- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your thing. Huh, I shall will. Good
- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come off DIGI
- 2:08Speaker 1: now wanting only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show?
- 2:12Speaker 1: Wow man, how good has God been to me? You know? Today?
- 2:15Speaker 1: Let me get right to it because I'm I'm kind
- 2:18Speaker 1: of feeling this today, and I'm pretty sure that's just
- 2:22Speaker 1: quite a few of you who go through the same
- 2:23Speaker 1: things today. Today was just a little tough morning from
- 2:28Speaker 1: me because I didn't want to leave home yesterday. You know,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I wanted to stay home a little. I just gotten home,
- 2:35Speaker 1: you know, I gotta go again. And sometimes, you know,
- 2:38Speaker 1: just the weight of all that you have to do
- 2:41Speaker 1: just gets on you sometimes and sometimes you don't feel
- 2:45Speaker 1: like doing it today. Huh. You know, I'm just talking
- 2:50Speaker 1: to those who feel this way every now and then,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and I'm assuming that would be everybody, because I don't
- 2:55Speaker 1: know nobody who can just ply through this thing without
- 2:58Speaker 1: having those days. Well, what do you do when it
- 3:03Speaker 1: gets hard to stay up? What do you do when
- 3:07Speaker 1: it gets hard to be positive? What do you do
- 3:10Speaker 1: when it seems like things aren't happening for you fast
- 3:14Speaker 1: enough or in the time frame that you thought it
- 3:17Speaker 1: was going. What do you do? And the reason that
- 3:20Speaker 1: I guess I chose to speak about this this morning
- 3:23Speaker 1: is because I'm having one of those days. Because I
- 3:26Speaker 1: had one of those days yesterday. It's just a tough day.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I really can't explain. It's nothing really in particular bad happened.
- 3:35Speaker 1: It's just I think the weight of all that's going
- 3:41Speaker 1: on started to feel heavy to me. And so what
- 3:47Speaker 1: do you do when when you have days like that,
- 3:50Speaker 1: when it's hard to be positive, when it's hard to
- 3:52Speaker 1: stay up? Okay, here's what I had to start doing
- 3:55Speaker 1: this morning. Now I haven't completed it. Can I just
- 3:59Speaker 1: be real? I haven't completed it, but I am processing
- 4:04Speaker 1: it out because I know what to do. You know,
- 4:07Speaker 1: been there, done that, I didn't had that pain before.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I know what to do. You know, if I sprain
- 4:11Speaker 1: my finger, I know what to do. Now you know
- 4:13Speaker 1: the first sprain I had, O Lord, I thought it
- 4:15Speaker 1: was broke. I thought I got me handac half. But
- 4:18Speaker 1: now if I spray my finger, I know what to do.
- 4:20Speaker 1: So since I've been in this position, in this hole
- 4:23Speaker 1: so many times before, and God has always gotten me
- 4:26Speaker 1: through it, I decided I've got to start the process today.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Want to hear are some things Now I'm gonna get
- 4:34Speaker 1: to the big one last. And one of the things
- 4:37Speaker 1: I do is I remember the plan, sit down, and
- 4:42Speaker 1: I consciously think about the goals I've set. I go
- 4:46Speaker 1: over them. See, I've gotten mine down on an iPad
- 4:49Speaker 1: so I can pull them out anywhere I am and
- 4:52Speaker 1: pull them up. And I've got two lists that I've made.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I've got a list of things that I know I
- 4:57Speaker 1: can accomplish if I just keep working and hard, and
- 5:01Speaker 1: if some couple of things just fall into place that
- 5:04Speaker 1: I can see. Then I got a list of things
- 5:07Speaker 1: that I'm planning on accomplishing. And then I have a
- 5:10Speaker 1: second list, And the heading of this list is called
- 5:14Speaker 1: only God can help me now. And on this list
- 5:18Speaker 1: it's things that I'm aspiring for or things that I'm
- 5:21Speaker 1: hoping to that in order for them to happen. I
- 5:25Speaker 1: absolutely have to have God's help. That's my favorite list.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It's the list that I have of the things that
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't see no way it can happen. I'm just
- 5:39Speaker 1: operating on faith and the hope that God hear me,
- 5:43Speaker 1: and so sometimes, man, when you gotta when I have
- 5:47Speaker 1: this list of who only God can help me, now
- 5:51Speaker 1: that list is stuff that I cannot see. I'm just
- 5:55Speaker 1: operating on faith that God is so much bigger than me,
- 5:59Speaker 1: that he's much more capable than I am, that I
- 6:02Speaker 1: can actually acquire some things in my life, as he's
- 6:05Speaker 1: proven to me time and time again up to this point,
- 6:08Speaker 1: that He's willing to do for me if I'm willing
- 6:11Speaker 1: to just give him some of my life. That's the
- 6:14Speaker 1: only why I can't explain my existence today. You know,
- 6:17Speaker 1: I began the conversation with my wife, how do I
- 6:21Speaker 1: write a book that becomes so wildly successful? That would
- 6:25Speaker 1: be God. That's only God, Because if you can plan
- 6:29Speaker 1: to sit down and write a wildly successful book, I'd
- 6:32Speaker 1: have Benden sat down and did it, and so would you,
- 6:35Speaker 1: so that would be God. How it got purchased to
- 6:39Speaker 1: become a movie when that was not my intent when
- 6:42Speaker 1: I wrote the book at all. Again, that would be
- 6:46Speaker 1: God right, there has to be, because if I can't
- 6:50Speaker 1: explain it and it is by no doing of my own,
- 6:53Speaker 1: then who did it? So when I get down in
- 6:56Speaker 1: days like this, I remember the goal. I remember the plan.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I remember the journey. I think about of all the
- 7:03Speaker 1: things God has bought me to how did I even
- 7:05Speaker 1: get to this point. Yeah. I might be having a
- 7:07Speaker 1: little bummer of a day. Yeah I was a little
- 7:09Speaker 1: down yesterday. Yeah, my bio rhythms is off, whatever they
- 7:13Speaker 1: want to call it. Yeah, I'm just having one of
- 7:15Speaker 1: those days. I feel a little bit heavy. I need
- 7:17Speaker 1: a vacation real bad. I need some time off to
- 7:20Speaker 1: just go and regenerate. But right now, man, I ain't
- 7:24Speaker 1: got that. So guess what I do. I gotta start
- 7:26Speaker 1: remembering the plan. I gotta start remembering the goals. I
- 7:29Speaker 1: gotta start thinking about all the things that God has
- 7:32Speaker 1: done for me and how He has bought me this
- 7:34Speaker 1: far and the blessings that I have instead of what
- 7:37Speaker 1: I don't have. And that's what I'm in the process
- 7:39Speaker 1: of doing this morning. And on the commercial breaks, I'm
- 7:42Speaker 1: gonna pull out my iPad and I'm gonna go over
- 7:44Speaker 1: my two lists, and I'm gonna read my little list
- 7:47Speaker 1: of what I think I can accomplish, and I'm gonna
- 7:49Speaker 1: really read that only God can Help Me Now list,
- 7:52Speaker 1: because that's the list that's big. That's the part where
- 7:54Speaker 1: I've been telling y'all. I said, quit telling God how
- 7:58Speaker 1: big your problems are. Start telling your problems how big
- 8:02Speaker 1: your God is. See. And that's why I got to
- 8:04Speaker 1: sit down and do this morning. And then sometimes, man,
- 8:07Speaker 1: you got to stay still. That's the other part. You
- 8:11Speaker 1: got to stay still. You gotta quit moving for a second,
- 8:16Speaker 1: because sometimes it feel like you're running on a treadmill
- 8:20Speaker 1: and you really ain't you going somewhere, but it feel
- 8:22Speaker 1: like you're running on a treadmill. Well, when when you
- 8:25Speaker 1: get that feeling, sometimes you gotta stay still. And then
- 8:29Speaker 1: when you stay still, sometimes you gotta fight to stay positive.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Sometimes you gotta fight not to let the devil win.
- 8:35Speaker 1: You're in a fight, mam. I told you this. Now,
- 8:37Speaker 1: you're in a fight now, So trying to get you
- 8:39Speaker 1: to get on that positive train so he can get
- 8:42Speaker 1: you off the faith train. So God's delivery package that's
- 8:45Speaker 1: coming to you built on your faith that you can
- 8:47Speaker 1: He can shake your faith and get you to thinking negative,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and then he wins. See, so when you start feeling negative,
- 8:53Speaker 1: just know that that's the other force trying to throw
- 8:56Speaker 1: you off track. And when you get through it all
- 8:58Speaker 1: that he is the key, the big one. You want
- 8:59Speaker 1: me tell it to you. You gots to pray, man,
- 9:02Speaker 1: You got to pray. You gotta take it to God.
- 9:05Speaker 1: You gotta say, hey, God, look I'm having one of
- 9:07Speaker 1: these days. I need your help. I got business to
- 9:10Speaker 1: take care of. You got blessings in front of me.
- 9:12Speaker 1: You got stuff you to ship to me. You got
- 9:14Speaker 1: blessings and packages that's on the way. I need to
- 9:16Speaker 1: be sitting on Faith streets so I can receive the
- 9:19Speaker 1: delivery when you get there. What I don't want to
- 9:21Speaker 1: do is be it on be on doubted Way or
- 9:25Speaker 1: or Lack of Understanding Parkway, or Pity Parkway or some
- 9:30Speaker 1: street like that, and the package keep going by. I
- 9:34Speaker 1: need to be standing and sitting on Faith Street so
- 9:36Speaker 1: when you drop that package down to me, I can
- 9:39Speaker 1: go on and get it. You feel me. You got
- 9:41Speaker 1: to pray. You got to stay still, you gotta fight
- 9:44Speaker 1: to stay positive. You gotta remember the plan. You gotta
- 9:47Speaker 1: go over the goals. Come on, man, God and brought
- 9:50Speaker 1: you too far? Come on, pick yourself up today. I'm
- 9:53Speaker 1: talking to Steve Harvey this morning. Hope y'all didn't mind
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening to ladies and gentlemen. Good morning. How are you?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Hope you are well? Hope you're safe, healthy and happy.

- 10:14Speaker 1: hear my voice, you have enough to be grateful. Ain't
- 10:19Speaker 1: that the truth? Yeah? So what I'm about to do
- 10:24Speaker 1: now is just gonna get it started, y'a all ready? One? Two?
- 10:31Speaker 1: When you think of love, gotta get it on your mind. You,
- 10:40Speaker 1: when you think of love, gotta get it on't your mind?
- 10:47Speaker 1: When you think of it love, goda get it on
- 10:54Speaker 1: your mind. Ain't nothing but ready boy. Oh that's all
- 11:04Speaker 1: it is. Oh man, Well, Charley Strawberry, Hey see you
- 11:11Speaker 1: got your outfit together now I'm not checked. Got her off.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Fifteen things laid out. If they scream, ainything, they got
- 11:22Speaker 1: streams and tassels hair. I wouldn't talk. If I let
- 11:27Speaker 1: me tell you something. I know I can't fit it.
- 11:29Speaker 1: But if I had that outfit on that I would
- 11:31Speaker 1: to see her win in and seventy five. What's side?
- 11:37Speaker 1: What's side five? Seventy five? Oh, dog, I wore about
- 11:40Speaker 1: a thirty waist, God, thirty waist and the needed that
- 11:46Speaker 1: belt on pipe seventy five? Dog, I was wearing about
- 11:51Speaker 1: one forty eight. Well, I'm picked up a couple of
- 11:53Speaker 1: pounds about one forty nine, probably thirty thirty. Way I
- 11:59Speaker 1: get to thirty waste right now, man, y'all gonna look
- 12:01Speaker 1: at me and start praying, Steve, you are right, ste see. Yeah,
- 12:13Speaker 1: that's what I could get the thirty if i'd really tried. Yeah,
- 12:19Speaker 1: the last one. I'm in thirty. I'm in thirty four.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I take a minute, shout as you is. I'm surprised
- 12:24Speaker 1: you ain't at thirty now. I've seen them a little
- 12:28Speaker 1: bit of thirty four with thirty four ways, but with
- 12:33Speaker 1: a high ass. No, I don't know, oh Steve, I'm listening.
- 12:41Speaker 1: When I read Peloton bikes, they have been asked to
- 12:45Speaker 1: do research as to watch short people can't bikes. They
- 12:51Speaker 1: don't make. Don't you have a pelotic? I got my ball.
- 13:00Speaker 1: My wife is coming from saying I've been saying it
- 13:04Speaker 1: was a wife. Yeah. He don't want to try because
- 13:10Speaker 1: he don't want the kids to see him getting up.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Only they got to do research. Danny, why don't you
- 13:15Speaker 1: sit on the seat? Shut him, get out of him?
- 13:19Speaker 1: All right? Coming up at thirty two minutes This on call,
- 13:27Speaker 1: coming coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour

- 13:36Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 13:45Speaker 1: It is time now, ladies and gentlemen to ask the CLO.
- 13:48Speaker 1: The Chief Love Officer is Steve Harvey and he is
- 13:51Speaker 1: ready to go. This one from Yeah the close CLO. Hello.
- 13:57Speaker 1: This one is from Khalil in Ohio. Khalil says, I'm
- 14:01Speaker 1: forty seven years old and I've been married for close
- 14:03Speaker 1: to six years. I got a new job in a
- 14:05Speaker 1: different state and we're staying in temporary housing until we
- 14:09Speaker 1: find a house. My wife can work from home, so
- 14:12Speaker 1: she was able to keep her job. Over the weekend,
- 14:14Speaker 1: we plan to look at a few houses, and my
- 14:17Speaker 1: wife told me that I should look at apartments because
- 14:20Speaker 1: she was moving back to our old city. She said
- 14:23Speaker 1: she missed her mom and her friends and her old life.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I'm her husband and she should be with me. Am
- 14:28Speaker 1: I right or wrong? Yeah? Yeah, wow, you right around
- 14:32Speaker 1: that though. Yeah, she should be with you. But now
- 14:36Speaker 1: let's deal with what's happening though. She moving back to
- 14:41Speaker 1: her old city with her mom and her friend. Oh
- 14:45Speaker 1: life and her old life, you know kind of Hey,
- 14:51Speaker 1: let me just let me just give her a s
- 14:53Speaker 1: a suggestion. Don't start that. Let's go back to this
- 14:56Speaker 1: old life business, because you know I had one too.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Oh you know, I don't know what you thought I
- 15:05Speaker 1: was for. I got married. They've been married for six years.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Steve's that seven years? Itch, Yes, what it is? See
- 15:12Speaker 1: she want to go back and leave you down there
- 15:14Speaker 1: with that apartment, all right, definitely, Yeah, you got to
- 15:20Speaker 1: be real careful. Yeah, separation ain't good sometimes once we
- 15:26Speaker 1: put these beads in this highand if you think you lonely,
- 15:30Speaker 1: now come on Bobby to tonight. Girl. See, I gotta
- 15:39Speaker 1: be careful. Yeah, all right, all right? And that being
- 15:44Speaker 1: that cartment just playing all the old hids turn off.
- 15:48Speaker 1: So he's right in that she should you want to
- 15:52Speaker 1: be with him? Yeah, definitely. Sir Khalil Jericho in DeSoto,
- 15:57Speaker 1: Texas says, I'm twenty eight and I'm dating a man
- 15:59Speaker 1: that has a three year old daughter that is a brat.
- 16:02Speaker 1: She was at my boyfriend's house recently and I cooked
- 16:04Speaker 1: dinner for the three of us. It was baked chicken,
- 16:07Speaker 1: sweet potatoes in broccoli. This three year old child announced
- 16:10Speaker 1: that she wasn't eating my food because it looked nasty.
- 16:14Speaker 1: She asked for chicken nuggets and her dad took her
- 16:17Speaker 1: to get some. She stuck out her tongue at me
- 16:19Speaker 1: before they left. I don't play with children, and she
- 16:22Speaker 1: needs to know that. Can I discipline her myself? Or
- 16:25Speaker 1: should he? Lord? Well, I mean right now he should,
- 16:29Speaker 1: but you know it's not right to disrespect you. But now,
- 16:32Speaker 1: on the other hand, there's some things you can do
- 16:36Speaker 1: when ain't nobody around. You know, I've done it to
- 16:39Speaker 1: a lot of people kids like what what do you mean?
- 16:44Speaker 1: What's done? You know, just just writing? They are just
- 16:49Speaker 1: what you do. Just put it right over against the
- 16:50Speaker 1: age I said, don't get your ass whipped, don't hit them,
- 16:56Speaker 1: just say it. She is a brad at three. She like,
- 17:03Speaker 1: he'll cooking and he wouldn't. Got her some nuggets? Now,
- 17:06Speaker 1: can we put a bunch of mustard on that? On
- 17:08Speaker 1: the nuggets? When she turned her head, can we load?
- 17:10Speaker 1: Can we what else? Can we do it just really
- 17:19Speaker 1: like put it right up under the skin. You know,
- 17:21Speaker 1: it's a little space between the nugget and the skin.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Like get a little needle and just put a little
- 17:25Speaker 1: tabasco in each one. Yeah, these hot, daddy, that's called
- 17:30Speaker 1: day fresh. Elaine and Detroit says, I've been a widow
- 17:39Speaker 1: for two years and I have a thirty seven year
- 17:41Speaker 1: old son that comes by once a week to have
- 17:43Speaker 1: coffee with me. Well, I didn't take that into consideration
- 17:48Speaker 1: when I had a little too much wine with my
- 17:50Speaker 1: new boyfriend and he ended up spending the night with me.
- 17:54Speaker 1: My son popped up at my house for coffee early
- 17:57Speaker 1: the next morning, and I was still in bed with
- 18:00Speaker 1: my boyfriend. My son got angry and told the man
- 18:04Speaker 1: to leave. I told him he didn't have to leave.
- 18:07Speaker 1: My son said, it's too soon for me to date.
- 18:10Speaker 1: How how soon it's too soon? Well, obviously it ain't
- 18:14Speaker 1: too soon. It's right because you had to naked ten years.
- 18:19Speaker 1: It's been hollow two years. Yeah, two years, I said, dog,
- 18:24Speaker 1: it's too too soon for you. Your mama ready, she
- 18:26Speaker 1: and that clothes off everything, Mama, Mama read it's two years.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Two years is enough time, though, talking about two years,
- 18:39Speaker 1: two years new boyfriend. I mean, man, you know, sorry
- 18:42Speaker 1: you lost your father. I mean, but you know, you know,
- 18:45Speaker 1: life goes on, man, and you know, man, you should
- 18:49Speaker 1: really man, you should be happy for your mother. I
- 18:52Speaker 1: know you're not, but I wouldn't be either. I put
- 18:55Speaker 1: his ass out to tell you, yeah, hey, yeah, you're
- 18:59Speaker 1: gonna get about it. Here my dad, you're leaving him.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Nick wow. I remember when at Tommy's dad's funeral he
- 19:12Speaker 1: said exactly that, telling men that we're in the audience
- 19:16Speaker 1: not to come around his mom. Don't don't, don't come
- 19:19Speaker 1: around my mama. Huh, I don't want to hear that.
- 19:23Speaker 1: My dad. To fix your lamo. If you ain't got
- 19:24Speaker 1: your lawmo back. Yeah what that's old. You don't get
- 19:28Speaker 1: that loan. It's our come around my mama. Haw acting
- 19:30Speaker 1: like you're looking for a lama. I know what to
- 19:32Speaker 1: hear you looking for. Let me tell you right now,
- 19:34Speaker 1: it's a rap. It's not happening, all right, Cello, We're
- 19:40Speaker 1: moving on. This one's from Anonymous in Georgia. Anonymous says,
- 19:44Speaker 1: I'm in my mid thirties and recently divorced. I got
- 19:47Speaker 1: to keep the house and he gets to pay the mortgage.
- 19:50Speaker 1: There's one big problem though. His mother lives in the
- 19:53Speaker 1: basement in the studio apartment we built for her three
- 19:56Speaker 1: years ago. She's not willing to move out, so the
- 19:58Speaker 1: judge said she could keep the apartment in my basement.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I don't want her down there period. What if I
- 20:05Speaker 1: sold the house to get rid of her? Would that
- 20:07Speaker 1: be too low down? I mean, you could sell the
- 20:09Speaker 1: house if you got it, but he paying the mortgage.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I mean, you know, look y'all, y'all got a divorce.
- 20:16Speaker 1: You know you keep the house, but you got to
- 20:18Speaker 1: keep mama too, because Mama in the bad in your
- 20:22Speaker 1: apart I don't I don't know what to tell you.
- 20:27Speaker 1: I'm stumped on never. I know you don't want to
- 20:30Speaker 1: end there for the judge say she can stay, so
- 20:33Speaker 1: you know, Yeah, all you can do is make it
- 20:36Speaker 1: rough to be down there, cut the water of or
- 20:40Speaker 1: you can just get a leak right up right up
- 20:42Speaker 1: above to flow. We gotta go, Seelo, thank you for
- 20:46Speaker 1: your advice. As always, coming up next to the nephew
- 20:48Speaker 1: and run that prank back right right after this. Yeah right,
- 20:53Speaker 1: you're listening Stry Morning Show coming up at the top
- 20:58Speaker 1: of the hour, Miss Anna stand by with today's weather

- 22:12Speaker 1: The problem I'm having, Miss Freedom is that I looked
- 22:17Speaker 1: through my wife cell phone about two three weeks ago.
- 22:21Speaker 1: And I have found out that this actual phone number
- 22:25Speaker 1: below to your husband named and he been text messaging

- 22:45Speaker 1: like this hill. But then, but then even worse than
- 22:49Speaker 1: this hill, is he you know done send some some
- 22:52Speaker 1: some pictures of himself some some naked pictures on the
- 22:56Speaker 1: on the on the cell phone. No, no, sir, not,

- 29:25Speaker 1: for what they argue was his role in inciting the
- 29:28Speaker 1: January sixth riot at the Capitol. Officers James A. Blessing
- 29:33Speaker 1: Game and Sydney Hemby, are suing over physical and emotional
- 29:37Speaker 1: injuries they suffered during the riot and accused Trump of
- 29:41Speaker 1: aiding and abetting the attackers. They're each seeking at least
- 29:45Speaker 1: seventy five thousand dollars in damages and are the first
- 29:48Speaker 1: officers to sue seventy five thousand? Uh huh in damages? Yeah,
- 29:55Speaker 1: what were you thinking? It should be millions? Thousands? How
- 30:01Speaker 1: did they come up with that random number? That low
- 30:04Speaker 1: ass number was fresh only you know. But we're gonna
- 30:08Speaker 1: see how this goes. Since they they since they was
- 30:10Speaker 1: the ones, not the police officer, but Donald trumping his supporters,
- 30:14Speaker 1: was blue lives matter? Well let's find out. Well, um,
- 30:21Speaker 1: all right, Well anyway, both officers suffered cuts and bruises
- 30:27Speaker 1: to their heads, to their faces, arms and backs. Trump
- 30:30Speaker 1: has not as of yet commented on the lawsuit, but
- 30:33Speaker 1: his defense team has previously argued that he did nothing
- 30:37Speaker 1: to incite the riot. He sent him down the street.
- 30:41Speaker 1: He's not gonna he's not gonna say anything. But I mean,
- 30:46Speaker 1: I don't know who's the lawyer they went and got
- 30:48Speaker 1: ask him for seventy five thousand dollars. They could pay
- 30:51Speaker 1: them off, and that's nothing to him, right right? Hally
- 30:55Speaker 1: gat a palm star, huntred and thirty police get back that. Yeah,
- 31:02Speaker 1: she didn't get jumped on? Who No, I mean really,
- 31:07Speaker 1: if you get jumped on, you take your ass whipping
- 31:09Speaker 1: down at it at the Capitol Building doing your job
- 31:12Speaker 1: in the line of duty. I think that's more important. Yeah, that's,
- 31:16Speaker 1: of course, because you're putting life on the line. Yeah, well,
- 31:18Speaker 1: what do you think is a fair price or a
- 31:20Speaker 1: decent price? They should have been a couple of million,
- 31:22Speaker 1: don't one time? About seventy five thousand? Yeah, okay, matter?
- 31:27Speaker 1: They settled for twenty five What you got? Yeah? Who

- 32:52Speaker 1: blended family right here. Yeah, this is a stuck family.
- 32:58Speaker 1: She's got five children and he've got four. Let's cool.
- 33:01Speaker 1: They're pregnant, all right, all right, So so Steve, we
- 33:06Speaker 1: gotta get to this. Finally an entertainment news you we'll
- 33:11Speaker 1: talk about it. Coming up you in the versus battle
- 33:15Speaker 1: you will be judging. All right. Time for today's national news.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Let's go, ladies and gentlemen. Miss Anne Tripp, thank you,
- 33:22Speaker 1: thank you, Good morning everyone. Here we go. Yesterday, on
- 33:24Speaker 1: the third day at the Derek Chauvin George Floyd murder trial,
- 33:28Speaker 1: the quote was shown video of mister Floyd in that
- 33:30Speaker 1: convenience store just minutes before he was killed, and he
- 33:34Speaker 1: was being very friendly, jed, laughing and joking, pleasant talking everybody.
- 33:38Speaker 1: And then there was another video, a truly disturbing part
- 33:41Speaker 1: seeing George Floyd begging Derek Chauvin to get off his neck.
- 33:44Speaker 1: I'm just wanting you people, this is hard to listen to.
- 33:48Speaker 1: I didn't breathe need man does want to deal with
- 33:56Speaker 1: it under rest, right now, come on out on the ground.
- 34:12Speaker 1: As you hear him say, forgery, forgery for what? On
- 34:16Speaker 1: the stand, the George sCOD the histor clerk who said
- 34:18Speaker 1: that the twenty dollar bill that Floyd bought a piece
- 34:21Speaker 1: of food in a pack of cigarettes with was fake.
- 34:24Speaker 1: He testified that he felt very guilty, very horrible about
- 34:27Speaker 1: what happened because he doesn't think George Floyd actually knew
- 34:30Speaker 1: the bill he had was phony. And you know there
- 34:32Speaker 1: are a lot of phony bills out there, and I
- 34:34Speaker 1: had phony bill one time. I didn't know it. I
- 34:36Speaker 1: got it from the bank. By the way, the jury
- 34:39Speaker 1: consists of six whites, four blacks, and two multiracial people
- 34:42Speaker 1: in all, seven women and five men. A Florida Republican
- 34:46Speaker 1: Congressman mad Gaines Gay Gates rather the serject of Justice
- 34:50Speaker 1: Department investigation. He's a real stunch Trump supporter. He's accused
- 34:53Speaker 1: of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a seventeen year
- 34:57Speaker 1: old girl and paying her to travel with him. That
- 34:59Speaker 1: would be in violation of sex traffic and laws. If
- 35:02Speaker 1: that's true, he claims he's innocent. Gates actually claims that
- 35:05Speaker 1: he and his family are victims of an organized extortion plot,
- 35:09Speaker 1: but he doesn't mention what exactly he's being blackmailed. About
- 35:13Speaker 1: dozen of the country's most prominent black business people are
- 35:15Speaker 1: stepping up to defend voting rights in the wake of
- 35:17Speaker 1: Georgia's passage of that bill last week, which appears to
- 35:20Speaker 1: specifically aimed at keeping large numbers of black people from voting.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Seventy two black business leaders were signed on to an
- 35:26Speaker 1: open letter calling on their peers is to stand up
- 35:29Speaker 1: for racial justice, especially with the similar vote restrictive measures
- 35:32Speaker 1: up for passage in about forty three other states. There
- 35:35Speaker 1: are calls for boycotts of everything Georgia, Coca Cola, home Depot,
- 35:40Speaker 1: Delta Airlines, to name a few. Spokes of a Delta
- 35:43Speaker 1: headquartered in Georgia issued a statement actually praising parts of
- 35:46Speaker 1: the new law, and former ESPN announced to Keith open
- 35:49Speaker 1: and called for a boycott everything Delta. By the way,
- 35:52Speaker 1: according to Nielsen, nostalgia is real big during the pandemic
- 35:55Speaker 1: related lockdowns like family matters will improve my coordinations. Now
- 36:02Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show?

- 39:03Speaker 1: Oh no no no, oh oh no. That ain't wor
- 39:06Speaker 1: I'm too respectful for that. Okay, I hear you, but
- 39:09Speaker 1: I ain't gonna be trash. All right, we'll check you
- 39:14Speaker 1: out Sunday see for the Versus Battle and we'll have
- 39:18Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 39:20Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour. Right after this, you're
- 39:24Speaker 1: listening to the Steven Show. Yesterday the Derek Chauvin trial.
- 39:30Speaker 1: During the trial, sixty one year old mister Charles McMillan
- 39:33Speaker 1: broke down in tears. This was while he was giving
- 39:37Speaker 1: his testimony about the day he watched George George Floyd
- 39:41Speaker 1: die in the street. The court decided to recess. As
- 39:45Speaker 1: mister McMillan collected himself. Another prosecution witness, Donald Lewis break
- 39:51Speaker 1: huh yeah yeah. Another prosecution witness, Donald Lewis was not
- 40:00Speaker 1: the one as Derek Chauvin's defense lawyer tried to label
- 40:03Speaker 1: him as angry. Take a listen, you call him if
- 40:08Speaker 1: that's sure. I'm sure, I'm asking you. Did you say that?
- 40:10Speaker 1: That's the video recorder? So what I did you call
- 40:14Speaker 1: him a bite from viewer? So yes or no, sir?
- 40:18Speaker 1: If that's what was hurt in the video? Yes, I did.
- 40:23Speaker 1: And at one point, you said that officer Tau pushed you.
- 40:27Speaker 1: That's correct. He didn't. He put his hand in my chest,
- 40:30Speaker 1: is what I said. And you observed officer Tau pushed
- 40:34Speaker 1: someone else, right, or feel like you he pushed someone else.
- 40:38Speaker 1: I didn't let him plug anyone else. Do you recall saying,
- 40:42Speaker 1: I dare you to touch me like that? I swear
- 40:45Speaker 1: I'll slap the both of you. Yeah, I did, I
- 40:49Speaker 1: mean too right, So again, sir, it's fair to say
- 40:54Speaker 1: that you grew angrier and angrier. I grew professional and
- 40:59Speaker 1: professional stayed in my body to be angry. Yes, okay,
- 41:07Speaker 1: right here, okay, mister Donna Lewis okay, okay, Now, who
- 41:11Speaker 1: who is this guy? He was a witness for the prosecution.
- 41:15Speaker 1: And this was what you just heard was his testimony
- 41:18Speaker 1: when the attorney for Derek Chauvin examining him and trying
- 41:24Speaker 1: to make him out to be angry because he was
- 41:26Speaker 1: going off on the police at the time. And that's
- 41:29Speaker 1: what he's he's saying. If you heard what I said
- 41:32Speaker 1: on the tape, is Apso what I said, and that's
- 41:34Speaker 1: what if that's what I said? Yeah, back down from that.
- 41:37Speaker 1: He didn't back down and That's when he said, when
- 41:39Speaker 1: you grew angry or you're not trying to label him
- 41:41Speaker 1: as an angry black man. He said, no, I stayed professional.
- 41:45Speaker 1: That's what I said. Yeah. Yeah, it's hard to watch, yea,
- 41:51Speaker 1: yea said all that. Yeah he was that. And see
- 41:57Speaker 1: we also learned about the story clerk nineteen year old
- 42:00Speaker 1: Chris Martin. Chris Martin testified, if I would have just
- 42:03Speaker 1: not taken the bill, this could have been avoided. But
- 42:09Speaker 1: he didn't want the counterfeit twenty dollar bill to be
- 42:11Speaker 1: deducted from his check. So he took the twenty dollar
- 42:15Speaker 1: bill from George Floyd and anyway he was he took it.
- 42:22Speaker 1: He didn't know it was a bad twenty when he
- 42:25Speaker 1: took it, right, he thought it was. He it was.
- 42:29Speaker 1: He thought it was a counterfeit twenty. But he didn't
- 42:31Speaker 1: want the clerk didn't want to be charged with having
- 42:35Speaker 1: him to want it back. He was coming up this check,
- 42:37Speaker 1: so his supervisor told him to ask George Floyd to
- 42:41Speaker 1: come back in to talk to him, and he went
- 42:43Speaker 1: back and that's when he went outside to talk to
- 42:45Speaker 1: him in the vehicle. But he sang, it just would
- 42:49Speaker 1: have everything if he had just not taken the bill.
- 42:51Speaker 1: You know, yeah, this could have been avoided. You know,
- 42:56Speaker 1: that's how he feels. If its meaning to me what
- 42:59Speaker 1: I got from that two guys, it's just like, here's
- 43:02Speaker 1: another person, the store clerk, you know, the girl, the
- 43:05Speaker 1: young lady that recorded the video, the witness that you
- 43:08Speaker 1: just heard. All these people just felt helpless. I mean yeah,
- 43:14Speaker 1: from the firefighters, everyone, yeah, everybody, to be honest with you,
- 43:24Speaker 1: the nation, everyone but Derek Chauvin, who is on trial.
- 43:29Speaker 1: It's not George Floyd, you know who's on trial. Sometimes
- 43:33Speaker 1: you think that, you know, by the way they're trying
- 43:36Speaker 1: to twist things and all of that during this trial,
- 43:39Speaker 1: you think that they're they're trying to try George Floyd.
- 43:42Speaker 1: But no, that's not it. This is about the police
- 43:45Speaker 1: officer to be over in justice. No, that's gonna be
- 43:51Speaker 1: alone four weeks called. But they got to come back
- 43:56Speaker 1: with a guilty verdict because it does. They have to
- 44:01Speaker 1: come back with it. You saw it. It's on tape. Um, okay,
- 44:07Speaker 1: coming up next, we're gonna switch gears. The nephew is
- 44:09Speaker 1: here with today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're
- 44:12Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 44:16Speaker 1: the top of the hour, right about four minutes after.

- 47:40Speaker 1: with my taxes and stuff, I'm gonna have to owe
- 47:42Speaker 1: about eight hundred dollars. But now I see if I
- 47:45Speaker 1: clean a child as my dependent, man, they're gonna get
- 47:49Speaker 1: me by twenty two, twenty three hundred. You see what
- 47:52Speaker 1: I'm saying and what I wanted to get at you about, man,

- 56:00Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a forty four year old married
- 56:03Speaker 1: woman and we have new neighbors across the street. They
- 56:06Speaker 1: moved in during the pandemic, so we see them in passing,
- 56:09Speaker 1: but we haven't formally met them. Just saturdays ago, I
- 56:13Speaker 1: was upstairs reading and resting. Our bedroom is on the
- 56:17Speaker 1: front of the house, and I had the windows raised
- 56:20Speaker 1: so I could feel the breeze. I kept hearing noises
- 56:23Speaker 1: like there was a wounded animal close by, so I
- 56:26Speaker 1: asked my husband to check the front yard. He said
- 56:30Speaker 1: nothing was out there, and then he came up to
- 56:32Speaker 1: the bedroom to see if he could hear it too.
- 56:35Speaker 1: The noises got louder, so he looked out the window
- 56:38Speaker 1: and directly across the street into our neighbor's bedroom. Their
- 56:44Speaker 1: windows were up too, and they don't have any curtains
- 56:47Speaker 1: or window coverings. All we saw was my neighbors rolling
- 56:51Speaker 1: around naked in their bed, and all we heard were
- 56:55Speaker 1: shrill noises and grunting. We closed our window after we
- 57:00Speaker 1: watched for a few minutes in disbelief, and the next
- 57:04Speaker 1: morning my husband raised our bedroom windows for fresh air,
- 57:07Speaker 1: and he was surprised to hear our neighbors back at
- 57:10Speaker 1: it again. The female was wearing a thong and tassels
- 57:14Speaker 1: on her chest. The man had on a pair of
- 57:16Speaker 1: leather shorts and tube socks. My husband burst out laughing,
- 57:22Speaker 1: and he was very He has a very deep voice
- 57:25Speaker 1: and a loud laugh. He got so tickled that he
- 57:27Speaker 1: yelled out, we could see you all, and the couple
- 57:31Speaker 1: heard him. The man got up and lowered their window,
- 57:34Speaker 1: while the lady covered herself in a blanket. My husband
- 57:37Speaker 1: and I stood there looking guilty. It would be very
- 57:40Speaker 1: awkward when we meet this couple. Do we act like
- 57:43Speaker 1: this never happened, or do we apologize for being peeping Tom's. Well,
- 57:50Speaker 1: if there's going to be any apologizing going on, I
- 57:54Speaker 1: guess it should come from you guys, because they were
- 57:57Speaker 1: in their own home, mining their own business, doing what
- 58:00Speaker 1: they do in their bedroom. Okay, that night and that
- 58:05Speaker 1: morning apparently, But I don't think you have anything to
- 58:08Speaker 1: apologize for because you were just enjoying the show. You
- 58:11Speaker 1: were just enjoying the show. Especially your husband seems like
- 58:15Speaker 1: he was enjoying it a bit too much because he
- 58:17Speaker 1: yelled over to them. They never would have even known
- 58:21Speaker 1: you guys were watching or even there if he hadn't
- 58:24Speaker 1: done that. But even with that, I would act as
- 58:28Speaker 1: though it was my first time ever seeing them when
- 58:31Speaker 1: you guys are formally introduced to them, and just keep
- 58:34Speaker 1: them moving. Okay, stuff happens. Hopefully they will invest in
- 58:37Speaker 1: some curtains or some window coverings real soon if they
- 58:42Speaker 1: don't enjoy the show. Steve, Well, I don't really know what.
- 58:53Speaker 1: I don't see default Hill right there. You fought it
- 58:56Speaker 1: for your married woman. Some neighbors moved in across the street,
- 59:00Speaker 1: you know, doing the pandemic, so all you do is
- 59:03Speaker 1: see him in pass. You can't go over there because
- 59:05Speaker 1: we got a social just got to get the mask on.
- 59:09Speaker 1: And so uh so you you you, you, you in
- 59:14Speaker 1: your room, in your room, and so you opened up
- 59:19Speaker 1: the windows so you could get this breeze. But you
- 59:23Speaker 1: kept hearing noises like a wounded animal. Clue what stuff
- 59:32Speaker 1: like that? I asked your husband check in front yard.
- 59:35Speaker 1: He said, wasn't nothing out then, and he came up
- 59:39Speaker 1: and see if he could hear too. The noises got louder,
- 59:41Speaker 1: so he looked out the window, and directly across the
- 59:44Speaker 1: street is your neighbor's bedroom. They up stairs to their
- 59:50Speaker 1: windows was up too. They don't have any curtains, all
- 59:53Speaker 1: window curves. All we saw was your neighbors rolling around
- 59:56Speaker 1: the neck it and we heard shrills and grunting. We
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: closed one after we watched for a few minutes in disreligue,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: and then the next morning here's where the problem started.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I will address this when we come back, because he
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: was fine until the next morning. That's when something happened,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: and we will talk about it. All right, Steve, hang
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: onto your part two. We'll have that at twenty three
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: minutes after be our today's Strawberry Letters subject. We can
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: see you all. We'll get back into it right after
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: this you're listening morning show. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject we can see
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: you all. Let's go. Well, it's lady and her husband
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: got some new neighbors cross street moved in doing the pandemic.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: They was trying to get the windows open so they
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: could have a breeze, and they kept hearing all these
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: nauses and stuff like wounded out. So I asked my
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: husband and chick front y'all. He said it wasn't not that.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: So we came up to the bedroom. See if he
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: could hear two well, he could hear all this happened,
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: So the noises got louder. So he looked out in
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: window across the street into the neighbor's bedroom. They had
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: their windows up too, and they didn't have on the
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: curtains or wall covered. All we saw was your neighbors
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: rolling around necking, and hear them shrills and grunting. So
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: they closed the windows. After we watched for a few minutes.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: You watched for a few minute. Here next morning your
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: husband raised up the wonders for fresh air. He was
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: surprised because the neighbors was back at it again. Now
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: here with the problem. The female was wearing a throng
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: and tassels on her chests. Yeah, hear, what had your
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: your husband? Though the man had on a pair of
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: leather shorts and some tube socks. The husband bust out laugh.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Now the reason your husband laughed, it's because the dude
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: is built bad. It's funny. It's that he ain't like
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: no top shape dude or nothing like that. He just
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: a regular dude working down at PEPSI or something, you know,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: and he off this working the other shift and he
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: just body just ain't what it supposed to be. But
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: the leather shorts and too. So your husband busts out laugh,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: got a deeps and laugh. He got so tickly. Yell,
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: we see y'all, We can see y'all. All of a
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: sudden the couple heard him. The man got up lord
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: his window, and the lady covered herself in a blanket.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: Well you still ain't got no damn curtains, though your
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: husband then stood there looking guilty. It would be very
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: awkward when we meet this couple. Do we act like
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: this never happened? To? Do we apologize for being peeping time?
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Why you got to meet him? So they crossed the
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: street still neighbors. So now you go over there, introduce
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: yourself if you want to. You might might mess around
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: to get invited in. You remember that sling commercial, do
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: you Sling? And that dude said he over there and
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: buttoned his clothes. Y'all gonna mess around over there and
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: be naked. See this was just signed to me. You know,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: y'all gonna mess around getting invited over if you know,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I don't know that I would apologize for being peeping
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: times because why are we peeping? Tom y'all had to
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: wander over. Yeah, yeah, y'all showing y'all exhibitions. Cutea lights
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: out cute, damn lights out. But I can see clearly
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: he got on leather shelt and they do tam socks.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Probably had them stripes on them too. Yeah, and the
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: stomach in the front was hanging over the leather shots
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: but they was tight. But they had a little booty showing.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: That's why your husband was laughing. I'm stuck on the
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: leather short. Oh yeah, yeah, that's what it is. So
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: I don't really know. I wouldn't worry about this, you know,
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: standing there looking guilty. It's very awkward when we meet
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: this covering door. Ain't we got to meet and when
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: you we could just speak, hey, how are you doing it?
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: We stayed cross the street. You know, they ain't got
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: to know it was you tell them you have some
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: people house sitting for you said your brother then was
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: over here. I want to apologize for my brother. And
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: then because I had my brother and his wife over
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: here watching that house, and they said they yelled something
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: to y'all over that. We don't know what was going on,
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: but we apologize for him. That's what I would do.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: I wouldn't say anything why, I wouldn't need it. But
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: if you won't to Yeah, if they do, say when
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: you look at and when we want to apologize because
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: that wasn't us, Especially if they say, hey, we don't
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: appreciate you looking in our wonder like this. Well, to
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: be honest with you, it wasn't us. My brother was
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: staying in the house. And but didn't have your husband
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: or use his light voice, not to heaven, have your
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: husband you know he can't go in there. No, well
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: here we saw you just said he got a deep voice,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: and they get seen him. So what you want your
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: husband to do is probably go like wow, you know
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: My brother was here and when he saw you, I
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: was just like, oh my gosh, Scott kidding me? Why
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: would you look at our neighbor's house. We didn't you
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: met these guys yet. It's gonna be terrific. So how
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: are you hey? I mean, use a fake today. Welcome
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: to the neighborhood. You're crazy. No, it's gonna be great,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: super We love to have you guys play cards. Well,
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: I don't mean cards. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You know
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: I don't mean cards. I know you're thinking what I
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: think I'm thinking, like you're poker. No, it's not what
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: it was. Sorry, it's gonna be okay, I just leave it. Aday, Yeah,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: don't approach him. No, I agree with you. All right,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Thank you, Steve. You can post your comments on Today's

- 1:10:11Speaker 1: the one and only Colin Ferrell with what reality update?
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: All right, let's go. Let's talk about the own network.
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: Let's start things off with Yes, Love and Marriage Huntsville
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: the best show ever. All right, So, Melody and Martell's friends,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: the Fletchers, this couple, they invited Melody and Martell over
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: to kind of, you know, talk about their marriage and relationship.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: This couple that they're friends with. They want them to
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: work out their marriage. They've been married a very long time,
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: so they were trying to counsel them, give them advice,
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: and they've been through some of the similar things with
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: infidelity and all that. Well, what we learn in that
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: moment at the Fletcher's house is that Melody Holt is
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: sick of her soon to be ex husband, Martell. Take
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: a listen. You know, when Martell started explaining himself and
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: talking about cheating and how the conversation got heated. And
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: listen to him go off on his wife. Now he
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: cheated for years in a relationship, has a child on
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: the way, a baby boy on the way. Listen to
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: how he talked to his wife about cheating. Take a listen.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: And then yeah, stepped out because you want taking care
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: of me. And then somebody starts taking care of me.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: And then I'm like, I like this when I went
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: to and then you still disrespecting me, You're still not
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: being the person that I want you to be. This
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: other person i'm talking to, she satisfying me. I'm trying
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: to heart like that's the true boo. So she threw
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: the glass at him. The table fell over, and I
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: was like, yes, Melody sick of him? Did you hear
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: him in his tone and his attitude? I mean, how
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: dare you talk to your what we're saying, Steve, if
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: you think that's the way to do it right way?
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Because brother, you're setting yourself for some for some misery.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: You and your new girl. Who Ye right, he said,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: you're not the woman I want you to be. How
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: about the woman she is? Yes? I just I can't
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: get it takes two people to break up right, if
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: she's not the woman you want her to be, could
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: it be because you ain't being the man you said
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: you are, Because it ain't no way you can be
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: over there making other babies and devoting any kind of
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: time to the house. Right and Steve, they have four children, right,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: and she just had a baby from her husband. They
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: have a baby too, and an infant baby as well.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: They were trying to work things out. I just don't
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: like his attitude. I don't like how he talks to her,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: any of that. So moving on loving Marathon's it's still
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: good though. It's Melody Yes all day, Team Melody Hope.

- 1:16:41Speaker 1: one is from Khalil in Ohio. Khalil says, I'm forty
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: seven years old and I've been married for close to
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: six years. I got a new job in a different
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: state and we're staying in temporary housing until we find
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: a house. My wife can work from home, so she
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: was able to keep her job. Over the weekend, we
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: plan to look at a few houses, and my wife
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: told me that I should look at apartments because she
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: was moving back to our old city. She said she
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: missed her mom and her friends and her old life.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: I'm her husband, and she should be with me. Am
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: I right or wrong? Yeah? Yeah? Wow? You right? Yeah,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: she should be with you. But now let's deal with
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: what's happening though. She moving back to her old city
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: with her mom and her friend and her old life
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: and her old life. Let me just give her a suggestion.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Don't start that. Let's go back to this old life business,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: because you know I had one too. Oh you know,
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: I don't know what you thought I was for. I
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: got married, married for six years. Steve's that seven years? Itch? Yes?
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: What it is? See she want to go back and
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: leave you down there with that apartment. All right, Yeah,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: you got to be real careful. Yeah, separation ain't good sometimes.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: Once we put these beads in this hud, you lonely. Now,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: come on bobbing tonight, girl. See, I gotta be careful.
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: Yeah all right, all right, just playing all the old
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: hit turn off. So he's right in that she should
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: fare you want to be with him? Yeah, definitely. Sir
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Khalil Jericho in DeSoto, Texas says, I'm twenty eight and
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: I'm dating a man that has a three year old
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: daughter that is a brat. She was at my boyfriend's
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: house recently and I cooked dinner for the three of us.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: It was baked chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. This three
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: year old child announced that she wasn't eating my food
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: because it looked nasty. She asked for chicken nuggets and
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: her dad took her to get some. She stuck out
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: her tongue at me before they left. I don't play
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: with children, and she needs to know that. Can I
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: discipline her myself or should he? Well, I mean right now,
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: he should, but you know it's it's not right to
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: disrespect you. But now, on the other hand, there's some
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: things you can do when ain't nobody around. You know,
