Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is vernic with Senator Ted Cruz. Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you, Senator, Always a pleasure and we've got a
- 0:07Speaker 1: lot to talk about. Is we're getting very close to
- 0:10Speaker 1: the one hundred day mark and the Trump administration. There's one
- 0:13Speaker 1: thing that's clear on certain issues, the American people are
- 0:16Speaker 1: standing behind the president big time.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and there's a lot happening across this country,
- 0:22Speaker 2: especially when it comes to illegal immigration. As we all know,
- 0:25Speaker 2: the President came in and began securing the border. Pretty
- 0:29Speaker 2: much immediately, we saw the numbers of illegal border crossings
- 0:33Speaker 2: drop more than ninety nine percent. And they're new poll
- 0:37Speaker 2: numbers out now that show the American people strongly support
- 0:41Speaker 2: President Trump's efforts finding and deporting illegal immigrants. And yet
- 0:46Speaker 2: Democrats keep doubling down. They have decided they are the
- 0:49Speaker 2: party of illegal immigration and they're the party of gangs.
- 0:53Speaker 2: One of the more stunning developments is they're not one,
- 0:55Speaker 2: but two Democrat judges currently in jail custody because their
- 1:02Speaker 2: party is so radical that both of these judges are
- 1:05Speaker 2: charged with in one case harboring a trender Aragua gang
- 1:11Speaker 2: member in the judge's house. In another case, the judge
- 1:15Speaker 2: trying to secrete an illegal immigrant out of the courtroom
- 1:20Speaker 2: and avoid an obstruct federal agents arresting that illegal immigrant.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Both of those judges have been arrested. We're going to
- 1:28Speaker 2: break that down as well. And we're seeing a Democrat
- 1:33Speaker 2: party that no matter how extreme the open border problem gets,
- 1:39Speaker 2: they are demonstrating they will not waiver. They want more
- 1:44Speaker 2: and more gang members. It's pretty stunning, it really is.
- 1:47Speaker 2: And yet they don't seem to be learning from what
- 1:51Speaker 2: the polls say. So that's part of why we're going
- 1:53Speaker 2: to break that down for you. Want to talk to
- 1:55Speaker 2: you real quick about Patriot Mobile. You've heard me talk
- 1:57Speaker 2: about Patriot Mobile for a while now, Yeah, and you've
- 2:00Speaker 2: probably known that for years. The Patriot Mobile has stood
- 2:03Speaker 2: in the gap for every American who believes in faith, family,

- 2:13Speaker 1: that puts your values first by taking about five percent

- 2:19Speaker 1: the liberal agenda of the left. You may not realize
- 2:22Speaker 1: Big Mobile gives big notations to organizations like Plan Parenthood.
- 2:27Speaker 1: So why have you not switched to Patriot Mobile? Well,

- 2:44Speaker 1: agenda of the left. The other thing you're going to
- 2:47Speaker 1: like is this. They can even put a second number
- 2:50Speaker 1: on a different network on your phone. It's like carrying

- 3:40Speaker 1: verdict or nine seven to Patriot Promo code Vertic. You're
- 3:44Speaker 1: gonna get a free month of service as well. All right,
- 3:46Speaker 1: sentat before we get into the big story, I gotta
- 3:49Speaker 1: ask you. We're in the playoffs right now, and uh
- 3:52Speaker 1: the Houston Rockets. They lost a game that was a
- 3:57Speaker 1: nail bider until the end, and now we got a
- 4:00Speaker 1: game tonight. I want your prediction. It's two to one,
- 4:03Speaker 1: Golden State leading over the Rockets.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:06Speaker 2: No, it has been a rough playoff series so far.
- 4:09Speaker 2: The Rockets are the number two seed, the Warriors are
- 4:11Speaker 2: the number seven seeds, so the Rockets should have the advantage,
- 4:15Speaker 2: although this is the first time in a long time
- 4:17Speaker 2: that the number two seed is the underdog in the
- 4:19Speaker 2: betting the vetting lines, and part of it is because
- 4:23Speaker 2: Golden State is a ridiculously strong seven seed, and in particular,
- 4:28Speaker 2: Golden State traded and got Jimmy Butler towards the end
- 4:30Speaker 2: of the season. And when you have both Steph Curry
- 4:33Speaker 2: and Jimmy Butler playing together, that is a frightening team.
- 4:37Speaker 2: That is a much stronger team than a seventh seed.
- 4:41Speaker 2: The Golden State could easily win it all. You've got
- 4:44Speaker 2: a lot of experience, and you had a lot of veterans.
- 4:48Speaker 2: The Rockets look. I like this Rockets team. They're young,
- 4:50Speaker 2: they're talented, their defense is amazing, they dominate the boards,
- 4:57Speaker 2: they pull down offensive boards. But they're very young. And
- 5:02Speaker 2: so the first playoff game, the first playoff game was
- 5:05Speaker 2: painful to watch. It looked like they were nervous. They
- 5:10Speaker 2: dribbled the ball off their feet, they were turnovers, they
- 5:13Speaker 2: were missing free throws, and Golden State just won in
- 5:17Speaker 2: a dominating fashion. Now, Game two was great, the Rockets
- 5:20Speaker 2: came back, played really strong. Game two was terrific. But
- 5:25Speaker 2: then Game three, Game three, the Rockets had a real
- 5:27Speaker 2: opportunity because Jimmy Butler was out. He didn't play, and
- 5:31Speaker 2: so the Rockets should have won Game three, and I
- 5:35Speaker 2: got to say, it was not a good night shooting
- 5:38Speaker 2: for the Rockets. They lost one oh four to ninety three.
- 5:42Speaker 2: And I'll say, Steph Curry is.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Just a beast.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I mean, I mean he he played forty one minutes,
- 5:48Speaker 2: He played more than any player in the game. He
- 5:50Speaker 2: scored thirty six points, and he just just lit up
- 5:55Speaker 2: lit up the Rockets. And Steph Curry, He's going down
- 5:59Speaker 2: in history as one of if not the greatest shooter
- 6:02Speaker 2: to ever play the game.
- 6:03Speaker 3: He's a baller.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Let's just be honest. The guy's a baller. It's unbelievable.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Yeah, no, his and you look at Curry's. Curry's numbers
- 6:12Speaker 2: in Game three, he went twelve for twenty three, so
- 6:15Speaker 2: he shot fifty two percent from the field. From three
- 6:19Speaker 2: point he went five. He went five for thirteen, so
- 6:23Speaker 2: thirty eight and a half percent seven of eight from
- 6:27Speaker 2: the free throw free throw line, and Steph Curry just
- 6:30Speaker 2: willed them into the game. I'll say Game four, you know,
- 6:34Speaker 2: people say this a lot, but to say it's a
- 6:36Speaker 2: must win game is an understatement. If the Rockets get
- 6:40Speaker 2: get down three to one, that is virtually impossible to
- 6:43Speaker 2: come back from. They'd have to win three in a row.
- 6:46Speaker 2: So I haven't been able to make any of the
- 6:48Speaker 2: games this time. I hope the season the series goes long,
- 6:52Speaker 2: and I'll certainly make it to playoff games as it
- 6:54Speaker 2: goes forward if I can make it on the schedule.
- 6:56Speaker 2: But I've been watching them in DV Ringham and I'll
- 6:59Speaker 2: be watch it on TV tomorrow night, and hopefully, by.
- 7:03Speaker 1: The way, just so people know how authentic this is,
- 7:07Speaker 1: if you're new to the show, I think it's fair
- 7:10Speaker 1: to say this. You're obsessed with basketball. It's your sport,
- 7:13Speaker 1: you love it, and you play several days a week.
- 7:16Speaker 2: So you and I are recording this right now at
- 7:18Speaker 2: twelve twenty four am Sunday night. The reason we're recording
- 7:21Speaker 2: it at twelve twenty four am is that I've been
- 7:23Speaker 2: playing hoops from eight forty five till about eleven fifteen,
- 7:26Speaker 2: and I play every Sunday night, and so often, unfortunately
- 7:30Speaker 2: we have to do the podcast after basketball. I'll tell
- 7:34Speaker 2: you it was rough because the guy whose house we
- 7:37Speaker 2: play at, he has a half court that he's built
- 7:41Speaker 2: his house, but he left the ac off and I'll
- 7:44Speaker 2: tell you in Houston it was like doing it was
- 7:47Speaker 2: like playing in Asana. We were all dripping wet because
- 7:50Speaker 2: it was about eighty eight degrees in the gym as
- 7:52Speaker 2: we played.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I don't recommend that, Yeah, that's not a good idea,
- 7:55Speaker 1: but this is something that you love. You do it
- 7:57Speaker 1: every week. So when playoff season comes, this is.
- 8:01Speaker 2: And I bleed Rockets read I mean, I've grown up.
- 8:04Speaker 2: I've been a Rockets fan my whole life. I was
- 8:07Speaker 2: at Game seven in ninety four when we won the
- 8:10Speaker 2: NBA Finals and beat the Knicks. It was the first
- 8:13Speaker 2: championship Houston had ever won in any sport. It was beautiful,
- 8:18Speaker 2: it was amazing. It was in the Summit which which
- 8:20Speaker 2: now is Lakewood Church. And I remember, like I said,
- 8:23Speaker 2: Youson had never won a championship until we won that
- 8:25Speaker 2: ninety four. You you were not a Houstonian at that time.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I'll tell you what it did for the city. Literally
- 8:31Speaker 2: out on Richmond Avenue, out outside the stadium, there were
- 8:35Speaker 2: businessmen in three piece suits crying and hugging homeless men.
- 8:39Speaker 2: That's how it brought the city city together. And then
- 8:42Speaker 2: the next year ninety five, we won the finals again.
- 8:45Speaker 2: We swept Orlandos rookie year.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So who are the stars?
- 8:50Speaker 3: Then?
- 8:50Speaker 2: Back then, a Keem Olaja won a chem Olaju one
- 8:53Speaker 2: is the greatest rocket to ever play. And Achem won
- 8:56Speaker 2: both of those, but both of those series, in both
- 9:00Speaker 2: of those finals. In ninety five, Clyde Drexler came and
- 9:05Speaker 2: joined him. And and you know, Keem and Clyde had
- 9:07Speaker 2: been teammates at at University of Houston FI Slama jama
- 9:11Speaker 2: uh where where they were incredible and and and made
- 9:14Speaker 2: it to the final four but did not did not
- 9:17Speaker 2: win it all in college and the two of them,
- 9:19Speaker 2: we we got Clyde from Portland and he was as
- 9:23Speaker 2: you know, in my office, I have a piece of
- 9:25Speaker 2: the floor of the summit that is signed by that
- 9:29Speaker 2: that that ninety five Rockets championship team and and and
- 9:32Speaker 2: it's uh and Tilman for Tita, the tem the team
- 9:35Speaker 2: owner is a good friend. He's going to be the
- 9:37Speaker 2: ambassador to Italy and he's going to do a great
- 9:41Speaker 2: job as ambassador to Italy. But it but it is fun.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Cheering on the Rockets is fun. Look, they've got the talent.
- 9:48Speaker 2: This is a team that could win the NBA Finals
- 9:52Speaker 2: a challenge right now. As the Rockets don't have a
- 9:56Speaker 2: superstar who can dominate a game at the end.
- 9:58Speaker 3: They've they've got.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I mean, that's the X factor.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Like they've got an eight man rotation that that that
- 10:05Speaker 2: can score double digits pretty consistently. But you know, Shenghun,
- 10:10Speaker 2: their center is really good. But he's not Steph Curry. Now,
- 10:14Speaker 2: nobody's Steph Curry.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Uh.
- 10:16Speaker 2: But but I do think most of the team is
- 10:21Speaker 2: quite young. For many of the team, it's their first
- 10:24Speaker 2: playoffs ever. And the playoffs are just more intense. The
- 10:27Speaker 2: playoffs also, you play a lot more half court basketball,
- 10:29Speaker 2: which means defenses can clamp down on you. And and
- 10:32Speaker 2: so the Rockets have got to find a way to
- 10:35Speaker 2: score at the end when it's you know, two minutes
- 10:39Speaker 2: to go and the game's on the line. It's not
- 10:41Speaker 2: clear who's going to be the guy right now, and
- 10:45Speaker 2: maybe it has to be another season and a trade
- 10:48Speaker 2: or picking up a free agent.
- 10:50Speaker 3: You know.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I think if you added one superstar to this lineup,
- 10:53Speaker 2: it's a team that that could go all the way.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Whether they can do it this year, right right now,
- 10:58Speaker 2: it looks pretty uphill.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna be It's gonna be very interesting game tonight.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I have a feeling a lot of people listening right
- 11:04Speaker 1: now will be watching tonight.
- 11:06Speaker 2: We're gonna my prediction, We're gonna win tonight. That that's
- 11:09Speaker 2: my prediction. I don't know if we can pull the
- 11:10Speaker 2: series out, uh, because Curry and Butler together is really tough.
- 11:14Speaker 2: But I think we're gonna win Game four. I think
- 11:15Speaker 2: they're gonna I think we're gonna see. In fact, i'm
- 11:18Speaker 2: gonna make another prediction. I'm gonna say we're gonna see
- 11:20Speaker 2: a monster game tonight from Amen Thompson, who is really talented.
- 11:25Speaker 2: He's got a lot of skills. Didn't play great, uh
- 11:27Speaker 2: in in Game three. But but but I think I
- 11:29Speaker 2: think we're gonna see a great game from him tonight.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I love it all right. Speaking of winning, the President's
- 11:36Speaker 1: winning on one big issue as we're hitting one hundred
- 11:39Speaker 1: day mark, and that is the issue of Americans are
- 11:43Speaker 1: all in on deportations of illegal immigrants, even though the
- 11:47Speaker 1: media has spent just countless hours, days and weeks with
- 11:53Speaker 1: propaganda saying that we're deporting all these innocent people when
- 11:57Speaker 1: clearly we're deporting I have a lot of illegal immigran
- 12:00Speaker 1: and it is not had near the impact on the
- 12:02Speaker 1: American people as they were hoping. And the President's got
- 12:05Speaker 1: a twelve point lead on the issue.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I got to say, to say the American people
- 12:09Speaker 2: are all in on it, I think is too strong.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Ben that there's a CBS poll that came out.
- 12:14Speaker 2: The question they asked, do you approve or disapprove of
- 12:16Speaker 2: the Trump administration's program to find and deport immigrants who
- 12:19Speaker 2: are in the US illegally, and the answer was approved
- 12:22Speaker 2: fifty six disapprove forty four. That's a twelve point lead.
- 12:26Speaker 2: That's a meaningful lead, but I don't think we should
- 12:29Speaker 2: overstate it. That means forty four percent disapprove. We remain
- 12:32Speaker 2: a divided country, which is how Democrats got elected to
- 12:36Speaker 2: begin with, and we're able to put in the open borders.
- 12:38Speaker 2: It's interesting you break down the poll numbers by age
- 12:44Speaker 2: and party identification and race. So young people age eighteen
- 12:48Speaker 2: to twenty nine approve of Trump's deportation fifty two forty eight,
- 12:53Speaker 2: so plus four. People aged thirty to forty four approve
- 12:57Speaker 2: fifty two to forty eight, so again plus four, And
- 13:00Speaker 2: then you get to forty five years old and boom,
- 13:02Speaker 2: the numbers jump up. So ages forty five to sixty
- 13:06Speaker 2: four is sixty forty so plus twenty and over sixty
- 13:10Speaker 2: five is fifty nine forty one plus eighteen. So there
- 13:13Speaker 2: is a real divide between people who are under forty
- 13:16Speaker 2: five versus over forty five. You want to break it
- 13:19Speaker 2: down by party identification. Among Republicans, it's ninety ten, so
- 13:24Speaker 2: it's plus eighty. Republicans are pretty damn happy with the deportations.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Among independents, the approved disapproved is fifty four forty six,
- 13:33Speaker 2: that's plus eight. That's encouraging. And then Democrats it's twenty
- 13:38Speaker 2: two seventy eight, so that's fifty six points down. But
- 13:42Speaker 2: it's interesting, twenty two percent of Democrats approve of what
- 13:44Speaker 2: Trump is doing to porty go legal immigrants. That's an
- 13:47Speaker 2: encouraging number two, although it shows just how messed up
- 13:50Speaker 2: Democrats are that seventy eight percent of them are like no, no, no, no,
- 13:54Speaker 2: leave the criminals. Here, you break it down by race
- 13:58Speaker 2: that there are clear racial differences. Among whites, it's sixty
- 14:02Speaker 2: two thirty eight, so that's a twenty four point advantage.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Among African Americans it's forty four to fifty six, so
- 14:09Speaker 2: that's minus twelve, which is not terrible given that Republicans
- 14:15Speaker 2: typically get get a lot less than that of the
- 14:17Speaker 2: African American vote. And among Hispanics on this poll, it's
- 14:21Speaker 2: forty four to fifty six, so that's minus twelve as well.
- 14:25Speaker 2: And then finally the gender gap, which is interesting. Men
- 14:31Speaker 2: approve of the deportation sixty three thirty seven, so that's
- 14:34Speaker 2: a twenty six point advantage. Women are evenly divided fifty
- 14:40Speaker 2: to fifty, and finally, white with no degree sixty eight
- 14:45Speaker 2: to thirty two, that's plus thirty six, and white with
- 14:48Speaker 2: a four year degree a college degree approved fifty two
- 14:52Speaker 2: to forty eight, a four point advantage. All told, the
- 14:55Speaker 2: American people are still with the president, but we remain
- 14:57Speaker 2: a divided country.
- 14:59Speaker 1: So when you get what this means moving forward for
- 15:02Speaker 1: the president, I do think it's clear that he's saying, hey,
- 15:06Speaker 1: I've got a mandate to continue doing what I promised
- 15:09Speaker 1: that I got elected on. And now you bring in
- 15:12Speaker 1: a bigger issue, and that's the lawfair because you now
- 15:14Speaker 1: have judges that are actively fighting against the president doing
- 15:20Speaker 1: what he said he was going to do on behalf
- 15:21Speaker 1: of the American people and having this twelve point plus
- 15:25Speaker 1: advantage on this issue, this is a guest the new
- 15:28Speaker 1: play for the Democrats to stop it.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Well, it's striking.
- 15:31Speaker 2: They are now two judges in jail because they have
- 15:36Speaker 2: decided they're so all in and open borders that they're
- 15:39Speaker 2: going to actively obstruct federal law enforcement. So on Friday,
- 15:44Speaker 2: the FBI arrested at Wisconsin judge for hiding a previously
- 15:49Speaker 2: deported illegal immigrant in her jury room in order to
- 15:53Speaker 2: try to stop him from being arrested by Ice. And
- 15:56Speaker 2: this is Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, who was
- 16:00Speaker 2: arrested and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding. After
- 16:05Speaker 2: it came forward, Dugan demanded that the ice officers proceed
- 16:10Speaker 2: to the Chief Judge's office, and after his hearing ending ended,
- 16:15Speaker 2: she escorted this illegal immigrant and his attorney out a
- 16:19Speaker 2: restricted jury door bypassing the public area where the agents
- 16:24Speaker 2: were waiting, and she was trying to help him avoid arrest.
- 16:29Speaker 3: It didn't work.
- 16:30Speaker 2: They ended up they ended up catching this illegal immigrant anyway,
- 16:36Speaker 2: And I got to say, it really is striking to
- 16:41Speaker 2: see a judge in handcuffs. But the reality is this
- 16:46Speaker 2: is where so many Democrats are that they will actively obstruct.
- 16:50Speaker 2: And I will say there was a back and forth
- 16:53Speaker 2: Amy Klobachar and I had on this issue. So Amy,
- 16:58Speaker 2: who's Democrat senator from Minnesota? Does She tweeted out, this
- 17:02Speaker 2: is not normal. The administration's arrest of a sitting judge
- 17:05Speaker 2: in Wisconsin is a drastic move that threatens the rule
- 17:09Speaker 2: of law. Well, we don't have all the details. This
- 17:11Speaker 2: is a grave step and undermines our system of checks
- 17:15Speaker 2: and balances. And I responded to her, I quote tweeted
- 17:19Speaker 2: her and Here's what I said, fully agree, it is
- 17:23Speaker 2: not normal for a sitting judge to actively obstruct law
- 17:27Speaker 2: enforcement and try to smuggle a criminal, illegal alien out
- 17:32Speaker 2: a side door. Today's Democrat party is so extreme that
- 17:36Speaker 2: utterly lawless behavior is becoming more and more common.
- 17:41Speaker 1: So let's talk about the narrative here, because I think
- 17:44Speaker 1: it's really important that people understand. There are many that
- 17:47Speaker 1: are trying to present, for example, this Wisconsin judge being
- 17:53Speaker 1: arrested as lawfair, that Donald Trump's going and the you know,
- 17:58Speaker 1: the DOJ is going after their quote political appointment, say
- 18:02Speaker 1: is this is revenge? I think we need to make
- 18:06Speaker 1: it abundantly clear. This is a judge and you mentioned
- 18:10Speaker 1: this a moment ago, that was obstructing the arrest of
- 18:13Speaker 1: an illegal alien that is against the law.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Law enforcement was there to arrest him. She didn't want
- 18:21Speaker 2: him to be arrested, so she sent them one way,
- 18:24Speaker 2: and then she snuck him out a side door through
- 18:27Speaker 2: the jury room and they had to run and catch
- 18:29Speaker 2: him on foot because she was actively You know what,
- 18:32Speaker 2: if there's a criminal and the police are trying to
- 18:34Speaker 2: apprehend him, and you hide him and help him sneak away,
- 18:40Speaker 2: you'll be arrested. That is called obstruction. But what's remarkable
- 18:45Speaker 2: is is this judge is not an outlier. There's another
- 18:49Speaker 2: story that follows that is amazing that this is a
- 18:51Speaker 2: headline from Fox News. Quote Wisconsin judge threatens courtroom boycott
- 18:56Speaker 2: over Hannah Dugan arrest. Monic Eisham says she will not
- 19:00Speaker 2: allow ICE to send illegal immigrants to a quote concentration camp.
- 19:03Speaker 2: And let me just read from the beginning of this article,
- 19:05Speaker 2: because it's astonishing. A Wisconsin judge is threatening not to
- 19:10Speaker 2: hold court in protest to federal authorities arresting her fellow
- 19:14Speaker 2: judge Hannah Dugan last week. Judge Monica is Isham made
- 19:17Speaker 2: the announcement in an email to judges across the state
- 19:20Speaker 2: on Saturday. Her email, titled quote Guidance requested or I
- 19:24Speaker 2: refuse to hold court, made clear that she had no
- 19:27Speaker 2: intentions of working with Immigration and Customs enforcement.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Quote.
- 19:31Speaker 2: If there is no guidance for US and no support
- 19:34Speaker 2: for US, I will refuse to hold court in branch
- 19:37Speaker 2: tour in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or
- 19:40Speaker 2: my staff, who may feel compelled to help me or
- 19:42Speaker 2: my community in harm's way.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Isham wrote.
- 19:45Speaker 2: According to a copy of the email obtained by Wisconsin
- 19:48Speaker 2: Right Now.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Quote.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I have no intention of allowing anyone to be taken
- 19:52Speaker 2: out of my courtroom by ice and sent to a
- 19:55Speaker 2: concentration camp, especially without due processes. Both of the constitutions
- 19:59Speaker 2: we swore to support require Should I start raising bail money?
- 20:05Speaker 2: She wrote, quote if this cost me my job or
- 20:09Speaker 2: gets me arrested, then at least I know I did
- 20:12Speaker 2: the right thing. So this is a judge who is
- 20:15Speaker 2: saying she's going to shut a courtroom down. Why because
- 20:19Speaker 2: she so opposes illegal immigrants actually being deported in other words,
- 20:25Speaker 2: federal law being followed, that she's willing to shut her
- 20:29Speaker 2: courtroom down.
- 20:31Speaker 3: That's how extreme democrats have gotten.
- 20:35Speaker 1: So when you combine this and these types of arrests,
- 20:40Speaker 1: there is no inclination here that this is preemptively a
- 20:45Speaker 1: idea or a mindset by the DOJ or anybody else.
- 20:49Speaker 1: This is reactionary to these activist judges. And that's something
- 20:53Speaker 1: in the media is also distorting.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Well it is, and I will say, look, there's another
- 20:59Speaker 2: story out of New Mexico, which is former Donya Anna
- 21:03Speaker 2: County Magistrate Judge Joel Kano sixty seven, his wife Nancy
- 21:09Speaker 2: Conos sixty eight are in custody right now. They were
- 21:13Speaker 2: arrested by Homeland Security at their La Cruze Las Cruces home.
- 21:18Speaker 2: They were arrested for harboring a gang member, a trender
- 21:24Speaker 2: Aragua gang member in their home. And and this trend
- 21:29Speaker 2: of Iragua gang member. He's covered in gang tattoos, uh tattoos.
- 21:34Speaker 2: And the judge faces charges of tampering with evidence.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Now you know what he did? Where was that he.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Took this this Venezuelan gang member's cell phone, smashed it
- 21:48Speaker 2: with a hammer because it had incriminating evidence of the
- 21:53Speaker 2: gang member with firearms. And then he went and disposed
- 21:57Speaker 2: of of the of the cell phone, so he was
- 21:59Speaker 2: trying to hide evident. Now do you know one of
- 22:02Speaker 2: the pictures that was on the cell phone allegedly that
- 22:06Speaker 2: the judge destroyed with a hammer.
- 22:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna guess it's probably one of those good old
- 22:10Speaker 1: gang sign pictures, right, because that's always what the gang
- 22:14Speaker 1: members have on their phone.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Now it's worse than that.
- 22:17Speaker 2: It's a picture of two victims who are decapitated. We're
- 22:22Speaker 2: not talking nice, fuzzy friendly gang members. We're not talking,
- 22:27Speaker 2: as the media loves to call the illegal immigrant up
- 22:30Speaker 2: in Maryland a quote Maryland man, this is a gang
- 22:34Speaker 2: member who allegedly had pictures of two people with their
- 22:38Speaker 2: heads cut off on the cell phone. And what does
- 22:40Speaker 2: a Democrat judge do in New Mexico, Well, you got
- 22:44Speaker 2: a gang member. He says, Hey, let me hide you
- 22:46Speaker 2: in my house and here give me that phone because
- 22:48Speaker 2: they could use that to prosecute you. I'm gonna smash
- 22:51Speaker 2: it with a hammer and dispose of it so they
- 22:54Speaker 2: don't have the evidence to convict you. That is bizarre,
- 22:58Speaker 2: and that is a Democrat judge.
- 23:02Speaker 1: The Attorney General, by the way, she came out strong
- 23:05Speaker 1: and said we're not backing down when we see this
- 23:08Speaker 1: type of activism. Here's part of what she had to
- 23:11Speaker 1: say on Fox And to.
- 23:12Speaker 4: Set the stage for you and Sandra, this was truly horrific.
- 23:17Speaker 4: This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state
- 23:20Speaker 4: prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people,
- 23:25Speaker 4: a guy and a girl. Beat the guy, hit guy
- 23:28Speaker 4: thirty times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat
- 23:30Speaker 4: up a woman so badly they both had to go
- 23:33Speaker 4: to the hospital. And John, you know, it's so rare
- 23:35Speaker 4: for victims to want to cooperate. They wanted to cooperate.
- 23:38Speaker 4: They were sitting in the court room with the state prosecutor.
- 23:42Speaker 4: The judge learns that Ice was outside to get the
- 23:45Speaker 4: guy because he had been deported in twenty thirteen, came
- 23:48Speaker 4: back in our country, commits these crimes. Charged with committing
- 23:51Speaker 4: these crimes, victims in court. Judge finds out. She goes
- 23:55Speaker 4: out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers. She's furious,
- 23:59Speaker 4: visibly shaken and upset. Sends them off to talk to
- 24:02Speaker 4: the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom. You're
- 24:05Speaker 4: gonna believe this, takes the defendant and the defense attorney
- 24:09Speaker 4: back in her chambers, takes them out of private exit
- 24:12Speaker 4: and tells them to leave while a state prosecutor and
- 24:15Speaker 4: victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.
- 24:20Speaker 1: You hear her explaining this, and you got to think
- 24:24Speaker 1: the majority of Americans, if they know that story, they're
- 24:27Speaker 1: going to be outraged, just as outrage as she is.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Yeah, No, that's exactly right.
- 24:31Speaker 2: And I want to play a second clip from Pambondi
- 24:34Speaker 2: where she's talking about the new Mexico judge, because this
- 24:37Speaker 2: is not this is not a crazy outlier. Unfortunately, this
- 24:40Speaker 2: is a pattern. Listen to the Attorney General talking about
- 24:43Speaker 2: this new Mexico judge harboring a trender Aragua gang member
- 24:46Speaker 2: in his home.
- 24:47Speaker 5: I mean, when you look at the associations with this
- 24:51Speaker 5: violent Venezuelan gang Trende Arragua and this person that they
- 24:56Speaker 5: harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothes,
- 25:00Speaker 5: We're told, tattoos. There was evidence through voice messages and
- 25:04Speaker 5: text messages of his association to TDA. So what charges
- 25:09Speaker 5: will Cano and his wife face if any?
- 25:13Speaker 4: So Judge Cano seemed to be former Judge Cano got,
- 25:17Speaker 4: he got. His charges were just unsealed. He's charged with obstruction.
- 25:21Speaker 4: He is charged. He admitted posts Miranda, he took one
- 25:25Speaker 4: of the TDA members cell phones himself, took it, beat
- 25:30Speaker 4: it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked to
- 25:32Speaker 4: the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it
- 25:35Speaker 4: to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence, Sandra.
- 25:40Speaker 4: Not only that this TDA member and he had on
- 25:44Speaker 4: a necklace that said kill, something about death. He had
- 25:47Speaker 4: tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell
- 25:51Speaker 4: phone pictures of two decapitated victims, two victims decapitated, gruesome photos,
- 25:59Speaker 4: and he was sent them out, and whoever he was
- 26:02Speaker 4: sending them to sending back saying, hey, you need to
- 26:04Speaker 4: be careful. You shouldn't be sending these you shouldn't be
- 26:06Speaker 4: texting these photos out. Not only that, these two, the
- 26:10Speaker 4: judge and his wife, gave him assault rifles that belonged
- 26:13Speaker 4: to their daughter. That's what they're charged with in the
- 26:16Speaker 4: in the criminal report of a David, he goes to
- 26:19Speaker 4: a shooting range with these assault rifles with a suppressor,
- 26:23Speaker 4: with other known TDA members and they're shooting. This is
- 26:27Speaker 4: the last person that we want in our country, nor
- 26:30Speaker 4: will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I'm just so glad we have an attorney general. You're
- 26:37Speaker 1: good friends of Pam. We've had her on the show
- 26:39Speaker 1: that is able to articulate this the way that she
- 26:43Speaker 1: is to continue to combat the lies they're being put
- 26:46Speaker 1: out there about who is actually getting arrested, who were targeting,
- 26:50Speaker 1: and who we're trying to get out of the country.
- 26:53Speaker 2: No, that's that's exactly right, And it's the simple principle
- 26:56Speaker 2: that no one is above the law. Here's what Kesh
- 26:59Speaker 2: but hell the head of the FBI to tweet it out.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Quote just now, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out
- 27:06Speaker 2: of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on charges of obstruction after evidence of
- 27:10Speaker 2: Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week. We
- 27:15Speaker 2: believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the
- 27:18Speaker 2: subject to be arrested in her courthouse Eduardo Flores Ruiz,
- 27:22Speaker 2: allowing the subject, an illegal alien, to evade arrest. Thankfully,
- 27:26Speaker 2: our agents chase down the purp on foot and he's
- 27:29Speaker 2: been in custody since. But the judge's obstruction created increased
- 27:33Speaker 2: danger to the public. We will have more to share soon.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Excellent work. And then the Attorney General Pambondi, she tweeted,
- 27:40Speaker 2: I can confirm that our FBI agents just arrested Hanna Dugan,
- 27:43Speaker 2: a county judge in Milwaukee, for allegedly helping an illegal
- 27:47Speaker 2: alien avoid arrest by ice. No one is above the law.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Somehow Democrats believe that if they don't like a law,
- 27:57Speaker 2: they can just ignore it. They can defy it. By
- 28:00Speaker 2: the way, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did that for
- 28:02Speaker 2: four years. They just utterly ignored federal immigration law. And
- 28:07Speaker 2: unfortunately this attitude of lawlessness, we're not bound by the law.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Not only that, we're going to actively fight federal law enforcement.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Who is trying to enforce the law, And what are
- 28:19Speaker 2: they doing this for? I mean, Ben seriously explained to me,
- 28:23Speaker 2: help me get in the head of let's say this,
- 28:27Speaker 2: New Mexico judge, New Mexico Judge, you and your wife say, hey,
- 28:31Speaker 2: we got some gang members from Venezuela. They're covered in tattoos,
- 28:35Speaker 2: They've got a necklace that says kill. They have cell
- 28:41Speaker 2: phones with pictures of people with their heads cut off.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Let's bring them to my house. Like, how explain to
- 28:50Speaker 2: me that thought process. My brain is not nimble enough
- 28:53Speaker 2: to get around this.
- 28:53Speaker 1: See this is where I think to myself. I'm like,
- 28:55Speaker 1: all right, well, then there's got to be some sort
- 28:57Speaker 1: of incentive that is connecting them. There's got to be
- 29:00Speaker 1: something to gain here personally, because I can't just imagine
- 29:04Speaker 1: this Judge is just like, yeah, we genuinely want to
- 29:06Speaker 1: hang out with people that are celebrating or involved in
- 29:09Speaker 1: this type of crimin activity, including as you described it, beheadings.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Yeah, look, you and I watch Breaking Bad. I don't
- 29:18Speaker 2: know if this is a judge that's on the take,
- 29:20Speaker 2: if there's corruption, if he's been paid by the gang.
- 29:23Speaker 2: I don't know, if he's ideological and stupid or corrupt
- 29:29Speaker 2: or what. There's clearly more to this story we will learn,
- 29:33Speaker 2: but the facts on the face of it are astonishing.
- 29:37Speaker 2: And what's amazing, I don't know of a single Democrat
- 29:41Speaker 2: elected official who's denounced this conduct by the judges. Instead,
- 29:45Speaker 2: what they're saying is they're rushing to defend these judges
- 29:50Speaker 2: that are brazenly, brazenly defying the law.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Yeah, it truly is incredible. Don't forget. We do this
