- 0:00Speaker 1: The White House wants you to believe now that they
- 0:02Speaker 1: are on offense and Hunter Biden is on offense, as
- 0:05Speaker 1: they're sending letters now to people like Rudy Giuliani, Tony
- 0:10Speaker 1: Bobo Lenski. They are sending these frivolous letters saying you
- 0:14Speaker 1: better preserve the laptop from Hell records because we may
- 0:19Speaker 1: sue you. Yeah, Hunter Biden and his high power and
- 0:24Speaker 1: expensive legal team are sending out these letters to Rudy Giuliani,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Tony Bobolensky and twelve others threatening litigation and a litigation
- 0:34Speaker 1: hold letter to quote, preserve the laptop from Hell records,
- 0:38Speaker 1: a move seen by many as nothing but a public
- 0:41Speaker 1: relations tactic. I would say pr stunt because of the
- 0:47Speaker 1: troubling narrative for the Biden family. Now, I'm gonna get
- 0:49Speaker 1: back to that in a moment, because what they're really
- 0:52Speaker 1: concerned about is what's happening now in Congress. In fact,
- 0:56Speaker 1: we now know that Jim Jordan has subpoena the Department
- 1:00Speaker 1: of Justice for documents on the school board issue. Now
- 1:07Speaker 1: you may be asking yourself, why does the school board
- 1:10Speaker 1: issue matter? Great question. It shows that the House Judiciary
- 1:14Speaker 1: Committee is ramping up their effort to obtain documents that
- 1:18Speaker 1: deal with a lot of things that were being done
- 1:21Speaker 1: to DOJ, which could easily include the Hunter Biden cover
- 1:25Speaker 1: up and the Hunter Biden scandal in general. That's also
- 1:29Speaker 1: why they're going after these documents. And I'm going to
- 1:32Speaker 1: come back to that in a moment, because that's going
- 1:34Speaker 1: to be an important part of this conversation. This school
- 1:38Speaker 1: board document thing is just a precursor, I think, for
- 1:42Speaker 1: what's coming. And now we're seeing how the DOJ is
- 1:46Speaker 1: responding to these record requests. The DOJ has immediately come
- 1:51Speaker 1: out and rejected now quote some of the House GOP's
- 1:56Speaker 1: requests on Biden documents, and they're trying to set a
- 2:00Speaker 1: president here. Okay, you're gonna say you're not gonna give
- 2:03Speaker 1: us the Biden documents. Fine, We're also going to ask
- 2:05Speaker 1: you for the school board documents right where you labeled
- 2:08Speaker 1: parents as domestic terrorists. We want to see those documents.
- 2:11Speaker 1: And if they give those documents, then there is precedent
- 2:15Speaker 1: for these other documents. I think with Hunter Biden, there
- 2:18Speaker 1: is certainly a significant connection between the two. They're picking
- 2:22Speaker 1: and choosing what they do and don't want to show us,
- 2:25Speaker 1: depending on how damning it is to the President of
- 2:28Speaker 1: the United States of America. Now, the Justice Department has
- 2:32Speaker 1: fought back this week, Merrick Garland, the DOJ has now
- 2:35Speaker 1: informed the House Judiciary Committee on Monday that it could
- 2:39Speaker 1: not quote fulfill all of their requests relating to the
- 2:43Speaker 1: investigation into President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents, citing
- 2:48Speaker 1: the Department's longstanding policy quote about ongoing matters. The Department
- 2:53Speaker 1: told the Judiciary chairman, Jim Jordan and represented Mike Johnson,
- 2:57Speaker 1: a Republican from Louisiana, that it would instead, per its
- 3:01Speaker 1: sided policy maintain the confidentiality of the open investigation that
- 3:06Speaker 1: according to the letter written by the Assistant Attorney General
- 3:09Speaker 1: for the Office of Legislative Affairs and obtained by bright
- 3:13Speaker 1: Bart News, the DOJ's letter comes in response to Jordan
- 3:18Speaker 1: and Johnson requesting on January the thirteenth, various documents and
- 3:24Speaker 1: communications from the Department relating to the documents with classified
- 3:30Speaker 1: markings that have been found at the Penn Biden Center
- 3:33Speaker 1: and Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware. These documents, we know
- 3:37Speaker 1: now have dated back to Biden's time not only is
- 3:39Speaker 1: the Vice president, but also when he was a senator quote.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's unclear when the Department first came to learn about
- 3:45Speaker 1: the existence of these documents and whether it actively concealed
- 3:50Speaker 1: this information from the public. On the eve of the
- 3:53Speaker 1: twenty twenty elections, Jordan and Johnson wrote, the DOJ's actions
- 3:58Speaker 1: with Biden also appear quote to depart from how it
- 4:02Speaker 1: acted in similar circumstances involving Donald Trump and Trump's handling
- 4:06Speaker 1: of classified documents. The congressman then added, as you know,
- 4:10Speaker 1: the DOJ has assigned special counsel to both cases, though
- 4:15Speaker 1: they haven't notable differences. Trump's back and forth with the government,
- 4:18Speaker 1: for instance, went on for well over a year. The
- 4:21Speaker 1: DOJ also ultimately executed a warrant to search Trump's mar
- 4:24Speaker 1: Lago residence and later release a now viral picture implying
- 4:29Speaker 1: that documents were just sprawled all over the floor at
- 4:32Speaker 1: mar Lago, moves that Republicans contended were just absurd, and
- 4:37Speaker 1: they were because they weren't stored that way. The DOJ
- 4:40Speaker 1: also had no problem leaking information then about Donald Trump
- 4:45Speaker 1: and the raid. Now they're saying, we can't give you
- 4:48Speaker 1: documents because it's an ongoing investigation, and therefore that's why
- 4:52Speaker 1: we shouldn't. Now, before I get into more of that,

- 6:16Speaker 1: slash Ben. So let's connect these stories now to what's
- 6:21Speaker 1: happening in Congress at these hearings. Over the Twitter files,
- 6:25Speaker 1: Jim Baker, former ABI, a guy who then went over
- 6:29Speaker 1: to Twitter, cannot answer if he talked with the FBI
- 6:34Speaker 1: about the Hunter Biden laptop. Now he knows how to
- 6:37Speaker 1: answer this. Okay, he knows, and this is very clear,
- 6:40Speaker 1: like he understands how to answer this. Listen carefully, well,
- 6:45Speaker 1: yield to the gentleman from I think that I think.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I think ye, mister Baker, you said you didn't talk
- 6:49Speaker 1: with the FBI that day. Did you talk to the
- 6:51Speaker 1: FBI about the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to then
- 6:53Speaker 1: or after that day? Um, I'm trying to make sure
- 6:59Speaker 1: I can answer this question consistent with the restrictions that
- 7:01Speaker 1: I talked about in my open simple question, you talked
- 7:03Speaker 1: the FBI about the Hunter Biden's story, I do, to
- 7:06Speaker 1: the best of my recollection, I did not talk to
- 7:09Speaker 1: the FBI about the Hunter Biden story before that day.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Just talk to him after it. He said, you don't
- 7:16Speaker 1: recouse is real? Your response is real. Specific to the chairman,
- 7:18Speaker 1: you said, I did not talk to the FBI about
- 7:20Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story that day. I assume that
- 7:22Speaker 1: day is October fourteenth. I want to know if you
- 7:24Speaker 1: talk to him on the thirteenth or before, or if
- 7:25Speaker 1: you talked to him on the fifteenth then after. I
- 7:28Speaker 1: don't recall speaking to the FBI. Sitting here today, I
- 7:32Speaker 1: don't recall speaking to the FBI at all about the
- 7:34Speaker 1: Hunter Biden matter. Well, then why do you answer, why
- 7:36Speaker 1: did you answer it the way you did? A bigger partner?
- 7:39Speaker 1: I ve back to again. They're busting them in these lies.
- 7:44Speaker 1: You can hear right there, James Comer making it clear. Okay,
- 7:48Speaker 1: we're getting somewhere now. We understand now what's happening with
- 7:50Speaker 1: you guys. We understand with Baker here, with James Baker here,
- 7:55Speaker 1: that he's probably lying to the American people in these responses,
- 7:59Speaker 1: and they're setting this up right now. AOC, by the way,
- 8:03Speaker 1: coming out calling Twitter censorship of the Hunter Biden story.
- 8:06Speaker 1: A twenty four hour hiccup. That's all it was. It
- 8:10Speaker 1: was just a simple hiccup. It was not that big
- 8:13Speaker 1: of a deal. It didn't change the election. Listen carefully.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So they've dragged a social media platform here in Congress.
- 8:20Speaker 1: They're weaponizing the use of this committee so that they
- 8:23Speaker 1: can do it again, a whole hearing about twenty four
- 8:27Speaker 1: hour hiccup in a right wing political operation. That is
- 8:30Speaker 1: why we are here right now, and it is it's
- 8:33Speaker 1: just an abuse of public resources and abuse of public time.
- 8:37Speaker 1: We could be talking about healthcare. We could be talking
- 8:39Speaker 1: about bringing down the cost of prescription drugs. We could
- 8:42Speaker 1: be talking about abortion rights, civil rights, voting rights. But
- 8:45Speaker 1: instead we're talking about hardinter Biden's half fake laptop story.
- 8:49Speaker 1: I mean, this is an embarrassment. I love that's half
- 8:52Speaker 1: fake laptop story. Let me remind you the Democrats knew
- 8:56Speaker 1: that they were impeaching Donald Trump for four years when
- 9:00Speaker 1: they were investigating Russian collision, that they had actually created
- 9:02Speaker 1: the story. The Democrat Naptional Committee paid for that story
- 9:05Speaker 1: with Hillary Clinton and Hillary Clinton's campaign, and they knew
- 9:07Speaker 1: it was a lie the entire time. So the Deep
- 9:09Speaker 1: States of the FBI, and they actually had tried to
- 9:11Speaker 1: overthrow the will of the people in a coup attempt
- 9:15Speaker 1: against Donald Trump. And now AOC says this story is
- 9:19Speaker 1: a half fake story. Senator Holly On AOC saying the
- 9:25Speaker 1: Hunter Biden top story is half fake. Here's how he
- 9:28Speaker 1: put it. Pretty big story, and the people of this
- 9:30Speaker 1: country deserve to know exactly the facts. Yeah, it's not
- 9:33Speaker 1: a big story. It's just a hiccup and the laptops.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Half fake, Senator, according to AOC, you know, here's the
- 9:40Speaker 1: thing that strikes me about that. I thought maybe she
- 9:42Speaker 1: was auditioning to be the nixt chair of Joe Biden's
- 9:45Speaker 1: disinformation for It's either that or she's been living in
- 9:48Speaker 1: a cave for the last year. I mean, nobody says
- 9:51Speaker 1: that it's disinformation anymore. I mean even the most ballfaced
- 9:54Speaker 1: liars like the Washington Post and the rest of the
- 9:57Speaker 1: media now admit that actually, no, it's one hundred perc real.
- 10:00Speaker 1: As you pointed out, Hunter says it's actually his laptops.
- 10:04Speaker 1: So listen, AOC and the rest of the Democrat Party,
- 10:07Speaker 1: they love big tech censorship, Jesse. They love it, and
- 10:10Speaker 1: they are willing to lie about it and to lie
- 10:13Speaker 1: about the facts in order to keep the big tech
- 10:15Speaker 1: censorship regime in place. That's what today was all about them.
- 10:19Speaker 1: It's very clear that's what it was all about. And
- 10:21Speaker 1: the reason why they're so afraid right now. I think
- 10:24Speaker 1: from the standpoint of what you heard from AOC is
- 10:26Speaker 1: they understand that this is the difference between them winning
- 10:29Speaker 1: and losing elections. They understand it. They wouldn't have won
- 10:34Speaker 1: the election. I think they believe that, as as do I.
- 10:38Speaker 1: They Donald Trump would be the president ninetis America if
- 10:41Speaker 1: this laptop story would have actually been handled by the
- 10:45Speaker 1: press the appropriate way. And they're terrified now that they've
- 10:49Speaker 1: lost Twitter, and they're terrified that they're going to lose
- 10:51Speaker 1: other social media platforms that they can just call up
- 10:54Speaker 1: and say, silence the story, send to this story, bury
- 10:57Speaker 1: this story, shut down these accounts, shut down these people.
- 11:00Speaker 1: We talked about that yesterday where they took actual congressmen
- 11:06Speaker 1: and congresswomen and silenced them and shut down their accounts
- 11:09Speaker 1: on social media because people at the White House and
- 11:12Speaker 1: in the Democratic Party just said, yeah, it silence that one.
- 11:15Speaker 1: This one's becoming problematic. They silenced the second largest newspaper
- 11:20Speaker 1: in America, the New York Post, one of the oldest
- 11:24Speaker 1: because the story was just too damning to Joe Biden
- 11:27Speaker 1: becoming the president. The way that this story with Hunter
- 11:31Speaker 1: Biden should have been covered, and that is just by
- 11:34Speaker 1: telling you the truth of what's happening, is the way
- 11:36Speaker 1: that it was covered actually by Brett Barret Fox News
- 11:39Speaker 1: last night. This Hunter Biden hearing begins with an eye
- 11:44Speaker 1: on the interaction between Twitter and the federal government and
- 11:47Speaker 1: collusion and silencing and censoring of people. That is not
- 11:51Speaker 1: the job of the United States government. The media. By
- 11:54Speaker 1: the way, last night, no one covered this on ABCNBC
- 11:57Speaker 1: or CBS. CNN did not cover this, MSNBC did not
- 12:00Speaker 1: cover this. There is only conservative media that's covering this
- 12:03Speaker 1: and the story if you're doing it in an unbiased way,
- 12:07Speaker 1: just telling people what actually happened would sound like what
- 12:10Speaker 1: Brett Bair did last night. First breaking to Night. House
- 12:13Speaker 1: Republicans are taking a microsop scope to the Hunter Biden scandal.
- 12:17Speaker 1: The Oversight Committee grilling former Twitter executives today about their
- 12:22Speaker 1: censorship of the story in The New York Post, which
- 12:25Speaker 1: many in the GOP contended could have directly affected the
- 12:29Speaker 1: twenty twenty election. The most pointed questions, though aimed at
- 12:32Speaker 1: the US government influence into the censorship decisions. Correspondent David
- 12:37Speaker 1: spot reports to Night from the Justice Department, even David Brett,
- 12:41Speaker 1: Good evening to you, a fiery hearing lasting the majority
- 12:45Speaker 1: of the day. Democrats argue there's nothing there, but Republicans
- 12:48Speaker 1: believe something more sinister went on over the past few
- 12:51Speaker 1: years involving Twitter and the FBI, and this was the
- 12:55Speaker 1: chance for Republicans to make the case to the public.
- 12:59Speaker 1: We don't know the FBI ends and Twitter b Yin's
- 13:03Speaker 1: emotions running high. We're talking about hardenter Biden's half fake
- 13:07Speaker 1: laptop story. I mean, this is an embarrassment front and
- 13:11Speaker 1: center this New York postcover from October twenty twenty weeks
- 13:15Speaker 1: before the election. We return not to focus on advancing
- 13:19Speaker 1: this robust agenda of progress, but instead to take up
- 13:23Speaker 1: an authentically trivial pursuit, all based on the obsessive victimology
- 13:28Speaker 1: of right wing politics in America. Former Twitter executives in
- 13:31Speaker 1: the hot seat to answer allegations about suppressing that report.
- 13:36Speaker 1: In hindsight, Twitter should have reinstated the Post account immediately.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I'll be the first to admit that we didn't always
- 13:42Speaker 1: get it right, also testifying James Baker, the former Twitter
- 13:46Speaker 1: Deputy General counsel. Before that he was the top lawyer
- 13:50Speaker 1: at the FBI when the agency launched Crossfire Hurricane, the
- 13:54Speaker 1: investigation into potential ties between Donald Trump and Russia. I
- 13:58Speaker 1: did not act on law fully or otherwise inappropriately in
- 14:02Speaker 1: any manner with respect to Hunter Biden's laptop. Republicans say
- 14:05Speaker 1: the relationship between Twitter and the FBI was far too cozy.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Both agencies met quarterly. I think you guys got played
- 14:13Speaker 1: by the FBI. Five days after, you guys take down
- 14:16Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden's story and block the New York Post account.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Five days later, fifty one former Intel officials send a letter,
- 14:22Speaker 1: and they say the Hunter Biden's story has all the
- 14:24Speaker 1: classic earmarks of a Russian information operation. Since the twenty
- 14:27Speaker 1: twenty letter, virtual silence from those former intelligence officials, we
- 14:32Speaker 1: all know now this was not Russian disinformation. It wasn't disinformation.
- 14:40Speaker 1: The White House in a statement to Fox News, writing,
- 14:43Speaker 1: this is not what the American people want their leaders
- 14:46Speaker 1: to work on. One witness alleged conservatives influenced Twitter. A
- 14:50Speaker 1: company whistleblower claimed Twitter changed its policy to allow then
- 14:55Speaker 1: President Trump's tweet arguing for Democratic congresswomen should go back
- 14:59Speaker 1: to the crime infested places from which they came brought.
- 15:04Speaker 1: The FBI out with a brand new statement within the hour,
- 15:07Speaker 1: reacting to this hearing two Fox News. I want to
- 15:09Speaker 1: read part of it, denying any type of inappropriate relationship
- 15:13Speaker 1: between the Bureau and Twitter. It reads, in part, the
- 15:16Speaker 1: FBI does not instruct or direct any social media company
- 15:19Speaker 1: to center an account or remove information from their platform brought.
- 15:23Speaker 1: The statement goes on to read that relationships do exist
- 15:27Speaker 1: between the FBI and social media companies for the benefit
- 15:30Speaker 1: of keeping people safe. I love this right. We're just
- 15:34Speaker 1: trying to keep people safe. That's all we're doing here.
- 15:37Speaker 1: We're just trying to keep people safe. House Oversight Committee
- 15:43Speaker 1: Republicans again are making a formal request for the hunter
- 15:47Speaker 1: Biden to turnover information records related to his foreign business dealings.
- 15:52Speaker 1: That's not a witch hunt. That's important, and Republicans are
- 15:57Speaker 1: seeking these records determined if Biden, if the Biden family,
- 16:00Speaker 1: in fact, and there's all the evidence points to this
- 16:03Speaker 1: used Joe Biden's political career to sell access around the
- 16:06Speaker 1: world for decades. This is not just while he's the
- 16:08Speaker 1: president now or the Vice president. Last time he goes
- 16:11Speaker 1: back to when he was a Senator chairman. Comer also
- 16:15Speaker 1: sent requests to President Biden's brother, James Biden, and Hunter
- 16:18Speaker 1: Biden's business partner, Eric Swaren for records as Republicans are
- 16:22Speaker 1: probing weather members of the Biden family leverage Joe Biden's
- 16:25Speaker 1: position as vice president to sell access around the world.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Quote unquote quote. If President Biden is compromised by deals
- 16:33Speaker 1: with foreign adversaries and they're impacting his decision making, this
- 16:37Speaker 1: is a threat to national security. Comber said in a
- 16:40Speaker 1: statement this morning. The American people deserve transparency and accountability
- 16:44Speaker 1: about the Biden family's influence peddling. The Oversight Committee has
- 16:48Speaker 1: committed to exposing the waste, fraud, and abuse has taken
- 16:51Speaker 1: place the highest levels of our government. Hunter Biden, James Biden,
- 16:55Speaker 1: and Eric Swaren's documents, records, and communications are critical to
- 17:00Speaker 1: this investigation. I'm going to hit pause there because I
- 17:05Speaker 1: want to go back to the very beginning of the
- 17:06Speaker 1: story that I said to you about at the beginning
- 17:08Speaker 1: of SID was going to relate this back. This is
- 17:11Speaker 1: why Hunter Biden has sent Rudy Giuliani, Tony Bobolenski and
- 17:14Speaker 1: many others these desperate, frivolous and laughable letters to preserve
- 17:19Speaker 1: the laptop from Hell records. This is how concerned they
- 17:23Speaker 1: are and this is the only play they have left.
- 17:26Speaker 1: This is why Hunter Biden and his expensive legal team
- 17:30Speaker 1: sent these letters to fourteen different people that we know of,
- 17:35Speaker 1: saying you better shut up, you better be ready, We're
- 17:37Speaker 1: coming after you. Litigation letters demanded the individual's preserved potential
- 17:43Speaker 1: evidence for further lawsuits related to the alleged theft quote
- 17:47Speaker 1: a personal data that may quote information from his laptop.
- 17:50Speaker 1: NBC News is reporting among those as to preserved the
- 17:53Speaker 1: records included Roger Stone, the laptop repairman himself, John Paul
- 17:59Speaker 1: maciaac lawyer, Robert Costello x Trump aide, Garrett Ziegel, Biden
- 18:06Speaker 1: family partner and whistleblower Tony Bobolinski, as well as Giuliani,
- 18:10Speaker 1: the former mayor of New York. Each letter to the
- 18:13Speaker 1: fourteen individuals says, you have made various statements and engaged
- 18:17Speaker 1: in certain activities by your own admission or that have
- 18:20Speaker 1: been publicly reported in the media concerning our client, Robert
- 18:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Parentheses, Mister Biden, this letter parentheses. Notice constitutes
- 18:29Speaker 1: noticed that a litigation hold should be in effect for
- 18:33Speaker 1: the preservation retention of all records and documents related to
- 18:36Speaker 1: mister Biden. Hunter's legal team members told NBC News, the
- 18:40Speaker 1: present son is trying to protect his family quote unquote
- 18:43Speaker 1: from the extensive and substained attacks related to its business
- 18:46Speaker 1: dealings in foreign countries. They're even saying this these are
- 18:49Speaker 1: their words, not mine, such as they're naming the nations Ukraine,
- 18:54Speaker 1: Russia and China. Quote. We are going back to twenty
- 18:58Speaker 1: eight to ensure we capture the extent and sustained attacks
- 19:01Speaker 1: on the Biden family, the statement demands. Mike Davis, founder
- 19:06Speaker 1: and president of the Pro Trump Article three Project, said
- 19:09Speaker 1: the letter, the news of this letter is nothing but
- 19:12Speaker 1: a desperate, frivolous and laughable effort that will only hurt
- 19:16Speaker 1: the family's legal position because the lawsuit will lead to
- 19:18Speaker 1: quote discovery, a legal process by which Hunter Biden would
- 19:22Speaker 1: have to be deposed on camera. This quote is a desperate,
- 19:26Speaker 1: frivolous and laughable attempt a silent political critics a president
- 19:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden and his corrupt family. It won't work and
- 19:34Speaker 1: it will backfire legally and politically. On the Bidens. I
- 19:38Speaker 1: hope Hunter Biden is stupid enough to file a lawsuit
- 19:40Speaker 1: because of discovering, including Hunter's videotape deposition will be manna
- 19:44Speaker 1: from heaven now. The letter comes as Hunter appears to
- 19:49Speaker 1: have tried to change the public relations battle and the
- 19:52Speaker 1: White House clearly knowing that it's important. Right now, Hunter
- 19:56Speaker 1: Biden couldn't be paying more than one hundred thousand dollars
- 20:00Speaker 1: right now a month, one point two million for the
- 20:02Speaker 1: year for his legal defense. It's so expensive that Hunter
- 20:06Speaker 1: Biden may not be able to pay for all this
- 20:08Speaker 1: through you know, two or three of his art deals,
- 20:10Speaker 1: right because that's how he's making his money now. In fact,
- 20:13Speaker 1: now they're thinking maybe we should just get donors to
- 20:15Speaker 1: come in and give money for his legal defense. Fun Meanwhile,
- 20:21Speaker 1: the Biden family business scandal is starting to impact the presidency.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Instead of speaking out publicly, Joe Biden has been peppered
- 20:29Speaker 1: with questions about the families businesses. Joe Biden told PBS
- 20:33Speaker 1: News on Wednesday, the public isn't going to pay attention
- 20:37Speaker 1: quote to the nine g P probes into his families,
- 20:39Speaker 1: such as money laundering, wire fraud, and tax evasion. Is
- 20:43Speaker 1: he right no, he's wrong. A recent survey says it's
- 20:48Speaker 1: sixty one percent of voters believe it is likely that
- 20:51Speaker 1: Joe Biden was consulted about, and perhaps profited from his
- 20:56Speaker 1: son Hunter Biden's overseas business deals and at least one
- 21:00Speaker 1: involving a company in mainland China. Forty one actually say
- 21:05Speaker 1: it's very likely. That is why they're so afraid right now.
- 21:10Speaker 1: So let's go back to the school board issue real quick.
- 21:14Speaker 1: What we're learning now and the reason why the subpoena
- 21:17Speaker 1: for the school board documents and the DOJ is so important.
- 21:21Speaker 1: As we're now learning how they work to the DOJ,
- 21:25Speaker 1: the House Judiciary Committee ramping up its effort to obtain
- 21:28Speaker 1: this information and they're showing and it will show how
- 21:32Speaker 1: they approached quote concerned parents at school board meetings by
- 21:35Speaker 1: issuing a subpoena to the Attorney General Garland for numerous
- 21:38Speaker 1: documents and communications on the matter. The subpoena commands the
- 21:44Speaker 1: Attorney General Garland to provide to the committee numerous items
- 21:49Speaker 1: that the committee chairman, Jim Jordan, has repeatedly requested from
- 21:53Speaker 1: the department since the school board issue first serviced more
- 21:56Speaker 1: than a year ago. Jordan while he was the ranking
- 21:59Speaker 1: member of the committee, first contacted Garland in October of
- 22:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty one about a directive Garland had issued to
- 22:06Speaker 1: the FBI that month about a disturbing spike in harassment.
- 22:09Speaker 1: These the words of Garland, quote, a disturbing spike and harassment, intimidation,
- 22:14Speaker 1: and threats of violence against school board administrators. Was that
- 22:19Speaker 1: actually the case? No, But when parents started sending up
- 22:22Speaker 1: for their kids in schools, Ah, you can't do that.
- 22:24Speaker 1: We control your kids' lives, and you can't question us.
- 22:27Speaker 1: We'll treat you like domestic terrorists and label you as such.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Such what the government actually did. Now Merrick Garland acknowledged
- 22:34Speaker 1: during a hearing before the committee that he had sent
- 22:36Speaker 1: the directive just after the National school Board Association translation
- 22:41Speaker 1: these schools teachers Union that's extremely liberal, send a letter
- 22:47Speaker 1: to the White House, which the teachers Union later retracted,
- 22:53Speaker 1: that had asked the White House to investigate visibly outraged
- 22:57Speaker 1: parents who were attending school board meetings as possible quote
- 23:01Speaker 1: domestic terrorists quote unquote. Jordan is now accusing the DOJ
- 23:08Speaker 1: of using that letter from the teachers union as a
- 23:13Speaker 1: pretext for the use of federal law enforcement, including counter
- 23:19Speaker 1: terrorism measures against parents parents who have children in the schools,
- 23:27Speaker 1: which Jordan has argued could chill the First Amendment rights
- 23:30Speaker 1: of parents. You, the Honorable Merrick Garland, Attorney General, required
- 23:34Speaker 1: to produce the following items in your possession. The letter reads,
- 23:39Speaker 1: custody or control from January twenty, twenty twenty one to
- 23:43Speaker 1: present in unredacted form. The subpoena states as it then
- 23:49Speaker 1: lists out nine detailed items, all of which Jordan has
- 23:53Speaker 1: requested from the DOJ in the past to no avail.
- 23:57Speaker 1: The subpoena, among its lists of demands asked for quote
- 24:01Speaker 1: all documents and communications between Mary Wall, Senior Policy Advisor
- 24:07Speaker 1: to the President, and any Department of Justice employees referring
- 24:12Speaker 1: or relating to the National School Board Association's letter dated
- 24:17Speaker 1: September the twenty nine of twenty twenty one, also the
- 24:20Speaker 1: Attorney General's memorandum dated October fourth, or alleged threats or
- 24:25Speaker 1: violence at school board meetings. Now, the DOJ is showing
- 24:30Speaker 1: resistance already to Jordan's January seventeenth correspondence by telling the
- 24:35Speaker 1: chairman quote that while the Department would work to be
- 24:39Speaker 1: accommodating to the committee as it fulfills its oversight obligations. Quote,
- 24:44Speaker 1: it may not always be possible to participate or to
- 24:49Speaker 1: address all the topics the Committee wishes to raise now.
- 24:56Speaker 1: The subpoena also directs Garland to produce the required documents
- 24:59Speaker 1: the Committee on March first, at nine am. Jordan. By
- 25:04Speaker 1: the way, he said he's planning a number of high
- 25:06Speaker 1: profile investigations in this Congress, has in the past threatened
- 25:10Speaker 1: to resort to legal means to compel government agencies to
- 25:13Speaker 1: satisfy his request. This subpoena, the first to be issued
- 25:17Speaker 1: this Congress, is quote likely to be one of several
- 25:20Speaker 1: the Chairman sends out as he pursues various probes into
- 25:24Speaker 1: dj and other agencies and how they've been covering for
- 25:28Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. Many of the probes are expected
- 25:31Speaker 1: occur through the newly created Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization
- 25:34Speaker 1: of the Federal Government, which the House establishes Congress to
- 25:38Speaker 1: look at into allegations of civil liberties and violations by
- 25:42Speaker 1: the agencies. All right, let me just take a quick
- 25:45Speaker 1: pause here, and I do want to tell you about
- 25:48Speaker 1: our friends that Augusta precious medals. If you've been saving

- 26:00Speaker 1: about a company that I actually use. I have actually
- 26:03Speaker 1: worked with a Gust of Precious Metals. They are different

- 26:13Speaker 1: a gust of Precious Metal is all about protecting your
- 26:17Speaker 1: ira and your four oh one k. They're great people
- 26:20Speaker 1: a great conservative company. They're great people at a great
- 26:25Speaker 1: conservative company. They understand right now that it's crazy with
- 26:29Speaker 1: our economy and it's extremely important, especially if you're close
- 26:33Speaker 1: to retirement, to protect your assets because there's no time
- 26:36Speaker 1: to make up losses. So if you've saved a hundred
- 26:40Speaker 1: thousand dollars or more, then you should take a look

- 26:45Speaker 1: for something that I've done. It's a web conference where
- 26:48Speaker 1: you talk to a top individual about gold iras and
- 26:53Speaker 1: your four oh one k. Check them out and get

- 26:58Speaker 1: assets when you get really close to retirement. Eight seven

- 27:07Speaker 1: four Gold Ira or visit them online at Augusta Precious

- 27:14Speaker 1: pay your fees for up to ten years. That's Augusta
- 27:17Speaker 1: Precious Metals dot Com eight seven seven four gold Ira.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Now with that backdrop, let's go back to how the
- 27:25Speaker 1: Republicans are doing this to Capitol Hill. I want you
- 27:29Speaker 1: to listen to Jim Jordan at this House Oversight Committee
- 27:32Speaker 1: on Twitter censorship and how he responded to Twitter as
- 27:35Speaker 1: he described it being played by the FBI. And remember
- 27:39Speaker 1: Jim Baker, former top guy at the FBI, is now
- 27:41Speaker 1: over at Twitter. He's being questioned right now. So did
- 27:45Speaker 1: Twitter get bamboozled by the FBI or did they willingly
- 27:48Speaker 1: go along with lives from the FBI? That's the question.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Listen carefully. So the FBI didn't tell you that it
- 27:55Speaker 1: was faked and tell you that it was hacked, And
- 27:58Speaker 1: mister Roth did did the story violate your policies? In
- 28:02Speaker 1: my judgment at the time, no, it did not. Yeah,
- 28:04Speaker 1: that's what you said. Said. What I would propose excuse
- 28:07Speaker 1: me is you said it isn't clearly a violation of
- 28:08Speaker 1: our hack materials policy, nor is it clearly the violation
- 28:11Speaker 1: of anything else. So I think what a lot of
- 28:14Speaker 1: people are wondering is, if it didn't violate your policies,
- 28:17Speaker 1: and they didn't tell you it was fake, didn't tell
- 28:19Speaker 1: it was hacked, why did you take it down? The
- 28:22Speaker 1: company made a decision that found that it did violate
- 28:26Speaker 1: the policy. It wasn't my personal judgment at the time
- 28:29Speaker 1: that it did, but the decision was communicated to me
- 28:32Speaker 1: by my direct supervisor, and ultimately I didn't disagree with
- 28:35Speaker 1: it enough to object to. You know, you know what,
- 28:38Speaker 1: you know what I think happened, mister Roth. I think
- 28:40Speaker 1: I think you guys got played. I think you guys
- 28:44Speaker 1: wanted to wanted to take it deep down. We saw it,
- 28:46Speaker 1: but the chairman put up where you said, you know
- 28:48Speaker 1: everyone in the White House is as a fascist. I
- 28:51Speaker 1: think you guys wanted it to be taken down. I
- 28:54Speaker 1: think you meet with these guys every week. We know
- 28:56Speaker 1: that's been established in the Twitter files. You had weekly
- 28:58Speaker 1: meetings with mister Chan and the run up to the
- 28:59Speaker 1: elect and they send you all kinds of emails. They
- 29:02Speaker 1: send you documents on the super secret James Bond teleporter.
- 29:05Speaker 1: You get information on that. I think you guys wanted
- 29:08Speaker 1: to take it down. I think you guys got played
- 29:10Speaker 1: by the FBI. I think you guys got played by
- 29:14Speaker 1: the FBI. Either that or you knew exactly what you
- 29:17Speaker 1: were doing at that moment. You knew that you were
- 29:22Speaker 1: You just needed cover, and this was the cover you
- 29:25Speaker 1: needed because you know, this story was so damning. It
- 29:30Speaker 1: was so damning that you couldn't stop the story from
- 29:35Speaker 1: ruining your guy being in the White House. You wanted
- 29:40Speaker 1: him so bad. And I'm referring to again Joe Biden,
- 29:44Speaker 1: that you were willing to do whatever it took to
- 29:46Speaker 1: cover up the facts of the Hunter Biden laptop. That's
- 29:51Speaker 1: why now all of a sudden, everybody Twitter's like, oh,
- 29:53Speaker 1: I can't recall asking the FBI about the Hunter Biden laptop.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I don't know if I did it. I'm not sure.
- 29:59Speaker 1: I don't believe that that Jim Baker, former FBI agent,
- 30:02Speaker 1: doesn't know how to answer this question. I believe he
- 30:04Speaker 1: just doesn't want to actually tell the truth. Mister Becker,
- 30:07Speaker 1: did you call it any of your contacts at the
- 30:09Speaker 1: FBI to ask whether or not they knew if the
- 30:12Speaker 1: material had been hacked. I don't recall contacting them about that.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you want to know why he didn't want
- 30:20Speaker 1: to tell you the truth. He didn't want to tell
- 30:22Speaker 1: you that. They just ran with it. And the reason
- 30:24Speaker 1: why they ran win because this was for them the
- 30:26Speaker 1: whole ball game. This was the only way you could
- 30:31Speaker 1: possibly stop Donald Trump from becoming present again. And that
- 30:36Speaker 1: was worth it for you. Who cares if you've got
- 30:39Speaker 1: to go to Washington and be called out for being
- 30:43Speaker 1: these scumbags at Twitter? At least your guy won. And
- 30:47Speaker 1: I think that's what it boils down to them. They
- 30:50Speaker 1: don't really care that they got caught after the fact
- 30:53Speaker 1: because the damage was already done. They've already this was
- 30:59Speaker 1: already a win for them. This was already a victory
- 31:01Speaker 1: for them, right This was the ball game. They did it,
- 31:07Speaker 1: they had success. Take your victory lap, enjoy the moment
- 31:14Speaker 1: you pick the President of the United States of America
- 31:17Speaker 1: single handedly, you the deep state of the FBI Twitter,
- 31:20Speaker 1: and you shut down a story that you knew was
- 31:22Speaker 1: going to cost them the presidency. And yes, now you're
- 31:25Speaker 1: getting called out for it. But if you, if you
- 31:27Speaker 1: were successful and your guy is in the White House
- 31:30Speaker 1: right now, was it worth it? I think if you
- 31:33Speaker 1: asked them, they would say, hell, yeah, Hell Yeah, it
- 31:37Speaker 1: was worth it. This was what we This is all
- 31:40Speaker 1: we needed. This was the whole thing. Are you glad
- 31:45Speaker 1: you did it? I'm sure they'd say yes, and I'd
- 31:47Speaker 1: do it again because at this point, is anybody gonna
- 31:51Speaker 1: go to jail for this? They don't believe anybody's gonna
- 31:53Speaker 1: go to jail for this. Hell, they don't even believe
- 31:56Speaker 1: that Joe Biden's gonna get in trouble for this. They
- 31:57Speaker 1: don't believe that Hunter Biden's gonna get introl for this.
- 32:00Speaker 1: They believe they're going to be able to cover every
- 32:02Speaker 1: part of this up. And even if they do get busted,
- 32:06Speaker 1: where they have to admit that some of this was happened.
- 32:09Speaker 1: You know what they say? They say, Oh, well, we
- 32:11Speaker 1: regret that this happened, and we wish it wouldn't have happened.
- 32:14Speaker 1: If we made mistakes, and if we could go back,
- 32:17Speaker 1: we would do it differently. And then they look at
- 32:21Speaker 1: each other and they laugh. They look at each other
- 32:25Speaker 1: and they think we still won. Was it worth it
- 32:30Speaker 1: in their minds? Yeah, it's absolutely worth it. Make sure
