Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is a fabulous day in America. It's verdict with
- 0:06Speaker 2: Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you, and Senator Donald Trump.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Trump to them all the Democrats, the globalists, the deep state,
- 0:15Speaker 2: the fake news, the fake polls, even the assassins, and
- 0:19Speaker 2: now we have a very different day in America.
- 0:23Speaker 3: It is an extraordinary day in America.
- 0:26Speaker 4: You and I are here at one eleven PM on Wednesday,
- 0:31Speaker 4: right after the election, and last night was simply a
- 0:35Speaker 4: spectacular night. It was an election that defied all the pundits,
- 0:40Speaker 4: that defied all the analysts, and that transforms America and
- 0:45Speaker 4: transforms the world. I'm reminded of nineteen eighty four. It's
- 0:49Speaker 4: morning in America again. It is that again. I believe
- 0:53Speaker 4: God has answered our prayers for our nation, and I
- 0:56Speaker 4: am so grateful Donald Trump has been re elected president
- 1:01Speaker 4: in what has to be the most remarkable comeback in
- 1:04Speaker 4: political history. I'm also very, very grateful that Republicans have
- 1:11Speaker 4: taken a majority of the Senate and we've got a
- 1:12Speaker 4: real chance at it being a sizable majority in the Senate.
- 1:16Speaker 4: That included me getting re elected, which didn't suck at all.
- 1:20Speaker 4: And we'll talk about that as well, and it looks
- 1:25Speaker 4: like we've got a real shot at Republicans holding the house.
- 1:28Speaker 4: That is the one that is not clear and determined
- 1:31Speaker 4: right now, but hopefully we will hold the house as well.
- 1:34Speaker 4: That'll make a big, big difference if we do. It
- 1:37Speaker 4: is an incredible day.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is. And we get to finally talk
- 1:43Speaker 2: about your race. I'll explain that in a moment. Let
- 1:46Speaker 2: me tell you about chalk real quick. If you're a
- 1:48Speaker 2: guy and you are sick and tired of feeling tired,
- 1:52Speaker 2: maybe you want to work out, Maybe you just feel
- 1:54Speaker 2: like you're fatigued all the time, Well, guess what, you're
- 1:57Speaker 2: not alone. A little over a year ago, I ended
- 2:00Speaker 2: up getting a lot of blood work done and I said,
- 2:02Speaker 2: all right, I gotta get in shape. Had I had
- 2:04Speaker 2: my cholesterol that was too high, I felt fatigued, I
- 2:07Speaker 2: felt tired all the time. And that is when I
- 2:10Speaker 2: got the Chalk male Vitality Stack. Now since I started,
- 2:15Speaker 2: I am down over seventy pounds. Not only am my
- 2:18Speaker 2: sleeping better, I have so much more energy. Because men's
- 2:21Speaker 2: testosterrum levels are off a cliff historically at an all
- 2:24Speaker 2: time low, and that is where chalk comes in.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Choq.
- 2:29Speaker 2: They are helping real American men, just like you, take
- 2:32Speaker 2: back your right to proudly maximize your masculinity by boosting
- 2:36Speaker 2: testosterum levels up to twenty percent over ninety days. Now,
- 2:41Speaker 2: if you've never tried chalk, I want you to save
- 2:44Speaker 2: money and I want you to try it. And if
- 2:45Speaker 2: you'll want, if you're tired of feeling sick and tired,
- 2:48Speaker 2: then get chalk right now. It has game changing effects
- 2:53Speaker 2: on your energy, on your focus, and your mood. So

- 3:09Speaker 2: on any subscription, limited time offer subscriptions, or cancible at
- 3:13Speaker 2: any time center. There's just one headline that I do
- 3:18Speaker 2: have to start with because this is just such a
- 3:20Speaker 2: fun one for me. And we can explain why we
- 3:23Speaker 2: haven't actually talked about your race on Verdict, because everywhere
- 3:27Speaker 2: I go people are like, why are you guys not
- 3:28Speaker 2: talking about this race against Alrid And I can explain
- 3:31Speaker 2: it in person.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I couldn't talk about on the show.
- 3:33Speaker 2: You couldn't either, But let's just put in perspective here,
- 3:38Speaker 2: Republicans were closer to flipping New York than Democrats were
- 3:44Speaker 2: to flipping Texas. Even though the entire Democratic machine came
- 3:48Speaker 2: after you and tried to unseat you. That didn't work.
- 3:52Speaker 2: What was a massive victory for you last night? Almost
- 3:54Speaker 2: a ten point victory, congratulations, a million vote difference between
- 3:58Speaker 2: you and your opponent. So let's just tell people for
- 4:00Speaker 2: a second here why this is something we haven't talked
- 4:03Speaker 2: about here.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Look, we had an incredible victory at my race last night.
- 4:08Speaker 4: You and I were both at the victory party past
- 4:10Speaker 4: three in the morning. It was a remarkable outcome. And
- 4:14Speaker 4: regular listeners of the podcast, you guys have noticed that
- 4:17Speaker 4: a word I have never once said on this podcast
- 4:22Speaker 4: is all read. I've never mentioned Colin allredd. I've never
- 4:24Speaker 4: talked about my race even once. We have talked about issues.
- 4:28Speaker 4: We talk about issues a lot. We have talked about
- 4:31Speaker 4: the presidential race, we've talked about Senate races, we've talked
- 4:34Speaker 4: about other races, but we have never talked about my race.
- 4:36Speaker 4: And that was because if we had talked about my
- 4:40Speaker 4: race on this podcast, it would have prompted complaints to
- 4:43Speaker 4: the FEC. I don't think they would have succeeded, but
- 4:45Speaker 4: it would have prompted complaints, and we decided that we
- 4:47Speaker 4: didn't want to unnecessarily give a basis for a complaint,
- 4:52Speaker 4: and so we just didn't talk about the race at all.
- 4:53Speaker 4: I got to say it was mildly schizophrenic, however, because
- 4:57Speaker 4: I'd go and do any other interview, I'd go on
- 4:59Speaker 4: Fox News, I'd go on talk radio, I'd go do
- 5:02Speaker 4: something else, I'd go on on a different show, and
- 5:05Speaker 4: I talk about a race all the time because I
- 5:07Speaker 4: was in the middle of the race.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you'd get to go on my show and
- 5:10Speaker 2: we could talk about it, but not on Verdict.
- 5:12Speaker 4: And I know our listeners found that odd, and it
- 5:15Speaker 4: was just it was avoiding in any potential legal peril.
- 5:19Speaker 4: We just didn't talk about it. But now that it's over,
- 5:21Speaker 4: the race is done. And wow, what a night we
- 5:25Speaker 4: had last night. As you noted, we won by nearly
- 5:29Speaker 4: ten points, we won by a million votes. I mean,
- 5:33Speaker 4: it was an extraordinary victory. It was a victory across
- 5:37Speaker 4: the board. And one of the one of the amazing,
- 5:42Speaker 4: amazing outcomes was what happened in South Texas and what
- 5:48Speaker 4: happened with Hispanics and and NBC News is reporting that
- 5:53Speaker 4: I won Hispanics statewide by six points.
- 5:57Speaker 3: That is a big, big deal.
- 6:00Speaker 4: You want to talk about a transformation, and we saw
- 6:03Speaker 4: South Texas counties and a region of the state that
- 6:08Speaker 4: has been bright blue for one hundred years is rapidly,
- 6:13Speaker 4: rapidly turning red. We had major victories throughout South Texas.
- 6:18Speaker 4: To win Hispanic statewide by six points is transformation. And
- 6:24Speaker 4: I believe what we did in South Texas with this election,
- 6:28Speaker 4: and what Donald Trump did in South Texas with this election,
- 6:31Speaker 4: I think is generationally transformative. And in fact, my prediction
- 6:35Speaker 4: is in the next year we will see many, many
- 6:40Speaker 4: elected South Texas Democrats switching parties, leaving their party and
- 6:44Speaker 4: joining the Republican Party. And I think once it starts,
- 6:47Speaker 4: it's not going to be one or two, It's going
- 6:49Speaker 4: to be an avalanche. I think they're all looking around
- 6:52Speaker 4: and you hear these conversations down in the valley, wait,
- 6:56Speaker 4: are we all Republicans now?
- 6:59Speaker 3: And it is.
- 6:59Speaker 4: It's a big, big deal for Texas, and it's a
- 7:02Speaker 4: big deal nationally.
- 7:04Speaker 1: It's nationally as well.
- 7:06Speaker 2: And I want to go back to something that happened
- 7:09Speaker 2: and it goes back to what we've talked about here.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Why Donald Trump.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Won last night, why you won last night, came down
- 7:16Speaker 2: to the basic issues, which is, it's the economy stupid,
- 7:20Speaker 2: It is safety. It is about saying yet for our
- 7:24Speaker 2: kids instead of having to say no, whether that's when
- 7:26Speaker 2: you go to the grocery store or if they want
- 7:28Speaker 2: to go outside in front of your house and play.
- 7:31Speaker 2: These are the basic issues. And the elitists in the
- 7:33Speaker 2: media and the Harris campaign refused to stop dictating to
- 7:38Speaker 2: Americans and actually listen to Americans. And you went all
- 7:42Speaker 2: over the state and we listened to voters, and what
- 7:46Speaker 2: their concerns were was, I don't feel like I'm secure.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I don't feel like that we're heading the right direction.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I don't feel like my kids are safe. I don't
- 7:55Speaker 2: feel like my grandparents or my parents are safe. And
- 7:58Speaker 2: I want to live in a society where I can
- 8:01Speaker 2: say yes to my kids at the grocery store, yes
- 8:04Speaker 2: to going to events, yes to having that birthday party,
- 8:07Speaker 2: instead of saying no, no, no, all the way. And
- 8:10Speaker 2: as Fox News described it, they said the most important
- 8:13Speaker 2: issue facing the country with exit poll data was the economy.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Thirty nine percent that was economy. Twenty percent then said
- 8:23Speaker 2: it was immigration, which also deals with fentanyl and deals
- 8:26Speaker 2: with the crime. Here's how they described it.
- 8:28Speaker 5: Ecose voter analysis could tell the story of this night
- 8:32Speaker 5: and tell the story of the election. Just a reminder,
- 8:34Speaker 5: different than exit polls. We ask voters over one hundred
- 8:38Speaker 5: and twenty thousand of them all over the country, all
- 8:41Speaker 5: fifty states, leading up to and on election day, different
- 8:45Speaker 5: from exit polls, and right now I can start to
- 8:47Speaker 5: begin to give you our key findings and takeaways from
- 8:51Speaker 5: what we ask voters. This is really to give you
- 8:53Speaker 5: an idea of not only how they voted, but why
- 8:56Speaker 5: early in the evening. We can't reveal how they broke
- 8:59Speaker 5: down to the candidates, but we can reveal how they're feeling.
- 9:02Speaker 5: We asked about the direction of the country. This number
- 9:05Speaker 5: is key those who feel like the country right now
- 9:08Speaker 5: is moving in the wrong direction seven out of ten
- 9:11Speaker 5: American voters. This is ten points higher than it was
- 9:15Speaker 5: in twenty twenty, just four years ago. If you were
- 9:18Speaker 5: to break this down also new technology, our heat map.
- 9:21Speaker 5: You can see some of those darker areas on the
- 9:24Speaker 5: heat map, especially those sun Belt states. This is where
- 9:26Speaker 5: they don't like how the country is heading or where
- 9:30Speaker 5: it's heading, and that could be very revealing as we
- 9:32Speaker 5: continue to watch the election results throughout the night. Another
- 9:36Speaker 5: top finding, we know the economy has been key, and
- 9:39Speaker 5: Americans just haven't been feeling good about their finances. We
- 9:43Speaker 5: asked about their famili's financial situation, and look at this.
- 9:47Speaker 5: While thirteen percent say they're getting ahead, six percent holding steady,
- 9:52Speaker 5: thirty one percent of respondents said they feel like they're
- 9:55Speaker 5: falling behind. That's more than three to ten voters also perspective,
- 10:00Speaker 5: that's thirteen points worse than it was just four years
- 10:03Speaker 5: ago when it was at eighteen percent.
- 10:06Speaker 2: You listen to that center and it's the economy, stupid,
- 10:09Speaker 2: That is what mattered. And the Democrats did not listen
- 10:12Speaker 2: to the American people.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Well, it was certainly the economy, but more broadly, it
- 10:17Speaker 4: was also it was the border, it was inflation, it
- 10:21Speaker 4: was safety and crime, and it was chaos. I mean, listen,
- 10:25Speaker 4: the Biden Harris record is a train wreck. Everything they've done.
- 10:31Speaker 4: There's a reason Kamalin ever talked about anything they've done.
- 10:33Speaker 4: She ran as the change candidate because she sures that
- 10:36Speaker 4: couldn't run on her record. And you know what, the
- 10:38Speaker 4: American people said, to hell with that, we want change.
- 10:41Speaker 4: As you just played seven and ten Americans said, we
- 10:44Speaker 4: want to change the path we're on. Well, we just did.
- 10:47Speaker 4: And you look at the results of Trump's win the
- 10:52Speaker 4: seven swing states. As we sit here today at now
- 10:55Speaker 4: one twenty two pm, Trump has won five of those
- 11:00Speaker 4: seven swing states. He won North Carolina, he flipped Georgia.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Georgia went for Biden. This time it went for Trump.
- 11:07Speaker 4: He flipped Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania went for Biden. This time it
- 11:10Speaker 4: went for Trump. He flipped Wisconsin. It had previously gone
- 11:14Speaker 4: for Biden. This time it went for Trump. And he
- 11:17Speaker 4: flipped Michigan. Previously it went for Biden, this time it
- 11:21Speaker 4: went for Trump. And right now Trump is leading in Arizona, Nevada,
- 11:25Speaker 4: the other two so they haven't called those states yet,
- 11:28Speaker 4: but there's a very real possibility that Trump will win
- 11:31Speaker 4: seven out of seven swing states, winning everywhere. The current
- 11:36Speaker 4: count is he has two hundred and ninety one electoral votes,
- 11:39Speaker 4: He only needs two seventy to win. Kamala Harris has
- 11:41Speaker 4: two hundred and twenty three. And I'll tell you every
- 11:44Speaker 4: bit is astonishing and powerful and transformational. Is Trump won
- 11:50Speaker 4: the popular vote as of the current count by nearly
- 11:54Speaker 4: five million votes. The current the current count according to
- 11:57Speaker 4: CNN is seventy one million, eight hundred and eighty three,
- 12:00Speaker 4: seven hundred and ninety five votes for Trump and sixty
- 12:03Speaker 4: seven million, six eight hundred and sixty four votes for Kamala.
- 12:07Speaker 4: That is fifty point nine percent compared to forty seven
- 12:10Speaker 4: point four percent. That is historic, a big, big transformation
- 12:16Speaker 4: and and and it is. It is changing America. The
- 12:21Speaker 4: stock market is exploding, going crazy. Bitcoin is soaring like
- 12:26Speaker 4: people are jubilant, and it is changing the world.
- 12:30Speaker 2: And the reason why they're jubei one is because they
- 12:32Speaker 2: understand now what's coming back. No one is in Uncertainty
- 12:37Speaker 2: is what causes markets to have instability.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Everyone not just and also crazy ass socialists destroying your
- 12:45Speaker 4: company's taxing you out of existence, putting in crushing regulations
- 12:49Speaker 4: that destroy your ability to make a profit.
- 12:51Speaker 3: All of that hurts too.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yeah, but you look at where we are.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I don't know if we've ever had this moment before
- 12:57Speaker 2: where it is so crystal clear the agenda of Donald
- 13:00Speaker 2: Trump that is going to be brought to Washington, d C.
- 13:04Speaker 2: There is a clear mandate to drain the swamp. There's
- 13:06Speaker 2: a clear mandate to change the way government works. There's
- 13:08Speaker 2: a clear mandate to work with Congress on securing the border.
- 13:12Speaker 2: There's a clear mandate in the Senate that looks like
- 13:14Speaker 2: there's gonna be a clear mandate in the House. And
- 13:16Speaker 2: there's a mandate that obviously investors are responding to. There's
- 13:21Speaker 2: also a clear mandate that's coming to the border and
- 13:25Speaker 2: other countries and the Middle East and oil and gas
- 13:28Speaker 2: and all of these things. And that's the reason why
- 13:31Speaker 2: I think you're seeing these massive games on Wall Street
- 13:33Speaker 2: is there's just a moment today where Americans took a
- 13:36Speaker 2: deep breath, they went out and they voted, They declared
- 13:39Speaker 2: what they wanted. Damn be the media and their lack
- 13:42Speaker 2: of influence and trying to lie to you, trying to
- 13:45Speaker 2: take out Trump. As we mentioned in the beginning, there
- 13:47Speaker 2: is a mandate now to go back to what this
- 13:51Speaker 2: country looked like in twenty sixteen when Donald Trump went
- 13:53Speaker 2: in the White House. Except this time it's even more
- 13:55Speaker 2: clear what he's going to.
- 13:56Speaker 4: Do well, and we're going to see a number of
- 13:59Speaker 4: big changes early on. The biggest thing that we will
- 14:02Speaker 4: see immediately is the border. And I have said this before,
- 14:06Speaker 4: but I'm going to say it again. We will secure
- 14:08Speaker 4: the border, and it's going to be fast. It's not
- 14:11Speaker 4: going to take a year, and I don't think it's
- 14:12Speaker 4: going to take six months. I think we will do
- 14:14Speaker 4: it in January and February. The reason I say that
- 14:18Speaker 4: is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did all this
- 14:20Speaker 4: damage through unilateral executive action, which means Trump can undo
- 14:26Speaker 4: it through unilateral executive action. And the most important determinant
- 14:30Speaker 4: is what happens when you arrest an illegal immigrant, and
- 14:34Speaker 4: if you put them on a plane and you fly
- 14:35Speaker 4: them home, the numbers plummet, and they plummet immediately. And
- 14:38Speaker 4: on January twentieth, that's going to happen. And in fact,
- 14:41Speaker 4: I think we're going to see the numbers. We may
- 14:42Speaker 4: see the numbers fall even before Trump is sworn in,
- 14:45Speaker 4: although there might there might also be a surge in
- 14:49Speaker 4: November and December. I am worried that we'll see a
- 14:52Speaker 4: surge of illegals trying to rush across the border right
- 14:54Speaker 4: before Trump gets here. But as soon as Trump is
- 14:57Speaker 4: in office, we are going to see the border be secured.
- 15:00Speaker 4: You were at our election night party last night, we
- 15:04Speaker 4: had a packed house, we had north of a thousand people,
- 15:08Speaker 4: their incredible energy. In the middle of my victory speech,
- 15:12Speaker 4: the crowd began channing build the wall, Build the wall,
- 15:15Speaker 4: to which I responded, we will.
- 15:17Speaker 3: We are going to do that.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Now, whether Congress goes along is a different question, because
- 15:21Speaker 4: the Democrats are still going to have enough votes in
- 15:25Speaker 4: the Senate to filibuster legislation. And it will be interesting
- 15:29Speaker 4: to see if congressional Democrats have learned anything from this
- 15:35Speaker 4: ass kicking. Let's be clear, that's what this election was,
- 15:38Speaker 4: was an ass kicking across the board. And I'll be
- 15:43Speaker 4: very curious next week I'll be in in DC. I'll
- 15:46Speaker 4: see my colleagues. I'll be very curious if any Democrats
- 15:50Speaker 4: are looking around going maybe being wild eyed leftist communist America,
- 15:56Speaker 4: hating lunatics is not a path to victory. And I
- 15:59Speaker 4: don't know if they'll say that or not. They might
- 16:00Speaker 4: double down and you know, you know, start, you know,
- 16:06Speaker 4: dig it even harder. I don't know that they do
- 16:09Speaker 4: hate Trump's guts, so they're probably just losing their minds
- 16:12Speaker 4: right now.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Well, they're losing their minds on social media. And by
- 16:16Speaker 2: the way, didn't the Democrats want to get rid of
- 16:17Speaker 2: the filibuster. Can we go back to that just for
- 16:19Speaker 2: a second.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Oh, they absolutely did. Now they all love it.
- 16:22Speaker 4: And now I will say, let's not take for granted
- 16:27Speaker 4: that we know the outcome in the House, and that
- 16:30Speaker 4: right now is the most consequential question that is outstanding.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Ben It is a big, big difference whether Republicans whether
- 16:39Speaker 4: we keep the majority in the House or we lose it.
- 16:42Speaker 4: And the House is still very much in the balance.
- 16:44Speaker 4: It could go either way. Mike Johnson, the Speaker, is
- 16:47Speaker 4: saying that he thinks that will hold on to the House,
- 16:50Speaker 4: that the votes are there, but there's still a bunch
- 16:51Speaker 4: of races that are outstanding. We don't know right now.
- 16:54Speaker 4: And let me tell you why it's such a big deal.
- 16:57Speaker 4: Let's say the Democrats take a majority of the House
- 17:00Speaker 4: by one vote. I don't want that to be the case,
- 17:02Speaker 4: but if that happens, it decreases by a factor of
- 17:07Speaker 4: one hundred what we can accomplish in the next two years.
- 17:11Speaker 4: And here is why. Because I mentioned securing the border.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Trump can do that unilaterally. We'll also see big national
- 17:19Speaker 4: security victories. I think we will see in the next year.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Both of the wars come to an end. I think
- 17:23Speaker 4: the Ukraine War will come to an end. Russia will
- 17:26Speaker 4: suffer a loss, There'll be some negotiated outcome that is
- 17:29Speaker 4: a loss for Russia, but it will end. And I
- 17:32Speaker 4: believe the war in Israel will end as well, and
- 17:35Speaker 4: Israel will defeat Hamas as a result of that. All
- 17:37Speaker 4: of that Trump can do essentially unilaterally as commander in chief. However,
- 17:44Speaker 4: for legislation to pass, you got to get it through
- 17:47Speaker 4: the House and Senate. And the big kahuna is the
- 17:52Speaker 4: twenty seventeen tax cuts that are expiring. Most of them
- 17:54Speaker 4: are expiring next year. If we have both the House
- 17:57Speaker 4: and Senate, we will be able to take up what
- 17:59Speaker 4: is called budget reconciliation. Budget reconciliation, the most important thing
- 18:04Speaker 4: about that is it is an avenue around the filibuster.
- 18:07Speaker 4: So it is a way that we can pass budget
- 18:11Speaker 4: and tax and economic legislation without the Democrats being able
- 18:16Speaker 4: to stop it. And so if we have the House,
- 18:19Speaker 4: we'll do a budget reconciliation. We will extend the tax cuts.
- 18:23Speaker 4: I think we'll make them bigger and bolder. And beyond that,
- 18:27Speaker 4: I think we will see serious reg reforms. I think
- 18:30Speaker 4: we will see advances on energy. I think budget reconciliation
- 18:35Speaker 4: opens a lot of legislative victories if we can do it.
- 18:39Speaker 4: If the Democrats have the House, even by one vote,
- 18:43Speaker 4: they'll refuse to do reconciliation, and so it will mean, look,
- 18:48Speaker 4: we'll have to negotiate something on the tax cuts, but
- 18:51Speaker 4: they become the economic policy becomes massively less good. If
- 18:58Speaker 4: the Democrats have the House. I am hopeful that we
- 19:01Speaker 4: have it, and I hope we actually have a decent
- 19:03Speaker 4: majority in the House, although I think that's probably unlikely.
- 19:05Speaker 3: I think it is.
- 19:06Speaker 4: If we have a majority, I think it is likely
- 19:08Speaker 4: that it's going to be an excruciatingly small majority in
- 19:11Speaker 4: the House. So that'll be frustrating and have its own challenges,
- 19:14Speaker 4: But it is a binary flip of the switch. If
- 19:17Speaker 4: the Democrats have the House, our ability to legislate grinds
- 19:23Speaker 4: to a halt.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 19:27Speaker 2: If you are a conservative and you love winning, well,
- 19:29Speaker 2: now it's time to really make sure you're giving your
- 19:32Speaker 2: money to comans that stand with your values.
- 19:35Speaker 1: And one bill you have every.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Month you may not realize just what it's costing you,
- 19:39Speaker 2: and that's your cell phone bill. Because big Mobile gives
- 19:42Speaker 2: big donations and they will not stop to democratic causes
- 19:47Speaker 2: candidates and organizations, including organizations that pay for abortions. This
- 19:53Speaker 2: is why I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 19:57Speaker 2: I've been with Patriot Mobile as a user now for
- 20:00Speaker 2: a long time. I get unbelievable service, a coverage guarantee
- 20:05Speaker 2: with them, and I get rid of the woke agenda
- 20:08Speaker 2: of the left. Now here's the best part about being
- 20:10Speaker 2: with Patriot Mobile. They take about five percent of your
- 20:13Speaker 2: bill every month at no extra cost to you, and
- 20:17Speaker 2: they give it back to conservative causes, candidates and organizations
- 20:23Speaker 2: that fight for our First and our Second Amendment rights.
- 20:26Speaker 2: They fight for the sanctity of life. They fight and
- 20:29Speaker 2: stand with our military, our first responders, and our wounded
- 20:32Speaker 2: warrior heroes. The other thing about Patriot Mobile is they
- 20:36Speaker 2: can save you money. Switching has never been easier with
- 20:39Speaker 2: technology in twenty twenty four because they all every company

- 20:49Speaker 2: difference with every phone call you make. Go to Patriotmobile

- 21:12Speaker 2: Patriotmobile dot com slash Verdict or nine to seven to
- 21:15Speaker 2: two Patriot and use that promo code vertict for free
- 21:18Speaker 2: month of service today. Senator, Let's also just talk about
- 21:24Speaker 2: I think the silent majority was sick and tired of
- 21:28Speaker 2: being dictated to and yelled at and called hitler and
- 21:31Speaker 2: called garbage.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I think that played into this race.
- 21:35Speaker 2: For the first time a Republican has won the popular
- 21:38Speaker 2: vote in two decades, twenty plus years. If that doesn't
- 21:42Speaker 2: feel like vindication, I don't know what is. But this
- 21:45Speaker 2: was a moment where Americans stood up to the media.
- 21:48Speaker 2: They stood up to the Taylor Swifts and the Beyonces,
- 21:52Speaker 2: the and the George Cloones of the world and all
- 21:55Speaker 2: these radicals in the media and said no, no, no, I'm
- 21:58Speaker 2: not going to be quiet. I'm not going to be
- 21:59Speaker 2: told of them a racists or bigot because I stand
- 22:01Speaker 2: up for my traditional values and.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You're not going to bully me anymore. This is massive.
- 22:08Speaker 4: I think You're exactly right. It turns out it is
- 22:10Speaker 4: a bad electoral strategy to insult and condescend and treat
- 22:16Speaker 4: the voters like crap. And that's what the Democrats look
- 22:19Speaker 4: In the last two weeks, you had Kamala Harris launch
- 22:22Speaker 4: their strategy of calling Donald Trump hitler. You then had
- 22:26Speaker 4: Joe Biden calling half of America pieces of garbage, and
- 22:30Speaker 4: you then had Mark Cuban on behalf of Kamala Harris,
- 22:33Speaker 4: her top surrogate, go out and insult women and say
- 22:37Speaker 4: there are no smart and strong women voting for Donald Trump.
- 22:40Speaker 3: That combination.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Look, I got to tell you, I've run on a
- 22:45Speaker 4: lot of elections. I've never found that insulting the voters
- 22:48Speaker 4: is a smart electoral strategy. And it was a little
- 22:51Speaker 4: bizarre to see the Democrats go all in on that.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it didn't work and it was a failure. There.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Let's talk about what happened in the Senate, because I
- 23:02Speaker 2: think this goes back to how important it was with
- 23:04Speaker 2: your race and the fact that you were able to
- 23:06Speaker 2: win by such a large margin over already there was
- 23:09Speaker 2: an incredible amount of money. We didn't get talk about
- 23:11Speaker 2: this on Verdicts. As we mentioned earlier, but there was
- 23:13Speaker 2: an incredible amount of money and Chuck Schumer, you were
- 23:16Speaker 2: his number one target. They came after you. They basically
- 23:20Speaker 2: kind of pulled away from this race a little bit
- 23:22Speaker 2: financially after you just wiped him during the debate. Congratulations
- 23:26Speaker 2: on that something we didn't get to talk about on
- 23:28Speaker 2: the show. But if people are boring, they're junkies like
- 23:31Speaker 2: I am, and you want to watch one hell of
- 23:32Speaker 2: a debate, go watch Center Cruise and they all read debate.
- 23:35Speaker 2: It was unbelievable and that shifted the race financially. But
- 23:39Speaker 2: the amount of money that came in from outside to
- 23:42Speaker 2: try to turn Texas into a liberal state. But at
- 23:46Speaker 2: the end of the day, Republicans are closer to flipping
- 23:49Speaker 2: New York in Texas, and that is a data point
- 23:53Speaker 2: as well that I think you got to look at.
- 23:55Speaker 4: Yeah, no, no, that's exactly right. I will say the debate.
- 23:58Speaker 4: The debate was ridiculous fun. I loved that debate. I
- 24:02Speaker 4: had a lot of fun doing it, and I think
- 24:04Speaker 4: it went well.
- 24:07Speaker 3: I will look this race.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer was explicit that I was his number one
- 24:12Speaker 4: target in the country, and they flooded cash into the
- 24:17Speaker 4: state of Texas. This race was the single most expensive
- 24:21Speaker 4: Senate race in the entire country. It will end up
- 24:24Speaker 4: being nearly a quarter billion dollars. Nearly two hundred and
- 24:28Speaker 4: fifty million dollars will have been spent on both sides
- 24:32Speaker 4: in this race. That ain't cheap. Schumer poured well over
- 24:38Speaker 4: one hundred million into the race. And I got to
- 24:41Speaker 4: say one of my more fun things that I enjoyed
- 24:43Speaker 4: doing last night at the election night speech, as I
- 24:47Speaker 4: took the opportunity to thank Schumer, I said, thanks, Chuck,
- 24:51Speaker 4: we may have won a couple more Senate seats tonight
- 24:53Speaker 4: because you wasted so much money in the state of Texas.
- 24:56Speaker 4: So I appreciate that, and it I gotta say, I
- 25:01Speaker 4: guarantee you there's some Democrats who are second guessing that,
- 25:04Speaker 4: who are questioning did that make any sense just to
- 25:06Speaker 4: pour the money into Texas and lose the states they lost.
- 25:12Speaker 2: You talk about the Senate agenda moving forward. Obviously the
- 25:15Speaker 2: border is going to be something very quick. But there
- 25:17Speaker 2: are some new ideas that have come out of this
- 25:19Speaker 2: Trump campaign that connected with voters. A great example is
- 25:23Speaker 2: Elon Musk and Trump talking about, hey, retired people should
- 25:26Speaker 2: be completely tax exempt they've already paid their taxes. We
- 25:29Speaker 2: need to stop taxing social Security benefits, some of these
- 25:33Speaker 2: common sense things. What are the chances that some of
- 25:37Speaker 2: these ideas that connected with the American people. No taxes
- 25:39Speaker 2: on tips is another example, will turn into a reality
- 25:44Speaker 2: if we have the House and Senate or is that
- 25:46Speaker 2: still going to be a really tough thing to get done.
- 25:49Speaker 4: Look, if we have the House, I think we'll get
- 25:51Speaker 4: it done. No taxes on tips. I'm the author of
- 25:54Speaker 4: that legislation in the Senate. When I introduced it, it
- 25:57Speaker 4: was interesting. It's bipartisan legislation. Both of the Democrat senators
- 26:02Speaker 4: from Nevada joined almost immediately. They told me twenty five
- 26:05Speaker 4: percent of the workers in Nevada are tipped workers, and
- 26:08Speaker 4: so they jumped on immediately. If we have the House,
- 26:14Speaker 4: I think it will be part of the tax cuts,
- 26:16Speaker 4: no taxes on tips. I also think we'll get it done.
- 26:19Speaker 4: No taxes on Social Security. That is a little bit
- 26:22Speaker 4: harder to do because in terms of the budgetary cost
- 26:24Speaker 4: it's not cheap, and so the negotiations back and forth
- 26:28Speaker 4: that there'll be some bumps on that. But the President
- 26:31Speaker 4: is pushing for it. I'm strongly in favor of it.
- 26:33Speaker 4: I think we'll get it done as part of the
- 26:34Speaker 4: tax cuts. Both of those are big, big, important policy ideas.
- 26:40Speaker 4: And listen, in terms of the Senate, let's break down
- 26:42Speaker 4: where we stand on the Senate right now. So we
- 26:44Speaker 4: went into last night with the Democrats having a fifty
- 26:47Speaker 4: one to forty nine majority. As of right now, Republicans
- 26:52Speaker 4: have fifty two. So we have three pickups that are clear.
- 26:56Speaker 4: One of them is West Virginia. We knew that was
- 26:58Speaker 4: one hundred percent, and so Jim Justice, the governor, is
- 27:02Speaker 4: going to now be the Senator. He's going to replace
- 27:04Speaker 4: Joe Manchin. The Democrats basically conceded West Virginia once Joe
- 27:08Speaker 4: Manchin wasn't running. There wasn't a Democrat alive who could
- 27:11Speaker 4: win West Virginia. They conceded that. The two others that
- 27:14Speaker 4: we have won are Montana and Ohio. Montana was John Tester.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Montana is a bright red state and Tim Sheeh just
- 27:22Speaker 4: just beat Tester. That's a victory we thought was quite
- 27:25Speaker 4: likely and it happened. Montana is too red a state
- 27:31Speaker 4: to be represented by a Democrat. Ohio, likewise, Sharett Brown
- 27:35Speaker 4: was beaten by Bernie Moreno last night. That's a great victory.
- 27:39Speaker 4: That was a hard fought victory. I'll tell you Shared
- 27:43Speaker 4: Brown and John Tester two the very best politicians in
- 27:46Speaker 4: the country. You don't get elected counter to the way
- 27:50Speaker 4: your state generally votes unless you're really really talented. And
- 27:54Speaker 4: you know, John Tester with a flat top haircut, Nate Figures,
- 27:58Speaker 4: he seemed like a big old fat mine tan of
- 28:00Speaker 4: rancher that just was a regular guy, and it got
- 28:02Speaker 4: them elected even when Trump was carrying the state and
- 28:05Speaker 4: Republicans were carrying the state in past years. SAME's true
- 28:08Speaker 4: in Ohio where Shared Brown seemed like just a regular
- 28:12Speaker 4: guy at the Union Hall, and there were voters in
- 28:15Speaker 4: Ohio that were voting Donald Trump Shared Brown. Now, both
- 28:19Speaker 4: Brown and Tester vote like communists. They vote like like
- 28:22Speaker 4: like Chuck Schumer, but they're very good character actors, and
- 28:26Speaker 4: when they're back at home they pretended not to. Those
- 28:29Speaker 4: two victories ensure that we have the majority in the Senate.
- 28:34Speaker 4: And then on top of that, right now we have
- 28:37Speaker 4: four other possibilities. We had one hard loss. We did
- 28:40Speaker 4: not win Wisconsin. We were leading a good chunk of
- 28:43Speaker 4: the night. Eric Hovedy was it was narrowly leading Tammy
- 28:46Speaker 4: Baldwin's Wisconsin's now been called for the Democrats, So assuming
- 28:50Speaker 4: those numbers are right, it looks like we did not
- 28:53Speaker 4: win Wisconsin in the Senate, although Trump won Wisconsin and
- 28:57Speaker 4: the presidential Right now, we have a shot at winning Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada,
- 29:05Speaker 4: and Arizona, and all of those are uncalled right now.
- 29:09Speaker 3: And here are the numbers.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Pennsylvania right now, Dave McCormick, the Republican is leading forty
- 29:15Speaker 4: eight point nine percent to forty eight point five.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Percent, so it's really really close.
- 29:24Speaker 4: Michigan, Michigan right now, the Democrat is leading forty eight
- 29:28Speaker 4: point six percent to forty eight point three percent, so
- 29:32Speaker 4: we are down by point three percent both Pennsylvania and Michigan.
- 29:37Speaker 4: Ninety seven percent of the vote is in Nevada, Nevada
- 29:41Speaker 4: right now, the Republican Sam Brown is leading forty seven
- 29:45Speaker 4: point five percent to forty seven percent. That would be
- 29:49Speaker 4: a flip if we won Nevada. Eighty eight percent of
- 29:54Speaker 4: the vote is in there, and then Arizona, Arizona. Right now,
- 29:58Speaker 4: this is probably the it's the furthest distance we have
- 30:02Speaker 4: to have to climb. The Democrat is leading fifty point
- 30:05Speaker 4: four percent to forty seven point seven percent, So it's
- 30:10Speaker 4: three points that we need to pick.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Up, almost three points.
- 30:14Speaker 4: Now, only sixty three percent of the vote is in
- 30:17Speaker 4: in Arizona, and it's America Copa County. It's the suburbs
- 30:21Speaker 4: of Phoenix that are still counting. So look, it is
- 30:25Speaker 4: certainly possible that we win Arizona. Trump is one Arizona,
- 30:29Speaker 4: but three points is a bigger margin to close than
- 30:32Speaker 4: the other states. And so all four of those we're
- 30:34Speaker 4: going to wait and see.
- 30:35Speaker 2: Let's talk finally about the takeaways from the media, and
- 30:39Speaker 2: I'll go back to what I said earlier. Donald Trump
- 30:42Speaker 2: trumped them all. He trumped the Democrats, he trumped the globalists,
- 30:46Speaker 2: he trumped the deep state, he trumped the news media.
- 30:50Speaker 2: They're still having meltdowns. This morning, the View, the girls
- 30:55Speaker 2: on the View, the ladies in the View came out
- 30:56Speaker 2: wearing black like it was a funeral, no health crisis.
- 31:01Speaker 2: MSNBC's o'donnelld trash as the Founding Fathers called the Electoral
- 31:05Speaker 2: College voter suppression. This morning, Joy Reid at MSNBC said,
- 31:10Speaker 2: Ford extreme right wing fascist state now officially Van Jones
- 31:16Speaker 2: came out and started playing the race card, in the
- 31:18Speaker 2: gender card. John Stewart had a total meltdown on his show,
- 31:23Speaker 2: And this is just what we're seeing in the moments
- 31:27Speaker 2: after a Trump victory. It's like they didn't learn their lesson.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I mean, you would think they would take away and go, Okay,
- 31:35Speaker 2: what did we do wrong?
- 31:36Speaker 1: They're not stopping.
- 31:39Speaker 3: You know, look, we'll see what happens.
- 31:42Speaker 4: I think there right now, there's a lot of blaming
- 31:45Speaker 4: of Kamala for being a terrible candidate. There's a lot
- 31:47Speaker 4: of blaming of Joe Biden for having been essentially unconscious
- 31:53Speaker 4: for several years. I don't see the Democrats right now
- 32:00Speaker 4: taking responsibility for gosh, we advocated an agenda that was
- 32:05Speaker 4: horrible for America. You know, there used to be Senate
- 32:09Speaker 4: moderates among the Democrats. I don't know of any Senate
- 32:14Speaker 4: moderates left. The only two arguable ones where Joe Manchin
- 32:18Speaker 4: and Kirsten Cinema. They're both gone, and so that that dynamic,
- 32:24Speaker 4: you know, you look at. I would love to see
- 32:28Speaker 4: some Democrats recalibrate and say let's move to the middle.
- 32:33Speaker 4: But I think right now they're just emoting. They're just
- 32:36Speaker 4: engaged in a combination of rage and shock and disbelief. Look,
- 32:45Speaker 4: you know you and I talked about Mark Calpron he
- 32:48Speaker 4: used to be the head of political news at ABC,
- 32:50Speaker 4: did an interview with Tucker Carlson where Halprin said that
- 32:53Speaker 4: he thought there would be real mental health crises and
- 32:58Speaker 4: violence from the left if Trump won. That he was
- 33:02Speaker 4: laying out the case that those of us not afflicted
- 33:06Speaker 4: with Trump derangement syndrome do not understand just how much
- 33:10Speaker 4: of a meltdown this will be. Look, I hope we
- 33:14Speaker 4: don't go there, but I do think I don't see
- 33:18Speaker 4: many Democrats willing to repent and change their ways.
- 33:24Speaker 1: No that I couldn't agree with you more.
- 33:26Speaker 2: I want to ask you another question, also about Elon
- 33:29Speaker 2: Musk in just a second. But first let me tell
- 33:31Speaker 2: you about my friend's over at Berna. If you want
- 33:35Speaker 2: to be able to protect yourself and your family, but
- 33:38Speaker 2: maybe you're at work at a place where you can't
- 33:40Speaker 2: carry a firearm, or maybe you have a child that's eighteen,
- 33:43Speaker 2: or a mother or a grandmother doesn't feel comfortable carrying
- 33:46Speaker 2: a gun, well you've got to check out BURNA. Now
- 33:49Speaker 2: I have this, and I'm a gun owner. I had
- 33:51Speaker 2: to pull the trigger and use a firearm to protect
- 33:53Speaker 2: my life. But I love knowing that a Berna is
- 33:57Speaker 2: an option now. It is a less lethal pistol launcher.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Berna can save two lives and it is a great
- 34:05Speaker 2: compliment owning a firearm. If you or your family is
- 34:07Speaker 2: in a situation where you feel threatened, then you can
- 34:10Speaker 2: start with less lethal. It is legal in all fifty states.
- 34:15Speaker 2: There are no permits or background checks needed. And I
- 34:18Speaker 2: own this and I got them from my wife, my
- 34:20Speaker 2: sister in law, my mother in law, my mom, and
- 34:23Speaker 2: my sister. The Burner is the answer because it's designed
- 34:26Speaker 2: to be easily used by all age groups eighteen and older.
- 34:30Speaker 2: The Burner launcher has powerful deterrence like tear gas and
- 34:34Speaker 2: kinetic rounds.
- 34:35Speaker 1: With a sixty foot.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Range, one shot can incapacitate attackers for up to forty minutes.
- 34:42Speaker 2: It is used by government agencies and law enforcement around
- 34:45Speaker 2: the country and more than a half million units have
- 34:48Speaker 2: been sold with more than fourteen thousand, four and a
- 34:51Speaker 2: half star reviews. So, if you want to know that
- 34:54Speaker 2: you can always protect yourself, and you want to have options,
- 34:58Speaker 2: especially for young people eighteen older. Maybe you've got a
- 35:01Speaker 2: daughter that's living by herself, visit Berna. That's by r
- 35:06Speaker 2: NA dot com slash verdict. You're gonna get ten percent
- 35:12Speaker 2: off your purchase by r NA dot com slash verdict.
- 35:17Speaker 2: For ten percent off your purchase, that's Berna dot Com
- 35:20Speaker 2: slash verdict. Ten percent off by RNA dot Com. All right,
- 35:25Speaker 2: let me ask you this question. You've actually met and
- 35:28Speaker 2: chatted with Elon Musk. There is something different that's happening
- 35:32Speaker 2: right now, and that's the people around Trump. Uh, there's
- 35:35Speaker 2: a very good chance that Elon Musk could be involved
- 35:38Speaker 2: in the in the Trump administration on a real level.
- 35:41Speaker 2: We see him bring in people like RFK Junior. We
- 35:44Speaker 2: see him bringing in different minds that traditional, you know,
- 35:47Speaker 2: politicians have not done. How significant could it be to
- 35:51Speaker 2: have a guy like Elon Musk coming in and looking at, like,
- 35:55Speaker 2: you know, accountability and efficiency with the United States government,
- 35:58Speaker 2: which is clearly a bloated and this is something he's
- 36:02Speaker 2: really good at.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:04Speaker 4: Look, Elon is extraordinary. I know him well, he's become
- 36:06Speaker 4: a friend. I've spent a lot of time with Elon.
- 36:09Speaker 4: I'll tell you that they're smart people you encounter in life.
- 36:14Speaker 4: Elon is next level. I mean, there's just the guy
- 36:17Speaker 4: is freakin' brilliant, and he knows how to run a company.
- 36:21Speaker 4: Like you look at the incredible success he has, whether
- 36:25Speaker 4: it's Tesla, whether it's it's SpaceX, whether it's the Boring Company,
- 36:29Speaker 4: whether it is X, like he has an ability to run.
- 36:35Speaker 4: And by the way, the many of those companies are
- 36:38Speaker 4: like really precise manufacturers. You look at SpaceX where they're
- 36:43Speaker 4: manufacturing rocket ships with precision with within a like a
- 36:47Speaker 4: like a tenth of an inch or less.
- 36:50Speaker 3: I mean it is.
- 36:51Speaker 4: And I've been down to the like they're factory in Bocachica,
- 36:53Speaker 4: down down by Brownsville in the southern tip of Texas.
- 36:56Speaker 3: I mean it is remarkable.
- 36:57Speaker 4: They're turning out a rocket ship a month and they
- 36:59Speaker 4: just built it out of nothing.
- 37:01Speaker 3: I mean it is.
- 37:02Speaker 4: It's incredible, and Elon is all in. We saw him
- 37:08Speaker 4: pour himself into this election. At the end, I think
- 37:10Speaker 4: it made a difference. I think he made a difference
- 37:12Speaker 4: in Pennsylvania where he really devoted a lot of time
- 37:15Speaker 4: and energy and money and personal credibility. And I think
- 37:19Speaker 4: it will be significant his impact on the federal government. Now,
- 37:22Speaker 4: there are structural impediments to having efficiency in government, and
- 37:28Speaker 4: so I don't think people should think we're suddenly going
- 37:31Speaker 4: to be in Nirvana and everything will be solved. Because
- 37:36Speaker 4: in a company, Elon can walk in and fire anyone
- 37:39Speaker 4: he wants. And by the way, when he bought Twitter,
- 37:41Speaker 4: he fired a whole bunch of the folks there and
- 37:44Speaker 4: all the woke radicals, he basically said, bye bye, you're
- 37:46Speaker 4: out of here. The federal government, that is much much
- 37:49Speaker 4: harder to do. You've got civil service protections that enables
- 37:52Speaker 4: career bureaucrats to burrow in. I think we will see
- 37:58Speaker 4: the Trump administration take on the career bureaucracy in a
- 38:01Speaker 4: way that has never ever happened before. That's a big deal.
- 38:05Speaker 4: I expect Elon to play an important role in that.
- 38:08Speaker 4: But I don't want to understate the legal barriers, the
- 38:13Speaker 4: bureaucratic barriers, that it is not like just coming into
- 38:18Speaker 4: a company where you have the ability to give anyone
- 38:20Speaker 4: a pink slip. The bureaucracy will fight back. And by
- 38:24Speaker 4: the way, in the first Trump term, we saw the
- 38:27Speaker 4: deep state wage war on Donald Trump. I very much
- 38:30Speaker 4: hope the team coming in understands much much better just
- 38:36Speaker 4: how dangerous the foe is they're facing. Of the radical
- 38:40Speaker 4: leftists who burrowed into the federal government and that they're
- 38:43Speaker 4: better prepared and ready to take them on.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 38:48Speaker 2: And by the way, saving free speech by buying X
- 38:51Speaker 2: just so people know how biased that I would say
- 38:56Speaker 2: the media is. And I'm talking about the media. You
- 38:59Speaker 2: have control over Facebook. We were comparing last night many
- 39:03Speaker 2: conservative influencers and Center.
- 39:06Speaker 1: You're gonna find this interesting.
- 39:07Speaker 2: From October ninth through November the fifth, the reach that
- 39:13Speaker 2: I had on Facebook was down eighty three point six
- 39:19Speaker 2: percent as a conservative on Facebook in the month leading
- 39:24Speaker 2: up to election.
- 39:25Speaker 1: By and there were quite a few other conservatives.
- 39:29Speaker 2: I was talking earlier with Megan McCain about this, and
- 39:32Speaker 2: we opened up our analytics, our insights on our public pages,
- 39:36Speaker 2: and again I'm looking at it right now. Eighty three
- 39:40Speaker 2: point six percent. That's how much they turned off the
- 39:43Speaker 2: faucet to free speech of conservative influencers on Facebook, on Meta,
- 39:49Speaker 2: on Instagram in the last thirty days before the election.
- 39:53Speaker 2: So the liberals had free flow of intel and information
- 39:57Speaker 2: and their side and con conservatives were throttled almost eighty
- 40:02Speaker 2: five percent. I just think that's interesting to see what
- 40:05Speaker 2: Elon must have to save freedom of speech on x
- 40:09Speaker 2: He didn't do that there. He let everybody talk. God
- 40:12Speaker 2: bless America when it comes to that. Your final thoughts
- 40:15Speaker 2: to all the listeners of Verdict, all those that came
- 40:17Speaker 2: out and voted for you. I know you want to
- 40:19Speaker 2: say something to them as well.
- 40:21Speaker 4: Look to the listeners of Verdict, you guys are amazing.
- 40:23Speaker 4: You're the most informed, you're the most engaged. You care
- 40:26Speaker 4: about our nation. You're fighting to save our nation. And
- 40:30Speaker 4: everyone in Texas who worked so unbelievably hard. Look that
- 40:34Speaker 4: this was a battle I believe about keeping Texas Texas
- 40:37Speaker 4: my race. The money, the media, everything that came in
- 40:41Speaker 4: against us. They if you live in Texas. By the way,
- 40:45Speaker 4: thank god the ads are over. I mean, you couldn't
- 40:48Speaker 4: turn on your TV without every second or third ad
- 40:50Speaker 4: being an attack ad just hammering the living daylights out
- 40:54Speaker 4: of me and the people of Texas. I'll tell you
- 40:56Speaker 4: it was inspirational. You came out on the road with me.
- 40:58Speaker 4: We did a fifty three stop bus tour all across
- 41:03Speaker 4: the state of Texas, over nine thousand miles we covered,
- 41:06Speaker 4: We did rallies everywhere, and it was incredible. The people
- 41:10Speaker 4: and you're just ordinary people, students, senior citizens, single moms, Hispanics,
- 41:16Speaker 4: African Americans, just Texans standing up and saying we want
- 41:21Speaker 4: to keep Texas Texas. We want low taxes, low and
- 41:25Speaker 4: reasonable regulations, lots of jobs. We want security, we want
- 41:29Speaker 4: the border secure. We want to support law enforcement. We
- 41:32Speaker 4: want criminals in jail. We want to defend our freedom.
- 41:34Speaker 4: We want free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment. All
- 41:38Speaker 4: of that was on the ballot last night. And I
- 41:40Speaker 4: want to say it is breathtaking the Texans that came
- 41:43Speaker 4: out for me and nationally, the people who supported the campaign,
- 41:46Speaker 4: who contributed the campaign, thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 41:51Speaker 4: And the people who supported Donald Trump, who supported Senate
- 41:55Speaker 4: candidates and House candidates across the country. You helped change
- 42:00Speaker 4: America and I believe pull it back from the brink
- 42:04Speaker 4: of destruction. And I just want to say thank you
- 42:07Speaker 4: to the incredible patriots who together saved America last night.
- 42:13Speaker 2: I will say this too, The work is just begun.
- 42:16Speaker 2: I promise you We're going to be fighting hard for you, guys.
