- 2:04Speaker 6: Good morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:07Speaker 6: dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey Man got
- 2:10Speaker 6: a radio show. Wow man, how good has God been
- 2:14Speaker 6: to me?
- 2:15Speaker 1: You know? Today?
- 2:15Speaker 6: Let me get right to it because I'm kind of
- 2:18Speaker 6: feeling this today, and I'm pretty sure there's quite a
- 2:22Speaker 6: few of you who go through the same things today.
- 2:26Speaker 6: Today was just a little tough morning for me because
- 2:29Speaker 6: I didn't want to leave home yesterday. You know, I
- 2:32Speaker 6: wanted to stay home a little. I'd just gotten home,
- 2:35Speaker 6: you know, I gotta go again, and sometimes, you know,
- 2:38Speaker 6: just the weight of all that you have to do
- 2:41Speaker 6: just gets on you sometimes and sometimes you don't feel
- 2:45Speaker 6: like doing it today.
- 2:47Speaker 7: Huh.
- 2:48Speaker 6: You know, I'm just talking to those who feel this
- 2:51Speaker 6: way every now and then, and I'm assuming that would
- 2:54Speaker 6: be everybody, because I don't know nobody who can just
- 2:57Speaker 6: plow through this thing without having those days?
- 3:00Speaker 1: Well, what do you do.
- 3:03Speaker 6: When it gets hard to stay up? What do you
- 3:05Speaker 6: do when it gets hard to be positive? What do
- 3:10Speaker 6: you do when it seems like things aren't happening for
- 3:14Speaker 6: you fast enough or in the timeframe that you thought
- 3:16Speaker 6: it was going What do you do? And the reason
- 3:20Speaker 6: that I guess I chose to speak about this this
- 3:23Speaker 6: morning is because I'm having one of those days. Because
- 3:26Speaker 6: I had one of those days yesterday. It's just a
- 3:29Speaker 6: tough day. I really can't explain it. It's nothing really
- 3:32Speaker 6: in particular bad happened. It's just I think the weight
- 3:40Speaker 6: of all that's going on started to feel heavy to me.
- 3:47Speaker 6: And so what do you do when you when you
- 3:49Speaker 6: have days like that, when it's hard to be positive,
- 3:51Speaker 6: when it's hard to stay up? Okay, here's what I
- 3:54Speaker 6: had to start doing this morning. Now I haven't completed it.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Can I just be real?
- 4:00Speaker 6: I haven't completed it, but I am processing it out
- 4:04Speaker 6: because I know what to do. You know, been there,
- 4:07Speaker 6: done that, I done, had that pain before.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I know what to do.
- 4:10Speaker 6: You know, if I sprang my finger, I know what
- 4:12Speaker 6: to do. Now, you know the first spring I had.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Oh Lord, I thought it was broke. I thought i'd
- 4:16Speaker 6: go be handicalf But now if I spray my finger,
- 4:19Speaker 6: I know what to do. So since I've been in
- 4:21Speaker 6: this position, in this hole so many times before, and
- 4:25Speaker 6: God has always gotten me through it, I decided I've
- 4:28Speaker 6: got to start the process today. Want to here are
- 4:31Speaker 6: some things. Now I'm going to get to the big
- 4:34Speaker 6: one last. And one of the things I do is
- 4:39Speaker 6: I remember the plan, sit down, and I consciously think
- 4:43Speaker 6: about the goals I've set.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I go over them.
- 4:47Speaker 6: See, I've gotten mine down on an iPad so I
- 4:49Speaker 6: can pull them out anywhere I am and pull them up.
- 4:53Speaker 6: And I've got two lists that I've made. I've got
- 4:55Speaker 6: a list of things that I know I can accomplish
- 4:58Speaker 6: if I just keep working and hard, and if it's
- 5:01Speaker 6: some couple of things just fall into place that I
- 5:04Speaker 6: can see. Then I got a list of things that
- 5:07Speaker 6: I'm planning on accomplishing. And then I have a second list,
- 5:11Speaker 6: And the heading of this list is called only God
- 5:14Speaker 6: can help me now. And on this list it's things
- 5:18Speaker 6: that I'm aspiring for or things that I'm hoping to
- 5:22Speaker 6: that in order for them to happen, I absolutely have
- 5:27Speaker 6: to have God's help. That's my favorite list. It's the
- 5:33Speaker 6: list that I have of the things that I don't
- 5:36Speaker 6: see no way it can happen. I'm just operating on
- 5:40Speaker 6: faith and the hope that God hear me, and so sometimes, man,
- 5:46Speaker 6: when you got to when I have this list of
- 5:49Speaker 6: what only God can help me, now that list is
- 5:52Speaker 6: stuff that I cannot see. I'm just operating on faith
- 5:57Speaker 6: that God is so much bigger than me, that he's
- 5:59Speaker 6: so much more capable than I am, that I can
- 6:03Speaker 6: actually acquire some things in my life, as he's proven
- 6:06Speaker 6: to me time and time again up to this point,
- 6:08Speaker 6: that He's willing to do for me. If I'm willing
- 6:11Speaker 6: to just give him some of my life. That's only
- 6:14Speaker 6: why I can explain my existence today. You know, I
- 6:18Speaker 6: began the conversation with my wife, how do I write
- 6:21Speaker 6: a book that becomes so wildly successful?
- 6:24Speaker 1: That would be God.
- 6:26Speaker 6: That's only God, Because if you can plan to sit
- 6:29Speaker 6: down and write a wildly successful book, I'd have been done,
- 6:32Speaker 6: sat down and did it, and so would you, so
- 6:36Speaker 6: that would be God. How it got purchased to become
- 6:39Speaker 6: a movie when that was not my intent when I
- 6:42Speaker 6: wrote the book at all.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Again, that would be God right there.
- 6:47Speaker 6: It has to be, because if I can't explain it
- 6:51Speaker 6: and it is by no doing of my own, then
- 6:53Speaker 6: who did it? So when I get down in days
- 6:56Speaker 6: like this, I remember the goal. I remember the plan.
- 7:00Speaker 6: I remember the journey. I think about of all the
- 7:03Speaker 6: things God has brought me through, how did I even
- 7:05Speaker 6: get to this point?
- 7:06Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:06Speaker 6: I might be having a little bumba of a day.
- 7:08Speaker 6: Yeah I was a little down yesterday. Yeah, my bio
- 7:11Speaker 6: rhythms is off, whatever they want to call it. Yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 6: I'm just having one of those days. I feel a
- 7:16Speaker 6: little bit heavy. I need a vacation real bad. I
- 7:19Speaker 6: need some time off to just go and regenerate. But
- 7:22Speaker 6: right now, man, I ain't got that.
- 7:24Speaker 1: So guess what I do.
- 7:25Speaker 6: I gotta start remembering the plan. I gotta start remembering
- 7:29Speaker 6: the goals. I gotta start thinking about all the things
- 7:32Speaker 6: that God has done for me and how He's brought
- 7:34Speaker 6: me this far and the blessings that I have instead
- 7:37Speaker 6: of what I don't have. And that's what I'm in
- 7:39Speaker 6: the process of doing this morning. And on the commercial breaks,
- 7:42Speaker 6: I'm gonna pull out my iPad and I'm gonna go
- 7:44Speaker 6: over my two lists, and I'm gonna reading my little
- 7:47Speaker 6: list of what I think I can accomplish, and I'm
- 7:49Speaker 6: gonna really read that only God can help Me now list,
- 7:52Speaker 6: because that's the list that's big. That's the part where
- 7:54Speaker 6: I've been telling y'all, I say, quit telling God how
- 7:58Speaker 6: big your problems are. Start telling your problems how big
- 8:02Speaker 6: your God is.
- 8:03Speaker 1: See.
- 8:03Speaker 6: And that's what I got to sit down and do
- 8:05Speaker 6: this morning. And then sometimes, man, you got to stay still.
- 8:10Speaker 6: That's the other part. You got to stay still. You
- 8:14Speaker 6: gotta quit moving for a second, because sometimes it feels
- 8:18Speaker 6: like you're running on a treadmill and you really hate
- 8:21Speaker 6: you're going somewhere, but it feel like you're running on
- 8:23Speaker 6: a treadmill. Well, when you get that feeling, sometimes you
- 8:26Speaker 6: got to stay still. And then when you stay still,
- 8:30Speaker 6: sometimes you gotta fight to stay positive. Sometimes you gotta
- 8:34Speaker 6: fight not to let the devil win. You're in a fight, mam.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I told you this.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Now you're in a fight now. So he trying to
- 8:39Speaker 6: get you to get on that positive train so he
- 8:41Speaker 6: can get you off the faith train. So God's delivery
- 8:44Speaker 6: package that's coming to you built on your faith, that
- 8:47Speaker 6: you can shake your faith and get you to thinking
- 8:49Speaker 6: negative and then he wins. See, so when you start
- 8:52Speaker 6: feeling negative, just know that that's the other force trying
- 8:55Speaker 6: to throw you off track. And when you get through
- 8:57Speaker 6: it all that he is the key to big One.
- 8:59Speaker 6: You want me to tell it to you. You got
- 9:01Speaker 6: to pray, man, You got to pray. You got to
- 9:04Speaker 6: take it to God. You got to say, hey, God,
- 9:06Speaker 6: look I'm having one of these days. I need your help.
- 9:09Speaker 6: I got business to take care of. You got blessings
- 9:11Speaker 6: in front of me. You got stuff you ton ship
- 9:13Speaker 6: to me. You got blessings and packages that's on the way.
- 9:16Speaker 6: I need to be sitting on Faith streets so I
- 9:18Speaker 6: can receive the delivery when it gets there. What I
- 9:21Speaker 6: don't want to do is be it on be undoubted
- 9:23Speaker 6: way or or lack of understanding parkway, or Pity park
- 9:29Speaker 6: Way or some street like that, and the package keep
- 9:33Speaker 6: going by. I need to be standing and sitting on
- 9:35Speaker 6: Faith Street so when you drop that package down to me,
- 9:38Speaker 6: I can go on and get it. You feel me.
- 9:41Speaker 6: You got to pray. You got to stay still, You
- 9:43Speaker 6: gotta fight to stay positive. You gotta remember the plan.
- 9:47Speaker 6: You got to go over the goals. Come on man,
- 9:49Speaker 6: God and brought you too far. Come on, pick yourself
- 9:52Speaker 6: up today. I'm talking to Steve Varvy this morning. I

- 16:30Speaker 3: You know, Like I say, I was in there trying

- 18:10Speaker 3: bring them to telling them to help you. Come get
- 18:13Speaker 3: your medicine. So all I want to do is get

- 21:17Speaker 8: situations that have made me wonder if he would be
- 21:19Speaker 8: a great husband and dad if we got married. He
- 21:23Speaker 8: cries watching chick flicks, he cries uncontrollably at church, and
- 21:27Speaker 8: he gets sad when we pass by homeless people. His
- 21:30Speaker 8: mom says, he has a big, kind heart, but he's
- 21:34Speaker 8: not ashamed to express his feelings. But I'm worried about it,
- 21:38Speaker 8: especially because he cries every time we have sex.
- 21:41Speaker 5: We've been dating for almost a year. Should I be
- 21:44Speaker 5: concerned about this?
- 21:46Speaker 1: Deeply? Wow? Steve I've never cried during SI I had

- 22:33Speaker 6: Give give them a few dollars, man, buy them something
- 22:36Speaker 6: to eat. Start you a program. Go down there and
- 22:38Speaker 6: feed the homeless. You know, don't cry. See that's what
- 22:43Speaker 6: I don't like, crying without any action. You know, you
- 22:48Speaker 6: crying at all the chick flicks. You cry when you
- 22:51Speaker 6: go to church. Okay, I got that crying at the
- 22:57Speaker 6: movie all of them. Nope, you saw white chicks.

- 26:14Speaker 6: Okay, I ain't no saying let's put a picture on that.
- 26:16Speaker 6: Who's she gonna put her hair? Tell me who's gonna

- 27:08Speaker 8: My wife and I have been married twenty eight years
- 27:11Speaker 8: and we have a twenty six year old son that
- 27:13Speaker 8: lives with us. He's dating one of my wife's friends,
- 27:16Speaker 8: and my wife has no idea. My son came clean
- 27:19Speaker 8: about it after I saw the woman drop him off
- 27:21Speaker 8: one night. I've told the woman that my wife will
- 27:23Speaker 8: hurt her if she finds out but she doesn't seem
- 27:26Speaker 8: to care. My son wants to move on. He wants
- 27:29Speaker 8: to move in with this woman, and he doesn't want
- 27:31Speaker 8: me to tell his mother. Who should I be loyal
- 27:33Speaker 8: to him or my wife? Or should I stay out
- 27:35Speaker 8: of it and let him learn a lesson?
- 27:38Speaker 12: Yeah, you got to be loyal to your sir. You
- 27:41Speaker 12: got to be loyal to you, sir. Why he's staying
- 27:44Speaker 12: there at twenty six now? And that's that's a couple
- 27:46Speaker 12: of problems to you. You got a woman dropping you off,
- 27:49Speaker 12: You did your mama's.
- 27:54Speaker 4: Well.
- 27:54Speaker 1: See, let me tell you something.
- 27:55Speaker 6: He's not being disloyal to his wife in any way
- 27:59Speaker 6: because this ain't to do with his wife.
- 28:01Speaker 1: This is his wife's friend. So I would stay lord
- 28:04Speaker 1: to the son, let him move on in there and
- 28:06Speaker 1: get words.
- 28:10Speaker 5: All right, all right, we're moving on. We're done with this.

- 29:52Speaker 6: So now I got to unpacked, shake out everything, make
- 29:55Speaker 6: sure I ain't got no mice in this luggage, because
- 29:57Speaker 6: I can't put this in my car because I live
- 29:59Speaker 6: in it.
- 30:00Speaker 1: What you can't live in is a mice infested car.

- 30:33Speaker 6: Now I just stood straight up. I don't damn there
- 30:36Speaker 6: touched the ceiling and I had nodded off. So that's
- 30:40Speaker 6: about one thirty in the morning. Now, now, my boy,
- 30:43Speaker 6: he gone out. So I sit up and I noticed
- 30:45Speaker 6: this mouse run across the float from under the couch
- 30:48Speaker 6: to this big round coffee table they had in the middle.
- 30:50Speaker 6: That was made out of fur, but you could go
- 30:53Speaker 6: up under. So I saw this mouse run up under
- 30:54Speaker 6: the table. I said, man, it's one on the back
- 30:58Speaker 6: of the chair, one on the table. I said, you
- 31:00Speaker 6: know what, how many damn mice in here? So then

- 31:19Speaker 6: my feet to get up in.
- 31:20Speaker 1: And I put my foot up in this chair. I

- 32:23Speaker 6: a motor and they could really start eating your way.
- 32:27Speaker 6: You'll be able to get them in time, because they're
- 32:29Speaker 6: just mice. But these mice was up and I kid
- 32:32Speaker 6: y'all not. I've never seen nothing like it in my life.
- 32:35Speaker 6: And I had my feet up in the fold away
- 32:37Speaker 6: checks because I'm going, man.

- 33:09Speaker 1: Don't wake your ass up and help me through this.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Help you.

- 43:43Speaker 1: Hello, Yes, I'm trying to reach missus Thomas. Please.
- 43:48Speaker 4: My name is mister Stapleton. I'm actually the principal over
- 43:50Speaker 4: at elementary school. You're I'm looking at my records indicating
- 43:55Speaker 4: that your son, Thomas is going to be starting.
- 43:58Speaker 1: His first greer.
- 44:00Speaker 9: Ready, my baby is ready?
- 44:01Speaker 1: Right, listen, miss Thomas.
- 44:04Speaker 4: I've been going through actually all of the children's records
- 44:07Speaker 4: that will be starting school, and I'm looking at your
- 44:11Speaker 4: son's grades from his kindergarten.
- 44:14Speaker 1: And he did good well, No, not exactly.
- 44:17Speaker 4: I mean there's been a few I actually spoke with
- 44:21Speaker 4: the teacher and who he was under in kindergarten. And
- 44:24Speaker 4: it seems like he just really wasn't up to par
- 44:27Speaker 4: as the rest of the children.
- 44:29Speaker 9: Now his kinduct now he talks, but he gets his work.
- 44:33Speaker 9: So what else is she saying on that that ain't right?
- 44:36Speaker 4: Well, what's what it seems to be, ma'am, is that
- 44:39Speaker 4: his grades weren't up to par as the rest of
- 44:41Speaker 4: the other children. She did tell me he was a
- 44:43Speaker 4: disobedient child.
- 44:44Speaker 9: No, disobedient and talking two different things.
- 44:46Speaker 1: Come on, Okay, well.
- 44:48Speaker 4: Man, listen, what we've decided here is we're gonna let
- 44:52Speaker 4: little actually do another year of kindergarten.
- 44:55Speaker 9: Oh y'all ain't gonna let him do another year of kindergarten?
- 44:58Speaker 1: No, sirgh man, that's that's the only choice I have.
- 45:03Speaker 3: No.
- 45:03Speaker 9: We got our letter in the mail with our report
- 45:06Speaker 9: card the week after school's started, and it said on
- 45:10Speaker 9: the back promoted. And if I got to get about
- 45:13Speaker 9: this couch and go get it, I'm gonna be out
- 45:16Speaker 9: because I'm telling you right now we will be in
- 45:19Speaker 9: the first grade. Kindergarten wasn't that hard. I'm not sure
- 45:22Speaker 9: what they told you about him, but it must be
- 45:24Speaker 9: the wrong.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Understand he doesn't color as well as the rest of
- 45:29Speaker 1: the kids. He's all out of them. He's out of
- 45:31Speaker 1: the lines.
- 45:31Speaker 4: When he colored. He doesn't know his numbers completely. And
- 45:34Speaker 4: that's kind of what we need when you first come
- 45:37Speaker 4: into into the first grade.
- 45:39Speaker 9: When I can show you on this paper he did
- 45:41Speaker 9: satisfactory all the way through. Now you about the map,
- 45:45Speaker 9: and I'm already sick calling me with some by my
- 45:48Speaker 9: son blunking kindergarten.
- 45:50Speaker 3: He ain't that kind of thing.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Does not color well, man.
- 45:53Speaker 9: I say, color ain't got nothing do with that, dad,
- 45:55Speaker 9: God kindergarten. He is going to the first grade, and
- 45:58Speaker 9: I be down there all the twenty four now I.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Will not be able to allow you to get.
- 46:03Speaker 9: Into school of God missed them. I'm sorry, and let
- 46:07Speaker 9: me get Let me tell you what. Let me go
- 46:09Speaker 9: in and get my pencil and pen because I don't
- 46:10Speaker 9: live that far from this school. And if y'all aren't
- 46:12Speaker 9: ready down there causing some conflict, I need to get
- 46:15Speaker 9: up and go down there because I'm not telling my
- 46:16Speaker 9: baby when he come home today, so he ain't going
- 46:18Speaker 9: to the day gun first, ma'am.
- 46:20Speaker 1: I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to refuse.
- 46:22Speaker 9: Education from him on a twenty You know what, I
- 46:25Speaker 9: just went back and put him in public school. I
- 46:27Speaker 9: know that was a stake in the first place. Food
- 46:29Speaker 9: which all talking about some coloring?
- 46:31Speaker 1: Give me your name again, sir Stapleton.
- 46:33Speaker 9: Man, and what's that number down there?
- 46:36Speaker 1: The number here is actually area code?
- 46:38Speaker 9: Waitman, I got the number of Now, mind, I pulled
- 46:41Speaker 9: up this report card. I got the number your name
- 46:43Speaker 9: on the back of this paper. I tell you what
- 46:45Speaker 9: I was. Twenty fourth will be coming in there, going
- 46:47Speaker 9: to school, and I might make a trip around there
- 46:49Speaker 9: this evening when I come from the document. I'm not
- 46:53Speaker 9: want to hear that calling. Ain't got nothing to do
- 46:55Speaker 9: with nothing else.
- 46:57Speaker 4: It's not only coloring his arithmetickets back all right, No,
- 47:01Speaker 4: are you working with him at home?
- 47:02Speaker 3: When you're doing anything at home every day?
- 47:05Speaker 9: What you're trying to say, I'm an incompetent parent.
- 47:08Speaker 1: I'm just asking, as a parent, are you working with
- 47:10Speaker 1: your child?
- 47:10Speaker 9: I'm working with my child every day. He can read
- 47:12Speaker 9: better than you.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Probably, No, he can't read, princess.
- 47:15Speaker 9: I can't read better than you, because honestly, you read
- 47:18Speaker 9: that wrong on that paper that he's supposed to be
- 47:19Speaker 9: going back to kindergarten. When I know the paper said
- 47:22Speaker 9: from his going to the first grade. And I'm not
- 47:25Speaker 9: listening to no more this about him going backwards. Now,
- 47:28Speaker 9: if you got a problem with your paper, word, maybe
- 47:32Speaker 9: you need to go talk to your secretary or somebody
- 47:34Speaker 9: in there that wrote my baby.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Name down with your son's name. Thomas.
- 47:39Speaker 9: Ma'm no, it ain't him, baby, I know it ain't him.
- 47:41Speaker 9: You're not gonna sit up and tell me my son
- 47:43Speaker 9: is flocking in kindergarten. He is not going back to
- 47:45Speaker 9: that kindergarten.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Don't bring your son down here, Augus.
- 47:50Speaker 9: I tell you what, be ready to want me and
- 47:52Speaker 9: my husband, but we will be down there. I was

- 48:14Speaker 3: No, no, I'm sorry.
- 48:17Speaker 9: We would be down at augusta twenty four. I would
- 48:20Speaker 9: have this poor card in my hand that says you
- 48:23Speaker 9: have been promoted to the first grade, and he's gonna
- 48:25Speaker 9: have a mile on his face.
- 48:26Speaker 3: And so are you.
- 48:27Speaker 1: I got one more thing I need to tell you.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Are you listening to me?
- 48:31Speaker 9: I'm listening. You ain't saying nothing. Yeah, you better say
- 48:33Speaker 9: something that sounded like the first grade because I'm not playing.

- 48:41Speaker 9: first grade?
- 48:42Speaker 1: Are you raising your voice? Sat? Who are you raising

- 52:50Speaker 3: Here.
- 52:50Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry letter.
- 52:52Speaker 5: Thank you nephew.
- 52:53Speaker 8: Subject my best friends are my exes. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 52:58Speaker 8: I'm a thirty three year old married woman and I've
- 53:00Speaker 8: been with my husband for eight years, married for five.
- 53:04Speaker 8: My husband just found out that my male best friend
- 53:06Speaker 8: is my ex boyfriend. I also have a female best
- 53:10Speaker 8: friend that I used to have threesomes with. We are
- 53:12Speaker 8: all close, and they loved my husband and he loved them.
- 53:16Speaker 8: I was on FaceTime with my best friend the other
- 53:18Speaker 8: night and he mentioned a tattoo on my lower back
- 53:21Speaker 8: and said he remembered when I got it. My husband
- 53:24Speaker 8: looked at me so crazy and then told my best
- 53:27Speaker 8: friend he was out of line. My best friend laughed
- 53:30Speaker 8: and told my husband to chill out and loosen up
- 53:32Speaker 8: or he would screw his wife again.
- 53:35Speaker 5: I almost sign it.
- 53:37Speaker 3: What what Yeah?
- 53:38Speaker 5: Wait a minute, Okay, you want me to go back
- 53:40Speaker 5: over that line? Read this right here exactly, see exactly exactly.
- 53:48Speaker 8: My best friend tried to say it was a joke,
- 53:50Speaker 8: but my husband cursed him out and said he'd better
- 53:53Speaker 8: not see him anytime soon. My best friend said he
- 53:56Speaker 8: was on his way over less than an hour later,
- 53:59Speaker 8: my best friend friend showed up at our apartment ready
- 54:02Speaker 8: to fight. My husband went outside and made me stay inside.
- 54:06Speaker 8: My crazy ex was yelling so loud. I heard him
- 54:09Speaker 8: tell my husband that he slept with me for years
- 54:12Speaker 8: and we had threesomes with my female best friend. He
- 54:15Speaker 8: bragged about our sexual past. My ex boyfriend slash best
- 54:19Speaker 8: friend and I had vowed to keep our past in
- 54:22Speaker 8: the past, and we haven't had sex in over fifteen years.
- 54:25Speaker 8: They were so loud that our neighbors came out and
- 54:28Speaker 8: threatened to call the police. My ex left and my
- 54:31Speaker 8: husband told me I could go with him, but of
- 54:34Speaker 8: course I stayed and tried to talk some sense into
- 54:37Speaker 8: my husband. My husband said I'm a sneaky, lying woman,
- 54:41Speaker 8: and he gave me an ultimatum, either my friends or
- 54:44Speaker 8: my marriage. I don't think that's fair. Why is it
- 54:46Speaker 8: such a big deal that I'm still friends with two
- 54:48Speaker 8: people I've had sex with? Please help? Are you kidding
- 54:52Speaker 8: me right now? It's a big deal because this happened, Okay,
- 54:58Speaker 8: because your stupid ex boyfriend did this, and your husband
- 55:01Speaker 8: should have whooped his behind. Seriously, he came over there
- 55:05Speaker 8: asking for it. Anyway, that comment he made to your
- 55:08Speaker 8: husband about screwing you, and all of that was so
- 55:12Speaker 8: completely out of line and disrespectful. He obviously has a
- 55:15Speaker 8: problem with you, your marriage, and especially your husband. He's jealous,
- 55:20Speaker 8: he's a hater. He's trying to sabotage everything. He knew
- 55:25Speaker 8: exactly what he was doing with all that loud yelling
- 55:28Speaker 8: outside and around the neighbors and stuff. But you're the
- 55:31Speaker 8: problem because you don't see what your husband is talking about.
- 55:35Speaker 8: You don't see that it is such a big deal,
- 55:37Speaker 8: and you don't think it's fair that you can't see
- 55:39Speaker 8: your friends again. Come on, you need to cancel him,
- 55:41Speaker 8: you need to cancel her. Stick with your husband. Those
- 55:45Speaker 8: aren't your friends. He broke the code, he broke the trust.
- 55:48Speaker 8: All of that, you guys agreed not to tell. And
- 55:50Speaker 8: your husband doesn't care if it was fifteen years ago
- 55:53Speaker 8: of fifteen minutes ago.
- 55:55Speaker 5: All right, this dude was out of line. He probably
- 55:58Speaker 5: suspected something your husban. It's been all along anyway.
- 56:01Speaker 8: Some things you know, these secrets people should take to
- 56:04Speaker 8: their grave, and you should be glad.
- 56:05Speaker 5: He's sorry, but is out of your life.
- 56:09Speaker 6: All right, Steve, Thank you, Thank you, welcome, Thanks you
- 56:12Speaker 6: Shirley beautiful letter to come back to ladies and gentlemen.
- 56:16Speaker 6: Call everybody you know and watch what I do with
- 56:18Speaker 6: this letter right here. I've been waiting on something like this.
- 56:21Speaker 6: Oh God, I'm mister trop be a letter, he would go. Now,
- 56:23Speaker 6: I'm gonna read this letter, and I'm gonna show you
- 56:27Speaker 6: the sheer ignorance of this whole damn letter. My best
- 56:32Speaker 6: friends are my exes, did Steve. I'm thirty three year
- 56:34Speaker 6: old woman and I've been with my husband eight years.
- 56:37Speaker 1: Married for five. My husband just found out that my
- 56:41Speaker 1: male best friend is my ex boyfriend. Right there.
- 56:45Speaker 6: I done told y'all you can't be friends with somebody
- 56:50Speaker 6: you attracted to. I done told y'all that. Now here
- 56:53Speaker 6: come a letter. I also have a female best friend
- 56:57Speaker 6: that I used to have threesomes with. It's a lot
- 57:01Speaker 6: of information in this hill letter right here, And I'm
- 57:05Speaker 6: telling you right now, you got an ex boyfriend, your
- 57:08Speaker 6: ex boyfriend is your best friend, and your best girlfriend you.
- 57:12Speaker 1: Used to have threesomes with.
- 57:14Speaker 6: That's already too many damn people in this letter already.
- 57:18Speaker 6: We ain't even got out the first paragraph, and I'm
- 57:21Speaker 6: thinking about eight people in here all.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Already this room crowded.
- 57:25Speaker 6: Now we are all close, and they loved my husband
- 57:29Speaker 6: and he loved them. That's the problem right there. How
- 57:33Speaker 6: you still close and you married with all these people
- 57:37Speaker 6: that's supposed to be your exes. It don't ever work out.
- 57:40Speaker 6: I was on FaceTime with my best friend. Here's another problem.
- 57:44Speaker 6: I want you to stop calling him your best friend
- 57:46Speaker 6: because this finnick turned ugly. I was on the phone
- 57:49Speaker 6: FaceTime with my best friend the other night and he
- 57:54Speaker 6: mentioned the tattoo on my little back and he said
- 57:57Speaker 6: he remembered when I got it. Wait a minute, see
- 58:00Speaker 6: right there, all of us on this show that's married.
- 58:05Speaker 6: Can you be on a FaceTime with a person of
- 58:08Speaker 6: the opposite sex talking about a damn tattoo that's on
- 58:11Speaker 6: your lower back or talking just on face time?
- 58:16Speaker 1: I wish a hef of Wood FaceTime me in. I'm
- 58:19Speaker 1: sitting up in here with March. What this already? Okay?
- 58:26Speaker 1: He mentioned the tattoo and he remember when I got it.
- 58:28Speaker 6: My husband looked at me so crazy and then told
- 58:31Speaker 6: my best friend he was out of line. Quit calling
- 58:34Speaker 6: this man your best friend. See this is the problem
- 58:37Speaker 6: with this whole letter. Your best friends ain't your friends.
- 58:41Speaker 6: Then she said, my best friend laughed and told my
- 58:45Speaker 6: husband to chill out and loosen up or he would
- 58:48Speaker 6: screw his wife again. We need to stop this damn
- 58:53Speaker 6: letter right here before I started cussing. We finish, go
- 58:56Speaker 6: to commercial break, because all I want to do right
- 58:58Speaker 6: now is cuss. On the commercial break, I'm gonna get
- 59:02Speaker 6: all the cussing out and then I'll be back.
- 59:04Speaker 5: Okay, all right, loosen up, and.
- 59:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna screw your wife again, mother, see WHOA?
- 59:12Speaker 8: All right, Look, we'll have part two of Steve's response
- 59:15Speaker 8: if we still have jobs when we come back in
- 59:17Speaker 8: twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 59:19Speaker 5: Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 59:24Speaker 8: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 59:26Speaker 8: The subject my best friends are my exes.
- 59:30Speaker 1: That's all I got to say about it right here.
- 59:33Speaker 6: Okay, So I've been cussing the whole break, right, yes,
- 59:36Speaker 6: So now let me get back into this ignorant ass
- 59:38Speaker 6: that this thirty three year old woman who's her best
- 59:40Speaker 6: friend is her ex boyfriend and her best female friend
- 59:44Speaker 6: is a woman that she used to have threesomes with
- 59:46Speaker 6: a lot of people. In this letter, we've discovered that
- 59:48Speaker 6: she was facetiming with her best friend, who was another man.
- 59:51Speaker 1: The other night.
- 59:52Speaker 6: He mentioned the tattoo on my lower back and said
- 59:54Speaker 6: he remember when I got it. My husband looked at
- 59:58Speaker 6: me so crazy, and then told my best friend he
- 1:00:02Speaker 6: was out of line. Quit calling him your best friend.
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: He just mentioned a tattoo on your lower back and
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: he remember when you got it. He ain't he supposed
- 1:00:13Speaker 6: to know nothing about this.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Okay, here we go.
- 1:00:18Speaker 6: My best friend laughed, laughed, he laughed, and told my
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: husband to chill out and loosen up, or he would
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: screw his wife again. See I'm confused, he laughed.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: He was talking to me.
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: See, most men listening to this letter cannot imagine a
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: man laughing telling him to chill out or we almost
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: screw your wife again.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: What you laughed?
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: Oh dog, Oh you done got comfortable. Then the lady said,
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: I almost fainted. My best friend tried to say it
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: was a joke. Outn told Joe, asked, lady, quit calling
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: him your best friend. This is the problem already. You
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: keep referring to this man as your damn best friend.
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: And he tried to say it was a joke, but
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: my husband cussed him out and said he better not
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: see him anytime soon. My best friend, here she go again,
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: this helper right here. She ain't learning why she keep
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: calling this fool her. My best friend said he was
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: on his way over. That ain't a man living gonna
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: tell me to shut up and chill out, or you
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: gonna screw my wife again. And then I promise you
- 1:01:35Speaker 6: a ass whooping And then you say you on your
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: way over. You're not gonna believe what's gonna happen when
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: you get him. You're not even gonna believe this, the
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: level of ass whooping, the intensity of it.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: You brother, let me explain something to you.
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: You're not only driving over here for this ass whooping,
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: you are about to be in a near death situation.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: Very close. Okay, He on his way over.
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: Less than an hour later, my male best friend showed
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: up at our apartment ready to fight.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Wait a minute, excuse me? Ready to fight for?
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: What?
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: What does he have to fight for?
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: See, lady, you leaving something out in this letter because
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: if your ex boyfriend your husband tells him I bet
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: and not see you soon, he says, I'm coming over there,
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: and thirty minutes later he drive over to you. And
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: your husband's house. Ready to fight? My question becomes ready
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: to fight for?
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: What?
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: Ain't nobody fighting over? No fifteen year old booty call?
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: This is something currently happening? Or drive over here to
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: whoop you over something that happened fifteen years ago?
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: Are you crazy? Well?
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: And anyway, when he got over there, this letter is
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: the rest of this letter. If I was in this
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: letter is a totally different. I don't even why we're
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: still writing all the rest of this just a police report,
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: so I don't even know what how you still typing?
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: You got up in here and then drove over my house.
- 1:03:05Speaker 6: My husband went outside and made me stay inside. My
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: crazy X was yelling so loud. I heard him tell
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: my husband he slept with me for years and we
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: had threesomes with my female best friend. He bragged about
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: our sexual past. Wait, wait a minute, how he had
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: time to say all this?
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Yeah, saying, Jason, what.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: You mean?
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: I heard him yelling and he said no.
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: When you drove over here, that ass whipping I promised
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: you it commences soon as you get out the car.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: Matter of fact, that I ask what I'm starting for
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: you get out to car, dog, I'm busting you wonder.
- 1:03:42Speaker 6: I don't even understand this here man, this lady right here,
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: and then for years and we had three someomes with
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: my female best friend. He bragged about our sexual past.
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: My ex boyfriend and I vowed again Again.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Here you go.
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: You keep calling this man your ex boy You stupid,
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: You so damn stupid. That's why you ain't fitna have
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: no HODS because you keep putting value on this dude
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: right here, my ex best friend and not vowed to
- 1:04:10Speaker 6: keep our past in the past, and we haven't had
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: sex in over fifteen years. I'm finding that hard to believe,
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: because ain't nobody drove over your house over some sex
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: that's fifteen years old. Not no black dude, I don't know.
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: No white dude do that. I don't know no dude
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: do that. They were so loud that our neighbors came
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: out and threatened to call the police. Loud most ass
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: womens I've been involved in event very quiet. You know,
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: it's occasional grunting and stuff, But all this loud talking.
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: They're out there arguing. I don't even know what They're
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: out there arguing about my ex. Now here we go,
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: my ex left left, how.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: Alive?
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: Your ex left. That's just part of this letter. I'm
- 1:04:57Speaker 6: not understanding. Let me read this to you again. My
- 1:05:01Speaker 6: ex left left, I mean part two for this letter.
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: When we call, oh, I have more for this right here,
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: I'm stuck part three. They argum, my husband, my ex
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: left left.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: Save it for part three.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: You're talking about in a car.
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: Coming up, we'll have part three of today's.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Strub to drive away.
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: Steve Harvey his back my best friend.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: On his own accord.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: We'll be back right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: Morning Show.
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: All right, come on, Steve. Part three of today's Strawberry Letter.
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: The subject is my best friends are my exes?
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: I show hope y'all been with me on this letter.
- 1:05:43Speaker 6: Right here, this thirty three year old woman got this
- 1:05:45Speaker 6: ex boyfriend that's her best friend, and her husband didn't
- 1:05:48Speaker 6: know it, and today was talking on the phone on
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: the FaceTime, which should have never happened. And then he
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: mentioned the tattoo on her back and he remember when
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: he got it. The husband said, hey, man, you're out
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: of line. Best friend laugh told the husband, chill out,
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: loosen up, and I'm gonna screw your wife again. The
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: lady almost failed and then she said, my best friend
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: tried to say it was a joke on my husband,
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: cuss him out, said he better not see him no
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: time soon. Then the best friend said he was on
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: his way over. Less than a half hour later, the
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: male best friend showed up at our apartment ready to fight.
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: Because see, once you drive over to the house, Betty,
- 1:06:18Speaker 6: to fight, then the fight gonna happen. But now your
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: hellsban went outside, made you stay inside. My crazy exers
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: yelling so loud. I heard him tell my husband he
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: slept with me for years. You might have heard him say,
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: and I slept, but that's all you said. See all
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: this stuff to how long and all that old, and
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: we had a threesome with your girlfriends, and I saw
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: the tattoo. I ain't none of that coming out because
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: see it's just it's too much arguing right now. And
- 1:06:43Speaker 6: then my ex best friend and I vowed to keep
- 1:06:46Speaker 6: our past in the past, and we haven't had sex
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: in over fifteen years. I find that hard to believe,
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: because I ain't no dude driving over your house to
- 1:06:53Speaker 6: face a husband that threatened to do something to you
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: about his wife. Boy, you're gonna get in your car
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: come over to my house. Brother, your last time. Now
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: they out there arguing. The neighbors want to call the police.
- 1:07:03Speaker 6: And then my ex left left. How how I'm confused?
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: He left on his own car, He left on a gurney.
- 1:07:11Speaker 6: He left in the corner the back of the corner's car.
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: How he leaves.
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: Not be meaning that he got back in his car
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: and my husband told me I could go with him.
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: Of course I stayed and tried to talk some sensant
- 1:07:25Speaker 6: to my husband. I can't even believe it. I'm finish cry.
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: But of course I stayed talked some since my husband.
- 1:07:30Speaker 6: My husband said I'm a sneaky, lying woman, and he
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: gave me an ultimate ultimatum, either my friends or my marriage.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: I don't think that's fair. You don't think that's fair.
- 1:07:39Speaker 6: I'm disappointed in your husband because once I tell you
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: when I see you, and then you telling me how
- 1:07:47Speaker 6: you heard us outside talking? What as we talking for?
- 1:07:52Speaker 6: I'm disappointed in the hubs. I'm disappointed that the police
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: didn't have to come. I'm disappointed that your husband ain't
- 1:07:59Speaker 6: locked up. I'm I'm supported. I'm disappointed your husband ain't
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: facing charges at least second degree. I don't understand how
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: your ex was able to leave in the same damn
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: car he came in.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: You're gonna leave in the vehicle, but it won't be
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: in the car you came up with.
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: And if don't have lights on it, the wine you
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: leave there gon't have lights on it, and it's gonna
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: make up.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Why is his as still living?
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: I didn't want to come back off vacation to do
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: no damn not a light that I can't stand the

- 1:17:01Speaker 5: Would you rather hunt and butcher your own meat? Hunting
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: butcher your own meat?
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Okay?
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: Would you you put you want to do that?
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: Okay?
- 1:17:10Speaker 8: Or would you or would you rather never eat meat again?
- 1:17:17Speaker 8: I'm a all day you would hunt and butcher it yourself?
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: Here? Hell?
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: Yes, skin it?
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: You eat what you kill?
- 1:17:28Speaker 6: You know what I mean. Times I've been on a
- 1:17:30Speaker 6: hunting my grandfather new field dressing deal.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: No, yeah, I didn't know.
- 1:17:37Speaker 5: I thought you.
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: As naked in that come about it, and you gotta
- 1:17:43Speaker 6: be kidnapped. I'm nothing, not do meat? What did?
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: I'm a barbecue?
- 1:17:49Speaker 13: Got some nice yams.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: We're gonna put some yams on the grill.
- 1:17:52Speaker 5: You want some jams beyond burgers?
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: No college fly boy hit a thing about me?
- 1:18:00Speaker 6: Man? Why do all vegas and vegetarians try to make
- 1:18:03Speaker 6: stuff making taste like me?
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Just need to tell me?
- 1:18:07Speaker 8: Coming back with our last breakup the day at forty
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: nine minutes after and of course closing remarks from the
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:18:15Speaker 5: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, here
- 1:18:19Speaker 5: we are our last break of the day.
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: Jay, it is the last break of the day.
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: A right, Steve. You know I often talk about your
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: mental attitude.
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: I'm gonna share something with you because it's a way
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: that I was thinking of how I really thought, and
- 1:18:38Speaker 6: I was thinking about statistics and how statistics. People use
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: statistics to help them be okay to me with their failure.
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: People use the statistics to find a way to describe
- 1:18:55Speaker 6: their lack of movement or their not being successful or something.
- 1:18:59Speaker 6: Because you got to be careful with any stat that
- 1:19:01Speaker 6: says one out of you know, you ever hear stat
- 1:19:06Speaker 6: one out of every five thousand, one out of every
- 1:19:09Speaker 6: one out of every.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Six out of ten.
- 1:19:13Speaker 6: See, and people, if you're not careful, statistics can be
- 1:19:18Speaker 6: very crippling.
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: Thirty percent of the people who do this will wind
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: up that way.
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: And what negative people do, They automatically put themselves into
- 1:19:31Speaker 6: the to the negative side of the equation, because if
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: you're accustomed to thinking negative, you will always take the
- 1:19:38Speaker 6: negative side of a statistic. What they told me years ago,
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: one out of every two thousand comedians will get on
- 1:19:47Speaker 6: the Tonight Show. So that means one thousand, nine hundred
- 1:19:52Speaker 6: and ninety nine comedians out of the two thousand will
- 1:19:54Speaker 6: never get on the Tonight Show. So you know what
- 1:19:57Speaker 6: everybody around me was talking about. Man, we'll never make
- 1:20:00Speaker 6: get on the Tonight Show. You know what I did
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: when I first got in comedy, I hummed the Tonight's
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: Show theme song before I went on.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: I hummed it.
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: I never got on it with Johnny Carson. But you
- 1:20:17Speaker 6: know what, I got on the Tonight Show when Jay
- 1:20:19Speaker 6: Lennard was on that but I was already successful. That's
- 1:20:22Speaker 6: the only way I got on it. But see, I
- 1:20:25Speaker 6: never allowed that statistic to enter into my system. We
- 1:20:31Speaker 6: have in trouble getting vaccinated right now because people are
- 1:20:34Speaker 6: going at the statistics. What happens when so and so
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: take this? It's amazing what statistics do. Be very careful
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: you all.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: Listening to statistics because they got nothing to do with you.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: They don't.
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: Stats to me are for people looking for a reason
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: to explain why they're not going to do it, or
- 1:20:56Speaker 6: why they didn't make it, or why they're not successful.
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: I don't care nothing out no stats. See, the problem
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: is what I chose to do. And let me explain
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: this to you. See if you can get what I'm
- 1:21:05Speaker 6: talking about, Let's look at these two words. Let's start
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: with probability. What's the probability of you becoming rich one day?
- 1:21:17Speaker 6: What's the probability of you being able to have a child.
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: What's the probability of you hitting the lottery? What's the
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: probability of you owning more than one house? What's the
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: probability of you being able to travel like you want
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: to in this world? What's the probability of you seeing
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: four other countries before you die? You understand what I'm
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: saying once you look at the probability you are in
- 1:21:44Speaker 6: trouble because the operative word and probability to me is probable.
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: It probably probably won't happen. Well, it's probable, but it
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: ain't likely. That's the problem with it. So I never
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: operate on probability. I choose to operate on another word, possibility.
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: I only look at the possibility of it. And here's
- 1:22:14Speaker 6: the code part, y'all, if you thought about it for real,
- 1:22:18Speaker 6: listen to this right here. Do you realize that it
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: is impossible to think an impossible thought?
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: Uh?
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Oh, what did you say? I said?
- 1:22:36Speaker 6: Do you realize it is impossible to think an impossible thought?
- 1:22:40Speaker 6: So if you thought it, do you not understand that
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: that's possible? Show me one person, show me anybody, Show
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: me anybody that has thought an impossible thought.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: How can you do that?
- 1:22:54Speaker 3: How?
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: How can you think an impossible thought?
- 1:23:01Speaker 6: The reason you can't think of an impossible thought because
- 1:23:03Speaker 6: the moment you think it, there lives the possibility.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: And now it opens up.
- 1:23:16Speaker 6: Your life, It opens up your realm of thinking, It
- 1:23:20Speaker 6: opens up you to starting to begin in the process
- 1:23:24Speaker 6: that anything is possible, anything is possible. Do you know
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: something that you could really be rich one day? If
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: that's what you want it now. I'm not saying that's
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: a necessity, that's what makes you happy. I'm just using
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: that as an example. Do you know you could actually
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: have more than one home. Do you know that you
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: could actually drive more than one.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Or two cars? You can have four cars.
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: Do you understand that you actually can help change lives
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: that you've been thinking to change. Do you know that
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: you actually can be owned, become a business owner, that
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: you actually can open up that business. You can actually
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: do it. You can actually do it, But you gotta
- 1:24:04Speaker 6: fix your mind because it's possible. Stop looking at the
- 1:24:09Speaker 6: probability of something and look at the possibility. And if
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: you tell somebody an idea all the time and they
- 1:24:16Speaker 6: start telling you why it won't work, stop talking to
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: them people. You'll need them people. I only talk to
- 1:24:22Speaker 6: people when I give them an idea. They go, yeah, man,
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: we can do that. I only need you telling me
- 1:24:26Speaker 6: how it won't work. The opposition gonna present yourself in
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: everything you attempt to do anyway. I don't want to
- 1:24:30Speaker 6: hear your mouth talk about why it won't work. I
- 1:24:33Speaker 6: only give myself around people when I give them an idea,
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: they say, yeah, man, let's go Those are my clothing remarks.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: I ain't no more have a Christian Day.
