- 1:48Speaker 7: Yup, come.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Come out your back.
- 2:01Speaker 8: Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 6: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 8: You're listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 8: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man
- 2:13Speaker 8: o man o, man Wow. I think about all the
- 2:18Speaker 8: things God has done for me is overwhelming at times,
- 2:21Speaker 8: and I want everybody to have that feeling and to
- 2:25Speaker 8: sharing that feeling of completion and satisfaction. And the only
- 2:29Speaker 8: reason I got this, and it's the thousandth time I've
- 2:32Speaker 8: said it, is because I formed a relationship with my creator.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Period.
- 2:37Speaker 8: That's it. That's that's it. I can't tell you as
- 2:41Speaker 8: anything else else. You know, I've always had a strong
- 2:43Speaker 8: work ethic. My father put that in me. My father's
- 2:47Speaker 8: conversation with me growing up was always constantly about work hard,
- 2:52Speaker 8: don't be lazy, be a man, do what you say
- 2:54Speaker 8: you're gonna do. YadA YadA, YadA, YadA YadA. Man, I
- 2:57Speaker 8: was so tired of my father at times. I was going, Man,
- 3:00Speaker 8: what is with this dude?
- 3:01Speaker 6: Right here?
- 3:02Speaker 8: Man, every time we have a conversation, it's got to
- 3:04Speaker 8: be about work. It's got to be about, you know, man,
- 3:08Speaker 8: doing your best, trying hard, you know, working and being honest,
- 3:12Speaker 8: do what you say you're gonna do. But that was
- 3:15Speaker 8: his mission. I can't tell you how much I appreciate
- 3:18Speaker 8: that now. I can't even I can't even put it
- 3:22Speaker 8: into words when I think about my old man and
- 3:25Speaker 8: what he was to me, and I just, man, I'm
- 3:31Speaker 8: so grateful for that balance I had in my life.
- 3:33Speaker 8: And then my father was a fighter. He fought on
- 3:37Speaker 8: the weekends.
- 3:39Speaker 6: You know.
- 3:39Speaker 8: My father used to come home with his with his
- 3:42Speaker 8: clothes toe off of him. He put a fresh shirt
- 3:45Speaker 8: on and he go back. My mom used to talk
- 3:47Speaker 8: about my father fighting all the time, slick, while you
- 3:50Speaker 8: are always fighting. You know a little bit of that
- 3:53Speaker 8: rubbed off on me too. You know that that kind
- 3:55Speaker 8: of got into me. And I didn't understand that either,
- 3:59Speaker 8: But then I'm the same. My mother was a Sunday
- 4:01Speaker 8: school teacher for forty years, so her conversation was never
- 4:04Speaker 8: about fighting or anything. It was all about love and
- 4:07Speaker 8: understanding and doing another that you would add and do
- 4:10Speaker 8: unto you. My mom was a Sunday school teacher, so
- 4:12Speaker 8: I learned about faith. I had to go to Sunday school,
- 4:15Speaker 8: prayer meeting, Bible study, young people meeting, choir rehearsal. You know,
- 4:20Speaker 8: I was a churchman so much I was actually looking
- 4:23Speaker 8: as there's got to be an alternative to this, you know.
- 4:26Speaker 8: I want you know, I was a little kid even
- 4:29Speaker 8: I was thinking at one point, maybe I ought to
- 4:31Speaker 8: look into Hell because there's got to be something cooler
- 4:33Speaker 8: than this going on every day. It got that crazy
- 4:37Speaker 8: for me. But the balance between those two people created
- 4:40Speaker 8: who I am today. And I want you to understand
- 4:44Speaker 8: that the things that you are in your past have
- 4:47Speaker 8: helped create who you are today. If you view it
- 4:50Speaker 8: the right way, everything that has happened to you in
- 4:55Speaker 8: your past has happened to you for a reason, and
- 4:59Speaker 8: it's usually for the good if you view it that way.
- 5:04Speaker 8: But if you, on the other hand, or a type
- 5:07Speaker 8: of person who can't move forward because you are allowing
- 5:11Speaker 8: your past to stop you from having your future. Then you,
- 5:16Speaker 8: my friend, are doing a disservice to your life. You
- 5:21Speaker 8: are not honoring God's blessings. You are not taking advantage
- 5:26Speaker 8: of the gain, knowledge, wisdom, and experience of your life. Example,
- 5:33Speaker 8: if you are a woman and you are always talking
- 5:39Speaker 8: about a former relationship, what he did to me. If
- 5:43Speaker 8: he had not did this to me, I wouldn't be
- 5:47Speaker 8: in this place today. I thought I had a man.
- 5:51Speaker 8: Now I ain't got no man ahllah lah lah la
- 5:56Speaker 8: lah if I you know, he came along and I
- 6:00Speaker 8: was doing just swell. He just came in and he
- 6:03Speaker 8: just lied to me. He lied to me, nod. He
- 6:07Speaker 8: did this to me, Then he cheated, then he left.
- 6:10Speaker 8: All of that that you're saying can very well be true.
- 6:16Speaker 8: Have you thought that maybe maybe somewhere in God's infinite wisdom,
- 6:25Speaker 8: that he knew that you had made a mistake in
- 6:29Speaker 8: picking him anyway? Maybe he knew you had made a
- 6:33Speaker 8: mistake in saying yes or I do to him anyway,
- 6:38Speaker 8: or come on, move in? And so what he did
- 6:43Speaker 8: was based on your decision now to say yes, I
- 6:48Speaker 8: do or come on, let's move in together. That was
- 6:51Speaker 8: your decision. You ain't go to him about this one.
- 6:54Speaker 8: You made this decision. Based on that decision, and all
- 6:59Speaker 8: the negative things that started happening, He allowed you to
- 7:02Speaker 8: get away from it. Now how you got away from it,
- 7:06Speaker 8: it's always not the choice of ours. See, you stuck
- 7:11Speaker 8: on the fact that he left, that he walked out.
- 7:14Speaker 8: But let me share this with you. When he was there,
- 7:17Speaker 8: how good was he to you? How good was he
- 7:19Speaker 8: for you? See, you got to stare at you got
- 7:24Speaker 8: to look at the blessing. The blessing is. Now you
- 7:27Speaker 8: are on your own. Now you walk in your house.
- 7:31Speaker 8: Ain't nobody in there with a disruptive spirit. Now you
- 7:34Speaker 8: go home. You could take your clothes off, walk around
- 7:37Speaker 8: like you want to. Now you go home, you can
- 7:40Speaker 8: sit down and look at TV or catch your breath
- 7:44Speaker 8: if you want to. Your kids don't have to see
- 7:48Speaker 8: y'all arguing all the time. Have you looked at the
- 7:51Speaker 8: blessing in it? But now if you gonna keep looking
- 7:55Speaker 8: at the negative, then guess what. Now you can't move
- 7:59Speaker 8: forward because you keep allowing your past to keep you.
- 8:04Speaker 6: From moving forward.
- 8:05Speaker 8: If God has brought you through it, why don't you
- 8:09Speaker 8: move on from it? Look, you got through it. He gone,
- 8:13Speaker 8: He ain't coming back. He got somebody else, So you
- 8:17Speaker 8: gonna sit there and just keep tripping. Becauts he gone
- 8:20Speaker 8: and he got somebody else. Hey, pick yourself up. Thank
- 8:24Speaker 8: God for the blessing. It didn't feel like a blessing.
- 8:28Speaker 8: Why you was going through it, and all the pain
- 8:30Speaker 8: of him leaving and the divorce and all that messed
- 8:33Speaker 8: you up? Got it when you get through it, all
- 8:36Speaker 8: of that. You ain't the first one being left. You
- 8:38Speaker 8: ain't the first one being divorced. You ain't the first
- 8:41Speaker 8: one been in a bad relationship. Pick yourself up, Thank
- 8:45Speaker 8: God for the blessing, and move forward in your life,
- 8:49Speaker 8: because maybe when you quit complaining, maybe you'll find out
- 8:54Speaker 8: that God has something in store for you that he
- 8:57Speaker 8: wants you to have, but he can't give it to
- 9:00Speaker 8: you if you ain't grateful. So God gives you a blessing,
- 9:04Speaker 8: but because you don't see it as a blessing, you
- 9:06Speaker 8: ain't grateful for it. Now, guess what, You steady asking
- 9:10Speaker 8: God to do something for you, but you ain't thanking
- 9:13Speaker 8: him for what he's done for you, but you steady
- 9:15Speaker 8: wanting him to do more.
- 9:17Speaker 6: How does that work? How does that work? Man? That
- 9:21Speaker 6: He should keep on giving you things when you ain't
- 9:23Speaker 6: even working with the stuff he Didne gave you and
- 9:27Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 9:28Speaker 8: And I'm just using that one example that could go
- 9:30Speaker 8: for me and too, vice versa, and so on and
- 9:33Speaker 8: so forth. I'm just using that as an example. Now,
- 9:37Speaker 8: why I laid on that one so long? You have
- 9:39Speaker 8: to take that over God, that's all just sat I
- 9:41Speaker 8: ain't pointing fingers at nobody in nothing, because I've been
- 9:45Speaker 8: guilty on both sides of the coin. Who am I?
- 9:48Speaker 8: But I'm just sharing with you what I had to do.
- 9:51Speaker 8: I had to learn to stop allowing my past to
- 9:54Speaker 8: interfere with my future. Moning show, ladies and gentlemen, boys
- 10:03Speaker 8: and girls, I've got sunshine on a cloudy day when
- 10:08Speaker 8: it's called outside. I got the month of May in
- 10:12Speaker 8: Junior's mind. That is a Jodasy song called Freaking You.
- 10:17Speaker 8: It's not, it's called my Girl by the Temptation. Today
- 10:26Speaker 8: is a wonderful day, man. I so appreciate it. God,
- 10:29Speaker 8: Thank you Lord for waking us all up again, for
- 10:32Speaker 8: getting us off our jobs, getting us ready to go
- 10:34Speaker 8: to our jobs, getting us ready to go to school,
- 10:36Speaker 8: to and fro back and forth, all of that. Appreciate you.
- 10:40Speaker 8: It's a Good day, ladies and gentlemen. This is the
- 10:43Speaker 8: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi
- 10:47Speaker 8: Monica Junior, the legend that is nephew Tommy Jr.
- 10:51Speaker 6: You look you look real sunny today. Yeah I do.
- 10:54Speaker 9: Man, I just got a question for you.
- 10:56Speaker 6: I do.
- 10:56Speaker 9: I don't even know.
- 10:57Speaker 10: So you know, it's an honor to have your family
- 11:00Speaker 10: come to you to fix problems.
- 11:01Speaker 9: You take pride in fixing your family's problems.
- 11:04Speaker 6: Uh, it is possible.
- 11:13Speaker 8: So then you get on out of my face. What
- 11:15Speaker 8: I be trying to do, Man, I ain't got no
- 11:16Speaker 8: time for this. I got so I told you I
- 11:19Speaker 8: try to head off problem because if you remain let
- 11:24Speaker 8: me explain something to you. If you are one of
- 11:28Speaker 8: the ones in your family or the one who is
- 11:31Speaker 8: doing well and people have access to you, there are
- 11:36Speaker 8: people who are going to abuse the access. That are
- 11:41Speaker 8: people who treat that access wonderfully. There are people who
- 11:45Speaker 8: I know if they call me, something must be seriously wrong.
- 11:48Speaker 6: And then it's some people that called that I know.
- 11:51Speaker 8: Every time something wrong, I'm gonna be the fixed fil
- 11:54Speaker 8: I know exactly who they are. I could tell I
- 11:58Speaker 8: got a certain ring for them and everything. So it's
- 12:00Speaker 8: not it's not that I take pride. I mean it's
- 12:03Speaker 8: my duty sometimes because I used to suffer from guilt,
- 12:06Speaker 8: you know, being a successful person in my family, I
- 12:09Speaker 8: used to suffer from guilt, which I found was the
- 12:11Speaker 8: most useless emotion in the world, guilt because guilt only
- 12:15Speaker 8: serves the person who's applying you.
- 12:18Speaker 6: So I don't suffer from guilt anymore. I am what
- 12:21Speaker 6: I am. I have what I have.
- 12:23Speaker 8: God has given me what he's given me, and he
- 12:25Speaker 8: ain't give it to you because you didn't. You didn't
- 12:26Speaker 8: want it. You didn't want But you can't look over
- 12:30Speaker 8: here and see me with it and think you supposed
- 12:31Speaker 8: to have some to get that off your mind. Hello, right,
- 12:36Speaker 8: then that's unfair. Yeah, that's unfair. So why do you
- 12:40Speaker 8: feel honored?
- 12:43Speaker 10: No, I don't really feel honored about it. I feel
- 12:45Speaker 10: good about it. I'm able to do it for him
- 12:47Speaker 10: because we ain't hand about it in the family. To
- 12:48Speaker 10: do we all had to put money together, you know,
- 12:50Speaker 10: six the priblem Yeah, we got just mind now.
- 12:55Speaker 8: Oh no, let me tell you man, I paid for
- 12:59Speaker 8: most few. I think funerals is the thing that I
- 13:03Speaker 8: paid the most for. Consistent because you know, you know,
- 13:08Speaker 8: you know my family, you know they have life insurance,
- 13:10Speaker 8: but they short, you know, they're old. They paid on
- 13:13Speaker 8: five thousand dollars policy all they life. Then you know
- 13:15Speaker 8: you can't bury nobody for five no more?
- 13:18Speaker 6: Oh no, not publish.
- 13:22Speaker 1: You care, but it won't be no public not have
- 13:24Speaker 1: a repast and all of that.
- 13:26Speaker 6: No, Anna, you're not gonna really see this cask whatever,
- 13:30Speaker 6: you can do it.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All right?
- 13:37Speaker 11: Thanks guys, coming up next to his a nephew and
- 13:39Speaker 11: run that brank back right after this. You're listening hard
- 13:44Speaker 11: morning show. It is time now for the nephew to
- 13:47Speaker 11: run that prank back.
- 13:48Speaker 5: What you got for his neph Sureley, I got side
- 13:51Speaker 5: job cleaner, watch me work.
- 13:54Speaker 6: Idiots got doll if you would.
- 13:59Speaker 12: Robbie wanted to get an order in for some construction
- 14:02Speaker 12: uh supplies I need to pick up.
- 14:04Speaker 13: That's fine.
- 14:04Speaker 7: What's your what's your company?
- 14:06Speaker 12: Uh? The roof and Company company?
- 14:10Speaker 13: Have we have we done this and form?
- 14:12Speaker 12: No? No you haven't. This is my first time called.
- 14:14Speaker 12: I heard you guys were pretty good.
- 14:15Speaker 13: I appreciate the compliment.
- 14:17Speaker 12: Okay, I know listen, Uh, I need to get this
- 14:19Speaker 12: as soon as possible. Man, can I possibly pick up
- 14:22Speaker 12: these supplies like in the next couple of hours.
- 14:24Speaker 13: Uh, well, you know, no, it don't work. That fact
- 14:26Speaker 13: kind of a quick turnaround. We got a little bit
- 14:27Speaker 13: of a backup, but I can I can U My
- 14:29Speaker 13: back depends on what you need.
- 14:31Speaker 12: Okay, here's here's what I need. Man, I need five
- 14:34Speaker 12: rolls of duct tape.
- 14:35Speaker 13: Okay, that's no problem, that's quick.
- 14:37Speaker 12: Okay, I need plastic. Man, listen, if you was gonna
- 14:41Speaker 12: wrap up something in plastic that's like about uh six
- 14:45Speaker 12: foot two in height and two hundred pounds, how much
- 14:49Speaker 12: plast did you think I would need to wrap to
- 14:51Speaker 12: wrap that up?
- 14:51Speaker 13: In this is second? You're you're asking for plastic like
- 14:54Speaker 13: a roller plastic.
- 14:55Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm telling I need to wrap up something that's
- 14:57Speaker 12: six foot two and like two hundred and ten pounds.
- 15:00Speaker 13: I probably would get about three.
- 15:02Speaker 12: Yards four yards of possis Okay, okay, I need to
- 15:05Speaker 12: get that. Then let me ask you this here. If
- 15:08Speaker 12: you was gonna try to put some cement on that
- 15:10Speaker 12: to hold it down, how much cement you think and
- 15:12Speaker 12: hold it down?
- 15:14Speaker 13: I'm more confused. You're running a roofing company, right.
- 15:16Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm a roofer company. But I'm doing a little
- 15:18Speaker 12: side work for some friends of mine.
- 15:20Speaker 13: Oh okay, okay, I just got a little confused. Can
- 15:22Speaker 13: you tell me this is Talish and Company? No problem,
- 15:24Speaker 13: No problem, got.
- 15:24Speaker 7: Some man waiting.
- 15:26Speaker 13: You're you're trying to hold something more. I'm trying to
- 15:29Speaker 13: Are you.
- 15:29Speaker 12: Trying to hold something down? So? How many bags of
- 15:32Speaker 12: cement do you think I need to hold down something
- 15:34Speaker 12: that's two hundred and twenty pounds? Wow?
- 15:37Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 15:39Speaker 12: Eight bags, eight bags, eight bag.
- 15:41Speaker 13: Eight bags, I would recommend at least.
- 15:42Speaker 12: Okay, okay, give me eight bags of cement. Now, just
- 15:45Speaker 12: something else. I want to ask you. Do you have
- 15:47Speaker 12: anything any type of cleaner man that can get that
- 15:50Speaker 12: can get blood, I mean paint off the floor.
- 15:52Speaker 13: Yeah, we got industrial cleaners some of that content.
- 15:54Speaker 11: Industrial clean said, Well, well.
- 15:56Speaker 13: He said, paint the paint or blood the frank Okay, yeah,
- 16:01Speaker 13: I mean I've gotten that's your cleans lot Himes.
- 16:03Speaker 7: You mean, do you have the preference?
- 16:04Speaker 12: No, just whatever you could throw in there. I need that. Now,
- 16:07Speaker 12: let me ask you this here. Do you have anything
- 16:09Speaker 12: that can like just kill a smell? You know what
- 16:12Speaker 12: I'm saying? If you know, if you don't want something
- 16:14Speaker 12: to smell. You got anything for that?
- 16:15Speaker 13: Wait? Mane something something some guy in your place?
- 16:18Speaker 7: Is this place is something?
- 16:19Speaker 12: Something? Did you do there?
- 16:21Speaker 13: An animal or something you found? I mean, I'm kind
- 16:22Speaker 13: of confused. You're talking about smell and clean up? Did
- 16:24Speaker 13: you of animal.
- 16:26Speaker 7: On a construction?
- 16:27Speaker 12: A rabbie? Listen, man, just take the rder. That's all
- 16:30Speaker 12: I need you to do.
- 16:31Speaker 13: Okay, okay, No, I'm sorry. I wasn't asking your business.
- 16:34Speaker 12: I just it was a little concern.
- 16:35Speaker 7: What are we getting?
- 16:36Speaker 12: What are we cleaning up?
- 16:37Speaker 13: And what do we I mean, I guess the are
- 16:39Speaker 13: we cleaning up a tile?
- 16:40Speaker 12: Fold?
- 16:40Speaker 6: To clean up carpet?
- 16:41Speaker 7: I mean, what's the what's the cleaner for?
- 16:43Speaker 13: And what's the where's the odor?
- 16:44Speaker 14: Of?
- 16:44Speaker 7: Sir?
- 16:45Speaker 12: All? I'm asking you? Do you have something strong en? Though? Like?
- 16:48Speaker 12: Do you think ammania can can keep a smell down?
- 16:50Speaker 12: What do I need to keep a smell down?
- 16:52Speaker 13: You're definitely gonna need ammonia. I mean, you gotta get
- 16:55Speaker 13: something to just scrub that right down, because I mean,
- 16:57Speaker 13: wherever that sent is, if it's in your if it's
- 16:59Speaker 13: in the walls. But you got fabriished in that place
- 17:01Speaker 13: singing whatever.
- 17:02Speaker 12: What you got it?
- 17:02Speaker 7: You probably have to have a.
- 17:03Speaker 13: Different type of deodorized or something for the carpet, something
- 17:06Speaker 13: for the walls. I mean, I don't. I guess, I
- 17:08Speaker 13: guess it's kind of confused just to as to where
- 17:11Speaker 13: the things coming from.
- 17:12Speaker 12: And don't worry about all that, man, he man, listen,
- 17:15Speaker 12: just just right down. What the order is?
- 17:17Speaker 7: Okay, I got it you.
- 17:19Speaker 13: I got the five rolls of ductive, I got the

- 17:23Speaker 13: the cement, I got the industrial clean, I got the pneumonia.
- 17:25Speaker 13: I'm I'm I'm typing it all in. I got I've
- 17:27Speaker 13: got your order.
- 17:28Speaker 12: Okay, let me man, do y'all have any type of machete? Anything?
- 17:32Speaker 12: That's real? Shop?
- 17:33Speaker 13: But what?
- 17:35Speaker 12: Oh?
- 17:35Speaker 13: Okay, hold on second, and now now you're completely off base.
- 17:38Speaker 13: You do realize you call the hardware.
- 17:40Speaker 12: Store, right, I'm calling as talk about I need some supplies. Man,
- 17:43Speaker 12: I'm doing the job on the side. I need some supply.
- 17:45Speaker 13: I get that, you said that already, but I'm confused
- 17:48Speaker 13: about it. Now you're asking for a weapon. What what
- 17:50Speaker 13: what would you do the machete for? I mean, you're
- 17:52Speaker 13: you're talking about, uh what you you're gonna chop down
- 17:55Speaker 13: some some some brush. I don't I don't, I don't
- 17:57Speaker 13: get it. What's in the shaddy for?
- 17:58Speaker 12: Hey? Man, listen, listen, y'all. Job is to take the order. Man,
- 18:02Speaker 12: that's your job. Robbie, don't tell me what my job is.
- 18:04Speaker 13: I know what my job is. This is my stole man, Okay.
- 18:08Speaker 13: I've been working here a lot longer than you even
- 18:10Speaker 13: can imagine, and people don't call up asking for a
- 18:13Speaker 13: moonia and and cleaner and trying to get a smell out.
- 18:17Speaker 13: I mean what I just I'm trying to figure out how.
- 18:19Speaker 12: Best to help you. I'm sorry what I'm doing, Robbie,
- 18:21Speaker 12: is you being nosy? You being no All you gotta
- 18:24Speaker 12: do is feel the order and have it have it
- 18:26Speaker 12: done in two hours when I get there. That's all
- 18:28Speaker 12: you gotta do.
- 18:29Speaker 13: I can't do that in two hours. I can't even
- 18:32Speaker 13: I were backed up with this point. I'm not even
- 18:35Speaker 13: sure I.
- 18:35Speaker 7: Can get this done.
- 18:36Speaker 13: Maybe tomorrow morning, just tomorrow morning, work.
- 18:38Speaker 7: For you, O.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Man.
- 18:39Speaker 12: I got to get rid of this body. I got
- 18:41Speaker 12: to get rid of this guy today.
- 18:43Speaker 13: Whoa whoa, whoa, whoa whoa. I need to call I
- 18:47Speaker 13: need to call the policeman.
- 18:48Speaker 12: You just said body right there. That's about white people
- 18:53Speaker 12: always want to call the police when it ain't got
- 18:55Speaker 12: nothing to do with them. Listen, all you need to
- 18:57Speaker 12: do is fill the order.
- 18:59Speaker 13: Okay. I need to tell you something. Okay, And I
- 19:02Speaker 13: don't know if you if you found a body, I
- 19:04Speaker 13: don't know if you're responsible for the body either the way.
- 19:07Speaker 13: I don't want to be any part of this business.
- 19:09Speaker 7: Okay. I don't know why you're planning or where you're.
- 19:11Speaker 13: Trying to bury this thing, but you're basically asking me
- 19:13Speaker 13: to be accomplished to something that's none of my business. Hey,
- 19:16Speaker 13: I need your name right now.
- 19:17Speaker 12: Okay, I I'm not giving you my name.
- 19:20Speaker 7: You said, oh drooping.
- 19:22Speaker 13: Hey, hey, listen to me. You said your call from
- 19:25Speaker 13: triphing company.
- 19:25Speaker 12: Are you I'm not?
- 19:27Speaker 14: I'm not.
- 19:27Speaker 12: Hey, man, let me tell you something. Why your wife
- 19:29Speaker 12: folks always trying to be a bot? Tell you why
- 19:32Speaker 12: you want like white folks?
- 19:33Speaker 13: What's your problem something about white folks talking about purple green,
- 19:37Speaker 13: black blue book. It's not about white.
- 19:39Speaker 7: It's what you asking for.
- 19:40Speaker 13: That sounds like you trying to bury your body. Okay,
- 19:42Speaker 13: that's what I'm trying to think of. Are you and
- 19:44Speaker 13: You're not?
- 19:45Speaker 7: What is your name?
- 19:45Speaker 13: I need your name. I'm your name right now.
- 19:47Speaker 14: Man.
- 19:48Speaker 12: Well, first of all, you at work, you're not you can't.
- 19:50Speaker 12: You don't want to be talking to me like this.
- 19:51Speaker 13: I don't care if I'm swearing at work. My co workers,
- 19:54Speaker 13: the people here, they all know who I am, and
- 19:55Speaker 13: I know if I was talking to someone some people.
- 19:57Speaker 7: You not just talking like this too.
- 19:59Speaker 13: I'm gonna try just call I'm gonna get the cops
- 20:01Speaker 13: on your figure out who the you are.
- 20:03Speaker 12: Don't you want to know who I am? Do you
- 20:05Speaker 12: know Marcus?
- 20:08Speaker 7: Marcus?
- 20:09Speaker 13: He works here?
- 20:10Speaker 12: Okay, Marcus is who got me to call you? This
- 20:14Speaker 12: is nephew Tommy from the Steve Alby Morning Show. Robbie,
- 20:17Speaker 12: you just got prank by your co worker, Marcus.
- 20:21Speaker 7: You have got to be kidding me.
- 20:24Speaker 13: Marcus, Marc, I see you over there, I see you,
- 20:29Speaker 13: son of a Marcus.
- 20:30Speaker 7: Why don't you tell me this?
- 20:32Speaker 12: Hey, I gotta ask you, Robbie. You gotta tell me this. Man.
- 20:34Speaker 12: What is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 20:37Speaker 12: show in the land.
- 20:39Speaker 13: That's easy, Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:42Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew.
- 20:45Speaker 11: Coming up next as the clo you're listening Steve Harvey
- 20:49Speaker 11: Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:52Speaker 11: and entertainment news Steve Laurie Harvey.
- 20:55Speaker 1: I think you know her.
- 20:56Speaker 11: Laurie makes her Sports Illustrated debut in her very own
- 21:01Speaker 11: Yevra swimwear line.
- 21:04Speaker 1: We'll talk about that.
- 21:06Speaker 11: Carla is here with the recap of last night's Grammy
- 21:08Speaker 11: Awards and ponk Satani. Phil did not see his shadow
- 21:12Speaker 11: on Groundhog Day, and in some very sad news, iconic
- 21:16Speaker 11: actor Carl Weathers has died Apollo Cree. That's all coming
- 21:21Speaker 11: up at the top of the hour, but right now
- 21:23Speaker 11: it is time to ask the clo Felicia in Lexington
- 21:29Speaker 11: Colo Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey says.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I'm five years younger than my boyfriend and.
- 21:35Speaker 11: He talks down to me and calls me baby girl
- 21:38Speaker 11: when his friends are around. I'm twenty three and he
- 21:40Speaker 11: makes me feel like I'm not on his level or
- 21:42Speaker 11: mature enough. He says, my age is not an issue.
- 21:45Speaker 6: So what is it. I'm not really sure about this.
- 21:49Speaker 8: I think he gets around his friends and he tries
- 21:52Speaker 8: to take on a more domineering persona. You know a
- 21:56Speaker 8: lot of some guys get around the frieze and they
- 21:58Speaker 8: show out. It's real as simple as that. He could
- 22:01Speaker 8: just be showing out a baby girl. Slow down. Come
- 22:03Speaker 8: on now, you know you don't know nothing, but if
- 22:06Speaker 8: a man not but I'm gonna tell you this now.
- 22:08Speaker 8: If a man is talking down to you now, it's
- 22:11Speaker 8: not gonna get better. So you have to you start.
- 22:15Speaker 6: It's time.
- 22:15Speaker 8: It's a good time for you to start evaluating why
- 22:18Speaker 8: you're with him. And if you don't tell him, look,
- 22:20Speaker 8: you're gonna have to stop talking down to me in
- 22:22Speaker 8: front of people. It could continue and it could worsen.
- 22:26Speaker 8: That's the best I got for you. I don't really
- 22:29Speaker 8: know the particulars of how he's talking to you, but
- 22:31Speaker 8: for you to write in you must be feeling some
- 22:33Speaker 8: kind of way. So if you were my daughter, you know,
- 22:36Speaker 8: I just tell you. You know, you might want to revaluate
- 22:38Speaker 8: this situation right here, because you know this might not
- 22:42Speaker 8: be going over. What's the benefits of the relationship you're
- 22:44Speaker 8: in of all, because right now you're giving me the negatives.
- 22:47Speaker 8: Are there any benefits other than you like him and
- 22:50Speaker 8: you just spend some time with him. I wish people
- 22:53Speaker 8: would stop doing that. Stop looking at the amount of
- 22:55Speaker 8: time you done put into a relationship to determine whether
- 22:57Speaker 8: you're gonna stay in it or not unless you're married
- 23:00Speaker 8: and children are involved. See that adds that that heightens
- 23:05Speaker 8: the equations on it. But if that ain't the case,
- 23:08Speaker 8: then man, miss me baden. And then at some point,
- 23:12Speaker 8: even if you're married with children, if you just living
- 23:16Speaker 8: in a constant state of misery, that's not good either.
- 23:21Speaker 8: So I'm not gonna do that. I don't recommend divorce
- 23:24Speaker 8: to anybody. I do recommend it highly to myself though,
- 23:29Speaker 8: all right.
- 23:30Speaker 11: Moving on to Tatiana in Freeport, Tatiana says, my boyfriend
- 23:34Speaker 11: and I have been together two years and he's my son,
- 23:37Speaker 11: and we just start having sex when my son is home.
- 23:41Speaker 11: He won't respect my wishes and hold it down during sex,
- 23:45Speaker 11: he said, my son will be fine.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Is he rude or is he right?
- 23:49Speaker 8: No, that's that's really really rude. That's really really rude.
- 23:55Speaker 8: Your son will be fine. No, this dude, he just
- 23:59Speaker 8: want to do it like he'll He has no regard
- 24:01Speaker 8: for this child. It's certain things a child don't need
- 24:04Speaker 8: to be exposed to, and that's one of them them.
- 24:07Speaker 8: Sounds of his mama coming from the room. You don't
- 24:09Speaker 8: know what's going through that little boy mind.
- 24:11Speaker 6: Man, that's just not healthy at all. Yeah.
- 24:17Speaker 8: So see, man, No, the dude he needed. No, you
- 24:21Speaker 8: need to put a stop to that. No, we're not
- 24:23Speaker 8: doing nothing over here. If you can't hold it down
- 24:26Speaker 8: and we can't wait until my son go to sleep
- 24:28Speaker 8: and all this hell, then we not. It ain't happening
- 24:31Speaker 8: over here. No, No, he'll be fine. See that's that
- 24:35Speaker 8: dude right there. He's thinking only about himself. You have
- 24:39Speaker 8: to consider the well being of the child first. I
- 24:42Speaker 8: mean you his mother. Come on, dude, right here, he
- 24:48Speaker 8: just want what he wants. I like, Holly, Well, the
- 24:52Speaker 8: baby's in the room.
- 24:53Speaker 6: Come to deal with it.
- 24:55Speaker 1: The boy, the baby, the boy and the boy.
- 25:00Speaker 6: All right.
- 25:00Speaker 11: Moving on to Weston and Newark, Western writes, one of
- 25:05Speaker 11: my friends is marrying my ex girl, and they kept
- 25:08Speaker 11: the relationship quiet. I don't talk to him all the time,
- 25:11Speaker 11: but I think he should have told me. Did he
- 25:14Speaker 11: owe me that courtesy or not?
- 25:16Speaker 5: No?
- 25:17Speaker 8: Man, br they finna getting married? Bru Do you know
- 25:22Speaker 8: how far up the road this thing and went? Nowt Nah, bruh,
- 25:26Speaker 8: stay out of it. Let it go. He your friend,
- 25:29Speaker 8: he marrying your ex. They kept it a secret because
- 25:32Speaker 8: they didn't want nobody to knew. They didn't want nobody
- 25:35Speaker 8: to know. He thought it was a little messy, and
- 25:37Speaker 8: she thought it was a little messy. So you know
- 25:40Speaker 8: how it is. You know you was your ex and
- 25:42Speaker 8: then he was looking at her the whole time and
- 25:44Speaker 8: she was looking at him the whole time. And they
- 25:46Speaker 8: decided when they started seeing each other to keep it
- 25:48Speaker 8: undercovers because they knew it would create this.
- 25:51Speaker 6: Well, now they getting married.
- 25:53Speaker 8: He don't owe you nothing, dog, Now I want you
- 25:57Speaker 8: to understand something that ain't a friend and you thought
- 26:00Speaker 8: he would.
- 26:02Speaker 6: Hell, yeah, he got a location.
- 26:05Speaker 11: Okay, so even if he didn't owe him that, Steve,
- 26:09Speaker 11: couldn't he have just picked or is this not what
- 26:12Speaker 11: men do? Pick up the phone and say, hey man,
- 26:14Speaker 11: you know so you won't hear it from anyone else.
- 26:17Speaker 1: I want to tell you.
- 26:20Speaker 8: Yeah, but see, yeah, i'd have did that. But if we,
- 26:23Speaker 8: if were real boys, thought place that's kind of yeah,
- 26:29Speaker 8: that's kind of sideways. If I'm talking about my real boys. Now,
- 26:33Speaker 8: if I just know what, dude, that ain't nothing. Yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 8: that ain't nothing.
- 26:37Speaker 15: That one of my friends.
- 26:38Speaker 8: But if we friends, though, we ride or die I'm not.
- 26:43Speaker 8: We're not doing the second game, not with your girl,
- 26:46Speaker 8: because there's too many women out here.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm not gonna do that. So now you understand that.
- 26:51Speaker 8: That friend that you thought you had, y'all ain't at
- 26:54Speaker 8: the level you thought you were.
- 26:56Speaker 6: That's what at this point.
- 26:58Speaker 8: Oh lord, if you had her on that waiting yeah yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Go to the wedding.
- 27:07Speaker 9: Yeah, turn the cake o.
- 27:11Speaker 1: You got? Did anyone object to this wedding?
- 27:15Speaker 7: I do?
- 27:16Speaker 8: Yeah, you're fine, but this ain't nothing for you to lose.
- 27:19Speaker 8: No sleep about they they made they getting married, man,
- 27:23Speaker 8: they way up the road. Just just just chalk that
- 27:25Speaker 8: one of them and say, okay, so I thought we
- 27:28Speaker 8: were cooler than we really were, and just chalk that up.
- 27:30Speaker 8: So you lost her and him, it ain't no problem.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Oh gosh, all right?
- 27:35Speaker 11: Last one Fawn and Charlotte says, my birthday was on
- 27:40Speaker 11: January fifteenth, and I didn't get anything for my birthday.
- 27:44Speaker 11: My husband said, I'm over forty now and birthdays are
- 27:47Speaker 11: no big deal. He's turning forty this year. Should I
- 27:50Speaker 11: tell him that birthdays are no big deal? Should I
- 27:53Speaker 11: be evil like him?
- 27:55Speaker 6: Well?
- 27:55Speaker 8: I mean, if you do it, that's you he said,
- 28:00Speaker 8: at the rules. You know, so if you do it,
- 28:03Speaker 8: he set the rules. But that's dumb fellas women's birthdays
- 28:08Speaker 8: the woman you in a relationship with, it's important days anyway.
- 28:11Speaker 8: Valentine's Day is important, Christmas is important, the anniversary is important,
- 28:15Speaker 8: and birthdays are important them folk gifts a year now
- 28:19Speaker 8: that ain't gotta be huge gifts.
- 28:20Speaker 6: But you gotta do something. Valentine's Day. You can't let
- 28:23Speaker 6: that go by because that's a national day to recognize your.
- 28:26Speaker 8: Sweetheart, her birthday, that is her day. You've got to
- 28:30Speaker 8: get her something. You've got to go h uh. And
- 28:34Speaker 8: then then it's Christmas, and then it's anniversary. Now if
- 28:40Speaker 8: she's a mother, Lord have mercy, that's another one.
- 28:46Speaker 6: That's another. It's five times.
- 28:51Speaker 5: Now.
- 28:51Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell you something. Men don't get nothing for
- 28:53Speaker 6: the anniversary.
- 28:54Speaker 8: Me and don't get nothing for Valentine's Day, and me
- 28:58Speaker 8: and don't and Father's Day. I strowly started making a movement.
- 29:02Speaker 8: We need to counsel follows.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. Thank you, fellow.
- 29:09Speaker 1: We'll have some entertainment news for you right after this.

- 31:44Speaker 16: speech of the night jay Z with all the shade
- 31:50Speaker 16: on stage. But you know what, jay Z, he just
- 31:54Speaker 16: kept in one hundred about his wife.
- 31:56Speaker 1: That's what it was really about.
- 31:57Speaker 16: He took a moment, he won the Doctor Drake Global
- 32:02Speaker 16: Impact Award and on stage he.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Just kept in one hundred.
- 32:06Speaker 16: His daughter joined them on stage Blue Ivory, and he
- 32:10Speaker 16: did not come to play during.
- 32:11Speaker 1: His speech, and JA, you just basically talked about I
- 32:16Speaker 1: think last year.
- 32:17Speaker 16: I don't know if you guys remember last year during
- 32:20Speaker 16: the Grammys renaissance, Beyonce's album, you know, she won all
- 32:24Speaker 16: of these Grammys and Album of the Year.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Last year she did not win.
- 32:30Speaker 16: And I remember watching the Grammys last year and I
- 32:33Speaker 16: looked at the TV, like, what the Harry Styles. Harry
- 32:40Speaker 16: Styles won Album of the Year last year. Harry Styles.
- 32:45Speaker 16: And I like Harry Styles.
- 32:46Speaker 1: I love him.
- 32:48Speaker 8: I don't even know who he is, but let me
- 32:51Speaker 8: just say this for him. This when you need Kanye,
- 32:55Speaker 8: come on back there, ninety and you need Kanye, come
- 32:59Speaker 8: on up in there and keeps well.
- 33:03Speaker 16: And we all remember when Kanye got mad when Taylor
- 33:06Speaker 16: won and he felt Kanye felt that Beyonce should have won,
- 33:10Speaker 16: and he went up there and said, what was the best.
- 33:14Speaker 6: Thing ever happened to Taylor Swift?
- 33:16Speaker 16: But that was Taylor's moment. Jay Z took his moment,
- 33:19Speaker 16: his own moment to speak about his wife. So that
- 33:24Speaker 16: was what Jay did last night. And he talked about
- 33:28Speaker 16: keep showing up until they give you.
- 33:31Speaker 1: What you deserve. That was basically what he was saying.
- 33:35Speaker 16: He talked about boycott's in the past from the Grammys.
- 33:37Speaker 16: Remember when Will Smith and Jazz Jeff did it. They
- 33:41Speaker 16: boycott and then they went home and watched the Grammars,
- 33:44Speaker 16: but theocott by not going. He mentioned that, and then
- 33:47Speaker 16: when DMX didn't get nominated or didn't win, and he
- 33:51Speaker 16: talked about when he did the same thing. He said,
- 33:54Speaker 16: I didn't go, but I went and watched it too. Well, yeah,
- 33:57Speaker 16: so there was some yeah, some kind of boycott. So
- 34:01Speaker 16: there were some things, but that was his point. That
- 34:03Speaker 16: was Jay's point about the Grammys. You gotta keep you
- 34:07Speaker 16: gotta get it right, get it right, show up.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And get it right. So that was Jay's message.
- 34:12Speaker 16: How you feel about that, Steve, Well, you know, yeah, yeah.
- 34:17Speaker 8: I'm a I'm all I'm good with if you speaking
- 34:20Speaker 8: the truth. What he said was factual. Ye, I'm not
- 34:25Speaker 8: good when people up there speaking their opinions as truth
- 34:28Speaker 8: and they really are live. So I support that one
- 34:32Speaker 8: hundred percent. Anybody standing up for their girl, I'm with
- 34:35Speaker 8: that too, you know, I'm just a proponent of that.
- 34:38Speaker 8: So I like, you know, yeah, yeah, he said, when
- 34:41Speaker 8: I'm nervous, I tell.
- 34:42Speaker 1: The truth truth.
- 34:44Speaker 6: You know.
- 34:46Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, you know that right there. You can't get
- 34:49Speaker 8: mad at the brother for that. I think he's done
- 34:52Speaker 8: so much. I think a cat like jay Z, who
- 34:54Speaker 8: has done so much, he's earned the right to speak up.
- 34:59Speaker 8: I mean, and he he has a voice that's worth
- 35:01Speaker 8: listening to. We have to be careful in our culture
- 35:04Speaker 8: who we give a voice to. Everybody that speaks up,
- 35:07Speaker 8: don't need to say nothing. Some people need to be quiet.
- 35:11Speaker 8: Stop listening to liars. Jay Z is not known to
- 35:15Speaker 8: be a liar.
- 35:16Speaker 6: He's just not.
- 35:17Speaker 8: He's a hard worker, he's accomplished, he's he's he's sheer greatness.
- 35:21Speaker 1: He's good.
- 35:23Speaker 6: Oh man, he that dude.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Culture.
- 35:26Speaker 8: So those are the people you lended ear to when
- 35:28Speaker 8: they have a voice. Be very careful because of this
- 35:31Speaker 8: thing we live, the world we live in today, be
- 35:33Speaker 8: very careful of who you who you give a listen to.
- 35:38Speaker 8: You know, stop letting fools direct your life and your thoughts.

- 54:13Speaker 1: I need to move out, but he won't let me.
- 54:16Speaker 11: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm thirty seven years old and my
- 54:19Speaker 11: sister is forty five. I'm staying with her and her
- 54:23Speaker 11: living boyfriend of seven years. I've been having sex with
- 54:26Speaker 11: her boyfriend, and it started after I was here only
- 54:29Speaker 11: a week. For years, the sexual tension has been strong
- 54:33Speaker 11: between me and her boyfriend, but I was married at
- 54:36Speaker 11: the time. A few years ago. She mentioned it, but
- 54:40Speaker 11: she wasn't mad. I wondered if it was on her
- 54:43Speaker 11: mind when I moved in with him, but it's like
- 54:45Speaker 11: she doesn't care at all. She confided in me that
- 54:48Speaker 11: she has a new man and she's trying to figure
- 54:50Speaker 11: out if he's a sure thing or not before she
- 54:52Speaker 11: breaks up with her boyfriend. She said that I need
- 54:55Speaker 11: to help keep her boyfriend's mind off her when she
- 54:58Speaker 11: sneaks away. I have been doing exactly what she asked
- 55:02Speaker 11: me to do. I don't think she cares, but I
- 55:04Speaker 11: know she would flip out if she knew all of
- 55:07Speaker 11: the things he's done to me in her guest bedroom.
- 55:10Speaker 11: Her boyfriend is gentle and he guides me through the
- 55:13Speaker 11: experience with soft whispers.
- 55:15Speaker 1: And kisses. I am about to lose my mind because
- 55:18Speaker 1: it's that good. But what we're doing is so bad.
- 55:22Speaker 11: Before I get into deep, I told my sister's boyfriend
- 55:26Speaker 11: that is time for me to move out. He almost
- 55:28Speaker 11: cried and said I can't go. I waited two weeks
- 55:32Speaker 11: and told him again that I was moving out, and
- 55:34Speaker 11: I gave him a date.
- 55:36Speaker 1: He told my sister and she begged me to stay.
- 55:39Speaker 11: Either my sister is aware of what's going on and
- 55:41Speaker 11: she doesn't care, or she's planning to attack me in
- 55:44Speaker 11: my sleep. He doesn't want me to move out, So
- 55:47Speaker 11: should I keep this arrangement for a little while longer?
- 55:51Speaker 1: That is her question.
- 55:54Speaker 11: Girl, Please get out of your sister's house today. I
- 55:58Speaker 11: don't care if she has another man or not. It's
- 56:00Speaker 11: still not right what you're doing. This is your sister.
- 56:03Speaker 11: I mean, come on, she opened up her home to you.
- 56:06Speaker 11: This is how you show your.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Gratitude to your sister. You didn't even wait a week
- 56:11Speaker 1: before you started sleeping with her man.
- 56:13Speaker 11: I mean, you're sleeping with her man in her house.
- 56:16Speaker 11: By the very definition, this is just wrong. He almost
- 56:19Speaker 11: started crying. Did you say when you told him you
- 56:22Speaker 11: were going to move out. Of course he did. You're easy,
- 56:25Speaker 11: You're convenient. Why would he want to let someone so
- 56:28Speaker 11: accessible to him go? He doesn't have to do anything
- 56:32Speaker 11: because you're right there at his back and call. I mean,
- 56:34Speaker 11: he's living a dream and he wants to keep it
- 56:37Speaker 11: that way. You moving out will mess up his good thing.
- 56:40Speaker 11: I hope you see that. I really hope you see that.
- 56:43Speaker 11: You gotta go, Sis, Stop doing this to your sister,
- 56:46Speaker 11: who's been nothing but kind to you.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Get out, get your own place. And you know what,
- 56:51Speaker 1: I'm glad you're not my sister, Steve.
- 56:54Speaker 8: You know when you write this letter, and I think
- 56:57Speaker 8: the question is should I keep this arrangement for a
- 57:03Speaker 8: little while longer? That's really the question. Should I keep
- 57:08Speaker 8: this arrangement for a little while longer? That's the There
- 57:14Speaker 8: is no should I get out now?
- 57:18Speaker 6: Should I? How should I break this to my sister?
- 57:22Speaker 6: Do you think we should all talk it through? There?
- 57:24Speaker 8: You don't want none of that. All you want to
- 57:26Speaker 8: know is at the end of the letter. So should
- 57:28Speaker 8: I keep this arrangement for a little while longer? A
- 57:33Speaker 8: this letter right here has so much that nobody in
- 57:36Speaker 8: this letter is okay. Nobody in this letter is right
- 57:41Speaker 8: nobody in this letter is. I mean, what are y'all doing?
- 57:44Speaker 8: I got consensual. I know what the term consensual means,
- 57:48Speaker 8: but everybody's consenting to a bunch of bulls. So you
- 57:54Speaker 8: thirty seven, your sister forty five? You staying with her
- 57:58Speaker 8: and her living board friend for oh of seven years.
- 58:02Speaker 8: I've been having sex with her boyfriend and it started
- 58:05Speaker 8: after I was only there for one week. For years
- 58:09Speaker 8: as sexual tension has been strong between me and her boyfriend,
- 58:13Speaker 8: but I was married at the time. A few years ago,
- 58:16Speaker 8: she mentioned it, but she wasn't mad. So I'm saying you,
- 58:19Speaker 8: I guess you said it a few years ago, your sister.
- 58:21Speaker 6: Would you know what?
- 58:22Speaker 8: I see how you and Ray Ray look at each other.
- 58:26Speaker 8: I see that y'all need to y'all watch y'allself now.
- 58:30Speaker 8: But she wasn't mad. A few years ago she mentioned it,
- 58:34Speaker 8: but she wasn't mad. So I wondered if it was
- 58:37Speaker 8: on her mind when I moved in with them. Hell yeah,
- 58:40Speaker 8: how you think it wasn't She mentioned it twice to you,
- 58:45Speaker 8: and then you moved in.
- 58:48Speaker 6: She knew that when you moved in, but it's like.
- 58:53Speaker 8: She don't care at all, She confided in me that
- 58:55Speaker 8: she got a new man and she trying to figure
- 58:58Speaker 8: out if he's the sure thing or not before she
- 59:00Speaker 8: breaks up with her boyfriend.
- 59:02Speaker 6: Okay, so that then gave everybody the green light to
- 59:07Speaker 6: do what they want to do.
- 59:08Speaker 8: I'm assuming she said that I need to help keep
- 59:12Speaker 8: her boyfriend's mind off her when she sneaks away.
- 59:19Speaker 6: Now hold on, let me say this.
- 59:23Speaker 8: The dude that's in the middle of this hill, aw,
- 59:31Speaker 8: didn't my fortune smile on him?
- 59:33Speaker 14: This?
- 59:37Speaker 8: How in the world this happened, This gift, this incredible
- 59:44Speaker 8: moment of ecstasy, was just provided for me a girl
- 59:50Speaker 8: that I had been looking at over a seven year
- 59:52Speaker 8: period that I had some strong sexual tension. He happens
- 59:55Speaker 8: to be the sister of my girlfriend. She's having trouble
- 59:59Speaker 8: in her marriage. She moves in with us, and in
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: one week we ain't fantasizing no more, were actually doing it.
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: And then my wife, who's.
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: Seeing somebody else, my girlfriend, who seeing somebody else, tells the.
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: Girl to keep me occupied. Why she all sneaking with
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: her bar friend?
- 1:00:21Speaker 11: Hang on, hang on, Steve living right there, we have
- 1:00:25Speaker 11: part two of your response coming up at twenty three
- 1:00:29Speaker 11: minutes after the hour today Strawberry letter, subject I need
- 1:00:32Speaker 11: to move out but he won't let me.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: hard Morning Show.
- 1:00:40Speaker 11: All right, Come on, Steve, Let's recap today's strawberry letter
- 1:00:43Speaker 11: that subject I need to move out but he won't
- 1:00:45Speaker 11: let me.
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: I've never read a letter with so much pain and
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: pleasure in it. I'm just concusing. I don't know.
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: I won't to be happy for the dude, right, But
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: you don't really want advice. I thirty seven year old lady,
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: and she got a sistan that's forty five, that's been
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: staying with her and her living boyfriend.
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: She got a living boyfriend of seven years.
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: The lady that's writing a letter says she's been having
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: sex with that living boyfriend and it started. I was
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: there after only a week. For years, the sexual tension
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: has been strong between me and her boyfriend. But I
- 1:01:24Speaker 8: was married at the time. And then a few years
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: ago she mentioned it, but she wasn't mad. I know
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: it's some sexual trench between you and layby, but she
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: wasn't mad at the time. I wondered if it was
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: on her mind when I moved in with them. It
- 1:01:35Speaker 8: was on all, y'all, it was on everybody's mind.
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: It was on her mind. When she offered the place.
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: He went along with it.
- 1:01:46Speaker 8: Like, well, if your sister really need a place, I
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: just I'm okay with it. And then you were, ohh
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: there's sexual attention between me and oh, I hope they'll
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: let me stay there. It took y'all one week to
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: figure it out, and then y'all start doing each other.
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: But you say, it's like she don't care at all,
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: because she confided in me that she got a new
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: man and she trying to figure out if it's a
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: sure thing or not. Before she break up with a boyfriend,
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: she said, I need your help to keep my boyfriend's
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: mind off of her when.
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: She sneaks away.
- 1:02:13Speaker 14: What what?
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: Who gave me the gree?
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: You gotta live in hall pass, You got a green light,
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: you got consent, you got the okay, And I have
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: been doing exactly what she asked me to do.
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: You was doing it before she asked you, and I
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: don't think she cared.
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: But I know she would flip out if she knew
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: all the things he's done to me in their guest room.
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: She would flip out. She knows something happening, and what
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: you think he ain't done it to her. That's how
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: you get to be alive in.
- 1:02:49Speaker 6: For seven years.
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: You think what's happening in that guest room is crazy.
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: You ought to see what's happening in that master girl
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: seven years here? How you think he got.
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: Good at it?
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: Keep it in that practicing in the master. So when
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: you come to the guest room, you just say, have
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: it at your house. Her boyfriend is Gumple. He guides
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: me through the experience with soft whispers and kissing. I'm
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: about to lose my mind because it's that good. But
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: what we're doing is so bad. Now, before I get
- 1:03:23Speaker 8: in too deep.
- 1:03:24Speaker 6: She said.
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: Now let me stop right here, she said, before I
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: get in too deep? How much deeper?
- 1:03:33Speaker 17: How much?
- 1:03:34Speaker 12: What?
- 1:03:36Speaker 6: Before I get in too deep? Girl? How much deeper
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: do this water get? I told my sister's boyfriend that
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: it's time for me to move out.
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: He almost cried. Now, I ain't giving consentedou this letter.
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: But if I was the boyfriend and he told me that, Hell,
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: I cried to you to you don't even understand. He
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: ain't got to go nowhere to cheat. No, he ain't
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: got to sneak to cheat.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: It's right there.
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: The wife, the girlfriend want you to keep him occupied
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: while she await, and you okay with it, and he
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: ain't got to go to work.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: But I cry too perfect.
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: He cried and said I can't go.
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: I waited two weeks and told him again I was
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: moving out, and I gave him the date. He told
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: my sister, and she begged me to say, either my
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: sister's aware of what's going on, or she don't care,
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: or she's planning to attack me in my sleep. First
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: of all, your sister ain't gonna attack you to sleep.
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: If that was gonna happen, that would have been happened.
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: It ain't no way no woman gonna wait this long.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: She would have been done you. You are the convenient arrangement.
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: She has your sister know you, She know what y'all doing.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: Ain't nothing happening in no woman house. But that's stending
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: free of the time, and she don't know. She had
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: an inkling y'all was up to something before y'all got
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: into it. She just bought you in here because now
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: that's gonna help her figure out her move with her boyfriend.
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: So she is aware of it, and she done begged
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: you the state or she gonna plan on attacking you
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: in your sleep. That would have been done happen. But
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: you ain't got to worry about that because he gonna
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: save your life. I can promise you that he's the
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: one person that all dive in front of that night
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: because he can't let nothing happen. You the goose that
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: laid the golden egg. Ladies no way in their heads.
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: I'm telling you right now, you the prize and you
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: the catch me out. Hey, ain't nobody got this go
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: this me and listening to this letter, going oh, how
- 1:05:33Speaker 8: can we speak? Because the fool I live with ain't
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: allowing none of this to happen at birth, I can't
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: even make a phone call it a bathroom with the
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: lights out without this flow of gas. He doesn't want
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: me to move out, So should I keep this arrangement
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: for a little longer?
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: Lady?
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: Look, it seems to me like what you're really hoping
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: for in the back of your mind is that your
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: sister goes on gets with this new boyfriend. So you
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: could have hugged her boyfriend all to yourself. But I'm
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: gonna tell you right now, he's not gonna keep you,
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: because it's hard to go from second to first. Very
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: few people get to moved up from a side chick
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: to wife side chicks. They rarely make the cut at wife.
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: They make it sometimes, but for the most part they don't.
- 1:06:21Speaker 8: He gonna be off somewhere and looking for this situation again.
- 1:06:24Speaker 8: I don't know what to tell you. I don't care
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: what y'all do. I really don't. I really don't. But
- 1:06:30Speaker 8: if the dude could write in and tell me how
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: he pulled this off?
- 1:06:38Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, your leave your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:44Speaker 11: on Instagram at Steve Harb FM and check us out.
- 1:06:47Speaker 11: I'm a Strawberry Letter podcast on the Free iHeartRadio app
- 1:06:50Speaker 11: where free never sounded so good. Coming up next, Juniors
- 1:06:53Speaker 11: in the building with Sports Talk right after this.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: You're listening Hard Morning Show. It is time now for
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Junior and sports Talk.
- 1:07:02Speaker 15: What you got Junior?
- 1:07:03Speaker 10: All right, Shirley, you know yesterday uncle was the Pro Bowl.
- 1:07:06Speaker 10: Did anybody watch it? Didn't nobody watch flag football game?
- 1:07:10Speaker 10: I couldn't tune in for that. Yeah, gradually I can't
- 1:07:14Speaker 10: watch the flag football game.
- 1:07:15Speaker 17: Can't.
- 1:07:15Speaker 9: I can't pull myself together to do it.
- 1:07:17Speaker 10: Also with other dudes Man, Lebron James raised my eyebrows
- 1:07:21Speaker 10: over the tweet that he put out over the weekend. Man,
- 1:07:23Speaker 10: it was just a tweet of an hour glass with
- 1:07:25Speaker 10: no no text on it and explained it.
- 1:07:27Speaker 9: So everybody expect like, what does that mean? Like to me,
- 1:07:29Speaker 9: he wanted to be traded.
- 1:07:30Speaker 14: Do it?
- 1:07:30Speaker 9: Do it mean he run out of time for you know,
- 1:07:32Speaker 9: his career. We don't know what it means. He just
- 1:07:35Speaker 9: asked about it.
- 1:07:37Speaker 10: Yes, it we don't know. They ain't even ask he
- 1:07:39Speaker 10: asked him. He wouldn't even explain it, Like, what did
- 1:07:41Speaker 10: it mean, Bron? He said, nope, I want to talk
- 1:07:42Speaker 10: about it, so you know. But you know, Rich Paul
- 1:07:45Speaker 10: came out his agents and said, hey, Lebron James has
- 1:07:48Speaker 10: never been traded in the middle of the season. He
- 1:07:49Speaker 10: is committed to the Lakers. And they did beat the
- 1:07:52Speaker 10: Knicks over the weekend. I don't know if you saw
- 1:07:53Speaker 10: the game off, but it was a really good game.
- 1:07:55Speaker 10: But Lebron James and the end of the nine game winners.
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: I don't want to basketball on TV this time of
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: the year. When do you start watching playoffs? When they
- 1:08:03Speaker 8: care the playoffs? Yeah, that's when you see basketball. They
- 1:08:09Speaker 8: play in the playoff.
- 1:08:10Speaker 9: So what they playing now?
- 1:08:11Speaker 8: They don't they just bashing forth up and down. Yeah,
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: every now and then you see a good game, some
- 1:08:19Speaker 8: rivalries play or something. Game get tight. But I wait
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: till the end of.
- 1:08:23Speaker 10: The season, not even after the after the All Star game.
- 1:08:26Speaker 10: You ain't watching them like when he racing it he
- 1:08:28Speaker 10: did to play on my dog playoffs?
- 1:08:30Speaker 9: Got it all right? Let me ask you this now. Now,
- 1:08:33Speaker 9: you know the super Bowl week is starting up this week,
- 1:08:35Speaker 9: you know, so we're getting ready to I don't.
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: I don't even pay no attention to that super I
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: used to really get caught up in that super Bowl
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: hype for two weeks.
- 1:08:42Speaker 6: I don't think that no more. I go now this week,
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: right here, I start kind of listening.
- 1:08:47Speaker 10: A little bit, you know, Yeah, yeah, I got you
- 1:08:50Speaker 10: because I was gonna ask you because you know, US
- 1:08:51Speaker 10: is doing the halftime show. Who who's the best halftime
- 1:08:53Speaker 10: show you've seen? Because they're saying right now, just Lopez
- 1:08:56Speaker 10: and that they had the best one.
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: I give it, damn what they said?
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: Who's said you said that? Last week?
- 1:09:01Speaker 6: Yeah they had a good show. It was a nice show. Okay, but.
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: Well I saw Prince, I said, my time show uh,
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: Beyonce and that one they did with Dre and Eminem
- 1:09:18Speaker 8: and all them. That was that thing, right, that was
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: strong Man, that was you know, but but but but
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: but Jennifer Lopez did a good one.
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: Now I've seen something.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: Rihanna last year was fire.
- 1:09:32Speaker 9: Yeah, because you know, I just don't think they're asking us.
- 1:09:34Speaker 6: I just think they just you know, well, Usher Finn
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: to come in here and show y'all something listening to me.
- 1:09:39Speaker 8: That dude is a show boy. Yeah, boy is a
- 1:09:42Speaker 8: real showman. Don't you think nothing wrong about Usher? Raymond.
- 1:09:48Speaker 18: You gotta give me full name because because because Roscoe
- 1:09:54Speaker 18: Wallace and his grandfather was cool, she's rare.
- 1:10:01Speaker 6: Father attended at Raymond.
- 1:10:09Speaker 11: Coming up at the top of the hour, a guy
- 1:10:11Speaker 11: set up a meeting with his girl and his side chicken.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Things didn't go so well. He needs your advice, Steve.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Morning show.
- 1:10:23Speaker 5: Steve.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: This is from BK in Florida.
- 1:10:26Speaker 11: B K says, I was dating a beautiful introvert and
- 1:10:29Speaker 11: I messed up and cheated on her. After we broke up,
- 1:10:32Speaker 11: I was sick. I told her I would do anything
- 1:10:35Speaker 11: to get us back together. She said she wanted to
- 1:10:38Speaker 11: sit down with the woman that I cheated with. Against
- 1:10:41Speaker 11: my better judgment, I set up a meeting for the
- 1:10:45Speaker 11: three of us. My girl took one look at my
- 1:10:47Speaker 11: side chicken called her TACKI buck tooth bee. She also
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: said her weave was terrible and her shoes were cheap.
- 1:10:56Speaker 11: This woman didn't deserve that.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: So I told my girl to check. She got up
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: and left.
- 1:11:01Speaker 11: Now she won't speak to me. She said, I defended
- 1:11:04Speaker 11: my side piece. Is this a lost cause?
- 1:11:09Speaker 6: And dog, you stupid.
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: When she said, if you want to do anything, get
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: back to me. I want to meet your side piece.
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: And then you said, okay, but you have to understand
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: that why would your side pieces?
- 1:11:25Speaker 8: But as soon as she sat down, oh you left
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: me for this buck too, raggedy hair, having heffer wear,
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: she bast shoes, and she was right about all that.
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: This was a first appearance. She was right about all
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: of that. But she didn't deserve that. Dog, what's wrong
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: with you? You got to be young man, How did
- 1:11:50Speaker 8: you think this was gonna go? First of all, why
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: is it necessary that she sit down with the girl
- 1:11:58Speaker 8: you cheated on her with? Everybody want that meeting? Those
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: meetings very rarely ever happened?
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: Who is she?
- 1:12:06Speaker 14: Who is she?
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: Who is she? Put on the phone? Don't do that either, dog,
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: don dog, There was no good could have come out
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: of this.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: You're telling them, right, Steve, so bro.
- 1:12:18Speaker 8: The lesson than this, you can you can write this off, man,
- 1:12:22Speaker 8: you can't do that no more. Do you know why
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: you should never cheat again? In you do you know
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: why you should never cheat again?
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: Stupid?
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: Stupid, he said against a better judgment. He did gainst
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: what you're doing for.
- 1:12:43Speaker 12: That?
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: But buy some shoes though, dog man, you can't like that,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: and some more hair.
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: Or some fix man them little shoes that smile at
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: you when she walked, You know how your shoes open
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: up on each side and smile.
- 1:12:59Speaker 8: But you you know when you walk in your feet
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: crep your shoes got the smiley mouth different.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Teas shoes though I didn't know they had a name
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: for it, but her mouth, smiley mouth shoes.
- 1:13:15Speaker 6: What which I know exactly what I'm talking about? When
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: the end step step wrong side? Keep ass shoes?
- 1:13:30Speaker 11: All right, all right, I think we have time for
- 1:13:35Speaker 11: one more, Steve. This is from Addie and Moss Point.
- 1:13:38Speaker 11: Addie says, my boyfriend has a drawer at my house
- 1:13:41Speaker 11: because we've been together for almost two years and he
- 1:13:43Speaker 11: spends a lot of time here. I have put my
- 1:13:46Speaker 11: things in a plastic I have to put my things
- 1:13:48Speaker 11: in a plastic bin at his house and he slides
- 1:13:50Speaker 11: it under his bed. I thought it was because his
- 1:13:53Speaker 11: apartment is tiny and messy.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: But is he hiding my things? Am I giving him
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: more than I'm getting? M?
- 1:14:00Speaker 8: Well, you and a band? And yeah, yeah, I mean
- 1:14:09Speaker 8: it is tiny and messy, that's for sure. He probably
- 1:14:12Speaker 8: want your stuff in the bend with an ad tight
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: lid on it. Yeah, because he filtered it, so I
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: wouldn't read too much into it. He probably don't have
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: a drawer to give you. What's his stuff in?
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: M see?
- 1:14:26Speaker 8: You know you gave him a drawer. There's really nothing
- 1:14:29Speaker 8: wrong with that. It's in a band under the bed.
- 1:14:31Speaker 8: He ain't got nowhere for it to go, he messages,
- 1:14:33Speaker 8: so I wouldn't read too much into that.
- 1:14:36Speaker 6: But you gave him a drawer. He gave you a band.
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: What you need to do is when he out the room,
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: you need open the drawers he was in.
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: Somebody else got to draw over that and that yam
- 1:14:50Speaker 8: anybody else got a drawer?
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: Yeah? Because you just got a little plastic band up
- 1:14:55Speaker 6: under the bed. Don't will everybody?
- 1:14:57Speaker 11: There's more bends I all right, all right, coming up
- 1:15:01Speaker 11: in twenty minutes after the hour, we'll have more of
- 1:15:03Speaker 11: the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:15:11Speaker 11: So there's a new Wendy Williams documentary coming out. It's
- 1:15:14Speaker 11: called Where Is Wendy Williams. It's going to premiere on Lifetime.
- 1:15:18Speaker 6: When Is when We? Yeah, you ought to do the
- 1:15:25Speaker 6: announcement for the show.
- 1:15:26Speaker 5: Yes, ladies and gentlemen, get ready for Where When Do
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: We Woo woo?
- 1:15:35Speaker 6: Straight out of the When Is City.
- 1:15:37Speaker 11: It's happening February twenty fourth and the twenty fifth. It's
- 1:15:41Speaker 11: going to explore the events that led to Wendy's led
- 1:15:44Speaker 11: Wendy to disappear from the Spotlight. It's going to center
- 1:15:47Speaker 11: on Wendy's struggles with money, alcohol, and mental health. The
- 1:15:51Speaker 11: trailer was released Friday, and in the clip, Wendy is
- 1:15:54Speaker 11: heard saying, I have no money and let me tell
- 1:15:57Speaker 11: you something.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: If it happened to me, it can happen to you.
- 1:16:00Speaker 11: Wendy's sun and sister both appear in the documentary and
- 1:16:04Speaker 11: express that Wendy is not mentally well. The interviews in
- 1:16:08Speaker 11: the documentary are done by the people closest to Wendy,
- 1:16:12Speaker 11: so it's not clear why they're exposing Wendy's current condition.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Again, Tommy, what's the name.
- 1:16:18Speaker 14: Of the show?
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: Where is? It's in two parts.
- 1:16:26Speaker 11: It's gonna air February twenty fourth and twenty fifth on Lifetime.

- 1:16:41Speaker 15: same neighborhood.
- 1:16:42Speaker 11: Yeah, all right, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey
- 1:16:46Speaker 11: Morning Show coming up at thirty three minutes after.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: We'll play a round of would you water?

- 1:17:44Speaker 11: What do you mean.
- 1:17:47Speaker 8: Different playing that Sunday where we haveing church at all
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: and super and super Bowl Sunday.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: We all completely okay?
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: All right?
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: So you'd rather be a lawyer? You guys rather be lawyers?
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: All right?
- 1:18:02Speaker 11: Would you rather turn up the TV while your wife
- 1:18:05Speaker 11: is talking? Or would you rather pretend to fall asleep?
- 1:18:08Speaker 14: Oh?
- 1:18:09Speaker 9: Yeah, b I tried.
- 1:18:11Speaker 6: I'm going asleep. Yeah, I'm just gonna.
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: You better go to sleep. Turn the TV up while

- 1:18:22Speaker 9: Is I turned the T while she was talking.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: She ll plugged it, ripped that whole TV off the wall.

- 1:18:54Speaker 6: Hey?
- 1:18:56Speaker 9: Yeah, put the bear back there. I ain't got to
- 1:18:58Speaker 9: go out there.
- 1:18:58Speaker 6: He in the backyard.
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: Man, I'm gonna try to talk to bad it we
- 1:19:02Speaker 5: come bare, I'm gonna have a discussion.
- 1:19:06Speaker 6: I know what it's the same thing. Hell, well, I
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: solved that problem. I have my exit in the front yard,
- 1:19:13Speaker 6: and then after us come round back.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: Let me you.
- 1:19:25Speaker 6: Should be coming up the driveway. I'll be looking out
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: the window a little bit more terror.
- 1:19:34Speaker 17: Terror.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: That was really bad, so terrible to make perfect.
- 1:19:42Speaker 12: That?
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: All right?
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: Last one?
- 1:19:46Speaker 11: Would you rather speak your mind twenty four to seven
- 1:19:48Speaker 11: or just do whatever you want to do? Twenty four
- 1:19:51Speaker 11: to seven?

- 1:19:53Speaker 19: Do, whatever, no repercussions, whatever you want to know before seven,
- 1:20:00Speaker 19: Please do what I want to do.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: All right, Thanks, guys, that's today's rounded.
- 1:20:06Speaker 11: Would you rather coming up next to our last break
- 1:20:09Speaker 11: of the day and we'll close out the show with
- 1:20:11Speaker 11: the one and only Steve Harvey right after this. You're
- 1:20:14Speaker 11: listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, here we are
- 1:20:18Speaker 11: last break of the day on this Monday.
- 1:20:22Speaker 15: Steve, I think, Junior, before we.
- 1:20:25Speaker 10: Get out of your hockey, I gotta ask your opinions, Yeah, man,
- 1:20:29Speaker 10: let me ask. So we was our smoke cigars?
- 1:20:31Speaker 12: Man?
- 1:20:31Speaker 9: I don't know this guy.
- 1:20:32Speaker 10: You know, you know, but you know it's all the
- 1:20:33Speaker 10: one guy in the group when you're smoke and it's
- 1:20:35Speaker 10: gonna try to say something vocaty and it's a group
- 1:20:37Speaker 10: of men, and we just understand how he could do that.
- 1:20:39Speaker 10: He said he loved his wife so much that he
- 1:20:42Speaker 10: thinks about just taking her last name. Is that ever
- 1:20:45Speaker 10: possible for you all?
- 1:20:46Speaker 14: No?
- 1:20:47Speaker 6: No, But he can go ahead and do whatever he wants. Yeah,
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: yeah you can't. That whip.
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: Situation ain't be nothing else or else. Her family got
- 1:21:02Speaker 8: some money, so I don't know my wife so much.
- 1:21:05Speaker 8: I'm gonna take her last name. But they about to
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: get married.
- 1:21:10Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, he's her last name, and.
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: I see, let me explain something to see. Here's what
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: then happened, And she done told him he not changing.
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: Her last name.
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: Yeah, So now he to prepare his group of tears
- 1:21:27Speaker 8: and said, you know what, I love my wife so much,
- 1:21:30Speaker 8: I'm thinking about taking her last name. Because she said
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: she's not going to change her last name. That's what
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: didn't happened, because where does that come from? Yeah, her
- 1:21:45Speaker 8: last name. Well, what has happened is they've had the
- 1:21:48Speaker 8: discussion that she done said adamantly, I'm not changing my
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: last name. So now he's sending here talking about I
- 1:21:56Speaker 8: love my wife so long. See that little punk move
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: right there, you know, because I mean for me that
- 1:22:01Speaker 8: that would be a deal breaker. If you don't want
- 1:22:04Speaker 8: my last name, then I understand that.
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: Then cool.
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: Then you don't you don't want to join me, you
- 1:22:11Speaker 8: want to stay you And that's cool, and wei'll need
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: to get married.
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: Let's just keep dating. If Hall Bearry is here, I
- 1:22:18Speaker 6: mean that I need to be Tommy Barry. I'm gonna
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: be Tommy.
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: Barry, Tommy Bearry all day long.
- 1:22:25Speaker 6: Can be Tommy. Go ahead, I ain't lasting.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: Let me ask you questions.
- 1:22:28Speaker 16: So if your wife, this woman in your fiance, she
- 1:22:31Speaker 16: has a lot of money, I'm talking.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: Like Jeff Bezos money, Steve billions would change I'd have
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: been Tommy Smith.
- 1:22:40Speaker 6: Steve.
- 1:22:42Speaker 19: Yes, So there are some conditions to it, Okay, but
- 1:22:56Speaker 19: put it in lights, Steve.
- 1:23:00Speaker 11: Yeah, but that's so offensive to you. If if the
- 1:23:07Speaker 11: woman doesn't want to take your.
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: Name, well yeah, it's that.
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: That to me is a deal bro And why because
- 1:23:14Speaker 8: I'm not finna take your father's last name. I'm not
- 1:23:19Speaker 8: gonna do that because what about my father and and
- 1:23:23Speaker 8: the man he raised me to be, and the man
- 1:23:26Speaker 8: you said I do too? That that ain't who you
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: really want? What we ain't doing all that? I don't
- 1:23:33Speaker 8: want to do that.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: I don't want to do that all that is it
- 1:23:37Speaker 5: offensive when the lady keeps her maiden name and and
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: and has that uh you know once she used both of.
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: Them people, I don't.
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: I don't think hyphen nation would bother me so much
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: as you're just not gonna take my name, you know.
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: I would, I would, I would be a little bit
- 1:23:56Speaker 6: bugged about it.
- 1:23:57Speaker 8: But I could also understand if you want to continue
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: to honor your father that way, yeah, you know, and
- 1:24:01Speaker 8: then I'm okay. I would be okay with that hyphenated.
- 1:24:05Speaker 8: But my last name is don't be on that paperwork
- 1:24:08Speaker 8: or else.
- 1:24:08Speaker 6: We're not gonna.
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't care what if she made more money
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: than you if you know.
- 1:24:16Speaker 6: Yeah, that's going to do with that?
- 1:24:19Speaker 8: Well, I mean, I mean really technically, it has nothing
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: to do with it. Me and my heart across on
- 1:24:23Speaker 8: the reel. No, I don't care what you make on
- 1:24:26Speaker 8: the I don't.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: Care what real answer.
- 1:24:30Speaker 16: So, now, when when I got married, my maiden name
- 1:24:33Speaker 16: became my middle name, I stopped legally using my middle
- 1:24:37Speaker 16: name until my maiden name is my middle name.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Now Pherreh is my married name. So I'm cool with that, yeah,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: but I have no hyphen in it. But some people
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: do it.
- 1:24:47Speaker 16: Some women get married and they don't use their husband's name,
- 1:24:50Speaker 16: like Tommy was saying at all. It's not that they
- 1:24:54Speaker 16: don't say that their husband has to use their name.
- 1:24:57Speaker 16: They just don't use their husbands last I've seen.
- 1:25:00Speaker 14: Not do that.
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: You see we're not doing that. Going back to it, Well,
- 1:25:09Speaker 8: my dog, you know you're just asking me.
- 1:25:12Speaker 6: I'm old school. I'm old fashioned. You know what I mean.
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: And that's why I am with it. You know all
- 1:25:17Speaker 8: y'all doing heyn. Let me tell you something. All this
- 1:25:20Speaker 8: new stuff, it ain't working. It's not working, dog, dog,
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: it's not working. This new way of living, this this
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: this moving in first, he's having all these kids first.
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: It's not working for the average woman. Man, there is
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: an order to this thing. The reason that was an
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: order was to protect the woman, to give a woman right.
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: You can't you can't get it. Later on, you moved
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: in to a house, ain't got your name on the deed.
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: You you moved in and you are it's bank accounting.
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: Your name ain't on the bank accounting. And he gives
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: you money as he sees fit.
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: This dog, this what all all this new stuff, the
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: new stuff ain't working.
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: And listen to this.
- 1:26:04Speaker 8: All these pre nups do you know? And this is
- 1:26:07Speaker 8: honest to God's truth. I have never met a couple
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: that had a pre nup that did not use it.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: Wouldn't have That's what I don't.
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: I ain't nothing we had to build, wasn't nothing to.
- 1:26:28Speaker 8: Pre nupt We didn't have no, we didn't have the
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: nut for what, nothing to pre Now when I got
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: with Marjorie, I had a little bit, But yeah, I
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: just knew this was it. I'm betting on at all,
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: all or nothing for me. That's just my opinion. You
- 1:26:46Speaker 8: don't have to agree with me. Hey, listen, y'all talk
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: to God today because he probably be open to listen
- 1:26:51Speaker 8: to what you got to say than I am.
