Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / IRS Whistleblower Ziegler: "I Never Saw 1023 Form on Burisma!"
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Let me start by saying this.
- 0:01Speaker 2: I think it's pretty clear now we can all agree
- 0:03Speaker 2: that the government institutions, the DOJ, the FBI, that we're
- 0:08Speaker 2: supposed to trust have zero credibility after what we have
- 0:13Speaker 2: learned from the whistleblowers this past week and the Hunter Biden,
- 0:16Speaker 2: James Biden, and Joe Biden, as well as the other
- 0:19Speaker 2: nine Biden family members corruption scheme.
- 0:24Speaker 1: That's what I can say, number one.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Number two, what we also know is that our government
- 0:31Speaker 2: institutions lied to us after the Hunter Biden laptop story broke.
- 0:38Speaker 2: They lied to us about its authenticity. They lied to
- 0:40Speaker 2: us about censorship, They lied to us about meeting with
- 0:43Speaker 2: big tech to sense of the story.
- 0:47Speaker 1: They lied to us on all of this. It's shocking.
- 0:51Speaker 2: It's surreal now you look at the censorship that we've
- 0:55Speaker 2: just learned about about the censorship of the Hunter Biden
- 0:58Speaker 2: laptop story three weeks before the twenty twenty.
- 1:01Speaker 1: President show election.
- 1:02Speaker 2: It's also very clear now that this story would have
- 1:07Speaker 2: changed the election, and there's a very good chance that
- 1:09Speaker 2: Donald Trump would be President of the United States of
- 1:12Speaker 2: America right now if it wasn't for the deep state
- 1:16Speaker 2: and our government institutions doing everything they could to cover
- 1:21Speaker 2: up the crimes committed by the Biden crime family. There
- 1:25Speaker 2: wasn't Russian collusion, but there was Democratic Party collusion, colluding
- 1:31Speaker 2: with the media, colluding with big tech. To tell you
- 1:35Speaker 2: that a story that they knew that was real.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Was a lie.
- 1:42Speaker 2: They told you it was a lie, even though the
- 1:45Speaker 2: entire time they knew it was real. They knew the
- 1:48Speaker 2: laptop was real, They knew the information in the laptop
- 1:51Speaker 2: was real. They knew that the government had it, and
- 1:52Speaker 2: they knew that the government should have covered it up,
- 1:54Speaker 2: that the government was covering it up. They knew that
- 1:57Speaker 2: the government was not investigating that source and the crimes
- 2:01Speaker 2: of the Biden crime family. They knew the entire time
- 2:05Speaker 2: that it was real. And what do they do. They
- 2:07Speaker 2: lied to you to alter and change the outcome of
- 2:10Speaker 2: an election. Should you have faith in the top levels
- 2:13Speaker 2: of the FBI know? Should you have faith in the
- 2:15Speaker 2: top levels of the DOJ?
- 2:17Speaker 3: No?
- 2:18Speaker 2: Should you have faith in our institutions of our government
- 2:21Speaker 2: right now? The answer is no, You should not, not
- 2:25Speaker 2: because we're paranoid any longer. Not because we are you know,
- 2:32Speaker 2: conspiracy theorists. You should not trust the government of the
- 2:39Speaker 2: United States of America now in our institutions, because they
- 2:42Speaker 2: lie to you about everything. That is the problem. That's
- 2:49Speaker 2: number one. Number two, we also know about how coordinated
- 2:55Speaker 2: the effort was to cover it all up. I want
- 2:58Speaker 2: you to listen to this from Foxdiction Channel with Maria
- 3:01Speaker 2: Bartiroma just about how bad the cover up actually was,
- 3:05Speaker 2: and the cover up was absolutely terrible. Take a list.
- 3:10Speaker 4: I'm sitting here with my father. I will make certain
- 3:13Speaker 4: that between the man sitting next to me and every
- 3:16Speaker 4: person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge,
- 3:19Speaker 4: that you will regret not following my direction. I am
- 3:23Speaker 4: sitting here waiting for the call with my father. Sounds
- 3:28Speaker 4: like a shakedown, doesn't a director.
- 3:32Speaker 5: I'm not going to get into commenting on that.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Well, you seem deeply uncurious about it, don't you? Almost
- 3:38Speaker 4: suspiciously uncurious? Are you protecting the Bidens?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Absolutely not.
- 3:46Speaker 6: And that was Florida Republican Congressman Matt Gates asking FBI
- 3:49Speaker 6: Director Christopher Ray directly if the FBI is covering up
- 3:53Speaker 6: for the Biden families alleged influence pedaling and crimes. This
- 3:56Speaker 6: is we are learning that the very same day that
- 3:58Speaker 6: the New York Post broke the on the existence of
- 4:01Speaker 6: the Biden laptop just weeks before the twenty twenty election.
- 4:04Speaker 6: A senior FBI official told Twitter that the laptop was
- 4:07Speaker 6: in fact authentic, but that information was never divulged to
- 4:10Speaker 6: the public. Instead President Biden in fifty one, former intelligence
- 4:14Speaker 6: officials claimed emails from the laptop were Russian disinformation, while
- 4:18Speaker 6: Twitter banned the article and locked out The New York
- 4:20Speaker 6: Post's account right before the election. Joining us right now
- 4:22Speaker 6: with more is the reporter who broke the Hunter Biden
- 4:25Speaker 6: laptop story, Bright Bart politics editor Emma Joe Mars and
- 4:28Speaker 6: also joining us as Kimberly Strassel columnist with The Wall
- 4:30Speaker 6: Street Journal. She was also out with a new book,
- 4:33Speaker 6: The Biden Malaise, How America bounces back from Joe Biden's
- 4:36Speaker 6: dismal repeat of the Jimmy Carter Years. Ladies, it's great
- 4:39Speaker 6: to have you both here, to be here, Thank you
- 4:40Speaker 6: so much for joining us. And Emma, tell us about
- 4:43Speaker 6: that testimony you testified in front of this committee last week,
- 4:46Speaker 6: walking through how the intelligence community censored you. That had
- 4:49Speaker 6: to be incredibly tough for you.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it was quite surreal. You know, this has been
- 4:54Speaker 3: my life over the last three years, and sometimes I
- 4:57Speaker 3: forget about how scandalous it is. It's just scandalous. And
- 5:01Speaker 3: then you get in front of a crowd that may
- 5:04Speaker 3: be new to the story or maybe new to you,
- 5:06Speaker 3: especially after such a spursion has been cast on me
- 5:09Speaker 3: and my reporting, and you just tell the story exactly
- 5:13Speaker 3: how it is and exactly how you know it to
- 5:15Speaker 3: be true, and you do know it to be true,
- 5:18Speaker 3: and the feedback from it has just been incredible. It's
- 5:22Speaker 3: been incredible. People know what happened. In the American people are
- 5:25Speaker 3: very wise and they know what happened. And what I've
- 5:27Speaker 3: been hearing from them has just been gratitude for finally
- 5:32Speaker 3: saying what everybody has been thinking, which is, we know
- 5:35Speaker 3: what happened, and this is what it is.
- 5:36Speaker 4: That's right.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Gratitude is a good word. Yeah, I mean I hear
- 5:39Speaker 6: that from viewers as well.
- 5:40Speaker 7: Kim.
- 5:40Speaker 6: You wrote just last week the shame of Christopher Ray's FBI.
- 5:45Speaker 6: I mean, this is not the first time we've seen this.
- 5:48Speaker 6: It keeps happening and there's no accountability for it.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:50Speaker 5: Well, there's the Russia collusion story. There's recently the decision
- 5:54Speaker 5: that they made that they were going to once again,
- 5:56Speaker 5: despite everything that they had learned about the problems of
- 6:00Speaker 5: running investigations out of headquarters, they did it again with
- 6:03Speaker 5: the Trump classified document story. There's this aspect of it,
- 6:07Speaker 5: which is the censorship and the suppression going back to
- 6:11Speaker 5: the last election. And then you know, we also have
- 6:13Speaker 5: to talk about the culpability because it isn't just the FBI,
- 6:17Speaker 5: it's the kind of collusion between them and other entities
- 6:20Speaker 5: in this case, Twitter, Facebook and all the people that
- 6:24Speaker 5: served to censor. What was the news at that time, yeah, and.
- 6:28Speaker 6: The news before that was Russia collusion, where there was
- 6:31Speaker 6: also this network of agencies that were pushing it. FBI
- 6:34Speaker 6: with their Phiza warrance, trying to take down Trump officials,
- 6:37Speaker 6: the CIA with all of their human sources all around
- 6:40Speaker 6: the world. Tell me more about that, Emma, and what
- 6:44Speaker 6: you're doing about this.
- 6:45Speaker 7: Are you being heard?
- 6:46Speaker 6: I mean, Kim is being heard I think a lot
- 6:49Speaker 6: with her writing in the Wall Street Journal or do
- 6:52Speaker 6: you feel you're being heard?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Well?
- 6:54Speaker 4: So, yes, absolutely.
- 6:55Speaker 3: You know. There was something that was really striking to
- 6:56Speaker 3: me about the reaction to that testimony, which was I
- 7:00Speaker 3: think the reason why it went so viral and why
- 7:02Speaker 3: people had such a strong reaction. She was. There was
- 7:04Speaker 3: a moment where I was reading that political headline of
- 7:07Speaker 3: the fifty one former intelligence officials say that this is
- 7:09Speaker 3: Russian disinformation, and I kind of burst it out, laughing
- 7:11Speaker 3: because it's just so preposterous. It's so ridiculous. It's beyond parody,
- 7:15Speaker 3: it's absolutely beyond pardy, and we all know it. And
- 7:18Speaker 3: there's this thing that we have to, I guess, pretend
- 7:20Speaker 3: to take that claim seriously. But I think that the
- 7:25Speaker 3: reason why people so resonated with that is because our
- 7:28Speaker 3: institutions have zero credibility, like zero credibility, and yet everybody
- 7:33Speaker 3: in Washington and in New York and in the establishment
- 7:36Speaker 3: walks around pretending that these are serious people. And I
- 7:40Speaker 3: just couldn't do that. And I think that that was
- 7:42Speaker 3: what was so powerful about that testimony. And it wasn't
- 7:44Speaker 3: necessarily recalling the story, although it's an important story, and
- 7:48Speaker 3: I think the people enjoyed that, but really it was saying, Okay,
- 7:51Speaker 3: I can't play along with this, I can't play along
- 7:53Speaker 3: with this. These people are a joke.
- 7:55Speaker 1: These people are a joke.
- 7:57Speaker 2: She's right, by the way, Now, the big question is
- 8:01Speaker 2: how many times have they lied to you? And what
- 8:04Speaker 2: do they cover up and what does that list look like.
- 8:08Speaker 2: I've got that list for you. I've got the entire
- 8:11Speaker 2: list of the from beginning until now. Now this is five, six,
- 8:15Speaker 2: seven years ago that we're going to go over so
- 8:19Speaker 2: that you can actually hear it. It is a shocking
- 8:23Speaker 2: list of everything that they have lied about.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Okay, they've lied about a hell of a lot.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Now they've lied and consistently lied about it, over and
- 8:35Speaker 2: over and over and over and over again. Before I
- 8:39Speaker 2: get into that, Look, you did the tough thing during COVID.
- 8:42Speaker 2: You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic.
- 8:46Speaker 2: And now doing the tough thing could qualify you for
- 8:49Speaker 2: a twenty six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax
- 8:54Speaker 2: Relief dot org. Government funds are available to reward companies
- 8:58Speaker 2: with two or more employees who daid open during COVID.
- 9:02Speaker 2: This is not a loan and you don't have to
- 9:05Speaker 2: pay it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody
- 9:08Speaker 2: knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts
- 9:11Speaker 2: at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay
- 9:15Speaker 2: nothing upfront. They do all the work, and then they
- 9:17Speaker 2: share percentage of cash that you get Businesses of all types,
- 9:21Speaker 2: including nonprofits and churches can qualify, including those who took
- 9:25Speaker 2: PBP loans. Even if you had increases in sales, you
- 9:30Speaker 2: did the tough thing for your employees during COVID Let
- 9:32Speaker 2: COVID tax Relief dot org help get you up to
- 9:36Speaker 2: twenty six thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax Relief
- 9:40Speaker 2: dot org. That's COVID tax Relief dot org. COVID tax
- 9:44Speaker 2: Relief dot org. You look at this entire thing as
- 9:49Speaker 2: it's unfolded of the Biden crime family, and you understand,
- 9:54Speaker 2: from the very beginning, the fix has been in. From
- 9:56Speaker 2: the very beginning, Democrats under stood what they were trying
- 10:02Speaker 2: to accomplish. The media understood what they were trying to accomplish.
- 10:04Speaker 2: It was to cover up something they knew was so
- 10:06Speaker 2: damning that it would cost them the election for sure.
- 10:09Speaker 1: So they had to cover it up.
- 10:10Speaker 2: They had to silence it, and then they had to
- 10:12Speaker 2: say you were conspiracy theory, and then they had to
- 10:14Speaker 2: try to get you kicked off of social media if
- 10:18Speaker 2: you even mentioned it. Remember, your accounts could be shut
- 10:21Speaker 2: down if you mentioned the hunter Biden laptop, if you
- 10:24Speaker 2: copied any of the Hunter Byden laptop. Any of the
- 10:27Speaker 2: texts and put on your social media, they would shut
- 10:29Speaker 2: down your account, they would silence you. That's how important
- 10:34Speaker 2: it was for them to make sure that you could
- 10:38Speaker 2: never get the truth out there because they knew it
- 10:42Speaker 2: was true, full information. They just knew they had to
- 10:45Speaker 2: figure out how to cover it up at all costs.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Now you go back and you look at this, just
- 10:52Speaker 2: look at what some of the whistleblowers were saying here.
- 10:56Speaker 2: As part of the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, multiple
- 11:00Speaker 2: witnesses who have been interviewed and they have said, including
- 11:05Speaker 2: the IRS Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley and the former
- 11:09Speaker 2: FBI supervisory special Agent that were assigned to interview Hunter Biden.
- 11:13Speaker 2: They have said that they learned that the FBI headquarters
- 11:17Speaker 2: had notified the Secret Service headquarters about a planned interview
- 11:21Speaker 2: they had with Hunter Biden. Additionally, they learned the Biden
- 11:24Speaker 2: administration team was then notified about the plan interview with
- 11:27Speaker 2: Hunter Biden. This was not the original plan, by the way,
- 11:31Speaker 2: by the IRS career agents, which furiated, which were infuriated,
- 11:36Speaker 2: i should say, and frustrated that their investigation efforts were
- 11:42Speaker 2: basically used against them to tip off their subject, who
- 11:45Speaker 2: happened to be Hunter Biden, of them coming to talk
- 11:48Speaker 2: to them. Then, on December the eighth, they said twenty twenty,
- 11:53Speaker 2: Shapley and the FBI supervisory Agents were notified they would
- 11:56Speaker 2: not be allowed to approach Hunter Biden's house after they'd
- 12:00Speaker 2: planned to do it. Why because he was Joe Biden's son,
- 12:03Speaker 2: and said they would have to wait near his residence
- 12:05Speaker 2: until Hunter Biden contacted them.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Guess what happened. They never contacted them.
- 12:10Speaker 2: The former FBI Supervisory special Agent told the committee this
- 12:13Speaker 2: week that investigators that he had never been that he
- 12:15Speaker 2: had never been told to wait outside to be contacted
- 12:19Speaker 2: by the subject of an investigation. This was the first
- 12:22Speaker 2: time his entire career this had happened. And why did
- 12:24Speaker 2: it happened? Because of Biden crime family and the deep
- 12:27Speaker 2: state said this is what we're gonna do. We're gonna
- 12:30Speaker 2: make sure you can't get to them, you can't talk
- 12:32Speaker 2: to them, You're not allowed to go over there, you're
- 12:34Speaker 2: not allowed to knock on the door, You're not allowed
- 12:35Speaker 2: to do anything. This came from the highest levels of
- 12:39Speaker 2: our government. As a result of this, to these actions,
- 12:45Speaker 2: Iris whistleblower and FBI agents said that the special Agent
- 12:50Speaker 2: and Shapley never interviewed Hunter Biden. They were blocked from
- 12:55Speaker 2: doing their job after they tipped them off. Now we
- 13:00Speaker 2: know that this is not normal, So why did it happen?
- 13:04Speaker 2: Why was it allowed to happen? Because the Biden crime
- 13:08Speaker 2: family is totally in charge here. The other thing that's
- 13:13Speaker 2: crazy here is Democratic Representative Crockett said, the DOJ quote
- 13:18Speaker 2: went after Trump's friends, so they don't go soft on Hunter.
- 13:22Speaker 2: That's what they're spending this on MSNBC on Saturday's broadcast
- 13:27Speaker 2: of MSNBC's Saturday Show, This Representative Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat
- 13:33Speaker 2: from Texas, said that neither of the irs whistleblowers have
- 13:37Speaker 2: proved evidence, provided evidence. Excuse me, the President, Joe Biden
- 13:42Speaker 2: or the Attorney General Garland interfered in the Hunter Biden
- 13:44Speaker 2: probe quote. And if Trump's administration can go after and
- 13:47Speaker 2: convict his own friends, I'm sure if they had enough
- 13:50Speaker 2: evidence to really bring these felony cases against Hunter Biden,
- 13:53Speaker 2: I'm sure they would have done it.
- 13:54Speaker 1: That's not the case. But again, this is the media lying.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Now.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Could the media have stopped her and said, hey, that's
- 14:00Speaker 2: not true. Of course they could have, but they didn't.
- 14:03Speaker 2: They let her put that propaganda out there. Then you
- 14:06Speaker 2: have irs whistleblo or Zigler who said, I never saw
- 14:09Speaker 2: the ten twenty three form on Joe Biden, never saw
- 14:13Speaker 2: it on Barisma, and that could have been quote crucial.
- 14:18Speaker 2: All right now, before I play this every day, there
- 14:21Speaker 2: are two different economies that are growing bigger and bigger.
- 14:23Speaker 2: One of them is powered by everyday Americans who are
- 14:26Speaker 2: sick and tired of all the propaganda being jammed into
- 14:30Speaker 2: every product that we're consuming.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 14:34Speaker 2: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes,
- 14:38Speaker 2: including planned parenthood. And you had to have a cell phone,
- 14:41Speaker 2: and that's the reason why you paid that bill, because
- 14:44Speaker 2: you didn't have an alternative.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Well guess what. Now there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.
- 14:49Speaker 2: They are America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and they

- 15:50Speaker 2: what he had to say on Fox. Listen carefully.
- 15:54Speaker 8: Two IRS whistleblowers testify to Congress about the Hunter Biden scandal.
- 15:58Speaker 8: Tonight we talk with IRS Special Agent Joseph Ziegler, who
- 16:02Speaker 8: until Wednesday had been known only as mister X. But
- 16:05Speaker 8: Joseph Siegeler, welcome to Special Report.
- 16:08Speaker 7: Thank you so much for having me.
- 16:09Speaker 8: I want to start by playing something that you said
- 16:11Speaker 8: at the hearing as you testified and revealed yourself on Wednesday.
- 16:16Speaker 9: I was raised and have always strived to do what
- 16:18Speaker 9: is right. Although I do have my supporters, others have
- 16:21Speaker 9: said that I am a traitor to the Democratic Party
- 16:24Speaker 9: and that I am causing more division in our society.
- 16:27Speaker 7: I employ you.
- 16:28Speaker 9: To consider that if you were in my position, with
- 16:30Speaker 9: the facts as I have stated them, ask yourself if
- 16:33Speaker 9: you would be doing the exact same thing.
- 16:35Speaker 8: When did you have that moment? Was there an event?
- 16:38Speaker 8: Was there a moment or an occurrence where you said,
- 16:41Speaker 8: I have to say something about what I'm seeing.
- 16:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 16:44Speaker 9: So the ultimate reason why I came public was there
- 16:50Speaker 9: are a lot of things that I saw that were improper,
- 16:54Speaker 9: not following proper procedures, and I thought it was my
- 16:58Speaker 9: duty to come forward. And I thought when when when
- 17:02Speaker 9: we were invited to come and testify in front of
- 17:05Speaker 9: the Congressional Committee, I didn't want to leave my supervisor,
- 17:10Speaker 9: Gary there alone, and I thought it was important that
- 17:13Speaker 9: for my credibility that people hear it straight from me.
- 17:16Speaker 8: What was the calculation like for you because your loved ones,
- 17:20Speaker 8: your family people are drawn into this. I mean you
- 17:22Speaker 8: were risking professional retaliation, you know, great career risk for you.
- 17:28Speaker 9: Yeah, So it took I had to have that conversation
- 17:32Speaker 9: with my husband. I had to have it with with
- 17:34Speaker 9: friends of mine. Back this past December, our personal information
- 17:40Speaker 9: got got leaked on Twitter, information related to my husband.
- 17:45Speaker 7: It was pretty awful to go through.
- 17:47Speaker 9: That at that time, and having navigated that, we knew
- 17:51Speaker 9: kind of what we were up against. And at the
- 17:54Speaker 9: end of the day, like the reason I'm come or
- 17:56Speaker 9: I came forward and the reason why we're getting this
- 18:01Speaker 9: information out there is that we have to treat taxpayers
- 18:05Speaker 9: the same. It's that it's all about following the evidence
- 18:10Speaker 9: and making sure that justice is served.
- 18:14Speaker 8: And I know that you have testified, as has mister Shapley,
- 18:17Speaker 8: about a number of times you felt like that wasn't happening.
- 18:19Speaker 8: First of all, tell us who was Leslie Wolf? What
- 18:22Speaker 8: role did she have in overseeing what you could pursue,
- 18:25Speaker 8: what you couldn't pursue, And where did you feel like
- 18:27Speaker 8: maybe you guys were not on the same page.
- 18:29Speaker 9: So Leslie Wolf was one of the four assigned, so
- 18:34Speaker 9: she was an assistant US attorney for the District of Delaware.
- 18:39Speaker 9: She was one of the one of the attorneys assigned
- 18:42Speaker 9: to the investigation. And the second part of your question
- 18:46Speaker 9: one was the first time that we weren't really our
- 18:50Speaker 9: first really big disagreement would have been related to the
- 18:54Speaker 9: storage unit. The search weren't related to the storage unit
- 18:57Speaker 9: when she told when I found out that she told
- 19:00Speaker 9: defense counsel that we knew about the storage unit, and
- 19:04Speaker 9: that the record's request included that I just.
- 19:07Speaker 7: Knew that we weren't.
- 19:09Speaker 9: It just it was kind of like a shot to
- 19:11Speaker 9: the gut, and that we weren't.
- 19:12Speaker 7: We weren't.
- 19:12Speaker 9: We didn't have a seat at the table, And that
- 19:14Speaker 9: really really was a defining moment for me, that said
- 19:18Speaker 9: that things aren't going or aren't following the proper procedure
- 19:22Speaker 9: that we would normally follow.
- 19:23Speaker 8: Yeah, and which you're referring to there as a storage
- 19:25Speaker 8: unit by Hunter Biden. You guys wanted a warrant to
- 19:27Speaker 8: go look at that. You wanted to be able to
- 19:29Speaker 8: pursue that WhatsApp message in which Hunter Biden allegedly is saying,
- 19:33Speaker 8: I've got my dad sitting here. You've made a commitment
- 19:35Speaker 8: to us pressuring a Chinese businessman allegedly to pay them
- 19:38Speaker 8: some money. You wanted to be able to question Hunter
- 19:41Speaker 8: Biden's adult children and other people you thought might be
- 19:44Speaker 8: relevant to the case. But you've testified, as has mister
- 19:46Speaker 8: Shapley that you were told, no, there were certain things
- 19:49Speaker 8: you could not pursue.
- 19:51Speaker 9: Yeah, when you work in an investigation, you want to
- 19:53Speaker 9: or you have to follow the evidence. It's a matter
- 19:57Speaker 9: of if there's evidence laid out before you, and there's
- 20:01Speaker 9: potential tax crimes that exist, you should be able to
- 20:05Speaker 9: follow the evidence. We should be able to interview witnesses,
- 20:09Speaker 9: we should be able to do all the proper procedures.
- 20:12Speaker 9: I understand that this was a politically sensitive case, but
- 20:16Speaker 9: at the end of the day, it was a matter
- 20:18Speaker 9: of no, you can't do that.
- 20:21Speaker 7: Let's think about it.
- 20:23Speaker 2: No, you can't do that, Let's think about it. This
- 20:25Speaker 2: is the whistle blower're telling you this. I want you
- 20:29Speaker 2: to hear Joseph Siegor, the irs whistleblower, more of his
- 20:32Speaker 2: interview that he did after testifying before Congress on Fox
- 20:37Speaker 2: News Channel special Report. I want you to hear Shannon
- 20:41Speaker 2: Beam asking him about everything that he had to go through,
- 20:44Speaker 2: all the hoops that he had to jump through.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Listen carefully.
- 20:47Speaker 9: Understand that this was a politically sensitive case, but at
- 20:50Speaker 9: the end of the day, it was a matter of no,
- 20:54Speaker 9: you can't do that, Let's think about it. And at
- 20:58Speaker 9: the end of the day, we weren't following all the
- 21:00Speaker 9: evidence that we should have.
- 21:01Speaker 8: So prosecutors, obviously and attorneys assigned to this case are
- 21:04Speaker 8: going to make decisions about what they think is relevant evidence,
- 21:07Speaker 8: whether it's worthwhile. You know, several of the Democrats on
- 21:10Speaker 8: the committee said, these are just the kind of dust
- 21:12Speaker 8: ups that investigators and prosecutors have. You're not always going
- 21:15Speaker 8: to be on the same page.
- 21:16Speaker 5: That accurate.
- 21:17Speaker 7: So when it always.
- 21:19Speaker 9: Works out in the favor of the target in this case,
- 21:21Speaker 9: Hunter Biden, it just compiles on top of each other
- 21:25Speaker 9: time after time. And to that note, I just want
- 21:29Speaker 9: to say that in August the twenty twenty two, all
- 21:33Speaker 9: four assigned prosecutors agreed to recommend prosecution of felony and
- 21:38Speaker 9: misdemeanor charges. And I know one of the things that's
- 21:41Speaker 9: being brought up, and I've seen this being brought up,
- 21:43Speaker 9: is that a lot of times cases like these, they'll
- 21:47Speaker 9: refer to civil. It'll go and civil will deal with this.
- 21:50Speaker 9: Let me be clear on that criminal investigations. When you
- 21:54Speaker 9: work a criminal case, there's a thing called wilfulness. Whether
- 21:57Speaker 9: someone intentionally with nollege either evaded their income taxes or
- 22:03Speaker 9: filed a false return, and that's one thing that sets
- 22:07Speaker 9: us apart from a civil case, and in this case,
- 22:09Speaker 9: we provided a ton of evidence that showed willfulness.
- 22:13Speaker 8: You've talked about that August phone call or a meeting
- 22:16Speaker 8: where everyone on the team or a lot of people
- 22:19Speaker 8: on the team, prosecutors and investigators alike, you thought you
- 22:21Speaker 8: were on the same page about some of these charging
- 22:23Speaker 8: things that were going to move forward. At what point
- 22:25Speaker 8: did you realize you weren't actively on this investigation anymore,
- 22:29Speaker 8: or there was a plead deal coming together or something
- 22:31Speaker 8: that didn't line up with what you thought had been
- 22:34Speaker 8: agreed to.
- 22:35Speaker 9: Yeah, so I guess that would go back to the
- 22:38Speaker 9: phone conversations that I had in December of twenty twenty
- 22:41Speaker 9: two when the DCUs Attorney's office, the President Biden appointed
- 22:46Speaker 9: DCUs attorney said no to the twenty fourteen and twenty
- 22:50Speaker 9: fifteen tax chair charges. So when you hear that come out,
- 22:55Speaker 9: it was frustrating. We reinvestigated those tax hears, we fail
- 23:00Speaker 9: jured it out.
- 23:02Speaker 7: It was it was kind of comical in the team.
- 23:05Speaker 9: So with the FBI investigators we were working with and
- 23:09Speaker 9: us within the i R S, we were trying to
- 23:11Speaker 9: figure out how do we get an independent attorney with
- 23:15Speaker 9: authority assigned to this investigation, and it was like no
- 23:18Speaker 9: one knew what to do to bring that issue up.
- 23:21Speaker 9: And that's frustrating at the end of the day. And
- 23:26Speaker 9: like we said in our testimony, that was probably one
- 23:28Speaker 9: of the first times where we knew there was some
- 23:31Speaker 9: some sort of influence that was coming into the investigation.
- 23:38Speaker 8: The Attorney General and US Attorney David Weiss have both
- 23:41Speaker 8: said he's always had the authority he needed to charge
- 23:44Speaker 8: whatever he thought was necessary wherever he thought he needed
- 23:46Speaker 8: to pursue it. What was your understanding of the authority
- 23:49Speaker 8: that mister Weiss communicated to your team that he did
- 23:52Speaker 8: or did not have.
- 23:54Speaker 9: So I guess I would go back to his most
- 23:56Speaker 9: recent letter. So he stated in that letter that is
- 24:00Speaker 9: authority is restricted to the district that he is in.
- 24:05Speaker 9: So his district is the district of Delaware, and if
- 24:07Speaker 9: he needs to go outside that district, he needs to
- 24:10Speaker 9: ask those President Biden appointed US attorneys to partner with him,
- 24:15Speaker 9: and if they say no, then he can go back
- 24:18Speaker 9: and ask for this special attorney authority and he was
- 24:21Speaker 9: assured he would be given this. All I saw in
- 24:24Speaker 9: that letter was a verbal assurance. Where's the actual memo
- 24:28Speaker 9: or notice that says, here is your special attorney authority.
- 24:32Speaker 9: You should have no issues bringing charges where you see them.
- 24:35Speaker 8: So you were told Your understanding is he did try
- 24:38Speaker 8: to bring charges in places like DC and was told
- 24:40Speaker 8: no by the US attorney that would be in charge
- 24:42Speaker 8: of that district.
- 24:44Speaker 9: So all I know is in the District of DC,
- 24:47Speaker 9: the US attorneys. So the way that I recall, and
- 24:50Speaker 9: this is from conversations that I would have had with
- 24:52Speaker 9: the assigned attorneys, is it went to the line attorneys
- 24:55Speaker 9: that were that were in the DC US Attorney's office,
- 24:58Speaker 9: so that would have been the career employee. They got it.
- 25:01Speaker 9: They said, here's how we're going to help you out.
- 25:03Speaker 9: Here's what we're going to do to bring this case
- 25:06Speaker 9: here in the district of DC. Then I get a
- 25:08Speaker 9: phone call a couple days later that says, hey, they're
- 25:12Speaker 9: not going.
- 25:12Speaker 7: To bring it. They don't want to partner with us,
- 25:14Speaker 7: they're not going to help us.
- 25:16Speaker 9: And they also say that no, you shouldn't bring this
- 25:18Speaker 9: case in our district.
- 25:21Speaker 8: Let me ask you too. This new document that's been released,
- 25:23Speaker 8: not new, it's newly released. This FT ten twenty three
- 25:26Speaker 8: that Cinema Grassley has put out that has various allegations
- 25:29Speaker 8: involving the Bidens and they're unverified. This is one source
- 25:32Speaker 8: who said it involving payments to a Barisma official, payments
- 25:37Speaker 8: from that official to them from Ukraine. Did that document
- 25:41Speaker 8: ever become part of your investigation? Did that come across
- 25:44Speaker 8: your desk?
- 25:45Speaker 3: So?
- 25:45Speaker 9: I provided an additional document to the House Ways and
- 25:48Speaker 9: Means Committee, which they released that testimony that I had
- 25:54Speaker 9: in there said that I had never seen that document before.
- 25:58Speaker 9: So I had never seen that ten. And the reason
- 26:00Speaker 9: why that ten twenty three might have been important is
- 26:03Speaker 9: that can further validate some other evidence that we are
- 26:07Speaker 9: trying to prove in the case. And that's why all
- 26:10Speaker 9: information is necessary for especially the lead IRS case agent
- 26:14Speaker 9: to have.
- 26:15Speaker 8: So from this point, a couple of questions in the
- 26:19Speaker 8: wake of your testimony. Are you surprised there wasn't more
- 26:23Speaker 8: in depth media coverage of what you testified to on Wednesday?
- 26:27Speaker 8: And what's been the reaction for folks now that you've
- 26:30Speaker 8: gone public, as you said at the hearing, in contrast
- 26:34Speaker 8: to what a lot of people that you align with
- 26:36Speaker 8: politically don't want you to be doing.
- 26:38Speaker 7: At the end of the day.
- 26:39Speaker 9: I think it's my duty, my sworn duty as a
- 26:43Speaker 9: federal law enforcement officer, that I come forward and I
- 26:47Speaker 9: tell the truth.
- 26:49Speaker 7: I come forward. I've presented evidence.
- 26:51Speaker 9: There is a process that we're given in becoming a whistleblower.
- 26:55Speaker 9: I think that's the most important thing. And look at
- 26:59Speaker 9: everything we presented to Congress, to the House Ways and
- 27:02Speaker 9: Means Committee. None of it's been refuted. None of what
- 27:06Speaker 9: we have presented has been refuted so far that I've seen.
- 27:10Speaker 8: Okay, one quick last question. You referenced the David Weiss letter.
- 27:14Speaker 8: I believe that was July tenth of this year. He
- 27:16Speaker 8: said in that that he couldn't speak to the ten
- 27:18Speaker 8: twenty three form because there was an ongoing investigation. Do
- 27:21Speaker 8: you know if there's still an investigation going on involving
- 27:24Speaker 8: Hunter Biden.
- 27:25Speaker 9: So I was removed from that team May fifteenth, twenty
- 27:29Speaker 9: twenty three. I have no idea what's going on as
- 27:33Speaker 9: far as that investigation goes. I have stated multiple times
- 27:37Speaker 9: that I don't want to see other agents FBI, i
- 27:41Speaker 9: RS go through the same thing we went through. If
- 27:43Speaker 9: there is other charges that are venued outside the district
- 27:48Speaker 9: of Delaware, David Weiss is going to run into the
- 27:51Speaker 9: same problem again and again.
- 27:52Speaker 7: And that's why we need to have.
- 27:55Speaker 9: An independent attorney assigned who has authority, who can go
- 27:59Speaker 9: in there bring the proper charges so that there can
- 28:02Speaker 9: be some faith restored in our justice system.
- 28:05Speaker 2: This whistleblower. It's incredible what Joseph Ziegler has had to
- 28:09Speaker 2: say here. And if you go back to his testimony
- 28:12Speaker 2: and you look at all of this that has happened here,
- 28:15Speaker 2: you understand it now very clearly. You have an entire
- 28:19Speaker 2: government that decided to go against everything that could possibly
- 28:25Speaker 2: happen to hold these people accountable for their crimes.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They just said, we're not going to do it.
- 28:35Speaker 2: They made it clear that their job was to cover
- 28:37Speaker 2: it up and to protect the Biden crime family at
- 28:40Speaker 2: all costs, no matter what. They decided that the Biden
- 28:44Speaker 2: crime family was too big to fail and that they
- 28:48Speaker 2: were going to protect them so they could keep their jobs.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Many of these people just wanted to make sure that
- 28:55Speaker 2: their careers were not stopped and they needed the hardcore
- 28:59Speaker 2: Democrats that's the socialists of communists to be in charge
- 29:02Speaker 2: so they could keep their corruption alive. That's what this
- 29:06Speaker 2: really boils down to. It's that level of corruption. Now,
- 29:12Speaker 2: there's also one other part in here that I think
- 29:14Speaker 2: is important that we bring up, and it's the fact
- 29:18Speaker 2: that these whistleblowers now have As I said earlier, and
- 29:21Speaker 2: I'm going to say it again because it's important to
- 29:23Speaker 2: understand this, they've risked it all. They've risked it all
- 29:31Speaker 2: to make sure that they can tell their story about
- 29:35Speaker 2: just how bad and just how corrupt everything is. They've
- 29:39Speaker 2: risked their livelihoods, they've risked their futures, they've risked being ostracized.
- 29:44Speaker 2: I mean, think about how bad they must believe this
- 29:49Speaker 2: entire situation is for them to risk everything that they've
- 29:53Speaker 2: just risked. Think about how brutal, how horrible all this
- 29:59Speaker 2: must be be.
- 30:01Speaker 1: For them.
- 30:02Speaker 2: If this is the outcome that they believe that they
- 30:04Speaker 2: that they need right, that this is their only thing
- 30:09Speaker 2: they have left that they need to do. This is
- 30:12Speaker 2: the only thing that they can do right, This is
- 30:15Speaker 2: the only thing that they're able to do. Now, when
- 30:21Speaker 2: you talk about it from that perspective, and you realize
- 30:27Speaker 2: now that this is the Biden crime family to nutshell.
- 30:32Speaker 2: None of what they could do selling out the United
- 30:34Speaker 2: States of America could happen without others helping them do it.
- 30:39Speaker 2: It's not just their family now, it's the Secretary of State,
- 30:43Speaker 2: it's the FBI director, it's the irs, it's.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Members of Congress.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Without them, they couldn't do this, They couldn't pull it off.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Folks.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Without them, they would be I would argue in jail
- 30:58Speaker 2: right now. They would be in is in right now.
- 31:01Speaker 2: But there are too many people that are involved here
- 31:04Speaker 2: that said, hey, we've got careers too. We have big
- 31:07Speaker 2: careers that we have to protect. And that means we
- 31:10Speaker 2: have to protect the Biden crime family because if we
- 31:12Speaker 2: don't protect them, we.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Know what happens to us.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Right If we don't protect them, we know what's next,
