Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / BIDEN MOVES TO TAKE AWAY MORE RIGHTS, by moving on ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban: Targets at Least 45 Specific AR-15 Rifles!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: The writing is on the wall. That's what one Democrat
- 0:03Speaker 1: has now said in lieu of the fact that Democrats
- 0:07Speaker 1: seem to understand that there's going to be massive losses
- 0:10Speaker 1: for them in the midterm elections if things keep moving
- 0:13Speaker 1: the way they are with the economy. They also are
- 0:16Speaker 1: realizing now they have a real problem with the hunter
- 0:18Speaker 1: Biden Joe Biden's story, and it's going to be affecting
- 0:21Speaker 1: Democrats on election day. So now they've gone back to
- 0:25Speaker 1: their what can we do while we still have control
- 0:28Speaker 1: of the House and in the White House to take
- 0:31Speaker 1: away more of American rights before we don't have the
- 0:34Speaker 1: chance to do it, and while out of nowhere, Democrats
- 0:38Speaker 1: in the House have decided to quote move forward on
- 0:41Speaker 1: a new assault weapons ban. What is in the assault
- 0:45Speaker 1: weapons ban? Apparently they are going to target at least
- 0:48Speaker 1: forty five specific quote AR style rifles. That's right. The
- 0:54Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee has just announced that they will be
- 0:58Speaker 1: moving on an assault weapons ban and bill that targets
- 1:01Speaker 1: at least forty five specific AR fifteen rifles and approximately
- 1:04Speaker 1: thirty specific AK forty seven's. Now, this is happening right
- 1:10Speaker 1: after they just passed this legislation where Republicans went with them.
- 1:15Speaker 1: This Welcome to the slippery slope. I told you this
- 1:17Speaker 1: was going to happen, where Republicans were bamboozled into supporting
- 1:23Speaker 1: taking away your Second Amendment rights. We saw people like
- 1:26Speaker 1: John Cornen from Texas work with the Democrats who get this.
- 1:31Speaker 1: You know quote public safety, gun safety bill passed, not
- 1:34Speaker 1: gun control, and they said, all right, well we're done.
- 1:37Speaker 1: We had to compromise. We're good. We can all move on, right,
- 1:40Speaker 1: that's what they said. No, they didn't stop. They weren't
- 1:43Speaker 1: going to stop, and they will never stop until they
- 1:45Speaker 1: take away all of your ability, your right to bear arms.
- 1:48Speaker 1: That's what everybody here should clearly understand. That's what you
- 1:52Speaker 1: should know. They are never going to stop. They are
- 1:56Speaker 1: always going to do this. There is there until there
- 2:00Speaker 1: is not a single legal gun on the streets, because
- 2:03Speaker 1: there will always be illegal guns, right, you need to
- 2:05Speaker 1: understand it. There will always be illegal guns, and until keyword,
- 2:10Speaker 1: until all the legal guns are taken off the streets,
- 2:13Speaker 1: they will not stop, all right quickly. I also want
- 2:17Speaker 1: to say thank you to our sponsor. Without them, this

- 2:30Speaker 1: oh one K, with your investments on Wall Street, the
- 2:33Speaker 1: question is did you invest in gold or silver? Did
- 2:37Speaker 1: you diversify your investments so that there is a hedge
- 2:41Speaker 1: with your portfolio for inflation. Well, that's exactly what gold
- 2:45Speaker 1: and silver has done for so many It is a
- 2:47Speaker 1: hedge to protect when it comes to inflation. Right now
- 2:52Speaker 1: is actually a great time for you to protect your
- 2:57Speaker 1: investments with gold and silver. No, you didn't miss the opportunity.

- 3:36Speaker 1: by hitting that little forward button right now. Now. This
- 3:39Speaker 1: legislation will move further than we've seen on any legislation
- 3:42Speaker 1: before in recent history. So what is in this legislation
- 3:47Speaker 1: and how bad could it get? Well, Democrats are now saying,
- 3:51Speaker 1: if we know we're gonna lose, then why not go
- 3:53Speaker 1: ahead and do something on the guns now, because there
- 3:56Speaker 1: really isn't any downside. The legislation being proposed by Representative
- 4:01Speaker 1: David Sicilian, a Democratic crap from Rhode Island, is the
- 4:05Speaker 1: new quote Assault Weapons Bill HR eighteen o eight. Sicilian's
- 4:11Speaker 1: bill would ban the manufacturer and the cell of at
- 4:14Speaker 1: least quote forty five specific AR fifteen rifles, including the
- 4:19Speaker 1: Bushmaster ACR, the Bushmaster Carbon fifteen, the Bushmaster MOE series,
- 4:25Speaker 1: the bushmaxer XM fifteen. You know, so they don't like Bushmaster,
- 4:29Speaker 1: and the list goes on on. There's the cult they've
- 4:31Speaker 1: put in there, the Daniel Defense Gun, the Devil Dog
- 4:34Speaker 1: Arms Gun, the Diamondback. I mean, there's a lot of
- 4:37Speaker 1: them here, and I'm not gonna read all of them
- 4:39Speaker 1: to you now. The bill would also ban the manufacturing
- 4:42Speaker 1: sell of all quote AR pistols, all of them, So
- 4:46Speaker 1: this would be a total ban on R pistols, and
- 4:48Speaker 1: specifically they name thirteen that are specifically lists, including the
- 4:53Speaker 1: Bushmaster right because they've hated that one forever. They've gone
- 4:57Speaker 1: after the Jesse James, the Olympic arms, the list goes
- 5:00Speaker 1: on on, but they would ban all aar quote pistols. Now,
- 5:07Speaker 1: the report coming out on this bill is what we're
- 5:11Speaker 1: being told now will be a fast track. It will
- 5:13Speaker 1: be marked up by Wednesday by the House Judiciary Committee,
- 5:17Speaker 1: and then the Democratic leadership aids indicate the bill will
- 5:20Speaker 1: come up for a floor vote as soon as the
- 5:22Speaker 1: last week of July. Now, on January the thirteenth, you
- 5:27Speaker 1: may remember, the National Shooting Sports Foundation numbers came out
- 5:31Speaker 1: that there were twenty million firearms in private possession, which
- 5:35Speaker 1: Democrats have labeled assault weapons. There's twenty million of the
- 5:39Speaker 1: guns they want to ban that are currently in possession
- 5:42Speaker 1: of Americans right now. Those twenty million were a portion,
- 5:46Speaker 1: by the way of the overall four hundred and thirty
- 5:49Speaker 1: two million private guns owned by private people in the
- 5:54Speaker 1: United States of America in people's possession right now. The
- 5:58Speaker 1: idea that you're going to get the take all the
- 6:00Speaker 1: legal guns off the market and all the illegal guns
- 6:02Speaker 1: are still going to stay is obviously very clear, but
- 6:06Speaker 1: there's a reason why Democrats have decided to do this.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I talked to one Democratic congressman yesterday, and we're friends,
- 6:13Speaker 1: we're cordial, we've done TV together for a long time.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And I just asked him straight up, I said, can
- 6:18Speaker 1: you explain to me what the logic is right now
- 6:23Speaker 1: with what you guys are pushing and advocating for things
- 6:26Speaker 1: that seem to only make it worse for you on
- 6:29Speaker 1: election day? And he said, many Democrats that know they're
- 6:34Speaker 1: gonna lose or not running for reelection of decided this
- 6:38Speaker 1: is their moment to give basically the middle finger, right
- 6:43Speaker 1: to give that middle finger to everybody that's kicking them
- 6:51Speaker 1: out of office. Now in translation, what that means, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: I think this is also an extremely important and significant
- 7:02Speaker 1: point that needs to be made, is you're saying, I
- 7:05Speaker 1: am not acting on the best interest right I'm not
- 7:11Speaker 1: acting on the interests of my constituents. I'm not doing
- 7:16Speaker 1: what my constituents want me to do. That's what they're
- 7:19Speaker 1: saying here. They've gone rogue. You're supposed to go to
- 7:24Speaker 1: Congress and you're supposed to represent the people. I go
- 7:28Speaker 1: back to the John Cornyn scenario here in Texas because
- 7:31Speaker 1: he's a conservative Republican, former Tea Party guy who clearly
- 7:37Speaker 1: went rogue from the state and what his constituents were
- 7:41Speaker 1: asking him to do. How do we know this, Well,
- 7:44Speaker 1: it's obvious based on the polls in Texas. Not just
- 7:48Speaker 1: the polls, so you understand, but also another aspect of this,
- 7:52Speaker 1: all right, And the second part of this, the second
- 7:55Speaker 1: aspect of this is that he got booed virtually off
- 8:00Speaker 1: the stage at the GOP Republican convention in Texas. He's
- 8:07Speaker 1: not representing the people because if he was, they wouldn't
- 8:10Speaker 1: be booing him, right. If he was, they wouldn't be
- 8:15Speaker 1: in this scenario, right if they If they wouldn't be
- 8:18Speaker 1: booing him, they wouldn't be yelling at him. They wouldn't
- 8:22Speaker 1: be saying your days are numbered in Congress, if you know,
- 8:25Speaker 1: because you're not listening to us. But this is part
- 8:27Speaker 1: of both sides going rogue at the end. We've seen
- 8:31Speaker 1: this with Liz Cheney. Now, she wants to sell the score.
- 8:33Speaker 1: She wants to make life literally hell for her constituents.
- 8:38Speaker 1: She's not listening to her constituents. Mitt Romney's the same way,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you know when you're done with office. Adam Kissinger. Another example,
- 8:47Speaker 1: You're supposed to represent the people, and what they've done
- 8:49Speaker 1: is they basically said, all right, well, you guys aren't
- 8:52Speaker 1: gonna let me do what I want to do instead
- 8:54Speaker 1: of me representing you, and so now I'm gonna stick
- 8:56Speaker 1: it to you, right, I'm gonna make it hurt. I'm
- 8:59Speaker 1: gonna come after you in such a way that you
- 9:02Speaker 1: will never forget me since you are not supporting me.
- 9:05Speaker 1: That's that's what this is. Another way of putting it
- 9:09Speaker 1: as well, let's just call it what it is, revenge, right,
- 9:13Speaker 1: this is an issue of revenge, that's all it is.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And now we see it, and it's very clear that
- 9:20Speaker 1: they're not going to focus on the other issues that
- 9:22Speaker 1: are major issues right now. That's not what they want
- 9:26Speaker 1: to do. They're not going to focus on the open border.
- 9:29Speaker 1: They're not going to focus on a legal immigrant raping
- 9:31Speaker 1: a ten year old little girl. They're not going to
- 9:33Speaker 1: focus on the da Agen sizing the largest drug bus
- 9:39Speaker 1: in the history of California, with a record one million
- 9:44Speaker 1: Fetnela's pills in California. They're not gonna talk about that
- 9:48Speaker 1: or worry about that. No, No, Instead, they're gonna go
- 9:49Speaker 1: after law abiding citizens Second Amendment rights, and I do believe,
- 9:53Speaker 1: by the way, there's a chance that this is going
- 9:54Speaker 1: to happen because there's enough Democrats now that I think
- 9:58Speaker 1: realize they're gonna lose this coming elections, so they're gonna
- 10:01Speaker 1: want to go rogue the same way that they've gone
- 10:05Speaker 1: rogue on the Supreme Court and try to undermine that
- 10:07Speaker 1: the same way that they're not listening to American people
- 10:09Speaker 1: on COVID restrictions. And now they're talking about doctor Fauci's
- 10:13Speaker 1: out saying time to wear the mask again. LA is
- 10:15Speaker 1: about to do mass mandates again. We're being told all
- 10:18Speaker 1: of a sudden, right before the election, what comes back COVID? Yeah,
- 10:23Speaker 1: what comes back COVID? Now here we are, COVID's back.
- 10:27Speaker 1: You need to put that mask on. Foucs on all
- 10:30Speaker 1: the TV channels this morning talking about the masking, talking
- 10:33Speaker 1: about how you need to wear these masks, talk about
- 10:35Speaker 1: how important it is to protect your fellow man, telling
- 10:38Speaker 1: you that if you haven't gotten a boost or this
- 10:40Speaker 1: year and you're fully vaccinated, even if you're boosted last year,
- 10:45Speaker 1: it's time for you to to get boosted again. And if
- 10:47Speaker 1: you don't, otherwise things are going to get really bad.
- 10:48Speaker 1: So we're back to all that. Now. Now, let's talk
- 10:52Speaker 1: for just a moment about the DA agents who just
- 10:55Speaker 1: sees the record one million feedine lace pills in California.
- 10:59Speaker 1: The United strugg Ingforce Administration announced the record breaking seizure,
- 11:03Speaker 1: meaning this is the worst it's ever been of one
- 11:06Speaker 1: million fake pills laced with fetnyl in Inglewood, California. On Thursday,
- 11:12Speaker 1: DA agency execute a federal search warrant which results in
- 11:16Speaker 1: the seizure of one million fetnyl pills. The fetnol lace
- 11:20Speaker 1: pills were linked to Mexico's Sinola cartel. Agents execute the
- 11:26Speaker 1: search warrant after investigating the drug trafficking organization since May.
- 11:30Speaker 1: The recent bus is the largest amount of fetnol pills
- 11:33Speaker 1: the DA agents have ever seized in California or anywhere
- 11:37Speaker 1: thus far. The fake fetnyl pills were reportedly worth about
- 11:41Speaker 1: twenty million dollars. Now, the Los Angeles announcing the seizure
- 11:45Speaker 1: of one million fake pills containing fetnyl could have killed
- 11:49Speaker 1: countless Americans. You think the Democrats care about that? No,
- 11:54Speaker 1: what do they care about? They care about taking away
- 11:56Speaker 1: your rights, They care about undermining the Supreme Court. They
- 12:01Speaker 1: care about making you put on a mask, and I'm
- 12:03Speaker 1: gonna play for you, doctor Fauchi, because this is coming
- 12:06Speaker 1: and it's all right before the midterms. Many people are
- 12:08Speaker 1: having primaries and that are happening right now, early votings happening,
- 12:12Speaker 1: and all of a sudden, here we come back with
- 12:14Speaker 1: another case of hey, put your mask on. We're gonna
- 12:18Speaker 1: have mandates. Get ready for lockdown. Schools are about to
- 12:21Speaker 1: come back. All of that they're now bringing back right
- 12:25Speaker 1: before the election. All right, welcome back. It is the
- 12:29Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson Show. So nice to have you with us.
- 12:31Speaker 1: As I mentioned a moment ago, right before the elections,
- 12:34Speaker 1: we are back with what oh the masking and everything
- 12:37Speaker 1: else that comes with it. I want you to take
- 12:39Speaker 1: a listen to doctor Fauci. He goes on New Day,
- 12:42Speaker 1: he goes on ABCNBCCBS. All of a sudden, this guy
- 12:45Speaker 1: that we've kind of forgotten about for a month or
- 12:47Speaker 1: two is back in full force, telling you Americans, well,
- 12:51Speaker 1: you're in big trouble. Listen. Should people be masking indoors again?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Given the extra infectious nature of this new variant, well
- 13:00Speaker 1: as the CDC makes it very clear, depending upon the
- 13:03Speaker 1: density of infection and the dynamics of infection in the
- 13:07Speaker 1: place where you live. And you see if you look
- 13:10Speaker 1: at the map, where just a couple of months ago
- 13:12Speaker 1: it was a lot of green and some yellow. Now
- 13:15Speaker 1: we're seeing a fair amount of orange, which means you
- 13:18Speaker 1: really should, in an indoor setting, a congregate setting, be
- 13:22Speaker 1: wearing masks. It's just the appropriate thing to do to defect,
- 13:26Speaker 1: to protect yourself and your family and those around you,
- 13:30Speaker 1: because you could get infected and inadvertently without any symptoms,
- 13:34Speaker 1: transmitted to someone perhaps in your own household who's vulnerable,
- 13:39Speaker 1: either an elderly person or someone would immune compromise. And
- 13:43Speaker 1: that's the reason why when you're in an area where
- 13:46Speaker 1: the infection dynamic is high, you should wear a mask
- 13:49Speaker 1: in a congregate indoor setting. So there it is, bring
- 13:52Speaker 1: back to masks right now? How bad is everything right now? Well,
- 13:56Speaker 1: LA County has come out and they're now saying, wow,
- 13:59Speaker 1: it's time to put the masks back on. They said,
- 14:02Speaker 1: it's the best way to manage the uncertainty and reduce
- 14:06Speaker 1: morbidity and mortality is to remain open to using all
- 14:10Speaker 1: the sophisticated tools that we now have. We have our
- 14:13Speaker 1: tests or vaccines or therapeutics, and the non pharmaceutical strategies
- 14:18Speaker 1: masking ventilations and distancing. Are they going to open the
- 14:22Speaker 1: schools in La Apparently that's on the table as well.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That means that the mass mandate will take effect July
- 14:29Speaker 1: the twenty ninth, just in time for the elections. Quote.
- 14:32Speaker 1: In order to reverse course, the county would have to
- 14:34Speaker 1: drop below the high infection level, and that's unlikely that
- 14:37Speaker 1: that will happen before the mandate, So that means that
- 14:40Speaker 1: a mandate will be back in effect by July the
- 14:43Speaker 1: twenty ninth. The impending decision quote automatically go into effect
- 14:46Speaker 1: of the county's rate of daily COVID DEPOSITI patients admitted
- 14:49Speaker 1: to area hospitals stays at or above ten per hundred
- 14:52Speaker 1: thousand residents, which is a threshold for the CDC's high
- 14:56Speaker 1: category gory. Now, earlier this week, LA County was seeing
- 14:59Speaker 1: a hospitalization rate of eight point eight residents per hundred thousand,
- 15:02Speaker 1: which is categorized as medium level. The number of infections
- 15:05Speaker 1: in hospital visits has steadily increased in the middle of May. Now,
- 15:09Speaker 1: if the mandate does indeed take effect, it would then
- 15:12Speaker 1: expire two weeks later they said, but the numbers would
- 15:16Speaker 1: have to return to the medium rating. I mean, this
- 15:18Speaker 1: is just perfect timing, isn't it? For everything here? Welcome
- 15:22Speaker 1: back to school kids, you're going to go from home.
- 15:25Speaker 1: We got a crisis. We're gonna have start doing lockdowns,
- 15:27Speaker 1: We're gonna have start doing all of these other things.
- 15:29Speaker 1: It is so important that we do all of these
- 15:32Speaker 1: things right like it is important. And let's get doctor
- 15:36Speaker 1: Fauci back out there because we got to do this.
- 15:40Speaker 1: And if you don't think that this is a globalist thing,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you're wrong. Okay. A Canadian court has just rolled, and
- 15:46Speaker 1: this is in Canada, that it was quote legal to
- 15:52Speaker 1: deny an unvaccinated person a organ transplant. And we've seen
- 15:57Speaker 1: this happening in this country as well. We're certain people
- 16:00Speaker 1: are saying you shouldn't get organs if you're unvaccinated. We've
- 16:03Speaker 1: seen people that have been dropped off the list for
- 16:06Speaker 1: lung transfers because they wouldn't get vaccinated. And a judge
- 16:09Speaker 1: in the Canadian province of Alberta, Canada, has ruled that
- 16:12Speaker 1: a woman did not have her rights violated when she
- 16:16Speaker 1: was denied an organ transplant, in other words, denied life
- 16:20Speaker 1: saving medical care due to not being vaccinated against the
- 16:24Speaker 1: Wuhan coronavirus. The Court of Queen's Bench ruled that the woman,
- 16:29Speaker 1: the Alberta woman, Anette Lewis, had not had her fundamental
- 16:33Speaker 1: character of rights and freedom freedom's rights violated by being
- 16:37Speaker 1: denied an organ transplant over her vaccination status. According to
- 16:43Speaker 1: the justice, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has
- 16:47Speaker 1: no bearing on the treatment decisions of doctors for organ
- 16:51Speaker 1: transplants quote, despite the transplant being diagnosed by medical professionals
- 16:56Speaker 1: as the only way for miss Lewis to survive a
- 17:00Speaker 1: progressive disease she suffers from. So we now live in
- 17:04Speaker 1: a world where doctors can give you what it would
- 17:09Speaker 1: be I think clearly we referred to as a death sentence.
- 17:13Speaker 1: And unless you get a vaccine. Now there are people
- 17:16Speaker 1: that say, look, this is stupid. If you're this woman,
- 17:18Speaker 1: just go get the vaccine. If that's your initial response,
- 17:21Speaker 1: you're missing the point. You should never be denied life
- 17:25Speaker 1: saving care because you decide not to get a vaccine,
- 17:28Speaker 1: Like that's just insane. A vaccine that we don't know
- 17:31Speaker 1: a lot about, right, A vaccine which has a lot
- 17:34Speaker 1: of red flags involved with it. And I have been vaccinated.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I've said that my dad almost died. I'm alive. He's alive,
- 17:41Speaker 1: thank goodness. He went to the hospital was on auction
- 17:43Speaker 1: for months afterwards. I have asthma, and I made a
- 17:45Speaker 1: decision to get the vaccine. Now I'm not getting boosted
- 17:48Speaker 1: for the rest of my life either, But I made
- 17:51Speaker 1: a decision based on his DNA, based on what happened
- 17:55Speaker 1: to him, and based on him almost losing his life.
- 17:59Speaker 1: But I shouldn't be either a kidney or a liver
- 18:01Speaker 1: or a lung transplant or any type of transplant, because
- 18:04Speaker 1: I'm not gonna get a vaccine right, a vaccine that
- 18:08Speaker 1: we don't know anything about. Really at this point, we
- 18:11Speaker 1: don't We have no long term data on this vaccine.
- 18:14Speaker 1: We have no idea, and there will be side effects.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I'm not an idiot. There is going to be a
- 18:19Speaker 1: report that comes out one day that you're gonna go,
- 18:20Speaker 1: oh crap, like it's gonna happen. Now. I don't know
- 18:23Speaker 1: what that old crap, how big that's going to be,
- 18:26Speaker 1: but I guarantee you there will be something that comes
- 18:28Speaker 1: out on this vaccine, Mark my word. The people that
- 18:33Speaker 1: got vaccinated are not going to be happy with at
- 18:35Speaker 1: some point. It maybe a year from now. Hell, it
- 18:37Speaker 1: might be five years from now, but it will happen.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Watch it will happen now. Doctors diagnose Lewis with her
- 18:46Speaker 1: disease back in twenty eighteen, and in twenty twenty, they
- 18:51Speaker 1: urged her to receive various vaccinations, which she agreed to. However,
- 18:56Speaker 1: she did not agree to receive the wu Hunt coronavirus vaccine.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Was told without the vaccine, she would not receive her
- 19:01Speaker 1: potentially life saving transplant. Taking this vaccine offends my conscienceless
- 19:06Speaker 1: set as a scorn affidate, and added, I ought to
- 19:09Speaker 1: have the choice about what goes into my body, and
- 19:12Speaker 1: a life saving treatment cannot be denied to me because
- 19:15Speaker 1: I choose not to take an experimental treatment for a
- 19:18Speaker 1: condition COVID nineteen, which I do not have and which
- 19:23Speaker 1: I may never have, quote unquote, She's absolutely right, But
- 19:27Speaker 1: this is going back to what I said was going
- 19:29Speaker 1: to happen. They're gonna come after you, and they're gonna
- 19:32Speaker 1: come after your kids, and they're gonna come after every
- 19:35Speaker 1: part of your life, which they have done. They want
- 19:36Speaker 1: to run your business, tell you how to run your business,
- 19:38Speaker 1: tell you what you can and can't do what you
- 19:39Speaker 1: can and cannot say. There is nothing right now that
- 19:42Speaker 1: they don't want to control in your life. How do
- 19:44Speaker 1: I know this? So let's go back to the kids
- 19:46Speaker 1: for a moment. We already have on the record now
- 19:49Speaker 1: fights in America the court systems over vaccines and parents.
- 19:53Speaker 1: In fact, the Canadian father lost custody of his children
- 19:58Speaker 1: over a vaccination status. Another Canadian judge, And I'm telling
- 20:03Speaker 1: you what's happened in Canada right now, right They've taken
- 20:05Speaker 1: away your right to protect and defend yourself. They've turned
- 20:08Speaker 1: their truckers into domestic terrorists. Don't forget that right. They
- 20:14Speaker 1: have taken away private property, sees, bank accounts, and they
- 20:18Speaker 1: banned plastic straws. Like kids, you not, this is welcome
- 20:21Speaker 1: to Canada right now, Like, this is what's happening in Canada.
- 20:25Speaker 1: And now they've decided, Yeah, if you don't do what
- 20:27Speaker 1: we tell you to do on vaccines with your kids,
- 20:29Speaker 1: we'll just take away your kids. You're right to have
- 20:31Speaker 1: the children. A Canadian judge suspended an unvaccinated father's cussy
- 20:37Speaker 1: of his three children, ruling that he posed a health
- 20:41Speaker 1: threat to his immunocompromised daughter. The Court of Queen's Bench
- 20:47Speaker 1: decision was issued Monday, in which they stated it was
- 20:51Speaker 1: with a heavy heart. She prohibited the father to have
- 20:54Speaker 1: in person access to his three children, but noted she
- 20:57Speaker 1: allowed him generous time to parent his children via phone
- 21:00Speaker 1: or video. Yes, because that's the same thing. She said.
- 21:04Speaker 1: The man's vaccination status bears consequences for him and his family,
- 21:09Speaker 1: adding that the children must be given their best possible
- 21:12Speaker 1: chance of evading affection from COVID nineteen. The judge further
- 21:16Speaker 1: rule the children's mother could vaccinate them without the father's consent,
- 21:22Speaker 1: so stick it to the ex husband right. According to
- 21:25Speaker 1: the mother's attorning, the children have already received a dose
- 21:27Speaker 1: of the vaccine. The parents, who are not identified in
- 21:31Speaker 1: the decision, separated in twenty nineteen after being together for
- 21:33Speaker 1: ten years. Over the past three years, they have alternated
- 21:38Speaker 1: cussy on a weekly basis. According to the Canadian press,
- 21:40Speaker 1: the father has since entered a new relationship with a
- 21:42Speaker 1: partner who is not vaccinated, and the judge stated that
- 21:46Speaker 1: the mother learned of their vaccination status last July. They said, therefore,
- 21:52Speaker 1: because of their immunocompromise, middle child sufferers from non cancerous tumors,
- 21:57Speaker 1: inner blood vessels. According to the CBC, one of the
- 22:02Speaker 1: children once quote excuse me. Once the children were eligible
- 22:06Speaker 1: to vaccinate, the father said, no, I'm not going to
- 22:08Speaker 1: sign those consent forms. So the mother filed the motion,
- 22:13Speaker 1: and the court and the mother one and now the
- 22:16Speaker 1: dad has his parenting time only through video, not in person,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and he doesn't get his kids every other week. If
- 22:25Speaker 1: you don't think they're trying to strip away every single
- 22:27Speaker 1: right that you have as a human being, you're not
- 22:30Speaker 1: paying attention because they're not stopping folks. In fact, now
- 22:34Speaker 1: that they realize the writing is on the wall for
- 22:37Speaker 1: the mid terms and that they're gonna have probably massive
- 22:40Speaker 1: loss in the House and Senate, they're doubling down. They're
- 22:43Speaker 1: coming after your rights again. They're gonna try to put
- 22:45Speaker 1: the mass back on you. They're going to cancel schools again. Oh,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and they're going to try to take away your guns.
- 22:49Speaker 1: They're doing basically everything Canada's already done. The question that
- 22:55Speaker 1: we all need to be asking ourselves right now is
- 22:58Speaker 1: what is the move going to be to get us
- 23:00Speaker 1: to comply with all of this right with? I mean,
- 23:03Speaker 1: this is a lot of different issues right there. We
- 23:05Speaker 1: know they're weakening us by giving us a bad economy.
- 23:09Speaker 1: We know they're trying to distract us from the Hunter
- 23:11Speaker 1: and Joe Biden corruption. We know that the president's clearly incompetent, incapacitated,
- 23:17Speaker 1: but the family is going to keep propping them up
- 23:19Speaker 1: like a dead man until they can and squeeze every
- 23:23Speaker 1: dollar out of this Biden crime family then get their
- 23:25Speaker 1: hands on because once he's gone or resigns, they know
- 23:29Speaker 1: the get game is up, and then you got the
- 23:32Speaker 1: midterms coming. They know they're gonna lose. The question is
- 23:36Speaker 1: by how much? How much are they going to lose by?
- 23:40Speaker 1: And they know that, right, That's that's part of this equation.
- 23:44Speaker 1: That's why they're coming after your guns. But this ultimately
- 23:48Speaker 1: all comes back down to one thing. You can control
- 23:50Speaker 1: people by fear. And that's exactly why doctor Fauci again,
- 23:56Speaker 1: I mean perfect timing. We all predicted this, that we're that,
- 23:59Speaker 1: we're conservative commentators like myself, we've been predicting this that
- 24:05Speaker 1: guess when Covid and the Master are going to come back?
- 24:07Speaker 1: And what did I say to you? I call Ben,
- 24:08Speaker 1: You're so cynical, right, what do we say? We said?
- 24:11Speaker 1: When is it going to come back, and we told
- 24:12Speaker 1: you it was going to come back. We told you
- 24:14Speaker 1: it was gonna come back right before what the midterm elections.
- 24:19Speaker 1: That's what we told you, and that is exactly what
- 24:21Speaker 1: has happened. Right it is come back ha ha, right
- 24:26Speaker 1: before the midterm elections on schedule on Q. But you
- 24:34Speaker 1: got to get people to buy into it. And that's
- 24:36Speaker 1: where doctor Fauci comes in. You need to be afraid
- 24:40Speaker 1: of this new subvariant on the rise, and this vaccine effectiveness,
- 24:44Speaker 1: by the way, has disappeared. Listen to how bad the
- 24:46Speaker 1: vaccine is. This is Vouci in his own words. Listen,
- 24:49Speaker 1: he's telling you how bad it is. Therefore you need
- 24:51Speaker 1: to go get another booster. He says. This new variant
- 24:53Speaker 1: increases likelihood of reinfection for people who have had it.
- 24:58Speaker 1: How quickly can you be infected? Well, you know, it
- 25:03Speaker 1: really varies, John. I mean usually immediately after you've been infected,
- 25:07Speaker 1: within a period of weeks to a month or so,
- 25:10Speaker 1: you're pretty much protected because of the immune response. Some
- 25:14Speaker 1: people and their outlawyers have been documented to be infected
- 25:17Speaker 1: weeks to a month after the initial infection, but most
- 25:21Speaker 1: of the time the protection lasts for a few months,
- 25:24Speaker 1: but if somebody was infected several months ago, particularly if
- 25:28Speaker 1: all right, the protection lasts for a few months. Okay,
- 25:32Speaker 1: so if it's only a few months, how often are
- 25:34Speaker 1: now you're going to tell me to get boosted? Which
- 25:37Speaker 1: is another vaccine? They act like the boost is like
- 25:40Speaker 1: somehow not as bad as the first two. It's it's
- 25:43Speaker 1: based the same thing, right, I mean the idea that
- 25:48Speaker 1: that's boost is somehow like different. It's not. So how
- 25:50Speaker 1: often do you want me to do this? Is every week?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Because every other week? Because every month? Right? Is every
- 25:57Speaker 1: couple of months? It is it? Two times a year?
- 25:59Speaker 1: Three times? What is it? What is the number? Like?
- 26:02Speaker 1: How often is this going to happen? How often does
- 26:04Speaker 1: this need to happen? And he's even saying, well, even
- 26:08Speaker 1: a week or two after you get COVID you can
- 26:10Speaker 1: get it again in some case, but use it a
- 26:11Speaker 1: month after or so, So just get boosted. You understand,
- 26:15Speaker 1: this is all fear. We manage you and control you
- 26:18Speaker 1: by fear. We tell you that you're going to die
- 26:20Speaker 1: unless you listen to us. We're infected with omicron. The
- 26:23Speaker 1: protection that's given to you against BA five wanes and diminishes.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Pretty rapidly over a period of several months. If you
- 26:32Speaker 1: haven't received a shot this year, a booster or your
- 26:36Speaker 1: second vaccine does if you have not received a shot
- 26:39Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two, how much has your immunity wane considerably?
- 26:45Speaker 1: I mean when The thing that is important to note
- 26:48Speaker 1: is that immunity against infection wanes pretty quickly, and it
- 26:51Speaker 1: goes way way down what we've been fortunate, is it? So?
- 26:55Speaker 1: I'm a little confused on a history now, doctor Fauci,
- 26:59Speaker 1: and you should be too. You're basically telling me every
- 27:03Speaker 1: reason why I shouldn't get a booster, while telling me
- 27:09Speaker 1: that I need to get the booster to save my life.
- 27:14Speaker 1: This is why no one listens to Fouchi when he
- 27:16Speaker 1: talks anymore that has a brain, I don't listen to him.
- 27:20Speaker 1: This is exactly why I've said several times now it's
- 27:23Speaker 1: time to get rid of doctor Fauci, not because I
- 27:25Speaker 1: hate him, but because he's completely ineffective in a job
- 27:28Speaker 1: that was supposed to be non political. He is as
- 27:30Speaker 1: political as it gets. This guy's more polarizing than Donald Trump.
- 27:33Speaker 1: And it's okay for Donald Trump to be polarizing because
- 27:36Speaker 1: he's supposed to be he's a politician. You pick sides
- 27:39Speaker 1: in politics. But he's supposed to be non political. He's
- 27:44Speaker 1: supposed to be a political. He's supposed to be an
- 27:46Speaker 1: individual that no one right has a political opinion of.
- 27:52Speaker 1: He's supposed to be a doctor that comes into the
- 27:54Speaker 1: room and talks to you about medicine, and that you're
- 27:57Speaker 1: supposed to be out of respect. He's doing that is
- 28:01Speaker 1: that's all gone? And so now maybe he is telling
- 28:06Speaker 1: me something that's legitimate. How would I know and and
- 28:09Speaker 1: why would I ever trust him? Months ago, I said,
- 28:13Speaker 1: the president has an obligation to put somebody in this
- 28:15Speaker 1: position who is a political who's not making political conversations debates,
- 28:21Speaker 1: fighting with Donald Trump and writing books and undermining Trump
- 28:25Speaker 1: and attacking conservatives and Rampaul and others, by the way,
- 28:29Speaker 1: and a guy who refuses to ever admit he got
- 28:31Speaker 1: anything wrong with COVID, and if he did, he'd have
- 28:34Speaker 1: more credibility with me. But he's a psycho, power hungry
- 28:39Speaker 1: person who's obsessed with being famous. Doctor Fauci walks around
- 28:43Speaker 1: and he is a god to the left. Now he
- 28:46Speaker 1: walks around and wash in DC, and he is a
- 28:48Speaker 1: god to the left. They love him. They're obsessed with him.
- 28:52Speaker 1: They think he's the greatest thing ever. He's a rock star.
- 28:56Speaker 1: But I'm not going to take his medical advice at
- 28:58Speaker 1: this point when you're telling me that you have a
- 29:01Speaker 1: diminished immunity if you're not booster that year, so therefore
- 29:03Speaker 1: go get the boosting. But then that boosting may not
- 29:05Speaker 1: be very good for very long. Is that the immunity
- 29:08Speaker 1: against severe disease leading to hospitalization and unfortunately death in
- 29:14Speaker 1: some cases tends to hold reasonably well, but it's slipping
- 29:18Speaker 1: where it was up to ninety eighty, then it goes
- 29:21Speaker 1: down to seventy, seventy five, sixty five and fifty. Then
- 29:25Speaker 1: you really in a situation where you really do need
- 29:27Speaker 1: a boost and we know when you get out six
- 29:30Speaker 1: seven months or so. Where now in July we're in
- 29:32Speaker 1: the seventh month of the year. Most people who have
- 29:35Speaker 1: not received a booster this year have a diminished immunity.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Should people be masking indoors again? Give it? I had
- 29:44Speaker 1: to play that again right out of that and all that.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Should people be masking indoors right? Well, of course they
- 29:51Speaker 1: should be, because we're coming back for Total Power MSNBC
- 29:57Speaker 1: main headline Doctor Fauci said at five to times. He
- 30:00Speaker 1: said this, everybody wants to put this pandemic behind us
- 30:06Speaker 1: and feel and hope that it doesn't exist. It does,
- 30:10Speaker 1: it does, right, we all want to put it behind us,
- 30:13Speaker 1: but we can't, so don't act like we can. And
- 30:16Speaker 1: we got a midterm election coming up. Oh and there's
- 30:18Speaker 1: another thing, by the way, that you should be really
- 30:20Speaker 1: worried about. I forgot we got another problem. And now
- 30:23Speaker 1: Fauci is actually frustrated with his current boss, the Biden administration.
- 30:27Speaker 1: So there's anything that Biden's can are that Fauci is
- 30:30Speaker 1: consistent on. It's ripping on his bosses. He's now ripping
- 30:36Speaker 1: on Biden. He was ripping on Trump. This guy's that.
- 30:38Speaker 1: I mean, you want to talk about a narcissist doctor
- 30:42Speaker 1: Fauci just the guy that lied to Congress on getting
- 30:44Speaker 1: a function research. He lied about Wuhan. He's protect and
- 30:48Speaker 1: defended all these shitty people that came up with a
- 30:50Speaker 1: coronavirus in the first place. He's the one that trusted
- 30:52Speaker 1: the Chinese and has all this money going to China
- 30:55Speaker 1: and the Incite virology and was doing gatting a function research.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And your tax dollars are going forward, and he's had
- 31:00Speaker 1: it never happened, even though we have the paper trail
- 31:01Speaker 1: to prove that it happened. But now he's mad at
- 31:05Speaker 1: the Biden administration over monkey pox. So if COVID doesn't work,
- 31:10Speaker 1: we got something else for you. The demand for monkeypox
- 31:13Speaker 1: vaccine outpaces supply. I couldn't see that coming with the
- 31:17Speaker 1: government being involved right as cases are quickly growing. And
- 31:21Speaker 1: now this is your new warning that monkeypox vaccine is
- 31:25Speaker 1: coming and you're gonna need it, but you can't find it,
- 31:27Speaker 1: so then you're gonna really want it. You know, a
- 31:29Speaker 1: population overall, right beyond as you say, currently gay men
- 31:34Speaker 1: who are highly vulnerable in terms of just you know,
- 31:36Speaker 1: not having any protection against this. So to just to
- 31:39Speaker 1: ask the question of how it's spreading more than one
- 31:43Speaker 1: thousand confirmed cases right now forty one states around the world,
- 31:47Speaker 1: it's down sixty five countries. So so that has been
- 31:51Speaker 1: spread that has never before happened with monkeypox, and yet
- 31:55Speaker 1: it is and it keeps spreading. Has it mutated, has
- 31:58Speaker 1: it changed how it spread? Well? No, what I believe
- 32:03Speaker 1: has happened is that we had this mostly confined to
- 32:08Speaker 1: countries in which it was endemic in Central and Western Africa,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and there has been an increase in cases there. What
- 32:17Speaker 1: was happening is that historically this was not a problem
- 32:20Speaker 1: because decades ago, virtually everybody was vaccinated against smallpox. But
- 32:27Speaker 1: after nineteen seventy seven nineteen eighty, when we stopped vaccinating people,
- 32:32Speaker 1: all of a sudden one became vulnerable to a virus
- 32:35Speaker 1: that was quite related to that. What we're seeing now
- 32:39Speaker 1: is something very unusual. These are non endemic cases, and
- 32:42Speaker 1: you're talking about eleven thousand throughout the world. The thousand
- 32:46Speaker 1: in the United States is probably an undercount errand and
- 32:50Speaker 1: that's the reason why now that we have testing that's
- 32:53Speaker 1: online with commercial enterprises, lab Corps, quest Ages, the networks
- 33:01Speaker 1: from the CDC, as well as Mayo Clinic, we should
- 33:04Speaker 1: be and will be testing literally ten times the amount
- 33:08Speaker 1: of people that we were testing prior, because we believe
- 33:12Speaker 1: that the prevalance of this in the community is great,
- 33:16Speaker 1: which is all the more reason to get a broader
- 33:19Speaker 1: group of people vaccinated. So there you go, demand for
- 33:22Speaker 1: monkeypox vaccine outpacing supply. We're gonna start testing for that,
- 33:26Speaker 1: and everybody's gonna have monkeypox pretty soon. I don't mean
- 33:30Speaker 1: to sound cynical. But is there any other way to
- 33:32Speaker 1: really look at this? Is there any way? Is there
- 33:38Speaker 1: any other way to look at this? I don't think
- 33:40Speaker 1: there is, I really don't. They're bringing all this back.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Get ready for monkeypox. Get the vaccine. You're gonna desperately
- 33:48Speaker 1: want to vaccine for monkeypocks. It's gonna be bad, folks, right,
- 33:53Speaker 1: It's gonna be really bad. You don't realize how bad
- 33:55Speaker 1: it's gonna be, but it's gonna be bad. It's gonna
- 33:58Speaker 1: be awful. You don't realize how off what it is,
- 34:00Speaker 1: but it's gonna be awful. So you better get in line.
- 34:02Speaker 1: You better listen us. I'm doctor Fauci, got a midterms
- 34:04Speaker 1: coming up, just hot to let you know well, fearmonger,
- 34:06Speaker 1: the crapp out of you, take away your rights, take
- 34:08Speaker 1: away more of your ability to make your own medical decisions.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Oh and if you're in Canada, yeah, we won't even
- 34:13Speaker 1: let you have transplants unless you take the vaccines that
- 34:15Speaker 1: we demand that you take. This is all being done
- 34:18Speaker 1: by design, and it's all being done to take over
- 34:22Speaker 1: your life. And you better start standing up. And we
- 34:25Speaker 1: better make sure than the midterms we elect the right people.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Don't get bamboozled, okay, just because someone says, Oh I'm
- 34:33Speaker 1: a Republican. Oh I'm a real conservative. Oh I'm mega
- 34:36Speaker 1: right now, I don't let that work. Okay, don't whatever
- 34:41Speaker 1: you do, don't let that work. Don't be boozled by
- 34:46Speaker 1: these people, all right? Makes you share a podcast like
