  My mind settled again on 1st John 421 today where it says,

  And this commandment we have from him, that the one who loves God should love

  his brother also. Jesus really desired for us to love other Christians and

  really other people in our lives the way God loves us. It's a challenging

  standard really when you think about how awesome God's love is, but this much is

  for sure. He told us with no uncertainty that we ought to love our brother, love
• 0:31
  our neighbor, love others in our lives as God loves us. It does say specifically

  brother there. Here's a basic overarching command for Christian brothers to

  follow. God loves us. He shows us the riches of His grace and mercy and as a
• 0:45
  natural extension of that love, He flows through us to love others. I find in
• 0:50
  myself a need to get it all right. I desire to reach new heights in Jesus, but
• 0:55
  then I screw it up all again. God help me love others so that I can truly be what
• 1:00
