- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdic with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I hope you had a fabulous Christmas with your family,
- 0:07Speaker 2: your friends and holiday. And as we are getting back
- 0:10Speaker 2: to the show as usual. I'm at the beach right now,
- 0:13Speaker 2: so I've got a better tan than you do, Center,
- 0:15Speaker 2: but you look professional today in the studio, so I'll
- 0:18Speaker 2: give you props for that as well.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Well. Ben, some of us I actually have to work
- 0:21Speaker 3: for a living and ATRA want on behalf of our listeners,
- 0:26Speaker 3: but especially on behalf of our viewers. I want to
- 0:29Speaker 3: say thank you for not wearing the speedy the speed Oh,
- 0:32Speaker 3: you're welcome, and especially for not wearing the full Borat.
- 0:37Speaker 3: I mean, that would just be too much. Ferguson, it's
- 0:40Speaker 3: only on Christmas Day. I keep it have to be
- 0:43Speaker 3: Homer Simpson pouring bleach in the eyes to get that
- 0:46Speaker 3: image out of my head.
- 0:48Speaker 2: I knew you were going to take your shots, and
- 0:50Speaker 2: nothing changed at the end of this year, so we're
- 0:52Speaker 2: still this is how everything's right with the world, and
- 0:55Speaker 2: we know it. We've got a lot to talk about
- 0:57Speaker 2: on today's show outside of bor At, and that includes
- 1:02Speaker 2: I would say I think probably the whole show today.
- 1:04Speaker 2: The amount of fraud that is being exposed in Minnesota
- 1:10Speaker 2: is truly incredible. And if you go back to the
- 1:13Speaker 2: governor and his tweet that he put out on ten
- 1:15Speaker 2: twenty of twenty twenty three, he said, quote, Minnesota's economy
- 1:19Speaker 2: doesn't work without childcare providers, so we're giving them a raise.
- 1:24Speaker 2: We're providing three hundred and sixteen million in direct funding
- 1:27Speaker 2: to boost pay for childcare providers, all while building a
- 1:30Speaker 2: stronger childcare system for middle class families.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Learn more at mn dot gov.
- 1:37Speaker 2: SLASHDHS, slash partners, and many of the groups that were
- 1:42Speaker 2: defrauding our government are listed in that governor's text and
- 1:45Speaker 2: tweet right there.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Well, look, this is a story number one about fraud.
- 1:50Speaker 3: It's about corruption, It's about political corruption. It is about
- 1:56Speaker 3: an immigrant community, the Somali community that came over and
- 1:59Speaker 3: discovered American politicians willing to be partners with them, partners
- 2:04Speaker 3: in robbing the taxpayers. The scale of this theft it
- 2:09Speaker 3: really boggles the mind. You're looking at a period of
- 2:13Speaker 3: years where Minnesota spent eighteen billion dollars on Medicaid and
- 2:19Speaker 3: up to half of it, nine billion dollars, was fraudulent.
- 2:23Speaker 3: One at every two dollars spent was stolen. And the
- 2:27Speaker 3: absolute staggering brazenness of this really makes the jaw drop.
- 2:35Speaker 3: But it also there was there was a vicious and
- 2:39Speaker 3: corrupt circle where Minnesota politicians Democrats shoveled money to the
- 2:45Speaker 3: Somali fraudsters. The Somali fraudsters made millions and even billions
- 2:51Speaker 3: of dollars. They sent millions and even billions of dollars
- 2:54Speaker 3: back to Somalia, back to Al Shabab, the Islamic terrorist
- 2:58Speaker 3: group there. But they also gave thousands or even millions
- 3:03Speaker 3: of dollars to Democrat politicians to get them elected, and
- 3:06Speaker 3: in turn they shoveled even more and more cash. The
- 3:09Speaker 3: two joined together. It was like Bonnie and Clyde. And
- 3:12Speaker 3: to be clear, Tim Waltz is Bonnie in that analogy
- 3:16Speaker 3: and is robbing the banks. But look, we wouldn't know
- 3:21Speaker 3: about how bad this was. A twenty three year old YouTuber,
- 3:26Speaker 3: a guy named Nick Shirley. Now I didn't know mister Shirley,
- 3:30Speaker 3: I hadn't encountered him before, but he did something remarkable
- 3:34Speaker 3: called investigating facts, interviewing witnesses and finding out what actually happened. Now,
- 3:41Speaker 3: there was a time when when that particular collection of
- 3:44Speaker 3: activities had had a word for it. It was called journalism.
- 3:47Speaker 3: And there were these people who were typically chainsmoking, drunks
- 3:51Speaker 3: and bars with grizzled voices who sort of pride themselves
- 3:55Speaker 3: on I am a journalist, that's what I do, and
- 4:00Speaker 3: you know, and they would even give give awards, Pulitzer
- 4:03Speaker 3: Prizes for people that engage in and there's a particular
- 4:07Speaker 3: kind of journalism, investigative journalism actually going in well as
- 4:12Speaker 3: the word says, investigating, asking, knocking on the door. By
- 4:17Speaker 3: the way, their entire shows like sixty Minutes, the flagship
- 4:21Speaker 3: news show of CBS, its entire stick is investigative journalism.
- 4:28Speaker 3: None of the corporate media was interesting in investigating this.
- 4:33Speaker 3: And so we're gonna actually do something unusual on this pod.
- 4:36Speaker 3: We're gonna play significant segments from the video that Nick
- 4:40Speaker 3: Shirley put out. This is the YouTuber who went and
- 4:43Speaker 3: actually did the actual journalism that the corporate media refuses
- 4:46Speaker 3: to do. I'll tell you this video has gone viral.
- 4:49Speaker 3: As of right now, it has more than ninety million
- 4:53Speaker 3: views on x and it keeps growing. It's adding millions
- 4:57Speaker 3: every hour people are watching this because it turns out
- 5:00Speaker 3: people actually want to know the truth about what happened.
- 5:03Speaker 3: And I want you to watch and listen to this
- 5:05Speaker 3: because he does something very simple. He goes to these
- 5:08Speaker 3: daycare centers. He goes to these so called autism centers
- 5:11Speaker 3: and he knocks on the doors a daycare center you
- 5:13Speaker 3: would think would have children. So he goes and looks
- 5:16Speaker 3: for the kids. What he finds, or rather what he
- 5:19Speaker 3: doesn't find, is staggering. Give a listen, and this would
- 5:23Speaker 3: be a good episode to watch on YouTube or on
- 5:26Speaker 3: Facebook because you can actually see the fraudsters and not
- 5:31Speaker 3: even a tiny hint of shame as they are robbing
- 5:35Speaker 3: you blind. Give a listen, give a watch.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But before we get to that, I want to tell
- 5:39Speaker 2: you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. And people
- 5:42Speaker 2: ask me all the time how good is the coverage
- 5:44Speaker 2: because you want to stay with the big mobile companies.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I've been saying now for years, and they've been in
- 5:49Speaker 2: business for well over a decade, that it is amazing coverage.
- 5:53Speaker 2: If you've got coverage right now, you love You're gonna
- 5:55Speaker 2: love your coverage of Patriot Mobile even more. But you
- 5:57Speaker 2: get rid of the woke left agenda. I am proud
- 5:59Speaker 2: to report to you that my phone worked in Israel.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I traveled internationally and had zero issues with my sales service,
- 6:09Speaker 2: whether I was in Bethlehem. Are literally calling from gaza
- 6:12Speaker 2: at the Gaza Strip. This is not a joke. I
- 6:15Speaker 2: had amazing coverage everywhere that I went. I flew back
- 6:19Speaker 2: to the US, my phone worked perfectly, my emails, all
- 6:22Speaker 2: the data I was posting on social media from my
- 6:25Speaker 2: phone Tel Aviv last night. It was phenomenal. So if
- 6:29Speaker 2: you're worried about coverage, don't be. Now why should you
- 6:32Speaker 2: switch to the Patriot Mobile. Not only are probably gonna
- 6:34Speaker 2: save real money every month, but then the magic happens.
- 6:37Speaker 2: A portion of your bill every month goes back to
- 6:40Speaker 2: support conservative causes, candidates, organizations that fight for first and
- 6:44Speaker 2: our Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children, and
- 6:48Speaker 2: they do something that's really special.
- 6:49Speaker 1: They stand with our men and women in uniform.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Whether it's police officers or law law enforcement in general,
- 6:55Speaker 2: or our men and women that fight for this country overseas.
- 6:59Speaker 2: They stand with our wounded warriors and our fallen families
- 7:02Speaker 2: who've lost a loved one. So that there is the
- 7:04Speaker 2: financial need and aid that is needed. So that's why
- 7:07Speaker 2: I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile, because every
- 7:09Speaker 2: time you pay that bill, you're making a real difference. Now,
- 7:12Speaker 2: I also want to give you a free month of service.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict that's Patriot Mobile
- 7:18Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict. Or call them nine to seven
- 7:22Speaker 2: two Patriot. That's nine seven to Patriot for a free
- 7:25Speaker 2: month of service. Switch today, make a difference Patriotmobile dot
- 7:29Speaker 2: com slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot and
- 7:32Speaker 2: get a free month of service with a promo code verdict.
- 7:35Speaker 2: All right, take a listen to this incredible and it
- 7:38Speaker 2: is truly journalism that is lost, as you said, Senator,
- 7:41Speaker 2: in all the mainstream media, they don't want to touch
- 7:43Speaker 2: this with a ten foot poll. So they took a
- 7:45Speaker 2: twenty something year old. He was brave enough to do it,
- 7:47Speaker 2: and it's gone viral. Share it on social media.
- 7:50Speaker 1: By the way.
- 7:50Speaker 3: By the way, a quick point, I no longer use
- 7:53Speaker 3: the phrase mainstream media. There is nothing remotely mainstream about
- 7:59Speaker 3: the dishonest, lying, propagandist hacks they populate CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC,
- 8:09Speaker 3: The Washington Post, the New York Times. They are not mainstream.
- 8:12Speaker 3: They are fringe leftist idealogues, and so I call them
- 8:16Speaker 3: corporate media. I refuse to suggest there's anything remotely mainstream
- 8:21Speaker 3: about them.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Amen.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Here is Nick again, a brave twenty something, doing the
- 8:26Speaker 2: job that the media should have done and refuse to
- 8:29Speaker 2: do it because they protect democrats and the governor their
- 8:31Speaker 2: walts at all costs. Here is him telling the story
- 8:35Speaker 2: of just how bad the fraud actually is.
- 8:38Speaker 4: When I look at the world as whole and I
- 8:41Speaker 4: look at fraud, the Twin Cities is ground zero. The
- 8:46Speaker 4: fraud is worse here than anywhere else ever in history, anywhere.
- 8:51Speaker 5: We're gonna go in front these people. We're gonna go
- 8:52Speaker 5: to these daycare centers. We're gonna see of what's actually happening.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Okay, so we have to be careful because these people
- 8:57Speaker 4: are very violent, their exception violent.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Now, with all of David's evidence, we headed out to
- 9:03Speaker 5: the streets in Minneapolis to see how much fraud we
- 9:05Speaker 5: could uncover in one afternoon. Where are we going?
- 9:08Speaker 4: Now, We're going to a place called Mako Childcare, which
- 9:12Speaker 4: actually has another childcare registered at the same address called
- 9:17Speaker 4: Mini child Care Center.
- 9:19Speaker 5: So we should see lots of children there's at this
- 9:22Speaker 5: childcare centers. Especially there's two.
- 9:23Speaker 4: The two of them combined our license for one hundred
- 9:26Speaker 4: and twenty.
- 9:27Speaker 5: And how much money have these childcare senator received.
- 9:31Speaker 4: None of those vans had moved in six months, none
- 9:34Speaker 4: of them. In twenty twenty one of them received one
- 9:37Speaker 4: point three million, and twenty twenty one they got nine
- 9:40Speaker 4: hunt and eighty seven thousand. In twenty twenty two they
- 9:43Speaker 4: got seven hundred and fourteen thousand. That's the last I
- 9:46Speaker 4: have for that one, and then the other one one
- 9:48Speaker 4: point six zero four million. In fiscal year twenty twenty five.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Fiscal year twenty twenty four they got about eight hundred thousand,
- 9:58Speaker 4: and in twenty you're twenty twenty three, they got nine
- 10:01Speaker 4: hundred and four fifty nine dollars. This place right here, yes,
- 10:06Speaker 4: outside of it, well, this is actually two daycares are
- 10:09Speaker 4: registered here. One of them is Mako what you see
- 10:12Speaker 4: on the sign. The other one has many childcare center
- 10:16Speaker 4: and between the two of these childcare centers, they're pulling
- 10:20Speaker 4: in about three million dollars a year, and there are
- 10:24Speaker 4: no children. Every facility is you go to, the windows
- 10:26Speaker 4: will be blocked out, so you can't see, and there's
- 10:29Speaker 4: nobody here. You won't see a single child at any
- 10:32Speaker 4: of these facilities.
- 10:33Speaker 5: There are indeed no windows. All the windows are blocked
- 10:37Speaker 5: out right here. All right, let's go in and the
- 10:42Speaker 5: childcare center is locked. Shooting the doorbell, try to get in,
- 10:46Speaker 5: rang the doorbell. Nobody showed up. They're open seventy's a
- 10:49Speaker 5: week at seventy end to ten pm, it says here
- 10:52Speaker 5: on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here. And this
- 10:55Speaker 5: building here right here has generated millions of dollars, and
- 11:01Speaker 5: it seems like business isn't even open right now, and
- 11:03Speaker 5: it's a weekday. And if this was a daycare center,
- 11:04Speaker 5: it wouldn't just be in some industrialized building there. It'd
- 11:07Speaker 5: be maybe like a playground or something outside, or.
- 11:09Speaker 4: There's no play area for the kids. So where are
- 11:13Speaker 4: the kids? Where's anybody? How can there be nobody here?
- 11:17Speaker 4: And it's like this every single day. I've never seen
- 11:20Speaker 4: a single child here. In nine years, I've never seen
- 11:25Speaker 4: a single child at this building right there.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Oh, then now it looks like we've already gotten Somali's coming.
- 11:30Speaker 4: To They're coming the words out.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Hello, is this your daycare? No?
- 11:34Speaker 6: Can you tell us.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Where there are no children. Have you ever seen children
- 11:37Speaker 4: at this childcare center?
- 11:40Speaker 5: Doesn't know if you've ever seen a child here? All right,
- 11:42Speaker 5: let's go to the next location. Now we're going to
- 11:44Speaker 5: the next daycare center. How much money has this one generated?
- 11:47Speaker 4: This one in fiscal year twenty twenty five one million,
- 11:51Speaker 4: forty two fifty nine dollars, in fiscal year twenty twenty
- 11:55Speaker 4: four one million, fifty nine thousand, seventy eight dollars, and
- 11:59Speaker 4: in fifty year twenty three, seven hundred and twenty seven thousand,
- 12:02Speaker 4: three hundred and thirty six dollars.
- 12:04Speaker 5: This next one is literally one block away, and this
- 12:08Speaker 5: one's also generated nearly three million dollars in the past
- 12:11Speaker 5: three years. And see if there's any children. But see
- 12:13Speaker 5: if any of the buildings are open. Here we go.
- 12:16Speaker 5: All right, we've arrived to ABC Learning Center. All the
- 12:21Speaker 5: windows are blocked out. Let's see if anybody is here.
- 12:28Speaker 5: This door is locked.
- 12:30Speaker 4: This facility has licensed for forty children, zero children. I've
- 12:35Speaker 4: come by this place one hundred times. I've never seen
- 12:37Speaker 4: a child here.
- 12:38Speaker 6: Ever.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Another thing I've ever seen is someone's standing outside smoking.
- 12:42Speaker 5: What's crazy about this is that last daycare center? Is
- 12:44Speaker 5: that green building right there, and the other daycare center
- 12:48Speaker 5: right now is right here. These buildings should be operating
- 12:51Speaker 5: as they're receiving literally millions of dollars. I knocked on
- 12:57Speaker 5: the door, and to my surprise, somebody actually answered the door. Hello,
- 13:02Speaker 5: can we speak? I would like to check a child
- 13:06Speaker 5: in the daycare? Can I speak to a manager? Where
- 13:13Speaker 5: can I get paperwork to file for my son? I
- 13:15Speaker 5: wanted to put my son Joey in daycare? And after
- 13:17Speaker 5: a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little
- 13:20Speaker 5: Joey Shirley ain't going to daycare here? And now where
- 13:23Speaker 5: are we going?
- 13:23Speaker 4: Now we're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
- 13:26Speaker 5: We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
- 13:28Speaker 5: of this neighborhood.
- 13:30Speaker 4: In fiscal year twenty twenty five, this facility, which sh
- 13:34Speaker 4: has its license for seventy four kids, was paid one
- 13:37Speaker 4: point two six million dollars in tax money. And there
- 13:42Speaker 4: are no kids, and all the facilities are the same way,
- 13:45Speaker 4: all of them.
- 13:46Speaker 5: Let's see if anyone opens.
- 13:47Speaker 6: Yeah, let's see.
- 13:48Speaker 7: Once again, I try to find a spot for my
- 13:50Speaker 7: son Joey, and they would not open the door.
- 13:54Speaker 5: I want to put my son Joey in daycare cause
- 13:57Speaker 5: I need a spot to put my son Joey. Yes,
- 14:02Speaker 5: is this your daycare center?
- 14:04Speaker 1: No?
- 14:06Speaker 5: I just wanted to put a child in daycare, but
- 14:07Speaker 5: all the daycare centers seem to be closed. No one's
- 14:11Speaker 5: opening the doors.
- 14:12Speaker 8: You work here?
- 14:13Speaker 5: Oh, E was Yeah, what's helping?
- 14:15Speaker 6: Where are the kids? Yeah?
- 14:16Speaker 4: Says it's license for seventy four children right here? State
- 14:20Speaker 4: of Minnesota. Where are the kids? They got paid one
- 14:23Speaker 4: point two six million.
- 14:24Speaker 6: Dollars in fister, you're twenty twenty five.
- 14:26Speaker 4: It says they have a capacity for seventy four children?
- 14:30Speaker 5: When when?
- 14:30Speaker 4: Where are the kids?
- 14:31Speaker 6: Right here?
- 14:32Speaker 4: State of Minnesota website? You work here and you don't know.
- 14:37Speaker 6: I don't know. I was dead before. I don't know.
- 14:39Speaker 6: What's who goes going on?
- 14:40Speaker 4: Were there any kids when you worked here?
- 14:41Speaker 6: He's dead, He's dead, so.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Many I don't know.
- 14:44Speaker 4: I don't know. Yeah, you worked here? Okay, well then
- 14:47Speaker 4: you're out of any hope.
- 14:47Speaker 5: Can I put my son into daycare here?
- 14:49Speaker 2: No?
- 14:50Speaker 4: No, No, I don't know.
- 14:50Speaker 5: Can I speak to someone I don't know?
- 14:53Speaker 4: No?
- 14:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I would like to see if I can put
- 14:55Speaker 5: my son Joey here?
- 14:56Speaker 6: Who is his sign?
- 14:57Speaker 7: Joey?
- 14:57Speaker 5: My son Joey, Can I check out daycare center?
- 15:01Speaker 1: No child?
- 15:04Speaker 5: Do you put your kid here? In the staycare? There
- 15:06Speaker 5: is one child in there? Yeah, would like to know
- 15:08Speaker 5: if this is a legit business. Yeah, I'm scared of
- 15:10Speaker 5: you too.
- 15:11Speaker 6: How come I explain.
- 15:12Speaker 5: You're scared of me?
- 15:13Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 15:16Speaker 5: Because of my color. You said you're scared of me
- 15:18Speaker 5: because of my color. Does that make you a racist? No,
- 15:21Speaker 5: but you said you're you said you're scared of me
- 15:23Speaker 5: because of my color. I'm not saying you said you're
- 15:25Speaker 5: scared of me because of my color, that makes you
- 15:27Speaker 5: a racist. So right now they're all getting mad because
- 15:30Speaker 5: he's showing the paperwork this business being registered as a business.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Seventy four children? Have no children? He saw one child
- 15:36Speaker 5: when the lady opened up the door. So now they're
- 15:39Speaker 5: all getting mad.
- 15:40Speaker 4: What was this money spent on?
- 15:43Speaker 6: One million? What was that money? Any kids?
- 15:47Speaker 4: Afterdand aren't the kids? Well? Then why are you talking?
- 15:50Speaker 4: For the talk to you? I'm sorry, I'm not what
- 15:54Speaker 4: he's talking about.
- 15:54Speaker 6: Do you have a child here?
- 15:56Speaker 5: No?
- 15:56Speaker 6: Does anybody where are there seventy four kids?
- 16:00Speaker 8: Did you lose them? Did you lose these kids? Do
- 16:03Speaker 8: I need to call someone? Do I need to issue
- 16:05Speaker 8: an Amber alert for missing children. Are these children missing?
- 16:11Speaker 8: It's not my business that children are missing. Seventy four
- 16:14Speaker 8: infant and toddlers, free.
- 16:16Speaker 5: School, the prison right there. There's no children anywhere here.
- 16:27Speaker 5: It's kept buying away. I think we're moving on to
- 16:29Speaker 5: the next location.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I have a good day, Senator.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Let's just pause there for a second and and and
- 16:36Speaker 2: just go back. I mean, we are basically ten minutes
- 16:40Speaker 2: into this video that is forty two minutes long. I
- 16:42Speaker 2: would encourage everybody to look at it. You've retweeted, I've
- 16:45Speaker 2: retweeted it, and you can watch the entire thing. You
- 16:47Speaker 2: can watch this video as well as on Facebook and
- 16:50Speaker 2: on YouTube as we're putting it out there. But the
- 16:53Speaker 2: level of fraud, I can't for a moment believe that
- 16:58Speaker 2: the government and the and the governor and the Democratic
- 17:02Speaker 2: Party were not involved in this fraud. Forget looking the
- 17:06Speaker 2: other way, like this is just a gregious, deliberate corruption
- 17:12Speaker 2: at the highest levels. And it's look, if it was
- 17:16Speaker 2: one place, one location out of hundreds of childcare centers
- 17:19Speaker 2: in the state, you could say, well, hold on, it's
- 17:21Speaker 2: kind of hard to police every one of them. This
- 17:23Speaker 2: one got under our radar. This is all of them.
- 17:25Speaker 2: This is everywhere they're going.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Look, this is organized theft at a wholesale scale, and
- 17:34Speaker 3: it's brazen. So what we just witnessed this is one
- 17:37Speaker 3: twenty three year old guy with an iPhone going and
- 17:41Speaker 3: just looking at the addresses. You can get the addresses
- 17:43Speaker 3: from the state website, going to the actual locations. Now,
- 17:46Speaker 3: Number one, a daycare would be open, the door would
- 17:50Speaker 3: be open, the windows you'd be able to see in.
- 17:53Speaker 3: All of these windows are blacked out. They don't want
- 17:55Speaker 3: anyone to see in. There would actually be people there.
- 17:58Speaker 3: It would be possible to read just through your child
- 18:01Speaker 3: to go to daycare, and there would be friggin children
- 18:05Speaker 3: like you would have playground equipment you would have by
- 18:08Speaker 3: the way, you know you read Mike Waltz's tweet about
- 18:12Speaker 3: how important playgrounds are and daycares. His tweet has pictures
- 18:15Speaker 3: of playground equipment. You know what's not at any of
- 18:18Speaker 3: these places that are being visited playground equipment. These are
- 18:21Speaker 3: empty warehouses. And listen, one government inspector walking by could
- 18:28Speaker 3: do exactly what this kid is doing, which is knock
- 18:31Speaker 3: on the door, let me see the kids. Are they safe? Wait,
- 18:33Speaker 3: there are no kids why did we send you so
- 18:37Speaker 3: In those three daycares that Dick Shirley went to in
- 18:40Speaker 3: that first part of the video, it was a total
- 18:43Speaker 3: of nine point three million dollars. Nine point three million
- 18:46Speaker 3: dollars went to three locations with no children that claim
- 18:50Speaker 3: to be daycares, and yet they're just stealing blind and
- 18:54Speaker 3: any idiot inspector could have walked up and notice. It's
- 18:58Speaker 3: not subtle. It's not like, oh, they're just doing fancy bookkeeping. No,
- 19:02Speaker 3: there are no kids. It's a total brazen lie. By
- 19:05Speaker 3: the way, these locations were a block away. They're all
- 19:10Speaker 3: in the same neighborhood. They're all run by Somalians. And
- 19:13Speaker 3: to watch these Somalians coming up and confronting him and listen,
- 19:18Speaker 3: it was threatening to get violent. They're screaming at him,
- 19:20Speaker 3: this is not your business, this is not your business,
- 19:23Speaker 3: this is not your business. The reaction, I actually love
- 19:26Speaker 3: watching the reaction because we have several more where he asks,
- 19:29Speaker 3: can I sign my son Joey up to go here? Though, no, no, no, no,
- 19:34Speaker 3: no no child like the look of horror that no,
- 19:39Speaker 3: you can't actually put a child here. We're busy stealing money.
- 19:43Speaker 3: This next segment gets very interesting because as they go
- 19:47Speaker 3: on to the next daycare center, a couple of things happen.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Number One, the Somalians begin following them. Listen, this is
- 19:54Speaker 3: a intertwined, corrupt community of criminals. These are you don't
- 20:01Speaker 3: steal nine.
- 20:02Speaker 1: This is the cartels.
- 20:04Speaker 2: This is exactly what you're dealing with here with this
- 20:05Speaker 2: Smali's in Minnesota, that's what.
- 20:07Speaker 3: And by the way, they're the single largest financial supporters
- 20:10Speaker 3: of Al Shabab, the radical Islamic terrorist group in Somalia.
- 20:15Speaker 3: It is the Minnesota taxpayers from the money that they're stealing.
- 20:18Speaker 3: So they begin following this twenty three year old kid
- 20:21Speaker 3: because the word is out. And in this next segment,
- 20:26Speaker 3: you're gonna say, look, I gotta say that the internet
- 20:28Speaker 3: is weird. The Internet comes alive. Do you know the
- 20:31Speaker 3: meme of the Karen, the meme of the Karen of
- 20:35Speaker 3: the the angry liberal who's screaming with really short hairen
- 20:39Speaker 3: is screaming.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Yep, Oh yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Okay, you're about to see if you are watching this
- 20:45Speaker 3: on video, the meme of the liberal Karen come alive.
- 20:50Speaker 3: And I swear it's the same woman. It is the
- 20:53Speaker 3: exact same woman, and you will discover in liberal Karen world,
- 20:58Speaker 3: facts don't matter. It is all a a partisan battle
- 21:04Speaker 3: and truth is evil and she hates you. Don't take
- 21:07Speaker 3: my word for it. Give a listen, give a watch.
- 21:12Speaker 5: I have a good day. As we continue to show
- 21:14Speaker 5: the blatant fraud that was taking place here in Minnesota.
- 21:17Speaker 5: Somali started following us around the city, and now we're
- 21:20Speaker 5: being followed by the Somalis. This is another daycare center,
- 21:23Speaker 5: absolutely no signage and there's no footprints in the snow
- 21:26Speaker 5: of children playing outside. Five million dollars in the past
- 21:30Speaker 5: two million years.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Five point nine million they received in two years that
- 21:35Speaker 4: facility right there.
- 21:37Speaker 5: And now we have a group of Somali's telling us
- 21:39Speaker 5: in our vehicle right now. From this daycare center, we
- 21:42Speaker 5: headed over to the infamous Quality Learning Center, which actually
- 21:47Speaker 5: spells Quality Leering Center on the outside of their sign.
- 21:51Speaker 5: That's how blatant this fraud is here at this daycare.
- 21:55Speaker 5: So this is Quality Leering Center. I meant to say
- 21:59Speaker 5: quality Learning center. Don't open they said they spelled learning wrong.
- 22:04Speaker 5: Don't open up. How do you have ice here, ma'am?
- 22:07Speaker 5: I'm literally a YouTuber. Don't open up? Ma'am, what do
- 22:09Speaker 5: you think about the fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
- 22:11Speaker 5: Don't open up.
- 22:13Speaker 4: We have ice, man. What do you think about this
- 22:16Speaker 4: place being licensed for ninety nine children? Don't open up
- 22:20Speaker 4: and getting four million dollars over them, four million dollars
- 22:24Speaker 4: in the last two years. What do you think about that?
- 22:27Speaker 4: Are you in favor? Are you in favor of that?
- 22:31Speaker 6: Go away?
- 22:31Speaker 3: You know we're not welcome here, are you man?
- 22:34Speaker 5: You are you in favor of one point nine million
- 22:37Speaker 5: dollars going illegally fraudulently to this business that has quality
- 22:42Speaker 5: learning center? But Kenny's still learning right on the door.
- 22:45Speaker 5: Don't open up, ma'am. We are not ice. I don't
- 22:49Speaker 5: care who you are. You don't belong here. I belong
- 22:52Speaker 5: here just like you belong here.
- 22:54Speaker 6: Don't open up.
- 22:55Speaker 4: It's ice.
- 22:56Speaker 5: You do realize that there's supposed to be ninety nine
- 22:59Speaker 5: children in here at this building, but there's no one here.
- 23:02Speaker 5: This is a child daycare center.
- 23:04Speaker 4: Ninety nine children paid one point nine million dollars this
- 23:07Speaker 4: year in seacamp funding. Do you know where the children are?
- 23:10Speaker 4: Where they kidnapped? They run away? Where are the children?
- 23:14Speaker 4: This is state of Minnesota. Are here, And who are you?
- 23:18Speaker 5: My name is Nick Shirley, ma'am. And who are you
- 23:20Speaker 5: with Nick Shurley? Nick? Surely on YouTube?
- 23:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so who are you with here?
- 23:24Speaker 5: Oh? He's just been doing some research and investigating the
- 23:26Speaker 5: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota. This lady, she's
- 23:30Speaker 5: calling on his ice. We're just trying to put law
- 23:32Speaker 5: in order back in the streets of the United States,
- 23:35Speaker 5: get rid of all the fraud. Have you ever seen
- 23:37Speaker 5: children at that daycare center right there? Or yeah, it's
- 23:40Speaker 5: right there, it says the child you've never seen Jacobs.
- 23:43Speaker 5: We're gonna educate you on something. So what do you
- 23:45Speaker 5: think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong. They've
- 23:48Speaker 5: received over one point nine million dollars this year alone,
- 23:51Speaker 5: and they're supposed to have ninety nine children here.
- 23:53Speaker 6: I don't see it.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Children.
- 23:55Speaker 5: Have you ever seen any children here?
- 23:56Speaker 3: None?
- 23:56Speaker 6: None at all? None.
- 23:58Speaker 4: This year they got one point nine million. Last year
- 24:00Speaker 4: they got one point five million of your tax money
- 24:03Speaker 4: for nine or nine children. We just want to know
- 24:05Speaker 4: where are the kids?
- 24:06Speaker 6: Right?
- 24:07Speaker 4: Where are the children?
- 24:08Speaker 6: I don't see him. I've been here since twenty seventeen.
- 24:11Speaker 6: I haven't seen anybody like that, And so.
- 24:13Speaker 5: You've never seen a child here for eight years?
- 24:15Speaker 6: Nope, not at all.
- 24:17Speaker 5: And how does that make you feel? Knowing that this
- 24:19Speaker 5: place is received a one point nine million dollars disgusting?
- 24:23Speaker 9: I mean, what the hell they stealed in the money.
- 24:24Speaker 9: That's a federal grant too. Let's see if they get
- 24:26Speaker 9: caught for that's a federal offense.
- 24:28Speaker 6: I don't know. I studied law.
- 24:30Speaker 5: And do you think Tim Watts should go to jail
- 24:32Speaker 5: for all the fraud that's he's enabled here in his state?
- 24:34Speaker 9: That's him doing this? Sure, heck care he's gonna be
- 24:38Speaker 9: a helicopteral for this. I mean, no, no rhyme or reason.
- 24:41Speaker 9: What's going on here?
- 24:42Speaker 6: It's simple. It's nothing there. It's parking lot.
- 24:45Speaker 5: And look, they even spelt learning wrong on their sign
- 24:47Speaker 5: for a place that's supposed to be educating children. Children.
- 24:52Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 24:54Speaker 6: Well, I mean, who who runs it? Who supposedly runs it?
- 24:57Speaker 5: So millions?
- 24:58Speaker 6: Oh my god, oh my god.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Center.
- 25:03Speaker 2: You look at the caren there and she's screaming ice,
- 25:05Speaker 2: don't let them in. There's no one by the way
- 25:07Speaker 2: to let them in because there's no kids there. Constantly,
- 25:10Speaker 2: you see nothing to do with kids. You see no
- 25:12Speaker 2: playground equipment. You see no footprints in the snow. These
- 25:15Speaker 2: are just fake front companies. Another way to.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Describe it, I mean, I give the mob actually some credit.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Usually when the mob was running like a dry cleaner,
- 25:24Speaker 2: they actually had clothes they were dry cleaning. When they
- 25:26Speaker 2: were running like an auto repair, they would actually be
- 25:28Speaker 2: repairing cars like they actually when they were like cleaning
- 25:32Speaker 2: their money back in the good old days, they would
- 25:34Speaker 2: actually have a legitimate business to then run. There you know,
- 25:38Speaker 2: corruption through it. They're not even faking it. And I
- 25:42Speaker 2: mean when you see the learning center sign misspelled the
- 25:46Speaker 2: word learning on the sign, what else do you need
- 25:49Speaker 2: to understand about just how corrupt this is. They can't
- 25:51Speaker 2: even spell the word learning correctly.
- 25:54Speaker 3: So look, when the mob was running a dry cleaner,
- 25:57Speaker 3: or running a bar, or running a restaurant. Part of
- 25:59Speaker 3: the reason they would actually run a legitimate organization in
- 26:02Speaker 3: additioning to laundering money or doing whatever else they were doing,
- 26:05Speaker 3: is because you actually had law enforcement. You had police officers,
- 26:08Speaker 3: you had city inspectors, you had the FBI, and so
- 26:12Speaker 3: you had people coming and checking. This is so brazen
- 26:16Speaker 3: that there is only one conclusion, which is no one
- 26:20Speaker 3: from the state of Minnesota bothered to check on anything
- 26:23Speaker 3: what Nick Shirley is doing. No employee from Minnesota, no
- 26:28Speaker 3: employee from Minneapolis or Saint Paul actually went and said, Hey,
- 26:32Speaker 3: we gave five million dollars to this daycare. Let's go
- 26:34Speaker 3: see if they are like having the kids play with
- 26:37Speaker 3: like toxic sludge or like, you know, sleep with rattlesnakes.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Like I mean, there is in an ordinary civilized world
- 26:46Speaker 3: that there are inspections that hospitals, that daycares have where
- 26:50Speaker 3: you have to make sure that the facilities are safe.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Nobody ever came to check. And actually this, Karen and
- 26:59Speaker 3: I have to say, if Saturday Night Live were funny,
- 27:02Speaker 3: they would literally take that character. They would take that
- 27:06Speaker 3: character and put her in a skit because you know,
- 27:09Speaker 3: she's short haired and angry and she's screaming. She knows
- 27:13Speaker 3: nothing other than she's screaming, don't open its ice, don't
- 27:16Speaker 3: open its ice. Look, I'm sorry. That kid is not Ice.
- 27:20Speaker 3: If you've ever seen he's a big old dude in fatigues.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Is Ice, not not a skinny twenty three year old YouTuber.
- 27:28Speaker 3: But in her view, this is good and evil, and
- 27:33Speaker 3: she the benighted left are good and everyone else is
- 27:39Speaker 3: a cursed and evil and so what she's saying, don't
- 27:43Speaker 3: come out Ice. She's assuming whoever's inside that door is
- 27:46Speaker 3: here illegally. She's assuming that that that if Ice saw them,
- 27:51Speaker 3: they would arrest them. That they may find out they
- 27:54Speaker 3: were a criminal, they may find out they had violent crimes.
- 27:57Speaker 3: They might may find out they're murderers or or rapist,
- 27:59Speaker 3: or child molesters, or gang members. The last thing she
- 28:04Speaker 3: wants is a gang member actually apprehended and deported. She
- 28:07Speaker 3: would rather her community where she lives to be filled
- 28:11Speaker 3: with people who are there illegally, for whom there is
- 28:14Speaker 3: no scrutiny. And when you see them asking, okay, so
- 28:17Speaker 3: this place got one point nine million dollars for running
- 28:21Speaker 3: a childcare center and they're no kids, she has no
- 28:24Speaker 3: response to that. She doesn't not abstances at all, and
- 28:29Speaker 3: she doesn't care. This is actually what is interesting. It
- 28:33Speaker 3: doesn't matter to her. She hears they're stealing millions of
- 28:37Speaker 3: dollars for the taxpayers and there are no children, and
- 28:40Speaker 3: there's not at all like, well, that would be bad.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Like a normal person if you heard, Hey, what do
- 28:48Speaker 3: you think about someone stealing millions of dollars or the taxpayers,
- 28:51Speaker 3: like any normal rational person would say that.
- 28:54Speaker 2: By the way, just a humanitarian question, like where are
- 28:57Speaker 2: these kids? This goes back to when she Care was
- 29:00Speaker 2: giving away children that were coming across southern border to
- 29:03Speaker 2: people that were not family members, and then they called
- 29:05Speaker 2: a check on the kids and no one could find
- 29:07Speaker 2: the kids.
- 29:08Speaker 3: And ideology trump, ideology trump, Saul and listen. In the
- 29:14Speaker 3: wake of this, what has happened, several things are going
- 29:17Speaker 3: to happen. Number One, I am hoping the corporate media
- 29:21Speaker 3: will be shamed in this, saying the damn job reporters
- 29:25Speaker 3: to go do the same thing. What this YouTuber did
- 29:29Speaker 3: was not particularly complicated. It's astonishing that nobody else would
- 29:33Speaker 3: do it. He simply showed up at the places and
- 29:35Speaker 3: asked basic questions. He asked the neighbor, Hey, how long
- 29:39Speaker 3: you lived here? Since twenty seventeen? You ever seen kids
- 29:41Speaker 3: come in into the place called a daycare? Nope, never
- 29:44Speaker 3: seen a kid there at all. Like, that's not profoundly difficult.
- 29:49Speaker 3: The reason it wasn't happening is Tim Waltz and Keith Ellison,
- 29:54Speaker 3: the Attorney General, and every elected Democrat, every elected Democrat
- 29:58Speaker 3: on the city council. They don't. I want to ask
- 30:00Speaker 3: those questions. Why don't they want because they.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Want the votes. They want the Somali community votes.
- 30:04Speaker 6: This comes down.
- 30:05Speaker 3: About one hundred thousand Somalis in Minnesota. They vote as
- 30:08Speaker 3: a block. They vote for Democrats. By the way, they
- 30:10Speaker 3: elect some of the most rabidly anti American Ilhan Omar. Yeah,
- 30:16Speaker 3: that's who they elect. They elect people who are radical
- 30:19Speaker 3: and extreme and and and the local Democrats they are
- 30:24Speaker 3: utterly complicit in helping them steal billions of dollars and
- 30:29Speaker 3: the cynicism.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Can I just bring up the Ilamo o Mar. A
- 30:33Speaker 2: lot of people probably ask this question. She's made a
- 30:35Speaker 2: lot of money. When she went to Congress, she was
- 30:37Speaker 2: in debt. Now she's a multi multi millionaire. There are
- 30:40Speaker 2: people now asking a lot of questions about her, and
- 30:43Speaker 2: not only like marrying her brother as a possibility, but
- 30:46Speaker 2: how she made all her money. Now you go and
- 30:48Speaker 2: you look at her district and you're seeing this, and
- 30:49Speaker 2: you're like, I have a lot more questions that I
- 30:51Speaker 2: think should be answered about Elamo Mar and her husband
- 30:54Speaker 2: and where all their money is coming from.
- 30:57Speaker 3: The scale of the fraud and corruption is staggering and
- 31:02Speaker 3: everyone is complicit, obviously, the thieves are yes, obviously, the
- 31:07Speaker 3: Democrat politicians who won't even send an inspector. By the way,
- 31:11Speaker 3: you know what Tim Waltz did this weekend. He sent
- 31:14Speaker 3: out a picture of his cat and said, Happy catter Day.
- 31:20Speaker 6: Yeah, but like.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Nothing to see here, look at my pretty little cat.
- 31:24Speaker 3: I responded on X and I said, does the cat
- 31:28Speaker 3: have nine billion dollars?
- 31:29Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 31:30Speaker 1: Like where's the yeah, where's And.
- 31:32Speaker 3: By the way, by the way, if Tim Waltz is
- 31:34Speaker 3: not utterly guilty, I've got a couple of questions for
- 31:37Speaker 3: Tim Waltz. Tim, have you watched all forty two minutes
- 31:40Speaker 3: of Nick Shirley's video? Yes? Or no? If no, why Tim,
- 31:44Speaker 3: has every member of your cabinet, has everyone in charge
- 31:47Speaker 3: of daycare and healthcare and Medicaid and autism? Have they
- 31:51Speaker 3: watched all forty two minutes of Nick Shirley? And if not,
- 31:54Speaker 3: why the people who are on that video who are
- 31:58Speaker 3: obviously committed theft and fraud? Have you sent police investigators
- 32:05Speaker 3: to investigate them? Have you arrescued them? Are you prosecuting them?
- 32:09Speaker 2: I'm not crazy to say this, and if you disagree
- 32:11Speaker 2: with me, please tell me why. If you are a
- 32:15Speaker 2: person that is in a position of power as an
- 32:17Speaker 2: elect official. You see this video, wouldn't the first thing
- 32:21Speaker 2: you would do was to get together with your staff
- 32:23Speaker 2: that then we get together with the law enforcement, then
- 32:24Speaker 2: immediately send out teams like Monday morning to go to
- 32:28Speaker 2: all these places and investigate immediately.
- 32:31Speaker 3: That They don't want to shut them down. They want
- 32:33Speaker 3: to cover it up. They want to say, no, no,
- 32:35Speaker 3: it wasn't us, it wasn't us. We're not responsible. And
- 32:38Speaker 3: this is the scale. It is so brazen they can't
- 32:42Speaker 3: deny it. And by the way, all right to all
- 32:45Speaker 3: the corporate reporters who've done no journalism for years except
- 32:48Speaker 3: attacking Donald Trump for everything he says and does. Here's
- 32:52Speaker 3: the next place the story is going. Here's where the
- 32:54Speaker 3: puck is going.
- 32:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:56Speaker 3: How much of that money has gone directly into the
- 32:59Speaker 3: campaign coffers of the elected Democrats? How much is Tim Wallace,
- 33:02Speaker 3: it's a great point. How much of the US senator's made,
- 33:04Speaker 3: how much of the members of the House made, How
- 33:07Speaker 3: much has the mayor made? How much has the city
- 33:09Speaker 3: council made? How many millions of dollars were they buying
- 33:12Speaker 3: political protection in order to enable them to steal billions.
- 33:17Speaker 3: All right, I want to play one more segment, yea,
- 33:20Speaker 3: And this is a This is a segment where Nick
- 33:24Speaker 3: Shirley tries to go to another daycare center. Woman answers
- 33:27Speaker 3: the door. He asks if he can sign up his
- 33:30Speaker 3: son Joey. That she says no, no, no, no, no,
- 33:33Speaker 3: no no no, we don't take children here. And then
- 33:36Speaker 3: he says, all right, let's branch out. We've struck out
- 33:39Speaker 3: at every daycare centator and these are all within a
- 33:41Speaker 3: couple of blocks of each other, all of these fake storefronts.
- 33:44Speaker 3: He said, let's go to an autism center. And we've
- 33:47Speaker 3: seen an explosion of autism centers, and I want you
- 33:51Speaker 3: to watch and listen to what happens when he goes
- 33:53Speaker 3: to an autism center that once again is being paid
- 33:56Speaker 3: millions of dollars by the taxpayers of Minnesota. Give a listen,
- 33:59Speaker 3: give a walk.
- 34:01Speaker 5: Little Joey would not be accepted to that daycare.
- 34:03Speaker 6: Always go home.
- 34:05Speaker 5: Joey's still looking for daycare. And because little Joey couldn't
- 34:08Speaker 5: get into a daycare, we went to an autism center.
- 34:11Speaker 5: As they have been popping up everywhere as a rise
- 34:14Speaker 5: of autism has occurred here in Minnesota because of the
- 34:17Speaker 5: government funds that they're receiving. I tried to check my
- 34:20Speaker 5: son Joey into an autism center. We've been going to
- 34:22Speaker 5: a lot of these daycare centers. We're trying to find
- 34:24Speaker 5: a spot for our little boy Joey. But we thought
- 34:27Speaker 5: maybe we could check them in the autism center because
- 34:30Speaker 5: now the daycar centers are open. Yeah, and how many
- 34:32Speaker 5: kids do you guys have at this autism center? I
- 34:39Speaker 5: can't give you a burning, like more than five probably,
- 34:44Speaker 5: so you don't really know. What do you guy think
- 34:47Speaker 5: about like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism
- 34:48Speaker 5: centers here? What do you guys do think about the fraud?
- 34:51Speaker 5: Or how come the autism centers are popping up?
- 34:56Speaker 4: Important?
- 34:57Speaker 5: My name is that Nick. We're doing a little documentary
- 34:58Speaker 5: trying to find little Joey spot to put himself in
- 35:01Speaker 5: one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
- 35:06Speaker 5: we want to make sure we're going to legit business
- 35:07Speaker 5: if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
- 35:11Speaker 6: This is not a due spot.
- 35:13Speaker 5: Well, that's our number on you. This is what you're gonnacse. Okay,
- 35:20Speaker 5: thank you, So once again, little Joey. He can't even
- 35:23Speaker 5: go to daycare, and now they won't even accept him
- 35:25Speaker 5: if he has autism.
- 35:26Speaker 4: And again, no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
- 35:28Speaker 4: they served.
- 35:30Speaker 7: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
- 35:33Speaker 7: being an autism center in a place where a child
- 35:35Speaker 7: could go, they shut the door and we headed to
- 35:37Speaker 7: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
- 35:42Speaker 5: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
- 35:44Speaker 5: find little Joey a place to go to get some daycare.
- 35:46Speaker 4: So where we're going now is a place called Super
- 35:49Speaker 4: Kid's Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
- 35:55Speaker 4: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
- 35:59Speaker 4: received two point four or five million dollars this fiscal
- 36:04Speaker 4: year twenty twenty five. They had the shutdown because there
- 36:07Speaker 4: were so many violations, and they went and they just
- 36:11Speaker 4: reopened under a new license and they renamed the center
- 36:14Speaker 4: super Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
- 36:16Speaker 5: So they got shut down then started another one. Literally
- 36:19Speaker 5: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare two point four or
- 36:23Speaker 5: five million dollars got sent to this daycare center.
- 36:26Speaker 6: We have.
- 36:28Speaker 5: Empty parking lot, we do have a bus here. This
- 36:31Speaker 5: is different. We'll see if we see anybody.
- 36:33Speaker 7: I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and
- 36:36Speaker 7: once again no children could be heard anywhere.
- 36:39Speaker 5: So David, once again another child daycare center. We have
- 36:43Speaker 5: a bus out here, no one's inside, license for over
- 36:47Speaker 5: fifty kids, no children anywhere, But yet millions of dollars
- 36:53Speaker 5: every single year.
- 36:55Speaker 4: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
- 36:59Speaker 4: so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
- 37:02Speaker 4: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
- 37:06Speaker 4: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
- 37:09Speaker 4: one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
- 37:13Speaker 4: we are.
- 37:14Speaker 5: So that's fraud right there alone.
- 37:17Speaker 4: Millions and millions of dollars, and again the kids are missing.
- 37:20Speaker 4: Where are the kids.
- 37:20Speaker 5: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's inside,
- 37:24Speaker 5: we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota, would
- 37:27Speaker 5: to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
- 37:30Speaker 4: They just they just write the check. Human Services. They
- 37:33Speaker 4: got to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones
- 37:35Speaker 4: who enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
- 37:39Speaker 4: wait a minute, these two are registered at the same address.
- 37:42Speaker 5: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
- 37:45Speaker 5: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
- 37:47Speaker 5: the committee here in Minnesota?
- 37:48Speaker 4: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
- 37:52Speaker 4: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
- 37:58Speaker 4: has fourteen Somali owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
- 38:04Speaker 5: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one building.
- 38:08Speaker 4: Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the same building.
- 38:11Speaker 5: How bad has Tim Watz managed the budget here inside
- 38:14Speaker 5: of Minnesota?
- 38:15Speaker 4: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollar surplus.
- 38:21Speaker 4: This biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
- 38:26Speaker 4: a twenty four billion dollar swing in one biennium. How
- 38:32Speaker 4: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
- 38:34Speaker 4: dollars in two years? This is how right here. This
- 38:38Speaker 4: is a huge part of it.
- 38:39Speaker 5: And so would you say a lot of that is
- 38:41Speaker 5: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
- 38:42Speaker 4: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
- 38:47Speaker 4: is absolute outright fraud.
- 38:49Speaker 5: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
- 38:51Speaker 5: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
- 38:56Speaker 5: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
- 39:00Speaker 5: just did a rade a few days ago on a
- 39:01Speaker 5: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
- 39:04Speaker 5: Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
- 39:07Speaker 5: exact same businesses offering the exact same services. Right here.
- 39:11Speaker 5: You have a list of all of the healthcare companies,
- 39:15Speaker 5: loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes, we'd
- 39:19Speaker 5: like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can't I
- 39:22Speaker 5: get healthcare here? Warning? You are under video surveillance, no
- 39:27Speaker 5: trespassing security armed. This is the strangest place I've ever
- 39:36Speaker 5: been to get healthcare. Just a bunch of different places.
- 39:41Speaker 5: Healthcare here, healthcare here, another healthcare company right here. There
- 39:48Speaker 5: are three healthcare companies inside of this building, right here
- 39:52Speaker 5: in this room of seven c. Now we have another
- 39:55Speaker 5: helping hands home Care LLC, another healthcare company present help
- 40:01Speaker 5: right here. We're looking for the best rates of healthcare
- 40:03Speaker 5: here inside this building because we have so many options.
- 40:05Speaker 5: Who can we talk about getting the best healthcare?
- 40:07Speaker 4: I don't know?
- 40:09Speaker 5: No, all right, we will not get any health care here, David.
- 40:14Speaker 5: This is one of the stranger places I've ever been. Literally,
- 40:18Speaker 5: healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will give
- 40:21Speaker 5: you a rate. How much money you think's been funneled
- 40:23Speaker 5: through this building.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Every year, I would say fifty to sixteen millions at least.
- 40:29Speaker 7: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
- 40:31Speaker 7: centers and they actually took down information to give us
- 40:34Speaker 7: a rate. However, when we left, we were then met
- 40:37Speaker 7: with the police.
- 40:38Speaker 5: We received a complaint that someone mentioned your description. We're
- 40:42Speaker 5: in this building arousing the individuals who stay here. Oh,
- 40:46Speaker 5: we're just seeing we're checking out the rates for healthcare
- 40:48Speaker 5: because there's fourteen healthcare companies inside this building.
- 40:50Speaker 4: So okay, he said, he said, there's fourteen companies here,
- 40:54Speaker 4: and he's trying to assume because there's Somli providers that
- 40:57Speaker 4: everyone in your stradulent.
- 40:58Speaker 5: So gets here with some kind of no, we're just
- 41:01Speaker 5: checking this is this is a area that we're allowed
- 41:06Speaker 5: to enforce trust passing ordinance. Is there any other reason
- 41:08Speaker 5: that you guys are here, Well, we're checking rates. We
- 41:12Speaker 5: were checking rates. We asked for rates.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Okay, I'm gonna have if you guys grow a good
- 41:17Speaker 2: we're gonna step out that and we.
- 41:19Speaker 5: All right, let's leave. So all right, we're getting escort
- 41:21Speaker 5: it out right now. The police have arrived. When we
- 41:24Speaker 5: were checking out the rates, seeing what was happening inside
- 41:26Speaker 5: this building. No one would really speak with us. We
- 41:28Speaker 5: did go inside the one daycare center and she actually
- 41:30Speaker 5: did give us rates for childcare. Much respect to that lady.
- 41:33Speaker 5: What's the problem offstre Well, so again, we're we've been
- 41:36Speaker 5: getting reports from there are now multiple individuals that you guys.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Were harassing individuals who are work here. At the end
- 41:43Speaker 3: of the day, this is private property and it's one
- 41:45Speaker 3: that people are allowed to ask you to leave.
- 41:48Speaker 5: And it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department is allowed
- 41:50Speaker 5: to enforce Truss passing ordinance at this address.
- 41:52Speaker 7: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
- 41:55Speaker 7: the Somali's filmed us as we left and we headed
- 41:58Speaker 7: over to the next building.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Senator I would encourage everybody go watch. There's another twenty
- 42:04Speaker 2: ten minutes of this video and we'll put it up
- 42:06Speaker 2: on social media. But it is truly impressive to watch
- 42:09Speaker 2: the Somalis there use the police to kick someone out
- 42:13Speaker 2: of their building who is exposing their fraud by just
- 42:16Speaker 2: asking for rates.
- 42:18Speaker 1: You're talking, he said, sixty.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Seventy eighty million running through that building every single year
- 42:23Speaker 2: with no one offering anything, and yet the police show
- 42:27Speaker 2: up not to arrest these people that are just lynching
- 42:32Speaker 2: are tax tours to the American people. But instead when
- 42:35Speaker 2: a twenty two to twenty three year old YouTuber who's
- 42:38Speaker 2: a hero is the guy they're harassing.
- 42:42Speaker 3: So Nick Shirley, in one afternoon he uncovered one hundred
- 42:46Speaker 3: and ten million dollars of fraud, and in fact, during
- 42:48Speaker 3: the video he has a running tallly of the fraud
- 42:50Speaker 3: each place that he uncovers. The reason at the end
- 42:55Speaker 3: it speaks volumes that the police showed up and forced
- 42:58Speaker 3: them to leave, not because because they were investigating fraud
- 43:01Speaker 3: that the people in that building were obviously robbing the
- 43:06Speaker 3: Minnesota taxpayers. Now, listen, I don't fault that police officer.
- 43:10Speaker 3: He's doing his job. The problem is his job is
- 43:14Speaker 3: decided by the Mayor of Minneapolis and the City Council
- 43:17Speaker 3: of Minneapolis, and they are all corrupt democrats who are
- 43:20Speaker 3: being paid for by these Somali thieves. And so at
- 43:26Speaker 3: the end of the day, the police knows their jobs
- 43:30Speaker 3: is protect the criminals, protect the thieves because the thieves
- 43:34Speaker 3: are funding the politicians who are in charge of the city. Now,
- 43:39Speaker 3: I don't know about you, but if I was a
- 43:40Speaker 3: Minnesota taxpayer, I'd be really pissed off. I am a
- 43:43Speaker 3: US taxpayer. Those are federal tax funds they're stealing. Also,
- 43:46Speaker 3: and you know, there was an interesting snippet that I
- 43:48Speaker 3: want to stop that was there. So one of the
- 43:51Speaker 3: things in that last section was autism centers. And autism
- 43:55Speaker 3: centers are popping up like crazy. Here's an amazing total
- 44:00Speaker 3: of autism Medicaid payments. So in twenty seventeen, Medicaid paid
- 44:06Speaker 3: one point three million dollars in medicaid payments. In twenty eighteen,
- 44:12Speaker 3: Medicaid paid two point two million Medicaid autism payments. Twenty nineteen,
- 44:18Speaker 3: what do you think it went to?
- 44:20Speaker 1: I have no idea at this point, it's got to
- 44:22Speaker 1: be triple that. I don't know.
- 44:24Speaker 3: Nineteen point eight million dollars. From two million, it went
- 44:28Speaker 3: to nineteen and in twenty twenty it went to thirty
- 44:32Speaker 3: two point four million dollars. Let's get all the way
- 44:35Speaker 3: back up to twenty twenty three. What do you think
- 44:37Speaker 3: it was in twenty twenty three forty million, two hundred
- 44:42Speaker 3: and one point three million dollars, and then twenty twenty
- 44:45Speaker 3: four two hundred and twenty eight million, ninety two thousand
- 44:51Speaker 3: eight hundred and ninety dollars. So it went from one
- 44:54Speaker 3: million a year in twenty seventeen to two hundred and
- 44:57Speaker 3: twenty eight million a year in twenty twenty four. And
- 45:00Speaker 3: you know you can shovel a lot of cash out
- 45:02Speaker 3: the door if you open empty storefronts. You say it's
- 45:06Speaker 3: for autism, You claim you're helping lots of kids with autism.
- 45:09Speaker 3: You don't actually help any kids, you don't treat anyone,
- 45:13Speaker 3: but you go and rob the taxpayers of two hundred
- 45:18Speaker 3: and twenty eight million dollars in one year. In one year.
- 45:22Speaker 3: That's how you get up to nine billion dollars. When
- 45:24Speaker 3: you're robbing hundreds of millions of dollars year after year
- 45:30Speaker 3: after year, and you're doing it in childcare, you're doing
- 45:32Speaker 3: it in autism care, you're doing it in quote home
- 45:35Speaker 3: health care. This is organized crime, and it is organized crime.
- 45:42Speaker 3: And understand, the Democrat politicians are not innocent bystanders. They're
- 45:47Speaker 3: not just lazy. It's not that they're incurious and they're
- 45:50Speaker 3: just hadn't noticed it. If they have skin in the game,
- 45:54Speaker 3: they want this fraud and grift to continue because the
- 45:59Speaker 3: people who are stealing are turning around and number one
- 46:02Speaker 3: voting for the Democrats, and they want to keep that.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Roughly one hundred thousand Somalians in Minnesota, they want to
- 46:08Speaker 3: keep them voting for Democrats. They vote as a solid block.
- 46:11Speaker 3: But number two, they are writing checks and they are
- 46:14Speaker 3: funding the Democrat campaign campaigns. And this is stunning, It
- 46:23Speaker 3: is an indictment. By the way, the local newspaper there
- 46:26Speaker 3: everyone in the local newspaper. You know that the local
- 46:28Speaker 3: newspapers have not even covered Nick Shirley's video. They just
- 46:32Speaker 3: did a year in review what happened this year in
- 46:36Speaker 3: Minnesota and then the largest fraud in history Apparently it
- 46:40Speaker 3: didn't happen according to the local newspaper. That's not journalism.
- 46:44Speaker 3: That is propaganda for a corrupt and dishonest team. Watch
- 46:49Speaker 3: this whole video and let me say, I don't know
- 46:51Speaker 3: Nick Shirley, but bravo, this is an American citizen doing
- 46:56Speaker 3: a real service to this country.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Don't forget to share this wherever you can on social media.
- 47:00Speaker 2: If you want to watch, it's on YouTube or on
- 47:03Speaker 2: Facebook and on x you can watch as well. And
- 47:05Speaker 2: the Senate and I will see you back here in
- 47:07Speaker 2: a couple of days.
