- 0:02Speaker 1: Hunter deal, the sweetheart deal. It is off. That's right.
- 0:06Speaker 1: He now has decided to plead not guilty and the
- 0:09Speaker 1: judge is now raising new concerns. This also means he
- 0:13Speaker 1: is not shielded from future charges Hunter Biden plea deal
- 0:20Speaker 1: pleads not guilty. After this entire plea deal completely fell apart.
- 0:25Speaker 1: This not guilty plea, which again he's already admitted and
- 0:28Speaker 1: said he was gonna, you know, as the lawyers will
- 0:30Speaker 1: say he's guilty, he was gonna plead guilty. YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 0:33Speaker 1: The original plea deal fell apart after the judge question
- 0:37Speaker 1: if it covered future potential charges of the do O
- 0:40Speaker 1: jays ongoing investigation. Now, the prosecution reportedly said the deal
- 0:45Speaker 1: did not include in he alleged foreign agents registration Acts
- 0:50Speaker 1: fair of violations. That was a problem. MSNBC reported the
- 0:55Speaker 1: court took a ten minute recess to determine if the
- 0:57Speaker 1: two parties could quickly come to an agree. When the
- 1:01Speaker 1: deal got back on track, reports indicated it would be
- 1:04Speaker 1: more limited in scope quote unquote, only including specific charges
- 1:09Speaker 1: related to tax and gun wrongdoing. The two sides have
- 1:12Speaker 1: agreed that this deal does not shield him from potential
- 1:16Speaker 1: future charges. Is what CNN then reported, But the judge
- 1:20Speaker 1: said she was not ready to accept the plea deal
- 1:24Speaker 1: and asked both the prosecutor and Hunter Biden to submit
- 1:28Speaker 1: additional briefs. According to reporters inside the courthouse, the parties
- 1:32Speaker 1: will have to return to court in the future now
- 1:34Speaker 1: because of this. The hearing ended with Hunter Biden pleading
- 1:38Speaker 1: not guilty instead of guilty. Senator Josh Holly said to
- 1:42Speaker 1: CNN that the High Court drama shows the please Sweetheart
- 1:45Speaker 1: deal was flawed and additionals could be brought, saying, quote,
- 1:50Speaker 1: it's very telling that the judge intervened here and said basically, no,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I'm not going to prove some sweeping blanket deal. I
- 1:58Speaker 1: mean that tells you the court is serious concerns about
- 2:01Speaker 1: other potential charges here and also the scope of this deal,
- 2:05Speaker 1: which has seemed outrageous from the beginning. He went on
- 2:09Speaker 1: to say, this, I think signals that there's still very
- 2:12Speaker 1: much potential for prosecution forward now. US Prosecutor David Weiss
- 2:17Speaker 1: admitted in July that the FBI informant form alleging that
- 2:22Speaker 1: Biden family bribes is part of an ongoing investigation. Then
- 2:26Speaker 1: last month, Chris Clark, that's Hunter. Biden's attorney appear to
- 2:30Speaker 1: have a different understanding of the status of the case.
- 2:32Speaker 1: He said the plea deal mint no further charges in
- 2:36Speaker 1: the future could be brought outside of this. Now we're
- 2:40Speaker 1: being told no. NBC's Kelly o'donald said this in front
- 2:45Speaker 1: of the White House.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Listen, on that personal level, I think it's entirely possible
- 2:50Speaker 2: that the president and his son might speak by phone.
- 2:53Speaker 2: They speak all the time. The President always makes the
- 2:55Speaker 2: point that he speaks to all of his grandchildren every day,
- 2:59Speaker 2: and so could be that level of communication.
- 3:02Speaker 1: By the way, that's not true. We know he doesn't
- 3:04Speaker 1: speak to his granddaughter in Arkansas. They won't even allowed
- 3:06Speaker 1: to have the Biden last name. So even while reporting
- 3:09Speaker 1: on this, NBC News still lies to you, telling you,
- 3:13Speaker 1: and again, I'm gonna quote, the President always makes a
- 3:15Speaker 1: point that he speaks to all of his grandchildren every day.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Well what about the one in Arkansas, Kelly O'Donnell, You
- 3:23Speaker 1: just lie to the American people. Joe Biden does not
- 3:26Speaker 1: speak to that granddaughter. Joe Biden doesn't even admit that
- 3:29Speaker 1: granddaughter exists, and Joe Biden and the Biden crime family
- 3:32Speaker 1: won't let her have the Biden last name, but hey,
- 3:36Speaker 1: make him look good on TV, right.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Every day, and so there could be that level of communication.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Yeah, every day, they speak every day.
- 3:46Speaker 2: I'm the president always makes the point that he speaks
- 3:48Speaker 2: to all of his grandchildren every day.
- 3:52Speaker 1: And again that's just a lie. But hey, let's go
- 3:55Speaker 1: on TV and lie about the Biden crime family and
- 3:57Speaker 1: also lie about him not talking to his granddaughter in Arkansas. Now,
- 4:01Speaker 1: let's get back to what this means legally and why
- 4:05Speaker 1: this is an important moment for justice in this country.
- 4:09Speaker 1: What the deal includes and what the deal excludes is
- 4:12Speaker 1: incredibly important. Now because of the whistle blowers. Number one,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you have this IRS whistleblower and their allegations. They contend
- 4:22Speaker 1: that the FAARAH violations were a part of the Hunter
- 4:26Speaker 1: Biden criminal probe, warranting a special council because they never
- 4:33Speaker 1: actually Hunter Biden never actually registered as a foreign agent.
- 4:38Speaker 1: The CEFE Energy Company, right, that Chinese Communist energy company
- 4:44Speaker 1: linked directly to the Chinese Communist Party, the CCP, we
- 4:48Speaker 1: know for a fact, paid Hunter Biden one million dollar
- 4:52Speaker 1: legal retainer. We also know that this same Chinese Communist
- 4:58Speaker 1: Party Energy but he's CEFE also gave at least another
- 5:05Speaker 1: three point eight million in consulting fees to the Bidens.
- 5:09Speaker 1: That's four point eight million there alone. We also know
- 5:14Speaker 1: two months later, Hunter Biden told whistlebooder Tony Bobolinski that
- 5:18Speaker 1: he did not want to register as a foreign agent
- 5:22Speaker 1: on behalf of CEFE. And we know in addition to that,
- 5:27Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden sat on the board of Barisma Holdings,
- 5:30Speaker 1: that's the Ukrainian energy company. He earned in theory eighty
- 5:35Speaker 1: three thousand dollars a month. What we now understand is
- 5:38Speaker 1: that was just a way of breaking up the five
- 5:40Speaker 1: million dollar bribes to make them look legitimate if he
- 5:44Speaker 1: said on the board. Now, during that relationship, Hunter Biden
- 5:49Speaker 1: was possibly involved in multiple phone calls between then Vice
- 5:54Speaker 1: President Joe Biden and then Ukrainian President for Shenko, as
- 6:00Speaker 1: national archive emails are showing that now Forshenka was the
- 6:05Speaker 1: Ukrainian politician that fired the prosecutor who was probing Barisma,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and Joe Biden later bragged about that firing. So, if
- 6:16Speaker 1: you step back, this was a very bad day for
- 6:21Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. This is a
- 6:24Speaker 1: bad day for Joe Biden. NBC News broke into their programming,
- 6:29Speaker 1: and this is how they reported on the entire issue.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Listen carefully on the.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Air with breaking news.
- 6:35Speaker 4: President Biden's son Hunter spending the morning in a Delaware
- 6:39Speaker 4: federal courthouse. He was there to enter a plea agreement
- 6:41Speaker 4: over federal tax charges. It should have been fairly quick,
- 6:44Speaker 4: fairly routine.
- 6:46Speaker 3: It was not.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Instead, after some tense moments, some apparent confusion, some back
- 6:50Speaker 4: and forth with the prosecutor, the defense, and the judge,
- 6:53Speaker 4: a plea deal has not been reached because of some
- 6:56Speaker 4: concerns that the judge has. Instead, the president's son has
- 6:59Speaker 4: end a not guilty plea for now. This is the
- 7:03Speaker 4: first time a sitting president's son has faced federal charges.
- 7:06Speaker 4: They come after a five year investigation from the Justice Department,
- 7:10Speaker 4: which resulted in two misdemeanor counts against Hunter Biden for
- 7:13Speaker 4: failing to pay his taxes in both twenty seventeen and
- 7:16Speaker 4: twenty eighteen. Hunter Biden is also facing a separate felony
- 7:19Speaker 4: gun possession charge that's expected to be dismissed if he
- 7:22Speaker 4: meets certain conditions. However, outside of specific tax, drug, and
- 7:27Speaker 4: gun charges, in this plea agreement, which again has not
- 7:30Speaker 4: been finalized, it appears possible that Hunter Biden could still
- 7:34Speaker 4: be charged with other crimes down the road. The prosecutors
- 7:36Speaker 4: today made very clear this investigation is ongoing. This is
- 7:40Speaker 4: a legal modal matter, of course for the President's son,
- 7:43Speaker 4: but it has become a political one too in a
- 7:45Speaker 4: big and significant and potentially controversial way. I remember these
- 7:49Speaker 4: are federal charges, that means no cameras in court. But
- 7:51Speaker 4: our Ryan Nobles was inside for all of this, and Ryan,
- 7:54Speaker 4: this was unexpected drama, no clear resolution as we speak,
- 7:59Speaker 4: other than we are not reporting right that Hunter Biden
- 8:02Speaker 4: entered this plea deal.
- 8:03Speaker 1: It hasn't happened, by the way. I just want to
- 8:06Speaker 1: take a moment and digest the fact that NBC News
- 8:10Speaker 1: actually broke in with this. And now you have to
- 8:13Speaker 1: ask yourself the question, is the liberal media turning on
- 8:17Speaker 1: the Biden crime family, not because they don't like them,
- 8:20Speaker 1: but they're afraid that now this has become so damning
- 8:24Speaker 1: that it may cost Democrats to White House if they
- 8:27Speaker 1: don't hurry up and switch candidates. It's a question you
- 8:31Speaker 1: have to ask right now. With this Hunter Biden plea
- 8:35Speaker 1: deal and pleading not guilty, and the hearing ends without
- 8:39Speaker 1: this plea deal, and the judge raises all these concerns
- 8:42Speaker 1: over two separate agreements that the President son reached with prosecutors.
- 8:47Speaker 1: But first, I want to take a quick moment to
- 8:48Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends at COVID tax Relief
- 8:52Speaker 1: dot org. Look, you did the tough thing during COVID.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And now doing the tough thing could qualify you for
- 9:01Speaker 1: a twenty six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax
- 9:06Speaker 1: Relief dot Org. Government funds are available to reward companies
- 9:10Speaker 1: with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
- 9:14Speaker 1: This is not a loan and you don't have to
- 9:17Speaker 1: pay it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody
- 9:21Speaker 1: knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts
- 9:24Speaker 1: at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay
- 9:27Speaker 1: nothing upfront. They do all the work, and then they
- 9:30Speaker 1: share percentage of cash that you get. Businesses of all types,
- 9:34Speaker 1: including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took
- 9:37Speaker 1: PBP loans. Even if you had increases in sales. You
- 9:42Speaker 1: did the tough thing for your employees during COVID. Let
- 9:45Speaker 1: COVID tax relief dot org. Help get you up to
- 9:49Speaker 1: twenty six thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax relief
- 9:53Speaker 1: dot org. That's COVID tax relief dot org. COVID tax
- 9:57Speaker 1: relief dot org. Now, granted, the agreement could ultimately be accepted,
- 10:02Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that. We could still
- 10:04Speaker 1: he could still get this sweetheart deal and justice could
- 10:07Speaker 1: be screwed in America yet again, and the books are
- 10:11Speaker 1: cooked on behalf of the Bidens, right is that is
- 10:14Speaker 1: absolutely a very real possibility. However, to hear NBC News
- 10:21Speaker 1: report it this way is truly shocking. I want you
- 10:25Speaker 1: to listen to this NBC News reporter who was in
- 10:28Speaker 1: the courtroom because we couldn't have the cameras in the courtroom.
- 10:31Speaker 1: That's a federal courtroom. We don't get cameras in there.
- 10:33Speaker 1: But they did allow different members of the media inside
- 10:37Speaker 1: this courtroom while all this was going on, and listen
- 10:40Speaker 1: to I think a fair way of saying this is
- 10:43Speaker 1: just how shocked that he is as a member of
- 10:47Speaker 1: the liberal media that this deal fell apart and what
- 10:50Speaker 1: this could mean for the Bidens.
- 10:52Speaker 3: That's exactly right, Hallie.
- 10:53Speaker 5: I mean, this was a stunning development by any measure
- 10:56Speaker 5: of the president's son and his legal team had really
- 10:58Speaker 5: hoped that today would mark the end of their legal troubles,
- 11:01Speaker 5: that he would be able to move on with his
- 11:02Speaker 5: life and in some respects allow his father, the President
- 11:06Speaker 5: of the United States, and not have to deal with
- 11:08Speaker 5: this political distraction.
- 11:09Speaker 3: But it was exactly the opposite.
- 11:11Speaker 5: Very early on in this proceeding, we could tell by
- 11:15Speaker 5: the questions being asked by the federal judge in this case,
- 11:18Speaker 5: maryel and New Yorka, that she was very concerned with
- 11:20Speaker 5: the arrangement that had been worked out between prosecutors and
- 11:24Speaker 5: Hunter Biden's legal team.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It was two separate agreements.
- 11:27Speaker 5: One that would allow Biden to plead guilty on two
- 11:31Speaker 5: different tax charges for his failure to pay taxes in
- 11:35Speaker 5: the years twenty seven, twenty seventeen, and twenty eighteen, and
- 11:39Speaker 5: then separately that he would enter into a pre trial
- 11:41Speaker 5: diversion program that would, over the course of two years,
- 11:45Speaker 5: allow a pending gun charge, a charge that he had
- 11:50Speaker 5: was in possession of a firearm while using drugs, which
- 11:53Speaker 5: is against the law, that that pending charge would be
- 11:55Speaker 5: dismissed if he successfully completed that diversion program.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Well, the judgment.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Concerned a that these two separate issues were being connected,
- 12:04Speaker 5: even though at one point hunter Biden said that he
- 12:07Speaker 5: was willing to plead not guilty with the clear understanding
- 12:10Speaker 5: that they were not connected, but also separately that it
- 12:13Speaker 5: was the judge would be in position to determine whether
- 12:16Speaker 5: or not he was in violation of that diversion program.
- 12:19Speaker 5: That is something that normally a federal judge is not
- 12:22Speaker 5: responsible for. That's an agreement worked out with a prosecutor
- 12:25Speaker 5: and a defendant in a case like this. Regardless, because
- 12:29Speaker 5: she had all of these questions, and because she felt
- 12:31Speaker 5: that despite the fact that we were in that courtroom
- 12:33Speaker 5: for almost three hours I think a little more than
- 12:35Speaker 5: three hours, that these both the attorneys for both the
- 12:39Speaker 5: prosecutor and for the defendant were not able to answer
- 12:42Speaker 5: the questions in a way that she felt were sufficient
- 12:44Speaker 5: to make her feel comfortable. She decided that she needed
- 12:48Speaker 5: to defer her decision on the plea agreement.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Now.
- 12:51Speaker 5: That meant that hunter Biden then had to plead not
- 12:54Speaker 5: guilty in this particular case so that they can continue
- 12:58Speaker 5: to work out those issues. Now, there are still a
- 13:00Speaker 5: lot of open questions that have yet to be resolved
- 13:02Speaker 5: in this case, Halle. At this point, they have not
- 13:05Speaker 5: set a date where the prosecutors, the defendants, and the
- 13:08Speaker 5: judge will come together once again to discuss the next
- 13:12Speaker 5: stage of this plea arrangement. They're going to have to
- 13:14Speaker 5: provide her with a lot of information to convince her
- 13:17Speaker 5: that the parameters that they've outlined are appropriate. And then,
- 13:20Speaker 5: as you rightly point out, what was revealed in court
- 13:23Speaker 5: today and a great deal of specificity, is that this
- 13:26Speaker 5: agreement is for a very narrow window of time and
- 13:29Speaker 5: specifically related just to these tax charges and these gun charges,
- 13:34Speaker 5: and that there is still the possibility that the president's
- 13:36Speaker 5: son is being investigated on a whole host of other
- 13:38Speaker 5: issues or could potentially find himself on the wrong side
- 13:42Speaker 5: of the law and many other aspects. So, if there
- 13:45Speaker 5: was any hope that this was going to be the
- 13:47Speaker 5: end of these legal issues for Hunter Biden and by extension,
- 13:50Speaker 5: his father, that it was all going to come to
- 13:52Speaker 5: a close today, that certainly was not resolved in any way,
- 13:56Speaker 5: shape or form.
- 13:57Speaker 1: This is NBC News that's reporting it to now Again,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I think you have to look at the politics of this.
- 14:03Speaker 1: NBC News does not report on any of this from
- 14:06Speaker 1: the Biden crime family this way until now again. I'm
- 14:10Speaker 1: going to give you my take on this. All right,
- 14:12Speaker 1: you had a plea deal that contained an essence a
- 14:15Speaker 1: secret provision. He didn't say that I did. I'm giving
- 14:18Speaker 1: you the translation here of what he just said, and
- 14:20Speaker 1: what that was going to do was going to provide
- 14:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and by extension, Joe Biden with an essence
- 14:27Speaker 1: legal immunity from all future federal charges currently under investigation.
- 14:33Speaker 1: The judge said basically, what the hell is this? I'm
- 14:37Speaker 1: not agreeing to this, And then the DJ and the
- 14:40Speaker 1: defense were like, uh, well, I don't know, Like I
- 14:45Speaker 1: guess how we thought this was pretty good. And the
- 14:49Speaker 1: judge says, I've never seen this before. No deal. And
- 14:54Speaker 1: then basically she's like, not only am I saying no
- 14:56Speaker 1: deal to this because you don't get immunity for me
- 14:58Speaker 1: for everything else you've ever done wrong in your life
- 15:01Speaker 1: on something it's very specific here with these tax charges
- 15:03Speaker 1: in the gun charge. Then they're like, all right, Hunter,
- 15:06Speaker 1: how do you plead? And Hunter Biden's like, uh, crap,
- 15:09Speaker 1: not guilty. And now there's a chance that this thing
- 15:14Speaker 1: could actually go to trial, and if it does go
- 15:16Speaker 1: to trial. I'm not saying that fixes anything, right. I'm
- 15:21Speaker 1: not want to make that clear because I don't trust
- 15:22Speaker 1: the system at this point based on what I've seen.
- 15:25Speaker 1: But if this does go to trial, moving forward, there's
- 15:29Speaker 1: a hell of a lot of questions that could come out.
- 15:31Speaker 1: There's a lot of discovery. There's a lot of potential
- 15:36Speaker 1: major pitfalls for Hunter Biden, things that he never wanted
- 15:40Speaker 1: you or I are the American people to ever know
- 15:44Speaker 1: about that may come out through this entire process. That's
- 15:48Speaker 1: another aspect of this that has to be discussed. Now.
- 15:52Speaker 1: You hear this reporter at NBC who say this, and
- 15:54Speaker 1: I play for you the liberal media because I want
- 15:57Speaker 1: you to understand when they change what this means. This also,
- 16:01Speaker 1: by the way, and if you miss this yesterday, go
- 16:05Speaker 1: back and listen to it. In our podcast yesterday, I
- 16:08Speaker 1: played for you the changing narrative the White House. The
- 16:11Speaker 1: White House has changed where they've said over and over
- 16:13Speaker 1: and over again, Joe Biden has never talked about business
- 16:17Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden or any of the Biden crime family members, right,
- 16:20Speaker 1: that's their line. They've now changed that narrative to Joe
- 16:25Speaker 1: Biden has never been in business, has never been a
- 16:28Speaker 1: business partner with Hunter Biden. So they have completely changed
- 16:33Speaker 1: the narrative. Now it is it is completely different than
- 16:37Speaker 1: what it was before because they understand now there is
- 16:41Speaker 1: no way to continue to lie to the American people
- 16:46Speaker 1: with all the evidence it's mounting. They can't look at
- 16:48Speaker 1: you anymore with a straight face and say, we have
- 16:52Speaker 1: never done anything like this before, right, like, we have
- 16:56Speaker 1: never talked business before. We know they've talked business. Know
- 17:00Speaker 1: how much they've talked business. It is clear that it
- 17:03Speaker 1: is significant how much business they have talked and how
- 17:07Speaker 1: much they were involved. It is corruption at the highest level.
- 17:11Speaker 1: We know this. So that's why they've changed the narrative.
- 17:15Speaker 1: The narrative was he never talked business with any of
- 17:18Speaker 1: the Biden family members. They know that's a lie. They
- 17:21Speaker 1: can't defend it. There's no way to move past it.
- 17:24Speaker 1: So now they've changed it to, Okay, they were never
- 17:27Speaker 1: in business together. President of the United States of America,
- 17:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden was never in business with his son. Now
- 17:34Speaker 1: we have bank accounts that prove that that's not true.
- 17:37Speaker 1: We have the big guy that also proves it's just
- 17:39Speaker 1: not true. We have multiple things that you can look
- 17:43Speaker 1: at that show free show you that this is not true,
- 17:46Speaker 1: that they're lying on that point, but it's easier to
- 17:50Speaker 1: get away with that lie than the other one they've
- 17:52Speaker 1: been telling. That's the point you need to understand. Now,
- 17:56Speaker 1: listen to the reporter after this bombshell's drop on the
- 18:00Speaker 1: host at NBC News and listen to her response to
- 18:03Speaker 1: what he just said.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Kelly.
- 18:05Speaker 4: And at this point, it's not even clear when it
- 18:06Speaker 4: will get resolved, Ryan, because the timeline question is also
- 18:09Speaker 4: still an open one.
- 18:11Speaker 3: So to be crystal clear, so that folks understand this,
- 18:13Speaker 3: and we're.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Going to go to some of our legal experts in
- 18:15Speaker 4: just a second.
- 18:15Speaker 6: Here.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Essentially, this plea agreement consisted of two buckets, let's call them,
- 18:19Speaker 4: one on taxes and one on this gun charge. The
- 18:21Speaker 4: judge's concern was on that second buget. She has questions,
- 18:25Speaker 4: so she is not approving this until she can better
- 18:27Speaker 4: understand this. That is why hunter Biden entered that not
- 18:29Speaker 4: guilty plea.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, that's exactly right.
- 18:34Speaker 5: I mean, the judge felt that constitutionally, she should not
- 18:37Speaker 5: be the one responsible to be the arbiter of whether
- 18:41Speaker 5: or not Hunter Biden was abiding by the provisions that
- 18:43Speaker 5: they outlined in this diversion program. And she said many
- 18:46Speaker 5: times that normally, when a diversion program is agreed to
- 18:49Speaker 5: by the two sides, that a federal judge or judge
- 18:51Speaker 5: of any kind is not even made aware of that,
- 18:53Speaker 5: that this is an agreement that the two sides work
- 18:55Speaker 5: out and that the bench is not involved in it.
- 18:57Speaker 3: This is a situation.
- 18:59Speaker 5: Where and hunter Biden's lawyer admitted this in open court
- 19:03Speaker 5: that because of the political consideration surrounding this issue, because
- 19:07Speaker 5: there's so much attention being paid to hunter Biden and
- 19:10Speaker 5: the accusations that the Department of Justice may have been
- 19:13Speaker 5: giving a preferential treatment, that they wanted a third party,
- 19:16Speaker 5: independent arbored to make it clear if he was in
- 19:20Speaker 5: violation of that diversion program, that it was somebody that didn't.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Necessarily have a dog in the fight.
- 19:25Speaker 5: She said she understood that, but she also said she
- 19:27Speaker 5: didn't think that the constitution allowed her that ability. Because
- 19:30Speaker 5: of separation of powers, it's not the responsibility of the
- 19:33Speaker 5: judicial branch to say it's time to move forward with
- 19:35Speaker 5: the prosecution. That's the responsibility of the executive branch and
- 19:39Speaker 5: the Attorney General's office. So that's why she was so
- 19:41Speaker 5: concerned about this, and she just did not want Hunter
- 19:44Speaker 5: Biden to agree to something that ultimately could come back
- 19:47Speaker 5: to haunt him in the long run. She wanted to
- 19:49Speaker 5: make sure that he was a one hundred percent comfortable
- 19:53Speaker 5: with this idea of pleading guilty to these charges and
- 19:55Speaker 5: understood everything that was involved in it.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Now, that's one how of a spend from him at
- 20:01Speaker 1: the end. There. That's not what she said in court.
- 20:03Speaker 1: If you look at what she said, she was not saying.
- 20:06Speaker 1: She was not there to try to protect Hunter Biden,
- 20:09Speaker 1: as it was just described that that's absurd. She was
- 20:12Speaker 1: upset that this was going to be this absurd plea
- 20:15Speaker 1: deal where he could be found he was immune from
- 20:17Speaker 1: all other investigations and or charges. That's what she was saying.
- 20:23Speaker 1: This idea that she was like, Oh, Hunter, I really
- 20:24Speaker 1: want you to understand this. Trust me. Hunter wanted this
- 20:26Speaker 1: plea deal, Okay, more than anybody else. Actually, I take
- 20:30Speaker 1: that back. Joe Biden needed this plea deal more than
- 20:32Speaker 1: anybody else. Hunter Biden wanted the plea deal. The Democratic
- 20:36Speaker 1: National Committee needed this plea deal more than anybody else.
- 20:39Speaker 1: That's a better way of just saying this. Because now
- 20:42Speaker 1: this opens every single thing back up in a very
- 20:47Speaker 1: big way. This opens everything back up for the Biden
- 20:52Speaker 1: crime family. Now, before I get into more of this story,
- 20:56Speaker 1: I want to say thank you and tell you about
- 20:57Speaker 1: our good friends at Patriot Mobile. We hear about another
- 21:01Speaker 1: familiar brand selling out their customers and going all woke.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Americans are sick and tired of having leftist propaganda jammed
- 21:10Speaker 1: into every product we consume. Woke mobile companies are no different.
- 21:15Speaker 1: For years, probably the cell phone provider you have right
- 21:18Speaker 1: now has been dumping millions of dollars into liberal causes,
- 21:22Speaker 1: including planned parenthood, and you had to deal with it
- 21:25Speaker 1: because you had to have a cell phone and there
- 21:27Speaker 1: was no alternative. Well not anymore. Now you can switch
- 21:30Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian, conservative wireless provider, offering
- 21:36Speaker 1: dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks, so you
- 21:39Speaker 1: get the best possible coverage in your area, minus the
- 21:44Speaker 1: looke leftist propaganda. When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're
- 21:47Speaker 1: sending a message that you support free speech, religious freedom,
- 21:50Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and our military

- 21:57Speaker 1: US based customer service team that makes switching easy. You
- 22:00Speaker 1: get to keep your same phone and your same phone
- 22:03Speaker 1: number two or upgrade to a new phone. If you
- 22:06Speaker 1: want to go right now to Patriot Mobile dot com
- 22:10Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 22:15Speaker 1: call them eight seven eight Patriot. That's eight seven eight Patriot.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Use the promo code ferguson and you will get the
- 22:23Speaker 1: best deals of the year Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 22:27Speaker 1: ferguson or eight seven eight Patriot. And Tom Cotton made
- 22:31Speaker 1: a great point say, look, when the Department of Justice
- 22:34Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden's lawyers set down, they're not negotiating. He said,
- 22:39Speaker 1: they're co conspirators at that point, and this plea deal
- 22:43Speaker 1: prove that. Listen to what he had to say on
- 22:44Speaker 1: Fox And as.
- 22:45Speaker 7: You know, Senator Cotton, the Delaware Hunter Biden thing kind
- 22:50Speaker 7: of blew up today, which may open some interesting possibilities.
- 22:56Speaker 7: I'm waiting for the Senate use Senators from Fulton. Senators,
- 22:59Speaker 7: you got to get this big stuff. The leadership is
- 23:03Speaker 7: I'm reading terrible for you and Ted Cruz and all
- 23:08Speaker 7: the good conservatives. You got to get on this thing.
- 23:11Speaker 7: They may wind up impeaching in the House.
- 23:15Speaker 8: Well, Larry, I don't think Chuck Schumer is going to
- 23:18Speaker 8: be hopping on anytime soon here in the Senate. But
- 23:20Speaker 8: thankfully we have great leaders like Andy Barr and Kevin
- 23:22Speaker 8: McCarthy and Jim Jordan James Comer in the House who've
- 23:26Speaker 8: conducted numerous oversight hearings, who've exposed via some of these
- 23:29Speaker 8: new whistleblowers, the efforts to cover up all of Hunter
- 23:32Speaker 8: Biden's crimes and the way they implicate President Biden. If
- 23:35Speaker 8: we had a liberal media that did not act like
- 23:38Speaker 8: a failans of bodyguards around Joe Biden and the Biden family,
- 23:41Speaker 8: we might have known before today that the plea agreement
- 23:44Speaker 8: between the Biden Department of Justice and Hunter Biden last
- 23:48Speaker 8: month purported to give him a total immunity for all
- 23:52Speaker 8: past crimes and misdeeds. And that's what blew up the
- 23:55Speaker 8: plea deal to day. It wasn't the judge rejecting it,
- 23:58Speaker 8: is that the US attorney sheepishly admitted that they couldn't
- 24:01Speaker 8: guarantee it, and Hunter Biden's lawyers, who obviously knew that
- 24:05Speaker 8: that's what they were pursuing, refused.
- 24:07Speaker 1: To go forward.
- 24:08Speaker 8: The plea deal unless they gave him blanket immunity for
- 24:11Speaker 8: all crimes. So let's be clear, there's no confusion here
- 24:14Speaker 8: between these two sides and the Biden Department of Justice.
- 24:17Speaker 8: At Hunt Biden's criminal defense attorneys sit down, Those aren't
- 24:21Speaker 8: adversaries negotiating. Those are co conspirators strategizing. Now, what the
- 24:25Speaker 8: Department of Justice should do is what they should have
- 24:27Speaker 8: done all along. Allow their investigators to pursue the facts
- 24:32Speaker 8: wherever they lead, and charge Hunter Biden with the crime
- 24:35Speaker 8: he is committed, and take it to a jury trial.
- 24:37Speaker 1: One hundred percent.
- 24:38Speaker 7: That's why I think a jury trial would be a
- 24:40Speaker 7: fabulous outcome for this whole thing.
- 24:44Speaker 1: A jury trial would be a fabulous outcome for this
- 24:47Speaker 1: whole thing. He's right, Tom Cotton is right about this.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Both of them are. And let me also remind you
- 24:55Speaker 1: of the hypocrisy here. There is massive hypocrisy from every day. Remember,
- 25:00Speaker 1: Democrats are obsessed with gun crimes. They're obsessed with prosecuting
- 25:05Speaker 1: them to the fullest exsen of the law. They're obsessed
- 25:07Speaker 1: with putting people that break laws with guns into prison forever.
- 25:12Speaker 1: So why is the White House okay with a sweetheart
- 25:15Speaker 1: deal for Hunter Biden? On this gun crime. Listen to
- 25:18Speaker 1: this on the White House Press Briefing today.
- 25:21Speaker 9: A firearm illegally should be prosecuted to the fullest extent
- 25:25Speaker 9: of the law.
- 25:26Speaker 10: So here I'm going to be I think I know
- 25:29Speaker 10: where this question is going, and I'm just going to
- 25:33Speaker 10: continue to say as it relates to the case that
- 25:36Speaker 10: we're seeing in Delaware, I'm just going to not speak
- 25:39Speaker 10: to that.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just not going to say anything. So they're
- 25:44Speaker 1: in favor of going after people that commit heinous crimes
- 25:47Speaker 1: on a gun charge, just as long as it's everybody
- 25:50Speaker 1: else but Hunter Biden and it comes Hunter Biden, We're
- 25:54Speaker 1: not saying anything at all. Now. We also have just
- 25:57Speaker 1: gotten the conditions of release for Biden. That document has
- 26:01Speaker 1: now been made public. Hunter Biden's condition of release include
- 26:05Speaker 1: he must not consume alcohol or prohibited drugs. Well, he
- 26:10Speaker 1: just left that guy's house where of the dude was
- 26:11Speaker 1: smoking a bong on the balcony the other day. Is
- 26:14Speaker 1: lawyer friend out in California, So we'll see about that.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Is part of his condition for the release is he
- 26:20Speaker 1: must not possess a firearm. He must submit to random
- 26:25Speaker 1: drug tests as required. Well, if they actually do randomly
- 26:28Speaker 1: drug test him. That could be very interesting. And he
- 26:31Speaker 1: must actively sleeek employment and not violate any law. Well,
- 26:35Speaker 1: he's an artist, not even a starving artist. He's a
- 26:37Speaker 1: big artist, so we should be good there. Also, the
- 26:41Speaker 1: White House asked the question about all this today? What
- 26:45Speaker 1: did the White House presidators say about like the President
- 26:48Speaker 1: sawt on his son's plea deal blowing up in their face.
- 26:50Speaker 1: You're gonna love this answer.
- 26:51Speaker 6: Have you seen the President since Hunter Biden showed up
- 26:55Speaker 6: in federal war, since the deal of a party? Have
- 26:58Speaker 6: any reaction that he agree to allow you to share
- 27:01Speaker 6: with us.
- 27:02Speaker 1: So I'll tell you this.
- 27:05Speaker 9: And i'll repeat this is what I said at the top,
- 27:07Speaker 9: which is the President loves his son. The President and
- 27:10Speaker 9: the First Lady loved their son, and they support him
- 27:13Speaker 9: as he's rebuilding his life and trying to move forward.
- 27:17Speaker 9: I have not spoken to the President today. He has
- 27:20Speaker 9: been busy continuing to work on behalf of the American people,
- 27:23Speaker 9: as he does every day with internal meetings, and so
- 27:26Speaker 9: I will leave it there.
- 27:28Speaker 3: Have you.
- 27:29Speaker 1: I don't believe for a second that the President had
- 27:31Speaker 1: doesn't said anything about this today. I don't. I don't
- 27:35Speaker 1: believe that for even a single moment. I think that's
- 27:37Speaker 1: the most, maybe the stupidest thing I've ever heard. It's absurd.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Of course they've talked about it. Of course they were
- 27:45Speaker 1: watching all of this today. There's no way that they
- 27:49Speaker 1: weren't talking about all of this today. And the idea
- 27:53Speaker 1: that like this wasn't being talked about or the White
- 27:55Speaker 1: House didn't chat about this, like, give me a break.
- 27:59Speaker 1: This is twenty five four seven. Let me remind you
- 28:03Speaker 1: of when Joe Biden got angry in the past when
- 28:06Speaker 1: he was accused of being involved in the Biden crime
- 28:09Speaker 1: family with that older man in twenty and nineteen. Never
- 28:14Speaker 1: forget what the president spoke about. What he had to
- 28:16Speaker 1: say here it is you heard the man there. He says,
- 28:24Speaker 1: your son, you got him a job in a gas
- 28:26Speaker 1: company he had no experience with, referring to Barisma. You're
- 28:36Speaker 1: selling just like you're selling access to the president, just
- 28:41Speaker 1: like others have done. Right, That's what he's saying here.
- 28:44Speaker 1: And you can see Joe Biden get angry on the
- 28:46Speaker 1: campaign trail and then he bites the man's head off.
- 28:49Speaker 1: So you damn that's not true, and no one has
- 28:52Speaker 1: ever said that.
- 28:55Speaker 4: You see on TV.
- 28:58Speaker 1: By the way, that's why the center I don't like
- 29:01Speaker 1: it and.
- 29:04Speaker 9: Go to theason.
- 29:07Speaker 1: I run just because I've never run a long time,
- 29:09Speaker 1: and I know what most people know. I want to
- 29:11Speaker 1: get things done. That's why I'm running, and you want.
- 29:13Speaker 5: To check my sheep on.
- 29:14Speaker 9: Let's do to get here, Let's do what's wrong, Let's.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Do whatever you want to do. Let's take an IQ test. Right,
- 29:21Speaker 1: Let's take an IQ test.
- 29:24Speaker 7: No one has said my son has done any long
- 29:27Speaker 7: and I did not on any occasion, and no one
- 29:30Speaker 7: has ever said it.
- 29:31Speaker 6: No one.
- 29:34Speaker 3: You said I set up my son to work in
- 29:36Speaker 3: an auto company.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Did you know what you said? I did your work stage.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Jack, But.
- 29:45Speaker 6: You don't hear that. Inn.
- 29:47Speaker 1: You need not hear that all you man, this conversation
- 29:51Speaker 1: sure did age well, didn't it? One other thing? If
- 29:54Speaker 1: you don't think the media is starting to change and
- 29:56Speaker 1: turn on this president because they're thinking maybe we need
- 29:59Speaker 1: to get rid of him, listen to NBC's Chuck Todd.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Here's what he had to say about this plea deal
- 30:05Speaker 1: falling apart.
- 30:07Speaker 11: Meanwhile, it's worth pointing out that the Trump appointed US
- 30:09Speaker 11: attorney in this case, David Weiss, is facing elevated scrutiny
- 30:13Speaker 11: of his own due to the handling of this investigation
- 30:15Speaker 11: after House Republicans heard public testimony from a pair of
- 30:18Speaker 11: IRS whistleblowers alleging political interference in this investigation. That testimony
- 30:24Speaker 11: came after the original plea deal was announced, which today
- 30:28Speaker 11: dramatically fell apart. And it is worth noting that the
- 30:32Speaker 11: Houseways and Means Committee, led by Jason Smith, the Republican
- 30:36Speaker 11: of Missouri, did give additional information to the judge in
- 30:41Speaker 11: Delaware before today's proceeding.
- 30:44Speaker 1: So, in other words, all the lies are now falling apart,
- 30:48Speaker 1: and everybody is now being able to check and understand
- 30:51Speaker 1: and realize what's actually happening here. And so now that
- 30:55Speaker 1: we all we can't deny that all this is happening,
- 30:58Speaker 1: the judge is getting the full picture here. It's worth
- 31:01Speaker 1: noting the whistleblowers are telling the truth basically, and nobody
- 31:05Speaker 1: at the White House has said that they're not. Yeah.
- 31:08Speaker 1: ABC's Jonathan Carl also said this about Hunter Biden pleading guilty.
- 31:14Speaker 12: And I can just tell you, with extensive conversations with
- 31:17Speaker 12: the Hunter Biden team.
- 31:19Speaker 3: That they were only going to agree.
- 31:22Speaker 12: To plead guilty to those tax charges if it came
- 31:26Speaker 12: with this, this immunity, so they could say everything else
- 31:30Speaker 12: is put aside.
- 31:33Speaker 1: So Jonathan Carl saying Hunter Biden would only plead guilty
- 31:37Speaker 1: if it came with immunity for all future prosecutions that
- 31:44Speaker 1: blew up, that won't happen. And now they're like, holy crap,
- 31:48Speaker 1: what do we do now? This was not a bad
- 31:52Speaker 1: day for Hunter Biden. This was a bad day for
- 31:55Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America and the
- 31:58Speaker 1: entire by crime family. I am hopeful that the tides
- 32:05Speaker 1: are turning, and that the whistleblowers are finally being heard,
- 32:09Speaker 1: and that people are actually realizing now just how corrupt
- 32:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden is and how compromised he is as president
- 32:17Speaker 1: to our adversaries. I'm hopeful, you know.
- 32:20Speaker 5: So.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I didn't say I'm excited because I don't believe that
- 32:23Speaker 1: this can't all just disappear. Yet again, I am cautiously optimistic.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I am hopeful that this is going to play out
- 32:33Speaker 1: in a positive way for justice. I promise you this,
- 32:38Speaker 1: We're gonna keep covering it. Make sure you download the
- 32:41Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson podcasts every day, share it with your family
- 32:44Speaker 1: and friends, and I'll see it back here. Tomorrow,
