- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Uh huh, Steve Harvey
- 2:14Speaker 1: got a radio show. Yeah. Man, oh bah bah boy man.
- 2:18Speaker 1: God has been good to me. I can't even I
- 2:24Speaker 1: can't even put it into words, man, but I try, though,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I try, try try. God does things for me just
- 2:31Speaker 1: right on time. He said, he's so cool with it.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And I happened to run across Joel Oldstein on television
- 2:39Speaker 1: like I often do all the time, and I was
- 2:44Speaker 1: sitting there and he had such a timely message for me.
- 2:49Speaker 1: A part of it was something that I've said oftentimes
- 2:53Speaker 1: about if you really really want to be successful, if
- 2:58Speaker 1: you really really want to change, if you really really
- 3:01Speaker 1: want to prosper, if you really really want to achieve greatness,
- 3:05Speaker 1: if you really really want to have something in life
- 3:08Speaker 1: that's worth having, if you really really want to accomplish
- 3:11Speaker 1: your goals, you got to push through all of it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He said that when you get closer to it, the
- 3:21Speaker 1: more difficult it becomes. Did you hear me? He said,
- 3:26Speaker 1: the closer you get to what it is you want
- 3:29Speaker 1: or you need, or you have to have, or or
- 3:33Speaker 1: you would love to be, it gets a little bit
- 3:36Speaker 1: more difficult when you get closer. He told this story
- 3:42Speaker 1: that's in the Bible that I've never heard before. This
- 3:47Speaker 1: is what he said. He said that was a man
- 3:50Speaker 1: who was paralyzed, and he had heard that Jesus was
- 3:56Speaker 1: speaking at a house, and so he wanted to get there.
- 4:01Speaker 1: So he convinced four of his friends to put him
- 4:06Speaker 1: on a stretcher and carry him for hours to get
- 4:12Speaker 1: to this house where Jesus was speaking. He said that
- 4:19Speaker 1: along the way, these friends said that they went along
- 4:25Speaker 1: because he had so much faith that if he could
- 4:27Speaker 1: just get to him, it could be better that he
- 4:31Speaker 1: could if he could just get over the end he
- 4:33Speaker 1: could see him, that he might have a shot at
- 4:36Speaker 1: getting healed. And so he said they took out along
- 4:39Speaker 1: the way and they walked and they walked and they
- 4:41Speaker 1: walked for hours. And then when they got there, the
- 4:46Speaker 1: house was completely filled with people. That was absolutely it
- 4:51Speaker 1: was packed wall to wall. That was absolutely no way
- 4:54Speaker 1: for the men to get him on that stretcher end
- 4:58Speaker 1: to see Jesus. This is a story that Joel Osteen
- 5:02Speaker 1: said is in the Bible, and he was telling it now.
- 5:05Speaker 1: I'm just repeating the parts of it. I got gathered
- 5:08Speaker 1: and so he said. They were sat there and they went, wow, man,
- 5:12Speaker 1: we walked all this weight and it's four and and
- 5:15Speaker 1: and and and and and we can't get there, he said.
- 5:19Speaker 1: And then the guy with the affliction told the four men,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you get up on the roof and cut a
- 5:28Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I bet I
- 5:33Speaker 1: could see him men, and I better to be all
- 5:35Speaker 1: right now. He then said, you must imagine how these
- 5:41Speaker 1: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for
- 5:45Speaker 1: hours on on on on on on the way. They
- 5:48Speaker 1: had to carry some cloth connected by a couple of sticks,
- 5:52Speaker 1: said the men. Shoulders had to be bruised, had to
- 5:55Speaker 1: have deep gouges in them, not cuts, but just indentations.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Were they had carried the weight of this grown man
- 6:02Speaker 1: for so many hours, and they looked at him in disbelief, like, man,
- 6:05Speaker 1: what are you talking about. We didn't walked all this far.
- 6:08Speaker 1: He said, yeah, but if you get up on that
- 6:10Speaker 1: roof and you cut a hole in it and lower
- 6:13Speaker 1: me down, I can see him and when he see me,
- 6:17Speaker 1: it'll be all right. After sitting there and imploring the men,
- 6:23Speaker 1: they went up and did just that, and then and
- 6:27Speaker 1: then the story that Joel Osteen said, the man was healed.
- 6:31Speaker 1: But the point he was making was he was saying
- 6:35Speaker 1: that the closer you get to what it is you
- 6:38Speaker 1: really want, the more difficult it's going to become. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: you've got to push through. See, if you don't push through,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you never know, so you can't get right to the answer.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
- 6:52Speaker 1: saying that we got his people. Um, well, I guess
- 6:56Speaker 1: it wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't. Or
- 7:00Speaker 1: as we all now, man, I guess you should not
- 7:03Speaker 1: give up right now. I guess you should keep pressing.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I guess you should do more, because see, in all
- 7:09Speaker 1: of us, in all of us, when you've had enough,
- 7:12Speaker 1: I want you to know something. You do have a
- 7:15Speaker 1: little bit more in all of us. You can do
- 7:19Speaker 1: one more you know. That's one of my favorite things
- 7:22Speaker 1: that I heard Joel Oldstein said, and it kind of
- 7:24Speaker 1: made me feel good. He said, I always feel like
- 7:28Speaker 1: I can do one more anything, and I tell my
- 7:31Speaker 1: friends all the time, I can do one more man,
- 7:35Speaker 1: I could do one more day. I can do one
- 7:38Speaker 1: more anything. Now Here was the jewel that I never
- 7:43Speaker 1: really knew that Joel Oldstein and God sent to me
- 7:49Speaker 1: I needed to hear. He said that no matter what
- 7:54Speaker 1: you're going through, no matter how long the challenge is
- 7:57Speaker 1: you've been facing, God has an end date for it all.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Did you hear me? No matter what you're going through,
- 8:06Speaker 1: no matter what challenge you're facing, no matter what situation
- 8:09Speaker 1: you've gotten yourself into, God has an ending date. All
- 8:14Speaker 1: you got to do is keep pressing forward. All you
- 8:18Speaker 1: got to do is hanging now. All you got to
- 8:21Speaker 1: do is don't give up. All you have to do
- 8:24Speaker 1: is don't turn back. That is an end date for
- 8:28Speaker 1: all of it, even when you think you've had enough.
- 8:35Speaker 1: And boy, have I had this conversation with God on
- 8:40Speaker 1: several things that I've been going through, and I'm going.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I've even told him, look, I got it, man, He said,
- 8:47Speaker 1: just keep hanging on. There is an end date to
- 8:51Speaker 1: whatever it is you're going through. There's an end date
- 8:54Speaker 1: to your illness, your sickness, yo yo, tired of being tired.
- 8:59Speaker 1: There's an end date to this relationship that you can't
- 9:04Speaker 1: seem to get through. Beyond over that's that's like a
- 9:11Speaker 1: cancer to you. There's an end date. But you've got
- 9:16Speaker 1: to hang in there. You've got to keep pushing forward.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You cannot turn around. You must not go back, because
- 9:24Speaker 1: when God gets you through this and you break through
- 9:28Speaker 1: to the other side, the reward and the benefit is
- 9:33Speaker 1: far greater than the struggle. I oftentimes look at some
- 9:39Speaker 1: of the things that God has brought me through in
- 9:42Speaker 1: my worst times, and when He brought me through, I went, wow, man,
- 9:47Speaker 1: now that I understand that, Now that I'm on the
- 9:49Speaker 1: other side and I have the benefit of the reward
- 9:52Speaker 1: for it, would you do it all again to get there? Yes?
- 9:55Speaker 1: I would. You're listening to one two one two three.
- 10:05Speaker 1: When you think of love, gotta get it on your mind. Yea,
- 10:13Speaker 1: when you think of love and gotta get it on
- 10:17Speaker 1: your mind. When you think of love, God to get
- 10:25Speaker 1: it on your man morning. Everybody shout out to Eddie Murphy. Yeah,
- 10:45Speaker 1: Ray Valentine bent Billy, Ray Valentine sending in that bathtibe
- 10:51Speaker 1: for the first time, Capricorn, in a long time, Capricorn.
- 10:59Speaker 1: When you got it, giddy o mine, you're in a
- 11:05Speaker 1: good mood today. Might as well be here. I'm alive. Yeah,
- 11:10Speaker 1: well from me up, Hey, let me tell you something
- 11:12Speaker 1: old I get. The more I appreciate the shot. Yeah.
- 11:17Speaker 1: And you got to come to work today, you get
- 11:20Speaker 1: to I got to come to work toime. Yeah. This
- 11:24Speaker 1: is an opportunity of blessing. I don't take it for granted.
- 11:28Speaker 1: You may not be working where you want to work,
- 11:30Speaker 1: but least you're working. It's some people would take your
- 11:32Speaker 1: would add love to have your job. I know some
- 11:37Speaker 1: people want y'all job. You're here all the time, girl,
- 11:39Speaker 1: I wish I had that day. Y'all just be on
- 11:42Speaker 1: that talking. It's really more to this job than talking.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Because because the ladies actually prepped the show Mississippi Monica
- 11:50Speaker 1: caller for real Shellley, they do prep on the show.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Junior getting his little sports ready, Me and Tommy, we
- 11:57Speaker 1: just come in here. Oh dropped, which can be a problem. Well,
- 12:02Speaker 1: you know it's that's gonna be a problem me in
- 12:06Speaker 1: early time. I know what we're gonna do at at
- 12:08Speaker 1: eight forty bring man, tell me at eight forty Yeah, yeah,
- 12:14Speaker 1: then I tell you whether I'm doing it or not.
- 12:16Speaker 1: You can tell me on the air what we're doing it. Still,
- 12:21Speaker 1: Remember why you have all your meetings, all of your
- 12:24Speaker 1: meetings on all of them. That's the best way to
- 12:29Speaker 1: do it. Man, It's not something you should be. That's
- 12:32Speaker 1: what you confidential. Yeah, because we're lying to the people.
- 12:38Speaker 1: We're not lying, just not telling them. Everybody to know
- 12:42Speaker 1: behind the scenes stuff. You know that how I used
- 12:45Speaker 1: to have a meeting with me on that. Okay, where's
- 12:47Speaker 1: your show with God? When? When is your show? Boy?
- 12:52Speaker 1: How much? Just the tickets? Where where can they get
- 12:56Speaker 1: the tickets? I'm asking you something I don't know all that.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Oh well, then the people ain't gonna know either. And
- 13:06Speaker 1: then we Hi Ja and he come on do the same,
- 13:11Speaker 1: you know. Oh man, I'll be going Damn and Jay

- 13:21Speaker 1: Willie Snyder's lounge, and Nika Stow in the back. We're
- 13:29Speaker 1: gonna be at the We're gonna be at the packing
- 13:31Speaker 1: house on Friday, coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:35Speaker 1: the hour, asked the cl that bagging up chickens. What
- 13:40Speaker 1: Steve Harvey in the building right after this? You're listening
- 13:44Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, time
- 13:47Speaker 1: now for asked the CELLO Chief Love Officer. Steve Harvey
- 13:51Speaker 1: is here. This one is from Janey in Mississippi. Janey writes,
- 13:55Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old single woman and I'm
- 13:58Speaker 1: confused by the man in my life. He's been taking
- 14:01Speaker 1: me out for a full year and spend the majority
- 14:03Speaker 1: of his time with me. I've been to his parents'
- 14:06Speaker 1: house several times, I've met his daughter, and I'm cool
- 14:08Speaker 1: with his ex wife, but he says we're just friends.
- 14:12Speaker 1: We did the ninety day rule and he's respectful, respectful
- 14:16Speaker 1: towards me in every way. I've decided to withhold intimacy
- 14:20Speaker 1: until he claims me as his girlfriend. He said that
- 14:23Speaker 1: would only hurt our relationship, not help. What other way
- 14:27Speaker 1: is there, CLO, Now, I think you're doing the right thing.
- 14:32Speaker 1: He said it would only hurt the relationship, not help. Okay,
- 14:35Speaker 1: Well let's see. Yeah, yeah, And if you can't get nothing.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You want what type of relationship is it? Right? You
- 14:44Speaker 1: know you'd have met his mom and everything, but you
- 14:46Speaker 1: want a title. You want something, and he don't want
- 14:48Speaker 1: to give the tam You know, friends all is y'all
- 14:52Speaker 1: doing and y'all just friends. He don't want to label it.
- 14:55Speaker 1: You know then, and you want to label. You have
- 14:58Speaker 1: every right to want to label. It's okay, it's okay.
- 15:02Speaker 1: It's gonna hurt the relationship, not help it. Okay, Well,
- 15:05Speaker 1: let's see. Yeah, sometimes you got to call a bluff bluff. Yeah, yeah,
- 15:11Speaker 1: don't it don't take long once you cut it off. Now,
- 15:13Speaker 1: it don't take long. Oh at bluff quick? Okay, uncle, uncle, uncle,
- 15:22Speaker 1: all right. Moving on to Patrina in South Film Michigan,
- 15:26Speaker 1: she says, I've been married for eleven years and my
- 15:29Speaker 1: husband has cheated three times. Each time, my intuition told
- 15:33Speaker 1: me he was up to something, and I cornered him
- 15:35Speaker 1: until he confessed. Each time he said it was just
- 15:39Speaker 1: sex and he had no attachment to the lady. Although
- 15:42Speaker 1: I look better than all three of them, and my
- 15:44Speaker 1: body is tighter than all of theirs, there is still
- 15:47Speaker 1: something that makes my husband keep stepping out on me.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Why am I not enough woman for him? It? That's
- 15:55Speaker 1: not it. That's not it, and stop making it about you.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Your husband hasn't inadequacy. He has a flaw. It's not
- 16:06Speaker 1: that you're not enough woman for him. It's just that
- 16:09Speaker 1: he won't other women. It ain't about you not being enough.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It ain't nothing about you not being cut tight or finer.
- 16:16Speaker 1: All that he has no damn self control. He's an
- 16:23Speaker 1: undisciplined man when it comes to that in you, and
- 16:29Speaker 1: he's stupid enough to get busted three times and being
- 16:33Speaker 1: just cause you pressure him. So now you've got an
- 16:37Speaker 1: undisciplined man that ain't even strong. So now he ain't strong,
- 16:44Speaker 1: which means he's also weak in other areas. So if
- 16:48Speaker 1: he if you can break him down because he weakness,
- 16:51Speaker 1: you don't think another woman can. Your man has a weakness,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and it's in his ability to hold strong to any
- 17:05Speaker 1: commitment or conviction that he makes. So she should do
- 17:08Speaker 1: what yellow as his wife. Look how many times an
- 17:12Speaker 1: eleven years do a dude got a cheat on you? Yeah?
- 17:16Speaker 1: For you to say enough is enough, it can't be
- 17:18Speaker 1: an enjoyable marriage. No, it can't be. And I'm glad
- 17:24Speaker 1: you said that. Because many women do blame themselves, and
- 17:27Speaker 1: that's what she's doing. But my problem is he's not
- 17:30Speaker 1: good at it. That's my problem. He's not good at it.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Why are you doing this? You're not good at it.
- 17:34Speaker 1: He's not a good cheater. That what you're saying terrible,
- 17:38Speaker 1: y'all's disappointing you. Okay, we're moving one. Keep the segment
- 17:45Speaker 1: with who they rode into. We're moving. This is not
- 17:51Speaker 1: his specialty facts as got one specialty pranks on this
- 17:59Speaker 1: radio show. Matthew call his TV show and you ready
- 18:03Speaker 1: to love? That's another thing. Yeah, he lead a TV show.
- 18:08Speaker 1: He damned ain't ready for nothing. All right, we're moving on.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Jesse and Philly says. I've been married for seven years
- 18:15Speaker 1: and my wife and I are thirty eight years old.
- 18:17Speaker 1: We were at a kickback last weekend and I went
- 18:20Speaker 1: into the kitchen to grab a beer and I overheard
- 18:23Speaker 1: my wife say that sex is overrated and size does matter.
- 18:27Speaker 1: The ladies agreed about the size thing, but told her
- 18:30Speaker 1: she's not getting fulfilled. She has to talk to her husband.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I went back outside with the fellas, but this has
- 18:35Speaker 1: ruined my night and all honesty, we haven't been intimate
- 18:39Speaker 1: in a while, Should I bring up this conversation to
- 18:42Speaker 1: my wife? Yeah, you can't get your feelings hurt though
- 18:49Speaker 1: sex is overrated? Ye, and size matters. Well, homie, you're
- 18:55Speaker 1: in trouble either way. Yeah. Now, let's just say it
- 18:59Speaker 1: ain't the eyes issue. Okay, let's just say in whatever
- 19:04Speaker 1: you have, your inability to operate it at a level
- 19:10Speaker 1: that's pleasing has created a problem too, because she ain't
- 19:14Speaker 1: she had to kick back talking with the ladies at
- 19:19Speaker 1: the kickback. I'm sixty four. I ain't never been to
- 19:23Speaker 1: a kick back time. You've been to kickback? I haven't been.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I heard them, but I haven't been. I ain't never been.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Worth you've been to the kickback people? What exactly is it? Though?
- 19:36Speaker 1: It's when you go into kitchen and you overhear them
- 19:39Speaker 1: say something that kicks your ass back out and the
- 19:41Speaker 1: meeting then that's a kickback. Well, just you ain't gonna
- 19:48Speaker 1: go to no one because see me, and ain't going
- 19:50Speaker 1: to talk about their wife to another group of men.
- 19:53Speaker 1: We're nothing to do that. You know. If you hit
- 19:55Speaker 1: damn thing about my wife and no other dudes, that
- 19:57Speaker 1: ain't happening. Dough y'all do that with y'all men, men,
- 20:00Speaker 1: don't do that with the women. All Right, I got it.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Let's do a Steve Harvey kickback, like on a sad somewhere.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Just everybody comes Steve Harvey kickback. Didn't you just hear
- 20:15Speaker 1: me say, I don't do no damn kickbacks? You don't
- 20:19Speaker 1: do You ain't done them before, But ain't nothing wrong
- 20:21Speaker 1: with doing one? Not just why don't you do the
- 20:25Speaker 1: kick back? You're younger than me. Well, it might go wrong.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I ain't got no friends. You got friends. I ain't
- 20:31Speaker 1: got no friends. No, you always gonna do with yall
- 20:36Speaker 1: the couples and all that aren't going on with me
- 20:37Speaker 1: and margin I'm going with no damn body. You got
- 20:40Speaker 1: a lot of friends to kick back at your damn house.
- 20:43Speaker 1: We gotta go. We'll discuss this kick back later, all right?

- 29:04Speaker 1: We'll have some entertainment and national news for you right
- 29:06Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Stay Harvey Morning Show. Naomi
- 29:13Speaker 1: Osaka clap back and check former Fox News anchor Megan
- 29:17Speaker 1: Kelly after Megan slammed Naomi's magazine covers. So Megan Kelly
- 29:23Speaker 1: responded to a tweet that sports commentator Clay Travis wrote
- 29:27Speaker 1: that said she was too introverted to talk to the
- 29:30Speaker 1: media after tennis matches, but she has launched a reality
- 29:34Speaker 1: show a Barbie and now is on the cover of
- 29:36Speaker 1: Sports Illustrated. Then Megan Kelly replied, let's not forget the
- 29:40Speaker 1: cover of Vogue Japan and Time magazine too. Naomi Osaka
- 29:44Speaker 1: responded in a now deleted tweet that she shot the
- 29:47Speaker 1: cover photos before going public about her struggles with mental health.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Naomi also went on to say to Megan, seeing that
- 29:55Speaker 1: you're a journalist, I would have assumed you would take
- 29:58Speaker 1: time to res urch what the lead times are for magazines.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I shot my covers last year. Then Megan wrote back,
- 30:06Speaker 1: mocking Naomi, claiming she blocked her and tweeted guests she's
- 30:10Speaker 1: only tough on the court. Megan Kelly is a racist, Megan.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Everybody she talked about is black. She's a racist. Man.
- 30:21Speaker 1: It's always a minority of somebody, you know. That's that's
- 30:25Speaker 1: stay m over there on Fox though. They all all
- 30:28Speaker 1: them over there, man, they all of them can miss me.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson, Yeah, she went to NBC. She she got
- 30:38Speaker 1: up over there. Huh. Tameron Hall got let go because
- 30:43Speaker 1: of her. Yeah, yeah, but it worked out for Tameron
- 30:46Speaker 1: Hall because it's wrong with her. Megan Kelly, Well, she
- 30:51Speaker 1: always talking. Why is it always she trying to be relevant?
- 30:55Speaker 1: You know what, I know what it is. I know
- 30:57Speaker 1: what it is. I just just jealousy when you when
- 31:00Speaker 1: somebody got a comment. First of all, you have to
- 31:02Speaker 1: be winning to get a hater. If you're not winning,
- 31:05Speaker 1: you won't get a hater. And the hate that you
- 31:08Speaker 1: always get is from people who wish they was winning
- 31:11Speaker 1: like you now, Megan Kelly. And on the cover of
- 31:14Speaker 1: A damn thing now she mad as girl. Did you
- 31:17Speaker 1: see Naomi's cover? She looks beautiful, flowers. I'd like to
- 31:23Speaker 1: see the cover, not that I need to see it though,
- 31:26Speaker 1: cover down whatever. Man, she was beautiful. And it's not
- 31:31Speaker 1: a reality show. It's a docuseries that's produced by Lebron
- 31:35Speaker 1: James and I watched it. It's so good. She is struggling,
- 31:39Speaker 1: Naomi Oscca is struggling to stardom. She is a young
- 31:43Speaker 1: woman who is a champion. Thank you, Tommy kid. I
- 31:52Speaker 1: see tennis. See tennis. You don't have teammates. It's not
- 31:57Speaker 1: a huge support system to start the spotlight. It is
- 32:00Speaker 1: on you. You and you alone. Ain't nobody you can
- 32:05Speaker 1: share it with. You can't see with your teammateson. Man,
- 32:07Speaker 1: come on, we hanging that we team. You know, like
- 32:10Speaker 1: the bad boys from Detroit. They didn't care how you
- 32:12Speaker 1: felt about them. They had each other. They didn't give
- 32:16Speaker 1: a damn. You say what you want to say, but
- 32:19Speaker 1: they formed a unit. They was hard to deal with, man,
- 32:22Speaker 1: they was hard to deal with. But they play a
- 32:24Speaker 1: team sport. When you play tennis, man, it's by yourself.
- 32:28Speaker 1: That's why you know you gotta give them. You know,
- 32:31Speaker 1: the Williams sisters a lot of credit for being as
- 32:34Speaker 1: great as they are for as long as they've been great.
- 32:38Speaker 1: You know, Dad taught them to be mentally strong too,
- 32:41Speaker 1: you know, you know, absolutely, mister Richard Williams. Yes, but yeah, Naomi,
- 32:48Speaker 1: you know with all everything she's gone through. Leave her alone,
- 32:51Speaker 1: leave her alone, let her live, Let her live. Yes,
- 32:55Speaker 1: she's only tough on the tennis court. I bet you
- 32:58Speaker 1: can't either way. I bet you got to ask either way.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Either way. All right, come on, Steve, it's time for
- 33:10Speaker 1: our headline. Gentlemen, miss A and Trew, thank you very much.
- 33:15Speaker 1: This is answered with the news. Okay, this part's not
- 33:18Speaker 1: so funny. Looks like the COVID is on the move
- 33:20Speaker 1: again sort of now. Several vaccinated vaccinated White House staffers,
- 33:25Speaker 1: including a senior aid to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and
- 33:28Speaker 1: a Florida Republican Congressman Vernon Buchanan, have a tested positive
- 33:33Speaker 1: for COVID in recent days. Health officials say, however, that
- 33:36Speaker 1: while the aggressive Delta variant they were dealing with, the
- 33:38Speaker 1: virus has been infecting more and more Americans, that those
- 33:42Speaker 1: who have been vaccinated are at least experiencing milder symptoms
- 33:46Speaker 1: of it, and sometimes not expect experience any symptoms at all. However,
- 33:50Speaker 1: CDC director doctor Rochel Olinsky says areas of the country
- 33:54Speaker 1: with low vaccination rates of facilitating the rapid spread of
- 33:57Speaker 1: this new strain. The Delta variant now represents eighty three
- 34:01Speaker 1: percent of sequenced cases. This is a dramatic increase, up
- 34:06Speaker 1: from fifty percent the week of July third. Welinski says
- 34:09Speaker 1: the country's now averaging about two hundred and forty deaths
- 34:12Speaker 1: per day from coronavirus, but it looks like the three
- 34:16Speaker 1: vaccines authorized for emergency use in the UA so far
- 34:19Speaker 1: are still about ninety percent effective against it. By the way,
- 34:22Speaker 1: according to a published report, an unvaccinated Trump supporter who
- 34:26Speaker 1: reportedly spread conspiracy theories about the coronavirus is dead of
- 34:31Speaker 1: COVID nineteen. According to the Cape cod Time, seventy year
- 34:35Speaker 1: old Linda Zerne, a former member of the Massachusetts Board
- 34:38Speaker 1: of Selectment and a staunch Trump supporter, died on Tuesday
- 34:41Speaker 1: of severe complications caused by the deadly virus. She reportedly
- 34:45Speaker 1: refused to be vaccinated. She wear a mask. A local
- 34:48Speaker 1: Republican state committee woman calls her in a quote strong
- 34:51Speaker 1: woman who believed in speaking the truth and defending our
- 34:54Speaker 1: freedoms in America. That was that quote, quote to Kansas
- 34:58Speaker 1: City Star Legislative Committee. Zuri held a hearing on Monday
- 35:02Speaker 1: about how educated should teach you a case through twelve
- 35:04Speaker 1: students about racism. It was an invite only and not
- 35:07Speaker 1: one black person was invited. No black parents, no black teachers,
- 35:11Speaker 1: no black scholars were asked to testify former movie mogul
- 35:14Speaker 1: Harvey Weinstein in La this morning of the sixty nine
- 35:18Speaker 1: year old disgrace filmmaker of facing eleven council of sexual assault,
- 35:21Speaker 1: including four council rate stemming from allegations made in between
- 35:25Speaker 1: two thousand and four and twenty thirteen. Weinstein claims that
- 35:29Speaker 1: any sexual activity was consensual. His court hearings expect to
- 35:32Speaker 1: begin sometime in the next few weeks. Haiti has a
- 35:35Speaker 1: new Prime Minister this morning. He's doctor Ariel Ari, the
- 35:38Speaker 1: man that President jovianal Mooys had wanted to appoint as
- 35:41Speaker 1: the next prime minister anyway before he was assassinated. A
- 35:44Speaker 1: re took the oath of office yesterday and finally today
- 35:47Speaker 1: his world Hangover Day. In any case, you know what
- 35:50Speaker 1: to do when you have a hangover. I guess go
- 35:52Speaker 1: to sleep. I don't know, I've never had one. Up
- 35:54Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Harvey
- 35:57Speaker 1: Morning Show, Ladies and gentleman. A family member to this show.
- 36:03Speaker 1: He has the number one d TALX weight loss clans
- 36:08Speaker 1: online today, none bigger and without a doubt, none better. Right,
- 36:15Speaker 1: the CEO of D Herbs himself a to the damn
- 36:20Speaker 1: d Dolphin. Yeah, man, you need that, Man, you need
- 36:28Speaker 1: to show bis intro. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna
- 36:33Speaker 1: do I'm gonna do an intro tape for you. I'm
- 36:35Speaker 1: gonna have a a soundtrack with it and music and everything. Heyeb,
- 36:41Speaker 1: I might hold you to that. You. Yeah, your theme
- 36:47Speaker 1: song gonna be pull up to the bump of baby
- 36:50Speaker 1: and backed in between. That's what I'm talking about. Well,
- 36:55Speaker 1: Ad is always we love you, you know that. Welcome
- 36:58Speaker 1: to the show, and we have to say right up
- 37:01Speaker 1: the back, congratulations, thank you because d Herb Steve is
- 37:05Speaker 1: the official health and wellness partner of the Big Three
- 37:10Speaker 1: Basketball League, balloted and started by ice Cube. Congratulations for
- 37:16Speaker 1: real on that wig, Thank you, thank you. He lived here, yeah,
- 37:24Speaker 1: west side. But you know that is really major, AD.
- 37:29Speaker 1: So you gotta tell us why do you think the
- 37:32Speaker 1: Big Three chose D Herbs for health and wellness? Well,
- 37:35Speaker 1: you know, to be honest, it's a backstory to it,
- 37:38Speaker 1: and I'm gonna tell that story because Steve actually helped
- 37:41Speaker 1: that along. It's a gentleman by the name of Chris
- 37:44Speaker 1: Hannon that used to work for I MG, who I
- 37:46Speaker 1: used to deal with on the Steve RITV Show, and
- 37:49Speaker 1: he became the CEO of the Big Three and he
- 37:52Speaker 1: called me and said, you've got to meet ice Cube.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I went over there and met ice Cube and he
- 37:57Speaker 1: started telling me how he needed health and wellness partner
- 38:01Speaker 1: that can help take his athletes to the next level
- 38:04Speaker 1: because they were semi retired when they were playing in
- 38:07Speaker 1: his league. And I just thought it was an amazing
- 38:09Speaker 1: opportunity and probably the one thing that you've told me.
- 38:13Speaker 1: He's like, look, I'm the red Tape. I'm going to
- 38:16Speaker 1: help you work through your problems on TV, because when
- 38:18Speaker 1: you're trying to introduce things on TV, it can be
- 38:21Speaker 1: tough sometimes. And that's why I'm there just being around Steve. Wow,
- 38:26Speaker 1: look at you, Steve, bringing people together, bring them out,
- 38:29Speaker 1: bring them out. Now, I think he's being very generous
- 38:37Speaker 1: to me. But in actuality, when you have a great product,
- 38:41Speaker 1: it sales itself. A D's product has been helping people
- 38:45Speaker 1: business for We've known at least ten years for us,
- 38:51Speaker 1: and so just for us on this show. But he's
- 38:54Speaker 1: into helping people business and it does really help people
- 38:57Speaker 1: health wise internally, and so that's really how he got it. Man,
- 39:01Speaker 1: I appreciate you saying that, but brother, if you don't
- 39:04Speaker 1: bring the goods, it don't matter. That's right. Goods, it
- 39:08Speaker 1: don't matter, that's right. So A D. Hang on one second, man,
- 39:12Speaker 1: we'll be back because now we're gonna get a chance
- 39:14Speaker 1: to talk to him about how he can help you
- 39:16Speaker 1: get better. Right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 39:20Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, we are back with our
- 39:24Speaker 1: special guest and family member on this wellness Wednesday. It
- 39:27Speaker 1: is sponsored by D Herbs and we have the President
- 39:30Speaker 1: and CEO of D Herbs here, mister A D. Dolphin,
- 39:34Speaker 1: of course a D. Before we went to break, we
- 39:37Speaker 1: were congratulating you on becoming the official health and wellness
- 39:41Speaker 1: partner of the Big Three Basketball league that is sponsored
- 39:44Speaker 1: by that is started by ice Cube. And I wanted
- 39:48Speaker 1: to ask you this because that is so awesome, and
- 39:53Speaker 1: I wanted to ask you this, what's the difference between
- 39:56Speaker 1: dealing with pro athletes, let's say, and regular people like us,
- 39:59Speaker 1: Because we've all been on the cleans as well, so
- 40:01Speaker 1: what's the difference. Can you explain that difference. It's actually
- 40:04Speaker 1: a lot harder working with them. The pro athletes are
- 40:08Speaker 1: under the impressions since they can run fast and jump high,
- 40:11Speaker 1: that means that they're healthy and that's just simply not true.
- 40:14Speaker 1: And so therefore I'm constantly trying to press upon them
- 40:17Speaker 1: that they can actually get the edge by doing the
- 40:20Speaker 1: d Earthful body clans, and I have to always let
- 40:22Speaker 1: them know what the benefits are. You're talking about weight
- 40:26Speaker 1: loss between ten to thirty pounds, a huge boot of
- 40:29Speaker 1: energy which can definitely translate and help you during the games,
- 40:32Speaker 1: being able to focus and concentrate a lot better. A
- 40:36Speaker 1: stronger immune system. And we can see how important that
- 40:39Speaker 1: is because it's Olympic athletes today who are catching COVID
- 40:43Speaker 1: right now. And even though those are supposed to be

- 53:38Speaker 1: on tight. We got it for you. Here. It is
- 53:40Speaker 1: Strawberry letter. Thank enough you. Subject I'm in love with
- 53:44Speaker 1: my godson. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a sixty two year
- 53:49Speaker 1: old widow, and I live in the great City of Chicago. Yes,
- 53:54Speaker 1: I was married for thirty four years to a wonderful
- 53:56Speaker 1: man and he died three years ago. Since then, I
- 54:00Speaker 1: have secretly fallen in love with my thirty year old godson.
- 54:04Speaker 1: I know I should be ashamed, of myself, but I'm not.
- 54:09Speaker 1: When my husband first got sick, my godson is the
- 54:12Speaker 1: only person that would check on me and make sure
- 54:15Speaker 1: I ate and was getting some rest. He started taking
- 54:18Speaker 1: me out to dinner once a month to get me
- 54:20Speaker 1: out of the house, and that's when I found out
- 54:23Speaker 1: he has an old soul and we love the same music.
- 54:26Speaker 1: After my husband passed, he would stay overnight so I
- 54:29Speaker 1: had some company and we watch old movies together. His
- 54:33Speaker 1: father and I are close friends, and he was raised
- 54:36Speaker 1: solely by his father after his parents divorced. His father
- 54:40Speaker 1: has had a crush on me for years, so he'd
- 54:44Speaker 1: die if he knew it's his son I'm after, not him.
- 54:48Speaker 1: My godson was visiting recently and I was telling him
- 54:51Speaker 1: about a house burglary on my street, and he told
- 54:54Speaker 1: me he didn't like me being in my big house alone,
- 54:57Speaker 1: so I suggested he moved in with me instead of
- 55:01Speaker 1: paying for a two bedroom apartment. So he moved in
- 55:05Speaker 1: a week ago. He moved in a week ago, and
- 55:07Speaker 1: I am plotting on how to get him out of
- 55:09Speaker 1: the guest room and into my bedroom. I'm still in
- 55:13Speaker 1: great shape, and I look a lot like Jada Pinkett,
- 55:16Speaker 1: so He's always complimenting me on my radiant skin or
- 55:20Speaker 1: my great cooking. I get so hot and bothered when
- 55:24Speaker 1: he walks around in his tank tops that I've fondled
- 55:28Speaker 1: myself a few times after he's left the room. I
- 55:32Speaker 1: need to make my move before I run out of
- 55:34Speaker 1: time and he finds a girlfriend. We talk openly about
- 55:38Speaker 1: his love life, and I know he's looking for his
- 55:40Speaker 1: soul mate. I thought about seducing him, but is that
- 55:44Speaker 1: the best way? How do I get this man? Okay?
- 55:52Speaker 1: Come on, I mean, you really haven't thought this thing through.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Just because someone treats you well and they look after you,
- 56:00Speaker 1: and you know, they take you out to dinner, they
- 56:04Speaker 1: care about you, it doesn't mean they're in love with you,
- 56:06Speaker 1: or they want you or they want to do you. Okay.
- 56:10Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that you're fantasizing about this man. And
- 56:13Speaker 1: that's where it needs to stay in your head, in
- 56:16Speaker 1: your mind. He hasn't tried to hit on you or
- 56:18Speaker 1: sleep with you or any of that. You said. He
- 56:20Speaker 1: was raised well by a father who's really the one
- 56:23Speaker 1: who liked you. To me, this just sounds like a
- 56:27Speaker 1: case of a cougar just cougar lust. You're sixty two,
- 56:31Speaker 1: you said, and you should know the difference between real
- 56:35Speaker 1: love when someone wants you and crushing and salivating over
- 56:39Speaker 1: a fine, sexy young man. If that's all it is,
- 56:42Speaker 1: have your fun imagining what it would be like, and
- 56:44Speaker 1: go on about your business. Leave it there, and don't
- 56:47Speaker 1: expect anything else from him. I mean, this man is
- 56:50Speaker 1: only thirty one years old. He's going to want a
- 56:54Speaker 1: family one day. He's gonna want kids, starting with a
- 56:56Speaker 1: girlfriend who he'll probably be bringing into your home now
- 57:01Speaker 1: for sleepovers at some point. And it might not just
- 57:04Speaker 1: be one girl. If he's as fine as you say
- 57:06Speaker 1: he is, he might have a parade of women coming through.
- 57:09Speaker 1: You don't know You're You're not gonna like that at all,
- 57:12Speaker 1: So I just say, please calm yourself down, use your head,
- 57:16Speaker 1: don't get into any mess, because this is gonna be
- 57:18Speaker 1: really messy if you start this, which is you know
- 57:23Speaker 1: what this could turn out to be, if you carry
- 57:26Speaker 1: out your crazy plan to seduce him. Don't do that. Ultimately,
- 57:31Speaker 1: you don't want to have sex with him or anything
- 57:33Speaker 1: like that. I think he's looking at you as the
- 57:36Speaker 1: mom he never had because he was raised by his father.
- 57:39Speaker 1: He's looking at you like his mom. Okay, not his boo,
- 57:43Speaker 1: all right, get that out your mind, Steve. I'b dear,
- 57:49Speaker 1: Oh we here wol like this in a while? Well well,
- 57:54Speaker 1: well these is the letter sweary right to me, and
- 57:59Speaker 1: I tell the truth. Well, ladies, time for a little
- 58:03Speaker 1: truth here. Appreciate Sherley's answer. I agree with everything Sherley

- 1:00:27Speaker 1: She just secretly fell in love with him. What I know,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I should be the same of myself, but I'm not. No,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: you need to lead. I'm not off shame of your
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: old ass self. When your husband got sick, My godson
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: was the only person that would check on me, make
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: sure I ate and was getting some rest. You hear
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: that made shire you ate and got some rest. Ain't
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Ain't that what you do? Go by your mama house
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: when you go by to make sure mama was eating
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and getting herself some rest. Yes, that's where sure least said.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: He started taking me out to dinner once a month
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: to get me out the house, you know, just so
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: he you know, let you know you ain't alone in
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: this world. Take you out to dinner was a month?
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: What do you think he'd been doing them other thirty days?
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, lady, when I found out
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: and then taking me out to dinner wants a month
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: to get me out of the house. And that's when
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: I found out he had an old soul and we
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: love the same music. Look, lady, I'm just telling you
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: right now this day. When your old boy don't like
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: saying music, you're like he just saying he like he
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: don't get damn about Sam Cook. I'm telling you that
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: he don't give him damn bout no Sam Cook him
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: on he no oldis Redding. He just told you he
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: liked the ass. Oh yeah, I like that too. He
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: heard it from his daddy riding in the car. After
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: my husband passed. He would stay overnight so i'd have
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: some company, and we watched old movies together. That's another thing,
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: you see what old movies together, trying to try and
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: just make you feel like you're something. You know, y'all
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: in there watching Going with the Wind and that old
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Shirley Temple come tap dance down to sip old black
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: and head bow jam y'all in there watching him old
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: hands moving back and white. They ain't had it? Had it?
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Who the hell had it? Everybody hear sitting or had it?
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Sitting watching color purple and all this hill. That boy
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: sitting up here just trying to keep you company. So y'all,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: y'all watching movie. His father and now are close friends.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: And he was raised solely by his father, Like Shirley said,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: after his parents divorced, his father's had a crusher. Shirley said,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: he looks at you as a mother figure. Now his
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: father's had a crush on me for years. So he died.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: He knew his son hours after you think he had died.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: That damn boy died too. My god's son was visiting
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: recent and I was telling about the house burglar on
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: my street, and he told me he didn't like me
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: being in my big house alone. So I suggested he
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: moved in with me instead of paying for a two
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: bed room problem. So he moved in a week ago,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: and I'm plotting on how to get him out of
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: the guest room and into my bedroom. If he wanted to,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: you wouldn't have to plot at that point. Thank he
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: in that with his mama. Old ass, I'm still in
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: great shape, and I look a lot like Jada Pinkett. Okay,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: now that he would go, this is what I gotta
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: start telling me. I'm still in great shape compared to
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: who You're still in great shape to your other sixty
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: two year old friends. I see you in great shape
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: compared you know, he died at the at the at
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: the Bingo Hall. You look you look better than Agnes
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: and Helen, and and and and Joscelyn. Then I understand,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: But your ass in real life, ain't that damn fine,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: and I look a lot like Jada? Who told you that? Who?
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: After being Onna haul thought your ass looked like Jada peekin?
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: Ain't nobody said damn Wheeling dropped Kate off down in
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: the play being with Us. Ain't nobody told you that?
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: You in the mirror seeing stuff? And he's always here,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: go another He's always complimenting me on my radiant skin,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: on my great cooking. Girl listening to you, Hen compliments
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: you on your skin and your cooking. Don't know about it?
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: Dat no woman causing her damn skin man, ain't no
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: dude nowhere man her skin? Dog? What she looked like?
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: Damn that her skin? What a body looked like? It's
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: got skin on it. I get so hot and bothered
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: when he walked around in his tank top. I find
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: myself a few times after he left the room. I
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: need to make my move before I run out of time.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Oh now you know you Finn to die? Huh because
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: your ass is old. I need to make a move
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: for I run out of time. And he finds a
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: girlfriend because we talk openly about his love life, and
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: I know he's looking for us. Soul Mate. Soul Mate
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: is a person that you can tie yourself with to
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: ride to the tape with your ass has the tape
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: in your hand. See you ever seen people run the
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: race and they get to the finish line there, but
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: everybody tries to stick their chests out to cross the
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: line first. You have the finish line tape in your hand.
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: Matter of fact, some of it's in your hair. I
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: thought about seducing him, but is that the best way?
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: How can I get this man? First of all? You mean,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: how can I get this man slash son? Yeah? Because
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: that's what he is, and he thinks he is your son.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: And even if you do seduce him, he not gonna
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: stay with you. Don't you get sleepy? Earns your comments?
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Thank you Steve on today's Strubberry Letters. Steve comments. You
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: don't even know how to go on line to read
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: the comments page on demand? Coming up with forty six
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: minutes after the hour Elms and Sports Talk. Right after this,
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on,
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Steve in for the Vacationing Junior with Sports Talk. What
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: you got, Steve? Yeah, sitting in for the Vacationing Junior.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: I don't know how involved everybody in on this radio
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: show with the NBA Finals. But okay, well it's over
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: and easiness over is because Milwaukee beat the Phoenix Suns
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: last night. It was close and had some flow to it.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: I felt, look, man, this boy, the Greek is nothing
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: to be played, the truth, nothing to be played with.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: You know what, Timmy, I'm gonna go out on a
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: limb and say this, man, if I started a basketball team,
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: I think the one player I would pick to start
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: the team would be him. Really, that's who I would
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: pick to start a basketball team with. Okay, not Durant
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: though that's a bad boy man. Durant is super nasty,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: and I think Durant is unstoppable. But I think this
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: guy's game is more around it. He's not the prolific
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: scorer that Durant can be. He does not have his
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: jump shot any damn show ain't work for Carter at
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: the free throw line. But what he does man on
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: that basketball court and how he puts the defense back
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: on the heels, that's who I'd start my team. I
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: would I would have always picked Lebron. But yeah, look,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: you know, I mean, Lebron is one of the greatest
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: of all times period. The conversation is between him and Jordan.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: I know that that's the conversation. But today, if I
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: had to start a team, I would pick youngest. You
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: know what, man, I just I just feel so bad.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: I was pulling up for Chris Paul so bad because
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: I mean, it took man me too to the finals.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: I don't just yeah, but you know what, don't till
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: me talking about Chris Paul. He still got a Hall
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: of Fame career. Everybody ain't gonna get to the finals.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: He's one of the greatest point guards ever. And uh
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: he's a bad boy, and uh we got plenty of
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: the oldest head, he got plenty of the hold. Yeah
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: it ain't it ain't over it at so. But but
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: but it took so long to get there. I mean,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: do you think a team like Phoenix can come back
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: and be in uh yeah, in the finals again. Okay,
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: oh yeah, hell yeah. They got a bad team. Man,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: they got youth on their side too. Hell Chris the
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: old is one. Everybody everybody else but Chris still got
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: game though. Oh yes he does. I just wanted oh yeah,
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: hell yeah. Oh no, he's not gonna retire. Okay, oh no, no, no,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: you've been to do a hundred most state fund commercials
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: call and right it right on back on that up basketball,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: cord Man, got your your key is making money on
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: state fun hell yea, yeah, yeah, all right, congratulations to Milwaukee.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Thank you. We'll be back with more of the Steve
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show and trending COVID nineteen news. Doctor
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Fauci has had enough of Republican Senator rand Paul Well.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: Rand Paul accused Fauci of misrepresenting in earlier testimony the
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: nature of US government funding of the Wuhan Institute of
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: Horology in China, where some believe the COVID nineteen virus
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: originated as a result of a lab experiment gone awry.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: He ended his characteristically long question by reminding doctor Fauci
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: that it is a crime to light to Congress. Take
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: a listen, Senator Pole, I have never lied before the Congress,
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: and I do not retract that statement. This paper that
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: you're referring to was judged by qualified staff up and
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: down the chain as not being gained a function. What
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: was let me finish shaking animal virus and you increase
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: the transibility to humans. Right, you're saying that's not gain
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: to function. That is correct. And Senator Poul, you do
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: not know what you are talking about, quite frankly, and
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: I want to say that officially, you do not know
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: what you are talking about. OI. Yeah. The Republicans are
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: so soul party line. They want to discredit any type
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: of science, any type of climate change, anything, Donald Trump,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: they try to do anything. It's ridiculous what this country
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: has become and how we allow people to discredit our doctors,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: our attorney generals, and all these people who are elected
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: and put into these high level positions. This dude, Rand
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Paul ain't nothing but a damn politician, slash liar, and
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: now he gets to challenge a medical doctor who has
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: done nothing but serve people his entire life with facts.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: They've been trying to tell that ignorant ass administration that
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: this thing was way more serious a year and a
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: half ago, and they wouldn't listen to tell about It'll
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: all be over by easter, the dumb ass, and we're
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: still letting them talk. Why. And you know what the
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: Republicans are going to try to do. They are going
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: to try by the mid terms to blame COVID on
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: science and the Democrats. Yeah, exactly what they're doing Obama
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: and Obama they always throw him. Do you know The
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: sad part of all of this is that it's that
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: it's that Republicans are buying into this. They are being
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: led to slaughter by these people who just won't power
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: in position they will care about their health. All they're
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: trying to do is get reelected. They don't care if
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: the virus resurfaces. Nothing. As long as I'm in office,
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: they don't care. Again, they don't care about healthcare workers.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: They forgot Donald Trump got vaccinated. Hey, hey, y'all, let
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: me tell you something. This unemployee of mind that's really
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: close to me. I'm not gonna say who it is
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: for its own privacy purpose. He contracted relatively healthy guy.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: He's not doing well. Now he's not on the ventilator,
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: praise God, but he's not doing well. And the projected
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: ten day or quarantine that they put him on it's
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: not enough. He gotta stay. I talked with him yesterday.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: He don't sound good at all. I mean at all.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: And this is one of the great guys that I know,
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: bubbly and everything. Man, this thing is real, y'all. And
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: this thing will take you out, and it handles everybody differently.
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: And he has all the symptoms fever. He couldn't break
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: his fever. Over the weekend, it came back again. He's
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: lost his appetite, he's lost his taste and smell. This
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: dude is struggling, he told me. He said, Oh, mister age,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: I see how this is taking people out, he said, Man,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: only reasons not making it. Man became my mom will
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: praying for me. He said, Man, this thing is bad.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: And I've never heard this guy speak negatively in all
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: the is he's worked for me, and and it like
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: really really bothered me because I'm went, wow, man, serious. Yeah,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: there's so much proof of people getting it and dying,
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: you know, I mean, a vaccine can help me be unavoidable.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: I mean we cannot ignore that. All Right, We'll have more.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: We'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Show coming up at twenty minutes after right after this,
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right. So,
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: the first person to be sentenced for a felony in
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: connection to the January sixth attack on the US Capitol
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: was sentenced to eight months in prison. Prosecutors were pushing
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: to put thirty eight year old Paul Alert Hodgkins of Tampa,
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: Florida behind bars for eighteen months after he pleaded guilty
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: last month to one count of obstructing an official proceeding.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: When announcing his decision, US District Judge Randolph ma noted
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: that Hodgkins, with no previous record, was not involved in
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: a leadership role in the mob that attacked the Capitol
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: and offered sincere statements in court earlier on Monday. So
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: that's why he ended up with eighteen months. That's cool.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: That's cool. So let me tell you something. They dropped
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: eight moths. They wanted eight too. He got eight. He
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: got eight. Oh yeah, eight. Yeah. She wanted eighteen. He
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: got eight. That's a good sign. So now when they
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: start coming back within people chanting and the ones that
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: caused these depths and the ones that they can put
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: that internet stuff, hey dog, they're gonna do some time.
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: Everybody couldn't do some time on this one right here.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: This is a good signer. I hope all of them
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: do time. But I want you to understand if that
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: was a black Lives Matter movement. Boy, this be a
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: whole nother story. They're still watching it. They're saying it
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: that you know, it's an attack against former President Trump. Right, yeah,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: that's cool. Well, while a Whitewashington as Whitewashington jail. All right,
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: we'll have more of a Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: up at thirty three minutes after. Right after this, you're
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: listening to this Sta Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: time now for Ask the CLO. Chief Love Officer Steve
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Harvey is here. This one is from Janey in Mississippi.
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: Janey writes, I'm a twenty nine year old single woman
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: and I'm confused by the man in my life. He's
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: been taking me out for a full year and spends
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: a majority of his time with me. I've been to
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: his parents' house several times, I've met his daughter, and
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: I'm cool with his ex wife, but he says we're
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: just friends. We did the ninety day rule and he's respectful,
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: respectful towards me in every way. I've decided to withhold
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: intimacy until he claims me as his girlfriend. He said
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: that would only hurt our relationship, not help. What other
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: way is there, Clo. Now, I think you're doing the
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: right thing. He said, it would only hurt the relationship,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: not help. Okay. Well, let's see. Yeah. Yeah, And if
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: you can't get nothing you want, what type of relationship
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: is it? Right? You know you're the maddest mom and everything,
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: but you want a title, you want something, and he
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: don't want to give the to you know, friends, all
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: this y'all doing and y'all just friends. He don't want
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: to label it, you know, then, and you want to
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: label You have every right to want to label. It's okay,
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: it's okay. It's gonna hurt the relationship, not help it. Okay. Well,
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: let's see. Yea. Sometimes you got to call a bluff bluff, y'all.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: Don't it don't take long once you cut it off. Now,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: it don't take long at bluff quick, okay, uncle, uncle, uncle,
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: all right. Moving on to Patrina in South Film Michigan,
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: she says, I've been married for eleven years and my
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: husband has cheated three times. Each time, my intuition told
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: me he was up to something, and I cornered him
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: until he confessed. Each time he said it was just
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: sex and he had no attachment to the lady. Although
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I look better than all three of them, and my
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: body is tighter than all of theirs, there is still
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: something that makes my husband keep stepping out on me.
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: Why am I not enough woman for him? It? That's
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: not it. That's not it, and stop making it about yourself.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: Your husband has an inadequacy, he has a flaw. It's
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: not that you're not enough woman for him. It's just
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: that he won't other women. It ain't about you not
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: being enough. It ain't nothing about you not being cute
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: or tight or fine on all that. He has no
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: damn self control. He's an undisciplined man when it comes
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: to that in you, and he's stupid enough to get
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: busted three times and being just cause you pressure him.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: So now you got an undisciplined man that ain't even strong.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: So now he ain't strong, which means he's also weak
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: in other areas. So he if you can break him
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: down because he weakness, you don't think another woman can.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: No man has a weakness. Coming up, it is our
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: last break of the day, and of course, at forty
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: nine minutes after the hour, we'll have some closing remarks
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: from our fearless leader, the one and only Steve Harvey
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, guys, Here we
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: are our last break of the day. On this Wednesday
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: hump day, did you guys see Jeff Bezos and his
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: brother go up in space? Yeah, yesterday day, yesterday morning.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: He said it was the best day ever, best day ever,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: with our Amazon money, with our Amazon money. Uncle, I
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: want ago, let me do something, and don't listen to me.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Your uncle ain't going up in a damn space. It's
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: only for an hour. We're just gonna go to look
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: around and come on back down. Bezos was up there
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: but eleven minutes. Yeah, experienced witlessness for a couple of minutes.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: And yeah, then they came back, and then they came right.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: No interest in that. Hey, y'all, these are my clothes
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: remarks to that. I have been on the tangent lately,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: and it's because I think I'm coming into a new
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: development within myself on a spiritual level. And as I
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: go through this process, uh, as I'm learning it in
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: a different way. I just don't mind sharing it with
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: you all. I hope y'all don't mind, because all I'm
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: really trying to do is give people some insight to
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: how cool your spirituality is and how cool it is
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: to have relationship with God, or how cool it is
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: to really develop an understanding of how this whole thing works.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: And I want to talk to you about your dreams
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: and visions, but I want to talk to you about
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: the struggles in getting to your dreams and visions, because
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: that's that's some important information for people, because everybody wants something,
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: but we got to go through the process of attaining it.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: And part of the process is the struggle, because it
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: is a struggle to be successful. If it wasn't a struggle,
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: it be really simple to do. I mean, you just
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: go do it right. So I want to tell you something.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: The first place that we lose our battle with our struggles,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: the first place that we lose our battles with making
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: our dreams come true is in our thinking. That's the
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: first place that we start to lose it. See, I
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: want to share something with you. If you accept any
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: of your negative thoughts, you gotta be careful for having
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: sustained negative thoughts because what happens then is you allow
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: them to take root, and that's dangerous. So before you
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: when you have a negative thought and it starts to
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: look like it's sticking around. You have the power to
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: immediately change your thinking. You can say, oh no, wait
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: a minute, wait a minute, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: that's not true. Because remember yesterday I was telling y'all said,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: don't let people talk you out of what God has
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: for you. Well, the best way to do that is
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: through gratitude and understanding what God has already done for you.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: So before you let it take root, you gotta change
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: your thinking. You gotta dismiss any thought of permanent negative thoughts.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: You gotta get rid of them. You know, I'll never
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: get well, I never get out of debt, I'll never
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: beat my diction. It don't seem like I'm gonna ever
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: get to where I'm going. Well, they hide somebody else
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: that don't look like that job was meant to be. No,
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: if they hired somebody else, that was not your job,
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: that job wasn't meant for you. Don't put that negative
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: in your life. Don't drink that kool aid. That's not
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: for you. That wasn't to show you was supposed to have. Oh,
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: they canceled my show that it was your time was over.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: It's okay, don't drink that negative and allow it to
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: take root like that's something permanent, because it's not. You
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: don't have to be a permanent and you don't have
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: to be embedded into any negative thinking any moment that
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: you have it's not permanent. You have the right and
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: the ability to change your thinking. Listen to me. If
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: you start to change your thinking from negative to positive,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: do you know what happens? You begin to allow the
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: unnatural to happen. Okay with Steve, So what you mean
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: the unnatural? Well, I'm talking about the unnatural power that
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: gets released by the power of positive thinking. You all,
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: it works just that way. I keep telling y'all. The
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: difference between successful people and non successful people, it's what
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: goes on between their ears. That's the only difference is
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: how you think. Positive people don't let negative things take root.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: Positive people find ways to negate negative thinking by reversing
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: it with positive thinking and gratitude. That's the best way. Look, look, look,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: listen to me. What makes it this thing I'm talking
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: about When you under it allows you to release the
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: power of positive thinking. And what makes it unnatural is
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: that we are created in God's image. Everybody. So like
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: in the beginning, it was completely dark. And then you
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: heard God say, and let there be light. The Bible
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: clearly says that what he did was he said let
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: there be light. He produced a positive thought. He took
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: to produce the light. He could have just made it
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: light because he God, but he made sure was written
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: in the Bible that he said, let that be light.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: He produced a positive thought. And since we created in
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: this image, all you have to do is start producing
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: positive thoughts. It starts unleasing the unnatural power that comes
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: with positive thinking. I dare you to try it. I
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: dare you to try. Don't sit up and say what
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: Steve is easy for you to say, you got all
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: this and I gotta you gotta that. How do you
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: think I got it? How do you think I got it?
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man, it ain't cause of education, because
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: I ain't got none. It ain't cause I ain't got
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: to write. I'm black, I've been behind a ball. I'm
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: just telling me. Come on, y'all try it. Got have
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: a break, t talk to God for all. Steve Harvey
