- 0:03Speaker 1: Donald Trump's endorsements are now at fifty five and zero.

- 0:12Speaker 1: a big night for Donald Trump's agenda all over the country. Now,
- 0:17Speaker 1: if you are a anti Trump person, a GOP establishment member,

- 0:32Speaker 1: you hit that real quick while you're listening. Now. If
- 0:35Speaker 1: you are not a Trump person in the GOP, if
- 0:39Speaker 1: you're ready for him to go away, I don't think
- 0:43Speaker 1: that's going to happen anytime soon. Voters in Indiana in Ohio,
- 0:50Speaker 1: we'll decide who will represent them in November's intelection. The
- 0:53Speaker 1: primaries and both states on Tuesday, that's what they had
- 0:56Speaker 1: to look at and setting the tone in particular for
- 0:59Speaker 1: the few or the Republican Party and for Donald Trump.
- 1:03Speaker 1: That's what those primaries were really all about. How big
- 1:07Speaker 1: is Donald Trump's indorsement strength? Is it big? Is it little?
- 1:12Speaker 1: Can the GOP establishment put their candidates up against Donald
- 1:16Speaker 1: Trump and have a chance of winning well. Trump has
- 1:20Speaker 1: twenty two indorsements on the line across both states on Tuesday,
- 1:28Speaker 1: many of them in competitive races, others are not so
- 1:31Speaker 1: competitive primaries. The biggest banner race of the night is
- 1:36Speaker 1: the five way GOP primary for US Senate in Ohio,
- 1:41Speaker 1: where Donald Trump had endorsed author jd Vance, hardcore conservative,
- 1:48Speaker 1: against four other candidates, three of whom also sought Trump's backing,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and one of whom did not. Those other candidates, Mike Gibbons,
- 1:57Speaker 1: Josh Mandel, jam And Timkin, and Matt Dolan all represent
- 2:04Speaker 1: different views on the future of the GOP than Trump
- 2:06Speaker 1: in varying degrees. Dolan in particular represent a major departure
- 2:11Speaker 1: from Trump's view for the party. That's why it was
- 2:14Speaker 1: particularly interesting on Tuesday morning when we saw Dolan's wife
- 2:19Speaker 1: in some top national leftists like Daily Costs urging Ohio
- 2:24Speaker 1: Democrats to pull GOP ballots and vote for the quote
- 2:28Speaker 1: Republican Dolan in the primary. Success for Vance was spelled
- 2:33Speaker 1: good news for Trump endorsed Kennets and other upcoming primaries
- 2:37Speaker 1: such as those in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and elsewhere where,
- 2:41Speaker 1: some have struggled and some have prospered. That's because Vance
- 2:45Speaker 1: shot to the front of the pack in the final
- 2:47Speaker 1: weeks to race and pulling after Trump backed him, despite
- 2:50Speaker 1: an all out effort against him from some and other
- 2:53Speaker 1: donor class and the GOP establishment. Whoever wins the GOP
- 2:59Speaker 1: nomination Senate in Ohio will likely face Representative Tim Ryan,
- 3:03Speaker 1: a Democrat Ohio with a general election a tougher than
- 3:06Speaker 1: it looks race given Ryan's push to portray himself as
- 3:09Speaker 1: tough on China, especially in a state that would really
- 3:12Speaker 1: care about that because of manufacturing. Ohio Senate primary is
- 3:17Speaker 1: hardly the only big race that we saw on Tuesday,
- 3:21Speaker 1: several competitive congressional primaries in both Ohio and Indiana, and
- 3:26Speaker 1: the media was hoping that this would be a big
- 3:28Speaker 1: task for Trump endorsements. They could come out grandstand and
- 3:31Speaker 1: say Donald Trump is a loser, right, Donald Trump's endorsement
- 3:34Speaker 1: and a star falling. You don't want Trump's endorsement because
- 3:37Speaker 1: when you get it, then you lose. That's what they
- 3:40Speaker 1: were hoping to write. So what did we find out?
- 3:46Speaker 1: They were wrong? We also found out that the GOP
- 3:50Speaker 1: establishment's view of the GOP's future is not what GOP
- 3:54Speaker 1: voters want. Ohio GOP governor might do want to aim
- 3:58Speaker 1: to fend off two primary challengers, a former representative and
- 4:03Speaker 1: a guy named Joe Blystone, something polling indicates he is
- 4:07Speaker 1: likely to do. Seeing that, whether the polls are right
- 4:09Speaker 1: and DeWine conceal, the deal will also say a lot
- 4:12Speaker 1: about the party in different respects than Trump's endorsements will,
- 4:18Speaker 1: but in an interesting way. These elections are the first
- 4:22Speaker 1: two since the unprecedented link of a draft decision from
- 4:27Speaker 1: the US Supreme Court indicating that justices are likely to
- 4:31Speaker 1: overturn rov Wade later this year. So the question is,
- 4:36Speaker 1: how would that affect things in the election? Right electorally
- 4:40Speaker 1: may or may not have a big impact in certain results.
- 4:45Speaker 1: People are wondering because that's part of the reason why
- 4:47Speaker 1: the League cappit when it did. They wanted to affect
- 4:49Speaker 1: the primaries that were taking place on Tuesday. So then
- 4:54Speaker 1: what happened. Let's talk about this. Mike Gibbons has conceded
- 4:58Speaker 1: in Ohio and endorsed Vance for the general election meeting.
- 5:02Speaker 1: All the major kennets now have coalesced quickly behind Vance
- 5:06Speaker 1: on election night. That's no small feat. What was said,
- 5:11Speaker 1: I'm humbled, proud, and honored by the overwhelming support received
- 5:14Speaker 1: from from people in Ohio across the Buckeye State tonight.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Even though the night did not go our way tonight,
- 5:20Speaker 1: we won't be discouraged, Gibbon said. We have a lot
- 5:23Speaker 1: of work left to do. Tomorrow is the first day
- 5:25Speaker 1: of the general election, the most important of our lifetime.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Congrats to JD. Vance and his well earned victory. I
- 5:33Speaker 1: fully support him as a Republican nominee. Never forget, our
- 5:38Speaker 1: strength as Americans is not beginning Washington. It begins here
- 5:40Speaker 1: in Ohio. As Republicans. We must unite to ensure our
- 5:43Speaker 1: values are representative Washington. What does that mean, Donald Trump One? Now,
- 5:52Speaker 1: let's move on to another big election night that all
- 5:57Speaker 1: the Democrats and all the media and all the mainstream
- 6:00Speaker 1: establishment Republicans were obsessed with hoping that Donald Trump would lose.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Trump back Medicine Gilbert One, the GOP nominee for Congress
- 6:13Speaker 1: in Ohio's thirteenth congressional district, that coming late at night
- 6:18Speaker 1: from the Associated Press, this means President Trump won again. Now,
- 6:24Speaker 1: I was watching all the races around the country. I
- 6:27Speaker 1: just gave you some highlights of some of them. By
- 6:30Speaker 1: three o'clock in the morning. Do you want to know
- 6:32Speaker 1: what Donald Trump's record was on endorsements on primary Tuesday?
- 6:38Speaker 1: President Trump went twenty two in O in his endorsements
- 6:43Speaker 1: on Tuesday evening, which followed a thirty three n O
- 6:49Speaker 1: record in Texas back in early March. That means that
- 6:53Speaker 1: Trump's record is now fifty five in oh this year
- 6:57Speaker 1: a perfect record on endorsements. Fifty five and oh, let
- 7:04Speaker 1: that sink in. Donald Trump's spokesman came out in a
- 7:10Speaker 1: statement and said, Trump's endorsement is what propelled not only
- 7:13Speaker 1: Vance to victory, which was one of the hottest contested
- 7:17Speaker 1: GOP establishment races against a Trump guy, to victory, but
- 7:21Speaker 1: it's also a sign of things that come in future elections.
- 7:25Speaker 1: You gotta understand the media and the Republican establishment. They
- 7:29Speaker 1: desperately wanted DJ Vance to lose. Donald Trump went all in.
- 7:35Speaker 1: He was the underdog. He put in tremendous work. He
- 7:39Speaker 1: had an immense political talent, is what the President said,
- 7:42Speaker 1: which put him in the position to earn the support
- 7:43Speaker 1: of the President Donald Trump. His spokesman said it was
- 7:48Speaker 1: the endorsement of President Donald Trump that took a candidate
- 7:50Speaker 1: who many insiders said was in fourth and at single
- 7:56Speaker 1: digits in the polls, and only two weeks have propelled
- 7:59Speaker 1: him to the commanding first place finish. Quote. The power
- 8:03Speaker 1: of President Trump's endorsement is undeniable. His dominance of the
- 8:06Speaker 1: Republican powerbrokers in DC cannot be overstated. And the promise
- 8:10Speaker 1: of this Maga movement will not just define the mid terms,
- 8:14Speaker 1: but it will win for years to come. That is
- 8:17Speaker 1: what Trump's spokesman said in a statement. Now, a total
- 8:21Speaker 1: of twenty of Trump's endorse candidates across Ohio and Indiana
- 8:25Speaker 1: alone one their racist. He has a perfect record in Indiana,
- 8:34Speaker 1: a perfect record. That's incredible, it's unbelievable. Now, the press
- 8:43Speaker 1: did not want this to happen. It was, by the way,
- 8:45Speaker 1: another major win for Donald Trump, and he backed Miller
- 8:50Speaker 1: way back before outgoing failed to Representative Anthony Gonzalez, another
- 8:54Speaker 1: Republican of Ohio, one of the ten impeachment Republicans in
- 8:58Speaker 1: the House, bout out of the primary, chose against trying
- 9:01Speaker 1: to run for reelection. What does this man? It means
- 9:05Speaker 1: this Trump is in firm command of the Republican Party.
- 9:10Speaker 1: As election night went on, it was very clear that
- 9:14Speaker 1: Donald Trump is still the face and the people love
- 9:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Donald Trump cleaned up and down the ticket
- 9:25Speaker 1: in Ohio as all of his statewide candidates. By the
- 9:29Speaker 1: end of the night, the candidate for Secretary of State,
- 9:34Speaker 1: Dave Yos for Attorney General, Keith Faber for Auditor, and
- 9:37Speaker 1: Robert Spraguo for treasurer all won their races. Two. Now,
- 9:41Speaker 1: these are racist traditionally that former presidents don't get involved in.
- 9:44Speaker 1: But it was very clear that Donald Trump said we're
- 9:46Speaker 1: gonna go all in and Ohio and we're gonna we're
- 9:48Speaker 1: gonna do this, and we're gonna get the GOP establishment
- 9:51Speaker 1: out and we're gonna get good people in. And that's
- 9:53Speaker 1: what they did. Dave Wasserman of the Cook Political Report
- 9:58Speaker 1: said that Vance will win his primary. Late in the night,
- 10:01Speaker 1: he says, quote, I've seen enough. DJ Vance wins the
- 10:03Speaker 1: Republican nominee and we'll face Tim Ryan in the fall.
- 10:07Speaker 1: This is this is earth shattering news in a place
- 10:10Speaker 1: like Ohio when they're watching this because the political insighters
- 10:13Speaker 1: there just couldn't believe it. Now, the candidates, they're not stupid.
- 10:19Speaker 1: DJ Vance, addressing his supporters as he was projected to
- 10:23Speaker 1: win an oh and the GOP Ohio Senate primary, and
- 10:26Speaker 1: he had this to say about the President of the
- 10:27Speaker 1: United States of America's endorsement. Listen, I have absolutely got
- 10:30Speaker 1: to think the forty five the President of the United States,
- 10:35Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump, Ladies and gentlemen, one forgiven us an
- 10:43Speaker 1: example of what could be in this country. Ladies, And
- 10:46Speaker 1: remember twenty nineteen when wages were going up and not down.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Remember two thousand nineteen when workers were doing well in
- 10:52Speaker 1: this country, not struggling terribly. Thanks to the President for everything,
- 10:56Speaker 1: for endorsing me. And I gotta say, a lot of
- 10:59Speaker 1: the fake news media out there, and there are some
- 11:01Speaker 1: good ones in the back there. There's some bad ones too,
- 11:04Speaker 1: let's be honest. But they wanted to write a story
- 11:08Speaker 1: that this campaign would be the death of Donald Trump's
- 11:12Speaker 1: America First agenda, Ladies and gentlemen. It ain't the death
- 11:15Speaker 1: of the America First agenda. It ain't the death of
- 11:20Speaker 1: the American First agenda. The media and the GOP establishment
- 11:26Speaker 1: has done everything they can to get rid of Donald Trump,
- 11:30Speaker 1: to say that his indorsement doesn't matter, to tell you
- 11:35Speaker 1: that his indorsement is actually some sort of Hindrance. On
- 11:40Speaker 1: your campaign, Donald Trump was picking the candidates that the
- 11:44Speaker 1: GOP establishment refused to pick. Make no mistake, he was
- 11:51Speaker 1: picking candidates that were in fourth place, third place and
- 11:54Speaker 1: said watch this, hold my diet coke and see what happens.
- 11:58Speaker 1: And this is exactly what happened. Donald Trump was able
- 12:02Speaker 1: to have a massive victory because it wasn't just a
- 12:07Speaker 1: personal victory for Donald Trump. It was a victory for
- 12:13Speaker 1: the rule of law. It was a victory for constitutional conservatives.
- 12:17Speaker 1: It was a victory for people that wanted to put
- 12:20Speaker 1: America first. That's what the victory was. This is a
- 12:25Speaker 1: victory that so many people should be proud of. It
- 12:29Speaker 1: was a victory that people can get their head around
- 12:32Speaker 1: and say, we have a coalition of candidates. And this
- 12:35Speaker 1: is something that everybody needs to learn from Donald Trump.
- 12:38Speaker 1: You can't just win these these states back and and
- 12:42Speaker 1: move with just one candidate. You got to do the
- 12:46Speaker 1: whole thing up and down the ballot. You can't forget anything.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Look at what President Trump did in Ohio. He went
- 12:52Speaker 1: up and down the ballot and said, we're going to
- 12:54Speaker 1: get a team together to change the state for the better,
- 12:59Speaker 1: not just one race, not an easy race. He picked
- 13:01Speaker 1: hard races. He picked races that traditionally you don't get
- 13:05Speaker 1: involved in. He picked races that were important races for
- 13:10Speaker 1: the citizens in that state, in non sexy positions. And
- 13:14Speaker 1: he did it all all the way up and down
- 13:16Speaker 1: the ballot. If you think Donald Trump's not still in
- 13:19Speaker 1: charge of the Republican Party, you're an idiot. The elitists
- 13:23Speaker 1: are still losing and Donald Trump is still winning, and
- 13:25Speaker 1: that's good for all of us. All right, I want
- 13:28Speaker 1: to switch gears just for a second here and talk
- 13:31Speaker 1: about something that's happening that needs to be on everybody's
- 13:35Speaker 1: radar screen, and that is the fairness Doctrine. Now, if
- 13:41Speaker 1: you don't know what the fairness doctrine is, I'll give
- 13:42Speaker 1: you a quick recap of it. It's the Fairness Doctor
- 13:45Speaker 1: and of the United States Federal Communications Commission. You know
- 13:49Speaker 1: it is the FCC introduced in nineteen forty nine. It
- 13:53Speaker 1: was a policy that required the holders of broadcast licenses
- 13:58Speaker 1: both to present controversial issues of public importance and make
- 14:04Speaker 1: sure that both sides of it were presented in a
- 14:07Speaker 1: fair manner. In their words, to do so in a
- 14:10Speaker 1: manner that fairly reflected differing viewpoints. Now, in nineteen eighty seven,
- 14:16Speaker 1: the FEC abolished the Fairness Doctrine, prompting some to urge
- 14:21Speaker 1: its reintroduction through either a commission policy or through congressional legislation. Later,
- 14:31Speaker 1: the FEC actually removed the rule that implemented the policy
- 14:34Speaker 1: from the Federal Registrar in August of twenty eleven. Now,
- 14:39Speaker 1: the Fairness Doctrine, if you believe what its original intent was,
- 14:43Speaker 1: had two basic elements. It required broadcasters to vote some
- 14:47Speaker 1: of their airtime to discuss controversial matters of public interests,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and air contrasting views regarding those matters. Stations were actually
- 14:58Speaker 1: given wide latitude as to how to provide contrasting views.
- 15:03Speaker 1: It could be done through news segments, public affair shows,
- 15:06Speaker 1: or editorials. The doctor did not require equal time for
- 15:09Speaker 1: opposing views, but require that contrasting viewpoints be quote presented. Now,
- 15:15Speaker 1: the demise of this FEC rule had been considered by
- 15:18Speaker 1: some as the contributing factor of the rising levels of
- 15:21Speaker 1: party polarization in the United States of America. Insert the
- 15:25Speaker 1: Democratic Party and what they're now trying to do? Why
- 15:28Speaker 1: does this matter? What I told you? Well, let me
- 15:30Speaker 1: explain it to you. You know that woman, the Minister
- 15:34Speaker 1: of Truth. We now have video and audio of her
- 15:39Speaker 1: coming out during a web seminar saying this about the
- 15:45Speaker 1: fairness doctrine. I'm going to jump in on the fairness doctrine.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Bit I personally would welcome its return to our country.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Why Why would she welcome its return to our country?
- 15:59Speaker 1: Because she, now from what we've been told, wants to
- 16:02Speaker 1: reign in conservative talk radio hosts. Now, this is a
- 16:09Speaker 1: woman who's supposed to decide what is truthful, right, what
- 16:14Speaker 1: is disinformation, what is acceptable, and what is not. This
- 16:18Speaker 1: is a woman whose job it is, with your tax dollars,
- 16:20Speaker 1: to silence people like me first and then you. So
- 16:24Speaker 1: if you think that the Biden administrations or Well and
- 16:27Speaker 1: Disinformation Board is only going after Twitter and Facebook users,
- 16:31Speaker 1: you need to think again. Biden's Minister of Truth, Nina Jenkowitz,
- 16:36Speaker 1: wants to reimpose the fairness doctrine as a tool by
- 16:39Speaker 1: Democrats to stifle conservative speech for decades. Quote, I'm going
- 16:46Speaker 1: to jump in on the fairness doctor and I personally
- 16:49Speaker 1: would welcome its return to our country. In fact, jenko
- 16:53Speaker 1: Wit stated her position in congressional testimony to the House
- 16:57Speaker 1: Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in October twenty Now, what
- 17:05Speaker 1: would a return of the fairness doctrine mean? It would
- 17:08Speaker 1: mean that it would well basically impact the entire radio industry,
- 17:12Speaker 1: and not in a good way. This previously unknown tidbit
- 17:17Speaker 1: was also unearthed from her talking about how she thinks
- 17:21Speaker 1: that quote Conservatives have gained too much power, have gained
- 17:28Speaker 1: too much power. This is the woman that's supposed decide
- 17:32Speaker 1: what you are and what you're not. Now. The House
- 17:35Speaker 1: Permit Select Committee on Intelligence held a virtual hearing on
- 17:39Speaker 1: stopping the spread of misinformation online. Experts quote in social media,
- 17:45Speaker 1: national security and intelligence testified to the rise of disinformation
- 17:48Speaker 1: campaigns and those supported by foreign actors such as Russia
- 17:52Speaker 1: and China. They also spoke about the responsibility of media platforms,
- 17:57Speaker 1: the role the federal government should play, and the prevalence
- 18:01Speaker 1: of conspiracy groups such as que it on and how
- 18:06Speaker 1: they use misinformation to manipulate and distort the truth. So
- 18:11Speaker 1: you insert the new woman in charge of disinformation of misinformation.
- 18:17Speaker 1: For an hour and thirty five minutes, they talked about
- 18:23Speaker 1: not disinformation, but how to reign in conservatives that they
- 18:28Speaker 1: don't like. That's what it was really all about. It
- 18:33Speaker 1: was about how do you reign in Conservatives? If you
- 18:38Speaker 1: want to know who was involved in this conversation included
- 18:41Speaker 1: people like Adam Shift. In fact, Adam Shift was there
- 18:45Speaker 1: to talk about this and wanted you to understand it.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Take a listen to what he had to say about
- 18:49Speaker 1: misinformation online. Before I begin, I want to go through
- 18:52Speaker 1: our usual housekeeping matters. First, today's session will be conducted
- 18:57Speaker 1: entirely on an unclassified basis. Participants should refrain from discussing
- 19:02Speaker 1: any classified or other information protected from public disclosure. Second,
- 19:07Speaker 1: the Committee is conducting this virtual hearing and compliance with
- 19:10Speaker 1: House Resolution nine to six five and the regulations for
- 19:13Speaker 1: remote Committee proceedings. It is being broadcast live on the
- 19:17Speaker 1: committee's website. Because the threat posed by the COVID nineteen
- 19:21Speaker 1: pandemic remains ongoing, We're proceeding with us hearing remotely in
- 19:25Speaker 1: order to ensure the safety of our witnesses, members, staff,
- 19:28Speaker 1: and public. While we wish show we could return to
- 19:31Speaker 1: all standard in person events, health and safety protocols, dictate
- 19:34Speaker 1: we find alternate means of carrying out our oversight obligations. Okay,
- 19:41Speaker 1: so let me remind members of a few remote hearing procedures. First,
- 19:46Speaker 1: consistent with the regulations. The committee will keep microphones muted
- 19:50Speaker 1: to limit background noise. Members are responsible for unmuting themselves
- 19:55Speaker 1: when they seek recognition or when recognized for their five minutes,
- 19:59Speaker 1: because there are sometimes delays when muting or muting. I
- 20:02Speaker 1: love these guys. They're talking about misinformation. These are the rules.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Everybody mute yourself. Will tell you who gets a speak
- 20:08Speaker 1: when you can speak, keep it all muted. You're responsible
- 20:10Speaker 1: for un muting. I mean, this is like the first grade.
- 20:14Speaker 1: But these are the people that run the country. So
- 20:17Speaker 1: when they finally get to misinformation, right like, because that's
- 20:20Speaker 1: what this is actually about, Adam Shift goes all in.
- 20:24Speaker 1: We've got a problem with misinformation in this country, an
- 20:26Speaker 1: actors which could potentially cast out on the legitimacy of
- 20:30Speaker 1: the electoral outcome itself or make us doubt the viability
- 20:33Speaker 1: of our free and open democracy. That scenario goes the
- 20:37Speaker 1: heart of our national security and evokes the oversight mandate
- 20:40Speaker 1: of Congress in this committee. Okay, so it's all about
- 20:44Speaker 1: national security now. Same guy that used Russian hoax information
- 20:50Speaker 1: to go after the president United States of America to
- 20:52Speaker 1: undermine the president of the United States of America, The
- 20:58Speaker 1: guy who tried to overthrow the will of the people. Right,
- 21:04Speaker 1: the guy who tried to overthrow the will of the people,
- 21:09Speaker 1: I want you to really think about that is sitting
- 21:14Speaker 1: there telling us that we need not only a Minister
- 21:16Speaker 1: of disinformation, but we also need to bring back the
- 21:20Speaker 1: fairness doctrine to reign in conservatives who have radio. Now,
- 21:24Speaker 1: let's compare that to what happens in this country in general.
- 21:28Speaker 1: You want to talk about fairness, look at the news, ABC, NBCCBS,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and I'm not in favor of bring back the fairness
- 21:35Speaker 1: doctrine because I know how they'll use it. They're only
- 21:36Speaker 1: going to use against conservatives, not Democrats. Do you think
- 21:39Speaker 1: there's any conservatives over there? The answer is no, there
- 21:42Speaker 1: are not. There are not. Make that very clear. There
- 21:49Speaker 1: are any conservatives over at ABCNBCCBS in the newsroom. No.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Are there any conservatives on virtually any of the cable
- 21:58Speaker 1: news channels excluding Fox News News Mix. No? What about
- 22:03Speaker 1: the New York Times, The Washington Post, the LA Times.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Are there a bunch of conservatives there or at least
- 22:11Speaker 1: equal right like fifty fifty? No, we all know that
- 22:16Speaker 1: it's the liberal media owns media. We know that they're
- 22:21Speaker 1: controlled by liberal narratives, and there have been people that
- 22:24Speaker 1: have been hoodwinked and thinking, well, this would be fair
- 22:26Speaker 1: across the board. It will never be fair. They will
- 22:29Speaker 1: never make it fair. But this idea that you want
- 22:32Speaker 1: to come after now talk radio. Their ideal world would
- 22:36Speaker 1: be to take conservatives off the radio and mandate that
- 22:39Speaker 1: liberal programs be given. Now, the people have decided that
- 22:42Speaker 1: talk radio is important, and the people have decided that
- 22:44Speaker 1: they like talk radio and that conservative hosts have good
- 22:48Speaker 1: ratings and democratic hosts suck. I've said this for a
- 22:53Speaker 1: long time. It's easy to have a one sided argument
- 22:56Speaker 1: with propaganda, right, It's very easy to have one sided, okay,
- 23:04Speaker 1: one sided propaganda from democrats in a three minute newscast.
- 23:12Speaker 1: It goes unchallenged or untouched. You put a Democrat on
- 23:15Speaker 1: the radio for three hours with phone calls, and it
- 23:18Speaker 1: fails every time. I remember when they started a liberal
- 23:23Speaker 1: news network, not network, I should say a liberal news syndicate,
- 23:29Speaker 1: Air America. They used the best and the most brilliant
- 23:33Speaker 1: liberal minds to become talk show hosts, and they launched
- 23:36Speaker 1: on all these stations and liberal cities and towns, and
- 23:39Speaker 1: it failed. It went bankrupt it went under. One of
- 23:43Speaker 1: the one of my prize possessions that I had years
- 23:45Speaker 1: ago was when I was building out my studio for
- 23:49Speaker 1: my syndicated show, we actually bought equipment that was used
- 23:53Speaker 1: to broadcast Air America programming, and I loved buying it
- 23:59Speaker 1: five ten cents on the dollar. When they went under.
- 24:03Speaker 1: One of the boards that broadcasted our show was a
- 24:07Speaker 1: board that was used at Air America, which was just amazing.
- 24:12Speaker 1: So here they are with their disinformation individual and what
- 24:17Speaker 1: they're really doing now is they're trying to silence talk
- 24:20Speaker 1: radio hosts conservatives. I'm sure that podcasting will come next
- 24:26Speaker 1: because they hate that we have a long form format
- 24:29Speaker 1: to be able to debate, discuss, have grand conversations about
- 24:35Speaker 1: the most important issues in this country. That's what they hate.
- 24:40Speaker 1: They despise it, and that's who they're coming for next.
