- 0:01Speaker 1: Crime in America.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is dropping, and it's not happening by accident. It's
- 0:06Speaker 2: happening because, for the first time in years, there is
- 0:09Speaker 2: a present in the White House who made one thing
- 0:12Speaker 2: clear from day one. We're going to go back to policing.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We are going to enforce the laws that we have
- 0:20Speaker 2: on the books, and we're going to take our streets
- 0:22Speaker 2: back so that all Americans can feel safe. Now, let's
- 0:27Speaker 2: talk facts, because the numbers are truly incredible and they
- 0:30Speaker 2: don't lie. Across the country, major cities are reporting double
- 0:35Speaker 2: digit drops and violent crime in many liberal metro areas.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Homicides are down significantly from their recent peaks, property crime
- 0:46Speaker 2: stabilizing after years of spikes in some cities. We're seeing
- 0:50Speaker 2: murder rates down ten to twenty percent year over year.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Shootings are declining as targeted enforcement is ramped up under
- 0:59Speaker 2: Trump's leadership, and law enforcement officials are pointing to some
- 1:03Speaker 2: very specific things that are allowing for all this to happen.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Number one, a shift in federal posture that all because
- 1:13Speaker 2: of the president. Also a shift in priorities from federal
- 1:17Speaker 2: law enforcement, and then the biggest part, a shift in
- 1:21Speaker 2: leadership from the White House. All the way down. Now,
- 1:25Speaker 2: let's be honest. This didn't start in a vacuum. For years,
- 1:29Speaker 2: we were told police should be cut back, enforcement should
- 1:32Speaker 2: be reduced, and criminals should be given more leniency and
- 1:36Speaker 2: more second, third, fourth, fifth, and six chances. What happened
- 1:41Speaker 2: under the Democrats' plan. Crime surged, cities became less safe,
- 1:46Speaker 2: communities paid the price, and Americans lost their lives. Then
- 1:51Speaker 2: President Trump came in and flipped the script. From day one,
- 1:54Speaker 2: the Trump administration said we will always back the blue.
- 1:58Speaker 2: That wasn't just a slow it literally became their policy.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Federal support for local police departments has increased. Prosecutors were
- 2:07Speaker 2: encouraged to pursue violent offenders aggressively, and repeat offenders were
- 2:12Speaker 2: targeted instead of being released. And just as important, police
- 2:16Speaker 2: morales started going back up in this country. When officers
- 2:20Speaker 2: know the White House had their back, they got to
- 2:23Speaker 2: do their jobs more efficiently, and criminals knew it now.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Targeting the worst offenders was also part of the plan.
- 2:31Speaker 2: It was another major shift going after the most dangerous
- 2:34Speaker 2: criminals first, violent repeat offenders, gang members, drug traffickers, illegal
- 2:41Speaker 2: immigrants with hardcore criminal records. That is where ice operations
- 2:46Speaker 2: and federal partnerships came into play. Instead of ignoring the problem,
- 2:50Speaker 2: the administration leaned in arresting thousands of high risk individuals,
- 2:55Speaker 2: removing threats from communities, sending a message that lawlessness will
- 2:59Speaker 2: not be tolerated. Now, Trump's message had always been simple
- 3:04Speaker 2: law and order. He ran on it, and President Trump
- 3:07Speaker 2: has been consistent saying we will not allow our cities
- 3:11Speaker 2: to be taken over by crime. And he's emphasized that
- 3:14Speaker 2: safety is not political, it's fundamental to a great country,
- 3:18Speaker 2: saying every American deserves to live in a safe community.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And that message is clearly resonating with many Americans who
- 3:27Speaker 2: are living in really high crime neighborhoods. To law enforcement,
- 3:32Speaker 2: the President said, hey, I got you, do your job.
- 3:34Speaker 1: We support you.
- 3:36Speaker 2: And to the criminals, the President said, the rules are
- 3:39Speaker 2: being enforced again, so get ready because we're coming for you.
- 3:43Speaker 2: So is it working. Yes, crime rates have dropped significantly.
- 3:48Speaker 2: And if you want to look at one example of that,
- 3:51Speaker 2: look at what the President did in Memphis, Tennessee on Monday.
- 3:55Speaker 2: He said, we've fixed the Memphis crime problem. That obviously
- 3:59Speaker 2: is my hometown. And President Trump declared on Monday that
- 4:04Speaker 2: the crime problem has been solved through the Memphis Safe
- 4:08Speaker 2: Task Force.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Now.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Trump's comments came during a Memphis Task Force roundtable where
- 4:14Speaker 2: he highlighted high levels of crime in the city of
- 4:16Speaker 2: the year he returned to the Oval office.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Here's part of what the President had to say.
- 4:22Speaker 3: But for years prior to our involvement, Memphis had become
- 4:25Speaker 3: known for something else, being the murder capital of the USA.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Then not a good title.
- 4:30Speaker 3: It was averaging far more than one murder per day,
- 4:34Speaker 3: with a crime rate higher than Columbia, Mexico City, or
- 4:38Speaker 3: Baghdad in the year I shouldn't be saying this, say
- 4:41Speaker 3: because but here's a good news. It's been fixed, all right.
- 4:45Speaker 3: I hate to say this because it's so negative. That's
- 4:48Speaker 3: so negative. In the year before I took off as
- 4:52Speaker 3: Memphis so more than twelve thousand, five hundred violent assaults,
- 4:56Speaker 3: four hundred and twenty nine rapes, and seven thousand, six
- 4:59Speaker 3: hundred burglar is an armed Romine Roberts, and I mean
- 5:03Speaker 3: it was and getting worse. This catastrophe was a result
- 5:07Speaker 3: of years of local politicians, judges, and prosecutors who sided
- 5:12Speaker 3: with violent criminals over law abiding citizens.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Over law abiding citizens. It was an average far more
- 5:20Speaker 2: than one murder per day. That is what the people
- 5:24Speaker 2: at Memphis were dealing with, with a crime rate higher
- 5:26Speaker 2: than Columbia, Mexico City, or even Baghdad. That's something that
- 5:32Speaker 2: the media never wanted you to know.
- 5:35Speaker 1: He said.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Crime levels were the products of years of local politicians, judges,
- 5:41Speaker 2: and prosecutors who sided with the violent criminals over the
- 5:45Speaker 2: law abiding citizens. Fox thirteen Memphis report on March eighteenth
- 5:50Speaker 2: that overall crime in the city is down forty three
- 5:53Speaker 2: percent compared to the same period in twenty twenty five,
- 5:58Speaker 2: before Trump Institute did the task force. Meanwhile, the White
- 6:02Speaker 2: House shared figures Monday underscoring the stark drop in specific
- 6:06Speaker 2: crime categories. Motor vehicle thefts down sixty seven percent, robberies
- 6:13Speaker 2: in Memphis down fifty one percent, sexual assaults down thirty
- 6:18Speaker 2: eight percent, homicides are down thirty five percent, burglaries are
- 6:23Speaker 2: down thirty two percent, and aggravated assaults are down thirty
- 6:27Speaker 2: one percent. Now Trump announced back in September efforts to
- 6:32Speaker 2: crack down on crime in Memphis on the heels of
- 6:35Speaker 2: his immediate success in dealing with crime in Washington, d C.
- 6:40Speaker 2: On September fifteenth, he signed a memo establishing the Memphis
- 6:45Speaker 2: Task Force and what happened, well, it's truly incredible.
- 6:49Speaker 1: The numbers don't lie.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Here's what the President had to say from the Oval
- 6:53Speaker 2: Office when he started this back in September.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Today, at the request of Governor bis Lee of Tennessee,
- 7:01Speaker 5: who's standing with us, as you know, I'm signing a
- 7:04Speaker 5: Presidential memorandum to establish the Memphis Safe Task Force.
- 7:10Speaker 4: And it's very important because of the crime that's going on,
- 7:13Speaker 4: not only in Memphis in many cities that we're going
- 7:15Speaker 4: to take care of all of them step by step,
- 7:18Speaker 4: just like we did in DC. We have virtually no
- 7:21Speaker 4: crime in DC right now, and we're going to keep
- 7:23Speaker 4: it that way.
- 7:24Speaker 5: So our nation's capital.
- 7:25Speaker 6: We're going to keep it that way, or we're going
- 7:26Speaker 6: to federalize it if we had to, but we don't
- 7:28Speaker 6: have to anymore because it's in such great share. This
- 7:32Speaker 6: task Force will be a replica of our extraordinarily successful
- 7:35Speaker 6: efforts here, and you'll see it's a lot of the
- 7:39Speaker 6: same thing. Although the numbers here are really something, they're
- 7:42Speaker 6: really bad.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Now.
- 7:43Speaker 6: We did send FBI in about four months ago to
- 7:45Speaker 6: work and it brought some of the numbers down and
- 7:48Speaker 6: they did a great job, and we're sending in the
- 7:51Speaker 6: big force.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Now, you got to ask yourself this question, why would
- 7:55Speaker 2: the President United States of America do something like this
- 7:58Speaker 2: in liberal cities, Because he truly believes that every American
- 8:02Speaker 2: has the right to be safe. He said, it's very
- 8:06Speaker 2: important because the crime that's going on not only in Memphis,
- 8:09Speaker 2: in many cities, and we're going to take care of
- 8:11Speaker 2: all of them step by step, just like we did
- 8:13Speaker 2: in DC. Trump said all of this as he was
- 8:17Speaker 2: standing by the Governor of Tennessee, Bill Lee, Senator Marsha Blackburn,
- 8:21Speaker 2: and Bill Haggerty. Making it clear that we are moving forward.
- 8:25Speaker 2: We have virtually no crime in DC right now, the
- 8:27Speaker 2: President reminded the country, and we're going to keep it
- 8:30Speaker 2: that way. He added, it's our nation's capital. We're going
- 8:35Speaker 2: to keep it that way, or we're going to federalize
- 8:38Speaker 2: it if we had to, but we don't have to
- 8:41Speaker 2: anymore because it's in such great shape.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Now. If you're an American.
- 8:45Speaker 2: And it doesn't matter where you live right now, you
- 8:48Speaker 2: should be proud of the President United States of America
- 8:51Speaker 2: pulling this off so quickly. From a meeting in the
- 8:54Speaker 2: Oval Office in September to massive reductions in crime come March.
- 9:02Speaker 1: That is truly historic.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Usually this is something politicians say take years or multiple
- 9:09Speaker 2: election cycles. The President's doing it in a matter of months.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Why because the President said to law enforcement, we have
- 9:19Speaker 2: your back, do your job. And the President also made
- 9:24Speaker 2: it clear we're not leaving. We're going to continue to
- 9:28Speaker 2: be involved in Memphis and other cities, and there are
- 9:31Speaker 2: more cities that we're going to be targeting soon. So
- 9:34Speaker 2: Democrats can say all they want to that they hate
- 9:37Speaker 2: President Trump, but the American people, it's pretty clear they're
- 9:42Speaker 2: happy with what the President's doing right now.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Welcome back. It has the Ben Ferguson Show. It is
- 9:48Speaker 1: nice to have you with us.
- 9:49Speaker 2: There is a lot of waste fraud abuse that we
- 9:51Speaker 2: know about that is in our government. We're witnessing a
- 9:54Speaker 2: lot of it being exposed right now in California, in
- 9:57Speaker 2: Minnesota and New York. We've seen it with a number
- 9:59Speaker 2: of hospice offices that are in one little office building,
- 10:03Speaker 2: for example in California. But there's also ways fraud abuse
- 10:07Speaker 2: that is affecting you directly, and it deals with healthcare,
- 10:11Speaker 2: health insurance in general. Joining me now to talk about
- 10:14Speaker 2: that and it's an important issue for so many Americans
- 10:17Speaker 2: with rising costs.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Is Wendell Porter.
- 10:19Speaker 2: He's a former healthcare executive and the executive editor of
- 10:22Speaker 2: Healthcare Uncovered.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Is on substack. You should check it out, Winde.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I appreciate you taking some time to come on the
- 10:28Speaker 2: show and let's talk about this now. There is a
- 10:31Speaker 2: lot of frustration, and the presidents even talked about this
- 10:34Speaker 2: with transparency and billing and things like that, but it
- 10:38Speaker 2: doesn't seem to be getting better yet for the consumer.
- 10:41Speaker 7: We need to go beyond that. And I think the
- 10:42Speaker 7: president realizes that he's in the recent past, in the
- 10:46Speaker 7: past few weeks, he's called insurance companies, big health insurance
- 10:50Speaker 7: companies like the ones that I work for, Humana and
- 10:53Speaker 7: Signa and a few others, big bad, money sucking companies.
- 10:57Speaker 7: And he's exactly right. These companies are are anything but
- 11:01Speaker 7: transparent in the way they do business, and as a consequence,
- 11:05Speaker 7: they've been ripping off taxpayers for many years in many
- 11:08Speaker 7: different ways. They have also grown to be these enormous corporations,
- 11:12Speaker 7: these giant conglomerates that a lot of lawmakers that at
- 11:17Speaker 7: both the state and federal levels, Republicans taking the lead
- 11:21Speaker 7: but working with Democrats to address that and try to
- 11:25Speaker 7: root out this fraud that's just so inherent in big
- 11:28Speaker 7: insurance companies these days.
- 11:30Speaker 2: It really is a big problem, as you mentioned. And
- 11:34Speaker 2: the question now is what should Americans listening right now
- 11:37Speaker 2: be advocating for. What should they be calling their Congress
- 11:40Speaker 2: and their centers and saying, this is what I'm asking for,
- 11:44Speaker 2: this is what we need, this is what we want.
- 11:46Speaker 7: They should? They should if it's if we're focused on
- 11:49Speaker 7: Washington One built in particular, that has been recently introduced
- 11:54Speaker 7: by Senator Josh Hawley. The introduced it, believe or not
- 11:56Speaker 7: with Elizabeth Warren. Would I think it's great, got big medicine.
- 12:01Speaker 7: It would require these big conglomerates to be broken up.
- 12:05Speaker 7: And it's something that Congressman Buddy Carter, a Republican pharmacist
- 12:10Speaker 7: who's a member of Congress from South Georgia, has been
- 12:12Speaker 7: advocating for breaking up United Health Group in particular. But
- 12:16Speaker 7: all these big companies United CVS, which owns Signa and
- 12:22Speaker 7: also a Signal where I used to work, owns express Scripts,
- 12:27Speaker 7: they're being targeted by and rightfully so, by lawmakers. And
- 12:31Speaker 7: in Tennessee, I just wrote a piece this morning about
- 12:35Speaker 7: a legislation that was introduced by a Republican from my
- 12:39Speaker 7: hometown of Kingsport, Tennessee, that would require CVS to divest
- 12:44Speaker 7: some of its holdings. That company not only owns nine thousand,
- 12:49Speaker 7: more than nine thousand retail stores drug stores around the country,
- 12:53Speaker 7: it also owns Etna, which is a big health insurance
- 12:55Speaker 7: company and a big pharmacy benefit manager called care Mark.
- 13:00Speaker 7: And it's got a lock on so much of what
- 13:03Speaker 7: we spend on healthcare. And lawmakers, both, like I said,
- 13:07Speaker 7: in National and other state capitals and in Washington are
- 13:10Speaker 7: addressing that. And that's what I would have your listeners
- 13:14Speaker 7: encourage them to do, is to call their lawmakers and
- 13:17Speaker 7: support those those bills that will call for the breakup
- 13:20Speaker 7: of these giant corporations.
- 13:22Speaker 2: You know, one of the things that the President did
- 13:24Speaker 2: recently was trump our Acts, and it was amazing how
- 13:27Speaker 2: much he was able to lower the price of, you know,
- 13:30Speaker 2: of these of these drugs that people need, many of
- 13:32Speaker 2: them life saving drugs that they need, just by putting
- 13:36Speaker 2: pressure in saying no, you're going to give us favored
- 13:38Speaker 2: nation status. I feel like a lot of what you're
- 13:41Speaker 2: talking about right now is just pure political will. If
- 13:44Speaker 2: the American people know what to advocate for and refuse
- 13:47Speaker 2: to accept the way things are being done now, then
- 13:50Speaker 2: there can be real changes.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 13:53Speaker 7: No, You're exactly right, And I'm seeing that develop seeing
- 13:56Speaker 7: it for the first time. I think, as long as
- 13:59Speaker 7: I've been working in politics and healthcare and business, more
- 14:03Speaker 7: and more Americas waking up to realize how they're being
- 14:06Speaker 7: ripped off, and how these big corporations are at the
- 14:09Speaker 7: heart of are being ripped off and at the heart
- 14:12Speaker 7: of waste, fraud and abuse. Encouraged. I'm optimistic because with
- 14:19Speaker 7: more and more people are experiencing how they are not
- 14:22Speaker 7: only being ripped off, but how these companies are refusing
- 14:25Speaker 7: to approve coveries for procedures that their doctors says they need,
- 14:30Speaker 7: but also the role that they play in ever increasing
- 14:33Speaker 7: pharmaceutical prices. The President, as you noted, start trump RX,
- 14:37Speaker 7: which is circumventing to a large extent the role that
- 14:41Speaker 7: some of these companies, these big insurans are playing. But
- 14:44Speaker 7: they have become these giant middlemen in the pharmacy supply chain,
- 14:49Speaker 7: and they as they called pharmacy benefit managers, and they're
- 14:53Speaker 7: sucking more money out of the pharmacy supply chain than
- 14:57Speaker 7: even the drug makers are getting, and certainly more than
- 15:00Speaker 7: pharmacists are getting. So I am seeing a lot of
- 15:04Speaker 7: attention and I'm encouraged that we could see some action.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Finally, for people that are listening right now, where can
- 15:10Speaker 2: they get more information on this as it continues to
- 15:12Speaker 2: unfold that they can also, you know, make phone calls
- 15:15Speaker 2: and advocate for Obviously you're the executivector of Healthcare uncovered
- 15:19Speaker 2: on sub sect, but where else are there great resources
- 15:21Speaker 2: for them?
- 15:22Speaker 7: One of my nonprofit organizations, a nonprofit I lead, is
- 15:25Speaker 7: called the Center for Health and Democracy. You can check
- 15:28Speaker 7: there for information. But like we were talking, I would
- 15:31Speaker 7: really encourage people to get information about Josh Hawley's bill
- 15:36Speaker 7: and look at what Buddy Carter is calling for on
- 15:41Speaker 7: the House side to bust these companies up and call
- 15:46Speaker 7: your member of Congress and encourage them to support this,
- 15:49Speaker 7: both Democrats and Republicans, regardless of neo representation.
- 15:52Speaker 1: It's really important. Wendll.
- 15:54Speaker 2: I appreciate your time to look forward to having you
- 15:56Speaker 2: back here again soon, So thank you for what you're doing.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Your leadership on this one's important one and it can
- 16:01Speaker 2: really change and help so many Americans out, there's no
- 16:04Speaker 2: doubt about that. It's a new year, twenty twenty six.
- 16:07Speaker 2: You've probably heard the name bitcoin and cryptocurrency. So the
- 16:11Speaker 2: question so many people have is is it safe? And
- 16:14Speaker 2: is it something that I should be invested in. It's
- 16:17Speaker 2: a question I want to get answered for you today
- 16:19Speaker 2: and joining me now to talk about that as a
- 16:21Speaker 2: co founder of Bitcoin IRA, Chris Kline, Chris, I appreciate
- 16:25Speaker 2: you being here, and it is pretty cool to see
- 16:28Speaker 2: what's happened in the crypto space. It has become normal.
- 16:31Speaker 2: It now can be a part of your IRA. The
- 16:33Speaker 2: federal government has changed the rules. They're accepting cryptocurrency like
- 16:38Speaker 2: it's a stock.
- 16:39Speaker 8: Yes, absolutely, and it's it's really driven itself into a
- 16:41Speaker 8: mainstream space. I remember a decade ago when we first
- 16:44Speaker 8: started Bitcoin IRA and everybody was like, are you crazy kid?
- 16:48Speaker 8: You're putting bitcoin in retirement accounts? Is this even possible?
- 16:51Speaker 8: And you fast forward to where we're at today, where
- 16:54Speaker 8: countries are building stockpiles, corporations are building stockpiles. Strategy, for example,
- 16:58Speaker 8: is pretty much its entire business model around this. It's
- 17:01Speaker 8: a piece of diversification that every major player in the
- 17:04Speaker 8: space and economics is looking at and so should too,
- 17:07Speaker 8: the individual sovereignty of the average American looking to put
- 17:09Speaker 8: it inside of their retirement.
- 17:11Speaker 2: You guys actually have a really cool stat that you
- 17:13Speaker 2: told me about at dinner, and that is that your
- 17:15Speaker 2: clients seventy five percent were born before nineteen seventy six.
- 17:20Speaker 2: So the idea that you may be missed out on
- 17:22Speaker 2: this or if you're a little older, it's a young
- 17:24Speaker 2: man's game and crypto that is also just not true.
- 17:28Speaker 8: That's definitely one of the myths I wanted to come
- 17:29Speaker 8: to bunk with you in your audience. Isn't This isn't
- 17:32Speaker 8: our grandfather's economy and grandfathers are buying bitcoin and putting
- 17:36Speaker 8: it inside of their retirement for long term holdings, especially
- 17:38Speaker 8: now that they're thinking about inheritance and handing some of
- 17:40Speaker 8: these things down. But yeah, that was actually shocking to me.
- 17:43Speaker 8: We've discovered that in twenty eighteen that seventy five percent
- 17:46Speaker 8: of them were older than my parents' generation. And what
- 17:50Speaker 8: we found from surveying all of them was this is
- 17:52Speaker 8: something that they think is new age and that I
- 17:54Speaker 8: think almost every American, especially older ones, has a genuine
- 17:58Speaker 8: concern of watching what's happened to the UA dollar over
- 18:00Speaker 8: the last four or five decades, and there's always been
- 18:03Speaker 8: gold and Silver's a potential hedge, land, real estate. These
- 18:06Speaker 8: scarce assets in bitcoin, while it may seem oh that's
- 18:09Speaker 8: digital and it's different, it's scarce. There's only twenty one
- 18:12Speaker 8: million assets bitcoin that will ever be mined. Nineteen and
- 18:15Speaker 8: a half million have been mined so far, and you
- 18:18Speaker 8: and I actually won't live, our kids will probably live
- 18:20Speaker 8: to see the last one get mined. This is something
- 18:22Speaker 8: you know. We're in a world of abundance since I
- 18:23Speaker 8: was born in nineteen eighty five. It's abundance. We just
- 18:25Speaker 8: printed and printed and printed more. This is a moment
- 18:27Speaker 8: in time where we may be able to revert back
- 18:29Speaker 8: to scarcity, and there'll be a day we're just saying
- 18:31Speaker 8: I have one Bitcoin will be life changing.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Chris.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I hope a lot of people that are watching this,
- 18:36Speaker 2: you guys, will go and find out more. It is
- 18:38Speaker 2: amazing what you can do in your retirement account now,
- 18:41Speaker 2: just like your other investments with bitcoin cryptocurrency. Find out

- 18:58Speaker 2: Tuesday that Iran has made a major energy related concession
- 19:03Speaker 2: to the United States, describing it as a positive development.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Although he did not give direct details, Trump did suggest, however,
- 19:11Speaker 2: the gift was related to the Strait of Hormuz, the
- 19:14Speaker 2: old transit waterway that the United States has struggled to
- 19:16Speaker 2: keep open. Quote, they gave us a present, and the
- 19:19Speaker 2: President arrived today and it was a very big present,
- 19:23Speaker 2: worth a tremendous amount of money, Trump told reporters in
- 19:26Speaker 2: the Oval Office. It wasn't nuclear, it was oil and
- 19:31Speaker 2: gas related, and it was a very nice thing they did.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Trump reiterated that he felt the United States had already
- 19:38Speaker 2: won the war, indicating that the War Secretary Pete Headset
- 19:42Speaker 2: was disappointed by how quickly the campaign had gone. Pete
- 19:46Speaker 2: didn't want it to be settled, he said, but did
- 19:49Speaker 2: not give details. With a smile that only Trump can give,
- 19:53Speaker 2: Trump said the United States was talking now to the
- 19:56Speaker 2: right people in Iran in order to reach a deal
- 19:59Speaker 2: to end the hostilities, adding that the Iranians wanted to
- 20:03Speaker 2: reach a deal now very badly. Quote We're in negotiations
- 20:08Speaker 2: right now over Iran. We are and no matter what
- 20:12Speaker 2: other people say, they were wrong. The President obviously talking
- 20:16Speaker 2: about the reporting coming from CNN that we weren't actually
- 20:20Speaker 2: negotiating with Iran, that has also blown up in their faces.
- 20:25Speaker 2: They had to come out and correct that story on
- 20:28Speaker 2: air today. The President also sang that Steve Whitkoff and
- 20:32Speaker 2: Jared Kushner have been heavily involved in the talks all week.
- 20:37Speaker 2: He said, wit Koff, Kushner, and the Vice President Jeddie
- 20:39Speaker 2: Vance and the Secretary of State Marco Rubio have all
- 20:42Speaker 2: been involved in the negotiations. Now, Pakistan has said it
- 20:46Speaker 2: is willing to host talks between the United States and
- 20:48Speaker 2: Iran as well to get this deal done quickly. The
- 20:52Speaker 2: President was also asked about what would have to be
- 20:55Speaker 2: a part of this deal, and the President made it
- 20:58Speaker 2: clear this is all about making sure Iran never has
- 21:01Speaker 2: a nuclear weapons.
- 21:03Speaker 8: The turning point to make you want to pursue a
- 21:05Speaker 8: cease fire. A few days ago, you know, you said
- 21:08Speaker 8: you wanted to continue bombing around. Now you want to
- 21:10Speaker 8: pursue these talks.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Was there something that they're talking to us and they're
- 21:14Speaker 3: talking sense, And remember it all starts with they cannot
- 21:18Speaker 3: have a nuclear weapon. Just you know, I said yesterday,
- 21:21Speaker 3: they said, what are the top ten? I said, well,
- 21:24Speaker 3: number one, two and three is they can't have a
- 21:26Speaker 3: nuclear weapon, and they're not going to have a nuclear weapon.
- 21:30Speaker 3: And we're talking about that. And I don't want to
- 21:33Speaker 3: say in advance, but they've agreed they will never have
- 21:36Speaker 3: a nuclear weapon.
- 21:36Speaker 1: They've agreed to them.
- 21:39Speaker 2: That is obviously massive news. Again, he just said there
- 21:44Speaker 2: that a Ran has agreed to never have a nuclear weapon.
- 21:48Speaker 2: The President was asked even more about the deal, and
- 21:51Speaker 2: he reiterated the same thing. He said, they want a deal.
- 21:55Speaker 3: God, I can tell you they'd like to make a deal,
- 21:58Speaker 3: and who wouldn't if you were there. Look, their navy's gone,
- 22:02Speaker 3: their air force is gone. Their communications are gone. That's
- 22:05Speaker 3: the biggest problem. It's very hard to communicate them between themselves.
- 22:11Speaker 3: All of the anti aircraft is gone. Most of their
- 22:14Speaker 3: missiles are gone. We shot either shot them or they
- 22:16Speaker 3: shot them and don't have them anymore. They're down to
- 22:19Speaker 3: a trickle. Theyre pretty much everything they have is gone.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I don't know, can you name one thing that's not gone,
- 22:27Speaker 3: or can you name one thing that's doing well. You know,
- 22:30Speaker 3: if you read the papers, you think we're tied. You
- 22:32Speaker 3: think we're in a tough battle, We are roaming free
- 22:36Speaker 3: over Tehran.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Which brings us back to the big present that he says.
- 22:41Speaker 2: It ran almost like a peace offering was willing to
- 22:44Speaker 2: give the US. This was something the present was clearly
- 22:47Speaker 2: excited about and is a real turning point in the negotiations.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Here's more of the President explaining that.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Because they're gonna make a deal, they're gonna make a deal.
- 22:57Speaker 3: They did something yesterday that was amazing. Actually, they gave
- 23:01Speaker 3: us a present and the president arrived today. It was
- 23:05Speaker 3: a very big present, worth a tremendous amount of money.
- 23:10Speaker 3: And I'm not going to tell you what that present is,
- 23:12Speaker 3: but it was a very significant prize and they gave
- 23:19Speaker 3: it to us and they said they were going to
- 23:21Speaker 3: give it. So that meant one thing to me, would
- 23:23Speaker 3: deal with the right people. No, it wasn't nuclear, It
- 23:27Speaker 3: was oil and gas related and it was a very
- 23:30Speaker 3: nice thing they did. But what it showed me is
- 23:32Speaker 3: that we're dealing with the right people because you know,
- 23:34Speaker 3: you don't know because the leadership was killed, all gone,
- 23:38Speaker 3: COMMANI all gone, as the expression goes, the passed supreme
- 23:43Speaker 3: leader and then the new Supreme leader was racked up,
- 23:47Speaker 3: at a minimum, racked up pretty good, and everyone else
- 23:51Speaker 3: was gone, and then many of the people in the
- 23:54Speaker 3: third tier.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Now, it really is incredible just how much disinformation is
- 23:59Speaker 2: out there in the world. CNN just confirming that their
- 24:03Speaker 2: own reporting is absolute well crap. After they spent nearly
- 24:07Speaker 2: the entire day yesterday accusing Trump of lying about the
- 24:11Speaker 2: Iranian talks, they sent out wolf Blitzer to correct the record.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Here's what they said.
- 24:18Speaker 2: And don't worry, they only spent eighteen seconds fixing an
- 24:23Speaker 2: entire day of propaganda yesterday.
- 24:26Speaker 9: Are those important breaking news coming into the situation room.
- 24:28Speaker 9: We're now learning from a senior Iranian source that there
- 24:31Speaker 9: has been an outreach between the US and Iran. The
- 24:34Speaker 9: source tells CNN that this was initiated by Washington with
- 24:38Speaker 9: US now CNN military analyst retired to US Air Force
- 24:41Speaker 9: Colonel Cedric Layton and CNN Global.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Yet again, CNN having to admit that their network ran
- 24:48Speaker 2: full Iranian propaganda for virtually twenty four hours before now
- 24:53Speaker 2: actually having to fix the misinformation, and they did it
- 24:57Speaker 2: in just eighteen seconds. Now, you may ask yourself, how
- 25:02Speaker 2: did a RAN finally move to the negotiating table.
- 25:06Speaker 7: Well.
- 25:06Speaker 2: President Trump talked about it a little bit earlier when
- 25:09Speaker 2: he said that we control all of the skies and
- 25:12Speaker 2: we control everything over Tehran. He also talked about just
- 25:16Speaker 2: how bad their military is compared to what we have.
- 25:21Speaker 2: And here's a perfect example of it from the Oval
- 25:23Speaker 2: Office with a question from the press.
- 25:26Speaker 8: Are you urging your allies in the Gulf to be
- 25:28Speaker 8: more involved in your hop.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean a little bit, but more more NATO,
- 25:34Speaker 3: I think our golf allas have been pretty good, to
- 25:37Speaker 3: be honest with you. UAE's been hit so hard. He
- 25:41Speaker 3: got hit by fourteen hundred rockets shot him all out
- 25:43Speaker 3: of the year with our great with our great patriot missiles.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Think of it. They shot one hundred missiles at one
- 25:51Speaker 3: of our aircraft, Garizie Abraham Lincoln, one of the biggest
- 25:54Speaker 3: ships in the world actually, and out of one hundred
- 25:57Speaker 3: and one missiles shot, every single one of them was
- 26:01Speaker 3: knocked down in the sea.
- 26:02Speaker 7: Think of that.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Think of what that means.
- 26:04Speaker 3: One hundred and one missiles, highly sophisticated, very fast missile
- 26:09Speaker 3: shot at of one hundred and one, all one hundred
- 26:13Speaker 3: and one was shot down. And now for the most part,
- 26:16Speaker 3: Lie at the bottom of the sea. Pretty amazing, right,
- 26:20Speaker 3: pretty amazing. Our military is amazing, Pete. You know the
- 26:23Speaker 3: attack I'm talking about recently, one hundred and one shot.
- 26:27Speaker 3: I said, wow, I saw that. You can see we
- 26:30Speaker 3: have sort of pretty good equipment that we see. It's
- 26:33Speaker 3: called the red line. Those red lines were thick, right,
- 26:36Speaker 3: I said, that's a lot. And then we saw them
- 26:38Speaker 3: one by one just get shot. And these guys that
- 26:41Speaker 3: do the shooting and the coolest cucumbers ever. You know,
- 26:44Speaker 3: most people, you don't have a lot of time when
- 26:46Speaker 3: a missile's going at twenty five hundred miles an hour,
- 26:50Speaker 3: I don't care how far away it is, you don't
- 26:52Speaker 3: have a lot of time. But I watched them. I
- 26:56Speaker 3: watched them sit down and think, great students mits, A
- 27:01Speaker 3: lot of mits, A lot of guys like this and
- 27:03Speaker 3: not as much into the muscle as they are this
- 27:07Speaker 3: one right here. And amazing to watch them perform under
- 27:12Speaker 3: great pressure because they have a matter of seconds to
- 27:15Speaker 3: do it. If they don't do it properly, it's a
- 27:19Speaker 3: big problem, you know, because these were powerful. These were
- 27:22Speaker 3: very powerful missiles coming and so a lot of people choke.
- 27:27Speaker 1: They don't choke.
- 27:27Speaker 3: These guys don't choke. You're the best in the world.
- 27:29Speaker 3: We have the best in the world.
- 27:31Speaker 1: We have the best in the world.
- 27:33Speaker 2: The President giving great news that there really is a
- 27:36Speaker 2: chance now that we may be getting close to the
- 27:38Speaker 2: end of the war with Iran, and of course the
- 27:42Speaker 2: liberal media hating every moment of what the President said
- 27:45Speaker 2: today from the Oval Office.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Well, keep following this story.
