only thing that we hang manners for that we put up around this building is world championships.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_00]: And you know the message clear, you know, we just have to play better.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody wants to take a chip and dip it in that sauce.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: There's no one to say.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: Talk to you in the better place.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know, but we've got a lot of fucking way to talk to the bull.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_04]: What's up, guys?
- 0:32[SPEAKER_04]: This is Jeff Anis.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_03]: You're listening to 4 man's Packers Hot Dance.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_03]: Hello and welcome to another digital performance package podcast for more packs podcast in the state of our minds.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_03]: I am special join this week with Todd Todd hello and the Green Bay Packers Gobble Gobble I amazing thanks giving winning 31 to 24 in Detroit against the Lions fun game uh probably the most entertaining game of the year outside of the tide to the Cowboys cuz it ended and that was a tie and it's very frustrating but
- 1:11[SPEAKER_03]: What are things giving Todd?
- 1:13[SPEAKER_03]: What did you think of again?
- 1:14[SPEAKER_03]: How is things giving?
- 1:14[SPEAKER_03]: What was your favorite food?
- 1:16[SPEAKER_04]: We were all my favorite food of Thanksgiving.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_04]: That's a tough one.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_04]: This might I don't you tell me if this is a hot take or not But I'm a huge green bean casserole fan Yeah, no, that's a no for me.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_04]: It's a no for you.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_04]: Is it it's a no all the way?
- 1:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just not your favorite.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_03]: I guess not my favorite.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_03]: That wasn't an option this year.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I'll have some Christmas, but it's like, you know, Thanksgiving is turkey day.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_03]: My dad always makes ribs, mashed potatoes, stuffing, whatever.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_03]: What makes ribs?
- 1:52[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's killer.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_03]: They are really really good.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and we always there's always extra So we got to bring a couple of racks home with us, and that's what I had for didn't in on Sunday and Monday, so that was good.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody's complaining.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody's missing Turkey if you have ribs in front of you.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_03]: Right, not a single person, but we have the, you know, Turkey too, and then it's okay.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_03]: He smoked him for like four hours, they yeah, he took him off.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_03]: They look great.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, oh, I'm going to bite into one of these before you like puts barbecue sauce on them and then I bit into it.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, Dad, this is raw.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_03]: Um, he was like let me try and then he bit into it to us.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_03]: It was like we both I mean I haven't gotten sick yet, but yeah, cooked them up more after that and it was fantastic But no, it's just he have so many good options for Thanksgiving Green beans.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_03]: It's like again.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's like it's like it's like when I deserve it like as I knit like green beans It's a vegetable disguised because it's not a dessert.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_04]: So you like it's hearty so has the has the cream a mushroom soup like it's kind of a hearty
- 3:07[SPEAKER_04]: Bring me a back to what all of us peasants ate.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_04]: Turkey.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_04]: Dark meat.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_04]: Light meat.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_04]: Where are you?
- 3:15[SPEAKER_04]: Where do you stand?
- 3:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_04]: Same.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's crazy.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_04]: The people.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_04]: If you like light meat.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_04]: Actually, I like those people because they don't eat the dark meat.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_04]: So.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_04]: No, let me ask you this.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_04]: Follow up before we get into football.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_04]: This is really important.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_03]: do you eat the jiblets slash neck we didn't have a neck this year I've picked at it before I assume it's like the quintessential picking out food because it's yeah it's not super easy to it's hard to eat but it's like one of my favorites because it's just pure dark meat
- 3:49[SPEAKER_04]: But you can't yeah, you can't like you can't really like you can't bite into it Right, so you got to kind of just like peel.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's like string cheese jerky You kind of hold it like a corn cob, and you just pick away Just you can do that too.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_03]: That's another thing like I'm eating a rib and I'm like Ripping it clean off the bone and I'm like this is the meat that was on this animal's body like when you think about eating meat It's like huh, this was this is nice and tight on that rib which was part of their you know right next to other lung
- 4:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so I found, as a parent, it's really important how you explain where meat comes from to a child because if you're like, this is the muscle on the bone of the cow and like, hmm, that sounds horrible.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_03]: You know those things we drive by all the time.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_03]: Packers win 3124 fun game.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_03]: We are now 831.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_03]: After the win on Thursday, it jumped up to we have a 73% chance of winning the north.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_03]: than the bears with the Eagles and dropped on to like 65% if we sweep the bears here on out um well you know we play in this week then we have the Broncos then we have the bears again if we beat them in both of those matchups we have a 92% chance of winning the north uh and then the one seed because they beat the Eagles it's kind of a good thing if we can do our end of the bargain here uh the one seed odds went from 8% to 15% and it
- 5:12[SPEAKER_03]: You know the the Rams and the Eagles they don't you know Eagles are kind of realing Rams are kind of only they lost to the Panthers So that lost though we have even looks a little bit better now Yeah, overall looking good for playoff implications it makes this game next week even more important playing the bears at Lambo But I mean back to this game Todd.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_03]: I guess opening thoughts.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_03]: What was your big thought after this game?
- 5:38[SPEAKER_04]: Was it officially Toyodathon for this game?
- 5:40[SPEAKER_03]: It felt like it.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I believe this is week two of Toyodathon.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_04]: It was wild to me that you go from Jordan Love seemingly like, I don't know what is I had to look at this touch on numbers.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_04]: They're not good.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_04]: Like the numbers for the season are not like MVP level, nor near that for the touchdowns.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_04]: But like this game, throws four touchdowns.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_04]: Was it three in the red zone?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that one deep and crucial Watson, but three touchdowns.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_04]: earlier this year all we've been doing is running the ball.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_04]: You can't decide the 10 and we just run and we've been really effective at it.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_04]: But it's just fun to watch Jordan go through like those.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: Those nice clean outroutes just like it's just fun to watch and then seeing guys like Dentevi and Wix step up I mean that's what this offense needs right now is just a couple of different people to make up for like the loss of Tucker craft and then just like
- 6:34[SPEAKER_04]: the drops and stuff have been hit and hit miss, but it feels like to add a thorn.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan loves been looking pretty good, better and better every week, and this was kind of like it feels like 2023, Jordan Rodgers.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan love is like he's he's presenting himself on Thanksgiving for us, right?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_04]: And then like, and December is going to be great.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_04]: That's how I feel.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and I mean, he's really good just on Thanksgiving to it's funny because you could just have, you know, three different pictures.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I guess two with the turkey, but one with Jordan love, you know, the first Thanksgiving, which was his original coming out party, but yeah, I mean, going along the same lines.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_03]: Again, for me, it was like the third week in a row of being impressed with Matt LaFlor.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, actually airing it out on offense during through at 30 times.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_03]: We ran it, uh, how many times you run in this game?
- 7:23[SPEAKER_03]: 30 times as well.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_03]: So the perfect one one match their out.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_03]: I guess with the kneel downs, with the kneel downs, I guess we did pass a couple more times not like it's a huge deal.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_03]: But still maintaining a good ratio there and then actually like having intermediate passing plays, again, you know, we've been asking all your what's the staple of this offense, what's the play can go to.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_03]: The last three weeks or at least since Christian Watson's been back.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_03]: It's been those like ten yard outs like those have been absolutely deadly when it's third down you know it's coming and that it's like with Christian wants and two you know he's so fucking big and fast Like he's gonna run straight and then he's just gonna break outside and it's like you have to respect him with with that speed that he has And then those long fucking arms that he's got it's like he's pretty tough to cover on those third downs I also feel like I don't I'm not a thrower of the football never was never will be okay, but like throwing
- 8:16[SPEAKER_04]: like a 15-yard, like a deep out feels like the toughest throw in football.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_04]: You have to throw, it's like that window is tiny, and that's one of the things that Jordan's super good at, and then to do it like down in the red zone two, where guys are pressed up against the line, he did it twice, wants to Romeo, wants to down-tavian on the left side, I believe, and it's like those kind of impressed me more,
- 8:39[SPEAKER_04]: than like the deep ball to Christian Watson.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's nice to see that timing there.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_04]: But like to see those short outs in the red zone, where it's really tough to throw the ball, is really impressive.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_04]: And I like to see that.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_04]: And I agree with you on just like letting love throw the ball.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, like that we've been talking about that all year.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_04]: Like let him go be aggressive.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_04]: And then you see, we reap the benefits.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_04]: It's, it was a super fun game to watch.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_04]: Also, you can't say enough about the defense and the pressures.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_04]: That was great too.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, that was fun.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_03]: A Jordan love wasn't sacked and jerked off.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, at times, it seemed like he didn't have it.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, especially at the beginning, where I think it's first four throws were incomplete, but he was feeling it all day.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_03]: All right, three incompletions, but then he went on like a 15.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: I know.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: Completion run.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_03]: The back top battle floor and the the big headline after the game too is he out Dan Campbell Dan Campbell and if you remember Billy's bold predictions pretty funny because I think I thought of it too when you're lining up for it at the at the end there where I'm like
- 9:40[SPEAKER_03]: I think we've only had two so far yeah his bold prediction was the lines won't convert any fourth downs Packers will couldn't for at least four fourth downs.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_03]: We go.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I said sorry three three.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, three three fourth downs Three for three on fourth lines over two and again like the headline after multiple people were saying out-danned Campbell Dan Campbell, and it's just funny how Billy was actually actually right about that one But even so like I
- 10:08[SPEAKER_04]: Here's how I thought about like Dan Campbell previously when we've played them is it were kind of like these I don't know that too cute Were we just like what I like about the way we convert our four thounds is they're not cute They're not like trick plays we just go out there Jordan loves things the ball convert them like the don't even wicks at the end of the game was just like it was just beautiful So I don't love that
- 10:31[SPEAKER_03]: It was nice to cause you know talk about the trick plays like this game.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_03]: It was kind of like I still think the lines are going to be a good team I'm not sure if they're going to be the playoffs.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_03]: I think they only have like a 30% shot now.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_04]: It's wild with that loss where that put on somebody was like breaking down.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_04]: I can't remember if it was like post game.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_04]: Some was breaking down where that puts them and it's not good.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, especially after that bears win too, because it's like, you know, us, the bears, the lines and the Niners all vying for that, uh, I wonder what I'm in a different division, what it looks like.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_04]: Does that matter enough?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_04]: Where it's like, it doesn't really matter, right?
- 11:07[SPEAKER_04]: Because as long as you get out of, it doesn't matter.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_04]: Because three teams from the division can make it.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_04]: I was just thinking like, if they're in the AFC, would it be different?
- 11:16[SPEAKER_04]: But,
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, we'll deliver it.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, but it's like the fleeting image of the lines here where, you know, kind of been the juggernaut, and then if you know, for the last three years or so, and like the trick plays the, you know, Dan Campbell column plays now, Ben Johnson being in Chicago, like the,
- 11:32[SPEAKER_03]: Trick plays didn't work the end around to genus and was a big loss The weird leaf flicker to go off that he liked dropped and the Montgomery and threw that ball to where he overthrew the tight end It's like it just wasn't working for them I mean genus and dropped that fourth down play to it's like they made the mistakes that we've seen us making the past and other lines were doing Again, it was probably the difference in the game.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_04]: I wonder if there was anybody open when God was about to throw that ball or catch that
- 11:58[SPEAKER_04]: What was he he was gonna throw it, right?
- 12:00[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah for sure.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_04]: Was there anybody open?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_04]: Did we give or get like an all 22 look at that?
- 12:05[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't see that.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_03]: No, I was terrifying.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_04]: He's seeing the bog of axiom.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, oh no, here.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: Anytime any time we see a flea flicker, I think the stealers and Rogers did that against this this your two cuz it's just like no of all the passes so far Please don't let this get complete cuz it's just a little bit more embarrassing to stupid ask fucking flea flicker.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_03]: That's true.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_03]: It is embarrassing
- 12:25[SPEAKER_03]: Um, Tom Brady, what'd you think of him?
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: I, I was a big Tom Brady Hater his first year.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_04]: Commentating, I, I didn't notice him.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's probably the nicest thing I could say.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_04]: But he's good.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_04]: He has good insight.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_04]: And what I think he does better this year than last year is he doesn't talk too much.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you feel the same way.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I don't think I watched a ton of them last year, but I thought he was annoying in this game I did think he's gotten better like he picks his spots a little bit more.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_03]: He knows when he's talk and then like he lets perk heart chime in to like have him dig a little deeper if he needs to and the other thing was I think he's timed his woes pretty good Like there's a lot of times you watch the highlights and stuff, and it's like the touchdown to wicks and Brady say, oh like Jonathan villain is terrible at it, but it's just I mean
- 13:16[SPEAKER_03]: Able's an oranges each other almost bad like Mark Sanchez was bad at it, too But it's like also bad you can't you want need to be far enough away from the mic if you're gonna do it or You need to wait until Burkard's done with his call and Tom Brady kind of threaded that needle What you're saying is like when he reacts to like a good play Yeah, so you're saying oh, okay.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_04]: I guess I never even thought about that
- 13:41[SPEAKER_04]: you're paying attention to the woes.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_03]: The woes will just because, especially with former players, that seems to be the worst.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_03]: When they're at their worst, that's what they do.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_03]: They missed time there, their yellows or whatever it is.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_03]: This is off topic.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_03]: Do you ever watch the man in cast?
- 13:59[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, no.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_03]: Very, very rarely.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_03]: I know hardly hardly ever.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't the last few years first or maybe a couple of times.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_04]: I don't if you want to watch the game, I don't like it, but like right as if you don't care about the game, you have background, it's like background noise, it's kind of funny.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_04]: They have like good insight for certain things, I guess.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, like that's what's interesting.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: Like if you don't care about the game, but you still like football,
- 14:22[SPEAKER_04]: It's a good it's a good change of pace anyways off topic.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, very fair.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_03]: I saw they had Danny DeVito on yesterday.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_04]: I was not watching, but I just I saw his face on the print there have like a prediction board I didn't I didn't turn it on in time to see Danny DeVito on TV, but
- 14:39[SPEAKER_03]: This podcast to probably should have said before if we're going to talk about offense the defense shocking in all the special teams Take news We were going to talk art should we put a dome on lambo field People are a lot of people are talking about people.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_03]: I've heard at least two bringing up this week, so hey, we're talking about it because people people have been saying we should put a dome on lambo
- 14:58[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I've stumped many Packer Strivia and then preview the I don't know biggest biggest Packer Bear game since 2013 maybe I'm trying to think another big one maybe Matt LaFloris first game at Lambo in 2019, but Maybe the I mean I guess I just turned into a big game with Rogers the my knee game, but maybe I'm ramble in a little bit here But big big game or cassette game.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that's my babe.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_04]: That is like one of my favorite Rogers games ever
- 15:26[SPEAKER_03]: I love how it's became like an edit now on Twitter.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: It's every time, so I think it's just a group that I have a text group that everybody has one of these.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_04]: I send every time I see that, I send it to the group, so it's the same edit every time.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_04]: But every time I see it, I have to send it, which is like, you know, once a month, probably.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_03]: Packers again 31 24 offense Jordan love starting with him.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, God once again, the things giving God 18 out of 30 234 yards for touchdowns.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_03]: No picks.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, whole home, just another to get a thorn Jordan love game.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_03]: Probably his best performance of the year.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, how many games has he thrown for four touchdowns.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's prop.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's probably probably one or two others, yeah, and that's what I think too probably like the Dallas playoff game and maybe another one of those big games that we had back in the day, but maybe when Aaron Jones was on the team even perhaps, but how do you feel about the Jordan Love like falling away balls?
- 16:29[SPEAKER_04]: I did use to hate them, but I want to hear your take.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it's kind of, I talk to you last week when we weren't recording.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_03]: It was just something I thought about how, like, when you, if you're thinking of Aaron Rodgers play, that he's like known for, it would be like the Hail Mary, right?
- 16:46[SPEAKER_03]: You know, obviously we'd say like play a, you know, deep shots of Jordan, whatever, but he shots post.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody's done better at the Hail Mary's than Aaron Rodgers.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_03]: And with Jordan love, it's like,
- 16:58[SPEAKER_03]: He has the mini Hail Mary's, you know, some of these dropbacks too, but it's like, instead of Rogers dropping it into a bucket like 50 yards downfield, it's like Jordan love doing a similar thing, but like 20 to 30 yards downfield.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like, it was that fourth down conversion in 2023.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember if it was against the lines or the chiefs at Lambo, but fourth down through it up to Romeo Dodge and he somehow came down with it.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like, the jean read deep past against the Rams last year.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_03]: That's more of a bucket chuck it.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_03]: Tucker, Tucker craft, against the Steelers, and now it's kind of developing more into this fade away.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_03]: Did like three times last week, right?
- 17:38[SPEAKER_03]: And it's weird because, you know, the last play of the game, the huge one to convert on fourth down there to Dantevi and Wix.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, you knew he was getting pressure, but you watched it again.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, he got hit pretty hard too.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_03]: And then even Hutchinson said after the game, that it's like tough to get to Jordan because he does that fade away throw
- 17:58[SPEAKER_04]: That was one of the things that I found really interesting, but you're talking about the Hutchinson thing and I was going to bring up is that like, even defenders are like, it's you can't like he does it and you can't get to him because I think this is like the beauty of Jordan love just like having that short memory of like I feel like other cubies.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't you don't coach that throw right like that's not a coaching like the coaches giving you an F on most of those look the floor was asked about it this week of journal of like developing it and he kind of answered it by saying you know it's not something that they teach it's not really something they want him to do but right it works for him.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, it's like the essence of it is like home-grinned, telling farves, whatever you do, like don't take a sack, don't run it, like throw the ball away and farves.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_04]: Like run, you know what I mean?
- 18:52[SPEAKER_04]: Like he runs it for the touchdown.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_04]: And it's like, if you don't have like that confidence, like Jordan love has the confidence here or the short memory or whatever you wanna call it, of just like, I'm gonna do my thing and he just has a confidence to go there and sling the ball.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: And like,
- 19:07[SPEAKER_04]: without that right like because you go back and you look at the throws that he's made that ended us in the championship game in 23 right but it's like the same it has the same feel but now it's working and it's like is this Jordan loves thing like he has these like falling away
- 19:26[SPEAKER_04]: Lobshots that hit because seemingly at a higher rate like every every year like Yeah, because like 2023, you know again to the when it was doing it to Romeo Dobbs.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_03]: It's like You can't say and I've seen like other fans say on Twitter like lucky or whatever and it's like I would agree If I was in your position, but it's like yes, we see it too consistently now to think like it's part of his game
- 19:52[SPEAKER_04]: It's like one of those things when you see Jordan love twice a year and he does it Yeah, like that's how it's so lucky.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_04]: How is it?
- 19:59[SPEAKER_04]: But like if you're a packer fan and you watch and we can wake out and you're like fuck He it's not luck like he keeps doing it.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and it's ridiculous.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's ugly.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_03]: I hate it.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_03]: I used to beat it.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it is a silly body But now I'm like fuck.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_04]: He's like he hit like three of them this week.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_04]: It's it's insane
- 20:17[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, sort of off a little bit slow.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_03]: He that first drive at the end there.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_03]: We would have had a touchdown if you hit Melton, but he missed missed them next play.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_03]: He missed Watson and then after that he like threw away to Wiley, but that was pretty much his only bad set of downs.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_03]: He, uh, muff that one hand off to Josh Jacobs picked it up through it to a Malik Heath and he dropped it.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_03]: That would have been that was a bummer.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_03]: that have been a cool one.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_03]: But then again, I mean, the deep all the watts in the throes tweaks.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we're going to talk about what the other guys do.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_03]: But it's just, I mean, he's journal of now.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_03]: If if Drake me kind of falls off and let's say the rounds do too.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, journal love is like third an MVP.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_03]: Um,
- 20:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, both not votes, but predictions right now.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_03]: Tradition odds.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's obviously, you know, you look at the top teams in the quarterback for the most part, but I don't know, it's funny now to think about because I mean, I had my thoughts too, but like your interests of that at the beginning of the year was, you know, does Jordan love sucking.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, I'm the big thing we thought going in this year too is like, this is a huge year for metal floor and a huge one for Jordan love, and it's like there aren't a lot of cubies you'd rather have the league right now than him.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_04]: I think, too, like, I don't know if you feel the same way, but like, I, there's throws that you're disappointed in, kind of like every week for any quarterback, but like those throws are just kind of like diminishing as the season goes on where I'm like, I'm not like the dad tax is becoming like the tax rate is coming down, yeah, like it's like less and less we were in Minnesota now we're in Texas.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and we're moving to Florida next.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_04]: So like it's gonna be good and like it but like my most disappointing moment was like the mountain miss and it's like, but that's a tough enough.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_04]: Like he's honest, I don't know, it's not that tough.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's disappointing.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_04]: There's people that could do it.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people that could do it.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_04]: But like in Jordan can do it, but it's just like he has that bad series, but that's like he said that's like kind of it.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_04]: for the day as far as like a series of plays that just like aren't there and like that was kind of it and the wily one wasn't really that was like a full way so it was like two misses in a row and that was it so yeah we're looking to have a my love Jordan love gobble gobble up
- 22:34[SPEAKER_03]: receivers.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_03]: I mean we I think you know that this narrative is pumped up a bunch because we talked about it too for a while there but the receivers now I mean it's a couple of weeks here but they now feel like what we thought we'd have a couple of years ago um you know it done TV and it looks 94 yards Christian Watson 80 I mean Romeo had four catches for 20 yards but it's just we're getting more and more of
- 23:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the huge catch by wicks to seal it, Jordan put it in the perfect spot, just outreach, you know, that's a ball that wicks is probably dropping first half of last year, you know, second half of the year, he really turned it on this year.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_03]: There's only been a small handful of drops, like totally outstretched, awesome catch.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_03]: I love seeing Wiley do his little wiggle after that did you see his celebration.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't live either because I was so excited, but then watching the highlights, it's like Wiley's ass is right in frame and he just like jiggles a bit and signs the first down, so very, very important.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_04]: That's pretty funny.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_04]: I think that was a little bit of why like having Dante be in Wix be such a factor in this game.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_04]: It being, thanksgiving makes me feel like 2023, like 2023, sure.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_04]: Wix was good in December too, so that's what I'm hoping for.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm hoping that continues.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_04]: That connection seems like a lot of fun.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_03]: He got a game ball after two is pretty funny to see how he was the third one.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_03]: You know, they give out three game balls and look for like just said his yards or whatever.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_03]: And then the team just like rushed them after that.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_03]: So as you can tell that everyone on the team knows that he's our own pay and attention.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: Well, and then all the drop, you know, talk about last year on like social media and now him showing out really big on Thanksgiving was huge.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_03]: What did you think of his first touchdown?
- 24:20[SPEAKER_03]: Because I was traveling for the first quarter, so I didn't see it live.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_03]: And like Wayne Lairve and Larry McHaren were beside themselves that it that it stayed a touchdown.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_03]: Like they were really surprised.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_04]: I also so like just watching it to start.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_04]: I did not think it was a touchdown.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_04]: And then you
- 24:42[SPEAKER_04]: when you really slow it down, you get a different angle.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_04]: It was like, I guess his first foot was on the ground.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_04]: And then, you know, in the second foot, for sure, right?
- 24:52[SPEAKER_04]: But the third foot stepped out.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_04]: And that's what you're all looking at, like, kind of like the second, I don't know.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_04]: It was, I was surprised as well.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_04]: But,
- 25:01[SPEAKER_04]: It just goes back to everything we've always talked about for the last 10 or 15 years.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_04]: Like nobody knows what a catch is.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_04]: There's a select few and they're the ones that make the calls.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_04]: And like they don't even know.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like, what do we, I don't know, what do you do?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_04]: If that one came off the board, I would not be surprised.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_03]: So it was about as close to a 50 50 call as I think you can get because it's like you see is the ball kind of move and go to his other hand but his feet are dragging and it's like you know if it was called a drop.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_03]: I would see them staying with it.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_03]: If I was a Lions fan, I'd probably be a little frustrated.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't know what you're going to do.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was also off of the gray area where you got a, like it looks like a touchdown in slow mode to me.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_04]: that is a thing like it looks like a touch on slow mode.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_04]: I did see somebody pull like the rule out of the NFL for 2025 and it's essentially like you can change hands with the ball also as long as you have possession of it, which is like.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_04]: shit like I guess it's just like every it takes 18 weeks to figure out what it catches like every single year we're like what does it survive the grail it does I don't know it's just that it's a part of the NFL season we won't know for a few weeks fair yeah I mean I think the ground stuff is more so been settled but that was like fucking I don't know Hawkinson at the beginning of the year saying that he caught that one
- 26:28[SPEAKER_03]: Touchdown.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_04]: Everyone mega-tron caught that ball and he set the ball on the ground.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_03]: They're like not a catch That was the biggest that was the biggest like what is a catch I do think it has gotten a lot better the last five ten years than it was and like the early 20 times Because like the dust and catch it was peak
- 26:47[SPEAKER_04]: doesn't catch it.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_04]: Is that peak or is Megatron peak?
- 26:54[SPEAKER_04]: I guess they're both peak.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're within a year of each other, year or two, at least.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_03]: Are they?
- 26:58[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's wild.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_03]: Christian Watson for for 80 the big bomb touchdown 51 yards very very cool again.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_03]: I mean he is the offense.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's the staple with those 10-yard out that he seems to catch just about every single time I think one he might have dropped this week.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_04]: Did you see how many targets he had?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'd oh wow he had 10 targets.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember him.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_04]: I was looking at that going I don't remember him getting targeted 10 times but maybe
- 27:28[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe they were throwaways, I don't know.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think every week he's been between, I think one week he might have like 80 yards, but it's like always between 45 and 55 yards every single week with him at this point.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_03]: Again, I mean, the deep ball is he's got so much better at.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_03]: It's when his chest is facing the ball, he's going to catch it.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: If it's over the back or his shoulders aren't facing the ball, I don't want it.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_04]: 50, 50 ball if that if that it's just when he can be wide open, but it's over his shoulder.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_04]: it's 50-50.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_03]: He has to be at an angle to attack the ball for you to feel good about it.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_03]: Everything else like even when he drops it now, it feels better.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's like all the other ones that's like Jesus Christ.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_03]: He has no fucking hands.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_04]: It is funny for a speedy guy too.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_04]: Like I feel like most speedy guys are bad at like the jump balls contested balls.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_04]: but good at like ham, wide open run on the field, like being catcher over the shoulder all day.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_04]: Where like he's kind of the opposite, like he has to like turn and address the ball.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_04]: to make it happen.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_04]: Which is funny.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_03]: He's got a lot better at, uh, so good.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_03]: I see so reliable.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_03]: Like NDS was terrible.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_03]: Like he, if NDS could act better or attack the ball a little bit differently, not even catching it, but there have been so many more PIs called because of him running on the field than there ever were.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_03]: Um, you had the big drop on third down before the fourth down that we converted and then also that play on third down the PI.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the refs were a little more involved than he would like in this game, uh, Torbert, Torbert, whatever the the head ref.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he, he has to be up there for flags.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_03]: He's up there in fligs and home teams.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_03]: He doesn't call very well for home.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_04]: Is that really a staff that we track going into the game?
- 29:20[SPEAKER_03]: I saw a graphic saying that.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, hmm, that's interesting.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_03]: Sure enough.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I think it was pretty 50, 50.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, the timeout with the floor, that was huge.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: That was bad.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_03]: That was some bullshit.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: We'll be mentioned this how Tom Renaldi.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_03]: He was at the game covering it.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_03]: He was the guy who put out the quote that LaFlor said that when Andres goes on in the field.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_03]: He prays, you know, and apparently that really, really, really pissed Matt LaFlor off behind the scenes.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: So will he thinks it was Tom trying to get back in the Florida's good graces because they went to him on the sideline and he's like I heard Matt will force saying.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, he was the right Because after the game, you know, he's the Florida's asked about it and he winks like while giving his answer like of course They called it right, but it's like
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Clearly he knew he got away with one, so there was that, there was the Watson Miss PI, there was a couple other little things, but I thought it was even enough, but I'd be pissed if I was a Lion's fan, I think they were like saying the ref soccer or something during the game too.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_04]: Also, have you ever like going to like, on the La Flore thing and how quickly he called that timeout once he knew that there was going to be a fall start?
- 30:30[SPEAKER_04]: Like have you ever seen the thing where they drop the little cylinders and you have to like catch them?
- 30:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, you know what I'm talking about.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_04]: This is good radio and so like there's like that like receivers are really good That's like reaction time, right?
- 30:43[SPEAKER_04]: You have like peak reaction time like number three is like receivers doing that thing Number two is like formula one drivers and number one is Matt LaFluir calling time out as his right guard is jumping
- 30:56[SPEAKER_04]: and the fall start, like falling backwards for a fall start.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_04]: It was, it was insane how quickly in slow motion you could see him calling the time out.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: So I was actually impressed by that.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and that would have been huge.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_03]: It would have been quite up a red flag for Belton or Marketle's, but other than that, I mean, we didn't really think of him at all.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_03]: But it was like, of course, the fucking rookie at right guard is the one that jumps in cost us.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_03]: Which, you know, that happens, right?
- 31:21[SPEAKER_04]: I would never.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, we'll talk about the line, but didn't he give up a fair amount
- 31:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not sure, I don't have the pressure rate, so maybe you'll tell me.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, dobs, again, for 20 to one touchdown, perfect little outright on the goal line there pretty much.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_03]: I liked how he kept running, you know, after he caught it in the security guard, the like black security guard was like red, the stairs, he was just like me and mug and Romeo dobs.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_03]: After the catch, I found that entertaining.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_03]: And I thought this was a good sprinkling of bone melton in the offense.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how many snaps he had, but the one target that should have been a catch.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: And then the two runs one went for nothing, the other went for 14.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like, okay, I can, I can live with that.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'll be at the first one went for like one yard or nothing.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_03]: So, meh.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_04]: bummer for you I couldn't find the pressurates uh you have to have you have to pay money it's a whole thing paywall down with the paywall is what I say it's like the Berlin Wall.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: Jake Morley might have it on a on Twitter from last week but I don't know.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a how good are it's searchin' and talking.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_03]: not good at searching and talking, can't multitask tight ends.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_03]: Snaps this week were different.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_03]: I wonder a little bit interesting to see.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_03]: I assume it is going to be the evidence after the game if we passed a lot or ran a lot.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_03]: Musgrave was the leading snap getter after not having much the last two weeks.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_03]: I think you had the least between the tight ends.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_03]: He had 37 Wiley had 32 and fits Patrick when all the way down to 15.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_03]: So interesting there.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if he got banged up or what, but it seemed like he was tied in one and now not so much.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_03]: Must grave.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'm trying to think maybe the best.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_03]: catch of his career.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, best play of his career even because he had a dive in catch it.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't remember him making different catches like that.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, the long one Dallas, but I guess at the end of the Panthers game, he had a couple decent catches there.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_03]: After craft went down, put other than that.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_03]: It's been a whole lot of nothing and again.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the wily but wiggle.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_03]: That's all I had for tight ends.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: It feels like the best catch of his career after we watched the debacle of the previous two weeks of just like him, it was just not good, the giant scheme was so, so bad.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and he I think he played the most snaps at tight-end He finished with 14.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_03]: I think he had like 20 last week.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah Running backs good running back.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I mean running the ball I should say 17 carries 83 for Josh Jacobs the long of 29.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_03]: I think that's the longest run He's had all year Olson for 14 Chris Brooks too.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_03]: He had the two catches for nine the long of five.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_03]: I mean got he got fucking
- 34:14[SPEAKER_03]: wallopped on that one.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_03]: But Josh Jacobs, especially the first half, it felt like the second half, it wasn't working as well.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_03]: But I mean, those first couple of series, and we had like a 20-yard run, he had the 29-yard run, just a couple big trunk plays that we got a lot of last year, and we haven't had so much of this year, it feels like with Josh Jacobs, it's been like,
- 34:37[SPEAKER_03]: you get nothing or maybe you'll get five yards and that's kind of been it.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_03]: So it's nice to see much larger chunks.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_03]: And again, I mean, obviously it's with the offensive line with Sean Ryan and Anthony Belton being out there, but I felt better.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_03]: It was a good well-rounded offense this week.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I did feel I don't know if the blocking was quite as good this week as it was last week.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously the lions have a pretty good front seven.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, like you said, it was fun to see the chunk plays from Josh Jacobs.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_04]: I was a little bit like I was hoping Emmanuel Wilson was going to get some more touches just from the nice week he had last week, but I don't know.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_04]: And if Josh Jacobs is running like that, I'm fine with Emmanuel not catching the ball.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_03]: He did average 4.9 yards a carry of annual, so that 3.5.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_03]: So it was nice to see that too again.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_03]: It's been like fucking 3.5 something all year.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: So it was nice to see that jump.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_03]: Offensive line.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_03]: Love was not sacked in the game.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_03]: That's pretty pretty good on the season now.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: He has been slid down 4.5% of plays that is six best in the league.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_03]: So I will take that.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_03]: So if then else we didn't mention a huge huge play in the game.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_03]: Rashid Walker, the Fumble Recovery Cobbs, that was, those are, I mean, obviously it's not fun, but it's kind of fun because it's like, you're, it is like playing the game material though.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_03]: The world's over for a second.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, oh my god, we're about to score.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god, it popped out.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god, Rashid Walker, think out, and he got fucking smacked on that plate too by, I think, and Zalone, who, like, immediately was there trying to get the ball.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_03]: So huge, huge scoop there by, Rashid Walker.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_04]: If that play happens in the fourth quarter, it's like holy shit, you just saved us the game, but since it happened in what the second quarter, it's like seconder, yeah, and I want to see third, but I feel like, could be wrong.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe, I don't know.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, that was a good heads up play, right place, right time, to just grab it and like, good hand, like, good on the big boy for just grabbing it and getting down.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_03]: offensive line played every snap of the scheme.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_03]: No one got hurt.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_03]: Um, again, Aaron Banks given him a day off every week has seemed to help he hasn't been as bad as he was to start the year.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_03]: And again, hopefully it's these five guys here and out and I'll feel pretty good about the offensive line.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_04]: Plus, I mean, minibai.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_04]: People can be bad, minibai.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_03]: So, and we have what we had one more day off than the bears, even though they have a mini minibai.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_03]: But you gotta think about that too.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_03]: The lines where we talked about, uh, they played an overtime game the game before us true.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they were all tired.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_03]: That was the reason we won.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, anything else on offense here, Todd?
- 37:23[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, I don't think so.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's a fun game.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_03]: I did forget one thing.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_03]: Um, it's obviously Toyota fan Jordan Love.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_03]: We love Jordan Love.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_03]: We talked a lot about them.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_03]: I need him to keep the Afro.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_03]: He had you think he's going to get rid of it.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I could help break it up too.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_03]: I think the Afro just looks so much cooler with like the headband or whatever that he has to.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's a better, you know, he's he has more aura when he's very like it's very, what was the game was an NFL street?
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: Sure.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: That was that a game.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's very NFL Street of him to have like a big Afro, which is cool.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm saying that's cool, because I guess I think of Michael Vick having like the tight braids and throwing interceptions.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like Afro, it's like, who could this be, you know, who's this mystery man?
- 38:13[SPEAKER_04]: caution, I can't think of, well, I guess, I guess the only person I can think of with an afro is McNad.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, for example.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't know if that's a good thing about that.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_03]: I guess McNad was more of a passer than Mike Vick, but yeah, not as fun.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe not a good comparison, so.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_03]: Either way, I hope he keeps the throw with that, we'll have a quick commercial break.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_03]: And we are back with the defense, the defense, pretty good, only 24 points alone, Todd.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_03]: What did you think of the defense?
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: I loved the pressure, which was super fun.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_04]: It made the corners look not garbage, which actually side note, I'm a fan of Kamal Hayden.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_04]: I would like to add in Hayden.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_04]: I would like to see it's hadden, but I usually see more.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_04]: Can I get some more?
- 39:02[SPEAKER_04]: Can I get an extra dollop?
- 39:04[SPEAKER_04]: of come all had you have an uh you haven't had enough of them i have a habit he has it very good very good um no in general like like like mikduffy clamps break game actually a great i'm like not even being ironic about it like it started as irony the clamps thing but like it's not like he's it's here best coverage linebacker no fuck no this is like his one really good game in coverage they usually kind of pick
- 39:34[SPEAKER_03]: Quay Walker and not quay, literally quay dude, they target McDuffie.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_03]: Last week, we played the Vikings, they didn't have to throw the ball and I think they even tested him once or twice in guppy.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like we have, sorry, this was McDuffie's best game, like multiple times for a while.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_04]: It was, it was amazing.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_04]: Um, McDuffy played really well.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_04]: You saw guys like, I mean, obviously Parsons played well.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_04]: Why it was playing really well up until his ankles snapped completely in half.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_04]: That was a huge bummer.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_04]: Um, also, I don't know if you've seen this, but I feel like Evan Williams has also been playing really well in the box.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's weird because he's I've called them.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_03]: I was calling them boy genius last year because he's so smart, but it's like he's built up a little bit the big bad play member from him last year was Dernel right absolutely throwing him and he hasn't been a liability being a little undersized this year.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's a price to see him hit that he's like he does on run plays.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_04]: He's less he hits
- 40:40[SPEAKER_04]: He runs the gap the way like I imagined when we're after Bullard.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, that like Bullard with his like speed and explosiveness with like Kind of shoot the gap like as a box safety, right?
- 40:52[SPEAKER_04]: Like you kind of think of him Georgia guy like super athletic
- 40:56[SPEAKER_04]: But the way like the way Evan Williams comes down, it feels like he's kind of like always are rotating from like the high safety side, coming down, and then just like shoots the gap.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_04]: And it's like, man, it has a couple of weeks.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_04]: We've seen him do it like time and time again, in crucial spots, like third downs, you know, second and long type of thing where you know what's a run play and like he comes down in the box and makes a play.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_04]: So,
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: In general, I'm just trying to think of like the weak spot in the defense this week.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't corner, which was wild.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_04]: Like it was maybe the d-line.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's, it was a great week for the defense.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_03]: And so I have these two stats.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_03]: I looked up this week, Packers, I guess.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_03]: Guess how many yards per rush they're giving up this year, and where they're ranked in Manifel.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_04]: I can give you weather ranked.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to say, I'm going to say 13th.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_03]: We are 6th allowing 39 yards per carry and guess where we are for pass yards per attempt.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_04]: Gosh, I think can I rank again.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna say I'm gonna say 12th.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_03]: We are second to best in the league allowing 6.2 yards per 10.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_03]: So again, it's like we get upset with the defense and the corners at times, but we've been way better than I thought.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we've both numbers were surprising to me.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_03]: So that's why I wanted to bring them up and
- 42:27[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just this game alone, Gibbs average 3.4, 3.5 yards per carry.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we talk about clamps, we clamped him down, we're better this year than any other team in the NFL.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_03]: The golf long run sucked.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_03]: Isaac Tesla seems to only play well against the packers.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_03]: Apparently, he had that nice one-yard touchdown grab week one.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_03]: and then obviously Alon Raoul went down which was another, you know, kind of like, something went bad for the Lions.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_03]: That's changed the game a little bit.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_03]: But James and Williams was like an absolute fucking stud in this game finishing seven for 144 yards, which is pretty nuts.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_04]: He is just like too fast.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I feel like they only hit him on crossing routes.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_04]: which I guess good for you like that's what I would do if you got a guy that's unreal fast just hit him on the crossing routes but like in poor like kisha nixon trying to chase them around like what are you going to do right like that's not his fault.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_03]: edge.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, Michael Parsons, we probably haven't talked enough about him this year since like the beginning of the year because he had that stretch where he was like, not ma, but he had like, what?
- 43:36[SPEAKER_03]: You know, like literally had one game that he didn't have a sack.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_03]: And I feel like we haven't really tired like him as much.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, five straight games with the sack now, third in the league with 12 and a half behind only Brian Burns with 13 and then Miles Garrett with fucking 19.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_03]: Like it
- 43:53[SPEAKER_04]: I know did you see Did you see him run around trip Williams?
- 44:00[SPEAKER_04]: I did not.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_04]: He sidesteped like seven yards.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_03]: Someone that big shouldn't be that fast
- 44:08[SPEAKER_04]: And I didn't realize this, but like, so there was like a tweet or I'm scrolling through Twitter and I see him like just like the animation as you're like scrolling through and you see him like sidestepping, like holy shit, I gotta go back and watch that.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_04]: And then like in the tweet, they talk about how somebody who weighs like 270 pounds, I'm like, he weighs 270 pounds.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_04]: Miles Garrett is not a human.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_04]: Like I don't know what that is, but like he's not human.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_04]: So, 19 sacks, that's fine.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_04]: He can have it.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_04]: Like that's not a real person.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_03]: Probably gonna be the defense of player the year.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_03]: Michael Parsons is probably gonna be second and it's weird to cuz Parsons isn't like a big guy You know, he's he's a little bit shorter for edge position.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_03]: It's especially for the packers where you know We have LVN and Roshan Gary who are just fucking monsters
- 44:54[SPEAKER_03]: Parsons also leads the NFL in total pressures with 70 and he has a win rate or a pressure rate of 20% which is pretty fucking nuts.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_03]: The blindside sack on the golf was awesome.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_03]: We haven't had a guy like this quick off the edge since claim after use.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like this many sacks where it's like you barely even register that the play has started and then you see the quarterback gets snapped.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even know what down it is.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_04]: Also, how does Jared Goff hold on to that ball?
- 45:22[SPEAKER_04]: That's my question.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_04]: Like, did imagine you're holding the ball and you get hit like that?
- 45:27[SPEAKER_03]: I don't like, I don't get it.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_03]: It's almost the most impressive thing about NFL quarterbacks at times.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_03]: Like, they should fumble the ball more, but so often like, I don't know how you don't go completely limp or even like they swat at the ball and you don't drop.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_04]: And they never like, I remember like watching Rogers just like not drop the ball when he gets
- 45:48[SPEAKER_04]: their hands must be massive, like just gigantic.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm sure that's part of it.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_03]: I have the sack on third and goal to where he looped around and came up the middle and just that was also adjusted.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_03]: Another fun, another fun one.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_03]: Him and JJ had that half sack.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_03]: It was weird watching it because they both had like the half sack.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think Parsons first most of it.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_03]: but it's like they both had the animation started in Madden for a sack celebration but they had like two separate things completely and it had to go off on their own.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, absolutely.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_04]: But it was camera it's like who do I?
- 46:23[SPEAKER_03]: But it like started at the same time and it's like I wonder if they knew the other guy was doing one they did, but yeah
- 46:29[SPEAKER_03]: Rashund Gary has naps have gone up the last two weeks after kind of getting called out for not being a high snap player.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_03]: He played 70% of them on Thursday.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_03]: He usually hovers around 50%.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, edges anything anything else on them?
- 46:45[SPEAKER_03]: They're good enough.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_03]: We're getting now as we'll talk about later but we are getting Brent and Cox back and calling all over the rookie as well.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_04]: I guess side note on just like the snaps.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_04]: Micah Parsons is playing a shit ton of snaps lately.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_04]: It's which I was not expecting him to ever like it.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_04]: He talked about the BNC like I got to get in better shape type of thing.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_04]: I was like yeah, he'll probably get like another 10 snaps like Max.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_04]: He was playing like 20.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_04]: He's like 50 snaps.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_04]: He played like all the 10 snaps of the game, which is insane for a guy who's that explosive.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_03]: the contract we gave him and giving up the draft capital it's like more than worth it again like you you see that number and you're like well man that's pretty big but now it's like oh my god especially with whatever's going to happen with a cap but it's like he no like his aid in Hutchinson is getting 45 per year.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_03]: Parsons is getting 47 you know and aid in Hutchinson who would you give him?
- 47:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah yeah it's pretty easy.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_04]: Also, he's like the inverse.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_04]: He's like the opposite of Aaron Jones.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_04]: Like Aaron Jones can play like 20 snaps of games.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_04]: Michael Parsons is just like
- 47:56[SPEAKER_04]: an animal for 50 of them.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_03]: And he knows when to turn it on to it there.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_03]: There's talk.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_03]: Halfly talked about it last week.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Parsons did to the enter Sandman, how the closer further the Yankees, Mariano Rivera, how he was known to Sandman, whatever he came in, most most saves in MLB history.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_03]: They would play enter Sandman when he came on and halfly said
- 48:25[SPEAKER_03]: Parsons wants them to play it at Lambo like if you if you start playing it in the fourth quarter when the defense is coming on the field especially if it's coming off like a TV timeout and you can actually build up a little bit instead of like you know you just punten then all of a sudden you know you're out on defense that would be very cool.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_03]: I know this is like some Disney stores.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_03]: There's been shit that was valuable.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_04]: Do you what are the odds the packers?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_04]: Well maybe
- 48:54[SPEAKER_04]: It's not your father's, uh, what am I trying to say here, media team, true, but this is entirely better at the at the game.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's different.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's the feel of the lambo operators.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_03]: And again, this is, you know, I always go back to it, but when we were in the Super Bowl, and we ran out to y'all ready for this, you know, like jock jams, and then jock jams.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_03]: We're very corny, so I wouldn't be shot.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_03]: That is super corny to something like this.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_03]: Deline, defensive tackle is the one to why it injuries sucks.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_03]: Broke is ankle, sounds like he might at tour something too, so we will have to see he's under contract next year, still with the fifth year option.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_03]: Defensive Lyman help.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_03]: Potentially, LVN is in a boot.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think he's going to play this week.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_03]: Carl Brooks was out in this game.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_03]: I think we only had four healthy defensive,
- 49:45[SPEAKER_03]: So he might be back this week, we'll have to see I think he's been out for two games.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_03]: Kobe wouldn't have to pass break up probably the more underrated player on this team again on some hero, but the defensive line.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think there's a ton to talk about where the Rundies actually better without Devon to Wyatt on the field, but you know the last two games where we've had really big person's games is probably due to Devon to Wyatt playing healthy again.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_03]: and now his ankle is gone, so we'll have to see if that continues.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, big test here, especially going up against the bears this week, who run the ball, just about better than anyone, and now we, you know, it's especially being run up the middle quite a bit too, so it'll be a big test for the reserve difference of linemen that we have.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think the odds are that we sign a defensive lineman off the street?
- 50:37[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, very small.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_03]: There's that guy who got cut from the Raiders.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_03]: He's about the only one that people have talked about Who's that?
- 50:44[SPEAKER_03]: Who's that?
- 50:45[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I forgot it.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_03]: Wilkins or something.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_04]: Christian Wilkins.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_04]: That's why I was gonna bring up It's the only guy to bring up But he
- 50:54[SPEAKER_04]: It was a locker room, miss you.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he might have kissed him.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_03]: He might have kissed someone on the team in the locker room.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_04]: You know what, and it sounds like you can generate pressure up the middle.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_04]: You can kiss whoever you want.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know where to go with.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm jokes.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not going to say any jokes.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_03]: More than likely, James Esther is on the practice squad.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_03]: I think he went to like your Northwestern or something, undrafted, defensive linemen who's been with the team.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_03]: Since the start of last year, he was an undrafted free agent.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_03]: So he's been in the system as long as half Lee has been here.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_03]: More than anything, he might be the guy who would get a call up, but again, that shouldn't be much of a, if you get anything out of that
- 51:39[SPEAKER_04]: Upside though, Warren Brinson has been playing better people say.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_03]: True, he's flashed a couple times, uh, and as your stack house, it's some turkey after the game we see him sneak some food to that one security guard.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_04]: Big boy.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_04]: Big.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_04]: No, he's, he gave some to one of the,
- 51:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he was like gone it took some protein, but he got one of the guys there was like an online report that the guy got fired But I think that was bullshit.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, oh, no, that's lucky.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Turkey.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_03]: Inside linebacker Macduffy, we talked about a good game played every snap on defense.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_03]: Huge run stop on third and short meeting gives him the whole Then the next play on fourth he was in on a tackle along with Parsons
- 52:18[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, for, again, we had been searching when we had like AJ Hawke, like Martinez, and then who do we have there before Devondrick Campbell.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_03]: We kept looking for inside the linebackers and I was like, Hi, summers.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_03]: God, I mean, when he came in, then he really, the Saints game on Monday night football in 2020, it's like that was just awful.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_03]: But it's like we have three linebackers now who you feel pretty good about starting and then we have Tyron Hopper too.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_04]: I was gonna say Tyron Hopper in a very small amount of snaps.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't seen him get picked on at all.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's true.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_03]: He did play 17 SNAPS in this game.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: I think we thought maybe he'd play more after, you know, Walker has been banged up.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_03]: But we can't complain about McDuffie.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_03]: It was weird.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_03]: Too Christian Welts came in on one play where I think Cooper got banged up and it wasn't.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it wasn't hopper that came in though.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was just the one snap and he's still at 17.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe it's just which is that of hey, who's has their helmet on like get in there now that might have that might have been it.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_03]: Secondary.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_03]: Evan Williams again, I mean, we talked about it a little bit.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_03]: He's turned to a force, especially in the run game.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_03]: Huge run stop on third down to force, fourth down, late in the game too, which lines didn't pick up.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_03]: If that was due to the James and Williams drop, which was just terrible, terrible, terrible.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_03]: That was bad.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm pretty sure I've said a lot this year.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to say it again.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_03]: Nixon flirts with getting personal fouls every single week twice in this game.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_03]: He hit someone laid out a bounds.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_03]: Another one.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_03]: He kind of dragged a guy when he was like in the bench pretty much.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_03]: I had like the attitude that he brings, but my god.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_03]: He was called for that illegal contact when the receiver ran into him.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that was kind of bullshit.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure I remember, but yeah, I do feel like it was a couple of those where I was like,
- 54:16[SPEAKER_03]: a couple of the calls I just feel like in general and it went both ways where it was like you could just not call those there was a Watson one earlier in the game to where he there was some touching going on and I usually lean on the side of let them play but I don't know if there was a couple there uh
- 54:33[SPEAKER_03]: Kangton Valentine, someone who lets receivers play if they catch the ball of the line of scrimmage and he tries to tackle them, missed tackle.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_03]: Who is that?
- 54:43[SPEAKER_03]: No, that was James and Williams too brutal.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_03]: He does one of those every couple weeks.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, last week against the lot against the Vikings.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_03]: I think he just ran himself out of a run up the middle.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_03]: I do and again, I mean, the one on James and that he missed.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, use your eye notes.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a dumb fan.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_03]: Just grab him.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_03]: Just use your eyes.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_03]: I do honestly wonder if Jail your Alexander when he was there and in that room like he told Valentine like, hey, I Fuck my shoulder up.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_03]: I fucked my career up by putting my arm out there.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_03]: Just a little bit more than I then I Should have maybe or put myself in an awkward position by putting my arms out.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_03]: You don't need to always do that.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's like it is hurt, but
- 55:29[SPEAKER_04]: Here's the thing, too, is like, I feel like I'm in my very limited football playing career.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_04]: It was like, hey, if you're the first guy there, you don't have to hit the guy hard.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_04]: You have to hold on to him so everyone else can get there.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_04]: And not every team does that actually work, but this team does rally to the football well.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_04]: So it is like one of those things where you can kind of taste that coaching advice to the bank, where it's like, if you're just, if you're carrying to Valentine, right, like you're a corner,
- 55:58[SPEAKER_04]: to go in and make just hold on to Jamison for two seconds.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_04]: So Evan Williams or somebody else can get in there and actually make the play where it's like, and it's easy to sit here in hindsight, but it's like, you don't need to make the big hit if you're carrying some Valentine.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_04]: You just got a hold on for the ride.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_03]: So hit one.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was first for a second quarter where a ball just sailed and like hit him in the wrist that he wasn't expecting.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_03]: could have could have been a pick I didn't I didn't really see anyone else mentioned that but it was like it's like he wasn't expecting it to come there but now whatever special teams I mean I don't know we were pretty mad penalty on the opening kickoff of course a lot a lot of long put return also I think I like Bo Milton on kick returns more than Saviour Williams he didn't do great in this game but it looks like he's trying to run fast
- 56:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, can we get crazy inside?
- 56:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, see if one was out in this game two with that foot injury I would think he'll be back this week, but who knows and then McManus made all those kicks Daniel Williams a good punter almost had one down at like the wall very good punter very very good With that anything else with this game was fun.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_03]: We won the lines suck.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_03]: They're probably not making the playoffs now
- 57:07[SPEAKER_04]: It was fun.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I just like literally that it was a fun game.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_04]: It was fun to watch the defense.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_04]: Like it was competitive still But the offense was good the pass rush was good Clamps good so fun.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and being up like what 710 points most of the game is like, that's what made it a little bit better It was a back and forth with with a bit of a buffer on our side
- 57:32[SPEAKER_04]: Well, at the half, it was what, 17, 14, it was close.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but then it was better.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_02]: That was better.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, with that, take news.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_02]: Football time.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_03]: Take news.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_03]: Take news for the week of you know something we'll talk about it Starting to get cold here.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_03]: Did you go off north for Thanksgiving?
- 58:03[SPEAKER_03]: So down here in the cities We got like an inch of snow last week.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and I chose to drive home in the snow nice Which was super fun made the drive super fun?
- 58:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because I think like Wednesday, it snowed up north and we had 15 inches of snow.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_03]: My dog had a letter, I had a letter out to pee, and she had to like jump over the snow banks when she was just running around, but I was very, I was glad we were out at the lake and it was like 15 inches of snow.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_03]: Nothing better than that aesthetic of like fresh snow on the trees.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to make it a little cozy cabin.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, snow, right?
- 58:36[SPEAKER_03]: Snow, whether you know what that is?
- 58:38[SPEAKER_03]: I like it.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_03]: How do you like this?
- 58:40[SPEAKER_03]: Should the Green Bay Packers put a roof on Lambo field?
- 58:44[SPEAKER_03]: I've heard a couple people talk about this this week Obviously not really, but Maybe you know the Packers again Jordan love is really good.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_03]: This is from your boy Michael Rodney on Twitter Rodney
- 58:58[SPEAKER_03]: Jordan Love has started 11 games in domes.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_03]: He's completed 66.5% of his passes with 26 touchdowns and 1 INT.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_03]: The Packers are 73 and 1 in those games.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_03]: We should put a dome on a lambo field, Todd.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_03]: For the competitive advantage, you know, I think it makes sense, you know, the frozen tundra, all that.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_03]: I remember losing to the Falcons and the playoffs in 2002, 2003, which was like the first loss at Lambo field.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say if not, maybe it was Lambo field under three, two degrees in the playoffs.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I wanted was.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_03]: But Lambo field should be put a roof on it should be put a retractable roof on it should be do nothing We got a we can't just like we got to break this down.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_04]: So I feel how do you feel about like we'll rewind to like a Rogers team I feel like a Rogers team
- 59:58[SPEAKER_04]: with a dome, there could have been a lot of success there.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_04]: Not because of the composition of the team, it seemed like strictly speed-based wider severs and just like the route running and stuff like that.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_04]: It felt like we got back to our home stadium, like we'd outperform everybody all year, you get into the cold weather and it's like shit, a tough team, the 49ers typically, comes into town and just,
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_04]: beats the shit out of us on a field where like we can't showcase our talent it turns into a rock fight yeah all right let's go a rock fight so i felt i was like kind of felt that like in the back of my mind of like fucking like if we were playing away games in San Francisco or just like just warm weather in general doesn't even have to be a dome it's like shit we probably would have beat these other teams
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_04]: Now I look at this team though, and I'm like, this team has built a thousand times tougher than we were before, and I think that's the solution.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_04]: Like play into being the tough north like cold weather team with your roster building instead of
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_04]: you know, being the speedy team that then has to go play in January in 20-degree weather.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_04]: So I think, I think the obvious answer here, and it's a little bit santi or maybe, we'll see what your take is, but like, there's no chance in hell.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_04]: I want to dome over a minute.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_04]: Like that would literally be blasphemy.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that was.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_03]: I did a little research.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_03]: One headline was it would be blasphemy if they put a dome
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's ridiculous that the Lions and, um, the Vikings have delts.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's, it's the Lions retractable.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: No, it looks like it is from the outside.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_04]: It looks like it would move.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's, it's a very weird stadium.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_03]: It's a weird top.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_03]: John Meerding talked about it this week to on blue 58, but it's like the lights.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_03]: at Ford Field are they're like brighter.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_03]: They're like a weird tint on us of like white, you know?
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like it looks a little less like football almost because it's so fucking bright in there That's interesting.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_04]: I just think like if you're in the NFC North And AFC North.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_04]: I can't even tell you.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you should have to have an outdoor stadium.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_04]: It means no super balls.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_04]: You can't host a super ball.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: Let's find one here is a giant
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_04]: Did they host?
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was the year.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was the year after we won the Super Bowl in Dallas and the weather in Dallas was worse for that game than New York the year after.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, really.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_03]: Super Bowl.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_03]: How do you like that?
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and I agree especially with the NFC North stuff like the Vikings.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_03]: They are obviously a Nothing franchise, but they used to play outdoors with the purple people eaters and I was like they lost
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_03]: some of their, I mean, they're nostalgia, just their vibe, but they're, you know, football when they built one.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the, I'm so the super don't.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_03]: The metrodome, which was a great stadium to visit.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_03]: I was at the last game at the metroome to where we absolutely shit on the Vikings.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_03]: And now US bank stadium is like, it's, it's two sanitized and everything.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's not sterile.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_04]: That is like the way I describe it.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, there it's like,
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_04]: and they've done a better job as of late with like putting up some artwork and like murals like that big archaic but when we were in there but well it's like all the walls are white and you're like this is weird for football stadium for just everything to be like white i don't know felt odd i remember having trouble trying to find a bathroom that's probably better now but to say every time i was walking i was like god it's another woman's bathroom so another woman's bathroom
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_03]: But we have we haven't been there since a lot of girl fans Rogers broke a girl a lot of women fans I did advice team the first time I went there.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_03]: We went bar trivia.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_03]: We got free tickets to monster jam So we went there and then my my younger brother's drilling.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's our castically war like a tuxedo
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_03]: Was it a taxi or a taxi or a shirt?
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was an actual like suit and he might have a stupid top hat and shit Oh, a taxi or an a top hat, but I'm with a monster jam for the Viking game to the monster jam.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_03]: The monster your match So I did some research on this to and I had seen some of this before but the history of the packers But tensionally getting a dome is pretty interesting
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_03]: First off, Crowley Lambo mentioned it back in like 1943.
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_03]: He predicted that stadiums would start to get roofs after World War II, because I assume back then there will be the, that's crazy.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_03]: We can't be wasted in materials on football stadiums.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_03]: Another thing is the early days of the Packers, most tickets were sold on the day of the game.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_03]: In 1922, the Packers were already in debt.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_03]: You know, this is the first second year that they've been together.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_03]: I think 1919, 1921, depending on who you talk to, that's what they say the 100 year was for, they're going to be a Packers.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_03]: 1922, they're already in debt.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_03]: November 5th, the team had a game with the Columbus Pan Handlers.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_03]: It started raining before kickoff with the lack of ticket sales, the Packers ended up losing $1,500.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_03]: They had rain insurance for the game or for games because they'd been losing money that year.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_03]: But since the insurance claim didn't go through or whatever because there were one 100th of rainfall short of it to be a claim that they would pay for.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_03]: So the Packers were now a $3,400 in debt.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, oh, the Packers almost went under because it rained for this football game.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_03]: So to make up for the death, they scheduled an additional, like, charity game on Thanksgiving, but it was scheduled to rain again, the game was almost called off, but Curly Lambo and George Keloun, who's seen as one of the like starters of the Packers franchise.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_03]: Went to the green big is that and happened to run into general manager Peter Andrew Turnbow.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_03]: He asked Kerley and Kel Hoon not to cancel the game because if they did they would probably go under and this was a time where like there was a great relationship between the newspaper and the Packers because like the news to need something to talk about so they like we're always very positive about the Packers and they were like you know if you guys don't play this game you're not going to stick around anymore
- 1:06:36[SPEAKER_03]: So he he asked them to not cancel the game and to play and he promised to bail the team out if they played the game Turnbull after that.
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_03]: They played the game.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't I don't remember if it like Ranger not But turnbull then started the Green Bay football corporation Talk to local businesses and people fans whatever and that's how the stock thinks started is because we didn't have a roof
- 1:07:00[SPEAKER_03]: after got it for got the name of the of the old field that they played on.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_03]: But because of the weather, is why the packers are now owned by the city of Green Bay.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_03]: And then that's wild.
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_04]: Lombardy wild.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_04]: How fickle.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_04]: Like the beginning.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_04]: It was like it rains.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_04]: Our franchise will never survive.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_03]: Reading the history on the Packers, there's like 10 part YouTube series that every Packer Pan should watch every 10 there's big over like 10 years of the Packers in like an hour and early on it's hilarious because it's like and then they raised money to put a fence around lambo field so that they charge fans to come into the games so that they could actually make money
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_03]: That might that might have been like they raised fun to imagine that like we hey we need it $400 because money wasn't real back then and not now that I could be wrong on this maybe he started the corporation which started like the executive board and stuff because the first actual stock sale might have been to put to get the money to put the fence up I don't I don't remember now that's wild
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_03]: Lombardy also brought up a dome after the ice bowl when the heating coils didn't work.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_03]: Dallas thought that he did it on purpose and Lombardy was so pissed he like started talking about getting a dome over lambal field so that you know people wouldn't say it was frozen on purpose or whatever a couple times in the 80s the executive board brought it up to the potentially putting a dome over it.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_03]: They said they talked about it, but they didn't actually have a feasibility study done.
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_03]: Years later, it was revealed in 82, they made construction documents to potentially have a dome overlambled field.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_03]: They did in 1992, the idea popped up again.
- 1:08:49[SPEAKER_03]: There were talks of a needed indoor stadium in Green Bay for other events in shit.
- 1:08:53[SPEAKER_03]: Some suggested a dome on Lambo, Bob Harlin, however, put it into that talks.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_03]: He went to the paper saying that it would be a bad idea.
- 1:09:01[SPEAKER_03]: He brought up a little bit later, but that was like when they were doing the whole.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_03]: He kind of just brought it up to like bring up a different argument so that how dumb that would be instead of just expanding Lambo field, the renovation that they did.
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_03]: And then in 2000.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's a direct from it.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_03]: right and then in 2004 with the renovation the dome tacos stop but i don't know i feel like i think i talked about it when um who's our president now at policy um he is a guy i wonder if naming rights and uh
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want in adding a dome to Lambo field is going to be like those are two big things.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_03]: I hope never ever changes And that's something that is probably going to be brought up under Ed policy here, but yeah, that's I hope that's the history of the naming right seems so easy Right like anybody could just do naming right switch.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_04]: I really I don't think anyone's doing a dome
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_03]: There's no way.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it would have to be like retractable to and they've put so much into it.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_03]: It's like how much would you have to break down that you've already built that's made for outdoors?
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just imagining too, like what it, okay, I have a retractable dome over Lambo.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_04]: When am I closing the dome?
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_03]: Right, that's that's a thing.
- 1:10:11[SPEAKER_04]: When would you be like it's better?
- 1:10:13[SPEAKER_03]: And if we did ever put dome up It's like it won't happen until like we it'll happen.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_03]: We'll have a dome and then we won't have like an electric offense in a good quarterback like that's just the way things work We'll be grounded bound Have a really good defense and have a shitty offense or something That's tick news Todd what is the stump spenny?
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have the stump spenny ready?
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_03]: Oh?
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_04]: Is this, is it ever a question?
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_04]: Stop spending for the week.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_04]: How many touchdown passes did Jordan love throw?
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_04]: And his first career start against Chicago?
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_03]: There's a hint.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, also to catch the fans up, I believe I am 5 and 7.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_03]: There's been 12 questions this year, 6 and 6.
- 1:10:57[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't sound right.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm 5 and 7.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we don't actually know, but we think 5 and 7, right?
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_03]: Billy might know.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think he like puts a nearly probably on the spreadsheet.
- 1:11:06[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I mean, I'm thinking for, but I will I will take a hint.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_03]: I think Jayden Reed scored.
- 1:11:26[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say Aaron Jones scored a passing touchdown.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember if Musgrave scored, or if he just had a big play.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_03]: These are all good things to ponder.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and when it's either three or four, four seems like a lot though, but I feel like he's taking it a little easier on me after the hard Giants question.
- 1:11:55[SPEAKER_03]: I like how the the clue is like already you should that I kind of know by guess besides the scope of how many was it thirty four thirty eight twenty was the win I'll go with four It was three I'd damn it.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_04]: Okay Yeah, I don't know how you give a hint that's better than that though like you just you know to be like you can't but the hint is misleading Is it well with 38 points I would think
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_03]: You just assume they're not all rushing or they're not all throwing I guess right, but it's like was it one rushing or two rushing I'm like well, yeah, okay
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_03]: Well, that's it.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_03]: Cool.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_03]: With that, we will preview the Bears game.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_03]: Packers are playing the 9 and 3 Chicago Bears, the current NFC North leading Chicago Bears, which is a weird thing to say.
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_03]: They just beat the Eagles last week, which could be, it looks good.
- 1:12:52[SPEAKER_03]: It could be a good thing.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_03]: It could be a bad thing.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's the one thing they beat all year with a winning record.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_03]: This game, it's true, is at Lambo Field 325 kickoff, it got flexed.
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_03]: I do think so us here in the cities.
- 1:13:05[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think we have any more blackout games this year.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I think it's looked it up.
- 1:13:13[SPEAKER_03]: I'm pretty sure we don't.
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, uh, Packers are six and a half point favorites.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, 44 and a half over under the announcers are again Kevin Burkehart Tom Brady and Aaron Andrews along with Tom Renaldi on the sideline who we talked about bears offense.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_03]: pretty good.
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_03]: They are eighth in points for game at 26.1.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_03]: They put up 374 yards, which is six for best in the league.
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_03]: They are a good running team.
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_03]: They are an average passing team.
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_03]: Again, running team.
- 1:13:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they run at 47% of the time, which is the sixth most in the league.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_03]: We actually run it more than them.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_03]: I thought I had it written here with the actual stat was, but we actually run it more than 47% I think we're like 34th of the league for run percentage, which was kind of weird to hear.
- 1:13:59[SPEAKER_04]: You have like the second most attempts though.
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, maybe.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_03]: The average 4.0 yards per, or sorry, the average 4.9 yards per carry, we average 4.0 yards per carry, which is 23rd.
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_03]: Second worst completion percentage.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, that's more of a Caleb thing, but 50% yards per pass is 6.9 17th best They don't get sack much just 4.5 you know right along us 7th best on the league Caleb only has five picks this year after your last year you threw quite a bit more 272 yards throwing passing
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_03]: passing the ball 17 touchdowns by picks.
- 1:14:45[SPEAKER_03]: He also has 306 rushing yards three touchdowns again.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_03]: He has the lowest completion percentage in the NFL by one single passer.
- 1:14:54[SPEAKER_03]: Swift is there leading Russia 774 with a 4.8 average 5 touchdowns 237 years receiving Kyle
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, thank you for point nine yard average five touchdowns 97 receiving hours of 591 rushing yards on the season.
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_03]: So they've been a decent little one-two punch there.
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_03]: Real madduans.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_03]: They're leading receiver six hundred sixty one yards forty four receptions and six touchdowns.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_03]: DJ Moore five hundred and two on three eight receptions three touchdowns.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_03]: Kulson Lovelin, the rookie tight-end 406 yards, 31 receptions at three touchdowns, and then the other rookie Luther Burton and a veteran Zakesh, or whatever, I think he played for the Falcons before this.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_03]: He is both have one touchdown and about 300 yards.
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_03]: Their offensive line is actually pretty good.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_03]: It's one of the better offensive lines in the league this year.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_03]: They traded for guards, Thuny and Jonah Jackson, one from the chiefs in Jackson.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_03]: Where did he come from?
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Phenia's from the chiefs.
- 1:16:00[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember Jack's Drew Dalman is the center and Dernal right is the right tackle the top 10 pick from a couple years ago Left tackle has kind of been the question mark.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_03]: Ozzy trip a tripy-o, tripy-o
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_03]: rookie second rounder he is six eight.
- 1:16:19[SPEAKER_03]: He started at left tackle the last couple of weeks and he's been pretty solid in that spot.
- 1:16:25[SPEAKER_03]: Their defense is kind of mad.
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_03]: It's a very weird defense.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of like a dumb capers defense almost.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_03]: They are allowing 25.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_03]: That's a good.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_03]: 25.6 points per game, which is 25th in the NFL.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_03]: 359 yards per game, which is 27th.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_03]: they're giving up 5.2 yards per rush, which is 30th best in the league, not very good.
- 1:16:46[SPEAKER_03]: 7.6 yards per pass, which is 27th, and they are 24th in Sacrate at 5.79, so don't get sacs, give up a lot of yards, give up a lot of points.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_03]: However,
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_03]: They are seventh best on third and fourth down the big thing though most picks in the league by like four.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_03]: Also the most turnovers They force 2.2 turnovers per game best turnover differential in the NFL Montes what has seven and half sacks their defense of end 11 tackles for loss.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_03]: They also have gravy jerk there Driven Dexter the second round pick from two you
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_03]: years ago, the defensive lineman has two sacks, safety, Kevin, barred, beard, bird, like a turkey has six picks, and Sean Wright has five jacquan brisker, their safety is pretty solid, Jillian Johnson, the corner return last week, along with Kyler Gordon, so people have said that their defense might be a lot better with these two Jillian Johnson's like one of the
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_03]: It feels like they're fine.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_03]: It feels like, you know, I think they're still kind of pretenders, you know, again, last week was the first time they'd be a team with a winning record.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're a playoff team.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think they're a super bowl team, you know, like I feel like they're gonna be one and done in the playoffs maybe, but it's still they got a lot of hype coming off here.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think they have like a five game winning streak or something.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_03]: Ben Johnson is a good coach.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_03]: He kind of talks shit about Caleb Williams at the Monday presser saying that they're not where they want to be passing the ball And I mean, you saw the stats and it hasn't really been great.
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, I wonder if he I was gonna ask a higher something if Caleb was on pace to be a 4,000 yard passer and 2700 I don't think he is
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so, no, there's no chance.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_03]: Ben Johnson called out Matt LaFlor when he got hired saying that he liked beating him twice a year.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_04]: He was so cringy the way he said it to is just kind of gross.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_03]: It was very weird.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_03]: It's odd how the bears have these weird press conferences.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_04]: It's obviously that they tell them they have to go on that's what it was.
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_03]: But it's like John Fox didn't say anything, the guy, the chiefs offensive coordinator didn't say anything.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_04]: They're coach from last year, who's the dude who was from the CFL?
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_04]: Wow, I picture him with the glasses.
- 1:19:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I was gonna see the glasses.
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:19:23[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, oh, Tread.
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_03]: Tread.
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, no.
- 1:19:26[SPEAKER_03]: That was the receiver for the Vikings.
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_03]: Trust me.
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_03]: Mark trust me.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_03]: Trust me.
- 1:19:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:19:31[SPEAKER_03]: He never actually spoke.
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_03]: That was the weird thing about him.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't know.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_03]: The bears.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_03]: They're decent.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_04]: I was gonna follow up with you to Joe to Jackson.
- 1:19:42[SPEAKER_04]: last year played for the Rams, but he was drafted by the Lions played there for four years.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_04]: Interesting.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_03]: So again, pretty good offensive line.
- 1:19:51[SPEAKER_03]: They love running the ball right up the middle for the most part.
- 1:19:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's like fucking Deondre Swift.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_03]: He's a very mid running back.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_03]: He can run fast, but he has no vision.
- 1:20:00[SPEAKER_03]: And he has benefited from
- 1:20:02[SPEAKER_03]: the bear's offensive line now.
- 1:20:05[SPEAKER_03]: It was the eagle's offensive line before this.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_03]: And then I was Detroit before that tour.
- 1:20:09[SPEAKER_03]: He was like all right.
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_03]: And it's a keys.
- 1:20:12[SPEAKER_03]: He's carved himself a nice little career behind good offenses and good offensive lines.
- 1:20:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and I would second to just what you said about like the defense in general for the bears.
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_04]: It's very weird.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_04]: Like they take the ball away, but they kind of suck.
- 1:20:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like they give up their 30th in yards per attempt for rush for rushing.
- 1:20:31[SPEAKER_04]: And they're 29th in yards per attempt passing.
- 1:20:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 1:20:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 1:20:34[SPEAKER_04]: That's like they're not good.
- 1:20:36[SPEAKER_04]: Like they but like they take the ball away.
- 1:20:38[SPEAKER_04]: So, but you also have to go back and I saw this on Twitter.
- 1:20:41[SPEAKER_04]: I can't remember who sent it or who posted on Twitter, but it was like, um,
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_04]: quarterbacks like quarterback play like efficiency and stuff like expected and like the bears We're at the second from the bottom and the bottom like so basically key to be the way bottom just the Viking quarterbacks But it was like it was there are opponents, so they've been playing against QB play That's not very good, so I'm wondering if like that is part of it I haven't watched very many of their games really I only watch
- 1:21:11[SPEAKER_04]: This glass game on Friday and like I got to be honest like their offensive line looks really good against a really good eagles d line So that's one thing to be worried about those running backs don't have to be good when they just have green space in front of them
- 1:21:26[SPEAKER_04]: and like the Andrea Swift like he said he's mid but like if he's in if he's at the second level untouched any runny back and the NFL is gonna be pretty decent so him and uh i forget who's there bell cow who's their bigger guy money roll guy yeah money money on guy um
- 1:21:47[SPEAKER_04]: you look good too.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_04]: Like he actually looks like he could be a pretty decent start of the NFL.
- 1:21:52[SPEAKER_04]: So their run game scary Caleb looks like at times he can hit the broadside of a barn, other times he drops in a bucket.
- 1:21:59[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know what to think about him.
- 1:22:01[SPEAKER_03]: Very entertaining in the pocket, too.
- 1:22:04[SPEAKER_03]: He wiggles out of a lot of things, which is very he can run.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_03]: He's actually fast, too.
- 1:22:09[SPEAKER_03]: Do you know who they're defensive back coaches?
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't I hate seeing it because I've been seeing it more and more on Twitter.
- 1:22:18[SPEAKER_03]: I think you're gonna say it
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_03]: Was I gonna say it?
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe, well, I don't know.
- 1:22:21[SPEAKER_03]: How?
- 1:22:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:22:23[SPEAKER_03]: Is it out here?
- 1:22:23[SPEAKER_03]: It's out here.
- 1:22:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's out here.
- 1:22:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's the defense of back coach.
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of teams are like, my next defensive coordinator.
- 1:22:30[SPEAKER_03]: And it's a picture of out here.
- 1:22:31[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like fucking Viking fans or other shit.
- 1:22:34[SPEAKER_03]: Like, he's going to be defensive coordinator.
- 1:22:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's just, it sucks that he's like, you know, a really good DB coach for the Bears.
- 1:22:41[SPEAKER_03]: He was with the Cowboys before this.
- 1:22:43[SPEAKER_04]: But hopefully, I was saying, I was trying to think of where he was, and then it was like, yeah, the Cowboys for a while with Mike, right?
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:22:50[SPEAKER_03]: So, that's the bears, um, I don't know.
- 1:22:55[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like it's gonna be a close game.
- 1:22:57[SPEAKER_03]: You know, last time we played them, we lost to him.
- 1:23:00[SPEAKER_03]: Matt will floor head been 10 to no, I think against him or 9 to no, and now he's got the one loss.
- 1:23:08[SPEAKER_04]: Did you talk about the spread?
- 1:23:10[SPEAKER_03]: Six and a half.
- 1:23:11[SPEAKER_04]: Might as six and a half feels like for sure the bears cover.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, maybe, I mean, it's, that feels right, but then at the same time when we play the Vikings, it was six and a half points.
- 1:23:23[SPEAKER_03]: But for that game for me, I thought that was light.
- 1:23:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, where this one feels like, I don't know.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_04]: I, I also feel like it's an over game.
- 1:23:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:23:33[SPEAKER_03]: Four and a half.
- 1:23:35[SPEAKER_03]: You want to look up the weather?
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, I could call it maybe I should have maybe I should have done that but yeah, it's I mean clearly It's hold on the ball don't turn it over and you should win this game We'll have to see how a good jail in Johnson is it's at Lambo that might be a big factor here again We got some snow in the mid west this past week I don't like when it snows of them.
- 1:23:55[SPEAKER_04]: It gets cold and the snow is hard and tougher to shovel Okay, the high is 19 degrees at five well 5 p.m. 22 at two p.m
- 1:24:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so so cold not blistering want to see the re-clunk kickoff so the sun's gonna be a little weird Like I mentioned Martian Lloyd.
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I mentioned all this Martian Lloyd.
- 1:24:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you gotta talk about who's coming back
- 1:24:24[SPEAKER_03]: Martian Lloyd, Brenton Cox, Colin Oliver, all are starting to practice now.
- 1:24:29[SPEAKER_03]: They came off that PUP or the IR list, so that is nice.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, I would think none of them are going to play this week.
- 1:24:37[SPEAKER_03]: Brenton Cox is a guy we didn't know if he was done for the year or if he was going back.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_03]: So nice to see that and Colin Oliver, if we get anything out of him, I mean, I'm just glad he's practicing.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_03]: So it's not a complete loss of his season forum.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_03]: LVN, I'm going to guess what play he was going to boot this week.
- 1:24:54[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it's a stinger, two legs, I think he should be back.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and yeah, that's about it for injuries.
- 1:25:01[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think anyone else is banged up besides, again, you know, the ankle.
- 1:25:05[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody had the list of like, when people have to actually come back to play that are coming off PUP, the IR, so like that.
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_04]: I think J-Marie was like the 12th of December, and then everybody else was like the 22nd for something like that.
- 1:25:21[SPEAKER_03]: It was like interesting.
- 1:25:23[SPEAKER_04]: So Jayden Reed, we're going to have to see here pretty soon.
- 1:25:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I should, I'm glad you write him up because he's probably going to play in this game too.
- 1:25:31[SPEAKER_03]: He's been practicing for two weeks and it was just one short week, but again, this week too, like, I don't, we don't, I'm fine with nobody coming back.
- 1:25:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:25:41[SPEAKER_04]: Like if we don't need, I don't know.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_04]: Like you hate to see what happened with LVN where it comes back, plays a couple snaps, and like obviously re-agrevades or whatever to his foot.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_04]: Like if we can keep people out for just a, I don't know.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_04]: Like we're not in a rough spot right now.
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_04]: And even if like, let's say things go bad, we lose to the bears.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_04]: If we get a shot of them again, and as long as we split with them, we're in pretty good shape.
- 1:26:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:26:06[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 1:26:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we should I mean playoffs now look pretty good.
- 1:26:10[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see about everything else.
- 1:26:12[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, should be
- 1:26:16[SPEAKER_03]: Some, I wonder who's going to get cut this week too, because we did have a great, we did uh, I think we mentioned it last week, but Lucas Haversick, he is on the practice squad now after getting cut, um, for God who else we, we moved a couple of shots around Shepard got cut.
- 1:26:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, cut, he'll be back on the practice squad, but we'll see, I'm sure there's going to be a couple of lost moves when these guys get activated.
- 1:26:38[SPEAKER_04]: There was some moving around with, I want to say, didn't we pick up a guy?
- 1:26:44[SPEAKER_04]: to the practice squad or something.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_04]: It was like a bunch of practice squad movement.
- 1:26:47[SPEAKER_04]: Wasn't there?
- 1:26:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, mostly practice squad movement today.
- 1:26:50[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the only other thing was just putting Wyatt on IR.
- 1:26:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the guy we signed to the practice squad a corner, Shamar.
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's for her.
- 1:26:58[SPEAKER_03]: First of all, I'm you.
- 1:27:00[SPEAKER_03]: An awesome name.
- 1:27:00[SPEAKER_03]: So I hope we see him.
- 1:27:02[SPEAKER_03]: I hope you see him suit up.
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_03]: So we can see that name and play it on the jersey.
- 1:27:05[SPEAKER_03]: But they call it Bart.
- 1:27:09[SPEAKER_03]: But the bears, Sunday, big game.
- 1:27:14[SPEAKER_04]: I have the Packers winning surprise, but not covering 28-24.
- 1:27:21[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:27:22[SPEAKER_04]: Good score.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_03]: What is Billy's score prediction?
- 1:27:25[SPEAKER_04]: Billy has the final score of 20-9 Packers.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_03]: That sounds like an NFC North class packer spares.
- 1:27:34[SPEAKER_03]: I have the Packer's Wing 27 to 23.
- 1:27:37[SPEAKER_03]: You got to pick 27.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_03]: I'm surprised you didn't.
- 1:27:39[SPEAKER_03]: It hasn't happened the last two weeks, but got to keep picking it.
- 1:27:43[SPEAKER_03]: So I have us winning, but not covering either.
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_03]: Todd, what is your bold prediction?
- 1:27:48[SPEAKER_04]: Um, this is a tough one.
- 1:27:51[SPEAKER_04]: I have my bold prediction.
- 1:27:52[SPEAKER_04]: I just, I, if you look at the turnovers, Caleb hasn't been great, but he also hasn't turned the ball over a whole lot.
- 1:28:01[SPEAKER_04]: I had three interceptions for the Packers.
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_03]: I like that.
- 1:28:06[SPEAKER_04]: Which like doesn't really jive with my score prediction or being honest, but like it's kind of a fun one.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe it's when they're in the red zone.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, sure.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_03]: What is Billy's bold prediction?
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_03]: uh... billy has we hold Chicago without a touchdown okay sure he also said if that is a bold enough then say stop all turnovers on top of it how many for turnovers on the turnovers on top of it okay yeah we'll go with the no touchdowns i think that's bold enough they've i think they're like top five in touchdowns scored that they do yeah they've been pretty good
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_03]: My bold prediction.
- 1:28:41[SPEAKER_03]: You know we got a he's not really seeing a ton of balls this year and I'm like picking touchdown scores He got them out a couple times the last week Chris Brooks touchdown Give me a little Chris Brooks touchdown.
- 1:28:55[SPEAKER_03]: I was thinking wildly even too, but Chris Brooks I mean, I don't know has he scored this year?
- 1:28:59[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe he has one touchdown maybe not let's I don't think he does
- 1:29:03[SPEAKER_03]: Let's throw him a bone.
- 1:29:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think he scored one last year, and that was his first in his career, but yeah, I am going to throw him a bone.
- 1:29:11[SPEAKER_03]: Chris Brooks touched down that is the bears.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_03]: That is the podcast.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_03]: This is everyone's favorite part.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_03]: If you want to leave us five star of you on Apple or Spotify, that would be very cool.
- 1:29:23[SPEAKER_03]: You want a cozy email me or or tweet me.
- 1:29:27[SPEAKER_03]: If you got to reach me, pmp pod on Twitter, pmpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
- 1:29:31[SPEAKER_03]: comment on the spotify and we will read it like we will right now Todd Chris Brooks.
- 1:29:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 1:29:37[SPEAKER_03]: No touch sounds this year touch sounds this year.
- 1:29:39[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:29:39[SPEAKER_04]: What in his career?
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so it was right.
- 1:29:42[SPEAKER_03]: All right Spotify comments again comment whatever we'll fucking read it.
- 1:29:48[SPEAKER_03]: We have one this week.
- 1:29:49[SPEAKER_04]: Just one another review I bet later anything you comment.
- 1:29:52[SPEAKER_03]: We have to read it so you can see anything by law Fan fan cited said so
- 1:30:01[SPEAKER_04]: Sure.
- 1:30:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:30:02[SPEAKER_04]: I saw the paperwork.
- 1:30:04[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know why I looked at you to respond to that.
- 1:30:06[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, um, why, what, when with the comment, top three performers love Parsons, Jack White, no slander, just love seven nation army.
- 1:30:15[SPEAKER_03]: Now, what did you think of the halftime show?
- 1:30:17[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:30:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I didn't watch the halftime show.
- 1:30:20[SPEAKER_04]: So I got to my parents for Thanksgiving dinner,
- 1:30:26[SPEAKER_04]: a half an hour before so the plan was to eat at 1230 so then I watch half an hour of a game and I pause the game.
- 1:30:36[SPEAKER_03]: Oh Jesus, a risky business.
- 1:30:39[SPEAKER_04]: It's risky business and like obviously you don't want to be like that guy that like shovels their food into their mouth and Thanksgiving and then Leaves to go watch the game.
- 1:30:49[SPEAKER_04]: So I could do that.
- 1:30:49[SPEAKER_04]: So I had you know whatever.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_04]: So then I was just like basically caught up by like midway through the third, but I had to do that.
- 1:30:56[SPEAKER_04]: I had to fast forward through half time.
- 1:30:58[SPEAKER_03]: That would be tough.
- 1:30:59[SPEAKER_03]: I remember the 2007 NFC championship game we watched the game at my dad's buddy Scott's house and he had like a DVR.
- 1:31:07[SPEAKER_03]: There's like early days of the DVR.
- 1:31:09[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, like a Tvo back then and we like eight and he paused the game.
- 1:31:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, I don't I don't like this at all But I was 16.
- 1:31:16[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like.
- 1:31:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not going to speak up.
- 1:31:18[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm like this is dumb.
- 1:31:19[SPEAKER_04]: This is really dumb But we also like didn't have Twitter so you weren't just like so like I you I couldn't look at my phone Yeah, I'm for like an hour.
- 1:31:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then you just got a fast forward and not go too far and then obviously did and they got to go backwards
- 1:31:33[SPEAKER_04]: And then your friends are texting you and you're like, I can't look at the text message.
- 1:31:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I did, I, I fooled you really good.
- 1:31:38[SPEAKER_04]: You did fool me really good.
- 1:31:40[SPEAKER_03]: I never really said, but you got me.
- 1:31:42[SPEAKER_03]: It was something like, oh man, and they were like, good or bad.
- 1:31:45[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, oh, good.
- 1:31:47[SPEAKER_03]: I forgot what it was.
- 1:31:48[SPEAKER_03]: It was very important.
- 1:31:49[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, that's the podcast.
- 1:31:50[SPEAKER_03]: I hope the Packers win with Packers win.
- 1:31:52[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna feel really, really good about this team.
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_04]: We're feeling pretty good then, right?
- 1:31:57[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's, that's good.
- 1:31:58[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, like, it does feel like we should win this game.
- 1:32:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like it feels like the bears are frauds.
- 1:32:04[SPEAKER_03]: We got to put them back in their spot.
- 1:32:05[SPEAKER_03]: They got to know.
- 1:32:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they got to know where to go.
- 1:32:07[SPEAKER_04]: They're frauds and you know what the nice thing is because I hate Caleb Caleb's not playing very well.
- 1:32:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, not throwing picks, but he's not throwing picks.
- 1:32:18[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe maybe he will this week.
- 1:32:19[SPEAKER_03]: They'll be pretty cool.
- 1:32:20[SPEAKER_03]: He's in here.
- 1:32:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, probably throw three honestly for, you know, making predictions.
- 1:32:23[SPEAKER_03]: It's weird.
- 1:32:24[SPEAKER_03]: I've heard people talk like they're already looking forward to Caleb Williams getting an extension so that he picks So he sits, you know, so he's with the bear's forever and I'm like, it's just you're too like we still don't know what the fuck he is I'm not he could be good right he still could be good like he's he's kind of fun to watch, but he's yeah, very punchable face
- 1:32:42[SPEAKER_04]: It is like that is the thing is like him as a person I hate and like the, you know, maybe he's just boomer of me But like paint your fingernails and just like that's Wow, you're just asking for my god.
- 1:32:54[SPEAKER_03]: I can't believe you would say that You don't pay just you don't pay don't pay your fingers Don't pay my fingers either.
- 1:33:01[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, with that Todd, do you have anything else?
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_03]: I got nothing.
- 1:33:05[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, usually do With that age you're doing
- 1:33:10[SPEAKER_03]: Take this off.
- 1:33:11[SPEAKER_00]: See you, anybody on Twitter or whatever.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_01]: You can't do what we're doing, just enjoy, just watch.
- 1:33:32[SPEAKER_03]: You're a wacky idea.
- 1:33:33[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe trade McCarthy.
- 1:33:34[SPEAKER_03]: Get a real QB and keep Jefferson.
- 1:33:36[SPEAKER_03]: Me, Jefferson has more trade value.
- 1:33:38[SPEAKER_03]: You're already pocket with it.
- 1:33:42[SPEAKER_03]: You are already committed.
- 1:33:45[SPEAKER_03]: pocket with it.
- 1:33:47[SPEAKER_03]: That part wasn't as funny to me.
- 1:33:49[SPEAKER_03]: You know my own.
- 1:33:51[SPEAKER_03]: You're already pocket with it.
- 1:33:52[SPEAKER_03]: Prentices poker term.
- 1:33:59[SPEAKER_02]: He's gonna see it, okay replied.
- 1:34:02[SPEAKER_02]: He's an unmitigated disaster.
- 1:34:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna kill him.
- 1:34:10[SPEAKER_02]: They're gonna kill him.
- 1:34:14[SPEAKER_02]: Beyond the season.
- 1:34:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's not about who he is.
- 1:34:16[SPEAKER_04]: I've heard some magic things about like, I wish I could see the look on people's face when they read her tweets.
- 1:34:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's just like an actual Viking vansby with a fuck, it's not about who it's most trade value, it's about what what it's about what's best for the team going forward So Blake down on a bus keep you training your best player does
