- 0:15Speaker 1: The million bus.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Listening to me.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I don't Joy, Yeah, Joy.
- 0:58Speaker 4: You don't do that.
- 1:05Speaker 2: You love you.
- 1:24Speaker 4: You gotta turn well, I.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Got to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I probably got to turn the mouth turn out, turn
- 1:46Speaker 2: the water of the money up looking. Come come on,
- 1:59Speaker 2: you think I sure will?
- 2:03Speaker 5: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come
- 2:06Speaker 5: on dig me now, one and only Steve.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Harvey got a radio show. Man, oh man, oh man.
- 2:15Speaker 2: You know what y'all?
- 2:16Speaker 5: I mean, really, the goodness of God is overwhelming if
- 2:19Speaker 5: you think about it, I mean, really really think about it,
- 2:24Speaker 5: even when your circumstance doesn't look so bright, even when
- 2:29Speaker 5: you're going through something that's causing you discomfort, pain, Even
- 2:35Speaker 5: in that, God's goodness is actually overwhelming, because don't forget
- 2:43Speaker 5: why you're going through this moment. First of all, this
- 2:47Speaker 5: too shall pass. But also secondly, remember man, ain't everything
- 2:52Speaker 5: else that you've gone through that seems so insurmountable at
- 2:56Speaker 5: the time, didn't you get past that too? I mean,
- 3:01Speaker 5: it's amazing. If you really think about it, you don't
- 3:04Speaker 5: get stuck on any one issue your whole life. The
- 3:08Speaker 5: only people that get stuck on an issue they whole
- 3:12Speaker 5: life is people who won't let it go.
- 3:15Speaker 2: That's really all it is. There are people who exist,
- 3:18Speaker 2: and you may be one of them.
- 3:21Speaker 5: Oh please know, I've been guilty of it myself before,
- 3:24Speaker 5: but I learned something. There are things in my past
- 3:28Speaker 5: that I just would not let go of. It was done,
- 3:31Speaker 5: it was over with. I was past it, but I
- 3:35Speaker 5: I would not let go of it.
- 3:38Speaker 2: It was over.
- 3:39Speaker 5: The dude that did it tell me didn't exist no more.
- 3:42Speaker 5: The problem that it created didn't exist no more. The
- 3:45Speaker 5: only problem that kept hanging on was I would not
- 3:49Speaker 5: let it go. And man, you can't go forward if
- 3:54Speaker 5: you're gonna keep looking in the past. It's an impossible thing.
- 3:58Speaker 5: It's like driving a car. If you keep looking only
- 4:02Speaker 5: in the rear view mirror while you're driving, you're going
- 4:05Speaker 5: to crash pretty soon. And a lot of people just
- 4:08Speaker 5: keep crashing over and over and over and over because
- 4:13Speaker 5: you won't drive your car you keep looking in the
- 4:15Speaker 5: real view mirror act to past.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Oh woe's me.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Oh you know they did me like that. You know
- 4:22Speaker 2: I ain't been the same since he cheated on me.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Oh man, every since she stole my money, I ain't
- 4:27Speaker 5: been the same man she played me, and every since
- 4:30Speaker 5: that I done treated women differently. You may have some
- 4:33Speaker 5: deeper stuff going on, but eventually, guess what, do you
- 4:38Speaker 5: understand that when you have a relationship God with God,
- 4:41Speaker 5: you can take that to him too and drop it
- 4:44Speaker 5: off and leave it there.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Do you know that he can fix and heal that.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Maybe it's something serious like that that you need fixing
- 4:53Speaker 5: or healing from, a relationship with God can fix and
- 4:57Speaker 5: heal that. But man, come on, y'all, whatever it is,
- 5:02Speaker 5: and I'm not trying to downplay it or make it
- 5:05Speaker 5: act like it wasn't traumatic in your life, because oh god,
- 5:08Speaker 5: you don't want to you know, you don't want nobody
- 5:10Speaker 5: to do that to you because you want to be
- 5:12Speaker 5: the you know, the post a child for misery. So
- 5:16Speaker 5: please don't let me take that from you. If that's
- 5:18Speaker 5: your position, that's your hall of fame card you hanging
- 5:22Speaker 5: on to. I'm the poster child for misery. Oh no,
- 5:26Speaker 5: one is more woe than me than Please don't let
- 5:29Speaker 5: Steve try to take that from you. You go ahead
- 5:32Speaker 5: and hang on to that, but let me tell you something, though.
- 5:35Speaker 5: If that's what you're gonna hang on to, that's what
- 5:37Speaker 5: you're gonna always be the poster child for misery. At
- 5:41Speaker 5: one point in time, you're gonna have to get on
- 5:42Speaker 5: and move past it. Sometimes, man, it's merely a simple
- 5:47Speaker 5: thing of taking it to God and leaving it there.
- 5:49Speaker 5: You know, some people don't have money for therapy. Some
- 5:53Speaker 5: people don't even know who to call for therapy. God
- 5:56Speaker 5: is the best psychologist in the world. He can fix
- 6:00Speaker 5: it for you. There is nothing too hard for God.
- 6:04Speaker 5: You know when something seems impossible, y'all, God does the
- 6:07Speaker 5: impossible all the time every day.
- 6:10Speaker 2: You won't know how I know.
- 6:12Speaker 5: I just look at a couple basic things. Do you
- 6:15Speaker 5: know that that sun comes up every day in the morning.
- 6:17Speaker 5: It comes up in the east and it sets in
- 6:19Speaker 5: the west. You can't do nothing about that. All you
- 6:23Speaker 5: can wish because you plant at your flowers on a
- 6:26Speaker 5: certain side.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Of your house. You can wish all you want.
- 6:29Speaker 5: And maybe one day he would bring it up out
- 6:31Speaker 5: the northwest so those flowers would no Now it's gonna
- 6:34Speaker 5: come up out the east, and once the sun hits
- 6:38Speaker 5: the horizon when you look in the water, like if
- 6:40Speaker 5: you ever out in La and you see the sun
- 6:42Speaker 5: going down. Once the sun once you can visually see
- 6:45Speaker 5: the sun touching the horizon, you have three minutes.
- 6:50Speaker 2: You have exactly three minutes. You can sit there with
- 6:52Speaker 2: your watch.
- 6:52Speaker 5: You can time. Yeah, three minutes and it's gone. Three
- 6:56Speaker 5: minutes is gone. I read that somewhere and then and
- 7:00Speaker 5: tried it. It's gone every day if it's clear enough,
- 7:04Speaker 5: not cloudy. Once the sun touches the horizon. On water,
- 7:09Speaker 5: you got three minutes. When the wind blows, you can't
- 7:12Speaker 5: do nothing about it. He can bring it from the northeast,
- 7:15Speaker 5: he can bring it from the west, he can bring
- 7:17Speaker 5: from the south. He can bring it hard, he can
- 7:19Speaker 5: bring it cool, he can bring it hot. It's certain
- 7:22Speaker 5: things that God does the impossible all the time. How
- 7:25Speaker 5: those stars sitting up there, how can you find these constellations?
- 7:30Speaker 5: The big dipp of the Little Dipper, Ryan the Hunter, Oh,
- 7:33Speaker 5: that's God's God.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Ain't nothing you can do about it.
- 7:35Speaker 5: You can't reach them stars, you can't shoot at them,
- 7:38Speaker 5: you can't move them out the way. Or Ryan the
- 7:40Speaker 5: Hunter's belt's gonna beat them three stars out of ankle.
- 7:43Speaker 5: You can call it what you want to call it.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Still that's what it is. See, He does the impossible
- 7:47Speaker 5: all the time. He created heaven and earth. You're saying
- 7:52Speaker 5: that God can't get you through your past. Somebody did
- 7:56Speaker 5: just to me. It's the worst thing I had, the
- 7:58Speaker 5: worst childhood of any God can't get you past that.
- 8:02Speaker 5: He can move heaven, mountains, Earth, he can form the
- 8:06Speaker 5: Grand Canyon, he can make the water come over Niagara
- 8:09Speaker 5: Falls twenty four seven. He can't fix yo little bitty
- 8:14Speaker 5: past yours. It's amazing how people make their problems bigger
- 8:19Speaker 5: than God. Somebody told me one time, stop telling God
- 8:24Speaker 5: how big your problems are, and start telling your problems
- 8:29Speaker 5: how big God is, and go on with your life.
- 8:33Speaker 5: Quit driving your car looking in the rear view mirror.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Ain't nothing back there but your past. And if it
- 8:39Speaker 5: was hurtful or painful, or something you just felt like
- 8:43Speaker 5: you can't get over, take your problems to God and
- 8:46Speaker 5: leave them there. You hear the old spiritual all you've
- 8:48Speaker 5: heard it, take your birdens to the Lord, leave them
- 8:52Speaker 5: yet all the time. But you think that applies to everyone,
- 8:55Speaker 5: But you come on, man, a lot of people out
- 8:59Speaker 5: there going through much worse than you have and have
- 9:02Speaker 5: overcome it all. Why won't you take the step to
- 9:05Speaker 5: overcome your past so you can get on with driving
- 9:08Speaker 5: your car and see what God trying to take you.
- 9:10Speaker 5: But it's a trick of the enemy. The enemy tricks
- 9:13Speaker 5: you from seeing your future by having you constantly looking
- 9:17Speaker 5: in your past.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Man, it's a trick of the devil.
- 9:20Speaker 5: If the devil just let you quit, if he would
- 9:23Speaker 5: just let you get to drive in your car, look
- 9:25Speaker 5: out into your future. Your future shows hopefulness. You have
- 9:31Speaker 5: hope when you see the future. But he can keep
- 9:34Speaker 5: you in misery if he keep you looking at your
- 9:36Speaker 5: miserable past. God looking for you, man, God would love
- 9:41Speaker 5: to hear from you. Let's spend some time talking to
- 9:44Speaker 5: God today. Hey God, what's happening.
- 9:47Speaker 2: It's me. I know I ain't talk to you in
- 9:49Speaker 2: a while, but feel bad about that. But I need you.
- 9:53Speaker 6: He know that.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Everybody should say that prayer all the time.
- 9:56Speaker 1: It's cool, all right, your listening to the Steve Harveymore.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Show, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:06Speaker 5: I believe I can fly. I believe I can touch
- 10:10Speaker 5: the sky. Think about it every night and day. Spread
- 10:14Speaker 5: my wings and fly away. That's the song that has
- 10:20Speaker 5: meant a lot to people over the years. But the
- 10:23Speaker 5: key here, don't worry about the message. I understand what
- 10:26Speaker 5: I'm saying to you. Believe it. If you believe it,
- 10:29Speaker 5: you can achieve it. I believe I can fly, then
- 10:34Speaker 5: one day you will be flying. I believe that today
- 10:37Speaker 5: will be a great day. You set yourself up for
- 10:40Speaker 5: many good things to come your way, not saying nothing
- 10:42Speaker 5: negative won't come your way, but when it does, it
- 10:45Speaker 5: will be overridden by the goodness and the faith that
- 10:49Speaker 5: you maintained in what you believe to be. A man
- 10:53Speaker 5: is as he thinketh, and that's how I choose to think.
- 10:56Speaker 5: Today is a great day. Today is the day that
- 10:58Speaker 5: the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad
- 11:02Speaker 5: in it. Anybody listening to this show, get your grade on.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I call it to G.

- 17:08Speaker 8: whole everything. Okay, hold on staking now, because you done
- 17:11Speaker 8: said that you're gonna go do something that I know
- 17:14Speaker 8: you don't really mean. All right, not say you.
- 17:16Speaker 4: What I mean exactly what I'm saying. They got my
- 17:20Speaker 4: How you think somebody to take your arm?
- 17:23Speaker 6: Sir?
- 17:23Speaker 8: Okay, Look, let's try to keep disrespectful, all right? All right,
- 17:26Speaker 8: you say they got your arm?
- 17:28Speaker 2: Right?
- 17:28Speaker 4: How about this?
- 17:30Speaker 8: Going to go get my boys? Okay? First of all,
- 17:33Speaker 8: I will meet you at the park, all right. I

- 17:51Speaker 8: with all due respect, Okay, you're talking about my son,
- 17:54Speaker 8: and I know what he is capable of doing and
- 17:57Speaker 8: what he's not gonna do, and he don't disrespect older
- 18:00Speaker 8: people like that, especially with somebody with a with a

- 18:05Speaker 8: Sorry about your arm, you are, I'm not out of health.
- 18:08Speaker 4: I'm I'm trying. I'm asking you what do you not
- 18:11Speaker 4: think taking somebody all is disrespectful. That's disrespectful to take
- 18:15Speaker 4: of an old man and run.
- 18:17Speaker 8: Down the street where sir, disrespectful? But what what is not?
- 18:21Speaker 8: What is not disrespectful?
- 18:22Speaker 5: Also?
- 18:23Speaker 8: Is you telling me you're gonna go up there and
- 18:24Speaker 8: what my son and that's not gonna happen. Okay, do
- 18:29Speaker 8: that's what I'm gonna do.
- 18:30Speaker 4: I'm sign up as soon as I get on.
- 18:32Speaker 8: With Okay, All on second, sir, you're gonna do walk

- 22:21Speaker 1: Usher publicly supported his former mentor Diddy and said he

- 22:46Speaker 1: my husband and I went to a concert. We also
- 22:49Speaker 1: went to the meet and greet because it's his favorite singer.
- 22:52Speaker 1: He got so excited. I made jokes about it, and
- 22:56Speaker 1: he said he will never share a happy moment with
- 22:59Speaker 1: me again. Was I wrong or is he too sensitive?
- 23:03Speaker 5: Well?
- 23:03Speaker 2: You kind of sensitive? You just excited to see him?
- 23:06Speaker 2: Oh no, ain't. I can't see that. Dog.
- 23:12Speaker 5: I met Luther uh huh, who I considered the greatest
- 23:17Speaker 5: male vocalist to ever live. Tommy Open for It two
- 23:21Speaker 5: years and when I met him, I just went, man, boy,
- 23:27Speaker 5: man boy, you gave me some moment. I show appreciated, dog,
- 23:31Speaker 5: but I wouldn't bubbly and over the top.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Giddy.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Yeah, she said, he got so excited. She joked about it.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Yeah, man, everybody knows me to be looking at me. Dog,
- 23:53Speaker 2: You're good?
- 23:54Speaker 9: Was that?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 23:55Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:56Speaker 3: Too much?
- 23:56Speaker 1: Yeah, so he's too sensitive, you're saying, all right?
- 24:00Speaker 2: All right?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Moving on to Danielle, Danielle says, my husband and I
- 24:05Speaker 1: ran into his brother at the gym. He got mad
- 24:09Speaker 1: because I spoke. They fell out months ago, but I
- 24:12Speaker 1: still talked to his brother's wife almost daily. My husband thinks,
- 24:16Speaker 1: if he's mad, then i'm mad too. Is this a
- 24:19Speaker 1: rule or is my husband being childish?
- 24:22Speaker 5: Well no, that's not a rule. But all you did
- 24:28Speaker 5: was speak. It's his brother, you know, it's just a jested.
- 24:33Speaker 5: You know, some of y'all take these this stuff too far.
- 24:37Speaker 5: I mean, so your husband don't forgot whatever I'm mad.
- 24:43Speaker 1: At that is my brother over there, right blood.
- 24:47Speaker 5: Yeah, So let me ask you something, ma'am that you
- 24:53Speaker 5: should propose to your brother. If he see your brother
- 24:56Speaker 5: at the gym and your brother getting in a fight
- 24:58Speaker 5: and somebody beating his brother, would he do you're still
- 25:01Speaker 5: mad at him, You're gonna.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Go help him, you know he's gonna jump in.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Yeah No, no, not all of them should. It's somebody
- 25:09Speaker 2: on this petty like that. Wow? Yeah, oh your brother? Okay?
- 25:15Speaker 1: All right, So you're saying her husband is being childish,
- 25:20Speaker 1: and you spoke.
- 25:22Speaker 2: You didn't take your side, right y'all?
- 25:25Speaker 6: Mad?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Y'all know, y'all gonna have to get over this, don't you.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Eventually they're always gonna be brothers. Yeah, that's never gonna change,
- 25:36Speaker 1: all right. Moving on to Leonard H. D. Leonard writes,
- 25:40Speaker 1: most of the time when I'm out, I don't answer
- 25:43Speaker 1: my wife's calls because I don't want to explain what
- 25:46Speaker 1: I'm doing. I'm not doing anything wrong. I just don't
- 25:49Speaker 1: want her questioning me. Can I be upfront with her
- 25:52Speaker 1: about all the questions or keep ignoring her calls?
- 25:56Speaker 2: Brother? Either way?
- 25:58Speaker 5: Either way, either way, you gonna get the same results.
- 26:01Speaker 5: If you keep ignoing them calls, then you leave her
- 26:04Speaker 5: mind to wonder. Then what your explanation is. I don't
- 26:07Speaker 5: want to hear what you got to say.
- 26:09Speaker 2: When I'm doing it though I ain't doing nothing wrong.
- 26:12Speaker 1: What what?
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:14Speaker 5: You don't even understand you You're looking at this the
- 26:17Speaker 5: wrong way.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:20Speaker 5: See, let me tell you something, man, If you start
- 26:22Speaker 5: answering the phone, man, you will limit the calls. Yeah,
- 26:27Speaker 5: But if you keep ig knowing them, they gonna keep coming.
- 26:30Speaker 5: Because now where is he at? Why is he not
- 26:32Speaker 5: answering my phone? What's wrong with him? Then when you
- 26:35Speaker 5: do answer the phone, Hey, I need you to quit
- 26:37Speaker 5: calling me because I be doing stuff and I don't
- 26:39Speaker 5: want to hear your mouth.
- 26:42Speaker 2: No, please, what are you doing?
- 26:47Speaker 8: So?
- 26:48Speaker 1: But what what is she asking him? Why is she
- 26:50Speaker 1: calling him like this?
- 26:52Speaker 2: I don't know why she calling him? The problem is
- 26:55Speaker 2: from him.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Uh huh.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Yeah, he's saying he doesn't want to explain what he's doing.
- 27:00Speaker 5: But he listen to me, you have to answer your
- 27:03Speaker 5: wife's call. Something could be wrong. Yeah, yeah, let's just
- 27:08Speaker 5: start with that.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Baby. It's everything. Okay.
- 27:11Speaker 5: Hey, look, I'm in the middle of something right now.
- 27:13Speaker 5: Let let me finish this. I'll call you back.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Baby. You okay? I answered the phone. Hey, hey, you good?
- 27:19Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 27:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm fine. Okay, cool, baby, I'm in the middle
- 27:22Speaker 5: of guy, got a call. I'm on the set, I'm
- 27:24Speaker 5: on the radiom on something. Let me give you a
- 27:27Speaker 5: call back. Okay, at cover my face that nothing's wrong
- 27:31Speaker 5: with her, right right, but but don't answer this phone though,
- 27:35Speaker 5: and see how that go.
- 27:36Speaker 1: He just sounds like he doesn't want to hear her
- 27:38Speaker 1: voice period.
- 27:40Speaker 2: I know, but you can't see that.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yeah, what are you doing Leonard?
- 27:46Speaker 2: All right?
- 27:47Speaker 1: And he wants to know should he tell her that
- 27:50Speaker 1: he doesn't want her to call?
- 27:54Speaker 2: Yeah. See That's what I'm telling you, man. If you
- 27:57Speaker 2: do that, that's mean there's a problem.
- 28:02Speaker 1: He doesn't want to talk to her period. Yeah, yeah,
- 28:05Speaker 1: there's a problems me. There's a problem, Steve. Yeah, all right,
- 28:13Speaker 1: all right, divorce court, all right, last one, last one,
- 28:18Speaker 1: last one.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Clo.
- 28:19Speaker 1: This is from Candace. Candace writes, I fell in love
- 28:22Speaker 1: with a longtime friend, and I can't get past the
- 28:25Speaker 1: fact that I know he used to be horrorsh and
- 28:28Speaker 1: has a lot of women in his past. I've asked
- 28:31Speaker 1: him to get rid of all his female friends. It's
- 28:35Speaker 1: mandatory because I used to be a friend. Is that
- 28:39Speaker 1: too much to ask?
- 28:40Speaker 8: Oh?
- 28:40Speaker 2: She was a nope, nope. But here's your problem. Here's
- 28:47Speaker 2: another example of what I say, over and over and
- 28:52Speaker 2: buy it again. I don't know why.
- 28:54Speaker 5: Y'all be lying about these friendships. If you are attractive,
- 29:00Speaker 5: why would a man want to be your friend? It's
- 29:04Speaker 5: just not gonna work. And now it hasn't even worked
- 29:07Speaker 5: out for you. And now you're tripping because you like him.
- 29:10Speaker 5: But you know he had a lot of women. Well
- 29:12Speaker 5: you wasn't one of them, so what that ain't your business?
- 29:17Speaker 5: So now you want him to get rid of all
- 29:20Speaker 5: his female friends because you was one of them?
- 29:23Speaker 2: In fact?
- 29:25Speaker 5: Oh so the rest of his friends. He was doing
- 29:28Speaker 5: them and now you're gonna have him do you too?
- 29:32Speaker 5: And now you want him to get rid of all
- 29:34Speaker 5: of them? You finish find out something though, what you done?
- 29:40Speaker 5: Fell in love with him? Has he fell in love
- 29:43Speaker 5: with you?
- 29:44Speaker 1: And she didn't say that. Are you saying it's not
- 29:48Speaker 1: a two way street?
- 29:50Speaker 2: You don't know that yet? See you falling for him?
- 29:54Speaker 2: He was just waiting, he been, he been, He been
- 29:56Speaker 2: circling for years.
- 29:58Speaker 5: We ain't on you to get tired to being by
- 30:00Speaker 5: yourself and all that, and then he swooped right in
- 30:03Speaker 5: and now he done cracked the cold.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Wow, now.
- 30:08Speaker 5: You shitting opinion. Now you want him to give up everybody?
- 30:11Speaker 5: He didn't say he was going to give up everybody. Yeah,
- 30:14Speaker 5: he said he was going to do everybody.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Said he was horush. All right, Celo, thank you, thank you,
- 30:25Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. Coming up at the top of
- 30:27Speaker 1: the hour, we will have some entertainment news for you
- 30:30Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening hard Morning show. Yay, the
- 30:40Speaker 1: artist formerly known as Kanye West, has a new album out.
- 30:44Speaker 1: It was released last Friday and it's called Bully. The
- 30:48Speaker 1: album has gotten mixed reviews so far, and now Yay
- 30:51Speaker 1: is receiving backlash for suggesting that his interracial marriage to
- 30:56Speaker 1: Bianca Censori was made possible the efforts of doctor Martin
- 31:01Speaker 1: Luther King Junior. Okay, Yay has a song called King
- 31:07Speaker 1: on the album, and the lyrics are Listen to the lyrics,
- 31:10Speaker 1: I bought a white queen to the altar. Couldn't happen
- 31:14Speaker 1: without Martin Luther What the lyric is in reference to
- 31:20Speaker 1: the nineteen sixty seven Loving Versus Virginia Supreme Court decision
- 31:25Speaker 1: that lifted the band on interracial marriage during the time
- 31:29Speaker 1: that doctor Martin Luther King Junior was actively fighting against segregation.
- 31:34Speaker 1: So Yay tried to tie all that together.
- 31:38Speaker 2: That's the first time though, as you're talking about.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Come on, yeah, Yay, though you are.
- 31:53Speaker 2: And you know, you know.
- 31:58Speaker 5: You are the act drag Mar and Luther King and yes, yes, yes,
- 32:05Speaker 5: all black boys white girls. Well John hands.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Yeah, well, okay, that's really a stretch. It's a stretch,
- 32:21Speaker 1: isn't it. It's it's okay. And then you know, we
- 32:26Speaker 1: as black women, we call each other queens. You know
- 32:29Speaker 1: what I'm saying. We call each other queen, right right, right, Yeah,
- 32:32Speaker 1: that's what we say to each other. Hey, Queen, or
- 32:34Speaker 1: what's up, Queen Grand Rising Queen? Nothing? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 32:46Speaker 1: all right, go ahead, Kanye.
- 32:48Speaker 2: We don't care.
- 32:50Speaker 1: We really don't. We really don't. We really really don't
- 32:54Speaker 1: and moving on. In a recent interview with Forbes magazine,
- 32:58Speaker 1: Usher publicly support or did his former mentor, Sean Ditty COLMBS.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Usher stated that he still holds respect for Ditty and
- 33:05Speaker 1: views Ditty's musical and business contributions as a legacy. He
- 33:10Speaker 1: referred to Ditty as a hard teacher who was essential
- 33:14Speaker 1: in his early career back in the nineteen nineties. While
- 33:17Speaker 1: Usher didn't defend the sexual offense charges that led to
- 33:20Speaker 1: Ditty's fifty month prison conviction, he stated quote, I can't
- 33:24Speaker 1: with any sense of humanity not recognize the valuable contributions
- 33:28Speaker 1: that this man made for us. Usher's interview sparked backlash
- 33:32Speaker 1: from his fans, with many finding his support of Ditty
- 33:35Speaker 1: tone death, giving the severity of the charges and the
- 33:39Speaker 1: numerous allegations again to Ditty. So can you understand why
- 33:43Speaker 1: Usher still has a lot of respect for Ditty, saying
- 33:46Speaker 1: he was his mentor and all of that, Well.
- 33:50Speaker 5: I can understand it because if you compartmentalize it, which
- 33:55Speaker 5: is obviously what he's done. Talked about this one aspect
- 33:58Speaker 5: of their relationship. He can feel that way. I'll give
- 34:02Speaker 5: you an example. I still hold Bill Cosby at a
- 34:10Speaker 5: certain level of appreciation for what he's done for me
- 34:15Speaker 5: in my career.
- 34:17Speaker 6: Uh.
- 34:17Speaker 5: He was a huge part of getting my sons into
- 34:20Speaker 5: more house. He made some calls for me, and I
- 34:23Speaker 5: do appreciate that. I appreciate all the money that he
- 34:26Speaker 5: gave to black institutions. He was the largest giver to
- 34:30Speaker 5: FISK ever in the history of FISK. He did a
- 34:33Speaker 5: lot for HBCUs and I appreciate.
- 34:36Speaker 2: All of that.
- 34:37Speaker 5: So I can and and you know, I won't sit
- 34:40Speaker 5: up in here and beat the man up for what
- 34:43Speaker 5: he did, because he paid his dues, he went to prison,
- 34:47Speaker 5: he did his time.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Do I approve of what he did? Of course not.
- 34:52Speaker 2: And our victim's real absolutely one.
- 34:57Speaker 1: You were shot right when you heard the everyone else And.
- 35:01Speaker 5: Then somebody asked me in an interview, how can you
- 35:04Speaker 5: still be friends with a man like Bill Carby. I
- 35:07Speaker 5: ain't know none of this was going on. I learned
- 35:09Speaker 5: it when y'all learned it. Yeah, So, yeah, we was
- 35:12Speaker 5: cool and he was always a great guy to me.
- 35:17Speaker 5: But you know this came out and then he had
- 35:19Speaker 5: to go to prison for it. You know, man, you
- 35:22Speaker 5: got to pay for the things you do in life,
- 35:24Speaker 5: one way or the other.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Your decisions and persons.
- 35:29Speaker 5: Yes, and people want to erase him from the face
- 35:32Speaker 5: of the you know, all these people took his names
- 35:35Speaker 5: off these buildings that he bought.
- 35:36Speaker 2: I ain't seen nobody give the money back. Yeah, and
- 35:42Speaker 2: how they say that part.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Yea, all right, yeah, all right, well thank you for that.
- 35:50Speaker 5: Finally now, but now let's keep it real now pluffect
- 35:53Speaker 5: hate Bill calls me that part.
- 35:58Speaker 1: But that far.
- 36:02Speaker 3: To Usher who got in the game very young, understood. Yeah,
- 36:06Speaker 3: and they have that mentor relationship.
- 36:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's all he said. He don't condon't know
- 36:11Speaker 2: what he did, none of that.
- 36:13Speaker 1: No, he's not saying that at all. Yeah, I hear
- 36:17Speaker 1: all right, all right. Finally, after several days, the Artemis
- 36:21Speaker 1: two rocket is on the launch pad at Kennedy Space
- 36:24Speaker 1: Center and ready to launch tonight. Four astronauts, one of
- 36:29Speaker 1: them a brother, will lift off from Florida aboard NASA's
- 36:32Speaker 1: most powerful rocket for a nine day flight that will
- 36:35Speaker 1: take them around the far side of the Moon and
- 36:37Speaker 1: back the mission.
- 36:38Speaker 2: I'm not doing that.
- 36:40Speaker 5: You know, you're not going up in space. You know,
- 36:44Speaker 5: I don't care if it is one brother on that.
- 36:46Speaker 5: We've already had a black man in space that I
- 36:48Speaker 5: did it through, so we can.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Only have one.
- 36:53Speaker 2: I'm not getting on that thing.
- 36:54Speaker 1: No. If all goes as planned, the astronauts will travel
- 36:59Speaker 1: farther from Earth than any humans in history. Right, all right, guys,
- 37:11Speaker 1: coming up in twenty minutes after President Trump told an

- 56:49Speaker 1: Thank you, f you. Subject to My Man and his Money.
- 56:53Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been married for almost two years.
- 56:57Speaker 1: My husband and I are both in the insurance field.
- 57:00Speaker 1: When I met him, he was going through divorce and
- 57:03Speaker 1: he lived in a condo that he was renovating. I
- 57:06Speaker 1: was living in an apartment because I just finished college
- 57:09Speaker 1: and was starting my career. He's eleven years older than
- 57:13Speaker 1: I am, but he always made me feel like his equal.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Things changed once we got married. I asked about a
- 57:19Speaker 1: joint account so I can start buying furniture for our house.
- 57:23Speaker 1: He said he doesn't want to mix the money because
- 57:25Speaker 1: he got burned in his last marriage. He said that
- 57:28Speaker 1: he will go with me and he will buy all
- 57:31Speaker 1: of the furniture. That was fine, but I am still
- 57:34Speaker 1: interested in having a joint account. I asked my uncle,
- 57:38Speaker 1: who's been married for thirty years, and he said, it
- 57:40Speaker 1: seems like my husband doesn't trust me. That bothers me.
- 57:44Speaker 1: I'm also bothered by the fact that I don't have
- 57:47Speaker 1: access to his condo that he rents out. He said
- 57:50Speaker 1: he can take care of it on its own, and
- 57:52Speaker 1: it's best to keep those kinds of things separate. I
- 57:55Speaker 1: would press the issue, but I don't want it to
- 57:58Speaker 1: look like I'm money hungry or one to take over
- 58:00Speaker 1: things that belong to him. I heard rumors that his
- 58:04Speaker 1: family calls me a gold digger, but I'm not. When
- 58:07Speaker 1: he mentioned getting a prenup before marriage, I told him
- 58:10Speaker 1: I'd sign it. I'm young but proud, and I want
- 58:14Speaker 1: to do well at work and make my own money.
- 58:17Speaker 1: He pays the bills and all of our living expenses,
- 58:20Speaker 1: and I do whatever I want with my money. But
- 58:22Speaker 1: I still want access to more money if I need it.
- 58:26Speaker 1: He says, He'll always give me whatever I want. All
- 58:29Speaker 1: I have to do is ask. This really irritates me.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Who does my husband love the most me or all
- 58:36Speaker 1: of his money? Well, he does love he does love you,
- 58:41Speaker 1: But your uncle is right. I mean, he doesn't trust
- 58:44Speaker 1: you where his money is concerned. People bring baggage into
- 58:47Speaker 1: their marriages, and his baggage is fear fear that you'll
- 58:52Speaker 1: take his money like those before you, like in his
- 58:55Speaker 1: previous marriage. Like you said, you're much younger by eleven years,
- 58:58Speaker 1: and people are in his ear you being a gold
- 59:01Speaker 1: digger and all that. He knows. You offered to sign
- 59:04Speaker 1: the pre nup, but keeping his money and his condo
- 59:08Speaker 1: are his comfort level right now. You can live with that,
- 59:12Speaker 1: So you need to make the necessary adjustments in this
- 59:14Speaker 1: marriage for you continue to let him pay all the bills,
- 59:18Speaker 1: all that all your living expenses. That's a blessing. Just
- 59:23Speaker 1: so you know, I say, don't try to change him. Listen,
- 59:27Speaker 1: you get to keep all your money. You got to
- 59:30Speaker 1: look at this a different way. You get to keep
- 59:31Speaker 1: all your money saved, your money, put some aside so
- 59:35Speaker 1: you can buy your own property one day. Forget a
- 59:38Speaker 1: joint account. That's not going to happen. He's not into that,
- 59:41Speaker 1: and that is your reality. So I say, meet him
- 59:43Speaker 1: where he is. Live your life. He said he'll give
- 59:46Speaker 1: you whatever you want, and he's doing that, So stop complaining.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Worry about yourself.
- 59:52Speaker 5: Steve, you know, young sister, I would advise you know
- 59:56Speaker 5: you do have a problem, and Sureley pointed it out
- 59:59Speaker 5: at the top. He just doesn't trust you because he's
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: been burned in the past and he thinks that it
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: can happen to him again. So he don't want to
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: mix money. You want a joint account for reasons where
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: you want to say, hey, this is you know hours,
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: this is mister and misses. You want to be able
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: to walk in the bank and feel like you have
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: something with your husband.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: All of this.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: Should have been discussed before y'all got married. All of this, See,
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: that's what happens when you marry people that you don't
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: really know.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: Well.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: Now, y'all got caught up in the hype and all
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: like this. Here he was living in a condo, he
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: was renovating because he was going through a divorce. You
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: was living in an apartment because you had just finished
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: college and was starting your career. All this is good
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: right here, But y'all got married so quick that you
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: don't know each other. Now the family's calling you a
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: gold digger. Now, obviously this guy is doing really well
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: in insurance. You're starting your career in insurance. That he's
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: doing really well in insurance. Now he asks you to
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: sign a prenupe and you said you sign it. Look,
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: times have changed now, it's just the way it is.
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: I can sit over here and tell y'all all I
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: want this is how it go, This is what you
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: should have did.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: It's a new day. Y'all not listening to that.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: You all have this idea that you can rewrite the
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: rules of marriage, that you all can rewrite what it
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: means to be together. But when it comes down to it,
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: it's all gonna come back to the same thing. Will
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: you sacrifice for this person? Do you love this person.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: Are you willing to compromise with this person? And how
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: much will you do for this person?
- 1:01:43Speaker 8: Now?
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: What are your limits? That's what a relationship is. But
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: you all have this new fangled idea of relationship that
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: you're gonna rewrite it. We'll go ahead and rewrite it,
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: and we'll just keep going over how it's.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Going for you.
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: So, because you didn't cover none of this information when
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: you first got married, here we are.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: I told you when he was going through the divorce,
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: he renovated places you were starting your career.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: But this man is eleven years older than you. That
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: ain't no big deal.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: But he's always made you feel like his equal. And
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: then you say things change once we got married, Well,
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: what you ain't the equal no more? Because you didn't
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: have a joint account before you got married. You didn't
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: have access to his money before you got married. And
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: that's really what this whole letter is about. You want
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: access to the money. Even though he lets you keep
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: your all, you want access to all the money in
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: case you need more. His response is ask me and
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: I'll give you anything you want.
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: I know a lot of women would fight and killed
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: to get a relationship like this and then I know
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: it's some women in that talking about girl.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: You better get your name on everything. You don't have
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: to keep to the apartment.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Hang on, Steve, we will have part two of your
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three minutes after today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Subject is my man and his money. We'll get back
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 1:03:50Speaker 1: four hundred or Globelife radio dot com. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is my man
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: and his money.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Here's this young girl.
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: Who graduated from college, who has an apartment, starting her
- 1:04:05Speaker 5: career in insurance field.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: Met a man that's.
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: Eleven years older than her, obviously doing really really well
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: in insurance field. But he's going through a divorce, so
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: he wasn't living in the house. He was living in
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: that condo, renovating it.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: They meet. They've been married now for two years.
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: She was telling him he's a great guy, but all
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: of a sudden things changed when they got married. And
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: he's always made her feel like they were equal until
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: they got married, and she wanted to do things a
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: little bit differently, so she wanted to open up a
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: joint account. He said he ain't opening up no joint account.
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: Your money is yours and my money is mine. Well
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: that's not what they're gonna say when the divorce come.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: I can tell you that right now. You can stop
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: all this mine and yours. It's yalls. If you go
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: to court, it's gonna be y'alls. So but before we
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: go to court, but you don't have to the divorce
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: behind this. But you need an understanding. But this is
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: an understanding you should have got before you got married.
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: He doesn't want to join account. He refuses to do that,
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: but he says he'll give you anything you want. All
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: you do is ask for it. So here's the example
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: she used. I asked about to join account so I
- 1:05:22Speaker 5: can start buying furniture for our house. He said he
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: doesn't want to mix the money because the way he
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: got burned in his last relationship.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: But he said he'll go with you and he will
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: buy all the furniture.
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: Now you said, okay, that's fine, but I'm still interested
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: in having a joint account. Then you went and to
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: ask your uncle, who'll be married for thirty years, and
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: he said, it seems like your husband don't trust you.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: That's exactly what it is. And you didn't have to
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: go to.
- 1:05:50Speaker 5: Your uncle because he told you, I don't want to
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: mix money because of the way it ended in his
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: last relationship.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: So Shirley's right about that.
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: He done brought the baggage from that relationship to the
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: new relationship, so now he don't want to split no
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: money with you. And your uncle told you it seemed
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: like your husband don't trust you. That's well, that's what
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: that is. Then you say, well that bothered me. Then
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: you say you bothered by the fact that I don't
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: have access to his condo that he rents out. He
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: said he can take care of it on his own.
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: And it's best to keep those things separate.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: So so listen to me.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: When you met him, he was living in this condo
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: that he renovated. You know why he was living there
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: because his ex wife got the house. So now what
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: he don't want to do is put your name on
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: this he and he lose another house. Put you the
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: one he was living in in rental faith. But once
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: you get married, all that becomes joint property. Anyway, he
- 1:06:56Speaker 5: gonna lose it anyway. I hate to tell you that
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: I would press the issue, but I don't want to
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: look like I'm money hungry or want to take over
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: things that belong to him.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: I heard rumors that his family calls me a gold digger.
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: Well, see, young lady, you don't want it to seem
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: like you money hungry or you want to take over
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: things that belong to him. But you want access to it.
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: You want to join the count. And I'll tell you
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: why you want access to it, and no better what
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: I'll let you tell me. When he mentioned getting a
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: prenup before marriage, I told him I'd sign it. I'm young,
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: but I'm proud. I want to do well and work
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: and make my own money. He pays the bills and
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: all I live in expenses and I do whatever I
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: want to do with my money, But I still want
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: access to more money if I need it. That's what
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: this letter is about. He does everything for you, get
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: you anything you want, by all the furniture, pay all
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: the bills, and you could do whatever you want with
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: your money, But I still bill won't access to more
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: money if I need it, and you're gonna need it
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: because you're gonna spend all your money, he says, he
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: will always give me whatever I want. All I gotta
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: do is ask. This really irritates me. Who does my
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: husband love the most?
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: Me?
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: Are all his money? I think you're proposing the wrong questions.
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: This is not a question of does he love you
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: or his money the most?
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: The question is.
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: Can you live under these circumstances, because clearly he has
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: made up his mind. I'm not giving you access to
- 1:08:37Speaker 5: nothing I've built before and prior to this marriage, but
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: in this marriage, I will take care of everything. So
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: like right now, he seems like a really good provider,
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: But you want access to more money, and he asked
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: you for a pre nup. I don't know what to
- 1:08:53Speaker 5: tell you, young lady, because there's so many things. See,
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: if a man asks you for a prenup, that should
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: have let you know something right there. But pre nups
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: are big now and everybody's doing pre nups. It's just
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: the way of the world. But I will make this statement,
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: like I've made a hundred times. I have never met
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: a couple that had a pre numb that did not
- 1:09:14Speaker 5: use it. It is a preparation for failure. It is
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: a preparation in event that something happens, and that's what
- 1:09:22Speaker 5: you're preparing for.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: That's what's gonna happen. So it's just that way.
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: That sounds old fashioned and hochey, but that's what it is.
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: But it's okay to get a pre nup. Just get
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: ready for the results.

- 1:10:52Speaker 7: All right, there's only eight games left in the NBA
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: regular season. We're about to get into these playoffs. The
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: seating right now is in the east, Detroit is one,
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: Boston two, New York three, Cleveland four, Toronto five, and
- 1:11:06Speaker 7: Atlanta is six. Philadelphia seventh, Oklahoma City, I mean Orlando
- 1:11:11Speaker 7: was eight, Miami's nine, and Charlotte's ten. In the West,
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: Oklahoma City is number one, San Antonio two. Los Angeles
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: is three, Denver fourth, Minnesota five, Houston six, Phoenix is seven, LA,
- 1:11:27Speaker 7: Clippers is eight, Portland's.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: Is nine, and Golden State is ten. Now here it is.
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: Tournament starts April fourteenth through the seventeenth, and in the
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: play in tournament, you will have Philadelphia, if it's right now,
- 1:11:39Speaker 7: Philadelphia play Charlotte, and then you have Orlando and Miami
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: play and then in the West it would be Phoenix
- 1:11:49Speaker 7: versus Golden State, the Clippers versus Portland.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: Now here's the issue.
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: Only three end right now is Detroit, Boston, and New
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: York in the east, and in the West is Oklahoma
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: City and San Antonio.
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: Do we feel like San Antonio.
- 1:12:03Speaker 7: Could actually be in the NBA finals with this boy
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: Victor win bin Yama because it.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: Is he he's a candidate.

- 1:12:12Speaker 1: the question.

- 1:12:17Speaker 2: go ahead, Just ask a question. Don't just ask the question?
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: So four five six they just one game difference? Is
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: or what the way you mentioned four five six long
- 1:12:28Speaker 6: time ago? So you you was asking as he went,
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: he was.
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: Yeah, I was what who is right now has played
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: on April fourteenth through the seventeenth. That's what I was doing, Tommy,
- 1:12:38Speaker 7: That's what I was setting up, you know, four five six,
- 1:12:41Speaker 7: I said, this is not set yet. Only three people
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: are in is in the East is Detroit, Boston, New
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: York and then Nuet. It's only Oklahoma City and San
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: Antonio that I guarantee a playoff spot.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: That's what I was setting up, Tiny, That's what I
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: was doing.
- 1:12:52Speaker 7: I was asking, is this a year that San Antonio
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: could be in the NBA finals with Victor winm Binyama
- 1:12:58Speaker 7: and the way that he's.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Playing, if he sets up and stays healthy. Yeah, because
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: he is a candidate for m v P. See, this

- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you just don't know how to show though.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: Matter fashion show in a PA, he says. Steve Hobby said,
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: my man, that boy is tall, and I mean people
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: is around him like roaches.
- 1:13:37Speaker 8: Wow.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: And we was in Paris too. It was on him
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: like roaches.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Where he's from there?
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: Right?
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Junior, thank you. Coming up at the
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: top of the hour, a wife has sexual tension with
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: someone in her home and it's not her husband. She
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: needs some advice. We'll get into it right. You're listening
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is from Rose
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: and Lansing. Rose says, my husband's cousin and his cousin's
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: wife are staying in our basement for two months. The
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: wife works from home, and so do I. I walk
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: around around in big comfy momos with no underwear while
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: I'm working. The wife commented on how my body was
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: jiggling underneath my moomoo. She said, it's sexy. I got
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: so turned on, but I just laughed and said thanks.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: The sexual tension is thick when we're alone, so it's
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: bound to happen real soon. Is that a bad idea
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: because we're like family?
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: Uh huh wait a minute.
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: This is your husband's cousin, cousin's wife.
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: And his wife related today. So yeah, yeah, yes, he
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: was having through women. She liked the wine. Yeah, that
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: was in the heaven. I don't say if it's jiggling
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: like that, I get it. I understand what you want
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: me to say, Afred. What else do you want to
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: get from me? We like it? What the first got
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: to do with it.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: Today. So so she's saying it's about the wife is
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: saying it's bound to happen real soon. It's a bad
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: idea because they're like family, because they're like so, I.
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: Mean, okay, listen, you you you gave us a statement.
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: You made this statement right here. It's bound to happen soon. Okay,
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: So now what you want me and Shirley Neil wanted
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: good wanting.
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's gonna happen. Basically, she just said that's
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: what's going on. Yeah, it's gonna happen, she said.
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: And they be alone a lot, Yeah they're not.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: But still this is considered still cheating on her husband.
- 1:16:08Speaker 6: Every time I've seen it jiggle. Every time I've seen
- 1:16:11Speaker 6: it jiggle, it's happened. I understain when the jiggling happens,
- 1:16:15Speaker 6: it just happens.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Wow, Wow, we're coming into comment.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: I'm the only one addicted to jiggle.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: No one else has spoken up about.
- 1:16:27Speaker 10: It, but you.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: So I'm the only one. I'm the only one that
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: just love jiggle. It's just me.
- 1:16:36Speaker 8: Or Junior.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna fall here
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: with this food.
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: No, you don't like jiggle. He said he likes his
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: wife's jiggle.
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: Tell me he talking about I'm only one, just addicted
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: to jiggle. Anybody loud with it?
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: Loud and.
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: Everybody's trying to be quiet, all right with the jiggle?
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: You like jiggle?
- 1:17:02Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: Say it? You better shine on your day. You bet you're.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: If you're in your car saying, baby, you have nothing
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: to say to your nephew. I know this safer fool's day.
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: We know not for him. I don't have nothing safe
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: for him. We know who he is. I have nothing
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: to say to Junior. When he brought up his wife's jiggles,
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: I just let that go. I don't know. Looking to
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: everybody is all I was.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: That's all he was saying.
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, hold on, you ain't been somewhere and seen
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: some other jiggles, and wouldn't you ain't seen no other?

- 1:17:53Speaker 10: haven't seen that jiggle boy was talking about. Okay, here's
- 1:17:58Speaker 10: a question. So you all like the jiggle? So forget
- 1:18:01Speaker 10: spanks and all that stuff that holds you in. You
- 1:18:04Speaker 10: want to see the jiggle. Now, what is happening? What
- 1:18:07Speaker 10: is all this money for spanks and everything?
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: Wabbling is two different things. Now Sometimes when you.
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Jiggle, jiggle and loose is too different. It looked like
- 1:18:24Speaker 5: it ben't got loose.
- 1:18:31Speaker 6: If you look like it didn't broke out, you know
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: how to know, you know how gumbo do when it
- 1:18:38Speaker 6: hit rice and it just breaks out running like that.

- 1:27:01Speaker 3: Now, Tommy, okay, we know today is your day, but
- 1:27:04Speaker 3: Junior will usually ask Steve a question motivational inspirational.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: Type.
- 1:27:13Speaker 6: I'm not trying to mention nothing. I'm not trying to
- 1:27:15Speaker 6: get Steve inspire me to do nothing. I don't need
- 1:27:17Speaker 6: all that. Let me ask you this here. If you
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: work at the unemployment office and you get fired, ain't
- 1:27:25Speaker 6: you gonna be right back up there tomorrow?
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: Again? I apologize, Steve, I really do.
- 1:27:35Speaker 8: Well.
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: At least you'll know exactly where to go.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: I bet your attitude to be different.
- 1:27:42Speaker 6: Then.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: Yeah, now we've got the attitude, Junior. Anything please please Jesus?
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: Oh man, here's something that we could we could really discussed.
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: Unc man.
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: I don't know why time you couldn't think of this,
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: but can you talk to us about man? The power
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: of just being grateful man? Because sometimes we forget how
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: grateful we need to be called complaining. Sometimes, man, we
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: start getting ahead of ourself, you know. And man, it's
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: just good to know that you can still be grateful
- 1:28:18Speaker 7: even when it's.
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: Not going right.
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: This is April first, This is not a grateful day.
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: That's not what grateful April fool. Go ahead, go ahead,
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: go ahead, go ahead, talk discussed it.
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: Give him some wisdom telling them how to be great
- 1:28:35Speaker 6: and what you need to be thankful fun how you know,
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: just gone and jump and how we're gonna get there.
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: And I'll tell you, Junior, one of the things I'm
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: most grateful for is that I'm not him.
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:28:52Speaker 2: Sometimes, man, you have to be grateful for the stuff
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: that's right in front of your.
- 1:28:56Speaker 5: Face when you come to work and you work with
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: a food everything, and they give him a day called
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: April food. But he has shown up year round, waiting
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: on that one day of recognition, and then when that
- 1:29:11Speaker 5: day comes, he don't ever let us down. I'm so
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: grateful that I'm not him. I think the Lord that
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: I know something, appreciate it. I think the Lord that
- 1:29:27Speaker 5: I don't say everything that's on my stupid mind. I
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: thank him that everything come out of my mouth don't
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: sound like dribble. I thank god that sometimes when I'm
- 1:29:42Speaker 5: looking at people in their face and I'm talking to
- 1:29:44Speaker 5: him and I'm serious, and they.
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: Just frown.
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: Because I have said something so stupid that they need
- 1:29:54Speaker 5: clarity on it right now. But at the same time,
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: I'm grateful for Tommy. I'm grateful because you need to
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: see the opposite of what you need to be, Because
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: I've said this a million times. Knowing what not to
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: do and knowing who not to be is just as
- 1:30:16Speaker 5: portant is knowing what to do and who you should be.
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: He has been a fine example of high level stupidity.
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: He has reigned supreme. He is unchallenged. He's the king
- 1:30:32Speaker 5: of pranks, the king of stupidity. What more could he be?
- 1:30:38Speaker 5: And I don't think there is a man who could
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: do it better. I've met a lot of people in
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: my time, but I've never met a fool more content
- 1:30:49Speaker 5: with being a fool.
- 1:30:52Speaker 2: Tell me do that poem that you do? Tis he
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: the diller that said that with a You don't know
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: he's stupid either. I don't know.
- 1:31:07Speaker 6: Without Oh damn, don't care. Come on, put me into
- 1:31:12Speaker 6: good fooling. For those wistards, I think they have the
- 1:31:14Speaker 6: do often prove the fools. For I am sure that I,
- 1:31:18Speaker 6: like THEE may pass for a wise man. For what
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: says Hornopolis, better a witty fool than a foolish wit.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: I'll be.
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: You know when Shakespeare noted this wouldn't be somebody come
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: along and pitched this poem and he wrote it anyway.
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: That's bullsight, that's vision. Y'all.
- 1:31:43Speaker 5: Have a great day to day April Fool's Day, Stay
- 1:31:46Speaker 5: on port, y'all. Don't let nobody trick you. Have ay
- 1:31:51Speaker 5: temmy happy day dog.
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: Thank you.
