- 0:02Speaker 1: Judge Wan Merchant holding Donald Trump in contempt yet again
- 0:07Speaker 1: for violating his gag order. And now the New York
- 0:12Speaker 1: County judge is now giving a major warning to the President,
- 0:16Speaker 1: telling him that after he has violated his gag order
- 0:19Speaker 1: again during the trial, the next time, well, I'm going
- 0:23Speaker 1: to put you in jail. Yeah, jail time for any
- 0:27Speaker 1: further infractions. If you put Donald Trump in jail while
- 0:31Speaker 1: he's the front runner for the presidency of the United
- 0:33Speaker 1: States America, the backlash could be massive backlash in a
- 0:38Speaker 1: way that I think people would be incredibly angry over
- 0:43Speaker 1: and not just angry, but it could have a huge
- 0:48Speaker 1: impact on changing how things are done. I mean in
- 0:54Speaker 1: a very very, very very big way in this future
- 0:59Speaker 1: with precedent of locking up your political opponents. Now you
- 1:04Speaker 1: go back to this case. In a large part of
- 1:08Speaker 1: this case is the claim that Donald Trump and the
- 1:12Speaker 1: Trump organization falsified records.
- 1:16Speaker 2: All right, So that's that's part of this that.
- 1:19Speaker 1: He falsified records, and so therefore, because he falsified these records,
- 1:25Speaker 1: he deserves.
- 1:26Speaker 2: To go to jail because he was lying.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I want you to hear what attorney Michael Moore said
- 1:35Speaker 1: on CNN about this. After Trump is being threatened with
- 1:39Speaker 1: jail time, Trump says he's willing to quote unquote make
- 1:43Speaker 1: the sacrifice. Now, this judge is completely out of control,
- 1:50Speaker 1: and now even the attorneys that are liberal are admitting
- 1:54Speaker 1: there's a problem with this case. Is there proof of
- 1:58Speaker 1: Trump falsifying record? Listen to what he said? This is
- 2:01Speaker 1: again on CNN.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Who could sign a checks? He asked for the accounts
- 2:06Speaker 3: in twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen, and she says, well,
- 2:09Speaker 3: you're talking about mister Trump's personal account and the attorney
- 2:12Speaker 3: says yes, and she says only mister Trump. The attorney
- 2:17Speaker 3: ask again, was that true back in twenty seventeen and twenty.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Sixteen, She said yes, and she.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Said it's still that way today, so she is still
- 2:27Speaker 3: working for the organization.
- 2:29Speaker 2: She further says that.
- 2:30Speaker 3: If Trump didn't want to sign a check, he certainly
- 2:32Speaker 3: wouldn't do it. Can you give us some sense of
- 2:35Speaker 3: how important this kind of testimony is and how far
- 2:39Speaker 3: this went to help potentially the prosecution make their case
- 2:43Speaker 3: that Donald Trump knew what was going on here because
- 2:46Speaker 3: he signed the checks.
- 2:49Speaker 4: Well, our testimony was important because it starts to connect
- 2:52Speaker 4: some of the dots, and that is you know, can
- 2:55Speaker 4: you actually put a pin in Donald Trump's hand? Can
- 2:57Speaker 4: you put a check in his hand under his signature?
- 2:59Speaker 4: But that really not the crux of the government's case.
- 3:02Speaker 4: The case deals with heavy falsified records as it relates
- 3:07Speaker 4: to a federal election law, and so that has not
- 3:10Speaker 4: been accomplished yet, so they're moving that way to it.
- 3:13Speaker 4: I mean, this is a paper case. Paper cases are
- 3:16Speaker 4: not inherently interesting. This one is a little different because
- 3:19Speaker 4: it involves are former president. But the prosecutor has to
- 3:22Speaker 4: put some meat on the bone. So if they've sort
- 3:24Speaker 4: of started building out a little bit of the flesh
- 3:26Speaker 4: and they're they're they're getting that way that they're going
- 3:29Speaker 4: to have to now go from he knew about the checks,
- 3:31Speaker 4: he signed the checks over to he actually was involved
- 3:34Speaker 4: or gave some direction, gave some direction as it related
- 3:36Speaker 4: to these false business records that are at issue in
- 3:39Speaker 4: the indictor.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Proof quote of Trump false fiving records has not been
- 3:45Speaker 1: accomplished yet. The prosecutor has to put some meat on
- 3:50Speaker 1: the bones. Now, that's a guy that thinks Donald Trump
- 3:53Speaker 1: should go to jail. That's a guy that thinks that
- 3:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump should be convicted, and he's saying on CNN,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I mean, they can pick any whack job liberal to
- 4:03Speaker 1: go on there. And he's saying they've not accomplished it yet,
- 4:07Speaker 1: that there's proof that Trump falsified records, and the prosecutor
- 4:11Speaker 1: has to put some meat on the bones. The meat's
- 4:13Speaker 1: not there yet. He's working on it, but it's not
- 4:16Speaker 1: there yet. I mean, this thing's been going on now
- 4:18Speaker 1: for quite a few days. So now the question becomes
- 4:23Speaker 1: what's next. And if you put a president in jail, right,
- 4:29Speaker 1: if you put a president in jail, a former president
- 4:33Speaker 1: and sit, it's America, the front runner. The American people,
- 4:36Speaker 1: without quote meat on the bones are going to respond,
- 4:39Speaker 1: I think accordingly, and say, all right, I'm going to
- 4:42Speaker 1: vote for Donald Trump for damn sure now because of
- 4:45Speaker 1: what you guys are doing, which is what they would
- 4:48Speaker 1: do in Russia. It's what they would do in Cuba,
- 4:51Speaker 1: it's what they do in Venezuela. It's what they would
- 4:54Speaker 1: do in a communist, socialist, Marxist country. Mendela right for examp,
- 5:00Speaker 1: put him in jail, right, kill them, and they do it,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and and Vlada ra Putin does to his opponents, right,
- 5:05Speaker 1: just kills them. All right, you're wait, you're an outposition leader. Okay,
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'll just kill you. Jeff Duncan, by the way, this
- 5:12Speaker 1: made me laugh this morning. He was on TV. This
- 5:16Speaker 1: has happened about thirty minutes ago, and as he says, quote,
- 5:19Speaker 1: as Republicans, we have to take our medicine and vote
- 5:22Speaker 1: for Biden and cast Trump out. This was a conversation
- 5:25Speaker 1: on seeing in this morning. Now this is again they're like, oh, well,
- 5:29Speaker 1: Jeff's Republican.
- 5:30Speaker 2: What do we got to do? Well, we got to
- 5:31Speaker 2: vote against Trump. We got to vote for Joe Biden.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Really, that's how desperate CNN now is to make their
- 5:36Speaker 1: case that you got to vote for that, you got
- 5:39Speaker 1: to vote for Joe Biden over Donald Trump.
- 5:41Speaker 5: Yet again, listen, Jeff Duncan is with me now along
- 5:45Speaker 5: with CNN senior political commentator, a former special assistant at
- 5:48Speaker 5: President George W. Bush, Scott Jennings. All right, Lieutenant Governor,
- 5:53Speaker 5: we're listening convinced Republicans Scott Jennings and your other fellow
- 5:57Speaker 5: Republicans that they should vote for President Biden.
- 6:00Speaker 6: Well, enough's enough.
- 6:01Speaker 7: Donald Trump is not our future, he's not our president.
- 6:05Speaker 7: And now looking back, he certainly wasn't our past. Donald
- 6:08Speaker 7: Trump's a fake Republican. He's proven that over and over
- 6:10Speaker 7: and over again. He simply wants the position of president
- 6:13Speaker 7: to be powerful, and he's willing to lie, cheat, and
- 6:15Speaker 7: steal for it. And if we're going to fix this
- 6:18Speaker 7: party and go forward the party that is conservative but
- 6:20Speaker 7: not crazy and angry, we've got to do it without
- 6:22Speaker 7: Donald Trump. And I know it makes sense to try
- 6:25Speaker 7: to elect a Republican to be the president. But if
- 6:27Speaker 7: we can get past Donald Trump, have a Republican controlled Congress,
- 6:32Speaker 7: we can have a firewall in place, and then we
- 6:34Speaker 7: can take the next four years to fix our party
- 6:36Speaker 7: and get a legitimate candidate forward that can lead us
- 6:39Speaker 7: in the right direction.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Scott, I don't want you to feel like you have
- 6:43Speaker 5: to answer on behalf of Donald Trump, But as a
- 6:46Speaker 5: life long Republican, how do you think most Republicans will
- 6:50Speaker 5: take this?
- 6:52Speaker 8: Well, most Republicans are not going to vote for Joe Biden.
- 6:54Speaker 8: Very few Republicans are going to vote for Joe Biden.
- 6:56Speaker 8: Of course, the political analysis question for Donald Trump is
- 7:00Speaker 8: will enough Republicans or Republican leaners vote for Joe Biden
- 7:03Speaker 8: to help him win the presidency? I think Jeff is
- 7:07Speaker 8: speaking for a very small minority of the party. They're
- 7:10Speaker 8: going to take that position. But at the same time,
- 7:12Speaker 8: there are going to be some Democrats, maybe a lot
- 7:14Speaker 8: more Democrats, that decide to vote for Donald Trump. I
- 7:17Speaker 8: actually think this election is an interesting scramble. You're going
- 7:19Speaker 8: to see people who you would traditionally think of as
- 7:21Speaker 8: supporting one party shift to the other. It's Jeff's you know,
- 7:25Speaker 8: he's the kind of a voter. I think that it
- 7:28Speaker 8: represents the shifting sands of our politics under Trump and Biden,
- 7:33Speaker 8: and the kinds of coalitions that they're both able to attract.
- 7:35Speaker 8: You see it in all the polling and certainly seems
- 7:38Speaker 8: to be reflected in Jeff's opinion piece Toda, though, I
- 7:40Speaker 8: have to say one comment about Jeff's argument. You know,
- 7:43Speaker 8: he wants to elect a Republican Congress as a firewall
- 7:46Speaker 8: that does nothing to restrict the President of the United
- 7:48Speaker 8: States from all executive action that they can take. And
- 7:50Speaker 8: I think most Republicans would say the most harm Joe
- 7:54Speaker 8: Biden has done has been on executive action, ignoring the
- 7:57Speaker 8: Supreme Court and so on and so forth, and so
- 7:59Speaker 8: having Republican Congress doesn't save you from that unless you're
- 8:02Speaker 8: willing to impeach a president.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I love how Jennings responded to this fake Republican, this
- 8:08Speaker 1: establishment Republicans, like, oh, well, you're gonna have to take
- 8:10Speaker 1: our medicine, and we've got to get rid of Donald Trump.
- 8:13Speaker 2: He's not a real conservative. He's not a conservative guy.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Look, I have my doubts when he ran in sixteen,
- 8:20Speaker 1: but he proved himself to be extremely conservative while president
- 8:23Speaker 1: of the United States of America. That's the reality of
- 8:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump. And the idea that the Republican Party has
- 8:30Speaker 1: left Trump is laughable. How many of you think Donald
- 8:34Speaker 1: Trump is the Republican Party because I think he is
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Republican Party.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Five three five nine seven three two.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I don't think he's And this idea that there's a
- 8:44Speaker 1: bunch of Republicans out there right now that are going
- 8:46Speaker 1: to vote for Joe Biden, I don't believe that for
- 8:50Speaker 1: a moment. I think you had a better case for
- 8:53Speaker 1: that argument four years ago than you do right now
- 8:55Speaker 1: because of just how bad things are in this country.
- 8:59Speaker 2: All right.
- 8:59Speaker 1: One of the thing I want to get you updated
- 9:01Speaker 1: on that is this the Stormy Daniels testimony. It was
- 9:06Speaker 1: a you know what show it was a joke yesterday.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I didn't get to talk about this much earlier, but
- 9:13Speaker 1: I want you to hear this. As even MSNBC said,
- 9:16Speaker 1: it was a bad look for Stormy Daniels and a
- 9:19Speaker 1: bad look for the prosecution her testimony.
- 9:22Speaker 9: Listen now, while we saw Lisa describe what she saw
- 9:26Speaker 9: from the overflow room, you, Harry, were actually inside the courtroom,
- 9:31Speaker 9: and so much of what you saw and experienced are
- 9:35Speaker 9: things that are being processed, potentially even now by members
- 9:38Speaker 9: of the jury. And so we want you to take
- 9:41Speaker 9: us inside that room. What you saw, what you felt,
- 9:45Speaker 9: and any interaction between the President and Stormy Daniels, Stormy
- 9:49Speaker 9: Daniels and that jury.
- 9:52Speaker 10: I can speak to the first There wasn't any, but
- 9:54Speaker 10: there was a lot to see, especially with the jury.
- 9:57Speaker 10: We're talking about a very very colorful witness who detailed
- 10:02Speaker 10: kinds of events and just you know, efforts and ways
- 10:07Speaker 10: of being that I think for the jury were fairly foreign.
- 10:11Speaker 10: She spoke very quickly, nervously. She told a lot of jokes,
- 10:15Speaker 10: and not all of them landed. As Lisa said. Mary
- 10:18Speaker 10: Chan was quick to sustain objections and clearly thought there
- 10:23Speaker 10: was too much detail being given to the jury. I
- 10:26Speaker 10: watched the jury very carefully, and I thought, in particular,
- 10:31Speaker 10: there were three or four who were maybe not with her,
- 10:34Speaker 10: and others who were all the basics of Michael Cohen's story.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Everything we've heard so far.
- 10:39Speaker 10: She substantiates, but she does this in a very wild,
- 10:43Speaker 10: sort of super colorful way that I think for some
- 10:47Speaker 10: of the jurors maybe made their head spin a bit.
- 10:50Speaker 10: And there is this basic question about she almost seems
- 10:54Speaker 10: to have experienced the sex itself as sort of surreal.
- 10:58Speaker 10: Yet a year in sues where she continues to be
- 11:01Speaker 10: in touch with him, and she says the ultimate nda
- 11:04Speaker 10: she wanted to enter into because she was afraid, based
- 11:08Speaker 10: on an encounter in a parking lot, that Trump was
- 11:13Speaker 10: trying to actually silence her, and she wanted him out.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Of the picture as well.
- 11:19Speaker 10: She disclaimed money having anything really to do with it.
- 11:22Speaker 10: My basic feeling is like, Wow, this is a colorful,
- 11:26Speaker 10: maybe hyper colorful witness.
- 11:28Speaker 9: But how much was the jury also watching Donald Trump
- 11:31Speaker 9: and maybe his reaction.
- 11:34Speaker 2: To some of those very.
- 11:39Speaker 9: Just let's say, details of that sexual encounter, right.
- 11:44Speaker 10: So I looked for that pretty carefully. It was mainly
- 11:47Speaker 10: on Stormy they were taking her in. I was looking
- 11:51Speaker 10: at Trumps some and he had a general kind of impassiveness,
- 11:56Speaker 10: not glowering exactly, but obviously not happy. But the basic
- 12:01Speaker 10: dynamic was jury to Stormy. And then again, I haven't
- 12:06Speaker 10: seen Mayr chun this in this trial be so sort
- 12:10Speaker 10: of irritated, and it came across I think as being
- 12:14Speaker 10: irritated with her level of detail.
- 12:16Speaker 2: That's something if.
- 12:17Speaker 10: You're the DA you're worried about because you don't want
- 12:20Speaker 10: them to think that he the judge is actually I'm
- 12:24Speaker 10: displeased in any way with the witness.
- 12:27Speaker 1: You listen to that report and they're basically saying it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: a dumpster fire. Now there's also an obsession by the
- 12:33Speaker 1: media to put Trump in jail, and that's what the
- 12:38Speaker 1: left is fantasizing over right now. They want to get
- 12:41Speaker 1: him in jail. I want you to hear what they
- 12:43Speaker 1: had to say on the view about the idea of
- 12:45Speaker 1: Trump being behind bars.
- 12:47Speaker 11: I'm sort of conflicted about whether or not he should
- 12:49Speaker 11: be held in contempt and put in He's already been
- 12:51Speaker 11: held in contempt, but put in jail for it. But
- 12:53Speaker 11: I do think that seventy one percent of Americans have
- 12:56Speaker 11: said that he should be put in jail if he
- 12:58Speaker 11: is convicted. The other thing, I will say, we all
- 13:00Speaker 11: saw many of us are old enough to have seen
- 13:02Speaker 11: the OJ case. I remember how Judge Ito lost complete
- 13:07Speaker 11: control of the courtroom, and I think that had a
- 13:09Speaker 11: lot to do with the win. You cannot let Donald
- 13:14Speaker 11: Trump be a runaway train in that courtroom. No, it's
- 13:17Speaker 11: not his courtroom, it's the judge's courtroom. And so I
- 13:19Speaker 11: think that make a point to prove a point. Put
- 13:22Speaker 11: him in a clink.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Oh why not put him?
- 13:27Speaker 5: Oh?
- 13:30Speaker 6: I don't want this to sound like I'm doing wishful thinking. Yes,
- 13:35Speaker 6: but which prison would be best?
- 13:38Speaker 2: I give you, Michael, Well.
- 13:41Speaker 9: That's what i've That's what I have from number one.
- 13:44Speaker 12: Cha.
- 13:45Speaker 2: But you know, I'm okay.
- 13:48Speaker 6: If he goes to Alcatraz and they reopened it, maybe.
- 13:53Speaker 2: You know what about one time obank?
- 13:57Speaker 11: Okay, y'all, that'd be close to mari A Lago, Milania
- 14:00Speaker 11: can come and visit, that's right.
- 14:03Speaker 2: What about supermax?
- 14:05Speaker 11: Supermax would be into to tell Chappo was a Supermax
- 14:08Speaker 11: he you know, pan now he wants to be with
- 14:11Speaker 11: the get people.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Come on.
- 14:13Speaker 6: So these are my suggestions.
- 14:15Speaker 2: What anybody wants to know. Actually, I want to be clear.
- 14:19Speaker 1: ABC News is paying these people on the View, including
- 14:24Speaker 1: Whoopy Goldberg, to fantasize about Donald Trump going to Guantanamo Bay,
- 14:34Speaker 1: where the mastermind of nine to eleven, Khalid Sheik Mohammad
- 14:39Speaker 1: is can can you just let that sinc in? And
- 14:45Speaker 1: and they're laughing about it. This is a political witch
- 14:50Speaker 1: hunt on a level we've never seen before in this country.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Caitlin Collins, by the way at CNN mocking the President
- 14:56Speaker 1: of the United States of America saying he's afraid of jail.
- 14:59Speaker 1: He doesn't want to go to jail. Listen to this.
- 15:01Speaker 8: Violation of the gag order since then, and my sense
- 15:04Speaker 8: is he probably won't.
- 15:05Speaker 13: I just want to read more of what the judge
- 15:07Speaker 13: actually said to Trump today. He said, mister Trump, it's
- 15:09Speaker 13: important to understand the last thing I want to do
- 15:11Speaker 13: is put you in jail. You're the former president of
- 15:13Speaker 13: the United States and possibly the next president as well.
- 15:16Speaker 13: There are many reasons why incarceration is truly a last resort.
- 15:19Speaker 13: For me to take that step would be disruptive and
- 15:21Speaker 13: to these proceedings, which I imagine you want to end
- 15:24Speaker 13: as quickly as possible, just politically Caitlin.
- 15:30Speaker 2: What would this mean.
- 15:33Speaker 12: I mean, the argument is that Trump would relish it
- 15:37Speaker 12: in the sense that he would be able to argue
- 15:39Speaker 12: what he's been arguing every day outside that courtroom, that
- 15:41Speaker 12: he is being politically persecuted here, that he can't use
- 15:44Speaker 12: his First Amendment ride he can't speak freely, that this
- 15:47Speaker 12: is protected political speech. The idea that Donald Trump actually
- 15:50Speaker 12: would want to go to jail is ridiculous. Anyone who
- 15:53Speaker 12: knows him knows that he doesn't even like to stay
- 15:55Speaker 12: in a hotel when he goes on foreign trips. When
- 15:57Speaker 12: he went as president, it was a whole thing to
- 15:59Speaker 12: actually get him to stay over night in places. So
- 16:01Speaker 12: this idea that he actually does want to do this
- 16:04Speaker 12: For the optics perspective, I mean, when you speak to
- 16:07Speaker 12: his closest advisors, they'll allies. They'll say that's completely far fetched.
- 16:11Speaker 12: They do they think it would work to their advantage,
- 16:13Speaker 12: maybe politically, But I do think Donald Trump heating this
- 16:16Speaker 12: is something that you never see Donald Trump do, which
- 16:19Speaker 12: is actually watching his words, and he keeps acknowledging that
- 16:22Speaker 12: every time he goes into that courtroom, even if he
- 16:24Speaker 12: is lying about what the gag order actually says, he
- 16:26Speaker 12: can and cannot do. He is being careful. And he
- 16:29Speaker 12: did the same thing after the Egen Carroll verdict came
- 16:31Speaker 12: out where he was found to have defamed her and
- 16:33Speaker 12: it was going to cost him a lot of money.
- 16:35Speaker 12: He changed the way that he would speak publicly about.
- 16:38Speaker 14: Her until until he defended her with you in your
- 16:43Speaker 14: in your town hall, and then she ended up bringing
- 16:45Speaker 14: him back to court over that incident.
- 16:47Speaker 1: I love how at the very end they're like except
- 16:50Speaker 1: you're lying, Like her own colleague is like, no, that's
- 16:53Speaker 1: not what happened with Donald Trump, and you should know
- 16:56Speaker 1: it because it was during your interview that that's not
- 17:00Speaker 1: what he did.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Leave it to CNN, So you.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Got them fantasizing about Trump going to jail and get
- 17:09Speaker 1: mo or algatraz.
- 17:12Speaker 2: This is insane. It's absolutely insane. It is insane.
- 17:18Speaker 1: One of the guests this morning, Trekowski Kati Turkowski, said
- 17:22Speaker 1: Trump's Hushmanny trial is a coordinated effort.
- 17:25Speaker 2: She described it for sure, saying this is all a ruse.
- 17:29Speaker 15: And the big story that Fox News had now with
- 17:32Speaker 15: teams at Ma Chlangelo, who.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Is leading the prosecution.
- 17:34Speaker 15: He left a great job with the Biden administration Department
- 17:38Speaker 15: of Justice to take this crappy job in New York,
- 17:41Speaker 15: and now it turns out that he has been paid
- 17:43Speaker 15: in the past by the DNC. Do you think the
- 17:46Speaker 15: data is significant or does it for the four to
- 17:48Speaker 15: five President Trump's opinion that somehow the Democratic Party is
- 17:52Speaker 15: behind this?
- 17:53Speaker 16: Well, I think for Colangelo's purposes, this is very personal.
- 17:56Speaker 16: He obviously has been obsessed with getting Trump. He came
- 17:59Speaker 16: to this office to pursue this prosecution that nobody else
- 18:02Speaker 16: wanted to pursue. The Fence didn't want to pursue this,
- 18:04Speaker 16: the DA's office here in Manhattan did not want to
- 18:06Speaker 16: pursue this. So this is a coordinated effort for sure.
- 18:09Speaker 16: And I think a lot of people see that it
- 18:10Speaker 16: is political.
- 18:11Speaker 15: And he worked for of tissue James too right, and
- 18:13Speaker 15: the judge donated to Joe Biden. But of course when
- 18:17Speaker 15: the president Knight's former president United States says, real Button's
- 18:20Speaker 15: behind it, they go, there's no proof of them.
- 18:22Speaker 1: You look at this, It is a coordinated effort. Every
- 18:25Speaker 1: bit of this is coordinated. Every ounce of this was
- 18:29Speaker 1: premeditated by them, and that is that. I think the
- 18:34Speaker 1: biggest problem here that the prosecution is going to have
- 18:41Speaker 1: is that Donald Trump has been so clear and as
- 18:45Speaker 1: it was described this warning, there's still not enough meat
- 18:48Speaker 1: on these bones, like there just isn't. There's not enough
- 18:51Speaker 1: meat on the bones to convict him of doing something
- 18:54Speaker 1: like this. Claire mccaskell talking with former White House Press
- 18:59Speaker 1: secretary about what's happening here with the hush money case,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what she said. And
- 19:05Speaker 1: again media is still trying to sell this to you
- 19:08Speaker 1: that this matters these.
- 19:09Speaker 14: Dates today and I was thinking to myself, like so
- 19:11Speaker 14: many moments, we need to remind people, this is not normal.
- 19:14Speaker 14: You have been in the Oval Office, you are a
- 19:16Speaker 14: former senator, you're a former prosecutor.
- 19:19Speaker 9: Talk to me about what you have heard about what
- 19:23Speaker 9: he was.
- 19:23Speaker 14: Doing from the Oval Office, well, managing the presidency. How
- 19:26Speaker 14: crazy is this to you?
- 19:28Speaker 6: Well, you know, this goes out of the categories where
- 19:30Speaker 6: two numb. We have taken in so much of not
- 19:35Speaker 6: normal that all of a sudden we aren't focused as
- 19:38Speaker 6: we should be on how he abused the solemnity of
- 19:42Speaker 6: that office. If somebody would have when I would have
- 19:47Speaker 6: time with my friend the former President Obama, we would
- 19:52Speaker 6: even go back into the dining room or sometimes into
- 19:55Speaker 6: his smaller office, if we were going to really talk
- 19:58Speaker 6: casually because there was such respect around the Oval and
- 20:03Speaker 6: what it was a symbol. It was a symbol. Now
- 20:06Speaker 6: you think about if I would have mentioned to President Obama,
- 20:10Speaker 6: imagine that they're going to have an episode of Zeque
- 20:13Speaker 6: where the president is signing checks to pay off a
- 20:17Speaker 6: lawyer who gave hush money to a porn store. You
- 20:20Speaker 6: know what the President Obama would have said, Claire, your
- 20:24Speaker 6: imagination has gone crazy. Now have never happened in the
- 20:28Speaker 6: United States of America. No, Jen, I want to talk
- 20:31Speaker 6: about January eleventh, twenty seventeen.
- 20:33Speaker 1: By the way, can we just chat for one moment
- 20:36Speaker 1: about Claire mccaskell here in the part that makes me
- 20:38Speaker 1: laugh the most about what she just said, she acts
- 20:41Speaker 1: like the Oval Office is this amazing place that these
- 20:46Speaker 1: actions are beneath the presidency? Can we remind them of
- 20:50Speaker 1: Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky in the Intern hookup? Wasn't
- 20:56Speaker 1: that the Oval Office? Wasn't that the Oval Office? You
- 21:02Speaker 1: guys are Oh, there's so many things that we would
- 21:04Speaker 1: not say, right, There's so many things that we would
- 21:07Speaker 1: have said differently. There's so many things that we would
- 21:09Speaker 1: have done differently. There's so many things that would have
- 21:13Speaker 1: been We would have changed right, We would have changed it.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I tell you, we would have changed it so many things,
- 21:20Speaker 1: so many things. This guy in the Oval office was
- 21:24Speaker 1: hooking up with an intern, and they act like it's
- 21:26Speaker 1: such a place of reverency. You gotta laugh. I mean,
- 21:32Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you have to laugh at this. I want
- 21:36Speaker 1: to play for you real quick what Donald Trump said
- 21:39Speaker 1: before he walked into the courthouse. And the reason why
- 21:43Speaker 1: is because there's two points here. One yay talks about
- 21:47Speaker 1: the fact that this judge has found him in contempt
- 21:50Speaker 1: for the tenth time. It's ten thousand dollars total and
- 21:53Speaker 1: fines a thousand freach charge, and now the judge saying, hey,
- 21:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna put you in jail, and I want you
- 21:58Speaker 1: to listen to Trump and how he reached bonds that
- 22:00Speaker 1: first off. But the second thing I want you to
- 22:02Speaker 1: notice is how quickly he pivots and goes back to
- 22:05Speaker 1: the issues. For example, the Columbia University just canceled their commencement,
- 22:10Speaker 1: and he says that shouldn't have happened, like this is
- 22:13Speaker 1: unfair to the students, all because the radical extremists on
- 22:16Speaker 1: the left and there's a focus part here that I
- 22:19Speaker 1: love about Trump, Like, yes, he's being clearly there's election
- 22:23Speaker 1: interference going on, like that is so clear, but he's
- 22:27Speaker 1: still staying focused on the issues for the American people
- 22:30Speaker 1: at the very same time. Take a listen to Trump
- 22:32Speaker 1: as he's walking into the court.
- 22:37Speaker 17: This is the first question, as you know, they've taken
- 22:41Speaker 17: away my constitutional right, so I'm not allowed to answer
- 22:43Speaker 17: to that question. This has never happened in this country before.
- 22:47Speaker 17: It's a ridiculous thing. It's a ridiculous case.
- 22:50Speaker 6: I did nothing.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Wrong, absolutely nothing wrong.
- 22:53Speaker 18: I take a look at Greg Jared this morning, he
- 22:55Speaker 18: went on, take a look at.
- 22:57Speaker 17: Andrew McCartney or Jonathan Journally or ankle who.
- 23:01Speaker 18: It's like they say, there's no case here, and yet
- 23:05Speaker 18: the judges gagged me, and I'm not allowed to talk
- 23:08Speaker 18: about I guess his total conflict. The judge is totally
- 23:13Speaker 18: confident it could be conflicted, and you ought to take
- 23:16Speaker 18: a look at it. And I'm not supposed to be
- 23:19Speaker 18: talking about it, but I am allowed to say that
- 23:22Speaker 18: the judge is a conflict that like nobody's ever happy
- 23:25Speaker 18: for you to take a look at it. He's taken
- 23:27Speaker 18: away my constitutional right to speak. I was in Miami
- 23:31Speaker 18: this weekend and reported the rescue me questions the same
- 23:35Speaker 18: questions like you're asking me and I have to say
- 23:37Speaker 18: I have a gaggle or I can't speak about it.
- 23:39Speaker 18: Never happened before ever. Number one. Number two, it's a
- 23:43Speaker 18: fake trial. They have no case, and it's been absolutely
- 23:48Speaker 18: proven now that no case whatsoever. This is Alvin Bragg
- 23:52Speaker 18: doing it for political reasons for Biden. This is a
- 23:55Speaker 18: biiten trial. He's a crooked president. Now, it just came
- 23:59Speaker 18: out Almia just canceled their commentional axioms. Columbia just canceled
- 24:04Speaker 18: their commensal.
- 24:05Speaker 14: That shouldn't happen.
- 24:07Speaker 18: And it also came out that the protesters, many of
- 24:12Speaker 18: the protesters are backed by Biden's donors. Okay, are you
- 24:18Speaker 18: listening Israel? I hope you're listening Israel, Hope you're getting smarter.
- 24:22Speaker 18: But they're back by Biden donors. That's where the money's
- 24:26Speaker 18: coming from. And I'm not surprised at all. There's many
- 24:28Speaker 18: other articles, many of them having to do with the
- 24:31Speaker 18: gag order, the unconstitutionality of having to do with the
- 24:34Speaker 18: gag order, and it is unconstitutional and it shouldn't be allowed.
- 24:40Speaker 18: And I wish people could prove a little bit quicker
- 24:42Speaker 18: the appellent courts, because the whole world is watching this
- 24:46Speaker 18: and they see what's happening. More importantly, Franklin, they have
- 24:49Speaker 18: no case, they have absolutely no case. It's a political hopes,
- 24:53Speaker 18: it's election interference. Anything they can do, and even the
- 24:57Speaker 18: witnesses they want to bring up the nothing to do
- 25:00Speaker 18: with the case. This is a ridiculous situation and he's
- 25:04Speaker 18: not fair, not.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Fair, but we will, like thank you, but we will fight.
- 25:09Speaker 1: You can hear the President going back to that and saying, look,
- 25:12Speaker 1: we still have business here that we got to deal with.
- 25:14Speaker 1: We still have a country in essence to save, and
- 25:17Speaker 1: so I'm going to tell you what's going on, but
- 25:19Speaker 1: I'm also going to move on now. All of this
- 25:21Speaker 1: is happening, by the way, right now, while there's something
- 25:24Speaker 1: else that the Democrats are going to have to deal with,
- 25:27Speaker 1: this reality. The judge and brag and everyone involved in
- 25:33Speaker 1: this case, they say there's nothing political here. A right,
- 25:35Speaker 1: they're lying, and I think most Americans have figured that out.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Like they're lying, that's number one. But if you're gonna
- 25:43Speaker 1: hold the line here that this is real and something
- 25:46Speaker 1: that was supposed to happen, and it was something that
- 25:49Speaker 1: we needed to happen. If that's the line, then don't
- 25:53Speaker 1: you have to put Trump in jail if he violates
- 25:58Speaker 1: it yet again, which I have no do he's going
- 26:00Speaker 1: to and then you got to stick by that. But
- 26:04Speaker 1: then there's Democrats that are going to say, wow, no, no, no,
- 26:06Speaker 1: just find him again, right, just just just find him again.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Don't don't put him in jail because that will be
- 26:13Speaker 1: the biggest backfire we've ever seen. So if you don't
- 26:17Speaker 1: put Trump in jail at this point, then it doesn't
- 26:21Speaker 1: that speak to just how political this whole entire witch
- 26:24Speaker 1: hunt actually is. That you are willing to arrest him,
- 26:28Speaker 1: You're willing to try to ruin his life, You're you're
- 26:31Speaker 1: willing to go to trial over charges that Alvin Bragg
- 26:35Speaker 1: said he would bring if he gets elected and.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Is raising money off of that.
- 26:39Speaker 1: The federal government wouldn't even take the case because they
- 26:42Speaker 1: said that there was no evidence that a crime was
- 26:44Speaker 1: committed here. And then you do this the way that
- 26:48Speaker 1: they did it in court basically the second go round,
- 26:51Speaker 1: so it's not federal charges, and they say.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Oh, this isn't political.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Okay, if it's not political, then you got to put
- 26:57Speaker 1: Trump in jail. And if you don't put him in
- 27:00Speaker 1: jail and you keep finding him one thousand dollars over
- 27:02Speaker 1: and over and over and over again, then you are
- 27:04Speaker 1: admitting by not putting him in jail that this is
- 27:06Speaker 1: in fact political because you're afraid that if you put
- 27:10Speaker 1: him in jail, that it's going to affect the outcome
- 27:13Speaker 1: of the election. Like if you want to see and
- 27:16Speaker 1: they know this, this judge knows this.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Alvin Bragg has to know this. If you actually locked up.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Can you imagine seeing a former president of the United
- 27:25Speaker 1: States of America and you want to talk about election
- 27:28Speaker 1: interference putting him in jail?
- 27:31Speaker 2: Donald Trump in jail.
- 27:32Speaker 1: There's been word that's been coming out that Donald Trump
- 27:35Speaker 1: or the Secret Service are now planning for actual contingencies
- 27:39Speaker 1: how they would keep a former president safe while in prison,
- 27:44Speaker 1: Like while in prison, and what does that look like.
- 27:47Speaker 2: You can't put him with the rest of the prison population.
- 27:50Speaker 1: You're going to have to completely isolate him from everybody
- 27:54Speaker 1: else because your job is to keep the president safe.
- 27:57Speaker 1: So what does it look like if you do this,
- 28:00Speaker 1: and if you do it, the president that the Secret
- 28:03Speaker 1: Service are going to have to be involved in every
- 28:05Speaker 1: step of this. It's not like you just say I'm
- 28:07Speaker 1: putting you in jail and then you walk out the
- 28:09Speaker 1: baylists grab you and they take you back behind the court.
- 28:12Speaker 1: It didn't work that way. But if you want to
- 28:16Speaker 1: see American patriots get angry, put Donald Trump in jail.
- 28:20Speaker 1: And if you don't do it, and he does quote
- 28:23Speaker 1: cross the line again and then you purposely don't put
- 28:27Speaker 1: him in jail after you make this threat, then it
- 28:29Speaker 1: goes back again to proving the point this is all
- 28:32Speaker 1: political from the very beginning. They're what they're wanting to do,
- 28:35Speaker 1: and what they're trying to do is put Donald Trump
- 28:37Speaker 1: in a court room so that Donald Trump can't go
- 28:41Speaker 1: out in campaign. Okay, that's the whole ballgame here, and
- 28:46Speaker 1: they know it, and Trump knows it. And by the way,
- 28:48Speaker 1: Donald Trump is also called for the arrest of Jack Smith,
- 28:51Speaker 1: the special prosecutor, after prosecutors ad met to misleading a
- 28:56Speaker 1: judge on evidence that they tampered with several revelations last
- 29:02Speaker 1: week that the special counsel Jack Smith's team had mishandled
- 29:06Speaker 1: evidence in the trial of former President Trump over his
- 29:09Speaker 1: allegedly criminal mismanagement of classified documents. Trump then went on
- 29:13Speaker 1: social media to demand the case against him be dropped
- 29:16Speaker 1: and that Smith himself be prosecuted instead, saying, quote, it
- 29:19Speaker 1: has always been clear that the documents case is nothing
- 29:23Speaker 1: but an election interference scam concocted by crooked Joe Biden
- 29:28Speaker 1: and deranged Jack Smith and their hacks and thugs.
- 29:32Speaker 2: That's what he said.
- 29:33Speaker 1: On Friday, he said, now derange Jack Smith has had
- 29:35Speaker 1: to admit in a filing in front of Judge Cannon
- 29:38Speaker 1: to what I've been saying happened since the illegal raid
- 29:42Speaker 1: on my home at Marlago, that he and his team
- 29:46Speaker 1: committed blatant evidence tampering by mishandling the very boxes they
- 29:50Speaker 1: used as a pretext to bring this fake case. These
- 29:54Speaker 1: deeply illegal actions by the politicized prosecutors mandate that this,
- 30:00Speaker 1: this whole witch hunt to be dropped immediately. He added
- 30:02Speaker 1: in the box's hoaxes MAGA twenty twenty four. He then
- 30:07Speaker 1: put at the end of that post on true Social.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Hours later, Trump returned a true Social account to demand
- 30:14Speaker 1: that Smith be quote arrested, saying, arrest arranged Jack Smith.
- 30:19Speaker 1: He is a criminal based on the fact that there
- 30:22Speaker 1: was evidence tampering going on as a pretext to getting
- 30:27Speaker 1: in and having a raid at mar Lago again. I
- 30:31Speaker 1: hope they put Trump in jail. I mean that because
- 30:34Speaker 1: I think the world will, I think the United States
- 30:36Speaker 1: of America will stand up and say, this is out
- 30:39Speaker 1: of control radicalism by the extreme left. This is a weaponization,
- 30:44Speaker 1: the politicalization of the Justice Department, and people will say
- 30:47Speaker 1: that is a step too far. And by the way,
- 30:50Speaker 1: that's exactly why I think this judge won't do it.
- 30:53Speaker 1: He can threaten it all he once, but this is
- 30:56Speaker 1: why I think he won't actually do it. Make sure
- 31:00Speaker 1: you share this podcast please with your family and friends
- 31:03Speaker 1: so everybody you know get to hear what we're exposing
- 31:05Speaker 1: here every day.
- 31:06Speaker 2: And I'll see you back here tomorrow
