Mississippi attorney appointed to federal appeals court / Oxford resident survives apparent overdose
President Donald Trump announced that Todd Butler, partner at Phelps Dunbar, has been nominated to serve on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. A 22-year-old survived after an apparent overdose in Oxford. Police responded to a residence on Sweetgum Lane around 5 a.m. and found the unidentified individual unresponsive.
