- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Ye'ah'll do. Took on
- 2:14Speaker 1: me when I said, but I do like I say always.
- 2:17Speaker 1: It just is a constant reminder of how good God
- 2:21Speaker 1: has been. So my question to you is, what's stopping
- 2:24Speaker 1: you from having the life that you want? What's stopping
- 2:29Speaker 1: you from having the life that you want? I know
- 2:33Speaker 1: a lot of people who have given up on achieving
- 2:38Speaker 1: the life of their dreams, but I know they'd still
- 2:42Speaker 1: want them if they could get to them. But they
- 2:45Speaker 1: just allowed to settle for so many reasons. So who
- 2:50Speaker 1: I'm talking to is you today? What's really at the
- 2:54Speaker 1: core of stopping you What is that? Is it your
- 2:57Speaker 1: friends or your associate Is it the fear of what
- 3:01Speaker 1: you think somebody else will think of you if you
- 3:05Speaker 1: decide to change. Is it what I used to call
- 3:07Speaker 1: the call of the while? Is it the fact that
- 3:10Speaker 1: you keep thinking that the thing that you're doing that's
- 3:14Speaker 1: providing you these momentary moments of pleasure that really ain't
- 3:18Speaker 1: really good or healthy for you. You don't want to
- 3:22Speaker 1: stop doing that because you've got just a little bit
- 3:24Speaker 1: more something else you want to do. I call that
- 3:26Speaker 1: the call at a while. You know, it's just out there.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Them streets is calling you, Them lights is calling you.
- 3:32Speaker 1: You know, them girls is calling you them guys that's
- 3:35Speaker 1: on the wrong side keep calling you. You can't seem
- 3:38Speaker 1: to make a decision by the right guy. You keep
- 3:40Speaker 1: picking the wrong guy all the time. What is it
- 3:43Speaker 1: that's stopping you from having the life that you really
- 3:46Speaker 1: want to have? So whatever the reason you're choosing, that's
- 3:50Speaker 1: the reason that's stopping you from having the life that
- 3:54Speaker 1: you want to have. It's no good because at the
- 3:57Speaker 1: end of the day, here's the real deal. See, God
- 4:00Speaker 1: is available, and God is available for all of us,
- 4:04Speaker 1: and God has a plan for all of us, and
- 4:07Speaker 1: God wants to vary best for all of us. That's
- 4:09Speaker 1: the truth of the matter. So now what we're gonna
- 4:12Speaker 1: do to get started having that life? First of all,
- 4:17Speaker 1: if it's your friends, I want you to understand something
- 4:20Speaker 1: your friends can't save you. A lot of your friends
- 4:23Speaker 1: offer no real help for you. Most of your friends
- 4:26Speaker 1: don't have the answer themselves. I mean, it's just a
- 4:29Speaker 1: wide range of reasons and misery love company. So usually
- 4:34Speaker 1: when your friends are in a bad position, they kind
- 4:37Speaker 1: of like company in that bad position. Your friends ain't
- 4:40Speaker 1: going to church, You're gonna be their friend. They don't
- 4:43Speaker 1: really want you to go to church. You know, your
- 4:46Speaker 1: friends don't pray, so why would they offer up prayer
- 4:49Speaker 1: as a solution to you. You know, your friends don't
- 4:53Speaker 1: really really get the fact that if you treat people better,
- 4:58Speaker 1: people would treat you better. So what's that? So your
- 5:02Speaker 1: friends are a lot of times the reasons, you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: the peer pressure of what and then the thought in
- 5:08Speaker 1: your mind of what they're gonna think once they find
- 5:11Speaker 1: out I don't do what they do anymore. Who cares
- 5:14Speaker 1: what they think other than you? I mean, really, you
- 5:18Speaker 1: can't let what somebody thinks of you stop you from
- 5:22Speaker 1: having the best life you wanted to have. If I
- 5:25Speaker 1: went by that theory right there, I wouldn't I wouldn't
- 5:28Speaker 1: even be on this mic this morning. I would have
- 5:30Speaker 1: never become a stand up I would had I listened
- 5:33Speaker 1: to the people around me who clearly told me when
- 5:37Speaker 1: I quit my job to pursue this, boy, don't you
- 5:39Speaker 1: quit your job? You got a family, Boy, don't you
- 5:42Speaker 1: do this? You ain't got no bit dad, ain't ain't
- 5:45Speaker 1: no security in that. Get yourself a job, go down here,
- 5:48Speaker 1: and what's your brother go to work over here? I
- 5:51Speaker 1: heard all of that. I didn't let that stop me
- 5:54Speaker 1: from pursuing this. Why would you allow that to stop
- 5:57Speaker 1: you from pursuing your relationship with God so you can
- 6:01Speaker 1: have the best life you could possibly have? You gang
- 6:04Speaker 1: bang because they've convinced you that this is the family
- 6:07Speaker 1: situation and love that you don't have, and they've convinced
- 6:11Speaker 1: you that this is your only way, your only source
- 6:15Speaker 1: of getting over And then you drum up these ignorant
- 6:19Speaker 1: reasons man for staying with it. But they sound so
- 6:23Speaker 1: good when you're listening to everybody else you're surrounded by
- 6:26Speaker 1: telling you why we gang banging? Why we're holding this blockdown.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Why we slanging this thing here right here? Why we're
- 6:33Speaker 1: letting it go like this here? You keep listening to
- 6:36Speaker 1: them when all in your heart of hearts, you know
- 6:40Speaker 1: this ain't right, you already know, but you allow that
- 6:44Speaker 1: form of the call of the wild, that wanting to
- 6:48Speaker 1: be accepted by a group of people who trying to
- 6:50Speaker 1: get you to accept the way so you can further
- 6:53Speaker 1: they progress. To even prove that you worthy to be
- 6:56Speaker 1: around them, you got to commit some type of crime
- 7:00Speaker 1: to even prove that you're worthy to be around them.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Then when you get busted on the crime, what happens
- 7:05Speaker 1: to that? Where your family and now they don't come
- 7:08Speaker 1: down there to see you because guess what, they can't
- 7:11Speaker 1: turn any idea to death at a law enforcements center,
- 7:14Speaker 1: So now your homies can't come visit you. And then
- 7:17Speaker 1: you know your family back out here, they ain't taking
- 7:20Speaker 1: care of your family because it's all about them. Then
- 7:23Speaker 1: you learn that what is it to stopping you from
- 7:25Speaker 1: having a life that you always wanted to have? What
- 7:29Speaker 1: is it? Why are you a repeat offender? Why do
- 7:33Speaker 1: you keep checking yourself back into that institution? Why? Man,
- 7:38Speaker 1: why won't you get it together. Why won't you give
- 7:41Speaker 1: God a try? Why won't you disassociate yourself? Why would
- 7:45Speaker 1: you continue to be a part of a revolving door
- 7:48Speaker 1: system and becoming the farm system for these institutions that
- 7:52Speaker 1: ain't got nothing for you? But you keep going back
- 7:55Speaker 1: in there. And then every time you go in there,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and then your little homies or your gang banging love,
- 8:00Speaker 1: little silly little friends try to make you think that's
- 8:02Speaker 1: a badge of honor. There ain't no badge of honor. Man,
- 8:05Speaker 1: that's one mold. What's one more scratch on that record,
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's one mode, That's one more nail in that coffin.
- 8:12Speaker 1: That's one step closer to that third strike where you
- 8:14Speaker 1: ain't gonna ever get out. It's one step closer to
- 8:17Speaker 1: that graveyard you keep on. Why would you not give
- 8:22Speaker 1: God a try? Why would you not go and see
- 8:24Speaker 1: what your life could really be? What is it that's
- 8:27Speaker 1: stopping you? Because see, I got news for you. There's
- 8:31Speaker 1: nothing like waking up free. I don't care who you are.
- 8:34Speaker 1: There's nothing like waking up with the joy in your heart. Now,
- 8:39Speaker 1: if you ain't gonna be free, get the joy in
- 8:42Speaker 1: your heart, the satisfaction of knowing that you accomplishing something
- 8:45Speaker 1: with your life. Help somebody behind them bars, get in
- 8:49Speaker 1: the program, show these young cats when they come in
- 8:51Speaker 1: a better way. But don't you dare sit there man
- 8:54Speaker 1: and just ride it out, and man, just go and
- 8:58Speaker 1: get the fullest life that you can have. What you
- 9:02Speaker 1: know what it feels like to wake up and be
- 9:04Speaker 1: on your way somewhere knowing that you have something to accomplish,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that you can change somebody, that you can stop somebody
- 9:10Speaker 1: from going down the roads you went down. It's a
- 9:13Speaker 1: whole lot of ways to make your life better. But
- 9:15Speaker 1: why would you not go and have the best life
- 9:17Speaker 1: you can have? What is it that's stopping you? Really? Really?
- 9:23Speaker 1: So you think that Satan really has your best interests
- 9:26Speaker 1: at heart. That Dela thing your mama kept telling you
- 9:29Speaker 1: about praying, It wasn't listening, It was you. But you know,
- 9:32Speaker 1: it ain't ever too late to get back to that.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late to turn around, It ain't
- 9:37Speaker 1: ever too late to get your life together, it ain't
- 9:40Speaker 1: ever too late to seek God, and it ain't ever
- 9:43Speaker 1: too late to pray. Don't forget to pray, don't be
- 9:46Speaker 1: ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud to pray
- 9:49Speaker 1: because prayer changes things. Prayer change people too. I'm a
- 9:54Speaker 1: witness to that. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen. Let me
- 10:02Speaker 1: have it. You know what I asked for every day,
- 10:05Speaker 1: your undivided attention. Today's show is dedicated to those that
- 10:14Speaker 1: are directly involved or affiliated with the human race. If

- 14:00Speaker 1: behind your computer and lie if you like. But I know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: good in hair well, I ain't the only one. Somebody
- 14:11Speaker 1: ever gave you a number and you fake writing the

- 14:35Speaker 1: called I get back? You know right here? Have you
- 14:41Speaker 1: ever had a full blown argument with yourself about what
- 14:46Speaker 1: you should have said after argument you just had with
- 14:49Speaker 1: somebody else? Yeah? Yeah, can't say that again the next
- 15:01Speaker 1: time he says something you ever did this right here,
- 15:08Speaker 1: like somebody at your church or something gave you a
- 15:11Speaker 1: dish to eat taking home, You're gonna enjoy it. And
- 15:16Speaker 1: when you saw him again, you said you ate it
- 15:18Speaker 1: and it was delicious, but you know, getting damn where
- 15:22Speaker 1: you threw it away because you didn't think the person
- 15:24Speaker 1: was clean as soon as she handed to you. Yes, yes, yes,
- 15:34Speaker 1: you are not the only one. You are ever seen
- 15:39Speaker 1: somebody out in public. They walked up to you and
- 15:42Speaker 1: and did that wide legged stands and hell, their arms
- 15:45Speaker 1: open like they shop. And then you told them that
- 15:47Speaker 1: they don't fit their hand on his own point. As
- 15:50Speaker 1: soon as they walked away, you started talking about the ass.
- 15:59Speaker 1: It's not like that. I know, damn with piece right
- 16:03Speaker 1: there like one. We're doing stuff that I know. I'm
- 16:12Speaker 1: not the only one I know. I'm not the only one.
- 16:16Speaker 1: You ever did this here? You ever told somebody you
- 16:19Speaker 1: wasn't home so they wouldn't come over. They came over anyway,
- 16:23Speaker 1: and you was getting in the car. How you got
- 16:29Speaker 1: display like you just pulled up? He just got him, man,
- 16:35Speaker 1: I sh got him. Oh man, You're not the only one.
- 16:41Speaker 1: You are not the only one. Man, I'm talking about
- 16:45Speaker 1: stuff that I know. I'm not the only one you
- 16:47Speaker 1: ever did this here. You ever ain't so many damn
- 16:50Speaker 1: grapes in the stow that you decided you didn't even
- 16:52Speaker 1: want the damn grapes too many of them. Wasn't sweeting that.
- 17:04Speaker 1: I'm talking about stuff that I know. I ain't the
- 17:07Speaker 1: only one here. One of my favorites ever been in
- 17:11Speaker 1: church just cracking on. People know they ain't that saved.
- 17:18Speaker 1: They ain't that she got Yeah, yes, yeah, look at
- 17:25Speaker 1: that ugly as baby. Ain't in that family that saved.
- 17:32Speaker 1: She ain't that saved. Yeah, she ain't got to do
- 17:36Speaker 1: all that. It don't take all that. I don't know
- 17:38Speaker 1: why I passed the pimping. I don't know why he
- 17:43Speaker 1: you've been doing stuff that where I know I ain't
- 17:46Speaker 1: the only one. You've been on phone told somebody you
- 17:48Speaker 1: had another call, but you didn't all the time. Yeah
- 17:54Speaker 1: that to date, you ever clicked over to somebody else
- 18:00Speaker 1: on the phone but the click didn't go over. Oh yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and you started talking. Yeah they heard everything. Yeah you
- 18:12Speaker 1: had to go right clicked over and you're still joys
- 18:14Speaker 1: on the phone. I was joyous. I can't believe it.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Help a call I like this. You right here, I'm
- 18:18Speaker 1: talking about stuff that I know. I ain't the only
- 18:20Speaker 1: one you ever hit this hire ever run a tab
- 18:26Speaker 1: by the club and walk in and all of a sudden,
- 18:30Speaker 1: remember how high the tab is and just go get
- 18:33Speaker 1: back in your car. Yeah, yeah, did that one. Definitely.
- 18:42Speaker 1: The ladies said, my pamp, you ever been at the
- 18:54Speaker 1: outdoor concert? This is stuff. I know. I ain't the
- 18:57Speaker 1: only one. And you know how they have the outdoor
- 19:00Speaker 1: polar parties and you went to the outdoor polar parties,
- 19:04Speaker 1: but all of them was locked. Somebody was in it,
- 19:08Speaker 1: and you just went around behind the porter party. Our
- 19:17Speaker 1: ladies ain't did that. Every dude behind the party, especially
- 19:22Speaker 1: if you know that dope fitting the open and you
- 19:25Speaker 1: had that little momentary release the back. Pretty gaming. Don't
- 19:29Speaker 1: go back then, it's pretty game. We can find a
- 19:34Speaker 1: spot to go back. Yeah, we're gonna find a spot.
- 19:37Speaker 1: We're gonna find a spot. Yeah, you're not the only one.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I ain't gotten well, I did this, but I think
- 19:47Speaker 1: I'm the only one ever did this. But this, the
- 19:50Speaker 1: last one was I'm pretty sure ain't nobody done this
- 19:54Speaker 1: but me and Biggie Weed goodness ever went to a
- 19:59Speaker 1: funeral student line to view the body and you get
- 20:02Speaker 1: up there and you at the wrong funeral home. That's
- 20:09Speaker 1: a classic ANTS moment. You get an you have no
- 20:14Speaker 1: idea who that is. What the family on the front
- 20:17Speaker 1: row crime and you got to try to look concerned.
- 20:21Speaker 1: She will really noticed. All right, Steve, thank you so
- 20:25Speaker 1: much for coming. Man, I ain't all right. Coming up next,
- 20:30Speaker 1: the nephews run that prank back right after this, you're listening.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour Entertainment News,
- 20:39Speaker 1: Kylie Jenner addresses Travis Scott, the split between the two
- 20:43Speaker 1: of them, and the alleged reunion with her ex Tiger. Plus,
- 20:47Speaker 1: we're gonna ask Steve and the guys to give us
- 20:49Speaker 1: some reasons as to win and really, if you should
- 20:52Speaker 1: get back with your X, we'll talk about it at
- 20:54Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Think about that, guys. Right now,
- 20:58Speaker 1: the nephew in the building with run that back, just
- 21:01Speaker 1: as I thought. Yeah, look who's moving next door? Look
- 21:05Speaker 1: who's moving next go? Sorry running Hello. I'm trying to
- 21:11Speaker 1: reach uh mister Dolan, Dolan, Dolan Dolan, mister Dolan, sir,

- 21:35Speaker 1: actually bought the house that was for sale next door.
- 21:37Speaker 1: T oh Okay, well congratulations, but how did you get
- 21:40Speaker 1: my number? Actually, the realtor told me that he had
- 21:44Speaker 1: your number because I said I wanted to reach out
- 21:46Speaker 1: to the neighbor's next door. And he told me that
- 21:49Speaker 1: mister Dolan was actually the person next door and and uh,
- 21:53Speaker 1: he didn't think you would mind me me actually getting
- 21:55Speaker 1: the number. Okay, well, I'll talk with the real little layer.
- 21:58Speaker 1: But what can I do for you? Sir? What? What? What?
- 22:00Speaker 1: I what I wanted to know is to do do

- 22:09Speaker 1: I mean, like like I you know, like I said,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I just bought the place next door, and I want
- 22:13Speaker 1: to know do you have any problems, you know, living
- 22:15Speaker 1: next door to black people? Uh? No, sir, I have
- 22:19Speaker 1: no problem. I'm assuming you're a black man, and uh,
- 22:23Speaker 1: I have no problem with that. I judge people by
- 22:25Speaker 1: their actions, not their color. Okay, now do you do
- 22:28Speaker 1: you do you have any any black people experience? Well? Yeah,
- 22:31Speaker 1: I've worked with, gone to school with, have several friends
- 22:35Speaker 1: of many different ethnicities. Uh. But what what is it?
- 22:38Speaker 1: What's this? How is this relative? Well, you know, like
- 22:42Speaker 1: I said, I'm gonna be I'm gonna be living next
- 22:43Speaker 1: to you, and I'm just keeping making sure that you know,
- 22:46Speaker 1: you and I can coincide, coexist rather on the same
- 22:51Speaker 1: block and not really have a problem with one another
- 22:53Speaker 1: base because what I'm trying to say, well, do you
- 22:54Speaker 1: have a problem with white people? Uh? No, No, no,
- 22:57Speaker 1: I don't have problem with white people. Uh, I'm cool.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I'm just I'm just trying to make sure, you know,
- 23:03Speaker 1: I mean, because me and you already have a bit
- 23:04Speaker 1: of a problem already, you know when we do. Yeah, yeah,
- 23:08Speaker 1: we have a problem. I mean, I'm bothering me while
- 23:12Speaker 1: on that work. What's your problem? Okay? Well my problem
- 23:15Speaker 1: is this is that, you know, after purchasing the property,
- 23:18Speaker 1: I went downtown to the city and actually looked at,
- 23:22Speaker 1: you know, the layout of this entire property. And when
- 23:25Speaker 1: I look at it, you actually twenty five close to
- 23:28Speaker 1: thirty feet over the property line. Well, now you look
- 23:32Speaker 1: at the wrong map. No, no, the fifth that separates
- 23:35Speaker 1: my backyard from your backyard. You have thirty feet over that.
- 23:39Speaker 1: That's impossible, you know, listen, and I know it now
- 23:42Speaker 1: let me let me know. I'm gonna tell you. Look
- 23:44Speaker 1: at you got a jacouzi in your backyard right so
- 23:47Speaker 1: even even spine on me. No, i'mn't inspired on you, sir.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I'm just telling you close to that, not far from
- 23:54Speaker 1: that fish line, don't don't you have a jakouzi there? Well?
- 23:57Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I do. Yes, Okay, Now,
- 24:00Speaker 1: who is the pool is? Okay? But but if I
- 24:03Speaker 1: if I pushed that fifth line back thirty and actually
- 24:05Speaker 1: get the property that I'm supposed to have, but I
- 24:08Speaker 1: pretty much own yo, yo, you you'ld jacuz you'll have
- 24:11Speaker 1: to nacy. Okay, let me tell you something. I've been
- 24:15Speaker 1: in that house for ten years. We put that sense
- 24:17Speaker 1: up when we moved in, and it was based on
- 24:20Speaker 1: the property line that was that was set when ten
- 24:23Speaker 1: years ago. I don't know what you're looking at, but
- 24:27Speaker 1: my fence is not moving, my JACCUZI is not moving
- 24:30Speaker 1: and there's there's no changing that. Okay, Well, let me
- 24:33Speaker 1: let me let me I'm glad your voice what you wanted.
- 24:36Speaker 1: The voice. No no, no, no, no, you hear you
- 24:39Speaker 1: hear old cuff for dot Let me tell you so. Uh,
- 24:42Speaker 1: either we're gonna take the fifth line and move it
- 24:44Speaker 1: where supposed to be. Oh, We're gonna put a gate
- 24:48Speaker 1: between uh I two yards, and I'm gonna be able
- 24:51Speaker 1: to come and get in this Jacuzan pool whenever I
- 24:53Speaker 1: want to. All right, let's let's let's let's talk about this.
- 24:56Speaker 1: First of all, there's gonna not gonna be a gate, okay.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And as far as you just coming over and getting
- 25:02Speaker 1: into Jacuzi at will, I got a real problem with that.
- 25:06Speaker 1: You've called me at work. I'm on the job and
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm having to listen to this on a future neighbor
- 25:13Speaker 1: who's making weird claims about how he owns part of
- 25:17Speaker 1: my LAMB got back. I hold the Jacuzi, sir. No, No,
- 25:22Speaker 1: you did not pay for that Jacuzi. You did not
- 25:24Speaker 1: pay for that tense you just shot up making. You
- 25:27Speaker 1: called me at work, and and and and then you
- 25:31Speaker 1: hand me some story with no evidence. I'll go down
- 25:34Speaker 1: to the city hall and look at those papers myself,
- 25:38Speaker 1: because I don't urt word you're saying. I've been there
- 25:41Speaker 1: for ten years. I've had ten other neighbors in that backyard.
- 25:46Speaker 1: You'all cycle through once a year, I swear, and I've
- 25:49Speaker 1: never had any problems with him until you come along.
- 25:52Speaker 1: This is some okay. When I tell you what, there's
- 25:55Speaker 1: something you need to understand. You got a new black neighbor,
- 25:58Speaker 1: and you got a new black neighbor that owns party
- 26:00Speaker 1: owns your jakouzi. Because you're over the fence line, all right.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And as soon as I move in, I'm coming and
- 26:06Speaker 1: I'm getting in my jakouzi. Get whatever, man, you know
- 26:09Speaker 1: what I mean, Just don't move into that. I'm gonna
- 26:13Speaker 1: use the jakouzi on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You get
- 26:17Speaker 1: it on Tuesday, Thursday and the weekend. That's it, because
- 26:20Speaker 1: blazing is damn jakouzi belongs to me, the jakouzi of
- 26:24Speaker 1: the home by a black man and a white man.
- 26:26Speaker 1: And we're gonna get along. Bladam lad Look here, let
- 26:29Speaker 1: listen hear you? Who are you to dictate what days
- 26:32Speaker 1: I get to use my jacuzi because it's not shot
- 26:35Speaker 1: coming over the mind, not just you an't were crying.
- 26:38Speaker 1: It's our jakouzi because you you built it. That's the
- 26:41Speaker 1: only thing that makes it yours. It being on my
- 26:44Speaker 1: part of the property, I was making mind. So therefore
- 26:47Speaker 1: we're gonna share his damn Jakouzi and we're gonna try
- 26:50Speaker 1: to get here. Jacouzie. I'm passing your across the fence.
- 26:55Speaker 1: I will be there on Monday's Wednesdays, and you ain't
- 26:57Speaker 1: gonna be a'll be standing out my Jacouzi with a shotgun.
- 27:01Speaker 1: You take one step over to my property, my property line.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I swear if I can jump through this phone, i'd
- 27:07Speaker 1: wring your neck. You know who's gonna be in there
- 27:09Speaker 1: with me? Who the gonna be in there? I'm gonna
- 27:11Speaker 1: have cutting hell in the damn jacus? Who cutting hell?
- 27:17Speaker 1: My co worker? Hey man, this is Nephew. Tell me man,
- 27:22Speaker 1: you your boy cutting hem? Got me the plank phone?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Call you this, Oh pay back to We got you man,
- 27:34Speaker 1: We got you? You running they I got one more
- 27:37Speaker 1: thing to ask you, man, What is the baddest and
- 27:39Speaker 1: I mean the baddest radio show in the last the

- 27:53Speaker 1: Ask me Tomar's meet Salisbury, Maryland? What comicles Civic Center?
- 27:57Speaker 1: I would be there The Nephew is Elsbury, Maryland, landing

- 28:25Speaker 1: excited and I'm also excited. This Saturday is the premier
- 28:29Speaker 1: Are Ready to Love as ten pm, nine cent You're
- 28:32Speaker 1: ready to Love on Home Baby, Come check me out

- 28:37Speaker 1: lost wait for it and everything? What eight? Is sup?
- 28:41Speaker 1: All right? Coming up at the top of the tuning
- 28:43Speaker 1: in to see the one eighty seven coming up at
- 28:47Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Entertainment and national news. Right
- 28:49Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. In
- 28:55Speaker 1: today's entertainment news and news broke recently the Kylie Jenner,
- 28:59Speaker 1: the youngest of the Kardashians and the billionaire and Travis
- 29:04Speaker 1: Scott her baby daddy. We're taking a break. This was
- 29:07Speaker 1: shortly after it was rumored that Kylie met with her
- 29:09Speaker 1: ex boyfriend Tiger Tiger. Kyla went to clear things up
- 29:14Speaker 1: on Twitter by tweeting, the Internet makes everything one hundred
- 29:18Speaker 1: times more dramatic. Than what it really is. There was
- 29:21Speaker 1: no two a m date with Tiger. You see me
- 29:24Speaker 1: dropped two of my friends off at a studio that
- 29:27Speaker 1: he happened to be at, and in a follow up tweet,
- 29:31Speaker 1: Kylie tweeted that Travis and I are on great terms
- 29:34Speaker 1: and our main focus right now is Stormy, that is
- 29:37Speaker 1: their baby girl. So here's a question. Steve thought it'd
- 29:40Speaker 1: be a good question for you guys. What reason can
- 29:44Speaker 1: you think of to get back with your ex? I'm
- 29:47Speaker 1: gonna speak on behalf of me and jay yas I'm
- 29:56Speaker 1: speaking for me and Jake. I don't have to sell you,
- 30:00Speaker 1: don't have to say nothing, jail, I got this talk.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Don't just for me to you ain't a damn reason
- 30:05Speaker 1: on Earth Day. The check you could give me, they ain't.
- 30:10Speaker 1: There's no forethought to it. It never has been a
- 30:15Speaker 1: moment for reconsideration. Is not nothing to reconsider. It's not
- 30:21Speaker 1: a sermon in the words of subjecting in a tanner,
- 30:27Speaker 1: I wish a blanketed blank wood. Now go ahead, Tommy Junior,
- 30:34Speaker 1: y'all answered, no, there's a reason were to go back.
- 30:44Speaker 1: But she got to be holding the cure to sickle
- 30:46Speaker 1: sale for me to show a reason. Hey, you ain't
- 30:55Speaker 1: got to suffer no moment. It's always why I'm going back.
- 30:59Speaker 1: I can't think of another. Yeah. Yeah, well okay, okay, Junior,
- 31:07Speaker 1: you motivated me. I have a reason. Okay, that's what
- 31:11Speaker 1: the question is. That's what the question is. No, I
- 31:14Speaker 1: can't clean it up. Yeah, okay, don't be ugly. Yeah,
- 31:19Speaker 1: I can't fix this for radio. Go ahead, turn it.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I'm not ever going back ever. I'm happy where I am.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Oh that's sweet. Now I like that response. I like
- 31:32Speaker 1: that response. Yeah. Yeah, I'm happy who I am, but
- 31:35Speaker 1: not not. Yeah, let's let's get rid of this any notion.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Don't ask Yeah, don't ask me a damn thing about it.
- 31:48Speaker 1: I'm trying one thing I was going to ask you.
- 31:51Speaker 1: I know. I don't want nobody delivering no message and nothing.
- 31:55Speaker 1: You know he was on the other day, he said,
- 31:56Speaker 1: if you know, if things could No, No, I don't
- 32:01Speaker 1: want to say one thing. If somebody told you back together,
- 32:04Speaker 1: it's a damn loud Yeah. One of the four or five,
- 32:12Speaker 1: however many x ys you having out one breaking up here?
- 32:18Speaker 1: I got I got you. Don't wear about Steve. I've
- 32:21Speaker 1: know one, I probably know four, and it ain't gonna
- 32:27Speaker 1: happen now that one. There's one that was really great person,
- 32:33Speaker 1: you know, and that was all Jay's fault. You know
- 32:37Speaker 1: that for a fact. Yeah, well do you know what
- 32:40Speaker 1: all of them with my father? Yeah, you don't can
- 32:44Speaker 1: take the charge. He could. I could go back, Shirley,
- 32:48Speaker 1: I could. We gotta get caught up on today's headline, Steve.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Let's go, ladies and gentlemen. Miss an trip, Thank you
- 32:56Speaker 1: very much, and good morning everybody. This is a trip
- 32:58Speaker 1: with the news. You know. A lot of anger and
- 33:00Speaker 1: questions remain in the wake of the Amber Geiger trial
- 33:03Speaker 1: in Dallas, Texas. First over the relatively lenient ten years
- 33:07Speaker 1: sentence the admitted racist was given a term, attorney Benjamin
- 33:11Speaker 1: Crump says is extremely unusual. I have represented many black
- 33:16Speaker 1: men who have been wrongfully convicted and spent decades in prison,
- 33:20Speaker 1: didn't do anything wrong, and yet they didn't get any consideration.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Like this white policewoman who killed this armed black man
- 33:30Speaker 1: in its own apartment. People in our community have been
- 33:35Speaker 1: sentenced to more time for selling marijuana, nonviolent crimes, and
- 33:40Speaker 1: so it continues to underscore the fact that we have
- 33:44Speaker 1: a lot of work to do in America to live
- 33:47Speaker 1: up to the Constitution, equal justice under the law for
- 33:51Speaker 1: all citizens that take courtesy of ABC. There are questions
- 33:54Speaker 1: about the behavior of the judge, Tammy Kemp, who embracements
- 33:58Speaker 1: Geiger and gave her a Bible as he was carted
- 34:00Speaker 1: away to jail. Judges don't usually hug convicted murderers, and
- 34:04Speaker 1: the police chief, Renee Hall, is promising an investigation into
- 34:08Speaker 1: the way her cops handled the initial crime scene, something
- 34:10Speaker 1: the victim's mother, Alison Jean, says is solely needed. The
- 34:13Speaker 1: city of Dallas needs to clean up inside. The Dallas
- 34:17Speaker 1: Police Department has a lot of laundry to the Texas
- 34:24Speaker 1: Rangers need to know who's on board. By the way,
- 34:29Speaker 1: Amber Geiger was eligible for parole in only five years,
- 34:32Speaker 1: President Trump is now calling on China to investigate Joe
- 34:35Speaker 1: Biden and his son Hunter. Trump made a similar request
- 34:38Speaker 1: to the President of the Ukraine by phone, but in
- 34:41Speaker 1: that instance, millions of US taxpayer dollars already earmarked four
- 34:45Speaker 1: Ukraine were allegedly held up. And again that was a
- 34:48Speaker 1: private phone call. Apparently, by the way, the President's approval
- 34:51Speaker 1: rating we could see this coming is soaring since the
- 34:53Speaker 1: announcement of an impeachment inquiry. His supporters are really getting
- 34:58Speaker 1: luckstep right behind him. In fact, it's at its highest mark,
- 35:01Speaker 1: his approval rating now at forty nine percent. MGM Resorts
- 35:04Speaker 1: has agreed to pay up to eight hundred million dollars
- 35:07Speaker 1: to resolve claims world by survivors of the massive shootings
- 35:10Speaker 1: in Las Vegas with the gunman shooting people attending that
- 35:13Speaker 1: country music concert from a room in the Mandalaid Bay
- 35:16Speaker 1: Hotel eight hundred million. MGM Resorts says they're willing to pay.
- 35:20Speaker 1: The shooter killed fifty eight people and wounded hundreds of others.
- 35:23Speaker 1: And finally, tonight, the quiet member of the Jackson Clan, Tito,
- 35:26Speaker 1: performs at tonight's Living Legends Foundation dinner in LA that
- 35:29Speaker 1: benefits folks in the industry who've fallen on hard times.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Tito tells me that he will be performing his newest
- 35:34Speaker 1: It's a one way street. It's about a relationship that
- 35:37Speaker 1: I had about this young lady. So we broke up
- 35:41Speaker 1: after the time and I wanted to be with Terry Bush.
- 35:45Speaker 1: She wanted to move on. Now back to the Steve
- 35:50Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Steve Harvey Mourning Show.
- 35:55Speaker 1: All right, guys. Well, you know, in Jay's off he's
- 35:57Speaker 1: usually busy, and lately he's been. He's been offering a
- 36:01Speaker 1: lot of books. He's written a new one of this week,
- 36:05Speaker 1: and what's the title, Jay, When black Men Go Blond?
- 36:08Speaker 1: When Black Men Go Blind? Not finished with the title,
- 36:13Speaker 1: that's infinished with the title. When black men go blond,
- 36:21Speaker 1: Their lives go upside down until they get that mess
- 36:24Speaker 1: out of their head. It's the best seller. It's gonna
- 36:26Speaker 1: be When black men go blind, Their lives go upside
- 36:32Speaker 1: down until they get that mess out of their head. Yeah.
- 36:35Speaker 1: All the research I've done in this book is unbelievable. Man,
- 36:38Speaker 1: I've chronicled everybody, when black men go blond, the lives
- 36:44Speaker 1: go upside down? Did they get that mess out their head?
- 36:49Speaker 1: He is so stupid that when black men go blind?
- 36:59Speaker 1: When black men blind? Did you see something? I've seen
- 37:03Speaker 1: a lot of black man's gone blind, and this that's
- 37:06Speaker 1: what this about. Yeah. Well, for instance, we're gonna start
- 37:10Speaker 1: off with Cisco. Cisco was very well down, down, down down,
- 37:19Speaker 1: all yeah, yeah, I went blind and lost his damn man,
- 37:26Speaker 1: because I can't say something about Cisco. That boy right there,
- 37:30Speaker 1: that boy could sing Jesus that I never doubted that
- 37:35Speaker 1: he could sing, never doubted that he could saying. But
- 37:37Speaker 1: when he went blind, when he went blind, down down came,
- 37:49Speaker 1: then he went he went blind? Skeeter uh. Chapter four,
- 37:54Speaker 1: This is a very sious chapter. I got a chapter
- 37:57Speaker 1: there about west So Westley s nice when he went
- 38:02Speaker 1: blind and demolition man didn't want to pay his taxes,
- 38:05Speaker 1: lost his damn man. Chapter chapter four. Westley snights, no canot.
- 38:13Speaker 1: We're doing fine now, doing church services and everything. But
- 38:17Speaker 1: when Kanye went blind, I mean it was good side.
- 38:20Speaker 1: I think we're doing church services. He doing fine. Blond
- 38:25Speaker 1: do something to Jane. Never thought of that. And last,
- 38:29Speaker 1: but not least, this is the last chapter in the book. Um,
- 38:32Speaker 1: what's his name? I don't give a rat tat what's
- 38:34Speaker 1: his name? Tells Rod. But but here's the thing about
- 38:40Speaker 1: not only did he go blind, he went blue, he
- 38:43Speaker 1: went russ, he went great, he went catch tail, he
- 38:47Speaker 1: went this skin, he went polka dot zebra skin. He
- 38:53Speaker 1: was so the b will be out charte when black
- 38:58Speaker 1: men go blind? And the last book sat down and
- 39:01Speaker 1: didn't get that miss that day. He sounds like a bestseller.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I love it, Jake, all right, coming up at thirty
- 39:07Speaker 1: four after the hour, Even in times of tragedy, Black
- 39:10Speaker 1: Americans have a long tradition of forgiveness. We'll talk about
- 39:14Speaker 1: it right after this you're listening to all right, So, Steve,
- 39:20Speaker 1: there's an article on CNN dot com about Black Americans
- 39:25Speaker 1: having a long tradition of forgiveness even in times of tragedy,
- 39:28Speaker 1: and yesterday we all disgusted on air how shocking it
- 39:32Speaker 1: was when Botham John's brother Brant John, hugged Amber Geiger,
- 39:37Speaker 1: his killer and told her he forgave her. Another example
- 39:41Speaker 1: of forgiveness, remember when some of the relatives of the
- 39:43Speaker 1: victims of the two hundred twenty fifteen church shooting in Charleston,
- 39:48Speaker 1: South Carolina, said they forgave shooter Dylan Ruth. Well, Steve,
- 39:52Speaker 1: here's the question. Why do you think we as Black
- 39:55Speaker 1: Americans have a long tradition a history of forgiveness. That's
- 40:01Speaker 1: a that's a tough question. But we have, since we
- 40:07Speaker 1: got here, have had to get over so many things.
- 40:13Speaker 1: And I think if we as a people had carried
- 40:20Speaker 1: the nonforgiving factor around, I think I think it would
- 40:24Speaker 1: have destroyed us. I think that we have become as
- 40:28Speaker 1: great a people as we are because we have learned
- 40:32Speaker 1: the power of moving forward. And sometimes in moving forward
- 40:36Speaker 1: you have to forgive or you can harbor the point,
- 40:40Speaker 1: hang on to it and see where that gets you.
- 40:43Speaker 1: I mean, it's it's it's a hard question because look, look,
- 40:48Speaker 1: you don't have to forgive somebody. You really don't. Think
- 40:51Speaker 1: choice is up to you. You You have the decision
- 40:54Speaker 1: to make for yourself. Forgiveness is not for everybody. But
- 40:59Speaker 1: at the end of the day, if if you don't forgive,
- 41:04Speaker 1: you have to remember that fifth forgiveness is not for
- 41:07Speaker 1: the other person. It's for you. It's so you don't
- 41:11Speaker 1: drink the poison of non forgiveness and you don't end
- 41:15Speaker 1: up drinking it and it becomes a cancer eating away
- 41:18Speaker 1: at you. Now. Is that hard to do? Hell? Yeah, yeah,
- 41:23Speaker 1: hell yeah it is. But you know, I'm just gonna
- 41:27Speaker 1: tell you I can't. I can't. I can't, I can't.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I'm just gonna be real. I can't kill you, know,
- 41:33Speaker 1: hug after you. Yeah, I can forgive you, but I
- 41:35Speaker 1: can't hug your ass. I'm gonna hug you, and I
- 41:37Speaker 1: ain't combing your hair in cord either. I'd be damning.
- 41:41Speaker 1: We can't do it all right. Let me say this,
- 41:45Speaker 1: let me let me say this too, Steve forget. Forgiveness
- 41:49Speaker 1: doesn't have a time limit. You know, some people were
- 41:51Speaker 1: upset that right there in the courtroom he hugged her
- 41:54Speaker 1: and he forgave her. You know, that was his choice
- 41:57Speaker 1: and up to him. And if you really want to
- 42:00Speaker 1: know the truth about it, if you're a follower of Christ,
- 42:03Speaker 1: if you're a Christian, that's what forgiveness looks like. And
- 42:06Speaker 1: it looks like that. Absolutely, I'm gonna need that ten years.
- 42:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna need that whole ten year to get mine
- 42:13Speaker 1: together for years. Yeah, well, I mean, you know, it's
- 42:18Speaker 1: just like Shirley said. He he was on the stand
- 42:21Speaker 1: and they asked him. He was talking about how he
- 42:24Speaker 1: felt about his brother's death, and that was his moment
- 42:27Speaker 1: and like Shirley said, that was his moment for forgiveness.
- 42:30Speaker 1: And everybody is not the same, like Sabrina Fulton Trey
- 42:33Speaker 1: Von Mons, Trey Von Martin's mother says she has not
- 42:37Speaker 1: forgiven George Zimmerman for killing her son. She said that
- 42:41Speaker 1: in an article in Essence magazine. So but he did
- 42:45Speaker 1: not get punished for killing her son. Do you know
- 42:48Speaker 1: what I'm saying, so everybody, everybody's different. I can't forgive you.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I just didn't hug your ass, that's all I'm saying. Well, yeah,
- 42:57Speaker 1: I mean, and there's there's different levels. I mean, you know,
- 43:00Speaker 1: obviously that was so big and so pointing and so
- 43:04Speaker 1: moving with that young man was crying. But you know,
- 43:11Speaker 1: what he did was not for us. So he did
- 43:15Speaker 1: was not for her. What he did was for him
- 43:20Speaker 1: and his brother. See, that's what made what he did
- 43:24Speaker 1: so incredibly deep, that in the midst of all that,
- 43:29Speaker 1: he knew what type of person he was and the
- 43:32Speaker 1: type of person his brother was, and he chose not
- 43:35Speaker 1: to let his brother's memory be tainted with a bunch
- 43:38Speaker 1: of hate. She gonna do the time regardless, and guess what,
- 43:42Speaker 1: she ain't getting no more time than she got. But
- 43:46Speaker 1: what everybody got to understand is there's more ways to
- 43:49Speaker 1: paying for something than just time. That woman got to
- 43:54Speaker 1: try to live with herself. That's that's why I was
- 43:58Speaker 1: okay with the brother. I was gonna talk about this
- 44:00Speaker 1: a little later. That's cool, Okay, cool, Yeah, we could
- 44:03Speaker 1: bring it back up, Junior. We're gonna move on now
- 44:06Speaker 1: and switch gears here. Coming up next, the nephew with
- 44:09Speaker 1: today's prank phone call that's coming up right after this.
- 44:12Speaker 1: You're listening string show coming up at the top of
- 44:17Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after. It's my Strawberry
- 44:20Speaker 1: letter for today, the subject I think I'm playing with fire.
- 44:25Speaker 1: I think I'm playing with fire right now. Speaking of
- 44:27Speaker 1: playing with fire all the time, it's the nephew here
- 44:31Speaker 1: with the prank phone call. What you got nef house
- 44:34Speaker 1: party at Glinda's house party Glenn. Everybody like a good
- 44:40Speaker 1: house party, house good Glenda, Glindas let's go Hello. Hello,

- 44:50Speaker 1: we can. We can use some ice over here. Always

- 45:31Speaker 1: can't I come, man, who'd you say? This was? Again? Though?
- 45:34Speaker 1: My name is Lawrence. Man, my name is Lawn. I
- 45:36Speaker 1: went to Uh, I went to school with Glenda. Okay,

- 45:49Speaker 1: to town, you know, two weeks ago, and to you know,
- 45:52Speaker 1: running to a classmate. I was like wow, but but
- 45:55Speaker 1: you know, uh, she invited me out. Man. I ain't
- 45:57Speaker 1: been nonwhere since I got here, So you know, it's
- 46:00Speaker 1: cool just to get out a little bit so you know,
- 46:02Speaker 1: you say bub wise and I brain some ice, man,
- 46:04Speaker 1: So yeah, we could, we could. I'm just gonna pray

- 46:22Speaker 1: You said your name Lawrence, Yeah, Lawrence, Lawrence. Yeah, we
- 46:25Speaker 1: went to high school together. Man. That was you know, man,
- 46:27Speaker 1: Glenna's didn't look good that I don't. Y'all have been married.
- 46:31Speaker 1: We've been married for about sixteen years. Man, Wow, wow wow.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Okay yeah yeah yeah yeah man, you did good man.
- 46:39Speaker 1: I hate I messed it up, you know what I mean?
- 46:41Speaker 1: But you know it's it's neither hit nor that, man.
- 46:43Speaker 1: But it's just ironic that I ran into him. Man.
- 46:45Speaker 1: So I just appreciated the invite I saw. I saw Glenda. Man, Yo,

- 47:04Speaker 1: Um see, Glenda was Glenda was my high school sweetheart.

- 47:41Speaker 1: But man, but I'm I'm coming to the house. You ain't.
- 47:44Speaker 1: You ain't coming to my house. Dog, Hey, dog, listen

- 48:23Speaker 1: If you come to my house, She's gonna get you up.

- 51:48Speaker 1: you ceeo a team time you're doing meeting? That from

- 51:58Speaker 1: what in mind did you do? Jay? In mind of fence?
- 52:02Speaker 1: If y'all gonna sit in talk about forgiving the lady.
- 52:05Speaker 1: You know, y'all what I'm asking you to do. You
- 52:16Speaker 1: had a long segment about forgiveness and what I'm asking
- 52:21Speaker 1: you to it. If anything that was offensive, I did
- 52:28Speaker 1: you just search deep down in your heart. I mean
- 52:34Speaker 1: give me and forgive me, search down in your heart. Yeah,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I'm not what I'm not going to do. All right,

- 53:28Speaker 1: this one right here, right now. Buckle up, hold on tight.
- 53:32Speaker 1: We got it for you. Here. It is the Strawberry Letter.
- 53:35Speaker 1: Thank you Nephew. Subject, I think I'm playing with fire.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Here's Stephen Shirley. I'm an older single man and I'm
- 53:42Speaker 1: very nice looking, not your typical old cornball pops type.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Dating is hard for me because most women my age
- 53:48Speaker 1: have let themselves go and look natronly. I love online
- 53:52Speaker 1: dating sites and I have a great time meeting and
- 53:55Speaker 1: hooking up with various women. Recently, a thirty year old
- 53:59Speaker 1: bomb Shell sent me a message to say that she
- 54:02Speaker 1: was looking for a little financial help in exchange for
- 54:05Speaker 1: some confidential fun. So we have met up for lip
- 54:08Speaker 1: service a few times and that's it. We've never gone
- 54:12Speaker 1: all the way. I give her a little extra money
- 54:14Speaker 1: for bills and you know, to get her hair done
- 54:18Speaker 1: and her nails done. And she's happy. But here's my problem.
- 54:22Speaker 1: She asked me to do her a big favor and
- 54:24Speaker 1: I agree to it. She told me that her mom
- 54:27Speaker 1: is single, gorgeous and a lot of fun, but she
- 54:30Speaker 1: has trouble meeting good men. She asked me to escort
- 54:33Speaker 1: her her mom to a galup as her date. She
- 54:38Speaker 1: told her mom that I am her co worker's dad,
- 54:40Speaker 1: and she showed her a picture of me. She showed
- 54:43Speaker 1: me a picture of her mom too. I took her
- 54:45Speaker 1: mom to the galup and we had a great time talking, laughing,
- 54:50Speaker 1: and dancing. We are the same age and we have
- 54:53Speaker 1: a lot in common. After the galup, she invited me
- 54:57Speaker 1: in for a nightcap. We had been drinking wine all night.
- 55:00Speaker 1: So one thing led to another and I ended up
- 55:04Speaker 1: spending the night with her. I must say that we're
- 55:06Speaker 1: compatible in the bedroom too. I think I want to
- 55:10Speaker 1: keep seeing this woman, but I don't want to mess
- 55:12Speaker 1: it up with what I have with her daughter. They
- 55:15Speaker 1: can give me two different and very pleasurable experiences. Besides,
- 55:20Speaker 1: the daughter is only in it for the money. What
- 55:23Speaker 1: do you think can I get away with it? Or
- 55:25Speaker 1: am I playing with fire? Please help now? I don't
- 55:28Speaker 1: think you're gonna be able to get away with this one.
- 55:30Speaker 1: They they're mother and daughter. You know they're gonna talk. Yeah,
- 55:34Speaker 1: you're playing with fire if you're not honest, and if
- 55:37Speaker 1: you get greedy, which is what you're doing, what are
- 55:40Speaker 1: you doing? You're you're being greedy now? I mean, you
- 55:43Speaker 1: know I'm the only one really who's gonna be mad
- 55:46Speaker 1: in this whole thing, I think is the daughter, because
- 55:49Speaker 1: like you say, she's only in it for the money,
- 55:51Speaker 1: and if you stop the money then she probably will
- 55:54Speaker 1: be mad. So in this case, I think it's okay.
- 55:57Speaker 1: I think you need to be honest, open and honest
- 56:00Speaker 1: with the daughter. You said you haven't slept with the daughter.
- 56:04Speaker 1: You guys have had lip service, met up for lip service.
- 56:06Speaker 1: So I'm assuming you've kissed the daughter and that's all.
- 56:10Speaker 1: So that should make it a little easier because you
- 56:13Speaker 1: guys haven't gone all the way I say. In this
- 56:15Speaker 1: particular case, life is short. I think this situation is
- 56:21Speaker 1: different because you guys are the same age. You're very compatible.
- 56:24Speaker 1: As you say, you have a lot in common. You
- 56:26Speaker 1: enjoy each other's company, you're compatible in the bedroom. You
- 56:30Speaker 1: do want to keep seeing her. But then here's the
- 56:33Speaker 1: greedy part. When you say you don't want to mess
- 56:35Speaker 1: it up, mess up what you have with the daughter.
- 56:38Speaker 1: What do you have with the daughter? You're the daughter,
- 56:39Speaker 1: sugar daddy. All right, you're the daughter sugar daddy. That's
- 56:43Speaker 1: what you are. You didn't say how old you are,
- 56:45Speaker 1: but the daughter's thirty, so I'm assuming you're in your
- 56:48Speaker 1: fifties or sixties here. So you know, if you're going
- 56:51Speaker 1: to be open and honest and not greedy, this situation
- 56:54Speaker 1: can work if the mom agrees to it. If not,
- 56:56Speaker 1: you think you can have your cake and eat it too.
- 56:58Speaker 1: It's not gonna work, and it's gonna back fire and
- 57:00Speaker 1: you won't have either of them. Steve, Wow, good answer.
- 57:07Speaker 1: This is a tough one. Dude. Uh, let me just
- 57:10Speaker 1: start at this. I think I'm playing with five. Well,
- 57:14Speaker 1: what the hell you think it for? Because y'all ass no,
- 57:20Speaker 1: I ain't No, I think you grown man, you're older,
- 57:25Speaker 1: single man. I'm very nice looking, not your typical old
- 57:29Speaker 1: cornball pop type. Okay, now you know, ask an opinion.
- 57:34Speaker 1: That's just an opinion, you know, And ain't nothing in
- 57:39Speaker 1: this letter after you said you was nice looking, they
- 57:41Speaker 1: ain't come up no more. The daughter ain't said, oh
- 57:47Speaker 1: my god, he find the MoMA ain't said, oh my god,
- 57:49Speaker 1: you find it. Ain't come up no mo. Dog. Well,
- 57:54Speaker 1: but you know I don't like me and talking about
- 57:56Speaker 1: how nice they look. I just don't like that. You know,
- 57:59Speaker 1: I'm a good strong man. I'm strong. You're gonna beat that.
- 58:02Speaker 1: I'm telling I'm nice looking. Try to give a damn.
- 58:07Speaker 1: I don't like dudes like that. And then you know
- 58:10Speaker 1: dating is hard for me because most women my age
- 58:13Speaker 1: had let himself go and look, matron, what is that
- 58:18Speaker 1: like a like a nun? Well, yeah, like an older woman.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Maybe you know what is matron? Put on a couple
- 58:25Speaker 1: of pounds? But what do matronly mean? Somebody? Okay, somebody
- 58:30Speaker 1: give me the definition of Webster definition of matronly so
- 58:34Speaker 1: I can get into this what I need. You know,
- 58:37Speaker 1: like your mother, not your girlfriend. I love online dating sites.
- 58:41Speaker 1: I've had great time meeting hooking up with various women.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Then it's thirty year old bombshell sent you a message
- 58:47Speaker 1: and say she was looking for a little financial health
- 58:50Speaker 1: in exchange for some confidential fund. What okay, I'm the
- 58:55Speaker 1: man matronly and confidential fund. The definition of matronly says
- 59:03Speaker 1: having the attributes of a matron. See and what the
- 59:09Speaker 1: teacher told me in school was you can't define a
- 59:11Speaker 1: word with the word exactly exactly. But now you dating
- 59:17Speaker 1: the only woman that look matrily. And now you've met
- 59:19Speaker 1: this young girls she want to do some financial help
- 59:22Speaker 1: in exchange for some confidential fun. So we'd have met
- 59:26Speaker 1: him for lip service a few times, and nessy, so
- 59:29Speaker 1: y'all kissing, y'all kissing? Now we ain't never going all
- 59:35Speaker 1: the way. I give an extra money for bills to
- 59:37Speaker 1: get her hand and nails done, and she is happy
- 59:40Speaker 1: for kissing. You're paying bills for kissing. I'm all right.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Hang on, Steve, hang on, don't what isn't mad at him?
- 59:52Speaker 1: We are paying bills for kissing. All right, look, I'm
- 59:57Speaker 1: telling you right now. We'll have part two of Steve's
- 59:59Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three after the hour, right
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: after this. You're listening show. All right, Steve, come on,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letters. Subject. I think I'm playing
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: with fire. All right, we're back. We're playing with five now.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: That's what this letter is because I have a couple
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: of clarifications I got on the break. Now, this nice
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: looking man who just nice looking, just to his damn self,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: then met this woman online that's a thirty year old
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: bombshell day didn't got to talk. And now what he
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: normally meet women his own age who are matronly. Now, Matronly,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: according to the Dictionary, is relating to all characteristics of
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: a state or conservative, conservatively dressed, older, married woman, especially
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: one with a somewhat heavy build. She looks matronly in
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: a putty colored tweet two piece. Okay, that's no, that's
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: the definition of matrons. Let me give you another one, too, Steve.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: A female animal kept for breeding. WHOA, Okay, that's it's
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: a little too harsh. Surely I can't well, sure, we
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: don't want that that we're just doing jokes. Well, uh,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: I hooked up with very when recently she met this
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: thirty old bombshell sent me up message saying she was
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: looking for a little financial help in exchange for some
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: confidential fund. So we've met up for lip service a
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: few times, and that's it. We've never gone all the way. Now.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: I was thinking lip service is just kissing me too.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Well on the brake, I've been enlightened. Lip service it's
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: something else. Oh, it's when the two people provide pleasure
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: with they lives. So they met up for lip service.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: This is more than kissing. Now, they're providing pleasure for
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: one another with their lips. That's what this is. Oh,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: that changes, But she said, and he said it just
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: a few times, and that's it. We've never gone all
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: the way. I give a little extra money for bill.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Now understand these bill paying now. First, Yeah, at first
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: I thought, y'all just kissing. You can't get bill money
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: for kissing. But for that, oh yeah, you get you
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: getting caught them caught up groceries. Groceries are what you
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: need your shoance policy. Laughs. But we get that right
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: back for you, Rick, I got you kids in school closed. Yeah, okay,
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: so now anyway, well anyway, but here's the problem. She
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: asked me to do her big favor and I agreed
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: to do it. She told me that her mom is single,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: gorgeous and a lot of fun, but she has troubled
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: meeting good men. So she asked me to escort her
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: mom to a gala as her date. She told me
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: told her mama that I'm her co worker's dad, and
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: she showed her a picture of me. She showed me
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: a picture your mom too. I took a mom to
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: the gala. We had a good time talking. They would
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: live service and they were just talking, laughing down ha
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: ha and dancing laugh and they the same age and
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: they got a lot in common. Where After the gala
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: was over, she invited me in for a nightcap. They drinking.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Now y'all been drinking wine all night? What the nightcap for?
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: To cap off the night? So now y'all in there
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: capping off nights? And one thing led to another. This
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: is my favorite party in Strauba and letters how they
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: always say. So one thing led to another. I ended
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: up spending night with her. So now you have slept
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: with the mama. Now I must say that we're compatible.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: We're compatible in the bedroom too. I think I want
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: to keep seeing this woman, but I don't want to
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: mess up what I have with her daughter, because they
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: can give me two very different and pleasurable experiences. Boy,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: look at him. Besides, the daughter is only in it
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: for money. What do you think can I get away
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: with it on my playing with fire? Please help well, dog,
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: Now that we understand what's really going on, you having
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: one type of sex with the daughter and you're having
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: all the way sex with the mama. The daughter just
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: in it for money, but you happen to think that
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: the mama is fly. You may could have found someone,
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: But the problem here is, Dog, you ain't found nothing.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: Because see, Dog, you really an old player and you
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: like playing, because even in your letter you said I
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: have a great time meeting and hooking up with various
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: women online. So now you got these two women here.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: One of them does something for you physically and don't
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: go all the way, and the other one go all
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: the way. But you like the mama, but you don't
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: want to mess up what you had with the daughter
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: because she just in it for money. Now here's what
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: I could tell. Stay with the mama because the mama
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: is cheaper, and the mama broke it all the way
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: off for free. See, ain't on need to you dog?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Let me explain something. It's well, I'm just on the rear.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: You cannot make this work. Talk. It cannot work. But
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: because doll, it can't work, Timmy, let me come back
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: and tell you why I can't work. I got something
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: to ask if you'll let me come back. All right.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: You got to post your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: on Instagram and Facebook at Steve Harvey FM, and please
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: up at forty six after the hour. Steve's got a
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: little more on the Strawberry Letter that he's going to
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: impart to us, subject I Think I'm playing with fire.
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: We'll be right back at forty six after the hour.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: All right, Steve, Before we get to Pempen and the
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Football Picks, you wanted to finish the Strawberry Letter subject
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I Think I'm playing with fire. About this older guy
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: and this man loves online Dayton. He's an old player.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: He got this girl he met online thirty year old
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: Bombshell said they can have some confidential fun. He didn't
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: got together with the girl and they provide each other
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: with lip service, mean that they haven't different sex. And
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: so then she asked him, and he been giving her
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: money and stuff for it. It's been going real well.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Did She asked him to do her a favor take
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: her mama to a gala. He showed him a picture
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: of the mama. She liked the mama, but showed the
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: mama picture of her. Said this one of her co workers,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: daddy's she know you all, and so you said, yeah,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: met the mama. She find y'all would out, had a
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: good time, got to drink, and she invites you in
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: for a drink. You end up spending the night with
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: the mama, and you enjoy the mama. You really liked
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: the mama. Y'all compatible in bed, and y'all got a
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: lot in common. You're laughing and stuff. Now you're trying
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: to figure out because you've been breaking off this money
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: to this young girl who's providing you with this lip service,
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: and you're providing her with lip service. Y'all, just don't
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: go all the way that. Now you want to know
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: if you can make both of them work. Dog, this
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: ain't gonna work. Women always know, they know, Dog, they
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: gonna find out. Now what's your question? Time? If I'm
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: the dude, I didn't invest it way too much in
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: this first girl, I got stock in there. Now, you
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: don't see what I'm saying. I got to get broke
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: off for I leave at least it's too I just
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: I spent too much money. I spent way too much money. Man. Yeah,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: we this this whole, this halfway thing we do. We
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: got to finish this off for I get over here
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: to mom. Whoa don't you think? Whoa? I almost said
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: brace when he said he wanted to ask a question. See,
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: this is why I won't work, because men have a
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: stupid logic when it comes to the way they think
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: about set this. Some dumb ass logic. Did not just
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: tell you that they gonna find out money has been invested.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: Why y'all always looking at each other like that that's
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: gonna come out? All you can do. The only chance
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: you got is to tell how you really met the daughter.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: But that's if you wanted to keep the mama your problem.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: Ain't you trying to keep the mama your problem is
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: you trying to keep them both. And if you try
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: to keep them both, it's gonna end miserably for you.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: But if you just try to keep the mama, you'd
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: have to give up something, and you ain't willing to
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: do that because you enjoy online Daton. You said that,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: and you don't want to have nobody. You ain't looking
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: for nobody. You enjoy online Daton. You beat various women,
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: so dog, that's what you are, So just tell them
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: that's what you are, and going about your business. Because
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: you try to keep both of them, you're gonna get
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: busted and they're gonna probably kill you. All right, coming
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: out that out coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: Pimpin and his NFL picks right after this you're listening

- 1:16:37Speaker 1: We're taking a break. This was shortly after it was
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: rumored that Kylie met with her ex boyfriend Tiger Tiger.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: Kyla went to clear things up on Twitter by tweeting,
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: the internet makes everything one hundred times more dramatic than
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: what it really is. There was no two am date
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: with Tiger. You see me dropped two of my friends
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: off at a studio that he happened to be at.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: And in a follow up tweet, Kylie tweeted that Travis
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: and I are on great terms and our main focus
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: right now is Stormy, that is their baby girls. So
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: here's the question, Steve, gotta be a good question for you, guys.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: What reason can you think of to get back with
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: your ex? God? Damn reason, and I'm speaking for me

- 1:17:29Speaker 1: me just for me to you ain't a damn reason
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: or first dain a chick you could give me ain't.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: There's no forethought to it. It never has been a
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: moment reconsideration. Is not nothing to reconsider. It's not a sermon.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: In the words of such in a trainer, I wish
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: a blanketed blank who now, go ahead, Timmy Junior, y'all answered,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: there's a reason for me to go back, but she
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: got to be holding the care to single sale for
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: me to show. Hey, you ain't got the suffer, no motive.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: It's always why I'm going back. I can't think of another. Yeah, okay, Junior,
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: you motivated me. I have a reason? Is that's what
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: the question? Yeah? Okay, don't be Yeah, I can't fix
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: this for radio. Go ahead, Timer, I'm not ever going
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: back ever. I'm happy where I am. Sweet now I
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: like that response. I like that response. Yeah, Yeah, I'm
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: happy who I am, but not not let's get rid
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: of this any no shit, don't ask yeah, come back,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: don't ask me a damn thing. About one thing. I'm
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: just going to ask you. I know, I don't want
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: nobody delivering no message and nothing. You know, he was
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: on the right the day he said, if you know,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: if things could no, no, I don't want to say
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: one thing. If somebody told you back together, it's a
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: damn las. Yeah, one of the four or five, however
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: many x ys, you haven't out one breaking up? All right,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: coming up our last break of the day and our
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: last break of the week, and of course some closing
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show. All right. Here we are,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: last break of the day on this Friday. It's been
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: a wild week. Um, yes, yeah. We talked earlier about
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: the about what happened in the courtroom when former Dallas
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: police officer Amber Geiger got sentenced for the murder of
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: both Am Jehan in Dallas last year. A jury found
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: her guilty and they also sentenced her to ten years.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: Both of Jean's younger brothers, eighteen year old brother brand Jahn,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: and he shocked the world, I think, and I do
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: mean the world when he said he didn't even know
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: he was going to do this and his family didn't
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: know he was going to do this. He forgave Amber Geiger.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: He said, that's what his brother would have wanted him
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: to do. And the topper was he asked the judge.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: He said, I don't know if this is proper, but
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: can I give her a hug? And people are still
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: talking about that. Christians are talking about it, and non
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: Christians are talking about can I tell you can say
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: what people are not a lot of people, but what
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: some people are really upset about. This is what they saw.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: What they saw him telling vision was a black man
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: hugging a white woman and forgiving her. That's what a
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: lot of people saw, and that's what a lot of
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: people are Yeah. Yeah, I mean, let's put it out
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: there and not just any white woman, a white woman
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: who kill Yeah. Yeah, And you know, Sureley, I don't
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: think it was the Christians versus the non Christians. I
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: think many Christians felt that way too, Yeah about the
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: absolute right. So I don't think it was a Christian
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: and a non Christian issue because there are a lot
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: of Christians who wouldn't have that problem, you know, who
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: would have had a hard hard time forgiving her or
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: forgiving her so soon. And like Jay said earlier, he
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: may have forgiven her, but the hug he couldn't have done.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: The huge Yeah, that's the man. Yes, I don't I
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: don't know. Like I said in my closing remarks yesterday,
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: I don't know that I could do that. Yeah, that
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: way I could forgive you. I don't know if I
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: could have forgave you today. It might take me a minute.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: I do not know that I'm capable of the hug.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: But at the same because I don't know that, but
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I don't think I'm capable of that. I would hope
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: I could be big enough. Yes, at a moment like that,
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: But the person I know I am, I don't I
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: don't know if I'm gonna do the hug, but that
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: was me. But for him to do it, it's sent
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: a message, Yes, Yes, it's sent a very very powerful message.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: And I looked at it more like I said yesterday,
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: of him not even not wanting to remember his brother
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: in the form of hate, right, and he wanted to
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: show the world what his brother was and his faith
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: and his belief as a person. It was very powerful moment,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: very very much. Yeah. Yeah, that was love. It really was.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: And it's that's forgiveness and his purest sposed to look
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: just like that, because yeah, because the thing of it is.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: And here's where a lot of people won't won't see this,
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: And I'm just saying it because it doesn't happen to me.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: I may handle it very differently if it were happening
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: to me. But hating her and not forgiving her does
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: not bring his brother back. All that does not honor
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: or or give his memory anything to hate. His brother
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: didn't want to be a martyr of any kind of racism,
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: of social injustice, of police, his views of blacks. His
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: brother didn't want to be that. I'm pretty sure. Like
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: the man was sitting in his living room eating ice cream,
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: he was just afterword, man going home chilling. It's a
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: horrible way for him to die. And it was horrible
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: of her to kill this man. And the reasoning for
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: killing him does not exist, right, He wasn't a threat,
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: he wasn't in your house, he wasn't committing a crime.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: You were the one in the wrong. Now the ten
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: years disturbed me, Yeah, yeah, because the punishment doesn't fit
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: the crime. You think, because he's dead because of her
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: actions and her sister got five years for changing her
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: address so her baby could go to a better school. Yes,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: forty five years for shooting a police dog dog a
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: lady on the porch giving a warning shot to scale
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: somebody off, and she gets time. Brother. It's it's it's
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: so many ways that when black people get the time,
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: it's disproportionately bigger. I read online over three thousand people
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: deserving life without parole, nine the black Yeah, that's I
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: just read it online. Now, come on, man, man, And
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: I think that was the reaction from social media. I
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: ain't managed as a race, and people were venting about
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: that too. Yeah, we were forgiving. I'm gonna tell you
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: something that's throwing me because no one seems to be
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: as forgiving as us. Though. I look at the dog
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: gone politics that we're having today in this White House,
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: and I cannot believe the way that they're letting this
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: current president trouns all over their beloved constitution. This is
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: the constitution that they foe fall, this rope that they
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: uphold whenever they want to claim righteousness in that GOP party.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: But this dude right here breaking all the rules in it,
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: and nobody's saying anything. The hypocrisy or what's going on now.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: It's disturbing, it's it's all over the board man's great
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: show and there's nothing wrong with forgiveness. We still need
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: to say that there's nothing and really, man, we need
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: to quit quit getting mad at this young man. Yes, yeah,
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: all right, we gotta go. I love y'all, have a
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: great weekend. I told you talk to God. He'd love
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: to hear from you. We can't hear baby back. For
