- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, here's what we know in a story that
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm about to tell you. Somebody lied and more than
- 0:07Speaker 1: likely lied under oath. Now Lindsey Graham cendor Graham is
- 0:12Speaker 1: firing back after the Hunter Biden prosecutor refutes the IRS whistleblower,
- 0:18Speaker 1: saying this, I don't trust the Department of Justice. David
- 0:22Speaker 1: Wise told Lindsey Graham he has never been denied the
- 0:25Speaker 1: authority to bring charges in any jurisdiction in a letter
- 0:29Speaker 1: that was released on Monday. I want you to hear
- 0:32Speaker 1: what he had to say to Sean Hannity about this,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and then we're going to compare it to the new
- 0:37Speaker 1: news that we have on this story. Now, this is
- 0:40Speaker 1: significant because somebody is lying and more than likely they
- 0:44Speaker 1: lied under oath.
- 0:45Speaker 2: So this is an important moment here. Here's what I
- 0:49Speaker 2: can tell you without any doubt when it comes to
- 0:52Speaker 2: the Department of Justice, I don't trust them. They got
- 0:55Speaker 2: to come forward under oath and testify. So here's what
- 0:58Speaker 2: the whistleblower has said. The group of whistleblowers that Hunter
- 1:03Speaker 2: Biden got the benefit of the doubt unlike anybody they've
- 1:06Speaker 2: ever seen, and they've been there for decades that every
- 1:09Speaker 2: time there was a question it wound up being in
- 1:13Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's favor. They claimed that mister Weiss, the U
- 1:17Speaker 2: S Attorney from Delaware, sought special council status and was
- 1:21Speaker 2: denied that status, and that he wanted to bring charges
- 1:24Speaker 2: in DC and California but he was told no.
- 1:27Speaker 3: So what did I do?
- 1:28Speaker 2: I wrote mister Weiss and said, what's the deal here?
- 1:31Speaker 2: Did you ask for special council status? He told me
- 1:35Speaker 2: in the letter he had a discussion about it, but
- 1:37Speaker 2: he was sure that he could get it if he
- 1:39Speaker 2: needed it, And he never really answered the question. The
- 1:42Speaker 2: second thing that he said in the letter back to
- 1:45Speaker 2: me was he never went to d C or California
- 1:48Speaker 2: for more serious charges. He was never rebuffed by those jurisdictions.
- 1:52Speaker 2: But here's the big one. I asked him about the
- 1:54Speaker 2: ten twenty three Remember the ten.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Twenty three report.
- 1:57Speaker 2: If it had not been for Center Brassley, we would
- 2:00Speaker 2: never known that there was an accusation that Hunter and
- 2:03Speaker 2: Joe Biden both were involved in a bribery scandal involving Barisma,
- 2:07Speaker 2: the giant gas company in Ukraine.
- 2:11Speaker 3: That ten twenty.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Three investigative report was found by Senator Grassley.
- 2:16Speaker 3: It was redacted.
- 2:18Speaker 2: He got through redactions lifted, and we now know a
- 2:21Speaker 2: credible source for the FBI, literally on their payroll, claims
- 2:26Speaker 2: that there were conversations up to fifteen between hundred and
- 2:30Speaker 2: Joe Biden regarding a gas company official in the Ukraine.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Here's what mister Wise said. I cannot tell you about
- 2:38Speaker 2: that accusation because it's part of a criminal investigation. That's
- 2:42Speaker 2: one of two things that they're still looking at Hunter
- 2:45Speaker 2: Biden for additional charges. What I don't believe that they
- 2:48Speaker 2: don't want to tell me what happened to the ten
- 2:50Speaker 2: twenty three investigation. And I can tell your audience you're
- 2:54Speaker 2: all going to know what happened. Did they sweep it
- 2:56Speaker 2: under the rug that they investigate and find out it
- 2:59Speaker 2: was fraudulent. I want to know what happened to the
- 3:02Speaker 2: accusations regarding Hunter Biden, Joe Biden taking bribes in Ukraine.
- 3:06Speaker 4: I did not get that answer in this letter.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I'm not going to stop until I've found out to
- 3:11Speaker 2: find out how that accusation was disposed of.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Now.
- 3:15Speaker 1: The reason why we're starting to have some success now
- 3:17Speaker 1: with getting answers is because there are many people that
- 3:21Speaker 1: have had enough. Lindsey Graham is just one example of that.
- 3:25Speaker 1: And then we're starting to find out about even more corruption.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Let me talk about some of that corruption real quick
- 3:31Speaker 1: so that you understand just how bad it's gotten.
- 3:34Speaker 4: I'll give you another example of this.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You've got the Hunter Biden prosecutor Leslie Wolf, who's now
- 3:41Speaker 1: under fire for alleged interference. Wolf is accused by a
- 3:46Speaker 1: whistleblower of letting politics interfere with the investigation into the
- 3:52Speaker 1: Biden crime family. Now that's the top prosecuecutor on the
- 3:56Speaker 1: team that was supposed to be investigating Hunter Biden is
- 3:59Speaker 1: now facing serious scrutiny and allegations that she quote limited
- 4:04Speaker 1: questioning and limited inquiries about President Biden, as well as
- 4:10Speaker 1: blocked sir to warns because she was worried about the
- 4:13Speaker 1: quote unquote optics during the probe. I want you to
- 4:18Speaker 1: hear what Jonathan Turley had to say about this on Fox.
- 4:23Speaker 6: I just want to keep remind viewers from a week ago, Weiss,
- 4:28Speaker 6: the prosecutor out of Delaware, sent a letter to Jim Jordan,
- 4:32Speaker 6: and he seemed to outline his defense in four different parts.
- 4:37Speaker 6: You have seen that letter. Do you have questions about
- 4:39Speaker 6: the letter or do they satisfy you, and then I'll
- 4:42Speaker 6: ask you specifically about two.
- 4:46Speaker 7: Well, no, there's nothing to be satisfied with, because there's
- 4:49Speaker 7: no answers in the letter. That is what Weiss is
- 4:52Speaker 7: saying is I was given this authority, but doesn't deal
- 4:55Speaker 7: with the specific allegations of these whistleblowers. We have numerous
- 4:59Speaker 7: witnesses and other witnesses were named in these accounts who
- 5:03Speaker 7: were present at a meeting where Weiss allegedly said that
- 5:08Speaker 7: he was not the final decision maker, that he had
- 5:11Speaker 7: tried to become a special counsel was denied, and they
- 5:14Speaker 7: were also told that the charges were attempted in California
- 5:18Speaker 7: d C.
- 5:19Speaker 3: But rebuffed by those US attorneys.
- 5:22Speaker 7: That's in direct and irreconcilable conflict with what has been
- 5:28Speaker 7: said by Attorney General Garland. What Weiss is saying is
- 5:31Speaker 7: I was given this authority, and so he's got an
- 5:34Speaker 7: answer to these discrepancies. But the problem that Weiss has
- 5:39Speaker 7: is that the case itself is just a glaring mountain
- 5:43Speaker 7: of contradiction. I mean, the US Justice Department seemed to
- 5:47Speaker 7: let the statute limitations run, and some of us wrote
- 5:50Speaker 7: columns before that date and said, why are you doing
- 5:54Speaker 7: this the statutes about to run. These whistleblowers are saying
- 5:57Speaker 7: that it did appear to be intentional, that there was
- 6:01Speaker 7: an agreement that more serious charges could be brought against
- 6:04Speaker 7: Hunter and those were scuttled.
- 6:06Speaker 6: Okay, so you've got Weiss, you got me Regardland, and
- 6:11Speaker 6: you got the whistleblower, Shapley. He was on with Bred
- 6:14Speaker 6: on the twenty eighth of June listening here.
- 6:18Speaker 8: We weren't allowed to ask questions about Dad. We weren't
- 6:21Speaker 8: allowed to ask about the big guy. We weren't allowed
- 6:23Speaker 8: to include certain names and document requests and search warrants,
- 6:29Speaker 8: so you know, we were precluded from following that line
- 6:32Speaker 8: of questioning.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Now let's just pause here for a second. So this
- 6:37Speaker 1: irs whistleblower saying we were told we couldn't say any
- 6:41Speaker 1: of these things. We couldn't ask any of these things.
- 6:43Speaker 1: We couldn't talk about any of these things. It dealt with Hunter, Biden,
- 6:46Speaker 1: Joe Biden, James Biden, the Biden crime family, suspicious activity reports,
- 6:50Speaker 1: the amount of money coming in for different people that
- 6:52Speaker 1: directly connected to the President of the United States America.
- 6:55Speaker 1: We were not allowed to talk about it, investigative and
- 6:58Speaker 1: or go there this on top of the fact that
- 7:03Speaker 1: the pressure is now building on the Assistant US Attorney
- 7:07Speaker 1: Leslie Wolf following the release of this whistleblower testimony from
- 7:11Speaker 1: these IRS officials involved in the probe of Hunter Biden,
- 7:13Speaker 1: one of which you just heard from, who say this
- 7:17Speaker 1: investigation was in properly influenced solely on the issue of politics.
- 7:24Speaker 1: The whistleblower you just heard from, who was the supervisor
- 7:28Speaker 1: of the investigation of the IRS, said that quote at
- 7:31Speaker 1: every stage quote unquote of the Hunter Biden probe, decisions
- 7:36Speaker 1: were made that had the effect of benefiting the President's
- 7:40Speaker 1: son period. Chaplin made a number of damning allegations, the
- 7:46Speaker 1: castid serious doubt over the legitimacy of this investigation and
- 7:51Speaker 1: lob critical accusations at Wolf. According to Chaplin, Wolf worked
- 7:57Speaker 1: to quote limit questioning you just heard him say that
- 8:02Speaker 1: related to President Biden and apparent references to Biden as
- 8:06Speaker 1: Dad or the big guy. Nope, you can't say it,
- 8:08Speaker 1: can't do it, can't go there. Wolf allegedly said there
- 8:13Speaker 1: was quote no specific criminality to the line of questioning, saying,
- 8:18Speaker 1: in other words, all right, you say there's a crime,
- 8:20Speaker 1: there's not. You're not allowed to do any of this
- 8:23Speaker 1: related to President Biden or or Hunter Biden and the irs.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Whitzblorer said, this is what upset the FBI and that's
- 8:31Speaker 1: why they said you can't do it. In October of
- 8:35Speaker 1: twenty twenty, by the way, Wolf also reviewed an Affidavid
- 8:38Speaker 1: now being accused of for a search warrant of Hunter
- 8:40Speaker 1: Biden's residence and agreed that probable cause had been achieved.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Shapley testified. However, Chaplie said Wolf ultimately would not allow
- 8:50Speaker 1: physical search warrant on the present son because of the optics.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Chaplie said Wolf determined there was enough probable cause for
- 8:58Speaker 1: the physical search warrant there, but the question was whether
- 9:02Speaker 1: the juice was quote worth the squeeze. This is the
- 9:05Speaker 1: second person now that's confirmed this happened, and the response
- 9:10Speaker 1: from Wolf that was no, we're going to play politics period. Now,
- 9:16Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 9:18Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good friends.
- 9:20Speaker 4: At Patriot Mobile.
- 9:21Speaker 1: They are now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not
- 9:25Speaker 1: happy with your coverage, you can switch between the three
- 9:27Speaker 1: major carriers for free.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 9:35Speaker 1: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 9:38Speaker 1: G five networks, the same network and towers are using
- 9:41Speaker 1: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 9:44Speaker 1: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 9:48Speaker 1: actually are a company that fights to preserve our god
- 9:52Speaker 1: given rights and freedoms. So this year resolved to stop
- 9:56Speaker 1: spending your money with companies that don't align with your values.
- 10:00Speaker 1: In fact, actually fight against what you believe in. Switch
- 10:03Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups,
- 10:06Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.
- 10:10Speaker 4: It is easy to switch.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Call them right now or go online to Patriotmobile dot
- 10:15Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Or
- 10:20Speaker 1: call them eight seven eight Patriot. You're gonna get free
- 10:23Speaker 1: activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven eight
- 10:26Speaker 1: Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. I want to
- 10:31Speaker 1: get back to another part of this that is continuing
- 10:34Speaker 1: to unravel for the Biden Whitehouse when it comes to
- 10:37Speaker 1: their corruption and the money coming in from all over
- 10:39Speaker 1: the world from the shadiest people Biden doj is also
- 10:44Speaker 1: now fighting back against another whistleblower, Galloft.
- 10:48Speaker 4: We played you.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I think it was what last week, the entire video
- 10:54Speaker 1: that was put up by Galloft.
- 10:57Speaker 4: It was on Friday. I'm pretty sure.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Go back listen to that podcast if you want to
- 11:01Speaker 1: hear what Galuf said in his own words. And now
- 11:04Speaker 1: what they've decided to do since that whistleblower video came
- 11:07Speaker 1: out is they've now decided to charge him, not Hunter Biden,
- 11:13Speaker 1: with FIA violations.
- 11:14Speaker 4: Yeah, the US Department.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Of Justice has indicted Galuff, the whistleblower in the Biden
- 11:19Speaker 1: family scandals, for a quote failing to comply with the
- 11:22Speaker 1: Foreign Agent's Registration Act. They've never indicted Hunter Biden for
- 11:27Speaker 1: the same exact thing, which Hunter Biden did clearly through
- 11:30Speaker 1: his own text messages and emails. Luff is on the run.
- 11:36Speaker 1: He's on the run abroad from charges of arms trafficking,
- 11:39Speaker 1: which he denies. He says he met with the FBI
- 11:42Speaker 1: about corruption involving Joe Biden and his son Hunter, but
- 11:46Speaker 1: they never followed up after they met. Luft is currently
- 11:51Speaker 1: sought by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee as a
- 11:54Speaker 1: potential witness as a fugitive Left alleges his testimony to
- 11:59Speaker 1: the committee, he would show the Biden family received money
- 12:03Speaker 1: from CEFE China Energy Company, an entity link to the
- 12:08Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party. He also claims the Bidens had a
- 12:12Speaker 1: mole inside the FBI who shared information to the benefit
- 12:16Speaker 1: of the family business, directly getting money from China for
- 12:22Speaker 1: intel from the FBI. Mole Loft, who claims he is
- 12:26Speaker 1: a fall guy, now said he gave the incriminating evidence
- 12:29Speaker 1: of Biden family wrongdoing to the FBI and the DOJ
- 12:33Speaker 1: in Brussels all the way back in March of twenty
- 12:35Speaker 1: nineteen in a secret meeting. The US authorities covered up
- 12:39Speaker 1: the meeting, he alleges left. Spoke to The New York
- 12:42Speaker 1: Post last week about the claims that he was indicted,
- 12:45Speaker 1: and then he was indicted just days later. Now it's
- 12:49Speaker 1: complicated for Gal. He's a dual assistant in the US
- 12:51Speaker 1: and Iran. He's accused now of working with others to
- 12:54Speaker 1: advance the people's interests of China without registering as a
- 12:58Speaker 1: foreign agent, something that Hunter Biden did has never been
- 13:01Speaker 1: charged for, according.
- 13:03Speaker 4: To the US Attorney's Office.
- 13:04Speaker 1: So the Southern District of New York, the fifty seven
- 13:06Speaker 1: year old agreed to recruit and pay a high ranking
- 13:08Speaker 1: US official, they're now claiming. In twenty sixteen, they're saying
- 13:13Speaker 1: he conspired with the official who was an advisor to
- 13:16Speaker 1: then President elect Donald Trump to support policies quote unquote
- 13:20Speaker 1: related to China, as alleged. Gal Luft, a dual US
- 13:25Speaker 1: Israeli citizen and co head of a Maryland think take,
- 13:28Speaker 1: engaged in multiple serious criminal schemes, is what the US
- 13:32Speaker 1: Attorney Williams said in a statement, saying, quote he subverted
- 13:36Speaker 1: foreign agent registration laws, something that Hunter Biden, James Biden,
- 13:39Speaker 1: all the other Bidens have done in the United States
- 13:42Speaker 1: of America. Is set to promote Chinese policies by acting
- 13:45Speaker 1: through a former high ranking US government official, saying he
- 13:49Speaker 1: act as a broker and deals for dangerous weapons and
- 13:52Speaker 1: Iranian oil. He told multiple lies about his crimes to
- 13:55Speaker 1: quote unquote law enforcement Now, though Luft face as far
- 13:59Speaker 1: as charge's, critics note that Hunter Biden has ever been
- 14:02Speaker 1: charged with the same despite acting as a representative clearly
- 14:05Speaker 1: for foreign companies and foreign officials. We also know as
- 14:11Speaker 1: the evidence of contacts of Hunter Biden with various government
- 14:15Speaker 1: officials continues to grow. Yet the doj still as still
- 14:19Speaker 1: was incapable of finding a single violation of PARA as
- 14:22Speaker 1: a foreign agents. Prosecutoral discretion or willful blindness is how
- 14:28Speaker 1: Jonathan Turley put it when talking about this issue. Ironically,
- 14:33Speaker 1: the charges facing Left alleges that he worked for the
- 14:36Speaker 1: same company, CEFE China Energy Company, the same company the
- 14:41Speaker 1: Bidens are believed to have been doing business with to
- 14:43Speaker 1: the tune of millions of dollars. But only Loft thus
- 14:46Speaker 1: far has been charged under PHARA, not the Kingpin, and
- 14:50Speaker 1: not Hunter Biden. So let's go back to another question. Yesterday,
- 14:56Speaker 1: a man was indicted for violating the Foreign Agents Registration
- 14:59Speaker 1: Act by working without registration for a coming called cef
- 15:03Speaker 1: E China. This is a question asked the National Security
- 15:06Speaker 1: Advisor Jake Sullivan. I want you to hear Jake Sullivan's
- 15:11Speaker 1: response to this question and how uncomfortable he is knowing
- 15:16Speaker 1: that they've indicted this man while at the same time
- 15:18Speaker 1: looking the other way when it comes to the issue
- 15:21Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden.
- 15:22Speaker 9: Yesterday, US treat Sum District, you're taking the many galloped
- 15:27Speaker 9: for violating the Newer Agents Registration Act by working lemistration
- 15:30Speaker 9: for company cold CNC China Energy the Christmas Sun and
- 15:35Speaker 9: the other work of saving berber that registration, and so
- 15:38Speaker 9: the priscipal list moved to the benefits shoot down texts
- 15:41Speaker 9: Pasage receiving tracts with five million dollars to fight entity
- 15:44Speaker 9: the president plicit event with their business Parriscos consident for
- 15:48Speaker 9: a tender sent tennis speed and this list as a
- 15:52Speaker 9: participant in all attempt by US. Naturally asked by CFC,
- 15:58Speaker 9: what's the way hess toy ability foreign liability.
- 16:04Speaker 4: For spanning the president here, I've not seen that and
- 16:08Speaker 4: can comment on it. Yeah, there it is. I've not
- 16:11Speaker 4: seen that and i can't comment on it. So I'm
- 16:14Speaker 4: just gonna move on.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I don't believe, by the way, for a second, just
- 16:17Speaker 1: to be clear that Jake Sullivan is telling you the truth.
- 16:21Speaker 4: I believe that Jake Sullivan is lying.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I believe that Jake Sullivan absolutely knows about this and
- 16:26Speaker 1: knows that he was indicted and knows all of this. Biden,
- 16:30Speaker 1: by the way, also on the international stage, and this
- 16:34Speaker 1: is engulfing the international headlines. Cannot go anywhere without being
- 16:38Speaker 1: instructed where to go and what to do.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Today.
- 16:41Speaker 1: He was told to sign his signature after he sat
- 16:44Speaker 1: down at the table. He didn't know what to do,
- 16:46Speaker 1: so they had to say, you got to sign your signature.
- 16:48Speaker 1: He said, my signature, Like, what other signature would you
- 16:51Speaker 1: write down? This is another example of how bad the
- 16:55Speaker 1: cognitive decline of the President of United States of America
- 16:58Speaker 1: actually is. Right now, now, there's one other thing about
- 17:01Speaker 1: this that you need to understand, and that is that
- 17:05Speaker 1: not only does the president not seem to know what
- 17:08Speaker 1: he's saying or doing, but we know that the money
- 17:11Speaker 1: is still flowing into the Biden family. How is that
- 17:15Speaker 1: even possible. It's because the media refuses and you have
- 17:20Speaker 1: again a Justice Department that refuses to do their job.
- 17:24Speaker 4: They keep looking the other way.
- 17:26Speaker 1: If any of you can translate what Joe Biden had
- 17:29Speaker 1: to say last night, I'll give you one hundred dollars.
- 17:31Speaker 4: Listen.
- 17:31Speaker 10: Included groundbreaking Asian Americas like Very Wang and Joan Shengang
- 17:39Speaker 10: Shi Pastora Shanga Kuoa.
- 17:47Speaker 4: I don't know what he's saying. Neither does Joe Biden.
- 17:49Speaker 1: That's your president of the United States of America, and
- 17:52Speaker 1: that's now what he is saying right now.
- 17:55Speaker 3: This is it.
- 17:55Speaker 4: This is what he's saying.
- 17:57Speaker 1: So you ask about the man being indicted for violting
- 17:59Speaker 1: the four and Agent Registration Act, working without registration for
- 18:02Speaker 1: the exact same damn company that Joe Biden James Biden
- 18:05Speaker 1: worked for cf E Energy China, where they each got
- 18:08Speaker 1: millions of dollars from them, including a five million dollar shakedown,
- 18:11Speaker 1: and the present son worked for the same damn firm
- 18:14Speaker 1: without registration. And what's the White House take? The National
- 18:17Speaker 1: Security Advisor says, you heard it. I've not seen that
- 18:22Speaker 1: and cannot comment on that. Let that sink in. This
- 18:27Speaker 1: is the world that we're living in right now. I
- 18:30Speaker 1: want to go back to Jonathan Turley and the point
- 18:33Speaker 1: that Jonathan was making, and I want you to listen
- 18:36Speaker 1: carefully to what he has to say, because he's spot
- 18:39Speaker 1: on in his take about all of this as he
- 18:43Speaker 1: describes it here.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Okay, so two government officials on one signe he got
- 18:47Speaker 6: this whistle blew in hour now came when public weis said,
- 18:51Speaker 6: I've been granted ultimate authority over this matter, including responsibility
- 18:55Speaker 6: for deciding where and when weather file charges.
- 18:58Speaker 4: And I guess, professor to you, who's lying? And how
- 19:05Speaker 4: do we figure that out?
- 19:05Speaker 7: Well that's a good question, because well, you know, the
- 19:08Speaker 7: whistleblowers referred to an Ausa named Wolf, and she supposedly
- 19:13Speaker 7: told them don't ask about the big guy you and
- 19:17Speaker 7: resisted efforts to look into storage units and is even
- 19:21Speaker 7: accused of tipping off the Biden team.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Now we don't have any confirmation of that.
- 19:25Speaker 7: We haven't heard from this a USA, but I would
- 19:28Speaker 7: find it strange and Ausa would take it upon herself
- 19:32Speaker 7: to set those types of parameters. They had to come
- 19:34Speaker 7: from someone, and so Congress has every reason to get
- 19:38Speaker 7: the answers here. Wis didn't answer them, and so they
- 19:41Speaker 7: need to force those answers. Now, he just missed this deadline.
- 19:44Speaker 7: I think Congress is going to give him a little
- 19:46Speaker 7: bit of time, but Congress is not going away. These
- 19:50Speaker 7: questions need to be answered. These It cannot be more
- 19:53Speaker 7: serious in terms of what's being alleged here. It's a deprivation,
- 19:56Speaker 7: a total abrog abridgment of the rule of law.
- 20:00Speaker 6: If these allegations are trust question, then Hunter Biden's in
- 20:03Speaker 6: court at the end of July, right, I think it's
- 20:05Speaker 6: July twenty six, I'm not sure the date. Do you
- 20:08Speaker 6: think Republicans in the House can bring shaply for a
- 20:13Speaker 6: public hearing and or force Wiss to appear prior to
- 20:18Speaker 6: that date.
- 20:21Speaker 7: Well, the question on the whistleblowers, I think is yes,
- 20:24Speaker 7: they probably can bring the whistleblowers in the Department of
- 20:27Speaker 7: Justice is going to resist. They're going to keep on
- 20:28Speaker 7: saying it's an ongoing investigation, which is highly ironic because
- 20:33Speaker 7: they extended this investigation so long they ran out of time,
- 20:37Speaker 7: so the statue of limitations ran on some of these crimes, and.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Now they're doing it again. Say well, it's ongoing, give
- 20:43Speaker 3: us some more time.
- 20:44Speaker 7: But after that plea comes down, it's going to get
- 20:46Speaker 7: harder and harder to convince a court because the Congress
- 20:50Speaker 7: is investigating them.
- 20:51Speaker 3: It's not trying to relittigate this case.
- 20:53Speaker 7: It's investigating the FBI, it's investigating the irs, it's investigating
- 20:58Speaker 7: the Biden administration.
- 21:00Speaker 1: It's a bigger deal, a much bigger deal as he
- 21:04Speaker 1: described it there. Let me also tell you about our
- 21:06Speaker 1: friends of Augusta Precious Medals. Have you been saving a
- 21:09Speaker 1: long time for retirement. Well, if you have, you've probably

- 22:27Speaker 1: Metals dot com or eight seven seven the number four GOLDR.
- 22:33Speaker 4: Let me also say this.
- 22:35Speaker 1: The White House is trying to figure out their best
- 22:38Speaker 1: way to navigate this, and apparently they think that's just
- 22:41Speaker 1: saying nothing at all. Biden aids are now refusing to
- 22:45Speaker 1: comment on the First family Farah exposure possible violations after
- 22:50Speaker 1: American who knows them was charged for work with the
- 22:54Speaker 1: same Chinese firm. The White House refusing on Tuesday and
- 22:59Speaker 1: when to discuss potential legal exposure to President Biden, the
- 23:04Speaker 1: first on Hunter, and the first brother James Biden after
- 23:07Speaker 1: a US citizen was criminally charged for working as an
- 23:11Speaker 1: unregistered agent at the same Chinese firm that paid the
- 23:14Speaker 1: Biden family millions of dollars. What's the White House take
- 23:19Speaker 1: on potential foreign agents registration acts liability for the First
- 23:24Speaker 1: family and the president was the question asked to the
- 23:28Speaker 1: White House Security Advisor Jake Sullivan at the NATO summit
- 23:33Speaker 1: in Lithuania. I've not seen that and cannot comment on that.
- 23:39Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary to follow that up. Who took
- 23:43Speaker 1: reporters questions after Sullivan refused to provide additional comment or
- 23:49Speaker 1: respond to an email inquiry as well that came afterwards
- 23:54Speaker 1: from reporters. So how is it that Giluft was charged
- 23:59Speaker 1: by the Manhattan Attorney's Office for violating Pharaoh by accepting
- 24:04Speaker 1: from CFI Energy at least seven hundred thousand dollars, But
- 24:09Speaker 1: the guys in the Biden family who took millions of
- 24:13Speaker 1: dollars have never been charged with the same crimes.
- 24:17Speaker 4: It's called a cover up.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Now, I also want you to hear what Kevin McCarthy,
- 24:22Speaker 1: the Speaker of the House, had to say when he
- 24:25Speaker 1: was asked about these irs whistleblowers coming forward and the
- 24:29Speaker 1: lack of transparency coming from the prosecutor in this case.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Listen carefully, Why you.
- 24:37Speaker 11: Can't talk about and I'm going in the station he's
- 24:40Speaker 11: gonna have to And what are you gonna.
- 24:43Speaker 12: I think you cannot sit back and hide behind and
- 24:47Speaker 12: have an asurance Attorney General say one.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Thing, you say something else in private?
- 24:50Speaker 11: What do you have to hide?
- 24:52Speaker 12: Wouldn't you first and foremost, Why would you wait so
- 24:55Speaker 12: long to respond to if you knew this was a question,
- 24:58Speaker 12: If you knew because of the attorney that you were,
- 25:00Speaker 12: because you've worked for the Attorney General and others, and
- 25:03Speaker 12: that it would rise to such a constitutional question, why
- 25:06Speaker 12: don't you step out the first dance saying I got
- 25:08Speaker 12: nothing to hide. Let's talk about what was said. This
- 25:11Speaker 12: was right or this was wrong. Why do you want
- 25:12Speaker 12: to mince words inside the letter itself and be delayed?
- 25:16Speaker 11: That just raises more issuance.
- 25:18Speaker 12: I believe the committees will do their work and will
- 25:21Speaker 12: bring people in and we'll get to the Bundel.
- 25:25Speaker 1: So let's just recap the facts here for a second,
- 25:29Speaker 1: gel Aft worked for the Bidens. Gel Aft is on
- 25:34Speaker 1: the run geof was paid by CFE, far less than
- 25:38Speaker 1: the Bidens were ever paid from this Chinese commist party
- 25:41Speaker 1: linked energy company that's not defunct. The Bidens didn't just
- 25:46Speaker 1: do business with CFIE, They actually partnered with CFI. In fact,
- 25:50Speaker 1: Joe and Hunter Biden planned to have office space with CFI.
- 25:55Speaker 1: We have suspicious activity reports that have been logged against
- 25:58Speaker 1: the Bidens, and we now have copies of those bank
- 26:01Speaker 1: records that show that CEFE wired not one hundreds of
- 26:04Speaker 1: thousands like they did to gel Left, but millions and
- 26:07Speaker 1: millions of dollars to the Bidens, including the shakedown. My
- 26:10Speaker 1: father's sitting next to me, I better get the money tonight,
- 26:13Speaker 1: five million dollars and they got it within a week.
- 26:17Speaker 1: We're also we know that there's a difference here. Gail
- 26:20Speaker 1: Loft shared info with the FBI on the Bidens and CFE,
- 26:26Speaker 1: and the Bidens have lied about it from the very beginning.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Take a listen to what James Comer had to say
- 26:31Speaker 1: on Laura Ingram Show about this, and listen to what
- 26:34Speaker 1: he says about where they're going to go moving forward.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Congress from Comber.
- 26:37Speaker 13: Today, in the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District
- 26:40Speaker 13: of New York, they announced charges against gall Luft, who
- 26:45Speaker 13: claims to have provided the FBI with information on the
- 26:48Speaker 13: Biden family's business dealings in China. He says he's not
- 26:52Speaker 13: a Republican.
- 26:53Speaker 4: Or a Democrat.
- 26:54Speaker 13: He was just concerned about a potential president of the
- 26:56Speaker 13: United States having such incredible conflicts or perhaps be compromise. So, Congressmen, Comer,
- 27:03Speaker 13: your reaction to the timing of that indictment, Well, the timing.
- 27:08Speaker 11: Is always coincidental, according to the Democrats at the Department
- 27:12Speaker 11: of Justice. Look, here's what I know about Gallalup. He
- 27:16Speaker 11: was getting paid like the Bidens from CEFC. We want
- 27:20Speaker 11: to speak with everyone that we can find who was
- 27:23Speaker 11: also on the payroll of CEFC, like the Bidens, and
- 27:27Speaker 11: anyone who says we shouldn't take Gawlus's allegation seriously discounts
- 27:33Speaker 11: the fact that the Bidens wanted to share office space
- 27:37Speaker 11: with CEFC, even going so far, it's the same they
- 27:40Speaker 11: wanted that Hunter wanted to make an extra set of
- 27:43Speaker 11: keys for both Joe Biden, Jill Biden, and the president's brother,
- 27:47Speaker 11: Jim Biden.
- 27:48Speaker 4: So this company that Galallup was.
- 27:51Speaker 11: Working for, who he was getting paid for, is the
- 27:55Speaker 11: same company that the Bidens not only were getting paid for,
- 27:58Speaker 11: they were also shared in office space with. So we
- 28:01Speaker 11: definitely want to hear more about these allegations, and we
- 28:04Speaker 11: want to see the notes from the FBI meeting. They
- 28:07Speaker 11: sent six FBI agents, according to Gallop, to Brussels to
- 28:11Speaker 11: interview him. I mean, obviously they were concerned about something
- 28:16Speaker 11: he had to say. There's some level of credibility there.
- 28:19Speaker 11: So there are a lot of questions here, and it's
- 28:21Speaker 11: just amazing the Department of Justice moves so quickly against
- 28:24Speaker 11: some people. But then a lot of the ultimate irony
- 28:27Speaker 11: is one of the chargers they levied against him was
- 28:30Speaker 11: not being a wretched for an agent, which is the
- 28:32Speaker 11: main thing that we've said the Bidens word all along, unrestured.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Foreign agent's unregistered foreign agents. So there it is.
- 28:42Speaker 1: You have all these individuals involved, you have all of
- 28:46Speaker 1: this money coming in, and the guy who whistle blows
- 28:49Speaker 1: is the guy who they shut down. The guy who
- 28:52Speaker 1: whistle blows is the guy they say, uh uh no, right,
- 28:56Speaker 1: I mean the guy who comes forward. They say, we're
- 28:59Speaker 1: gonna hunt you down and we're going to arrest you.
- 29:03Speaker 1: That's what we are going to do. It's disgusting.
- 29:09Speaker 3: All right.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Lastly, I do have to bring up something else, and
- 29:13Speaker 1: it's just something in the sports rule that I want
- 29:16Speaker 1: a sports role that I want to put on your
- 29:18Speaker 1: radar screen. The PGA Tour is merging and talks with
- 29:25Speaker 1: to merge. In this merger with a Live Tour, there
- 29:27Speaker 1: are people that are saying it's probably shouldn't happen. Senator
- 29:31Speaker 1: Josh Holly, Home SEC Investigative Subcommittee, was questioning the PGA
- 29:38Speaker 1: Tour executives about this merger with Live, which is the
- 29:41Speaker 1: Saudi Group. Now there's a lot of people raising their
- 29:45Speaker 1: hands going why that crap? Does Congress care about a
- 29:48Speaker 1: merger in golf? We can debate that in a moment,
- 29:52Speaker 1: But there was an interesting part where Senator Josh Holly
- 29:56Speaker 1: Republican from Missouri asked a question to the PGA chief
- 30:01Speaker 1: operating officer about this merger, and I want you to
- 30:06Speaker 1: hear this.
- 30:06Speaker 4: This is again hysterical.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Our government is focused on this right now, and you
- 30:11Speaker 1: get to decide if you think it's worth it or not.
- 30:13Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Let's talk a little bit about your lobbying activity as
- 30:18Speaker 5: it relates to the Saudi deal. Public reports say that
- 30:22Speaker 5: you paid lobbyists last year in one quarter, just one
- 30:26Speaker 5: quarter of the year, six figures or more as to
- 30:30Speaker 5: lobby Congress on the Saudi Golf League proposals.
- 30:33Speaker 4: What was that related to?
- 30:35Speaker 3: Senator?
- 30:36Speaker 14: We went to members of Congress, as we've faced a
- 30:40Speaker 14: very threat to our existence, to make them aware of
- 30:44Speaker 14: what the Public Investment Fund was attempting to do through
- 30:48Speaker 14: its operations of the Lievegolf series.
- 30:53Speaker 5: And so make Congress aware and ask for what what
- 30:57Speaker 5: did you want this body to.
- 30:58Speaker 14: Do, Senator, Anything that the Congress could do within its
- 31:03Speaker 14: power to help preserve an American institution.
- 31:06Speaker 5: But this is before you agree to take a billion
- 31:08Speaker 5: dollars from the same people that you were lobbying against
- 31:10Speaker 5: a year ago.
- 31:11Speaker 14: Senator, we faced the choice. One was to allow Professional
- 31:16Speaker 14: Golf to be taken over and operated by the Public
- 31:20Speaker 14: Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The second
- 31:23Speaker 14: was to allow the PGA Tour to continue to lead
- 31:25Speaker 14: it in accord it's with our mission and our values
- 31:28Speaker 14: or the benefit of our players and charity.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Let me.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Now, I do love the hypocrisy here, and I love
- 31:35Speaker 1: that centers on both sides of the hour, grilling the
- 31:37Speaker 1: tour executives about the impending merger with Saudi Golf and
- 31:41Speaker 1: showing just how ridiculous they are, contrasting their posture a
- 31:48Speaker 1: year ago towards live to where they are today and
- 31:51Speaker 1: this merger and the billions of dollars that are trading.
- 31:55Speaker 1: But I also have to ask the question, why the
- 31:58Speaker 1: hell are you caring this much about that when we
- 32:01Speaker 1: have the Biden crime family that's taking massive bribes and
- 32:04Speaker 1: is compromised by the biggest adversaries of the United States
- 32:09Speaker 1: of America. That's my problem with this, That's the part
- 32:14Speaker 1: that's the most frustrating to me. It makes me angry,
- 32:20Speaker 1: And I think most people understand why makes you share
- 32:24Speaker 1: a podcast with your family and friends like our podcasts
- 32:27Speaker 1: at that follow button so you get every single episode,
- 32:31Speaker 1: and I will see you back here tomorrow
