- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:05Speaker 2: you and Senator.
- 0:06Speaker 1: It is about eleven.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Thirty at night on Tuesday evening, exactly one week from today.
- 0:13Speaker 2: As we are recording this for Wednesday morning, we are
- 0:17Speaker 2: a week away from this election.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I can't believe it's actually here.
- 0:23Speaker 3: A week from today. This interminable election should finally be over.
- 0:27Speaker 3: I hope and pray Donald Trump is reelected, we get
- 0:30Speaker 3: a Republican Senate, a Republican House, and we turn this
- 0:33Speaker 3: country around. We're gonna see the closing arguments. We're seeing
- 0:36Speaker 3: them unfold right now, the closing arguments. Joe Biden decides
- 0:41Speaker 3: his closing argument is that every Trump supporter in America
- 0:44Speaker 3: is a piece of garbage. We're gonna unpack that. It
- 0:47Speaker 3: really is stunning. Kamala, on the other hand, continues just
- 0:51Speaker 3: to crash and burn. Every answer she gives makes less
- 0:55Speaker 3: sense than the preceding one, and you can see the
- 0:57Speaker 3: panic setting in in the Kamala Harris campaign. And by contrast,
- 1:01Speaker 3: the Trump campaign is focusing on the crises facing America,
- 1:07Speaker 3: but in particular really honing in on the families of
- 1:10Speaker 3: those who've lost loved ones to violent, criminal, illegal aliens.
- 1:14Speaker 3: The contrast between closing arguments could not be stronger.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and those closing arguments I think are really are
- 1:21Speaker 2: what Americans are paying attention to now more than we
- 1:24Speaker 2: have in the last several years, which is encouraging.
- 1:26Speaker 1: We're going to dive into these more. In a moment.

- 3:29Speaker 2: code vertict Center. I gotta tell you, the liberal media
- 3:33Speaker 2: struck again today. I know you've been, you know, on
- 3:36Speaker 2: the bus and Barnstone ring the state. But there was
- 3:38Speaker 2: a big headline that came out and I'm I'm sorry.
- 3:43Speaker 2: I don't think I let you down. Actually I kind
- 3:47Speaker 2: of feel like I should blame you a little bit
- 3:48Speaker 2: for this. But they came out with the sexiest podcast
- 3:53Speaker 2: host of twenty twenty four. You and I lost to
- 3:58Speaker 2: the Kelsey Brothers. I don't have the official tally, but
- 4:02Speaker 2: I think this is a liberal media striking again.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Look, I think it clearly is.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And I think the problem is, Ben, you didn't do
- 4:09Speaker 3: the swimsuit calendar this year. I told you you needed
- 4:12Speaker 3: to go with the full borat. It's a good look
- 4:15Speaker 3: it really you can carry it off. Don't believe the
- 4:18Speaker 3: haters that say that that's not your Look.
- 4:22Speaker 4: You got this, man.
- 4:23Speaker 1: There's always next year.
- 4:25Speaker 2: The Kelsey Brothers name People's sexiest podcast host to twenty
- 4:28Speaker 2: twenty four. There's twenty twenty five redemption. Look, I'm just
- 4:32Speaker 2: saying we can do a little more working out here.
- 4:34Speaker 1: You never know.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I'm waiting to see if we at least come in second.
- 4:37Speaker 2: We'll keep everybody up on Benjamin.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Just for the record, are you confident you can beat
- 4:43Speaker 3: out Ben Shapiro.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I do feel like I can beat out Ben Shapiro. Yes,
- 4:48Speaker 2: And if this is you.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Guys may have to throw down. I'm not going to
- 4:52Speaker 3: get in the middle of that one.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I like it. Yeah, I know, I feel confident, and
- 4:56Speaker 1: I have a feeling been.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Will respond to that for sure. We'll see who comes
- 5:01Speaker 2: in second or third. I know I'm taller than him,
- 5:03Speaker 2: that I do know for sure. So half of us,
- 5:06Speaker 2: by the way, into the internet, he's four foot two.
- 5:08Speaker 1: That's that's true. That's true. That's the liberal media striking again.
- 5:12Speaker 2: So we all of us, by the way, do have
- 5:14Speaker 2: one thing in common, and that is apparently you and
- 5:17Speaker 2: I and Shapiro, we're all garbage, including anyone that votes
- 5:21Speaker 2: for a conservative candidate, anyone that supports Donald Trump. Joe
- 5:26Speaker 2: Biden's closing argument to Americans, are you guys that don't
- 5:30Speaker 2: support my team? Here a bunch of people fill with
- 5:32Speaker 2: garbage floating around.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Yeah, you really need to listen to this interview. What
- 5:37Speaker 3: Joe Biden says here. You know the old line that
- 5:41Speaker 3: a gaff is when a politician accidentally speaks the truth.
- 5:44Speaker 4: This is what Biden thinks about us.
- 5:45Speaker 3: And just just give a listen, judge for yourself the
- 5:49Speaker 3: words that the current president of the United States it
- 5:52Speaker 3: uttered today.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Or Puerto Rico where I'm in my home state of Delaware.
- 5:56Speaker 5: They're good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see
- 6:00Speaker 5: floating down there as his supporters. His his demonizational scene
- 6:04Speaker 5: is unconstable, and it's on America.
- 6:07Speaker 2: It's on American and you guys are a bunch of
- 6:10Speaker 2: garbage just floating out there. That's the response Joe Biden
- 6:14Speaker 2: to Trump supporters. What a hell of a closing argument.
- 6:18Speaker 2: If you're trying to, you know, be the party of
- 6:19Speaker 2: unity and bring people together.
- 6:22Speaker 3: It really is a viciousness. And I want you to
- 6:24Speaker 3: hear that quote again. The only garbage I see floating
- 6:28Speaker 3: out there is his supporters, And that's clearly what he says.
- 6:33Speaker 3: And and and then now the White House is desperately
- 6:37Speaker 3: trying to spin this. There' say no, no, no, no, no, no. He
- 6:39Speaker 3: didn't say that the supporters are garbage. He said that
- 6:42Speaker 3: he didn't like the joke that was told Madison Square Garden.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But but let's be clear, play it again. I want
- 6:48Speaker 3: you to hear what he says, because all of the
- 6:51Speaker 3: spin they're going to try to erase the words out
- 6:53Speaker 3: of his mouth.
- 6:54Speaker 4: So just play the quote again, Freaka.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Where I'm in my home state of Delaware, they're good, decent,
- 6:59Speaker 5: honorable people. The only garbage I see floating out there
- 7:02Speaker 5: is his supporters. His demonizational scene is unconstable, and it's.
- 7:08Speaker 1: On American, un american.
- 7:10Speaker 2: You're un American, by golly if you don't vote for
- 7:12Speaker 2: Kamala Harris and all of us. And this reminds me
- 7:16Speaker 2: of exactly what we had not that long ago when
- 7:20Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton, remember when she said we're a bunch of.
- 7:24Speaker 3: This is deplorables all over again. This is deplorables all
- 7:27Speaker 3: over again. And just to remind you of that, give
- 7:30Speaker 3: a listen to Hillary Clinton in twenty sixteen. Instead of
- 7:33Speaker 3: Biden calling us garbage, here's what Hillary Clinton had to
- 7:35Speaker 3: say about us.
- 7:37Speaker 6: You know, to just be Rosley John will say, you
- 7:42Speaker 6: could put half of the Trump's supporters into what I
- 7:45Speaker 6: call the basket of deplorables.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:54Speaker 6: It's the racist, sexist, homophobic xenophobic.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I'm phobic you name. And unfortunately there are people.
- 8:08Speaker 7: And he has lifted them up.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Yeah, given voice to their websites.
- 8:13Speaker 6: And he used to only have eleven thousand people, now
- 8:16Speaker 6: eleven million each.
- 8:18Speaker 7: Tweets and tweets.
- 8:21Speaker 8: They're pensive people me srided rhetoric.
- 8:28Speaker 1: And some of those soaps they are irreviewable.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Thankfully they are not America, but the.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Other basket, the other basket.
- 8:38Speaker 6: And I know because I look at this crowd. I
- 8:40Speaker 6: see friends from all over America.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Here, I see I gotta just people I think forget.
- 8:46Speaker 2: It wasn't just a porrible it's what she said in
- 8:49Speaker 2: those fifteen to twenty seconds after that line, and many
- 8:53Speaker 2: people forgot.
- 8:54Speaker 4: I think, just by the.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Way, yeah yeah, and before that, you remember Baraco bomb.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I'm saying that Americans are bitter and angry and clinging
- 9:03Speaker 3: to their God and their guns. I mean, this is
- 9:06Speaker 3: what they think. It's what Obama thinks, it's what Hillary thinks,
- 9:09Speaker 3: it's what Joe Biden thinks, it's definitely what Kamala thinks.
- 9:13Speaker 3: They look down on you, and if you believe, you know,
- 9:17Speaker 3: if you're tired of paying higher prices at the grocery,
- 9:20Speaker 3: store more more for your every bill, if you're tired
- 9:23Speaker 3: of paying more for gasoline, if you actually don't want
- 9:27Speaker 3: Venezuelan gang members moving next door to your house and
- 9:29Speaker 3: threatening your kids. You know what they think. They think
- 9:32Speaker 3: you are a racist, piece of garbage and you're deplorable.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I mean it the arrogance and they live in their
- 9:40Speaker 3: gilded cages. I mean this is reminiscent of Martha Raddits
- 9:44Speaker 3: at ABC saying, well, it's only a handful of apartment buildings.
- 9:47Speaker 3: And mind you, she lives in a multimillion dollar mansion.
- 9:50Speaker 3: So Venezuelan gang members are not terrorizing her. So it's
- 9:55Speaker 3: why is it a problem? And if you're worried about that,
- 9:57Speaker 3: you're just garbage. You're a deplorable, you're a racist. And
- 10:01Speaker 3: the only answer is let these radicals destroy our country.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I mean it is. I got to say, it's a
- 10:08Speaker 3: remarkable closing argument. And it seems every time Joe Biden
- 10:13Speaker 3: comes out, he opens his mouth and actually admits what
- 10:17Speaker 3: Biden and Kamala both think.
- 10:19Speaker 2: So let's talk about this from a strategy aspect, because
- 10:22Speaker 2: I don't think these are gaffs. I think this is
- 10:25Speaker 2: a okay, we're what we're doing isn't working. Let's up
- 10:30Speaker 2: the rhetoric here, And I want to know your take,
- 10:33Speaker 2: but I think this is a let's up the rhetoric.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Let's really go back to what we think worked last time,
- 10:39Speaker 2: which is Donald Trump is evil, Donald Trump's a racist.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Anyone that votes from his racist bigot. Let's get our
- 10:44Speaker 2: side inspired to show it, because they're not showing up
- 10:47Speaker 2: on what we've been doing so far in the basement strategy.
- 10:50Speaker 2: We're seeing the you know, for example, a real queer
- 10:52Speaker 2: politics lead is disappearing that we thought we might have had,
- 10:57Speaker 2: and now we're seeing a consistent uptick but more conservative candidates.
- 11:01Speaker 1: And Donald Trump.
- 11:02Speaker 2: So we got to go out there and call him hitler,
- 11:05Speaker 2: call him a dictator, and then call the people that
- 11:11Speaker 2: support him actual floating garbage.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Well, yes and no, let me agree and disagree. I
- 11:17Speaker 3: agree that it is a very deliberate strategy that they
- 11:21Speaker 3: settled on that I think they had strategy sessions on
- 11:24Speaker 3: to call Trump hitler. That that's their grand closing strategy
- 11:28Speaker 3: as Trump is hitler. Trump is hitler, which to be clear,
- 11:31Speaker 3: was their strategy in twenty sixteen and twenty twenty as well.
- 11:34Speaker 3: So they've been doing the Trump is Hitler strategy. That's
- 11:36Speaker 3: their favorite closing argument. But I don't think this was planned.
- 11:40Speaker 3: And the shift is it's one thing to try to
- 11:42Speaker 3: demonize Donald Trump. It's another thing, and a much stupider thing,
- 11:47Speaker 3: to try to demonize America. To try to demonize half
- 11:50Speaker 3: the voters in America. Now, they believe it. They believe
- 11:54Speaker 3: that we're garbage, they believe we're deplorables. But they try
- 11:57Speaker 3: to suppress that instinct because they recognize that some of
- 12:01Speaker 3: their voters, some of the voters they're trying to presumably
- 12:04Speaker 3: earn their votes. And you know, it's typically a bad
- 12:07Speaker 3: strategy in campaigning to say, hey, you piece of garbage,
- 12:11Speaker 3: vote for me, like like that, that that that is
- 12:13Speaker 3: a very difficult argument to make. And so I think
- 12:16Speaker 3: the White House is panicking today that Biden said this
- 12:20Speaker 3: out loud. I think the Kamala Harris campaign is panicking.
- 12:23Speaker 3: They're desperately trying to spin it, and they're trying to
- 12:26Speaker 3: say he did not say what he in fact said
- 12:28Speaker 3: that he was just talking about the rhetoric from the
- 12:31Speaker 3: one comedian, and he was not talking about the tens
- 12:34Speaker 3: of millions of Americans voting for Donald Trump. But that's
- 12:37Speaker 3: exactly who he was talking about. And it's obvious from
- 12:39Speaker 3: the words he used.
- 12:41Speaker 2: And the Sarah gets that are out there that are
- 12:42Speaker 2: doing these lines, they're all doing them on behalf of
- 12:45Speaker 2: Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris has had I think also a
- 12:49Speaker 2: new strategy that you know, you talk about how much
- 12:52Speaker 2: time behind closed doors they had, where all right, what
- 12:54Speaker 2: do we want people to see of her? The last
- 12:56Speaker 2: week of this campaign, she had this speech with the
- 12:59Speaker 2: American flag behind her where she called Donald Trump hitler
- 13:03Speaker 2: in a threat to democracy and a threat to America.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I think it's dog whistles for harm on Trump's life
- 13:09Speaker 2: yet again. And she did that at at her home
- 13:12Speaker 2: in front of the Naval Observatory where she lives. And
- 13:16Speaker 2: then Kama had a speech in front of the White House.
- 13:19Speaker 2: And this speech was a speech where she was trying to,
- 13:24Speaker 2: I think, be presidential, to almost act like she is
- 13:27Speaker 2: the president now and so just continue on with a
- 13:31Speaker 2: status quo. And she said that politicians quote need to
- 13:35Speaker 2: treat immigration as the serious challenge quote that it is.
- 13:41Speaker 2: I want you to listen to this and get your reaction.
- 13:44Speaker 8: Politicians have got to stop treating immigration as an issue
- 13:48Speaker 8: to scare up votes in an election and instead treat
- 13:54Speaker 8: it as the serious challenge that it is that we
- 13:58Speaker 8: must finally.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Come together to solve. I will work with.
- 14:02Speaker 8: Democrats and Republicans to sign into law the border security
- 14:07Speaker 8: bill that Donald Trump killed.
- 14:09Speaker 2: All right, let's talk about the facts behind a that
- 14:13Speaker 2: bill as a reminder going into election week, and also
- 14:16Speaker 2: the lies that were just told there in that twenty
- 14:18Speaker 2: five second clip. Because I counted three.
- 14:21Speaker 4: So number one.
- 14:22Speaker 3: The Chuck Schumer bill that common in every Democrat repeatedly
- 14:26Speaker 3: calls the quote bipartisan bill. The Chuck Schumer Bill was
- 14:30Speaker 3: a terrible, terrible bill. It was designed to keep open
- 14:35Speaker 3: borders in place forever. The Chuck Schumer Bill wrote into
- 14:40Speaker 3: law it codified catch and release. Catch and release is
- 14:44Speaker 3: Kamala Harris's policy when the apprehended illegal immigrant, they let
- 14:47Speaker 3: him go. It's contrary to law, it's in it's openly
- 14:50Speaker 3: defying federal immigration law. Well, the Chuck Schumer bill would
- 14:54Speaker 3: have written it into law. It is America's policy when
- 14:56Speaker 3: they catch an illegal immigrant, they let him go. The
- 14:59Speaker 3: Chuck s Schumer bill also would have given illegal immigrants
- 15:03Speaker 3: immediate work permits to let them legally go to work immediately.
- 15:07Speaker 3: It also would have provided millions of illegal immigrants with
- 15:12Speaker 3: taxpayer funded lawyers. It also would have provided billions of
- 15:17Speaker 3: dollars for sanctuary cities and for NGOs that are actively
- 15:21Speaker 3: aiding in a bedding the human traffickers. It also went
- 15:26Speaker 3: out of its way to screw the state of Texas,
- 15:28Speaker 3: and in particular it provided that Texas could no longer
- 15:32Speaker 3: sue to enforce the immigration laws in federal court in Texas,
- 15:35Speaker 3: but instead Texas would have to come to the very
- 15:38Speaker 3: liberal federal court in d c. And finally, and probably
- 15:43Speaker 3: most objectionably, it normalized five thousand illegal immigrants a day
- 15:49Speaker 3: that works out to one point eight million illegal immigrants
- 15:52Speaker 3: a year, every year forever. Chuck Schumer supported this bill
- 15:57Speaker 3: because it would have put into law this open bler
- 16:00Speaker 3: order invasion forever. But actually the outcome that Schumer really
- 16:04Speaker 3: wanted is what happened. He knew the bill was so
- 16:06Speaker 3: bad that the instant the text was released it would fail.
- 16:10Speaker 3: He kept the tech secret throughout the negotiations, and as
- 16:13Speaker 3: soon as they released it, it collapsed within twenty four
- 16:16Speaker 3: hours because everyone read this bill and said, this is
- 16:18Speaker 3: a joke. But the reason Schumer wanted this bill is
- 16:22Speaker 3: to do what Kamala is doing, to use it as
- 16:24Speaker 3: political camouflage for her and every other Democrat to say, see,
- 16:28Speaker 3: we would have secured the border.
- 16:30Speaker 4: But understand what she said.
- 16:31Speaker 3: She says politicians need to treat immigration as the serious
- 16:35Speaker 3: challenge that it is. Well, you know what, She's the
- 16:38Speaker 3: one that caused this crisis. She's the one that implemented
- 16:41Speaker 3: catch and release. She's the one that released the murderers
- 16:44Speaker 3: of Joscelyn Nungary. She's the one that released the murderers
- 16:47Speaker 3: of Rachel Marin. She's the one that released the murderer
- 16:51Speaker 3: of Lake and Riley Ed. She takes no responsibility for that.
- 16:55Speaker 3: She's not treating it as a serious challenge. She's not
- 16:57Speaker 3: changing those policies. She's not She doesn't want to understand.
- 17:04Speaker 3: This invasion is the desired outcome of Kamala Harris and
- 17:08Speaker 3: the Democrats in the House and Senate because they look
- 17:11Speaker 3: at these eleven and a half million illegal immigrants as
- 17:13Speaker 3: future Democrat voters.
- 17:16Speaker 2: It is about the vote getting here, and that's one
- 17:19Speaker 2: of the things that I think she obviously says, Okay,
- 17:22Speaker 2: I got to get votes here, but I also need
- 17:24Speaker 2: to look like I'm going to somehow fix the border,
- 17:26Speaker 2: secure the border.
- 17:27Speaker 1: She said this as well.
- 17:29Speaker 8: We must acknowledge we are a nation of immigrants, and
- 17:36Speaker 8: I will work with Congress to pass immigration reform, including
- 17:41Speaker 8: an earned path to citizenship.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I mean earned path to citizenship. That sounds like mass
- 17:47Speaker 2: not deportations, but mass amnesty.
- 17:51Speaker 3: No, it's amnesty, it's citizenship. It's immediate voting. Because this
- 17:55Speaker 3: is the whole Enchilada eleven and a half million illegals
- 17:58Speaker 3: and actually national nationally, they're somewhere between twenty and thirty million,
- 18:02Speaker 3: or the best estimates, we don't know for sure, twenty
- 18:05Speaker 3: to thirty million illegal immigrants. If they become voters, which
- 18:08Speaker 3: is what Kamala and every Democrat wants, this country's lost
- 18:12Speaker 3: Texas becomes bright blue Texas turns into California the instant
- 18:16Speaker 3: they give voting rights to every illegal immigrant in the
- 18:19Speaker 3: state of Texas, and nationally, we don't have competitive elections anymore.
- 18:23Speaker 3: That is their objective. You ask, why would they be
- 18:26Speaker 3: willing to look the other way at all the people dying,
- 18:29Speaker 3: at all, the children being brutalized, at all, the women
- 18:31Speaker 3: being sexually assaulted. This is about power and Kamala is
- 18:38Speaker 3: hoping the voters won't realize that and center.
- 18:42Speaker 2: It's not just what she's saying, but it's also the
- 18:47Speaker 2: interviews that she's doing right now. She had an interview,
- 18:51Speaker 2: and these interviews are doing in swing states. They're on
- 18:54Speaker 2: the local TV many of them, and she's doing these
- 18:58Speaker 2: one on ones again argument to America. She was asked
- 19:02Speaker 2: a question. It's not a tough one, but she didn't
- 19:05Speaker 2: have the answer that I think is going to make
- 19:06Speaker 2: many Americans feel like she cares.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 19:09Speaker 2: I think what some voters are struggling with, and we've
- 19:11Speaker 2: heard this across the state, is when you discuss your plans,
- 19:14Speaker 2: they come back and ask, well, why haven't you done
- 19:16Speaker 2: it already?
- 19:18Speaker 9: Well, i'm not president.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Your vice president.
- 19:21Speaker 8: Yeah exactly, but I'm going to tell you what I'm
- 19:22Speaker 8: doing as president when I have the ability then to
- 19:26Speaker 8: do what I know based on my experience, is a
- 19:30Speaker 8: new approach that is about building on the good work
- 19:33Speaker 8: that has happened.
- 19:34Speaker 7: But there's more to do. There's more to do.
- 19:38Speaker 2: That If that's your closing argument, I'm not the president,
- 19:42Speaker 2: I'm just the vice president.
- 19:43Speaker 1: I can't do anything. Is that going to work?
- 19:46Speaker 3: And understand how bizarrely contrary to history, this argument is
- 19:52Speaker 3: every vice president of whom I'm aware who is run
- 19:56Speaker 3: for president, they run on the following message, look at
- 19:59Speaker 3: the great access as the President and I had, We're
- 20:01Speaker 3: going to continue those successes and expand them.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Here's a problem.
- 20:07Speaker 3: If you're listing the great successes of Biden and Harris,
- 20:10Speaker 3: your list is empty. So she's not running on anything
- 20:13Speaker 3: Joe Biden has done and she's done. Instead, she's come
- 20:16Speaker 3: up with a bunch of new policies, including that she's
- 20:19Speaker 3: going to magically secure the border, but she doesn't acknowledge, well,
- 20:22Speaker 3: if you were going to secure the border, why the
- 20:24Speaker 3: hell don't you do it right now? Why haven't you
- 20:26Speaker 3: done it last year? Why didn't you do the year before,
- 20:28Speaker 3: the year before, the year before? And it is a
- 20:32Speaker 3: weird argument as vice president to try to run as
- 20:36Speaker 3: the change candidate, to try to she's she tries to
- 20:39Speaker 3: pretend Donald Trumps president and she's going to bring in
- 20:43Speaker 3: hope and change and change everything, and it's.
- 20:47Speaker 4: It is obviously incoherent.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Let's take another exchange where a reporter asked her about inflation,
- 20:56Speaker 3: inflation that her policies and Joe Biden's policies have caused
- 21:00Speaker 3: listen to this exchange.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Message to Michigan voters.
- 21:04Speaker 10: In terms of the economy, we have autoworkers who are
- 21:07Speaker 10: being laid off and those who fear that they might
- 21:10Speaker 10: be laid off. The average person can't afford groceries or
- 21:13Speaker 10: their rent. And recent polls in Michigan show that Michigan
- 21:18Speaker 10: voters believe that Donald Trump would do a better job
- 21:20Speaker 10: with handling the economy and bringing jobs back.
- 21:23Speaker 9: What do you say to that, Well, let's start with this.
- 21:27Speaker 8: I come from the middle class, and I'll never forget
- 21:29Speaker 8: where I come from.
- 21:30Speaker 9: My mother worked very hard.
- 21:32Speaker 8: She by the time I was a teenager, was able
- 21:34Speaker 8: to save up for our first time.
- 21:36Speaker 1: And I understand.
- 21:38Speaker 2: I mean, you're the response there. People can't afford groceries
- 21:42Speaker 2: or their rent. People are worried about losing their jobs
- 21:45Speaker 2: in Michigan, and car manufacturers manufacturing jobs. And she says,
- 21:49Speaker 2: let's start with this, I come from the middle class.
- 21:52Speaker 2: That's not an answer.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Well, it's her memorized riff. It's what she says over
- 21:56Speaker 3: and over again. It's what she said in the debate
- 21:59Speaker 3: when she asked the very first question of the debate,
- 22:02Speaker 3: against Donald Trump? Are the American people better off now
- 22:05Speaker 3: than they were four years ago? The classic question presidential
- 22:09Speaker 3: races are decided on, and she said the exact same thing.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Let me say this, I come from the middle class.
- 22:13Speaker 3: It's so bad saturn hatte Live is now making fun
- 22:16Speaker 3: of her for it, and yet she's unable or unwilling
- 22:20Speaker 3: to change. That is her answer, because I mean, I
- 22:23Speaker 3: will say in her defense, what else is she supposed
- 22:26Speaker 3: to say? Yes, her policies have caused inflation to skyrocket. Yes,
- 22:32Speaker 3: people can't afford groceries. Yes, people can't afford rent. I
- 22:35Speaker 3: guess Kama could say, yeah, Joe Biden and I screwed
- 22:37Speaker 3: it up entirely, but trust me, will somehow do something
- 22:40Speaker 3: magically different. She can't say that, and so she doesn't
- 22:43Speaker 3: have an answer.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I want to tell you about her friends over at
- 22:46Speaker 2: Ammo squared. If you are like me and you want

- 24:42Speaker 2: want to bring up another point that she made, and
- 24:46Speaker 2: that was she claimed it's quote misinformation that she supports
- 24:52Speaker 2: taxpayer funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal aliens. Now,
- 24:57Speaker 2: this has become a nationwide issue despite the fact that
- 25:01Speaker 2: she's on tape supporting it. Now take a listen to
- 25:04Speaker 2: this from.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Today in the ads.
- 25:06Speaker 11: He's saying that, you know, Kamala Harris wants to spend
- 25:08Speaker 11: tax pay his money for sex changes in jails. He
- 25:11Speaker 11: spent millions and millions of dollars on and like Charlamage said,
- 25:14Speaker 11: have him and myself in that. How do you answer
- 25:17Speaker 11: that for people that don't know, and what is the
- 25:19Speaker 11: real news when it comes to that.
- 25:21Speaker 9: Well, first of all, to your point, he has spent
- 25:24Speaker 9: tens of millions of dollars trying to hit me with
- 25:27Speaker 9: a bunch of disinformation and misinformation on this, and he's
- 25:30Speaker 9: living in a glass house because the policies he's speaking
- 25:33Speaker 9: about in terms of those surgeries were also his policies,
- 25:38Speaker 9: and the reality of it is that it would also
- 25:41Speaker 9: those ads relate to two people.
- 25:44Speaker 2: What is truly shocking about this center is the show
- 25:48Speaker 2: that she's on defending, you know, trying to claim she's
- 25:54Speaker 2: never said this in the past. Is the same show
- 25:56Speaker 2: where she actually said these things in the past and
- 25:59Speaker 2: was using an ad that Donald Trumps played around the country.
- 26:03Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:03Speaker 3: So her claim is that it is misinformation or disinformation
- 26:09Speaker 3: to say that she wants to use taxpayer funds to
- 26:14Speaker 3: pay for sex change surgeries for illegal immigrants in prison.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Now that's her claim that that is disinformation, that it's false. Now,
- 26:23Speaker 3: I cannot imagine what the source would be for such
- 26:26Speaker 3: an outrageous proposition. I'll wait a second, I can. That
- 26:30Speaker 3: would be her own damn words. I want you to
- 26:32Speaker 3: listen to her words in the interview, and then ussesses
- 26:36Speaker 3: that disinformation or not.
- 26:38Speaker 8: When I was Attorney General, I learned that the California
- 26:42Speaker 8: Department of Corrections, which was a client of mine I
- 26:45Speaker 8: didn't get to choose my clients.
- 26:47Speaker 7: A client of the Attorney General, a client of.
- 26:49Speaker 8: The Attorney General, of the Office of Attorney General, that
- 26:52Speaker 8: they were standing in the way of surgery for prisoners
- 26:57Speaker 8: for prisoners. And there was a specific case. And when
- 27:00Speaker 8: I learned about the case, I worked behind the scenes
- 27:03Speaker 8: to not only make sure that that transgender woman got
- 27:07Speaker 8: the services she was deserving. So it wasn't only about
- 27:11Speaker 8: that case. I made sure that they changed the policy
- 27:14Speaker 8: in the state of California so that every transgender in
- 27:19Speaker 8: me in the prison system would have access to the
- 27:22Speaker 8: medical care that they desire and need. And I believe
- 27:26Speaker 8: it was not only I know it was historic in California,
- 27:29Speaker 8: but I believe actually it may have been one of
- 27:30Speaker 8: the first, if not the first, in the country where
- 27:33Speaker 8: I pushed for that policy in a Department of Corrections.
- 27:39Speaker 1: There it is in her own word center, she's unequivocal.
- 27:44Speaker 3: She says that she pushed for the policy, she changed
- 27:47Speaker 3: the policy.
- 27:48Speaker 4: She said it was the first in the nation.
- 27:51Speaker 3: She was proud to be an advocate of that when
- 27:53Speaker 3: she was running in the Democratic primary to be president. Now,
- 27:57Speaker 3: of course, she ended up getting zero votes in the election.
- 28:00Speaker 3: She didn't make it to Iowa. Now that she's in
- 28:03Speaker 3: the general election, and now that people are pointing out,
- 28:06Speaker 3: not only is this something she advocated for, it's something
- 28:09Speaker 3: she did, she implemented. She spent California tax dollars on
- 28:16Speaker 3: sex change surgeries for inmates, and she changed the policy
- 28:21Speaker 3: so any inmate that wanted that surgery could get it. Now,
- 28:24Speaker 3: she was very proud of that, and now she claims
- 28:28Speaker 3: that Donald Trump's running her own words in that interview
- 28:32Speaker 3: is somehow disinformation. Look, to the modern Democrat, disinformation means
- 28:38Speaker 3: anything that is inconvenient to them politically right now, and sadly,
- 28:42Speaker 3: that is her agenda, and you know what, it's the
- 28:45Speaker 3: agenda of an awful lot of the congressional Democrats in
- 28:48Speaker 3: the Senate House right now.
- 28:50Speaker 2: There's also another concern going in this final week for Democrats,
- 28:53Speaker 2: and that is that Kamala Harris has somehow lost.
- 28:58Speaker 1: The support among my voters.
- 29:01Speaker 2: To put in perspective, African American voters supported Barack Obama,
- 29:05Speaker 2: I think was like ninety six ninety seven percent. It
- 29:08Speaker 2: was in the mid nineties for Joe Biden last time
- 29:12Speaker 2: when he was running, and it's now in this seventy percent.
- 29:16Speaker 2: That means that there's twenty plus percent out there that
- 29:19Speaker 2: are going to go or saying they're going to go
- 29:22Speaker 2: for Donald Trump. Kamala was asked about that and the
- 29:26Speaker 2: Democratic Party they are unbelievably concerned.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Here's what she said on the Breakfast Club about that,
- 29:33Speaker 1: what is your strong push to any black man right now?
- 29:36Speaker 6: And that feels like you're not speaking directly to them
- 29:38Speaker 6: and about the things that they should care about for
- 29:40Speaker 6: their families and for themselves.
- 29:42Speaker 9: Well, Lauren, I have to tell you back to what
- 29:44Speaker 9: Charlayne is shouting in the background.
- 29:46Speaker 2: The brother's not saying that, she says, the brothers aren't
- 29:50Speaker 2: saying that. So, in other words, if you're a minority
- 29:53Speaker 2: voter and you feel like you're suffering right now in
- 29:55Speaker 2: inflation and prices of groceries and cars and food insurance
- 30:01Speaker 2: and all of these things are hurting you in your community,
- 30:05Speaker 2: she's saying, no, no, no, that's not true. They're not
- 30:08Speaker 2: saying that. That's out of touch with voters and what
- 30:11Speaker 2: they think right now.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Yeah, look, the polling clearly indicates that the number of
- 30:17Speaker 3: African American men who are voting for Donald Trump is
- 30:21Speaker 3: rising significantly, and that's a problem she's got, and she's
- 30:25Speaker 3: just claiming that reality doesn't exist. I'll tell you right
- 30:29Speaker 3: before we recorded this podcast, I just did a big
- 30:33Speaker 3: rally in Central Texas. Had a bunch of people there.
- 30:35Speaker 3: One gentleman came up to me, as an African American man.
- 30:38Speaker 3: He shook my hand and he said, I've never voted
- 30:40Speaker 3: Republican before in my life. I am now that that
- 30:44Speaker 3: was an hour ago. I had that conversation, and I
- 30:47Speaker 3: can tell you the data in the polling show it
- 30:49Speaker 3: is clearly happening in Texas and all over the country.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Let me also ask you about the Hispanic community as well,
- 30:57Speaker 2: because the Hispanic community really seems to be talking a
- 31:00Speaker 2: lot about the issue of the border, and the border
- 31:05Speaker 2: issue is one where many in the Hispanic community have
- 31:07Speaker 2: been affected by the border. They've been affected by the fetanol,
- 31:10Speaker 2: They've been affected by the gang violence, they've been affected
- 31:12Speaker 2: by the sex trafficking, they've been affected by the violent
- 31:15Speaker 2: criminals have come across that were let go by this administration,
- 31:19Speaker 2: including those who were convicted murderers and convicted rapists, and
- 31:24Speaker 2: you're seeing now these stories that are also really connecting
- 31:31Speaker 2: with the Hispanic community, watching and witnessing what has happened
- 31:36Speaker 2: within this Hispanic community, which is a very tight knit
- 31:39Speaker 2: community historically in this country. And they are also breaking
- 31:43Speaker 2: away from the Democratic Party as well.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Yeah, and in very large numbers. I'll tell you, in
- 31:48Speaker 3: Texas and across the country, we're seeing Hispanic voters moving
- 31:52Speaker 3: right in very significant numbers. And there are lots of
- 31:56Speaker 3: reasons for it. One of the reasons for it is economically.
- 31:58Speaker 3: The Hispanic community has been savaged by inflation and the
- 32:02Speaker 3: economic challenges that is hitting Americans across the board. Listen,
- 32:07Speaker 3: I can tell you in Texas, if you're an Hispanic
- 32:10Speaker 3: guy in South Texas and you work in the oil
- 32:13Speaker 3: fields and you drive a pickup truck and you go
- 32:16Speaker 3: bird hunting on the weekends, you're voting for Donald Trump
- 32:19Speaker 3: because Kamala Harris is doing everything she can to destroy
- 32:22Speaker 3: your livelihood. And then you put on top of that
- 32:26Speaker 3: the chaos at our southern border and the influx of
- 32:28Speaker 3: crime and releasing violent murderers and Venezuelan gang members. I'll
- 32:33Speaker 3: tell you many of the victims of this these crimes
- 32:36Speaker 3: are themselves Hispanic. Many of the illegal immigrants are going
- 32:40Speaker 3: to heavily Hispanic neighborhoods where where the victims are Hispanic themselves,
- 32:45Speaker 3: and the Democrats have no answers. And so I think
- 32:47Speaker 3: we're seeing the Hispanic community moving right. And I will
- 32:51Speaker 3: say the contrast, so in the closing week, Joe Biden
- 32:55Speaker 3: has decided his argument is, if you're voting for Donald Trump,
- 32:58Speaker 3: your garbage. In the closing week, Donald Trump actually just
- 33:03Speaker 3: today put out an incredibly powerful new ad, and we
- 33:08Speaker 3: talked about how on Friday I was with President Trump
- 33:11Speaker 3: in Texas and we were there with families of those
- 33:14Speaker 3: who lost loved ones to violent, criminal illegal aliens, including
- 33:18Speaker 3: Alexis Nungary, the mom of Joscelyn Nungary. And as I mentioned,
- 33:22Speaker 3: I've gotten to know Alexis very well. She's an incredible
- 33:25Speaker 3: young woman. She's just twenty seven years old, and she's
- 33:29Speaker 3: dealing with the worst grief imaginable, and she's taken that
- 33:33Speaker 3: pain which easily could just crush you. You could just just
- 33:37Speaker 3: curl up at a ball and be unable to do anything.
- 33:41Speaker 3: And instead she's taken all of that pain and She's
- 33:44Speaker 3: channeled it into being a voice for Joscelyn, speaking out
- 33:48Speaker 3: for Joscelyn. And look, Alexis has told me listen. She
- 33:51Speaker 3: knows she can't bring Jocelyn back, but if she can
- 33:54Speaker 3: speak out and change the policies, maybe she can save
- 33:57Speaker 3: another little girl. Maybe she can save on other mom
- 34:00Speaker 3: from enduring the grief and sorrow and misery of losing
- 34:06Speaker 3: your child. And so I want you, I want you
- 34:08Speaker 3: to listen to this ad And it's just an extended
- 34:13Speaker 3: interview with Alexis the Trump campaign just put out because
- 34:16Speaker 3: it really does sum up the human cost of Kamala
- 34:21Speaker 3: Harris's open borders and the suffering that is happening.
- 34:26Speaker 12: Sunday night, I asked her to not stay up super
- 34:29Speaker 12: late because of her coming to work with me in
- 34:32Speaker 12: the morning first to do her summer school.
- 34:36Speaker 7: She said, okay. I told her good night, and I
- 34:39Speaker 7: love you.
- 34:40Speaker 12: I went to bed, not realizing that that was going
- 34:43Speaker 12: to be the last time I saw her.
- 34:45Speaker 7: We're best friend, were thinking again.
- 34:53Speaker 12: I woke up to notice she wasn't in her bread.
- 34:57Speaker 12: I'm in my heart trying not to lease my mind
- 35:00Speaker 12: because I don't know where she is. I finally remembered
- 35:04Speaker 12: her phone had a location on and her phone was
- 35:08Speaker 12: pinging just two minutes down the road, right behind the skatepark.
- 35:13Speaker 12: I start driving to the direction of the phone was
- 35:16Speaker 12: being pinged at, and I see a couple of cop
- 35:20Speaker 12: cars with lights on. I see a yellow tape and
- 35:24Speaker 12: immediately my heart drops and sinks to the bottom of
- 35:28Speaker 12: my stomach. My daughter's hands and ankles were both bound.
- 35:35Speaker 12: She was strangled to death with left with no pants,
- 35:40Speaker 12: and I know in my heart she fought incredibly hard.
- 35:46Speaker 12: She was not going down without a fight.
- 35:52Speaker 3: We begin with two men we're learning our charge with
- 35:55Speaker 3: capital murder Tonight, accused of killing a twelve year old.
- 35:58Speaker 4: Girl before dumping her into that creek. Both men were
- 36:03Speaker 4: in the country illegally.
- 36:04Speaker 13: Apprehended than released by border patrol less than three weeks
- 36:08Speaker 13: before Jocelyn's dead. Man accused of killing Jocelyn Nungray are
- 36:12Speaker 13: affiliated with the gang known for brutal violence.
- 36:16Speaker 12: Kamala Harris was in charge of immigration in our borders.
- 36:20Speaker 12: If we had better border policies and not open borders
- 36:24Speaker 12: and not.
- 36:25Speaker 7: These catch and release policies, I.
- 36:28Speaker 12: Truly believe this all could have been prevented under her
- 36:33Speaker 12: being vice president of this country. My daughter's life was
- 36:39Speaker 12: ripped away from her. She had her entire life ahead
- 36:42Speaker 12: of her. My daughter is six feet in the ground
- 36:51Speaker 12: based off of policies as she allowed to keep Kamala
- 36:56Speaker 12: Harris did have one job, and she not only failed,
- 37:02Speaker 12: not me, she failed my daughter.
- 37:04Speaker 7: She failed Joscelyn. You know she was only twelve. President
- 37:10Speaker 7: Trump reached out.
- 37:12Speaker 12: Gave me his sincereous condolences as not a former president,
- 37:16Speaker 12: but as a father, someone who cares. I believe Donald
- 37:20Speaker 12: Trump needs to be back in office. I can at
- 37:23Speaker 12: least know that my next child will be safe in
- 37:28Speaker 12: this country.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Senator, I've not seen a more powerful ad in my lifetime,
- 37:35Speaker 2: and especially and we'll put it up on social media
- 37:38Speaker 2: because you need to watch it, because you see this
- 37:42Speaker 2: mother telling your story and you see the pictures of
- 37:45Speaker 2: her daughter. And if this is the closing argument for
- 37:50Speaker 2: Donald Trump's campaign, it is the most powerful one I
- 37:53Speaker 2: think he could have used.
- 37:56Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Look, I have sat in her living room. I've sat
- 38:01Speaker 3: with Alexis, Jocelyn's mom. I've sat with Kelvin, Jocelyn's grandfather,
- 38:07Speaker 3: as they've told me that they shared those same stories,
- 38:10Speaker 3: just one on one with me and the agony. I
- 38:17Speaker 3: every time I see her talk about Joscelyn, it just it.
- 38:22Speaker 4: This is the very real cost.
- 38:25Speaker 3: And I got to say, it's a very different message
- 38:28Speaker 3: than Kamalin Joe Biden's closing.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Argument, drastically different. And Donald Trump, by the way, isn't
- 38:35Speaker 2: done with this issue. He is continuing to roll out
- 38:39Speaker 2: new policies, one that I want to ask you about
- 38:42Speaker 2: in a moment. But first let me tell you about

- 39:02Speaker 2: big brands that are woke left coffee coffee companies. Well,

- 40:00Speaker 2: verdict for twenty percent off your first order. Finally, Centator
- 40:05Speaker 2: Donald Trump is not just running a campaign and doing
- 40:09Speaker 2: the speeches. He is continuing to announce new policies for
- 40:14Speaker 2: his administration if he wins, and one of them I
- 40:18Speaker 2: hit a nerve with a lot of Americans in a
- 40:20Speaker 2: positive way today when he said this about the victims
- 40:25Speaker 2: of the cartels.
- 40:27Speaker 14: So today I'm announcing that for the first time under
- 40:31Speaker 14: my administration, we will be seizing the assets of the
- 40:34Speaker 14: criminal gangs and drug cartels.
- 40:39Speaker 15: And we will use those assets to create a compensation
- 40:43Speaker 15: fund to provide restitution for the victims of migrant crime.
- 40:49Speaker 15: And the government will help in the restoration. The government
- 40:53Speaker 15: will help in the restitution.
- 40:57Speaker 1: I mean, that's what Americans want. They want action.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Yes, yes, that Look, that's exactly the right thing to do.
- 41:04Speaker 3: And it's the reason why Jocelyn. Look, it's only been
- 41:07Speaker 3: or why Alexis, it's only been a couple of months
- 41:09Speaker 3: since since Jocelyn was killed. Can can you imagine a
- 41:12Speaker 3: mom standing up and speaking out.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Like she is.
- 41:15Speaker 3: It's the reason she's pouring herself into this is because
- 41:18Speaker 3: there's a chance to change this. There's there's a chance
- 41:21Speaker 3: to prevent the next victim, the next little girl, the
- 41:25Speaker 3: next little boy, from being killed. And number one, President
- 41:29Speaker 3: Trump is promising as he did before. Look when he
- 41:31Speaker 3: was president last time, I worked hand in hand with
- 41:34Speaker 3: him and we had incredible success securing the border. We
- 41:38Speaker 3: achieved the lowest rate of illegal immigration in forty five years.
- 41:44Speaker 3: It's a very simple message. We did it before, We'll
- 41:47Speaker 3: do it again. And I think expanding it as he's
- 41:51Speaker 3: suggesting to say We're going to seize the assets of
- 41:54Speaker 3: these criminal gangs, of these drug cartels, and we're going
- 41:56Speaker 3: to use the assets to compensate the victctims and the victims' families.
- 42:01Speaker 3: I think that is fair, that is right, that is just,
- 42:05Speaker 3: and it is the difference between a leader who's actually
- 42:08Speaker 3: trying to keep people safe and what Kamala Harris is doing,
- 42:12Speaker 3: which is putting your own partisan political interest above the
- 42:15Speaker 3: safety and well being of American families.
- 42:18Speaker 1: No doubt about it.
- 42:19Speaker 2: It's two different stories for America, two different plans for America.
- 42:22Speaker 2: And this is the closing week. Don't forget me to
