- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in a verdict with center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:03Speaker 1: with you as well. Senator. We've got a big election
- 0:06Speaker 1: night in America and the socialist Marxist communists in New
- 0:09Speaker 1: York they're celebrating right now as we're recording.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Well, it is election night in America, and we've got
- 0:15Speaker 2: disparate results. We have number one socialists and left wing
- 0:19Speaker 2: radicals winning in New York and we have number two
- 0:22Speaker 2: in South Carolina, strong conservatives winning in South Carolina. We're
- 0:27Speaker 2: going to break those down and what that means, what's
- 0:29Speaker 2: happening in elections right now. We're also going to talk
- 0:32Speaker 2: to you about a shocking and disturbing decision from a
- 0:36Speaker 2: radical left wing judge appointed by Joe Biden who just
- 0:40Speaker 2: struck down the Trump administrations using a federal database to
- 0:44Speaker 2: stop illegal aliens from voting in federal elections. This is
- 0:48Speaker 2: a ridiculous decision. We're going to give you the facts
- 0:51Speaker 2: behind it.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Also, we want to talk to you real quick about
- 0:54Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and the work
- 0:56Speaker 1: that's being done right now to help so many in
- 0:59Speaker 1: needs still in Israel, from America's Revolutionary War to Israel's
- 1:03Speaker 1: fight for survival in nineteen forty eight. Both nations have
- 1:08Speaker 1: faced moments that tested their courage, yet freedom endured. In
- 1:12Speaker 1: October of nineteen eighty five, President Ronald Reagan delivered these
- 1:15Speaker 1: remarks about America's commitment to stand with Israel.
- 1:19Speaker 3: In our talks, we paid special attention to two issues,
- 1:22Speaker 3: our commitment to Israel's security and well being, and our
- 1:25Speaker 3: shared desire to move forward together toward a just and
- 1:28Speaker 3: lasting piece between Israel and all its Arab neighbors. A strong,
- 1:31Speaker 3: secure Israel is a shared interest.
- 1:34Speaker 1: As Americas celebrates its two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, the
- 1:38Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews reflects on the friendship
- 1:42Speaker 1: between the United States and Israel, two democracies built on faith, liberty,
- 1:47Speaker 1: and hope. Sign up to receive a free USA Israel

- 1:57Speaker 1: That's flag pin if CJ dot org. So it is
- 2:03Speaker 1: a very weird election day. I love election days. You're
- 2:06Speaker 1: heavily involved in the one that's happening right now. You
- 2:08Speaker 1: got into some races, and we're going to talk about
- 2:10Speaker 1: those in a second, But I want to talk about
- 2:12Speaker 1: the takeaway of what we're witnessing in New York City.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Mandannie went out there endorsed some people, and he got
- 2:17Speaker 1: all them elected. He's very excited about this. This is
- 2:20Speaker 1: full communism and socialism combined with some Marxism. It is
- 2:24Speaker 1: flourishing in New York. What is your takeaway from this?
- 2:28Speaker 1: It is really shocking to see how quick America, one
- 2:32Speaker 1: of America's greatest cities, is going to fall.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Look, it is tragic, but the Democrat Party has lost
- 2:38Speaker 2: its ever loving mind in the age of Trump. They
- 2:41Speaker 2: hate Trump so much. You know, there used to be
- 2:44Speaker 2: moderate Democrats. There used to be Democrats who could see reason,
- 2:49Speaker 2: who could find common ground. Today's election is the latest
- 2:52Speaker 2: illustration that the base of the Democrat Party is radical.
- 2:57Speaker 2: It is socialist, it is Marxist, it is extra And
- 3:01Speaker 2: so we had today three primary victories for the socialist
- 3:06Speaker 2: This is not me calling them socialists. They call themselves socialists.
- 3:10Speaker 2: So you had number one and all of these were
- 3:12Speaker 2: pushed by Comrade Mundamiyah. Number one, Brad Lander, who was
- 3:17Speaker 2: the city's comptroller, defeated incumbent Representative Dan Goldman. Now, look,
- 3:22Speaker 2: Dan Goldman was a left wing Democrat, but he was
- 3:25Speaker 2: not totally insane. It turns out Democrat primary voters want
- 3:30Speaker 2: totally insane, and so they just threw him out of office.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Beyond that, Daria Liza Avila Chevalier bested Representative Adriano Espilat
- 3:42Speaker 2: in the thirteenth District, which is Upper Manhattan and parts
- 3:44Speaker 2: of the Bronx So again an incumbent beaten by an
- 3:49Speaker 2: open socialist Marxist Lunatics. And then the third Mondami endorsed candidate,
- 3:54Speaker 2: Claire Valdez, won the primary for an open house seat
- 3:58Speaker 2: representing the seventh Day, which includes neighborhoods in Brooklyn and
- 4:02Speaker 2: Queens and the incumbent, Nidia of Alaskez is currently represents
- 4:07Speaker 2: the district, is not seeking reelection and the Democrat Socialists
- 4:12Speaker 2: of America back Chevalier and Valdez. Now this is this
- 4:20Speaker 2: is the reality of where the Democrat Party is. And
- 4:22Speaker 2: understand this is not just this is not just New York,
- 4:26Speaker 2: although New York is ground zero for this. You want
- 4:29Speaker 2: to know who represents the heart of the Democrat Party today.
- 4:33Speaker 2: It is Mandami, It is Bernie Sanders, it is AOC,
- 4:38Speaker 2: it is ilhan Omar. And the results tonight, with three
- 4:42Speaker 2: socialist victories in the Democrat primaries in New York is
- 4:46Speaker 2: every Democrat in Congress. They're already terrified of the radical left.
- 4:51Speaker 2: They will now be more terrified of the radical left.
- 4:54Speaker 2: And I'm going to repeat a prediction that I made
- 4:57Speaker 2: several months ago on this podcast. I believe twenty eight
- 5:02Speaker 2: the top two Democrat front front runners for president are
- 5:06Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom and AOC. I believe AOC will run for president,
- 5:12Speaker 2: and she will be a top tier candidate because that's
- 5:15Speaker 2: where the base of the party is. By the way,
- 5:17Speaker 2: the charter member of the AOC for President committee will
- 5:20Speaker 2: be Chuck Schumer, who is utterly, utterly terrified that AOC
- 5:25Speaker 2: will primary him and beat him in a Democrat primary.
- 5:28Speaker 2: But here's my second prediction, which I've made before, but
- 5:31Speaker 2: I want to repeat. AOC will run for president, and
- 5:35Speaker 2: Mandami is going to run against Chuck Schumer for the Senate.
- 5:38Speaker 2: And Mandami will beat Chuck Schumer for the Senate. Both
- 5:41Speaker 2: of those predictions, I think you can take him to
- 5:44Speaker 2: the bank.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I like this prediction. By the way, you go back
- 5:47Speaker 1: to to how radical the Democrats are, especially in your Let.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Me let me stop and say one of the things
- 5:52Speaker 2: about this podcast. Yes, predictions. I make sure lots of predictions,
- 5:58Speaker 2: and I make bold aggressive I don't know anyone. There
- 6:02Speaker 2: are some people saying AOC is going to run for president.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I have not heard anyone say Mondammie's gonna run for
- 6:07Speaker 2: Senate and beat Schumer. I believe that's right. To be clear,
- 6:10Speaker 2: on this podcast, we predicted a year before Joe Biden
- 6:15Speaker 2: dropped out of the race that Joe Biden was going
- 6:16Speaker 2: to drop out of a race. We predicted that. We also,
- 6:20Speaker 2: in the height of COVID, we laid out the facts
- 6:23Speaker 2: that COVID escaped from a Chinese lab and likely was
- 6:26Speaker 2: manufactured a Chinese lab at the time that that was
- 6:30Speaker 2: being suppressed all over the place. So I will say,
- 6:32Speaker 2: we don't get every prediction right, but look, you know,
- 6:36Speaker 2: you take no risks and you get no reward. I
- 6:39Speaker 2: don't know that that's right. But but but is why.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm on the record at Center Cruiser this podcast. And
- 6:44Speaker 1: I said, it's because he likes doing predictions like you,
- 6:46Speaker 1: just like this is this is where he gets to
- 6:48Speaker 1: take the jacket off and be like, all right, here's
- 6:51Speaker 1: I get to geek out on this in a great way.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And this is my prediction so it is.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And by the way, and by the way, if I'm wrong, okay,
- 6:59Speaker 2: we'll play the segment and I'll admit it. So if
- 7:02Speaker 2: doesne happen, I'll be like, all right, look, I don't
- 7:06Speaker 2: bat a thousand. You know, Ted Williams and Ty Cobb
- 7:10Speaker 2: didn't bat a thousand. If you bat four hundred, you're
- 7:12Speaker 2: doing pretty damn well. And we bat north of four hundred.
- 7:15Speaker 1: It ain't a thousand, but just want to be clear,
- 7:17Speaker 1: that's Hall of Fame numbers.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Yeah, so so, but look, that's part of what makes
- 7:22Speaker 2: this I hope makes this podcast interesting is we could
- 7:25Speaker 2: say the well, we don't know what's going to happen,
- 7:28Speaker 2: so something will happen and we'll tell you after it happens.
- 7:30Speaker 2: But we don't do that. We actually like say, all right,
- 7:33Speaker 2: here's my best judgment. And you know I've done this
- 7:36Speaker 2: a little while and know a little bit about it.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, you go back to the local elections
- 7:40Speaker 1: in New York and you and I have a good
- 7:42Speaker 1: friend Larry Kutla. We were talking about this. He's there
- 7:44Speaker 1: in New York and I was on his show. We
- 7:47Speaker 1: were talking about this election with this means, and I said,
- 7:49Speaker 1: if Mandani's guys win. What this means is it's open
- 7:53Speaker 1: season on capitalism and success. It is open season.
- 7:58Speaker 2: On These are the same people that hadie Elon Muskin
- 8:00Speaker 2: want to confiscate all his wealth, right, correct, That is
- 8:04Speaker 2: the heart of the Democrat Party. Every other Democrat is terrified.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And by the way, Dan Goldman, yeah, was as about
- 8:09Speaker 2: as mainstream a Democrat as you could have, and he
- 8:13Speaker 2: is now roadkill because the radical left said that's not enough.
- 8:20Speaker 2: By the way, we are also very quickly heading to
- 8:23Speaker 2: a world. I believe we're maybe a couple of years
- 8:26Speaker 2: away from a world where zero Democrats will accept a
- 8:30Speaker 2: dollar from APAK. And that's a big shift. Look when
- 8:34Speaker 2: I showed up in Congress, a PAK, which is the
- 8:37Speaker 2: American Israeli Political Action Committee, are Americans, most of them
- 8:42Speaker 2: are Jewish. They support a strong America Israel relationship, and
- 8:46Speaker 2: they're assiduously bipartisan, obsessively bipartisan. Many of the leaders of APA.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Check to Tech Cruz are going to check to Chuck Schumer.
- 8:55Speaker 1: That's how bipartisan they are.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Right, Many of the leaders of APAC, most of the
- 8:58Speaker 2: leaders of APAC have been Democrats. And we're facing a
- 9:01Speaker 2: world where if you look at these incumbents that were beaten,
- 9:06Speaker 2: one of the major reasons they were beaten is that
- 9:08Speaker 2: they had taken they'd been willing to accept funds from Americans.
- 9:12Speaker 2: By the way, look, this effort to stigmatize APAC, I believe,
- 9:17Speaker 2: is actually an effort to drive Jews out a public life,
- 9:19Speaker 2: to say, if you're American and you're Jewish, your contribution
- 9:24Speaker 2: to a candidate is unacceptable. And we are really really
- 9:29Speaker 2: close to every single Democrat saying I don't accept APAC funds.
- 9:33Speaker 2: And by the way, that puts a pack in a
- 9:35Speaker 2: position where they are not a Republican organization at all.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And yet the Democrat.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Party events so very quickly.
- 9:46Speaker 2: It is. But by the way, Dan Goldman, I don't
- 9:49Speaker 2: know if you watched online, he went in the past
- 9:52Speaker 2: couple of days to a coffee shop in New York
- 9:55Speaker 2: in his district. He was there with his seven year
- 9:57Speaker 2: old daughter, to a coffee shop. He bought a nine
- 9:59Speaker 2: dollar coffee because it's New York. That's how much a
- 10:01Speaker 2: cup of coffee costs is nine dollars. And the coffee shop,
- 10:06Speaker 2: I think it was like called poetic or something like that.
- 10:09Speaker 2: They saw that he was there afterwards, and they said,
- 10:12Speaker 2: you're an Israel loving, apac accepting genocide supporting nut and
- 10:18Speaker 2: so they refunded him as nine dollars and said we
- 10:21Speaker 2: won't take your money. So there's so much hate that
- 10:26Speaker 2: this lefty, woke coffee shop said, by the way, you
- 10:31Speaker 2: bought the coffee and drank it, but we're returning your
- 10:33Speaker 2: money because we hate you. We hate Israel. And really
- 10:39Speaker 2: what they're saying, we hate Jews so much that your
- 10:43Speaker 2: money is not acceptable in our shop. That's where the
- 10:46Speaker 2: Democrat Party is right now.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think this is I think what we
- 10:51Speaker 1: learn from this election New York tonight is this. This
- 10:54Speaker 1: is going to be a large portion, as you mentioned earlier,
- 10:58Speaker 1: of what the presidential Democratic primary is going to look like.
- 11:01Speaker 1: There is now a not just space on the maps.
- 11:04Speaker 2: I'm gonna make another prediction.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Center of the stage for communism.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Yes, I'm gonna make another prediction. So in a normal world,
- 11:12Speaker 2: one of the front runners for the Democrat presidential primary
- 11:15Speaker 2: would be Josh Shapiro. Josh Shapiro is the incumbent governor
- 11:18Speaker 2: of Pennsylvania, the largest swing state in America. He is
- 11:22Speaker 2: perceived as a relatively moderate, successful, popular Governor. Shapiro in
- 11:28Speaker 2: any normal, sane world would have been Kamala Harris's natural
- 11:31Speaker 2: choice as VP. Yeah, because if she wins Pennsylvania, her
- 11:36Speaker 2: chances of winning the presidential rise dramatically. Obviously, Shapiro did
- 11:41Speaker 2: not get the NOD. I believe if Josh Shapiro's name
- 11:43Speaker 2: were Josh Smith, he would have been the VP nominee.
- 11:47Speaker 2: It would it would have been Harris Smith. Kamala refused
- 11:51Speaker 2: to pick him because he was Jewish. I think in
- 11:55Speaker 2: the Democrat Party, being Jewish is now a disqualifier. You
- 12:00Speaker 2: are not acceptable. And so another prediction, Josh Shapiro probably
- 12:04Speaker 2: runs by the way. Andy Basheer, the governor of Kentucky,
- 12:08Speaker 2: I think he's going to run in a general stage.
- 12:12Speaker 2: In general, someone like an Andy Basheer, if he were
- 12:15Speaker 2: the nominee, could be formidable. He's a Bill Clinton type
- 12:18Speaker 2: character elected in the red state, perceived as moderate. I
- 12:22Speaker 2: think Shapiro and Bashir have zero chance, zero point zero
- 12:27Speaker 2: chance of being the Democrat nominee because they don't want moderate,
- 12:31Speaker 2: they don't want reasonable, they want full on foam coming
- 12:36Speaker 2: out of the mouth, Israel hating America, hating Marxist. That's
- 12:42Speaker 2: where their party is.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Let's talk about South Carolina. South Carolina also a very
- 12:49Speaker 1: important state. You got involved in just a little bit.
- 12:51Speaker 1: You went all in in South Carolina for a couple
- 12:53Speaker 1: of different candidates. Explain what happened there and your endorsement's
- 12:57Speaker 1: clearly meant something.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and let me step back, let me step back
- 13:00Speaker 2: ten days ago. So ten days ago, I made a
- 13:03Speaker 2: couple of endorsements in two big races, the Georgia gubernatorial race,
- 13:07Speaker 2: in the South Carolina gubernatorial race. In Georgia, I endorsed
- 13:15Speaker 2: Rick Jackson, and in South Carolina, I endorsed Alan Wilson. Now,
- 13:21Speaker 2: it so happened, This was not by design, but it
- 13:24Speaker 2: happened that President Trump had endorsed against both of those candidates. Now,
- 13:31Speaker 2: now listen, if you make an endorsement in a Republican
- 13:33Speaker 2: primary and the president is on the other side, that
- 13:36Speaker 2: is inherently bumpy, that is inherently challenging. In both races,
- 13:42Speaker 2: President Trump had made the endorsements really early. In Georgia,
- 13:46Speaker 2: he had endorsed the lieutenant governor early before Rick Jackson
- 13:49Speaker 2: was even in the race, and so he didn't know
- 13:51Speaker 2: that Jackson was running. But he had made those endorsements.
- 13:56Speaker 2: A while ago. I looked at both races, and I
- 14:00Speaker 2: have a philosophy in terms of making endorsements and races
- 14:03Speaker 2: which as I endorse the most conservative candidate who can win,
- 14:08Speaker 2: and I'm interested in both. Give me a proven record
- 14:11Speaker 2: that you're a real conservative and show me a path
- 14:13Speaker 2: to victory. This is not we're not playing around. We're
- 14:15Speaker 2: not playing a game. We're trying to save America. So
- 14:17Speaker 2: I want to see how you can win and give
- 14:20Speaker 2: me the best evidence that you're going to be a
- 14:22Speaker 2: real conservative in office. Rick Jackson, we talked about this
- 14:26Speaker 2: on an earlier podcast. An amazing personal story. Grew up
- 14:31Speaker 2: in the projects in Atlanta, in utter poverty, raised by
- 14:35Speaker 2: a single mom who faced serious substance abuse issues. He
- 14:38Speaker 2: ran away from home. He ended up in foster carr
- 14:41Speaker 2: He had five different foster families. He started with every disadvantage, nothing,
- 14:46Speaker 2: and he ended up building this amazing business. He's worth
- 14:50Speaker 2: several billion dollars.
- 14:52Speaker 1: It's it is an incredible story.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It's an American success story. And he has also been
- 14:58Speaker 2: incredibly charitable, in particular taking care of foster kids in
- 15:03Speaker 2: Georgia because he came from that environment. Doing things like
- 15:06Speaker 2: covering their expenses in college. He's also been incredibly generous
- 15:10Speaker 2: to college, to Christian ministries. He funds a Christian orphanage
- 15:14Speaker 2: in China, I'm told, the only orphanage in China that
- 15:18Speaker 2: is actually allowed to preach the Gospel to the kids.
- 15:21Speaker 1: It's incredible.
- 15:22Speaker 2: And so I looked at him and I said, listen,
- 15:25Speaker 2: this guy is going to be a real conservative. He's
- 15:27Speaker 2: pledging to abolish the income tax in Georgia, and he
- 15:32Speaker 2: is an incredible general election candidate. He's already put one
- 15:35Speaker 2: hundred million dollars of his own money into the primary
- 15:38Speaker 2: and he's going to put at least that into the general.
- 15:40Speaker 2: And so my view was, this guy can win the general,
- 15:43Speaker 2: but not only that. With Rick Jackson as the nominee
- 15:47Speaker 2: in Georgia, I think are chances of winning the Senate
- 15:50Speaker 2: seat in Georgia go way way up, because if he
- 15:52Speaker 2: puts another one hundred million into the general, if he's
- 15:54Speaker 2: got a huge turnout operation, if he's telling an inspirational
- 15:58Speaker 2: story that wins crossover votes in Atlanta, that's how you
- 16:03Speaker 2: win not just the gubernatorial race, but the Senate race.
- 16:05Speaker 2: So I endorsed him, and I will tell you after
- 16:09Speaker 2: I endorsed him. Donald Trump Junior endorsed him the day
- 16:14Speaker 2: before the election. I was encouraged by that, and I
- 16:18Speaker 2: think that was a statement that that was done with
- 16:20Speaker 2: the blessings of the White House. I went a week
- 16:24Speaker 2: ago Monday and campaigned with Rick just outside Atlanta, had
- 16:28Speaker 2: a big rally, and Rick ends up winning. Then this
- 16:32Speaker 2: week Alan Wilson, same dynamic Allan. President Trump early on
- 16:39Speaker 2: had endorsed the Lieutenant governor. I don't know the lieutenant governor.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I have no issues against her. I've said nothing negative
- 16:46Speaker 2: about her. But I've known Allan for more than a decade.
- 16:50Speaker 2: He's the sitting Attorney general. When he was elected, he
- 16:53Speaker 2: was the youngest attorney general in the country. He has
- 16:55Speaker 2: been re elected repeatedly. He has a strong conservative record,
- 16:59Speaker 2: over and over and over again. And so as I
- 17:02Speaker 2: look at the two candidates, I think Allan clearly had
- 17:05Speaker 2: the stronger conservative record, and so I endorsed him. And
- 17:09Speaker 2: by the way, at the time I endorsed him, it
- 17:12Speaker 2: was not at all clear what was going to happen. Well,
- 17:15Speaker 2: I'm very happy to say that after I endorsed him,
- 17:18Speaker 2: shortly thereafter, President Trump came out and endorsed him as well,
- 17:22Speaker 2: so he'd indorsed both candidates, and I'm grateful for that.
- 17:24Speaker 2: And the reporters all tried to make this into a thing, well, gosh,
- 17:28Speaker 2: aren't you endorsing against Trump? And isn't that like a thing?
- 17:31Speaker 2: And I sort of laughed. I said, listen, I've spent
- 17:34Speaker 2: a decade as President Trump's strongest ally in the Senate.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I'm proud to be so. I think President Trump has
- 17:41Speaker 2: been an extraordinary president. And he and I agree on
- 17:44Speaker 2: the vast majority of races, the overwhelming majority of races.
- 17:47Speaker 2: He and I aren't exactly the same side. It so
- 17:51Speaker 2: happens in these two races. I got involved much later
- 17:54Speaker 2: than he did, and at the stage in the race
- 17:57Speaker 2: where I got involved, I thought there was a clear difference,
- 17:59Speaker 2: and I thought Rick and I thought Allan were the
- 18:02Speaker 2: two stronger candidates. What ended up happening. Look, once I
- 18:07Speaker 2: endorsed President Trump endorsed and then actually Tim Scott endorsed
- 18:10Speaker 2: Allen as well, and he ended up winning. By Okay,
- 18:14Speaker 2: we're sitting here right now, it is eleven fifty eight.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Let me look at the numbers as of right now.
- 18:22Speaker 2: As of right now, with ninety nine percent of the
- 18:26Speaker 2: vote in Allen has sixty eight point six percent and
- 18:34Speaker 2: a vet his opponent has thirty one point four percent.
- 18:37Speaker 1: That's a beat down, just for for people they don't know.
- 18:39Speaker 1: That's a beat down in.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Possibly a twenty seven point victory, and listen, that's a
- 18:45Speaker 2: beat down. I actually think it has some similar dynamics
- 18:49Speaker 2: to the Paxton corn And race in Texas, where I
- 18:53Speaker 2: think Paxton was likely going to win the runoff. All
- 18:56Speaker 2: of the numbers i'd seen showed him about eight to
- 19:00Speaker 2: twelve points up. Yeah, so I think he was likely
- 19:03Speaker 2: to win. And then at the end President Trump endorsed
- 19:05Speaker 2: Paxton and he won by twenty eight points. And I
- 19:08Speaker 2: actually talked to the President and I said, look, I
- 19:09Speaker 2: think your endorsement was worth about twenty points. So I
- 19:12Speaker 2: mean it had a real impact. It turned what was
- 19:15Speaker 2: going to be a victory into a blowout. And I
- 19:18Speaker 2: think in South Carolina the President's endorsement did the same thing.
- 19:21Speaker 2: I think Allen was going to win, and it may
- 19:25Speaker 2: have been in that same range. I'm less confident, but
- 19:27Speaker 2: my guess is the sort of eight to twelve point
- 19:29Speaker 2: range is where he was, and when the President came in,
- 19:33Speaker 2: it again was worth about twenty points and drove it
- 19:36Speaker 2: up to twenty seven points. So that look, I think
- 19:39Speaker 2: that is a good outcome, and I think it's important
- 19:45Speaker 2: you and I cared deeply about the elections in November.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Part of the way we have a good election day
- 19:50Speaker 2: is nominating the strongest candidates who have the most conservative
- 19:54Speaker 2: record but also have a path to victory. And I
- 19:57Speaker 2: think in both Georgia and South Carolina that's exactly what
- 20:01Speaker 2: we did.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it absolutely is. I want to get to
- 20:04Speaker 1: this other issue, and that's the election database, actors, judges,
- 20:08Speaker 1: and a shocking really came down. But before we get
- 20:10Speaker 1: to that center, I just have to tell you thing
- 20:12Speaker 1: funny that happened today. So you know there's a new
- 20:14Speaker 1: Air Force one, right, I do you know that? Right now?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Here's the thing that matters. You've not been on that
- 20:20Speaker 1: Air Force one? Correct? I want to make that very okay.
- 20:22Speaker 2: I have not.
- 20:26Speaker 1: It's fine.
- 20:27Speaker 2: So my kids, the new one is in the air.
- 20:30Speaker 1: It's it's in the air from the report I saw
- 20:32Speaker 1: on TV earlier today.
- 20:33Speaker 2: I believe you. I just hadn't seen that.
- 20:35Speaker 1: So it was on TV. The kids look at me
- 20:37Speaker 1: and they're like, hey, Dad, have you ever been on
- 20:38Speaker 1: Air Force one. I'm like I have, and they're like, well,
- 20:40Speaker 1: have you been on the new one. I'm like no,
- 20:41Speaker 1: like it just started, like that's why it's on the
- 20:43Speaker 1: news today, like you're dealing with seven and nine. They're like,
- 20:45Speaker 1: you know, figuring it out, and I'm like no, They're
- 20:47Speaker 1: like they look at me. They're like, well as Senator Cruiz.
- 20:49Speaker 1: He's like, no, he hasn't either. So actually, I just
- 20:53Speaker 1: this moment in time, you and I are the same.
- 20:55Speaker 1: We've both been on the old Air Force one. Neither
- 20:57Speaker 1: has it been on the new Air Force one. I
- 20:59Speaker 1: just want to make very clear for all the kids
- 21:01Speaker 1: out there were on the same right now, I just want.
- 21:03Speaker 2: I want to clarify that Bend. That was what you
- 21:06Speaker 2: were saying is on the tennis court, you and I
- 21:09Speaker 2: are the same. That's that's what I heard.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I just I just want to throw that bit of
- 21:14Speaker 1: humor out there, because.
- 21:15Speaker 2: I'm not saying I admit I think you and I
- 21:17Speaker 2: are equally matched at tennis. Never mind that you were
- 21:20Speaker 2: a Division one varsity tennis player and I like can
- 21:23Speaker 2: barely hit the ball.
- 21:24Speaker 1: But I heard say the game, when was the first
- 21:28Speaker 1: year you were ever on Air Force one because I
- 21:29Speaker 1: think I'm going to beat you in this one.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Of course you are, because you were on with Bush.
- 21:33Speaker 2: I was never on with Bush.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Okay, so I got I got the longest tenure of
- 21:37Speaker 1: being on on an Air Force One. I like, I
- 21:39Speaker 1: loving this game right now. I'll tell the kids in
- 21:42Speaker 1: the morning.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I like, now now I was on the Say.
- 21:45Speaker 1: How many times have you been on? That would change
- 21:47Speaker 1: the scale?
- 21:48Speaker 2: Obviously, I was on the campaign plane with Bush in
- 21:51Speaker 2: nineteen ninety nine, So I beat you on the campaign plane.
- 21:54Speaker 2: You do, But I never rode on the Air Force
- 22:00Speaker 2: one with Bush. I have not done Marine one. I
- 22:04Speaker 2: have Marine one envy, I really do. I've done the
- 22:07Speaker 2: Beast a bunch of times, and the Beast is really cool.
- 22:09Speaker 2: But Marine one. I want to get on Marine one,
- 22:12Speaker 2: and I just haven't been on it. The first time
- 22:14Speaker 2: I went on on Air Force one. I mean, listen,
- 22:16Speaker 2: during most of Bush's presidency, I was back in Texas.
- 22:19Speaker 2: I was the SG of Texas. So you were in
- 22:22Speaker 2: the White House while I was back, you know, actually
- 22:25Speaker 2: in the heart of America.
- 22:26Speaker 1: And hold on, lightning's about to go. I've gotta dodge
- 22:33Speaker 1: these bullets coming in here. Man, there's a connection here?
- 22:36Speaker 1: All right?
- 22:37Speaker 2: Do you want to hear the even more depressing thing.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Do you know the first time I went on Air
- 22:41Speaker 2: Force One?
- 22:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm ready.
- 22:43Speaker 2: That might be with Barack Obama. No, yeah, that's a buzzkill.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I got elected to the Senate in twenty twelve and
- 22:50Speaker 2: so Obama was president, and I think I believe the
- 22:54Speaker 2: first time I was on Air Force one was we
- 22:58Speaker 2: went back to Dallas. Do you remember when five police
- 23:00Speaker 2: officers were shot in a horrible mass shooting by this
- 23:03Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter RADICALUS and Obama the White House said, hey,
- 23:08Speaker 2: do you Obama came back to speak at the funeral,
- 23:11Speaker 2: and he offered for me to ride on the plane.
- 23:13Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, sure, and I was coming the funeral,
- 23:16Speaker 2: and oddly enough, he seated me next to Nancy Pelosi,
- 23:20Speaker 2: And it is the first time i'd met Nancy Pelosi.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Like you actually think, like these folks in Washington all
- 23:24Speaker 2: hang out together. Do you know I've never met AOC
- 23:27Speaker 2: I've never met ilhan Omar, I've never met Hillary Clinton.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I mean that your blessings, by the way, on that one,
- 23:34Speaker 1: count your blessings. I've met two of the three in
- 23:36Speaker 1: the green rooms at TV. Count your blessings.
- 23:39Speaker 2: So I will say, like Pelosi, and this is the
- 23:43Speaker 2: only time I really met her, but she and I
- 23:45Speaker 2: were seated next to each other for a three hour flight,
- 23:48Speaker 2: and she was very pleasant and gracious. To her credit,
- 23:51Speaker 2: we were talking and she's got a child that lives
- 23:53Speaker 2: in Houston and grandkids that are in Texas, and we
- 23:56Speaker 2: were talking about family. Obviously we agree on very little obstinctively,
- 24:00Speaker 2: but it was to her credit she could be a nice,
- 24:03Speaker 2: gracious civil person, which which I didn't know. And and
- 24:08Speaker 2: it was interesting. Obama the entire flight, like did not
- 24:12Speaker 2: come out of his office at all. He came out
- 24:14Speaker 2: for like two minutes at the end of the flight,
- 24:17Speaker 2: and he was so aloof whereas Trump and I've been
- 24:20Speaker 2: on Air Force one a ton with Trump. Trump like
- 24:24Speaker 2: hangs out with you for hours and you just like.
- 24:27Speaker 1: And you can get a lot of work to himself off.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Yeah, he's not separated himself off and he's going NonStop
- 24:33Speaker 2: and you're going and I'll typically bring like three or
- 24:36Speaker 2: four note cards in my pocket of issues that I
- 24:38Speaker 2: want to raise with the president because like being on
- 24:40Speaker 2: Air Force one can be really productive and you can
- 24:43Speaker 2: raise issues and get things done but the contrast, like
- 24:47Speaker 2: Obama was so aloof that he didn't use that time.
- 24:50Speaker 2: But I have not been on the new Air Force one.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Now do you know what Trump said the first time
- 24:55Speaker 2: I was on Air Force one with him?
- 24:56Speaker 1: What did he say?
- 24:58Speaker 3: So?
- 24:58Speaker 2: This was like I think March twenty seventeen, so just
- 25:01Speaker 2: a couple of months into the presidency, and he and
- 25:03Speaker 2: I don't.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Know, if only I wouldn't have been born, you could
- 25:05Speaker 1: have been on this plane, it'd be you as president.
- 25:07Speaker 1: That's what I would that would have lied.
- 25:08Speaker 2: I would I imagine, yeah, my line.
- 25:12Speaker 1: If I was Trump, I would have like, man, just
- 25:14Speaker 1: imagine if I wasn't born, this would be your plane
- 25:16Speaker 1: right now. That would have been my life.
- 25:18Speaker 2: You're a much meaner guy than Donald Trump. So so
- 25:22Speaker 2: I'm on the plane with them, and it's like pretty cool.
- 25:25Speaker 2: I think it was the second time I'd been on
- 25:26Speaker 2: Air Force one. So I'm like geeking out and I'm
- 25:30Speaker 2: looking around and I said, nice, nice plane, mister president.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And his immediate response is he said, yeah, my old
- 25:37Speaker 2: one was nicer. And then my response was was, yeah,
- 25:41Speaker 2: but it didn't have missiles, which which he laughed at.
- 25:45Speaker 2: But I will say I have also been on Trump's
- 25:48Speaker 2: personal plane, and he's not wrong. His personal plane is
- 25:51Speaker 2: nicer than the old Air Force one, the Katari one,
- 25:54Speaker 2: maybe nicer than both of them. I assume I'll probably
- 25:57Speaker 2: be honored at some point, and so when I get
- 25:59Speaker 2: on it, I'll give you a report, give me a report.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Well, I can't wait to see the new one. Looks amazing.
- 26:03Speaker 1: That's why. That's why it was. It was a funny
- 26:05Speaker 1: topic because they were like, have you been I'm like,
- 26:07Speaker 1: I've not been on that.
- 26:07Speaker 2: No, I've not.
- 26:09Speaker 1: What I do I promised the boys that said, when
- 26:11Speaker 1: I get on there, I will bring you back the
- 26:12Speaker 1: M and ms because that that is a true sign
- 26:14Speaker 1: you've been on Air Force one.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Okay. By the way, the eminem's thing like members of
- 26:19Speaker 2: Congress will.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I got it right here. So that's that's the box.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Like, that's the presidential By the way, the M and
- 26:25Speaker 2: ms have the president's signature on it.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Yeah, there's the M and M and then there's this
- 26:29Speaker 1: his famous signature there.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And by the way, Trump makes very good use of
- 26:34Speaker 2: Air Force One. He puts people on and he like
- 26:36Speaker 2: whips votes and he uses it. One of the things
- 26:40Speaker 2: I was grateful was Obama was so damn aloof and
- 26:45Speaker 2: arrogant that he didn't actually use Air Force one. He
- 26:48Speaker 2: could have accomplished much more damage to America if he
- 26:52Speaker 2: would just woo House members or centers. Look, Democrat senator or.
- 26:58Speaker 1: He never used the House and Senate to his advantage
- 27:00Speaker 1: at all when he became.
- 27:02Speaker 2: He thought he was above everyone. Democrat senators privately when
- 27:06Speaker 2: Obama was president, would bitch NonStop that he wouldn't talk
- 27:10Speaker 2: to them, he ignored them, that they were barely people.
- 27:14Speaker 2: And it's to Trump's credit. Look, Trump spends a ton
- 27:18Speaker 2: of time. If I call Trump, he either answers or
- 27:22Speaker 2: he calls back, usually within the day. And that's true
- 27:27Speaker 2: of most senators, that's true of many House members. I mean,
- 27:31Speaker 2: he spends hours a day on the phone. I try
- 27:35Speaker 2: not to abuse that, by the way. I mean, I
- 27:37Speaker 2: end up talking to him probably once a week. But
- 27:39Speaker 2: it's funny. My staff is like, oh, you ought to
- 27:41Speaker 2: call the president more often, and I'm like, I don't
- 27:43Speaker 2: want to bother the guy, like when I called him America. Yeah. Yeah,
- 27:47Speaker 2: he's got a lot of demands on his time, So
- 27:49Speaker 2: I don't call him just to like shoot the breeze
- 27:52Speaker 2: and be like you know, aren't I cool? I call
- 27:54Speaker 2: him when there's like a topic that I need a decision,
- 27:58Speaker 2: that I need something. But it's it is his responsiveness.
- 28:05Speaker 2: It is actually phenomenal and unlike certainly unlike any president
- 28:11Speaker 2: I've ever known, and that is one of the keys
- 28:13Speaker 2: of his strength. You look at something like the Working
- 28:17Speaker 2: Family's tax cut, also called the One Big Beautiful Bill. Yeah,
- 28:22Speaker 2: there were tons of House members and senators voting no,
- 28:25Speaker 2: and Trump just spent a ton of time, sometimes with honey,
- 28:30Speaker 2: sometimes with vinegar, sometimes just just you know, being nice
- 28:34Speaker 2: and cojoling, and other times just taking a two by
- 28:37Speaker 2: four to them. But it's how he got the votes.
- 28:39Speaker 2: And it's very very potent, like one box of M
- 28:42Speaker 2: and MS can get you the vote you need, and
- 28:46Speaker 2: Trump is giving a lot of h.
- 28:48Speaker 1: All right, I want to take a moment. I want
- 28:50Speaker 1: to talk to you for just second, honestly about how
- 28:53Speaker 1: an act of compassion really feels. A few years ago,
- 28:56Speaker 1: I made the choice to partner with Compassion International to
- 29:00Speaker 1: sponsor a child who is.
- 29:02Speaker 2: In desperate need.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Now, it was a great idea, right, that's what most
- 29:06Speaker 1: people say. All right, it's nice, sure, but you really
- 29:09Speaker 1: have no idea just how much that simple act can
- 29:12Speaker 1: actually change a life. And I'm not just talking about
- 29:15Speaker 1: the child. I'm talking about my life now. I sponsored
- 29:18Speaker 1: Naudia and got to watch your life change right in
- 29:21Speaker 1: front of my eyes, going from starving alone on the
- 29:24Speaker 1: street to getting the health care and education that she
- 29:27Speaker 1: needs to reach her God given potential. I got to
- 29:31Speaker 1: be a part of that change, and the light of
- 29:33Speaker 1: that compassion not only illuminated her, it illuminated me. That's
- 29:38Speaker 1: the power of compassion and it's something I'm trying to
- 29:40Speaker 1: teach my children about as well. Now the light of
- 29:43Speaker 1: Christ shines on all of us, and you can feel
- 29:47Speaker 1: this for yourself and for your children. You can sponsor
- 29:51Speaker 1: child and have them involved. That's what I love so much.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So not only are you changing a child's life, you're
- 29:57Speaker 1: helping change the world, but you may even be changing
- 29:59Speaker 1: yourself and your family. You can sponsor a child today,
- 30:04Speaker 1: visit compassion dot com. That's compassion dot com. I want
- 30:10Speaker 1: to get to this form around of time, and that
- 30:13Speaker 1: is election database. And this activist judge explain this judge
- 30:19Speaker 1: what she has done here in a simplistic way. What
- 30:23Speaker 1: they were trying to do is make sure that people
- 30:25Speaker 1: that were not American citizens and those are not eligible
- 30:28Speaker 1: vote would not be able to eligible to vote. That
- 30:31Speaker 1: doesn't seem controversial. The majority of Americans are in favor
- 30:34Speaker 1: of the Save Act. It's seventy five eighty percent depending
- 30:36Speaker 1: on what poll you look at. And this judge said, hey,
- 30:39Speaker 1: you guys can't crosscheck in different groups, like so security
- 30:42Speaker 1: can't work with others, and you guys know we're not
- 30:46Speaker 1: going to allow this to happen. That was shocking.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Yeah, so I'm gonna read from the Associated Press. A
- 30:52Speaker 2: federal judge on Monday ruled that a recently revamped version
- 30:55Speaker 2: of a federal tool central to the Trump Administration's effort
- 30:58Speaker 2: to nationalize electtion can no longer be used. US District
- 31:03Speaker 2: Court Judge Sparkle L. Suknnan. I want you to stop
- 31:08Speaker 2: and think there's a friggin judge in America named Sparkle L. Suknnan.
- 31:15Speaker 2: By the way, she was a clerk for Sonya Sotomayor.
- 31:19Speaker 2: She's a radical leftist. I voted against her confirmation. But
- 31:23Speaker 2: she is a district judge in Washington, d C. And
- 31:25Speaker 2: Judge Sparkle sided with the advocacy groups that argue that
- 31:30Speaker 2: the recent upgrades to the program called the Systematic Alien
- 31:34Speaker 2: Verification for Entitlements, or save aggregated American sensitive personal data
- 31:40Speaker 2: in a way that could result in voters being wrongly
- 31:42Speaker 2: purged from voter rules. Quote. All in all, the federal
- 31:46Speaker 2: government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American
- 31:49Speaker 2: citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote,
- 31:54Speaker 2: Sukanan said in an order explaining the decision, This court
- 31:59Speaker 2: cannot stand idly by while that happens. She says, Congress
- 32:03Speaker 2: had expressly prohibited the government from centralizing American's personal identifying information,
- 32:07Speaker 2: and the federal agencies that created the same program quote
- 32:10Speaker 2: knew that the database violates these statutory protections. Now, this
- 32:16Speaker 2: is a liberal activist decision. It is also a decision
- 32:22Speaker 2: that doesn't make sense under the statute. The statutes that
- 32:27Speaker 2: she was looking at. Number one, the statute is the
- 32:31Speaker 2: Social Security Act, and the so Security Act requires quote
- 32:36Speaker 2: SO Security account numbers of record that are obtained or
- 32:39Speaker 2: maintained by persons pursuant to any provision of law shall
- 32:43Speaker 2: be confidential, and no authorized persons shall disclose any such
- 32:46Speaker 2: SOI Security account number or related record. Well, you know
- 32:49Speaker 2: what Trump administration did disclose anyone so Security number that
- 32:54Speaker 2: if they released you know, your Social Security number, that
- 32:59Speaker 2: would a violation of the SoC Security Act. They didn't
- 33:02Speaker 2: do that. So Security Act doesn't say the federal government
- 33:06Speaker 2: can't look at Social Security numbers. Like the government is
- 33:08Speaker 2: one entity and it is a bizarre system that says
- 33:14Speaker 2: you have records that show if people are illegal aliens
- 33:17Speaker 2: or not. You the federal government are not allowed to
- 33:20Speaker 2: look at those records because a law says you can't
- 33:22Speaker 2: publicly disclose them to others. They didn't. There's another there's
- 33:27Speaker 2: another law called the Privacy Act, and the Privacy Act
- 33:31Speaker 2: they claim it violated this as well. But again, the
- 33:36Speaker 2: Privacy Act does not prohibit the federal government from looking
- 33:41Speaker 2: at its own records. I mean, understand, this is a
- 33:44Speaker 2: ruling from a radical judge who's saying, even though the
- 33:47Speaker 2: federal government, and initially this SAVE database was set up
- 33:52Speaker 2: to stop the federal government from giving government benefits giving
- 33:57Speaker 2: welfare to illegal aliens. Now, mind you, it is illegal
- 34:01Speaker 2: to give government benefits to give welfare to illegal aliens.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Congress has passed that law over and over and over again.
- 34:08Speaker 2: And Democrats, when they're being completely split personality on this.
- 34:13Speaker 2: They will say repeatedly, well, we don't give welfare benefits
- 34:17Speaker 2: to illegal aliens. They'll say that over and over again.
- 34:19Speaker 2: They'll simultaneously say, dear God, we've got to give welfare
- 34:22Speaker 2: benefits to illegal aliens. What a monster would deny them?
- 34:25Speaker 2: So they say them both. Remember when every Democrat running
- 34:28Speaker 2: for president twenty twenty was asked, should we give free
- 34:31Speaker 2: health care to every illegal in America? And they all
- 34:33Speaker 2: raise their hand yep yup, every one of them right
- 34:36Speaker 2: down the line. But at the end of the day,
- 34:40Speaker 2: Congress has passed repeated laws saying do not give welfare
- 34:43Speaker 2: benefits to illegal aliens. And Judge Sparkle, and look, by
- 34:47Speaker 2: the way, I think it is really impressive that my
- 34:51Speaker 2: little pony is now a federal judge. But I just
- 34:55Speaker 2: wish my little pony was not a Marxist. You would
- 34:59Speaker 2: think that, Judge Arkle, what would recognize something beautiful like
- 35:03Speaker 2: like the Constitution or federal law. It is insane to
- 35:08Speaker 2: say that the same Congress that says you cannot give
- 35:13Speaker 2: government benefits or welfare to illegal aliens somehow said, but
- 35:17Speaker 2: you're not allowed to look to see if anyone's an
- 35:19Speaker 2: illegal alien. Nope, you're the government is blindfolded from looking
- 35:23Speaker 2: at your own databases. I'm going to make another prediction
- 35:26Speaker 2: in this show. Decision will be reversed.
- 35:31Speaker 1: It will be when and how quickly.
- 35:33Speaker 2: I don't know how quickly it might be reversed by
- 35:37Speaker 2: the d C Circuit. If it's not reversed by the
- 35:40Speaker 2: d C Circuit, I think it will be reversed by
- 35:42Speaker 2: the US Supreme Court. What I don't know is if
- 35:45Speaker 2: it gets reversed in time for the election. Part of
- 35:48Speaker 2: the strategy of the litigans is delay, and generally speaking,
- 35:54Speaker 2: these decisions can take a lot of time. Now, the
- 35:56Speaker 2: Department of Justice likely will seek emergency relief from the
- 36:01Speaker 2: DC Circuit. Now, it will depend on what panel of
- 36:03Speaker 2: judges you get. You get three random judges on the
- 36:06Speaker 2: DC Circuit, and then if the DC Circuit the probably
- 36:12Speaker 2: the biggest danger is they seek emergency relief in the
- 36:16Speaker 2: DC Circuit and they get a bad draw of left
- 36:18Speaker 2: wing judges in the DC Circuit. And what I predict
- 36:21Speaker 2: they would do then is just try to delay it
- 36:23Speaker 2: till after the elections. They just slow walk it, and.
- 36:27Speaker 1: It's naturally they can make sure that they don't have
- 36:29Speaker 1: any of this eiment for election day so you can
- 36:31Speaker 1: have more people that can vote.
- 36:32Speaker 2: I legally yes, and so if you get a good
- 36:38Speaker 2: panel on the DC Circuit, I am quite confident this
- 36:41Speaker 2: will be reversed. And by the way, if the d
- 36:43Speaker 2: C Circuit upholds this decision, I think the Supreme Court
- 36:47Speaker 2: would take the case and reverse it. But in the
- 36:50Speaker 2: normal course of things, that would take a couple of years,
- 36:53Speaker 2: so that would not impact the twenty sixth election. It
- 36:55Speaker 2: would probably be in time for the twenty eight election.
- 36:58Speaker 2: My hope is they take an emergency appeal and the
- 37:01Speaker 2: DC Circuit overturns it quickly, or even if the DC
- 37:04Speaker 2: Circuit rejects the appeal, I want them to make a
- 37:06Speaker 2: decision fast because then they could appeal that to the Supremes.
- 37:10Speaker 2: I think the Supremes would act quickly. The danger is
- 37:13Speaker 2: the d C Circuit slow walks it for another six months.
- 37:16Speaker 1: I tell you what, this has been a fun show.
- 37:18Speaker 1: We got predictions. You and I have. Neither of us
