- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter and James Biden are on the witness list. If
- 0:03Speaker 1: Republicans take control of the Senate. I'm going to have
- 0:07Speaker 1: more on that in a moment. And freedom of speech
- 0:11Speaker 1: is coming back in America. The Bird is Free. Twitter
- 0:15Speaker 1: is now officially owned by Elon Musk, and Musks not
- 0:19Speaker 1: only does he officially take over Twitter, but he has
- 0:22Speaker 1: fired the top executive that silence and censored the Hunter
- 0:27Speaker 1: Biden's story. This is huge for freedom of speech. Business
- 0:33Speaker 1: insiders reported that must finalize the deal Thursday evening, as
- 0:38Speaker 1: the coming stock was purchased for fifty four twenty per
- 0:42Speaker 1: share in a deal worth forty four billion dollars. Shortly after,
- 0:47Speaker 1: Musk decided to clean house, firing the CEO, firing the
- 0:53Speaker 1: CFO and the head of legal policy Trust in Safety
- 0:58Speaker 1: Now that individual was a primary player in the censoring,
- 1:03Speaker 1: the silencing, the shutting down of the Hunter Biden story,
- 1:07Speaker 1: the laptop story, and shutting down the New York Post
- 1:10Speaker 1: Twitter feed after they publish the story ahead of the
- 1:14Speaker 1: presidential election. Now Elon Musk announced the deal was done
- 1:18Speaker 1: on Twitter by saying the Bird is Free, referring to
- 1:22Speaker 1: Twitter and the bird the Blue Bird. Musk also released
- 1:27Speaker 1: a statement explaining why he wanted to buy Twitter, saying,
- 1:30Speaker 1: I want to reach out personally to share my motivation
- 1:34Speaker 1: acquiring Twitter. Musk Must said, there has been much speculation
- 1:39Speaker 1: about why I bought Twitter and what I think about advertising.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Most of it has been wrong. The reason I acquired
- 1:47Speaker 1: Twitter is because it is important to the future of civilization.
- 1:51Speaker 1: To have a common digital town square where a wide
- 1:55Speaker 1: range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner
- 1:59Speaker 1: without resorting to violence. Must continue. There is currently great
- 2:04Speaker 1: danger that social media will splinter and do far right
- 2:07Speaker 1: wing and far left wing echo chambers that generate more
- 2:12Speaker 1: hate and divide our society, and the relentless pursuit of clicks.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Much of traditional media has fueled and catered to those
- 2:21Speaker 1: polarized extremes as they believe that that brings in the
- 2:25Speaker 1: most money, but in doing so, the opportunity for dialogue
- 2:31Speaker 1: is lost. Must continue. That is why I bought Twitter.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I didn't do it because it would be easy. I
- 2:37Speaker 1: didn't do it to make more money. I did it
- 2:40Speaker 1: to try to help humanity, whom I love, and I
- 2:43Speaker 1: do so, and I do so with humility, recognizing that
- 2:49Speaker 1: failure in pursuing this goal despite our best efforts, is
- 2:53Speaker 1: a very real possibility that said Twitter obviously cannot become
- 2:59Speaker 1: a free for all hell escape where anything can be
- 3:02Speaker 1: said with no consequences, must conclude it. In addition to
- 3:06Speaker 1: adhering to the laws of the land, our platform must
- 3:09Speaker 1: be warm and welcoming to all, where you can choose
- 3:13Speaker 1: your desired experience according to your preferences, just as you
- 3:19Speaker 1: can choose, for example, to see movies or play video
- 3:22Speaker 1: games ranging from all ages to mature. Now, the reason
- 3:27Speaker 1: why I must obviously put this out there is because
- 3:30Speaker 1: he wanted to set the president that hey, I'm not
- 3:33Speaker 1: just going to let things go crazy. It doesn't matter
- 3:36Speaker 1: because now the advertisers that spend a lot of money
- 3:39Speaker 1: on Twitter are now threatening to boycott on purpose, trying
- 3:44Speaker 1: to ruin freedom of speech in this country. In fact,
- 3:48Speaker 1: we're being told that advertisers have already planned, have already
- 3:53Speaker 1: organized to not spend any money with Twitter. If Elon
- 3:58Speaker 1: Musk leads the former press in the United States of America,
- 4:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump start tweeting again. A new report warrens this
- 4:05Speaker 1: morning Elon must takeover means Donald Trump could now return
- 4:10Speaker 1: to Twitter, and advertiser are planning to pause their spending
- 4:14Speaker 1: if that happens. The Wall Street Journal reported, as you know,
- 4:18Speaker 1: Trump was banned after using Twitter because they said he
- 4:22Speaker 1: was actually helping fuel the January six Capital riots last year.
- 4:27Speaker 1: They banned Donald Trump while allowing those in Russia who
- 4:31Speaker 1: are masterring people in Ukraine to keep tweeting. There are
- 4:36Speaker 1: also official Twitter accounts of terrorist organizations around the world.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Hamas hezbelah Isis, al Qaeda all have people that are
- 4:43Speaker 1: connected to Twitter tweeting. In China, some of the worst dictators,
- 4:49Speaker 1: those that have actual slaves and have child labor camps,
- 4:54Speaker 1: have not lost their Twitter access, which tells you how
- 4:58Speaker 1: ridiculous and how much oocracy there is from those that
- 5:02Speaker 1: were running Twitter and they lie to you. We're also
- 5:05Speaker 1: being told right now the Elon Musk will reverse lifetime
- 5:10Speaker 1: bands for Twitter users, having successfully acquired Twitter after months
- 5:15Speaker 1: of legal debates. Elon Musk now plans were being told
- 5:21Speaker 1: to reverse lifetime bands for Twitter users who were kicked
- 5:23Speaker 1: off the platform for various speech in fractions, the Tech
- 5:28Speaker 1: Titan doesn't believe in barring an individual from the social
- 5:31Speaker 1: media site for life, As sources now confirmed to Bloomberg,
- 5:35Speaker 1: Twitter has permanently removed a number of political personalities, many
- 5:40Speaker 1: of whom are considered quote, right wing provocateurs, or as
- 5:46Speaker 1: the left labels them, conspiracy theorists. They include a Congresswoman,
- 5:51Speaker 1: Major Taylor Green, Project Veritas founder James O'Keeffe, Steve Bannon,
- 5:59Speaker 1: Alex Jones. Those are just some, including Donald Trump. The
- 6:03Speaker 1: person with knowledge of musk account reinstatement intention said it's
- 6:07Speaker 1: unclear whether Trump will be allowed to return to Twitter
- 6:10Speaker 1: at the moment. Musk has also decided to clean house
- 6:13Speaker 1: in Twitter's top executive seats, as I mentioned earlier, firing
- 6:18Speaker 1: getting rid of the swamp, draining the swamp from the top.
- 6:22Speaker 1: He himself intends to replace the CEO on possibly a
- 6:26Speaker 1: temporary basis, before he passes on the position to a
- 6:28Speaker 1: long run person. Sources are now confirming to Bloomberg. Members
- 6:33Speaker 1: of the leadership must acts include the head of the
- 6:36Speaker 1: Legal policy and Trust, who made the decision not only
- 6:40Speaker 1: to ban Donald Trump, but also to make sure that
- 6:43Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden story was not allowed on the platform.
- 6:47Speaker 1: He's also gotten rid of the financial head of Twitter
- 6:51Speaker 1: and the general counsel for Twitter. Now, these are all
- 6:54Speaker 1: massive moves in the right direction. These are moves that
- 6:58Speaker 1: are allowing for free speech to come back. That's why
- 7:02Speaker 1: the advertisers are wanting to bury him. They want him
- 7:06Speaker 1: to go bankrupt. The advertisers that are playing to boycott
- 7:10Speaker 1: Twitter if he allows Trump back on the platform, but
- 7:12Speaker 1: have no problem advertising when dictators and tyrants use Twitter
- 7:16Speaker 1: and actual terroristries Twitter right. That tells you about these
- 7:19Speaker 1: advertisers on the left. But they're hoping that the forty
- 7:22Speaker 1: four billion that it took to close the deal will
- 7:26Speaker 1: bankrupt Musk. That seems to be the goal. Advertisers are
- 7:31Speaker 1: now weighing in on concerns over Donald Trump being reinstated,
- 7:35Speaker 1: saying that if that happens, they will ban together. The
- 7:39Speaker 1: global head of partnerships at advertising agency Group M told
- 7:43Speaker 1: the journal that letting Trump tweet again would be a
- 7:45Speaker 1: red line for major brands. In fact, about a dozen
- 7:49Speaker 1: liberal agencies have come together and called their clients, and
- 7:54Speaker 1: many of their clients have said they want to pause
- 7:56Speaker 1: their ads on Twitter. If the former president did may
- 8:00Speaker 1: can return. They expect more to be in contact if
- 8:03Speaker 1: his permanent ban was lifted. The newspapers also reporting all
- 8:08Speaker 1: the more reason why I actually believe that Elon Musk
- 8:11Speaker 1: will reinstate Donald Trump's Twitter account, whether he decides to
- 8:15Speaker 1: use or not, because he has his own social media
- 8:18Speaker 1: platform that he is using now. Musk called Twitter's ban
- 8:24Speaker 1: a morally bad decision and foolish in the extreme. He
- 8:28Speaker 1: said in May the ban was a mistake because it
- 8:31Speaker 1: alienated a large part of the country and did not
- 8:33Speaker 1: ultimately result and Donald Trump not having a voice. Many
- 8:39Speaker 1: of you know, Trump used the platform to help him
- 8:41Speaker 1: get elected, and that platform was so powerful that they
- 8:45Speaker 1: wanted to take it away from him, and they used
- 8:47Speaker 1: January six cappel riots as the final reason to justify
- 8:52Speaker 1: the lifetime ban. Twitter two days after January the sixth,
- 8:57Speaker 1: on January eighth, said it permanent at least suspended Trump's
- 9:01Speaker 1: account due to the risk of future quote incitement of violence.
- 9:05Speaker 1: How many liberals were kicked off of Twitter for the
- 9:08Speaker 1: exact same reasons as they were supporting and advocating and
- 9:11Speaker 1: TIFA and Black Lives Matter riots and the burning down
- 9:15Speaker 1: of town cities and the attacks on police. Not a
- 9:18Speaker 1: single head in Black Lives Matter was banned during that
- 9:21Speaker 1: time for a quote inciting violence, which is how you
- 9:25Speaker 1: know they're full of crap at Twitter. One thing that
- 9:29Speaker 1: is very clear now it is beyond obvious that Elon
- 9:35Speaker 1: Musk is not doing this for the money, and if
- 9:37Speaker 1: he's smart, every time a business decides to pull out,
- 9:41Speaker 1: he should ban them for life. That will make the
- 9:44Speaker 1: other side think twice, and advertisers, in my opinion, think
- 9:48Speaker 1: twice before they actually moved to say, oh, we're pausing
- 9:51Speaker 1: our accounts. If you pause, kick him off. That's what
- 9:55Speaker 1: should happen. And remember it was Twitter that silenced the
- 9:59Speaker 1: biggest story of the election cycle, that was about Hunter Biden.
- 10:05Speaker 1: That was a massive story and they wanted to influence
- 10:08Speaker 1: the election. Now he has an obligation to try to
- 10:12Speaker 1: fix it. Hell, even John Stewart, now the comedian, has
- 10:15Speaker 1: come out and said the Hunter Biden story being silenced
- 10:19Speaker 1: was nepotism and corruption from the media. The only problem
- 10:23Speaker 1: is he waited years to actually come out and say
- 10:26Speaker 1: something that was very obvious. Good morning, Bill Well. I
- 10:30Speaker 1: think we see here that Senators Chuck Grasley and Ron
- 10:33Speaker 1: Johnson are really the unsung heroes of this investigation into
- 10:38Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop and the influence peddling of Joe
- 10:42Speaker 1: Biden's family during his vice presidency. They were obstructed by
- 10:47Speaker 1: the FBI back in the middle of twenty twenty when
- 10:51Speaker 1: they were running this investigation, and also obviously by their
- 10:55Speaker 1: Democratic opponents, but also by Republicans in their own committee.
- 11:00Speaker 1: So that's a story that I think will come out
- 11:03Speaker 1: fully next year. But in the meantime, they have this
- 11:08Speaker 1: two hundred and twenty odd attachments basically being bank records
- 11:13Speaker 1: other material that they've managed to gather from the Treasury
- 11:17Speaker 1: Department and elsewhere that show the money flow from communist
- 11:23Speaker 1: China in this case into bank accounts associated with Hunter Biden,
- 11:28Speaker 1: Jim Biden, the President's younger brother, and their various business
- 11:33Speaker 1: partners in America, and I think together that paints are
- 11:37Speaker 1: quite certainly a damning, circumstantial picture, and it gives the
- 11:42Speaker 1: Republicans a basis to work on when they have their
- 11:46Speaker 1: investigations that they're promising next year into this issue. So
- 11:49Speaker 1: if Grassley and Johnson, when they're in some tight races
- 11:52Speaker 1: right now Iowa and Wisconsin respectively, and if you get
- 11:55Speaker 1: them a jority in the Senate, to your point, yes,
- 11:58Speaker 1: they will go forward. Meanwhile, we have this from John Start.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I know you've been talking about this for several years.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Here was John Stewart reacting to the story hunter Biden
- 12:09Speaker 1: being on the board of Barisma. To me, that's corruption
- 12:14Speaker 1: straight up off the bat, the idea that nepotism would
- 12:18Speaker 1: allow much larger amounts of money to flow into the
- 12:22Speaker 1: hands of people unqualified, because you think those countries are
- 12:26Speaker 1: trying to buy influence. It's an argument you've been making
- 12:29Speaker 1: for a couple of years now, Miranda. Yes, well, and
- 12:34Speaker 1: nice of John Stewart to come to the party, just
- 12:36Speaker 1: I mean, he's really about five or six years late.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Because that was known, that nepotism and the Barisma money.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I'm not sure everyone knew quite how much it was.
- 12:45Speaker 1: That it was a million dollars a year, eighty three
- 12:48Speaker 1: thousand dollars a month, but still it was known then,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and it was sanctioned by the media. I mean there
- 12:54Speaker 1: was there was a little bit of an outcry, but
- 12:56Speaker 1: not much so, you know, welcome aboard, John Stewart. But
- 13:01Speaker 1: it's more of the same. It's more of you know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: what you can call a limited hangout. I think people
- 13:07Speaker 1: on the left and now acknowledging the obvious, which is
- 13:11Speaker 1: that there was influence of peddling going on, but they
- 13:15Speaker 1: are very eager to quarantine Joe Biden from that they
- 13:20Speaker 1: just want to throw Hunter Biden under the bus, and
- 13:22Speaker 1: then they'll say, well, he was a drug addict, he
- 13:24Speaker 1: couldn't help what he was doing, and he's now reformed.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I love the part that Marinda said, he's only John Stewart, right,
- 13:31Speaker 1: only four or five years late on actually coming out
- 13:35Speaker 1: Welcome to the party, right. He slams John Stewart now
- 13:37Speaker 1: slams Hunter Biden's Barisma deal, saying this is clearly nepotism,
- 13:41Speaker 1: This is clearly a sellout to the country, you know,
- 13:43Speaker 1: of the country at the time, and this is a real,
- 13:47Speaker 1: real problem. The part that I just laugh at is
- 13:52Speaker 1: the fact that it took them five years to get
- 13:55Speaker 1: to this point for John Stewart. Now, why do I
- 13:57Speaker 1: think John Stewart's saying this? And I'm going to make
- 14:00Speaker 1: a prediction here about what happens after the midterms. I
- 14:04Speaker 1: think what he is doing, John Stewart is doing is
- 14:07Speaker 1: he's starting the drumbeats to get rid of Hunter Biden,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and that means get rid of Joe Biden. Right, They're
- 14:16Speaker 1: not standing by Joe Biden. And I think what you're
- 14:18Speaker 1: gonna see after the midterms, especially if it is a
- 14:22Speaker 1: red wave, which I think most people now believe, especially
- 14:26Speaker 1: after the last few days in the Feederman debate debacle,
- 14:29Speaker 1: that what you're gonna witness right now is a big change. Okay,
- 14:34Speaker 1: I think it's gonna be a huge change. And you're
- 14:36Speaker 1: gonna have a lot of Senators that are gonna lose
- 14:39Speaker 1: on the Democratic side, and you're gonna have a lot
- 14:41Speaker 1: of Democrats in the House they're gonna lose as well.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I think it's gonna be a big red wave. They're
- 14:47Speaker 1: immediately going to move to get rid and they are
- 14:51Speaker 1: not gonna I mean, they don't care about Joe Biden.
- 14:55Speaker 1: He is a useful idiot that's no longer useful to them,
- 14:59Speaker 1: and they going to start saying exactly what John Stewart
- 15:03Speaker 1: saying because they don't want him to run. They want
- 15:06Speaker 1: it to be clear that he can't run. They want
- 15:08Speaker 1: a new leader of the Democratic Party. That's the only
- 15:11Speaker 1: reason why they're going to destroy him. They're not going
- 15:13Speaker 1: to stand behind him, they're not going to back him,
- 15:16Speaker 1: and they're not going to support him. And if you
- 15:19Speaker 1: think that they are, you're stupid. It is very clear
- 15:23Speaker 1: now that he is now a liability, a liability that
- 15:27Speaker 1: is so high that they're just ready to get be
- 15:29Speaker 1: done with him. Now, this brings me to the other
- 15:33Speaker 1: story I mentioned earlier. Hunter and James Biden are now
- 15:38Speaker 1: on the witness list. If Republicans take control of the Senate,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Senator Chuck Grassley said last night that he will focus
- 15:46Speaker 1: on rooting out political infection as well within the FBI.
- 15:52Speaker 1: He said the Senate Judiciary Committee will seek testimony from
- 15:56Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and the President's brother James and as part
- 16:00Speaker 1: of its oversight duties. If the GOP takes control of
- 16:03Speaker 1: the Senate and ranking member Grassly holds the gavelius Chairman,
- 16:09Speaker 1: Senator Grassley Senator Johnson have been leading an investigation into
- 16:13Speaker 1: the potentially criminal business dealings of the president. He also
- 16:20Speaker 1: has made it clear he is not worried or really
- 16:23Speaker 1: focusing on Hunter Biden. He's not even focusing on James Biden.
- 16:28Speaker 1: He's focusing on the documents that show that Joe Biden
- 16:32Speaker 1: was involved in the criminal activities and that the family
- 16:37Speaker 1: was running basically a criminal enterprise. Now, as chairman, Grassley
- 16:42Speaker 1: would have the ability to not only set the agenda
- 16:45Speaker 1: for the committee, but he would also have subpoena authority,
- 16:49Speaker 1: subpoena power which means he could actually bring before the
- 16:52Speaker 1: Senate Subcommittee Hunter Biden James Biden and forced him to
- 16:55Speaker 1: answer questions about their banking documents, right, about all of
- 17:01Speaker 1: the suspicious activity reports, and about all of the transactions
- 17:06Speaker 1: of the big guy. Now, as you know, Hunter Biden
- 17:09Speaker 1: is currently obviously under federal investigation for his quote tax affairs,
- 17:14Speaker 1: but that doesn't seem to be what this is really
- 17:16Speaker 1: about when it comes to Chuck Grassley. Chuck has new documents,
- 17:21Speaker 1: documents and bank records that he wants to ask questions about.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We know that federal prosecutors are weighing charges against Hunter
- 17:28Speaker 1: Biden for various tax and foreign lobbying violations as well
- 17:32Speaker 1: as false statements. We also know that Chuck Grassley and
- 17:37Speaker 1: Senator Johnson have done something, and that is they have
- 17:39Speaker 1: turned over documents to the prosecutors. The two senators shared
- 17:46Speaker 1: with Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, who is currently leading
- 17:50Speaker 1: the criminal investigation to Hunter Biden, more than two hundred
- 17:54Speaker 1: new pages that have been unearthed the bank records related
- 17:59Speaker 1: to the Biden families alleged connections to the Chinese regime. Now,
- 18:05Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 18:06Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 18:08Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Metals. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 18:11Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 18:15Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 18:17Speaker 1: dollars against what's happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's
- 18:21Speaker 1: time for you to call them and get the free
- 18:23Speaker 1: Investor's Guide. Why because so many around the world are
- 18:26Speaker 1: now using gold and silver, and historically they have for
- 18:29Speaker 1: decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation, which is
- 18:33Speaker 1: exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified
- 18:36Speaker 1: to look at your retirement account, you're four one case
- 18:38Speaker 1: statement because of what's happening on Wall Street. That's all
- 18:41Speaker 1: the more reason why you should call and get the
- 18:43Speaker 1: investors God in gold and silver, protect your hard earned
- 18:46Speaker 1: money and diversify. Call them and get the free Investor's
- 18:49Speaker 1: Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six six seven
- 18:54Speaker 1: five one twenty two eighteen one eight six, six seven
- 18:59Speaker 1: five I've won twenty two eighteen or online at Legacy
- 19:03Speaker 1: PM investments dot com. This is not about Hunter Biden anymore.
- 19:08Speaker 1: This is about Joe Biden. This isn't about James Biden. Anymore.
- 19:11Speaker 1: That's about Joe Biden. Take a listen to what he
- 19:14Speaker 1: had to say. All right, Well, potentially game changing claims
- 19:17Speaker 1: from the new whistleblower documents and the Hunter Biden probe.
- 19:21Speaker 1: They indicate the president was aware of his son's business
- 19:24Speaker 1: dealings overseas and may have been involved in some of them.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Our next guest has been investigating Hunter Biden since twenty
- 19:31Speaker 1: nineteen and says the FBI has enough evidence to act.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Iowa Senator Chuck Rassley joins us. Now he's the ranking
- 19:38Speaker 1: member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Thank you very much
- 19:40Speaker 1: for joining us, sir, appreciate your time today, So thank
- 19:43Speaker 1: you for having What can you tell us that you
- 19:46Speaker 1: know when it comes to hard evidence of these business dealings? Okay, well,
- 19:51Speaker 1: first of all the latter that I sent this week,
- 19:55Speaker 1: let's see Justice Department, the FBI know my investigative staff
- 20:01Speaker 1: have seen the documents and the information they have on
- 20:05Speaker 1: possible criminal activity. Now, there's not much I can say
- 20:09Speaker 1: about what's in those documents, but I again say I
- 20:12Speaker 1: know that there's reasons, legitimate allegations of potential things that
- 20:17Speaker 1: need to be investigated. So our question to the Department
- 20:22Speaker 1: and FBI is are you aware of it? And are
- 20:27Speaker 1: you following up on the investigation? And the public and
- 20:31Speaker 1: Congress has the right to know, and things don't look
- 20:34Speaker 1: very good in the documents that we have seen. The Senators,
- 20:38Speaker 1: let me just read an excerpt from that letter that
- 20:40Speaker 1: you sent. It says quote. The documents in the FBI's
- 20:42Speaker 1: possession include specific details with respect to conversations by non
- 20:46Speaker 1: government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden.
- 20:50Speaker 1: These documents also indicate that Joe Biden was aware of
- 20:53Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's business arrangements and may have been involved in
- 20:56Speaker 1: some of them. It is unclear whether the FBI followed
- 20:59Speaker 1: normal investigative procedure to determine the truth and accuracy of
- 21:02Speaker 1: the information, or shut down investigative activity based upon improper
- 21:06Speaker 1: disinformation claims in advance of the twenty twenty election. You know,
- 21:10Speaker 1: we just went through the Igor Danchenko trial where the
- 21:12Speaker 1: FBI was on trial as much as Dan Chenco was.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Do you believe that this is evidence of malfeasance on
- 21:18Speaker 1: the part of the FBI. Well, I think we had
- 21:20Speaker 1: evidence in one other Hunter Biden situation where the political
- 21:26Speaker 1: bias of a special investigator by the name of Tebow,
- 21:30Speaker 1: Timothy Tebow. He opened up an investigation based on fuzzy
- 21:35Speaker 1: information about Trump. So they investigated that, and we had
- 21:39Speaker 1: evidence of criminality that should have a possible criminality that
- 21:43Speaker 1: should have been followed up, and he stopped that investigation.
- 21:46Speaker 1: So the fact that there's political biased in that instance,
- 21:50Speaker 1: and plenty of other instances that we know about it
- 21:53Speaker 1: raises the questions that we have raised in this letter.
- 21:57Speaker 1: So my answered your question is, yes, Senator, what can
- 22:01Speaker 1: Americans expect from the Senate if your party is able
- 22:06Speaker 1: to regain control in November. As far as these investigations
- 22:10Speaker 1: are concerned, how will the nature of them change if
- 22:13Speaker 1: Republicans get control. Well, the extent to which we have
- 22:17Speaker 1: a Democrat control of Congress and chairman of committee set
- 22:21Speaker 1: the agenda for that committee. I haven't gotten a lot
- 22:25Speaker 1: of cooperation from Democrats on this investigation that I'm doing.
- 22:29Speaker 1: And you probably know the Senator Johnson is helping me
- 22:33Speaker 1: in some of these investigations. He's going to be chairman
- 22:36Speaker 1: of the Subcommittee on Investigation of Homeland Security. I'm going
- 22:40Speaker 1: to be chairman of the Judiciary Committee and will be
- 22:43Speaker 1: in a more powerful position to pursue these now. The
- 22:46Speaker 1: only thing that I got to tell your constitute, your
- 22:49Speaker 1: listeners is that Congress investigates, we don't prosecute, and we've
- 22:54Speaker 1: had plenty of evidence of unequal prosecution depending on what
- 22:58Speaker 1: political party are in within this Justice Department. So that
- 23:03Speaker 1: seems to be the bigger concern. When we provide at
- 23:07Speaker 1: ample information like I think these documents show, are we
- 23:11Speaker 1: going to be able to guarantee that there's going to
- 23:14Speaker 1: be prosecution if there's criminal conduct. Now, if you don't
- 23:18Speaker 1: think Democrats are worried about Republicans winning the House and
- 23:21Speaker 1: Senate and what grass they just talked about becoming a reality,
- 23:24Speaker 1: let me read you a headline that has just come
- 23:27Speaker 1: out from the Atlantic, not conservative, all right. It is
- 23:31Speaker 1: titled the impeachment of Joe Biden and possibly Kamala Harris,
- 23:38Speaker 1: Merrick Garland, Majorchis and Anthony Blincoln. Sometime next year. There's
- 23:45Speaker 1: a very good chance Republicans in the House are going
- 23:47Speaker 1: to impeach Joe Biden. This may not be their present plan,
- 23:51Speaker 1: but they will work themselves up to it by degrees.
- 23:55Speaker 1: The pressure, the Atlantic says, is from the MAGA base
- 23:59Speaker 1: and it will build a triggering event will burst all restraints. Eventually,
- 24:04Speaker 1: Republicans will leave themselves a little choice. I love how
- 24:08Speaker 1: this is how the Atlantic is going to spend the
- 24:10Speaker 1: criminal activity that they know will now come out. The
- 24:14Speaker 1: dam will break if Republicans have control with subpoena power.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So they're now saying it's going to be maga Republicans,
- 24:21Speaker 1: the right wing extremists that are going to cause us
- 24:23Speaker 1: to happen. This prediction rest, of course, on the assumption
- 24:28Speaker 1: that Republicans will control the House next month, which appears likely.
- 24:32Speaker 1: The Atlantic Rights Democrats would need to win an improbable
- 24:37Speaker 1: number of toss up races to keep that majority, and
- 24:40Speaker 1: an impeachment resolution requires just a simple majority to pass
- 24:44Speaker 1: the House. Nothing in the public record offers the slightest
- 24:48Speaker 1: reason to believe that the Senate, even if it is
- 24:52Speaker 1: under Republican control, would convict and remove Biden from office. Still,
- 24:57Speaker 1: House republicans will come to see plenty advantages in impeaching
- 25:02Speaker 1: Biden and possibly several other top administration officials. Already, there's
- 25:07Speaker 1: enormous demand for impeachment. University of Massachusetts poll in May
- 25:12Speaker 1: found that sixty eight percent of Republican voters think the
- 25:16Speaker 1: House should impeach Biden. A majority expect that it will
- 25:20Speaker 1: impeach him. Thwarting those expectations would be dangerous for any
- 25:24Speaker 1: House Republican. The poll numbers for impeachment correspond closely the
- 25:29Speaker 1: belief among Republicans that Biden is an illegitimate president. By
- 25:34Speaker 1: the way, that's a lie. The reason why Republicans are
- 25:38Speaker 1: going to look at impeachment is because of the crimes
- 25:41Speaker 1: that were committed by the president and his family. It
- 25:48Speaker 1: is not about if he's legitimate or not. This is
- 25:50Speaker 1: the big lie they're telling already, and they're laying the
- 25:53Speaker 1: groundwork for it. You can obviously see that in their
- 25:56Speaker 1: writing with The Atlantic. Now I'm gonna just pause there
- 26:00Speaker 1: for a second, and i want to bring this back
- 26:03Speaker 1: to freedom of speech and Twitter. Okay, Elon Musk has
- 26:07Speaker 1: it's just broke that he is now locked out the
- 26:12Speaker 1: Twitter engineers and has brought in Testless staff to review
- 26:18Speaker 1: their code. In other words, they're algorithms if they are
- 26:22Speaker 1: silencing conservatives. This is huge because this goes back to
- 26:27Speaker 1: the exposing the Hunter Biden crime family, the Joe Biden
- 26:30Speaker 1: crime family. Following the takeover of Twitter, the Testless CEO
- 26:36Speaker 1: Musk had Tesla engineers reviewed Twitter software code and prevented
- 26:41Speaker 1: Twitter engineers from making further changes. Bloomberg also reports that
- 26:47Speaker 1: Elon Muska ride with the Twitter offices to officially confirm
- 26:50Speaker 1: his Cumming's takeover after the forty four billion dollars purchase
- 26:54Speaker 1: deal closed. As part of his takeover, Musk, as you know,
- 26:58Speaker 1: has fired their top executives, the CEO, CFO, and the
- 27:01Speaker 1: head of Legal policy, trust and safety. The companies general
- 27:04Speaker 1: council is also out. According to sources, they were all
- 27:08Speaker 1: apparently promptly escorted out the company's offices in San Francisco now.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Musk also reportedly had Tesla engineers entered the office to
- 27:17Speaker 1: reviews Twitter's code and meet with product leaders at the company.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Sources say that Tesla engineers were there to review the
- 27:25Speaker 1: code and assess and explain to Must the changes that
- 27:28Speaker 1: they believe the company needs to make to be in
- 27:30Speaker 1: line with his vision. They also said Twitter engineers were
- 27:34Speaker 1: reportedly promptly locked out from making changes the platform's current
- 27:38Speaker 1: code base and an effort to ensure that nothing about
- 27:41Speaker 1: the product changes before must acquisition deal is fully confirmed.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Sources also say that Must plans to assume the role
- 27:50Speaker 1: of CEO at Twitter. He may eventually exit the role
- 27:54Speaker 1: in appoint a new executive to the position, but sources
- 27:57Speaker 1: are saying that must plans to remove Twitter's permanent blacklisting
- 28:00Speaker 1: of users, as he does not believe in lifetime bands. Now,
- 28:06Speaker 1: this would mean users that had previously been removed from
- 28:09Speaker 1: the platform, such as former President Trump, should be able
- 28:12Speaker 1: to return to the site once again. It also remains
- 28:15Speaker 1: to be seen if formally blacklisted users who choose to return,
- 28:21Speaker 1: and what other policies that would mean. He would introduce
- 28:24Speaker 1: to have quote checks and balances. Now, I want you
- 28:29Speaker 1: to imagine going back to the election and what the
- 28:33Speaker 1: election would have looked like if you could actually have
- 28:37Speaker 1: put out there the facts of the Hunter by the laptop.
- 28:41Speaker 1: If you remember Mark Zuckerberg who's now lost one hundred
- 28:45Speaker 1: billion dollars as his company is spiraling right now because
- 28:49Speaker 1: they attack conservative silence conservatives for too long and people
- 28:53Speaker 1: are walking away from that platform. He said the FBI
- 28:58Speaker 1: came to him and said, I'd get ready for misinformation,
- 29:01Speaker 1: implying that was the hunter Biden's story, That's why they
- 29:05Speaker 1: limited the reach. Well, now with Elon Musk and Charge,
- 29:09Speaker 1: I'm sure there's been a lot of deleting that's been happening,
- 29:12Speaker 1: and a lot of emails that have disappeared. I have
- 29:15Speaker 1: a feeling though, that if there's anybody then get back
- 29:17Speaker 1: the data on the silencing, on the shadow banning, all
- 29:23Speaker 1: of these other issues, there's anybody that can get it back,
- 29:27Speaker 1: My gut is it is going to be Elon Musk
- 29:31Speaker 1: and his engineers from Tesla. Get ready, because we're gonna
- 29:36Speaker 1: find out, and I think we're gonna get confirmation very
- 29:40Speaker 1: quickly of just how corrupt big tech has been towards
- 29:44Speaker 1: people like you and I that have a conservative viewpoint.
