- 2:07Speaker 8: on dig me now.
- 2:09Speaker 2: One and only.
- 2:10Speaker 8: Steve Harvey got a radio show. I say it every
- 2:13Speaker 8: day because God been good to me. God has done
- 2:16Speaker 8: some things in my life that's truly been just amazing.
- 2:20Speaker 8: It really amazing. Ain't even really the word. They don't
- 2:23Speaker 8: really have a word for what He's done for me.
- 2:25Speaker 8: I'm just out of superlatives. That's why I say it
- 2:28Speaker 8: every day. Steve Harvey got a radio show because God
- 2:30Speaker 8: is in a blessing business.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Yeah he is. God.
- 2:33Speaker 8: God can help you turn your life around. Did you
- 2:37Speaker 8: hear me? God can help you turn your life around.
- 2:40Speaker 8: Whatever you're going through. God has an answer for it.
- 2:44Speaker 8: See but it's to going through to get us though,
- 2:46Speaker 8: ain't it. Because I was having a moment yesterday and
- 2:49Speaker 8: I set my wife down, I said babe, I just
- 2:51Speaker 8: need to talk to you going through a little bit
- 2:53Speaker 8: right now. I just wanted to share which I'm a
- 2:55Speaker 8: little down right now. And my wife reminded me, just
- 3:00Speaker 8: reminding me to see, this is what a man, This
- 3:02Speaker 8: is what a good mate does. A good mate reminds
- 3:07Speaker 8: you just of things that sometimes you forget when you
- 3:11Speaker 8: get off track. Because you know, I consider myself a
- 3:15Speaker 8: motivational type person. I try to listen to people and
- 3:19Speaker 8: then give them something I've learned along the way on
- 3:22Speaker 8: this journey I've been on. I try to give a
- 3:24Speaker 8: person a takeaway. But even being that person, sometimes I
- 3:28Speaker 8: get off track myself. I get a little low sometimes,
- 3:32Speaker 8: you know, I get a little down. Sometimes I sometimes
- 3:36Speaker 8: I forget some of the stuff.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I say.
- 3:38Speaker 8: It ain't that I forget it. I guess I just
- 3:41Speaker 8: get caught up in the grind of doing it. And
- 3:44Speaker 8: sometimes I get I get a little off course and
- 3:47Speaker 8: I forget some of the things that my wife or
- 3:51Speaker 8: a mate can be good for you to remind you.
- 3:54Speaker 8: And she just says, Steve, God got us. She said,
- 3:59Speaker 8: have you ever known noticed that? Every time you get
- 4:01Speaker 8: in a spot? And she say, and I know how
- 4:04Speaker 8: you must feel because you're out here working and you
- 4:07Speaker 8: keep turning around and old stuff keep popping up, and
- 4:12Speaker 8: you get a call from your accounting and hear this
- 4:15Speaker 8: then went wrong, and that then when you study trying
- 4:17Speaker 8: to fix it, but you steady going wild?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Man, what is it? She say?
- 4:20Speaker 8: But you ever notice he always always, no matter what,
- 4:25Speaker 8: provide a way, and he ain't ever too late. Oh,
- 4:28Speaker 8: you might be going the deadline is approaching. The deadline
- 4:32Speaker 8: can come and pass, but then they have a grace
- 4:35Speaker 8: period for you. And then sometimes, man, it's just you
- 4:39Speaker 8: go down there after the grace period and they take
- 4:41Speaker 8: the payment anyway, and you're good anyway. But see, ain't
- 4:44Speaker 8: that God bringing you through it? It may not be
- 4:47Speaker 8: when you want it, but he right on time. Jazz
- 4:50Speaker 8: before you get put out, jazz before they turn. Maybe
- 4:53Speaker 8: they cut the lights off, but you get it back
- 4:55Speaker 8: ones faux company come or just before the weekend get here.
- 4:59Speaker 8: See he always comes through for you. And she had
- 5:03Speaker 8: to remind me of that what you going through is necessary. Look,
- 5:09Speaker 8: circumstance and hardships and pitfalls are always untimely. If you
- 5:14Speaker 8: keep the law of attraction in play, if you keep
- 5:17Speaker 8: believing that that's that he gonna see you through this,
- 5:21Speaker 8: just like he do when you don't believe it. That's
- 5:23Speaker 8: what the old part is, though, ain't it. Ain't God
- 5:27Speaker 8: brought you through even when you didn't really have the
- 5:30Speaker 8: faith to say he was gonna bring you through. But
- 5:33Speaker 8: because of grace and mercy he brought you through anyway.
- 5:36Speaker 8: But because you forgot to thank him, or you didn't
- 5:40Speaker 8: pay attention through to come through, you just was telling people, Oh, man,
- 5:43Speaker 8: if you the same. It was so jacked up. Man,
- 5:46Speaker 8: I was so turned up. I ain't know what I
- 5:48Speaker 8: was gonna do. I almost got put out. I was
- 5:50Speaker 8: gonna see key word almost, And you forgot that part
- 5:54Speaker 8: right there, And then I was it looked like I
- 5:56Speaker 8: wan man, and and it seemed like every month I
- 5:59Speaker 8: go through this same thing. And then now yeah, then
- 6:02Speaker 8: somebody ought to just say, did you pay it? Yeah?
- 6:04Speaker 2: I paid it? Did you get put out? Now? I'm cool? See.
- 6:08Speaker 8: See, you need somebody on your shoulder to say that
- 6:10Speaker 8: to you, and then you need somebody to come right
- 6:13Speaker 8: behind him and go, man, ain't God good?
- 6:16Speaker 2: Really?
- 6:16Speaker 6: Man?
- 6:17Speaker 8: That's how this works. See, you keep getting in situations,
- 6:22Speaker 8: but he keep getting you out. Now if you jump,
- 6:25Speaker 8: look listen, to me, hold on, hold on. Let's say
- 6:27Speaker 8: you in a frying pad in the skillet and the
- 6:30Speaker 8: oil is up and you in that frying and you
- 6:32Speaker 8: uncomfortable being fried God somehow. Or let's just say you
- 6:38Speaker 8: managed to get out of the hot grease in the
- 6:42Speaker 8: frying pan, and you standing there next to the skillet
- 6:45Speaker 8: looking at the fire continue to heat the grease, You
- 6:48Speaker 8: get out, and then for some unexplainable reason, you dives
- 6:54Speaker 8: right on back in there.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Ain't that how we usually do it?
- 6:58Speaker 8: I'm just asking you, God, get you away from the
- 7:01Speaker 8: man you've been asking to get away from. Then you
- 7:04Speaker 8: go right back over there, a star us seeing him again.
- 7:08Speaker 8: It's amazing how many times God get us out the
- 7:12Speaker 8: fire and we walked right back in there. Ain't it amazing?
- 7:16Speaker 9: Man?
- 7:17Speaker 8: I mean, really, man, see this how I break life
- 7:20Speaker 8: down for me? So I don't get over here stuck on,
- 7:22Speaker 8: stupid with myself and then get to doing something ignorant
- 7:25Speaker 8: like blaming God. When really, man, God has given us,
- 7:28Speaker 8: as human beings, the power of decision, and we all
- 7:31Speaker 8: make decisions.
- 7:32Speaker 2: How many times? Man?
- 7:34Speaker 8: See, sometimes it's a blessing. In getting locked up, you
- 7:36Speaker 8: can ask a lot of caps. I know, man, to
- 7:38Speaker 8: tell you it was a blessing for me, man, because
- 7:40Speaker 8: I was just headed the wrong way, steady, but he
- 7:43Speaker 8: locked me up, set me down.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Made me miss my family.
- 7:48Speaker 8: Being out here being a free man, made me realize
- 7:51Speaker 8: that my family was important. Made me man, really see
- 7:54Speaker 8: this girl for what she was. When I get out, Man,
- 7:56Speaker 8: I'm on the straight and narrow. Well, then when you
- 7:59Speaker 8: get out, see you can't be talking about no oh man,
- 8:03Speaker 8: I can't find no job. Now I'm gonna go and
- 8:05Speaker 8: do what I gotta do. No, no, no, no, no, partner,
- 8:08Speaker 8: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 8:10Speaker 8: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 8:13Speaker 8: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 8:16Speaker 8: the hood got a lot.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Of ignorant rules. We done create it.
- 8:19Speaker 8: I gotta do what I gotta do. I gotta feed
- 8:20Speaker 8: my family. Well, the only reason you gotta do what
- 8:23Speaker 8: you gotta do is because you didn't do what you
- 8:25Speaker 8: were supposed to do. See if you just went on
- 8:27Speaker 8: to school like you Mama kept telling you. Ah, Man,
- 8:31Speaker 8: I was watching forty eight Hours yesterday and a dude
- 8:33Speaker 8: named Nesto was on that and Nesto Latino dude said, Man,
- 8:37Speaker 8: my mother told me quit hanging with these guys. They
- 8:40Speaker 8: were gonna nothing but trouble. I should have listened to her.
- 8:43Speaker 8: He doing thirty years right now. You can't blame God.
- 8:47Speaker 8: That's why I talk to myself this way, so I
- 8:50Speaker 8: don't get stupid and start shifting to blame the wrong
- 8:53Speaker 8: way when it's really on me. How many times has
- 8:56Speaker 8: God got you out of something and you walk right
- 8:59Speaker 8: back into it? Man, why don't you take these blessings
- 9:02Speaker 8: God give you and go on about your business. That'd
- 9:05Speaker 8: be the best way to do it, don't you think
- 9:08Speaker 8: That's what I think? So I thank God my wife
- 9:12Speaker 8: for reminding me that God got us anyway, that God
- 9:15Speaker 8: gonna pull you through anyway.
- 9:17Speaker 2: That Have you noticed, Steve, we ain't lost a beat. Oh.
- 9:21Speaker 8: I know it's hard out here, but really you ain't
- 9:23Speaker 8: lost a beat. You still moving forward, You still dressing nice,
- 9:27Speaker 8: You still look good when you come into that job.
- 9:30Speaker 8: Everybody don't have got to know you. Your house is in.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Bad shape, and all that God got you.
- 9:36Speaker 8: Man, if you just hold your head up, man, quit
- 9:39Speaker 8: complaining all the time by what you ain't got. And
- 9:42Speaker 8: as in words of my daddy, slick Harvey. Stop talking
- 9:45Speaker 8: about what you ain't got and take a good look
- 9:47Speaker 8: at what you do.
- 9:48Speaker 2: God.
- 9:48Speaker 8: That's improper grammar, but that always stuck with me, and
- 9:51Speaker 8: maybe it'll stick with you.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Quit talk about and looking at what you ain't got,
- 9:55Speaker 2: Take a good look at what you do.
- 9:56Speaker 1: God, you're listening, morning, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I keep saying it, but it keeps feeling brand new
- 10:09Speaker 2: to me.
- 10:10Speaker 8: God has done it again, and I keep getting and
- 10:15Speaker 8: you know, it seems like I just get more and
- 10:17Speaker 8: more amazed at it.
- 10:18Speaker 2: I don't.
- 10:18Speaker 8: I hope you don't take these days that He keeps
- 10:21Speaker 8: giving us for granted, because man is not a given.
- 10:25Speaker 8: You know that, don't you. It's such a blessing to
- 10:29Speaker 8: wake up. It's such a blessing to have life. Man,
- 10:32Speaker 8: Thank you God, I show appreciate mine. This is Steve

- 21:13Speaker 13: Atlanta didn't stop with the Freaknik documentary, so get ready

- 21:22Speaker 13: is demanding money. What that's all coming up at the
- 21:25Speaker 13: top of the hour. But right now it is time
- 21:28Speaker 13: to ask the clow.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Did he not see what we saw? Unlike time?
- 21:35Speaker 11: Come on now.
- 21:37Speaker 13: Kenisha in Tulsa says, my husband took our four year
- 21:41Speaker 13: old to his seven year old birthday party at his
- 21:44Speaker 13: ex wife's house. Our son said all in food was good,
- 21:47Speaker 13: way better than mine. I know I can't cook, but
- 21:51Speaker 13: I know he's just a child, but I can't let
- 21:53Speaker 13: it go.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Did he really mean it?
- 21:56Speaker 2: He meant it to his soul to day that he
- 22:00Speaker 2: don't even he fought. This food is good.
- 22:04Speaker 8: It's way better than our fo You just said, I
- 22:08Speaker 8: know I can't cook, but you thought the baby didn't.
- 22:13Speaker 2: See that that. Let me tell you something.
- 22:16Speaker 8: When the baby and when a fourio old can draw comparison,
- 22:21Speaker 8: you really can't what you've been giving this job?
- 22:28Speaker 2: Dad whole baby right there? Well, there you go. There
- 22:33Speaker 2: you have it.
- 22:33Speaker 8: Did he really mean it to the core? See that
- 22:38Speaker 8: once again you don't want to hear it though. We
- 22:41Speaker 8: just went over that with somebody on this show.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Just the denial.
- 22:51Speaker 2: It can't get no more obvious than a four year
- 22:53Speaker 2: old teller.
- 22:55Speaker 13: They are pretty honest, all right. Moving on, I think
- 23:00Speaker 13: we've had enough of that one. Moving on to Selena
- 23:03Speaker 13: and Arlington.
- 23:04Speaker 8: And the reason you want to move on because this
- 23:08Speaker 8: is about cooking and you can't believe you just get
- 23:11Speaker 8: drug into it and said she said, well, let's just
- 23:13Speaker 8: move on. Like you and a Harry Shirley can relate
- 23:16Speaker 8: to this shirley baby that came home and told her
- 23:19Speaker 8: the food at the school cafeteria is way better than.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Mama.
- 23:26Speaker 8: The food of chucky cheese is way better than the food. Hey, mama,
- 23:31Speaker 8: who we went to see uncle in the hospital. The
- 23:33Speaker 8: food in the hospital. Wow, she didn't heard all this.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Now go ahead and.
- 23:39Speaker 13: Shitty, oh, thank you, thank you. But this is from
- 23:42Speaker 13: Selena and Arlington. Selene says, my sister's husband is cheating
- 23:47Speaker 13: on her. My husband showed me the chick and she's
- 23:50Speaker 13: so darned ugly. I can't see how he does it.
- 23:53Speaker 13: My husband said that. My husband said that ugly women
- 23:56Speaker 13: don't nag you, and they're freakier in bed. Does he
- 23:59Speaker 13: have an ugly so piece too?
- 24:02Speaker 8: I don't know why husband would get in that he's
- 24:05Speaker 8: stupid because he showed know a lot of information about him. So, uh,
- 24:12Speaker 8: that wasn't the smartest.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Thing to do for her husband to say. Did she
- 24:18Speaker 1: tell me?
- 24:18Speaker 8: She sighed pieces, they don't nag you, and they way
- 24:22Speaker 8: more freaky and pay him. Well, he showed me he
- 24:24Speaker 8: had a lot of side piece of information.
- 24:26Speaker 2: That's all.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Yeah, So she has to draw her own conclusion. What
- 24:37Speaker 1: should he have said?
- 24:38Speaker 2: Oh, well, Why he in that? Why did he show
- 24:41Speaker 2: you the girl stupid?
- 24:44Speaker 1: Did she tell her that her sister?
- 24:48Speaker 2: Everybody?
- 24:49Speaker 12: All right?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Moving on to Venus in Birmingham.
- 24:52Speaker 13: Venus says, I have a secret admirer at work that
- 24:54Speaker 13: puts treats on my desk daily. I had a security
- 24:58Speaker 13: guard check the cameras and and it's the new married guy.
- 25:01Speaker 13: I wanted to stop immediately. Should I confront this guy
- 25:05Speaker 13: about it? Or send an email to human resources?
- 25:08Speaker 12: Oh?
- 25:08Speaker 2: Come on now, damn, why you want to go to
- 25:10Speaker 2: human resources?
- 25:12Speaker 1: She wants it to stop.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Now, that's what you said. All you gotta do is
- 25:15Speaker 2: just say, hey, please, I know you're married. I'm not
- 25:18Speaker 2: that type of person.
- 25:19Speaker 8: I don't want you to stop or else I'm gonna
- 25:22Speaker 8: have to report it because I feel uncomfortable. You get
- 25:24Speaker 8: to do a chance man. Hemn, she's going to HR for.
- 25:29Speaker 8: Oh I can't stay at.
- 25:31Speaker 2: HR I said, have you been down there before? Five
- 25:38Speaker 2: times a year?
- 25:39Speaker 8: And all that is about a joke out and said
- 25:41Speaker 8: in front of one of these family, I did a
- 25:44Speaker 8: joke about a certain group the other day last week,
- 25:46Speaker 8: I got in trouble for I looked at the audience.

- 26:23Speaker 13: and I'm not in the mood all the time. If
- 26:26Speaker 13: I turn away, it hurts her feelings. She doesn't get
- 26:29Speaker 13: my hints. So how can I get her to stay
- 26:31Speaker 13: on her side of the bed.
- 26:33Speaker 8: Yeah, that's roight love, buddy. Yeah, they do like they
- 26:41Speaker 8: wont to. Yep, they do like they wont to because
- 26:44Speaker 8: that's what they want. You don't give it to them,

- 27:20Speaker 13: Okay, So you see you have any hints for this
- 27:25Speaker 13: guy so he can get her on the standard out
- 27:27Speaker 13: of the bed.
- 27:28Speaker 8: Really, ain't you know if I just what you should
- 27:32Speaker 8: do when she do that? Get up in the middle

- 32:24Speaker 13: on the release date. And this story has upset a
- 32:26Speaker 13: lot of people online. This is according to an exclusive
- 32:30Speaker 13: report by The Sun. Wendy Williams's ex husband Kevin Hunter,
- 32:35Speaker 13: is demanding two years of back payments from the divorce
- 32:38Speaker 13: settlement court. Documents claim that their marital settlement agreement payments
- 32:42Speaker 13: were suddenly stopped when Wendy was placed in a guardianship
- 32:45Speaker 13: in twenty twenty two, and he wants the payments to
- 32:47Speaker 13: be resumed. According to the documents, Kevin Hunter stated that
- 32:50Speaker 13: he relies on the money for his living expenses and
- 32:54Speaker 13: not getting the money for twenty three months has greatly
- 32:57Speaker 13: affected him. Hunter stated that he's met with Wendy. He's
- 33:00Speaker 13: appointed guardian, but he still has not been paid. This
- 33:03Speaker 13: did not sit well, needless to say, with Wendy's fans
- 33:07Speaker 13: or anyone who knows how Kevin Hunter and Wendy Williams
- 33:10Speaker 13: marriage ended. Fans started bashing Hunter for having the audacity
- 33:15Speaker 13: to ask for Wendy's money, and the advised Hunter to quote,
- 33:18Speaker 13: get a job.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, get a job.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Then you have another baby.
- 33:25Speaker 3: This man had a whole family, a whole down the street,
- 33:29Speaker 3: down the street, and this woman is sick.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you were to take care of your house down
- 33:34Speaker 2: the streets.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yeah, by sick.
- 33:38Speaker 8: I just you know what, man, just as a man,
- 33:44Speaker 8: some form of compassion, yes, for just another human being,
- 33:49Speaker 8: the mother of your son.
- 33:51Speaker 7: Yes.
- 33:52Speaker 8: Look, you ain't got to move back in, you ain't
- 33:54Speaker 8: got to be in love, but just some form of compassion,
- 33:58Speaker 8: just as a man. I'm just not that way. You
- 34:02Speaker 8: would never hear me at first. I'm not asked. I'm
- 34:04Speaker 8: not begging nobody for nothing, you know, nothing at all. Nothing.
- 34:12Speaker 8: I'm not feeling to ask you for nothing. Yeah, I'm
- 34:17Speaker 8: not feeling lower myself. Mm hmm.
- 34:20Speaker 1: He says.
- 34:20Speaker 13: He relies on the money for his living expenses. And
- 34:23Speaker 13: not getting the money for almost two years has greatly
- 34:26Speaker 13: affected him.
- 34:27Speaker 2: So your ass had just sat there.
- 34:29Speaker 3: It affected her when you cheated and had a hole?
- 34:31Speaker 3: Yeah about what affected well? The woman's not doing well?
- 34:36Speaker 3: I mean, how about that? Yeah, the woman is just
- 34:39Speaker 3: not doing well? Man, Come on, I don't.
- 34:43Speaker 13: And you know there the guardianship and all of this stuff.
- 34:48Speaker 13: You know, come on, she doesn't even have access to
- 34:50Speaker 13: her own money.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I saw that. The hustle, baby, you gotta
- 34:54Speaker 2: get your hustle on, man.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Yeah, get a job in the comments.
- 34:59Speaker 2: That was his hustle.
- 35:02Speaker 1: So he feels that he's part of her success in
- 35:05Speaker 1: her career.
- 35:06Speaker 8: So I've heard that before you Oh, no doubt, no doubt.
- 35:17Speaker 8: Hey man, do you know how many people made me?
- 35:19Speaker 8: You know how many people are responsible for my success?
- 35:22Speaker 8: How many people sit up and just talk about how
- 35:26Speaker 8: they're responsible for the empire, the branding.
- 35:29Speaker 2: All of that. There's people out there claiming that about me. Man. Please. Wow.
- 35:39Speaker 8: If you have the ability to make a person, to
- 35:42Speaker 8: turn a person into a brand, to create a star,
- 35:45Speaker 8: if you have that ability, if I were you, I
- 35:50Speaker 8: would make me. I would just go make me instead
- 35:56Speaker 8: of finding somebody else turned into a start, you have that.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Ability make.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, Donald.
- 36:05Speaker 13: Donald Trump has revealed what he plans to do on

- 36:25Speaker 13: business will be to pardon all of the people that
- 36:28Speaker 13: were convicted of crimes related to the January sixth, twenty
- 36:31Speaker 13: twenty one attack on the US capital right there, right there.
- 36:37Speaker 2: He also pretty much says, yes, he thought it was consent. Yeah,
- 36:42Speaker 2: that's crazy.
- 36:43Speaker 13: Okay, there's more. He also promises to seal the US border.
- 36:47Speaker 13: On his truth social website, Trump wrote, quote, my first
- 36:51Speaker 13: acts as your next president will be to close the border,
- 36:54Speaker 13: drill baby drill, and free the January sixth hostages being
- 36:58Speaker 13: wrongly imprisoned. In response to Trump's statement his written statement,
- 37:02Speaker 13: a spokesperson for the Biden campaign said, Donald Trump has
- 37:06Speaker 13: shown he'll do whatever it takes to hold hunt to power,
- 37:09Speaker 13: including excusing and encouraging political violence.
- 37:12Speaker 8: Why would you pardon somebody who participated in a riot.
- 37:17Speaker 8: But the reason you want to partner them is because
- 37:19Speaker 8: they participated on the riot on your behalf for you, Yeah,
- 37:23Speaker 8: for you.
- 37:24Speaker 2: That's it.
- 37:25Speaker 1: So these people, they listened to what you said. They

- 37:35Speaker 3: property in their office, kill people, Capitol police officers.
- 37:40Speaker 1: In the line of duty.
- 37:44Speaker 3: Yeah, this is the decision that they made to do
- 37:47Speaker 3: and carry out. Well, that's what overthrow the government. They
- 37:51Speaker 3: agreed with you, to overthrow the government.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Yeah, and I mean it makes perfect sense to us.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Why would you do that?
- 37:57Speaker 13: But there are still people who know that this that
- 38:00Speaker 13: still will vote for him. They're absoring this, and that's
- 38:05Speaker 13: the problem.
- 38:06Speaker 1: You know, what he did.
- 38:08Speaker 8: That's the sickness of our country. That's the real that's

- 38:27Speaker 8: Native Americans to survive.
- 38:30Speaker 2: You learn how to live. They taught you how to live.
- 38:32Speaker 8: They taught you how to trap, They taught you how
- 38:34Speaker 8: to feed yourself, They taught you how to plant coin.
- 38:37Speaker 2: They taught you all this here.
- 38:38Speaker 8: Then you took them and you moved them to a reservation,
- 38:41Speaker 8: and then told them they were savages. They weren't savages.
- 38:44Speaker 8: Were they saving your ragged ass life. It's to say, man,
- 38:47Speaker 8: if you look.
- 38:48Speaker 2: At this, why came over here? I ain't nothing? The

- 39:07Speaker 11: Man.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Yes, this is all because of the backs of black people.
- 39:13Speaker 8: The moment somebody ain't like you. They don't belong here.

- 46:29Speaker 12: Man.
- 46:29Speaker 11: It was kind of expected. Uh so you know, it
- 46:33Speaker 11: wasn't something that caught us off guard. But you know,
- 46:36Speaker 11: but all in all, you know, we still grieving about
- 46:38Speaker 11: losing our loved ones. But uh, but I wanted to

- 47:13Speaker 2: Sir?
- 47:14Speaker 11: Yes, yes, yes, okay. I wanted to bring attention to you.
- 47:20Speaker 11: Do you guys customize caskets?
- 47:22Speaker 7: Yes, we do, gold plating, uh, engraving.
- 47:26Speaker 14: Uh.
- 47:26Speaker 7: We even have a new thing where we can put
- 47:29Speaker 7: the picture of the person on the outside like a
- 47:32Speaker 7: semi gloss coating a couple of hours.
- 47:35Speaker 2: Yeah, don't I don't need that on no goal or
- 47:37Speaker 2: nothing like that. Listen, listen, what I want to do.
- 47:41Speaker 11: Is it any way that you could maybe, uh customize
- 47:45Speaker 11: a casket that can accommodate three people?
- 47:50Speaker 12: Uh? Yes, like we we can.
- 47:52Speaker 7: We can customize each individual casket for each individual.
- 47:57Speaker 11: No, no, no, Calvin, I didn't want to ask. What
- 48:00Speaker 11: I'm saying is if I want to like like I said,
- 48:03Speaker 11: like I said, I could they was all close. You know,
- 48:06Speaker 11: I don't have a problem with all three of them
- 48:08Speaker 11: being in the same casket.
- 48:11Speaker 7: I get you, Uh, you know, to my knowledge is
- 48:16Speaker 7: as far as I've been in this business, I've never uh,
- 48:20Speaker 7: I'm not really sure we can actually do that.
- 48:22Speaker 2: I mean, I mean what I mean, but what's the
- 48:24Speaker 2: problem if we can get them all in there?
- 48:26Speaker 7: And well, sir, I mean I think that's a I
- 48:31Speaker 7: don't even think if for one, it's legal in this
- 48:33Speaker 7: state or any state. Uh, three people in one casket
- 48:38Speaker 7: and ethics wise, I uh, that's not really something that
- 48:44Speaker 7: can I say that we actually you.
- 48:45Speaker 11: Know, but if you customizing a casket, Calvin, then you
- 48:49Speaker 11: ought to be able to put as many people in there,
- 48:51Speaker 11: if you make it deep enough and wide enough aught
- 48:54Speaker 11: to be get three people in there.
- 48:55Speaker 7: Right, Well, the customization is is the outer side of
- 49:01Speaker 7: the casket and maybe you know some people uh even
- 49:05Speaker 7: put TV screens on the inside or some of their
- 49:07Speaker 7: their their loved ones, uh, memorable mementos.
- 49:12Speaker 14: Uh.
- 49:12Speaker 7: We customize it for that, you know, color wise.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Uh So what about when when is a person real big?
- 49:19Speaker 11: Uh? You know, a heavyset person. You know you got
- 49:21Speaker 11: to have a casket that can accommodate the right Yes,
- 49:25Speaker 11: but okay, so so you ought to be able to
- 49:27Speaker 11: put you ought to be able to put three people
- 49:29Speaker 11: in one casket if they can fit, if you put
- 49:32Speaker 11: two one way and one the other other way, and
- 49:35Speaker 11: you ought to be to have all three of them
- 49:36Speaker 11: in there at one time.
- 49:39Speaker 7: Is there anybody else around you and your family that
- 49:41Speaker 7: can help talk with me about this?
- 49:44Speaker 2: I'm talking right now.
- 49:46Speaker 11: I'm trying to get I'm trying to accommodate my clothes
- 49:48Speaker 11: and get them straight, and I'm asking you can we
- 49:51Speaker 11: get them in a casket that one casket that can
- 49:53Speaker 11: accommodate three people if you put two pillows.
- 49:56Speaker 2: On the body end.
- 49:58Speaker 7: That's not something we're really that ain't.
- 50:02Speaker 11: Just used to doing cap But I'm calling you telling
- 50:05Speaker 11: you that's the way I want this customize.

- 50:17Speaker 7: plan for three individual caskets.
- 50:22Speaker 11: We ain't got We don't have enough money for three
- 50:25Speaker 11: individual caskets. I keep telling you that we got room
- 50:29Speaker 11: for one casket. We we just need this big enough, man,
- 50:33Speaker 11: so you could get everybody in there and close the door.
- 50:35Speaker 7: I'm not good. I'm not I don't want to go

- 54:31Speaker 2: We got it for you. Here it is Strawberry letter.
- 54:34Speaker 13: Thank you Nephew's subject, I don't think my husband likes
- 54:37Speaker 13: black women. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm twenty years old, yeah,
- 54:42Speaker 13: forty years old, and married to an older man. He's
- 54:45Speaker 13: an entrepreneur and I'm in the insurance field. He's out
- 54:48Speaker 13: and about rubbing elbows with big wigs every day. At
- 54:52Speaker 13: least that's how he describes his line of work. He
- 54:54Speaker 13: dabbles in real estate and he owns a few parking
- 54:57Speaker 13: lots and he just acquired another one. When he's at home,
- 55:00Speaker 13: he's sleep or he's on his computer. We used to
- 55:04Speaker 13: cook it home together and watch movies.
- 55:06Speaker 1: That was our thing.
- 55:07Speaker 13: But over the holidays, he said that lying around watching
- 55:11Speaker 13: movies is a waste of my time and waste my
- 55:15Speaker 13: time when I could be spending the time working on myself.
- 55:18Speaker 13: He suggested that I get a hobby like playing tennis
- 55:21Speaker 13: or golfing. I rolled my eyes when he said it,
- 55:23Speaker 13: because I'm not interested in sports. He told me it
- 55:27Speaker 13: was just like a black woman to cop an attitude.
- 55:29Speaker 1: And roll my eyes.
- 55:31Speaker 13: Lately, he's made remarks about me not being driven or
- 55:34Speaker 13: having ambition. He said it's a cultural thing and black women.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Like to settle.
- 55:41Speaker 13: I've been at my job for twenty two years. I
- 55:44Speaker 13: can retire in eight years. I love what I do
- 55:47Speaker 13: and I don't want to be self deployed. Saturday, he
- 55:49Speaker 13: asked when I was getting my braids taken out and
- 55:52Speaker 13: getting a more professional hairstyle.
- 55:54Speaker 1: He said, if it's not braids, it's a weave you
- 55:57Speaker 1: and these hairstyles.
- 55:59Speaker 13: He's also said my behind is nice now, but as
- 56:02Speaker 13: I get older, I might want to start working out
- 56:04Speaker 13: so it doesn't spread. I usually ignore him, but I
- 56:08Speaker 13: went off that day and he said he expected me
- 56:11Speaker 13: to react that way because black women are so reactive.
- 56:14Speaker 13: I think he's got something against black women, or maybe
- 56:17Speaker 13: it's me. I don't feel comfortable at home anymore. Excuse me,
- 56:21Speaker 13: what is going on with him?
- 56:24Speaker 8: Wow?
- 56:27Speaker 13: You know what I say this, When a person lets
- 56:29Speaker 13: you know who they are, believe them. Okay, he's shown
- 56:32Speaker 13: you who he is and how he feels about you
- 56:35Speaker 13: and black women, and excuse me, that's who he is now.
- 56:39Speaker 13: The one thing that a person should never do is
- 56:41Speaker 13: compare their partner to someone else. And he's being so
- 56:45Speaker 13: nasty about it too, just because you're not doing what
- 56:48Speaker 13: he wants you to do and how he wants you
- 56:50Speaker 13: to do it. Now, all of a sudden, something is
- 56:52Speaker 13: wrong with you now you have an attitude or you're
- 56:55Speaker 13: an angry black woman. It's one thing to get those
- 56:59Speaker 13: type of still tereotypes from others, but not from your own,
- 57:02Speaker 13: especially your husband. Come on, you should be angry and hurt.
- 57:06Speaker 13: It's okay that you went off on him. By the
- 57:08Speaker 13: way he's talking to you now. All these comments about
- 57:11Speaker 13: it being a cultural thing and just like black women
- 57:14Speaker 13: to do this or that, and about your braids, they're mean,
- 57:17Speaker 13: they're insensitive. It sounds like he's out and about now.
- 57:20Speaker 13: Like he said, he's meeting new people, women especially, and
- 57:24Speaker 13: he's changed, as people often do in relationships, and he
- 57:28Speaker 13: thinks the grass is greener now on the other side,
- 57:30Speaker 13: just because he's out now. You say you usually ignore him,
- 57:35Speaker 13: but I say to you, don't ignore him this time.
- 57:38Speaker 2: If you think you need.
- 57:40Speaker 13: To start taking better care of yourself, handle that. Take
- 57:44Speaker 13: from it what you need and discard the rest.
- 57:47Speaker 2: But do it for you.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Do it for you, not for him.
- 57:50Speaker 8: Steve Well, I don't know how we keep dancing around
- 57:54Speaker 8: this big white elephant in this room.
- 57:56Speaker 2: But I can't.
- 57:57Speaker 8: I don't know what the hell we talking about him,
- 58:00Speaker 8: because you know, ain't nobody mentioned or racing this letter
- 58:03Speaker 8: except for the fact that you said, I don't think
- 58:06Speaker 8: my husband liked black women. Well, let's wait a minute,
- 58:09Speaker 8: where did that come from. Why would you just I
- 58:12Speaker 8: don't like my husband likes black women. Now I read
- 58:15Speaker 8: the whole letter, and you never once mentioned who your
- 58:21Speaker 8: husband was. So now what you've done for me is
- 58:25Speaker 8: you've allowed me to open up the door of speculation.
- 58:28Speaker 8: I am free to now read in to this letter
- 58:32Speaker 8: what I want to read into it and read in
- 58:34Speaker 8: between the lines.
- 58:36Speaker 2: Now, you ain't saying nothing in this letter about your
- 58:38Speaker 2: husband being black, and you did not mention that your
- 58:42Speaker 2: husband was white. Buddy got white dude wrote all over
- 58:45Speaker 2: him in this letter. Nah, you the married of white dude.
- 58:48Speaker 2: Now you can discover you don't like your black ass.
- 58:50Speaker 2: Oh here we go. I said, no, no, no, no,
- 58:53Speaker 2: share ain't no need to looking at me on your zoom.
- 58:55Speaker 2: You had your turn.
- 58:57Speaker 8: I ain't nobody gonna say nothing about this letter button me.
- 59:02Speaker 8: I'm here for it. Let's begin. I'm forty years old
- 59:06Speaker 8: and married to an older man. He's an entrepreneur. I'm
- 59:09Speaker 8: in an insurance field. He's out and about rubbing elbows
- 59:13Speaker 8: with big wigs every day. At least that's how he
- 59:15Speaker 8: describes his line of work. He dabbles in real estate.
- 59:19Speaker 8: He owns a few parking lots and just required another one.
- 59:22Speaker 8: When he's at home, he sleep on his computer. He
- 59:25Speaker 8: sleep on his computer. We used to cook it home
- 59:27Speaker 8: together and watch that was our thing. But over the holidays,
- 59:29Speaker 8: he said, lying around watching movies here we go is
- 59:33Speaker 8: a waste of time when I could be spending that
- 59:36Speaker 8: time working on myself.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Here is a husband.
- 59:41Speaker 8: You did not say how old you long you all
- 59:43Speaker 8: were married, but it's gotten to the point where something
- 59:47Speaker 8: is starting to happen. He suggested that I get a
- 59:51Speaker 8: hobby like playing tennis or golfing. That ain't a black request,
- 59:56Speaker 8: No sa nosa, Very few black men coming the house
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: and go. You need to pick up a hobby like
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: tennis or golfing. First of all, I don't want my
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: wife play golf. That's the one place I go where
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: I and get away from everybody for four five hours.
- 1:00:09Speaker 8: And I don't want her up there playing no damn golf.
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: Steve wan't my ball.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: How I do this?
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: How I swaying that, well, I need some moball, let
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: me use your club. My club's too long for you.
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: But we're not gonna do that. So he was the
- 1:00:20Speaker 8: first inkling that you could be married to a white dude.
- 1:00:25Speaker 8: He suggested that you go play tennis or golf. Now,
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: it's a lot of blacks to play tennis and golf.
- 1:00:30Speaker 8: So I don't want to make you think that lie
- 1:00:33Speaker 8: to black tennis players, good ones too, A lot of
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: good black golfers. I play golf. I'm not a good one,
- 1:00:39Speaker 8: but I play. Oh, I think I understand. In fact,
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: can I tell you what I'm thinking about?
- 1:00:47Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:00:47Speaker 13: Coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour, we'll
- 1:00:51Speaker 13: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We'll have
- 1:00:53Speaker 13: part two of this strawberry letter. The subject is, I
- 1:00:56Speaker 13: don't think my husband likes black women. Right after this,
- 1:01:00Speaker 13: you're listening hard morning show. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:01:04Speaker 13: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is, I don't
- 1:01:06Speaker 13: think my husband likes black women.
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: Now, for this woman to say this, y'all and then
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: not tell us whether her husband was black, white, Latino,
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: anything like that, It all it leaves is a letter
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: speculation so all I could do is dig into it
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: my way and read between the lines. Now they don't
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: watch TV, no more movies and cook together. So now
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: over the holidays, he told her, you could be better
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: spending your time working on yourself. Okay, so somebody's getting
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: disgruntled now where he's out dabbling and working out in
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: the field like you say, and now he's starting to
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: meet some different kind of people. I think he suggested
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: that I get a hobby like playing tennis or golfing.
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: A lot of black people play tennis, a lot of
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: people play golf. The Black Enterprise Golf and Tennis Classic
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: used to be one of my favorite events to a tend.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: I used to love going down there hanging out.
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: With them bushy as black people, I really man because
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: they was all in corporate America, everybody me. But they
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: asked me not to come back down there. One time
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: I said something that American Airlines event that didn't go
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: really real it is he is about the letter, It's
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: about the Black Enterprise Golf of Tennis Class, which was excellent, excellent, excellent,
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: brother Earl Graves.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: And his vision was outstanding for that.
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: Miss him dearly anyway. Uh, then you said, said, I'm
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: not interested in the poort. Then he said, he told
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: me it was just like a black woman, the copper
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: attitude that roll my. You should have said, oh, like
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: your mama, But then you didn't say that cause his
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: mama white. See that, I know comebacks in this letter
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: that I know snappy comebacks. That's why I'm thinking the
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: lady is thrown off because she married. She thought she
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: married a well rounded person that didn't see race or color.
- 1:02:55Speaker 8: But it's starting to show up in this letter.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: Lately.
- 1:02:57Speaker 8: He's made remarks about me not being drink and have
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: an ambition. He said, it's a cultural thing, and black
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: women like to settle. What black women you talking about, dog,
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: because that ain't who I'd have met. They some of
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: the hardest scrappers and hustlers I've ever met my life.
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: Black women, you talk about somebody can pick up the
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: ball and run with it. You talking about somebody know
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: how to hold it down, you know how someone you
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: know how, somebody know how to put it all together
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: and make it work.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: That's black women.
- 1:03:23Speaker 8: Yes, all of a sudden, his thing is it's just
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: like a black woman, copper attitude and roll away. And
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: then he said it's a cultural thing. Black women like
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: to settle. How does a cultural thing? I'm getting confused
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: in this letter. I've been on my job twenty two years.
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: I could retire in eight I love what I do
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: and I don't want to be self employed. Saturday, he
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: asked if I was getting my braids taken out and
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: getting a more professional hairstyle. Oh okay, oh, oh okay.
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: Oh you went down there and saw the little movie
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: Bobbie hunh All right, now you on long straight? Hell okay,
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: he said, if it's not braids, it's a weave you
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: and these hastyles. He's also said my behind is nice now,
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: but as I get old, I might want to start
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: working out so it don't spread. I youally ignore him,
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: but I went off that day and he said he
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: expected me to act that way because black women are
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: so reacting.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: I don't understand this letter. I just really really don't.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: I don't really give it.
- 1:04:21Speaker 12: Damn.
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: If your husband black or white, I don't like him.
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: I don't like you sitting there talking about it.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: But what should he don't you think.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: If he was white, she would have said that though, that's.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: What I think.
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: But see no, But okay, but well, no, not necessarily.
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: I would think she would say he was white, but
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: she didn't. Yeah, but then she says, I don't think
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: my husband like black women. He got a mama and
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: he married you. So I'm a little stuck on this.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: But it's something else to this letter, I really am.
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: And that's what I think.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: We don't know if we got a white letter. I
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: think he's got something against black women.
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: Or maybe it's me. See that's what makes me. I
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: think he got some against black women, or maybe it's
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: just me. I see, it just sounds like I don't
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: feel comfortable at home anymore.
- 1:05:11Speaker 12: What.
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: Yeah, that's what made me think it's white dude. Now
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: I don't feel comfortable at home anymore. Because the only
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: way this can work is one of these two things.
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: All I can gather from this letter is this right here,
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: that she's either tired he's tired of her, yes, or or.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: In his business is lying to work.
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: He's been running around meeting all types of these new people,
- 1:05:40Speaker 8: and now he said, Wow, what I got at the
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: house ain't all that after all?
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: Braid your body gonna spread.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Hell, you know, all that round.
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: But I really don't care y'all if he black or white? Right,
- 1:05:59Speaker 8: if you married the white dude not now now his
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: true colors then came out. And if you married a
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: black dude.
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: Leave him.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Why he's real Hollywood.
- 1:06:12Speaker 8: I mean, but I'm leaving the white dude or the
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: black dude. It just don't sound like this relationship. You
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: need to stay like like like your butt is okay
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: right now, but as you get older, it may spread.
- 1:06:23Speaker 13: She's right, it doesn't sound like he likes black women.
- 1:06:25Speaker 13: Black or white, it doesn't matter. It doesn't sound like
- 1:06:28Speaker 13: this man likes her anymore.
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: Or it's an anti black So all of a sudden
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: you came to this. See, I don't really know if
- 1:06:40Speaker 8: it's a black dude all white dude, but I know you.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: Don't need to be with him. Yeah, Amen, of that?
- 1:06:52Speaker 11: All right?
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: You put my butt in a box, kiss it. Don't
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: miss a corner.

- 1:08:30Speaker 10: I ain't gonna give it.
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: If Chubb, If Chubb can get healthy, he had a bad,
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: bad injury.
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: I was hoping we picked up Derrick Henry because I
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: don't know if he's gonna be able to come back
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: from that injury.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: Man, that was nast Everybody wanted Henry. Yeah, everybody want
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: to hear me. We're not getting everybody but the Titans.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: That's just let him go, carry the whole team.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: But New York gonna pay for letting go, Yeah they are.
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: And he went right over the Philly rivalry team. Giants
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: will be going nowhere to what they done.
- 1:09:07Speaker 10: Man, Giants put all the money on Daniel Jones. They
- 1:09:12Speaker 10: put all the money on Daniel Jones. It's all good though.
- 1:09:17Speaker 10: You know what in Chicago, Justin Fields could be a
- 1:09:21Speaker 10: backup this year because he has not been traded, has
- 1:09:23Speaker 10: not been dealt.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: We killed it for him.
- 1:09:25Speaker 10: Was Kirk Cousin going to the Atlanta Falcons just away
- 1:09:28Speaker 10: from him to go now so he could.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Be He ain't nowhere for him, go back.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Caleb Williams from USC hold up.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: Man, let me slow every about it down.
- 1:09:37Speaker 8: Everybody keep picking these boys out of college, and they
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: all often to come in here and do what y'all's
- 1:09:42Speaker 8: boy did in Houston. Ain't nobody deal with this boy
- 1:09:45Speaker 8: did in Houston except the boy in Houston, c J.
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: Nobody did in the NFL that whole draft where they
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: had rolls in Baker Mayfield.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: Josh Josh Allen was creaming a crop in that group. Yeah,
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: Ku in college.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: All right, Junior, all right, thank you, Junior. Coming up
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: at the top of the hour.
- 1:10:12Speaker 13: Can a man that's used to having threesomes ever be
- 1:10:16Speaker 13: happy being monogamous? That is the question for you, Steve
- 1:10:20Speaker 13: when we come back right after this.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show. This is from Sandy and Flinch.
- 1:10:29Speaker 13: Sandy says, my boyfriend and I met three years ago
- 1:10:32Speaker 13: and we had casual sex with those strings attached at first.
- 1:10:35Speaker 13: During that time, we had threesomes and I allowed him
- 1:10:38Speaker 13: to film some of our experiences. When he asked me
- 1:10:41Speaker 13: to be his girl, I put all of that in
- 1:10:43Speaker 13: the past. We've been monogamous for a full year, but
- 1:10:47Speaker 13: now he's asking to bring another woman into our bedroom.
- 1:10:50Speaker 13: He told me in the beginning that he got all
- 1:10:52Speaker 13: of the freaky lifestyle stuff out of his system. Is
- 1:10:56Speaker 13: is he a lost cause? Can he be monogamous?
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: What I would say, I wouldn't even.
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: In his head, you know, he needs some more legs,
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: and now he needs more options he got he got
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: too many free hands. He wants some stuff happening to
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: him while it's happening to you. Yeah, no, and started
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: you know, you know you went along with him. You know,
- 1:11:25Speaker 8: good luck, lady. I don't know what to tell you.
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: Bring him on in.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: So he is a lost cause you're saying, I just
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: told you what he wanted.
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: Now if you don't give it to him, he ain't
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: gonna stop wanting it. So Keisha and Ledonna can't come over. No,
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: he's no, no, he's not gonna do right, that's not
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: what he does.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: He did it for a little while. That's what she
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: told that he did for a little while with her.
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: For a whole year.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: She said with her, please stop.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: Yeah, we've been monogamous. We've been monogamous full year.
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: Do you not understand what we said? He says, you're
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: not understanding.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: I'm telling you the woman rose, He didn't went and
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: threed somewhere else, Shirley.
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: But if it ain't three people, he ain't gonna do it.
- 1:12:30Speaker 13: Now.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: He wants to bring someone else in.
- 1:12:32Speaker 13: She said, they won, all right, we have another one,
- 1:12:37Speaker 13: so you don't think there's any helpe for this guy.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Look at the film. You see here you talking about
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: this fault in the film, that's him looking at.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Him the whole year.
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: They were good. His question is.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Sure, His question is is just you?
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: He got it when he got about the bed and
- 1:13:03Speaker 8: hit the button on the camera. Did you see how
- 1:13:05Speaker 8: fast he was back.
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: In the frame?
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: Right?
- 1:13:11Speaker 13: So there's no hope for this guy. All right, we
- 1:13:14Speaker 13: have time for one more. This one's from Yushin in Dover.
- 1:13:19Speaker 13: I'm in love with another man's wife. It started out
- 1:13:22Speaker 13: as a business deal. I am thirteen years younger than
- 1:13:25Speaker 13: she is, and she was paying me for sex. I
- 1:13:29Speaker 13: ended up leaving my wife for her, but she broke
- 1:13:31Speaker 13: her promise and she's still married. If she calls, she
- 1:13:35Speaker 13: expects me to drop everything to be with her. I
- 1:13:38Speaker 13: can't date other women because she'll cut me off. I've
- 1:13:41Speaker 13: tried to leave a few times, but I get sucked
- 1:13:44Speaker 13: back in. I have a good job now, so I
- 1:13:47Speaker 13: want I want to move on with my life. Quite stop,
- 1:13:54Speaker 13: so obvious.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: I want to move in.
- 1:13:57Speaker 13: I want to move on with my life. But I
- 1:13:58Speaker 13: can't imagine never making love to her again. Will she
- 1:14:01Speaker 13: ever leave him for me?
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: Bru no, no, no, Now you learning what women learn?
- 1:14:08Speaker 8: You know, just you just gotta reverse on you. Sides
- 1:14:12Speaker 8: can't become mains.

- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Go on with your life? What you talking about? I can't.
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: She won't let me see nobody else.
- 1:14:45Speaker 7: How she know?
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: But how does she know? You seeing somebody else? Do
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: what she called?
- 1:14:56Speaker 8: You supposed to drop everything else? You've been dropping everything, Margaret.

- 1:17:23Speaker 2: knocked out?
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Okay, all right, it wasn't clear, just food.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Can't stay up and take no more pain? You got
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: knock all right?
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: When you're aroused?

- 1:17:41Speaker 1: I stopped you in mid sentence.
- 1:17:43Speaker 13: All right, when you're aroused, would you rather drool uncontrollably?
- 1:17:48Speaker 13: Drool uncontrollably or would you rather sweat all over your body?
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Which drooling sweat?
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, I do both of them. Yeah, I drooling

- 1:18:02Speaker 11: See, I'm gonna go with drool though, mm hmm, Yeah,
- 1:18:07Speaker 11: you're a slobber, sureley, Yes, yes.
- 1:18:10Speaker 9: All that.
- 1:18:11Speaker 11: He can.
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: All day, all day, had some yesterday. They were delicious, No.
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: Damn different, just as long as I'm a rouse, I
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: don't all right.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: Would you rather go barefoot everywhere? Just everywhere your barefoot? Okay?
- 1:18:33Speaker 13: Or would you rather wear Trump's gold tennis sneakers his shoes?
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: Oh, man, don't do me like that. Oh well, but
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: name here I come.
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: I'm gonna put them damn shoes on. Because I can't
- 1:18:47Speaker 8: go in no public bathroom barefoot.
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: I can't. I can't do.
- 1:18:52Speaker 9: Man.
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: I be watching people.
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: They be at the pool and there going the restrooms barefoot,
- 1:18:57Speaker 8: walk right in there and walk back.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: I can't.
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: It's because if you've been in the man's bathrooms now
- 1:19:03Speaker 8: it's nasty.
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: Man, it's I know they are. But Mann, that dog
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: find it right on the floor.
- 1:19:16Speaker 13: Remember RFK Junior on the plane walking around barefoot? Remember
- 1:19:21Speaker 13: that is he.
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: Walking around barefoot while he campaigned.
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: I didn't know he was, no, but on the plane
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: he was. And everybody was like, ew all right, okay,
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: that's today's rounded. Would you rather.
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: Going up in forty bad today?
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: Or maybe you guys just sucked how about that?
- 1:19:44Speaker 12: No?
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: No, no, no, try trying to try to take a
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: deep breath, like we ain't do that good? A questions.
- 1:19:54Speaker 8: You guys stuck today, trying to make something out of
- 1:19:59Speaker 8: nothing all the damn.
- 1:20:00Speaker 13: Time coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:20:03Speaker 13: Steve will close out the show right now.
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: Would you'd rather breathe a whole your breath?
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: You're listening to morning show? All right, guys, here we are,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: last break of the day, last break of the week. Steve,
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: what are you going.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: To leave us with today? Well, here's a deal.
- 1:20:24Speaker 8: You know, we were talking about the you all read
- 1:20:27Speaker 8: the Wendy Williams story and her ex husband wants back
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: paying money and all like this. It just got me
- 1:20:34Speaker 8: to thinking about who we are. I'm just talking to
- 1:20:38Speaker 8: me in right now. I feel really, really comfortable speaking
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: about manhood because that's what I am. I'm an expert
- 1:20:47Speaker 8: at manhood. I'm not an expert at your situation. I'm
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: not an expert at your set of circumstances. I'm not
- 1:20:55Speaker 8: an expert in your house or your marriage. I said,
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: I'm an expert at manhood. You can't tell me nothing
- 1:21:05Speaker 8: about being a man nothing. You can't teach me no
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: new principles of it. You can't tell me how ought
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: to be. I got a lock on that as do
- 1:21:18Speaker 8: millions of other men, as do millions of men who
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: are listening to me. So see, I'm not saying I'm
- 1:21:25Speaker 8: the only one. But once you're a man, and once
- 1:21:28Speaker 8: you're a full grown man, you got a lock on that,
- 1:21:31Speaker 8: because it's real simple, it's really really simple what we
- 1:21:34Speaker 8: have to do. The mistake we made was we were
- 1:21:37Speaker 8: so busy climbing the corporate letter, so busy being a
- 1:21:43Speaker 8: beneficiary of affirmative action, so busy trying to earn our keep,
- 1:21:48Speaker 8: that we forgot to teach the two generations behind us.
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: And now we have the problem that we have today.
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: And that's why I have a minering program, because I'm
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: trying to go back and catch them at an earlier
- 1:22:02Speaker 8: age to try to instill some of the principles of
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: manhood to them.
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: Do you understand this about us as men? We have
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: two major obligations when it comes to women. Two that
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: we have to do.
- 1:22:18Speaker 8: We have to provide for them and we have to
- 1:22:22Speaker 8: protect them. Those two are an absolute must. They are
- 1:22:25Speaker 8: non negotiable. You don't get off the hook from this.
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: When you have children, you have to protect them and
- 1:22:34Speaker 8: provide for them. You don't get off the hook there
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: are no exceptions. There are no exceptions to the rule.
- 1:22:40Speaker 8: There are no set of circumstances. As you could pray. Well,
- 1:22:43Speaker 8: I ran up on hard times, got it. I understand
- 1:22:46Speaker 8: that when you get off them hard times, your job
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: is to protect and provide. When you have a woman,
- 1:22:53Speaker 8: your job is to protect and provide.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: Period.
- 1:22:58Speaker 8: That's the deal. And I'm sorry, man, but you just
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: don't get away from those two things. Now, those are
- 1:23:05Speaker 8: the non negotiables.
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: Now you can have.
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: You know, you can have some you can have some
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: other qualities. That could be great. If you're a great communicator,
- 1:23:20Speaker 8: it would be great. If you were a great lover,
- 1:23:23Speaker 8: it would be great. If you were a great a caregiver.
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: It would be great if you were really really great
- 1:23:30Speaker 8: at sharing. Oh that's good, but I got news for you.
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: Two things is just not up for bargaining. Protection and
- 1:23:38Speaker 8: provision that you have to do. I don't know why
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: these young guys and got off at it. And excuse
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: me for signing old fashioned. I really don't give a
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: damn how you feel about me. I know the rules, man,
- 1:23:49Speaker 8: And because you don't know the rules, I'm not gonna
- 1:23:51Speaker 8: stop knowing the rules just because your ass has set
- 1:23:53Speaker 8: up a new set of them. You go and all
- 1:23:55Speaker 8: these women talking about what she bring to the table. Hey, man,
- 1:23:57Speaker 8: if your focus was on what you brought to the table,
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: what she brought to the table can be limited, you understand.
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: But if you find a good woman, what they gonna
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: bring to the table is so much more that you
- 1:24:08Speaker 8: can't bring. Women are one of the greatest attitudes in
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: the world. Man, I don't know where we done got
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: off thinking that we deprive all of a sudden. I
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: don't know when women done got off at giving man
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: that title. The Bible says, when a man findeth a wife,
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: he has found a good thing. Because you know why,
- 1:24:27Speaker 8: because God knew that in order for a man to
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: be all he could be, he was gonna need a her.
- 1:24:33Speaker 8: You gotta have her, man. They the real deal. They
- 1:24:37Speaker 8: the missing elements. They do things we can't do. See
- 1:24:40Speaker 8: all those two things that we're supposed to be shoe
- 1:24:42Speaker 8: ins at, protection and provision, Well that other stuff, man,
- 1:24:46Speaker 8: they got a lock on that. Nurturing, caring, giving, sharing, supporting, loyal, loving, kind, tender.
- 1:24:55Speaker 8: They remember everything. They don't forget nothing. They know everybody's birthdays,
- 1:24:59Speaker 8: They remember all of the attitudes. They take care of families.
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: They do all of that.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: Man, It comes with a good woman.
- 1:25:08Speaker 8: But you so busy man, trying to find somebody that
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: can take care of you when it's your damn job
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: to take care of her. I don't know how we
- 1:25:17Speaker 8: got away from this. I don't know how we didn't
- 1:25:20Speaker 8: teach it right. But I'm here to tell you now,
