- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show man, Yeah, I do. Man. God
- 2:15Speaker 1: been good to me, man, he been so good to me. Wow.
- 2:23Speaker 1: You know why I say it like that. What makes
- 2:24Speaker 1: it amazing is because it's been in spite of myself.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I mean you know what I mean by that. I
- 2:31Speaker 1: mean I mean that he's been good to me in
- 2:35Speaker 1: spite of all the craziness I've done, all the foolishness
- 2:40Speaker 1: I've gotten myself involved with, and not only got but
- 2:44Speaker 1: knowingly got myself involved with, all of the stupid decisions
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've made. Put all that to the side, and he's
- 2:55Speaker 1: still been good to me. Bring it all and put
- 2:58Speaker 1: it on the plate. And he's still been good to me. Man.
- 3:01Speaker 1: That's amazing man. And I'm sure there's a lot of
- 3:04Speaker 1: people that can say the exact same thing. I mean,
- 3:07Speaker 1: come on, man, I got you, ain't famous, I got anybody,
- 3:10Speaker 1: got no microphone in your face, I got nobody, ain't
- 3:13Speaker 1: got no spotlight on you. I got nobody, ain't got
- 3:15Speaker 1: no came in your face. I got nobody problem. Ain't
- 3:17Speaker 1: your body blogging about you. But let me tell you so,
- 3:20Speaker 1: if you break it down and be real about it, Oh,
- 3:23Speaker 1: you haven't done something outside the box. You haven't done
- 3:26Speaker 1: something ladies included. You've done something out the box. You
- 3:29Speaker 1: woke up and went what did I do that for? Oh?
- 3:33Speaker 1: We've all done it. So when all that said and done,
- 3:38Speaker 1: God still loves you, man, God still loves you, still
- 3:42Speaker 1: wants you the best for you, still considers you his child.
- 3:45Speaker 1: And it's willing, it's willing man to show you your future.
- 3:50Speaker 1: He is willing to show you your life. He is
- 3:53Speaker 1: willing to let you take a peek at the blueprint. Man.
- 3:58Speaker 1: That's an amazing God right there. Because I don't I know,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. I'm glad
- 4:04Speaker 1: it's him, you know. Today, Man, I want to encourage
- 4:07Speaker 1: brothers out there. And when I say brothers, I'm talking
- 4:09Speaker 1: to everybody that's of the male species. I don't care
- 4:12Speaker 1: about your color. I really really don't. I don't even
- 4:14Speaker 1: have time for that in my day a matter a
- 4:17Speaker 1: matter of fact. Sometimes when you get to discussing races,
- 4:20Speaker 1: I just get tired of it. Sometimes I just wish,
- 4:22Speaker 1: you know, some days I just want to wake up,
- 4:24Speaker 1: just do me. You know, I got what what the
- 4:28Speaker 1: skin tone is. I got that. But I just want
- 4:30Speaker 1: to wake up some days and just going by my
- 4:33Speaker 1: business and do me. I don't want to have to
- 4:34Speaker 1: deal with it. Somebody. I get tired of talking about
- 4:36Speaker 1: the issues. Ain't gonna make them go away. But sometimes
- 4:38Speaker 1: I get tired. So the damn talking to brothers, all
- 4:41Speaker 1: the brothers of the male species. I'm talking about men today. Man,
- 4:47Speaker 1: If if you ain't doing it all, if you're feeling empty, man,
- 4:50Speaker 1: start today completing your process and your journey. And you
- 4:54Speaker 1: know what I'm saying by that, if there's a part
- 4:57Speaker 1: of you just missing as a man, and and now man,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I'm talking to you, so you know some ladies listening.
- 5:04Speaker 1: But you know what I'm talking about. It's it's some
- 5:07Speaker 1: part of you that's missing as a man, if you
- 5:10Speaker 1: ain't really been in touch with your kids like you
- 5:12Speaker 1: supposed to now for whatever the reason is. And please no,
- 5:17Speaker 1: I do understand how sometimes women can use children as pawns.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It happens all the time. I've been through it. I've
- 5:26Speaker 1: been through it, man, I know what it feels like,
- 5:29Speaker 1: man to want to do something. But because you ain't
- 5:32Speaker 1: got this, or you ain't doing this, then I ain't
- 5:34Speaker 1: gonna let you have this. You gotta fight through, fellas,
- 5:38Speaker 1: you got to fight through. You got to fulfill your
- 5:43Speaker 1: end of the deal. And I got how difficult they're
- 5:46Speaker 1: making it. I got how man, it's gonna come with
- 5:49Speaker 1: some drama, but you gotta fight through it. Because man,
- 5:52Speaker 1: we need fathers to be fathers. That's really what we need.
- 5:56Speaker 1: If you're a man out there and you are a
- 5:58Speaker 1: father of a child, we need you do your job.
- 6:02Speaker 1: We I'm talking about the our community, our situation, us
- 6:07Speaker 1: as a people, all of us. We need you to
- 6:11Speaker 1: be a father. Period. Hey man, I ain't coming down
- 6:16Speaker 1: on you. I'm just your boy, I'm your man, and
- 6:19Speaker 1: I've been in the same predicament, in the same hole myself,
- 6:23Speaker 1: where I couldn't get to them, where they were used
- 6:26Speaker 1: as pawns, where they were told things about me that
- 6:30Speaker 1: wasn't even true. I've been through it. You can't see them,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you don't come on, okay, okay, I got all that.
- 6:36Speaker 1: You ain't sent this. You ain't okay, hey, hey, got
- 6:38Speaker 1: all that. If if you can call them sometimes, tell
- 6:44Speaker 1: them you're thinking about them, tell them you love them.
- 6:47Speaker 1: If you can get a letter to them, if you
- 6:49Speaker 1: can get a message to your children through one of
- 6:52Speaker 1: your relatives, start the process today. Be a father. It's
- 6:58Speaker 1: your job. Because you ignoring him, or you acting like
- 7:02Speaker 1: they ain't over there, or you to back him out
- 7:04Speaker 1: of your mind because the situation got too difficult. I
- 7:08Speaker 1: got that, I got that. But you got to step
- 7:11Speaker 1: up and be fatherless. You got to write a letter.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You gotta send the money if she talking about it.
- 7:16Speaker 1: If you don't send all the money, you ain't gonna
- 7:18Speaker 1: see him. Send what you got if she if taking
- 7:20Speaker 1: it over there's too much drama, Send it through a relative,
- 7:23Speaker 1: Give it to a mama, give it to her sister,
- 7:25Speaker 1: ask her to take it over there and do something
- 7:27Speaker 1: for the baby, because okay, okay, you can't deal with
- 7:30Speaker 1: the drama. I got that, and I know it's much
- 7:33Speaker 1: to pay when you had to deal with that, because
- 7:36Speaker 1: clearly I know hell have no fury like a woman scorn.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Please know. I know that. Please know. And that's a
- 7:42Speaker 1: real statement. That ain't no saying. Steve got that, that's
- 7:46Speaker 1: the truth. But do what you gotta do. Sometimes you
- 7:51Speaker 1: have to apologize. Sometimes an apology goes a long way
- 7:55Speaker 1: to your children. Just hey, look, because I've made this
- 7:59Speaker 1: apology before. Hey man, look, I'm sorry. I wasn't there
- 8:04Speaker 1: for you. I was out grinding and hustling and I
- 8:07Speaker 1: wasn't paying attention to you, and I should have been.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And I apologize now. I imagine, man, there's days where
- 8:14Speaker 1: you was telling people I was your father up at
- 8:16Speaker 1: the school and they wasn't believing you. I apologize for
- 8:19Speaker 1: sending you through that. But now, man, I tell you what,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I made some mistakes, and I got it together. I
- 8:26Speaker 1: want me and you to move forward as father and son.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I want me and you to move forward as father
- 8:31Speaker 1: and daughter. I want to be in your life. I
- 8:34Speaker 1: ain't got a lot, but guess what I know a lot,
- 8:37Speaker 1: because if you're a man and you a father, please
- 8:39Speaker 1: know you know something that child don't know. You have information,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you have experience. That's all they need sometimes to have
- 8:46Speaker 1: somebody to talk to. That daughter yours just needs to
- 8:49Speaker 1: know from her daddy, how should a man treat me? Dad?
- 8:54Speaker 1: What should I look for in a man? See, they'll
- 8:57Speaker 1: take that information from you because they know as coming
- 9:00Speaker 1: from the right place. And then you know that your
- 9:03Speaker 1: son needs you because you know how difficult it is
- 9:06Speaker 1: if you're trying to be a man without your daddy.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You already know how funky that is right there. So
- 9:13Speaker 1: come on, man, admit your mistakes and move forward. Call
- 9:16Speaker 1: your kids, write a letter, get a phone number on them,
- 9:20Speaker 1: send a text, drop a message, send a note up
- 9:23Speaker 1: to the school. Do something. Man. If those of us
- 9:28Speaker 1: that are fathers would just be fathers, I could shut
- 9:32Speaker 1: the mentor and camp down. Now. I will say I
- 9:37Speaker 1: apologize because I don't want you to think I'm coming
- 9:39Speaker 1: down on you. But I've been through this myself. I
- 9:42Speaker 1: ain't really coming down. I'm just reminding you this is
- 9:45Speaker 1: our job. These are our children, this is our responsibility.
- 9:49Speaker 1: We all men. There is no excuses you don't get
- 9:53Speaker 1: you don't get cut a break on that one. Sorry,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening, ladies and gentlemen. Good morning, boys and girls.

- 13:46Speaker 1: half of Americans find themselves physically attractive over half, all right,
- 13:51Speaker 1: but only thirty eight percent care if others agree. This
- 13:54Speaker 1: is according to want me to let that marinade for
- 13:57Speaker 1: a minute. According to the latest data from you GUVs
- 14:02Speaker 1: uh Omnibus research, most Americans find themselves attractive. They say
- 14:07Speaker 1: they think they're they look good. You know, they're fairly attractive,
- 14:10Speaker 1: But they say, and they say, they're not overly concerned
- 14:13Speaker 1: with the opinions of others about their looks. Okay, you
- 14:16Speaker 1: can take that clearly. This story is about Tommy. I
- 14:21Speaker 1: don't really see we were here to go any first,
- 14:23Speaker 1: because we we've discussed the attractiveness before several times. Tommy
- 14:29Speaker 1: is one of the over fifty percent people who find
- 14:32Speaker 1: himself attract mm. It snows to you, I'm fine. That's

- 23:06Speaker 1: a back and butt hair removal, which is waxing. And
- 23:11Speaker 1: what I'm saying is a mansillion is if you would
- 23:13Speaker 1: like that, we would remove all the hair from your
- 23:16Speaker 1: private area as well. Yeah, try again, man, there's no
- 23:22Speaker 1: way I'm getting my private laugh. What's to like to
- 23:25Speaker 1: be hairless? Like? But no way, get out of here. Evidently,
- 23:32Speaker 1: if your wife has set you up for this, maybe
- 23:34Speaker 1: she's not into all you have. You evidently have a
- 23:37Speaker 1: lot of hair on your back. I'm assuming yeah I'm
- 23:40Speaker 1: a hairy guy. But she's never said anything a batter.
- 23:43Speaker 1: He likes it, Okay, he calls me he loves it. Well,
- 23:47Speaker 1: maybe there's a mix of communication because this is the
- 23:50Speaker 1: thing she's asking us to do, is to remove your hair. Yeah, no,
- 23:54Speaker 1: that's not happening. And if she's gonna have telling yourself,
- 23:57Speaker 1: and there's no way I'm going in to have somebody
- 24:00Speaker 1: ripped the hair off my back and my and my
- 24:02Speaker 1: privates kidding me to get the out of here. This
- 24:06Speaker 1: is crazy, This is this is a very professional procedure.
- 24:10Speaker 1: It won't take long. We'll have you in and out
- 24:12Speaker 1: within forty five minutes. But you're gonna forty five minutes,
- 24:18Speaker 1: forty five minutes to rip off all of this hair.
- 24:20Speaker 1: That sounds like fortune kidding. He mean, okay, sure you know. No, No,
- 24:26Speaker 1: I think we're done. I think you know we're done.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I mean I mean I'm gonna doll her to get
- 24:31Speaker 1: a refund. No, one's getting a refund. Okay, they're not
- 24:36Speaker 1: gonna be a refund. Now, you're supposed to come in
- 24:39Speaker 1: at eleven. This is something that she wants you to do. Yeah,
- 24:41Speaker 1: I'm listen to me. I am not getting wax. That's
- 24:46Speaker 1: not something a man does. There's no play I'm doing that.
- 24:50Speaker 1: If this is for real, I'm gonna have a talk
- 24:51Speaker 1: with her as soon as she gets home because no, no,
- 24:56Speaker 1: no shirt shirt right now, right now, you're a disrespecting
- 24:59Speaker 1: my profession. That's what you're doing. Okay, Look, I'm not
- 25:03Speaker 1: sure I don't. I don't know what this is all about.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I don't. I'm not trying to just respect anybody. But stay,
- 25:07Speaker 1: I'm doing this all right. I'm not getting the back. No,
- 25:11Speaker 1: there's no way. Okay. So evidently your wife wanted or
- 25:15Speaker 1: she wouldn't have purchased it from us to have you
- 25:17Speaker 1: come in and get it done. Well, yeah, I'm gonna
- 25:19Speaker 1: have to talk to her about that. I mean, if
- 25:21Speaker 1: there's something she wants to watch, you can wax her
- 25:23Speaker 1: private that's cool. But a man has hair. I mean
- 25:25Speaker 1: it's well, if she didn't have an appointment, then she's
- 25:29Speaker 1: serious about getting it done. Yeah. Well I'm serious about
- 25:33Speaker 1: not going. So I mean, you know, I don't know
- 25:35Speaker 1: how I can explain it to you. I'm not coming in.
- 25:38Speaker 1: You can reschedule it for somebody else. I'll talk to
- 25:41Speaker 1: her when she gets home. But that's that's it. I'm
- 25:43Speaker 1: just your wife has paid two hundred dollars for this procedure.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Did you say two hundred dollars? Your wife has paid
- 25:50Speaker 1: two hundred dollars for this procedure? Yeah? No, who's going
- 25:55Speaker 1: to get a refund? You guys are this is sir owen.
- 26:00Speaker 1: This's just not refundable, so there is no money coming back.
- 26:05Speaker 1: I will let you know that. Two hundred bucks. There's
- 26:09Speaker 1: no way. You gotta be kidding me to take care
- 26:14Speaker 1: off on my back and my back, two hundred bucks.
- 26:20Speaker 1: This is not a very referable small here. I don't,
- 26:22Speaker 1: I don't do it. I'm gonna get I'm gonna go
- 26:24Speaker 1: to the dollar store and get a pack of Raisors
- 26:27Speaker 1: for a dollar, and she's gonna do it herself and
- 26:29Speaker 1: I'll give her. I'll give her ten bucks if she's good,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I'll give her a tip. That's the five tip food bucks.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I'm done. I'm say two hundred bucks. There's no way.
- 26:39Speaker 1: There's no way we are playing that money and you
- 26:43Speaker 1: guys are keeping that money. There's no pay Do you
- 26:45Speaker 1: understand there's no there's not a refund, mister Owen. There's
- 26:51Speaker 1: definitely not a ref mister Owen. Who are you? There's
- 26:55Speaker 1: a and I'm gonna raman. I am ramone here the
- 27:00Speaker 1: spa and your wife came in and purchase this wonderful
- 27:02Speaker 1: gift for you for Christmas. Remote. I don't give a remote.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Listen to me. Now, you're not respecting my profession. You're
- 27:09Speaker 1: acting I don't look. Look, I'm not trying to disrespect you,
- 27:12Speaker 1: but I don't care about the profession. There's no way
- 27:16Speaker 1: that's actually that's robbery. Charging somebody two hundred bucks to
- 27:19Speaker 1: rip off hair off their their body. He gets just
- 27:22Speaker 1: the way. I'm just not doing it, and I'm gonna
- 27:25Speaker 1: talk to her. She's gonna do herself. I want to
- 27:27Speaker 1: cash because you're disrespecting my profession and you're not coming
- 27:30Speaker 1: in at eleven. Were you supposed to come in at
- 27:32Speaker 1: eleven so we could watch your back in your body?
- 27:35Speaker 1: And now you're saying no, there will be nothing whack.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I'm not coming into eleven. I'm not coming in ever.
- 27:41Speaker 1: She's gonna take care of this though. You don't have
- 27:43Speaker 1: to worry about it. Ramone. I mean respect to you,
- 27:46Speaker 1: but no need to know that there is no refund. Okay,
- 27:51Speaker 1: I mean this is getting ridiculous. I don't even know
- 27:53Speaker 1: why I'm talking to you. You're cousin Peter. Have you

- 44:46Speaker 1: well they're doing when the school works, and Aisha doesn't
- 44:48Speaker 1: seem to be doing well as she should be living
- 44:54Speaker 1: up to the expectations of the academy. And what we're
- 44:57Speaker 1: going to have to do this friend break is I
- 45:00Speaker 1: used to will not be allowed to take a spring
- 45:03Speaker 1: break with the rest of your kids. We're gonna need
- 45:04Speaker 1: her to come into school. And there's several kids that
- 45:07Speaker 1: are not going to be able to go on spring break,
- 45:11Speaker 1: and I used to happen to be one of them.
- 45:12Speaker 1: There's at least forty to fifty kids that will be
- 45:15Speaker 1: coming to school that entire week that spring break is
- 45:19Speaker 1: the most of the kids are out on spring break.
- 45:22Speaker 1: You have to be mistaken. I mean, my daughter is
- 45:24Speaker 1: a straight age student. Uh, she is actually the only
- 45:30Speaker 1: I USA at the academy. Man, and I you know,
- 45:34Speaker 1: I've looked at her her grades in the past. She's
- 45:36Speaker 1: had some great, so wonderful grades in the past, and
- 45:39Speaker 1: I don't know what's taking place this semister um that
- 45:44Speaker 1: she just seems to have dropped the ball. And what
- 45:48Speaker 1: we want to do is, you know, keep these kids focused.
- 45:50Speaker 1: As you know, you have to be accepted to be
- 45:52Speaker 1: here at this particular school. So you know, it leaves
- 45:56Speaker 1: me no no other outlet but to have her come
- 46:00Speaker 1: in and we're gonna buckle down and try to get
- 46:02Speaker 1: them back on track. So I wanted to personally give
- 46:05Speaker 1: you a call and let you know what's going low
- 46:07Speaker 1: in Iasa here at the academy, and we're we's just terrible.
- 46:11Speaker 1: This is absolutely terrible. I mean we are here already
- 46:14Speaker 1: in January and I'm getting a call that my daughter
- 46:16Speaker 1: is not doing good. And now you're gonna tell me
- 46:18Speaker 1: that she can't go on a spring break trip in
- 46:20Speaker 1: March if she I mean, as far as I'm just
- 46:22Speaker 1: terming my daughter straight a straight as, she's an amazing student,
- 46:26Speaker 1: she does really hard work, she always afford to going
- 46:29Speaker 1: to school, and I get a call today that she
- 46:31Speaker 1: can't go in March, Well, I mean, you gotta be
- 46:34Speaker 1: kidding me. I'm you're saying, going somewhere our trip, but
- 46:36Speaker 1: are you? Are you scheduling on a trip. I'm not
- 46:39Speaker 1: going anyway, she's going on a trip. I'm giving her
- 46:41Speaker 1: full permission to go on a trip. Okay, Well, unfortunately,
- 46:45Speaker 1: i'm with question that she's at school. So I don't
- 46:50Speaker 1: know if your trip costs you a lot of money
- 46:52Speaker 1: or if you can get a refund. But I'm calling
- 46:55Speaker 1: you letting you know I need her there on March
- 46:58Speaker 1: eleven in the classroom so we can buckle down and
- 47:01Speaker 1: try to get her back on track. No, what I'm
- 47:03Speaker 1: telling you, I paid for the trip, and she's going
- 47:05Speaker 1: on the trip. I'm sorry. And then none call because
- 47:09Speaker 1: it's so late in the game. I'm sorry, she's going
- 47:11Speaker 1: on a trip. No, miss, she's not going on a trip.
- 47:15Speaker 1: She's actually gonna be coming into school and she'll be
- 47:18Speaker 1: the March eleventh, from Monday through Friday. Now, I don't
- 47:21Speaker 1: know who you're talking to. That's my child, I'm telling you,
- 47:25Speaker 1: But she's your child. But she's my student. And right now,
- 47:28Speaker 1: all of my students are gonna be that are that
- 47:31Speaker 1: are not doing well in their in their classes, are
- 47:33Speaker 1: gonna be there during spring breaks and they're gonna get
- 47:36Speaker 1: their business together. No, alling me like you're reprimanding me,
- 47:40Speaker 1: like I'm a child. Okay, now she's gone. No, she's
- 47:46Speaker 1: not going on a trip, and you're telling me what.
- 47:49Speaker 1: You're trying to override my position, and that's what's not
- 47:51Speaker 1: gonna happen. She has to be there. You might as
- 47:54Speaker 1: well start looking for a refund because she's not gonna
- 47:57Speaker 1: not be there. So I didn't need her there Monday
- 48:00Speaker 1: through Friday of swing break so we can get her
- 48:03Speaker 1: back on course. Listen, I don't want to do you
- 48:06Speaker 1: think you're talking to. I have the ultimate position over
- 48:09Speaker 1: even you. That's my daughter. That's my daughter. I get
- 48:13Speaker 1: to tell you you what I'm doing her, and she's
- 48:15Speaker 1: going on that trip. You're out of here. Happenings out
- 48:19Speaker 1: not sending my daughter on the trip. Sorry, not happening.
- 48:23Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, she's not going on a
- 48:26Speaker 1: trip to how she is almost she's not. I'm gonna
- 48:30Speaker 1: seek when I used to tomorrow and let her know where.
- 48:34Speaker 1: You're not gonna tell me do the damn thing. I'm
- 48:36Speaker 1: telling her. She's not going on a spring break trip.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Do you know why? Because of grades that are not
- 48:42Speaker 1: up to bar. She needs to be more concerned about
- 48:44Speaker 1: her grade and not going and hanging out. You're a'm
- 48:47Speaker 1: gagging around. Where are you're sending her? No, it's not happening.
- 48:50Speaker 1: I want all of my students with passing grade and
- 48:53Speaker 1: I'm a one hundred for assistant principal and harm my
- 48:57Speaker 1: kids pass. What are you trying to convince yourself that
- 49:00Speaker 1: you're important or I'm thinking me a break? He's like
- 49:01Speaker 1: a baby. My daughter is going on the trip and
- 49:04Speaker 1: that's finally hear me. Okay, you know what I'll speak
- 49:07Speaker 1: when Ia tomorrow morning at school. No you're not, Yes,
- 49:09Speaker 1: I will. Now, here's the deal. I will leave you
- 49:12Speaker 1: this kish. If I used it does not show up
- 49:16Speaker 1: Runday through spring break, then maybe you're gonna have to
- 49:20Speaker 1: find out issue another school. You're threatening me. Now you're
- 49:24Speaker 1: threatening me. You're threatening to kick my daughter out of
- 49:26Speaker 1: school because of a spring break. If your daughter's not
- 49:29Speaker 1: here doing spring break Monday through Friday, get out of
- 49:34Speaker 1: here again. Please, I'd like to see you try to
- 49:37Speaker 1: give me a break. Scarca. I think this conversation is over.
- 49:40Speaker 1: My next conversation will be with I Issha that's what
- 49:42Speaker 1: she's going to spring break. She's staying in the school.
- 49:44Speaker 1: If you do something about it, I will have people
- 49:46Speaker 1: pickting outside your your school. You're talking about nonsense. My
- 49:50Speaker 1: daughter does great in school and she's going on a
- 49:52Speaker 1: trip and that's it. Break and stool Monday through Friday,
- 49:56Speaker 1: start spring break? Are you talking to? Who are you
- 50:02Speaker 1: yelling at like that? Are you mine? I swear I
- 50:05Speaker 1: got about going. I kick your what's wrong with you? You?
- 50:10Speaker 1: You're out of control? What he's talking to? You know what?
- 50:16Speaker 1: You know? What? You know? What you told me about you?
- 50:18Speaker 1: Do you know what you tell me? What did he
- 50:20Speaker 1: tell you? She told me to play phone, called you
- 50:25Speaker 1: his nephew telling me from my daughter you sho high?
- 50:40Speaker 1: But pressure over here? Oh my god, are you good girl? Yep,
- 50:51Speaker 1: that's awesome. Oh my god. I was really gonna go
- 50:55Speaker 1: over there. You up. I can't believe this, My god.
- 51:00Speaker 1: I gotta ask you something. Well, yeah, I mean the

- 51:20Speaker 1: Is that dirty? Yeah? It is dirty? Well, then then

- 51:31Speaker 1: And if you're trying to do it, baby, yeah, wait
- 51:33Speaker 1: till y'all here tomorrow, when y'all hear this. When I

- 53:15Speaker 1: you here it is the Strawberry Letters. All right, thank
- 53:17Speaker 1: you enough subjects. Can't judge a book by its cover.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been dating the six four tall
- 53:24Speaker 1: drink of Water for a few months. He is honest, generous, humorous,
- 53:28Speaker 1: and fun to be around. We decided it was time
- 53:32Speaker 1: to take the next step in our relationship since we
- 53:35Speaker 1: have been flirting and making suggestive comments to each other
- 53:38Speaker 1: for weeks, so we did the deed. If you get
- 53:41Speaker 1: my drift, and let me tell you, you cannot judge
- 53:45Speaker 1: a book by its cover. With all of his tall
- 53:49Speaker 1: and chocolately goodness, he is not packing a thing. I mean,
- 53:54Speaker 1: he couldn't even hurt a fly. I couldn't use any
- 53:59Speaker 1: of my normal truth because he couldn't stay in the game.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Every time that I tried, I knew you would love
- 54:05Speaker 1: this letter, Steve. Every time that I tried my swivel
- 54:08Speaker 1: in the hip move, he slid out of bounds. My
- 54:12Speaker 1: ex boyfriend is from the Motherland, and some stereotypes, some
- 54:16Speaker 1: stereotypes are very true, so it's hard for me to
- 54:18Speaker 1: go from an anaconda to a garter snake and another thing.
- 54:23Speaker 1: He talked NonStop while we were getting busy. Whose whose
- 54:29Speaker 1: is it? Do you like that? Did you? Did you
- 54:31Speaker 1: want me when you first saw me? I mean really,
- 54:34Speaker 1: only men who are bringing it are allowed to talk it,
- 54:40Speaker 1: are allowed to talk smack and ask questions. Stephen Shirley,
- 54:44Speaker 1: I need you all's advice? What do I do with
- 54:46Speaker 1: little fella? Damn? How important is great sex in a relationship?
- 54:51Speaker 1: I cannot fake it again? But I also don't want
- 54:54Speaker 1: to leave him over something so little? No pun intended,
- 54:58Speaker 1: isn't it was pretty loud, pretty clear? Yeah, you know what.
- 55:05Speaker 1: It depends on what your plans are with this man
- 55:09Speaker 1: in the future, if you if you have you guys
- 55:11Speaker 1: have future plans. You like him, you say he's honest, generous,
- 55:14Speaker 1: humorous and fun to be around. Is that where you
- 55:17Speaker 1: want to keep it? I mean, do you want to
- 55:19Speaker 1: keep it at the fun stage? You haven't mentioned catching
- 55:22Speaker 1: serious feelings for him, or love or anything like that.
- 55:25Speaker 1: So what is it that you want? Just the sex?
- 55:28Speaker 1: And to answer your question, yes, sex is very important
- 55:31Speaker 1: in a relationship. But you're not in a relationship, or
- 55:34Speaker 1: are you? I mean, I'm not really clear. You've known
- 55:36Speaker 1: this guy for a few weeks. You all are having
- 55:40Speaker 1: relations though I don't know about a relationship, but you
- 55:42Speaker 1: are having relations So if you decide to stay with
- 55:46Speaker 1: this guy, you know what you're in for, you know,
- 55:49Speaker 1: because you've already taken it for a test drive. So
- 55:51Speaker 1: you have to decide if that's what you want. You'll
- 55:53Speaker 1: have to weigh in if having a good man with
- 55:55Speaker 1: a small package can satisfy you in a relationship. And
- 56:00Speaker 1: got to stop. And if you can't, please stop comparing
- 56:03Speaker 1: him to your ex with the anaconda, because that's not
- 56:05Speaker 1: gonna make this relationship last. You know, uh, when you
- 56:09Speaker 1: guys are getting busy, Steve, well, well yeah, here we go,
- 56:16Speaker 1: fellas subject. Can't judge your book by a cover, the
- 56:22Speaker 1: letter titling. The letter should be yeah, how do I
- 56:27Speaker 1: get this over You just need to take the see
- 56:32Speaker 1: off of this cover and change the how do I
- 56:36Speaker 1: get this over cut? This ain't gonna let Stephen Sherley,
- 56:39Speaker 1: I've been dating a six folk tall Draco water who honest,
- 56:45Speaker 1: he's generous, he's hearers, he got to be funny, is
- 56:50Speaker 1: just about to begin. See. That's that's how you know
- 56:55Speaker 1: you believe he's honest, generous and humorous. Yes, he's humorous,
- 56:59Speaker 1: and the jokes is just beginning. And he found to
- 57:03Speaker 1: be around like a sharp clown jumping out of voltewagon.
- 57:09Speaker 1: We decided it was time take the next step, because
- 57:12Speaker 1: we've been flirting to making suggestive comments for weeks now,
- 57:15Speaker 1: so we did the deed. If you get my drift,
- 57:18Speaker 1: and let me tell you you cannot judge your book
- 57:22Speaker 1: bris coming with all it is tall and shocklate the
- 57:26Speaker 1: goodness he ain't packing a damn fan ready y yeah,
- 57:33Speaker 1: because here I'll go now he would have let her
- 57:35Speaker 1: get good. He couldn't even hurt a fly? Who you
- 57:40Speaker 1: are in here? Illy quipped with a woman who wants
- 57:45Speaker 1: to be hurt, put something on me, make me hot lock.
- 57:52Speaker 1: But he couldn't even hurt a fly. And then she
- 57:58Speaker 1: tricked because in the next statement she said, I couldn't
- 58:02Speaker 1: use any of my normal tricks. She got tricks. Tricks
- 58:06Speaker 1: is for kids, silly rabbits, but not in the bad room.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Tricks is for growing. For this ain't a box of seal.
- 58:12Speaker 1: This is a growing ass. Woman got the tricks? Who
- 58:16Speaker 1: wants to be hurt? You can't hurt a fly? And
- 58:19Speaker 1: she can't use normal, her normal tricks because she got tricks. Growl, women,
- 58:24Speaker 1: tricks ain't for kids. This ain't sill this bad room
- 58:28Speaker 1: at tick. She got tricks you and he ain't got
- 58:32Speaker 1: nothing to handle the tricks because she said, because if
- 58:35Speaker 1: she did her tricks, he couldn't stay in the game
- 58:38Speaker 1: because he was wanted the tricks. Every time I tried
- 58:41Speaker 1: my swivel in the hip moved you know, pop pop
- 58:45Speaker 1: it moving round, boom boom boom, he fell out the game.
- 58:49Speaker 1: And we know what that means. Yes, he's off the field. Yeah,
- 58:53Speaker 1: he out of box here over that bout the gatorad
- 58:56Speaker 1: table out to put the pop pop slip slip move
- 59:00Speaker 1: on him. Now his as is over here where you're
- 59:03Speaker 1: hamming it all right back on the field. Well, have
- 59:08Speaker 1: I didn't call you out to get Hang on, Steve,
- 59:12Speaker 1: I know you're excited. We'll have part two of Steve's
- 59:15Speaker 1: response too, Can't Judge a Book by Its Cover coming
- 59:19Speaker 1: up at twenty three after the hour you're listening Steve
- 59:24Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on, let's go with
- 59:27Speaker 1: part two of today's Strawberry letter. Can't Judge a Book
- 59:30Speaker 1: by Its Cover? Is the subject. Can't judge a book
- 59:32Speaker 1: by its cover. She'd have met old big six folk condo.
- 59:40Speaker 1: Black Hampfle is what she thinks I'll be dead. Black
- 59:46Speaker 1: Hamper is here, six foot four tall, generous, honest, humorous,
- 59:56Speaker 1: very funny. You about to find out how funny he is.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: All y'all finally decide it's time to go on and
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: do it. It starts popping off and you discover he's
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: not hacking a damn thing. He couldn't hurt a fly.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Once again, we're talking about a woman who wants to
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: be here. Okay, but you can't make no can't, ain't
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: no what none of that? What't watch to watch none
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: of that? Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: wait wait wait wait hold up, hold up, none of that,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: but slow down, none of that, none of that. It's
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: been a minute, bar I can't I can't breathe that
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: ain't none of that. So now she's so disappointed. She
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: couldn't even use none of her tricks. She got tricks.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Every time she tried my swivel in the hip move
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: you know where you go to the right to the left,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: he slid out of bounds. He out the game, Little
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: tator can't stay up. What li Tator like Tator tot
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: as in Taylor took little junior man. Wow. So now
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: she's so hurt and disappointed. She don't know what's going on.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: It didn't got to the point now where she then
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: wrote this letter into us. And it's sad because she
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: wants this relationship but he can't try this now. Her
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: problem is she's using comparisons because her ex boyfriend was
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: from the motherland, Africa, and some stereotypes are very true.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: That's hard for me to go from an anaconda to
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: a garden state. And another thing. Here the part where
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: he got good. See this is where the humor come in.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You said he was humorous, So here we go. He talked, nah, stop,
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: why we was bitch? Nah? Stopped? And he was at
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: whose is it? Do you like that? Did you want
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: me the first time you saw me? I mean, really,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: why as you talking? Only men who are bringing it
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: are allowed to talk, smack and ask questions? Right, Well,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: what you should have did was answer answer. So let's go, Oh, baby,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: whose is it? Well? Who's hill? Anybody? Hell? When you
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: get in the house, letting me know whose is it?
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: I wanted it to be your whose is it? I'm
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: not I really showed I didn't hit a knock in
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the dope? Whose is it? When you get in there,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I'll let you know. You gotta start answering the Chris,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: do you like that? Like? What? What are you doing?
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Do you like it? Are you doing something? Do you
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: like it? I let you know soon as I feel something?
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Do you like it? I show won't to man. You
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: must start answering questions. Did you want me the first
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: time you saw you? Yes? But not sense She changed
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: her mind that hurt at you when I first saw you?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: That now were I still word? I don't want you see?
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: And then she says only people who are bringing it
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: should be allowed to talk, smack and ask questions. Stephen Shell,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: I need y'aw's advice. What do I do with live high? Important?
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Is great sex and relationship? I can't fake it again.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: But I also don't want to leave him over something
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: so little, no pun intended. Well, you ain't got to
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: leave him over something so little. There's a solution to this.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: There's a solution to this because he's six four, But
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: little fella ain't packing. What should I do? I don't
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: want to break up over something so small. Well, ma'am,
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: here's a deal. I don't think you're in love with

- 1:07:41Speaker 1: the house. No, oh, well that's good. What dare you go?
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: You know what what this ain't no resolution, but I
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: just thought about you know, I ain't haing sex. It's
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: last year. Sure show. You want to say that? No, no,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: there you go right there? Title just went out. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: thanks for bringing that up last Yeah. So what does
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: that have to do with resolutions we're talking about? You
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: want to say, Okay, let's go, let's go. Yeah, what
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: were resolutions? Want to get to a solution? Own every day?

- 1:10:47Speaker 1: let me ask you a question. Will you buy a
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: gift for your side piece, like cologne? Yeah? Yeah, cologne
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: and night you can get that, but it's gonna be
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: the same damn cologne my wife. Well, I'm not gonna

- 1:11:04Speaker 1: wife smell. You're gonna smell like her. Wow. Okay, okay,

- 1:11:23Speaker 1: about me breaking up that? People shouldn't even know I
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: exist at all. You shouldn't be over that runt in
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: your mind about me to nobody? Okay, okay, Tom, here
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: going next? Can she meet your friends? Okay, now that's
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: a good quarter. That's a good question. Yes, you can't,

- 1:13:12Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after you're
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: listening Steven Show. I mean, I was just asking you guys,
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: fun random questions, just you know, questions off the top
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: of the dome. Then Jay came in and asked this
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: crazy question about if it was all right. You asked
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: the question if every if we were all on an island,
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: who would I leave and come back and get? But
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: I thought you said who would I take? And so
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: I said Tommy, But but but the question was who
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: would you leave? So basically, Bombaye, you've got on the
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: vote and left me. Carlin said the same thing. She leaves.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: Junior said he leaves and jaycause he wanted to be
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: to have all the medical attention right right. I don't
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: need him in the way I don't need him in
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: the one Jason. He's leaving Junior because he wants to
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: be the sickest person on the boat, like like that's
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: the badge of honor. Let me say this though, when
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: you when you and Carlor come back, it's war. Nobody's
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: leaving the eye. When y'all back, I thought Steve was there,
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I would definitely have left. We about to be Gilligan.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Then when y'all get back, well we're if it's Gilligan,
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: who would you leave? Who would you leave? Tommy? You
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: know what, Jay? I know you know what. I've changed
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: so much, Jay, I would leave myself because I love
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: y'all so much. That's all that to I'm damn well,
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: you're gonna leave me. I'm not worried about it. Just question.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harpy Morning Show. Ready to Roscoe? I
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: go get it, Okay, let's go. He's gonna turn around
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: and what he did? We're going on, baby, Rosco, turn
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: around the chick out like you said that. I was,
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: I'll go black. Baby was up? Julia? What's Rosco going on?
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Time down? What's going on? Man? Oh? My dog, my dog,
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: my dog. We're going Hey, Roscoe? I like it. I
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: like that yeah, right there, thank you. There's something different.
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: I like that blonde. Yeah you know, I ain't never
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: had a white girl. Yeah you got that blood. A
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: lot of black women have blond. Try for get out
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: of here. We were talking about what's up? Call? What's up? Roscoe?
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: What's happened me? Baby me? We're going on with y'all
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: that look a glass on law round? You look cool,
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: lawn law follow me? How you know I wrote that
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: you broke? But yeah, you know it's a law round.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: You gotta be cool. I wrote that, I wrote I
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: wrote over Jordan, Really man, I didn't even I know
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: you know a lot of people, but I did not
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: expect people stay. George, Yeah, I know that. Good good,
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: good hater. You're back already. When did you write it?
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: Tell us what happened? I actually wrote p funk back
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: in nineteen twenty nine. Twenty nine. Funk wasn't even a
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: word back then. Wasn't the word you ain't know it.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: Nobody mentioned the word fun. Nobody mentioned word fun. But
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: P phone on cut fo. You know the depression? It
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: was depression? And where the wall? Will we stand in line?
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: Every day? With soup kitchen. You're trying to get us
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: on eat and we stay in line that soup kitchen,
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: and sometimes the line was just alone. And you know,
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: we all mean, like, you know, just be get the
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: wall and be on the wall when you go by
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: there every day, that out there sun and with that
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: pe on the wall. And somebody said, man, this shows
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: taking here. And I said, well that p phone that
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: makes a lot of andy so strong, I said, it's
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: on cut show strong, I said, like a bomb. They
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: kept that in my heart. And when I met George Clinton,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: because I you know, and you gave it to it.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: But what year was that when you met George Clinton?
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Because you wrote the song in nineteen twenty nine. Yeah,
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: I met Joe Clinton said it too. Yeah, I don't
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: have that many years. Yeah, you know, all in my mind.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: All right, coming up next to our last break of
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: the day, and Steve will have some closing remarks. All
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: that's coming up at forty nine after the hour. Right
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: after this you're listening to show. Here are our last
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: break of the day, Steve's closing remarks. What you got
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: for Steve? All right? Uh listen uh to day. This morning,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: before we got on the hour sitting, I was talking
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: to j Anthony and h junior when you're having a conversation,
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: and they said, man, you should do that for your
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: clothes and remarks today. So this is based on a
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: conversation we have. We were talking about advancing in life.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: We were having a conversation about what you are willing
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: to do to advance in life? Are you are you
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: willing to drop everything? Are you willing to make sacrifices?
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: What are you willing to do to get to where
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: you really want to be? So what we were talking
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I was talking about a person that I know that
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: had a decision to make. He has a he has
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: a nice home, he has a good job, and he
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: lives in a certain city. Right now, He's got a
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: nice home, a good job, and he lives in a
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: certain city. An opportunity was presented to him, but the
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: opportunity was in another city. But if he took this opportunity,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: he would have a better job and which would enable
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: him to buy and even nicer home. He didn't do it.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: As I was talking to my friend about, Man, why
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: didn't you do it? He said, Hey, man, because I'm
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: comfortable here. I'm all right with this, he said, Man,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: my job, it's all right. He said My house is cool. Man.
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: It's a little small, but it's cool, and I like
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: living here. Man. I got some friends, I got some familyhood,
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: this city right here. I'm gonna just go home, stay here.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: End of conversation, Steve. I know what You're gonna try
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: to talk me out of it, but end of conversation.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: So I stopped talking to him. But when I left him,
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: I was sad. Man, I was so sad for this guy.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: And it never ever stopped bothering me. What he said.
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: He said, I'm okay here, I'm gonna just stay here.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: My job is all right. Man. This house it's a
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: little small, but the city cool. I got some family
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: and friends. His cool. I know you're gonna try to
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: talk me out of it, Steve, but I'm good right here.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: But that decision he made really bother me because, Man,
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: now i'll tell you why I troubled me so because
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: I said, Wow, here's a guy that I know who'd
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: have looked over the fence with me. Man, a dude
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: I grew up with. Man. We used to ride our bikes,
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: sit on the steps playing that's my car when they
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: came by. This is the same dude. Man. We used
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: to ride our bikes and act like we was riding
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: out the country. Me and my dude man. We always
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: talked about doing something big, and when the opportunity came,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: he froze because he was comfortable. He was comfortable with
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: his all right job and his house that wasn't really
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: big enough, in the city of friends and family that
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: he had. He didn't want to go to the new city.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: He didn't want the job that paid more. He didn't
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: want the opportunity to buy a bigger home because it
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: would have taken him out of his comfort zone. Because
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: he wasn't comfortable in the new city. He was comfortable
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: in the current city and he was already. It just
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: worked himself up to say I'm okay with my house
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: the way it is. You can be okay with the
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: house you will, You can be okay with the job.
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: You can be okay with the car you driving. But
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: if opportunity presents itself to become great. There are three
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: things I'm about to give you, and all three things
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: say the exact same thing. I'm just saying the three
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: different ways in case you got to hear it the
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: best way you need to hear it. These are all
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: three The same thing, Just which one fits you. Bet.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: You can't get there if you're never attempt to go
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: there one more time. You cannot get there if you
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: never attempt to go there, same thing, different way of
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: saying it. You can't go if you never leave. My father,
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: you say this to me all time. You can't go, boy,
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: if you never leave, you know, man, you can't go
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: if your feet don't move, you just can't. You can't
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: go if you don't leave where you're going. If you
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: don't leave, if you don't leave, you ain't going away.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: You got to leave something to get to the next level.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: The next level requires you to leave. The next level
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: requires you to go. You can't stay right here and
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: get over there. You cannot. Man, here's the third way
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: to look at it. You have to leave. If you
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: want to grow, you cannot grow staying there. You cannot
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: expect to grow if you're unwilling to change. If you're
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: unwilling to change, you cannot expect to grow. You can't, y'all.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Let me say them to you again. You can't get
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: there if you never attempt to go there. Maybe that's
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: the way you're like here, now, how about this way
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: right here? You can't go. If you never leave, you
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: gotta leave somewhere to go somewhere. You can't go. Be
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: great and stay the same and not be willing to change.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: I ain't changing. No, Well, bro, you what what do
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: you mean? You're not changing this high? I am no man.
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: Growth requires that you change last one. You have to
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: leave if you want to grow. I had to leave
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: Cleveland to go become who I am. You may have
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: to leave your city. You may have to leave your situation.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: You may have to leave your your town, your job,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: you may have to leave a relationship. But you're gonna
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: have to leave something. If you want to grow, you
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: ain't gonna growing hole on everything you got. That's not
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: how it works. Those are my closing remarks. Think about it,
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: make a move, make a move, have yourself great weekend,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: We dropped a boy. For all Steve Harvey contests, no
