Speaker 1: Where these sleeper cells may be is in plain sight.
• 0:06
Speaker 1: Everyone's scrambling because certain amounts of people could come in
• 0:09
Speaker 1: here and get in here really relatively easy. The Biden administration,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: instead of putting them into HS housing, they were allowed
• 0:18
Speaker 1: passage into the United States, can just disappear. They are
• 0:20
Speaker 1: working off the books. They can get a fake ID.
• 0:23
Speaker 1: They can even get weapons with that fake ID in
• 0:25
  Speaker 1: certain states.
• 0:26
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Fergus.
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: Good Thursday morning.
• 0:31
Speaker 3: Nice to have you with us on the forty seven
• 0:33
Speaker 3: Morning Update, and we've got two very big stories for you.
• 0:36
Speaker 3: First up, a massive cover up of Joe Biden's cognitive
• 0:40
Speaker 3: decline now includes apparently his own doctor who is pleading
• 0:45
Speaker 3: the fifth So what happens next. Will have that story
• 0:48
Speaker 3: for you in a moment. Also, new threats against Donald
• 0:52
Speaker 3: Trump's life, this time coming directly out of Iran. And
• 0:55
Speaker 3: the second part of that story is how many sleeper
• 0:58
Speaker 3: cells could be active in the United States of America
• 1:01
Speaker 3: from Iran as we speak. We'll have that as well.
• 1:04
Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 1:08
Speaker 3: Story number one, So, just how big was the cover
• 1:11
Speaker 3: up of Joe Biden's decline and who is running the country.
• 1:15
Speaker 3: It is a question that many Americans have asked for
• 1:18
Speaker 3: quite some time, and it's a question that all of
• 1:21
Speaker 3: us deserve an answer to. Who is the actual president
• 1:25
Speaker 3: of the United States of America, because clearly it was
• 1:28
Speaker 3: not Joe Biden. Well, we now have subpoenas that have
• 1:32
Speaker 3: gone out to answer that question, and James Comer is
• 1:35
Speaker 3: trying to get to the bottom of it in Congress.
• 1:37
Speaker 3: That brings in the former Biden doctor. President Joe Biden's
• 1:43
Speaker 3: former White House physician, refused on Wednesday to answer questions
• 1:47
Speaker 3: as part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Biden's
• 1:51
Speaker 3: health in office. Doctor Kevin O'Connor invoked his rights under
• 1:56
Speaker 3: the Fifth Amendment during a closed door interview with the
• 2:00
Speaker 3: the House Oversight Committee. His attorney and lawmakers both confirming
• 2:04
Speaker 3: the Republican controlled Committee subpoena doctor O'Connor last month as
• 2:09
Speaker 3: part of a sweeping investigation into Biden's health and his
• 2:12
Speaker 3: mental fitness as president. Republican Committee members claim some policies
• 2:16
Speaker 3: carried out during Biden's terms through the use of the
• 2:19
Speaker 3: White House Auto pen may be illegitimate if it's proven
• 2:24
Speaker 3: the Democrat was mentally incapacitated for some of his term.
• 2:29
Speaker 3: Biden has strongly denied that he was not in the
• 2:32
Speaker 3: right state of mind at any point while in office,
• 2:34
Speaker 3: calling these claims quote ridiculous and fosse, which brings us
• 2:39
Speaker 3: to the lawyer David, one of O'Connor's lawyers, said the
• 2:43
Speaker 3: doctor had quote no choice but to invoke his Fifth
• 2:46
Speaker 3: Amendment rights and testimony before the committee. The lawyer cited
• 2:50
Speaker 3: that both O'Connor's responsibilities to protect patient privacy as a
• 2:55
Speaker 3: doctor and the Justice Department's ongoing investigation to Biden's use
• 2:59
Speaker 3: of the auto gave him no other choice. O'Connor did
• 3:03
Speaker 3: not invoke doctor patient privilege, however, which would have allowed
• 3:07
Speaker 3: him to answer questions from the panel that were not
• 3:11
Speaker 3: covered by that privilege. Representative James Comer of Kentucky, the
• 3:15
Speaker 3: oversight chair, had this to say as they walked down
• 3:19
Speaker 3: the closed door meeting.
• 3:21
Speaker 4: I can tell you exactly what happened. Doctor O'Connor pleaded
• 3:24
Speaker 4: the Fifth Amendment, and I'm going to read the first
• 3:28
Speaker 4: two questions that were asked. Were you ever told to
• 3:31
Speaker 4: lie about the President's health? He pleaded the Fifth Amendment.
• 3:35
Speaker 4: He would not answer that question. The second question, did
• 3:38
Speaker 4: you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duties? Again,
• 3:43
Speaker 4: President Biden's White House position pleaded the Fifth Amendment. This
• 3:47
Speaker 4: is unprecedented, and I think that this adds more fuel
• 3:50
Speaker 4: to the fire that there was a cover up. I
• 3:53
Speaker 4: believe that this adds legitimacy to the Tapper book and
• 3:58
Speaker 4: the other books that are in the work that are
• 4:00
Speaker 4: about to come out that that shows there was uh,
• 4:02
Speaker 4: there was a lot of suspicious activity taking place in
• 4:06
Speaker 4: the White House with respect to the President's health. This
• 4:09
Speaker 4: is something I think every American is concerned about. I
• 4:12
Speaker 4: think every American wants to know the truth. We're going
• 4:15
Speaker 4: to continue this investigation. We'll we'll move forward. We have
• 4:19
Speaker 4: several other witnesses that are going to come in for
• 4:22
Speaker 4: depositions and transcribed interviews.
• 4:24
  Speaker 3: Uh.
• 4:24
Speaker 4: We will do everything in our ability to be transparent
• 4:27
Speaker 4: with the media, be transparent with the American people. Uh.
• 4:30
Speaker 4: This is very serious and this was an opportunity, uh
• 4:34
Speaker 4: for doctor O'Connor to defend his reputation, to defend his work,
• 4:39
Speaker 4: and he chose to take the Fifth And I think that, uh,
• 4:43
Speaker 4: you know, that's something that that every American is going
• 4:46
Speaker 4: to be concerned about it.
• 4:48
Speaker 5: Of the doctor patient confidentiality. I mean, there are questions
• 4:52
Speaker 5: about you know, hippa and hypocraticals.
• 4:54
Speaker 4: The first two questions pertained again we ever told to
• 4:59
Speaker 4: lie about the president's health, and he plied the fifth
• 5:03
Speaker 4: had nothing to do with it.
• 5:04
Speaker 5: But you know that when you have these depositions, people
• 5:07
Speaker 5: don't toggle back and forth that they invote the fifth
• 5:09
Speaker 5: or they don't, you know, So I mean, could that
• 5:11
Speaker 5: have been just giving himself a shield overall because they
• 5:14
Speaker 5: don't go back and forth.
• 5:16
Speaker 4: Most people invoke the fifth when they have criminal liability,
• 5:20
Speaker 4: and you know, that's what it what it would appear
• 5:23
Speaker 4: on the surface here. So we're not gonna, you know,
• 5:26
Speaker 4: we're going to continue to move forward. Obviously. I think
• 5:30
Speaker 4: his actions today speak loud and clear. Again, this was
• 5:34
Speaker 4: an opportunity to come clean. And you know he said, oh,
• 5:36
Speaker 4: the President was in great health and this is just
• 5:38
  Speaker 4: a conspiracy theory.
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: He was fine.
• 5:40
Speaker 4: I don't know why they used the auto pen seventy
• 5:43
Speaker 4: five percent of the time when he was in the Whitehouse.
• 5:46
Speaker 4: I mean, this is what it's all about. It's about
• 5:47
Speaker 4: the autopen. This is there is serious concern and the
• 5:52
Speaker 4: evidence mounts by the minute, that Joe Biden had no
• 5:56
Speaker 4: idea what his name was being signed to, and we're
• 5:59
Speaker 4: talking about exist executive orders, and we were talking about pardons.
• 6:03
Speaker 4: So you know, what doctor O'Connor did today only added
• 6:06
Speaker 4: fuel to the fire that there was a cover up
• 6:08
Speaker 4: and that you know, Joe Biden wasn't mentally fit to
• 6:12
  Speaker 4: serve as president.
• 6:13
Speaker 3: I states James Comber, promising to get to the bottom
• 6:16
Speaker 3: of this, But when your own doctor won't even tell
• 6:19
Speaker 3: you the basics of what's happening, and then claiming, well,
• 6:22
Speaker 3: I had no other choice. Comber also said this to
• 6:25
Speaker 3: Jesse Waters on Fox.
• 6:27
Speaker 4: Was nothing asked in the beginning that would pertain to
• 6:29
Speaker 4: doctor patient relationship. This was a question, were you ever
• 6:33
Speaker 4: told to falsify medical documents by for the president United States?
• 6:38
Speaker 4: And he pled the fifth. And then he asked, We
• 6:41
Speaker 4: asked the question, did you ever doubt his mental capacity
• 6:45
Speaker 4: to fulfill the duties of the presidency? And again he
• 6:49
Speaker 4: pled the fifth. The only thing he answered was his name.
• 6:52
Speaker 4: The only thing he answered was his name.
• 6:55
Speaker 3: Yet again, another massive cover up, this time including Joe Biden's.
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Now story number two.
• 7:01
Speaker 3: In a shocking story, Donald Trump apparently has been targeted
• 7:06
Speaker 3: by Iranian death fatoise, as watchdog groups are now demanding
• 7:10
Speaker 3: immediate sanctions response because of the news. A news report
• 7:16
Speaker 3: by the United Against Nuclear Iran is urging the US
• 7:20
Speaker 3: government to impose sanctions on senior Ranian clerics and regime
• 7:25
Speaker 3: controlled institutions that have issued or promoted Islamic legal rulings
• 7:31
Speaker 3: known as fatois, calling for the torture and assassination of
• 7:36
Speaker 3: President Donald Trump, as well as other American citizens and
• 7:41
Speaker 3: the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Nette and Yahoo.
• 7:44
  Speaker 4: Now.
• 7:44
Speaker 3: The fontoise invoked the Islamic charge waging war against God,
• 7:50
Speaker 3: a term in Iran's penal code that mandates brutal punishments
• 7:55
Speaker 3: including crucifixion and cross assumption under the regimes in interpretation
• 8:01
Speaker 3: of Sharia law. Today, ua NI is exposing the individuals
• 8:07
Speaker 3: and entities in Iran hiding behind religion to foreman terrorism abroad.
• 8:13
Speaker 3: The threats against the President of United States of America
• 8:16
Speaker 3: and other Americans are a federal crime. Each of these
• 8:19
Speaker 3: individuals and entities should be sanctioned, indicted, and banned from
• 8:25
Speaker 3: travel along with their families to the United States and
• 8:28
Speaker 3: its allies. That is what a joint statement by former
• 8:32
Speaker 3: Governor Jeb Bush. The ua and i's chairman and Ambassador
• 8:37
Speaker 3: Mark Wallace at CEO and former US Ambassador of the
• 8:41
Speaker 3: UN for Management and Reform said in a statement, the
• 8:46
Speaker 3: latest FATOI against another American citizen, Solman Rushdie, almost cost
• 8:52
Speaker 3: him his life with him being stabbed by an Iranian
• 8:56
Speaker 3: regime sympathizer. It is time to ensure that those who
• 8:59
Speaker 3: threat Latin Americans face the full force of the law.
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: Now.
• 9:04
Speaker 3: The ua and i's new lists identified not one, not two,
• 9:09
Speaker 3: not five, not eight, but eleven individuals and two regime
• 9:14
Speaker 3: align entities that have not been sanctioned under US counter
• 9:19
Speaker 3: terrorism laws. The organization is calling for all of them
• 9:23
Speaker 3: to be designated as specially Designated Global Terrorists under Executive
• 9:29
Speaker 3: Order thirteen two two four, which is reserved for those
• 9:33
Speaker 3: engaged in or supporting terrorism. Among the top targets is
• 9:39
Speaker 3: the iatolinou Sar, a powerful cleric known as the Sultan
• 9:43
Speaker 3: of Sugar for his denomination of Iran's lucrative sugar trade.
• 9:48
Speaker 3: There's also calls for others in the government, and there
• 9:53
Speaker 3: are many that are concerned about what this could mean
• 9:56
Speaker 3: for sleeper cells in the United States. Of America, which
• 10:00
Speaker 3: brings me to part two of the story. Counter terrorism
• 10:03
Speaker 3: experts are now saying that Iran sleeper cells in the
• 10:07
Speaker 3: US might be hiding now in plain sight. Listen to this.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: So where they could be located, or where these sleeper
• 10:16
Speaker 1: cells may be is in plain sight. And that's the
• 10:22
Speaker 1: real terrifying part of this is that putting people in place,
• 10:26
Speaker 1: as we've seen over the past four years, everyone scrambling
• 10:30
Speaker 1: because certain amounts of people could come in here and
• 10:33
Speaker 1: get in here really relatively easy. They could even go
• 10:37
Speaker 1: to the border and say they seek asylum, and the
• 10:41
Speaker 1: Biden administration instead of putting them into DHS housing or
• 10:46
Speaker 1: ICE housing and holding them there so they could have
• 10:49
Speaker 1: their first appearance to be vetted and whether or not
• 10:52
Speaker 1: they get asylum, that was deferred and they were allowed
• 10:57
Speaker 1: passage into the United States. For some of these ICE
• 11:00
Speaker 1: agents are finding people who had to deferment for four
• 11:03
Speaker 1: or more years, and Tom Homan talked about that how
• 11:06
Speaker 1: they were putting them in hotels and deferring seven to
• 11:09
Speaker 1: nine years on some of these people. So even if
• 11:12
Speaker 1: we knew about them, when they get into the United States,
• 11:17
Speaker 1: they can just disappear. They are working off the books.
• 11:20
Speaker 1: They can get a fake ID. They can even get
• 11:22
Speaker 1: weapons with that fake ID in certain states. And when
• 11:26
Speaker 1: we say fake id's it has their picture but another
• 11:29
Speaker 1: official driver's license number that nobody checks the details about.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: So the ability to get these people in here and
• 11:38
Speaker 1: put them into sales and instruct them on what they
• 11:40
Speaker 1: are to do if activated is very simple. But we've
• 11:45
Speaker 1: seen multiple attacks by people who didn't sneak in and
• 11:49
Speaker 1: people who were born here. The Sarnef brothers, you know,
• 11:53
Speaker 1: for instance, they didn't sneak into the United States and
• 11:55
Speaker 1: they carried out a massive attack at the Boston marathon.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: So this is the hard part about terrorism. It can
• 12:02
Speaker 1: happen anywhere at any time, and these individuals can as
• 12:05
Speaker 1: long as they don't raise a ruckus.
• 12:07
  Speaker 4: They may not.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: Even know what they're going to be called to do.
• 12:10
Speaker 3: So here we are with another example of what wide
• 12:13
Speaker 3: open borders have done in this country to our national security,
• 12:18
Speaker 3: and the terrorism experts are warning us that it's time
• 12:20
Speaker 3: for us to find these illegal immigrants, specifically those that
• 12:24
Speaker 3: are staying here from Iran, and make sure that we
• 12:27
Speaker 3: keep this country safe.
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: Including Donald Trump.
