- 0:50Speaker 1: grown from a single person vehicle RAP business a single
- 0:53Speaker 1: person vehicle RAP business into one of Georgia's most credited
- 0:59Speaker 1: minority owns solar contractors. Please welcome to Money Making Conversations
- 1:03Speaker 1: Massa class Abaduni Martin. How you doing, sir?
- 1:07Speaker 2: Hey, how you doing?
- 1:08Speaker 3: Rashan how you doing.
- 1:09Speaker 2: First, before we get into your still and everything and
- 1:11Speaker 2: ask the questions, I want to thank you for having
- 1:15Speaker 2: me back. Just the last the last time we talked
- 1:17Speaker 2: to we told the story of Duke. Everything want today
- 1:21Speaker 2: was a federal credential. Since we last folk, we crossed
- 1:25Speaker 2: over three Bagel Watcher commercial Solar installed. We became a
- 1:29Speaker 2: US departner of Laty Register Apprenticeship Sponsors Program credential, and
- 1:34Speaker 2: we installed the Landmark fire station, the Landmark fire Station
- 1:39Speaker 2: forty at the Jacksonville Jackson excuse me a Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Okay,
- 1:47Speaker 2: And the mayor was there and we did a river
- 1:50Speaker 2: cutting and everything like that. That was a great All
- 1:53Speaker 2: the TV people were there, you know, that was a
- 1:55Speaker 2: great experience as well. Became a Georgia Bright Solar for
- 2:00Speaker 2: uh A subcontract as well the big shift this year.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Hold holdo, come on that, come on you, I got
- 2:10Speaker 1: I gotta let everybody know yourself. Something to breathe because
- 2:12Speaker 1: guess well, I got time to talk to you, Okay.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Because I'm so excited.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I know I know you are. Because see it's a
- 2:20Speaker 1: journey on everything. Because I remember when we first talked,
- 2:22Speaker 1: it's used out there. Look, it's proper to say this hustling, hustling,
- 2:27Speaker 1: trying to make connections, trying to Reshaana. You know you
- 2:30Speaker 1: had more hype than you had action going on in
- 2:32Speaker 1: your life. When did it really turn for you? Will
- 2:37Speaker 1: you realize? You know, you know I can, I can
- 2:40Speaker 1: do this. We all wanted to be a dream. We
- 2:43Speaker 1: want that dream to become a reality. What was the
- 2:46Speaker 1: first opportunity you went, Thank you God, I needed that.
- 2:50Speaker 2: The first opportunity was I think on our last conversation
- 2:56Speaker 2: was with Cherry Street Energy. Most I work with them
- 3:01Speaker 2: and they just let me and allowed my organization to
- 3:05Speaker 2: grow and prosper with them with with mistakes, with anything
- 3:10Speaker 2: that I wanted to learn. They just encouraged that.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Man.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I can't say enough good things about them because they
- 3:17Speaker 2: They've been the mentor for Duke, you know. And so
- 3:23Speaker 2: that kind of ported me to be in a position
- 3:26Speaker 2: where now I'm still in that growth phase and I'm
- 3:30Speaker 2: trying to replicate and scale the business and focus on
- 3:36Speaker 2: the workforce development side as well as the installation side.
- 3:41Speaker 2: So I'm a sponsor employer. Uh, to be exactly, I
- 3:45Speaker 2: love it.
- 3:47Speaker 1: There's abdu. You wouldn't using word like scale. And I
- 3:50Speaker 1: talked to you the first time that work for you
- 3:53Speaker 1: added to the cavalry, yong Man, You've added to the cavalry.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I love it, but.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I love it. Let's talk about Le's talk about it
- 4:00Speaker 1: because it's all about who. You know, an apprenticeship and
- 4:03Speaker 1: a meeting. Let's talk about the UH. You know, the
- 4:05Speaker 1: apprenticeship program that you became a US Department of Labor
- 4:09Speaker 1: registered apprenticeship sponsor and solar installation and construction craft what
- 4:14Speaker 1: exactly is that?
- 4:16Speaker 2: So actually, in this particular, with the with the undersigned
- 4:22Speaker 2: undersigned UH definition of the solar installation portion, I went,
- 4:26Speaker 2: I was, I had to build that from scratch with
- 4:31Speaker 2: the with the help of Iraq they deal with the
- 4:34Speaker 2: solar industry as a whole, and I was, I had
- 4:41Speaker 2: to develop this program. And it took me about a
- 4:43Speaker 2: year for the Department of Labor to approve my particular
- 4:49Speaker 2: program because there is no solar installation program under the
- 4:56Speaker 2: Department of Labor. So this is brand new. It's a
- 4:59Speaker 2: hybrid of a credential and I'm the only one in
- 5:05Speaker 2: Georgia and maybe the only one throughout the Southeast that
- 5:09Speaker 2: have this particular program as an apprenticeship under the Department
- 5:14Speaker 2: of Labor.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You know, early on in my interview, I was just
- 5:19Speaker 1: talking about Atlanta, and I remember I was talking to
- 5:23Speaker 1: Leonda bar Davin Ford over the Atlanta Business League, and
- 5:26Speaker 1: I always said that during business in Atlanta from a
- 5:30Speaker 1: black perspective, always felt different here. It always felt like, yes,
- 5:34Speaker 1: I've really had an opportunity to win. I just had
- 5:37Speaker 1: to figure out the right relationships. And one of the
- 5:40Speaker 1: big wins in your story is the Hartsville Jackson the
- 5:44Speaker 1: business airport in the world. Talk about that experience that
- 5:48Speaker 1: came into your hands and how you had to understand
- 5:52Speaker 1: the responsibility of completing the task correctly because you are
- 5:56Speaker 1: a black person.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Yes, sir, Yes, sir.
- 5:59Speaker 2: That particular flagship of an installation again one of Cherry
- 6:05Speaker 2: Cherry Street Energy's portfolio on the Mike, Michael Shanning, and.
- 6:10Speaker 3: He gave it. He gave it to us.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Man. He said, rock on, shine on, do your thing.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And my goal is always to do everything once you know,
- 6:21Speaker 2: I make sure that hey, I'm gonna put my best
- 6:23Speaker 2: before it, and my team is going to be put
- 6:26Speaker 2: their best bet forward and we're not going to accept
- 6:28Speaker 2: anything less. And we did an excellent job. Like I said,
- 6:32Speaker 2: last year, we had a full ribbon cutting. There's an
- 6:36Speaker 2: article n PR about us. I've been on several UH
- 6:41Speaker 2: news articles regarding the UH yes, and you know, it's
- 6:49Speaker 2: been it's been granted. Man. I've just been getting so
- 6:52Speaker 2: many uh just you know, falls and the praise for
- 6:56Speaker 2: what I do. And like I said, I'm still in
- 6:58Speaker 2: that process. I'm still growing. So this is a journey.
- 7:01Speaker 2: This is a journey, and I'm just glad for Sean
- 7:03Speaker 2: that you have been a supporter uh and and helping me,
- 7:08Speaker 2: you know, progress in this and everything.
- 7:10Speaker 1: You know, It's so funny because he just he just
- 7:13Speaker 1: emailed me, you know, he just emailed me. I go, man,
- 7:15Speaker 1: what you being? Come on, I got come on, I
- 7:18Speaker 1: gotta tell you a story. I'll tell you was caught
- 7:19Speaker 1: off guard because of my enthusiasm from me to him, because,
- 7:24Speaker 1: like you know, it's that classic line, out of sight,
- 7:27Speaker 1: out of mind, you know, always make a conduct, always
- 7:31Speaker 1: in a Christmas card, always in a thank you card,
- 7:34Speaker 1: Always drop a text to somebody because you don't know
- 7:36Speaker 1: how they're going to react. And my reaction was, I
- 7:39Speaker 1: want to hear from you, brother, I'm proud of you,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and and you're doing something I basically will tell you
- 7:46Speaker 1: an dony, I don't know what you do because it's
- 7:49Speaker 1: such a technically uh different thing that I've ever experienced.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I know and know the words solar. When you hear
- 7:57Speaker 1: a solar installation, I hear the on tell us exactly
- 8:03Speaker 1: what you do. Well.
- 8:06Speaker 2: So my company, I liken to say that we're not
- 8:12Speaker 2: just a solar installation company, right, we are an emergence
- 8:17Speaker 2: trade company, a platform, so workforce development, finance, solar installation.
- 8:24Speaker 2: These are the core systems that are industries that we
- 8:30Speaker 2: perform under where we're given opportunity to people that comes
- 8:36Speaker 2: from undeserved communities, foster care that those individuals that's aging,
- 8:41Speaker 2: not a falster care.
- 8:43Speaker 3: These are the.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Industries that I come in under because we are marginalized
- 8:50Speaker 2: in these industries. And my goal has always been to
- 8:53Speaker 2: infiltrate these industries, learn about it, teach it to the
- 8:58Speaker 2: communities that don't know anything thing about it, want to
- 9:01Speaker 2: try to learn and basically, you know, make a living,
- 9:04Speaker 2: a good living, not something to where it's just hey,
- 9:07Speaker 2: I'm just doing something just for.
- 9:08Speaker 3: A paycheck, but actually a career.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And that's the thing that I'm trying to develop, and
- 9:13Speaker 2: I'm looking for anybody who wants to help, wants to
- 9:16Speaker 2: donate mission all of these things that I would need
- 9:19Speaker 2: to help scale and grow what I do because this
- 9:23Speaker 2: is essentially what I do, workforce development by pride and joy,
- 9:26Speaker 2: helping to underserve and black individuals black and brown that
- 9:31Speaker 2: want to get into the industry just don't know how
- 9:33Speaker 2: to go about it. I'm here just do everything. Well,
- 9:36Speaker 2: this is what I do right now.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Now, I want to go back to the solar power,
- 9:41Speaker 1: you know, because like you install solar panels, I'm assuming
- 9:45Speaker 1: at the fire station at Hartfield's Jackson Airport. Now, maybe
- 9:50Speaker 1: I'm asking too many technical quurts, but okay, is that
- 9:55Speaker 1: something that once you consider for their homes or this
- 9:58Speaker 1: just a business a bit? Is this installation where it's
- 10:02Speaker 1: most effective, because I'm assuming you got to have a
- 10:04Speaker 1: big enough roof so you can get enough panels up
- 10:07Speaker 1: there that will get you the right amount of energy
- 10:09Speaker 1: that will have value to bring to your to the
- 10:13Speaker 1: business that you're bringing it to your home. What are
- 10:16Speaker 1: your thoughts on how does that work for you when
- 10:18Speaker 1: you're talking to people about solar power.
- 10:21Speaker 3: So that's a good question and mainly.
- 10:24Speaker 2: It's one of the reasons why I joined the solar
- 10:27Speaker 2: for our program that was on the residential side, where
- 10:30Speaker 2: the government gave so much money throughout the United States,
- 10:34Speaker 2: two individual programs. One was Capital Good Funds received all
- 10:42Speaker 2: this money is thinking roughly one hundred and fifty six
- 10:45Speaker 2: million to twenty and fifty six million dollars to you know,
- 10:51Speaker 2: present this program throughout Georgia. However, the government took that
- 10:54Speaker 2: money back, so they only gave Capital Good Funds a
- 10:59Speaker 2: portion of that those funds for residential to basically help
- 11:04Speaker 2: individuals get free solar. And what we basically what that
- 11:08Speaker 2: process would have been is we go into these individual homes.
- 11:12Speaker 2: We talked to the approved individuals that are looking to
- 11:16Speaker 2: get this free solar and basically say, hey, we need
- 11:20Speaker 2: your power bills. We need to see how much you
- 11:23Speaker 2: paying your power bills. We give you, we have to
- 11:27Speaker 2: buy the government standards you have to have being able
- 11:31Speaker 2: to save twenty percent of what you would pay on
- 11:37Speaker 2: this your regular power bills, so we save you once
- 11:39Speaker 2: we deport this solar on your home twenty percent, so
- 11:44Speaker 2: that offset and that's over the course of the year.
- 11:47Speaker 2: And so that's an ongoing process. As we speak with
- 11:53Speaker 2: residential solar Now, this is a pilot that's going now
- 11:57Speaker 2: and we're still fighting. I don't know the details of legality,
- 12:00Speaker 2: so I don't want to speak too much on you know,
- 12:02Speaker 2: the process of getting that money back. But they are
- 12:05Speaker 2: in the process of fighting for that money back from
- 12:07Speaker 2: the government to full full fledged the residential side of that.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I know, three hundred and fifty million dollars and somebody
- 12:15Speaker 1: taking it away from me, I'd be unhappy a long time.
- 12:21Speaker 1: That's not what I want to hear you whoo. But
- 12:23Speaker 1: you know, you know, the world we live in is
- 12:25Speaker 1: changing so much. You know, electric vehicles, solar power. So
- 12:31Speaker 1: in my mind it's almost like it's solar power is
- 12:34Speaker 1: so strong that you can have a solar power set
- 12:38Speaker 1: up and it can charge your electric vehicle. I'm just
- 12:41Speaker 1: asking that's a general question. I'll just understand how you
- 12:44Speaker 1: can use nature set this up and it can it
- 12:47Speaker 1: can power your car. You don't burn anything on gas.
- 12:51Speaker 1: How does is that amount of power being generated from
- 12:55Speaker 1: these sun panels?
- 12:57Speaker 2: Listen, this is the greatest invention to man. Do you
- 13:03Speaker 2: use free resources that comes from the Earth, comes from space,
- 13:09Speaker 2: the sun? Right, the sun powers these solar uh, solar panels, right,
- 13:16Speaker 2: which which powers your home, which powers your your vehicles
- 13:23Speaker 2: and anything else that you want to adapt to these systems.
- 13:28Speaker 2: And that's the great thing with you know, human innovation.
- 13:31Speaker 2: You know, we are able to create these things that
- 13:35Speaker 2: really take not a lot of effort once you know,
- 13:39Speaker 2: you see the system and how it works to you know,
- 13:42Speaker 2: embed it into your everyday life. And so this is
- 13:46Speaker 2: a worldwide thing. You know, solar power powers communities, power cities,
- 13:53Speaker 2: and it combines networks with these data centers and all
- 13:57Speaker 2: that they need to consume lots and lots of energy.
- 14:00Speaker 2: And how do you get so much energy? You can
- 14:03Speaker 2: get it free from the sun.
- 14:07Speaker 1: And we got understanding the value of it. Because interesting
- 14:11Speaker 1: thing about you, you're a black man, you know, I
- 14:13Speaker 1: don't you know, I'm not saying I'm not being stereotypical,
- 14:16Speaker 1: but you're doing vehicle wraps and so vehicle wraps to
- 14:21Speaker 1: solar power installation. Help me understand. How were you able
- 14:25Speaker 1: to connect the dots and make that transition?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Man, listen, awesome question in Rashana, How I was able
- 14:33Speaker 2: to make the connection. I'm a visionary. I like to
- 14:35Speaker 2: consider myself a visionary. The future before trades was popular.
- 14:43Speaker 3: You know, I was.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I was in the trade. Right, signage is a trade vehicle.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Wrapping is a trade less a known trade, but it's
- 14:51Speaker 2: a trade nonetheless. And you know, the main thing is
- 14:55Speaker 2: I was like, you know what, there's a need for
- 14:58Speaker 2: what I do, and and I need to present it
- 15:01Speaker 2: to the youth. I need to present it to the future.
- 15:04Speaker 2: That's going to basically power America, that's going to basically
- 15:08Speaker 2: wrap America. It's basically going to put all these new
- 15:10Speaker 2: signs on these new buildings and companies that's bringing up.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I need to be able to learn what these industries
- 15:17Speaker 2: do and how I can apply it and present it
- 15:20Speaker 2: to my community. And so that's basically that's basically how I,
- 15:26Speaker 2: you know, put two and two together. I just look
- 15:29Speaker 2: see where the need is. I see there's a need.
- 15:31Speaker 2: There's a need for working capital. Working capital meaning the workforce,
- 15:36Speaker 2: meaning the people that's going to do the work. Because
- 15:38Speaker 2: you know what, anybody can go out here and get
- 15:41Speaker 2: the jobs, but who's going to do the work. And
- 15:43Speaker 2: these biggest organizations don't want to do the training, they
- 15:46Speaker 2: don't want to put forth the money to train these individuals.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Come to me, I would do it and this is
- 15:52Speaker 2: how I connected. Hey, you got a need I can provide. Wow,
- 15:57Speaker 2: let's come together. Let's have a strategic partner.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I love it. Man. Please don't go anywhere. We'll be
- 16:02Speaker 1: right back for more money Making Conversations Masterclass. No need
- 16:06Speaker 1: for you to do me a favor right now to

- 16:17Speaker 1: or wherever you get your podcasts. Please do me that favor,
- 16:21Speaker 1: follow or subscribe money Making Conversations. Welcome back to Money
- 16:28Speaker 1: Making Conversations master Class, hosted by me Rashaan McDonald. Money
- 16:32Speaker 1: Making Conversation master Class continues online at Moneymaking Conversations dot
- 16:36Speaker 1: com and follow money Making Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, X
- 16:41Speaker 1: and Instagram. Here's a couple of things that when you
- 16:45Speaker 1: was talking about sole installation, I was just looking up
- 16:48Speaker 1: things and I was going because you said, Rashan, you
- 16:50Speaker 1: know this is free elements that can power you that
- 16:55Speaker 1: you eventually can benefit you. So they said some of
- 16:58Speaker 1: the financial benefits, they said savings on electricity bill. Homeowners
- 17:03Speaker 1: can expect to lower their electricity bill by seventy five
- 17:07Speaker 1: percent or more. Here that depending on your solar panel installation,
- 17:13Speaker 1: over twenty five years, the average homeowner can save between
- 17:17Speaker 1: forty one thousands and sixty two thousand in utility costs
- 17:22Speaker 1: now the payback period. The average payback period for solar
- 17:27Speaker 1: panels that you install is between five and fifteen years,
- 17:33Speaker 1: depending on the system size and local electricity rates. After
- 17:38Speaker 1: this period, homeowners can enjoy free electricity from their solar panels.
- 17:47Speaker 1: You are aligning, You're gonna get a discount by using
- 17:54Speaker 1: the solar panel, and then after.
- 17:56Speaker 3: That it's free, come on benefits.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I didn't know anything. You didn't tell me this thirteen
- 18:04Speaker 1: months ago. Man, I'm ashaming of our relationship. Man, you
- 18:08Speaker 1: just being a nice guy. Now I understand that you can.
- 18:11Speaker 1: You could have saved me thousands of dollars, because that's
- 18:14Speaker 1: that's a program that you really that's why you're on
- 18:15Speaker 1: the show to educate people like me, to let people
- 18:19Speaker 1: know it's not a kind of like a cute thing
- 18:23Speaker 1: or a fat thing. This really in the world and
- 18:26Speaker 1: where we're headed and high gas prices and power grids
- 18:31Speaker 1: that go out, okay, that if you turn to solar panels,
- 18:36Speaker 1: that becomes an asset that you can control not only
- 18:40Speaker 1: in the short term, but in the long term when
- 18:43Speaker 1: especially as you get older bills and expenses, it can
- 18:47Speaker 1: it can help you with inflation. There's a lot of
- 18:50Speaker 1: positives in this. How do you make the big pitch
- 18:53Speaker 1: when you're going out there apportunity.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Well, for me on the residential side, I haven't went
- 19:00Speaker 2: four flares on that side of it, right right. They'll
- 19:04Speaker 2: focus on the commercial side, and I strategically work with
- 19:09Speaker 2: partners on that end, so they do all the legwork
- 19:12Speaker 2: as far as going out and pulling permits and talking
- 19:16Speaker 2: to the clients and so on and so forth. I
- 19:19Speaker 2: haven't reached that age of becoming yet. But my focal
- 19:26Speaker 2: point is really training the individuals on the trade themselves.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Right right, right, right right, expanding the workforce, like you
- 19:36Speaker 1: were saying, increasing opportunities through the apprentice program and all
- 19:40Speaker 1: these things that have been made available through you. That's awesome,
- 19:44Speaker 1: And I want to just put out one last thing.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I don't know how I missed this. They said it
- 19:49Speaker 1: will increase your property value. Homes with solo panel often
- 19:53Speaker 1: seeing increasing property value as buyers are attracted to the
- 19:57Speaker 1: prospect of lower energy costs and so sustainable living. Then
- 20:01Speaker 1: they added this low maintenance costs. Solar panels are generally
- 20:06Speaker 1: low maintenance, with average annual maintenance costs ranging from one
- 20:11Speaker 1: hundred and forty to one hundred and eighty dollars annually.
- 20:15Speaker 1: That's pretty impressive, man, even for your business side, that's
- 20:17Speaker 1: pretty impressive.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Yes, sir, yes, sir, Wow, yes sir.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Now you you mentioned have a sofa. Huh. There's a
- 20:26Speaker 2: lot of benefits to have a soga.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Now you mentioned something a couple of times during the
- 20:30Speaker 1: interview here about the Cherry Street Energy Partnership. Explain it
- 20:36Speaker 1: to me a little bit and high. You know, you
- 20:38Speaker 1: always said that's how you got the Heartsfield through the
- 20:41Speaker 1: through the Cherry Street Energy Partnership. Tell us exactly what
- 20:45Speaker 1: that is.
- 20:47Speaker 2: So, so think of Cherry Street as what's that Georgia Power,
- 20:54Speaker 2: right but for the Green Energy force, right, So their
- 20:59Speaker 2: utility company on the green spote. So what they do
- 21:05Speaker 2: they procure and manage the systems that they own and
- 21:11Speaker 2: provide to their clients. Right, So engineering procurement, and we
- 21:17Speaker 2: are construction. So we build the systems. They engineer, procure,
- 21:23Speaker 2: own and maintain those systems. So Cherry Street owns all
- 21:26Speaker 2: the systems that they install, or they have their subcontractors
- 21:30Speaker 2: like myself who partner with them to install these systems
- 21:36Speaker 2: on different municipalities and government buildings and so on and
- 21:40Speaker 2: so forth. So that's pretty much our relationship, that's what
- 21:45Speaker 2: we have. And also they have an armed where they
- 21:48Speaker 2: take companies, minority companies like myself and help build them
- 21:52Speaker 2: up right do what I'm talking to you about now,
- 21:55Speaker 2: starting apprenticeship programs and so on and so forth. So
- 21:58Speaker 2: they also invest in us by providing the resources to
- 22:03Speaker 2: help us learn and gain the knowledge to now present
- 22:06Speaker 2: and scale out to our constituents and our communities and
- 22:12Speaker 2: so on and so forth. This is field net, a
- 22:14Speaker 2: symbiotic relationship.
- 22:17Speaker 1: You know, This is why I really enjoy about our
- 22:20Speaker 1: conversation and watching your personal growth, because, like anything, we're
- 22:24Speaker 1: all about trying to survive. We're all about trying to
- 22:27Speaker 1: get to the next step. And you blossomed not only
- 22:30Speaker 1: as a human being, not saying that you aren't a
- 22:33Speaker 1: great person when I met you, but you seem much
- 22:36Speaker 1: more global in your thought process, much more community driven.
- 22:41Speaker 1: You've almost found the magic genie bottle for opportunity and
- 22:46Speaker 1: you're sharing it why are you feeling so good about that?
- 22:48Speaker 1: And we're not going to understand you a good person,
- 22:50Speaker 1: but a lot of people get that bottle and just
- 22:52Speaker 1: hold on to it for themselves.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Man.
- 22:55Speaker 2: You know what, No, man, I want to share with it.
- 22:57Speaker 2: I want people to come in and help build this thing. Man,
- 23:00Speaker 2: I'm on the precipice of a breakthrough. You know, I'm
- 23:03Speaker 2: right there. I'm and I'm on that. I'm on the
- 23:06Speaker 2: top tier of the mountain top you know where it's like,
- 23:11Speaker 2: you know, I'm on over the cliff. I'm over the cliff.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'm just ready to jump and sore, you know, and
- 23:20Speaker 2: I just need that extra uh. You know. It's all
- 23:23Speaker 2: about building a team, building that synergy, and that's the
- 23:26Speaker 2: process I'm in. I'm and I'm building with others. So
- 23:30Speaker 2: I'm bringing others in because I can't do this by myself.
- 23:33Speaker 2: I don't want to be a one man army. I
- 23:35Speaker 2: don't want to be that person that does everything and
- 23:37Speaker 2: wear all the hat.
- 23:38Speaker 3: I want to share.
- 23:39Speaker 2: I want to share the wealth. I want to share
- 23:41Speaker 2: because it's a lot to do and I'm creating a
- 23:45Speaker 2: bottleneck of different molts that's going to help people in
- 23:51Speaker 2: my community and people in all the communities, if they
- 23:53Speaker 2: just see the vision that I'm building. I've been building
- 23:57Speaker 2: this for over ten years. You know I have the
- 23:59Speaker 2: blue I know how to tap into our youth. I
- 24:03Speaker 2: know what our youth need to be successful in these trades.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Everybody say, are you throwing the work? Are you throwing
