- 0:00Speaker 1: Seven hundred and sixty nine days two elections. And finally,
- 0:04Speaker 1: those in the mainstream media who've been lying to you
- 0:07Speaker 1: for seven hundred and sixty nine days and two elections
- 0:10Speaker 1: have now basically all come out and admitted the same
- 0:14Speaker 1: exact week of Thanksgiving that the Hunter Biden laptop story
- 0:17Speaker 1: is real. In other words, they got it wrong the
- 0:21Speaker 1: entire time. Why are they doing this because we're seeing
- 0:24Speaker 1: more and more information about just how corrupt the deep
- 0:28Speaker 1: state was, the FBI, the DOJ, the White House, and
- 0:32Speaker 1: everybody else around the Hunter Biden story were. Elon Musk
- 0:38Speaker 1: has also come out saying it's time for Twitter to
- 0:42Speaker 1: release the logs on censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story,
- 0:47Speaker 1: and he says it needs to be done to restore
- 0:49Speaker 1: the public's trust in Twitter. The richest man in the
- 0:53Speaker 1: world made these remarks on the latest appeal to conservatives,
- 0:57Speaker 1: saying just show us what actually happened behind the scenes.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Elon Musk reveals that he believes that his company should
- 1:05Speaker 1: release the chat logs regarding the decision to restrict sharing.
- 1:09Speaker 1: The New York Time New York excuse me, The New
- 1:12Speaker 1: York Post article on Hunter Biden in the laptop must
- 1:15Speaker 1: responded to a tweet from conservatives asking for the new
- 1:20Speaker 1: owner of Twitter to look into the company's decision not
- 1:22Speaker 1: to allow people to actually tweet out the post story
- 1:25Speaker 1: and what does that actually mean. It's a brilliant move,
- 1:28Speaker 1: by the way, for Musk just saying, hey, I think
- 1:30Speaker 1: we need some transparency here. Now let's talk about the media.
- 1:35Speaker 1: The media has also now come out after the fact
- 1:38Speaker 1: and said, Okay, maybe we got it wrong. Seven hundred
- 1:42Speaker 1: and sixty nine days and two elections, after they got
- 1:46Speaker 1: the victories on the field they wanted, which was Joe
- 1:49Speaker 1: Biden elected and Democrats to keep control of the Senate.
- 1:53Speaker 1: They got rid of Donald Trump in the process. So
- 1:56Speaker 1: why is this happening? Joe Kancham, who's the media expert
- 2:00Speaker 1: at Fox News Channel, explained it this way. Well, after
- 2:04Speaker 1: the game's over, right, like an official in the press
- 2:06Speaker 1: conference after the game tells a losing team, Yeah, you know,
- 2:09Speaker 1: we may have screwed that one up, but you still
- 2:11Speaker 1: get the l Right. That's what we've seen here and
- 2:14Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story. Dan that that is the
- 2:16Speaker 1: biggest example. I mean, CBS News to quote Detective John
- 2:20Speaker 1: McClain and Diehard, welcome to the party pal because to
- 2:23Speaker 1: your point, I've been keeping track. Let's see, that is
- 2:26Speaker 1: seven hundred and sixty nine days and two elections after
- 2:31Speaker 1: the New York Past originally broke this story that CBS
- 2:34Speaker 1: came forward, and you're right about Leslie Stall. I mean
- 2:37Speaker 1: she laughed at President Trump at the time where he said,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you have to investigate this story. You're sixty minutes and
- 2:43Speaker 1: to your points, she said, oh no, it can't be verified.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And instead you had CBS, The New York Times, Washington Post,
- 2:49Speaker 1: CNN all running with this narrative that was provided to
- 2:52Speaker 1: them by fifty one former intelligence officers. From John Brennan
- 2:56Speaker 1: who's currently with MSNBC. You can't tell the difference between
- 2:59Speaker 1: him than Keith Hoperman now at this point and John
- 3:02Speaker 1: Brennan who's with CNN, former Director of National Intelligence and
- 3:05Speaker 1: all those other intelligence officers said this is Russian disinformation.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Oh did they get a look at the laptop? Did
- 3:11Speaker 1: they review the evidence or was it hair standing on
- 3:13Speaker 1: the back of their neck? And oh, by the way,
- 3:15Speaker 1: there's an election in two weeks, so we better run
- 3:17Speaker 1: with that narrative. And the media took a hook line
- 3:19Speaker 1: and sinker. Now here's the worst part Dan. When hearings
- 3:23Speaker 1: begin on January third, when the new Congress comes in,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you're gonna see the media do the same exact thing.
- 3:28Speaker 1: They're going to dismiss the story. They're gonna mock this story.
- 3:30Speaker 1: They're gonna call it being political weaponization. And trust me,
- 3:34Speaker 1: if this was Eric Trump or Donald Trump Junior, I
- 3:37Speaker 1: have a felling. We'd need another hour to add to
- 3:39Speaker 1: twenty four seven news coverage covering the story, seven hundred
- 3:43Speaker 1: and sixty nine days and two elections. And then the
- 3:45Speaker 1: media decides, Yeah, we're gonna tell you the story is real.
- 3:48Speaker 1: The story is true. Stephen Colbert said Hunter Biden's laptop
- 3:52Speaker 1: is the number one cause of inflation according to some experts.
- 3:56Speaker 1: In his monologue, kind of laughing about the entire thing, though,
- 4:00Speaker 1: even though it's real, they're saying, that's not really something
- 4:03Speaker 1: to worry about. Tomorrow, this being Wednesday, as we all know,
- 4:07Speaker 1: tomorrow is Thanksgiving. It's a special time when we gather
- 4:11Speaker 1: with family and friends to share our gratitude through America's
- 4:14Speaker 1: traditional expression of love, the food Comma. This year, your
- 4:19Speaker 1: Thanksgiving might look a little different because prices are up
- 4:23Speaker 1: on almost everything from frozen pie crusts, to pumpkin pie
- 4:26Speaker 1: mix to a dozen dinner rolls. Where there goes my
- 4:29Speaker 1: favorite dessert, a dozen dinner rolls. These high prices are
- 4:34Speaker 1: caused by a variety of factors, including the war in Ukraine,
- 4:37Speaker 1: high fuel prices, but the number one factor, according to
- 4:40Speaker 1: experts is hudser Biden's laptop. So even CBS and Stephen
- 4:52Speaker 1: Colbert admitting, all right, it's real, but let's mock it
- 4:55Speaker 1: in the process, right, we'll laugh about how ridiculous it
- 4:58Speaker 1: is that any of anybody would care about the laptop
- 5:01Speaker 1: and mock Republicans and those that actually care about the issue,
- 5:05Speaker 1: claiming that that's why the prices of inflation have gone up.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Ah See, this is such a funny story. We don't
- 5:12Speaker 1: even have to take it seriously, because why would we?
- 5:15Speaker 1: Of course, right, because it's such a funny story. It's
- 5:18Speaker 1: so hilarious that it's not a real story. Why are
- 5:22Speaker 1: they doing this now? Because they understand just how real
- 5:25Speaker 1: the story actually is and how much trouble it could
- 5:28Speaker 1: be for the president of the United States of America.
- 5:31Speaker 1: That's why there's another article out CBS News titled this
- 5:36Speaker 1: copy of what is believed to be Hunter Biden's laptop
- 5:40Speaker 1: data turned over by repair shop to FBI show no tampering.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Analysts say this is their headline on the week of Thanksgiving,
- 5:49Speaker 1: November the twenty first. You probably didn't see it, and
- 5:52Speaker 1: there's a reason why you didn't see it because they
- 5:55Speaker 1: didn't want you to actually know what's there. Catherine Heritage,
- 5:59Speaker 1: former Fox News person, CBS News and Graham kates they
- 6:03Speaker 1: wanted us to be a serious, though response, so that
- 6:06Speaker 1: you knew that they're actually covering the story on CBS
- 6:10Speaker 1: News the week of Thanksgiving. Of course, when you're checked out,
- 6:13Speaker 1: many of you may have totally missed CBS News seven
- 6:17Speaker 1: hundred Let's go backwards seven hundred plus days later, two
- 6:23Speaker 1: elections later, now giving you a real, deep, in depth
- 6:28Speaker 1: look at the Hunter Biden laptop. Welcome back to CBS
- 6:32Speaker 1: Mornings here at seven thirty. And as Republicans take control
- 6:35Speaker 1: of the House, Hunter Biden, the President's sign will be
- 6:38Speaker 1: a target for investigations, and that means data from a
- 6:42Speaker 1: laptop reported to belong to Biden could be crucial to
- 6:46Speaker 1: the investigatory process. CBS News has obtained its data not
- 6:51Speaker 1: through a third party or political operative, but directly from
- 6:54Speaker 1: the source who told us they provided it to the
- 6:57Speaker 1: FBI under subpoena, and we missioned an independent forensic review
- 7:02Speaker 1: to determine its authenticity. Senior investigative correspondent Katherine Harris joins
- 7:07Speaker 1: us now with what we found. Katherine, I'm very interesting.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Good morning, Good morning, Tony. These House Republican investigations are
- 7:14Speaker 1: coming and that could be a challenge for the White
- 7:16Speaker 1: House as we head into twenty twenty three and twenty
- 7:18Speaker 1: twenty four. The laptop data we had analyzed showed no
- 7:23Speaker 1: evidence it was faked or tampered with. Digital forensic investigator
- 7:27Speaker 1: Mark Lanterman was previously a member of a Secret Service
- 7:30Speaker 1: electronic Crimes task force. There was one thing that got
- 7:34Speaker 1: my attention, and that was a voicemail stared called loving
- 7:39Speaker 1: more than the whole world health kind of get some help.
- 7:43Speaker 1: That voicemail, apparently from Joe Biden during his son Hunter's
- 7:46Speaker 1: drug addiction, is one of many findings Lanterman used to
- 7:49Speaker 1: authenticate what is believed to be Hunter Biden's laptop data.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Your competent, based on your analysis, this is Hunter Biden's
- 7:56Speaker 1: data and that it's real. Yes, yes, CBS News, When
- 8:01Speaker 1: are we gonna tell you this seven hundred plus days later,
- 8:05Speaker 1: after two different elections have happened. Then we'll tell you
- 8:08Speaker 1: the week of Thanksgiving, when we know our viewership is
- 8:11Speaker 1: at an all time low for the year, that this
- 8:14Speaker 1: is real. That's when we're gonna tell you, because we're
- 8:17Speaker 1: real journalists now. Now, Democrats also in the Daily Beasts
- 8:22Speaker 1: fighting back now saying that they're ready for the GOP
- 8:24Speaker 1: to make Hunter Biden the new Benghazi again, trying to
- 8:28Speaker 1: push the narrative that this is a joke the same
- 8:30Speaker 1: way that Stephen Colbert was laughing, saying, the reason why
- 8:33Speaker 1: you're Thanksgiving dinner costs so much is because we're gonna
- 8:36Speaker 1: blame Hunter Biden's laptop for it. And that's funny. Yahoo
- 8:41Speaker 1: News putting out the article from the Daily Beasts and
- 8:46Speaker 1: this is what they said. It's not Hunter Biden's scalp
- 8:48Speaker 1: they want. Rather, the House GOP Caucus is poised to
- 8:51Speaker 1: launch a two year crusade tarnish President Joe Biden's character
- 8:56Speaker 1: lower his poll numbers, just like they did with Hillary
- 8:58Speaker 1: Clinton and the mcgozzi hearings prior to the two sixteen election. See,
- 9:03Speaker 1: none of this could actually be about corruption. This is
- 9:05Speaker 1: all about politics. Brilliant way to make sure the American
- 9:09Speaker 1: people don't pay attention to the Hunter Biden laptop story.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Things are different, that's time around the dailybast rights. Democrats
- 9:17Speaker 1: aren't going to assume that voters can see through the
- 9:19Speaker 1: partisanid bluster and are now mounting a war room operation
- 9:23Speaker 1: outside the White House, the Congressional Integrity Project. We'll try
- 9:29Speaker 1: to fend off the Republican barrage and go on the
- 9:32Speaker 1: offensive and the information war. The existence of the newly
- 9:37Speaker 1: revamped group, first reported by Politico, is an effort to
- 9:41Speaker 1: mount a twenty first century war room with a response
- 9:45Speaker 1: team that can expose the political intentions behind the investigation
- 9:48Speaker 1: targeting the White House. That's with the senior advisor for
- 9:51Speaker 1: the CIP, who is working with a founder and longtime
- 9:55Speaker 1: political activists to make sure that all of these Democrat
- 10:00Speaker 1: rats are defended. Right, this is a battle over narratives,
- 10:04Speaker 1: and we believe we can win that war. There the
- 10:07Speaker 1: GOP saying it's it is plain English. They're trying to
- 10:10Speaker 1: hurt Joe Biden. Is the Trump playbook of personal attacks. Again,
- 10:15Speaker 1: smart move right say the story isn't a story when
- 10:18Speaker 1: it actually is a story. And then maybe the media
- 10:19Speaker 1: can justify not covering it, acting like all right, well,
- 10:22Speaker 1: already told you what this is about. Let's move on,
- 10:26Speaker 1: all right real quick. Let me pause and tell you
- 10:28Speaker 1: about our incredible friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 10:32Speaker 1: America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They want to
- 10:37Speaker 1: make it easy for you to try switching to Patriot
- 10:40Speaker 1: Mobile from whatever service you have right now. You can
- 10:43Speaker 1: give them sixty days to show you why I use
- 10:46Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile and why you should make the switch right now.
- 10:50Speaker 1: When you try Patriot Mobile for two months, you get
- 10:53Speaker 1: your third month free, plus you get free activation now.
- 10:57Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage on the best four G five networks,
- 11:00Speaker 1: and they use the same exact cell towers of all
- 11:04Speaker 1: of the three other major carriers. You're gonna get the
- 11:06Speaker 1: same coverage you have right now. You get the same
- 11:09Speaker 1: grade service, You get to keep your same cell phone
- 11:11Speaker 1: number if you want to. You can even usually use
- 11:13Speaker 1: the same phone you have in your hand right now. Now,
- 11:15Speaker 1: Why do you want to switch? When you do, they
- 11:18Speaker 1: actually stand up for a First and Second Amendment rights,
- 11:20Speaker 1: and they give a portion of your bill every month
- 11:24Speaker 1: back to conservative Christian causes that we all believe in.
- 11:29Speaker 1: So if you're ready to support a company that's fighting
- 11:31Speaker 1: to preserve our god given rights and our freedoms, just
- 11:35Speaker 1: go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot mobile
- 11:40Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson, or you can call them nine
- 11:43Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. That's nine seven to Patriot. If you're
- 11:47Speaker 1: fed up with woke companies that don't care about your values,
- 11:50Speaker 1: support a company that actually does make the switch Today,
- 11:53Speaker 1: get a free month of service plus free activation Patriot
- 11:57Speaker 1: mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Now I've said this for a while, we need to
- 12:05Speaker 1: make sure that people understand this is not about Hunter Biden.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I don't care about Hunter Biden. I don't care even
- 12:11Speaker 1: about his laptop. What I do care about is the
- 12:13Speaker 1: information on it that ties it to Joe Biden. And
- 12:16Speaker 1: we have to be very smart because the Democrats are
- 12:19Speaker 1: going to try to make this as I just mentioned,
- 12:21Speaker 1: and they're telling you exactly what their plan is. They're
- 12:24Speaker 1: going to try to make this about a totally different issue,
- 12:28Speaker 1: which is you guys, just going to hurt Joe Biden.
- 12:32Speaker 1: That this is partisan hackery, that's all it is. That's
- 12:36Speaker 1: how they want this to play out, They're going to
- 12:40Speaker 1: try to act like it's Republicans that are bullying on
- 12:43Speaker 1: the issue. And that's the problem here. Now, if we're smart,
- 12:49Speaker 1: we don't ever talk about Hunter Biden moving forward. We
- 12:53Speaker 1: talk about Joe Biden. We talk about the big guy,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and we don't let up on the big guy. Now,
- 13:00Speaker 1: let me also remind you just something about the media
- 13:03Speaker 1: from seven hundred plus days ago, when the Hunter Biden
- 13:06Speaker 1: laptop story broke, they mocked it. They called it Russian disinformation,
- 13:13Speaker 1: which is exactly what the FBI did when they went
- 13:16Speaker 1: to Facebook and Twitter and said, don't tell the story, right,
- 13:21Speaker 1: That's what they did. Silence the story, shut up on
- 13:25Speaker 1: this story. They fed the media this, They fed the disinformation.
- 13:31Speaker 1: They knew it was real, they knew it was actual intelligence.
- 13:34Speaker 1: They knew that it was authentic, and they just didn't
- 13:37Speaker 1: want it to come out because they knew how damning
- 13:40Speaker 1: it was going to be if it came out. And
- 13:42Speaker 1: so instead of that, right, instead of instead of telling
- 13:47Speaker 1: you the truth, they mocked the story, which is exactly
- 13:49Speaker 1: what they're doing now. Now this was seven hundred days ago. Listen,
- 13:53Speaker 1: go ahead, no, no, I probably best they don't Obviously,
- 14:01Speaker 1: we're not going with the New York Post story right
- 14:04Speaker 1: now on Hunter Biden. This is really one of the
- 14:07Speaker 1: stupidest stock to oper surprises I've ever seen. It helps
- 14:11Speaker 1: to really view this as storytelling, not so much as
- 14:14Speaker 1: news coverage, but as political entertainment. NPR explained, we don't
- 14:18Speaker 1: want to waste our time on stories that are not
- 14:20Speaker 1: really stories. Who even thought to make that story up.
- 14:23Speaker 1: It's a story that many intelligence experts say has all
- 14:27Speaker 1: the hallmarks of a foreign interference campaign. Looks like it's
- 14:30Speaker 1: tied to Vladimir Putin in Moscow. This is a Russian
- 14:33Speaker 1: intelligence disinformation campaigns, foreign intelligence operations, foreign intelligence operation, Russian intelligendi.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Giuliani was not fed passively Russian disinformation. He ordered off
- 14:45Speaker 1: the menu. And this is a classic example of the
- 14:47Speaker 1: right wing media machine. And he's in the midst of
- 14:49Speaker 1: a scandal's taking. We should not Hunter Biden isn't running
- 14:56Speaker 1: for president. That argument has been debunked. There is no
- 14:59Speaker 1: evidence that Joe Biden did anything wrong. Well, we know
- 15:02Speaker 1: these emails are made up. It just lacks credibility. Okay, no,
- 15:10Speaker 1: we're not gonna do You'll work for you. So the
- 15:13Speaker 1: game plan has not changed for Democrats. The only difference
- 15:17Speaker 1: is they were able to win two elections stall seven
- 15:19Speaker 1: hundred days before they told you the truth, and now
- 15:22Speaker 1: that they've told you the truth, they're still gonna mock
- 15:27Speaker 1: it the same way that Stephen Colbert mocked it earlier.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Now there is a there is a huge okay hold
- 15:35Speaker 1: that they're going to fall in here if Republicans go
- 15:38Speaker 1: back to Hunter Biden. This cannot be about Hunter Biden.
- 15:45Speaker 1: This is exactly, by the way, why Congressman Comber is
- 15:50Speaker 1: very smart and Jim Jordan very smart to say we're
- 15:54Speaker 1: keeping Hunter out of this. Basically, this is not about
- 15:58Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. This is about the president of the United
- 16:01Speaker 1: States of America running a criminal enterprise out of the
- 16:05Speaker 1: Vice president to residence and now the White House. You
- 16:09Speaker 1: said that Joe Biden personally participated in meetings and phone calls,
- 16:14Speaker 1: and you have documents that Joe who was a partner
- 16:16Speaker 1: with access to an office, and that Joe is in
- 16:19Speaker 1: fact clearly the big guy. What else can you tell
- 16:22Speaker 1: us about this? And how much money are we talking
- 16:23Speaker 1: about the family maid? Well, we're talking about millions of
- 16:27Speaker 1: dollars that went to Hunter Biden. And as you showed
- 16:30Speaker 1: with the text message Hunter complained about having to keep
- 16:33Speaker 1: his family up. Hunter complained that Boe was the golden
- 16:36Speaker 1: child and that no one appreciated the fact that he
- 16:39Speaker 1: paid his dad's living expenses. So there's evidence from Hunter
- 16:43Speaker 1: Biden himself to suggest that Joe Biden was directly benefiting
- 16:47Speaker 1: from the millions of dollars Hunter was getting from these
- 16:49Speaker 1: shady business deals. But even worse, we showed emails today
- 16:52Speaker 1: where Hunter Biden emailed the landlord of an office for
- 16:56Speaker 1: a business he was starting with his dad. He said
- 16:59Speaker 1: his dad was gonna get a ten percent equity stake
- 17:02Speaker 1: in a business that was to help China get their
- 17:05Speaker 1: foot in the door on the American natural gas industry.
- 17:08Speaker 1: So the amazing thing is Joe Biden was working with
- 17:12Speaker 1: Hunter Biden to help China get a leg up on
- 17:14Speaker 1: our American energy industry and he was a part of that.
- 17:18Speaker 1: This is something that he's lied about his involvement. He's
- 17:21Speaker 1: lied about his knowledge, and we need to invest in
- 17:23Speaker 1: the eight that because this is an issue of national security.
- 17:26Speaker 1: He's right, we have to investigate this because it's an
- 17:29Speaker 1: issue of national security. Notice, he was talking about Joe
- 17:32Speaker 1: Biden the entire time there. This is not about Hunter Biden, right,
- 17:37Speaker 1: This is about Joe Biden. This is about him offering
- 17:42Speaker 1: anybody access to United States of America. Represent comer on
- 17:46Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden pro make it clear the Bidens became millionaire.
- 17:49Speaker 1: It's not Hunter Biden. Joe Biden. The Biden family simply
- 17:55Speaker 1: became millionaires by simply offering access to his father's position
- 18:02Speaker 1: of power in and within the United States government. Committee
- 18:07Speaker 1: Republicans have identified over fifty countries the Biden families sought
- 18:10Speaker 1: businesses in. On the international side of the Biden family business,
- 18:13Speaker 1: the deals were often led by Hunter Biden, and that
- 18:16Speaker 1: map there behind clay shows all the countries where the
- 18:19Speaker 1: Bidens had a footprint in international business dealings. The investigation
- 18:26Speaker 1: reveals a family that engaged with some of America's most
- 18:28Speaker 1: powerful adversaries, planning to sell one of the largest sources
- 18:31Speaker 1: of cobalt for electric vehicles in the world to the Chinese,
- 18:34Speaker 1: for example. The Bidens flourished and became millionaires by simply
- 18:39Speaker 1: offering access to the family. Among the dozens of shell
- 18:43Speaker 1: companies the Biden set up, there were millions of dollars
- 18:46Speaker 1: of wire transfers, flights, on Air Force two to conduct
- 18:50Speaker 1: personal business and meetings with heads of state, while Joe
- 18:53Speaker 1: Biden was aware of what was happening. All the while,
- 18:57Speaker 1: he turned a blind eye. Many transactions related to these
- 19:01Speaker 1: businesses have raised red flags at US banks. A Suspicious
- 19:05Speaker 1: Activity Report or SAR is a document a bank must
- 19:07Speaker 1: file with the Treasury Department when a transaction is suspected
- 19:10Speaker 1: to be related to money laundering or fraud or other
- 19:13Speaker 1: types of criminal activity. According to media reports, the Biden
- 19:17Speaker 1: family accumulated over one hundred and fifty sars. One STAR
- 19:23Speaker 1: generated by an American bank to the Treasury Department connects
- 19:26Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and a business associates to international human trafficking,
- 19:31Speaker 1: among other illegal activities. The money that was being made
- 19:34Speaker 1: from foreign principles in the same room as Joe Biden
- 19:37Speaker 1: was increasingly spent on furthering illegal activity. The STAR showed
- 19:41Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden was conducting business with suspected human traffickers.
- 19:45Speaker 1: The money gained through influenced faddling was function was funneled
- 19:49Speaker 1: to US suspected criminal enterprise. Again, one link to human trafficking,
- 19:55Speaker 1: links to human trafficking. You notice that, they said, he
- 20:00Speaker 1: said at the very beginning fifty different countries. This is
- 20:06Speaker 1: not about Hunter, it's about Joe. We also need to
- 20:11Speaker 1: know what the FBI was doing. The FBI was doing
- 20:16Speaker 1: a lot of things to try to make this story
- 20:19Speaker 1: go away. This goes back to Elon Muss saying Twitter should,
- 20:25Speaker 1: and I believe they will, release the logs on the
- 20:27Speaker 1: censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop story. He says, to
- 20:30Speaker 1: restore public trust. He's absolutely right. This is all about
- 20:34Speaker 1: restoring trust in the system. He's completely accurate on this.
- 20:42Speaker 1: We have to make sure that this story doesn't just
- 20:46Speaker 1: get thrown out the way that Stephen Colbert and CBS
- 20:51Speaker 1: News are hoping. They're using the same exact playbook they
- 20:55Speaker 1: used before the election and the montage that I've played
- 20:57Speaker 1: you then saying this is Russia and disinformation. Now they're
- 21:00Speaker 1: basically saying this is a joke and you should laugh
- 21:02Speaker 1: at it, and it really doesn't matter, right. This is
- 21:06Speaker 1: this is them doing Benghazi with Hillary Clinton two point zero.
- 21:12Speaker 1: This is a worthless, meaningless, stupid story that no one
- 21:16Speaker 1: should really care about. That's how they're gonna play this.
- 21:19Speaker 1: That's how they're gonna downplay it. That's how they're gonna say,
- 21:22Speaker 1: why this story should not be paid attention to by
- 21:26Speaker 1: any serious person and or serious journalist. As one economists
- 21:32Speaker 1: put it this past week, nothing good is happening on
- 21:34Speaker 1: Wall Street, and if you've been looking at your portfolio,
- 21:36Speaker 1: you've probably seen tremendous losses. Well now they're saying the
- 21:39Speaker 1: market may pull back well into twenty twenty three. There's
- 21:42Speaker 1: been one historical answer when it comes to bad times
- 21:45Speaker 1: like this, and that answer is gold. In two thousand
- 21:48Speaker 1: and eight crash, all of the recent crashes before it,
- 21:51Speaker 1: when the market dip, gold went up big time. So
- 21:54Speaker 1: don't wait any longer to see if gold is right

- 22:31Speaker 1: I want to switch gears here also to give you
- 22:33Speaker 1: an update on what we know about the Attorney General
- 22:36Speaker 1: Merritt Garland and his special counsel choice in this new
- 22:41Speaker 1: investigation into former President Donald Trump. When he came out,
- 22:46Speaker 1: he made it clear that they said that we're investigating legitimate,
- 22:50Speaker 1: possible crimes, and also that the guy who he was
- 22:55Speaker 1: going to make the special counsel, Jack Smith, was an
- 22:59Speaker 1: unbiased individual. Will me remind you of this announcement. The
- 23:03Speaker 1: Special Council will also conduct the investigation involving classified documents
- 23:08Speaker 1: and other presidential records, as well as the possible obstruction
- 23:12Speaker 1: of that investigation. Today I signed an order appointing Jack
- 23:17Speaker 1: Smith to serve as Special Council. The order authorizes him
- 23:22Speaker 1: to continue the ongoing investigation into both of the matters
- 23:25Speaker 1: that I have just described, and to prosecute any federal
- 23:28Speaker 1: crimes that may arise from those investigations. Mister Smith is
- 23:33Speaker 1: a veteran career prosecutor. He began his prosecutorial career in
- 23:37Speaker 1: nineteen ninety four as an assistant District attorney with the
- 23:41Speaker 1: New York County DA's office. In nineteen ninety nine, he
- 23:46Speaker 1: became an assistant US Attorney for the Eastern District of
- 23:48Speaker 1: New York, where, over the course of nine years, he
- 23:51Speaker 1: prosecuted matters ranging from gang murders of police officers to
- 23:55Speaker 1: civil rights violations. From two thousand and eight to two ten,
- 24:00Speaker 1: he served with the International Criminal Court, where he supervised
- 24:03Speaker 1: war crimes investigations. In twenty ten, mister Smith returned to
- 24:09Speaker 1: the Justice Department to serve as Chief of the Public
- 24:11Speaker 1: Integrity Section, where he led a team of more than
- 24:14Speaker 1: thirty prosecutors who handled public corruption and election crimes cases
- 24:19Speaker 1: across the United States. In twenty fifteen, he agreed to
- 24:24Speaker 1: serve as the first Assistant US Attorney for the Middle
- 24:26Speaker 1: District of Tennessee, later becoming the Acting United States Attorney.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Most recently, mister Smith served as a Chief prosecutor for
- 24:35Speaker 1: the Special Court in the Hague, charged with investigating and
- 24:38Speaker 1: adjudicating war crimes in Kosovo. Mister Smith will begin his
- 24:42Speaker 1: work as Special Counsel immediately and will be returning to
- 24:46Speaker 1: the United States from the Hague. This guy is perfect, right,
- 24:50Speaker 1: That's what he wants you to believe. This guy is
- 24:52Speaker 1: above reproach, He's unbiased, he's ideal. Well, it turns out
- 24:57Speaker 1: Special Counsel Jack Smith is act unbiased at all. He's
- 25:02Speaker 1: a hardcore lefty fanatical radical within the Justice Department's Public
- 25:08Speaker 1: Integrity Unit, inserting himself in fact, when he was there
- 25:12Speaker 1: into the Lowest Learner IRS scandal that targeted conservative nonprofit groups,
- 25:19Speaker 1: religious groups, and Tea Party groups. That's right, this guy Smith,
- 25:25Speaker 1: who was picked by the Attorney General Garland to leave
- 25:28Speaker 1: the DOJ's investigation into former Presidentald Trump. He led that
- 25:32Speaker 1: Public Integrity section from twenty ten until early twenty fifteen. Well,
- 25:37Speaker 1: let me give you the background so you remember the
- 25:40Speaker 1: story with Lowest Learner. Learner was director of the IRS's
- 25:44Speaker 1: Exempt Organization's Unit. Learner led that IRS effort targeting specifically
- 25:53Speaker 1: Tea Party groups and similar conservative nonprofit organizations, and IRS
- 26:00Speaker 1: watchdog and the DOJ later admitted the IRS committed wrongdoing.
- 26:07Speaker 1: In fact, you had a guy by the name of
- 26:10Speaker 1: Joe Biden who stood by the President of the United
- 26:15Speaker 1: States of America at the time, Barack Obama, and Obama
- 26:20Speaker 1: came out and said that he was personally angry, he
- 26:25Speaker 1: was upset, he couldn't believe that this happened and said
- 26:30Speaker 1: that it was wrong. In fact, Obama was in so
- 26:34Speaker 1: much trouble for the IRS and then being busted targeting
- 26:38Speaker 1: conservative organizations that he actually had to come out and
- 26:42Speaker 1: have an emergency press conference about it. He walked out
- 26:47Speaker 1: to the podium and this is what the President said
- 26:50Speaker 1: at the time after they got busted. So and again,
- 26:53Speaker 1: this guy who is now investigating as the special prosecutor
- 26:58Speaker 1: Donald Trump is the same scumbag that was involved with
- 27:02Speaker 1: Lois Lerner targeting conservative tea party groups. And again the
- 27:07Speaker 1: Democrats got busted doing this to the point that the
- 27:09Speaker 1: President had to come out and have this press conference
- 27:13Speaker 1: back in twenty thirteen. Governoon, everybody. I just finished speaking
- 27:18Speaker 1: with Secretary to Loop and senior officials at the Treasury
- 27:22Speaker 1: Department to discuss the investigation into IRS personnel who improperly
- 27:26Speaker 1: screened conservative groups applying for tax exempt status. And I
- 27:31Speaker 1: look forward to taking some questions at tomorrow's press conference,
- 27:34Speaker 1: but today I want to make sure to get out
- 27:37Speaker 1: to all of you some information about what we're doing
- 27:40Speaker 1: about this and where we go from here. I've reviewed
- 27:44Speaker 1: the Treasury Department watchdog's report, and the misconduct that uncovered
- 27:51Speaker 1: is inexcusable. It's inexcusable, and Americans are right to be
- 27:55Speaker 1: angry about it, and I am angry about it. I
- 27:58Speaker 1: will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency,
- 28:02Speaker 1: but especially in the IRS, given the power that it
- 28:06Speaker 1: has and the reach that it has in all of
- 28:08Speaker 1: our lives. And as I said earlier, it should not
- 28:12Speaker 1: matter what political stripe you're from, the fact of the
- 28:16Speaker 1: matter is is that the IRS has to operate with
- 28:21Speaker 1: absolute integrity. The government generally has to conduct itsself in
- 28:26Speaker 1: a way that is true to the public trust. That's
- 28:28Speaker 1: especially true for the IRS. So here's what we're going
- 28:32Speaker 1: to do. First, we're going to hold the responsible parties accountable.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Yesterday I directed Secretary Lou to follow up on the
- 28:40Speaker 1: IG audit to see how this happened and who is responsible,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and to make sure that we understand all the facts. Today,
- 28:48Speaker 1: Secretary Lou took the first step by requesting and accepting
- 28:52Speaker 1: the resignation of the Acting Commissioner of the IRS, because
- 28:56Speaker 1: given the controversy surrounding this audit, it's important to instance
- 29:00Speaker 1: to new leadership that can help restore confidence going forward. Second,
- 29:05Speaker 1: we're gonna put in place new safeguards to make sure
- 29:08Speaker 1: this kind of behavior cannot happen again. And I've directed
- 29:11Speaker 1: Secretary Lou to ensure the IRS begins implementing the IGS
- 29:15Speaker 1: recommendations right away. Third, we will work with Congress as
- 29:22Speaker 1: it performs its oversight role, and our administration has to
- 29:26Speaker 1: make sure that we are working hand in hand with
- 29:30Speaker 1: Congress to get this thing fixed. Congress, Democrats and Republicans
- 29:36Speaker 1: owe to the American people to treat that authority with
- 29:38Speaker 1: the responsibility it deserves and in a way that doesn't
- 29:41Speaker 1: smack of politics or partisan agendas. Because I think one
- 29:45Speaker 1: thing that you've seen is across the board, everybody believes
- 29:49Speaker 1: what happened in as reported in the IG report is
- 29:53Speaker 1: an outrage. The good news is it's fixable, and it's
- 29:56Speaker 1: in everyone's best interest to work together to fix it. Now,
- 30:01Speaker 1: he said, we're going to go after the people that
- 30:02Speaker 1: did this. We're going to hold them accountable. Was there
- 30:06Speaker 1: any accountability? The reality is no. Not only did Lois
- 30:11Speaker 1: Learner lead the IRS efforts to target TEA Party groups
- 30:14Speaker 1: and similar conservative organizations, but the IRS watchdog and the
- 30:18Speaker 1: DOJ later admitted the IRS committed wrongdoing and there should
- 30:24Speaker 1: have been accountability. Was there no. Republicans were unsuccessful in
- 30:28Speaker 1: seeing a special counsel to investigate that scandal, and one
- 30:31Speaker 1: of the reasons given by the Republicans side the actions
- 30:35Speaker 1: of a name that you'll now know, Jack Smith. How
- 30:40Speaker 1: did Jack Smith, the same guy now going after Donald Trump,
- 30:42Speaker 1: fit into all of this scandal? Well? As the lead
- 30:45Speaker 1: of the Integrity Section, he actually spoke with the FBI
- 30:48Speaker 1: about potential investigations into these nonprofit groups. He in fact,
- 30:53Speaker 1: he testified to this back in twenty fourteen. There were
- 30:57Speaker 1: questions about the legality of a point a special counsel
- 31:00Speaker 1: without congressional approval right The National Legal and Policy Center
- 31:06Speaker 1: said this appointment raised questions about the appointment's clause of
- 31:09Speaker 1: the Constitution Principal officer requires appointment by the President and
- 31:14Speaker 1: the confirmation by the Senate, and the same as other
- 31:18Speaker 1: US attorneys. But hey, does any of that matter? No,
- 31:22Speaker 1: So this guy decided to go rogue. He decided not
- 31:26Speaker 1: only to go rogue on this, but he decided that
- 31:29Speaker 1: he wanted to actually try to start locking up conservatives.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Was he held accountable for any of this? He was not. Why.
- 31:39Speaker 1: I think we all know why now, because everybody that
- 31:44Speaker 1: Barack Obama said we're gonna hold accountable, We're gonna investigate,
- 31:47Speaker 1: and we deserve, you know, people deserve to know what
- 31:50Speaker 1: really happened. Here. All of that was a lie. All
- 31:55Speaker 1: of what I just what he just said to you
- 31:57Speaker 1: was a lie. No one was held accountable, including this
- 32:00Speaker 1: guy who tried to again use the power of the
- 32:05Speaker 1: government to attack conservatives. He was in this with Lois Lerner.
- 32:11Speaker 1: He wanted to go after and lock people up. He
- 32:14Speaker 1: saw an article about conservative groups and tried to weaponize
- 32:18Speaker 1: the United States government. We now know to actually do
- 32:22Speaker 1: all that I just mentioned, And now this is the
- 32:25Speaker 1: This is the unbiased, unpartisan guy that is going to
- 32:29Speaker 1: be investigating Donald Trump as a special prosecutor. If you
- 32:34Speaker 1: don't think the Democrats know what they're doing here, you're stupid.
- 32:39Speaker 1: The Democrats picked one of the hardcore partisans. They could
- 32:43Speaker 1: find a guy that has a history of being able
- 32:46Speaker 1: to go into liberal areas and get what he wants,
- 32:50Speaker 1: which is an indictment. I believe they're going to get
- 32:54Speaker 1: an indictment of Donald Trump because they're gonna do this
- 32:56Speaker 1: in an area Washing DC where they think they can
- 32:58Speaker 1: get an easy indictment of Donald Trump. They're not going
- 33:00Speaker 1: to waste any time, and they're going to do this
- 33:04Speaker 1: to try to make sure that he's not on the
- 33:05Speaker 1: ballot or to take him out of contention of being
- 33:08Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America again. And
- 33:11Speaker 1: the guy who's the special counsel who's just been appointed
- 33:15Speaker 1: is a guy that went after conservative tea party organizations
- 33:19Speaker 1: and his name was said aloud and had to actually
- 33:24Speaker 1: testify on it after Barack Obama was busted and said,
- 33:27Speaker 1: we're going to get to the bottom of this, and
- 33:29Speaker 1: no one got in trouble, no one. Make sure you
- 33:33Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and your friends. We're
- 33:36Speaker 1: going to keep on this and we're gonna keep exposing
- 33:38Speaker 1: this scumbag, and we'll see you back here tomorrow.
