- 0:00Just from that victim alone, he made $1.5 million.
- 0:03There's multiple victims that have come forward and described
- 0:07violent sexual abuse in multiple countries.
- 0:09That's a level of corroboration you rarely see.
- 0:12I. Read through a 180 page counter
- 0:15suit and it was incredibly difficult to read.
- 0:18I felt like throwing up afterwards.
- 0:20You know you want to bleach your eyes.
- 0:21That's what we were all upset about with Epstein.
- 0:24His friends knew what he was doing.
- 0:26They covered up for him. He was never convicted.
- 0:28We don't say innocent to proven guilty with him.
- 0:30Epstein we know exactly what he has done so we can't make that
- 0:32same mistake. The Taylor brothers deserve due
- 0:35process and they should get that.
- 0:37But with. Their Danny Pinter.
- 0:38Welcome to the podcast. Thanks so much for having me.
- 0:41So I've recently joined a list of a growing list of women who
- 0:44have been threatened to be sued by the Tates, and you are a very
- 0:49courageous attorney representing alleged victims of the Tates in
- 0:53court. Yes.
- 0:55And thank you for calling me brave, but I am representing
- 0:57some victims of Andrew and Tristan Tate, yes.
- 1:00I'm so glad you're here to talk about this because just a week
- 1:02or so ago, Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Florida.
- 1:06They are now, I think, making a bit of a circuit around the
- 1:08country. Lots of photo OPS, lots of
- 1:10podcasts. And just recently, the attorney
- 1:14general of Florida announced that they're doing a criminal
- 1:16investigation into the Tates. You're representing an American
- 1:20victim. How does the criminal
- 1:22investigation that Florida is now doing into the Tates affect
- 1:25your case? I'm not sure we'll see, but it
- 1:29was unbelievably encouraging for Jane Doe.
- 1:32Jane Doe has been sued by the Tate brothers like you were
- 1:36threatened to to silence, right? At the very least, this is a
- 1:39matter of public importance. So why would you be threatened
- 1:43with a lawsuit? The only, the only reason would
- 1:46be to silence you on this issue, which is anti free speech, which
- 1:49Andrew Tate says he's the bastion of free speech.
- 1:52Yet that is exactly what he's done to Jane Doe.
- 1:55He's sued her to silence her and to get her to stop participating
- 2:00in the Romanian prosecution because she again was asked to
- 2:03provide additional testimony and he didn't want that to happen.
- 2:06So you're representing the American victim in the Romanian
- 2:09case against the Tates. Can you tell us her story?
- 2:12Sure. So she was in South Florida, she
- 2:17lived in Florida. She was in Miami for a couple
- 2:19weeks. She met Tristan Tate online.
- 2:22They started a very romantic relationship right away, talking
- 2:26about music, and he told her she was special.
- 2:29She was an artist and they met in person in Miami, hit it off
- 2:33and she believed she was in a romantic relationship with him.
- 2:35She spent almost the entirety of her time with him while he was
- 2:39in Florida. Then he left.
- 2:42They kept in contact and he invited her to Romania.
- 2:45He mentioned it when they were together in Florida.
- 2:47They talked about it again. And then he paid for her plane
- 2:50ticket and brought her to Romania.
- 2:53But when she got there, almost immediately, things did not seem
- 2:57right. She, well, one, he said she's
- 3:02like about to board the plane. And he says, well, three, I want
- 3:05to tell you the ground rules, 3 rules before you come.
- 3:07And she said, OK, what are those?
- 3:09And he said, no body hair at all.
- 3:11You need to teach me music and no outside friends.
- 3:15You can't speak to anybody unless I introduce you.
- 3:18So that set the tone. And she was already feeling
- 3:23uncomfortable. Then she gets there and is
- 3:25almost immediately put in a house with these other women who
- 3:29are all seemingly working on only fans.
- 3:32He's not even around. So she thought they're going to
- 3:34travel Europe together. He's going to show her the
- 3:36sights. This is going to be like a fun
- 3:39romantic trip, but he's not available.
- 3:41He's even leaving, going out of town at times.
- 3:44And she's with all these women doing only fans.
- 3:47And, you know, they're asking her to do it.
- 3:49She's he says, you know, meet, meet my, my manager of only
- 3:52fans. She's going to tell you how
- 3:53great it is and, you know, consider it.
- 3:55And so she started to think, well, I don't seems like I was
- 3:59right here for a different purpose and like he just wants
- 4:03to manage man only fans. And then she just saw more and
- 4:06more concerning things. She connected with a young woman
- 4:10who goes by Mary Doe and she was in utter distress.
- 4:15She was experiencing severe abuse at the hand of Andrew
- 4:19Tate. And they exchanged information,
- 4:22and that's when Jane Doe really started put the pieces together
- 4:25that this seems like a more organized, systematic,
- 4:31potentially trafficking ring. And so she started texting with
- 4:35her parents, as anyone would. You know, mom and dad, I made a
- 4:38mistake. I shouldn't have come here.
- 4:40It looks like they're trying to get everyone to do only fans.
- 4:44These other women seem to be groomers and helping the Tate
- 4:47brothers. You know, I want to sneak out.
- 4:49And she also texted a friend who is United States Marine, and he
- 4:53had actually told her before she left that he thought the Tate
- 4:57brothers were doing illegal things.
- 4:59They actually got in a fight about it.
- 5:00And so she texted him, you were right.
- 5:02And so he merely said, well, what's going on?
- 5:04She described some of the things she was seeing and experiencing.
- 5:08And he said, you know, this sounds like human trafficking.
- 5:11You need to contact the US Embassy.
- 5:13And she said, you know, I, I don't want to do that because
- 5:16the brothers say they're connected to everyone.
- 5:18They say they know powerful people.
- 5:19They say they know the Romanian police.
- 5:21They know the government. I don't think calling U.S.
- 5:24embassy would work. I think it would put me in more
- 5:26danger. I'm going to sneak out.
- 5:29She actually bought plane ticket for her and Mary Doe.
- 5:31And she, she really wanted to help Mary Doe.
- 5:35She, you know, felt like she got herself into a bad situation.
- 5:39But she saw the distress that Mary Doe was in and she wanted
- 5:42to get the two of them out of there.
- 5:44And so they bought plane tickets.
- 5:46But the United States Marine felt he had a duty under his
- 5:49training to report suspected trafficking in American in
- 5:52danger. So he did the right thing.
- 5:55He called the US Embassy. And that's when the Romanian
- 5:58police, together with embassy, raided the Tate brothers
- 6:02compound and saved Jane Doe and Mary Doe.
- 6:05Once they were taken into custody, the Romanian
- 6:07authorities asked her, you know, would you be willing to
- 6:10cooperate with our investigation, provide testimony
- 6:13about what you witnessed? And she said yes, and she
- 6:16cooperated and then almost immediately went into hiding.
- 6:20My understanding is that the Tates are suing also the Marine,
- 6:23the US Marine who did his duty, which is to report suspected sex
- 6:28trafficking, and he's also been named by the.
- 6:31By the Tates, yes. So they sued the Marine.
- 6:34Also, Jane Doe's parents and Jane Doe and Mary Doe.
- 6:38Luckily we were able to get the the Marine dismissed in federal
- 6:41court. The federal court found he was
- 6:43acting in the scope of his duties and so he cannot be sued
- 6:45for that. That was the right decision, but
- 6:48it just shows the level intimidation because they sued
- 6:52Jane Doe's parents because they alleged they called the embassy,
- 6:56which they didn't actually it was the Marine, but just because
- 7:00they might have called embassy because her daughter was in
- 7:02danger suing them as well. It just reveals that this is not
- 7:05a legitimate lawsuit, that it was filed as intimidation.
- 7:09And I also would like to point out that Yasmina Penkov and
- 7:13Beatrice on Hell, two women who work for the Tape Brothers in
- 7:17Romania, are also suing Jane Doe and her parents and represented
- 7:21by the same lawyers as Andrew and Tristan Tate.
- 7:24So this is a relentless intimidation campaign.
- 7:28Some of the allegations that I've seen made against Jane Doe,
- 7:31your client, including by the Tates, is that she is attention
- 7:35seeking, She's trying to use this somehow for financial gain.
- 7:38She was kind of trying to go to Romania, got bored, and then
- 7:42wanted to kind of invent this story.
- 7:44What is? And that's also underpinning
- 7:46their defamation lawsuit against her to say that they're hurting
- 7:51she is hurting their good name. What is your response to that?
- 7:54So Jane Doe did not go public with her story.
- 7:57So she didn't go to the media, tell her story.
- 7:59She didn't make public accusations of the Tate
- 8:01brothers. She didn't even walk into a
- 8:03police station and file a report, which of course she
- 8:05would have a right to do if she believed crime occurred.
- 8:08What happened was there was a raid.
- 8:10She was taken into custody and asked to cooperate, which was
- 8:14the right thing to do. They're suing her for defamation
- 8:17merely for her testimony to Romanian authorities.
- 8:21And on top of that, they suggest or claim, as you said, that this
- 8:25is financial gain. But in her testimony, she was
- 8:29given the opportunity to be a civil party to the criminal
- 8:32case, which would be the American equivalent to
- 8:35restitution, that if they're found guilty, that some of the
- 8:39money would go to the crime victims.
- 8:40I think there's nothing wrong with that.
- 8:41We do that in America. But she specifically declined to
- 8:45be a civil party and said, I don't want it to be said later
- 8:49that my testimony was given for monetary gain.
- 8:52So they claim she did this for money, yet money she was legally
- 8:57allowed to have as a crime victim.
- 8:59She declined. She provided her testimony and
- 9:02refused to accept a dime. Wow.
- 9:05What was Mary Doe? You mentioned her a couple
- 9:07times. And this was a woman that Jane
- 9:10Doe met when she first came to Romania and ended up in this
- 9:13household with these other women you mentioned she was enduring,
- 9:17you know, your your words were abuse at the hands of Andrew
- 9:20Tate. Can you share more about what
- 9:21Mary Doe was experiencing? And is this also something that
- 9:25the Romanian authorities are investigating?

- 10:30today. Is this also something that the
- 10:33Romanian authorities are investigating?
- 10:35Yes. So Mary Doe is a listed victim
- 10:38and part of the investigation. She's provided testimony and has
- 10:41unwavered, has not wavered from that testimony.
- 10:45But she, you know, Andrew met her in London and she was a new
- 10:51Christian, a very innocent young woman.
- 10:55And Andrew had actually first reached out to her on Instagram
- 10:59because she liked to post of his on traditional family values,
- 11:03traditional values. And she liked that.
- 11:06And so he reached out to her, messaged her and they met in
- 11:09person in London. And so he specifically connected
- 11:12with her on her desire to have marriage and family, Christian
- 11:17values, traditional values, you know, he lied to her about
- 11:21believing in those things and believing in God.
- 11:25And so she, they, their relationship escalated very
- 11:29quickly. He said he was going to marry
- 11:30her. And so he asked her to come to
- 11:33Romania and she came. But then when she came, all of
- 11:38the little cracks in the story started to show.
- 11:40But he kept lying. So he kept saying that he was
- 11:43only in a relationship with her and they were going to get
- 11:45married. But meanwhile, he is in
- 11:47simultaneously and very serious relationship with another woman
- 11:51and also numerous other women. But particularly there's another
- 11:55woman. He was saying the same very
- 11:57serious things about getting married and having children at
- 12:00the same time, and they're living in a house together.
- 12:04So that woman knows Mary Doe is brought here and is obviously
- 12:10not happy and treating her badly.
- 12:12And Mary Doe doesn't know what to believe because Andrew Tate's
- 12:15telling her, oh, just ignore that woman.
- 12:17You know, she's crazy kind of thing.
- 12:19And then meanwhile, he's pushing her boundaries and pushing her
- 12:22boundaries. So he's telling her to take
- 12:25sexual pictures with these other girls.
- 12:27She's saying, I'm not attracted to women.
- 12:29I don't want to do that. I don't believe in that.
- 12:31He's sending her Bible verses about obeying your husband.
- 12:35And so, oh, it's he tells her it's not, it's not about, you
- 12:40know, doing sexual things with the girls.
- 12:42I just want to see that you obey me.
- 12:44I want to see that you'll do something you don't want to do
- 12:47for me. So that's how he was
- 12:48manipulating her and slowly pushing her to do more and more
- 12:51things where she's now taking sexual pictures, engaging in
- 12:54sexual activity with these other women.
- 12:56Ultimately, he really coerces her into into a threesome these
- 13:01other women. And she immediately after is
- 13:05sobbing and hysterical in distress and she had to get
- 13:08drunk beforehand and all this. And he knows all that.
- 13:10So she was feeling lost and desperate and like she had
- 13:19sacrificed all her values now for this relationship.
- 13:22And so that also made her feel like she had invested so much
- 13:25she couldn't walk away. She just felt completely
- 13:27helpless, like she did not know what to do and how to get out of
- 13:31that situation at all. And she still, I mean, she still
- 13:34believed in it, right? She still wanted to believe
- 13:36Andrew loved her. So she she still thought that
- 13:40maybe he was just in a relationship with her.
- 13:43And it wasn't until Jane Doe came and said, well, I actually
- 13:46personally met someone else he was dating in Miami.
- 13:49Like, I was introduced to her. Like she was able to just
- 13:53finally confirm all the red flags that Mary Doe was feeling
- 13:57that OK, no, actually, I've been completely lied to.
- 14:00What was the if you can speak to it, what was the end game with
- 14:03Mary Doe of you know this human trafficking is one of the
- 14:06charges, of course, that the Roman, the Romanian authorities
- 14:10are pursuing. What was the end game with Mary
- 14:13Doe? Well, as.
- 14:14Why was she brought there under these false frequencies?
- 14:17As Andrew Tate has said himself, the only reason he gets in these
- 14:21relationships is to put the women on only fans on webcam.
- 14:24That's the only reason he even says I don't even have sex with
- 14:27these women because I like having sex with them.
- 14:29That's just part of the control. I have sex with them to control
- 14:34them and it's always about webcam.
- 14:36So that was the end game. And it's very fascinating
- 14:40because you can see sort of this pattern in terms of how long the
- 14:44women were there. So Jane Doe was only there for
- 14:48about a week and Tristan had said I'm going to manage on only
- 14:52Fans. She says, well, I'm not sure.
- 14:54And he's like, OK, well you just talk to the other women about it
- 14:58and has her talk to the other women about it.
- 15:00Asked her a couple times, but acts like he's OK if she doesn't
- 15:03do it. Then you have Mary Doe is there
- 15:06for a month and now Andrew has gotten her to take sexual
- 15:10pictures. He says only for his personal
- 15:12use, but she wasn't even willing to do that right?
- 15:14Like so it's this breaking down the boundary.
- 15:16So he's gotten her now to take sexual pictures with other women
- 15:21and then he's got her to do the TikTok live working for the
- 15:25other women that works for him. So they used TikTok to promote
- 15:32and Dr. people to only fans. So he's got her doing the TikTok
- 15:35now, right? He says just do it with
- 15:38Georgiana his Co conspirator. Just do the TikTok.
- 15:41You have nothing else to do. You can make some money like
- 15:44what's the big deal? And he says you don't you know,
- 15:47you only do only fans when you want to do it.
- 15:49I'm not going to make you do it only when you want to do it.
- 15:50And she's like, well, I never want to do it.
- 15:53OK, so she's only there a month and now she is taking sexual
- 15:58pictures and she's doing the TikTok.
- 16:00And then you have Yasmina Penkov, who again was a
- 16:04Christian woman who specifically told Andrew, I have never sent a
- 16:09picture of myself in lingerie. I don't believe in doing that or
- 16:13in doing webcam. It's a I'm a Christian and it's
- 16:16against my values, but I love you.
- 16:18She's been with Andrew for I now at this point I can't remember
- 16:21months, maybe almost a year and she's full time on only fans
- 16:25full time webcam model now and saying things to him like I
- 16:31don't care if I found out you were a serial killer, I would
- 16:34stand by you and. And when you say that, even that
- 16:37quote, how do we know that that's a quote that Yasmina said
- 16:40to Andrew? In text messages that we have in
- 16:43part of our lawsuit. And this is text messages that
- 16:46were we, were we. How are these text messages
- 16:50gotten? Because I think again, there's
- 16:51narratives out there saying this is all fabricated.
- 16:54This isn't true. Oh no, yeah, this is all part of
- 16:56the Romanian criminal case file. There's a common statement
- 17:01that's being made right now coming from, you know, generally
- 17:04speaking, Andrew Tate supporters as well as I think the Tate
- 17:07brothers about how the Romanian charges were dropped.
- 17:11Is that the case? No, they've never been dropped.
- 17:14The case is ongoing. And this is an important point
- 17:17because the tape brothers have said multiple times that the
- 17:20case is dismissed, yet now they acknowledge it's not dismissed
- 17:24and then they claim they're going to return for a court
- 17:27hearing. So why are they?
- 17:30Why do they continuously lie about easily verifiable facts?
- 17:33I think that should cause everyone pause and to be
- 17:37somewhat skeptical because either the case it's dismissed
- 17:40or it's not. They've said it multiple times
- 17:42that it's dismissed and now they're saying it's not
- 17:44dismissed. So why are they lying?
- 17:47And no, it's not dismissed. There's two, there's two
- 17:51separate investigations. The first, which involves Jane
- 17:55Doe and Mary Doe, that had gone all the way to the pretrial
- 17:59stage. And now because some evidence
- 18:01was excluded for procedural reasons, the court sent it back
- 18:06to the prosecutor to redo that indictment.
- 18:10But there's also a second investigation, including 35
- 18:14victims, including two minors, so both in Romania, in Romania.
- 18:18So both of those are ongoing and they'll we'll just see a new
- 18:21indictment. Will they be going to try all
- 18:22those cases? Well, we'll see, right?
- 18:24It'll go through the process of the thing about Romania too, is
- 18:28they allow every single court decision to be appealed.
- 18:32So the Tay brothers have appealed every single minute
- 18:37court hearing and decision. So that's a clear delay tactic.
- 18:41They keep acting like this is taking so long because there's
- 18:43no evidence. No, it's taking a very long time
- 18:45because you've appealed every decision.
- 18:46You have a right to do that, That's okay.
- 18:48But don't then say that the delay is caused by a lack of
- 18:52evidence or the prosecution when you are the one disputing every
- 18:56single court decision. So it'll go through, there'll be
- 18:59another indictment, it'll go through the pre trial stage,
- 19:02which happens here too, where you examine the methods by which
- 19:06the evidence was obtained. Was it all done through due
- 19:08process in the correct way? If some things were great, they
- 19:11stay in. If some things weren't, those
- 19:13would be excluded and then trials ready to go on all the
- 19:16evidence. It's already been examined.
- 19:18So then you would just go through the trial with that
- 19:20evidence? One of the ongoing statements,
- 19:24I, you know, the statement that's been made, I've heard
- 19:26multiple times from the Tates is that there are not victims or
- 19:30that if there were victims originally called victims, they
- 19:33have since recanted and said we're not victims.
- 19:35You know, we, we fully agreed to do the TikTok or the only fans
- 19:39or whatever. Is that the case?
- 19:41No. And again, when they say an
- 19:45absolute statement repeatedly, there are no victims.
- 19:48Andrew has said there's not one victim, not one woman has said
- 19:52that I've done anything wrong or accused me of a crime.
- 19:55That's an absolute statement. And he says it was such force.
- 19:59So if that's not true, then people should be alarmed.
- 20:04Why would you be OK with being lied to?
- 20:06And so the truth is, and this is indisputable.
- 20:10Is that there are many victims now some of the victims that are
- 20:14named in the criminal case like Yasmina who said I wouldn't
- 20:18leave you even found out you're a serial killer.
- 20:20Well, she says she's not a victim and the prosecution is
- 20:23still treating her as a victim, which I think is correct because
- 20:27trafficking is being caused to engage in commercial sex act
- 20:31with fraud and coercion. If they found that the entire
- 20:34pretense of her working and only fans was through lies and that
- 20:38Andrew Tay has kept all the money, whether she's OK with
- 20:41that or not doesn't change the fact that it was exploitive.
- 20:44But on the other hand, many victims have given testimony.
- 20:47Jane Doe is primarily a witness, right?
- 20:51She was there for a week, but Mary Doe gave detailed testimony
- 20:56about the sexual abuse she suffered.
- 20:58Many of the victims in the remaining case, I've read their
- 21:01testimony, including the 15 year old girl who provided testimony
- 21:05against Andrew Tate saying, you know, he sexually abused me when
- 21:09I was 15. And she describes really her
- 21:12distress. You know, he took me at this
- 21:14young age of 15 and, you know, sexually abused me.
- 21:18She describes anal sexual abuse, being strangled.
- 21:22And on top of that there's all of these UK victims.
- 21:27And what's so compelling is that there is consistency in the
- 21:33description of the abuse among many women across countries and
- 21:37across different time periods. So that young 15 year old
- 21:40described being strangled by Andrew Tate.
- 21:43She doesn't know these UK victims who back in 2016
- 21:50describe being strangled by Andrew Tate.
- 21:53That's a level of corroboration you rarely see.
- 21:56That's powerful evidence. So there's multiple victims that
- 22:00have come forward and described violent sexual abuse in multiple
- 22:05countries. Are there criminal cases or
- 22:07other civil cases in any anywhere else besides Romania
- 22:12right now? Hey guys, we are now in Lent,
- 22:15the 40 day period leading up to Good Friday and Easter filled
- 22:19with prayer, fasting, almsgiving, sacrifice and

- 23:21Go to hollow.com/lila. Are there criminal cases or
- 23:25other civil cases in any anywhere else besides Romania
- 23:30right now? Yes.
- 23:31So there is a criminal case ongoing in the UK.
- 23:35They sought extradition and it was granted.
- 23:38So the Romanian court granted extradition to the UK saying
- 23:41they, the Tate brothers, will be extradited when this criminal,
- 23:45the remaining criminal case is resolved.
- 23:47So again, Andrew Tate just went on a podcast and said
- 23:50extradition was denied by the judge.
- 23:53I mean, that's an absolute statement.
- 23:55Again, it's black and white. Either extradition was granted
- 23:58or it was denied. It was granted.
- 23:59Why is he lying? Why is he lying?
- 24:03There's court documents that showed it was granted.
- 24:05It's been reported many times that it was granted.
- 24:08And then there's also a civil case in the UK on behalf of four
- 24:11victims, and those are separate victims from the criminal case.
- 24:15There is, I think, often in statements made by the Tates and
- 24:19their defenders, this narrative that these are not victims of
- 24:24sex trafficking. You know, nobody was plucked
- 24:26from their bed at night, thrown in the trunk of a car, driven
- 24:29across, you know, a border, taken to a home, locked up, put
- 24:34in shackles and then, you know, sex trafficked.
- 24:36Like, you know, there's a sort of, again, I'm not those are not
- 24:38the words they're using. But there's sort of this
- 24:40innuendo about sex trafficking involves, you know, violent
- 24:44kidnapping. It involves acts of force to
- 24:47keep people in captivity. And one of the big arguments
- 24:50that they've made about the Romanian case is that the women
- 24:54in this household were able to leave the home and come back,
- 24:59and there's actually footage of them leaving and coming back.
- 25:02What is the legal definition of sex trafficking both in Romania?
- 25:08And I'm curious about how it relates to the United States's
- 25:12definition of sex trafficking. And how does the Romanian case
- 25:17have, you know, in your view, a strength when it comes to saying
- 25:21these women actually were victims of sex trafficking?
- 25:24Yes. So Romania follows the Palermo
- 25:27Protocol, which most of Europe follows, which is very similar
- 25:31to the federal sex trafficking statute.
- 25:32So I'll go through the US federal sex trafficking statute.
- 25:35It's very analogous to the Palermo Protocol.
- 25:39So under U.S. Law Sex trafficking is causing
- 25:42someone to engage in commercial sex via force, fraud or
- 25:46coercion, or causing a minor to engage in commercial sex.
- 25:50And just just to not to interrupt here, but commercial
- 25:52sex, does that include webcam pornography only fans?
- 25:57It's not actual sexual intercourse.
- 25:59It can be anything related to sexual acts.
- 26:03Correct. So people think of prostitution,
- 26:06which of course it is, but it also relates to pornography.
- 26:09That would be commercial sex acts.
- 26:11So Andrew Tate, there's a couple things here.
- 26:14Andrew Tate has specifically described my job was to get a
- 26:20woman to fall in love with me, to go on Only Fans and then give
- 26:25me all the money. He describes lying to the women
- 26:29about the terms of this only fans arrangement that he would
- 26:33tell them that it would be 5050, but really it would be something
- 26:38different 4060, sometimes even more skewed than that.
- 26:42And he would just lie and say things like, oh, tell her it's
- 26:45for taxes, but I'm not really paying taxes.
- 26:46I'm pocketing that money. So that describes fraud.
- 26:51So causing someone to engage in commercial sex, causing someone
- 26:54to perform on webcam pornography using lies, using fraud is sex
- 26:59trafficking. He has described that himself.
- 27:02And then of course, that is consistent with what the
- 27:05Romanian allegations are. And then there's also the
- 27:08coercion piece, which is a lot of different things amount to
- 27:12coercion, but threats, restricting your movement,
- 27:16isolating the victim. Were there threats?
- 27:19So different women describe different things.
- 27:22One of the young women describes that she was threatened with her
- 27:26pornography being released and that when she tried to leave,
- 27:28they hacked her Facebook accounts and put pornography on
- 27:31there and whole family saw. Jane Doe was threatened many
- 27:34times by the Tate brothers. She was sent a cease and desist
- 27:38letter shortly after they were arrested December 2022.
- 27:42She got a cease and desist letter that said if she didn't
- 27:44recant her statement, she'd be sued for $10 million.
- 27:47And then she was sued, all based on her testimony in Romania.
- 27:51She didn't go to the media. She didn't say me too.
- 27:54She didn't publicly accuse him of crimes.
- 27:56She cooperated with law enforcement and was threatened
- 27:59and sued because of that. To your question about
- 28:02restricting of movement. So the tape brothers say there's
- 28:05a CCTV footage that shows them going to the gate and getting
- 28:08food and leaving. But the truth was, and the text
- 28:11messages show this, that all the women, but particularly Jane Doe
- 28:15and Mary Doe, were told you cannot leave by yourself.
- 28:18You cannot leave unless you're escorted by me or one of the
- 28:21other women who had been there longer.
- 28:23So they were told they couldn't leave.
- 28:26Now, most people think of like you described, sort of this very
- 28:30extreme violence, sex trafficking where you're chained
- 28:34up, you're kidnapped off the street.
- 28:37Now that does happen, right? That kind of sex trafficking
- 28:40does happen. That would be sex trafficking by
- 28:42force. Of course, that's easier to
- 28:44recognize. But the most common form of sex
- 28:47trafficking, particularly domestic sex, sex trafficking,
- 28:50which happens in the United States everyday, is this via
- 28:54fraud and coercion, this lover boy method.
- 28:57And that has been studied, that is in academic research.
- 29:00The tape brothers like to act like it's made-up.
- 29:03It's this new thing that Romania is doing.
- 29:05He makes jokes kind of making light of it, but that every
- 29:09single law enforcement officer who investigates sex trafficking
- 29:12in the United States knows exactly what that is.
- 29:14They would call it Romeo pimping, most of the time, Romeo
- 29:17pimp or finesse pimp. And that's where these
- 29:19traffickers target, usually a vulnerable girl who is in foster
- 29:23care or has a drug addiction and pretends to be her boyfriend,
- 29:28cares about her, takes her out of a bad situation.
- 29:31She becomes dependent on him. And then he, you know, pimps her
- 29:34out. He forces her to engage in
- 29:36commercial sex, whether that's prostitution or pornography.
- 29:39And that's exactly what Andrew Tate describes doing.
- 29:41He mentions someone called pimping Ken, and so does Tristan
- 29:45as an idol, as someone they like.
- 29:47That man was a real life pimp who wrote books on how to pimp
- 29:51women, how to prostitute women. And it all describes this
- 29:54coercion, which is this manipulation and involves lies
- 29:58and deceit. It's, you know, Andrew Tate will
- 30:01say, oh, I was nice to them. Oh, I like them.
- 30:04Maybe I did like them. But where you see that this is a
- 30:09manipulation is where he describes that the only reason
- 30:13he gets into these relationships is to put them on webcam.
- 30:17Those relationships and those feelings are utterly false.
- 30:21And then you see it time time again through all the lies in
- 30:24the manipulation. And he specifically describes
- 30:28isolate these women you have any outside influences are going to
- 30:35bad for you. They're going to because he
- 30:36teaches men this. That's the other thing.
- 30:39He acts like, oh, I said offensive things.
- 30:41No, you literally sold courses. You charged a man for your
- 30:47expertise and instructed them on how to manipulate women into
- 30:53only fans and he talks, teaches these men how to isolate them.
- 30:57If she has a friend group, cut her off from that.
- 30:59If she has strong family influences, cut her off because
- 31:01they will have control of her mind and not you.
- 31:03He literally says control of her mind.
- 31:06So by isolating her and that's what he that's why they bring
- 31:09them to Romania, right? Like he brought Mary Doe to
- 31:13Romania, cut her off from her family, surrounds her with these
- 31:16other women who are all deep in, deep in the trafficking, in the
- 31:21brainwashing. They're reinforcing the beliefs
- 31:24he has the women spying and reporting back to each other.
- 31:28And he just pushes and pushes and pushes until she does things
- 31:31she doesn't want to do. And that's coercion.
- 31:34Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson were two of Think of the first
- 31:37folks in the kind of more conservative right movement to
- 31:41interview the Tates, particularly Andrew Tate at the
- 31:44time when they were under house arrest in Romania.
- 31:47I think it was Tucker Carlson that went over first to Romania,
- 31:50sat down with him. This was shortly after his
- 31:51departure from Fox News Candace Owens followed shortly, I think
- 31:55a month or two later and sat down with Andrew Tate for a big
- 31:58interview. In the interview with Tucker
- 32:02Carlson, Andrew Tate, I think addresses that you could say his
- 32:06detractors to Tucker. And I want to get your thoughts
- 32:09on this clip from that interview with Tucker Carlson.

- 33:13Use the code, Lila and I want to get your thoughts on this clip
- 33:16from that interview with Tucker Carlson.
- 33:19Are you charged with? That's a really good question.
- 33:21I'm charged with being the head of an organized criminal group
- 33:25which is in charge of recruiting girls to make TikTok videos to
- 33:30steal the money from the TikTok views, recruiting girls to make
- 33:37TikTok videos and stealing the money.
- 33:39So it's really a financial crime.
- 33:41First of all, I'm just curious your take on that.
- 33:42Is that what he's charged with? The head of a crime group to
- 33:45make girls do TikTok and take money?
- 33:48No. He's charged with forming an
- 33:50organized crime group to sex traffic women and he's charged
- 33:53with rape in Romania. Yes.
- 33:56It's very interesting because the girls who they've identified
- 33:59to add to the file are saying that we're not victims of
- 34:02anything. And this isn't true, but the
- 34:05state believes it's true and the state thinks that.
- 34:07I, as a 35 year old man, woke up.
- 34:10I was already extremely financially successful.
- 34:13I was already a father. I was already very well known.
- 34:15I had no financial motivation. I have no criminal record.
- 34:17It's not my personality profile. But I woke up the age of 35 and
- 34:20decided to make girls do TikTok to enrich myself with the
- 34:26pennies that I would earn from TikTok.
- 34:28Views He's saying the victims have already said that they're
- 34:30not victims. And then why would I want to
- 34:32make pennies off of TikTok videos?
- 34:35Well, he's not charged with stealing money from TikTok, so
- 34:40that's just a false premise. But the other thing is he kind
- 34:44of says, well, I woke up one day and just wanted to do this.
- 34:47Andrew Tate himself and Tristan Tate have repeated many times
- 34:51that they made their first $1,000,000 on their only fans or
- 34:55webcam empire. He said that he's he's described
- 34:58to being destitute and desperate for money and and that he was
- 35:02looking around and saying, what are my assets?
- 35:04I have hot girlfriends. Attractive women are absolutely
- 35:08assets. It's literally what he said and
- 35:10that he discovered what webcam was and thought, I'll put these
- 35:13women on webcam. And that's how he built his
- 35:16webcam empire, as he called it. He claimed to at one point have
- 35:2175 women on webcam and that's how he made his millions.
- 35:26So here he's saying, I was already rich.
- 35:28Why I need to do that? That's literally what he says to
- 35:31the women over and over again. And he teaches the men to say
- 35:35I'll, I'll say to them, I don't want to be them to accuse me of
- 35:39tricking them or pressuring them.
- 35:41So I'll always say I'm already rich.
- 35:43I don't need you to to only fans.
- 35:45It's only if you want to. That's a line he and Tristan
- 35:49repeatedly use. It's all part of the
- 35:50manipulation. And the truth is, he made his
- 35:53money from only fans. That's how he made his money,
- 35:56and he got famous from bragging about it.
- 35:59And Tucker goes on and tries to clarify and said, well, I think
- 36:01in the United States, we all think that you're charged with
- 36:03human trafficking, Andrew, what's the truth?
- 36:05So. In the United States, the, I
- 36:08think the belief is that you were charged with human
- 36:10trafficking. Yeah, that's human trafficking
- 36:12because what you do is you force a girl to work against her will
- 36:15for financial gain. That's human trafficking.
- 36:17And their justification for this is that girls do TikTok.
- 36:20Some girls I know who they found who say they're not victims,
- 36:23have TikTok accounts. How do you force someone to do
- 36:26TikTok videos? I guess the prosecutor is going
- 36:28to have to explain that, isn't he?
- 36:30It's a very interesting scenario I'm in and I'm inside of
- 36:32Romania, so I have to show a degree of respect to the
- 36:34Romanian judicial system and I have to show a degree of respect
- 36:37to the situation I'm in. But the overall charge is that
- 36:40there's an organized criminal group.
- 36:42There's a group of us. I'm the head of it.
- 36:44My brother is the below me and we use the lover boy method to
- 36:50convince women to do TikTok videos to make money so that we
- 36:54can steal the TikTok money. So there's no.
- 36:58Just to be clear, you are not accused of pandering, of
- 37:01pimping, of forcing women to have sex with anybody.
- 37:04No, not forcing to have sex, not for not restraining their
- 37:07movement. So Tyra Carlson says, so you're
- 37:10not charged with with pandering or pimping or forcing people to
- 37:13have to have sex. What are your what are your
- 37:15thoughts on that? That's true, but sex trafficking
- 37:19also encompasses any commercial sex act, which includes
- 37:22pornography. Not stopping them from living a
- 37:25full life, but the fact that we are somehow convincing them to
- 37:28have TikTok, very interesting. I don't think but, but, but
- 37:31there's no actual. I'm asking you this because I do
- 37:36think it's a widespread belief that you were accused of
- 37:39pimping. Yeah, well, that's nothing to do
- 37:40with any of this case. Absolutely nothing.
- 37:42Tucker Carlson clarifies and says, well, I do think many
- 37:44people think you were accused of pimping, and then this is what
- 37:47Andrew says in response to that. The crime in itself of human
- 37:50trafficking is a unique one because they can ignore the
- 37:53statement of the victim. So the girls have come forward
- 37:56and said this is insane. You've just picked us because
- 37:58we're near Andrew and we're his friends.
- 38:00But the whole idea of the crime is they can say that she's
- 38:02under, she's brainwashed, right? She's under duress.
- 38:05So you can ignore her statement. State says she's a victim
- 38:08regardless of the fact that she says she's not a victim.
- 38:11So it's very interesting because the difference between sex and
- 38:14rape is consent, right? But they remove all of that.
- 38:16They're like, Nope, you're a victim.
- 38:17No matter what you say, we're deciding you're a victim and
- 38:21they've chosen them. And of course, these girls do
- 38:22nothing pornographic. They've never had sex with
- 38:24anyone, nothing to do with that. So they've picked TikTok.
- 38:26What are what are your thoughts? So a couple things, one, Andrew
- 38:30Tate and his instructional videos to men calls himself a
- 38:34pimp and says that the techniques I'm going to teach
- 38:38you on how to get women to go on only fans and give you all the
- 38:42money are the same techniques you could do for street pimping.
- 38:46So he references St. pimping, which would be forcing a woman
- 38:53to engage in prostitution, right.
- 38:55So he's saying I'm using the same methods.
- 38:57He says I know St. pimps, I'm good friends with St. pimps, and
- 39:01it's the same method. So commercial sex by definition
- 39:05includes pornography. He describes using these methods
- 39:09that you would use to prostitute a woman to put her on porn, and
- 39:13he calls that pimping. So that's his own description of
- 39:16what he was doing. And then another thing to to, to
- 39:21look at is sort of him talking about ignoring the women's
- 39:25statements. So one, there are some women who
- 39:30say they're not victims, but then there's many women who say
- 39:34they are. So he ignores that.
- 39:35So it's first, it's important to recognize that there are women
- 39:39who are absolutely testifying that they are victims and we're
- 39:42harmed by Andrew Tate. So even if you exclude the women
- 39:45who are not acknowledging that they're victims at this time,
- 39:48there are still victims. And then the other thing to note
- 39:53is Andrew Tate keeps saying that it's TikTok, right?
- 39:56He keeps harping on this TikTok. But in the remaining case file,
- 40:00they got all kinds of documents regarding bank transfers to the
- 40:04Tate brothers from only fans and my free cams.
- 40:07So those are the two biggest webcam platforms, which Andrew
- 40:10Tate has talked about multiple times in his own videos.
- 40:13And that's the Romanians found money that they received.
- 40:17Why would Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate receive earnings
- 40:21from? Only fans or my free cams if
- 40:24they themselves don't have an account on that site.
- 40:26If they're not performing in webcam, why would they be
- 40:29receiving money on behalf of other women?
- 40:32You mentioned there are victims that no longer say that they're
- 40:35victims or they they say we're not victims.
- 40:37You were speaking to that earlier.
- 40:39Why? Why do you think that is?
- 40:40It is brainwashing. So he mentions brainwashing in a
- 40:43cavalier way, but he's described brainwashing these women.
- 40:46He's described controlling their minds.
- 40:48And we see that with Yasmine and Penkov, who said I wouldn't
- 40:50leave you even if I found out you were a sex trafficker.
- 40:55We understand when we look at cult dynamics that adults can be
- 40:59brainwashed into doing all kinds of really crazy things, things
- 41:04against their own interests, hurting themselves, hurting
- 41:05others. We've come to a place in society
- 41:08where we can see that and recognize that sex trafficking
- 41:11is a very similar dynamic to cult dynamics.
- 41:15There is this isolation from outside influences,
- 41:19manipulation, this sort of highly charismatic leader that
- 41:25the individuals are told and manipulated to put all their
- 41:29trust in. That becomes their higher belief
- 41:31system. And so they're willing to do
- 41:33anything in everything for that person.
- 41:35That's exactly what happens with sex trafficking.
- 41:38Andrew Tate describes doing that with women, and then we see
- 41:42women experiencing that. One of the thing I want to point
- 41:45out is he tries to make light of the TikTok and pennies on the
- 41:48dollar in the Romanian case just on behalf of Vivian, who Vivian
- 41:53is his first victim ever. It has now been confirmed that
- 41:56he sex trafficked her as a minor just from that victim alone.
- 42:01He made $1.5 million on only friends from her and that began
- 42:06when she was a minor and he himself has discussed being in a
- 42:10relationship with her since she was 15.
- 42:12Is that the person that some folks have said or noticed has a
- 42:16tattoo that says Andrew Tate's name on it?
- 42:20Multiple women do so I'm sure Vivian does, Yasmina does as
- 42:24well, Beatrice does as well. That was something.
- 42:26Andrew Tate also bragged that he said he's has over 30 women have
- 42:29his name tattooed on them. And some say Tate owned.
- 42:32Tate owned Tate Tate's girl. After Tucker Carlson's interview
- 42:36in Romania, again, shortly after, Candace Owens flew to
- 42:39Romania and also sat down with Andrew Tate.
- 42:41And I want to get your thoughts on on some of this and her her
- 42:44take on that. And I would just note too, that
- 42:46in the Tucker Carlson interview after this exchange, some of
- 42:49which which we watched, they moved on to other topics.
- 42:52So there wasn't sort of more of a pressing on the, the webcam
- 42:56aspect of the business kind of it kept, you know, Andrew kept
- 42:59to his talking points about TikTok, etcetera.
- 43:01And he also lied about the charges.
- 43:03I mean, in addition to sort of manipulatively saying that the
- 43:07trafficking charges about TikTok, I believe Tucker point
- 43:10blank asked him, so you're not charged with rape and he says
- 43:13right when he was charged with rape.
- 43:15Why do you think Tucker Carlson would let Andrew Tate off the
- 43:18hook? I mean, he's an intelligent guy.
- 43:20That's the mystery. Why?
- 43:22Why would many people like Tucker be willing to be lied to
- 43:27by Andrew Tate? I mean, he's making a fool out
- 43:29of you. He's lying to your face, and
- 43:32it's easily proven that it was a lie.
- 43:35Why? I have that question.
- 43:38Let's take a look at Candace Owens interview.
- 43:40So she's done several with Andrew Tate and when with
- 43:42Tristan Tate. Now, this was the first big
- 43:45interview again, flying to Romania while he was under house
- 43:47arrest. Let's just take a look at a
- 43:48couple clips from this interview.
- 43:50Long time. I know.
- 43:50It's been a very long time. Very long time.
- 43:52Actually. I met you downstairs at the
- 43:55Ritz, correct? George and I were engaged at the
- 43:57time and I probably was very swept up in George and barely
- 44:01got time to talk to you. But I do remember you being very
- 44:03polite. Can we actually pause it for one
- 44:05second? Because it's interesting that
- 44:06she references that because right after meeting him on her
- 44:10show, she says, oh, I met him and my assistant, who is
- 44:14Romanian, came up to me and said that guy is a pimp.
- 44:18And I was like, what? And she said, no, I'm talking to
- 44:22all the locals here, and he really is a pimp.
- 44:25So Candace Owens, at the time she met him, acknowledged that
- 44:29she was aware that he was a pimp in Romania.
- 44:32So it's interesting to Fast forward to today and you were
- 44:35very much in the UK circuit. Now it seems like your celebrity
- 44:40is kind of really hitting the US market.
- 44:42They're kind of finding you for the first time, digging up a
- 44:45bunch of old clips. And there's a lot of pressure
- 44:47now on Conservatives to say something really awful about
- 44:50you. So.
- 44:52Panda Stones starts the interview with the sort of
- 44:54framing that There's these old clips of you, Andrew, and you
- 44:58know, you and I met years ago. You're very polite.
- 44:59There's all these old clips of you and the Conservatives are
- 45:01all, you know, having this pressure to say bad things about
- 45:04you. And I mean, that's just false
- 45:07from the get go. There are old clips and they
- 45:10continue up until 2021. In 2020 during the pandemic,
- 45:15he's specifically was doing interviews talking about how the
- 45:18pandemic caused a surge in only fans and so he was doing webcam
- 45:23and only fans and he even has an only fans instructional video.
- 45:27So this is 2023, so you're saying just two years prior to
- 45:30this Andrew Tate was bragging online about having more women
- 45:34join his only camps business only webcams business during the
- 45:38pandemic? Exactly.
- 45:39And I mean, he stopped because he was arrested in 2022.
- 45:42So you're saying you believe Andrew Tate stop only stopped
- 45:45his webcam business because he got arrested in 2022?
- 45:48Correct. Similar to Carlson, the first
- 45:50interview that Candace does this three hour long sit down in
- 45:53Romania was very much a softball.
- 45:56Exactly. She didn't make any attempt to
- 45:59get Romanian documents, find out the facts of Romanian case and
- 46:03really press him on that. She just provided a platform for
- 46:06him to tell his side of the story where he lies
- 46:10continuously. And to your point, like you said
- 46:13about Tucker, why would someone like Tucker or Candace provide
- 46:18this cover? And that's what's so damaging is
- 46:20when Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens provide this softball
- 46:24interview for Andrew Tate to lie that endorses those lies.
- 46:29And everyone then just trusts that.
- 46:32And now that's the narrative they believe.
- 46:34And there's no pushback or alternative facts.
- 46:38What's interesting is Andrew keeps making this false
- 46:42equivalency that resonates with conservative voices right now.
- 46:46So Russell Brand has famously converted and changed his life.
- 46:51And, you know, by all accounts seems to be a force for good and
- 46:55promoting conservative values. But in doing that, he has
- 46:58disclaimed the things he did in the past.
- 47:00He's admitted he did things that were wrong, and he's sorry for
- 47:04that. Andrew Tate has explicitly, even
- 47:07as recently as within the last couple weeks, said I regret
- 47:11nothing. I apologize for nothing.
- 47:13I take back nothing. So he has never disclaimed
- 47:17anything he's ever done or said. You'll hear his supporters say a
- 47:22lot of this is an act and an alter ego, but he doesn't say
- 47:25that. He says I stand by everything
- 47:27I've ever said and I don't take any of it back.
- 47:29So that's what I think the conservative movement needs to
- 47:32recognize. He is not repentant.
- 47:35He tries with Candace to sort of suggest that he is by saying
- 47:39this stuff is 10 years in his past, but one, it's not ten
- 47:42years in his past he was doing it continuously, and two, he's
- 47:46not sorry or repentant. What has happened to Jane Doe
- 47:52since the Romanian case was filed?
- 47:55Your client. She has been in hiding, she
- 47:58can't live her life. She literally lives underground
- 48:01in fear every single day. And did she face any blowback?
- 48:07You mentioned earlier they threatened to sue her.
- 48:10What happened with that? So she's been facing blowback
- 48:14basically since she left. First, it was a lot of
- 48:18slanderous things online. Andrew Tate was caught on jail
- 48:22phone calls from Romania instructing his associates to
- 48:25make videos of her and Mary Doe. He says something like, we need
- 48:29these girls upset, angry, crying.
- 48:32And so then there was all these really nasty videos about Jane
- 48:36and Mary Doe, really salacious videos lying about them spread
- 48:40all over the Internet. And Andrew Tate knows he has a
- 48:42very powerful following that includes also minor teenage
- 48:46boys. So he's inciting this following
- 48:49to attack and harass her. Their social media accounts were
- 48:53flooded. Their families social media
- 48:56accounts were flooded. They received hundreds of
- 48:58threats, including death threats.
- 49:00The followers said they're going to try and find her.
- 49:03So she has this feeling of even when they were in custody in
- 49:05Romania, that his followers were trying to find her and that they
- 49:10could find her and hurt her at any time.
- 49:13So there's that. All contemporaneous with also
- 49:17these legal threats. And you're counter suing the
- 49:21tapes on behalf of Jane Doe? Yes.
- 49:24What is the nature of the counter suit?
- 49:26So she is standing by her statement.
- 49:28She is suing them for attempting to sex trafficker.
- 49:32She alleges that she was brought to Romania for the purpose of
- 49:35being put on webcam, that Tristan's ostensible romantic
- 49:40relationship was fraudulent, and that her movement was restricted
- 49:46while she was in Romania. She was told she couldn't leave
- 49:48without an escort. She was under constant
- 49:50surveillance. The guards wouldn't let her
- 49:53leave if she was alone. At one point she describes going
- 49:57up to them, saying I just want to go for a walk, and they act
- 50:00like they can't understand her and won't let her out.
- 50:02They let her get food. Like she got Uber Eats
- 50:05equivalents of food. And that's sort of the
- 50:07surveillance footage they talk about because she goes to the
- 50:10gate and gets the food and comes back in.
- 50:12But the reality is she felt that she didn't have the freedom to
- 50:15leave. She was told that they knew
- 50:17dangerous people and if she tried to leave they could find
- 50:19her. And then she alleges that they
- 50:23engaged in witness intimidation, that this is a conspiracy to sex
- 50:27traffic women, including an attempt to sex trafficker, and
- 50:30then they engaged in witness intimidation tampering to
- 50:33protect their sex trafficking venture.
- 50:36I read through the 180 page counter suit against the Tates
- 50:43and, you know, this is something that my understanding is it's
- 50:46been sealed since, but it had been released before the court
- 50:50seal. And the judge said, well, if
- 50:53it's out there, it's out there. And Fox News at one point had
- 50:55linked to it. So I was able to read through
- 50:57the document and it included many of the text messages and
- 51:00communications that are in the Romanian case.
- 51:03And it was incredibly difficult to read.
- 51:07I felt like throwing up afterwards.
- 51:09You know, you want to bleach your eyes.
- 51:10Like, it's just incredibly painful to read text messages,
- 51:14presumably from the Tates basically coercing,
- 51:20manipulating. It appears that they're coercing
- 51:22and manipulating the woman at the other end of the text
- 51:25message. You know, in this case, it could
- 51:27be Mary Doe. You talked about her earlier
- 51:31encouraging all kinds of sexual acts, threats.
- 51:35You know, it was just incredibly dark, incredibly dark.
- 51:41Why do you think it is that most people today aren't even aware
- 51:46of those text messages, don't know the content of those
- 51:49messages? And you have commentators like
- 51:52just recently, last week, Candace Owens again interviewing
- 51:55Andrew Tate without any questions about the content of
- 52:00the Romanian case specifically more speaking towards why are
- 52:03you being so persecuted, Andrew? What do you think is going on
- 52:07with the American response to this case on the right wing?
- 52:11In the right wing, yeah. The Tay brothers have exploited
- 52:14the fact that the Romanian criminal system is a closed
- 52:17system. So their indictment wasn't
- 52:20public. Now they had press releases that
- 52:22gave the the nature of the crimes, and there's some
- 52:25reporting and some court opinions that were publicly
- 52:27available. So any diligent journalist could
- 52:30have found out a lot of the information.
- 52:33Not all of it, but a lot of it. But because it was a closed
- 52:36system and then the documents are in Romanian and not English,
- 52:40the Tate brothers have been able to exploit that by just lying is
- 52:44the truth. Just they lie very forcefully
- 52:46and confidently and it would be a lot of trouble to Fact Check
- 52:50them. And so many people don't and are
- 52:53persuaded by the lies. So that's a big part of it.
- 52:57Luckily, there have been some diligent journalists and even
- 53:00sort of citizen Twitter journalists who have gotten the
- 53:02truth out there. And so that the fact that that
- 53:05is lies is becoming more and more apparent.
- 53:07But I think that is what they've done is they've been able to
- 53:10just lie about their case because the information isn't
- 53:14freely available. So how those, the communications
- 53:18that I read, which include communications where the tapes,
- 53:21you know, allegedly are saying, you know, and again, this is a
- 53:25presumably from text messages taken from the Romanian case.
- 53:27But it appears that they're saying, you know, we want to get
- 53:30that extra 2010% off of the 5050 deal with these girls and we're
- 53:34going to tell them that it's taxes and we're going to pocket
- 53:37the money. I mean, you're, they're
- 53:38literally admitting to doing this, taking this additional
- 53:41money and, and misleading the women that they're, you know,
- 53:44working with on only fans. Those text messages are
- 53:49available for Americans to read if they look for them.
- 53:53How? How did those become available
- 53:55for people to see? Well that I mean, Andrew has
- 54:00publicly said that in his webcam course he taught men to tell the
- 54:05women that you're going to give her 50% but only give her
- 54:10whatever it is 40%. And if she questions you on it,
- 54:13lie to her and tell her it's taxes.
- 54:16Even print out a fake form and just give it to her and tell her
- 54:19it's taxes. And then he says that's even
- 54:21another method of control because taxes seems complicated.
- 54:25So she'll feel she needs to rely on you to take care of those
- 54:27things. Meanwhile, he's not paying taxes
- 54:29and opening her up to liability for that.
- 54:31But that is something that's available in his webcam course
- 54:34that anyone could watch on Rumble right now.
- 54:37And that wasn't a influencer TikTok video.
- 54:43That was a course that he sold for money.
- 54:46So he can't say that that is just offensive speech or just
- 54:50playing a role because he charged people for it.
- 54:52So either that was fraudulent that he was making himself out
- 54:55to be an expert and charging for his expertise, or it is what it
- 54:59is. How do you think the
- 55:01conservative misunderstanding about this case and then some of
- 55:05these conservative podcasters, whether it's Tucker Carlson,
- 55:08Candace Owens, even Benny Johnson recently had a very
- 55:11softball positive interview with Andrew Tate in the last, I
- 55:14think, month or so. How do you think that that is
- 55:17impacting the victims? It's been so frightening.
- 55:20I at least can say for Jane Doe, if she feels powerless, that
- 55:24they're so well connected to famous people, how could she
- 55:29ever get out from under their grip, right?
- 55:32Because they're trying to sue her.
- 55:33They actually tried to criminally prosecute her in
- 55:35Romania and they were unsuccessful.
- 55:37They've been relentlessly trying to silence her.
- 55:40And it sends a message to all the other victims, you better
- 55:43not say anything about us or this is what's going to happen
- 55:46to you. And the Romanian government even
- 55:49has multiple statements from victims that the Tay brothers
- 55:54tried to pay them off. The 15 year old victim of Andrew
- 55:57Tate said he offered her specific amount of money for her
- 56:00to only give positive testimony. Similarly, Tristan has a charge
- 56:03for trying to influence victims. So they're charged with trying
- 56:07to influence victims in Romania. And now we see this behavior
- 56:10here in America. I think the reality is most
- 56:13conservative people are appalled by the Tate brothers, care about
- 56:18human trafficking and can easily see that this is credible
- 56:23evidence potentially of them committing trafficking and are
- 56:26supportive of the prosecution. And we saw that with Ron de
- 56:29Santis's response and with AG Oothmeyer's response.
- 56:32But the problem is, like Epstein, Andrew and Tristan Tate
- 56:36have friends in high places. And So what we're seeing is they
- 56:39have friends in high places who are wielding a perception of
- 56:45even greater influence than they have.
- 56:47So when they get Tucker Carlson or Candace Owens to support
- 56:50them, then it looks like that's how the whole conservative
- 56:54movement feels. But I don't believe that's true.
- 56:58But we need to push back against that kind of corruption.
- 57:01I mean, that's what we were all upset about with Epstein is that
- 57:06his friends knew what he was doing and they covered up for
- 57:09him. He was prosecuted back in 2008,
- 57:13I think because again, Florida, the state of Florida, all these
- 57:17young girls, they actually were prosecuting him.
- 57:20And then the federal government through a friend of Epstein,
- 57:24intervened in the case and got him a sweetheart deal, right?
- 57:28And then he was able to freely continue his exploitation till
- 57:31he's finally caught in 2018 and died.
- 57:35He was never convicted. We don't say innocent to proven
- 57:37guilty With Epstein. We know exactly what he's done.
- 57:40So we can't make that same mistake.
- 57:43The tape brothers deserve due process and they should get
- 57:45that. But what they are trying to do
- 57:47is avoid process. They're trying to avoid
- 57:50investigation. They're saying we're above being
- 57:53investigated when there's over 40 victims across multiple
- 57:57countries with right testimony about the abuse they've
- 58:00suffered. We can't let that happen.
- 58:03Danny, thank you so much for speaking with me and sharing
- 58:08your view of these things. I think it's incredibly
- 58:10important and I will, I hope that the justice will be had
- 58:14here and I appreciate your willingness to stand up for
- 58:18victims, especially those that are facing so much hate and
- 58:23attack, including from some on the conservative side.
- 58:27Well, thank you for doing the story.
- 58:28I know you were threatened as well, but we need courageous
- 58:31voices telling the truth and talking about this.
- 58:34So thank you so much. Thank you.
