- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn You haven't got to turn them out
- 1:45Speaker 1: to turn the water the water got Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your tha h huh, I show will good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You are listening to the voice one and only Steve
- 2:08Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show. Come on, y'all. I said
- 2:13Speaker 1: that a little bit wrong this morning, but I'm tired.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I just came out the gym. I'm a little out
- 2:17Speaker 1: of sorts right now, but it's okay. I'll pull it together.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But let me tell you something, man, I got a
- 2:23Speaker 1: clear cut message for you today. I really do you know.
- 2:27Speaker 1: As I've gotten older, I've began to take some supplements.
- 2:35Speaker 1: And supplements are to help your body in things that
- 2:42Speaker 1: it doesn't produce as much as it used to. Supplements
- 2:49Speaker 1: are designed to help you replenish what's been depleted in
- 2:56Speaker 1: your body. As supplements now now are people, I can
- 3:02Speaker 1: tell you can speak a lot more aggressively and a
- 3:05Speaker 1: lot more knowledgeable on this subject, but just giving you
- 3:08Speaker 1: a just a brief overview of minderstanding of now. If
- 3:15Speaker 1: you've been living your life for a while, supplements are
- 3:20Speaker 1: necessary for most of us now. Also, if you've been
- 3:29Speaker 1: living your life for a while spiritually, you may need
- 3:36Speaker 1: some supplements because you've just been at it for a while.
- 3:43Speaker 1: You don't got woe down a little bit, You're tied
- 3:46Speaker 1: some people around you, ain't changing. Some people around you draining.
- 3:51Speaker 1: It's just life just keeps on coming. Life don't ever
- 3:55Speaker 1: get no easier. It just you become more knowledgeable about
- 3:59Speaker 1: how to handle it. It does not get any either easier.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You continue to lose loved ones, you continue to have
- 4:06Speaker 1: to confront the challenges. It's just that over course of
- 4:09Speaker 1: time you become experienced and you can handle them better.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But life don't get no easier. But spiritually you get
- 4:19Speaker 1: a little bit worn down. Well, you need some spiritual
- 4:22Speaker 1: supplements too. And I'm just gonna flat out tell you,
- 4:28Speaker 1: the more God that you can replenish yourself with, the
- 4:34Speaker 1: higher the dosage of God that you are willing to
- 4:39Speaker 1: put into your spiritual self, the possibilities then become limitless.
- 4:49Speaker 1: You actually have the ability to make a conscious decision
- 4:53Speaker 1: to supplement your body, and you have a conscious decision
- 4:58Speaker 1: to supplement your spirit. You can do both. So what
- 5:04Speaker 1: I did was I could just tell you what I did.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I was taking all these supplements. I started taking supplements
- 5:10Speaker 1: where I was about forty five. I think that's when
- 5:12Speaker 1: I began. I was thinking about it one day and
- 5:18Speaker 1: I just went wild. Man. I started talking to some
- 5:20Speaker 1: knowledgeable people. I found out I needed these things. But
- 5:23Speaker 1: then spiritually, man, I started supplementing myself too. I started
- 5:26Speaker 1: praying some more. I started trying to gain a little
- 5:30Speaker 1: bit more knowledge and wisdom and understanding from scriptures and
- 5:34Speaker 1: just try to make sense of all of it, you know,
- 5:38Speaker 1: just just make a little bit more sense out of
- 5:41Speaker 1: my life, make sure that I was on the right path.
- 5:44Speaker 1: A matter of fact, get on the right path, find
- 5:47Speaker 1: out my real purpose and my mission in life. And
- 5:50Speaker 1: nobody can do that for you. That's something that you
- 5:52Speaker 1: have to want to do. But I started supplementing my
- 5:56Speaker 1: spiritual side of my life and supplementing my body. Now
- 6:00Speaker 1: I happen to be right now about in the best
- 6:04Speaker 1: shape I've ever been in. Technically, I can assure you,
- 6:09Speaker 1: though I am in the best shape spiritually I have
- 6:13Speaker 1: ever been in. Now my body has looked better, it
- 6:17Speaker 1: really has. I mean, come on now, at who I
- 6:21Speaker 1: am in life, at the stage with the years I've
- 6:23Speaker 1: been walking this earth. Man, I'm cool, But spiritually I'm
- 6:28Speaker 1: in the best shape I've ever been in. And what
- 6:31Speaker 1: it's done for me, y'all is it's gave me a
- 6:34Speaker 1: peace and a calmness. You know, it used to be, man,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I used to fight so hard against people who attack. Now, man,
- 6:42Speaker 1: it ain't. It ain't as serious to me because now
- 6:44Speaker 1: I have a full understanding that if I come under attack,
- 6:48Speaker 1: that God is with me, because that's a promise he made.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That's Isaiah fifty four seventeen. That's that's that's. Any weapon
- 6:57Speaker 1: formed to gainst you, any weapon form to get issue,
- 7:01Speaker 1: shall not prosper. You can't. You can't come and get me.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I'm not here for you to take down because you
- 7:08Speaker 1: didn't put me here. So why would I feel a
- 7:11Speaker 1: person bringing me down when they're not the reason that
- 7:14Speaker 1: I'm here. So when you attack me, you have to
- 7:18Speaker 1: be careful because I ain't ever by myself, I formed
- 7:23Speaker 1: the relationship with the most high that I can rely
- 7:28Speaker 1: on for protection, for coverage, and for peace. A lot
- 7:32Speaker 1: of times when things used to stress me out, how
- 7:35Speaker 1: to run this, how to handle this, how to deal
- 7:38Speaker 1: with that? You know, famous rough Man. And then you
- 7:40Speaker 1: put that together with some business, and you put that
- 7:43Speaker 1: together with your family. You got a lot of stuff
- 7:45Speaker 1: you're trying to tend to. I have a peace of
- 7:47Speaker 1: mind about it now because I have someone who provides
- 7:53Speaker 1: me with a sense of understanding and calmness that lets
- 7:56Speaker 1: me know that this tool shall pass. That it ain't
- 8:00Speaker 1: just a saying that I heard old people say that.
- 8:03Speaker 1: It ain't just something my mama used to tell me.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It's something that can really happen. Once you get an understanding,
- 8:09Speaker 1: this tool shall pass. This is just another piece of
- 8:13Speaker 1: life that you are now better equipped to handle. I'm
- 8:17Speaker 1: telling you what it's done for me. A millions of
- 8:20Speaker 1: people out there hear me. Man has done the same
- 8:23Speaker 1: thing for them. I'm telling it new to some people,
- 8:26Speaker 1: but there's some people that show enough understand what I'm saying.
- 8:30Speaker 1: And then if you have known this but kind of
- 8:33Speaker 1: forgot it, it's time for some supplements. So when you
- 8:37Speaker 1: get like that, and now you find yourself in a
- 8:40Speaker 1: situation with a disease or something. You gotta do something. Nah,
- 8:46Speaker 1: you gotta start juicing all your greens. You gotta start
- 8:48Speaker 1: detoxing your body. You gotta start purifying the system. See,
- 8:52Speaker 1: the human body has always had a way to repair
- 8:56Speaker 1: itself if you just give it a chance. Your mind
- 8:59Speaker 1: has always had a chance to repair itself if you
- 9:03Speaker 1: give it a chance. And your spirit always has a
- 9:07Speaker 1: chance to repair itself, if you give it a chance.
- 9:11Speaker 1: It's the only way I can maintain at this level,
- 9:15Speaker 1: and it's the only way I have any chance of
- 9:17Speaker 1: going further. I have to increase my dosage of spiritual supplements.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I got to talk to God a little bit more.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I got to pray a little bit more. I got
- 9:31Speaker 1: to understand his word a little bit more. That's all
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man, If you do that, if you
- 9:38Speaker 1: just pray more, if you just study a little bit more, Man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: just try to get an understand and ask him to
- 9:44Speaker 1: help you understand. It will open up the possibilities of
- 9:48Speaker 1: your life into a realm you never could have imagined.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I'm telling you that's real. Okay, you're listening to ladies
- 10:01Speaker 1: and gentlemen, it is here. Steve Harvey Morning Show welcome
- 10:05Speaker 1: to twenty twenty two. Y'all. You know what I decided
- 10:09Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two, And I made an announcement with

- 10:15Speaker 1: listen to me. If you keep on with this negativity,
- 10:19Speaker 1: you're not going with me into twenty twenty two. If
- 10:22Speaker 1: you extra sensitive around me, I don't come with me
- 10:27Speaker 1: into twenty twenty two. If you are all about political correctness,
- 10:32Speaker 1: stop talking to me in twenty twenty two. I ain't
- 10:36Speaker 1: taking none of them people with me. Watch what you're saying.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I'm home. I ain't got to watch what I say
- 10:41Speaker 1: when I'm home. I'm home now. When I'm on the air,
- 10:44Speaker 1: I got to be careful. But if you come up

- 16:11Speaker 1: have none, then let us know what kind of person
- 16:13Speaker 1: you're gonna be in the family. We can't hand it.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Who is this again? This butcher right here? I don't
- 16:18Speaker 1: know no butcher. Look, I came to the family gathering picnic.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I came there, showed up, loving on all y'all, telling

- 16:59Speaker 1: married to her, and come correc as a family member.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And if you're gonna come to potlucks, then you bring
- 17:04Speaker 1: a pot. You ain't braining nothing. I ain't gotta fear,
- 17:06Speaker 1: ain't nothing. I'm paying for this wedding. I don't get
- 17:09Speaker 1: what'tch you up there? All that money? I don't drop
- 17:10Speaker 1: for this. How about two bottles of wine to it
- 17:13Speaker 1: you when you I ain't seen no wine. I don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: care if you got that wine or not. I saw
- 17:18Speaker 1: her mamma drinking it. Okay, well, I ain't getting no wine.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I don't remember nobody bringing no wine. See, butching only
- 17:23Speaker 1: see anything that go on. I got class. I don't
- 17:26Speaker 1: know what he's talking about, butchee whatever I brought the wine,
- 17:29Speaker 1: my mama was drinking it. And I ain't playing that
- 17:32Speaker 1: this wedding going down. I don't spend over twenty three
- 17:34Speaker 1: thousand dollars on that. Hey man, I hadn't already told
- 17:36Speaker 1: you that the family didn't voted on that the wind name.
- 17:39Speaker 1: I don't give up what the family voted on. How
- 17:42Speaker 1: don't paid for this? I ain't heard nothing from Christians
- 17:45Speaker 1: about this. Christian might not know what we didn't voted on.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We've made the seasons sometimes for everybody. You understand that
- 17:52Speaker 1: don't include me. We'll let Christian know that we've been
- 17:55Speaker 1: to stop the wed Well, I'm just calling to let
- 17:57Speaker 1: you know before I didn't tell her what's up? To
- 18:00Speaker 1: tell me? Christin don't even know nas we ain't tonal
- 18:02Speaker 1: hood and we don't agree with you yet, and then
- 18:04Speaker 1: we're gonna stop the win. We ain't told of it. Man,
- 18:06Speaker 1: get out of here. I don't paid all this money
- 18:08Speaker 1: for this. Man, ya ain't stopping. Hey man, I haven't
- 18:10Speaker 1: already told you what we're doing, all right, I'm nothing
- 18:13Speaker 1: to continue to go back and forth, which you better
- 18:15Speaker 1: go off my all raiding your voice at me. I
- 18:18Speaker 1: don't wanna hell you. I'll tell you what. Let me
- 18:20Speaker 1: say this to you. I don't care if I got
- 18:21Speaker 1: to bust up in that church and stop this wedding
- 18:24Speaker 1: because you don't win against what we just said. Whatever
- 18:26Speaker 1: I got to do, I don't know who you with.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I wish ya wola try to stop this wedding. Look
- 18:32Speaker 1: we can handle it right now. I can get off
- 18:34Speaker 1: of work. I'm already going through some books and I'm
- 18:36Speaker 1: already on fire. I will come there and bust yo
- 18:40Speaker 1: right now. I don't you know what see see see
- 18:42Speaker 1: see what she was going with Nigel. See Nigel ain
- 18:45Speaker 1: act like this? Oh what what? I don't know. You
- 18:48Speaker 1: didn't bring that me and that doesn't already don't even
- 18:51Speaker 1: bring that came up in me heymen, hey man, I'm
- 18:53Speaker 1: just keeping it real with you. Nigel Ain act like
- 18:55Speaker 1: this hill that we gotta have words. And if that
- 18:58Speaker 1: don't want to come and bust up up in that too,
- 19:00Speaker 1: he get dealt with up like that. Man. All I'm
- 19:02Speaker 1: just trying to say is a whome family, a hunt
- 19:04Speaker 1: of yalla. I don't want to hear nothing about it
- 19:06Speaker 1: no more. Tell me where to be and we can
- 19:09Speaker 1: deal with this right now. I'm just letting you know
- 19:11Speaker 1: the family then't voted. The family and already voting. Now
- 19:14Speaker 1: what we will do we'll push the wind back and
- 19:17Speaker 1: then give us time to reevaluate you. We evaluate me.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I don't even know evaluate you from y'all. And he
- 19:24Speaker 1: and Christy get married, how do I put some money
- 19:25Speaker 1: on it? All I know is the wedding ain't happening.
- 19:28Speaker 1: That the wedding is happening now. I thought I'm pain falling.
- 19:31Speaker 1: He's got some bulls. You the family, we're gonna get
- 19:35Speaker 1: married in two and a half weeks and shot, if
- 19:37Speaker 1: y'all don't come in, if y'all come up in that,
- 19:39Speaker 1: y'all don't get dealt with it straight. And I'm drinking
- 19:41Speaker 1: that I'm trying to say hello, Amen, I'm trying to
- 19:44Speaker 1: tell you man right now, the family don't want you
- 19:47Speaker 1: in the family right now. I don't give about y'all.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I ain't in love with y'all. I'm here and Christy
- 19:52Speaker 1: I can give a if I see y'all ever again. Oh,
- 19:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you this Hill. The family voted on
- 19:57Speaker 1: one more thing. You need to go on. Know that
- 19:59Speaker 1: while we at it. This ain't no damn democracy. We
- 20:01Speaker 1: getting married between huh and I and if y'all don't
- 20:04Speaker 1: want to be there, jump off and the din. Yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 1: it's one more thing. We didn't vote it on. What
- 20:10Speaker 1: the hell if you don't vote it on? We voted
- 20:12Speaker 1: on this. This is nephew Tommy from the Steve Horby
- 20:16Speaker 1: Morning Show. Christians and Todd family got me the prank phone.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Call you, yosse, I'm still want to come to the
- 20:28Speaker 1: wed you Tommy. I don't put all that money out
- 20:35Speaker 1: like that. I was like, no, Sun, I got one
- 20:39Speaker 1: more thing. I got to ask you, dog, what is
- 20:41Speaker 1: what is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 20:44Speaker 1: show in the lane Steve Harry Morning Show. Baby? All right,
- 20:50Speaker 1: thank you coming up next? Clo asked the cello Chief
- 20:53Speaker 1: Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building. Right after this,
- 20:56Speaker 1: you're listening morning show coming up at the top of
- 21:01Speaker 1: the hour. We'll have today's entertainment news and some birthday
- 21:04Speaker 1: shoutouts as well. But right now it is time to
- 21:07Speaker 1: get some love advice from the Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Here we go. Dana in Fort Lauderdale says, I'm a
- 21:16Speaker 1: recent college graduate and I went to school on a
- 21:19Speaker 1: basketball scholarship. My mother's oldest brother used to be an athlete,
- 21:23Speaker 1: an alternative alternate CARLM. Globetrotter. Alternate CARLM. Globetrotter. Years ago
- 21:29Speaker 1: Christmas Day, he bet one hundred dollars on a dunking contest.
- 21:34Speaker 1: He's seventy one now, so I get tired of his challenges. Well,
- 21:39Speaker 1: he came down wrong and broke his ankle. My family said,
- 21:43Speaker 1: it's my fault for agreeing to the bet. Is it
- 21:47Speaker 1: my fault? No, here's oas seven alter. He wouldn't even
- 21:54Speaker 1: more globetrotter. He was alter. You didn't even get to
- 21:58Speaker 1: see him. He wouldn't met a lock or no damn
- 22:01Speaker 1: body you know he was. No, he wasn't nobody he
- 22:06Speaker 1: was alternate. Now he challenged you. You got tired of it.
- 22:15Speaker 1: He came down wrong and broke his ankle. His old
- 22:18Speaker 1: ass no better. Once again, here we go. Now, let
- 22:23Speaker 1: me ask y'all. The question were just based on this
- 22:26Speaker 1: recent things with Antonio Brown when your uncle said he
- 22:32Speaker 1: had challenged you to duncan. Let me ask y'all, solf
- 22:34Speaker 1: was that mental illness? No all? Was that stupidity. Let's
- 22:44Speaker 1: stop letting these people had these loopholes. Everybody jumping through
- 22:49Speaker 1: the loophole now of mental illness. Mental illness is real
- 22:53Speaker 1: and it exists, but everybody can't use that. Your old
- 22:59Speaker 1: ass jumped up there and cracked your ankle was not
- 23:02Speaker 1: from a mental illness, the alternate. That's right. Moving on, okay, Jama,
- 23:11Speaker 1: we don't know if you could dunk in the first place.
- 23:14Speaker 1: We're moving on. We're moving on. Jamica and Newark says.
- 23:17Speaker 1: My husband and I have been married for twenty two years,
- 23:20Speaker 1: and we separated six years ago but never got divorced.
- 23:23Speaker 1: We still lived together, and in twenty twenty one he
- 23:26Speaker 1: moved into the guest room and his girlfriend started sleeping
- 23:29Speaker 1: over at our house. I can hear them constantly having
- 23:33Speaker 1: sex and I've asked him repeatedly for a divorce so
- 23:36Speaker 1: I can move out half of the house's mind, So
- 23:39Speaker 1: what should I don't see six years and you haven't
- 23:46Speaker 1: gotten a divorce, right that c You don't understand half
- 23:50Speaker 1: the house is yours. Nothing Listen to me. Once he
- 23:53Speaker 1: brings another woman into that house, man's over there having
- 23:57Speaker 1: sexual activity. You now have new evidence that your husband
- 24:03Speaker 1: is the reason you've been wanting a divorce. You're gonna
- 24:07Speaker 1: get God, you need to go down there and apply
- 24:12Speaker 1: and tell you that this is mental anguish, that you
- 24:15Speaker 1: can't take this no more. He's bringing women to the
- 24:18Speaker 1: guest house. What you're tripping for? See, y'all didn't get
- 24:23Speaker 1: divorced because y'all thought y'all was gonna work it out. Well,
- 24:26Speaker 1: now you see what he hadn't worked on, didn't you.
- 24:28Speaker 1: You're over in the guest house working out in and out.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Brothers gonna listening. Yeah, you must like listening. That could
- 24:39Speaker 1: be that too. Go here, s all right, we're moving
- 24:47Speaker 1: on again. Freeda and Youngstown says, I'm a thirty eight
- 24:51Speaker 1: year old single woman and I'm in a relationship with
- 24:53Speaker 1: a couple that pays me to travel with them. The
- 24:56Speaker 1: rule is that we don't hook up in our hometown,
- 24:59Speaker 1: only on trips. The husband has been sweating me to
- 25:02Speaker 1: meet him at a local hotel and I need the
- 25:05Speaker 1: extra money. Would I be lowdown to meet up with him? No? No,
- 25:13Speaker 1: you don't understand. You already low down. You've been invited
- 25:18Speaker 1: into Yeah, and you already low down. You've been invited
- 25:22Speaker 1: to a marriage, you accepted it, and you're taking paper.
- 25:25Speaker 1: You a prostitute, you understand, No, your prostitute. That's what
- 25:30Speaker 1: you are. You sell your sexual favors for money. That's prostitution.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Now he wants you to do extra prostitution. And you
- 25:38Speaker 1: want to know if you would be low if you
- 25:40Speaker 1: got low up? You a prostitute? Well what what? What?
- 25:49Speaker 1: I guess the lower level of that would be if
- 25:51Speaker 1: you just hooked up we didn't and didn't get no money.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I guess that's the lower level. Yeah, we need answer
- 25:58Speaker 1: to ethics. See, I don't know what you want us
- 26:01Speaker 1: to say. You're involved in prostitution. That's what you're doing.
- 26:07Speaker 1: And you want us to tell you should you go
- 26:10Speaker 1: deeper into the prostitution. You're in the profession. And so
- 26:15Speaker 1: now he wants you to come meet that at the hotel?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Why man you over there anyway when y're out of town?
- 26:22Speaker 1: What is these agreements y'all keep having that ain't legal?
- 26:28Speaker 1: What's all the legal ass non binding agreements y'all keep making.
- 26:32Speaker 1: She doesn't want to cross that line. She just wants
- 26:34Speaker 1: to cross the line and goes or lower you over
- 26:39Speaker 1: the line? You under the table, You understand. Listen to me.
- 26:45Speaker 1: You in the mud? How much mud you here? Don't matter?
- 26:48Speaker 1: You in the mud. Let me tell you something. If
- 26:53Speaker 1: you step in the puddling the mud and just cover
- 26:55Speaker 1: your shoes all you step in the pudding the mud,
- 26:58Speaker 1: and he go waste deep when you walk out the mud,
- 27:03Speaker 1: don't you still track up the house? Yes, and don't
- 27:08Speaker 1: nobody go. Don't nobody go? Who'll track his house out
- 27:12Speaker 1: with all his mud up to They pays? All right?
- 27:17Speaker 1: Point made? Moving on, Richie and the DMV says, I
- 27:22Speaker 1: have been married for eight Yeah, Ritchie, I've been married
- 27:26Speaker 1: for eight years and my wife cheated on me with
- 27:28Speaker 1: her ex husband. I spoke with her ex husband and
- 27:33Speaker 1: my wife and I went to counseling. I was out
- 27:35Speaker 1: of the home for a few months, and I just
- 27:37Speaker 1: moved back in My wife recently found out that her
- 27:40Speaker 1: ex blocked her calls and her social media accounts, and
- 27:43Speaker 1: she was very angry. Is this a sound? Is this
- 27:46Speaker 1: a sign that I'm wasting my time? No, we'll back up,
- 27:51Speaker 1: sick up. This is a sign that you're wasting your time.
- 27:55Speaker 1: You lost me when you said I spoke with him. Yeah,
- 28:00Speaker 1: not this to waste the time. To me, she cheated
- 28:06Speaker 1: with her ex husband. I spoke with him, spoke. Black
- 28:11Speaker 1: people don't spoke. Black people don't spoke. Spoke. The hell
- 28:15Speaker 1: is you're talking about s p old king. You spoke
- 28:20Speaker 1: to him, but you stupid we high back. Don't ask
- 28:27Speaker 1: me for no damn advice by her being mad because
- 28:30Speaker 1: he blocked up. Man, you you would meet two different dudes.
- 28:37Speaker 1: We're not going to counsel. I'm married to you. You're
- 28:50Speaker 1: gonna sleep with your ex husb See, then call your
- 28:55Speaker 1: ass over there to him and see if you can
- 28:58Speaker 1: get the same thing you getting over here. But when
- 29:01Speaker 1: I see him, uh huh, spoke will not be the
- 29:07Speaker 1: description of what happened. I spoke, All right, cello, coming
- 29:13Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, we'll have some entertainment.

- 36:38Speaker 1: There's a little girl that's about nineteen. She's being taught
- 36:42Speaker 1: how to make hot water corn bread, and there's two
- 36:48Speaker 1: monkeys up on top of the cabinet and we don't
- 36:52Speaker 1: know what the hell they're in here for ladies and gentleman,
- 36:55Speaker 1: Jan Anthony Brown alright, alright, also celebrating the birthday today,

- 37:38Speaker 1: I predict, I predict in twenty twenty two, Little Kim's
- 37:45Speaker 1: Lips and Ass will pop and a concert in Philadelphia,
- 37:50Speaker 1: and they'll be Lipp Juice and Buddy Booty Juice over
- 37:54Speaker 1: every damn body. I predict, I predict, I predict DJ
- 38:02Speaker 1: Young Fly and Callus Miller will leave the group because
- 38:06Speaker 1: don't nobody know that other dude's name. They will leave
- 38:09Speaker 1: the group on start? What what is it? What's the

- 38:22Speaker 1: well whatever? I predict stephen A Smith, stephen A Smith,
- 38:36Speaker 1: Lebron James will start a barber shop by the name
- 38:41Speaker 1: of Home. What's left barber shop? Welcome to code? What's left?
- 38:59Speaker 1: Come on? Just some of my predictions for twenty twenty two.
- 39:10Speaker 1: And I predict last, but not least, Kanye West will
- 39:14Speaker 1: become a mailman so he can go over to Kim's
- 39:16Speaker 1: house every damn day. See what the hell she's up to?
- 39:24Speaker 1: Jerry in your mind? Jay, you're listening to the Steve
- 39:28Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. A Delta Airlines passenger was arrested and
- 39:33Speaker 1: charged with assault after she allegedly hit a fellow passenger
- 39:37Speaker 1: in the face spit on that passenger. And this was
- 39:40Speaker 1: all following an argument. Initially there was some sort of
- 39:43Speaker 1: disagreement about mass But her name is Patricia Cornwall. Patricia
- 39:48Speaker 1: Cornwall's last straw when she, you know, just decided to
- 39:51Speaker 1: just go off was apparently when she was told to
- 39:54Speaker 1: take a seat so the flight attendant could complete their
- 39:57Speaker 1: beverage service. Cornwall shouted, what am ah rosa parks? At
- 40:01Speaker 1: which point a passenger pointed out fact checker, saying that
- 40:06Speaker 1: you aren't black. This isn't Alabama, and this isn't a bus.
- 40:10Speaker 1: I knew this was a white lady. I knew it.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I knew it. You know ain't no black cornwalls. I
- 40:19Speaker 1: know that though ain't no black cornure, no cornwall planning reunion.
- 40:24Speaker 1: You don't hearing that, but you know, see this, this
- 40:29Speaker 1: COVID got everybody this. People been under pressure and they
- 40:32Speaker 1: don't react well under pressure. But what you're watching up
- 40:36Speaker 1: now is pressure buster pipe. These people are reacting under pressure.
- 40:41Speaker 1: They've been under pressure with COVID, they're under pressure with
- 40:44Speaker 1: these restrictions, job loss all this. Man, I don't, I don't,
- 40:48Speaker 1: but see what you're gonna do around me. I'm gonna help.
- 40:51Speaker 1: In the words of Shannon Shop, you don't have to
- 40:54Speaker 1: respect me, but I'm damn so not fitting to let
- 40:57Speaker 1: you disrespect me. Hello, you you you ain't gotta respect me.
- 41:02Speaker 1: That's fine, church, say a man. What I'm not fit
- 41:07Speaker 1: to do is let you disrespect me. That's what we're
- 41:10Speaker 1: gonna drawing in COVID. No, and the man told her,
- 41:15Speaker 1: you're going to jail when we get off this plane.
- 41:17Speaker 1: That's my favorite part of the story right there. Yeah,
- 41:21Speaker 1: enforcement was waiting, yeah, waiting. They were waiting on the
- 41:25Speaker 1: flyers flying ever again, ever again from here on. Oh hell.
- 41:34Speaker 1: That's when you sit after you ask stupid on the
- 41:36Speaker 1: plane and you sit down in your seat, you go,
- 41:39Speaker 1: oh hell, you got to think about it. Jack, another
- 41:44Speaker 1: whole hour to think about it, because they landed. She
- 41:47Speaker 1: thinking about this, it makes you feel like you never
- 41:51Speaker 1: know when you get on a plane, is somebody gonna
- 41:53Speaker 1: get you know, at crazy? Well I heard the comedian
- 41:56Speaker 1: said that the reason the people asking stupid because they're
- 41:58Speaker 1: letting bus people ride the plane. Now yeah, yeah, all right,
- 42:08Speaker 1: yeah so yeah, like we said, the ADULTA rep noted
- 42:13Speaker 1: that law enforcement was waiting when the flight landed. And
- 42:17Speaker 1: there you have it, Karen's better relax. They still when
- 42:22Speaker 1: get arrested, you don't even get to go get your luggage.
- 42:25Speaker 1: They don't. You're not gonna put none of that on anyway,
- 42:31Speaker 1: you anyway, Yeah, we're gonna get your stuff. We're gonna
- 42:35Speaker 1: we're gonna just stole your stuff. We're not taking it
- 42:41Speaker 1: to jail. When you get out of jail, you cab
- 42:45Speaker 1: your hands back out here and find this bad all
- 42:49Speaker 1: he said, which one is Patricia? That's crazy. The spitting
- 42:57Speaker 1: I can't handle man. Once you spit on mean a
- 43:00Speaker 1: matter of fact, once you hit me, you're really not
- 43:02Speaker 1: gonna have time to spit. You know, we fight because
- 43:05Speaker 1: we hit it, and somebody's gonna whoop somebody's ass. That's
- 43:11Speaker 1: all I know, somebody somebody's But you know what, Jay,
- 43:16Speaker 1: I ain't never had an airplane flight fight. You know
- 43:19Speaker 1: what I mean? An airplane fight different. You got through that.
- 43:22Speaker 1: That's a different close environment. You gotta be ready for
- 43:25Speaker 1: an airplane fight. You can't swing like problem with an airport.
- 43:29Speaker 1: The problem with an airplane flight fight is it's too tight,
- 43:35Speaker 1: too many withness. I ain't gonna be able to get
- 43:39Speaker 1: off like I want to and say all I want
- 43:42Speaker 1: to say during the altercation because there's too many people
- 43:48Speaker 1: something though, y'all say it's too tight. But if somebody
- 43:51Speaker 1: spit on you plane, what's happened? I have a I
- 43:57Speaker 1: have a phone booth ass with me that I practice, Okay,
- 44:02Speaker 1: over the years, how to issue it. I've actually I'm
- 44:06Speaker 1: gonna get a fight in a phone move before. So
- 44:09Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, ain't a whole lot of
- 44:11Speaker 1: damage can get done and now, but both y'all be
- 44:15Speaker 1: tired as hell though. All right, guys, Coming up next,
- 44:19Speaker 1: it's the nephew with today's prank phone call. Right after this,
- 44:23Speaker 1: you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the
- 44:27Speaker 1: top of the hour. Right about four minutes after, it's
- 44:30Speaker 1: my strawberry letter for today, the subject thick thighs. Oh my,
- 44:35Speaker 1: that's right, thick thighs. Oh my. We'll get into that
- 44:37Speaker 1: in just a bit, because right now, let's go to
- 44:40Speaker 1: the prank phone call with the nephew. Yes, Oak, Creosity,
- 44:48Speaker 1: Happy New Years to me, Yes, Creosity. Best let's go. Okay, dog,
- 44:56Speaker 1: come on now, ok Creosity, let me hear Hello. Hello,
- 45:01Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach Marvin Police speaking Marvin High. I'm
- 45:06Speaker 1: calling you from doctor's office. I'm actually the lab technician.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Um and you you came in and I got it physical.
- 45:12Speaker 1: I guess about a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, okay,
- 45:14Speaker 1: and my understanding this is for your for your occupation, correct, Yeah, okay,
- 45:18Speaker 1: you're what do you do for a living when you're
- 45:20Speaker 1: a h Okay, now, I was giving you a call
- 45:25Speaker 1: about I'm here looking at your records and all the
- 45:27Speaker 1: testings that you actually went through. Wow, let's see have
- 45:30Speaker 1: you had any have you had any activity or any
- 45:33Speaker 1: problems around your naval area? Na fine, okay, saying all right, uh, yeah,
- 45:40Speaker 1: everything's fine. But I mean if you haven't had any
- 45:43Speaker 1: any type of nothing, no breakout or anything around your
- 45:46Speaker 1: navel or whatsoever. Nah about my navel? Now everything's going straight, man, Okay,
- 45:53Speaker 1: to see what's going on? Man, what's happening? Okay? Actually,
- 45:57Speaker 1: you've been diagnosed with um oak triosity and oristriositi is
- 46:02Speaker 1: actually a fungus that comes out of South America, and
- 46:06Speaker 1: you have no activity whatsoever around your navel. Same, it's otriositis, sir.
- 46:14Speaker 1: And what what that is is actually you're you if
- 46:18Speaker 1: you haven't had it yet, you say you haven't had
- 46:20Speaker 1: any activity. There's gonna be like a small little tree
- 46:24Speaker 1: that's gonna be growing from your navel and it gets
- 46:27Speaker 1: about six inches long and it probably bears about probably
- 46:30Speaker 1: about twenty five to thirty leaves on it, but it's
- 46:32Speaker 1: very small. You see a tree gonna be growing out
- 46:36Speaker 1: my name, it's gonna be a small tree. And uh,
- 46:39Speaker 1: what's gonna happen is I'm gonna have to get you
- 46:41Speaker 1: to come back in probably in the next month. We're
- 46:43Speaker 1: gonna need you to come in so we can check
- 46:45Speaker 1: it out. But it's got to grow its fullest potential
- 46:47Speaker 1: before we can actually do anything to it. No, I
- 46:50Speaker 1: can't come in and on mind. I got to come
- 46:52Speaker 1: in today. Man. Somebody got to so we we we
- 46:55Speaker 1: can just try to resolve. Man. I'm gonna get married. Man, Well,
- 46:59Speaker 1: we can't. It has to grow its fullest potential, sir.
- 47:02Speaker 1: And the full term is actually like about four weeks
- 47:05Speaker 1: before we can act. Man. I'm not waiting for those
- 47:06Speaker 1: four weeks. Man. Somebody got to come till me something, right, Nah, Man,
- 47:10Speaker 1: I ain't gonna go married. Man. Have to fly to time,
- 47:12Speaker 1: man and have something going out of my neighbor. Man.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Y'all going crazy, man, Sir Otriosa, this is something that's
- 47:18Speaker 1: very rare. We're actually getting this assignment from overseas in
- 47:21Speaker 1: South America on how to treat this. Man. I don't
- 47:23Speaker 1: give it down. Where is it? Man, somebody's gonna have
- 47:26Speaker 1: to come give me some some help, right, Nah Man,
- 47:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna get ready to get married. Man. I'm not
- 47:30Speaker 1: gonna be putting up with it. Man, somebody in this office.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Main't got to come down and then do something for me. Man,
- 47:35Speaker 1: And what you say, get it? If you said, I
- 47:37Speaker 1: can cut it out myself. So the best I can
- 47:40Speaker 1: do is probably trim it a bit, you know, and
- 47:41Speaker 1: maybe knock a few leaves off. But I cannot touch
- 47:44Speaker 1: the full stock at all. Man, you can cut this
- 47:47Speaker 1: for the bad day. Do something, sir. If you cut
- 47:49Speaker 1: it right now, you cannot, sir. If you cut it,
- 47:53Speaker 1: there's a possibility of hemorrhaging, and you're gonna really create
- 47:56Speaker 1: a bigger problem than what you have already. Man. Sometimes,
- 48:00Speaker 1: get this pool adopt man. You didn't tell me. Ain't
- 48:02Speaker 1: nobody never I've dried on in and get this poor
- 48:05Speaker 1: adopt man. I'm gonna get married in two weeks. Man,
- 48:08Speaker 1: we're gonna fly to Jamaican. It can't now. Somebody can
- 48:12Speaker 1: do this for me. So you cannot pull it out.
- 48:17Speaker 1: You're gonna create, good man, You're gonna create a bigger
- 48:20Speaker 1: problem if you try to pull it out, sir. Problems
- 48:23Speaker 1: already up. I'm trying to get this problem. Man, give
- 48:26Speaker 1: me tell me the big hospital. Ain't now, ain't help
- 48:29Speaker 1: me you want me to do that? Man, it's not
- 48:32Speaker 1: something man, I poke out of my summer and you're
- 48:35Speaker 1: turning me. Ain't you can do? Man, sir. Oultriositis is
- 48:38Speaker 1: not something that we treat all the time. Like I said,
- 48:41Speaker 1: it hails from South America, so we got I don't
- 48:43Speaker 1: give a help from Great Britain. Somebody feeling for me
- 48:48Speaker 1: to come down and help me, poor man, Sir. I
- 48:51Speaker 1: understand what you're going through, but we have to let
- 48:53Speaker 1: it grow. It's full term, which is four weeks, sir,
- 48:56Speaker 1: the full root of it having to grow. Man, I ain'tweringly,
- 49:00Speaker 1: oh man, I'm going to vote on right. Nah Man,
- 49:02Speaker 1: y'all gonna have to do something. Man. Sure, there's nothing
- 49:05Speaker 1: we can do. We can probably trim it a little bit.
- 49:08Speaker 1: The trim get some training, so this man do something, Sir.
- 49:13Speaker 1: There's nothing we can do at this point but sit
- 49:15Speaker 1: back and wait and let it grow. It's full term, Okay.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Can we get you doing the waiting? Man? Somebody helped me, right,
- 49:21Speaker 1: nah man, Sir. Can we get an appointment for you
- 49:23Speaker 1: in the next four to five weeks? And when we
- 49:25Speaker 1: do that, now, you got to get a point for
- 49:26Speaker 1: me to day. I'm gonna give manner man, I'm gonna
- 49:29Speaker 1: fly to Jamaica. Now, I can't have them chicking out
- 49:32Speaker 1: of me. I can't see it a port. Man, you're
- 49:35Speaker 1: going embarrassing me like that man after chicking out my neighbor. Sir,
- 49:40Speaker 1: I understand it, and like I said, oh, triositis is
- 49:42Speaker 1: very rare, and it's it's something that we haven't treated
- 49:45Speaker 1: that many times here in the States, but overseas, the
- 49:47Speaker 1: message that we're getting is that we need to let
- 49:49Speaker 1: it grow. It's full term. So we man, tell me,
- 49:52Speaker 1: ain't nobody in the mirror's got what Man, it's oak triositis, sir,
- 49:58Speaker 1: So I can get it. Don't nobody else, Sir. I
- 50:02Speaker 1: could not believe that you were coming up with autriositis
- 50:06Speaker 1: here in the States. It's it's something very rarely seen here.
- 50:08Speaker 1: There's been two people in the past has been diagnosed
- 50:11Speaker 1: with this and they actually passed away. So now you
- 50:14Speaker 1: tell them dive and you're gonna chip me three weeks man,
- 50:18Speaker 1: I'm coming down another day. Man, somebody could do something
- 50:21Speaker 1: for me. Sir. There's nothing that we can do today
- 50:24Speaker 1: until four to five weeks or I gotta go get married.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I'm fine to Jamaica, man, I said. Man I'm hearing
- 50:32Speaker 1: what you're saying, but I can't do anything if you
- 50:35Speaker 1: don't see the tree already coming out of the navel. Yet,
- 50:39Speaker 1: somebody got to do something. Mind Now, I'm saying what
- 50:42Speaker 1: you want me to do. Man, I don't know what
- 50:44Speaker 1: I want you to do, sir, But I have one
- 50:46Speaker 1: more thing I can tell you. Say, Man, are you listening.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I'm listening to you. Man, This is nephew Timmy from
- 50:53Speaker 1: the Steve Hoppin Morning Show. You just got pranked by
- 50:56Speaker 1: your boy earl. Man. You gotta be kids. Damn, I'm
- 51:05Speaker 1: out my wig. Man, you too, nips you tomming man, Man,
- 51:12Speaker 1: y'all he'll be going crazy here. Man, I'm looking at
- 51:15Speaker 1: all of my damn neighbor things. The truth, Fella, go
- 51:17Speaker 1: out this man, I'm gona have Man. No, you ain't
- 51:20Speaker 1: on that right now. Man, I'm already never gonna get
- 51:24Speaker 1: married in two weeks. Man a Man, I got one
- 51:29Speaker 1: more thing to ask you, Marvin, Man, what is the
- 51:32Speaker 1: baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio show in the land,
- 51:36Speaker 1: Steve Harvard Morning Show. If you're listening, your asses out
- 51:42Speaker 1: the wid Yeah, you out of that? Love him? Thank you? So?
- 51:56Speaker 1: Why did your baker? Okay, come down as I'm not
- 52:00Speaker 1: gonna do something now? Is you listening to me until
- 52:06Speaker 1: we see it? Come out of the neighbor before we come,
- 52:09Speaker 1: before we man that somebody gotta do something. I'm coming
- 52:13Speaker 1: down that a day's gotta grow. It's full potential. Maker.
- 52:21Speaker 1: Is you listening to me? That was just rocking his rally? Cry?
- 52:27Speaker 1: Is you're listening to me? But this was y'all. Now
- 52:31Speaker 1: you're telling me I'm gonna die because only two other
- 52:36Speaker 1: people had it, and I love Marvin, thank you? So
- 52:40Speaker 1: I needed that. Yes, stop, it's going down the MLKA weekend.

- 54:05Speaker 1: You never know, you never know. Buckle up and hold
- 54:08Speaker 1: on tight. We got it for you. Here. It is
- 54:10Speaker 1: the Strawberry Letter. Thank you, Nephew. Subject thick thighs oh my.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Here's Stephen Shirley. I have a problem with meeting men,
- 54:18Speaker 1: and when I do meet them, they can't handle a
- 54:21Speaker 1: woman like me. I'm thirty four years old. I'm five
- 54:24Speaker 1: to seven with a body like Cardi b It's all natural,
- 54:28Speaker 1: but since women started getting their bodies done, I get
- 54:31Speaker 1: lumped into that category. When I meet men, I don't
- 54:34Speaker 1: feel that I should have to explain my body type,
- 54:37Speaker 1: but nowadays men come right out and ask if my
- 54:40Speaker 1: behind is real. One guy even asked if he could
- 54:43Speaker 1: squeeze it to see for himself. Another guy had a
- 54:46Speaker 1: discussion with me on how my thighs match my behind,
- 54:49Speaker 1: so it must be real. I was so disgusted by this,
- 54:53Speaker 1: But then I met a very nice and professional man,
- 54:57Speaker 1: and he's obsessed with the lower half of my body
- 55:00Speaker 1: and wants me to wear leggings when we go out
- 55:02Speaker 1: on dates. I typically wear dresses in an attempt to
- 55:06Speaker 1: camouflage my goodies, but he wants the hips, behind and
- 55:09Speaker 1: thighs on display, and he proudly shows me off to
- 55:13Speaker 1: his friends when we're out. He's even got a pet
- 55:16Speaker 1: name for me, and it's thick Thighs. Sunday, he introduced
- 55:20Speaker 1: me to his daddy just like that. He told his
- 55:23Speaker 1: daddy my name and said he calls me thick thighs.
- 55:26Speaker 1: Oh my. His dad laughed and dapped him up as
- 55:30Speaker 1: if he had won the lottery. I didn't know if
- 55:33Speaker 1: I should be thrilled or embarrassed. For so long, my
- 55:36Speaker 1: height and thickness have been an issue, But now I'm
- 55:39Speaker 1: dating a guy who was in awe of how the
- 55:41Speaker 1: Good Lord created me. I wrote this letter to ask
- 55:44Speaker 1: you if I should go forward with being intimate with him.
- 55:48Speaker 1: We met two months ago and the sexual tension is
- 55:51Speaker 1: very strong between us. I'm hoping he can handle these
- 55:55Speaker 1: thick thighs. Do you think I should ask what his
- 55:58Speaker 1: intentions are for me? First? Please advise? All right, you
- 56:03Speaker 1: can ask him anything you want, that's first, But I
- 56:06Speaker 1: got to ask you a question. What do you think
- 56:09Speaker 1: his intentions are? I mean, he has been parading you
- 56:12Speaker 1: around and legging, showing you off, and in your words,
- 56:17Speaker 1: obsessed with your lower body. Please show me how he's
- 56:22Speaker 1: different than these other guys. The chemistry or the sexual
- 56:26Speaker 1: tension should be thick. If you guys are attracted to
- 56:29Speaker 1: each other, that part is okay. But here's the thing.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Just because guys like what they see, that's that's not
- 56:35Speaker 1: enough reason to have sex with them. I'm sure you
- 56:38Speaker 1: know that. So congratulations on your beautiful body, your thickness,
- 56:42Speaker 1: all of that. But you don't need to jump in
- 56:44Speaker 1: bed because of that. You know that's a bit fast,
- 56:48Speaker 1: and you, not him, should determine when and if that
- 56:52Speaker 1: ever happens. So so far, you've given us no facts
- 56:56Speaker 1: as to why you should sleep with this man if
- 57:00Speaker 1: you just want to. You know, like, if you just
- 57:02Speaker 1: want to, you're feeling him. You're too consenting adults with
- 57:05Speaker 1: no strings, that's one thing. But you know, incidentally that
- 57:08Speaker 1: never works out because you know, nine times out of ten,
- 57:11Speaker 1: the woman gets sprung in cases like this. I mean,
- 57:14Speaker 1: you've only known this guy for two months? How does
- 57:17Speaker 1: he treat you? These are the kinds of questions you
- 57:19Speaker 1: should be asking. Is he a gentleman? Does he respect you?
- 57:22Speaker 1: Does he ever look into your eyes? Or his eyes
- 57:25Speaker 1: always on the lower part of your body and your button,
- 57:27Speaker 1: your thighs? Besides asking you to wear leggings and calling
- 57:30Speaker 1: you thick thighs, I mean, why should he get it?
- 57:33Speaker 1: So I'm just telling you please slow down. Understand that
- 57:37Speaker 1: you're more than a pair of thick thighs and a
- 57:39Speaker 1: big butt who looks good in leggings. I mean, you're
- 57:42Speaker 1: a woman of value and worse, you should know this
- 57:44Speaker 1: about yourself. You have way more to offer the right
- 57:47Speaker 1: man than just her fine body. All right, Steve, Well,
- 57:53Speaker 1: I'm must spend some time just at the top of
- 57:55Speaker 1: the letter and address something that needs to be a
- 57:59Speaker 1: dress rest Shelly and Steve and Shelly, I have a
- 58:04Speaker 1: problem with meeting men. M you're ready. I have a
- 58:10Speaker 1: problem with meeting men. I'm thirty four years old. I'm
- 58:16Speaker 1: five to seven with a body like Cardy B. Let's
- 58:21Speaker 1: discuss this. I have a problem meeting men. I'm thirty four,
- 58:29Speaker 1: five seven, I got a body like Cardy B. Really,
- 58:35Speaker 1: and you having troubled meeting men? Let me go over
- 58:39Speaker 1: this one more time the man. If I'm getting this right,
- 58:42Speaker 1: thirty four yeah, five seven, got a body like Cardy B.
- 58:50Speaker 1: You having trouble meeting men? White eaven men that you're
- 58:55Speaker 1: having troubled meeting Let's stay on this section is this letter,
- 59:03Speaker 1: first section. If you're having trouble meeting men, but you
- 59:11Speaker 1: five seven with a body like Cardy B. We must
- 59:17Speaker 1: talk about how you look. See all right, because I
- 59:25Speaker 1: don't know how you're having trouble meeting men five seven
- 59:33Speaker 1: with a body like Cardi BA. I'm just trying to
- 59:38Speaker 1: get these people home. See why this explains this whole letter.
- 59:43Speaker 1: How do you look when you turn around and they
- 59:50Speaker 1: realize it ain't CARDI B What do they see? That's
- 59:56Speaker 1: my question for you. That's where the problem could be
- 59:59Speaker 1: in this old oh damn letter When you do spin
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: around and they're gonna, oh, that ain't carding me. See
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: what is the reaction? What? What was that you spin
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: around and they see that it ain't carding me. That
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: can't be the reaction because now hold that crazy, Hold
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: that that can't be it. I'm telling when you have
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: part two of Steve's Crazy Response coming up at twenty
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour, Today's Strawberry Letters subject thick thighs,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Oh my. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry Letter. Thick thighs, Oh my is
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: the subject. I ain't gonna spend a lot of time
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: on the first section because I did it last. I
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: think we understand. I'm just gonna say one more thing
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: about it. Here's a one one who says she has
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: a problem meeting men. She thirty four years old, she
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: five seven got a body like cardi be. My only
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: response to that could be is you may have a
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: body like cardy B. But when you turn around, who
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: are they looking at now? From behind you cardy B.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: But when you turn around you earn it. See, that's
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: what we have a problem. Now, you cardy B from behind,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: but when you turn around, now we've been it. You
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: card it be from behind, But when you turn around
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: with Jesse, you see what I'm saying. That's that we
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: could have. Now let's just move on down the letter,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: because I do believe this woman has a legitimate problem
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: because she's built like a brick house, obviously. And Nowaday's
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: men asked her it's her behind real? Or one guy
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: even asked me could he squeeze it to see for himself?
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You know that's that's disrespectful. Another guy had a discussion
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: with me on how my thighs match my behind, so
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: it must be real? You know, I was just so
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: disgusted by this. Then you meet this very nice professional man.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: He's obsessed with the lower half of your body. Once again,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: we've got to pay attention to this letter. I meet,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: I meet a wonderful professional man and he's obsessed with
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: the lower half of my body. Once again, how do
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: you look? I don't know why we can't take this
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: in consideration. See, now you've met this nice professional man,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: but he obsessed with the lower half of your body.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: I'm just thinking something on the upper half must be
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: throwing everybody half. I'm just saying, that's how all I
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: can come away with. I just can't come away with
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: nothing now because you keep putting it in the letter
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: from me. Now, I'm pretty sure you didn't mean to
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: type your letter like this, and I'm pretty sure that
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: I could be wrong. But based on this damn letter,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: in the information I keep getting even you only wants
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: to talk about your lower body. You never mentioned in
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: the letter. I'm an attractive woman all over, but my
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: lower body gets extra attention. Your others don't get no attention,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: and nobody mentioned it. You ain't mentioned it in the letter.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: You said you met this nice professional man, and he's
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: obsessed with the lower half of my body. He wants
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: me to wear leggings when we go out on dates.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I usually wear dresses to camouflage my goodness, but he
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: wants the hips behind and thighs on display. The reason
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: we want that on display is because we have to
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: show the reason why we with you once again. If
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: he don't show the waste to up the thighs and
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: the behind the rest of you requires an explanation. You
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: see what I'm getting that. I just gonna have to
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: keep going back to this right now, because that's what
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: this letter says to me. Now, I'm saying the ladies,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: close your mouths and all this. I can't believe he's
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: saying that. I told you in twenty twenty two I
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: was gonna start addressing these letters and shutting and gave
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: you all advice you needed. I'm here for the truth.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: The lower part of your body. It's what this whole
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: damn letter is about. Because we ain't got nothing else
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: right about it. He's even giving me a pant name,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: thick thighs, not thick thighs under mighty fine. Ain't none
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: of that. It's just thick thighs, old my Ain't no
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: thick thighs with the pretty eyes. Ain't none of that.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: All this is is thick thighs, old myth. They don't
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: mention no other part. They don't say thick thighs with
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: the pretty smiles. Ain't no rhyming for your thoughts were
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: only dealing with the lower half of your body throughout
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: this letter. We have got to fix horse wrong up top.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: Now listen, you're not gonna like my response. But what
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: type of hairs you buying? We got? No, no, no,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: we got to help her because this what's really wrong?
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Damn what type of hairs you buying? We got? We
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: got shopped somewhere else. We got to get away from that.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: The stoles close to your house. You go drive across town.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: You got to go somewhere and find out where they
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: bringing their hair and fall. Why y'all, lashes don't look
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: like everybody else's ladd you. You can't ware to mink
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: our last. You gotta get regular. You gotta get the
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: one that separate, put a little accent. You gotta do something.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: You can who do your makeup? You got start going
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: down to the mall and sitting there and let somebody
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: do your makeup. You wouldn't here doing your makeup. I'm
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: telling you if something is wrong here, and I'm just
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: trying to help her. Thick thighs, old mind, No thick
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: thighs and pretty as you ain't heard that thickys in
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: a beautiful smile. You know, thick thats you got that
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: long pretty hair. You know, we know they ain't got
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: to be your hair no more, but it got to
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: be somebody's. Hell. You know, try different countries, Brazil, you know, Indian.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: Stop buying local hair. Yeah, you don't buy you're buying
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: local hair, hair out of Detroit. You gotta go get
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: a phone hair. You gotta try something else. I'm just
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Now we're gonna move on and when we
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: come back, I just want to dress one more thing
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: in this letter, and I'm gonna let it be over
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: with me, all right, my hell with part three? Do
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: something with your eyes subject thick thighs, oh mine. We'll
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: be back at forty six minutes after Right after this,
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: you're listening hard Morning Show, all right, right before we
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: get to sports with Junior and Pippen. H Steve, you
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: wanted to make one more comment on today's asking about
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: this lady that has got these thick thighses banging body
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: like Cardi b and us all me and pay attention
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: to let me just address the end of the letter,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: She says, Do you think I should ask him put
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: his intentions off. Well, lady, his intentionousness like everybody else's intentions. Okay,
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: so let's stop this here. Now, let's just move on
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: from this letter, because we all know what the real
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: problem is. It's not that she got a body like
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Cardi B. She may very well have a body like
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Cardi B. But where she turned around and we discover
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: that it's not Cardi B. What are we looking at?

- 1:15:23Speaker 1: but it will now be moved to a later date
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: due to the omicron variant. Last year's show was moved
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: from January thirty first to March fourteenth due to the
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: spike in COVID nineteen cases in LA. So here we
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: go again a year later, same situation. Also in music news,
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: there's going to be a two night, four hour documentary

- 1:16:02Speaker 1: with Justin Timberlake and all the backlash that she received
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: from the wardrobe malfunction. If you will, so they say

- 1:16:13Speaker 1: You know, we love us some Janet, Miss Jackson. If
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: you're nasty, so we'll be watching that too. And that's
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: music news. That's it. Well, I got some counter music news.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: You know you want to tell your story. Maybe I
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: ought to do my damn documentary because you think you
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: caught some backlash from that wardrobe malfunction. Your ass should
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: have said the wrong name at Mission Universe. You try

- 1:17:15Speaker 1: Your little sick ass can't get cold? Come on, all right,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: we'll start this one off rather easily. Would you rather

- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Spaghett it dinner here you catfish dinner? Here? Are you
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: get us on the sign? Dude like this and say

- 1:18:22Speaker 1: answer my cell phone for ye answer easy. You can't
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: not read my mind. God tell I have to ask

- 1:18:52Speaker 1: I don't need you to read because I can't stop
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: thinking about the things I think about. There's no way
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: to stop thinking about the names I think about. It's
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: for a week. It's no way, no, no, no, you
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: can answer this. You know you had his phone. You
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: can't even say this on this right. Whatever Tommy thinks
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: about is on his phone. That's what's really scary. Getting
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: You're not getting in that phone, all right? So would
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: you rather have a quickie during super Bowl halftime, or
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: hip the quickie and just watch the super Bowl commercial.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: What wait a minute, damn, I'm about do commercial anytime.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: I can't get it quickie. I'm down anytime commercial. I
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: ain't gonna miss with one commercial. But if we do
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: it right there after, team, we can do both of them.
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: I can get that quickie and watch I get a
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: real quickie. I ain't gonna miss with one. If if
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: you just lean over, I can watch the game coming up.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Thank you, guys, coming up. Watch damn all the commercial
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: All the commercials ain't good, no way coming up. It
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: is our last break of the day at forty nine
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, and we'll also have some closing
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: You're listening to Morning Show. All right, guys, Here we
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: are our last break of the day on this Friday,
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: first Friday, New Year. Down. Yeah, all you gotta do
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: is fifty two more das. Yeah that's crazy, man. You
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: know I've learned how to do that. I break I
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: break it down. Instead of looking at the whole year,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: I just break it down, and I've finally gotten it down.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: While I just break it down a day at a time,
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: and it really helps me a lot. You know, Now,
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: do I have plans and projections, Absolutely? Do I have
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: goals and and and dreams and and timelines put in place, Yeah,
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: I do, but they're all subject They are now all
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: subject to God's will and his timing. That changed my
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: whole perspective, man, and it really really helped me out.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: It really helped me with patience, because do you know
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: a lot of times you can want for something and
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: expect it to happen and have such a timeline pinpoint
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: that when it doesn't happen, you become incredibly discouraged and distraught.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: But what you have to learn about blessings is just
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: because they're delayed does not mean that they're denied. It
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: just didn't happen in your time, It's probably gonna happen
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: in God's time. And once I opened up my mind
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: to that type of thinking, it then allowed me to
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: live in the present more and become a lot more comfortable.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: And I haven't known this for years and years, y'all.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: I'm telling you this at I'm approaching sixty five, and
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: I'm just now really starting to understand the real secret
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: to happiness and peace, and real peace comes when you
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: don't overburden yourself with worry. And one of the main
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: facets of worry that we find ourselves entering into is tomorrow,
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: next week, week after next first quarter, and you invite
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: things into your present day that you have absolutely no
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: control over. You have absolutely no control over that. And
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: so what happens is when you invite the worry of
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: tomorrow in the future into your current day, you can
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: never have peace in that moment because now you've put
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: some self, You've put some stuff on yourself that you
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: can't even you you can't even wrap your mind around that.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: And then you know what, I started discovering, how many
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: times did I get to the future I was worrying about?
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: And when I arrived at that particular moment, it was
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: nothing like I thought it was gonna be. I mean,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: he wasn't even close. And the stuff I was worried about,
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: so many things had transpired in the middle of that
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: that I wouldn't even own that no more. But I
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: had spent so much time worrying about it. It's an
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: incredible thing that you could do for yourself and offer
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: yourself a lot more peace if you stop worrying about
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: tomorrow what you have no concern, no control over it. Now.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: Can you have a goal, yes, can you have a
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: plan yes. But now let me share something with you.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: If you do this simple thing, if you make it
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: open to His will in his timing, it frees you up.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: So if it don't happen at that particular time, you say, Okay,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: that wasn't the will of God. But because its delayed
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: doesn't mean it's denied. Wait a minute, maybe he gonna
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: work it out later on. But if you think about it, folks,
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: today is really enough if you deal with today. If
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: you contend with today, guess what, that keeps your plate
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: absolutely full. Just do today, Just focus on making the
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: right decisions today, doing the right thing today, completing the
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: task today, getting it right today, finishing out the day.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: Do you know that that requires every single minute of
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: that day just to do today? It does. Think about
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: it for a minute. If you really put your focus
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: on today and doing all the things for today, making
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: the right decisions, having the right attitude, doing the right things,
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: saying the right things, putting together the right things, talking
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: to the right people, counseling with the right people. You
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: will look up and the whole day will be gone,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: and guess what you spend it doing Today's I hope
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: I'm getting through to you, man, because I'm telling you
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: it sounds really simple, but it really will change your happiness.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: It really will help with your happiness. Man. Most people
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: get depressed about two things. Something that's already happened, or
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: something they think is about to happen. Most people are
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: depressed about stuff that's happened to them and stuff they
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: think is going to happen to them. That's what that's
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: what a lot the depression is from man. And you
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: can't do nothing about what the past and have it
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: ain't no do overs and stop letting people hold you
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: to your past making you pay for your past mistakes.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: God has forgiven me for every wrong I've ever done
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: in my past. When people I know bringing it up
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: my past, I walk away from them. You don't know me.
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: You ain't God. You can't make me be hell to
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: my past. You know how many times people go you know,
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: I mean when you was in Cleveland, dude told me
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: one time, I mean using Cleveland, man, I ain't all
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: the rumors about how you left your family and old
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: dog dog. I'm sixty four years old. I was married
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: when I was twenty four. What are you talking to
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: me about that for? You can't do that to me.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: I walk away from people, walk away from people that
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: try to tie you to your past so they have
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: something to talk about today. Man, miss me with that
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: do today, y'all. Don't worry about the past and don't
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: worry about the future because you can't do nothing about
