- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water? Comey, come on your back at it.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Uh huh, I shall will a good morning everybody. You're
- 2:04Speaker 1: listening to the voice, come on dig me now, one
- 2:08Speaker 1: and only Steve Harley got a radio show today. I
- 2:14Speaker 1: want to just share something with you. Um along your way,
- 2:22Speaker 1: um to wherever it is you're trying to get to.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You know, every everybody has a different definition for success,
- 2:29Speaker 1: and I'm not I'm not here to tell you what
- 2:31Speaker 1: yours should be. I mean, please pursue whatever you think success.
- 2:34Speaker 1: He is aim as high as you can though. Uh,
- 2:38Speaker 1: that's for sure. My father used to say all the time.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I'm sure you all have heard it in different variations,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but he used to always say aim for the moon.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Just in case you miss, you'll still be amongst the stars.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Just say that to me all the time. So that
- 2:54Speaker 1: always was in me to aim high. Now he wasn't
- 2:59Speaker 1: say and aim with the intent to miss. He was
- 3:03Speaker 1: just saying, aim in case you miss, You're still amongst
- 3:08Speaker 1: the stars if you aim for the moon. But if
- 3:11Speaker 1: you just aim for that first flow wind and you
- 3:13Speaker 1: miss it, you know, usually run into some type of
- 3:18Speaker 1: wall and nothing happens. You slither down. But a lot
- 3:22Speaker 1: of times I think along the way, folks, you know,
- 3:25Speaker 1: we just don't understand what all it takes, and so
- 3:28Speaker 1: we give up along the way. But there's a couple
- 3:31Speaker 1: of things I want you to prepare yourself for. You know.
- 3:35Speaker 1: In my book, act like a lady, think like a man.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I told her people that men love three ways. They profess,
- 3:40Speaker 1: they provide, they protect, and that's the core essence of
- 3:44Speaker 1: a man's love. Well, there's some other peas in life too.
- 3:51Speaker 1: And uh now, the number one thing you have to
- 3:56Speaker 1: understand about trying to be successful. And I guess I
- 4:01Speaker 1: call this the four piece. I may come up with
- 4:04Speaker 1: five along the way. I don't know. I'm just talking
- 4:07Speaker 1: as it's given to me, So I'm gonna summer start
- 4:10Speaker 1: by saying, as these are the four pieas of uh
- 4:14Speaker 1: success that you have to get ready for it. Number
- 4:16Speaker 1: one is pressure, pure pressure. Being successful is just pressure.
- 4:29Speaker 1: A lot of it is applied by the circumstance of
- 4:32Speaker 1: what you're trying to go for, what you're trying to do,
- 4:36Speaker 1: but a lot of it also is self imposed pressure.
- 4:41Speaker 1: It's um it's it's what you put on yourself to
- 4:46Speaker 1: make it. It's it's a sense of urgency, it's it's
- 4:51Speaker 1: a sense of necessity. But pressure is the first thing
- 4:57Speaker 1: I want you to be ready for. And pressure came
- 5:00Speaker 1: is in a lot of different forms, but it's gonna
- 5:02Speaker 1: be pressured. As an old saying the pressure bus to pipe. See,
- 5:05Speaker 1: that's why most people turn around because of the pressure
- 5:09Speaker 1: of trying to be successful. I want you to get
- 5:11Speaker 1: it in your mind that it is going to be
- 5:14Speaker 1: a pressurized situation on your rise to the top. Pressure wise,
- 5:20Speaker 1: it's gonna be pressure. It's gonna be difficult to do.
- 5:24Speaker 1: It's gonna be moments when it seems like it's real heavy.
- 5:27Speaker 1: It's gonna be moments man, when it feel like you're
- 5:29Speaker 1: gonna burst us. All comes from pressure pressure buster pipe pressure.
- 5:36Speaker 1: But understand that that is what it is, is not
- 5:39Speaker 1: going to change. That's it. Prepare yourself, get ready for
- 5:44Speaker 1: there to be pressure. The second thing I want you
- 5:50Speaker 1: to understand is when you receive this pressure, you have
- 5:54Speaker 1: to persist. You got to stay at it. You got
- 5:59Speaker 1: to develop a doggedness. Has Ah. There's a song who says,
- 6:09Speaker 1: why must I feel like that? Why must I chase
- 6:14Speaker 1: the cat? Nothing but the dog in me? That's a
- 6:19Speaker 1: funny line in that song because really I was thinking
- 6:22Speaker 1: about it one day. I was humming it and and
- 6:26Speaker 1: and it, and it occurred to me, said, why must
- 6:29Speaker 1: I feel like that? Why must I chase the cat?
- 6:33Speaker 1: Nothing but the dog and me? And you know, now
- 6:37Speaker 1: you could take it into literal sense that the cat
- 6:40Speaker 1: chases the dog because it's innately is in his spirit
- 6:44Speaker 1: that cats and dogs are a lot of times enemies.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Now people have pets and help proven that if you
- 6:50Speaker 1: show love on both sides, they can exist. And that
- 6:52Speaker 1: happens too. But naturally innately, when your cat goes by
- 6:57Speaker 1: a dog and your dog don't recognize him, that's some
- 6:59Speaker 1: balling going on. I'm talking. I just walking through the
- 7:02Speaker 1: neighborhood or something. So. But the reason that this dog's
- 7:08Speaker 1: so persistent towards this cat's just cause it's in him.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It's innately in him. And what I'm saying to you,
- 7:19Speaker 1: just using that as an analogy, is that you got
- 7:23Speaker 1: to be you got to be persistent in that. You
- 7:29Speaker 1: got to develop some dog in you now, because pressure
- 7:33Speaker 1: take some fighting back. See if you don't fight back
- 7:36Speaker 1: against pressure, pressure buster pipes, So what you're think it
- 7:39Speaker 1: will do to you? Pressure, crack walls, pressure calls, explosions.
- 7:45Speaker 1: So if you don't fight back to hold it in,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you understand pressure does most people in the simple thing
- 7:53Speaker 1: called pressure, the weight of what it feels like to
- 7:57Speaker 1: want to be successful every single day, over and over
- 8:01Speaker 1: and over and over and over. It's just too much pressure.
- 8:05Speaker 1: People crack. You got to persist. You have to persist.
- 8:10Speaker 1: You can the thought of giving up can come, but
- 8:13Speaker 1: you gotta get it out. You gotta persist. The next
- 8:21Speaker 1: thing I want you to think about, there's another something
- 8:24Speaker 1: that I've been thinking about for years and learn for years.
- 8:28Speaker 1: It's called perseverance. See, to persist means to to to
- 8:36Speaker 1: to to insist, keyword in insist and persistence insists. You must,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you must insist that this is going to happen. Now,
- 8:45Speaker 1: the persist I'm assuming means it's a pro action. It's
- 8:49Speaker 1: some type of pro action that you go towards it
- 8:52Speaker 1: to make it. You know, persist, You gotta be persistent.
- 8:56Speaker 1: You gotta be constantly at insisting that it happens. You
- 8:59Speaker 1: gotta be constantly at it. But the next thing I
- 9:02Speaker 1: want you to remember is perseverance. Perseverance is important. Perseverance
- 9:07Speaker 1: means that when you've done your best, when you've persisted,
- 9:13Speaker 1: when you're fighting back against the pressure. Perseverance simply means
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm gonna hang in here now. I'm going
- 9:23Speaker 1: to hang in here when if if a crack come
- 9:27Speaker 1: into pipe, I'm gonna hang in there. If the pipe bust,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna keep going. If I gotta put duct take
- 9:35Speaker 1: silly glue, bondo mud, whatever I got to put on
- 9:41Speaker 1: this thing, man, I'm gonna use perseverance. I'm going to
- 9:46Speaker 1: stay with it no matter what. So we're looking at
- 9:49Speaker 1: the three things again. You've got to understand that it's
- 9:53Speaker 1: gonna be pressure that you're gonna have to persist. Keyword
- 9:57Speaker 1: and persistence Insist you have to insist that no matter
- 10:01Speaker 1: what the pressure is, I'm gonna stay with it. But
- 10:03Speaker 1: then perseverance if it goes wrong. Man, you got to
- 10:08Speaker 1: get in there and keep fighting. But then, Lord her Mercy,
- 10:13Speaker 1: nothing helps you handle the three peas better than the
- 10:16Speaker 1: fourth p You got to pray. You got to use prayer.
- 10:21Speaker 1: You gotta talk to God. You gotta use faith. You
- 10:25Speaker 1: gotta have some conferences with him late at night, early
- 10:29Speaker 1: in the morning, in the middle of the afternoon, when
- 10:31Speaker 1: you own the train, when you're driving. You got to
- 10:34Speaker 1: talk to God. Man, you gotta get yourself some help
- 10:37Speaker 1: along the way. Nothing is bigger than prayer. There is
- 10:40Speaker 1: nothing bigger than prayer. Prayer will help you overcome the pressure.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Prayer will help you stay persistent, and Lord her Mercy,
- 10:48Speaker 1: prayer will help you persevere them is the foe pas
- 10:52Speaker 1: that just came to me today. God gave it to me.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I'm passing it on you lady till me far of gowns.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Everybody from around the world is listening to the Steve
- 11:05Speaker 1: of that Martyn show, the Greatest Morning showing the world.
- 11:09Speaker 1: This show this morning is dedicated to all shot people. Wow,
- 11:15Speaker 1: and I don't really have a measurement of any kind.
- 11:19Speaker 1: But if you've ever been called short, this is a
- 11:22Speaker 1: big day for you. You'll hit it, or big day
- 11:25Speaker 1: for you. Congratulations. Some of my best friends have been short.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Some of the most famous people in the world have
- 11:32Speaker 1: been short. Some of the richest men in the world.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I know it's short. Some of the finest chicks I've
- 11:38Speaker 1: ever seen been short. So this is for short people
- 11:42Speaker 1: that ain't got no dawn problem with it. Yeah, shut
- 11:47Speaker 1: your tall ass up talking to me. Man, When you're
- 11:52Speaker 1: tall and you ugly, it's a lot more like happening. Yeah,
- 11:56Speaker 1: I'd rather be shot milk. Yeah that way. Just get
- 11:59Speaker 1: it over with. I'm right here, that's it. And you
- 12:01Speaker 1: gotta look at me all up and down, six six
- 12:05Speaker 1: and you put a lot of thought into this. No,
- 12:09Speaker 1: I have it. I'm really going just off the top,
- 12:12Speaker 1: going good morning, Steve, with your doing. You know, I'm
- 12:17Speaker 1: six too, that's crazy. I was six feet in high school,
- 12:21Speaker 1: six one in college. When I left college, I grew
- 12:24Speaker 1: in m Yeah. So you're six too. Yeah, and uh
- 12:30Speaker 1: overweight then, you know, dealing with No, I am not well,
- 12:36Speaker 1: I mean I'm overweight, remarkably tatrically, You're not over Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I mean no, No, I'm overweight. I'm not as overweighted
- 12:42Speaker 1: as Matt used to be or many people. I've been
- 12:45Speaker 1: as high as I think I've been as high as
- 12:47Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty. You or four don't have a
- 12:51Speaker 1: breathing of an overweight I've been down to the golden crab.
- 12:54Speaker 1: You don't have it at all. He doesn't have what
- 13:02Speaker 1: I would like to eat something today that you're not
- 13:05Speaker 1: supposed to have. The cheap No, I might make it. Yeah,
- 13:12Speaker 1: I can't. You know, I can't eat just healthy all
- 13:14Speaker 1: the time. It's just some stuff I want. Like Marjorie
- 13:17Speaker 1: went and special order, but you had to order the
- 13:20Speaker 1: whole tub from Baskin Robberts. You had to order the
- 13:23Speaker 1: whole tub. You couldn't just order a pint or nothing
- 13:26Speaker 1: like that. So she ordered the whole tub of black
- 13:29Speaker 1: wallnut ice cream. Oh, which is very hard to get.
- 13:34Speaker 1: You had to order the whole tug. Had to order
- 13:37Speaker 1: the whole tub. How do you know that we never
- 13:40Speaker 1: knew that the whole tub of ice cream? It's just
- 13:44Speaker 1: ice cream. I'm sorry, but the whole tub? Was that
- 13:48Speaker 1: a rich moment? Yeah? I was just thinking. But because
- 13:54Speaker 1: when I go down to the show. It just ain't
- 13:57Speaker 1: black wall. You don't order a whole only when I
- 14:01Speaker 1: go down there. I'm just I'm just sampling. Let me
- 14:04Speaker 1: try that little spoon. Yeah, you know what. You know,
- 14:10Speaker 1: I hate when I'm on vacation to ask them for
- 14:12Speaker 1: a sample or something because they always seem a little yeah.
- 14:16Speaker 1: So I don't like want of them, you know. So
- 14:18Speaker 1: I just try to pick what I'm gonna pick because
- 14:21Speaker 1: I don't want you little attitude with my damn ice cream,
- 14:24Speaker 1: because ice cream is a special moment. Can't wait, we
- 14:28Speaker 1: got so I might help me some black walnut ice cream. Hey, y'all,
- 14:32Speaker 1: thirty something funny coming up, y'all, hanging up. We've got
- 14:34Speaker 1: a good show for you. We've got a couple of
- 14:36Speaker 1: foods here, absolutely right. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright,
- 14:48Speaker 1: coming up, Well, it's time, it's something funny. It's here
- 14:50Speaker 1: right now. Junior started kicking it off with the Junior's
- 14:53Speaker 1: truth be told, and we're gonna do something called black
- 14:56Speaker 1: exploit phrases. All right after Junior, listen, Um, y'all, you
- 15:01Speaker 1: can't just tell y'all something. What's that? Y'all? Pray for me.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I know, y'all, do ya, No, I got some words
- 15:10Speaker 1: that truth be told. When you move in with somebody,
- 15:16Speaker 1: you need all their medical information too. I didn't found
- 15:21Speaker 1: out that I might not be the sikest person in
- 15:24Speaker 1: my I need y'all pray for me. I love my
- 15:29Speaker 1: boy be, but I didn't know that he was sick too.
- 15:33Speaker 1: First of all, I'm not used to rescue it. I'm
- 15:38Speaker 1: used to being rescued now. I can't sleep now because
- 15:42Speaker 1: he got a medical condition that I just found out about.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Two Yeah, I don't say what it been like this.
- 15:48Speaker 1: He looks so healthy. Yeah, thats what I thought. But man,
- 15:53Speaker 1: when I walk around the house up, I can't sleep
- 15:57Speaker 1: because you sick, scared? I can't say a lot. He
- 16:01Speaker 1: got sleep deep man? What they called it on sleep
- 16:05Speaker 1: sleep something? I thought it would sleep deep. I don't
- 16:09Speaker 1: know no metal pretty much. It's like when you sleep mad. Yeah,
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'm over him. I keep walking in the room two
- 16:19Speaker 1: thirty three phones, checking on touching him, put my hand
- 16:23Speaker 1: on yeah, all that type stuff. I gotta do all that.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I ain't sleeping date because you know what, man, have
- 16:30Speaker 1: you found that? You know there's people that sleep and
- 16:32Speaker 1: they stopped breathing when they that's that's what they got.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I don't know. That's what they called Let's sleep app
- 16:39Speaker 1: that's called sleep stopping. It's good, let's sleep sleep stopping.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Buy y'all got something, damn it? Thank you? Yeah? I know.
- 16:51Speaker 1: And it's hard though for women to want to just
- 16:54Speaker 1: you know, and then but women are so nurtured. I
- 16:57Speaker 1: can take kids. Women don't do that once. I find
- 17:01Speaker 1: that if I knew you had died beats and you
- 17:06Speaker 1: had six when I first hired, y'all really passionate. But
- 17:13Speaker 1: I'm not. I don't want to be when it happened.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I don't. I don't want nothing to help before and
- 17:18Speaker 1: we had sick you wouldn't have had me know, have
- 17:23Speaker 1: you ever been no, Yes, I'll take that back, yes,
- 17:26Speaker 1: right there, So he could happen twice what I can't
- 17:29Speaker 1: be around And now we got the kids, big as
- 17:33Speaker 1: tell tell tell ja what happens when you're in the hospital, Junior,
- 17:36Speaker 1: and you hear from it's the shortest conversation we've ever
- 17:40Speaker 1: man to other phones. It's going click by prayer man
- 17:47Speaker 1: like he told you a prayer to hang up God,
- 17:50Speaker 1: bless man, Jesus. Well you don't know. Did he's out Jay,
- 18:00Speaker 1: But at least you know he called. It was when
- 18:02Speaker 1: I when I if I was to get sick, he'd called.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I know he'd called. Like it wouldn't be like an
- 18:08Speaker 1: uplifting call, be like, get your sick ass over here. Yeah,
- 18:12Speaker 1: but I know, yeah, it'd be like something like that.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Lets you know he cares. I don't. I don't do good.
- 18:26Speaker 1: You don't show it. I don't do good with sick people. Man,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'm not like I couldn't be a nurse or a caregiver.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Not that like if I rolled you out in the street,
- 18:37Speaker 1: I'll come and pick you up and there and you're
- 18:38Speaker 1: talking crazy to me. I did walk off? Leave your
- 18:40Speaker 1: wheelchair out on the side your bedside, man, of definitely
- 18:43Speaker 1: would be good. But I think Steve actually coming there
- 18:47Speaker 1: and snatched the button, not your hand, and I'm plugging
- 18:51Speaker 1: out to walk. They're gonna keep calling me in it.
- 18:55Speaker 1: You need to get some sleep. I might trying to
- 18:57Speaker 1: red I got paid moork do with my desk. You
- 19:00Speaker 1: is ringing and dawn, But yeah, glad we're mostly healthy
- 19:05Speaker 1: on this show. He cares. But you just ain't gonna
- 19:08Speaker 1: see that. No, you ain't gonna you ain't see that
- 19:11Speaker 1: your room gonna be paid for everything. Ain't gonna take
- 19:13Speaker 1: you out. You don't know, Oh dog, I'll cover your
- 19:17Speaker 1: room off everything. How much you need tay all your
- 19:22Speaker 1: medical business I got you. Ain't coming down. Come down
- 19:26Speaker 1: because I don't like the smell. Man. When I was
- 19:29Speaker 1: in the hospital, it was not tritty. No, it's not nice.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Because I was in that yearfold last. You know, I
- 19:34Speaker 1: had walking pneumonia and I went in and the night
- 19:37Speaker 1: that I checked in, I was on my show. Man.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I was just shivering, man, and the producers came out said, Mr.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Do you realize that you're on camera shaking? So I
- 19:47Speaker 1: can't stop. Man, I don't know what's wrong. So I
- 19:49Speaker 1: went in the room and then the dude came in there,
- 19:52Speaker 1: eat some bread. You went in the room, and then
- 19:55Speaker 1: a dressing room Nutritions came in said eat some read
- 19:59Speaker 1: some ribbery, and I'm in eating breadbody said, hey, man,
- 20:02Speaker 1: I think we should call his wife. Marger came in
- 20:04Speaker 1: my dressing room, took one look at me and said,
- 20:07Speaker 1: call it ambulance and get my husband to the hospital.
- 20:10Speaker 1: They said, Ms Harvard, he just needs a blanket. She said,
- 20:13Speaker 1: who are you. He said, you don't know my husband.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I've been looking at him for years. I'm wrong with
- 20:18Speaker 1: my husband. They took me to the hospital. Man margin
- 20:22Speaker 1: that talking to people. They got me a room. That
- 20:23Speaker 1: doctor came in. They did the blood work, Mr Harvi,
- 20:27Speaker 1: you a walking pneumonia we have. This is a bad
- 20:30Speaker 1: case you have. We have your room for ten days.
- 20:33Speaker 1: This is a Friday evening on Sunday morning. On Sunday morning,
- 20:39Speaker 1: I was going to the house. He came in on
- 20:42Speaker 1: Sunday morning with my child. He said, I have no
- 20:44Speaker 1: idea what happened. My mother in law got this woman
- 20:47Speaker 1: that's a prayer warrior, came up there and laid hands
- 20:50Speaker 1: and prayed for me, like Sunday morning. I went on,
- 20:54Speaker 1: let me tell you something. They had my room for
- 20:56Speaker 1: ten days. What are y'all Doing's the matter? What y'all talk?
- 21:00Speaker 1: A bunch of children that was junior, that was just
- 21:04Speaker 1: like two badass kids. We're over here talking trying to
- 21:07Speaker 1: do this show, and y'all live holding paper. One can't
- 21:09Speaker 1: neither one of your right? Google? Are we five and six? Now?
- 21:14Speaker 1: Kids don't don't talk to me? What not means? And
- 21:18Speaker 1: it's the two sick before on the show over here,
- 21:22Speaker 1: trained medical information told y'all, man, if I knew y'all
- 21:27Speaker 1: was sick in the high y'alls told you this was
- 21:30Speaker 1: a good idea. Now we're over here talking over here,
- 21:32Speaker 1: passing prescriptions and they can't read the right you want
- 21:36Speaker 1: to try, can't try yours? And part got sick or
- 21:39Speaker 1: sale at ease that Let me just say that we'll
- 21:49Speaker 1: be right backs you. Lord, you'll probably help. You're listening
- 21:58Speaker 1: Steve Harvey morning out coming up next? Uh, nephew, Tommy's
- 22:03Speaker 1: running that prank back? What is it? Uncle? At just
- 22:10Speaker 1: play because I don't care. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to
- 22:17Speaker 1: reach it. Can you hear me? Yes, I'm trying to
- 22:19Speaker 1: reach Anastasia. This is she? How are you doing? Listen?
- 22:23Speaker 1: I'm Glee and the lifeguard over here at the pool
- 22:26Speaker 1: here in the apartment complex. Yes, do you have a
- 22:30Speaker 1: you have a son named yes? Sir? Is everything all right? Uh? Yeah? Yeah,
- 22:35Speaker 1: everything is fine. I mean a quick question, man, we
- 22:39Speaker 1: got a situation here with what's we're not we're not
- 22:43Speaker 1: gonna be allowed to uh let him swim here at
- 22:46Speaker 1: the pool and the complex anymore? What we got him
- 22:49Speaker 1: from me? Your son? I mean He swims there pretty
- 22:54Speaker 1: much every every every other day. You know, I'm always
- 22:56Speaker 1: here seeing him swim. But it seems like, you know,
- 23:00Speaker 1: we've been trying to figure out who it is your
- 23:02Speaker 1: your fun keep peeing in the pool pool ma'am. I
- 23:09Speaker 1: don't want to get into it with you, your son,
- 23:11Speaker 1: And we finally narrowed it down. Your son is the
- 23:13Speaker 1: one that's pining in the pool every day, and you
- 23:16Speaker 1: know it's really a bad thing. Uh. We can't continue
- 23:19Speaker 1: to keep letting them come over here. We gotta ban
- 23:21Speaker 1: him from the pool. My son don't pool. We ain't
- 23:24Speaker 1: nashed it like this. Did you check that he's gonna
- 23:28Speaker 1: say it's my thumb and in the pool? Well, your
- 23:30Speaker 1: son is the one to be making faces and stuff,
- 23:32Speaker 1: and I know that's what he's doing here in their pin.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Your son is the one that's pin making faces. He'd
- 23:38Speaker 1: be making faces, so I know here and their peace
- 23:41Speaker 1: I got to do with you should be making faces.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Come to something you're gonna saying in the pool making face.
- 23:49Speaker 1: I'm not gonna go back lasting like that. I teach
- 23:52Speaker 1: my kids better than that. He ain't been a pool later.
- 23:55Speaker 1: I'm not gonna all I'm saying is he can't come
- 23:57Speaker 1: over here and swim anymore. He's bad from the pool
- 24:00Speaker 1: until we rectify this problem not paying. When he's gonna
- 24:04Speaker 1: be in the pool and we all pool, we are
- 24:08Speaker 1: gonna be there. And that's a mind made of fact.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I'm saying, I'm kids to the pool. No, we're not
- 24:12Speaker 1: a man. I'm not gonna city and go back and
- 24:15Speaker 1: forth with you all. I'm trying to tell you it
- 24:16Speaker 1: was just right here. Your son has been peeing in
- 24:19Speaker 1: the pool. My boss wants me to bear him. If
- 24:22Speaker 1: he's not the one, then we will allow him to
- 24:24Speaker 1: come back later. But right now with singling people out
- 24:27Speaker 1: and your sons, you know, it just seems like he's
- 24:30Speaker 1: the one that's doing it. What's your name? Was? My
- 24:33Speaker 1: name is Glen. I'm glean in the lifeguard. That's who
- 24:35Speaker 1: I am. Now what's your real name? Then? What that
- 24:40Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be calling? You ain't got a little
- 24:41Speaker 1: bit this call of my I'm talking about myself, No fool,
- 24:45Speaker 1: how you neverthing to get I'm not at liberty to
- 24:47Speaker 1: give my last name. The bottom line is we can't
- 24:51Speaker 1: in the bottom what but she like me to come,
- 24:55Speaker 1: but you can't give me all the money. Okay, listen,
- 24:57Speaker 1: I'm not All I'm supposed to do is call you
- 24:59Speaker 1: and you know that we're banned in your son from
- 25:01Speaker 1: getting in the pool. What you're talking about, You can't
- 25:05Speaker 1: banning my father dreading the life board. Get a real
- 25:09Speaker 1: job or summer job. Do you got a job and
- 25:12Speaker 1: call him? You said you know what. You ain't goody
- 25:16Speaker 1: and you can't stop nobody's come next pool and we're
- 25:19Speaker 1: gonna be damn though tomorrow again. And if you did
- 25:23Speaker 1: you do your job to clean it. Man, let me
- 25:27Speaker 1: say this to you. If your son comes to the
- 25:29Speaker 1: pool tomorrow and get in the pool, I'm snatching your
- 25:32Speaker 1: son out of the pool. I'm less you running. I
- 25:35Speaker 1: wish you word because you don't need a lifeguard trying
- 25:39Speaker 1: a pool. I wish you would. What what kind of problem?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Open At ten o'clock, we're gonna be there nine start today.
- 25:47Speaker 1: You got me up, come out. You gonna snatch my
- 25:50Speaker 1: son out of pool? You know mine? Everybody pool? Yeah?
- 25:56Speaker 1: Mine liked The problem is what I've heard. It's been
- 25:59Speaker 1: sing it out all the other kids, appointing us and
- 26:02Speaker 1: saying he's the one that's doing it. Your son is
- 26:04Speaker 1: the one that's being you. He's clear and whatever whatever.
- 26:09Speaker 1: For right now, all I'm asking is is keep your
- 26:12Speaker 1: son away from the pool for the next two weeks.
- 26:14Speaker 1: If we found out that it's not him, will allow
- 26:16Speaker 1: him to come back. Okay, ain't me. He ain't saying
- 26:19Speaker 1: over pool for two weeks. And if you do, he's
- 26:21Speaker 1: gonna come back and do for most pool. I'm just
- 26:24Speaker 1: having a whole two weeks and go back to that.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Come about my son to cool. You can tell you
- 26:29Speaker 1: about his face. You said what you said, you find
- 26:34Speaker 1: me life, you watch then the pool. You know you
- 26:39Speaker 1: must not know what you're talking to. I will be
- 26:42Speaker 1: there and as a model me and I don't fight
- 26:44Speaker 1: my kids and they don't the pool too. Don't bring
- 26:48Speaker 1: it a little kids go without getting him in the pool.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. Don't you bring them kids
- 26:52Speaker 1: over there and bring in the pool. No, none of
- 26:54Speaker 1: your children. I don't give it. And what you say,
- 26:57Speaker 1: you don't run get really no, lady, listen, lady, I'm
- 27:03Speaker 1: not gonna go continue to go back and forth. I
- 27:05Speaker 1: got one more thing I need to say to you
- 27:06Speaker 1: what I'm done. I'm gray. One more thing that I'm done.
- 27:09Speaker 1: You ain't got to say to me, I do I
- 27:11Speaker 1: want to saying. I do need to say to you
- 27:12Speaker 1: what you're about to say to me. I need to
- 27:15Speaker 1: say this. This is left you Tommy from the Steve
- 27:18Speaker 1: Harby Morning Show. You just got Frank from your home board.
- 27:25Speaker 1: You hello, o kid, look at man, look it up
- 27:36Speaker 1: timing doctor man. You wout to get this right this? Yeah,
- 27:42Speaker 1: I played too much. Yeah, I know you gonna played
- 27:44Speaker 1: too black little place for nothing. I'm walking towards now.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I thought you was coming to the pool tomorrow. I
- 27:53Speaker 1: was coming to the office today and they stay. It
- 27:56Speaker 1: was opening the poecot. I'll to tell me, I don't
- 27:58Speaker 1: come my fos by myself. Then too was for the
- 28:01Speaker 1: common Now take care of them kids, baby. I got
- 28:05Speaker 1: one more thing. I got to ask you, what is
- 28:07Speaker 1: the baddest radio show in the land. All right, that's
- 28:17Speaker 1: very ignorant. What can you stay after that? What can
- 28:21Speaker 1: you say? Just watch yourself while you're like, while you're
- 28:25Speaker 1: on tour with Mama's Boy. Please out there out there
- 28:33Speaker 1: for sure? So have you calmed down? Mr Harvey? I'm fine,
- 28:39Speaker 1: I say, Remember, I'm I two six stands. That's different.
- 28:47Speaker 1: I can't believe he said. He went behind me because
- 28:49Speaker 1: I had figs. But and you know what, you know
- 28:52Speaker 1: how he goes to the stage every when he passes out,
- 28:55Speaker 1: we get the biggest finger by the door and he
- 28:58Speaker 1: knocks on the door from state and it leans in
- 29:02Speaker 1: and get you know, you think you good job than
- 29:05Speaker 1: you but sick. And when we started happened the people
- 29:14Speaker 1: who don't know how we knew he ain't. All the
- 29:19Speaker 1: other writers who you give your friend what you've got
- 29:27Speaker 1: your friends, we worried the day we don't get your finger,
- 29:33Speaker 1: nay to day we would. But I'm happy. But I'm
- 29:38Speaker 1: happy that since you guys have been working there, nothing
- 29:40Speaker 1: has happened. No crisis, no nohing, nothing Junior out here
- 29:45Speaker 1: it's a lot warm man great great weather. When the
- 29:49Speaker 1: weather change is really cool, it's not good for Junior.
- 29:52Speaker 1: And then Jay is right next to the shell who
- 29:56Speaker 1: only cooks healthy food. They ain't nothing he can get
- 29:58Speaker 1: sick on't you know? I watched j too, But when
- 30:03Speaker 1: I see him with a suite, I'm not going at
- 30:05Speaker 1: his hand. Yeah, purpose, but you pick it up after Florid, Well,
- 30:12Speaker 1: you don't get to be that weighting at old just
- 30:14Speaker 1: letting foods it on the float you got to pick
- 30:21Speaker 1: it up. Got to pick it up. I can't believe
- 30:28Speaker 1: you said that. What. Alright, coming up at the top
- 30:32Speaker 1: of the hour, miss Anne will be here. A lot
- 30:35Speaker 1: of stuff going on in the news and the headlines
- 30:37Speaker 1: and everything. She's on top of all of that. Alright,
- 30:40Speaker 1: So stick around, we'll be right back. You hit that
- 30:44Speaker 1: MS and is coming up. You're listening to the Steve
- 30:47Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Boy, Oh boy. Days after saying she's
- 30:51Speaker 1: retired from politics, Hillary Clinton has let loose in an
- 30:55Speaker 1: interview with MSNBC's Rachel Matta. Among other things, yeah, Mrs
- 31:00Speaker 1: Clinton says she believes President Trump poses a threat to
- 31:03Speaker 1: the country. She said that all during the campaign trail
- 31:06Speaker 1: she hasn't changed on that. The former Democratic presidential nominee
- 31:10Speaker 1: said Trump and the people around him are a clear
- 31:13Speaker 1: and present danger to American democracy and the rule of law.
- 31:17Speaker 1: And no, that's not all. She also described Trump as
- 31:20Speaker 1: someone who admires the authoritarian leaders, adding that Mr Trump
- 31:25Speaker 1: doesn't just admire Russian President Vladimir Putin, but Trump would
- 31:30Speaker 1: like to be putent, she says. She also offered that
- 31:33Speaker 1: he wants to have a kind of power, that kind
- 31:35Speaker 1: of power that Putin has that is largely unaccountable. Yeah.
- 31:40Speaker 1: She also said that Trump is someone who doesn't listen,
- 31:43Speaker 1: pursues his own interests, and is emotionally reactive. Uh. Speaking
- 31:47Speaker 1: of reactive behavior, Amazon is getting a lot of criticism
- 31:51Speaker 1: for removing negative reviews of Clinton's new book, It's called
- 31:55Speaker 1: What Happened. Amazon has admitted that it removed one star
- 31:59Speaker 1: reviews of the object and in a statement that its
- 32:02Speaker 1: policy is to remove reviews that violate Amazon's community guidelines.
- 32:06Speaker 1: People who buy books on Amazon can post reviews of
- 32:09Speaker 1: one to five stars, with one being, of course the worst.
- 32:13Speaker 1: It was Amazon six best selling non fiction title last week.
- 32:17Speaker 1: It's Amazon. Do you want to take them off the
- 32:19Speaker 1: bad ones? That? That's what they can do. They own
- 32:21Speaker 1: it is then, and they don't want anything bad on
- 32:24Speaker 1: that athing. You know, it's probably Trump put the review
- 32:27Speaker 1: of Trump, you know, I mean the book. Her writing
- 32:33Speaker 1: a book is not that big of a deal. I mean,
- 32:35Speaker 1: you know, look, the bigger thing is you're not the president,
- 32:39Speaker 1: and you're not the president for various reasons. Not Comy
- 32:42Speaker 1: may have said something to do with this, but I
- 32:44Speaker 1: think the Democrats just made a huge mistake, a huge blunder.
- 32:48Speaker 1: In the way they ran the campaign, not what you
- 32:51Speaker 1: need to do in order to grow from this. If
- 32:53Speaker 1: the Democrats hope to learn anything, is that Mitchell mistake.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You can't blame Trump for everything, just like he can't
- 33:00Speaker 1: blame Obama for everything, even though he is. But even
- 33:03Speaker 1: here's a deal. If you if you point the thing
- 33:06Speaker 1: at the Trump is the reason you're not president. He's
- 33:11Speaker 1: the president, and you have no you have no chance
- 33:13Speaker 1: of growth. The problem is what did the Democrats do wrong?
- 33:17Speaker 1: And if the Democrats don't fix it, they're gonna repeat
- 33:20Speaker 1: it again. And right now, all we're doing right now
- 33:25Speaker 1: is the same thing that the Republicans did when Obama
- 33:29Speaker 1: was president. They spent all their time hating everything Obama
- 33:34Speaker 1: did and they did not prepare a candidate for the election. Now,
- 33:39Speaker 1: guess what we're doing. We're blaming Donald Trump for everything. Oh,
- 33:42Speaker 1: he's messing up, but we're blaming him for everything. And
- 33:46Speaker 1: guess what, who do you think can run for president
- 33:50Speaker 1: of the United States in the next election? Who do
- 33:53Speaker 1: you think right now? And if the Democrats don't address that,
- 33:56Speaker 1: they're going to run into the exact same thing that
- 33:59Speaker 1: the Republicans wound up with. And when they when they
- 34:02Speaker 1: set them six team bumbling nothing people up there. Jack
- 34:07Speaker 1: Bush was their best shop and nobody wanted another Bush.
- 34:11Speaker 1: The boy down there from Florida. Rubio called him a
- 34:15Speaker 1: choke artist. That ended his career. Then they took the
- 34:17Speaker 1: boy out of Texas. Uh. The pair crew talk about
- 34:22Speaker 1: his wife and a damn daddy made a punk out
- 34:26Speaker 1: of him, that got rid of him, and then he
- 34:29Speaker 1: ended up supporting Trump being cast. They ain't about to
- 34:32Speaker 1: put another black and that not after man. Yeah, I
- 34:39Speaker 1: can't think of one Democrat off the top of my
- 34:41Speaker 1: head right now. So now you know, and that's what
- 34:45Speaker 1: they need to start doing. But they're doing the same thing.
- 34:48Speaker 1: All they're doing is talking about what this man ain't. Well,
- 34:51Speaker 1: we know what he ain't know that they're gonna do him. Yeah,
- 34:58Speaker 1: they're gonna do Corey Booker, They're gonna do it. They're
- 35:02Speaker 1: gonna do it. He's got to come together now with him.
- 35:05Speaker 1: But whoever he is, they're gonna have to go in
- 35:08Speaker 1: there with a little bit. I don't even think you
- 35:09Speaker 1: gotta have a better record with your personal life now,
- 35:12Speaker 1: because if you can say you can grab them and
- 35:13Speaker 1: buy the p and make it to the white house.
- 35:15Speaker 1: I'm not on I got introduced. Gentlemen, she's here and trip,
- 35:27Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, this is and tried with the news.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Folks in Eastern Caribbean find themselves in the path of
- 35:31Speaker 1: yet another powerful storm. Her came Maria grew into a
- 35:34Speaker 1: Category five overnight just before making landfall on the so
- 35:37Speaker 1: called Nature Island, Dominica. Packing one hundred sixty mile for
- 35:40Speaker 1: our winds. Her came re expected to hit Puerto Rico
- 35:43Speaker 1: tomorrow before going on to the Dominican Republic. Puerto Rico
- 35:46Speaker 1: opened shelters yesterday began dismantedly building cranes and other things
- 35:49Speaker 1: that could be toppled by high winds. The National Hurricane
- 35:52Speaker 1: Centers Davis Olinsky says preparation is the key. Too early
- 35:56Speaker 1: to say exactly where the center will be um so
- 35:59Speaker 1: interest in all of the areas that are under hurricane
- 36:02Speaker 1: morning and watches should be preparing as if the center
- 36:05Speaker 1: might come directly to that. Lancy says Maria should hit
- 36:07Speaker 1: Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands sometime tomorrow morning. President
- 36:10Speaker 1: Trump makes his first major speech later today before the
- 36:13Speaker 1: UN General Assembly, although it's not fully known what he's
- 36:16Speaker 1: going to talk about. He is expected to say something
- 36:18Speaker 1: about North Korea and at least expand on something he
- 36:20Speaker 1: said yesterday, encourage all Member states to look at ways
- 36:25Speaker 1: to take bold stands at the United Nations with an
- 36:28Speaker 1: eye towards changing business as usual and not being behold
- 36:33Speaker 1: two ways of the past which we're not working. In St. Louis,
- 36:38Speaker 1: yesterday there were reports of a protest fourth Day over
- 36:41Speaker 1: the clearing of a white X cop and the shooting
- 36:43Speaker 1: death of a young black many year Anthony Lamar Smith,
- 36:46Speaker 1: shot to death inven And during the trial, prosecutors say
- 36:49Speaker 1: Stokely was heard saying quote, I'm gonna kill this mother effa.
- 36:52Speaker 1: But Stokely was nevertheless acquitted for the black community. This
- 36:55Speaker 1: comes on the heels of the release of another police
- 36:57Speaker 1: dash camp, this one in Georgia, where a white Cobb
- 37:00Speaker 1: County cops says is her trying to calm a white
- 37:03Speaker 1: woman down by who he just pulled over. He wants
- 37:05Speaker 1: her to call her friends and let them know she's
- 37:07Speaker 1: going to jail. But as you can hear, she's afraid
- 37:09Speaker 1: your phone in your Remember we only black people, yeah,
- 37:23Speaker 1: black people, right? Yeah. That comment came only four days
- 37:26Speaker 1: after a man named philandroper Stile was shot to death
- 37:28Speaker 1: black cop in Minnesota, cop who was also eventually acquitted.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Today is respect yourself. That's right. Twenty minutes after the hour,
- 37:37Speaker 1: you Deena Butterfly comments, stay tune the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 37:40Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Okay, before
- 37:44Speaker 1: we start what you need? Could you could you bring
- 37:48Speaker 1: me in without Steve Harvey? And do you know the
- 37:53Speaker 1: butter because I do, Thank you, Steve. That was great. Yeah.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Let him just sit over there. Shirley Carlin, good morning.
- 38:05Speaker 1: I have got to tell you about something. What. I
- 38:08Speaker 1: have a new I've turned up my new leaf. I'm
- 38:12Speaker 1: doing something different. I have a new group. That mean
- 38:14Speaker 1: it's a singing group. It's called five Shower Boys. Oh
- 38:18Speaker 1: my god, listen and we all sing in it's in
- 38:22Speaker 1: it's water coming down, I would singing you. It's Felix Sebastian,
- 38:25Speaker 1: Lorenzo Fabian exactly. And our first album is Steamy Souls,
- 38:31Speaker 1: Steamy South. You gotta let me know which one do
- 38:33Speaker 1: you think is a a single. It's gonna either be
- 38:35Speaker 1: um rubbing that up, are soaping SuDS or slippery dimpos?
- 38:41Speaker 1: Which one do you like? Boys soaping. My new group
- 38:45Speaker 1: doing hey ja, because you're block you went to the listen.
- 38:48Speaker 1: My new group is called five Shower Boys. We all
- 38:51Speaker 1: sing in from the shower because we sound better that way. Anyway.
- 38:54Speaker 1: It's Felix Sebastian, Lorenzo Fabian and myself and the name
- 38:58Speaker 1: of the first album is Steam Souls. Okay, so we
- 39:02Speaker 1: have three songs that choose from. That's gonna be our single.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Rubbing Up are Soaping, SuDS are Slippery dampol Yeah you
- 39:12Speaker 1: have a question. Yeah, but I don't do a song

- 39:18Speaker 1: in the shower because we sound better. You're not naked now,
- 39:22Speaker 1: not at So you have to get your minds out
- 39:24Speaker 1: of the gutter my mind. Five guys in the shower
- 39:30Speaker 1: saying lead. It's a big shower, you know. Yeah, I
- 39:34Speaker 1: seen Lee, I don't see no bad cup. I like

- 40:35Speaker 1: See that it's gonna be a go. We're gonna work.
- 40:37Speaker 1: We're gonna happen. Butterfly, we have to go. Okay, let

- 48:56Speaker 1: is Remy, sir. I'm with bp E t MC. What
- 48:59Speaker 1: we're doing is we have a petition we're trying to
- 49:01Speaker 1: get signed throughout the black community, uh of some things
- 49:04Speaker 1: that we're trying to actually help out in the black community.
- 49:08Speaker 1: So b P E t MC, is that actually an
- 49:10Speaker 1: organization and we're trying to actually uh save some things
- 49:13Speaker 1: in the black community. What's it? What's the what is that?
- 49:16Speaker 1: What's that stand for? What's the here is that BT?
- 49:18Speaker 1: What is that for? B P E t MC is
- 49:22Speaker 1: is uh black people eat too much chicken? And what
- 49:26Speaker 1: we're trying to do? You got kidding me? Man, man,
- 49:30Speaker 1: this is this is Remy sir. We're trying to get
- 49:32Speaker 1: you all to actually sign a petition. What's going on
- 49:34Speaker 1: is black people are buying too much chicken? Got kidding me? Man?

- 49:42Speaker 1: am Caucasian, sir, Yes, Now, why are you calling me
- 49:45Speaker 1: with this? But what we're trying to do is we're
- 49:48Speaker 1: trying to get how do you get my number? First
- 49:50Speaker 1: of all, Actually we're getting we're getting numbers from supermarkets
- 49:53Speaker 1: that are letting us know, uh, the people maybe my
- 49:58Speaker 1: phone man thought about the the chicken man. Okay, sir.
- 50:06Speaker 1: What we're trying to do is get you guys to
- 50:07Speaker 1: cut back on buying chicken. You're talking about you guys. Well,
- 50:12Speaker 1: the black community is the black community. You've got going
- 50:15Speaker 1: with it? We can't get to have it, then I'll
- 50:18Speaker 1: be calling my phone the man. Hello, Hello, I'm trying
- 50:23Speaker 1: to reach Valerie a vow shape. How can I help you?
- 50:27Speaker 1: All right, my name is Remy. I'm with BP E
- 50:31Speaker 1: t MC. How you doing. I'm doing fine and I'm
- 50:35Speaker 1: very well, ma'am. Listen, what we're trying to do is, uh,
- 50:37Speaker 1: if I take a little bit of your time, we're
- 50:39Speaker 1: trying to actually get a survey signed by people in
- 50:43Speaker 1: the black community. We're actually trying to help out in
- 50:45Speaker 1: the black community. But the organization is bp E t MC,
- 50:49Speaker 1: and what this is is blackness. What is that? Uh,
- 50:52Speaker 1: that's that's black people eat too much chicken. So what
- 50:55Speaker 1: we're doing is we're trying to get black say that
- 51:00Speaker 1: my time for me. Black people eat too much chicken.
- 51:03Speaker 1: You see, there's been a shortage in chicken. So what
- 51:05Speaker 1: we're trying to do is get black people in chicken.
- 51:09Speaker 1: And you want to do a survey, well, we want
- 51:12Speaker 1: what we want you guys to do with sign a
- 51:13Speaker 1: petition that you're not gonna eat anymore chicken this year.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Why does it make sense? We just s don't eat chicken.
- 51:19Speaker 1: You know, we eat beef, we eat steaky, eat fish.
- 51:22Speaker 1: I don't see you're trying to part that off the market. Now,
- 51:25Speaker 1: why would you want to telling us not to to
- 51:28Speaker 1: eat chicken? And we eat other stuff too? What are
- 51:30Speaker 1: you getting your because this doesn't make any sense. The
- 51:34Speaker 1: test study, man, was over chicken, and it just seems
- 51:36Speaker 1: like that this study. Who did this test study? Well
- 51:40Speaker 1: we did, man, we're BPE TMC. And what we're after
- 51:43Speaker 1: doing the test study, we did realize that the black
- 51:46Speaker 1: people are the ones that testy just do a to
- 51:49Speaker 1: do black people I mean, did you use white people?
- 51:52Speaker 1: But white people eat chicken too, and she says that
- 51:54Speaker 1: about diets and stuff. Okay, man, well that Asian? What
- 51:58Speaker 1: about the Hispanic did you use them? Okay, ma'am, listen,
- 52:02Speaker 1: what the bottom line is. Our first study is black people,
- 52:05Speaker 1: and what we're trying to do is get you guys
- 52:07Speaker 1: to cut back on each Yes, Daddy should be everybody.
- 52:10Speaker 1: This is something when should get my number from man?
- 52:12Speaker 1: We got you. We got numbers from the supermarkets that
- 52:15Speaker 1: people that number from No supermarkets. I don't give my
- 52:18Speaker 1: number to no supermarket. This is gonna mak a me.
- 52:20Speaker 1: Damn sense you're calling me, interrupting me about something like this.
- 52:24Speaker 1: This is this bottom line, ma'am. You know you don't
- 52:27Speaker 1: tell me. You're not telling me what the hair I can't.
- 52:31Speaker 1: You don't mine, You're gone them push this up. Yes,
- 52:35Speaker 1: you do, calling somebody telling them that black people eat
- 52:39Speaker 1: too much? You and your partition. Would you like to
- 52:43Speaker 1: hear what the survey is actually saying. No, I don't
- 52:45Speaker 1: want to hear that the survey is actually saying, because
- 52:47Speaker 1: what you're saying about a whole bunch, But the survey
- 52:51Speaker 1: is saying that this is Nephew Tommy from the Steve
- 52:53Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Valerie, this is nephew Tommy, baby brothers God.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Oh all right, there you have it. Nephew tom You
- 53:16Speaker 1: Frank phone called too much. It's never. You can never
- 53:18Speaker 1: have too much chicken. I never heard black people say
- 53:22Speaker 1: that you can win too much up barbecue chicken, baby
- 53:31Speaker 1: chicken chicken. Oh hopefuls is too hot. It's way too damn.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Why do you say that? Because I bought some soup
- 53:44Speaker 1: from Whole Food. I paid twelve dollars and forty nine
- 53:49Speaker 1: cent for a lottle container of soup. The camel. It
- 53:53Speaker 1: was okay, but it was twelve dollars. I couldn't really
- 53:56Speaker 1: enjoy it. First of all, come on, Steve, like you
- 54:02Speaker 1: don't have money, Whole Food costs more to shop at
- 54:07Speaker 1: than a regular grocery store. Now you can either pay
- 54:11Speaker 1: a little extra money that it costs to eat the
- 54:13Speaker 1: groceries are you can pay to medical bills for eating
- 54:16Speaker 1: the wrong stuff soup. Just listen at that. Your first
- 54:24Speaker 1: listen to what I'm saying. That is seven sixties. You
- 54:34Speaker 1: let the stop was I'm telling you was really? Oh
- 54:45Speaker 1: you're vegan? Now I forgot don't call me that in
- 54:47Speaker 1: that All right? Listen, Coming up next, it's today's Stubber
- 55:00Speaker 1: How much was? We'll be back right after this. You're
- 55:10Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Today. Strawberry Letters
- 55:14Speaker 1: up next. It's a good one. You do not want
- 55:16Speaker 1: to miss it. But first today, President Trump continued to
- 55:19Speaker 1: assess the storm damage in Florida last week. The President
- 55:23Speaker 1: spoke in Fort Myers, Wh's spoken Naples. Trump praise first
- 55:27Speaker 1: responders for their work after Hurricane Irma. He also committed
- 55:30Speaker 1: members of the Coast Guard and FEMA. Hurricane Irma caused extensive,
- 55:35Speaker 1: widespread damage in Florida. We saw it. A lot of
- 55:38Speaker 1: people are still cleaning up. They still don't have power
- 55:40Speaker 1: down there. The President and first his first lady greeted
- 55:44Speaker 1: those displaced due to the storm and handed out food.
- 55:47Speaker 1: They were also joined by Vice President Mike Pence. Now,
- 55:51Speaker 1: Trump has done over the past two weeks, two decent things.
- 55:56Speaker 1: He released the funds to help the hurricane victims when
- 56:00Speaker 1: we got with and he decided to rethink DACA. Doctor,
- 56:06Speaker 1: that's good. Those are two things he's done that Piecent, Yeah,
- 56:11Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more. Maybe something we wouldn't keep it going,
- 56:15Speaker 1: didn't He come back though, and then doubled down and
- 56:17Speaker 1: what he said about Charlotte's Oh yes. And after all that,
- 56:21Speaker 1: then he came back and said that it's like, uh,
- 56:24Speaker 1: as soon as he takes one step, Yes, yeah, I
- 56:28Speaker 1: mean he was down there feeding, he and Milannia down there,
- 56:31Speaker 1: you know, the first lady feeding you know, the people,
- 56:34Speaker 1: the victims in Florida of her. That's the part of
- 56:38Speaker 1: him that people having the trouble with. In order to
- 56:43Speaker 1: be a great leader, I was always taught that you
- 56:46Speaker 1: would have to have been a great servant. And if
- 56:49Speaker 1: you look at all the great leaders of our time
- 56:51Speaker 1: somewhere and they passed, they were great servants. Our president
- 56:55Speaker 1: has never lived in a servants capacity of any time.
- 57:01Speaker 1: So you cannot think that this man will suddenly have
- 57:05Speaker 1: all of this compassion and understanding at seventy of what
- 57:11Speaker 1: it is to all of a sudden service. He has
- 57:15Speaker 1: glimpses of it, you know, like, hey, le, don't worry
- 57:18Speaker 1: about what the Republicans say, here's the money for the victims. Okay, cool,
- 57:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna rethink, uh doctor Okay. But at the end
- 57:26Speaker 1: of the day, then here comes the Republican. No, no, no, hey,
- 57:29Speaker 1: we're gonna have to tie to tie this to border security. Now,
- 57:32Speaker 1: so now here comes the political side of it. But
- 57:36Speaker 1: this is the part that we have to understand. They've elected,
- 57:40Speaker 1: the people who voted for him, have voted and put
- 57:45Speaker 1: into office a man who does not have a great
- 57:49Speaker 1: service background. He's never been a servant. You. I don't
- 57:53Speaker 1: know if if he could be wrong, but somebody show
- 57:56Speaker 1: me where he's provided a service for people. He is
- 58:01Speaker 1: not from a service background anybody, authoritative, authoritarian type person.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Now he's rich and he holds the highest office in
- 58:13Speaker 1: the land. What we're getting, it's what he is, Okay, yeah,
- 58:19Speaker 1: and that's what the people voted for the campaign. This
- 58:22Speaker 1: power that's been awarded to him now allows him to
- 58:28Speaker 1: be more of who he really is. Because I've said
- 58:31Speaker 1: that about money. Money doesn't change you. Money allows you
- 58:35Speaker 1: to be more of who you really are. Now he's
- 58:38Speaker 1: had money, but now he's got this amazing power that
- 58:43Speaker 1: comes from being the president. And all of a sudden,
- 58:47Speaker 1: and now you're hearing stuff that's very unpresidential. It's just
- 58:50Speaker 1: not presidential language. It's just not anything that you're supposed
- 58:54Speaker 1: to say as president. I mean, he doesn't have he
- 58:58Speaker 1: doesn't try to fix it. He's going to continue to tweet.
- 59:05Speaker 1: He hasn't stop and it has no plans to stop tweeting.
- 59:09Speaker 1: As president. He said he was and he was campaigning.
- 59:12Speaker 1: He said he's going to be more presidential, yet he
- 59:15Speaker 1: hadn't done that. It out well, but here we are,
- 59:20Speaker 1: so yeah, yeah, Well my suggestion is vote, stay in
- 59:29Speaker 1: touch with your God. And I'm just going, whoever the
- 59:33Speaker 1: president is, you know, you ain't in charge of my life.
- 59:36Speaker 1: They prey up right. Yeah, he's the president. I respect
- 59:39Speaker 1: the office of the president. And that's it. And you know,
- 59:43Speaker 1: if you call do something wrong, I'm gonna call you
- 59:45Speaker 1: on it. Look, that's it. I won't be tweeting a
- 59:49Speaker 1: damn thing that I won't see something tweeting from Steve
- 59:56Speaker 1: arbre Just no good here. Well it was maybe your people,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: all right, Steve introduced this letter. Let's get to the
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter, Ladies and gentlemen. Straw letter. Oh boy, here
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: we go. This is crazy subject. Husband has lost his rap.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Dear Mr Harvey and Morning crew, I have an irritating
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: problem with my husband. I am so sick and tired
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: of my husband. Trying to be a rap artist. He
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: goes to the studio on his days off to record
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: some more of his music and quotations. My husband likes
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: to play the music he makes around the house, and
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: I am really tired of it. Now. I want to
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: hear Luther Vandrastana Marie or some jaheem, but no, I
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: got to keep hearing his weak attempt at musical genius.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: We have fiercely discussed how he is not making any
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: cash with his music, and we have discussed how I
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: despise him leaving me at night alone in the house
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: while he is staying out late with the boys at
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: the studio. My husband and still insists that one day
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: we will be kicking it with the rich and famous.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: I don't think any married man has any business walking
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: in the door at two a m. So drunk his
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: bowels release on himself and high as a kite. What
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: kind of music can be made like that? He's too
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: old now to get in the game. He has lost
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: his edge. We are now in our mid thirties. He's
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: really sensitive about this subject, very much like those less
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: talented people on American Idol who insists they are the bomb,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: but truly they aren't that good. I have tried to
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: discuss this with him, but he will not listen. He
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: insists that he's got what it takes and I am
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: being a hater. No, I don't hate on my husband.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: I want him to be a better bill payer. Yes,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: he is working two part time jobs and bringing home
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: a small check I couldn't have. I couldn't have had
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: a sweeter man for a husband. But like I said,
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: this rapping stuff at his age is just irritating. I
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: just want him to see reality for what it is,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: but I don't know how to get him to understand. Yes,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: I have completed my education, I have a well paying career,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: resulting in my success being a breadwinner for our family.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: We don't have children, and since I am handling everything
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: cook account and handywoman made, etcetera, I do not want
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: to add to my stress with the duties of motherhood,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: even though he wants children. A little advice would be
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: appreciated on how I need to handle this since this
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: stuff is getting on my nerves. Husband lost his rap.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: Dear husband lost his rap. Okay, your husband is trifling.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: He just really is, you know, um what he what
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: he's doing, has nothing to do with you, and it
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: has nothing to do with this marriage. I mean, this
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: is all about getting out the house on his part
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: and thinking he's young. Uh, you know what is getting
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: drunk and high and losing his bowels and all that.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: What does that have to do with being a rapper? Uh?
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Your husband is selfish. He's just absolutely selfish. She needs
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: to get a regular, full time job to help you
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: out in the house. Whole that. He's got his priorities
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: all all screwed up. All right, twelve minutes after we'll
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: be back you're listening to all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: we're part two of your response to today's letter subject
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: my husband has lost his rap you, Mr Harving, Morning Crew.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I have an irritating problem with my husband. I'm so
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: sick of tired of my husband trying to be a
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: rap artist. He goes to the study owner's days off
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: to record some more of his music. My husband likes
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: to play the music he makes around the house, and
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I'm really tired of it. Right now, I want to
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: hear Luther Vandros Tina Marie Orsome, John Heen, but no,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I gotta keep hearing his weak attempt at musical genius.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: We have fiercely discussed how he's not making any cash
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: with his music, and we have discussed how he's not
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: making discuss how he's not making him making any Steve
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: I lost one face. I'm not making any cash with
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: his music. We have discussed how I despise him leaving
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: me at night alone in the house while he is
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: staying out late with the boys at the studio. My
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: husband still insists that one day we will be kicking
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: it with the rich and famous. I don't think any
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: married man has any business walking in the door too.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Am so drunk his bows release on himself and high
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: as a kite. What kind of music can be made
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: like that. He's too old now to get in the game,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: and he has lost his edge. We are in our
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: mid thirties now. He's really sensitive about this subject, very
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: much like those less talented people on American Island who
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: insists they are the bomb, but truthfully they aren't that good.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: I've tried to discuss this with him, but he will
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: not listen. He insists that he's got what it takes,
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: and I'm being a hater. No, I don't hate on
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: my husband. I want him to be a better bill pair. Yes,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: he is working two part time jobs and bringing home
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: a small check. I couldn't have had a sweeter man
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: for a husband. But like I said, this rapping stuff
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: at his age is just irritating. I just want him
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: to see the reality of what it is, but I
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: don't know how to get him to understand. And yes,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: I have completed my education. I have a well paying
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: career resulting here myself being the bread winner for our family.
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: We don't have children, and since I'm handling everything cook, accounting, handy, woman, made, etcetera,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: I do not want to add to my stress with
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: the duties of motherhood, even though he wants children. A
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: little advice would be appreciated on how I need to
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: handle this since this stuff is getting on my nerves.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Since this rap stuff is getting on my nerves, husband
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: lost his rap well. First of all, interesting dilemma in
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: front of you, man, man, really, really, I don't know
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: what to say to yourself. This fool is too old,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: like you say, ain't no fool like an old food
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: and thirty something in the rap game is old, especially
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: when you're not established. If you're l L cou j
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: j z P Diddy, Lu to all of these boys.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Uh that's been in the game for a minute, then
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: coming It's okay, Snoop cue, but you cannot get in
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: the rap game at thirty five. Now to prove to
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: you that you're too old for this, you're hanging out
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: at the studio. Now, lady, you're paying for all of
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: this because your husband taking his little small checks and
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: buying studio time. That's probably why the young boys letting
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: him come in there, because they get studio time. They're
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: making tracks, they're letting him wrap on them. But all
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: they need is two tracks. They're gonna take his voice
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: off if you think he can't rap. Believe me, them
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: young boys in that as producing them beats know that
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: they're using him for for a studio time, and then
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: they're gonna take their tracks that they own and they're
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: gonna put them to somebody who really can wrap Your husband,
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: don't see that now he coming in the house, hi,
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: and he having by movements on himself and releasing on
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: So now what I think you ought to do is
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: you may have to just buy into this, support them.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: I have jotted down some names that would be nice
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: names for him. Now, some names that's already taken that
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: he could come up with. See when you thirty five
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: and just getting into rap game. A name like big
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Daddy Kane go it can be a good name for you.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Or Cool Mo Pete see not cool Mo d cool
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: Mo Pete since he coming in the house two o'clock
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: drunk DJ depends is another one. How about l L
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: that's a little late. See he could be he could be.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: He could be the new rap group n W n
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: W N N word what now? Or you could just
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: call pe t p TS part time because he got
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: two part time jobs. Now he part time. Or you
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: could call him oldt old time. It's thirty five. You
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: might have to buy into this thing with him, or
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: you could just call him big p because at two
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: o'clock in the morning, that's usually when you have your
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: biggest one. Excuse me when I wake up the head crazy.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: How about DJ clutis, Yeah, we come out. How about
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Dukie stick Duke This stick would be a good name
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: for him right here. How about Moses the Great, Moses
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: the Great, he could be the oldest rapper Moses. How
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: about oh a T like oh eight that did mean
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: you out of time? Out of time? Or you could
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: all he could call itself swap big swaps w A P.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: That's when you come in from smoking weed and pete FTL.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Far too late. Yeah, alright, Steve, we gotta go email
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: us your Instagram. What's your thoughts on today's Strawberry Letter

- 1:09:50Speaker 1: stand around in. Snap. He's dropping his own sneaker. It's
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: gonna cost, but you know somebody's gonna buy. He said
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: he's coming with the Uh lavarsis Lavarus. If you can

- 1:10:15Speaker 1: notice for show, but I thank the dad is smoke.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: We something all right coming up next at forty one
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: after we'll have a timeline for people who do not
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: go to work. Oh yeah, you're listening to Steve Harvey
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's go. You
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: have a timeline for just a sorry person. I got
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: a partner used to work with. I ain't gonna say
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: his name, Russell. You name though, Russell? Well, how do
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: we know his name? Russell? Hey? You for real? Right
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: now it's slipped out. We don't know. This is the time, Russell,
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: and this is what he would do. You ready? One
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: times a month, five times a month at least seven am,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: the alarm go off, hit the snooze, wake up at
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: seven forty five. I don't know who got a forty
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: five minutes news, but he had one put in special
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: on his clock eight o'clock. He would call in to
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: let us know he's running late. Not in his mind.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: Gotta give him thirty minutes, which means he gonna hit
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: the road, the highway at eight thirty. But he waits
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: to eight to make the phone. He's been up, but
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: he waits eight thirty a m. He in traffic. He
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: makes a second call back into us and the boss
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: to complain about how bad the traffic, which means he
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: may not make it to nine, which gives him another
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: thirty minute. But they really don't ever expect him to
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: tend third now since you don't have to be there
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: to ten thirty. Russell and took his ass and got
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: some break Russell sit down even breakfast. Somewhere around eleven thirty,
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Russell has now arrived at work. Man. He go immediately
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: to the supervisor's desk to complain about how bad the
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: traffic was. Then every time he at the desk, he
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: always makes sure he slips this phrase in Wow, look
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: at the time, Man, I gotta get to work like
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: he just come to it. He said fresh toulip. Wow, man,
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: look at the time I got. Yeah. Now, that's somewhere
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: around level forty five. Level forty five. He bs to
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: twelve answering emails, personal emails. Mostly he got to lunch
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: at twelve thirty. Wait a minute, lunch twelve Thirtysell Russ
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: because we were in sales. Russ taking to our lunch.
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: He back at two thirty. But then he makes sure
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: he stopped back by the supervisor's office, but this time
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: just to show us. Yeah, and you know, just some
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: some bs. Yes, that's bs. Conversation, how about them, cowboy,
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: I love it man badly about the people, and he's heir.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: Can ain't that same? Yeah? Yeah, it's always current events? Yeah, okay,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: all right, So now it's three thirty. Right. He gets
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: back to his desk, and he had the desk and
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: he played a game of poem on his computing poem
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: because back then that's all we have. He back at
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: his desk and he playing palm. He had deck of
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: cards and he played a little solitary which he always wants.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: He's gonna strick a card down in a row. Team
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: who hell wins team games? They didn't do personal emails
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: to about folk. Now turning to clock out, I got
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: to get the hell out of here. Now, this next
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: step of clocking out is very important. When he go
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: to the clock, he makes sure that the clock time
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: in says eight, so he gonna clock out it for yeah,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: because you know you need all them ours. I'm later,
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: ain't got nothing to do with how many hours. So
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: he had a little magnet and a screwdriver, and he
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: could take the magnet and put it on the face
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: of the clock and turn their hands and the screwdriver
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: blocked it from clicking. Then as soon as it said eight,
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: he slid a card in a tin and getting my
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: eight o'clock. Yes, that's a lot of work. Put his
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: lazy five times a month and that right there. You
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: think that was hard, that's what Russ say. Put in
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: another hard day. Man, come by, same thing, same same
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: thing all over again. Now he don't do too in
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: a row. Spread him out. This is all this fried man,
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: And traffic was bad getting in here, man, and something. Man,
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: it really happened, and he took all current events and
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: made him affect him like right now if he was
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: at work, I ain't gonna be making in man. I
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: got some people just came in from Houston staying in mind.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: But in Cleveland. Oh my god. Alright, that was that
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: was really good. It started at seven in the morning
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: all day. Coming up next, the one and only Steve
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Harvey is here. We're gonna talk about Game of Throne. Yeah,
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: we'll be back. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Show.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: All right, here we go. First of all, let me
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: let me set it up this way, because producers on
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: the Game of Throne set are really getting serious right now.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: This is the last season. Next season okay. Uh. And
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: they don't think anyone on the entire Game of Throne
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: set can be trusted. Okay, no one, they say, not
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: the cats, not the crew, no one, not the locals
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: where they shoot the show. No one. So production of
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: the final season. As production of the final season approach
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: is uh, they're saying, let it be known that Game
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: of Thrones will shoot many, many endings. They may shoot
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: three endings, they may shoot five endings, maybe more than that,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: because they don't want the endings to leak. They don't
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: want it to get out. Okay, you know they want
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: to uphold the hollyday. They want us to wait till
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: the Yeah. But let me tell you what can you want?
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: Me tell you what's gonna happen on Game of Throne?
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: Anybody want to know? Come? Okay, this is Steve's year
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: in review of Game of Throne. Did we know that
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: the Walking Dead is on the way for the Big walk? Yes?
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: And everybody joined forces, then came to her rabbit ass
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: man finally joined with the white girl with the blonde hair,
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: with the dragon. You might as well sign up for
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: this dragging dragons jump on your end. Who's gonna sit
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: there here? And with this heaver with the dragon she
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: had three she had lost. On the Walking Dead, they
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: got a spill but they found that could kill a dragon,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: and the stabb him and he went down and then
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: they shot him up with a bunch of and he
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: fell in the walk but the dead people to drug
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: his ass. I have a question. Question, go ahead. So
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: there Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, these shows have
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: combined white white Walkers. The white Walkers, which is dead
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: people that can walk. They mad too, then however, they died.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: That's how they stayed all headed everything cloth burnard. So
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: they didn't drug the dragon out the wall. Now the
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: head or white walker and went over there and touched him,
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: then drag his eyes and open up. Come back. He
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: comes back, but he got but he got blue eyes.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: And yeah, so anyway, they don't shut down and bark
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: one of them dead people to seriously uh so she
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: could see it. He ran right at her ass and
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: then the big mangalored dude chain yoked his ass and
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: tightened him up. So to do with you patch the
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: patch of skin and burn off his head on. He's
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: strong as hell. He didn't choke change as I asked him.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Went over there and stabbing with these special black rocks.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: That's the dragon dragon knife. There's three dragons, three dragons.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: They were white people got a dragon, and then the
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: other people got killed. White walker's got one of the
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: white the white people. I'm kind of getting an understanding
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: because what I'm trying to help. The white people have
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: a dragon and the other white people got to dragon.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: Have you ever heard of black person with Okay, nobody
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: black has a drag in the history of storage time
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: it was a black man, five breathing dragon. You know
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: the hell we will put them under and we had
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: a damn dragon for anyway, we keep going keeping okay,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: So now they don't all got together for the big
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: wats coming. They wasn't gonna do it. I'm not gonna
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: side with her. I don't trust her when she should
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: have sicked them dragons on that but them dragons when
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: she flew in on that dragon, that tighten everybody draws up.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Everybody got a little tighter when the dragon flew in.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: So now there and they talking. Not a little man
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: and went over there and talked to his sister and
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: talked out of it. So now they're all on the
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: same page. But now here comes the White Walkers coming
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: across the ice. Now they didn't got to the wall.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: Where the where the just wall? That's the one he won't.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: He won't the same height. And he wanted out of
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: ice too. And he's trying to figure out how you
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: and get Mexico to get the ice machine down or
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: they can be on the wall like they got done.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Now now here comes the white Walkers cross the ice
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: to the wall. It's the bigger water, bigger than the wall,
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: because that was one. That's the one. Trump Walter. He
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: want the same wall and thro ice and everything. Another question,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: Hold up, Now it's gonna be hard to get this
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: ice down in Mexico, Arizona and Texis. How does it end?
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: How does it? How does it is? But damn it.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: He's going to court to get enough money to get
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: these ice machines done here and the wall and the wall,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: and he gonna bring in the Wilanders to build the wall.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: The Mexican man, they're not building a damn thing. Another question,
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: are there any black pep on Game of Throne? Not?
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: He died one day. They want the one that was
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: on that It killed your because they locked him up. Yeah,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: tune go on whatever pay for this wall. That's what
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: that was my question. Well, now that's where we're gonna have.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: Mexico is gonna pay for the Mexico ain't paying for
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: the wall. That why they're gonna he gonna bring in
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: the wild they're going and they're gonna Franko, they waiting
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: how they're closed. I don't know how they're gonna be
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: on the wall down in Mexico with all that sheep
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: first zail things. So now what's gonna happen is the
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: war is coming, right, Yeah, I predict that. What's gonna happen.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: They're gonna bring that big blue eyed, blue fried breathing
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: dragon passed the wall. Then what they're gonna do is
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: they're gonna come and attack the people. But the white
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: lady with the blonde had to find tag area. Yeah, Helen,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: I'm not watching this really, it's fine. Just you know,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: just yeah, you know a lot of ugly people on
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: the ship, most people on this show. When the dragon
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: see his mama, he gonna be yeah, kill his mama,
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: and his mama gonna just look at him and put
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: that mama stare on, and the dragon gonna turn around
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: and burn all their so set forward, were gonna turn
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: around and kill all the white Walkers. Spoiler Alerty, we'll
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: be back at twenty after you're listening to the Steve
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, Kevin Kanye plan a labor party.
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: I've never heard of this before, but they're gonna plan one. Yeah,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: as you guys, as you guys, Yeah, thank you. That's
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: the truth. I believe Kevin and Kanye are expecting their
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: third child. This time be a surrogate because you know,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: Kim has so many problems with her pregnancy, so they
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: want when they do uh yeah, they pay a woman
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: that you know, there are women that call themselves surrogates.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: They carry the baby for you if you have a problem,
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: you know, you plant your seeds in the eggs in
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: her body and Kim carries egg and spurned their DNA is.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: This is their baby. But Kim can't carry the bab
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: because she's had some basically can't carry with her with
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: her with her pregnancies, and so they have a surrogate.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: A lot of people in Hollywood do it too. A
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: lot of people in Hollywood do that any anyway, back
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: to the back, back to the labor party. They're having
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: a labor party um and they're apparently do all They're
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: doing all they can to enjoy the experience. It's been
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: reported that the couple is planning this party. Kim's previous
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: pregnancies were very difficult. She couldn't have extra family in
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: the room as she gave birth, while their close family
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: won't be in the room as the surrogate goes into labor.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Kim and Kanye planned to rent out guest rooms nearby
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: to buy the delivery suite so they can be a
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: part of the process. Okay, interesting, Yeah, I mean I
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: wish him the best, So I'm just talking about because
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: I like her. Oh, I love them. If you sign
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: an agreement with a surrogate mother and then something happened
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: with the baby, like something wrong, you dude, what how
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: does that work? You have to take the baby? How
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: does that work? Well? You know what? I don't know.
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: Can't you mean? You still if the baby they change
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: their mind? They don't, won't it now? You Kim and
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: Kanye or the surahgate decides that she doesn't want to
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: give them the baby both. But if what happens, if
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: Kim and Kanye decide they don't want a baby, well,
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: don't they they have to go up for adoption, like,
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: because people who have children get their children away. That
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: has happened. It has happened. But they signed an agreement
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: and Kim and Kanye, this is their baby, this is
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: their DNA. So the suragant is carrying the baby. It's
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: not the suraganst baby to keep. If you're what you're asking,
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: if something's wrong with the baby, Like, Okay, I didn't
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: mean to say that. Okay, that's not a birth effective. Okay,
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: let's just say they decide at the birth of the
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: child they don't want the baby. So you're saying, Sarah
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: to keep the baby or you're just asking what happens period, Yeah,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: they have I would think they would have to take
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: it through. This didn't share she went, Yeah, she went
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: through something like her case. Anybody send us the information.
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: Who knows how this works. Here's the question, Keim and
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: Kanye having a baby, so I want them to have
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: the best because I like them. Okay, cool, this is
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: not about them. This question from that statement is if
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: you have hired a woman to have a baby for
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: you via surrogate, and the woman has the baby, if
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: you decide you don't want the baby. What happens? Can
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: the woman keep the baby? Dude? What do you do
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: or how does that work? I was just curious. That's
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: I don't mean. Yeah, I understand your curiosity, but I
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: don't know. Yeah, I have no Let's just take a
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: break because out of y'all here about the bus. Yea,
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: my little man. You're listening, all right, Steve, So today's
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: talk show. Your guests are gonna be Michaelpania actor Michael Pania,
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: and Jeff Lewis and Jenny Pulo's from flipping out on

- 1:29:09Speaker 1: third Let me see. Uh, did he's on the show?
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: Did he? I don't watch the shows I've had, did he?
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: Martin Lawrence q um Jay Little gave me the microphone
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: that sat on his desk for twenty two years, and
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: I have it on my desk and put it on
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: the desk. Ellen did a joke about the size of
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: my desk. She sent me over as a gift, a
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: giant pencil holder and a giant stapler. But I'm talking
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: about they look like umbrella in a can with our
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: crazy self, So I said. Some male strippers over to
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: her show, I mean boys with all them had thick mustache. Yeah,
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: a little something from me, you girl, all right now.
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: I love how your set is. Everything has the shape
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: up your head with your mustache. I love that everywhere
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: on Yeah. I love that loggo yeah really good. Yeah,
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: and it looks like you well, you know, they took
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: so much from me from this, took my last name,
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: my lips, my eyes and no we don't need none
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: of that. You need your big here and your munchy.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: But it's everywhere, and you have a great staff to steve.
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: You really have some good people working with you. M
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: let's see. And the guys in the writer room writer's room, wow,
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: Junior and Jay. I mean, I just know he didn't
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: say nothing on staff nothing, you know what I like,
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: come by every day and give us some love every
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: day every day. That's good. That's the type of love
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: you think I love. But it keeps you guys happy,
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: so you keep you know, and they get a check.
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: So what the hell are we talking about? You don't
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: love and a chance make up your mind? I rather
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: had check from a company to love. But it looks
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: like act. Since I've been on the set, I haven't
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: talked to a single soul at NBC. What do you
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: mean name? Nobody's been around there to see me say
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: nothing to me since I've been on the show at NBC.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: Do you think it's the memo? You think? Oh, I'm
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: not dare come up about that memo? Don't work for me?
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: Oh you mean like some of the big wigs to
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: higher up. I thought you meant your staff man me
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: and the staff cool, that's me. The staff in Chicago
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: was cool. Yeah, it was just one dude got man
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: because he didn't get the job to go to l A.
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: And then he put it the memo was a year
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: old and he gonna send it in to feed her
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: up in Chicago. He put it on a p and
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: then that was it. It's like, there's a OGA. But
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: can I say we went there, uh last week and
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: you brought a lot of people from Chicago. Yeah all right, now,
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: well just got real. Okay, but hold up though, First
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: of all, I did not hire a single person in Chicago,
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: and I have not hired a single person for l
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: A with the exception of j Anthony Brown and kill them.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: Only two people are high the executive producer makes to hire. Okay,
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: I think this is a good time to go to break. Guys,
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: what do you think? All right? You're listening to show? Alright,
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: here we go our last break of the day. Yes,
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: with just one more thing. God, you have a special announcement, Yes,
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: I do. Hold up. Well, we need something because you
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: never got to do this on that other day. You
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: need a drummall. I had a chance to say nothing
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: on he had to show here. I did the talk
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: right up here. Well not. I never got a chance.
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: The ain't nothing on the show anyway, here's gome. Never
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: got the chance to say nothing on the other show.
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: But I get talk over here. We never ever third
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: your saying nothing over on the other show. But you
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: get to talk over here. You wanted to say something,
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: but they always cut your MinC off on the lie.
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: You too tall? Old over here? Yeah the show, I
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: get the top over here, back not open your old
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: day her mouth over on the other show, the other show.
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: But you get to get over here, but I get top.
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: Never got the top on the other show. Get over here.
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: You have time for my announcements. Nothing. I've been trying
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: to put this together for a long time. It's a
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: program that I'm working with. Bowling Hill Shopping Center and
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: the J'spont comic clips still open. And it's a program
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: called the Class Clown. What we're gonna take his kids
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: who want to be funny in school want to you know,
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: We're gonna take him like you guys, because teachers are
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: constantly telling kids, nobody's gonna pay you to be stupid.
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: That's not what it's all about. We're gonna teach them
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: the programs about how to get into the funny business,
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: how to write monologue, how to do writing, how to
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: do stand up. It's gonna help him speak in public
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: and stuff that. So it's a four week program. It's
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: gonna start in November, and I'm very excited about it.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: That's that's great. I think I think it deserves to
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: say it one more time. Writing monologue, that's good. We're
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: gonna teach kids how to you know, do monologue, how
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: to write jokes. We're gonna show them the ins and
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: out of comedy. You know, how to make me write
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: scripts at a young age, you know, because teachers are
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: always tell you stop backing silly. You're not gonna make
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: any money from act silly. Well that's not true. You
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: can make a lot of money from being silly. We're
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: gonna we're gonna get him at a young age. That's
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: how do they get involved in. It's gonna we're gonna
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: get the information that's coming out next month with the
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: ball and hill shops. In that Jason, I'd like to
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: thank on knee of helped me put this program together
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: because I've always wanted to do it. And it's called
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: a class clown because being a class clown, you know
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: down brown, nobody gonna pay you to be funny what
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: you're talking about? Now push them out? Oh you thought
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: that was cute? Won't you stand up? Telling whole class?
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: And then I do thirty minutes you gotta set But
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: its blanding telling you, Steve sit down in the back
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: acting the food. You ain't gonna ever make no money
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: acting the food. Well, my stupid ass is so scouraging. Woman.
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: Go to my website jasp dot com check out of
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: and I never got to see that on say it
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: over here, man, never got to say it on the
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: other show, but you get to see it over here.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: But no, I don't put up your mouth on the
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: other show, but you get to say it over He's
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: making louder louder I never got to see it on
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: another show. Never got to say it on the other show. No, no,
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: never got to see it on the other show. But
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: I get to say it over here. I get to
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: say it. Oh, he never got to see it on
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: the other show. Never got to say it on the
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: other show. I never got to say it on the
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: other show. But you get to say it, oh for
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: he never got to say it on the other show.
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: Never got stay it on the other show. Ever got
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: to stay it on the other shore. Now now say
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: it over here. Never got to say it on the
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: other show. You do a breakdown for me, do a
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: talk breakdown. I want to talk break down. Never never
- 1:38:21Speaker 1: ever got a chance open up my mouth on that
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: damn shot. Only one could talk with him. Why would
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: you shut the only person that had a damn since
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: But you didn't want him to talk because you thought
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: you'd lose your shine. But you ain't shine it so
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: long you do long take it away? Yeah, show the
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: show head on, But I'm saying it over. Ladies and gentlemen.
