- 0:00Speaker 1: The threat of COVID is over. It is, I promise you,
- 0:03Speaker 1: if you're listening to the liberal mayors in America, it's
- 0:06Speaker 1: all disappeared since Joe Biden became president. Congratulations, and all
- 0:10Speaker 1: it took was Joe Biden becoming the president for everything
- 0:13Speaker 1: to be cool again. DC restaurants can reopen for indoor dining.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I limited capacity this coming Friday, the mayor says, because
- 0:21Speaker 1: we've got to open back up before we destroy our economy.
- 0:24Speaker 1: We have no choice. Interesting, that's logic that Republicans and
- 0:29Speaker 1: Conservatives were using the entire time. But remember we had
- 0:33Speaker 1: to punish people, hurt them, hurt their businesses, have people
- 0:36Speaker 1: lose everything, so that people would be angry at Donald Trump,
- 0:39Speaker 1: and then he would lose in Detroit. You guessed it.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Indoor dining at restaurants in Michigan will resume on February
- 0:47Speaker 1: the first. The Governor, Gretchen Whitmere announced it this morning, saying,
- 0:51Speaker 1: we all got to come together, we all got to
- 0:53Speaker 1: open up. We can't wait any longer. Remember sheets shut
- 0:55Speaker 1: down dining completely in Michigan. Joe Biden becomes president. It's
- 1:01Speaker 1: all good, let's open back up. Chicago Sun Times headline. Justin,
- 1:07Speaker 1: Governor's health team officially gives the green light for restaurants
- 1:12Speaker 1: and most bars across Chicago and suburban Cook County to
- 1:17Speaker 1: invite customers back inside for indoor service. Again. It's amazing.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Joe Biden fixed everything in just a couple of hours.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It's really impressive. Welcome to how much of a scumbag
- 1:29Speaker 1: the Biden team and the Democrats actually are. They willingly
- 1:34Speaker 1: and know knew what they were doing. They knew they
- 1:36Speaker 1: were hurting people on purpose, and they did it for
- 1:38Speaker 1: one reason, to win an election. That's why they did this.
- 1:44Speaker 1: They did it to win an election. And the proof
- 1:47Speaker 1: of it is within hours of him becoming the president,
- 1:51Speaker 1: right within hours, all of these states that were anti business,
- 1:56Speaker 1: hurting businesses, hurting small businesses, all of them. What happened.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It said, we got to reopen. We can't afford it anymore.
- 2:06Speaker 1: New York, same thing, they shut down indoor dining. Now
- 2:10Speaker 1: the governor and the mayor there, Oh, we got to
- 2:12Speaker 1: reopen up. We got no choice but to open up.
- 2:14Speaker 1: We have to. It's just something we just gotta do.
- 2:16Speaker 1: We just gotta open up there. There's I mean, there's
- 2:20Speaker 1: not even an effort by the Democratic establishment to fake
- 2:24Speaker 1: it right. This was their effort was to make sure
- 2:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump was not allowed a second term, to make
- 2:31Speaker 1: sure that people were angry, to make sure that people
- 2:34Speaker 1: believed that if they would just make a change, then
- 2:37Speaker 1: life would go back to normal. And that's exactly what happened.
- 2:43Speaker 1: That is exactly what happened, folks. The change came and
- 2:49Speaker 1: then they said, Okay, we've been holding you hostage, but
- 2:52Speaker 1: now don't worry. Don't worry. Now we're good. Yeah, we've
- 2:57Speaker 1: been helding you hostage, but now you're okay. Now you
- 3:02Speaker 1: can go back to your jobs. Those that lost their jobs,
- 3:06Speaker 1: those that lost their businesses, it happens, right, Those that
- 3:10Speaker 1: lost their jobs and lost their businesses, it happens. It's
- 3:13Speaker 1: part of it. You lost your job, you lost your business. Sorry,
- 3:18Speaker 1: you were collateral damage. And let's talk about buyer's remorse
- 3:25Speaker 1: for just a second. New Mexico freaking out they're losing jobs.
- 3:31Speaker 1: America has ended our energy independence for the United States
- 3:34Speaker 1: because Joe Biden has decided to shut down oil production
- 3:38Speaker 1: and leasing and the Keystone pipeline just fifty hours into office.
- 3:44Speaker 1: How are my liberal friends feeling. Let's just take a
- 3:46Speaker 1: look at what's happened. More than one hundred thousand jobs
- 3:49Speaker 1: have been lost in the oil industry because of the
- 3:51Speaker 1: stroke of his pen. And you know what their advice
- 3:54Speaker 1: was to the workers that Keystone pipeline, the union workers
- 3:57Speaker 1: that endorsed him. Yes, you guys are idiots that endorsed
- 3:59Speaker 1: Joe Biden because you're stupid. You should have known he
- 4:02Speaker 1: was going to do exactly what he did under the
- 4:04Speaker 1: Biden administration. Their advice to you, by the way, is
- 4:07Speaker 1: one simple thing. Find another job that's compassionate for you.
- 4:12Speaker 1: He ended energy independence for the United States, Canada, Texas,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and even Native American tribes are now suing Joe Biden
- 4:21Speaker 1: over this new move Antifa just an idea, right, That's
- 4:26Speaker 1: how Joe Biden described them. Continued to riot and burn
- 4:29Speaker 1: down Portland and Seattle. Don't worry. Portland and Seattle are
- 4:32Speaker 1: now saying they're going to really start locking people up
- 4:35Speaker 1: and arresting people and they're not going to put up
- 4:38Speaker 1: with the riots and the looting and the burning any longer.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I'm sorry what happened. Oh yes, you needed there to
- 4:43Speaker 1: be chaos so that people would say it's got to
- 4:46Speaker 1: be somehow. Donald Trump's fault. You were in favor of chaos,
- 4:50Speaker 1: so people would feel instability, they would feel insecure, they
- 4:54Speaker 1: wouldn't feel safe, so that then you would just switch.
- 4:58Speaker 1: You would just change, You would just decide to do
- 5:01Speaker 1: something different. You send our troops to DC to sleep
- 5:06Speaker 1: on the floor of a parking garage and freezing temperatures
- 5:09Speaker 1: with cars parked there in one bathroom and one outlet
- 5:13Speaker 1: to charge phones. Don't worry, though, we got a great
- 5:16Speaker 1: photo op when the White House decided to make them
- 5:19Speaker 1: cookies and bring them to them. After that, they said,
- 5:23Speaker 1: now you've been banished to sleeping on the floor in
- 5:25Speaker 1: the parking garage. You also created a new glass ceiling
- 5:31Speaker 1: for girls. That's right, ruining sports, ruining their chance for scholarships.
- 5:37Speaker 1: With your new progressive transgender program allowing boys to compete
- 5:43Speaker 1: against girls for girls scholarships. You want to know how
- 5:47Speaker 1: this is going to work with this new order. It's
- 5:49Speaker 1: pretty simple. Let's say you're a guy and you really
- 5:51Speaker 1: want to go to college for free. Maybe you're not
- 5:54Speaker 1: tall enough to play basketball, or maybe you're just not
- 5:57Speaker 1: good enough to make get a scholarship at a university
- 6:01Speaker 1: you want to go to. All you gotta do is say, hey,
- 6:05Speaker 1: I identify as a female, and you could get a
- 6:08Speaker 1: full ride to play basketball on the girls team. Well,
- 6:11Speaker 1: if it's gonna save you two hundred and fifty thousand,
- 6:13Speaker 1: which is literally like paying you two hundred and fifty
- 6:15Speaker 1: thousand for that schooling that you need, I'd play on
- 6:19Speaker 1: the girls team for that, No problem. Hell, I'm thinking
- 6:22Speaker 1: about going back and getting my master's or doctorate and
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'll go play tennis on the women's tennis team. I
- 6:27Speaker 1: still have years of eligibility left. Not kidding, I actually do.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I could, actually, now with this new plan, go back
- 6:35Speaker 1: and play tennis on a women's tennis team. All I
- 6:38Speaker 1: have to do is say, identify as a woman and
- 6:40Speaker 1: I could get a full ride. And if they don't
- 6:42Speaker 1: give me that full ride, then I can sue the
- 6:44Speaker 1: university for discrimination. Congratulations, Joe Biden, you've now screwed up
- 6:50Speaker 1: women's sports. You also have created a new federal property
- 6:55Speaker 1: mask mandate, which has been broken countless times by the
- 7:01Speaker 1: Biden team, including Joe Biden himself. Yeah, already, we're now
- 7:08Speaker 1: allowing illegal immigrants to be counted for representation in Congress.
- 7:15Speaker 1: That's right. In Congress, you have a complete halt on
- 7:19Speaker 1: student loan forgiveness that he promised. Did you hear that?
- 7:22Speaker 1: A complete hault on student loan forgiveness that he promised,
- 7:25Speaker 1: So he lied to you there. I told you weren't
- 7:26Speaker 1: gonna get it for free. A complete halt on the
- 7:28Speaker 1: two thousand dollars stimulus program he also promised. He admitted
- 7:33Speaker 1: he had no plan to stop COVID now after promising
- 7:37Speaker 1: that Donald Trump didn't have a plan to stop COVID,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and he said I have that plan. Now he's come
- 7:43Speaker 1: and saying I don't have a plan. I got no
- 7:45Speaker 1: plan at all. It's just gonna have to run its course. Thanks, Doc,
- 7:51Speaker 1: appreciate that. He also has shot down Joe Biden has
- 7:55Speaker 1: shot down a Trump administration order to lower the costs
- 7:57Speaker 1: of insulin. Again, this is the guy that said he
- 8:03Speaker 1: was going to protect all Americans. So much for protecting
- 8:06Speaker 1: all Americans. Why would you raise the cost of insulin,
- 8:11Speaker 1: which people needed to life saving medication that got entirely
- 8:15Speaker 1: too expensive. I'm asking for all the people that are
- 8:19Speaker 1: on insulin. He also shot down at Trump order to
- 8:24Speaker 1: lower the cost of other drugs. He resented Trump's order
- 8:29Speaker 1: banning Chinese communist involvement in the US power grid because
- 8:33Speaker 1: we certainly want China to be in charge of our
- 8:35Speaker 1: power grid. Welcome to being owned by China. Welcome to
- 8:39Speaker 1: your son being owned by China. Welcome to being having
- 8:42Speaker 1: blackmail on you, I'm sure from China because your crackhead's
- 8:46Speaker 1: son and his dealings where he got billions of dollars
- 8:49Speaker 1: in aid from China. This is just in the first
- 8:53Speaker 1: couple of days, folks. This is impressive, isn't it. This
- 8:57Speaker 1: is really impressive. So if you voted for Joe Biden,
- 9:01Speaker 1: welcome to the new world you created. This is on you,
- 9:05Speaker 1: all right. I want to take a moment real quick though,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and just let you know about something else, and that
- 9:09Speaker 1: is the canceling of conservatives from social media and our
- 9:13Speaker 1: accounts being silenced, our accounts being shut down. If you
- 9:17Speaker 1: want to keep in touch with us, there's two ways
- 9:18Speaker 1: now you can do it, even if we're kicked offline
- 9:21Speaker 1: on social media, which we fully expects going to happen.
- 9:25Speaker 1: First off, you can send a text message on your
- 9:27Speaker 1: cell phone like a normal text message to the number
- 9:30Speaker 1: five five four three three, okay, and text the word
- 9:35Speaker 1: Ben to five five four three three, and you will be.
- 9:40Speaker 1: That's our last resort for us to be able to
- 9:42Speaker 1: get in touch with you. So again, text the word
- 9:45Speaker 1: Ben to five five four three three and we can
- 9:48Speaker 1: get in touch with you that way. Second thing, you
- 9:51Speaker 1: can get our emails. And I have a feeling that
- 9:54Speaker 1: you won't be able to find us on social media
- 9:56Speaker 1: pretty soon based on what we're seeing, So you can
- 9:59Speaker 1: get emails by signing up right now for amact, the
- 10:02Speaker 1: number one conservative organization in the country, by going to
- 10:08Speaker 1: ben free online dot com that's been free online dot com.
- 10:14Speaker 1: All you gotta do is gonna Ben free online dot
- 10:16Speaker 1: com right now and you can join AMAC for free.
- 10:19Speaker 1: You'll get the AMAC magazine for free, and you'll get
- 10:21Speaker 1: our emails so that we can keep in touch with
- 10:24Speaker 1: you that way. So make sure you join AMAC for
- 10:26Speaker 1: free right now and get our emails been free online
- 10:29Speaker 1: dot com that's been free online dot com or just
- 10:31Speaker 1: text as well as a last resort on your cell phone,
- 10:36Speaker 1: text to the number five five four three three the
- 10:39Speaker 1: word Ben. Not only did Joe Biden decide it was
- 10:43Speaker 1: a good idea to allow communist Chinese government to be
- 10:48Speaker 1: involved in our power grid, but we have a one
- 10:53Speaker 1: point six billion dollars in gross wages lost already under
- 11:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden. And just today we sold eight Chinese bombers,
- 11:07Speaker 1: four fighters and one sub hunter. These just breached Taiwan's
- 11:15Speaker 1: air defense identification zone crossing the Taiwan Strait. I want
- 11:21Speaker 1: you to think about this. Chinese bombers. Eight Chinese bombers,
- 11:26Speaker 1: four fighters and one sub hunter just breached Taiwan's air
- 11:30Speaker 1: defense identification zone, crossing the tairon straight. All of this
- 11:34Speaker 1: was done in our response is nothing. In fact, we
- 11:37Speaker 1: know why Joe Biden didn't do anything when that happened,
- 11:40Speaker 1: because his son, the crackhead, told him, don't take the bait. Dad.
- 11:45Speaker 1: They're testing us and they were seeing what they can
- 11:47Speaker 1: get away with, and we didn't respond at all. I
- 11:53Speaker 1: think it's fair to say that literally everything that they
- 11:56Speaker 1: have done in the first week, less than a week,
- 11:59Speaker 1: has not benefited Americans. It's benefited other countries. Paris Climate
- 12:04Speaker 1: accord helps other countries. Shutting down a keystone pipeline helps dictators,
- 12:10Speaker 1: helps communists, help socialists, helps Venezuela, helps Iran, helps Russia.
- 12:20Speaker 1: They're not benefiting America with these decisions. They're hurting Americans.
- 12:24Speaker 1: But hey, at least Joe Biden hadn't tweeted out any
- 12:27Speaker 1: mean words or mean tweets, right, and we also got
- 12:30Speaker 1: that first female vice president. But the party doesn't recognize
- 12:33Speaker 1: gender anymore, so I guess they've they've even wiped that out.
- 12:36Speaker 1: For you feminists out there, you can't even you can't
- 12:39Speaker 1: even you know, get excited about that anymore, not even
- 12:44Speaker 1: not even allowed to get excited about that anymore, because
- 12:47Speaker 1: you can't recognize gender anymore. Just know that no more gender, folks.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Gender is gone. You're not allowed to have gender, You're
- 12:58Speaker 1: not allowed to do anything with gender. There is one
- 13:02Speaker 1: other side story that happened. It's going to be very very,
- 13:05Speaker 1: very very interesting. I mean, it is going to be
- 13:09Speaker 1: extremely interesting to see what happens with Sarah Huckaby Sanders
- 13:14Speaker 1: campaign in Arkansas that she just announced this is going
- 13:18Speaker 1: to be the first test for voters, and really, I
- 13:22Speaker 1: think you could argue the first test for Joe Biden
- 13:27Speaker 1: and Donald Trump and his staying power. Sarah Huckaby Sanders,
- 13:31Speaker 1: there's no way that she is going to be able
- 13:34Speaker 1: to separate herself from Donald Trump. Without Donald Trump, she
- 13:38Speaker 1: would not have this shot at becoming the governor of Arkansas. Yes,
- 13:42Speaker 1: her father is the former governor of Arkansas, but still
- 13:48Speaker 1: Sarah Huckaby Sanders on her own, without being the White
- 13:51Speaker 1: House Press Secretary, without being connected to Donald Trump, would
- 13:55Speaker 1: not have the opportunity that she has now. And it's
- 13:58Speaker 1: going to be very interesting. It's gonna be extremely interesting
- 14:01Speaker 1: to see what happens. It's gonna be extremely interesting to
- 14:05Speaker 1: see in this mid term governor's race. What is going
- 14:10Speaker 1: to happen, because I promise you Donald Trump is going
- 14:12Speaker 1: to campaign for Sarah Huckaby Sanders. Now, Sarah Huckaby Sanders
- 14:16Speaker 1: has come out and announced and she's not afraid by
- 14:20Speaker 1: the way of her connection to Donald Trump, which there's
- 14:22Speaker 1: a lot of Republicans right now that should understand that
- 14:25Speaker 1: Donald Trump had seventy five million people vote for him,
- 14:28Speaker 1: and you shouldn't be embarrassed by him. And Sarah Huckaby
- 14:31Speaker 1: Sanders is going to be the test case. She's a
- 14:33Speaker 1: thirty eight year old Arkansas native former daughter the Arkansas governor.
- 14:38Speaker 1: She managed her father's unsuccessful president to run in two
- 14:41Speaker 1: sixteen before joining Trump campaign as a senior communications adviser.
- 14:47Speaker 1: She then served as a spokeswoman during Trump's first presidential
- 14:50Speaker 1: campaign and then became the White House Press secretary. I
- 14:55Speaker 1: want you to hear her announcement part of it that
- 14:57Speaker 1: she did as she releases videos saying I'm all in.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I'm in in Arkansas in the pitch black of night,
- 15:07Speaker 1: with no lights on the plane or runway, Air Force
- 15:10Speaker 1: one touchdown and war torn Iraq nearby. Hundreds of troops
- 15:14Speaker 1: had gathered at a remote military base in the desert
- 15:17Speaker 1: to celebrate Christmas. They expected to be joined by senior
- 15:21Speaker 1: military leadership, but instead got their commander in chief. The
- 15:26Speaker 1: room erupted. A young soldier yelled from the back of
- 15:30Speaker 1: the room, mister President, I re enlisted in the army
- 15:33Speaker 1: because of you, and the President replied and son, I'm
- 15:37Speaker 1: here because of you. That soldier then came over to
- 15:40Speaker 1: me and said, thank you, Sarah. I love the way
- 15:43Speaker 1: you handle yourself. Hugh, I have a tough job. I
- 15:46Speaker 1: politely corrected him and told him thanks, but I take questions,
- 15:51Speaker 1: you take bombs and bullets. That's a tough job. The
- 15:55Speaker 1: soldier silently reached up and tore the brave rifle's patch
- 15:59Speaker 1: from his arm and handed it to me and said,
- 16:02Speaker 1: we're in this together. Overwhelmed with emotion and speechless. I
- 16:07Speaker 1: just hugged him with tears in my eyes and a
- 16:09Speaker 1: grateful heart for our heroes who keep us free. America
- 16:14Speaker 1: is great because we are free, but today our freedom
- 16:19Speaker 1: and the rule of law are under attack. I was
- 16:24Speaker 1: the first White House Press Secretary to require Secret Service
- 16:28Speaker 1: protection because of a credible violent threat against me. We've
- 16:33Speaker 1: seen violence in our streets, at a congressional baseball practice,
- 16:38Speaker 1: and at our capital. This is not who we are
- 16:41Speaker 1: as Americans. To remain free, we must have law and
- 16:45Speaker 1: order and resolve our differences peacefully. The radical left solution
- 16:51Speaker 1: is to impose government control and censorship from the top down.
- 16:55Speaker 1: But their socialism and cancel culture will not heal America.
- 17:00Speaker 1: It will only further divide and destroy us. Everything we
- 17:05Speaker 1: love about America is at stake, and with the radical
- 17:09Speaker 1: left now in control of Washington, your governor is your
- 17:13Speaker 1: last line of defense. In fact, your governor must be
- 17:17Speaker 1: on the front line. So today I announced my candidacy
- 17:21Speaker 1: for governor of Arkansas and ask for your prayers and
- 17:25Speaker 1: your support. Sarah Huckabe Sanders is absolutely right. Your last
- 17:30Speaker 1: line of defense on freedom and democracy is going to
- 17:33Speaker 1: be your governor. What she had to say about where
- 17:36Speaker 1: we are as a country is also accurate. But you
- 17:38Speaker 1: notice she did not shy away from her connection to
- 17:41Speaker 1: Donald Trump, and she shouldn't. She should not shy away.
- 17:50Speaker 1: She did not shy away. She said, Yeah, I'm a conservative,
- 17:59Speaker 1: I'm a Trump supporter. I stand up for conservative values.
- 18:08Speaker 1: It's going to be very interesting to see how the
- 18:11Speaker 1: left goes after her, because they are get ready, it's coming.
- 18:17Speaker 1: They are going to come after her in a big way.
- 18:21Speaker 1: If you've got a cell phone, I've got something you're
- 18:23Speaker 1: gonna love, saving a ton of money on your bill
- 18:25Speaker 1: every month and also supporting your First and Second Amendment
- 18:29Speaker 1: rights at the same time. Did you know the AT
- 18:31Speaker 1: and T and Verizon combined have given hundreds of millions
- 18:34Speaker 1: of dollars to Democratic candidates and planned parenthood. Well, if
- 18:38Speaker 1: you're with Big Mobile, you need to switch to the
- 18:40Speaker 1: conservative company Patriot Mobile. They have nationwide coverage starting at
- 18:45Speaker 1: only twenty five dollars a month. They call it. They're
- 18:47Speaker 1: free of a speech package, unlimited talk in text just
- 18:50Speaker 1: twenty five dollars a line. They have unlimited talk and
- 18:52Speaker 1: text and data for just fifty five dollars a month.
- 18:55Speaker 1: So make the switch. To Patriot Mobile, and five percent
- 18:58Speaker 1: of your bill every month goes to support conservative causes
- 19:01Speaker 1: that you choose to support. Call them nine seven to
- 19:05Speaker 1: Patriot that's one nine seven two Patriot or online at
- 19:09Speaker 1: patriotmobile dot com slash Ben. Call them use my name
- 19:13Speaker 1: Ben you'll get free activation as well. One nine seven
- 19:17Speaker 1: two Patriot or patriotmobile dot com slash Ben. I want
- 19:20Speaker 1: to look at the overall theme of the first really
- 19:23Speaker 1: week of Joe Biden's presidency. I would argue that nothing
- 19:29Speaker 1: that Joe Biden has done since his inauguration speech demonstrates
- 19:33Speaker 1: any form of unity or conformity for Americans. That's what
- 19:41Speaker 1: he claimed he was going to do. Mark Levin was
- 19:48Speaker 1: talking about Joe Biden over his executive action he's taken
- 19:51Speaker 1: the first week in office, talking about how significant it
- 19:54Speaker 1: is that he has done everything the opposite of what
- 19:59Speaker 1: he claimed he was going to do. He's not trying
- 20:02Speaker 1: to bring us together. He's literally destroying this country and
- 20:05Speaker 1: dividing us more than ever to gain power from the division.
- 20:09Speaker 1: That's what he's doing. This is all about division. This
- 20:16Speaker 1: is not about unity, this is not about bringing us together.
- 20:21Speaker 1: It's none of those things. And he knows it. By
- 20:25Speaker 1: the way, that's why he's doing it. He understands that
- 20:30Speaker 1: this is about division. He understands that this is how
- 20:35Speaker 1: he gains control. Why do you think he's doing all
- 20:38Speaker 1: these executive orders that hurt American citizens, liberty and levine.
- 20:41Speaker 1: We have a great guest for the full hour, New Gingrich,
- 20:44Speaker 1: who will help analyze what's taking place in our country.
- 20:48Speaker 1: But before I go to the former speaker, I wanted
- 20:51Speaker 1: to have a few comments with you myself. Joe Biden
- 20:55Speaker 1: made much of the word unity. Nothing that Joe Biden
- 20:58Speaker 1: has done since as an aug ration speech demonstrates any
- 21:01Speaker 1: form of univerity. It's conformity, conformity. He's there proudly signing
- 21:08Speaker 1: one executive order after another. These executive orders do what
- 21:13Speaker 1: taxpayer paid for, abortion on demand, even one minute before birth.
- 21:19Speaker 1: The Paris Climate Accords, which ought to be a treaty
- 21:22Speaker 1: which ties our hands, plus his war on American energy.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Who benefits from that communist China of course, so that
- 21:30Speaker 1: does more damage to us than the communist Chinese could
- 21:33Speaker 1: ever hope to do. Open borders, the Iran Deal, the
- 21:37Speaker 1: World Health Organization that is controlled by the communist Chinese,
- 21:41Speaker 1: and that lied to US and caused us grave damage
- 21:44Speaker 1: at the beginning of this virus. He's destroyed women's sports
- 21:48Speaker 1: because now boys who are genetically still boys get to
- 21:52Speaker 1: participate women's sports, and so that will affect the girls
- 21:56Speaker 1: for a very very long time in our high schools
- 21:58Speaker 1: and colleges and universe. What else COVID nineteen. He comes
- 22:02Speaker 1: up with a one point nine trillion dollar package that
- 22:05Speaker 1: has almost nothing to do with COVID nineteen. Massive payoffs
- 22:08Speaker 1: to the teachers unions, to Blue state mayors, to Blue
- 22:11Speaker 1: state governors to help them pay down the debt that
- 22:14Speaker 1: they acquired long before the virus. And he has a
- 22:17Speaker 1: no real vaccine distribution plan. He says, I want a
- 22:20Speaker 1: hundred million vaccines given in one hundred days. Well, guess
- 22:25Speaker 1: what he took office, We were doing about one million
- 22:28Speaker 1: vaccines each day, which means a hundred million in one
- 22:33Speaker 1: hundred days. His only plan in that regards to trash Trump,
- 22:37Speaker 1: to dumb down all those achievements and to make some
- 22:39Speaker 1: absurd claim that he's done some great job. There's been
- 22:43Speaker 1: no unity. In fact, we have a situation now and
- 22:46Speaker 1: I think we're in a constitutional crisis where we have
- 22:49Speaker 1: the Democrats with the slimmest of majorities in the House
- 22:53Speaker 1: and no majority in the Senate but for the Senator
- 22:56Speaker 1: pro tem, who is the Vice President of the United States, Kamala.
- 23:01Speaker 1: They're chasing down a private citizen, the President of the
- 23:04Speaker 1: United States, after he's left office. Now, impeachment is intended
- 23:09Speaker 1: to have a trial first in the House, where you
- 23:13Speaker 1: have investigations, due process, witnesses, depositions, counterwitnesses, and so forth.
- 23:19Speaker 1: None of that two hour debate. One hour for Democrats,
- 23:22Speaker 1: one hour for Republicans. Here's the report. This is the
- 23:26Speaker 1: most pathetic report you will ever read. It's seventy six pages,
- 23:31Speaker 1: fifty of which are actual writings. The less twenty six
- 23:34Speaker 1: pages is an appendix. And when you read it, there's
- 23:37Speaker 1: absolutely no evidence whatsoever, in any form or way that
- 23:41Speaker 1: the President United States incited an insurrection. I'll think about
- 23:45Speaker 1: that a second. If the President of the United States,
- 23:48Speaker 1: the commander in chief of the armed forces of the
- 23:50Speaker 1: United States, wanted to commit an act of insurrection against Congress,
- 23:54Speaker 1: do you think he'd sent in one hundred or two
- 23:56Speaker 1: hundred nut jobs, head cases, military types from around the
- 24:00Speaker 1: country into the Capitol building. Is that? Is that how
- 24:03Speaker 1: you unleash an insurrection. It's absurd. And when you read
- 24:07Speaker 1: what the President said that day, nothing he said compares
- 24:10Speaker 1: to what Kamala Harris said on the Stephen Colbert Show.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Nothing he said compares to what dozens of House members
- 24:17Speaker 1: and senators have said in order to incite and inflame
- 24:20Speaker 1: their base, including Nancy Pelosi calling federal law enforcements stormtroopers,
- 24:25Speaker 1: James Clyburn calling them stormtroopers, and so forth. Nothing. And
- 24:30Speaker 1: notice they didn't say a word when there was an
- 24:32Speaker 1: insurrection against the White House and the President United States
- 24:35Speaker 1: had to be taken to the bunker and his family.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Notice they didn't say a word. With one hundred day
- 24:40Speaker 1: insurrection against a federal courthouse, preventing federal judges, federal grand juries,
- 24:45Speaker 1: federal juries from conducting business. Those are Article three activities.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So Article two's under attack the White House, they say
- 24:52Speaker 1: and do nothing. Article three's under attack the courts, they
- 24:55Speaker 1: say and do nothing. We had twenty five to twenty
- 24:59Speaker 1: seven thousand National guardsman in Washington, DC, and Ken Cuccinelli,
- 25:04Speaker 1: the former acting Deputy administrator at the Department of Homeland Security,
- 25:09Speaker 1: said Nancy Pelosi wanted crew manned machine guns there. You
- 25:15Speaker 1: know what Crewman. Machine guns are the big ones like this,
- 25:18Speaker 1: where you do that on the crowd, of which there
- 25:22Speaker 1: was almost no crowd. That is indiscriminate. When you're shooting
- 25:26Speaker 1: machine gun like that, that's indiscriminate. That's what's gone through
- 25:29Speaker 1: her head. And of course there was no headline about
- 25:31Speaker 1: that when Cucinelli made the point. So now they want
- 25:34Speaker 1: to have a trial of the president of the United States.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Now they're just deciding one the former president. The framers
- 25:41Speaker 1: must be turning in their graves. The purpose of impeachment
- 25:45Speaker 1: is to have a real process whereby you determine if
- 25:48Speaker 1: a certain public official, in this case a president, should
- 25:51Speaker 1: be charged in then a trial in the Senate, whether
- 25:54Speaker 1: he should be removed from office. I have seen some people,
- 25:57Speaker 1: including phony constitutional scholars, say, well, wait a minute, they
- 26:01Speaker 1: want to have this trial in order to prevent him
- 26:03Speaker 1: from ever serving again. It doesn't work that way. That's
- 26:05Speaker 1: not what the constitution says. You have to remove the
- 26:09Speaker 1: person first and then make a determination of whether or
- 26:13Speaker 1: not they can serve ever again. You don't do it backwards.
- 26:17Speaker 1: He's gone, and now you're going to have a trial
- 26:19Speaker 1: of a private citizen. So it's not a criminal trial.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Not a civil trial. It's a political trial of sorts
- 26:26Speaker 1: of a private citizen who's left office. So you can
- 26:29Speaker 1: prevent that citizen with a scarlet letter put on as
- 26:32Speaker 1: far ahead from ever running for president again. Well, guess
- 26:34Speaker 1: what even if they accomplish that, and they won't, they
- 26:38Speaker 1: won't get the votes in the Senate. Even if they
- 26:40Speaker 1: accomplish that, he can still run for president of the
- 26:43Speaker 1: United States because the Senate doesn't get to decide by
- 26:46Speaker 1: itself what the Constitution says and does it say. The
- 26:50Speaker 1: point that Levin is making here is that these Democrats
- 26:54Speaker 1: are not doing anything to actually govern, They're not doing
- 26:57Speaker 1: anything to bring the country together, not doing anything to
- 26:59Speaker 1: actually help the American people. They're on a witch hunt
- 27:02Speaker 1: to destroy in silence Donald Trump in a ridiculous impeachment hearing,
- 27:08Speaker 1: instead of helping the American people. And he's absolutely right.
- 27:16Speaker 1: So keep it up them, seriously, keep it up. See
- 27:20Speaker 1: how this ends for you. Keep it up, you guys,
- 27:24Speaker 1: keep obsessing over this kind of crap, and let's see
- 27:26Speaker 1: how this actually ends, because it's not going to end
- 27:30Speaker 1: well for the Democrats. That I can promise you, and
- 27:34Speaker 1: I'll leave it at that.
