- 0:37Speaker 3: Iran all at the same time. We'll get into that
- 0:39Speaker 3: on this pod in greater detail. We're also going to

- 0:52Speaker 3: is flooding across our southern border. And finally we're going
- 0:55Speaker 3: to get into in the face of fentanyl, in the
- 0:58Speaker 3: face of this invasion in our southern border, order, every

- 3:00Speaker 2: that Israel responded, even though every single time they're attacked
- 3:06Speaker 2: this administration, whether it's through the State Department or through
- 3:09Speaker 2: the President, or through the White House spokesman or Kirby
- 3:12Speaker 2: at the White House, they keep telling Israel don't respond,
- 3:16Speaker 2: don't react, don't defend yourself, don't as they describe anything
- 3:20Speaker 2: you do that looks aggressive.
- 3:22Speaker 1: We're gonna say basically no to it.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Israel has a right to defend itself, and clearly they
- 3:26Speaker 2: said we're going to take steps to do that right now.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Well, of course Israel has a right to defend itself,
- 3:32Speaker 3: and of course, of course that's what Israel is doing.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Part of the reason that we specified the time that
- 3:37Speaker 3: this is shortly after eleven PM on Thursday, is that
- 3:40Speaker 3: it's unfolding literally this minute, and so by the time
- 3:44Speaker 3: this podcast post on Friday morning, there may have been
- 3:47Speaker 3: many more developments throughout the night and in the morning.
- 3:51Speaker 3: And indeed, even what we know now, I have not
- 3:55Speaker 3: had a classified briefing this evening, so I don't have
- 3:57Speaker 3: any insight beyond what has been publicly reported. And there's
- 4:02Speaker 3: always a fog of war when something is just breaking,
- 4:05Speaker 3: so we don't know the reliability of the early reports.
- 4:09Speaker 3: But what's being reported is that Israel launched a coordinated
- 4:13Speaker 3: attack using jets and using missiles against Iran, but attacking
- 4:18Speaker 3: Iran in at least three different places, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.
- 4:24Speaker 3: And before we get to anything else, Ben, it's worth
- 4:27Speaker 3: noting that the scope of the attacks show just how
- 4:31Speaker 3: far Iran's reach has extended.
- 4:33Speaker 4: Across the region.
- 4:35Speaker 3: What does it say that if you want to strike
- 4:36Speaker 3: back in Iran, you have to do it in Iran
- 4:39Speaker 3: and Iraq and Syria because they're everywhere. And understand, Iran
- 4:45Speaker 3: is the most malevolent force in the Middle East. They
- 4:48Speaker 3: are funding the most dangerous terrorists on Earth. They fund Hamas,
- 4:53Speaker 3: ninety percent of Hamas's budget comes from Iran. They fund Hesbela,
- 4:57Speaker 3: ninety percent of Hesbela's budget comes from Iran. And Iran,
- 5:02Speaker 3: led by the Ayatola and the Mullas, they routinely chant
- 5:06Speaker 3: death to America and death to Israel. And it's worth noting,
- 5:11Speaker 3: as you just said, from the instant October seventh happened,
- 5:16Speaker 3: the Biden administration has been telling Israel, do not retaliate,
- 5:19Speaker 3: do not defend yourself, do nothing. From the instant Iran
- 5:23Speaker 3: attacked Israel directly with over three hundred drones and missiles. Again,
- 5:31Speaker 3: the Biden administration's immediate refrain was do nothing, do not
- 5:35Speaker 3: defend yourself, do not retaliate it.
- 5:37Speaker 4: It was truly absurd.
- 5:39Speaker 3: But you have to understand at every stage that has
- 5:42Speaker 3: been the mantra of the Biden White House and the
- 5:44Speaker 3: Democrats is they're undermining Israel's right to self defense. I
- 5:48Speaker 3: think absolutely Israel should respond. It is responding forcefully. I
- 5:53Speaker 3: expect them to respond significantly more forcefully. I don't anticipate
- 5:59Speaker 3: that this is the only response we will see.
- 6:01Speaker 4: And this may be.
- 6:02Speaker 2: That was the question I was gonna ask you for
- 6:03Speaker 2: just putting in context that people understand is we're recording
- 6:06Speaker 2: this after eleven o'clock at night tonight. There I don't
- 6:09Speaker 2: think there's anybody that believes that this is the end
- 6:12Speaker 2: of the response from Israel. It's probably more like the
- 6:15Speaker 2: beginning of the response.
- 6:18Speaker 3: That's probably right, Although I say, we don't know what
- 6:20Speaker 3: we will see what unfolds. But you know, it was
- 6:24Speaker 3: really striking that when when the missiles and both ballistic
- 6:31Speaker 3: missiles and cruise missiles and the drones over three hundred
- 6:34Speaker 3: were launched from Iran, that there are a number of
- 6:36Speaker 3: things that are really striking. Number one, a bunch of
- 6:39Speaker 3: them never even made it to Israel, both because their
- 6:44Speaker 3: technology was not great and also because they were shot
- 6:48Speaker 3: down in the air. They were shot down number one,
- 6:51Speaker 3: using Israel's missile defense, using iron dome and arrow two
- 6:55Speaker 3: and three those systems. But number two, they were shot
- 6:58Speaker 3: down with fighter jets. And let me say something extraordinary.
- 7:01Speaker 3: So the fighter jets that were shooting him down. My
- 7:03Speaker 3: understanding is you had Israeli fighter jets, but you also
- 7:05Speaker 3: had American fighter jets that were assisting and shooting them down.
- 7:09Speaker 3: But you also had and this is extraordinary, Saudy fighter
- 7:13Speaker 3: jets and Jordanian fighter jets.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Exactly why that's so significant.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Look, if I'd have told you ten years ago or
- 7:22Speaker 3: even five years ago that the Arabs would defend Israel
- 7:30Speaker 3: in a military attack against it from Iran, that would
- 7:34Speaker 3: have seen absurd. And it really is a testament. It's
- 7:39Speaker 3: a testament to the incredible progress that occurred when Donald
- 7:43Speaker 3: Trump was president, the peace that was flowering in the
- 7:47Speaker 3: Middle East, the Abraham Accords, where we started to see
- 7:51Speaker 3: the Arabs and Israelis coming together. And I'll tell you
- 7:53Speaker 3: a big part of what brought them together was mutual
- 7:57Speaker 3: concern over the danger Iran poses, and and that h
- 8:03Speaker 3: that this is the fruit of of of what was
- 8:09Speaker 3: planted during the Trump administration in the Abraham Accords. But
- 8:12Speaker 3: that being said, it's still remarkable. I don't believe there
- 8:16Speaker 3: is any precedent for Arabs in conflict in support of
- 8:22Speaker 3: Israel and and and so that's that's really quite remarkable.
- 8:25Speaker 3: And it does say something when when the Arab states
- 8:30Speaker 3: in the Middle East in some ways may be more
- 8:32Speaker 3: supportive of Israel than the Biden White House.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Yeah, great point. And there's also another a question that
- 8:38Speaker 2: I have for you. And as I was watching right
- 8:40Speaker 2: before we were we were going to record on CNN,
- 8:43Speaker 2: they were saying, well, now now that the world really
- 8:46Speaker 2: has to be concerned and worried h of of a
- 8:50Speaker 2: massive and they were using this these types of words.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Massive retaliation from Iran should be expected because Iran has
- 8:58Speaker 2: said so, They've said that they are going to unleash
- 9:00Speaker 2: basically Holy Hell in response to what Israel has just done.
- 9:06Speaker 2: And they said it's going to be a on a
- 9:08Speaker 2: level that you know, basically no one's ever seen before.
- 9:11Speaker 1: YadA, ya YadA. And then they said, you know.
- 9:14Speaker 2: This is what the Biden administration had been warning Israel about.
- 9:20Speaker 2: It is genuinely shocking to me as I was watching
- 9:23Speaker 2: that before we got on here, to think you just
- 9:27Speaker 2: want Israel to just keep taking it indefinitely and never
- 9:30Speaker 2: defend themselves and never fight back and not hit strategic
- 9:33Speaker 2: targets because of the threat that is being given by
- 9:38Speaker 2: the same country that literally just attacked you. What world
- 9:41Speaker 2: are they living in?
- 9:42Speaker 3: Look in many ways, Joe Biden, the Democrats are more
- 9:46Speaker 3: supportive of Iran right now than they are of Israel.
- 9:49Speaker 3: And that's an astonishing statement. Israel is our closest ally
- 9:53Speaker 3: in the Middle East. They share our values, They are
- 9:55Speaker 3: an incredibly valuable military ally to the United States. There
- 10:00Speaker 3: intelligence saves the lives of Americans. Their enemies are our enemies.
- 10:04Speaker 3: And yet, as we've discussed at every stage, literally from
- 10:08Speaker 3: the moment he was sworn in, Joe Biden and the
- 10:11Speaker 3: apparatics in his administration have been undermining Israel from day one,
- 10:16Speaker 3: and simultaneously they have been flooding money to Iran, billions
- 10:23Speaker 3: of dollars. And just a couple of weeks ago, when
- 10:25Speaker 3: I forced to vote on the Senate floor that we
- 10:27Speaker 3: should not send billions of dollars to Iran, every single
- 10:31Speaker 3: Democrat but one voted no. The Democrats keep look at
- 10:35Speaker 3: it this way. They want to send money to Iran,
- 10:38Speaker 3: and the Democrats are blocking sending money to Israel. That's extraordinary,
- 10:42Speaker 3: and it is their radical base hates Israel. The anti Semitic,
- 10:51Speaker 3: radical left that chance from the river to the sea.
- 10:56Speaker 3: That is who the Democrat Party is terrified of. And
- 11:01Speaker 3: it's who's setting their tune and so even their talking points.
- 11:05Speaker 4: You know.
- 11:06Speaker 3: You know, look, let's go back to October seventh. Remember
- 11:08Speaker 3: the night of October seventh, the Biden State Department tweeted
- 11:12Speaker 3: out that Israel should not retaliate. That night, as twelve
- 11:16Speaker 3: hundred Israelis were being murdered, as women and children were
- 11:21Speaker 3: being raped, as some thirty Americans were being murdered, and
- 11:25Speaker 3: more were being kidnapped, as hundreds of Israelis were being kidnapped,
- 11:29Speaker 3: the Biden administration's immediate reaction was, do not retaliate. They
- 11:33Speaker 3: did that on October seventh. They did it again on
- 11:35Speaker 3: October eighth, Tony Blinken personally. So that was the reaction
- 11:38Speaker 3: at the outset. And understand who started this war. It
- 11:42Speaker 3: was Iran. Iran funds Hasbela, Iran controls Hasbela. They are
- 11:47Speaker 3: in Iran proxy. The Wall Street Journal reported that the
- 11:50Speaker 3: Hamas terrorists trained in Iran for October seventh. So it
- 11:55Speaker 3: was Iran that invaded Israel and murdered twelve hundred Israelis.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Imagine how America would react if that happened, and then
- 12:02Speaker 3: it was Iran again who escalated directly firing missiles and
- 12:07Speaker 3: drones from Iran into Israel. Of course Israel is going
- 12:11Speaker 3: to defend itself and retaliate. It has to do so.
- 12:14Speaker 3: And yet the Biden administration cannot refrain from repeating Iran's
- 12:19Speaker 3: talking points of oh, well this is terrible, and now
- 12:21Speaker 3: of course Iran is going to respond massively. How about
- 12:25Speaker 3: having a president telling Iran we stand with Israel period
- 12:31Speaker 3: the end. That's what Biden should be saying, but it's
- 12:33Speaker 3: not what he's saying.
- 12:35Speaker 2: You also have to wonder will this administration change course.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And I've said this before you and I've had this
- 12:42Speaker 2: conversation several times. I never root for the United States
- 12:46Speaker 2: America to fail on national security issues, especially when it
- 12:50Speaker 2: deals with foreign nations. Right, I don't care who the
- 12:53Speaker 2: president is. I want Joe Biden to be successful in
- 12:56Speaker 2: protecting and defending US always against oursaries as well as
- 13:01Speaker 2: our allies. And he clearly has done a one eighty
- 13:04Speaker 2: from what the Trump doctrine was foreign policy was and
- 13:07Speaker 2: to stand with Ismaie like you just mentioned, no matter what,
- 13:10Speaker 2: this is not working.
- 13:12Speaker 3: This weak yes, and just just pause and ask yourself
- 13:16Speaker 3: which was better peace and prosperity or war everywhere you look.
- 13:22Speaker 3: That's the result of the Biden and foreign policy is
- 13:24Speaker 3: war everywhere. That's the result of the Biden. Foreign policy
- 13:27Speaker 3: is our enemies stronger, emboldened, and more threatening.
- 13:31Speaker 2: So will they look at this and at some point
- 13:34Speaker 2: do you believe that they may actually change course? Because
- 13:37Speaker 2: I mean it sincerely when I say I want us
- 13:40Speaker 2: to be safe and I want them to protect Israel.
- 13:42Speaker 3: I think they are ideologues. I think they are self righteous.
- 13:45Speaker 3: I think they are naive. I think they believe, like
- 13:50Speaker 3: a bunch of college professors in the faculty lounge, that Iran,
- 13:55Speaker 3: if we just give piece of chance, man, you know Iran,
- 13:58Speaker 3: we don't have any right to tell Iran to have nukes.
- 14:01Speaker 3: You know, So what if if they're crazy religious zealots
- 14:04Speaker 3: who say they want to murder us, you know, if
- 14:06Speaker 3: we're just nice to them, if we just give them
- 14:08Speaker 3: a bunch of money, that they'll be our friends. Look,
- 14:12Speaker 3: it is hopeless naivete, and they believe it like a religion.
- 14:17Speaker 3: They keep doing it. Think of the the just how
- 14:21Speaker 3: devoted you have to be to appeasement to Iran? To
- 14:26Speaker 3: in the wake of October seventh, still refuse to enforce
- 14:32Speaker 3: the oil sanctions today, yeah, this not enforce the oil sections.
- 14:37Speaker 3: And by the way, it is also worth noting today
- 14:40Speaker 3: on Friday, Biden is announcing massive sanctions against Alaska, our state,
- 14:47Speaker 3: the National Petroleum Reserve. They are shutting down production in
- 14:51Speaker 3: It is an incredibly rich petroleum reserve in Alaska, massive reserves.
- 14:56Speaker 3: So explain to me how these anti American Marxist zelots
- 15:01Speaker 3: can possibly justify they hate oil and gas in America.
- 15:05Speaker 3: They're going to destroy jobs in America, They're gonna they're
- 15:08Speaker 3: gonna drive up the cost of gasoline for Americans in America.
- 15:11Speaker 3: But at the same time they're going to allow Iran
- 15:13Speaker 3: to go to go from three hundred thousand barrels a
- 15:15Speaker 3: day of oil to two million barrels of oil a day.
- 15:19Speaker 3: That's what they're doing right now. And apparently Biden and
- 15:23Speaker 3: the Democrats they only like oil and gas if it's
- 15:26Speaker 3: produced by crazed Zelots who want to murder us and
- 15:30Speaker 3: want to kill as many Israelis as possible.
- 15:32Speaker 2: What you just said made me want to talk about
- 15:34Speaker 2: funding for a second. What is sad is because the
- 15:38Speaker 2: position that you just mentioned. The Biden administration is absolutely
- 15:44Speaker 2: funding Iran and their needs. Yes, what we're not doing
- 15:48Speaker 2: right now is giving Israel funding that they need, an
- 15:52Speaker 2: aid in sport, they need, in military hardware that they
- 15:54Speaker 2: need from the United States of America.
- 15:57Speaker 1: How is that possible?
- 15:59Speaker 3: Because the Democrat Party is captured by the radical left,
- 16:03Speaker 3: and sadly the mainstream Democrat Party has turned against Israel.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It's not just the fringe. It's not just ilhan Omar
- 16:13Speaker 3: and Taleb and AOC, It's not just the whack jobs.
- 16:17Speaker 3: It's Chuck Schumer. Chuck Schumer is the one that stood
- 16:20Speaker 3: on the floor and demanded that Net and Yahoo be
- 16:23Speaker 3: thrown out of office. The democratically elected leader of Israel,
- 16:26Speaker 3: it's Joe Biden. Joe Biden is the one who orchestrated
- 16:30Speaker 3: a resolution in the United Nations effective condemning Israel for
- 16:35Speaker 3: not having an immediate cease fire.
- 16:37Speaker 4: It's Nancy Pelosi who.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Signed a letter demanding that America cut off weapons military
- 16:45Speaker 3: weapons for Israel to defend itself. Those are not fringe Democrats.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Those are the leading Democrats in office. And that's an
- 16:54Speaker 3: enormous problem. I had forty a couple of years ago.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Now I'm forty two, and I can tell you the
- 17:00Speaker 2: older you get, the more you start to realize this
- 17:03Speaker 2: stuff changes. I didn't have the same energy to play
- 17:07Speaker 2: sports like I used to and I played in college.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I didn't have the same energy to work out. I
- 17:12Speaker 2: didn't have the same energy to go running. And that
- 17:15Speaker 2: is not because I'm somehow an anomaly. It's because the
- 17:18Speaker 2: reality is historically right now to sass from levels have
- 17:23Speaker 2: fallen off a cliff to an all time low. That's
- 17:26Speaker 2: why I want you to know about my friends at Chalk.
- 17:29Speaker 2: The patriots at Chalk Choq are here to help real

- 17:45Speaker 2: Chalk's mal Vitality Stack now for about a year, and
- 17:48Speaker 2: I can tell you it works. In fact, I've lost
- 17:51Speaker 2: over fifty pounds since this time last year because I've

- 17:57Speaker 2: is a game changer. If you are ready to get
- 18:01Speaker 2: back that strength and vitality that you've lost, and you're

- 18:42Speaker 2: Limited time offer subscriptions cancible at any time Choq dot
- 18:47Speaker 2: com Promo Code Verdict Center. Finally, when it comes to
- 18:52Speaker 2: the aid package that Israel needs, what does it look
- 18:56Speaker 2: like and how quickly are we going to get an
- 18:58Speaker 2: answer for Israel, especially if this turns into a significant
- 19:03Speaker 2: military conflict between them and Iran that goes back and forth.
- 19:08Speaker 3: They need it now, Well, that's up in the air
- 19:11Speaker 3: right now as we sit here tonight. The House is
- 19:14Speaker 3: in the middle of debating that question right now, and
- 19:16Speaker 3: they're trying to put together an aid package and voted out.
- 19:19Speaker 3: They're putting together a big supplemental bill that they're talking about,
- 19:23Speaker 3: including Israel Aid in that they're talking about, including Ukraine
- 19:27Speaker 3: eight in, which is going to split some members of
- 19:29Speaker 3: the House and some members of the Senate. They're talking about,
- 19:32Speaker 3: including their bill forcing China to sell TikTok, which is
- 19:35Speaker 3: a very important bill. It's going to be a big,
- 19:38Speaker 3: complicated supplemental It's not clear right now that they're going
- 19:42Speaker 3: to get the votes to pass any of it, but
- 19:43Speaker 3: they are actively battling it out in the House right
- 19:47Speaker 3: now as we speak.
- 19:48Speaker 2: We'll keep you updated on this as it's going to
- 19:50Speaker 2: be a very quick moving next I think week week
- 19:53Speaker 2: and a half on these issues.
- 19:54Speaker 1: We will cover it all for you.
- 19:56Speaker 2: There's also another big warning and a moment of honesty
- 20:00Speaker 2: that came from the Attorney General, Merrick Garland.
- 20:03Speaker 1: He was in front.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Hold hold on a second, did you just say honesty
- 20:06Speaker 3: from the Attorney General, Merrit Garland?
- 20:07Speaker 2: I know, I know, it's everybody get right with the
- 20:10Speaker 2: Lord because it could be rapture alert.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Holy cow, that is a sign of the end times.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I was wondering if you were going to let me
- 20:19Speaker 2: get away with that moment, and clearly see this is
- 20:21Speaker 2: why I love doing this show because I was like.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Am setting him up? And yes, you took, you.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Took, Like the man is so smug and so dishonest.
- 20:30Speaker 3: All right, So what did he say? I mean, I
- 20:32Speaker 3: suppose even a stop clock is right twice a day?
- 20:35Speaker 4: What what? What did he say? That that that that
- 20:37Speaker 4: was actually honest?
- 20:38Speaker 2: So the Attorney General was asked about how bad the
- 20:43Speaker 2: the fetanol not only you know deaths and abuse are,
- 20:47Speaker 2: but how much is coming across the border and how
- 20:49Speaker 2: big of a threat does he sees? The Attorney General
- 20:52Speaker 2: he was asked this question, and I want to play it.
- 20:54Speaker 2: It's it's it's a little bit longer, but it's important
- 20:57Speaker 2: because I want you to hear what he said. And
- 20:59Speaker 2: the reason why I think this is so important is
- 21:01Speaker 2: we also have to tie this back to the impeachment
- 21:05Speaker 2: of the man. My orchists who Democrats refuse to move on.
- 21:09Speaker 2: So at the same time they're doing that, you have
- 21:12Speaker 2: the Attorney Joe going, yeah, yeah, we got a major
- 21:14Speaker 2: problem with fetnah in this country.
- 21:15Speaker 1: It's hell of a lot of people here. Take a listen.
- 21:19Speaker 5: Senator Moran and I both mentioned in our opening statements,
- 21:22Speaker 5: as did you the continuing fight against the opioid epidemic,
- 21:29Speaker 5: substance misuse, the drug cartels. I continue to be very
- 21:34Speaker 5: concerned about fentanyl use and poisoning. New Hampshire has lost
- 21:40Speaker 5: too many people to fentanyl overdoses. Can you talk a
- 21:44Speaker 5: little bit about the OJ's efforts to interdict these drugs
- 21:48Speaker 5: and efforts to find a way to prosecute those responsible.
- 21:54Speaker 6: Yes, Senator, I have said, and I deeply mean this,
- 21:58Speaker 6: that fentanyl is the dead has a drug threat that
- 22:01Speaker 6: this country has ever faced. I've met with families at
- 22:07Speaker 6: the DEA, whose children, whose teenagers, whose infants, whose grandparents
- 22:14Speaker 6: have died, mostly not even knowing that what they're taking
- 22:20Speaker 6: is fentanyl, thinking it's another kind of prescription pill that
- 22:23Speaker 6: they were able to get over the internet. We don't
- 22:28Speaker 6: even refer to this as overdoses anymore, for this is
- 22:31Speaker 6: drug poisoning, because that's what it is. So we are
- 22:34Speaker 6: facing this with the urgency it requires.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Let me just stop there. He says, we are facing
- 22:40Speaker 2: this with the urgency that it requires. If this is
- 22:45Speaker 2: as urgent as he just said, and I want to
- 22:48Speaker 2: read that back to you, Centaer, I have said, and
- 22:50Speaker 2: I deeply mean this, that fetnah is the deadliest drug
- 22:53Speaker 2: threat that this country has ever faced. I've met with
- 22:57Speaker 2: the families at the DEA, whose children, who'se teenagers, whose infants,
- 23:02Speaker 2: whose grandparents have died, mostly not even knowing that what
- 23:06Speaker 2: they were taking as ventnol, thinking it's another kind of
- 23:09Speaker 2: a prescription pill that they are able to get over
- 23:12Speaker 2: the internet. We don't even refer to this as overdoses anymore.
- 23:18Speaker 2: This is drug poisoning, because that's what it is. So
- 23:23Speaker 2: then he says that we are facing this with the
- 23:28Speaker 2: urgency that it requires. If that was true, Senator, wouldn't
- 23:32Speaker 2: you be then closing the southern border and not having
- 23:35Speaker 2: it wide open like it is right now?
- 23:38Speaker 3: Of course that this is not complicated. The drug traffickers
- 23:44Speaker 3: are the human traffickers. It's the same drug cartels. In
- 23:48Speaker 3: twenty eighteen, the drug cartels made five hundred million dollars
- 23:52Speaker 3: from human trafficking. In twenty twenty two, they made thirteen
- 23:58Speaker 3: billion dollars from human trafficking. That's a twenty six hundred
- 24:02Speaker 3: percent increase. The people making fentanyl are getting extraordinarily rich
- 24:08Speaker 3: under Joe Biden and Alejandro Majorcis and Merrick Garland's open borders.
- 24:13Speaker 3: They are flooding the border, and the human trafficking and
- 24:16Speaker 3: drug trafficking are completely intertwined. It's the same people doing it,
- 24:21Speaker 3: it's the same cartels doing it. And the way they
- 24:23Speaker 3: do it is they'll send a flood of migrants over
- 24:26Speaker 3: one portion of the river, and border patrol will all
- 24:28Speaker 3: go there. And while border patrol is dealing with the migrants.
- 24:32Speaker 3: And by the way, because Biden's policy is catch and release,
- 24:37Speaker 3: once border patrol apprehends a group, and let's be clear,
- 24:40Speaker 3: the group is normally finding border patrol and turning themselves in,
- 24:44Speaker 3: then the majority of agents are spending their time processing
- 24:49Speaker 3: those migrants, or staying with them in the detention facilities,
- 24:53Speaker 3: or getting them diapers, or getting them food, or caring
- 24:56Speaker 3: for this massive influx. And so the percentage of agents
- 24:59Speaker 3: on on the border that are actually deployed drops precipitously
- 25:03Speaker 3: because the vast majority of the agents are processing migrants
- 25:07Speaker 3: and doing administrative work. And then what the cartels do
- 25:11Speaker 3: is a mile up the river, that's where they move
- 25:13Speaker 3: the fetanyl across where the border patrol agents are dealing
- 25:16Speaker 3: with the illegal immigrants, they move the fetanyl somewhere else.
- 25:20Speaker 3: And so the two are very closely intertwined. And if
- 25:24Speaker 3: Joe Biden and Mayorcis and Garland were willing to deport
- 25:27Speaker 3: illegal immigrants and follow the law, what that would mean
- 25:31Speaker 3: is that border patrol agents could be on the border
- 25:34Speaker 3: and stop the fentanyl from coming in. But they can't.
- 25:37Speaker 3: And I'll tell you, I'll give you some amazing stats.
- 25:41Speaker 3: So do you know how much how much drugs were
- 25:45Speaker 3: seized at the southern border in March in one month?
- 25:49Speaker 3: How much of feanyl one three and eighty nine pounds?
- 25:55Speaker 3: And understand, look, fetanyl is so powerful. Just a tiny
- 26:00Speaker 3: grain or two is enough to kill you.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Tell the story you told us a while ago.
- 26:04Speaker 2: But I think it's important for people to understand that,
- 26:06Speaker 2: just so that they have context. Fetnah is not a
- 26:09Speaker 2: heavy drug, Okay, Like you see like a kilo of
- 26:12Speaker 2: cocaine and it looks pretty heavy and pretty dense, and
- 26:17Speaker 2: then you look at you know, a kilo for example,
- 26:20Speaker 2: of marijuana. It's obviously a pretty big package. But there's
- 26:25Speaker 2: talk about the grains when you met uh with the
- 26:28Speaker 2: agents explaining just how little can kill you, and the
- 26:30Speaker 2: story that you told with your own daughters using a
- 26:32Speaker 2: sweeten low packet.
- 26:34Speaker 3: Yeah, this is something that a DA agent told me,
- 26:37Speaker 3: and he had me and several other people take out
- 26:40Speaker 3: a packet of Sweet and Low and tear open the
- 26:43Speaker 3: packet of Sweet and Low and dump dump all the
- 26:45Speaker 3: contents out, empty all the contents. And then he said, okay,
- 26:49Speaker 3: stick your pinky and the empty empty bag of Sweet
- 26:53Speaker 3: and Low and you pull your pinky out, and there
- 26:55Speaker 3: are two or three little grains that are on your pinky.
- 26:58Speaker 3: He said, that's enough fatanyl to kill you, just the
- 27:01Speaker 3: residue that's in the packet after you've emptied it. And
- 27:05Speaker 3: so what I did with both my daughters is I
- 27:07Speaker 3: got three packets of Sweet and Low and I tore
- 27:10Speaker 3: one open.
- 27:10Speaker 4: I had them to tear it open.
- 27:12Speaker 3: I had them empty out the contents and then then
- 27:15Speaker 3: do exactly that, because look, it's terrifying. My girls are
- 27:18Speaker 3: thirteen and sixteen.
- 27:19Speaker 4: They're good kids.
- 27:21Speaker 3: But what is so frightening about this epidemic is it's
- 27:25Speaker 3: not Look, it's one thing if you know a heroin
- 27:28Speaker 3: junkie on the street who's abusing drugs for years and
- 27:31Speaker 3: years and years, if they overdose, that's sad when anyone dies,
- 27:35Speaker 3: but that's the result of extended conduct. What is terrifying
- 27:41Speaker 3: about this crisis is the people who are dying are
- 27:44Speaker 3: not drug addicts, and in many instances, they're not even
- 27:47Speaker 3: drug users in the ordinary sense of things. They're a
- 27:51Speaker 3: teenager or a young adult who goes to a party
- 27:55Speaker 3: and they're at a party and someone says, hey, you
- 27:58Speaker 3: want to try a xanax, want to try a percoset,
- 28:01Speaker 3: You want to try you know, a riddlin, And look,
- 28:07Speaker 3: should you take those drugs if they're not prescribed to
- 28:10Speaker 3: you know? But a teenager doing that that didn't used
- 28:14Speaker 3: to be a death sentence. Because if they get a
- 28:17Speaker 3: pill that someone say god on the internet, and it
- 28:19Speaker 3: happens to have fentanyl in it, they literally can drop dead.
- 28:24Speaker 3: And that is happening over and over and over again.
- 28:27Speaker 3: I'll give you an amazing stay.
- 28:28Speaker 2: You go back to Garland's exact words, and I think
- 28:31Speaker 2: it's important that people hear this as he described it.
- 28:33Speaker 2: We don't even refer to this as an as an
- 28:35Speaker 2: overdose or overdose anymore.
- 28:38Speaker 1: This is drug poisoning because that's what it is.
- 28:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 28:41Speaker 3: This is a point I've tried with my kids to
- 28:44Speaker 3: emphasize it. But it's frightening because look, teenagers do stupid things,
- 28:49Speaker 3: and it can be just one random And the reason
- 28:53Speaker 3: why Garland is right to use the term poisoning because
- 28:56Speaker 3: an overdose suggests a drug user that takes too much.
- 29:01Speaker 3: And what's happening with feanyl is you have things that
- 29:05Speaker 3: are laced with fate fetanyl that they don't know they're
- 29:09Speaker 3: taking feentanyl. That's why it's a poisoning because taking a
- 29:12Speaker 3: xanax pill will not kill you, but if there's fentanyl
- 29:15Speaker 3: in it, and if there's a little bit too much,
- 29:18Speaker 3: you can literally just drop dead right there. And here
- 29:21Speaker 3: is the stat that is amazing and terrifying. Right now today,
- 29:26Speaker 3: fetanyl is the number one cause of death for Americans
- 29:29Speaker 3: age eighteen to forty five, number one, number one, more
- 29:34Speaker 3: than car accidents, more than heart disease, more than anything.
- 29:37Speaker 1: By the way, did you say to forty five?
- 29:39Speaker 4: Eighteen to forty five?
- 29:41Speaker 2: So what that means is if you remember at the
- 29:43Speaker 2: end of last year, it was eighteen to thirty nine,
- 29:46Speaker 2: so that it's expanded now to forty five.
- 29:49Speaker 3: I'm not sure if the numbers have expanded or just
- 29:53Speaker 3: the category that I'm looking at, but eighteen to forty
- 29:57Speaker 3: five it's the number one cause of death.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Wow.
- 30:01Speaker 3: And here let me give you a quote from Biden's
- 30:04Speaker 3: DEA administrator and Milgrim. She said, cartels are quote killing
- 30:09Speaker 3: Americans with fentanyl at catastrophic and record rates like we've
- 30:15Speaker 3: never seen before. And that begs the question, then, why
- 30:20Speaker 3: the hell are you making cartels incredibly rich and allowing
- 30:26Speaker 3: them to bring ten point four million illegal immigrants into
- 30:30Speaker 3: this country?
- 30:31Speaker 1: Senator, I'm not sure what's worse.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Is it the fact that we have an Attorney general
- 30:36Speaker 2: that is genuinely being honest now with the American people
- 30:40Speaker 2: about the threat, talking about this being the number one
- 30:43Speaker 2: killer for those forty five to eighteen in this country
- 30:47Speaker 2: and knowing it and publicizing it, and then yet they're
- 30:52Speaker 2: not doing a damn thing to stop the flow of
- 30:55Speaker 2: the drug coming across the southern border or securing that order.
- 31:00Speaker 2: So what is the takeaway for the American people? We
- 31:03Speaker 2: know that you're dying at record rates, but we need
- 31:05Speaker 2: illegal immigrants to come into fundomly change this country. So
- 31:08Speaker 2: we're willing to sacrifice your lives, and your kids' lives,
- 31:12Speaker 2: and your grandparents' lives.
- 31:14Speaker 3: So, Ben, I'm going to give you the very sad takeaway.
- 31:16Speaker 3: The Democrats simply do not care. Now, that sounds harsh,
- 31:20Speaker 3: that sounds political, But what other conclusion can you draw
- 31:26Speaker 3: when they continue to put in place the policies that
- 31:29Speaker 3: enriches the cartels and that allows them to keep flooding
- 31:33Speaker 3: this country with fentanyl. And you know there's some irony
- 31:36Speaker 3: about that exchange. So the senator who was questioning Merrick
- 31:40Speaker 3: Garland was Jeene Shaheen. Jean Shaheen is a Democrat from
- 31:43Speaker 3: New Hampshire. Literally the day before yesterday, Jean Shaheen sat
- 31:50Speaker 3: on the Senate floor along with every single Democrat and
- 31:55Speaker 3: voted to shut down, to not have a trial on
- 32:00Speaker 3: Alajandro Majorcis, to block even one word of testimony, to
- 32:05Speaker 3: block any and all evidence of the invasion at our
- 32:09Speaker 3: southern border, any and all evidence of the fentanyl poisonings.
- 32:13Speaker 3: That was a major element of why Mayorcis was impeached,
- 32:18Speaker 3: and every single Democrat voted straight party line. Look the
- 32:23Speaker 3: vote on Wednesday, you need to understand how dramatic and
- 32:28Speaker 3: unprecedented it was. And let me say on two fronts.
- 32:34Speaker 3: Number one, twenty two times in our nation's history, the
- 32:38Speaker 3: House of Representatives has voted to impeach an individual and
- 32:41Speaker 3: has sent articles of impeachment to the Senate twenty two
- 32:43Speaker 3: times prior to yesterday. The twenty one times in every
- 32:51Speaker 3: single time when the Senate had jurisdiction, in other words,
- 32:54Speaker 3: when the person who had been impeached hadn't died or
- 32:56Speaker 3: resigned from office. Every single time, the Senate held a trial,
- 33:02Speaker 3: hurt evidence, and then the Senators adjudicated the case, voted
- 33:07Speaker 3: guilty or not guilty. Yesterday is the first time in
- 33:10Speaker 3: over two hundred years of our nation's history with the
- 33:12Speaker 3: Senate refused to do its job, and it defied the Constitution.
- 33:17Speaker 3: And listen, I remember well, I was standing on the
- 33:20Speaker 3: Senate floor when Harry Reid, then the Senate majority leader
- 33:23Speaker 3: in twenty thirteen, the Democrat exercised the nuclear option and
- 33:28Speaker 3: blew up the Senate filibuster for appointees, and it did
- 33:35Speaker 3: did enormous damage to the Senate. It broke the rules
- 33:38Speaker 3: of the Senate. And I remember turning and turning to
- 33:41Speaker 3: Amy Klobuchar, Democrat senator from Minnesota at the time, and
- 33:44Speaker 3: I told her, I said, Amy, you are going to
- 33:47Speaker 3: regret this. This is going to result in a lot
- 33:51Speaker 3: more judges and justices in the mold of antonin Scalia
- 33:55Speaker 3: and Clarence Thomas and every Democrat. Nonetheless, Lemmings jumped off
- 34:01Speaker 3: that cliff, and ironically, the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe
- 34:06Speaker 3: versus Wide never would have happened if Harry Reid the
- 34:10Speaker 3: Democrats had not nuked the filibuster in twenty thirteen. That
- 34:14Speaker 3: was the direct result, because there's no way on earth
- 34:17Speaker 3: that Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Cony Barrett, and probably even Neil
- 34:20Speaker 3: Gorsich could have gotten sixty votes to get confirmed, which
- 34:24Speaker 3: is what would have been required if the filibuster still existed.
- 34:27Speaker 3: And what happened yesterday is the Democrats nuked not the
- 34:34Speaker 3: Senate rules, but the Constitution, the Constitution's power of impeachment
- 34:40Speaker 3: for the Senate. And as a result of yesterday, never
- 34:43Speaker 3: again will there be an impeachment trial when the Senate
- 34:47Speaker 3: is of the same party as the president. And so,
- 34:50Speaker 3: by the way, this could happen less than a year
- 34:53Speaker 3: from now. I think it is likely that Donald Trump
- 34:58Speaker 3: is going to win in November.
- 34:59Speaker 4: I hope he does.
- 35:00Speaker 3: I think it is likely that Republicans are going to
- 35:03Speaker 3: take the Senate.
- 35:04Speaker 4: I hope we do.
- 35:05Speaker 3: It is also possible, unfortunately, that Democrats take the House.
- 35:10Speaker 3: I hope they don't, but it is a real possibility.
- 35:12Speaker 3: It's a very very close majority if that happens. If
- 35:15Speaker 3: we start January of next year with a Democrat House,
- 35:18Speaker 3: a Republican Senate, and Trump in the White House, I'm
- 35:21Speaker 3: here to predict what's going to happen. The Democrats are
- 35:25Speaker 3: going to impeach Donald Trump again a third time, and
- 35:28Speaker 3: who knows, maybe a fourth and a fifth time. They
- 35:30Speaker 3: hate him. They'll do it again if they have a
- 35:34Speaker 3: majority in the House. But you know what will happen.
- 35:37Speaker 3: If they do that, they'll send it to the Senate,
- 35:39Speaker 3: and I guarantee you a Senate, Republicans are going to say, nope,
- 35:42Speaker 3: we're not having a trial. We're going to follow the
- 35:43Speaker 3: Democrat president. What's good for the goose is good for
- 35:46Speaker 3: the gander. So no trial for you. That's a bad thing.
- 35:50Speaker 3: And by the way, it is worth noting that was
- 35:54Speaker 3: the scenario for the first Trump impeachment. The first Trump impeachment,
- 35:59Speaker 3: there was a Democrat House, a Republican Senate, and obviously
- 36:03Speaker 3: Trump was in the White House, and we could have
- 36:06Speaker 3: done what Chuck Schumer and the Democrats did yesterday, but
- 36:08Speaker 3: we didn't. We could have just thrown it out at
- 36:10Speaker 3: the outset, but we said, no, we have a constitutional
- 36:13Speaker 3: responsibility to hold a trial. We think this impeachment is garbage,
- 36:17Speaker 3: but we have a responsibility to respect the constitution and
- 36:22Speaker 3: allow the house managers to present their case and then
- 36:25Speaker 3: to make it adjudication.
- 36:27Speaker 2: And it's sad because now there's this, like you said,
- 36:29Speaker 2: it doesn't matter what you do. If you're in the
- 36:32Speaker 2: party that has majority, you can pretty much get away
- 36:34Speaker 2: with murder, especially on the Democratic side, and they will
- 36:37Speaker 2: not hold you accountable or even have a trial and
- 36:39Speaker 2: defend you. They to say you don't get that opportunity
- 36:42Speaker 2: at all. All right, I want to tell you real
- 36:44Speaker 2: quick about a really, really, really cool company and it's
- 36:47Speaker 2: called Ammo Squared. It's an American family owned company owned
- 36:51Speaker 2: and operated started by a husband and wife team, and
- 36:54Speaker 2: what they do is something that's just phenomenal. Ammo Square
- 36:58Speaker 2: helps you stay stocked up on and ammunition automatically. Ammo
- 37:03Speaker 2: is delivered to you on demand or automatically when you
- 37:06Speaker 2: need it, and stored for free when you don't. It's
- 37:09Speaker 2: like a four oh one k of ammo. Ammo Squaer,
- 37:13Speaker 2: like I said, as family owned, and what they do
- 37:15Speaker 2: is they get you the best price on AMMO and
- 37:17Speaker 2: you have a way to build a stockpile of AMMO
- 37:20Speaker 2: month after month after month. It's also a way to
- 37:23Speaker 2: literally invest in ammunition. You can buy low and dollar
- 37:26Speaker 2: cost average over time, and then you can actually cash
- 37:30Speaker 2: out when prices rise. We saw what happened with AMO
- 37:34Speaker 2: prices during COVID. You couldn't find AMMO and AMMO prices went.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Through the roof.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Well, that's where you could have cashed out or taken
- 37:42Speaker 2: delivery of your AMMO and had it at your house.
- 37:46Speaker 2: You can buy as little as a few dollars a
- 37:48Speaker 2: month and let it grow over time, or you can
- 37:50Speaker 2: buy a bunch all at once and you have it
- 37:52Speaker 2: when you need it. Now, this is not reloads. This
- 37:55Speaker 2: is manufactured premium ammunition. Typical customers will cumue at about
- 38:00Speaker 2: three to six months and then they ship. But some
- 38:03Speaker 2: ship every month. Others just accumulate thousands of dollars worth
- 38:06Speaker 2: of AMMO and they might not.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Ship it for years. It's up to you.
- 38:10Speaker 2: But the best part is when there is a run
- 38:13Speaker 2: on ammunition, you know you have ammunition stored up and
- 38:17Speaker 2: it can ship with one click of a button. Now
- 38:20Speaker 2: I want to get you some free AMO right now,
- 38:22Speaker 2: and I can do that by you going to amosquare

- 38:42Speaker 2: what exactly did Democrats do yesterday on impeachment? Just so
- 38:48Speaker 2: people understand how they pulled this off?
- 38:51Speaker 3: Well, at one pm yesterday we convened on the Senate floor.
- 38:55Speaker 3: This is pursue it to the Senate rules. When we
- 38:57Speaker 3: enter impeachment, we were all sworn in and then we
- 39:00Speaker 3: all sign the oath Book, one at a time. We
- 39:03Speaker 3: signed the oath Book. And what is supposed to happen
- 39:07Speaker 3: next is that we adopt a resolution laying out a
- 39:10Speaker 3: trial schedule of how the House managers are going to
- 39:13Speaker 3: present their case. But instead what happened is Chuck Schumer
- 39:20Speaker 3: rose on a constitutional point of order, and a constitutional
- 39:24Speaker 3: point of order as you stand and say, what is
- 39:29Speaker 3: on the floor violates the Constitution. And he raised a
- 39:32Speaker 3: constitutional point of order and he said Article one, the
- 39:34Speaker 3: first article sent over by the House does not allege
- 39:40Speaker 3: a high crime or misdemeanor. And so what happened next
- 39:44Speaker 3: is we voted on whether Article one alleged a high
- 39:48Speaker 3: crime or misdemeanor. High crime and misdemeanor is what you
- 39:50Speaker 3: need to be able to impeach someone. Now, Article one
- 39:54Speaker 3: focused on Alejandro Majorcis's defiance of federal law, that that
- 40:00Speaker 3: that that he was refusing to follow explicit and clear
- 40:05Speaker 3: federal law, federal law that that says that that illegal
- 40:11Speaker 3: immigrants shall be detained, that that illegal immigrants with criminal
- 40:15Speaker 3: conviction shall be detained and shall be deported over and
- 40:18Speaker 3: over again. Immigration law is mandatory. It says shall shall,
- 40:21Speaker 3: shall shall, and he's defying it at a level it's
- 40:24Speaker 3: never happened before. It's not that he's bad at his job.
- 40:29Speaker 3: It's that he is utterly flouting and defying federal law.
- 40:34Speaker 3: And that that's the first article of impeachment. And they argued, well,
- 40:38Speaker 3: actually they didn't argue. They just made a motion that
- 40:41Speaker 3: it's not a high crime or misdemeanor. They presented no argument.
- 40:45Speaker 3: They they did not give a legal argument, they did
- 40:47Speaker 3: not write a brief, they did not present an argument.
- 40:50Speaker 4: And and I was the.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Person who who who raised the lead objection to that. Now,
- 40:56Speaker 3: under the impeachment rules, you can't debate on the Senate floor.
- 41:02Speaker 3: You're supposed to be silent because you're jurors. I'm just saying,
- 41:05Speaker 3: why is that? But that makes sense because your juror
- 41:07Speaker 3: not a lawyer. I guess presenting right, right, And so
- 41:13Speaker 3: I made a motion for us to move into executive session.
- 41:17Speaker 3: If we move into executive session, we throw the reporters out,
- 41:20Speaker 3: we turned the TV cameras off, but then we can
- 41:22Speaker 3: debate it. And I said, look, you're making a major
- 41:26Speaker 3: legal point. You presented no argument, and what you're saying
- 41:30Speaker 3: is quality is fundamentally wrong.
- 41:32Speaker 4: And I'll tell you the amazing thing is.
- 41:36Speaker 3: The idea that refusing to follow the law, defying the
- 41:41Speaker 3: law is not a high crime and misdemeanor is not impeachable.
- 41:44Speaker 3: It is contrary to the original understanding of the Constitution.
- 41:49Speaker 3: Joseph Story, who was a Supreme Court justice, one of
- 41:52Speaker 3: the leading constitutional scholars right at the very beginning of
- 41:55Speaker 3: our country, and his commentaries in the Constitution are widely
- 41:59Speaker 3: cited for understanding what the founding generation believed the Constitution
- 42:05Speaker 3: to mean. And he talked about he wrote at length
- 42:07Speaker 3: about high crimes and misdemeanors, and he gave lots of examples,
- 42:10Speaker 3: including the Lord Admiral refusing to protect the high seas,
- 42:16Speaker 3: and he said, that is a high crime or misdemeanor,
- 42:19Speaker 3: and that is virtually analogous, very closely analogous to the
- 42:26Speaker 3: head of Homeland Security refusing to secure the border. It's
- 42:28Speaker 3: the same principle of allowing lawless piracy to threaten and
- 42:33Speaker 3: invade America. So Joseph's story and the founding generation understood
- 42:38Speaker 3: this to be a high crime and misdemeanor. And amazingly enough,
- 42:41Speaker 3: Ben the Biden Justice Department argued in front of the U. S.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Supreme Court that impeachment was the remedy for the Biden
- 42:52Speaker 3: administration refusing to follow the law. So in Texas versus
- 42:56Speaker 3: the United States, Texas sued the Biden administration for refusing
- 43:00Speaker 3: to secure the border, and the Supreme Court ended up
- 43:03Speaker 3: agreeing with the Biden administration and saying, well, Texas can't
- 43:06Speaker 3: sue and the Biden doj The Solicitor General for Biden argued, look,
- 43:13Speaker 3: if you have a cabinet member who's refusing to follow
- 43:17Speaker 3: the law, Congress has remedies, including impeachment. And so I
- 43:22Speaker 3: stood up and said, listen, the Biden Department of Justice
- 43:25Speaker 3: argued last year this was impeachable. It didn't matter. Every
- 43:31Speaker 3: single Democrat, all of them. And by the way, even
- 43:33Speaker 3: the so called moderates Joe Manchin and Cursten Cinema, they
- 43:36Speaker 3: voted also Nope, not a high crime or misdemeanor. And
- 43:40Speaker 3: as a result, because they had to have a majority,
- 43:45Speaker 3: the point of order carried. They got fifty one votes
- 43:48Speaker 3: for it. And so the first article was thrown out,
- 43:50Speaker 3: and then they did it again on the second one.
- 43:53Speaker 3: And I'll tell you the second one is even more astonishing.
- 43:56Speaker 3: So as a result of the first vote, it is
- 43:59Speaker 3: now the position of Democrats that any cabinet member can
- 44:02Speaker 3: refuse to follow the law and defy the law and
- 44:04Speaker 3: utterly ignore the law, and you can't impeach him for it.
- 44:07Speaker 3: I mean, that's an astonishing and dangerous proposition in Democrat
- 44:12Speaker 3: looney land. But the second article of impeachment was for
- 44:18Speaker 3: breach of trust, and it focused on majorcas repeatedly lying
- 44:22Speaker 3: to Congress under oath about what was happening at the border.
- 44:26Speaker 3: And again Chuck Schumer rose on a point of order
- 44:28Speaker 3: and said this is not a high crime or misdemeanor.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Now mind you, they're saying lying under oath to Congress
- 44:35Speaker 3: is not impeachable. It is a felony. It is a
- 44:38Speaker 3: felony that you can serve jail time for. And it's
- 44:42Speaker 3: worth remembering Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury. The House
- 44:47Speaker 3: impeached him, and what did the Senate do. They didn't
- 44:50Speaker 3: throw it out, they didn't dismiss it. The House managers
- 44:53Speaker 3: presented the case, they hurt and conducted a trial, and
- 44:55Speaker 3: ultimately the Senate acquitted him. But they did their duty
- 44:59Speaker 3: to hold a trial. And actually before that, there's someone
- 45:03Speaker 3: I'm sure you've never heard of, a guy named Walter Nixon.
- 45:06Speaker 4: You know who Walter Nixon was?
- 45:08Speaker 1: Who is that?
- 45:09Speaker 3: Walter Nixon was a federal judge. He was a federal
- 45:12Speaker 3: judge actually from Mississippi. You're an all MS grad. He
- 45:15Speaker 3: was a federal judge from Mississippi. But he was not
- 45:17Speaker 3: a good guy. And he was convicted a perjury before
- 45:22Speaker 3: a grand jury. And you know what happened. The Congress
- 45:25Speaker 3: impeached him, The House impeached him, the Senate convicted him,
- 45:30Speaker 3: and he was removed as a federal judge for perjury.
- 45:34Speaker 3: So even though it was clear, there was clear precedent
- 45:37Speaker 3: that yes, perjury, lying under oath is a high crime
- 45:41Speaker 3: or misdemeanor, it is impeachable, every single Senate Democrat voted
- 45:49Speaker 3: that it's not a high crime or misdemeanor. So now apparently,
- 45:53Speaker 3: again in Democrat Wonderland, lying to Congress is AOK. And understand,
- 45:58Speaker 3: this was not about the Constitution. They didn't care. They
- 46:04Speaker 3: had no arguments as to why the Constitution said this.
- 46:07Speaker 3: This was about power, and this was about protecting their
- 46:11Speaker 3: political backsides because they're terrified of the American people hearing
- 46:17Speaker 3: what is happening at the border, the fentanyl, the deaths,
- 46:20Speaker 3: the rapes, the children being abused. They do not want
- 46:23Speaker 3: that evidence before the American people. And I'll say this
- 46:25Speaker 3: is a final point to wrap up. Do you want
- 46:29Speaker 3: to see proof of why this is all political and
- 46:32Speaker 3: why the Democrats did what they did?
- 46:35Speaker 4: Yes?
- 46:35Speaker 3: You know what, you know what ms you know what,
- 46:38Speaker 3: MSNBC and CNN covered all day yesterday, Trump, the Trump Trial,
- 46:45Speaker 3: Stormy Daniels, ooh smut lying processing Like apparently there was
- 46:50Speaker 3: no impeachment proceeding in the Senate.
- 46:52Speaker 4: Nothing happened. There's no border crisis.
- 46:55Speaker 3: The only thing they would cover is is the attack
- 46:59Speaker 3: on Trump.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Facts, don't forget. By the way, this is a really
