- 2:37Speaker 1: It's really interesting that every week I sit out with
- 2:40Speaker 1: my staff and and we go over potential guests for
- 2:43Speaker 1: the show. And because my show is my entrepreneurship and
- 2:46Speaker 1: entertainment and so basically the looking at my life. I've
- 2:49Speaker 1: been in management and corporate uh, corporate marketing and branding,
- 2:53Speaker 1: and I try to bring interviews on the show that
- 2:55Speaker 1: shows a different lifestyle at different point of view, and
- 2:58Speaker 1: I try to get them to tell their story. In
- 3:00Speaker 1: your Story, I always felt it was a compelling one
- 3:02Speaker 1: because of the fact that you you Australia, Hollywood. That's
- 3:06Speaker 1: a that's a major move, that's a transition, so you
- 3:08Speaker 1: have to follow your dream. You had to believe in
- 3:10Speaker 1: your dream. Can you tell us about the whole aspect
- 3:13Speaker 1: of wanting to be Did you want to be a
- 3:16Speaker 1: movie star? Did you want to be an actress all
- 3:18Speaker 1: your life? Rada? I mean as a kid, I had
- 3:24Speaker 1: a few fantasies, and one of them certainly was to
- 3:26Speaker 1: be a Hollywood actress. You know. I think that's every
- 3:29Speaker 1: little girl's kind of um idea at some point in
- 3:32Speaker 1: their life, um, and then pursuing it. I think by
- 3:36Speaker 1: the time I finished high school, I kind of knew
- 3:40Speaker 1: that I wanted to be an actress, but I kind
- 3:41Speaker 1: of wanted to just travel the world and I wanted
- 3:45Speaker 1: to be a photographer for a while, um national geographic photographers.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I really wanted to keep an open mind. You still
- 3:52Speaker 1: have that steal these stills talent that the desire to
- 3:55Speaker 1: but do you still have to scale with the camera
- 3:57Speaker 1: they want to take those take photos? Yea. I was
- 4:00Speaker 1: starting photography in school and I was like doing really well.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But then I didn't get into this course that I
- 4:05Speaker 1: wanted to get into, and so I was a bit
- 4:07Speaker 1: put off by that. But I am went to Indonesia
- 4:10Speaker 1: for months and read this book An Actor Prepares Stanislavski
- 4:14Speaker 1: and that sort of it was kind of a serious
- 4:17Speaker 1: book about you know, serious acting that it got me motivated.
- 4:20Speaker 1: And when I was a little kid, i'd done a
- 4:23Speaker 1: TV show, so I had an agent from this time
- 4:27Speaker 1: when I was twelve doing this TV show for six months.
- 4:31Speaker 1: So I went back to this agent and I said, Hi,
- 4:33Speaker 1: you know, I finished school now and can you get
- 4:37Speaker 1: me a job? It? Hey, can you give me a job?
- 4:42Speaker 1: We're back to an agent for Joe that you did
- 4:44Speaker 1: one time, only right, Well, it was a six months
- 4:48Speaker 1: show and it was like we were kids. But I
- 4:50Speaker 1: was not really into it. When I was a kid,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I was a bit shy, so I wanted to just
- 4:54Speaker 1: finish school, so I did. Then I wanted to like
- 4:58Speaker 1: travel the world and you know, take year and just
- 5:00Speaker 1: see everything. And my mom was not into it and
- 5:03Speaker 1: she wanted me to go to university. So I ended
- 5:07Speaker 1: up starting studying media and literature at this university in
- 5:12Speaker 1: Melbourne and sort of, uh doing the odd acting job
- 5:17Speaker 1: that I was getting through this agent. So you know,
- 5:20Speaker 1: I got really weird because my mom decided to go
- 5:22Speaker 1: to university the same university as mecom right, mom, at
- 5:29Speaker 1: the same school you went, right, mom, at the same school.
- 5:32Speaker 1: That was really narrating anyway. So I started doing the
- 5:35Speaker 1: night classes and sometimes I'll be acting during the day
- 5:38Speaker 1: on this a couple of TV series and stuff at
- 5:41Speaker 1: around the time and finishing the degree is arts degree.
- 5:44Speaker 1: A film that a friend of mine. Um, it's very
- 5:48Speaker 1: little like film and somebody's father put money into it.
- 5:54Speaker 1: That it was coming out of this film school in
- 5:56Speaker 1: Melbourne and it had like a young director who was
- 5:59Speaker 1: just finishing up her her film school degree. And we're
- 6:02Speaker 1: all a bunch of us were living in a sharehouse
- 6:05Speaker 1: and we ended up making this film and the film
- 6:09Speaker 1: ended up getting sold to Fox Searchlight. So a few
- 6:14Speaker 1: of us who were in the film were like invited
- 6:16Speaker 1: to go to the can Film Festival. So you know
- 6:20Speaker 1: when we've never been to I've never been to any
- 6:22Speaker 1: film festival, not even the one of the top Dollars.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I've been the can that's really nice. Everywhere beautiful you
- 6:31Speaker 1: look at fabulous, I'm sure fabulous. Well, we had a
- 6:35Speaker 1: great time. There's three girls and we're all like sort
- 6:37Speaker 1: of starring in this movie, and um and the director
- 6:40Speaker 1: and the producer and so I think It was Anthony Lapolio,
- 6:44Speaker 1: this Australian actor who introduced me to my manager or
- 6:49Speaker 1: to a manager who I think he was actually leaving.
- 6:56Speaker 1: That's right, that's right, that's how you do it now. Okay,
- 6:58Speaker 1: look I'm about to go. But I got somebody as
- 7:01Speaker 1: for me. It was great. So I met this manager
- 7:04Speaker 1: in kan and I think we were there. We were
- 7:08Speaker 1: there for like a week, and then I had a
- 7:10Speaker 1: ticket around the world ticket, um, so I got to
- 7:14Speaker 1: go from there to London and I was invited to
- 7:17Speaker 1: audition for something in London which didn't pan out, and
- 7:20Speaker 1: then I had the ticket, went to New York and
- 7:23Speaker 1: in l A. And then I had a grandmother at
- 7:25Speaker 1: the time who was living in l A. Like I've
- 7:27Speaker 1: never been to in America. But I had a few
- 7:29Speaker 1: phone numbers now from this film festival to like meet
- 7:32Speaker 1: people in New York. So you have you have some
- 7:35Speaker 1: numbers now, so now you can come at least call somebody,
- 7:37Speaker 1: right yeah. Yeah, So I had some phone numbers, um,
- 7:41Speaker 1: people that were somewhat related to the film industry, and
- 7:43Speaker 1: then just people who were friends with my friends from Melbourne.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I stayed at this actually I stayed in this girl's
- 7:48Speaker 1: apartment in Harlem for like a week or two in
- 7:51Speaker 1: New York. UM, and then I went to l A.
- 7:57Speaker 1: UM and that's where I sort of stayed with my mother, UM,
- 8:01Speaker 1: who was a bit sort of grumpy butt um said.
- 8:06Speaker 1: They got to know each other. We didn't really know
- 8:07Speaker 1: each other very well. UM. And and then so that
- 8:11Speaker 1: was sort of the trip, and then it was time
- 8:13Speaker 1: to go back to Melbourne. The reality of where it
- 8:18Speaker 1: comes from. Um. But I had from all of that
- 8:21Speaker 1: just this idea. Oh, because I had met Danny Boyle,
- 8:24Speaker 1: who was one of my favorite directors in the l
- 8:27Speaker 1: A trip, and there was a tasting agent from from
- 8:31Speaker 1: here from l A who had sort of contacted the
- 8:33Speaker 1: Australian agent. So there was something of an introduction to
- 8:36Speaker 1: meet somebody in l A. And that's how I met um,
- 8:40Speaker 1: Danny Boyle. So then by the time I got back
- 8:43Speaker 1: to Melbourne, I realized, you know, everything was happening over here.
- 8:47Speaker 1: If I could just get back right, that's frustrating, right,
- 8:51Speaker 1: you know, you know, you know you're back, but it's
- 8:54Speaker 1: not back where you need to be. You need to
- 8:55Speaker 1: get back to the other back right, which was all
- 8:58Speaker 1: a yeah, so that I needed my need. I haven't
- 9:00Speaker 1: gonna get there. You know. It was like, you know,
- 9:02Speaker 1: I just out of school. So I told this agent, look,
- 9:06Speaker 1: I just want to do a soap because I knew
- 9:08Speaker 1: that you could. There's this television soap in Melbourne called Neighbors,
- 9:12Speaker 1: and it's been known for years or something just never
- 9:15Speaker 1: ends and they keep recycling characters. So I, um, I
- 9:21Speaker 1: gone on to the show and I had a part
- 9:24Speaker 1: for like six months, so that allowed me to, um,
- 9:29Speaker 1: come back. And also at that point, this little film
- 9:32Speaker 1: that I was telling you about was now going to
- 9:34Speaker 1: go to the Sundance Film Festival, so I had to
- 9:37Speaker 1: have something to come back to talk about at that time.
- 9:40Speaker 1: And so that's sort of how it all began. But
- 9:43Speaker 1: you know, the money in your pocket, the Sundance Festival,
- 9:47Speaker 1: You're looking good, feeling good. Okay, good, No, Grandma, it
- 9:54Speaker 1: was all good of an adventure, you know, um, and
- 9:56Speaker 1: most of it just would have planned out of the suitcase.
- 9:59Speaker 1: But I didn't really the care whether it worked or didn't.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I was sort of you know, it was an adventure
- 10:03Speaker 1: in any case. Well, you're the thing about it is
- 10:05Speaker 1: that when I hear your story, I just hear just
- 10:08Speaker 1: you know, no, you just you just trusted yourself, you
- 10:11Speaker 1: wanted to follow your dreams, and a lot of people
- 10:14Speaker 1: get caught up in one Yeah, okay, let your mom said,
- 10:16Speaker 1: I want you to go to school. Okay, you know
- 10:20Speaker 1: my degree is a mathematic I like that and I'm
- 10:22Speaker 1: glad I did it because, Um, even as an actor,
- 10:26Speaker 1: I think it's interesting to have a more sort of
- 10:29Speaker 1: have a broad sort of source of knowledge. You know,
- 10:32Speaker 1: you can having studied archaeology and or just obscure things
- 10:35Speaker 1: that I studied for this degree. Um, just give me
- 10:38Speaker 1: a certain perspective that I might not have had if
- 10:41Speaker 1: I had it just focused only on acting. Um. So
- 10:45Speaker 1: that's good. So let's talk about Let's talk about some
- 10:47Speaker 1: things here about your new project here because I want
- 10:50Speaker 1: to because I want to talk about a couple of
- 10:52Speaker 1: my favorite movies because I see them all the time.
- 10:53Speaker 1: But it's finally here, the season of celebration, and no

- 12:50Speaker 1: E R dot ai dream catch or which I'm assuming
- 12:53Speaker 1: is another horror movie. Correct, it is okay? Cool? Now?
- 12:58Speaker 1: When I saw you in Silent Heal, basicly, you know,
- 13:01Speaker 1: you know you you were traveling in this town with
- 13:03Speaker 1: your daughter. You're another ghost like daughter apperiod in front
- 13:08Speaker 1: of your car. Your car went into a span and
- 13:09Speaker 1: then you stop, you open the door that your daughter's gone,
- 13:12Speaker 1: your real daughter's gone, and so you you ventured into
- 13:15Speaker 1: this town called solid Here. So the reason I bring
- 13:18Speaker 1: it up because it's basically it's basically a movie that's uh,
- 13:22Speaker 1: it's carried on your single emotion and your interaction. And
- 13:27Speaker 1: that's what made me scary to me because you your
- 13:31Speaker 1: quest was to find your daughter, but you were in
- 13:34Speaker 1: an environment that you couldn't control. How do you get
- 13:40Speaker 1: there emotionally for a role like that, When you're talking
- 13:42Speaker 1: about horror, you're talking about characters that don't exist. How
- 13:45Speaker 1: do you get there? Right? How do we do that?
- 13:51Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, a lot of times we were acting
- 13:53Speaker 1: with Cannith Ball there were some amazing um prop, Like
- 14:01Speaker 1: there was some amazing monsters were on set and people. Yeah,
- 14:05Speaker 1: there was like I don't know if you remember the
- 14:07Speaker 1: child monster in the attack sing on the fences, there
- 14:10Speaker 1: was a wan who was very small and she was
- 14:13Speaker 1: wearing that suit so she had a little hole in
- 14:16Speaker 1: the suit to breathe through. So then they multiplied that
- 14:19Speaker 1: in special effects. But there was really one of those
- 14:21Speaker 1: great children for real, and she this patient woman who
- 14:26Speaker 1: sat in that suit all day long for that part
- 14:28Speaker 1: of the shoot. So some of it you had to imagine.
- 14:31Speaker 1: In other parts of the nightmare were you know, very
- 14:34Speaker 1: much visually present um. So it was kind of a
- 14:38Speaker 1: mix um. But how to how to get into that
- 14:40Speaker 1: frame of mind? I don't know. I think we've all
- 14:45Speaker 1: had nightmares. Well, I think that did. You did a
- 14:47Speaker 1: good job that you're scared me. You're scared of grown
- 14:50Speaker 1: man here? Okay, because I felt sorry for I thought
- 14:52Speaker 1: they're gonna snatch you up there, right? You know, you
- 14:54Speaker 1: know what they did do there was a technique like
- 14:58Speaker 1: for that active surprise and a really hard to fake that.
- 15:01Speaker 1: You know. Still we like make loud noises and we
- 15:04Speaker 1: get someone on set to like, I don't think they
- 15:06Speaker 1: were firing guns, but they were like snacking things together
- 15:09Speaker 1: so that we get a real shock. I mean, that's
- 15:11Speaker 1: the something you do to create a journal and quickly.
- 15:13Speaker 1: But it's really hard to act surprised shocked without having
- 15:19Speaker 1: something to trigger it. Okay, now this this new movie,
- 15:23Speaker 1: Dream Catcher. You know your your character is forced to
- 15:26Speaker 1: come return with your new steps on at a remote
- 15:28Speaker 1: country home. Right, there's the dot. Do you know the
- 15:32Speaker 1: scary part Remote? Everything you do in scary movies rather
- 15:36Speaker 1: is remote. You know when you did when you did
- 15:39Speaker 1: Pitch Black, remote, You're just a remote acting person. When
- 15:43Speaker 1: you did you know, Land on Fire, you were in Mexico,
- 15:46Speaker 1: which was a remote You were captured in a mansion,
- 15:48Speaker 1: So you just a remote When I saw you, when
- 15:52Speaker 1: I yeah, when I saw you do the Romans, when
- 15:54Speaker 1: I saw the episode of Ramoofs that you and you
- 15:57Speaker 1: know that when you was what I think your son
- 15:59Speaker 1: was was sickly and why right right? That was your
- 16:04Speaker 1: character there was isolated. You play those isolated roles very well,
- 16:09Speaker 1: rot farewell. Interesting. Yeah, I've never really thought about that. Yeah,
- 16:17Speaker 1: that's this is my question to you. This is my
- 16:20Speaker 1: question because the movie Dream Catching with just out right now.
- 16:24Speaker 1: You can catch it from Lion's Gate Home Entertainment, you
- 16:26Speaker 1: can catch it on video on demand. When I look
- 16:28Speaker 1: at the talent like you, and because you make it real,
- 16:31Speaker 1: I will tell you when Man on Fire, when you
- 16:34Speaker 1: realize that Mark Anthony, who played your husband in the movie,
- 16:37Speaker 1: was the reason your daughter, he was behind the kidnapping,
- 16:41Speaker 1: That moment, for me is one of my favorite moments
- 16:43Speaker 1: in the movie because you win. It was that oh
- 16:46Speaker 1: my god moment. You know, that was an oh my
- 16:48Speaker 1: god moment. You didn't kill if he lived or diet
- 16:51Speaker 1: at that point, you know you have been suffering the
- 16:53Speaker 1: whole time for your daughter, you know, got lost in
- 16:56Speaker 1: the box or Ransom and this fool over here had
- 17:02Speaker 1: peddle off your daughter. Well faith Ransom demand that moment
- 17:07Speaker 1: right there, I became a fan okay, and then in
- 17:10Speaker 1: Pitch Black. With a pitch Black, I always want you
- 17:13Speaker 1: to know, here's a script where when you get the script,
- 17:15Speaker 1: you know you're gonna die in that script. Correct, yeah, okay?
- 17:22Speaker 1: How do you react? Will you know what? You get
- 17:25Speaker 1: the script in your hand and debates about this, who's
- 17:29Speaker 1: gonna die? Are they gonna die? You want to die?
- 17:33Speaker 1: You know you're not gonna make the sequel if it's
- 17:35Speaker 1: a blockbuster, you can't. In that movie, I was excited
- 17:41Speaker 1: to die. I thought it was cool in retrospect that
- 17:45Speaker 1: she just loved to live. But at the time I
- 17:50Speaker 1: thought it was cool. I didn't know they were going
- 17:51Speaker 1: to make more and more and more because it was
- 17:56Speaker 1: so funny. It was so funny. It was just so
- 17:58Speaker 1: funny because I was when I out to you know,
- 18:00Speaker 1: when when you got confirmed from my show. I went
- 18:03Speaker 1: home and I was just going through and then what
- 18:05Speaker 1: happened Pitch Black was on. That's why I got to
- 18:08Speaker 1: see you first. My remember the first of my member
- 18:10Speaker 1: and so and and then God forgotten that you died
- 18:13Speaker 1: in the end of that movie and the way you
- 18:16Speaker 1: die because because if that movie you you know, you're
- 18:18Speaker 1: you're grabbed inn diesel. Get up, Soldier, get up. You're
- 18:21Speaker 1: gonna make it. You're not gonna die. You're not gonna die.
- 18:24Speaker 1: You know, you know, you're you're, you're, you're tough en up.
- 18:27Speaker 1: In the end, you have their fearless leader, and all
- 18:30Speaker 1: of a sudden you got snatched up. I went, oh
- 18:32Speaker 1: my god, I forgot she died and so and I
- 18:36Speaker 1: wanted to ask that question. When you get a script
- 18:38Speaker 1: and you know you're gonna die, do you lobby to
- 18:40Speaker 1: stick around or you just play out the role? Well,
- 18:44Speaker 1: it depends on the project. I don't want to go back. Yeah,
- 18:58Speaker 1: if you think that has you know, from in retrospect,
- 19:01Speaker 1: if you think the thing is legs, you don't want
- 19:03Speaker 1: to die. But yeah, if you know, you know, sometimes
- 19:09Speaker 1: it's such a dramatic it's such as from an acting
- 19:12Speaker 1: um perspective, it's great, like it's this amazing kind of
- 19:16Speaker 1: rehearsal for the inevitable that you know, most of us are,
- 19:20Speaker 1: you know, unable to even to talk about. So to
- 19:22Speaker 1: like practice your own death is like an amazing experience.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I know, it really is. And I think that's that.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Here's my whole thing is that and and and in
- 19:31Speaker 1: this interview, I just want to get across to you
- 19:33Speaker 1: that you obviously you know, you're very talented because you're
- 19:36Speaker 1: you're acting resume says that people book you and you
- 19:39Speaker 1: you deliver, uh, you know, deliver from the romantic side
- 19:43Speaker 1: to the to the to the grieving mom, to the scary,
- 19:48Speaker 1: scary mom, to the you know, to the passionate and
- 19:51Speaker 1: empowered mom to just a young lady who wants to
- 19:55Speaker 1: make a difference in the world today. That's that's the
- 19:57Speaker 1: characters you play throughout your career. But what has always
- 20:01Speaker 1: been dynamic for me watching you is that you can
- 20:04Speaker 1: you know, how to take that isolated moment and make
- 20:07Speaker 1: it relatable and whether it's fear, whether it's uh, you know,
- 20:13Speaker 1: the unknown, or just the decision making process you know,
- 20:17Speaker 1: whether you're you know, Olympus has fallen and all that.
- 20:21Speaker 1: There's just so many different projects. So when you when
- 20:24Speaker 1: what's what's your what? What what's when you go into
- 20:26Speaker 1: a movie when the script is giving to you, is
- 20:28Speaker 1: there are there are in particular goals you're trying to achieve,
- 20:31Speaker 1: either that role or it's just hey, thank you for
- 20:33Speaker 1: the opportunity to act in this movie and do the
- 20:35Speaker 1: best job that you can do well. I mean generally,
- 20:43Speaker 1: there's that. Yeah, I just want to show up. You know,
- 20:48Speaker 1: the circumstances, don't you know, an't perfect? Like I recently
- 20:52Speaker 1: did a job right, Yes, ma'am read the script. I
- 20:55Speaker 1: was on one side of the world reading a script
- 20:57Speaker 1: on the plane, landing on set and starting the warman,
- 21:00Speaker 1: you know, with no preparation time and totally jet lagged.
- 21:04Speaker 1: And that's not ideal. But in those situations you just
- 21:08Speaker 1: have to bring it the best you can what you've got.
- 21:10Speaker 1: To accept the secumstances and not use them as an excuse,
- 21:13Speaker 1: but just bring it the best you can and trust
- 21:15Speaker 1: that what everything inside of you is going to inform
- 21:17Speaker 1: the performance, especially after having acted for so long that
- 21:22Speaker 1: you just want to Yeah, you want to bring the
- 21:24Speaker 1: best to the story, just whatever you have in you
- 21:28Speaker 1: and then also have it it's so collaborative that, you know,
- 21:32Speaker 1: have a vibe where everybody is bringing the best together,
- 21:35Speaker 1: that there's an energy and excitement behind it. Well, you
- 21:38Speaker 1: have disappointed me. You have disappointed me. Tell us about
- 21:40Speaker 1: dream Catching. Tell us about that. Well, dream Catch you
- 21:45Speaker 1: with a movie that a friend of mine, Well, it
- 21:47Speaker 1: sort of amount of super close friend at the time
- 21:49Speaker 1: Carrie Harris UM showed to me a while ago and
- 21:54Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, interesting and then um, I said,
- 21:58Speaker 1: let me know when you get financed. And then UM,
- 22:01Speaker 1: it sort of occurred to me as this sort of
- 22:03Speaker 1: the cooking win. It would be really really great to
- 22:08Speaker 1: do a horror movie again and to have some sort
- 22:11Speaker 1: of ownership on it. And I was looking for a
- 22:13Speaker 1: project like that case. And then he came back to
- 22:16Speaker 1: me and said, hey, we've got the we got some
- 22:18Speaker 1: money for this and um, and we've also got Lynn
- 22:21Speaker 1: Shay who's this amazing actress and it's sort of really
- 22:25Speaker 1: well respected in the genre. UM. So I was like,
- 22:28Speaker 1: oh great, yeah, I could read it again. UM. And
- 22:31Speaker 1: it's so it's something that we all have a small
- 22:33Speaker 1: percentage of ownership in as filmmakers, um, which was kind
- 22:38Speaker 1: of a cool thing. And then um, Henry Thomas joined
- 22:42Speaker 1: Who's who's the grown up now? But he was the
- 22:44Speaker 1: boy in et really cool actor. And then we found
- 22:49Speaker 1: this amazing kid. So we had this sort of small
- 22:52Speaker 1: cast of characters and a location carry it sort of
- 22:56Speaker 1: found all these interesting places upstate New York and a
- 22:59Speaker 1: friend of his is where we shot some of the
- 23:01Speaker 1: Haunted house where Lynn was staying on the haunted bit
- 23:04Speaker 1: her workshop and then this amazing house that we shot
- 23:08Speaker 1: the film in. So it was all lined up and
- 23:11Speaker 1: it was all very simple, and and that's how it began.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I didn't realize that there was going to be no
- 23:17Speaker 1: cell phone reception upon arriving Upstanding. We were. We were
- 23:22Speaker 1: isolated in reality as the characters were in the We
- 23:26Speaker 1: had no cellphone reception. We were kind of three hours
- 23:29Speaker 1: from New York, but it felt it felt like forever
- 23:32Speaker 1: away from New York because of this no cell phone reception.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Um and you know, we're in this remote but beautiful
- 23:39Speaker 1: part of the state. And to be honest, the real
- 23:43Speaker 1: horror was the ticks. I don't know, if you know
- 23:46Speaker 1: anything about ticks in life, there's ticks. You know. The
- 23:50Speaker 1: director got bitten by a tick. That was like the
- 23:53Speaker 1: scariest day on set UM. So that was horror, like
- 23:57Speaker 1: walking in the grass, not knowing if we're going to
- 23:59Speaker 1: get like written by a tick. I'm gonna cut your bar.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I've been been by tickets. Not fun. It's not fun,
- 24:05Speaker 1: you know, you know absolutely, I'm texting, did you know,
- 24:12Speaker 1: Oh that's good? Yeah, good good. I mean that's the
- 24:15Speaker 1: that's the thing. It's just what could happen. Yeah, So anyway,
- 24:20Speaker 1: my friend, this is really you know the thing about it.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I'm first of all, thank you for doing the show,
- 24:26Speaker 1: and thank you for coming to my show promoting it.
- 24:28Speaker 1: And I just as as a person who looks out
- 24:31Speaker 1: and looks at the person a talent like you over
- 24:33Speaker 1: the years, because you're one of those people where you know,
- 24:35Speaker 1: I'm I'm I got I got Netflix, I got Amazon,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I got Direct TV. If all that goes out, I
- 24:42Speaker 1: got Comcast Infinity, I'm gonna watch the TV. My life
- 24:45Speaker 1: is really I'm so know that. So know that I'm
- 24:50Speaker 1: always scanning through and looking at familiar faces, and I
- 24:53Speaker 1: look at the talent like yours, and I realized that
- 24:55Speaker 1: you know, your body work is tremendous and it's diverse,
- 24:58Speaker 1: and so I just pointed three movies that I like,
- 25:01Speaker 1: I'm just telling my listeners here, but your body of
- 25:03Speaker 1: work is outstanding. And and every time you know disappointed
- 25:06Speaker 1: and when you when they say action, you're there and
- 25:09Speaker 1: you're delivering on a big in a big way. And
- 25:12Speaker 1: the fact that you're now stepping into an ownership portion
- 25:14Speaker 1: of a project called Dream Catcher, which is lines Gate
- 25:17Speaker 1: Home Entertainment. You can go right now online and watch it.
- 25:20Speaker 1: You know, here we're in the middle of the pandemic.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Everybody's watching TV, everybody's downloading thing. This should be one
- 25:26Speaker 1: of the movies you should be downloading right now. Correct.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Oh yeah, apparently a lot of people are downloading. I'm
- 25:33Speaker 1: not sure the stats that like it's doing quite well,
- 25:35Speaker 1: which was you know, great for everybody involved. And it's
- 25:39Speaker 1: actually really kind of gratifying to be able to contribute
- 25:43Speaker 1: in this moment, Like it feels like, you know, we're
- 25:45Speaker 1: all stuck in our houses, we're all kind of freaking
- 25:48Speaker 1: out on some level. I mean it we've been true.
- 25:51Speaker 1: I mean to me, it's like moments of anxiety and
- 25:54Speaker 1: then it's okay, and then it's like, you know, just
- 25:56Speaker 1: not knowing what's going on. So it's nice to be
- 25:59Speaker 1: able to give the new to people in that time,
- 26:01Speaker 1: you know, a new a new story of you know,
- 26:03Speaker 1: something fun, something not super serious. Um, just to kind
- 26:07Speaker 1: of contribute during this period. Well, my friend you contributed
- 26:11Speaker 1: on my show, and thank you ending out that little
- 26:15Speaker 1: a little moment with the doorbell that's going to be
- 26:17Speaker 1: removed and we're gonna promote this heavily on my brand, uh,
- 26:21Speaker 1: my social media followers, my fan club, my podcast, my
- 26:24Speaker 1: syndicated radio. I'm gonna giving you one support here, Rod,
