Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / WHY is it so Difficult for the Biden Admin to Stand Up to Iran?!
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: I do not understand why it is so damn hard
- 0:05Speaker 1: for this administration to tell Iran since we know they
- 0:10Speaker 1: are sponsoring terrorism. We know they're sponsoring Hamas, we know
- 0:14Speaker 1: they met him Berut to give the green light for
- 0:17Speaker 1: this attack on innocent men, women, children, and babies. We
- 0:23Speaker 1: know that Iran was involved. We know this, Our government
- 0:26Speaker 1: knows it. They've declared it, they've said it. So why
- 0:29Speaker 1: is it so hard for this administration to say to Iran,
- 0:33Speaker 1: you're not getting the six billion dollars? The White House
- 0:37Speaker 1: falling all over themselves to say that Iran has not
- 0:41Speaker 1: gotten any of the six billion dollars they promised them
- 0:43Speaker 1: in the prisoner swap, yet refusing to say to Iran,
- 0:46Speaker 1: you're not going to get the money. John Kirby, who's
- 0:49Speaker 1: the acting President of the United States of America, was
- 0:53Speaker 1: asked about this of the White House again, listen to
- 0:56Speaker 1: how much he is falling all over himself to not
- 0:59Speaker 1: just say what a normal rational human being would say is,
- 1:03Speaker 1: which is simple, Iran's not getting any of the money.
- 1:06Speaker 1: We're pulling the money.
- 1:08Speaker 2: What is the status of the six billion dollars that
- 1:13Speaker 2: Iran was set to have access to.
- 1:15Speaker 3: It's still sitting in the cuttery bank. All of it,
- 1:21Speaker 3: every agreement, every dime of.
- 1:22Speaker 2: It is an agreement now to in essence would hold
- 1:27Speaker 2: it from Iran should they come asking for it.
- 1:30Speaker 3: None of that money has been spent, and I have
- 1:32Speaker 3: no updates to provide today.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I have no updates to provide to you today. Now
- 1:39Speaker 1: the White House has had to have this conversation. It
- 1:41Speaker 1: was the very first question asked the President when he
- 1:44Speaker 1: was leaving the room, refusing to answer questions after he
- 1:47Speaker 1: did his big press conference on Israel and what happened.
- 1:51Speaker 1: The first question is he was walking out, was are
- 1:54Speaker 1: you going to still send the six billion dollars to Ran?
- 1:56Speaker 1: Knowing what Iran was doing and planning while they were
- 1:58Speaker 1: negotiating for the six billion dollars to be clear, when
- 2:03Speaker 1: Iran was negotiating the terraces trade with Americans, right the
- 2:08Speaker 1: hostage trade, when they were doing that, and again I
- 2:12Speaker 1: say it, I'll say it again, to be clear, when
- 2:15Speaker 1: this was happening, they were helping at the same time
- 2:18Speaker 1: plan this attack. So they knew they were going to
- 2:20Speaker 1: kill innocent lives. They knew that they were gonna be
- 2:22Speaker 1: head babies, they knew that they were going to rape
- 2:24Speaker 1: women and in front of their family members and then
- 2:29Speaker 1: drag them out and then to Gaza to then rape
- 2:31Speaker 1: and kill them. But what we've also found out, which
- 2:33Speaker 1: is even worse than that, we now know that of
- 2:36Speaker 1: the hostages that have been taken, Hamas is taking those
- 2:42Speaker 1: the cell phones of the people they've taken hostage, and
- 2:45Speaker 1: they're using their cell phones to then record them being burned, alive,
- 2:50Speaker 1: record them being taken hostage, record them being murdered, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: then they're sending that video from that cell phone to
- 3:02Speaker 1: the family members in their contacts. Imagine being a mother
- 3:08Speaker 1: or father, a grandparent, a brother, and you get a
- 3:12Speaker 1: text message from your loved one cell phone. You don't
- 3:17Speaker 1: know if they're alive or dead, and then you watch
- 3:19Speaker 1: their murder in the most horrific way possible. That is Hamas.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That is who Iran is supporting. Secretary Blincoln, for example,
- 3:31Speaker 1: was asked as well, he's the other de facto president
- 3:34Speaker 1: of the United States of America about the six billion dollars.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Here's what he said.
- 3:39Speaker 4: With regard to the six billion dollars. First, again, it's
- 3:44Speaker 4: always worth repeating the facts because unfortunately the facts get
- 3:47Speaker 4: lost along the way. The money that aron a crude
- 3:54Speaker 4: in bank accounts in this case in South Korea for
- 3:58Speaker 4: the sale of its oil, was done pursuant to an
- 4:01Speaker 4: arrangement established by the previous administration. The Trump administration, none
- 4:06Speaker 4: of the funds that have now gone to cutter have
- 4:11Speaker 4: actually been spent or accessed in any way by Iran. Indeed,
- 4:16Speaker 4: funds from that account are overseen by the Treasury Department,
- 4:20Speaker 4: can only be dispensed for humanitarian goods, food, medicine, medical equipment,
- 4:27Speaker 4: and never touch Irani enhanced. We have strict oversight of
- 4:32Speaker 4: the funds, and we retain the right to freeze them next.
- 4:40Speaker 1: So why wouldn't you say we'll retain the funds. Why
- 4:44Speaker 1: wouldn't you say we're freezing the funds. The money that
- 4:48Speaker 1: Iran as cruit and bank accounts in this case in
- 4:50Speaker 1: South Korea for the sale of its oil, was done
- 4:53Speaker 1: pursuing to an agreement established by the previous administration. You're
- 4:57Speaker 1: now going to act like this is somehow the fault
- 4:59Speaker 1: of Donald Trump that they have the access to these funds. No,
- 5:03Speaker 1: Donald Trump made sure they didn't have access to these funds. You,
- 5:06Speaker 1: on the other hand, are the one that gave them
- 5:08Speaker 1: access to these funds. You are the one that decide
- 5:13Speaker 1: to do that. Congressman Waltz was on Fox News Channel
- 5:20Speaker 1: earlier today ripping the Biden administration over their fictitious fairy
- 5:25Speaker 1: tale spend quote unquote on Iran, so they don't have
- 5:28Speaker 1: to reverse course, as he described it, on Iran. And
- 5:31Speaker 1: he's right, that's why they're falling all over themselves to say, well,
- 5:36Speaker 1: we can't find a direct link between Iran Hamas attacks. Well,
- 5:39Speaker 1: K Kirby is now saying that over and over and
- 5:41Speaker 1: over again. But they've also admitted that Iran helped in
- 5:44Speaker 1: the planning, that Iran was mbe root on Tuesday to
- 5:47Speaker 1: greenlight this plan, that Hamas doesn't exist financially without the
- 5:50Speaker 1: money coming from Iran. Now they're saying there's no direct
- 5:54Speaker 1: link between Iran and Hamas attacks. Well, if the money
- 5:58Speaker 1: came from Iran for these attacks, then there's a direct link.
- 6:02Speaker 1: If they were green lighting and they rout on Tuesday
- 6:04Speaker 1: before the attack, then there's a green light. Then there's
- 6:06Speaker 1: a direct connection there. Hamas gets safe haven from Rant,
- 6:09Speaker 1: money from Rant, everything from Rant. We know that that
- 6:12Speaker 1: is indisputable evidence of that. So yet then you're still saying, wow,
- 6:16Speaker 1: that's not true. Well it's not exactly true. Well it's
- 6:18Speaker 1: sort of true. It's kind of true. But they are
- 6:20Speaker 1: falling all over themselves, so they don't have to reverse
- 6:23Speaker 1: course and say, hey, we screwed up with i RAN policy.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That's what this boils down. To listen to Representative Waltz on.
- 6:30Speaker 3: This, what do you have turned a blind eye to
- 6:33Speaker 3: Iranian destabilizing behavior? Now? I think what you're trying to
- 6:37Speaker 3: get at is this particular set of attacks what Jake
- 6:40Speaker 3: said yesterday still holds. We obviously recognize that there's broad
- 6:44Speaker 3: complicity here by the Iranians, I mean, because of the
- 6:46Speaker 3: long standing support to Hamas. Amas wouldn't have been able
- 6:49Speaker 3: to function at all had it not been for popping
- 6:51Speaker 3: up by the Iranian regime. But we haven't seen any
- 6:54Speaker 3: specific evidence that tells us they were witting involved in
- 6:59Speaker 3: the planning or involved in the resourcing and the training
- 7:03Speaker 3: that went into this very complex set of a taxo
- 7:06Speaker 3: over the weekend.
- 7:07Speaker 5: O good, they have it, complicity, but no direct link.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Collerson.
- 7:11Speaker 6: Mike Waltz, Republican from Florida, joins me, Now, Congissman, do
- 7:14Speaker 6: you believe Iran was behind their tax.
- 7:18Speaker 7: Stu John Kirby is full of it and this is
- 7:22Speaker 7: the worst kind of spin, and he knows it, and
- 7:24Speaker 7: he knows better. You can't say that Hamas would not
- 7:28Speaker 7: be able to operate, wouldn't be funded, wouldn't be supplied,
- 7:32Speaker 7: wouldn't have the training without Iran, but then say there
- 7:35Speaker 7: was no Iranian involvement because I don't know. We don't
- 7:38Speaker 7: have some kind of tape of the Ayatola personally leading
- 7:43Speaker 7: the squads as they go to assassinate children.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Everybody knows.
- 7:48Speaker 7: And what this really is is a cover is spin
- 7:52Speaker 7: for the administration to not reverse course on Iran, go
- 7:56Speaker 7: back to maximum pressure, cut off the oil money, cut
- 7:59Speaker 7: off the international money, refreeze the aid. But importantly, the
- 8:04Speaker 7: other thing that we could be doing, and what I
- 8:07Speaker 7: hope that Blincoln should be talking about right now, is
- 8:11Speaker 7: shutting off the land routes of all of the missiles,
- 8:14Speaker 7: the arms, and the supplies from Iran all the way
- 8:17Speaker 7: to Lebanon, shutting off the air routes, and using our
- 8:21Speaker 7: navy to shut off the sea routes through the Red
- 8:24Speaker 7: Sea and through the Mediterranean. We can be helping Israel
- 8:27Speaker 7: isolate Hamas and Hezblat right now if we chose to.
- 8:32Speaker 7: But instead you've got this big, fictitious, fairy tale spin
- 8:36Speaker 7: going on, and it is it's just beyond frustrating, and
- 8:39Speaker 7: they know it's wrong.
- 8:40Speaker 1: But yep, Congressman Walter's spot on the Biden administration is
- 8:47Speaker 1: telling you that Hamas doesn't exist without Iran's funding. But
- 8:50Speaker 1: then they want you to believe that there's a separation
- 8:53Speaker 1: between the Hamas attack on Israel so they don't have
- 8:57Speaker 1: to reverse course on Iran. How sick is the Biden administration?
- 9:02Speaker 1: All right, let me tell you real quick about an
- 9:04Speaker 1: amazing company called Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have
- 9:08Speaker 1: been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I
- 9:13Speaker 1: say only trust me, they're the only one. Glenn and
- 9:16Speaker 1: the team have been great supporters of this show, which
- 9:19Speaker 1: is why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. They
- 9:22Speaker 1: offer you dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to
- 9:25Speaker 1: access all three major networks, which means you get the
- 9:28Speaker 1: same coverage you've been accustomed to without funding the leftist agenda.
- 9:34Speaker 1: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending the message
- 9:36Speaker 1: that you support free speech, religious freedom, the sancty of life,
- 9:40Speaker 1: Second Amendment, and our military, our veterans and first responder heroes.
- 9:44Speaker 1: They have one hundred percent US based customer service team
- 9:47Speaker 1: making switching easy. You get to keep your same cell
- 9:50Speaker 1: phone number, keep your same phone that you have right now,
- 9:53Speaker 1: keep your same phone, or upgrade to a new one,
- 9:56Speaker 1: and their team will help you find the best plan
- 9:58Speaker 1: for your needs and say gave you real money. You've
- 10:01Speaker 1: got a small business, they can cover all that as well.
- 10:04Speaker 1: All you need to do is go to Patriot Mobile
- 10:06Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson, Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 10:11Speaker 1: call them nine to seven to two Patriot. That's nine
- 10:15Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. Get free activation when you use
- 10:18Speaker 1: the promo code ferguson. Join me and make the switch
- 10:21Speaker 1: today and protect our values and stand for them with
- 10:25Speaker 1: every phone. Call Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 10:30Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. There's a problem that the Democrats
- 10:34Speaker 1: now have because of what Hamas has just done. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: it's multi prong and I want to explain that to you.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Number one, they're on record, and let me take you
- 10:44Speaker 1: back to AOC. AOC congresswoman cried on the House floor
- 10:55Speaker 1: as Congress passed a one billion dollar funding bill for
- 10:59Speaker 1: Israel's Iron Dome. She was crying.
- 11:04Speaker 8: Now.
- 11:04Speaker 1: To be clear, the Iron Dome doesn't kill Hamas, it
- 11:09Speaker 1: doesn't kill Hesbla, it doesn't kill Palestinians. It is a
- 11:14Speaker 1: defensive weapon system that stops rockets from killing innocent people
- 11:20Speaker 1: in Israel. The Iron Dome is a defensive weapons system.
- 11:26Speaker 1: When Hamas Hesblah Palestinians decide to shoot rockets into Israel,
- 11:32Speaker 1: they don't care who they kill. They just want to
- 11:33Speaker 1: kill people. They don't even have targets. They just launch
- 11:36Speaker 1: rockets and hope they kill people, and hope they hit people.
- 11:40Speaker 1: The Iron Dome and the rocket system will then lock
- 11:44Speaker 1: in on those rockets and they usually send them in
- 11:46Speaker 1: a Berasian rockets so that some of them can get
- 11:49Speaker 1: through the Iron Dome, and you hope that the system
- 11:51Speaker 1: works well enough to take out every one of those
- 11:53Speaker 1: rockets before it explodes into land, homes, buildings, innocent people
- 11:59Speaker 1: dying in Israel. When that passed, AOC was seen crying
- 12:05Speaker 1: on the floor of the house. That's the problem. Representative
- 12:09Speaker 1: Shali to Be whatever the hell her name is. This
- 12:14Speaker 1: is a woman that refuses to denounce Amas and hesp
- 12:19Speaker 1: Lah and clearly is an anti Semite. You have members
- 12:25Speaker 1: of the squad, remember that said that referred to the
- 12:27Speaker 1: nine to eleven attackers as some people that did some things.
- 12:34Speaker 1: That's now a bigger problem for the Democratic Party. You
- 12:39Speaker 1: have Democrats that are falling all over themselves to try
- 12:44Speaker 1: to protect these radical individuals within the Democratic Party at
- 12:51Speaker 1: all costs by saying why, I can't really condemn them, right,
- 12:55Speaker 1: I can't. I can't really condemn that that they're coming
- 12:57Speaker 1: from a different background, a different perspective. Who am I
- 13:02Speaker 1: to basically judge them? That's what Democrats are now doing,
- 13:07Speaker 1: falling all over themselves to try to protect their colleagues.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'll give you an example. Dan Goldman refuses to throw
- 13:17Speaker 1: Rashid Talib under the bus, saying this on Fox.
- 13:20Speaker 9: No, Congressman, you say that very clearly. Some of your
- 13:23Speaker 9: colleagues could say that, but choose, at least so far
- 13:27Speaker 9: not to our correspondent Hillary Vaughan talk to or tried
- 13:31Speaker 9: to talk to Congressman to lead take a listen.
- 13:39Speaker 1: And monsters talking off these.
- 13:45Speaker 5: You would lovely to say about the monsters, as.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Do you condone what Amas has done.
- 13:55Speaker 8: Chopping off these has forty children of lives went into
- 13:59Speaker 8: the street.
- 14:01Speaker 9: Ellison, she has a Palestinian flag, She's Palestinian. But what
- 14:05Speaker 9: you just said seems like it's a pretty easy answer
- 14:09Speaker 9: about the difference between Palestinians and Amas, and yet some
- 14:15Speaker 9: members in your caucus are choosing not to say that.
- 14:19Speaker 6: Well, look, everyone comes to Congress with their own lived experiences,
- 14:23Speaker 6: and Rashida Taliv is Palestinian American, so she has family
- 14:28Speaker 6: in the Palestinian territories and has a particular view. But
- 14:32Speaker 6: she is one person. She does not represent the Democratic Party.
- 14:35Speaker 6: And what you are hearing from the leaders of the
- 14:37Speaker 6: Democratic Party, no one more emphatic than President Biden yesterday,
- 14:42Speaker 6: who gave one of the most stirring and pro Israel
- 14:46Speaker 6: speeches than any president has ever given, is that the
- 14:49Speaker 6: Democratic Party stands firmly behind Israel. That is ultimately where
- 14:55Speaker 6: our party is, and I look forward to working with
- 14:58Speaker 6: Congressman Fluger in order to provide additional aid in order
- 15:02Speaker 6: for Israel to secure itself.
- 15:05Speaker 1: You notice they will not condemn their own that make
- 15:08Speaker 1: these mistakes standing with terrorists. That's problem number one for
- 15:13Speaker 1: the Democrats. Let's deal now with a second problem, that's
- 15:15Speaker 1: having a bigger problem, and that is their ignorance and
- 15:20Speaker 1: their willful abuse of power by not securing our southern border.
- 15:26Speaker 1: The leader of Hamas has now called for Friday the
- 15:31Speaker 1: thirteenth for Muslims around the world to embrace a day
- 15:36Speaker 1: of global jihad. That's Friday, as in Friday, like not
- 15:44Speaker 1: weeks from now and now months ago like now. Okay,
- 15:46Speaker 1: to be clear, if you live in a major city
- 15:50Speaker 1: in the world, you're going to probably be on high
- 15:55Speaker 1: alert all day, especially if you live in a major
- 15:59Speaker 1: city in America. You're up. There are many that are
- 16:02Speaker 1: canceling school. Jewish schools in America all over the country
- 16:06Speaker 1: now are canceling school for Friday. Why because they're not
- 16:10Speaker 1: going to take the risk of some radical Islamic extremists
- 16:13Speaker 1: in America coming and blowing up or trying to kill
- 16:18Speaker 1: innocent Jewish people at that school. I've had countless people
- 16:23Speaker 1: reach out to me saying, what are you doing for Friday.
- 16:26Speaker 1: I can tell you this much. I'm carrying a gun
- 16:27Speaker 1: wherever I go. I'm not going to a crowded area
- 16:30Speaker 1: because it only takes one madman with a gun to
- 16:33Speaker 1: create a mass shooting. And it's incredibly frustrating for me
- 16:37Speaker 1: because this all comes because of inaction and an open border.
- 16:43Speaker 1: This is an open border policy that is allowed for
- 16:46Speaker 1: countless people on the terrorist watch lists. More people this
- 16:49Speaker 1: year have been caught coming across the border on a
- 16:54Speaker 1: terrorist watch list than the last five years combined. Let's
- 17:00Speaker 1: make that clear. Number Two, we know that HAMAS wants
- 17:06Speaker 1: to kill Americans. They've said they want to kill Americans.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Anthony Blincoln came out talking about how many Americans have
- 17:14Speaker 1: been killed so far, and this doesn't count the hostages.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Tragically, the number of innocent lives claimed by hamasa's HANDUS
- 17:23Speaker 4: attacks continues to rise. Among those we now know that
- 17:27Speaker 4: at least twenty five American citizens were killed. We joined
- 17:31Speaker 4: families in Israel, in the United States, around the world
- 17:36Speaker 4: in mourning. They're a measurable loss.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I don't know what else to say. I want to
- 17:43Speaker 1: be clear. You have Americans that are targeted, you have
- 17:47Speaker 1: an open southern border. We know how big of a
- 17:50Speaker 1: problem the open border is. Democrats are even starting to
- 17:54Speaker 1: admit it now because they realize, oh wow, we may
- 17:57Speaker 1: have really screwed this up. We may have really, really
- 18:03Speaker 1: really messed us up this southern border. Maybe the Republicans
- 18:07Speaker 1: were right that a southern border puts all of our
- 18:09Speaker 1: lives at risk, all of our lives at risk. An
- 18:14Speaker 1: open southern border allows for countless people to come in
- 18:17Speaker 1: this country. And when you have Hamas calling for a
- 18:20Speaker 1: day of jihad on Friday the thirteenth, there is a
- 18:23Speaker 1: problem because we don't know who all has come into
- 18:26Speaker 1: this country. We don't know who all has been in
- 18:29Speaker 1: this country, We don't know where they are, and we
- 18:32Speaker 1: don't know what attacks they could be planning. Do you
- 18:35Speaker 1: want to know how bad it is the southern border
- 18:37Speaker 1: right now? Even Barack Obama's former Department of Homeland Security
- 18:42Speaker 1: Secretary Jay Johnson said this today. This is Obama's Department
- 18:48Speaker 1: of Home Security Secretary Ja Johnson said this today about
- 18:52Speaker 1: our southern border.
- 18:54Speaker 8: A lot of people entering our southern border right now,
- 18:56Speaker 8: thousands and thousands. It's a hemispheric move, bigger than anything
- 19:01Speaker 8: we've ever seen. And the challenge for our border patrol,
- 19:05Speaker 8: for our customs, for DHS, for the FBI is to
- 19:10Speaker 8: try to keep up. Unfortunately, as you know, the system
- 19:12Speaker 8: is broken, it's horribly backlogged, and there are a whole
- 19:15Speaker 8: lot of people entering this country who we cannot identify.
- 19:19Speaker 1: There are a whole lot of people coming into this
- 19:21Speaker 1: country that we cannot identify. Now. That is Jay Johnson,
- 19:24Speaker 1: and on the screen with him is a picture of Gaza.
- 19:27Speaker 1: On the screen at the bottom of it says Hamas
- 19:29Speaker 1: attacks raise concerns for the US homeland. He is saying
- 19:34Speaker 1: what everybody else has been saying now for months and years,
- 19:37Speaker 1: on the conservative side and the national security side, which is,
- 19:41Speaker 1: we don't know who's coming to this country. But what
- 19:42Speaker 1: we do know that is coming into this country are
- 19:46Speaker 1: people on the Terrace watch list. We do know that,
- 19:51Speaker 1: all right. I also want to let you hear part
- 19:54Speaker 1: of what Senator Ted Cruz had to say about what's
- 19:56Speaker 1: going on in Israel right now, also about the Americans
- 20:00Speaker 1: that are being held hostage. Take a listen to what
- 20:02Speaker 1: he had to say the possibility of a terror attack
- 20:06Speaker 1: around the world. On the thirteenth of Friday, this being
- 20:11Speaker 1: declared by Hama says a day for people to go
- 20:14Speaker 1: out and unleash war wherever they are in the world.
- 20:18Speaker 1: If you are a follower of themer I want to
- 20:21Speaker 1: start with this. There's a lot of parents I've talked to,
- 20:23Speaker 1: even notes that are coming out now from schools to
- 20:26Speaker 1: parents about this concern of this threat. From your perspective
- 20:31Speaker 1: as a senator, what have you guys been told or
- 20:33Speaker 1: briefed on or has there been anything?
- 20:35Speaker 8: Really?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Is this more just Hey, it's an international threat, a
- 20:37Speaker 1: call to arms by a terrorist organization.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Well, as senators, we have not been briefed differently from
- 20:46Speaker 5: anything that is public right now and in the news.
- 20:49Speaker 5: So you and I are sitting here. It is eleven
- 20:51Speaker 5: twenty pm on Thursday night, and we're recording this right now.
- 20:56Speaker 5: This pod will come out early Friday morning. As of now,
- 21:02Speaker 5: nothing has happened in terms of a terrorist attack in
- 21:06Speaker 5: the United States. All of us have read the news
- 21:10Speaker 5: that Hamas has called for a global day of Jahad
- 21:16Speaker 5: on Friday the thirteenth. I don't know what will come
- 21:21Speaker 5: of that. I hope and pray nothing will come of that.
- 21:25Speaker 5: But one of the things we've talked about on the
- 21:28Speaker 5: pod this week on both Mondays and Wednesdays is, in
- 21:32Speaker 5: my judgment, the risk of a serious terrorist attack in
- 21:37Speaker 5: the United States is right now greater than it has
- 21:42Speaker 5: been any time since September eleventh. I think there's a
- 21:46Speaker 5: confluence of a number of factors. One obviously the most
- 21:52Speaker 5: significant war in Israel in fifty years, the most significant
- 21:57Speaker 5: attack on Israel in fifty years, Number two, two and
- 22:02Speaker 5: a half years of open borders on our southern border,
- 22:06Speaker 5: seven point six million people coming in illegally, including a
- 22:11Speaker 5: very significant number of people on the terror watch list,
- 22:15Speaker 5: and an exposure that there could be a significant number
- 22:18Speaker 5: of terrorists from countries in the Middle East who have
- 22:22Speaker 5: come into this country in the past two and a
- 22:25Speaker 5: half years. All of that combines, I know that law
- 22:29Speaker 5: enforcement in cities across America is on high alert today.
- 22:36Speaker 5: Police officers, police departments are taking these threats seriously. In
- 22:42Speaker 5: New York, obviously New York has long been tragically a
- 22:46Speaker 5: target for terrorism, and New York has a very significant
- 22:50Speaker 5: Jewish population. The NYPD is beefing up patrols, in particular
- 22:59Speaker 5: at Jewish school because, sadly, with a call to jahad uh,
- 23:04Speaker 5: that could be a target of violence or terrorism. My hope,
- 23:08Speaker 5: my prayer is that we don't see that today in
- 23:14Speaker 5: America or or globally. But I do think the risks
- 23:18Speaker 5: are significant. This is a dangerous world, and so I
- 23:22Speaker 5: think everyone should should should be careful and be vigilant
- 23:26Speaker 5: and and be alert. There are scheduled protests across the
- 23:31Speaker 5: country by pro Palestinian forces, and and that that we
- 23:37Speaker 5: have seen with Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots, that
- 23:42Speaker 5: protests can turn violence, particularly when you have local politicians
- 23:50Speaker 5: that prevent the police from doing their jobs. We saw
- 23:54Speaker 5: that with the Black Lives riot, Black Lives Matter and
- 23:57Speaker 5: Antifa riots. I certainly hope and pray we don't see
- 24:01Speaker 5: a repeat of that tomorrow, but I do think this
- 24:05Speaker 5: is a time for everyone to be cautious, to be careful,
- 24:09Speaker 5: to be alert, and certainly law enforcement is on high
- 24:14Speaker 5: alert right now.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You know, you've talked about this, and it's something that
- 24:21Speaker 1: keeps coming up with everybody that I've been talking to
- 24:23Speaker 1: for the last several days. And that is for years,
- 24:27Speaker 1: not months. Years You've been warning Congress and the country
- 24:32Speaker 1: when you are either on this show or on Fox
- 24:35Speaker 1: or wherever you're doing TV or doing other interviews of
- 24:38Speaker 1: the national security threat at the southern border. It's not
- 24:41Speaker 1: just a legal immigrants coming across it. It is a
- 24:44Speaker 1: national security threat of who may be coming across. How
- 24:48Speaker 1: frustrated are you right now that Democrats refuse to understand
- 24:53Speaker 1: I think is the scariest part and admit that an
- 24:57Speaker 1: open border allows for terrorists to come in. This year,
- 25:00Speaker 1: for example, we have gotten five years worth in one
- 25:05Speaker 1: year of people coming across the southern border who are
- 25:08Speaker 1: on the terrorists watch list. And that's who we've caught.
- 25:10Speaker 1: So this year more people in the last five years combined.
- 25:14Speaker 1: That is a shocking number, and that is an official
- 25:17Speaker 1: government number. That means Joe Biden knows that number, and
- 25:20Speaker 1: yet Democrats refuse to look at the border even from
- 25:23Speaker 1: a national security standpoint.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Well, I have to say, Joe Biden does not know
- 25:29Speaker 5: that number. I do not think there is any chance
- 25:32Speaker 5: if you ask Joe Biden that number, that any part
- 25:34Speaker 5: of his brain has any awareness of that number. And
- 25:37Speaker 5: I have no indication that anyone's briefing him on it.
- 25:39Speaker 5: I have no indication that anyone in the administration cares
- 25:43Speaker 5: about it, that anyone thinks he cares about it. And
- 25:47Speaker 5: I got to say that number is not the one
- 25:49Speaker 5: that worries me the most. Yes, we are seeing a
- 25:53Speaker 5: massive spike in terms of the number of people apprehended
- 25:56Speaker 5: who are on the terror watch list. And mind you,
- 25:58Speaker 5: you get on the terror watchless because there is credible
- 26:01Speaker 5: and meaningful evidence that you are a risk for terrorism,
- 26:04Speaker 5: you don't get on that list lightly. What worries me
- 26:09Speaker 5: much more is how many people on the terror watch
- 26:12Speaker 5: list are among the god aways. And you have to
- 26:14Speaker 5: understand they're two broad categories on our southern border, those
- 26:18Speaker 5: who are apprehended and those who they see but they
- 26:22Speaker 5: get away, and the difference the people who are apprehended,
- 26:26Speaker 5: the vast majority of the people who are apprehended are
- 26:30Speaker 5: voluntarily turning themselves in. They're going and seeking border patrol
- 26:33Speaker 5: agents and turning themselves in, and which raises the question
- 26:39Speaker 5: the god aways, why are they bothering to run? Why
- 26:42Speaker 5: are they actively evading border patrol and law enforcement? And
- 26:46Speaker 5: it raises the natural inference that the god aways are
- 26:49Speaker 5: much more likely to have seriously dangerous characteristics, whether it
- 26:54Speaker 5: is that they're convicted felons, convicted murderers, convicted rapist, convicted
- 26:58Speaker 5: child molesters, whether they're gang members MS thirteen or other gangs,
- 27:03Speaker 5: or whether they are in fact terrorists coming to America
- 27:08Speaker 5: with the intention of committing acts of terror. And given
- 27:12Speaker 5: the very high numbers in the people we've apprehended, the
- 27:17Speaker 5: big concern is how many are are the ones that
- 27:21Speaker 5: got away.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Those gotaway numbers are something that have to be haunting
- 27:26Speaker 1: to law enforcement, border security as well. You combine that
- 27:30Speaker 1: with these new threats, and my biggest fear is we
- 27:34Speaker 1: could have stopped these people from getting in, and we
- 27:37Speaker 1: deliberately chose not to because the Democratic Party said, I
- 27:41Speaker 1: would rather put politics ahead of national security. Did they
- 27:44Speaker 1: learn nothing from nine to eleven? And how frustrating is
- 27:47Speaker 1: that from your perspective when you have to work with
- 27:49Speaker 1: them on these things in Congress.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Well, it certainly seems that this White House and this
- 27:55Speaker 5: administration learned nothing from nine to eleven because they setting
- 28:00Speaker 5: up the conditions for yet another nine to eleven. And
- 28:05Speaker 5: it's worth noting that this horrific terror attack, this act
- 28:09Speaker 5: of war carried out by Hamas and Israel, it's the
- 28:13Speaker 5: worst attack on Israel in fifty years. It is Israel's
- 28:16Speaker 5: nine to eleven, But it is also an American terror attack.
- 28:21Speaker 5: Just yesterday, John Kirby updated the number of Americans killed
- 28:26Speaker 5: in Israel. The number from the White House is we
- 28:30Speaker 5: now know that twenty seven Americans were killed in Israel
- 28:35Speaker 5: and at least fourteen stand unaccounted for, which means there's
- 28:40Speaker 5: a very real possibility that they are hostages in Gaza
- 28:44Speaker 5: right now, twenty seven Americans killed in a terror attack
- 28:48Speaker 5: ranks high among the worst terror attacks directed at Americans
- 28:53Speaker 5: in history. Now, obviously, the Israelis paid orders of magnitude
- 29:00Speaker 5: higher price, and it was directed principally at the more
- 29:04Speaker 5: than one two hundred Israelis who were murdered. But twenty
- 29:07Speaker 5: seven Americans being killed in a terror attack is very significant,
- 29:13Speaker 5: and I pray that that is not foreshadowing for what
- 29:17Speaker 5: could come next.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Make sure you share podcasts everywhere please on social media.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Make sure everyone hears what's happening. I will keep you
- 29:25Speaker 1: updated on all of this that I can promise you,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and I will see you back here tomorrow. Pray for
- 29:30Speaker 1: the people of Israel, please, and for the families that
- 29:33Speaker 1: have lost their loved ones, and for these Americans being
- 29:36Speaker 1: held hostage and that are unaccounted for. See you tomorrow.
