Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: One of the biggest stories of twenty twenty two is
- 0:03Speaker 1: the open borders in this country and a now new
- 0:06Speaker 1: bombshell report has come out with actual video a Biden's
- 0:12Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security admitting that they have actually freed
- 0:15Speaker 1: listen carefully, over one hundred and fifty thousand border crossers
- 0:20Speaker 1: into the US without a court date. When did they
- 0:25Speaker 1: do this? They're admitting they did it all throughout twenty
- 0:27Speaker 1: twenty one. The Attorney General, Ashley Moody of Florida has
- 0:32Speaker 1: now put out this audio of this information coming from
- 0:37Speaker 1: the Biden's top team that's supposed to be protecting our border.
- 0:43Speaker 1: And what we now know is at President Joe Biden's
- 0:46Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security has released more than one hundred
- 0:48Speaker 1: and fifty thousand border crossers illegal aliens without even a
- 0:53Speaker 1: notice to appear that's called an NTA in immigration court.
- 0:58Speaker 1: They release these hundred and fifty and border crossers without
- 1:01Speaker 1: a notice to appear into the United States of America.
- 1:04Speaker 1: They're now admitting in twenty twenty one. How do we
- 1:07Speaker 1: know this because they actually said it out loud and
- 1:09Speaker 1: they said it on video. Take a listen to this
- 1:12Speaker 1: from the Attorney General's Office releasing this in Florida in
- 1:15Speaker 1: this bombshell report. You know, Operation Horizon. The background on
- 1:20Speaker 1: this for you guys that maybe new to it, you know,
- 1:23Speaker 1: over the summer we had well over one hundred and
- 1:27Speaker 1: fifty thousand folks come in. They were issued a piece
- 1:31Speaker 1: of paper that said go find somebody an ICE and
- 1:36Speaker 1: that was pretty much this. There was no processing. I know,
- 1:38Speaker 1: this isn't something that you guys asked for, and I
- 1:42Speaker 1: can assure you that no one in the Criminal Alien
- 1:45Speaker 1: Program asked for it either. But like you guys, we
- 1:49Speaker 1: are we're problem solvers. So we're going to move forward
- 1:55Speaker 1: and try to get this, uh, this issue solved. Effort
- 2:00Speaker 1: high because as I saw on those original emails, we
- 2:04Speaker 1: all know our frustration with the influx of cases. But
- 2:08Speaker 1: at this point is how can we move on? Obviously,
- 2:11Speaker 1: like I said, there's going to be more Operation Horizons
- 2:14Speaker 1: because the issue hasn't been fixed. Okay, so onto we
- 2:17Speaker 1: don't fix it, we need to do something. Since March
- 2:19Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, CBP has been releasing non citizens on
- 2:24Speaker 1: prosecutorial discretion or humanitarian parole and directing them to report
- 2:29Speaker 1: to the nearest ICE office, where they intend to reside.
- 2:32Speaker 1: This process does not address the underlying challenges regarding isis
- 2:37Speaker 1: congressionally mandated responsibility to locate, arrest, and place into removal
- 2:42Speaker 1: proceedings those non citizens who are not in the possession
- 2:45Speaker 1: of a valid unexpired entry document. Under Operation Horizon ICE,
- 2:52Speaker 1: law enforcement officers will identify, locate, and place into removal
- 2:56Speaker 1: proceedings those non citizens who CBP released into the United
- 3:00Speaker 1: States after March fifteenth, two twenty one. My colleagues and
- 3:04Speaker 1: my esteem colleagues like I said that behind the scenes,
- 3:07Speaker 1: we are trying to make sure that we do something
- 3:09Speaker 1: good and that we do it good because we all
- 3:11Speaker 1: want would look good. Okay, so we have a mission.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm very passionate about what we do, and this is
- 3:17Speaker 1: what I want to make sure that you get the
- 3:18Speaker 1: best of it. Wow, their own words, how do we
- 3:24Speaker 1: know all this? As part of a lawsuit against Biden's
- 3:27Speaker 1: expansive catch and release network, for an Attorney General Ashley
- 3:31Speaker 1: Moody obtained internal DHS footage revealing the extent to which
- 3:36Speaker 1: the agency released hundreds and hundreds of thousands of border
- 3:40Speaker 1: crossers and illegal aliens into the US interior without even
- 3:45Speaker 1: giving them a notice. To appear. In other words, without
- 3:48Speaker 1: even giving them a coordinate. They just said, hey, come on,
- 3:49Speaker 1: and you're out of here. We don't know where you're going.
- 3:52Speaker 1: We don't know who you are. We don't know if
- 3:53Speaker 1: you're a domestic terrorists, we don't know if you're a
- 3:55Speaker 1: drug cartel memory, we don't know if you're a member
- 3:57Speaker 1: of a horrible gang like an MS thirteen. We have
- 4:02Speaker 1: no idea. Just leave it. And when they say leather
- 4:05Speaker 1: mean go into America and disappear. This is how Biden
- 4:10Speaker 1: has been running our open border. In particular, an Immigration
- 4:14Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement official you just heard there telling agents
- 4:19Speaker 1: that more than one hundred and fifty thousand border crossers
- 4:21Speaker 1: and illegal aliens were released into the US interior without
- 4:25Speaker 1: a notice to appear in the summer of twenty twenty one.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's just what they're admitting to folks. Biden's DHS started
- 4:33Speaker 1: the practice that we're being told again from their own words,
- 4:36Speaker 1: in March of twenty twenty one. You know, over the
- 4:40Speaker 1: summer we had well over one hundred and fifty thousand
- 4:42Speaker 1: folks come in. The ICE. Official states they were issued
- 4:47Speaker 1: a piece of paper that said find somebody an ICE
- 4:51Speaker 1: and that was pretty much it. There was no processing.
- 4:54Speaker 1: We don't have any paperwork on these people. We have
- 4:57Speaker 1: nothing on them. I know this isn't something you guys
- 5:00Speaker 1: asked for as I can assure you that no one
- 5:03Speaker 1: in the criminal alien program asked for it either. Moody
- 5:08Speaker 1: then suggests that in a statement that the Biden administration
- 5:10Speaker 1: is proactively releasing border crossers and illegal aliens into the
- 5:14Speaker 1: US towns and cities with no intention of deporting them,
- 5:20Speaker 1: even if they are found to not have valid asylum claims.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Now you have to claim political asylum. Right that someone's
- 5:28Speaker 1: going to kill you when you go back, and the
- 5:29Speaker 1: government's going to persecute you in your country. YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Now these illegal immigrants are coached oop by the coyotes.
- 5:37Speaker 1: They tell them what to say. Right, you can't send
- 5:39Speaker 1: me back, I'll die the government. My government will arrest
- 5:42Speaker 1: me and kill me for leaving. YadA, YadA, YadA. Moody,
- 5:47Speaker 1: the Attorney General in Florida, is now accusing the Biden
- 5:49Speaker 1: administration of quote, this has been this administration's plan all along.
- 5:55Speaker 1: No reason to believe it's not. Based on the number
- 5:57Speaker 1: of people coming across the border. The latest estimates show
- 6:01Speaker 1: that from February of twenty twenty one to October of
- 6:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, Biden's DHS has released at least one
- 6:11Speaker 1: point four million border crossers and illegal aliens into the
- 6:17Speaker 1: US interior. Many of those released last year were given
- 6:22Speaker 1: only notices to report, which asked the arrivals to check
- 6:27Speaker 1: in with ICE whenever or wherever they resettle. Do they
- 6:32Speaker 1: do that? No, of course they don't. Why would they now?
- 6:37Speaker 1: My Orchists, who's supposed to be in charge of protecting
- 6:39Speaker 1: us at the border. The Department of Home in Security
- 6:41Speaker 1: chief has now called for amnesty. Yes, he wants amnesty
- 6:49Speaker 1: and more immigration as Title forty two remains. In response
- 6:54Speaker 1: to the Supreme Court of the United States of America
- 6:56Speaker 1: keeping Title forty two in place at the US Mexico
- 6:58Speaker 1: border to part i'ment Home Inde Security Secretary my Orchis
- 7:02Speaker 1: is now calling on Congress to approve President Joe Biden's
- 7:05Speaker 1: plan giving amnesty to every illegal alien while increasing foreign
- 7:09Speaker 1: competition in the labor market. The Supreme Court announced the
- 7:14Speaker 1: Title forty two, the Public Health Authority first imposed in
- 7:17Speaker 1: twenty twenty, would remain in place to help quickly to
- 7:21Speaker 1: port illegal aliens arriving at the border until at least
- 7:23Speaker 1: the summer of twenty twenty three. Mayorcis in an official
- 7:28Speaker 1: statement by DHS as now urging Congress you must pass
- 7:32Speaker 1: amnesty and mass immigration mass migration plan while Title forty
- 7:37Speaker 1: two remains in place. Their official statement reads this way,
- 7:41Speaker 1: this way quote. We will continue to manage the border.
- 7:44Speaker 1: They're not managing it. It's wide open. But we do
- 7:47Speaker 1: so within the constraints of a decades old immigration system
- 7:52Speaker 1: that everyone of Greece is broken. It wasn't broken when
- 7:54Speaker 1: Trump was in office. It was working. You guys are
- 7:57Speaker 1: refusing to enforce the laws of the books, claiming that's broken,
- 8:00Speaker 1: trying to use us as bargaining power for amnesty. We
- 8:04Speaker 1: need Congress to pass the comprehensive immigration reform legislation the
- 8:07Speaker 1: President Biden proposed the day took office, which again was amnesty.
- 8:13Speaker 1: All right, But first, I gotta tell you about an

- 9:40Speaker 1: code Ben for free shipping and twenty dollars off. Now,
- 9:47Speaker 1: this decision by the DHS obviously under Biden, comes after
- 9:55Speaker 1: a federal judge struck down Title forty two last month,
- 9:58Speaker 1: and while the Biden administration is not asked the court
- 10:00Speaker 1: to preserve the public health authority, nineteen states have successfully
- 10:05Speaker 1: gotten Chief Justice John Roberts issue and administrative stay. Last week,
- 10:11Speaker 1: immediately after taking office, Biden introduced the plan that we
- 10:14Speaker 1: give amnesty to twelve million to twenty two million to
- 10:18Speaker 1: legal aliens. That's the media's number. Who knows what it
- 10:20Speaker 1: actually is, while also expanding legal immigration to import more
- 10:26Speaker 1: foreign workers, against whom working and modo class Americans would
- 10:29Speaker 1: have to compete for US jobs. This would hurt our economy,
- 10:33Speaker 1: especially of American citizens. They just want to give it away, folks.
- 10:37Speaker 1: They want to give away twenty plus million just amnesty.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Here it is. You're an American citizen, bam. You get
- 10:44Speaker 1: everything that the American citizens get instantly. You broke in
- 10:49Speaker 1: this country, here's your reward. Now. The other part that's
- 10:55Speaker 1: scary is the census numbers are showing that foreign born
- 10:58Speaker 1: population increases have happened across all fifty states in twenty
- 11:03Speaker 1: twenty two. Because of the wide open border, the foreign
- 11:07Speaker 1: born population grew across all fifty states and washing indc.
- 11:12Speaker 1: This year as a result of the nation's decade long
- 11:14Speaker 1: legal illegal immigration levels. That's where the United States Census
- 11:19Speaker 1: Bureau figures are now showing. The foreign born population grew nationwide. California, Florida,
- 11:25Speaker 1: and Texas saw the highest gains. California, which lost overall
- 11:29Speaker 1: residents this year, added one hundred and twenty eight thousand
- 11:32Speaker 1: immigrants or illegal immigrants, to its population. The South, with
- 11:37Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty eight point seven million residents, was
- 11:39Speaker 1: the fastest growing region in the nation this year. It
- 11:43Speaker 1: was fueled by eight hundred and sixty eight thousand Americans
- 11:46Speaker 1: moving to the area from other states and the arrival
- 11:49Speaker 1: of almost four hundred and fifteen thousand immigrants. The US
- 11:54Speaker 1: population had three hundred and thirty three point three million
- 11:57Speaker 1: residents this year. More than eighty percent of the population
- 12:01Speaker 1: growth is due to the nation's immigration levels rising, where
- 12:05Speaker 1: more than a million feign nationals are giving green cards
- 12:07Speaker 1: each year and another million arrived on temporary work visas
- 12:11Speaker 1: to take American jobs. The process known as chain migration,
- 12:16Speaker 1: wherein newly naturalized citizens can sponsor an unlimited number of
- 12:19Speaker 1: foreigners foreign relatives for green cards. Drives more than seventy
- 12:24Speaker 1: percent of the nation's legal immigration every year. In fact,
- 12:30Speaker 1: without the continued flow of legal immigration the US, the
- 12:33Speaker 1: population would have stabilized naturally with about two hundred and
- 12:38Speaker 1: forty five thousand new residents added. But that's not what
- 12:42Speaker 1: Democrats have. Research conducted last year shows that the nation's
- 12:46Speaker 1: foreign born population is projected ahead a record nearly seventy
- 12:50Speaker 1: million in the US by twenty sixty if current legal
- 12:54Speaker 1: immigration levels go unreduced. Now, that has nothing to do
- 12:58Speaker 1: with the legal immigrants coming across the border. This is
- 13:00Speaker 1: just the legal green cards. The legal immigration levels that
- 13:03Speaker 1: we're doing right now will have seventy million people that
- 13:06Speaker 1: we've allowed in this country legally by twenty sixteen. That
- 13:11Speaker 1: has nothing to do with those coming across the border illegally.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Today's foreign born population sits in America at forty eight million,
- 13:20Speaker 1: is already the largest number of immigrants ever recorded in
- 13:24Speaker 1: American history, and Democrats say we need more. Why because
- 13:28Speaker 1: these are prospective voters to the Democratic Party to turn
- 13:31Speaker 1: this country into socialist country. You have to understand something.
- 13:34Speaker 1: The majority of immigrants that are coming to this country
- 13:38Speaker 1: are actually coming from countries that have a socialist political system.
- 13:44Speaker 1: They're much more likely to vote for socialism because that's
- 13:47Speaker 1: what they grew up under. They're not shocked at the
- 13:51Speaker 1: idea of everybody kind of being on the same level,
- 13:53Speaker 1: on the same playing field. They're not shocked, okay, by
- 13:58Speaker 1: the idea of having the government pay for everything, healthcare,
- 14:04Speaker 1: the whole nine yards. Democrats want them in here, and
- 14:09Speaker 1: they want them in here desperately because they understand they
- 14:12Speaker 1: will vote for socialism because it's normalized in their mind,
- 14:16Speaker 1: because they're coming from socialist nations. And this has nothing
- 14:21Speaker 1: to do with all the illegal immigrants that are coming
- 14:23Speaker 1: across the border. New York Times has just come out
- 14:29Speaker 1: saying that Title forty two doesn't exactly stop people from coming.
- 14:32Speaker 1: They said this this morning on CNN. Listen, of course,
- 14:35Speaker 1: because that is the law at this point. Zelan, what
- 14:38Speaker 1: is the White House strategy here? What do they do? Yeah, well,
- 14:42Speaker 1: for many when you talk to folks observing the White House,
- 14:45Speaker 1: within the White House, this policy has someone become a
- 14:48Speaker 1: sort of stop gap in the void of a sort
- 14:52Speaker 1: of consistent functioning plan at the border. Title forty two
- 14:57Speaker 1: while present, Biden and even during the campaign, committed to
- 15:01Speaker 1: unwinding many of the Trump era border policies. Title forty
- 15:04Speaker 1: two was one you didn't hear about as much, even
- 15:07Speaker 1: getting back to the campaign, we know that throughout the
- 15:10Speaker 1: past two years it's also been a point of tension
- 15:12Speaker 1: for immigration advisors and the aids working on the border.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Within the White House, you've had those that have argued
- 15:19Speaker 1: that it does show a message of deterrence and sends
- 15:23Speaker 1: a message that could try it deter a surge of
- 15:26Speaker 1: the border, which has also been pretty dubious when you
- 15:29Speaker 1: talk to career officials down there. Title forty two doesn't
- 15:32Speaker 1: exactly stop people from coming. It just prevents them from
- 15:35Speaker 1: staying at tension facilities in the US and allows border
- 15:39Speaker 1: patrol agents to rapidly turn them away. But it doesn't
- 15:41Speaker 1: stop people from coming. So when you talk to members
- 15:44Speaker 1: of Congress, and when you see members of Congress now
- 15:47Speaker 1: also using it as a sort of negotiating hip in
- 15:50Speaker 1: these different congressional negotiations over immigration, when you see the
- 15:53Speaker 1: White House continue to rely on it now under court order, Yes,
- 15:57Speaker 1: what it really does expose in a way is this
- 16:00Speaker 1: void of any Congressional action when it comes to actually
- 16:03Speaker 1: efficient border policy or a consistent plan from the White House. Well,
- 16:10Speaker 1: a consistent plan from the White House as well. New
- 16:13Speaker 1: York Times they're saying tatle forty two doesn't exactly stop
- 16:15Speaker 1: people from coming. It just prevents them from staying in
- 16:18Speaker 1: detention facilities in the US and allows border patrol agents
- 16:21Speaker 1: to rapidly turn them away. But if they're not being
- 16:23Speaker 1: directed to do that, they're not going to do that.
- 16:26Speaker 1: These people are brilliant, right, I mean, this really is,
- 16:31Speaker 1: if you think about it, brilliant. We'll keep doing it.
- 16:36Speaker 1: We're gonna make it get to a point where there
- 16:40Speaker 1: is no way in hell that you could even possibly
- 16:45Speaker 1: imagine deporting twenty million illegal immigrants in this country. Will
- 16:51Speaker 1: make it impossible for that to be an option, so
- 16:53Speaker 1: that the only option is for you to give them amnesty.
- 16:58Speaker 1: That will be the only option that you have. This
- 17:06Speaker 1: is the plan, folks, It's a brilliant one. You fundamentally
- 17:13Speaker 1: can change this country with illegal immigrants. You can bring
- 17:16Speaker 1: in people that are excited about socialism. You can bring
- 17:21Speaker 1: in people that are excited about communism. You can bring
- 17:25Speaker 1: in a totally new voting block that will love you
- 17:27Speaker 1: forever because you're the party that gave them American citizenship
- 17:31Speaker 1: and that's when it's game over. Title forty two. They're
- 17:37Speaker 1: not going to stop there, folks, They're not going to
- 17:39Speaker 1: listen and obey the law. The ACLU came out this
- 17:43Speaker 1: morning also saying, well, people are overstating what's happening at
- 17:47Speaker 1: the border. Everybody calmed down. Well, and he also makes
- 17:50Speaker 1: a point that it's an accurate point that Congress hasn't
- 17:52Speaker 1: done its job to address this since Conferensive Immigration Form
- 17:55Speaker 1: I think nineteen eighty six, the last big, big, big
- 17:57Speaker 1: one we got thrown to the Reagan administration. I do
- 18:00Speaker 1: want your responsor to what the Republican led states are
- 18:02Speaker 1: saying here nineteen of them who have prevailed for now
- 18:05Speaker 1: right quote the greatly increased number of migrants resulting from
- 18:09Speaker 1: this termination will necessarily increase states law enforcement, educational healthcare costs.
- 18:14Speaker 1: They're saying, we can't bear the costs of this. Do
- 18:19Speaker 1: you think you how do you think you prevail? Then,
- 18:22Speaker 1: when the court hears is out more fully well, I
- 18:24Speaker 1: think ultimately what the Court will hopefully say is what
- 18:27Speaker 1: Justice Gourgi has said. If you want to talk about
- 18:30Speaker 1: border management, let's talk about that. If there are policies
- 18:33Speaker 1: that deal directly with border management will address those address
- 18:37Speaker 1: the legality of and lost from a public policy measure, Well,
- 18:40Speaker 1: you can't misuse a public health it was not intended
- 18:43Speaker 1: to regulate the border. I also think people are overstating
- 18:46Speaker 1: what's happening at the border. If you close the border
- 18:49Speaker 1: for so long, of course there's going to be a
- 18:51Speaker 1: temporary influx of people, but ultimately it'll even out. And
- 18:55Speaker 1: the federal government has more than enough resources to deal
- 18:58Speaker 1: with this. But do think they're prepared for it? If
- 19:01Speaker 1: they have the resources, are they do they have a
- 19:03Speaker 1: plan to actually use it when this is Yeah, so
- 19:05Speaker 1: that's a good question. I think they do have a plan,
- 19:08Speaker 1: But ultimately I think ton of forty two is acting
- 19:10Speaker 1: as a crutch, and once it goes they will then
- 19:13Speaker 1: have to surge those resources. What we saw with the Ukrainians,
- 19:16Speaker 1: which was great, is them surging resources processing one hundred
- 19:19Speaker 1: thousand people. We can do this. It's sort of a
- 19:22Speaker 1: will where there's a will, there's a way kind of thing,
- 19:25Speaker 1: and I think there's no question they can do it,
- 19:27Speaker 1: and I think the NGOs and other states around the
- 19:30Speaker 1: country are prepared to help. But we can't have a
- 19:32Speaker 1: system where there's zero asylum and Lee, your position is clear.
- 19:37Speaker 1: I mean you are obviously not in supportive Title forty
- 19:40Speaker 1: two remaining, which means that the government that they people
- 19:44Speaker 1: seeking asylum can just get rejected and push back into
- 19:48Speaker 1: I love how they're just pushing this right, you're in humane.
- 19:53Speaker 1: If you want to have a secure border, you're in humane.
- 19:57Speaker 1: If you don't want to allow anybody to come into America, right,
- 20:00Speaker 1: you're inhumane. If you don't want unlimited migration. Now Democrats
- 20:06Speaker 1: are coming out saying, wow, Title forty two is never
- 20:09Speaker 1: about protecting against COVID. This is about keeping people out
- 20:11Speaker 1: of America illegally. If it was, is that a bad thing?
- 20:15Speaker 1: But before I get to that part of the story,

- 20:38Speaker 1: America's only conservative Christian mobile phone provider, and they are

- 20:51Speaker 1: this isn't any extra ad onto your bill. They take

- 21:00Speaker 1: in the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, and the
- 21:03Speaker 1: Second Amendment. And they are winning. Patriot Mobile has now

- 21:58Speaker 1: all in saying how dare us actually think that Title
- 22:03Speaker 1: forty two should protect anybody, right. They said it was
- 22:06Speaker 1: never about protecting us against COVID. They were just bigots
- 22:10Speaker 1: and race. It's going to keep people out of this country.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Take a listen. So certainly these images here reflect John
- 22:16Speaker 1: Hallman what a humanitarian crisis is, but it's also a
- 22:18Speaker 1: political story. We know this is a policy put in
- 22:21Speaker 1: place by the Trump administration. The Biden White House has
- 22:25Speaker 1: said they want it to go away, but they weren't
- 22:27Speaker 1: ready for it just yet. And senior YUS advisors tell
- 22:30Speaker 1: me yesterday they breathe a bit of a sigh of
- 22:32Speaker 1: relief at this stay because they know when, if when
- 22:37Speaker 1: or if TITLI forty two is lifted, there'd be a
- 22:39Speaker 1: huge influx of migrants and potentially a political headache for
- 22:44Speaker 1: this administration. Yeah, for sure, and you know they're they're in.
- 22:47Speaker 1: This is one of these places where having the court
- 22:51Speaker 1: do certain things for administration is kind of helpful and
- 22:54Speaker 1: politically because you can kind of push it off on
- 22:56Speaker 1: on the court. But that kind of raises the question.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Dave Arenberg, you mentioned the gorse of descent Um. He
- 23:01Speaker 1: says in his descent, the current border crisis is not
- 23:04Speaker 1: a COVID crisis. We're a court of law, not policymakers
- 23:07Speaker 1: of last resort um. It's a I'd like you to
- 23:11Speaker 1: talk a little bit more about that, because it's it's
- 23:14Speaker 1: so widely assumed that there's a conservative block now that
- 23:17Speaker 1: that that the Conservs all vote the same way. Yeah,
- 23:19Speaker 1: here we see Gorsage. Uh, there's a split among sixty
- 23:24Speaker 1: three majority agains six three majority. You got Gorstache on
- 23:26Speaker 1: the in the minority here on this descent is does
- 23:29Speaker 1: are there any kinds of uh, what does that kind
- 23:33Speaker 1: of split suggests potentially about the ways in which this
- 23:36Speaker 1: conservative majority might not be as monolithic as a lot
- 23:40Speaker 1: of people assume as we go forward. Yeah, John, Chief
- 23:44Speaker 1: Justice Roberts has the reputation of being an institutionalist Corsage
- 23:48Speaker 1: amongst the legal community, has reputation of being the principled one.
- 23:51Speaker 1: You can argue about that, but he did stand for
- 23:53Speaker 1: his judicial restraint principles here, because this is not judicial restraint.
- 23:58Speaker 1: This is the judges doing something that Congress has refused
- 24:01Speaker 1: to do. And you know, when it comes to immigration,
- 24:03Speaker 1: there's always so much hypocrisy, especially amongst the politicians. The
- 24:07Speaker 1: biggest advocates for Title forty two. Now were the people
- 24:11Speaker 1: who were the biggest opponents of government restrictions when it
- 24:15Speaker 1: came to COVID. I mean a lot of them mocked
- 24:18Speaker 1: the seriousness of the pandemic. But now when it comes
- 24:20Speaker 1: to a COVID era CDC policy on immigration, they leave
- 24:24Speaker 1: the charge for strict lockdowns. You know, there is a
- 24:27Speaker 1: real problem at the border. We can all acknowledge that,
- 24:29Speaker 1: and the asylum system is broken that we need comprehensive
- 24:32Speaker 1: immigration reform badly. But Title forty two exists because Congress
- 24:37Speaker 1: won't do its job. And whether Title forty two is
- 24:39Speaker 1: helpful or hurtful, it's based on a falsehood. This was
- 24:43Speaker 1: never really about protecting against COVID. This was about stopping
- 24:46Speaker 1: migrants over the southern border. And that's what Justice Gorton Scott.
- 24:50Speaker 1: And now that Biden has declared the pandemic over, the
- 24:53Speaker 1: gig is up. And for now I love this. The
- 24:56Speaker 1: gig is up. All right, let me explain this to
- 24:58Speaker 1: you the way that it needs to actually be talked about. Here. Okay,
- 25:02Speaker 1: the gig's not up, because that's not what this was about.
- 25:05Speaker 1: What this was about. When Donald Trump did it was
- 25:07Speaker 1: all right, if you're going to put all these rules
- 25:09Speaker 1: and regulations on Americans, and you're gonna shut down businesses
- 25:12Speaker 1: and schools and make us wear masks and do all
- 25:15Speaker 1: the insanity that you had done, shutting down restaurants, shutting
- 25:19Speaker 1: down small businesses. Then we're sure as hell not going
- 25:21Speaker 1: to allow a bunch of illegal immigrants to come across
- 25:24Speaker 1: the border with COVID. All right, that's why they did
- 25:28Speaker 1: it at the very beginning. Just understand that now many
- 25:33Speaker 1: Democrats are still obsessed with COVID and wanting to have
- 25:36Speaker 1: other lockdowns and silencing of people. Right that anybody that
- 25:40Speaker 1: says that that's not what they're trying to do, you're stupid.
- 25:44Speaker 1: And this title forty two is like, hey, if you're sick,
- 25:47Speaker 1: if we believe you're sick, we're not letting you into
- 25:49Speaker 1: this country so that you put a strain on our
- 25:53Speaker 1: health system. Number one and two, so that we can
- 25:55Speaker 1: immediately turn you away at the border, so you don't
- 25:57Speaker 1: affect a bunch of Americans, so we don't have another
- 25:59Speaker 1: outbreak that you guys didn't try to use to shut
- 26:02Speaker 1: us down. Again, there's no hypocrisy here. This just makes
- 26:09Speaker 1: good sense. This isn't hypocrisy. At all if you actually
- 26:14Speaker 1: understand the issue. This is crap from the left. Now.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Democrats want to get rid of Title forty two as
- 26:23Speaker 1: fast as they can so that there can be a
- 26:25Speaker 1: total onslaught. And they and notice how they say, well,
- 26:27Speaker 1: we know the system's broken. We know the sysn't broken,
- 26:30Speaker 1: all right? Was it broken when Donald Trump was president? No?
- 26:32Speaker 1: So what changed? The enforcement of the laws that we
- 26:36Speaker 1: have on the books. That's the only thing that changed. Okay,
- 26:40Speaker 1: the only thing that changed are the laws on the books.
- 26:43Speaker 1: That's it. The laws are there. You're just not enforcing
- 26:49Speaker 1: the laws. Okay, the laws are right there. You're refusing
- 26:53Speaker 1: to enforce the laws. That is the only thing that
- 26:58Speaker 1: has changed here. If you just went back and actually
- 27:03Speaker 1: enforce the laws so the land, then we wouldn't be
- 27:06Speaker 1: having this conversation right now. If you enforce the laws
- 27:10Speaker 1: that we have on the books right now, we would
- 27:13Speaker 1: be in great shape. You guys are trying to set
- 27:17Speaker 1: the house on fire every day and burn enough of
- 27:20Speaker 1: the house up that finally somebody says, all right, screw it,
- 27:24Speaker 1: we got to rebuild. That's how you're doing it. That's
- 27:28Speaker 1: what this is. That's what that's that's how you're trying
- 27:32Speaker 1: to get this account all right, Well, the system is
- 27:35Speaker 1: so broken there's no way to get rid of all
- 27:37Speaker 1: the illegal immigrants. A twenty million are in this country.
- 27:40Speaker 1: So give them all amnesty. Then we'll secure the border.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Then we'll start all over, and then ten years from
- 27:45Speaker 1: now we'll let all the people that sneak in the
- 27:46Speaker 1: next ten years back in and give them amnesty. Again.
- 27:51Speaker 1: This is no different than what happened with Reagan. This
- 27:53Speaker 1: is why if you don't actually have a secure border,
- 27:55Speaker 1: you're actually never fixing the problem. We have a border wall.
- 28:01Speaker 1: We should have a secure border, and Republicans should dig
- 28:04Speaker 1: in on this and secure the border no matter what.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I also don't believe we should give an animaty out
- 28:10Speaker 1: to every single legal immigrant that's in this country. I
- 28:13Speaker 1: don't think we owe anybody citizenship. I don't care if
- 28:18Speaker 1: you've been here three years or five years or twenty years.
- 28:20Speaker 1: If you broke in, you should have to get in line.
- 28:23Speaker 1: He would say, well, that's not fair. They've been here,
- 28:26Speaker 1: they have houses, they have things here. There are consequences
- 28:28Speaker 1: for your actions. If you're involved in a criminal activity.
- 28:33Speaker 1: You don't get me saying I feel sorry for you.
- 28:36Speaker 1: You knew that you were playing this game when you
- 28:38Speaker 1: got here. You knew that you were breaking our laws
- 28:42Speaker 1: when you got here. If things get flipped upside down
- 28:46Speaker 1: on you, why should I care. I'm not trying to
- 28:49Speaker 1: be mean. I'm just being honest about the law. This
- 28:53Speaker 1: is all in my opinion about the law. Is the
- 28:56Speaker 1: system broken, Yes, it absolutely is. This system is broken.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Do we need to fix it? I don't know if
- 29:04Speaker 1: we need to fix it. We just need to enforce
- 29:07Speaker 1: the damn laws that are on the books. That's all
- 29:09Speaker 1: we need to do. The Democrats refuse to do that.
- 29:14Speaker 1: It's not in their best interest. This is something they
- 29:18Speaker 1: don't want to actually accomplish. And that's why you have
- 29:21Speaker 1: all the people in the media. They're saying, Wow, we
- 29:23Speaker 1: know the system's broken, we know things are bad, we
- 29:25Speaker 1: know that this is something that needs to be done.
- 29:27Speaker 1: We know that things are You know that this is
- 29:29Speaker 1: something we've got it We've got to work on, right,
- 29:33Speaker 1: We know that you know, Okay, this is this is
- 29:36Speaker 1: this is something that that there has to be some
- 29:38Speaker 1: sort of reform. Got to be a reform. I would
- 29:44Speaker 1: love for there to be some reform, I really would.
- 29:50Speaker 1: But if your reform means giving out and handing out amnesty.
- 29:54Speaker 1: I'm not in favor of that. You know. Biden even
- 29:57Speaker 1: came out the airport, who is going on vacation, saying
- 30:00Speaker 1: that ending title forty two is overdue. So there's no
- 30:03Speaker 1: pandemic now right. What's your reactions it's titled forty two,
- 30:16Speaker 1: Well you just start running for real. He walks over.
- 30:23Speaker 1: He says, I think it's long. The court is not
- 30:25Speaker 1: going to side until June. Apparently in the meantime we
- 30:28Speaker 1: have to enforce it. But I think it's overdue. So
- 30:32Speaker 1: just know that this next year when they start talking
- 30:35Speaker 1: about COVID outbreaks and shutting things down again, which they
- 30:38Speaker 1: will understand that this is what they're really all about. Now,
- 30:44Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 30:46Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 30:48Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Metals. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 30:51Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 30:55Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 30:57Speaker 1: dollars against what the happening on Wall Street with inflation,
- 31:00Speaker 1: it's time for you to call them and get the
- 31:02Speaker 1: Free Investors Guide. Why because so many around the world
- 31:05Speaker 1: are now using gold and silver, and historically they have
- 31:09Speaker 1: for decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation, which
- 31:12Speaker 1: is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're
- 31:15Speaker 1: terrified to look at your retirement account, you're four to
- 31:17Speaker 1: one case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street.
- 31:21Speaker 1: That's all the more reason why you should call and
- 31:23Speaker 1: get the investors got in gold and silver, protect your
- 31:25Speaker 1: hard earned money and diversify. Call them and get the
- 31:29Speaker 1: free investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six

- 31:37Speaker 1: six seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at
- 31:42Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com. On the issue of Title
- 31:48Speaker 1: forty two, you notice that the media and the politicians,
- 31:51Speaker 1: they don't actually look at what the polls say either,
- 31:54Speaker 1: because they don't like what the polls say. Eight of
- 31:56Speaker 1: ten Americans that's eighty percent want to keep forty two
- 32:00Speaker 1: and are sick and tired of the invasion. Republicans, Independents,
- 32:04Speaker 1: and Democrats voters strongly support the preservation of Title forty
- 32:07Speaker 1: two border barrier, according to a December poll by Harvard.
- 32:12Speaker 1: The poll asks one thousand, eight hundred and fifty one
- 32:15Speaker 1: registered voters about the barrier, which was established by President
- 32:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump and is being removed by Joe Biden until
- 32:22Speaker 1: the court stepped in for at least a moment to
- 32:24Speaker 1: figure this out. Tittle forty two the voters were told
- 32:30Speaker 1: in this poll, is that simple regulation providing that because
- 32:34Speaker 1: of COVID, those who attempt to cross the border illegally
- 32:38Speaker 1: can be sent to Mexico to wait for a court date.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Do you think that provision should be continued in those
- 32:43Speaker 1: asylum seekers kept out of the US, or do you
- 32:46Speaker 1: think the rules should be repealed and those migrants allowed
- 32:49Speaker 1: to come into the US to wait for a court date.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Here's the numbers that they don't want you to know,
- 32:55Speaker 1: because they want you to believe that if you're in
- 32:57Speaker 1: favor of law in order, that you're somehow like a
- 32:59Speaker 1: bigot or a racist. Okay, Seventy six percent of swing
- 33:02Speaker 1: voters that would be independence want the barrier to be preserved,
- 33:08Speaker 1: along with eighty percent of Republicans. And here's where Democrats
- 33:12Speaker 1: are wrong. Seventy nine percent of Democrats say they want
- 33:16Speaker 1: to be in place now. They may want to be
- 33:18Speaker 1: in place truly from a health perspective. Sixty seven percent
- 33:22Speaker 1: of Hispanics and seventy seven percent of African Americans want
- 33:27Speaker 1: the barrier to be preserved as well. So if you
- 33:31Speaker 1: think that Hispanics are in favor of open borders, you're wrong.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Sixty seven percent say no and seventy seven percent of
- 33:37Speaker 1: African Americans want the barrier preserved. The Harvard Harris poll
- 33:41Speaker 1: shows greater support for migration curbs than other polls that
- 33:45Speaker 1: ask Americans about Biden's migration. This difference likely shows how
- 33:50Speaker 1: the public uses Title forty two law is a cover
- 33:54Speaker 1: for their rejection of the relentless cheerleading for more wealth
- 33:58Speaker 1: shifting migration from the establishment media CEOs and political leaders.
- 34:03Speaker 1: The title forty two barrier has been seen mostly dismantled
- 34:07Speaker 1: by the Biden's border chief, the Cuban born pro migrations
- 34:11Speaker 1: zeal It my Orchist. For example, in November, my Orcists
- 34:15Speaker 1: allowed many, in fact, allowed seven out of ten migrants
- 34:20Speaker 1: across the US to compete for jobs as well as housing.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Many of the rejected migrants hire cartel guides to help
- 34:29Speaker 1: them walk across the border at nighttime if they are
- 34:32Speaker 1: caught and turn away at the border. As well, the
- 34:35Speaker 1: US Supreme Court is considering whether or not to delay
- 34:37Speaker 1: the shutdown of forty two program as they also assess
- 34:41Speaker 1: if the administration has been refusing to enforce the nation's
- 34:45Speaker 1: border laws, which obviously they have. The White House officials
- 34:49Speaker 1: are now trying to remove the title forty two barrier
- 34:51Speaker 1: and replace it with other legal fig leaf policies that
- 34:55Speaker 1: would help the establishment media, the Democrats, and the GOP
- 34:59Speaker 1: to hi Biden's movement of more economic migrants into the
- 35:02Speaker 1: US housing and workplace. The switch is politically difficult because
- 35:06Speaker 1: Biden's deputies are trying to please their base of pro
- 35:10Speaker 1: migration investors and progressives, but also the pro American voters
- 35:15Speaker 1: who are needed in the twenty twenty president twenty twenty four,
- 35:18Speaker 1: i should say presidential election. Now, here's what my takeaway
- 35:23Speaker 1: is from all this. They're going to flood this country
- 35:25Speaker 1: with as many illegal immigrants for as long as they can,
- 35:28Speaker 1: and then they're going to force you, with a gun
- 35:30Speaker 1: to your head into giving everybody that does get across
- 35:33Speaker 1: amnesty the American Dream. And they're gonna do this and
- 35:37Speaker 1: they're not going to stop. And then once they get
- 35:41Speaker 1: that deal and they claim, all right, we'll give you security,
- 35:43Speaker 1: they're going to try to undermine immediately that security and
- 35:45Speaker 1: keep allowing illegal immigrants to come in. So another five
- 35:48Speaker 1: ten years from now, we'll do it all over again
- 35:51Speaker 1: and allow for more illegal immigrants to become American citizens.
- 35:55Speaker 1: They're never going to secure the border. Democrats are going
- 35:58Speaker 1: to always refuse that they want to replace you and
- 36:02Speaker 1: cancer your vote out with illegal immigrants that they give
- 36:04Speaker 1: amnesty too. This is a political move and they are
- 36:08Speaker 1: not going to stop. And until Republicans and Congress get
- 36:13Speaker 1: their heads either rear in, this will continue to happen.
