- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody, y'all, listen to the voice.
- 2:06Speaker 5: Come on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 5: got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 6: Man o man o man grateful for It comes with
- 2:15Speaker 6: a huge amount of responsibility. I didn't really know I
- 2:19Speaker 6: was gonna have to be this responsible. You know, Can
- 2:22Speaker 6: I share something with y'all? I started out to Finally
- 2:26Speaker 6: I had gotten on track and was able to see
- 2:29Speaker 6: a way to even pursue my dream. It has been
- 2:34Speaker 6: a long, a long trip that I've been on, and
- 2:37Speaker 6: I've gone through so many phases of it. It is
- 2:41Speaker 6: rewarding along the way to accomplish your dreams. What I'm
- 2:46Speaker 6: saying is this, let me let me put it together,
- 2:48Speaker 6: because I got so much running through my head right now.
- 2:51Speaker 6: You know, it's one thing to accomplish your dream, but
- 2:55Speaker 6: there's joy in the process of achieving it. See, some
- 3:01Speaker 6: people are so caught up in the goal, the final goal,
- 3:07Speaker 6: that they find no joy, no enjoyment in the process.
- 3:13Speaker 6: If you have found what it is you want to
- 3:17Speaker 6: do and you strike out on that journey, please understand
- 3:23Speaker 6: you are far more blessed than the average person to
- 3:27Speaker 6: know what it is you really want to do, to
- 3:30Speaker 6: find your work in life, your purpose, to find out
- 3:35Speaker 6: what direction you want to go in is such a blessing.
- 3:39Speaker 6: The average person, if you sit down and talk to them,
- 3:43Speaker 6: oftentimes don't have their life on track. And it'd be
- 3:46Speaker 6: some people that you looking at you think, God it
- 3:48Speaker 6: going on because of their appearance, their swagger. Oh they
- 3:53Speaker 6: walk like it, they talk like it, they look like it.
- 3:56Speaker 6: But if you sit down and talk to the average person,
- 3:59Speaker 6: the average person man does not know what their purpose is,
- 4:04Speaker 6: has not discovered what they want to do, and have
- 4:08Speaker 6: no idea how to get that. If you are on
- 4:10Speaker 6: the other side of that, if you understand your purpose,
- 4:15Speaker 6: if you have an idea of what you want to be,
- 4:18Speaker 6: and you are on your way there, you are truly blessed.
- 4:22Speaker 6: And in that blessing you must recognize it as a blessing.
- 4:27Speaker 6: You must recognize the fact that you are on the
- 4:32Speaker 6: right side, and that there should be a sense of
- 4:34Speaker 6: accomplishment and a feeling of pride in you that you
- 4:39Speaker 6: are on track to accomplish your goal. See what used
- 4:43Speaker 6: to happen was sometimes I used to keep my nose
- 4:46Speaker 6: so on the grindstone that I wouldn't even look up
- 4:50Speaker 6: and realize, Man, hey, man, I know you're trying.
- 4:53Speaker 1: To get here, but Steve, hold on, Man, can't you
- 4:56Speaker 1: see what you've done so far? Can't you find you
- 5:00Speaker 1: some joy in the process.
- 5:02Speaker 6: See, a lot of us lose the joy of a
- 5:05Speaker 6: blessings God has given us because we looking at the
- 5:07Speaker 6: end talking about I ain't there yet, you on your way.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you an example.
- 5:13Speaker 6: I had a friend who told me that they wanted
- 5:16Speaker 6: to be a millionaire, and they asked me some questions
- 5:20Speaker 6: and I told them, so they started the process, and
- 5:23Speaker 6: I am telling you, this dude works extremely hard. So
- 5:30Speaker 6: about a year later we were talking. He had found
- 5:35Speaker 6: this business, he had set his goal, and he was
- 5:41Speaker 6: working towards it. Then about two years later I ran
- 5:44Speaker 6: up into him again. We were talking about it and everything.
- 5:47Speaker 6: He said, Man, I really really appreciate the advice. He said, Man,
- 5:51Speaker 6: but this is all jacked up, man, because I still
- 5:54Speaker 6: ain't made that million I was talking about. I said, well, hey, man,
- 5:58Speaker 6: just keep at it is coming. He said, man, keep
- 6:01Speaker 6: at it.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Man.
- 6:02Speaker 6: You know how long I've been doing this? Been two
- 6:04Speaker 6: years now. And I didn't say that to him, but
- 6:07Speaker 6: I said to myself, yeah, two years. He said, Man,
- 6:10Speaker 6: I've been grinding so long. Man, it's just it ain't
- 6:12Speaker 6: happening for me. I said, wait a minute, man, holld on,
- 6:16Speaker 6: hold on. I said, about how much you making right
- 6:19Speaker 6: now a year?
- 6:20Speaker 2: Man?
- 6:20Speaker 5: About two hundred and fifty thousand. I quit breathing. I said, well,
- 6:27Speaker 5: my man, two years ago.
- 6:31Speaker 6: You didn't have a clue. Two years later, you making
- 6:34Speaker 6: a quarter of a million dollars. I said, man, do
- 6:38Speaker 6: you understand how blessed you are? I said, ma'am, your
- 6:42Speaker 6: family was about to get put out. Two years ago.
- 6:46Speaker 6: You done bought a house. Yeah, man, but this ain't
- 6:49Speaker 6: the house.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I really won't. Oh, oh Pardner, whoa I got that?
- 6:53Speaker 1: I got that?
- 6:54Speaker 6: The house you really won't make Mike call fied eight million.
- 6:57Speaker 6: I don't know, but man, ya'll got a house, you
- 7:01Speaker 6: making a payment, you drive it. You ain't out no more.
- 7:03Speaker 6: I said, old man, you got to stop. I said,
- 7:05Speaker 6: you got to stop. I said, man, because right now, man,
- 7:08Speaker 6: you you coming across. That's real ungrateful to me. And
- 7:11Speaker 6: so he said, man, why are you tripping like that?
- 7:13Speaker 7: Man?
- 7:14Speaker 6: Man, you act like don't nobody want to have nothing
- 7:16Speaker 6: but you? I said, whoa man, where are you going
- 7:18Speaker 6: with this conversation? I said, Oh, I didn't come to you.
- 7:20Speaker 6: I just came to you and asked you how you doing?
- 7:22Speaker 6: And I'm trying to point out to you that the
- 7:25Speaker 6: journey that you started on, that you are on your way,
- 7:29Speaker 6: and you are in the process of accomplishing your goals.
- 7:31Speaker 6: And can you not feel some joy and some pleasure
- 7:35Speaker 6: in your accomplishment. Quit tripping on the fact that you
- 7:38Speaker 6: ain't made a million yet.
- 7:39Speaker 1: You on your way?
- 7:40Speaker 6: You done went from He thought, this dude was making
- 7:43Speaker 6: fifteen thousand dollars a year. You making quarter of a
- 7:45Speaker 6: million dollars in two years. Man, come on, man, can't
- 7:47Speaker 6: you see? Can't you see? So he said, eventually, ah, man,
- 7:52Speaker 6: I kind of see what you saying. But that ain't
- 7:54Speaker 6: about nothing to me because I ran up into him
- 7:58Speaker 6: a year and a half later, how you doing. Man, Man,
- 8:03Speaker 6: I sure wish how to appreciate it my life when
- 8:05Speaker 6: I had it like that, I said, what you mean,
- 8:07Speaker 6: had it like that?
- 8:09Speaker 1: Man?
- 8:09Speaker 6: Just fell on some hard times. Man, right back where
- 8:12Speaker 6: I was. And then we talked. I said, hey, man,
- 8:15Speaker 6: don't worry about it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I said.
- 8:16Speaker 6: Once you know how to accomplish something, I said, you
- 8:18Speaker 6: just reapply the same principles and start on over again. Man,
- 8:22Speaker 6: you know how hard it is to be to start over. Okay,
- 8:25Speaker 6: my man, Hold up, pardoner, you've been do yourself like
- 8:27Speaker 6: this again. First you wasn't grateful for what you had.
- 8:31Speaker 6: Now you're looking at the fact that you might have
- 8:32Speaker 6: to start over, and you know how hard it is
- 8:34Speaker 6: to start over. Maybe God said, okay, you ain't happy
- 8:39Speaker 6: with this, Okay, didn't handle it your way? You obviously
- 8:43Speaker 6: ain't happy with the way I'm bringing it into your life.
- 8:46Speaker 6: You want to handle it your way. Go ahead and
- 8:47Speaker 6: handle it because he will let you have it your way.
- 8:50Speaker 6: Can I tell you that he will let you do
- 8:52Speaker 6: it exactly the way you want to it because he
- 8:54Speaker 6: gives us all the power choice. So then maybe he said, Okay,
- 8:58Speaker 6: you don't appreciate the way I'm doing it. You don't
- 9:00Speaker 6: like the favor I'm showing you. You think it's taken
- 9:02Speaker 6: too long. I'm gonna let you do it your way.
- 9:04Speaker 6: I'm not gonna turn my back on you. I'm just
- 9:06Speaker 6: gonna let you do it your way. Just just say
- 9:09Speaker 6: maybe he said that, and now he right back where
- 9:11Speaker 6: he was. So what I tried to get the young
- 9:14Speaker 6: cat to understand was, man, appreciate your life for what
- 9:18Speaker 6: it is, because, like like Jenny's got that song that
- 9:22Speaker 6: he got out off this album, still I still believe
- 9:25Speaker 6: it could have been worse.
- 9:26Speaker 1: And now that it is worse.
- 9:28Speaker 6: What's on your mind now, folks, if you are on
- 9:32Speaker 6: that side of life where you have figured out what
- 9:35Speaker 6: you want to do, you know how you're gonna get that,
- 9:37Speaker 6: and you know your purpose. You're accomplishing what the majority
- 9:40Speaker 6: of people never ever do. So be grateful for your process.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Don't tumble yourself, don't throw yourself off the cliff. It's
- 9:47Speaker 6: gonna be all right. Success takes a measure of time.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It is not easy.
- 9:53Speaker 6: If success were easy, everybody would be successful.
- 9:57Speaker 3: You're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Show, ladies and gentlemen, look at her.
- 10:06Speaker 6: In the words of one of the great profit groups
- 10:09Speaker 6: of our time, got to give the people, give people
- 10:16Speaker 6: what they want. That's from the Book of o j
- 10:22Speaker 6: As with an ass on it. Though old Jays not
- 10:25Speaker 6: to be confused.
- 10:26Speaker 1: With the other.
- 10:29Speaker 6: He he ain't written. He ain't wrote no books. The
- 10:32Speaker 6: book he did right. It need to be shame of
- 10:34Speaker 6: ladies and gentlemen. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:38Speaker 6: We are here, We are grateful today, we are gathered.
- 10:42Speaker 6: We must all leave this world one day. It's how
- 10:46Speaker 6: you live. It depends on how you're gonna spend the
- 10:49Speaker 6: rest of it. That is the faith that I live under.
- 10:52Speaker 6: If that ain't yours, believe what you want to believe.
- 10:56Speaker 1: But that's it.
- 10:57Speaker 6: Steve Harvey Morning Show is about to start, because that's
- 11:00Speaker 6: how we started. How do we want to Shirley Strawberry
- 11:05Speaker 6: calling for real? The mouth of the South that dark gone,
- 11:10Speaker 6: Junior government name is killed Space and the legend that
- 11:16Speaker 6: is c L Nephew, Tommy.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I don't know what that was. I thought it was
- 11:29Speaker 1: Carla Farrelle.
- 11:35Speaker 7: What it is?
- 11:36Speaker 2: Yes, yes, I like it.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Junior.
- 11:41Speaker 8: Wasn't having to tell you something. I'm telling exactly what's
- 11:43Speaker 8: on my mind today. And I mean this, Black people,
- 11:45Speaker 8: we're gonna start doing this. Uh, we're gonna have a
- 11:48Speaker 8: Paul Barry committee that we're gonna have. See, we started
- 11:51Speaker 8: taking votes on this.
- 11:52Speaker 9: See.
- 11:52Speaker 1: If you sick, you ain't got no business being a
- 11:54Speaker 1: Paul bear If.
- 11:55Speaker 8: Something wrong with you, you got asthma, goal anything wrong
- 11:59Speaker 8: with you, you ain't fit to be a Paul Bearer.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 12:01Speaker 8: It's disrespectful to the dead. You're not fit to be
- 12:03Speaker 8: a Paul Beery. I saw a man on a Paul
- 12:06Speaker 8: beary setting the fire, carrying his sister. Had so much
- 12:09Speaker 8: medical equipment on him. Try to carry this body. He
- 12:12Speaker 8: had a defibulator, he had oxygen tank mask on heart monitor,
- 12:18Speaker 8: trying to carry this body. They took forever to get
- 12:20Speaker 8: this boy hurt. The dog you about to be deck.
- 12:23Speaker 8: They had to stop five times because his heartbreak went
- 12:26Speaker 8: up above one hundred, one hundred beats permitted to monay.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Just whoop, whoop, woop whoop. He got to stop. We're
- 12:32Speaker 1: not doing it. If your ass ain't healthy, you ain't
- 12:34Speaker 1: finna be no Paul Beer. You need perfect health. We vote.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Uncle Charles ain't fitna be a Paul Berry this morning.
- 12:39Speaker 1: He ain't doing it, not this year.
- 12:41Speaker 8: Now, he got too much stuff on him. He got
- 12:44Speaker 8: cane on his side. He can't keep doing this. Uh,
- 12:46Speaker 8: he cannot.
- 12:48Speaker 1: If you ain't healthy, you ain't finna be no Paul Beer.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Paul Berry. He got a cane.
- 12:52Speaker 8: J Now you're gonna mess around. You're gonna mess around
- 12:55Speaker 8: to being there with him. That's what you're gonna do.
- 12:57Speaker 8: You're gonna mess around and be right in there with him.
- 13:00Speaker 8: I'm telling you, I'm tired of the black folks just
- 13:02Speaker 8: because he related to the day. Now, you ain't finna
- 13:04Speaker 8: be no Paul But we voting, we voting.
- 13:06Speaker 1: We got a comedee on this now, can't be nah,
- 13:09Speaker 1: can't be one though, ain't gonna do it.
- 13:10Speaker 5: I can't have real short You can't be no Paul.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Bear, can't be no pauper. It's uneven, not the body
- 13:16Speaker 1: in that tilty uneven. Yeah, we can't do this.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Now.
- 13:21Speaker 1: They got to bury him and that he y'all jammed
- 13:23Speaker 1: up in one corner. He's not doing.
- 13:30Speaker 10: All right, okay, coming up thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:37Speaker 10: the ignorance continues.
- 13:38Speaker 3: It never stops on this show. Run that prank back
- 13:41Speaker 3: with the nephew right after this. I'm not going you're
- 13:44Speaker 3: listening morning show.
- 13:48Speaker 10: It is time now to start your morning off with
- 13:50Speaker 10: the nephew and run that prank back.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Nephew, what you got is that your husband?
- 13:56Speaker 1: You know your husband? Is that your hug? That's all

- 14:34Speaker 7: I'm about two or three hundred yards away, but I'm
- 14:37Speaker 7: almost certain my wife is holding hands with your husband, Jason.
- 14:43Speaker 12: So hold on, hold on. When you see my husband
- 14:46Speaker 12: at the park with your wife, how long have you
- 14:48Speaker 12: been following them?
- 14:50Speaker 7: I followed my wife this morning because I just was
- 14:53Speaker 7: feeling like real weird about, you know, something going on.
- 14:56Speaker 7: And I followed her and I'm at the park right now,
- 14:59Speaker 7: and and you know this, I think this is I
- 15:03Speaker 7: think she's with Jason. I think she's with your husband.
- 15:06Speaker 7: What type? What type?
- 15:07Speaker 1: Of car.
- 15:07Speaker 12: You do you see Jason? Then alexis what color is it?

- 15:47Speaker 7: I'm about two hundred yards away from them, and I'm
- 15:50Speaker 7: looking at she just kissed him again. I cannot believe
- 15:53Speaker 7: this now.
- 15:54Speaker 6: I know.

- 16:44Speaker 12: It's too cold to be in the park anyway. You

- 16:50Speaker 12: to this legly park.
- 16:51Speaker 7: Okay, wait minute, wait wait wait wait wait. They get

- 21:00Speaker 10: the rapper caught dancing inappropriately at the Jamaica Carnival, and
- 21:05Speaker 10: a group of black professional women are suing Hulu to

- 21:11Speaker 3: We'll talk about all of these stories, Yeah, what is
- 21:16Speaker 3: this what is this movie? Yeah, we'll talk about all
- 21:21Speaker 3: of these stories at the top of the hour.
- 21:22Speaker 10: But right now it is time to ask the CLO
- 21:26Speaker 10: Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. Candice im Portsmouth says, I
- 21:31Speaker 10: have a broken ankle and my husband acts like he's
- 21:35Speaker 10: going to die if we don't have sex soon. It's
- 21:37Speaker 10: only been two weeks since I got the cast. Yes,
- 21:40Speaker 10: I could have sex with it on, but I can't
- 21:43Speaker 10: believe he's acting like this. Should I punish him or
- 21:46Speaker 10: give in?
- 21:49Speaker 6: I don't really know what you want me to say.
- 21:52Speaker 6: I really don't care what y'all do. It's two weeks.
- 21:56Speaker 6: I don't your ankle broke. Now, Look, it's really a
- 22:01Speaker 6: question of what you want to do. Now you want
- 22:04Speaker 6: to punish him, Well, what's the punishment for. I don't
- 22:07Speaker 6: understand the punishment. Yeah, I'm confused. Now, if you want
- 22:12Speaker 6: to participate, you can set it up on a knife stand.
- 22:17Speaker 6: If you want to participate, you can hang it over
- 22:19Speaker 6: on the floor. If you want to participate, you can
- 22:23Speaker 6: prop it up on two pillars down at the bottom
- 22:26Speaker 6: of the bed. If you want to participate, you can
- 22:29Speaker 6: let him get his shoulder up under your up under
- 22:33Speaker 6: your knee and then have it up on his shoulder.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Yeah, like that right there, Or.
- 22:40Speaker 6: If to depend on how heavy the cask is, you
- 22:43Speaker 6: can put it back off to the right, on what
- 22:46Speaker 6: foot it is at, right, ankle, left angle, get it
- 22:49Speaker 6: up there, adjacent to your ear, several things you could
- 22:52Speaker 6: do with it, Yeah, just not close to it, but adjacent,
- 22:57Speaker 6: Carlo adjacent. It can be far away, just over the
- 23:02Speaker 6: long side.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so those are you can get it back there. Yeah, Now,
- 23:12Speaker 1: mine don't go back there.
- 23:13Speaker 5: Never had. I wasn't on the tumbling team in school
- 23:20Speaker 5: or none of that.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Don't you feel some kind of way since she broke
- 23:23Speaker 3: her ankles?
- 23:24Speaker 6: Well, I don't know these people, surely, so No, I
- 23:26Speaker 6: really don't feel no kind of way about her ankle.
- 23:29Speaker 6: And I don't even know these people. I'm just trying
- 23:32Speaker 6: to offer up some type of solution. Why would she write,
- 23:34Speaker 6: we don't know you, so I don't really kid, it's
- 23:37Speaker 6: a broken ankle, you had it for two weeks or
- 23:39Speaker 6: just come.
- 23:40Speaker 1: On now, life goes on.
- 23:42Speaker 3: You know, you broke your ankle, and.
- 23:44Speaker 6: Get up on the side of the bed, get on
- 23:46Speaker 6: one leg, put your knee up, put the on with
- 23:48Speaker 6: the cass. Gonna put that knee up on the mattress,
- 23:50Speaker 6: get it out the way, or you can punish him.
- 23:53Speaker 1: It don't make us no difference.
- 23:55Speaker 3: We're moving on.
- 23:57Speaker 1: We're not gonna hear it with COVID. What's the problem?
- 24:00Speaker 1: I did it with COVID. What is the issue?
- 24:01Speaker 10: Wouldn't break anything anyway? Yes, yes, sorry, Candice. I thought
- 24:08Speaker 10: you'd have a little more compassion. Tracy and Lexington says,
- 24:12Speaker 10: my coworker set me up with her brother and we
- 24:15Speaker 10: dated for a couple of weeks. He's cute and he
- 24:17Speaker 10: has great combo but he recently told me he's a
- 24:20Speaker 10: government spy, and he's sworn me the secrecy.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Do spies exist or does he need to be on medication?
- 24:28Speaker 1: Spies exist? But the fact that he would tell you that.
- 24:35Speaker 6: You need you need to google him? He got another job.
- 24:38Speaker 6: So what get on Facebook? You need to do some
- 24:40Speaker 6: research a government spy. But you just met him at
- 24:47Speaker 6: the house.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's the.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Number one rule. You can't let anybody know you're a spy.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Then come home, come home. You took the But no,
- 24:59Speaker 1: he'd have made you spy.
- 25:00Speaker 6: Now you're on the radio winning, he'd made you swell
- 25:05Speaker 6: not to tell nobody your ass on the radio winning
- 25:09Speaker 6: God Jo.
- 25:11Speaker 1: This boy's whole life is in jeopardy.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Make him lose his job, right, They gotta.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Spid out in Lexington? Yeah, double ottle negro, This is crazy,
- 25:26Speaker 1: all right.
- 25:27Speaker 10: Moving on to Keana in North Memphis, Canna writes, I'm
- 25:31Speaker 10: with an older man that allows other people to openly
- 25:34Speaker 10: make jokes about my age.
- 25:35Speaker 3: His friends will.
- 25:36Speaker 10: Say he is out with his daughter, or he's got
- 25:39Speaker 10: to get me home because it's a school night.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Why does he let his friends disrespect me like that?
- 25:44Speaker 6: Come on, I don't know if it's disrespect to us,
- 25:48Speaker 6: more that he's proud. He's proud and the jokes make
- 25:53Speaker 6: him feel good. I don't think it's really against you.
- 25:57Speaker 6: And the reason his friends is going on because they
- 25:59Speaker 6: know he got he poking his chest out about it.
- 26:02Speaker 6: I think that's what it is. That's a guy thing.
- 26:05Speaker 6: That's his way of saying, yeah, okay, go on with them. Joe, Well,
- 26:08Speaker 6: I got a little young, fine thing, you know. But
- 26:10Speaker 6: he know his friends is mad though, because they all
- 26:14Speaker 6: want you to right, all all of them, won't you too?
- 26:21Speaker 6: They trying to figure out if you've got your baby
- 26:23Speaker 6: sisters whoa well, you know, you don't know how you like.
- 26:29Speaker 6: He probably like sixty or something like that, and she
- 26:32Speaker 6: probably like twenty eight. You know, he might have a
- 26:35Speaker 6: twenty five year old sister. That's a big ass difference.
- 26:38Speaker 6: Yeare school night?
- 26:39Speaker 1: Yeah, he got really other school night? Really damn Mere is.
- 26:45Speaker 14: All right the last one step, But when she's nineteen,
- 26:48Speaker 14: it just might be a school Now, Okay.
- 26:51Speaker 10: I think we get what you're trying to say. You're okay,
- 26:55Speaker 10: moving on this last one. Steve Paris and Scottsdale Rights.
- 26:58Speaker 10: I moved to Arizona to be with a man, and
- 27:01Speaker 10: he has a lot of loose ends that need to
- 27:03Speaker 10: be tied up. He's still got ladies calling him and
- 27:07Speaker 10: his friends pop up at his house all the time.
- 27:10Speaker 10: I want to get my own place for some separations,
- 27:13Speaker 10: but he doesn't think that it's a good idea. Well
- 27:17Speaker 10: should I give him? Should I give this more time?
- 27:20Speaker 10: Or should I get my own place?
- 27:22Speaker 6: Well, you need to get your own place, because it's
- 27:24Speaker 6: time that you're going to give him. It may take
- 27:26Speaker 6: more longer than you think, and you are uncomfortable, and
- 27:29Speaker 6: you should have researched this situation before you took your
- 27:32Speaker 6: behind out there.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Y'all need to stop all this here.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Man, y'all rushing into these relationships, going to live with
- 27:37Speaker 6: people you don't even know. Now, he got a hell
- 27:40Speaker 6: a lot going on, people just coming by the house. Now,
- 27:44Speaker 6: all this here down in Scott's there. He probably the
- 27:46Speaker 6: weed man.
- 27:47Speaker 1: He don't even know it.
- 27:48Speaker 5: So you need to really get a grip on who
- 27:50Speaker 5: who who you're sleeping with now.
- 27:52Speaker 6: He don't think is necessary, But all these people coming
- 27:55Speaker 6: up to now, he got lady friends, and y'all grown
- 27:57Speaker 6: you and your forties. I don't know how you thought
- 28:00Speaker 6: she was gonna meet this man that ain't had no
- 28:02Speaker 6: history or in your thirties or in any it you
- 28:05Speaker 6: moving to his town. He got stuff going on. Stop
- 28:10Speaker 6: thinking these people ain't got nothing going on. Everybody got
- 28:12Speaker 6: something going on. Everybody come with luggage.
- 28:15Speaker 10: Yeah yeah, yep, if you could get your own place,
- 28:19Speaker 10: you're right, Celo, get it.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Man.

- 28:40Speaker 6: man in that when the door open, the door, just
- 28:42Speaker 6: open the window.
- 28:44Speaker 3: She's an accessory.
- 28:45Speaker 5: What right, what's in this package?
- 28:48Speaker 1: Baby? Just hand the man the package. Stop shaking it.
- 28:57Speaker 3: All right, thank you, Clo.
- 28:58Speaker 10: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:00Speaker 10: some entertainment news for you right after this. You're listening
- 29:05Speaker 10: Hardy Morning Show. On Monday, April seventeenth, Jalen Hurts agreed
- 29:12Speaker 10: to terms of a five year extension worth two hundred
- 29:15Speaker 10: and fifty five million dollars with the Philadelphia Eagles. Yep, Junior,
- 29:20Speaker 10: you mentioned this yesterday, making him the highest paid player
- 29:23Speaker 10: in NFL history on a per year basis. Jalen Grace
- 29:27Speaker 10: is the cover of Essence twenty twenty three Men's issue,
- 29:30Speaker 10: and he pended open letter to black women take a listen.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Dear black women, thank you.
- 29:36Speaker 11: Thank you for being you, for showing up the way
- 29:38Speaker 11: that you do, for being trailblazers, for being loving, for
- 29:42Speaker 11: being resilient. We see you, I'll see you, and I
- 29:46Speaker 11: appreciate you much love.
- 29:49Speaker 3: Yeah, Jalen, Wow, thank you. Jalen Hurts, Yeah, we.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Love you right back.
- 30:00Speaker 4: I know Lamar Jackson looking at his little deal, like, Lord,
- 30:04Speaker 4: what if I'm feinn do We're here with my mama.
- 30:08Speaker 4: We ain't got none of this together yet.
- 30:10Speaker 3: God call him Steven, talk to him.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Who Lamar?
- 30:15Speaker 5: I think Lamar gonna sign back with the Ravens.
- 30:19Speaker 10: What wart up?
- 30:20Speaker 1: Happy?
- 30:21Speaker 6: I mean, he don't hate the team, he don't like
- 30:25Speaker 6: the people that run it, but you know they handled
- 30:28Speaker 6: this whole.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Thing the wrong way.
- 30:30Speaker 5: So yeah, Obij is over that now.
- 30:32Speaker 6: He might say, I don't look he's making money, but
- 30:35Speaker 6: to guarantee ain't enough. You know, Jalen's one hundred and
- 30:38Speaker 6: seventy nine million guaranteed two hundred and fifty something over
- 30:43Speaker 6: five years.
- 30:45Speaker 10: I mean, we got to say congratulations and a shout
- 30:47Speaker 10: out to Jalen Hurts again, his agent and all female

- 31:02Speaker 3: We need more of that.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Can you give that number to Lamar?
- 31:08Speaker 4: What number?
- 31:09Speaker 1: Well, it was that agent.
- 31:11Speaker 6: That's the agent pretty close to the number Lamar was
- 31:17Speaker 6: asking for. I mean, I mean, that's pretty close to
- 31:21Speaker 6: the number they offered Lamar.
- 31:23Speaker 1: It's kind of close.
- 31:25Speaker 6: Lamar is waiting, which is a smart thing to see
- 31:27Speaker 6: what Javen comes in at and he can wait to
- 31:30Speaker 6: see if Joe Burrow signs his extension.
- 31:34Speaker 5: But it was handled badly, I believe on both parts.
- 31:37Speaker 3: You know, well, we'll see.
- 31:41Speaker 10: In other entertainment, there was Chance the rapper was kicking
- 31:44Speaker 10: it real hard recently at Carnival twenty to twenty three
- 31:47Speaker 10: in Jamaica and a viral video. Chance was seen shirtless
- 31:50Speaker 10: and wearing his famous three baseball cap while dancing with
- 31:54Speaker 10: a woman who was wearing a Carnival costume and twerking.
- 31:57Speaker 10: At one point, Chance slaps the woman his booty twice
- 32:01Speaker 10: while grinding and dancing. Many fans were upset over his
- 32:04Speaker 10: dancing and said it was inappropriate behavior for a married
- 32:07Speaker 10: man to be dancing like that, while others argued that
- 32:10Speaker 10: he was simply enjoying his thirtieth birthday on the island
- 32:13Speaker 10: and embracing the Caribbean culture.
- 32:16Speaker 3: So what do you guys think? Did you see it?
- 32:18Speaker 4: It was cute wild Jamaica, and that's the place you're
- 32:23Speaker 4: supposed to be, a wild out of Jamaica.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Let me see, I saw it. I didn't know Chance
- 32:30Speaker 1: with men?
- 32:31Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, Chance problem that internet Chance problem at it?
- 32:36Speaker 1: How so do you think he went too far?
- 32:40Speaker 3: You think he went too far with dancing with a
- 32:42Speaker 3: woman like that, guys.
- 32:47Speaker 1: And I came, I'm upset the chance with this far?
- 32:50Speaker 8: Absolutely as a married man, you outright married man, I
- 32:53Speaker 8: will never.
- 32:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you're a fall.
- 32:59Speaker 6: Not woman being over in front of me, twerking, I'm
- 33:04Speaker 6: grinding back and starts slapping her.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Boy the hell at my house exactly, That's that's hell.
- 33:17Speaker 7: Though.
- 33:19Speaker 1: When I get back to the room, carnival gonna be over.
- 33:23Speaker 3: And Chance was into it too.
- 33:26Speaker 1: He soon over. I didn't broke out running. Okay, what
- 33:31Speaker 1: what Steve, go ahead?
- 33:35Speaker 4: That was Toma talking. Oh okay, go ahead, Tommy. I
- 33:38Speaker 4: just said, as soon as she's been over, I didn't
- 33:40Speaker 4: broke out of running. I'm running away from that.
- 33:42Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 33:44Speaker 5: I'm not smacking you. I didn't know he into Mario.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Him mad.
- 33:48Speaker 3: He was singing beautiful wife.
- 33:50Speaker 1: He was single. He cool. Once you getting married, who
- 33:56Speaker 1: chances are he might not be man while.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Carnall, he went too far with that one.
- 34:07Speaker 10: I mean he was getting it. He was, He's been
- 34:11Speaker 10: all the way back. He was in there all right.
- 34:17Speaker 10: So you guys think he went too far. You agree
- 34:19Speaker 10: with many of his fans, especially you, Junior.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I hope my wife listening now, absolutely.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Without a doubt.
- 34:32Speaker 5: I don't have no idea what I could say.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Yeah, well.
- 34:40Speaker 5: It's gonna be yeah, I know how to get out of.
- 34:42Speaker 1: That one, though, because you're the king of this. Now.
- 34:45Speaker 10: Wait a minute, I'm like, that's what I'm saying. What
- 34:48Speaker 10: I'm more appauled than JR.

- 35:16Speaker 1: I know you're that is you. Who is it then?

- 54:01Speaker 10: Subject what goes on at his friend's house stays there? Okay,
- 54:06Speaker 10: what goes on at his friend's house stays there? Dear
- 54:08Speaker 10: Stephen Shirley, I'm in a dead end marriage and I
- 54:11Speaker 10: have not had sex with my husband in months, so
- 54:14Speaker 10: I decided to go get it elsewhere. My husband has
- 54:18Speaker 10: erectile dysfunction and he refuses to take medication to fix
- 54:22Speaker 10: it because the Medican medicine makes him gain weight. Since
- 54:26Speaker 10: he's being selfish, I am too. I've always had an
- 54:30Speaker 10: ace in a hole that I can go to when
- 54:32Speaker 10: I needed some really good sex and nothing more. I
- 54:35Speaker 10: called up my old friend one day and he was
- 54:38Speaker 10: all for it, but he lives with his girlfriend now,
- 54:41Speaker 10: so we had to meet up at his friend's house.
- 54:44Speaker 10: I've been going over there once a week and we
- 54:46Speaker 10: do what we do, and then I leave. A few
- 54:49Speaker 10: days ago, I finally met the friend that owns the house.
- 54:53Speaker 10: He was handsome, sexy, and fine. I was going into
- 54:57Speaker 10: the bedroom and he was coming out of his room
- 54:59Speaker 10: and don't even know, I didn't even know he was home.
- 55:02Speaker 10: He whispered that he was watching me while I had
- 55:05Speaker 10: sex with his friend, and he said it turned him on.
- 55:09Speaker 10: He pointed to how turned on he was. I couldn't
- 55:12Speaker 10: help but stare, and he could tell I was very interested.
- 55:16Speaker 10: He said he'd see me the next day around one pm.
- 55:20Speaker 10: I tossed and turned all that night, and I told
- 55:23Speaker 10: myself that I wasn't going over there the next day.
- 55:26Speaker 10: But I did go, and I have no regrets. He
- 55:29Speaker 10: led me to his bedroom without saying a word, and
- 55:32Speaker 10: that really turned me on. It was a marvelous experience,
- 55:36Speaker 10: and I think the mystery of it is what had
- 55:38Speaker 10: me so excited. Right after I left, my main lover
- 55:42Speaker 10: called me and said he knew about what I did
- 55:44Speaker 10: with his friend, and he asked for a threesome. I
- 55:48Speaker 10: told him, as long as what happened at his friend's
- 55:50Speaker 10: house stays at his friend's house friend's house, I'd be
- 55:53Speaker 10: down to try it. At this point, should I leave
- 55:56Speaker 10: my husband and be uninhibited with these two men?
- 55:59Speaker 3: Have I gone too far to turn back? Girl?
- 56:02Speaker 10: Come on, now, you got to stop some of this.
- 56:05Speaker 10: I mean you're doing way too much. Yeah, way too much.
- 56:11Speaker 10: It's never too late to stop. You're married and sleeping
- 56:14Speaker 10: with a friend, and you're sleeping with a friend of
- 56:17Speaker 10: your friend.
- 56:18Speaker 3: Don't you think that's a lot. You're just out here
- 56:20Speaker 3: wide open.
- 56:22Speaker 10: I get that your husband isn't delivering the goods, but
- 56:25Speaker 10: that doesn't mean you know, you should just be out
- 56:27Speaker 10: here wiling like this. You can't blame all this and
- 56:30Speaker 10: your husband either, And don't try to trick Steve and I,
- 56:33Speaker 10: because didn't you say you've always had a spare when
- 56:37Speaker 10: you need a good sex. You said that in the letter.
- 56:39Speaker 10: You can't blame this on your husband. You didn't call
- 56:44Speaker 10: it a spare, though you called it an ace in
- 56:46Speaker 10: the hole. You said that, so this is what you've
- 56:49Speaker 10: been doing, your ace in the hole, wasn't enough for
- 56:52Speaker 10: you though, you had to go do his friend too.
- 56:54Speaker 10: And here's my question, Now, what if his friend's friend
- 56:58Speaker 10: has a friend?
- 57:00Speaker 3: What what are you gonna do? Then you have to
- 57:02Speaker 3: draw the line somewhere. You've got you have to what
- 57:06Speaker 3: are you doing? Do you want to just be there.
- 57:08Speaker 10: Pass around, check the little easy toy, their plaything, because
- 57:12Speaker 10: right now that's what's going on. That's what you are
- 57:15Speaker 10: to them. They know what you're about, and that's how
- 57:17Speaker 10: they can easily flip it up on you.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Like this, Steve, Well, you know.
- 57:24Speaker 6: This whole letter has so many problems in it, and
- 57:27Speaker 6: all of them is huh. So, I don't even know
- 57:30Speaker 6: what you wrote the letter about. I'm in a dead
- 57:33Speaker 6: end marriage. I ain't had sex with my husband in
- 57:37Speaker 6: muss so I decided I was gonna get it elsewhere, okay,
- 57:43Speaker 6: instead of fixing y'all's problem, Because here's your problem. My
- 57:47Speaker 6: husband has a rectile dysfunction and he refuses to take
- 57:51Speaker 6: medication to fix it because the medicine makes him gain weight.
- 57:55Speaker 6: So well, I don't understand this, dude. I know a
- 58:01Speaker 6: lot of men taking this medicine. I ain't never heard
- 58:03Speaker 6: the side effect was gain weight, and if it was so,
- 58:10Speaker 6: my fat ass will just be over here.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:15Speaker 6: But what we ain't finna have is that, ed, I
- 58:19Speaker 6: get me a nice big ass stomach and be standing
- 58:23Speaker 6: over here strong. Give me the extra damn weight. I'm
- 58:31Speaker 6: gonna need it to pick your ass up anyway.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I don't understand.
- 58:36Speaker 6: I've never heard that before, and I've heard a lot
- 58:38Speaker 6: of people discuss this medicine right here now.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Since he's being selfish, I am too.
- 58:44Speaker 6: I've always had an ace in the hole that I
- 58:46Speaker 6: could go to when I need some really good sex.
- 58:49Speaker 6: Now listen to me, ladies. I want you to pay
- 58:52Speaker 6: attention to the term ace in the hole. Ace in
- 58:56Speaker 6: the hole is a term that men created for women
- 59:00Speaker 6: who give them sex. On the side, we call y'all
- 59:04Speaker 6: a ace in the hole. You can erase ace because
- 59:12Speaker 6: that's all you are to us. You just a whole
- 59:17Speaker 6: h O l E. That's all you are, and I'll
- 59:21Speaker 6: prove it when we come back. All right, everything will
- 59:25Speaker 6: be heavy on me.
- 59:28Speaker 10: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 59:31Speaker 10: twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry letter subject
- 59:36Speaker 10: what goes on and his friend's house stays there? We'll
- 59:38Speaker 10: get back into it right after this. You're listening hard
- 59:43Speaker 10: morning show. All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's
- 59:46Speaker 10: strawberry letter. The subject what goes on at his friend's
- 59:49Speaker 10: house stays there.
- 59:51Speaker 6: So now you up in a dead end marriage. You
- 59:54Speaker 6: and your husband ain't had sex in months. You decide
- 59:56Speaker 6: to go get it somewhell because you say you got
- 59:58Speaker 6: an ace in the hole. Keyword here is we created
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: a term for women to give us sex on the side,
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: and you had not really even take the ace out
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: of it.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: You just a hole.
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: Now I'm finisha show you how we do holes. Okay
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: you ready? Oh no, I'm finna teach you something. Now
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: says See you called yourself, you say you got an
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: ace and a hole?
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: What hole? You talking about it?
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: And one person got a hold and now you're finished
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: find out how we treat holes. So now here's some
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: So you have really good sex and nothing more. And
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: you call up your old friend one day and he
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: was all for it, but he lived with his girlfriend. Now,
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: so we got to meet up at his friend's house.
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: See that's what we do. I ain't even gonna get
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: no room. I ain't wasting no money on no hole.
- 1:00:40Speaker 6: I'm just gonna take you over my friend's house now
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: in order to for tend.
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: To use you.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: Hear the friend's house. He got to tell his friend
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: what he doing. Now, everybody know you married. He done
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: told this, and his friend know he got a girl.
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: So I'm gonna bring my hole over here. I'm gonna
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: do it. House man, Come on cool. I've been going
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: over there once a week and we do it and
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: then I leave. A few days ago, I finally met
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: the friend that owns the house. He was having some
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: sexy and fine. I was going into the bathroom and
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: he was coming out of his room and I ain't
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: even though he was home.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: He whispered, he watching me.
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: I've been watching y'all in them saw y'all see what
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: y'all be in a week, y'all having sex.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: With his friend.
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: He watched it, and he said it turned him on.
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: Then he pointed to how it turned on. He was
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: I couldn't help but stare, and he could tell I
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: was very interested.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: He said.
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: He see me the next day around one pm. You
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: know why he said that, cause you the hole?
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: You the hole. See if you married?
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: He know you married, and you gonna come with your
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: with your old friend who now has a girlfriend, and
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: you willing to meet at his.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Friend's house with your hole and all you treating it
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: like is a whole.
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: Then guess what he said to you. I see you
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: the next day around one pm. Now you tossed and
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: turned all night. But I told myself I wasn't going
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: over there the next day.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: You told who You told yourself herself. You should have
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: told the whole.
- 1:02:24Speaker 11: Told you.
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: This is hearing this, but you know it's true. It's
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: very rough question.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: I normally don't take questions in the middle of my respect.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: I see it's bothering you.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 1:02:37Speaker 14: I'll just let you continue your thoughts and then I'll
- 1:02:40Speaker 14: reserve my questions for the ends.
- 1:02:42Speaker 6: Okay, But I did go, and I have no regrets.
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: He led me to his bedroom without saying a word,
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: and that really turned me on.
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: Are you easy? It don't take nothing. He ain't even talked.
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: That made me hot.
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: It was a marvelous experience, and I think it was
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: the mystery of it that had me so excited.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: And right after I left, his friend, the.
- 1:03:10Speaker 6: Main lover you normally go over there for called you
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: and said he knew about what I did.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: With his friend because his friend called and told him.
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: Ay man at work, she did it, and they all
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: cool with it because they're treating you the same way
- 1:03:31Speaker 6: you treat yourself, just like a whole ho l e.
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: I told, And then he said, he asks for a threesome.
- 1:03:42Speaker 6: Wait a manun holder dog, this dude a threesome. If
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: I'm having you, the last thing gonna turn me on
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: is I bring another dude in the room to have
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: you too. Because I'm telling you right now, I don't
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: really know nothing much about a threesome, but I do
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: know the only person in that zipping.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: Pass has to be me, only one man.
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: I can't be in here with this. I can't see
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: nothing else. So he said he has for a threesome.
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: I told him, as long as what happened at his
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: friend's house stays at his friend's house, I'd be down
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: to try. At this point, should I leave my husband
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: and be uninhibited with these two men, You've already left
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: your husband.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: What you asking us for? Have I gone too far
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: to turn back? What is you talking about turning back for? Nowhere?
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: In that you said that you did what I was
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: going over there and the next day, but I did go,
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: and I have no regrets.
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: You have no regrets about seeing the friend.
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: You have no regrets with being invited by your old
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: friend over his friend's house just to have said because
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: he got a girlfriend.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: You have no regrets that you have a husband.
- 1:04:56Speaker 6: Your husband don't want to take the erectile dysfunctioned medicine
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: cause he'd make him gain weight.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Have I gone too far to turn back? Turn back?
- 1:05:04Speaker 6: Well, I don't know nobody in this letter that won't you.
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: Your husband won't even take ed medication to have you
- 1:05:20Speaker 6: because it make him gain weight. The friend that you
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: got that's got a girlfriend, wouldn't got a girlfriend because
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: he didn't want you to be the girlfriend. And now
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: he got you coming over his friends how to have sex.
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: He don't want you because he done passed you off
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: to his friend. Now he don't want you. Now they
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: want you so much, let's have a threesome because they
- 1:05:39Speaker 6: finna treat you like you treat yourself.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: Should I leave my husband and be uninhibited with these
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: two men? You doing it anyway? You? Yeah? Bet with you? Man,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Have a little clarity now, all right?

- 1:06:08Speaker 3: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:06:11Speaker 10: All right, it is time now for Junior and Sports Talk.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: Which you got or all right, Shirley, let's go get
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: to it. I'm telling you right now. The biggest story
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: right now, as you know, the the Warriors and Kings played.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: The night and no but go ahead, yeah, yeah, is
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: uncle because Draymond Green is out.
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: He will not He is suspended for tonight's game for
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: the play he made in game two when he stomped
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: on the Beatas sabonis chest after Tabita Saphonis had grabbed
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: his ankle. He stomped on his chest and now he
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: egged the crowd on after what he got ejected.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: And it just didn't look right. Man.
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: So is the NBA right for ejected, I mean for
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: suspending him for this game because they down to nothing
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: right now, they really do need him. Well, but is
- 1:06:53Speaker 8: this is this fake?
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: That guy grabbed his foot first? Yeah, that's de that's
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: all standing time. Nothing that is happening to him.
- 1:07:02Speaker 8: Now he just got a technical fire, that's all he got.
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: But now he's out for Game three. Is this fair though,
- 1:07:09Speaker 8: for the NBA to do this to dray Up.
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: I think both of them should have got suspended because
- 1:07:13Speaker 6: the bonus initiated a man fit to run full speed
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: back up the court and you lock his ankle, Man,
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: that guy could have got seriously injured.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Smow.
- 1:07:24Speaker 6: Should Draymond have stumped him in the chest not I
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: don't care. No what he supposed to do it after
- 1:07:33Speaker 6: the game, I don't know, but I've stumped him too,
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: but somehow, Yeah, I'd have fell back and raked my
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: heel against his jaw.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: That's that's one thing. That's one thing. But you can't
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: do that, man, m A or basketball or what we're
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: doing right.
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: Well, he grabbed his ankle, and you know, they say
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: they put the suspended him because of his past history.
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: His past history, so they said that's why he put
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: him out, because you had a history of getting dejected
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: already seventeen times. So this this is just at the
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: wrong time for the series though, because they need him
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: for the He's a big part of this team.
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: This is not the big story and I'm getting sick
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: of your little report. When are you gonna talk about
- 1:08:14Speaker 6: the Cavaliers. I'm going you need to hurry off about
- 1:08:18Speaker 6: to give it. Damn about Draymond State all Sacramento.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Tied water piece for everybody knows Draymond.
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: Great.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: Okay, is you happy now? You own in New York?
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: But you you you happy now? The Cavaliers got to win.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: That's what I'm talking about.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: That's your biggest story of the night. Are you gonna
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: call stephen A. He's a big Knicks fan. You gonna
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: call Steve?
- 1:08:47Speaker 6: Oh, let me get on my phone right now. I'm
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: so happy y'all reminded me. Oh my god, I'm gonna
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: make him say it on first take.
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: Yeah, tonight, man, we got the seventy six in the
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: nets and got the Kings Awards and the Sun's Eclippers
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: are playing the Nightmare. Congratulations to the Cavaliers series tie
- 1:09:06Speaker 8: Water piece. You said y'all was gonna lose this series. Look, okay,
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: I got I believe.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: I believe that we're not losing this series. Dog, I
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: believe you that I fall all right.
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: Junior, thank you.
- 1:09:18Speaker 10: Coming up at the top of the hour, more of
- 1:09:20Speaker 10: the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: Right after this.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Call, Steve Dog, I'm texting him right now.
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:33Speaker 10: As we all know, eighty four year old Andrew Lester,
- 1:09:36Speaker 10: a white Kansas City homeowner, has been charged with first
- 1:09:39Speaker 10: degree assault and armed criminal action for shooting sixteen year
- 1:09:43Speaker 10: old Ralph Yarl. Lester stated he opened the interior door
- 1:09:47Speaker 10: and saw a black mail approximately six feet tall, pulling
- 1:09:51Speaker 10: on the exterior storm door handle. He stated he believed
- 1:09:55Speaker 10: someone was attempting to break into the house and shot
- 1:09:59Speaker 10: twice within a few seconds of opening the door. This
- 1:10:02Speaker 10: is according to the police statement. Now. Lester told police
- 1:10:05Speaker 10: he was quote scared to death. There apparently were no
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: words exchanged before the shooting. Now, The victim, Ralph Yarl,
- 1:10:13Speaker 10: told police the man immediately shot him in the head,
- 1:10:16Speaker 10: then after he fell to the ground, shot him a
- 1:10:18Speaker 10: second time in the arm. As y'all got up to run,
- 1:10:22Speaker 10: the man said, quote, don't come around here, according to
- 1:10:25Speaker 10: the police report. Now, some say Lester's defense may try
- 1:10:29Speaker 10: to use the standard ground law. However, according to Yahoo
- 1:10:32Speaker 10: dot Com, a legal expert said that prosecutors could counter
- 1:10:36Speaker 10: that Lester did not have reasonable grounds to believe y'all
- 1:10:40Speaker 10: was breaking into the house. Nothing in the law allows
- 1:10:43Speaker 10: someone to shoot first and ask questions later. When someone
- 1:10:46Speaker 10: innocently brings a doorbell, that's something the ups does on
- 1:10:50Speaker 10: a daily basis, delivery drivers or children just out selling
- 1:10:54Speaker 10: girl Scout cookies.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: So idl.
- 1:10:57Speaker 5: He could have said, if that's the case, your hope
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: witnesses in a word, the trouble.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you can't do.
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: That, man, for ringing the doorbell is not a crime.
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: It's yeah. And then he's on the ground and you
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: shoot him again.
- 1:11:14Speaker 6: Come on, man, you you negated listen to me, the
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: threat when you shot this boy in the head and
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: he fail, you negated anything. So now you're just gonna
- 1:11:25Speaker 6: eliminate what you call the threat. Now, that's that's excessive
- 1:11:28Speaker 6: on all types of level.
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all I said.
- 1:11:31Speaker 14: I'm happy they filed charges against him and did the
- 1:11:34Speaker 14: right thing with that part of it. Now.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: I can't Yeah, Tommy, I can't believe he was able
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: to get up and run away. I can't believe. That's grace,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: that's all. That's grace. That's grace. Did that young boy live? Man?
- 1:11:53Speaker 6: But something has to happen to this eight now, I
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: got here eighty four, eighty five, whatever, But at one
- 1:11:58Speaker 6: point in time you got to know better. And if
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: you don't know better about eighty five, I don't know
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: what to tell you. You know, don't come round here,
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: but you just this. He went to the door with
- 1:12:09Speaker 6: the gun. Young boy, didn't have no weapon, He wasn't
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: breaking an entery. He rang a doorbell and then he
- 1:12:18Speaker 6: come talking about he was pulling on the handle.
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: Tall.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: What does that have to do with anything.
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: He's a big black man. He's a big black man.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: That's what that is exact.
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: They know exactly what to say. He was a big
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: black man. These are the key words. I was afraid
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: from my life. He was threatening me. I was so fearful.
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: And they put that in the jury's head and they
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: can relate to that type of thing if they saw.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: But this little skinny little boy here, man, he's a
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: sixteen year old honestly in the marching band.
- 1:12:52Speaker 6: There's nothing menacing about him. He didn't have on a
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: on a mask, he didn't have a weapon, man, exactly.
- 1:13:02Speaker 14: Yeah, And it was great to see his uh classmates
- 1:13:06Speaker 14: the school. They all protested and rallied, saying justice in
- 1:13:10Speaker 14: the Kansas City, Missouri area Justice for Ralph. So that
- 1:13:14Speaker 14: was awesome. That was awesome to see that. Yeah, and
- 1:13:17Speaker 14: there's a picture of him with his lawyer, Lee Merritt.
- 1:13:20Speaker 14: Ralph is sitting on the bench with him recovering. Man,
- 1:13:24Speaker 14: isn't that a blessing?
- 1:13:25Speaker 7: A lease?
- 1:13:27Speaker 10: He's home now, his mom's a nurse, She's taken care
- 1:13:30Speaker 10: of him. I mean, this is an incredible, miraculous story
- 1:13:34Speaker 10: right here. It really is on so many levels. I
- 1:13:38Speaker 10: like this though, where it says nothing in the law
- 1:13:41Speaker 10: allows someone to shoot first and ask questions later when
- 1:13:44Speaker 10: someone innocently rings a doorbell. I mean, if that's the case,
- 1:13:48Speaker 10: like they said, ups, you know, like you said, Diale
- 1:13:50Speaker 10: said Jehovah's.
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: Witness Amazon, Yeah, do day bring your doorbell?
- 1:13:56Speaker 7: Yes?
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: Come on now, Yeah, all right, coming up in twenty
- 1:14:01Speaker 10: minutes after the hour, we'll have more of the Steve
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: Right after this.
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: You're listening to Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:11Speaker 10: In what's one of the largest defamation settlements in American history,
- 1:14:15Speaker 10: Fox News reached the last minute settlement on Tuesday with
- 1:14:19Speaker 10: dominion voting systems even before the trial began. Behind the
- 1:14:23Speaker 10: scenes text messages revealed that Fox Rupert Murdoch and the
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: network's air personalities Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity knew that
- 1:14:33Speaker 10: the reports of the twenty twenty election fraud and voting
- 1:14:36Speaker 10: rigging accusations were false, but nonetheless they spread those lies
- 1:14:41Speaker 10: on their airwaves. In a statement, Fox Corporation said that, quote,
- 1:14:46Speaker 10: we acknowledge the court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion
- 1:14:50Speaker 10: to be false. The statement continued, we are hopeful our
- 1:14:53Speaker 10: decision to resolve this dispute with dominion amicably instead of
- 1:14:58Speaker 10: the acrimony of a device the trial, allows the country
- 1:15:02Speaker 10: to move forward from these issues.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Yeah, the truth matters.
- 1:15:08Speaker 6: Yeah, settle so we don't have to go out and
- 1:15:13Speaker 6: hear all of these facts that we did, and so
- 1:15:17Speaker 6: to keep all of that out of the public eye
- 1:15:19Speaker 6: over an extended period of time, over and over and over,
- 1:15:22Speaker 6: which will delusion our power as a network and take
- 1:15:28Speaker 6: away any credibility that we may have as a news network.
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: We've decided we'll just go on and settle this with
- 1:15:35Speaker 6: Dominion amicably and just come to that because we don't
- 1:15:40Speaker 6: want to send the country.
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: Point five million. That's the settlement.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Our truth matters.
- 1:15:48Speaker 10: Yeah, all right, coming up we'll play around it. Would
- 1:15:51Speaker 10: you rather at thirty three minutes after right after this,
- 1:15:54Speaker 10: you're listening.
- 1:15:56Speaker 3: Morning show.
- 1:15:57Speaker 10: It's time now for a rounded?
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: Would you rather?
- 1:16:00Speaker 10: Would you rather sleep walk every night or would you

- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Were walking?
- 1:16:07Speaker 14: No?
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: Hell no, I'm sleep talking.
- 1:16:09Speaker 6: Hell no, I'm not fitting walk my inside side naked
- 1:16:14Speaker 6: into no traffic, no sleep off.
- 1:16:17Speaker 5: I'm not finish fall down, no damn step chill myself?
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: You sleep naked?
- 1:16:23Speaker 6: Yeah, there's no way to hell. I can get a
- 1:16:25Speaker 6: walk around, be outside, no falling down steps and stuff. No,
- 1:16:31Speaker 6: I'm not finishing sleep talking. I can straighten out whatever
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: I said while I was sleeping with the line.
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: I was dreaming, I was talking.
- 1:16:42Speaker 6: That wasn't me talking. I was I was role playing
- 1:16:45Speaker 6: in my sleep, somebody. I mean I was talking in
- 1:16:50Speaker 6: my sleep, but I was doing all the lines.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: What you want me to do? I don't sleep talking
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: to sleep talking. I don't do sleep listening. All right?
- 1:17:00Speaker 10: Would you rather lose your two upper front teeth or
- 1:17:03Speaker 10: would you rather lose your too lower front teeth?
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: Which ones are more important to you?
- 1:17:08Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:17:09Speaker 5: I could got a mile.
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: I can smile and put that bottom lip over that
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: bottom yeah, yeah, yeah, you.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Can do it. You can't, all right?
- 1:17:26Speaker 10: If you could, would you rather find a cure for
- 1:17:29Speaker 10: baldness or would you rather find the cure for blindness?
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: For blood?
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: Yeah, even if I could have my hair black, I
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: don't want it home on my hair that want to
- 1:17:44Speaker 6: get in the line and all of a sudden up.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: There with j T.

- 1:17:53Speaker 1: So free right now every No, my hairstyle the same.

- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Hey man, you need a heedd jump? No, I don't.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:18:10Speaker 10: Would you rather have man boobs or would you rather
- 1:18:14Speaker 10: have a big tummy, big stomach?
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: Give me I'm gonna take that stombach. No, I can't
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: do no man boob. Me and my wife can't be here,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: boy putting on brawls. I can't get.
- 1:18:24Speaker 7: You.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Don't maybe how you maybe? How you do this? Snap
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: me up?
- 1:18:31Speaker 10: No?
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: I can't do that? Yeah, am I thirty four? B baby? Whatever?
- 1:18:37Speaker 6: But if your stomach big enough, it looked like you got,
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: especially if you've got that high ass gut that's touching
- 1:18:45Speaker 6: your nipples.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: Yeah, big tummies across the board.
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: Yeah, because it because because it looked like your chest
- 1:18:53Speaker 6: is sitting on your stomach anyway, visual.
- 1:19:00Speaker 10: Man, all right, thanks guys.
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: That's today's rounded.
- 1:19:04Speaker 10: Would you rather coming up at forty nine minutes after
- 1:19:07Speaker 10: we will come back with our last break of the
- 1:19:09Speaker 10: day and some closing remarks right after this.
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: You're listening hardy morning show.
- 1:19:16Speaker 10: Here we are, guys, our last break of the day
- 1:19:18Speaker 10: on this Thursday. As always, a lot going on, a
- 1:19:23Speaker 10: lot going on, Steve.
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: This Freaknick movie.
- 1:19:27Speaker 10: It's causing a lot of people's stress, a lot of
- 1:19:30Speaker 10: controversy out there. A group of prominent black professional women
- 1:19:36Speaker 10: say they plan to sue Hulu and block the documentary
- 1:19:41Speaker 10: release Freaknick, The Wildest Story Never Told. It's because of
- 1:19:47Speaker 10: concerns about what could could potentially be exposed in the film.
- 1:19:51Speaker 10: So they're filing the lawsuit in Atlanta's federal court against Hulu.
- 1:19:55Speaker 10: The women say it is unlawful because they did not
- 1:19:58Speaker 10: sign any media releases to be filmed.
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: Well, obviously there are some women that know they're going
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: to be in it.
- 1:20:08Speaker 14: Yeah, man, that's our era, this is our generation right here,
- 1:20:12Speaker 14: and we're very very very concerns.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: You see.
- 1:20:15Speaker 6: The problem is now, back then there was no cyberspace, right,
- 1:20:21Speaker 6: So normally, you know, a news story came out, you
- 1:20:24Speaker 6: just balled up the paper, everybody forgot about it. Now
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: it's footage. They done digitized it, enhanced it, colorized it.
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: It's you, and it's some women that knows them.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: And if it's a documentary, it may be cleared from
- 1:20:48Speaker 6: that because documentaries are like news type things. Now you
- 1:20:56Speaker 6: may not have to comment on it. You may choose
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: not the comment on it. But I think something about
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: documentaries excludes them from that. I think I'm not sure.
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: I don't know they're gonna I'd say bravo to the
- 1:21:09Speaker 6: systems for filing the lawsuit, but your ass is about
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: to be outed. Yeah, that will sluk And I don't think.
- 1:21:18Speaker 6: I don't think you could sue Hulu for that. I
- 1:21:22Speaker 6: think you'd have to go after the production car. I
- 1:21:24Speaker 6: met the people who did the production. They were at
- 1:21:26Speaker 6: my ranch because they're doing a documentary on the opening
- 1:21:29Speaker 6: of my ranch. I've started. The farming system on my
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: ranch has already started.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: I hired a.
- 1:21:39Speaker 6: Farmer, a young African American farmer who had kind of
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: lost out during COVID, and I hired in full time
- 1:21:47Speaker 6: to work at my ranch to begin producing food. And
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: that's the first project that's coming out of the ranch,
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: to produce food for local food banks, organic food. So
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: be feeding hungry families this year. Will start the feeding
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: of hungry families this year. And I've created a system
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: called workfair where if a family does need assistance with food,
- 1:22:14Speaker 6: you have to come and you have to work the
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: farm for a few hours to earn the food. I'm
- 1:22:20Speaker 6: gonna give you the food, but you got to put
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: some time in to work to earn it. I think
- 1:22:25Speaker 6: that's the best way to help people. And then along
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: the way, of course, we'll find some full time employees
- 1:22:31Speaker 6: out of it and things like that. But I want
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: people who are in need to always equate reward with
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: work with reward. I call it workfair. I'll help you,
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: but I want you to work. And so it teaches
- 1:22:46Speaker 6: young people a valuable lesson. So you send your teenage
- 1:22:49Speaker 6: son or daughter down there, and if y'all know free groceries,
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: I'll give you all the groceries you want, but you
- 1:22:54Speaker 6: got to put in it. You know, half a day's
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: work or whatever the value of the grocery too, three hours,
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: whatever it is. So I've already started that process down
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: at the ranch, and the first to be a documentary, right, yeah,
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: And the company that did Freak Nick is doing my documentary.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: But a lot of women are listening. You can't help us.
- 1:23:19Speaker 5: Anything to do with that one, do not at all.
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: But I am going to open the farming video me
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: and the farmer is gonna be twerking. Yeah.
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: He on one side. I'm on the other side.
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: We're gonna be looking back over my shoulder. A farman,
- 1:23:37Speaker 6: a sixty six year old man, you know.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: Come to get the cabbage.
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, giving back, yeah, giving back in all ways.
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: You know, I can't help them sinsters. They's trying to
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: sue Hulu or the production company that's doing it's some
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: actually some young people that produced that documentary, I believe
- 1:24:03Speaker 6: it or not.
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: They're very young people. Yeah, this is very very I'm
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: speaking up of these women. This is a very damaging.
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: But it's just making me want to watch the movie.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: It's gonna be hot.
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: Do you understand that that thing is trending. It's trending
- 1:24:20Speaker 5: right now.
- 1:24:21Speaker 3: I can't wait for it. I never went, but I
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: never went, thank god.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: But I was down there. I was down there performing
- 1:24:31Speaker 5: a lot.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Of times shows down there. Stee.
- 1:24:34Speaker 6: Oh hell yeah, I've been in Atlanta. Atlanta one that
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: used to be a hotspot for comedy. You know, all
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: the Punchlines was down there, The Funny Bones was down there,
- 1:24:43Speaker 6: the Star Cafe was down there. You know, it's a
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: lot of comedy down there.
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: Man.
