- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: milking buck things in the subs, not me through good
- 0:24Speaker 1: together for I don't join join me. You gotta turn
- 1:05Speaker 1: hur you, you gotta turn to turn them out. You
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out to turn the water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water got come come on your bad uh huh. I
- 2:02Speaker 1: shall well, Good morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: come on dig me now, one and only Steve Arvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. Man, Old man. Old Man symbolizes
- 2:15Speaker 1: just one thing to me. Man, It's just a constant
- 2:17Speaker 1: remind of exactly how good God has been to me
- 2:20Speaker 1: over the years. And I'm thank him for it too,
- 2:22Speaker 1: because I realize every day that I wake up that
- 2:25Speaker 1: I would be nothing without him. That everything I am,
- 2:29Speaker 1: that's any good in me, I owe to him. Now.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Have I made some mistakes along the way? Yep? Bunches,
- 2:37Speaker 1: bunches and bunches. And will I continue to make mistakes
- 2:41Speaker 1: along the way yep? Not as many, hopefully as I
- 2:46Speaker 1: have in the past, because a lot of stuff I
- 2:49Speaker 1: know better now. But you're still going to make mistakes now,
- 2:54Speaker 1: you know, Hopefully I've limited the amount of intentional us
- 3:00Speaker 1: in my life. I've wiped quite a few of those out.
- 3:04Speaker 1: But from time to time, because we're human, we're going
- 3:07Speaker 1: to make a mistake every now and then. The trick
- 3:09Speaker 1: what it is, y'all, it's not to let the devil
- 3:12Speaker 1: deceive you into thinking that once you make that mistake
- 3:15Speaker 1: that that's it. You can't do it. You're falling off
- 3:18Speaker 1: the wagon. You can't reboard it. That's the biggest trick
- 3:22Speaker 1: that he uses. He makes you think that if you
- 3:26Speaker 1: keep stumbling, that you can't run the race. It kind
- 3:33Speaker 1: of reminds me of a marathon runner. From time to
- 3:36Speaker 1: time I watch him on TV, and you'll see some
- 3:40Speaker 1: people who finish the race, you know, in a in
- 3:44Speaker 1: a nice pace. You see people finish the race sprinting
- 3:49Speaker 1: towards the finished line. But every now and then you'll
- 3:53Speaker 1: watch a marathon and you'll see a runner and the
- 3:57Speaker 1: runner is in really, really bad shape. The key is
- 4:05Speaker 1: they finish the race. See, you don't get disqualified in
- 4:10Speaker 1: the marathon because you stumble. You don't. They don't. They
- 4:14Speaker 1: don't take your opportunity to finish the race because you
- 4:19Speaker 1: keep falling. That's not the key. The key is finishing.
- 4:25Speaker 1: And a lot of times what the devil does is
- 4:27Speaker 1: he makes you think that because you keep stumbling, because
- 4:31Speaker 1: you're swaying from side to side, that you know you
- 4:35Speaker 1: out the race. Well, that's not the case. And see
- 4:39Speaker 1: and then this thing called life, let me help you
- 4:41Speaker 1: understand something. Everybody falls, Nobody sprints to the tape in
- 4:45Speaker 1: this one. Nobody just runs free and clear as some
- 4:49Speaker 1: people running faster than you, and all like this. And
- 4:52Speaker 1: some people gonna get to the end before you let
- 4:55Speaker 1: them go ahead. And when the end come, the end come.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I ain't in the rush to get to the end.
- 4:59Speaker 1: But in this race, though, when you're stumbling and you're falling,
- 5:03Speaker 1: it's a part of it. No one gets through this
- 5:06Speaker 1: race without stumbling and falling, swaying from side to side.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So don't let the enemy deceive you into thinking that
- 5:15Speaker 1: it's over. I try to be encouraging to people because
- 5:20Speaker 1: I don't want people to get stuck on this thing,
- 5:23Speaker 1: you know. And my walk is very different from a
- 5:25Speaker 1: lot of people's walks. And then I know a lot
- 5:27Speaker 1: of people who walking in faith the way I'm walking
- 5:30Speaker 1: in faith. But my thing in the morning is just
- 5:33Speaker 1: to remind those that is not a perfect walk man,
- 5:36Speaker 1: that it's not something that's set up where you're gonna
- 5:40Speaker 1: be skipping through life scot free without any pitfalls. You know,
- 5:45Speaker 1: I keep saying it over and over and over again because,
- 5:48Speaker 1: like I said, when I was in DC, my boy
- 5:51Speaker 1: Hondo said this to me, and it just kind of
- 5:53Speaker 1: stuck with me that the road to construct, the road
- 5:56Speaker 1: to successes always under construction. You have to figure and
- 6:01Speaker 1: count on the setbacks and the pitfalls. But it's those
- 6:05Speaker 1: people that that that that fight through will be the
- 6:09Speaker 1: victors in the end. You cannot give up, man, Stop
- 6:13Speaker 1: going somewhere sitting down every time something goes down. It's
- 6:18Speaker 1: going to go down. It's a part of it. It's
- 6:22Speaker 1: going to happen. It's going to occur that are going
- 6:25Speaker 1: to be setbacks. If you go and sit down every
- 6:29Speaker 1: time there's a setback, that's not how this works. It
- 6:34Speaker 1: is designed that way. If success were easy, everybody would
- 6:39Speaker 1: be successful. But success is just reserved for those who
- 6:43Speaker 1: are willing to fight through, who refuse to settle for mediocrity,
- 6:48Speaker 1: who wants something more. Now, don't get me wrong. Success
- 6:53Speaker 1: is defined by each individual. So what I may consider
- 6:57Speaker 1: to be successful. You may not consider that. You know
- 7:00Speaker 1: what Bill Gates considers successful. I might not consider what
- 7:05Speaker 1: Michael Jordan considers successful. I might not consider what you
- 7:09Speaker 1: consider successful. Your boss might not consider. You have to
- 7:13Speaker 1: define what that is for yourself. It may not be
- 7:16Speaker 1: monetary at all. You know, your level of success could
- 7:20Speaker 1: be tied up in community service. It could be tied
- 7:23Speaker 1: up in family. It could be tied up into church.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Your level of success could be tied up into boys clubs.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It could be any number of things. Whatever your level
- 7:34Speaker 1: of success is, you have to determine what that is
- 7:38Speaker 1: you and the best way to determine that is to
- 7:41Speaker 1: get in touch with your maker, who created you, to
- 7:45Speaker 1: find out what your mission and your purpose is so
- 7:49Speaker 1: he can put you on track. I just had this
- 7:51Speaker 1: conversation with my son and we were talking about getting
- 7:56Speaker 1: on the path that God has set up for you.
- 7:59Speaker 1: So many times we find ourselves fighting through life because
- 8:03Speaker 1: of so much uncertainty, because we have no idea where
- 8:07Speaker 1: we're headed. It's like one of my own sayings that
- 8:13Speaker 1: I have at my mentoring camp for boys is is
- 8:16Speaker 1: that a boy without a male role model is like
- 8:21Speaker 1: an explorer without a map. See if you don't have
- 8:26Speaker 1: a map laid out in front of you of where
- 8:30Speaker 1: you're going when you wake up every day. That pretty
- 8:35Speaker 1: much explains the feeling of confusion. The laxidaisical attitude, the
- 8:42Speaker 1: lack of purpose, to not understanding your mission because you
- 8:48Speaker 1: don't have not gotten in touch with your creator to
- 8:52Speaker 1: find out exactly what your path in life is. What
- 8:56Speaker 1: are you supposed to be doing? The moment you can
- 8:59Speaker 1: identify that is the moment that you get started waking
- 9:03Speaker 1: up with purpose, with the sense of direction. When you
- 9:07Speaker 1: kill the sense of I don't know what's next or
- 9:10Speaker 1: what to do. Now, there's going to be some confusing
- 9:12Speaker 1: moments no matter what happened, it's going to be some uncertainty,
- 9:16Speaker 1: but at least you'll know where you're going. So if
- 9:18Speaker 1: you're tied a waking up feeling loss, abandoned, confused, don't
- 9:23Speaker 1: know what to do, don't know what you're supposed to
- 9:26Speaker 1: be doing, refer back to your makeup. Because when He
- 9:32Speaker 1: created you, he had a plan for you. When he
- 9:35Speaker 1: created you, he had a path for you. Now we've
- 9:39Speaker 1: made some decisions to get off of both of those,
- 9:41Speaker 1: the mission and the path. But God can get you
- 9:44Speaker 1: right back on track. Do that today, asking what you're
- 9:49Speaker 1: supposed to be doing and listen. God has all the
- 9:54Speaker 1: answers if you form the relationship. Okaying show ladigitimate boys
- 10:04Speaker 1: and girls, monkey trainers, bus drivers, meet the guards, you know,
- 10:10Speaker 1: the people that go by and watch the meet him. No,
- 10:12Speaker 1: I don't wanna call like the words meet the maid
- 10:14Speaker 1: because you probably get in trouble for that. Now meet
- 10:17Speaker 1: the people, don't. Yeah, the milk man can't say that
- 10:26Speaker 1: no more either. Milk, milk people, male people, all of it.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Welcome to the Steve At Morning Show. It's about to
- 10:39Speaker 1: go down. Gratitude is the attitude today that affects the
- 10:43Speaker 1: altitude along the way. Got a big day in store
- 10:47Speaker 1: today for us all. I'm grateful to be here, grateful
- 10:50Speaker 1: be a part of it. In spite of everything, I'm
- 10:53Speaker 1: still shining. Come on, yeah, yeah, yeah, Junior was on
- 11:01Speaker 1: what I'm Gonna do It Sherley Strawberry, Carla Farell, Mouth
- 11:05Speaker 1: of the South, Junior, the legend of Nephew Tommy in
- 11:09Speaker 1: my cell. Come on, Junior, what's on your mind today?
- 11:14Speaker 1: Let me ask you this Uncle, you know, inspiration, Uncle,
- 11:18Speaker 1: for inspiration for you, because you inspire a lot of
- 11:20Speaker 1: people already. What do you get your inspiration from? Who
- 11:24Speaker 1: do you turn to? Who do you look at? What
- 11:26Speaker 1: are some of the things you see? Who? Well, Tommy
- 11:30Speaker 1: seems to think it's him in a way. It is
- 11:34Speaker 1: really He's correct. Yeah, whatnot see right there? See you
- 11:39Speaker 1: try to start these rockets already? She just said, she
- 11:46Speaker 1: she just said, what not to be. I'm not even
- 11:49Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna go down, and I'm not gonna
- 11:51Speaker 1: fall into that trap. What he has accomplished on the
- 11:58Speaker 1: Richter scale has been a major earthquake level accomplishment in
- 12:02Speaker 1: his life and career. The biggest accomplishment was nobody in
- 12:08Speaker 1: the family thought he was gonna be a damn thing
- 12:17Speaker 1: all ours when when he said it wasn't gonna get
- 12:22Speaker 1: warm being what they said, it wasn't gonna ever be
- 12:28Speaker 1: come on going what they dare he not attempted to go.
- 12:36Speaker 1: The first time I was amazed was when his little
- 12:40Speaker 1: stupid ass got into college. I actually just got out.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Wasn't on scholarship or nothing, just actually got in on grade.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Now I had gone to college also, but it was
- 13:02Speaker 1: in a special Cleveland scholarship program where they was trying
- 13:07Speaker 1: to get more blacks to come to kids state. Then
- 13:10Speaker 1: I went out in got presure. To graduate. You needed
- 13:19Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty five credits. At the end of
- 13:21Speaker 1: my third year, I had eighteen credits. All right, listen,
- 13:29Speaker 1: coming up at thirty, you're not how good you got
- 13:32Speaker 1: to be the state three years with eighteen from well,
- 13:37Speaker 1: here from the nephew. If he runs that prank back
- 13:40Speaker 1: right after this, you're listening, all right, it is time
- 13:46Speaker 1: now for the nephew to run that prank back what
- 13:48Speaker 1: you got for his nap. You know a lot of
- 13:51Speaker 1: men don't want to hear this. They don't they don't
- 13:53Speaker 1: want to hear But then it's but it's a compliment.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I can't understand why it's you know why it's frustrating,
- 13:58Speaker 1: a disrespectful when you when you tell a man this,
- 14:01Speaker 1: you know and and I just so all you men
- 14:03Speaker 1: perky eels up out there. This title is your wife
- 14:07Speaker 1: is fine as hell? Your wife as fine as hell?
- 14:12Speaker 1: I mean, why you don't want to hear it? I
- 14:13Speaker 1: mean you you you don't want abody, You don't want
- 14:15Speaker 1: abody seeing something different? What's wrong with that? If she fine?
- 14:18Speaker 1: And I give you that compliment and tell you man
- 14:20Speaker 1: your wife who she fine? It's hell is it? Is
- 14:26Speaker 1: it the whoo? Who think that? No? We know how
- 14:30Speaker 1: to come with that statement, right, yeah? Who man, let's
- 14:39Speaker 1: go cat dog. Your wife is fine? It's hell. Who? Hello, Hello,

- 15:11Speaker 1: business man. I've been doing it for for quite some
- 15:13Speaker 1: years now. And you know, we're always trying to do
- 15:16Speaker 1: different type of publicity and really get to hype up.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And what we're trying to do, man, is really get
- 15:22Speaker 1: people to come out to this fashion party because it's
- 15:24Speaker 1: the first quarter twenty twenty. We wanted to be a

- 15:41Speaker 1: to do is have I mean, we want our fire
- 15:44Speaker 1: and Slash poster to be something really, really memorable, something
- 15:48Speaker 1: that's going to really draw people in, and you know,
- 15:51Speaker 1: have this. This thing's gonna be all over social media
- 15:53Speaker 1: the whole nine yards. So we're trying to see. You know,
- 15:57Speaker 1: buddy of mine told me here he kind of knew
- 16:00Speaker 1: of you or had a had a number on you,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and I was like, cool, let me reach out to him.

- 16:08Speaker 1: got to do it this whole thing. Okay, what I'm

- 17:24Speaker 1: with my foot yo. Go ahead, okay, okay, hold on man.
- 17:27Speaker 1: We were playing, We're playing five thousand dollars for the photos. Okay, yeah,
- 17:32Speaker 1: what do you paying? No amount of money's gonna let
- 17:35Speaker 1: me put my wife, the mother of my children on
- 17:38Speaker 1: no close to end. No for Kenny, I don't care
- 17:40Speaker 1: how much you can kiss my ass while let you

- 18:21Speaker 1: even matter. Just one the boy do. The issue on
- 18:24Speaker 1: the table is I want to take some pictures of Kenny.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Let me know when you plan on going to my
- 18:29Speaker 1: wife job at the bank, let me know. And he's
- 18:32Speaker 1: gonna bring your black down there. So I can be there. Okay.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Nobody calls another brother talking about how fine his wife says, Okay,
- 18:40Speaker 1: I told you no. Now you shouldn't get stopped right there.
- 18:43Speaker 1: But you're gonna keep all talking about my wife. Okay.
- 18:46Speaker 1: So let me say this though, Tommy is the one
- 18:49Speaker 1: that said your wife was fine as hell. That's the
- 18:51Speaker 1: one brought all this to our attention at the meeting.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Tommy is the one that said your wife was flying
- 18:55Speaker 1: as hell though. What I mean, just Tommy. Tommy said
- 19:00Speaker 1: your wife is fine as hell. That's what tom get too.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Who is Tommy? You don't you take your wife to
- 19:06Speaker 1: work in the morning. Let me know when he's gonna
- 19:08Speaker 1: bring you black down there? Okay. And what y'all be
- 19:12Speaker 1: What y'all be listening to on the way to work?
- 19:15Speaker 1: What radio station y'all be listening to? We've been listening
- 19:18Speaker 1: to a nephew, Tommy, baby, see your work. You want
- 19:32Speaker 1: to get your Hey, man, your wife kinder got me
- 19:38Speaker 1: to prank you, bro, Wait till I see my wife
- 19:46Speaker 1: got my blood pressure up? Oh man, she told me,
- 19:51Speaker 1: she said, we listened to y'all every morning on the
- 19:53Speaker 1: way to work. He drops me off and he goes
- 19:55Speaker 1: to work. He said, Tommy, you've got to get it.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I said, you know what, what do he loved them most?
- 20:00Speaker 1: She say me, I don't know about that right now.
- 20:06Speaker 1: After man, oh man, we love you back. Baby. Keep
- 20:10Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning. So tell me this, brob,
- 20:13Speaker 1: what is the baddest radio show in the land? Man,
- 20:15Speaker 1: what is it? Darrel? It's Steve Harvey with nephew Tommy.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I'll be honest, and said, I'll be honest and said,
- 20:27Speaker 1: Tommy went too far. All right, I'm going on and
- 20:31Speaker 1: be respectful. I went a little too far. I mean,
- 20:36Speaker 1: you know, he said he went too far. So I mean, hey,
- 20:41Speaker 1: hey said he said that he's stupid. So but put
- 20:47Speaker 1: some speck on my stupid though. Coming up an accident,
- 20:50Speaker 1: asked the SEL Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey. Right after this,
- 20:55Speaker 1: you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show at the top of
- 20:59Speaker 1: the hour. Come up. In entertainment news, Florida elementary students
- 21:02Speaker 1: need a permission slip to learn words of a Negro
- 21:06Speaker 1: national anthem. What what? Uh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll
- 21:11Speaker 1: talk about it. The infamous insurrectionists that had his foot
- 21:15Speaker 1: on Nancy Pelosi's desk faces up to twenty years in
- 21:19Speaker 1: prison and the whole twenty uh huh huh huh m hmm.
- 21:27Speaker 1: That's right. Mc light clears up her divorce rumors. But
- 21:31Speaker 1: now it's time to ask the CLO Chief Love Officer,
- 21:35Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Here we go, Sonja in clear Water Rights.
- 21:39Speaker 1: My ex boyfriend is threatening to show up at my
- 21:42Speaker 1: wedding if I don't pay him the thirty five hundred
- 21:44Speaker 1: dollars that he loaned me. He said, if I can
- 21:46Speaker 1: pay for a wedding, I can pay him. He won't
- 21:49Speaker 1: let me do a payment plan with him. Should I
- 21:51Speaker 1: tell my fiance about this now? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 1: yeah yeah, show up and see what happened. Yeah, m
- 22:00Speaker 1: see see see. Don't don't let this guy threaten you
- 22:06Speaker 1: with this. Right here, if you could throw a wed
- 22:08Speaker 1: and you can't, you could convey my thirty five hundred.
- 22:10Speaker 1: You may own the thirty five I'm not arguing that,
- 22:14Speaker 1: but what you need to do is share this information
- 22:16Speaker 1: with your fiance. So he's on point, he understand. So
- 22:20Speaker 1: we had a right amount of people at the dope
- 22:22Speaker 1: at the wed. Yep, you walk your asp if you
- 22:28Speaker 1: want to, right, you know, we already at the church.
- 22:36Speaker 1: You know a couple of services go down up here
- 22:39Speaker 1: at the church. Church is famous for different types of services.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Don't mess around and be a part of one, all right, Celo,
- 22:50Speaker 1: We're moving on to Ali and Paramis. Ali says, I'm
- 22:53Speaker 1: twenty eight years old and dating an older man that
- 22:56Speaker 1: I used to work with. He brags to everyone that
- 22:59Speaker 1: were soulmates, but he won't get serious about marriage because
- 23:02Speaker 1: he thinks I'll find a younger man and leave him.
- 23:05Speaker 1: How do I assure him that I won't go? Well,
- 23:10Speaker 1: I don't really know how you can assure him. I mean,
- 23:14Speaker 1: he knows he's playing on ball time, and he is
- 23:18Speaker 1: because eventually you will depends on the age difference. Let's
- 23:22Speaker 1: just go. Let's just say, for example, let's say he's
- 23:26Speaker 1: fifty six, and let's say you're twenty eight. That's twenty
- 23:32Speaker 1: eight years older than you. So in twenty years he'll
- 23:37Speaker 1: be seventy eight seventy six. Yeah, see how it's starting
- 23:51Speaker 1: to look a little that's coming. You know, he own
- 23:54Speaker 1: ball time. Nothing you can do to convince him he'd
- 23:58Speaker 1: have lucked up now, yea, and he know that he
- 24:03Speaker 1: he he holding strong because y'a also mates, because of
- 24:06Speaker 1: what he's able to do for you. So the moment
- 24:12Speaker 1: that the for you starts to Twitter, lean and what
- 24:17Speaker 1: he can do to you starts to Twitter. Though, you're
- 24:20Speaker 1: gonna be go And plus you don't even know what
- 24:22Speaker 1: you're talking about. You don't even know what you gotta
- 24:24Speaker 1: do in a minute, you gotta do. You're gonna have
- 24:26Speaker 1: to start learning how to do stuff that you ain't
- 24:28Speaker 1: really you know what what do you mean by, you know,
- 24:33Speaker 1: buying dincher cream. You don't even know what that. You
- 24:37Speaker 1: don't know what all that's on you. You can't just
- 24:40Speaker 1: start just buying dincher cream. That ain't nothing. You did
- 24:43Speaker 1: never look forward? Yeah, you know what does it depend?
- 24:50Speaker 1: You don't know it. You've never even been Look, when
- 24:55Speaker 1: you go to the drug store, you don't even go
- 24:57Speaker 1: down into that medical apparatus ale. You don't even know
- 25:01Speaker 1: horse down now okay, you don't know. She's clueless. See
- 25:10Speaker 1: you won't find out they got pushed button pop out
- 25:13Speaker 1: canes now you don't even know. Yeah, yeah, they they
- 25:20Speaker 1: really kind yeah see see see right there, you start
- 25:23Speaker 1: looking kind of fly right there. Anybody got to note.
- 25:26Speaker 1: You don't know that, he said, nonybody got note to
- 25:28Speaker 1: this time, right, Ali the problem. Yeah, run little girl,
- 25:38Speaker 1: all right, Cassius in Vegas says, my wife has a
- 25:41Speaker 1: job that requires her to be gone a lot. As
- 25:44Speaker 1: a man, I'm not going to be alone for weeks
- 25:46Speaker 1: at a time and not have sex. So I have
- 25:49Speaker 1: a few women that entertained me. My wife is hearing
- 25:52Speaker 1: things about me from her messy friend, who I've had
- 25:56Speaker 1: sex with twice. How do I keep her quiet without
- 25:59Speaker 1: us having sex again? What end things about us from
- 26:11Speaker 1: her messy friend? Yeah? All these women out here, dog
- 26:16Speaker 1: asked the woman. Well, he says, he's not gonna be alone.
- 26:20Speaker 1: He's he's a man, and he's not gonna be alone
- 26:22Speaker 1: for weeks at a time and not have Clearly, bro,
- 26:28Speaker 1: you ain't gonna have to worry about this in a minute,
- 26:31Speaker 1: because they ain't. No woman fin to go out here
- 26:33Speaker 1: making money, struggling in coming home and hearing rumors about
- 26:36Speaker 1: her man with her message and freed friend. Hey, don't
- 26:41Speaker 1: don't you want the low down end of the spectrum. Yeah,
- 26:46Speaker 1: let's just admit that Steve can't help you. You know
- 26:50Speaker 1: you've already made decision what you're gonna do. You've come
- 26:54Speaker 1: to the conclusion of what type of man you are,
- 26:56Speaker 1: so what you want us to do, I ain't nothing
- 26:59Speaker 1: to do for you. Man. Yeah, you're gonna get busted.
- 27:03Speaker 1: You're gonna get busting. This all off and now you
- 27:05Speaker 1: can be who you want, whatever you want. You hit
- 27:09Speaker 1: the leg. God, does it sound like he regrets regrets it? Though? Steve,
- 27:14Speaker 1: when he said, how could I keep her quiet without
- 27:17Speaker 1: us having sex again? Just sounds like he doesn't want
- 27:19Speaker 1: to have sex with her anymore. No, that's not true.
- 27:24Speaker 1: He said, how could he keep her quiet without having
- 27:28Speaker 1: sex with her again? Because if she ain't gonna be quiet,
- 27:31Speaker 1: I'm had to go back over here. See you call No,
- 27:37Speaker 1: See you have to understand the male mind, That's what
- 27:40Speaker 1: he said, Shirley, that's what that's the part. No, I know,
- 27:44Speaker 1: because I'm just helping women understand the male mind. He
- 27:48Speaker 1: there's no regret, okay. And the only reason he's addressing
- 27:54Speaker 1: this is cause she just started talking. Yeah, and what
- 28:01Speaker 1: she's heard is true because you tapping her friend? Now
- 28:08Speaker 1: quiet without having sex again. Well, all right, let's move
- 28:13Speaker 1: on to Brittany and Madison. Brittany says, I'm dating a
- 28:16Speaker 1: married man and we just had a threesome with his
- 28:18Speaker 1: wife and it didn't go how we planned. He was
- 28:22Speaker 1: scared to touch me, so I took over. He said
- 28:25Speaker 1: his wife could tell we have chemistry. Now he's mad
- 28:28Speaker 1: at me. How is any of this my fault? Is? This?
- 28:33Speaker 1: Is this? What the hell thing it is? I think? Damn,
- 28:39Speaker 1: it's damn man. Didn't he trying to act like he
- 28:49Speaker 1: really involved? And she found out y'all had chemistry? Okay, hey, look, hey,
- 28:53Speaker 1: thanks for calling today. I tell you you have nowhere words.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I can't. I can't go in the house with my
- 29:00Speaker 1: wife with none of this. I don't even know. All
- 29:06Speaker 1: coming up? Thank you for ello coming up. Sorry to
- 29:10Speaker 1: stun you on that last one. Coming up entertainment news.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 29:20Speaker 1: Florida schools are in the news again. In Marion County, Florida,
- 29:25Speaker 1: elementary school students were sent home with permission slips earlier
- 29:29Speaker 1: this month, permission slips that asked parents to consent to
- 29:33Speaker 1: their children learning the lyrics to Jane Weldon Johnson's Lift
- 29:37Speaker 1: Every Voice and Sing, which of course we all know
- 29:40Speaker 1: is the Negro National anthem. Students in grades three through
- 29:44Speaker 1: five would be learning the song as part of a
- 29:47Speaker 1: Black History Month program. Many parents pointed out the double standard,
- 29:51Speaker 1: noting that the school district never sent home permission slips
- 29:55Speaker 1: before teaching about the Holocaust or before teaching about Hispanic
- 29:58Speaker 1: Heritage Month. So you know, they want to know why
- 30:01Speaker 1: that they have to have permission slips for the Black
- 30:04Speaker 1: National Anthem? What is causing because your white representative in
- 30:08Speaker 1: Florida is banning the teaching of African American history in
- 30:13Speaker 1: Florida schools. Yeah, that's why. And here's the other thing
- 30:18Speaker 1: she stops as a group of minorities. Let's stop dogging
- 30:23Speaker 1: the other minority like it's the Asian's fault or it's
- 30:27Speaker 1: the Latino's fault. Do you understand what's happening here. They
- 30:32Speaker 1: didn't have to give a permission slip to learn Latin
- 30:35Speaker 1: or Mexican history or Asian history. That ain't even what
- 30:38Speaker 1: this is about. How to hear you mad at the
- 30:42Speaker 1: other minority because they didn't have to do it. The
- 30:45Speaker 1: fact that you have to do it comes from where
- 30:49Speaker 1: It's not coming from the Asian community, and it's not
- 30:52Speaker 1: coming from the Latin community, So what is you dog
- 30:55Speaker 1: and you even dragging them into it? For see, that's
- 30:59Speaker 1: the ignorant of this part right here, Divide and conquer.
- 31:03Speaker 1: It's the same old pressor that it's always been. You
- 31:08Speaker 1: ain't gotta loop nobody else into this, right, right, So
- 31:13Speaker 1: what's in the history book? Well, where we come from?
- 31:15Speaker 1: Where what do you? We just popped up? We just
- 31:18Speaker 1: showed up. I don't know it for sure because it
- 31:24Speaker 1: just sickens me. But this theory that they have that
- 31:28Speaker 1: if you keep talking about a separate history, will never
- 31:32Speaker 1: come together as a people, which is quick lead, bias, ignorance,
- 31:39Speaker 1: and a part of the master plan and the lie.
- 31:42Speaker 1: That's an excuse. Yeah, So you gonna keep telling what history,
- 31:50Speaker 1: the one you've been lying about. Just tell history period
- 31:56Speaker 1: and the brutal truth. You got new project that's out
- 32:01Speaker 1: on TV called Projects sixteen sixteen project, and it exposes
- 32:09Speaker 1: how nearly every single evolution, every single entity in this
- 32:16Speaker 1: country has something to do with slavery, and it's intertwined.
- 32:23Speaker 1: There are families who who built their whole empire and
- 32:28Speaker 1: their generational wealth because they have free labor. Right Man,
- 32:34Speaker 1: if I if if my company as small as it
- 32:37Speaker 1: is could have free labor, Yeah, do you know how
- 32:41Speaker 1: rich you'd be? I didn't have to pay y'all Wait
- 32:50Speaker 1: a minute now, Waite undertook my hat off a yeah,
- 33:00Speaker 1: talk about projects. Gread of march. I could have been
- 33:05Speaker 1: had a play. Oh this is so frustrating for me. Yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 1: but it's really sad. I mean to your original point, Steve,
- 33:18Speaker 1: this is really horrible, the hate and the racism. And
- 33:22Speaker 1: you know, if it was up to them, they would
- 33:24Speaker 1: just teach us about MLK Rose Park. They threw with it.
- 33:26Speaker 1: You know. That's well, that's enough, Let's move on to
- 33:29Speaker 1: something else. Yeah. We always make themselves that's all we
- 33:32Speaker 1: learned a two pages and to always make themselves look good.
- 33:40Speaker 1: That's it, all right, We're moving on to m Richard Barnett,
- 33:44Speaker 1: the Arkansas man who was photographed with his feet on
- 33:47Speaker 1: then how Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office desk during the January six,
- 33:51Speaker 1: twenty twenty one insurrection at the Capitol. We all saw
- 33:55Speaker 1: that picture. Well, anyway, mister Barnett is being convicted on
- 33:58Speaker 1: eight federal counts of his doing in the Capitol riot.
- 34:03Speaker 1: He's been charged with entering and remaining in a restricted
- 34:05Speaker 1: area with a deadly weapon and obstructing an official Proceeding.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Barnett's sentencing takes place in early May, and he faces
- 34:14Speaker 1: up to twenty years in prison for the full charge
- 34:17Speaker 1: of obstructing official proceedings. So there you go, Get all
- 34:21Speaker 1: of them, Get all of them, get all the time,
- 34:24Speaker 1: get all the people lead, get every last one he's happening,
- 34:29Speaker 1: Get the one that sent them down there, Get all
- 34:32Speaker 1: micing males, get all that. See all that a tough mess.
- 34:40Speaker 1: All y'all got to go. Yep. I don't feel sorry
- 34:43Speaker 1: for none of y'all because I already note if who
- 34:47Speaker 1: it had been clambing over that wall, come on now, oh,
- 34:50Speaker 1: this story right here, this would be so many depths in. Yeah. Man, man,
- 34:58Speaker 1: you read what you saw. That's what you want to do.
- 35:02Speaker 1: What everybody else called to jail variety, they sure do.
- 35:07Speaker 1: And it wasn't a domestic terrorist, I mean, don't kidnapped
- 35:12Speaker 1: and women incited by the then president, and they got
- 35:18Speaker 1: enough emails tying all these people to this. This was
- 35:24Speaker 1: planned resurrection. They went there for that. They act insurrection politicians,
- 35:30Speaker 1: not resurrection Jesus. Yeah, yeah, no plan what else? Yeah,
- 35:39Speaker 1: but the resurrection not really? I love you ste Coming
- 35:52Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes after uh, we'll talk about elevator
- 35:57Speaker 1: stone away. What are y'all do after this? You're listening,
- 36:05Speaker 1: all right? So Steve, we've missed you a couple of
- 36:07Speaker 1: days this week. So um, let's just pick up where
- 36:11Speaker 1: we left off. Okay, we're going to talk about Elevate You,
- 36:15Speaker 1: your new line of healthy green products of powders. Let's
- 36:19Speaker 1: talk about it. I'm so happy you mentioned it, because
- 36:22Speaker 1: are you. I'm just about to take man. Yeah, well,
- 36:30Speaker 1: this is a chocolate chocolate. Yeah. I do like the
- 36:34Speaker 1: chocolate very much, so yeah, don't fade away from that
- 36:38Speaker 1: chocolate now. The original actually tastes good. Yeah, okay, but
- 36:42Speaker 1: the flavors are far away running away with it because
- 36:46Speaker 1: it didn't just proved what I thought that people were
- 36:48Speaker 1: struggling with green drinks because of the taste, and to
- 36:52Speaker 1: come up with a product that has a great taste
- 36:55Speaker 1: to it and all the green value is absolutely the
- 37:00Speaker 1: winning ticket with all this stuff. Are you trying to
- 37:02Speaker 1: say something? I use water myself, you know, but you
- 37:07Speaker 1: could put it in your smoothies, you know. I got
- 37:10Speaker 1: to elevate you. Shaker you know that comes with it,
- 37:14Speaker 1: or you can use it for other things. You can
- 37:16Speaker 1: keep beverages hot or cold in it. But I use
- 37:20Speaker 1: I use water mostly every morning. Sometimes, like after workout,
- 37:25Speaker 1: I'll throw it in my protein shake with some almond
- 37:27Speaker 1: milk stuff like that. You know. I put the chocolate
- 37:30Speaker 1: and in the chocolate protein shake with some almond milk.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Then I got everything in one, you know. But it's
- 37:37Speaker 1: just I'm starting to get some like some personal friends
- 37:40Speaker 1: of mine are using to elevate you and they're starting
- 37:43Speaker 1: to call me more. Hey, man, you were right, it's
- 37:46Speaker 1: really really started, and my digestive is better. You know,
- 37:50Speaker 1: I think that's that's a really good noticeable thing and
- 37:54Speaker 1: just get people started in a wondering you know. Look,
- 37:57Speaker 1: there's no such thing as a one fixed to all
- 38:00Speaker 1: your health, right, there's no you know product you take
- 38:03Speaker 1: this one peel and boom, that's it. But this is
- 38:06Speaker 1: a great way to get all your vital greens in
- 38:10Speaker 1: start to heal yourself on the sellular level and get
- 38:13Speaker 1: some flavor in it. Man, where you don't because my
- 38:15Speaker 1: problem with the green drinks I was doing, it's just
- 38:18Speaker 1: some morners. Man. I just couldn't gag down no more
- 38:21Speaker 1: damn green name on it this morning. Oh absolutely, because
- 38:28Speaker 1: that was a big part for me because I was
- 38:30Speaker 1: sitting because I was doing these other greens out on
- 38:32Speaker 1: the market. Yeah, man, just I can't do this every morning,
- 38:36Speaker 1: Come on, just someone as I didn't feel like so
- 38:39Speaker 1: we worked on flavor flavors. Big It comes in three flavors, original, tart, cherry,
- 38:45Speaker 1: and chocolate, and coming soon some announcements about the product.
- 38:51Speaker 1: I want everybody to get started though with the green drinks.
- 38:54Speaker 1: But it's coming some new stuff. Elevate You is going
- 38:58Speaker 1: to a whole other level of health and fitness. Go
- 39:01Speaker 1: to elevate you dot com. That's l E V A
- 39:05Speaker 1: T EU. Start with al. All right, Steve, we'll do

- 42:16Speaker 1: there performing. She performed and was paid twenty four million dollars.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Twenty four million dollars. Yeah, but a lot, a lot
- 42:25Speaker 1: of the lgbt community, um has the LGBTQ community L yes,
- 42:36Speaker 1: b yes, lesbian's gaze buys all of that. What is
- 42:39Speaker 1: the B bisexual bisexuals? Yeah, yeah, anyway, the community. Yeah, well,
- 42:49Speaker 1: they were a little upset with Beyonce after she performed
- 42:52Speaker 1: in Dubai because Dubai has really strict laws against being
- 42:56Speaker 1: openly gay over there, and of course um B hive.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Beyonce's fan base consists of a lot of LGBTQ people,
- 43:05Speaker 1: and they feel betrayed by Beyonce. Yeah, so they're a
- 43:10Speaker 1: little upset with her. Yeah, well, you know, why don't

- 44:09Speaker 1: gotta get out of here. On that note. Coming up next,
- 44:11Speaker 1: it is the nephew in the prank phone call for today.
- 44:15Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up
- 44:20Speaker 1: at about four minutes after the hour, it's my Strawberry
- 44:23Speaker 1: letter for today and the subject is whose side is
- 44:26Speaker 1: he on? Okay, whose side is he on? We'll find
- 44:31Speaker 1: out whose side he's on when we get to the
- 44:33Speaker 1: Strawberry letter in just a few because right now it
- 44:36Speaker 1: is time for the nephew and today's prank phone call.
- 44:39Speaker 1: Nep what's up fucking here, fucking here in the building. Yeah, yeah,

- 44:50Speaker 1: to do. It's it's time of a funeral, Sirley. But nah,
- 44:56Speaker 1: you know you you know you're big on funeral. But
- 44:58Speaker 1: you know not. But you know, as you know, after
- 45:04Speaker 1: a funeral, you have to go to the repass. You
- 45:07Speaker 1: understand that that's just how we roll. You got to
- 45:10Speaker 1: slide by the repairs and you but you know you
- 45:14Speaker 1: can't go to the repass without bringing a little something,
- 45:17Speaker 1: some but a family, right, most of us don't stop.
- 45:22Speaker 1: And what we're gonna do. We're gonna pick up some chicken. Yeah,
- 45:26Speaker 1: this right here is repass chicken. We're gonna order this chicken.
- 45:32Speaker 1: This right here is the repass chicken. Y'all whole tit.
- 45:35Speaker 1: If you ain't never heard of it, you might want
- 45:37Speaker 1: to pull over repass chicken, cat dog. If you wold

- 52:24Speaker 1: right now. Yeah, I can't trust that. Y'all got me parl.
- 52:29Speaker 1: I'm about right now. I ain't wayne one more thing? Man,
- 52:35Speaker 1: what's the baddest that, I mean, the baddest radio show
- 52:38Speaker 1: in the lay man the sieve an't want to shout.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. If I ain't never repassed
- 52:46Speaker 1: some chicken, I did that. I repassed that chicken right
- 52:49Speaker 1: there the last time you order the hunting some piece
- 52:53Speaker 1: of chick. We don't that you did. And that was
- 52:57Speaker 1: terrible for you to want like that and keep time
- 53:00Speaker 1: being canceled. And then we decide we all wanted now
- 53:02Speaker 1: what we what? I did pay for the chicket. I
- 53:07Speaker 1: did pay for the chicket, right, that's the least you
- 53:10Speaker 1: can do. Hey, I paid I paid for it. I
- 53:15Speaker 1: paid for it, and they fasted out to some people.

- 54:09Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is straw Baby letto.
- 54:13Speaker 1: Subject whose side is he on? Dear Stephen Shirley. My
- 54:18Speaker 1: husband and I bicker a lot, and he repeats things
- 54:20Speaker 1: to his mama and daddy and they judge me from
- 54:23Speaker 1: what he's told them. Over the holidays, we went to
- 54:26Speaker 1: his parents' house in Ohio, and I was miserable the
- 54:29Speaker 1: entire time because his mom is a trip. Before we
- 54:33Speaker 1: got married, we had a huge argument in front of
- 54:36Speaker 1: his parents, and his mother told me that I should
- 54:38Speaker 1: know my place with my husband and stopped challenging him
- 54:42Speaker 1: whenever he tells me things. I understood that and promised
- 54:45Speaker 1: myself that I would do better. Her advice has continued,
- 54:49Speaker 1: and four years later, she still only has advice from
- 54:54Speaker 1: me when my husband and I get into arguments. Yes,
- 54:57Speaker 1: we argue over stupid stuff all the time. His dad
- 55:00Speaker 1: knows the stuff is stupid, but he's always on my
- 55:03Speaker 1: husband's side. I texted an online therapist for help and
- 55:07Speaker 1: was told that if the group thinks I'm wrong, then
- 55:10Speaker 1: I'm wrong, so I need your opinion. I take care
- 55:14Speaker 1: of all the laundry and dry cleaning. My husband will
- 55:17Speaker 1: want to wear a particular shirt one day, but it's
- 55:20Speaker 1: still at the dry cleaners. I told him to communicate
- 55:23Speaker 1: with me and that can stop happening. He will say
- 55:26Speaker 1: things like, we don't have any children, so why can't
- 55:29Speaker 1: I go to the dry cleaner More often? His parents
- 55:32Speaker 1: have agreed with him on little issues like this, when
- 55:35Speaker 1: the underlying issue is they're mad because they want grandchildren
- 55:39Speaker 1: and I'm not ready. I'm not having a baby with
- 55:42Speaker 1: a man that talks down to me and picks fights
- 55:45Speaker 1: over petty bs. When his mom talks to me crazy
- 55:48Speaker 1: and I'd tell her to watch her tone, he sides
- 55:50Speaker 1: with her. I don't have my family, and I don't
- 55:53Speaker 1: have my family in our personal affairs, so why can't
- 55:56Speaker 1: he keep them out of our business. Well, I think
- 55:59Speaker 1: that's kind of simple. It seems like they've coddled him
- 56:03Speaker 1: all of his life, and he's really never stood up
- 56:06Speaker 1: to them about anything, especially you know about you, his spouse.
- 56:10Speaker 1: They still treat him like he's their little boy, and
- 56:13Speaker 1: anyone who speaks up or challenges him like you is
- 56:17Speaker 1: the enemy or she should know her place or whatever.
- 56:20Speaker 1: And he never followed that principle in the Bible that says,
- 56:24Speaker 1: you know, to leave all others and cleave to the wife.
- 56:26Speaker 1: He doesn't put you or the marriage first. There's also
- 56:30Speaker 1: a saying that goes what happens in the house stays
- 56:33Speaker 1: in the house, or house business. And there's no way that,
- 56:36Speaker 1: as a grown man, he should be running back to
- 56:39Speaker 1: his parents telling them what goes on at home. Of course,
- 56:43Speaker 1: they're going to dislike you and resent you if he's
- 56:46Speaker 1: only telling one side of the story. I mean, do
- 56:49Speaker 1: you and your husband even like each other? Because it
- 56:53Speaker 1: doesn't sound like it. I mean, what is all this
- 56:55Speaker 1: arguing and fighting about anyway? And why are you guys
- 56:59Speaker 1: arguing in front of his folks? You really need to
- 57:03Speaker 1: stop that because if you do it in front of them,
- 57:06Speaker 1: they're most likely going to be in the business. I
- 57:09Speaker 1: would say, don't even respond when his mom talks to
- 57:12Speaker 1: you crazy, because telling her to watch her tone is
- 57:15Speaker 1: disrespectful and that's why he sides with her. You know,
- 57:18Speaker 1: it just sounds crazy. That sounds crazy too. I think
- 57:22Speaker 1: this can be fixed if you guys stop being so
- 57:25Speaker 1: petty with each other and just grow up. That both
- 57:29Speaker 1: of you should seek marriage, marital counseling, and please don't
- 57:33Speaker 1: have a baby until after you finish your therapy sessions, please,
- 57:38Speaker 1: Steve well well, well, well, this type of letter that
- 57:43Speaker 1: I specialize in because it's called reading between the lines?
- 57:48Speaker 1: Whose side is he on? When you say who who
- 57:52Speaker 1: do you mean? Who is he? She must be referring
- 57:55Speaker 1: to her husband. Well throughout the letter, it ain't on
- 57:59Speaker 1: your side, So let's just figure this out. This Stephen Sherley,
- 58:04Speaker 1: my husband and I bick a lot that he repeats
- 58:06Speaker 1: things to his mom and dadd and they judged me
- 58:09Speaker 1: from what he's told him Mama's boy. Over the holidays,
- 58:15Speaker 1: we went to his parents' house in Ohio, and I
- 58:17Speaker 1: was miserable the entire time because his mom is a
- 58:20Speaker 1: trip mama's boy. Before we got married, we got into
- 58:25Speaker 1: a huge argument in front of his parents, and his
- 58:27Speaker 1: mother told me that I should know my place with
- 58:30Speaker 1: my husband and stopped challenging him whenever he tells me things.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Mama's boy. I understood that and promised myself that I
- 58:39Speaker 1: would do better. You can't. You're married to a mama's boy.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Her advice has continued. That's caused he's a mama's boy,
- 58:50Speaker 1: and four years later, she still only has advice from
- 58:53Speaker 1: me when my husband and I get into argument. Mama's boy. Yes,
- 59:00Speaker 1: we all go over stupid stuff all the time. His
- 59:03Speaker 1: dad knows the stuff is stupid, but he's always on
- 59:06Speaker 1: my husband's side. He's scared at a moment too. I
- 59:13Speaker 1: text and online now here we go. I text and
- 59:19Speaker 1: online therapist for help and was told if the group
- 59:23Speaker 1: thinks I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. Now you know me
- 59:27Speaker 1: and therapist. But therapy is real. So if you're gonna go,
- 59:32Speaker 1: I suggest you get offline. Sound to me like you
- 59:36Speaker 1: need to go sit somewhere and see somebody lie see
- 59:39Speaker 1: you online telling them what's wrong, and they can't see
- 59:42Speaker 1: your face. Therapists work better when they can see your
- 59:47Speaker 1: damn face, when they can hear you heavy breathing. You
- 59:51Speaker 1: know when they when they do a response you don't like,
- 59:53Speaker 1: and you fold your arms. See all this can't come
- 59:56Speaker 1: cross on the line. You know, like even when we zoom,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: you can't tell the whole story when we zoom. See,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: you don't really know what I'm doing right now, not everything.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: You can't see both my hands. You don't know what
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: I'm doing. See, that's why old line therapy might not
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: be best for you. You need to take your ass
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: somewhere and see somebody live. Thank you wrong? Then you're wrong?
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Then want to hear you go talk to the group
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: instead of the therapy. Hold that thought, Steve. Okay, we'll
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: have part two of your response coming up at twenty
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letters, subject whose
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: side is he on? We'll get back into it right
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: after this. You're listening show, all right, Steve, come on,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter, the subject whose side is
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: he on? Well, you know, we didn't talked about this
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: being a mama's boy, And I think that's what's true
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: because a lot of stuff in here when they argue,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: she takes his side mama's boy every time they have
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: a dispute. He run home and tell his mom and daddy,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: mama's boy. You know you ought to know your place
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: with your husband and stop challenging whenever he tell you.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Think that's what his mama said to you. That's called
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: her mama's boy. His father know y'all all over stupid stiff,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: but he takes his son's side too. That's called the
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: daddy scared of the mama too. Okay, now we didn't
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: got this cleared up. The mama's running things over there,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: So now you didn't got so tired of this that
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: you didn't decided to go to an online therapist for
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: help and was told that if the group thinks I'm wrong,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: I'm wrong. My suggestion is you need to quit going
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: online to this therapist. You need to take your ass
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: down to her office. You need somebody to see your
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: face in your therapist sesson. You need somebody. He's somebody
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to hear you heavy breathing, didn't you see? A therapist
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: can help you better if they see all the nuances
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: of your frustration. Lip smacking, heavy breathing, underbreath muthering. They
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: needs to hit this for a therapist to help you
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: they need to hear this. You ain't getting it online,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: So I suggest going down that lab. Now here we go,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: so I need your opinion. I take care of all
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: our laundry and dry cleaning. My husband will want to
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: wear a particular shirt one day, but it's still at
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: the dry cleaners. I told him to communicate with me,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: and that can stop happening. He will say things like,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: we don't have any children, so why can't I go
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: through the dry cleaners more often. Let's take this line
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: right here, this poe ass statement right here. You do
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: all the dry cleaning. Your husband wants to wear a
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: particular shirt one day, but it's at the dry cleaner.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: You told him to communicate with you more. Now his
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: ass need two shirts, that's all this his? See what
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: is you in my ass about this wreck? Funking the
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: shirt you're talking about when you just need another shirt?
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: And then he gonna tell you we ain't got no kids.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: You ought to be able to go to the dry
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: cleaning more. Well, if we ain't got no kids, you
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: all to be buying another damn shirt. See, you gotta
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: get this stuff off you. You keep letting them dump
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: stuff on you. With his inadequate behind. Now his short
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: comes as a man. He got to run to his
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: mom with everything. He came forward. Two shirts. What y'all
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: off in to have a baby for? You know what
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: much stuff you got to buy for a baby? He
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: can't even before another damn shirt. Y'all agging about stupid stuff.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: He wanted to particular shirt and it's at the dry cleaning.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: You Jeff water damn shirt Monday. The damn it is Thursday.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Everybody gonna see you with that damn shirt though, because
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: you don't you like it, because he got the little
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: bumble bee on the collar. He got one damn Gucci shirt.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Now he won't everybody to see he got it on.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: Told you not to buy that shirt with the bumble
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: bee on neck anyway, because everybody gonna know it's the
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: same damn shirt when you pull. You can't get extravagant stuff.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: You got to stay simple. Take your heads down to
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Mace's and get you white shirt and you can wear
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: many times you want you. Oh no, you're gonna go
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: down there and get to gut your white shirt with
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: to be on the college. Now, I guess what everybody
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: now you got nicknames, cheerios, you know they calling your
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: stuff at work. You don't even know nothing about cheerios.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Why they call it? You know, you know cheerio got
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: the little be on it. You know, Black people have
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: slick stuff when they do. His parents have agreed with
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: him on little issues like this, when the underlying issue
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: is they're mad because they want a grandchildren and I'm
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: not ready and I'm not having a baby with a
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: man that talks down to me and picks fights over
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: petty bs. You, young lady, are absolutely correct. It's your body,
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: it's your life, and it's your husband. When his mom
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: talks to me crazy, I'll tell her to watch your tone.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: He sides with her because you got tired of him.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: So now, Shirley, you're gonna be the mother and I'm
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: gonna be the daughter, and I'm gonna tell you how
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: the ways you can have this because you because this
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: bearge ain't gonna make it no way. Now. Baby, you
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: know you're supposed to listen to your husband and go
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: get that shirt out the cleaners. Baby, Yes, baby, the baby.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Don't call me a baby. He the baby. Well, it's
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: a term of endearment, honey, don't take offense to it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, honey, honey,
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: if he had some money, we could have two shirts. Well, sweetie,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: it sounds like you have an attitude. What's the problem.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: I got an attitude because I didn't married your damn boy.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: That's why I got it to he He is my baby.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: He is my baby, but he's a grown man. He
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: married you. He couldn't be a baby and a grown
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: man at same time. Lady, you can call me mom,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: you call you sweetie. Now, I'm nothing to call your mama.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: You're already too many mamas around here. Now, what is
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: this attitude? I got a mama. Well, that's what the
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: attitude is. I got a mama and I left her
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: to marry my husband, who is struck up under his mama.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: You need to cut the apron strings and what you
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: need to do. Well, you know what, I think the
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: apron strings are cut. You have your house, We have
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: our house, and we could along just fine. What's what's
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: the problem, baby? Nobody like you seem like you're mad
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: a lot. We ain't getting along. We're about to get home.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: It's what we're fitting to do. And I'm not fitting
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: to have a grandchild with that ragged ass. For you,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: than made My baby is just fine. You just gotta
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: know how to love him. Listen, we're out of time, Steve.

- 1:07:14Speaker 1: you got Junior? Shirley Aaron rodgers Man. He had not
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: decided if he's gonna come back to the Green Bay Packers,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: but he is gonna be if he plays the next season,
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: he's gonna make sixty million, right, that's sixty million dollars.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: But then he said yeah, he said he's willing sixty million.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: I don't even need the offensive line directly, that ball
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: right to me. Yeah, I got you. Not not surprised.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: He says he's willing. He's thinking about it. He said
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: he's willing to rework his deals to play for the
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: Green Bay Packers if it's the right situation. So they
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: gets him, other players come in and help the team.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: You better for sixty million, would you need to use
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: that sixty and help get these other damn live. They
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: need to come out of that sixty. That's what they need. Well,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: see when they say rework the deal, what they're talking
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: about is deferring the money. He's not giving the money
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: back that he'll just take it later. Oh okay, okay,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: yeah yeah, man, she is no big does let me
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: do ask you tell me what would you do? Would
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: you defer any of your money? I'm sixty six years old.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: I can't defer a damn thing. I need it all
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: up front now, defer. Yeah, I'm sixty six. Give me
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: my money now. I don't even do fifty percent deposits
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: on gigs no more. All your money gotta come up
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: front up front. If something happen, I don't make it.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Y'all work that out. Not gonna happen. If something happened
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: to y'all, I don't I understand that. Well, you know
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: what we was gonna see? What's gonna happen with Aaron Rodgers? Also? Man?
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Uh MVP race is big talk right now that candidates
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: are Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahons, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow. Who
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: we pulling for? We can't get it. Josh Allen can't
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: get it, no, no, after that performance. But he can't
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: get it cause everybody else you said it's in there,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: and I think it. Jar Hurts absolutely. I'm pulling for him, man,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I really did Jalen hurt Man. I was on the plane.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: What happened to the Cowboys? Man? Everything? Dak Prescott, he
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: just couldn't not throw to anybody in the Cowboys jersey.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: So the man he too is us. Everybody did what
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: was San Francisco? They found the ball? That was it.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: It's gonna be Philly and all my boys that I
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: went to Kent's State with. If you ain't in Cleveland
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Brown fans, you were Cincinnati Bengal fan. Oh now, but
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: d nl frat brother is the quarterback for the Eagle.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Let's go. Yeah, all right, coming up, Thank you you,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: and you're coming up at the top of the hour.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: There's a question Steve about wearing designer brands. We'll talk
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: about it right after this. You're listening to the Steve
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, So Steve, here's a question
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: from Steve Harvey FM. I'm Contrell, he says, and I'm
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: forty seven years old. I've been blessed with the gift
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: of designing and sewing clothes for women. I mostly do
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: custom prom dresses for students and that's made me a
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: lot of money, but I want to do more. My
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: other customers get me to make knockoff designer outfits for them,
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: and it irritates me because I want to do my
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: own designs. Why are people so into wearing designer brands
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: instead of having an original handmade garment. Why, well, bro, look,
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: I sympathize which you own a couple of pots. You
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: know designer brands. It gives you a feeling when you
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: have them all for some people, and then you want
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: to do your own thing. See what a person going
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: to especially vent they want to think and feel special.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Now you're saying nothing would probably make you feel more
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: special than to be wearing a custom piece design especially
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: for you. I happen to agree with you. But if
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: your custom design piece ain't flied in the designer piece,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: I think they're gonna end up going with the designer piece.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: And I think that's what a lot of it is.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: And until you get your notoriety of you're gonna keep
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: running into this. That's this is the part about being
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: successful is getting the notoriety and the recognition that you
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: want or deserve for your ideas and your work. You know,
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: I get people approached me all the time. I wear
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: designer stuff, but I wear some stuff that's made by
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: people people have no idea who they are, and you
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: know I do. I do a little bit of both,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: but I think it's a personal choice. You know. But
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: you're gonna have to stop using words like sewing. You're
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: gonna have to stop using words or see read well, well, well,
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: reread the statement again. Should I have been blessed with
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: the gift of designing and sewing clothes for welling? Right there?
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: See right there, you got to stop saying sewing. Sewing
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: is old don't nobody won't run you, So stop using
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: old ass terms design, custom, be spoke, you know, stuff
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: like that. Once you say sewing, I see your ass
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: sitting down at a machine somewhere in the caller room.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: And now I got to one shoulder calling or see,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: you can't use old ass words, and I've been designing
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: and sew it don't nobody. I don't want you to
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: so men nothing. He also says, yeah, but you know, really,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: you got to use words that sound be spoke custom. Yeah,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: you know a lot of words. Come on, man, you
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: know what I'm in the outfits they made for me
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: to go see Earth when in five commodore my sister
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: sold them outfits. You can wear them nowhere. Yeah, I'm
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: in there. It's fall in the part, feathers, shingles all
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: on the ground and stuff. I'm picking up stuff sticking
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: it back on my pants. Come on, man, Well, I
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: mean he's happy, you know, with everything I guess he has.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: He does say that he has been blessed with the gift,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: so he knows he probably is. I bet he is gifted.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: And congratulations to you, brother. But you've been making the
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: majority of your money been making you know, prim dresses.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: You've been sewing prim dresses. Well that what you say,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: you know. See now I got to hope you could
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: make this suit right now. Ain't come on now hall
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: to go for prom dress to the suit. I got
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: to wear this out on TV now, Steeps, you're lying
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: it little stuff like that. I've heard all this stuff,
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: big dog, because you might want to go in the
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: bath room to him. You're standing on your head. That's
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: sewing you, h because they don't put that little basting
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: on the back of the heel, and if you he'll
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: get caught on the back of the pants and snatched
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: the line because it ain't been based it on the
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: bottom because you was in there sowing and you don't
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: have a based in machine. So now my ass is
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: sitting up in here wearing the sold ass pants. All right,
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: I think we got coming up in twenty minutes after
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: the hour, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: Show right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: Morning Show, all right, So this is weird news, okay.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: According to the New York Times, along with the usual
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: shipments of drugs and guns confiscated at the US border,
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: customs officers are now facing they're faced with egg smuggling.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: That's the easiest way to put that. Egg smuggling. There
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: is a huge edge egg shortage in the United States,
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: and egg prices have skyrocketed. In case you didn't know, Steve. Therefore,
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: egg smuggling is up one hundred and eight percent since
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: the last year. Who knew, Customers not less time for
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: eggs than you do weed and myth. Customs and Border
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: Protection officials say that some of the egg smuggling is
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: even being committed by organized crime groups. Okay, can you
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: imagine here's the question. Can you imagine getting detained by
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: TSA for smuggling eggs? Can you imagine going to prison
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: and ask you what you're in for? Hard? And when
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: we had and we had breakfast, YEA was bringing in
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: some eggs. Man, excuse me, I was. I got called
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: off smuggling dog drugs, no eggs breaking round? Yeah, round
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: four to seven dollars, I know for sure. Wow, that's
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: really yes. Ye wouldn't Well, I'll tell you one thing
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: wouldn't have been No damn east at our house. I
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: can't coming up in thirty three minutes after we'll play
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: a round it would you rather? Right after this you're
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: listening to show it is time now for a round
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: of would you rather? Would you rather have sex while
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: blindfolded or have sex while handcuffed? Yeah, there's no way
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: I'm getting handcuffed him, though I got closed my eyes
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: a lot of time. Anyway, that time that doesn't bother you,
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: that's normal. Uh nephew, we didn't hear the hand cool.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: I need to see what I'm dealing with. I can't.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: I don't want yeah, I got to see what I'm
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: talking about. I don't want no surprise, but you're just
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: gonna be looking though you can't touch come, I'm cool.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: At least I can see it. Though I can see it.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: I got to stop certain things, right, all right? Would
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: you rather a screaming lady as your ringer or belching
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: sounds as your ringer? Screaming lady or belching sounds? I
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: better go with me because I'm married. I yet you are, Ye,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: I gotta go with the belching because, yeah, I don't
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: want nobody hollow when you called me. I want it
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: to be real because I'm black. What I'm going with
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: because I'm black. Yeah, you don't want to go to
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: jail this white lady holland their time? My damn phone,
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: he has a hostage him. All right? Would you rather
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: accidentally text a nude picture to someone? Or would you
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: rather butt dial someone during sex? B I mean you
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: can't pull that picture back. Let's just do that, because
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: see if you stay on the phone, if you hear me,
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: there's something wrong with you. She ain't been hung up.

- 1:19:46Speaker 1: All that right there? But Shack be deep. But you
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: don't have to worry about I'm gonna do right now?
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: What are they saying? Either one of them don't matter? Rich, Yes,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: Shack got a lot of I will go with Shaq
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Rich though. That's all right. That's today's round of would
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: you rather? Coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: we'll close out the show with our last break and
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Steven Show. All right, guys,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: here we are our last break of the day on
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: this Wednesday. Yes, m hmmm, hump day, midweek? Yes, weekend
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: coming yep, can't wait? At the January? Wow? What eleven
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: more months? Christmas? Yes? Countdown? Yeah, all the time the
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: Christmas countdown. How you feeling, Steve? All right, Steve, Yeah,
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: you know, I'm good. I got some closing remarks, you know,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: just a little controversial, I would imagine, but it's speaking
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: the truth, you know what, It's the truth for everybody.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: You know. We live in a world today where we
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: are all so judged on every single word that comes
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: out of our mouth, and it's causing people to be
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: more and more reluctant to speak up on any subject
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: that they concerned. Beyonce gets in the world of trouble
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: from her own group because they mad at her for
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: performing in Dubai. You know, I think I think we
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: all got to start really taking a closer look at
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: what's going on. I for one, I think that if
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: we are going to live in the world of freedoms,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: where a person has a right to choose what they
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: want to do, what they want to be, what they
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: want to say, what they want to be called, then
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: so be it. That's absolutely fine. If a person has
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: the right to do that, another person has the right
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: to feel how they feel, view it, how they view it,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: think of it, how they think of it. See, it
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: can't go both ways. You can't have the freedom to do, say,
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: and be, and then the other person don't have the
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: same freedom to do, say, or be. And that's the
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: danger that we run into. See, I'm perfectly fine with
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: a person being doing whatever they want to say, be,
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: and do. But then when you bring it to me,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: be aware of the fact that should I not have
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: the same right. That's all I'm asking. Can a person
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: can we all agree to disagree? See, just because that's
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: your view, that's your life, that's your dream, that's your thing.
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: Everybody don't have to go along with that. And you
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: got to stop forcing yours on others and mine on yours,
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: and yours o mine. It's starting to be so unjust
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: sleep unfair, because look, man, we live in a world
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: where we have some places that have gun laws and
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: other places that don't have gun laws. Well, just look
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: at the repercussions of no gun laws. Look at the
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: freedom of being able to buy a gun, Look at
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: the freedom of the Second Amendment, look at where we
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: are with it. Then you go to some countries who
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: have practically no gun violence at all because they got
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: gun laws. Okay, Now what you're mad at me? If
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: I like the place with the gun laws when you
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: clearly have the right to pass these laws, but you've
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: chosen not to. We have abortion that we've just the
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: ro versus weighed in this country. We have now taken
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: the right of decision away from the only person who's
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: involved in the decision, a woman. Are you kidding me?
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: How do we take that out of the hands of women?
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: Every single human being on this planet is responsible for
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: being here by a woman. Man can't make babies. You what, okay,
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: how much money you gotta get? What you're type leaves?
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: It's women? Who are we to set up in here?
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: Because we're so far right that we're gonna decide what's
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: best for everybody. No far left. That we came up
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: with so much stuff on the far left that we
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: want to ram it down your throat, and you got
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: to agree with the far left, and you got to
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: agree with the far right when the majority of people
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: I know ain't on either side of that coin. They're
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: in the middle somewhere. We got voting rights acts, we
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: got this state in the unit and in States of America,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: Florida done pass legislature to stop teaching African American history
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: in schools. That's far right. The guy that's doing this
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: is a conservative, an ultra conservative. Now here he is
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: telling us what our children. Then we did a story
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: earlier today where a child has to get a permission
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: slip from their parents to learn the Negro national anthem.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: I meant when I was learning the national anthem? What
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: no damn permission slip? Your ant's better notice? Oh say,
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: can you see I pledge allegiance to the flag of
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: the United States of America. We had what no option?
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: Put your hand over your heart. All that right now?
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: This country is amazing. You still expect everybody to stand
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: and salute that flag when that flag ain't for everybody.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: You don't understand a person kneeling. You don't understand a
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: person not standing up and playing glory to that flag.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: That flag ain't wrapped around everybody the same way. See,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: this is the world we live in. I have decided
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: to live my life this way. I am perfectly fine
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: with you being you who you are, whatever you want
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: to be. But if you come over here to me
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: with it, please understand this is how I am, who
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: I want to be and what I choose to do.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: And just like you got the right to do that,
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: I have the same right. We have got to start
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: letting people live in this world. And somebody don't agree
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: with your viewpoint, they don't make them wrong. They just
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: ain't got the same viewpoint you got, that's all. And
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: they nobody gonna have the same viewpoint. We need to stop,
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: we need to grow up because this has really gone
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: too far. It really really has. Those are my clothes
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: remarks today. If you didn't like it, we'll be back tomorrow.
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: We'll try it again. But God is good of yourself.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: A great day man. Talk to God. He love to
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: hear from you. For all Steve Harvey contests, no purchase
