- 0:01Speaker 1: Boycotts, do they work or are they backfiring? Specifically, when
- 0:06Speaker 1: we're talking about Target and bud Light, there were a
- 0:09Speaker 1: lot of choices that had to be made over the
- 0:11Speaker 1: Memorial Day weekend about where you were going to spend
- 0:14Speaker 1: your money and what you were going to spend it on.
- 0:17Speaker 1: One of the top items are obviously things for children
- 0:20Speaker 1: for their parties, and then there's the other thing about
- 0:23Speaker 1: shopping for clothes and things that look festive. We're referring
- 0:27Speaker 1: to American flag type clothes, not gay pride clothes. I'm
- 0:32Speaker 1: also talking about a lot of people will buy beer
- 0:35Speaker 1: over the weekend, and the question is over the weekend
- 0:38Speaker 1: would you end up buying and would this be the
- 0:41Speaker 1: end of the boycott of bud Light where people would say, fine,
- 0:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna go back and just buy it and move on.
- 0:48Speaker 1: It's a big weekend, and hey, it's on sale virtually everywhere.
- 0:51Speaker 1: I'll save some money, and you know, we send a
- 0:54Speaker 1: message and we'll give in. Well, let's talk about that
- 0:57Speaker 1: for a moment, and let's see what actually happened. There's
- 1:01Speaker 1: a couple different things that have happened in the bud
- 1:03Speaker 1: Light saga. Number one, bud Light actually doesn't seem to
- 1:08Speaker 1: be backing down. They've had opportunities to go less political
- 1:12Speaker 1: and more about selling beer, and they purposely chosen not to.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Why do we know this and how do I know it?
- 1:19Speaker 1: Bud Light sponsors the Cincinnati Pride Parade. Yes a sales
- 1:24Speaker 1: plummet with the boycott, they are still working. Anheuser Busch
- 1:28Speaker 1: is bud Light is one of the brands sponsoring the
- 1:32Speaker 1: upcoming Cincinnati Pride Parade, as the brand sales continue to
- 1:36Speaker 1: plummet following the boycott after the company partnered with a
- 1:39Speaker 1: dude with a penis who's acting like a chick, Dylan mulvaney,
- 1:45Speaker 1: as a New York Post has reported, a glance at
- 1:48Speaker 1: the list of sponsors on the event's website reveals that
- 1:51Speaker 1: the Anheuser Busch brand is lending its name to the
- 1:53Speaker 1: annual event, which will be held June the twenty fourth.
- 1:57Speaker 1: The image on the page shows a rainbow colored bod
- 2:00Speaker 1: of bud Light next to a glass of beer under
- 2:03Speaker 1: the headline Together in Pride. Other sponsors of the Cincinni
- 2:09Speaker 1: Pride Parade include Listen, Carefully Planned Parenthood, Toyota, Kroger, and
- 2:15Speaker 1: there's many others. The Pride Parade sponsorship comes as bud
- 2:20Speaker 1: Light sales have continued to plummet and parent company has
- 2:23Speaker 1: their Bush's market value has declined for six weeks in
- 2:26Speaker 1: a row after they decided to partner with the transgendered Mulvany.
- 2:32Speaker 2: On Monday, the New York.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Posts also reported the latest sales figures. And this is
- 2:38Speaker 1: what matters when it comes to our guys giving in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the majority of people that buy beer are men. There's
- 2:45Speaker 1: a new number out and for the week ending on
- 2:48Speaker 1: May the thirteenth, the latest numbers we have bud Light
- 2:51Speaker 1: sales collapse by twenty four point six percent compared to
- 2:56Speaker 1: the same period last year. What is more case sales
- 3:02Speaker 1: meaning you're buying twenty four of these beers are down
- 3:05Speaker 1: twenty eight point four percent for the week of May
- 3:08Speaker 1: seventh through the thirteenth. In other words, the company sold
- 3:12Speaker 1: less than three cases that week for every four it
- 3:17Speaker 1: sold last year. The woes have put into other brands
- 3:21Speaker 1: owned by Anheuser Busch. We also are being told now
- 3:25Speaker 1: the boycott which began in April after Mulvany posted a
- 3:29Speaker 1: video on social media on April the first, in which
- 3:33Speaker 1: this dude dressed like a chick opened a can of
- 3:36Speaker 1: the bud Light beer before stating, this month, I celebrate
- 3:40Speaker 1: my day three sixty five of womanhood.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Welvania.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Dude went on to show off a customized bud like
- 3:49Speaker 1: can and bore his likeness in the post, captioned by
- 3:56Speaker 1: the company as hashtag bud Light partner in heser Busch's
- 4:02Speaker 1: market value so far has fallen before the market's opened
- 4:06Speaker 1: the day after Memorial Day by fifteen point seven billion
- 4:12Speaker 1: dollars since the boycott began in April. In comparison, in
- 4:19Speaker 1: heyser Busch's top competitor, course owner of Course Light, has
- 4:23Speaker 1: seen a two point two billion dollar market value increase
- 4:27Speaker 1: in that time. That is an increase of roughly twenty percent.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So the question is is the boycott working. The answer yes, Now,
- 4:39Speaker 1: I'm not saying that this is representative of the entire country,
- 4:44Speaker 1: but what I can tell you is I was getting
- 4:46Speaker 1: ready to barbecue for the weekend. I went into a
- 4:49Speaker 1: couple different stores for supplies, and when I went in,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I went by and looked at all of the beer sections.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And when I can tell you, overwhelmingly in each store
- 4:58Speaker 1: I went into, is that there was a plethora of
- 5:01Speaker 1: Budweiser and bud Light and almost every other brand looked
- 5:06Speaker 1: like it had been hammered for the weekend sales, which
- 5:09Speaker 1: is normal, But the bud Light and the Budweiser products
- 5:14Speaker 1: were still there, which brings me to the next question
- 5:18Speaker 1: about Target stores. Has Target and the boycott of Target
- 5:26Speaker 1: is it working?
- 5:27Speaker 2: Our mother is going to give in quicker now.
- 5:29Speaker 1: This is absolutely a mom versus dad boycott. The majority
- 5:34Speaker 1: of people that buy beer are men. I'm not saying
- 5:38Speaker 1: women don't drink beer. I'm saying that usually it's the
- 5:40Speaker 1: men that go out and buy that beer. Men are
- 5:44Speaker 1: saying no to bud Light. Men are shaming other men
- 5:47Speaker 1: making sure they don't drink bud Light. Women are the
- 5:52Speaker 1: ones that shop at Target, predominantly. Women are the ones
- 5:55Speaker 1: that are spending the family's money at Target. We now
- 5:58Speaker 1: know a little bit more about how Target has gotten
- 6:02Speaker 1: so woke and has given up so much of their
- 6:04Speaker 1: four space hundreds of thousands of square feet of four
- 6:09Speaker 1: space at the front of their stores. We now know
- 6:13Speaker 1: why they're doing it. It's because of their leadership at
- 6:17Speaker 1: the top. We now know that a Target VP was
- 6:22Speaker 1: in fact a board member for a k through twelve
- 6:27Speaker 1: transgender advocacy group. If you were a mother and you
- 6:33Speaker 1: are hearing this, you need to share this with all
- 6:36Speaker 1: of your other friends. You need to share this with
- 6:39Speaker 1: all the other mothers out there. This is important that
- 6:44Speaker 1: they understand what's actually going on. Target shareholders have lost
- 6:51Speaker 1: nine billion in stock market value because of the executives
- 6:56Speaker 1: and their decision to mix their professional duty with their
- 7:00Speaker 1: personal agendas, including advocacy for transgenderism. The poster boy for
- 7:07Speaker 1: this high risk policy, which obviously they didn't think was
- 7:11Speaker 1: high risk at all. Because to be fair, Target has
- 7:14Speaker 1: been a leader with Gay Pride Month for years.
- 7:19Speaker 2: This year, though, they didn't just go for Pride.
- 7:22Speaker 1: They went for total indoctor nation and brainwashing and targeting
- 7:26Speaker 1: of our children.
- 7:28Speaker 2: What did they do.
- 7:29Speaker 1: They hired satanists to design clothes and told people that
- 7:34Speaker 1: Satan loves transgendered, so come and join us. They sexualized
- 7:39Speaker 1: children like never before, and they had the tuck friendly
- 7:43Speaker 1: swimsuits and binding clothing trying to get you to recruit
- 7:47Speaker 1: your kid to believe they are actually the different sex
- 7:51Speaker 1: than they really are. But now we understand more about
- 7:54Speaker 1: how Target got there. Target's vice president for brand marketing.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's an important position. Carlos Savedra. He moonlights as a
- 8:07Speaker 1: board member of an advocacy group for K through twelve,
- 8:11Speaker 1: transgenderism and gay status. The group, titled GLSEN, is an
- 8:19Speaker 1: acronym chosen by the teachers who form the Gay, Lesbian
- 8:24Speaker 1: and Straight Education Network in nineteen ninety. Target's website says
- 8:32Speaker 1: that Savedra leads quote unquote Target's brand stewardship and campaign
- 8:41Speaker 1: development for initiatives including holiday, back to school slash, College,
- 8:48Speaker 1: Target run discovery, inclusive marketing, and digital and social engagement.
- 8:56Speaker 1: That description portrays the individual as the retail version of
- 9:00Speaker 1: bud Light's Alyssa. Remember her, She's the one who said
- 9:04Speaker 1: she had a mandate to fix the company a company
- 9:07Speaker 1: in decline. The number one beer was in decline, and
- 9:09Speaker 1: so therefore she thought it was a good idea to
- 9:13Speaker 1: completely wreck bud Light and turn it into a woke
- 9:16Speaker 1: advocacy group that did custom cans with a dude dressed
- 9:21Speaker 1: like a chick. Alyssa wrecked the company's bud Light business,
- 9:26Speaker 1: but we still have not heard if she's ever going
- 9:30Speaker 1: to be fired in the other business. She would be
- 9:32Speaker 1: fired for getting it this wrong, but apparently they're still
- 9:35Speaker 1: on leave. The other thing that's amazing is bud Light
- 9:39Speaker 1: was trying to rebrand the blue collar beer. That's the
- 9:44Speaker 1: same thing that apparently Target's trying to do, and they're
- 9:47Speaker 1: trying to rebrand it around advocacy. Targets managers collectively created
- 9:54Speaker 1: their own disaster when they hire their deputies and place
- 9:57Speaker 1: pro transgender and gay advocacy product in prominent displays in
- 10:02Speaker 1: the front of their stores. Critics are now saying this
- 10:05Speaker 1: is how it went down. In response, the companies core
- 10:08Speaker 1: customers of married suburban moms have rationally mobilized against Target.
- 10:15Speaker 1: The mobilization is happening because many people feel increasingly alarmed
- 10:18Speaker 1: by elite advocacy for transgenderism, not only by the government,
- 10:22Speaker 1: but by businesses, by news media, and by commercial entertainment.
- 10:25Speaker 1: They're all coming after your kids. But the mobilization is
- 10:29Speaker 1: also possible because the public now has social media networks,
- 10:34Speaker 1: thank Goodness, that have allowed anti ly boycotts to become
- 10:37Speaker 1: a shared, profitable, affirming, and amusing middle class mission. Target
- 10:42Speaker 1: says little about their person and what they do. The
- 10:47Speaker 1: GLSEEN group championing LGBT issues in K through twelve schools
- 10:52Speaker 1: since nineteen ninety, what we do know is Targets being quiet.
- 11:00Speaker 1: They're not telling you what's happening at the top. What
- 11:03Speaker 1: we do know is they had an emergency meeting. We
- 11:06Speaker 1: also know that these advocates are still at the top
- 11:11Speaker 1: at Target. They are part of the advocacy. We know
- 11:16Speaker 1: that this individual, for example, join Target in July of
- 11:19Speaker 1: twenty nineteen. And this goes back to the wokeism not
- 11:24Speaker 1: just at Target, but where you're spending probably a lot
- 11:27Speaker 1: of your other more money. Let me give you example.
- 11:31Speaker 1: The individual that has been advocating for Target to go
- 11:34Speaker 1: extremely woke and come after your kids actually came to
- 11:38Speaker 1: Target in July of twenty nineteen. In twenty twenty and
- 11:42Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty three,
- 11:45Speaker 1: guess what's happened. Gay Pride and the LGBTQIA and Gay
- 11:49Speaker 1: Pride Month have expanded significantly at Target.
- 11:53Speaker 2: So it's working right. You get this job and you
- 11:56Speaker 2: get to.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Explode these ideological viewpoints to you advantage. And guess where
- 12:01Speaker 1: this individual came from PepsiCo for almost eighteen years, where
- 12:08Speaker 1: he led the efforts to sell more products to Hispanics
- 12:12Speaker 1: and other cultural subgroups. In fact, the two thousand and
- 12:16Speaker 1: five article in Seacoast Online suggests that Savedra is also
- 12:20Speaker 1: an advocate for sexual minorities, and that's back in two
- 12:24Speaker 1: thousand and five. From that article, Chicago Carlos Savandra came
- 12:30Speaker 1: out to a college soon after he started working at
- 12:34Speaker 1: Quaker Foods four years ago, reassured by seeing gay and
- 12:38Speaker 1: lesbian employees climbing the ladder at the Chicago company. You
- 12:42Speaker 1: can bring your whole self to work, or then seeming
- 12:45Speaker 1: isolated in distance, distant because you can't talk about what
- 12:49Speaker 1: you do outside work, said the twenty five year old
- 12:52Speaker 1: assistant marketing manager. The first person he told at work
- 12:56Speaker 1: was the former chair of Equal Quaker, the company's affinity group.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Now he chairs that group as well as its umbrella organization,
- 13:07Speaker 1: Equal Dash PepsiCo. He works alongside Jennifer Breden you Cun,
- 13:13Speaker 1: the senior vice president for Design and Packaging at Target. Now,
- 13:17Speaker 1: she touts her identity listen carefully. At Target, she touts
- 13:21Speaker 1: her identity as a pro transgender slash pronouns she her
- 13:28Speaker 1: on LinkedIn, where she also displays the merged symbols of
- 13:32Speaker 1: Target and gay advocacy, but the pro transgender advocacy is
- 13:38Speaker 1: also coming from the top of the company. We now
- 13:40Speaker 1: know the company CEO Brian Cornell is defending the company's
- 13:46Speaker 1: advocacy policy, saying they are quote the right things for
- 13:51Speaker 1: our business. That's what he told Fortune magazine during a
- 13:55Speaker 1: May seventeenth broadcast when his company share price was at
- 13:59Speaker 1: a high hundred and sixty one dollars. They're not backing down.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Quote.
- 14:04Speaker 1: We think about what's right for our team of employees
- 14:08Speaker 1: and what's consistent with our culture, the CEO said, our
- 14:12Speaker 1: culture and alan when we do that, I think we
- 14:17Speaker 1: make really good decisions and we add value to our shareholders.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Clearly that's not true.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Look at the share prices of Target today, they've lost
- 14:26Speaker 1: billions in market cap. Back to what he had to say,
- 14:30Speaker 1: that's part of why we've seen explosive top line growth.
- 14:34Speaker 1: So I think the facts are in the results for
- 14:37Speaker 1: us and the things we've done from a diversity, equity
- 14:40Speaker 1: and inclusion standpoint. DEI it's adding value, they claim, even
- 14:46Speaker 1: though it's not. It's helping us drive sales. Clearly that's
- 14:49Speaker 1: not true either. It's building greater engagement with both our
- 14:53Speaker 1: teams and our guests. Well, you could say they've had
- 14:56Speaker 1: a hell of a lot of engagement on Target, more
- 14:58Speaker 1: than ever before, and those are just the right things
- 15:01Speaker 1: for our business. Nine days after the CEO said the
- 15:06Speaker 1: words that I just read for you, nine days later,
- 15:10Speaker 1: the stock price crashed to one hundred and forty a share,
- 15:14Speaker 1: wiping out roughly nine billion in shareholder wealth. Let's go
- 15:19Speaker 1: back to his quote from just nine days earlier. He
- 15:22Speaker 1: says to the interviewer and Alan, when we do this,
- 15:26Speaker 1: I think we make really good decisions and we add
- 15:29Speaker 1: value for our shareholders. So did he add value for
- 15:33Speaker 1: the shareholders or the controversy. No, In fact, he lost
- 15:37Speaker 1: roughly nine billion dollars in shareholder wealth. When you're the
- 15:41Speaker 1: CEO of a public company, you have a fiduciary duty
- 15:46Speaker 1: to protect and to make good decisions for shareholders. Sounds
- 15:50Speaker 1: like Target actually doesn't really care about the money. They
- 15:54Speaker 1: care about woke advocacy, and everyone they're hiring at the
- 15:58Speaker 1: top executive levels are all on board to destroy your
- 16:01Speaker 1: traditional family. If there's anything that I'm sure about from
- 16:05Speaker 1: all this is that Target is not targeting you as
- 16:08Speaker 1: a customer. It's that Target is targeting your children. They're
- 16:13Speaker 1: targeting the traditional family, and they're targeting that traditional family,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and they want to make sure that that family is
- 16:19Speaker 1: changed forever. When you look at what Target has done
- 16:26Speaker 1: and how they have acted and who they've hired, they're
- 16:30Speaker 1: just getting started.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:34Speaker 1: To be clear, the crash is going to cost some
- 16:37Speaker 1: people in the C suites at Target income. I don't
- 16:42Speaker 1: think the income loss is going to be a problem
- 16:44Speaker 1: because when you have woke activists running a company, they're
- 16:48Speaker 1: willing to lose nine billion dollars. That's how important it
- 16:52Speaker 1: is to come after your family values. That's what you
- 16:55Speaker 1: have to understand. You also have to understand that the
- 16:59Speaker 1: people around them will keep propping them up. Many woke individuals,
- 17:06Speaker 1: woke groups, even woke university peers are showering the CEO
- 17:11Speaker 1: of Target with status boosting awards. For example, this headline
- 17:19Speaker 1: from Los Angeles, February, the second of this year. UCLA
- 17:23Speaker 1: Anderson School of Management on Wednesday honored Brian Cornell, board
- 17:27Speaker 1: chairman and Chief executive Officer of Target with a twenty
- 17:31Speaker 1: twenty two John Wooden.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Global Leadership Award.
- 17:35Speaker 1: The award was presented at a gala dinner at the
- 17:39Speaker 1: Cultural Center in Los Angeles in twenty twenty two. They write,
- 17:43Speaker 1: Cornell was named the visionary quote unquote by the National
- 17:47Speaker 1: Retail Federation, So the National Retail Federation loves this woke
- 17:51Speaker 1: agenda as well. Target received the top ranking on People
- 17:56Speaker 1: magazines one hundred Companies that quote careless because remember, if
- 18:00Speaker 1: you advocate for children turning against their family, you now care.
- 18:05Speaker 1: If you advocate for little Timmy to tuck his stuff
- 18:08Speaker 1: in a swimsuit, that Target will sell you. And gender
- 18:11Speaker 1: affirming surgeries that come after that, then that means you
- 18:15Speaker 1: care and you make it to the care list and Target, Yes,
- 18:19Speaker 1: Target receive the top ranking on People Magazine's one hundred Companies.
- 18:24Speaker 2: The care lists in recent years.
- 18:26Speaker 1: CNN also named him the top CEO of the Year,
- 18:31Speaker 1: not because he was running a great business, but because
- 18:33Speaker 1: of his advocacy for transgenderism, and Target ranked second on
- 18:39Speaker 1: Fortune's Big Best Big Companies to work for. The company's
- 18:45Speaker 1: board is well consistent with top level executives who are
- 18:49Speaker 1: hired by Wall Street investors to oversee Cornell, But those
- 18:54Speaker 1: board members are hired and fired by the Wall Street
- 18:57Speaker 1: investors who are also pushing pro transgender politics nationwide. Wall
- 19:04Speaker 1: Street investors are pressuring companies to bulldoze civic norms in
- 19:09Speaker 1: pursuit of more sales. These investors are looking for profits,
- 19:13Speaker 1: but they are also focused on quote diversity as a
- 19:19Speaker 1: political tool to fragment the mainstream conservative culture and middle
- 19:23Speaker 1: class voters, and to champion rainbow capitalism as they call it. Yes,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it's actually called rainbow capitalism. The cause of extracting profits
- 19:32Speaker 1: from every hidden niche and unsavory nook of society is
- 19:37Speaker 1: how it was described in one article recently in twenty seventeen.
- 19:41Speaker 1: For example, Larry Fink, was the founder of the huge
- 19:45Speaker 1: Blackrock investment firm on Wall Street, threatened CEOs who do
- 19:51Speaker 1: not push to enforce diversity policies dubbed ESG for Environmental,
- 19:58Speaker 1: Social and Government's criteria. In other words, you won't get
- 20:01Speaker 1: our money unless you decide to go woke, and we
- 20:07Speaker 1: will come after your companies and expose your companies. If
- 20:11Speaker 1: your companies decide not to go woke, take a listen.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Behaviors are going to have to change, and this is
- 20:16Speaker 2: one thing we're asking companies. You have to force behaviors,
- 20:21Speaker 2: and at Blackrock we are forcing behaviors.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You have to force behaviors, and at Blackrock, right this
- 20:28Speaker 1: is a massive investment firm, we are forcing behaviors.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So there it is.
- 20:35Speaker 1: You have woke pressure, and you have to come out
- 20:38Speaker 1: and you have to be a woke company. If you don't,
- 20:40Speaker 1: we're not going to give you money. If you don't,
- 20:43Speaker 1: you're not going to get a high score for Environmental,
- 20:45Speaker 1: Social and Government Governance Criteria ESG. And if you don't
- 20:50Speaker 1: get a high diversity policy ranking, we won't invest in
- 20:54Speaker 1: your company. And this is how we go back to
- 20:56Speaker 1: what they call it rainbow capitalism.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Now the question is can you beat Blackrock?
- 21:01Speaker 1: Can you beat rainbow capitalism only if you stop shopping
- 21:08Speaker 1: these stores forever. When they do this, there is woke
- 21:12Speaker 1: pressure and it's coming from far above the CEO or
- 21:16Speaker 1: the board members of Target. It's coming from those that invests,
- 21:21Speaker 1: motivated by individuals who have a mixture of demanding profits
- 21:26Speaker 1: while also demanding woke status within the company. The woke
- 21:31Speaker 1: pressure also comes far below the CEO, by the way,
- 21:35Speaker 1: in the head of marketing as well. For example, a
- 21:38Speaker 1: self described queer tran Target employee touted the company's rainbow
- 21:44Speaker 1: capitalism and the company managers saying this quote, their bathrooms
- 21:48Speaker 1: have been gender identity inclusive, and even when they face backlash,
- 21:53Speaker 1: they held firm, referring to Target's bathrooms and changing rooms.
- 21:57Speaker 1: They always have queer and gender inclusive greeting cards, merchandise
- 22:01Speaker 1: and items throughout the store, referring to Target all year long.
- 22:05Speaker 1: As an employee, I have a name tag with my
- 22:07Speaker 1: chosen name and pronoun on it. You may not realize that,
- 22:11Speaker 1: but you can do that if you work at Target.
- 22:15Speaker 1: So are the shareholders getting a raw deal here? Not
- 22:18Speaker 1: if you understand what the company is actually trying to do.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Target is an advocacy store, an advocacy store that knew
- 22:28Speaker 1: they would, in theory, get little pushback from media, which
- 22:31Speaker 1: rarely allows skeptics of transgenderism to get a word in
- 22:35Speaker 1: to the debate. Instead, the media sided with Target executives.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Academia cited with Target executives and gave them awards. Newspapers,
- 22:49Speaker 1: magazines they targeted, not Target. They targeted anyone that stands
- 22:57Speaker 1: up to Target. And they praised the executives supporters by
- 23:01Speaker 1: portraying that the customers are amazing and understanding of where
- 23:07Speaker 1: the world's going, and if you don't like it, you
- 23:09Speaker 1: were unhinged and you're dangerous. How do I know that?
- 23:13Speaker 1: That's what they're saying I'll give you the last example.
- 23:17Speaker 1: It was reported a couple days ago the Target stores
- 23:21Speaker 1: in Ohio received multiple bomb threats. Initially, of course, it
- 23:26Speaker 1: was suspected the threats came from someone upset about the
- 23:29Speaker 1: Pride displays. The new details show it was actually a
- 23:34Speaker 1: false flag.
- 23:36Speaker 2: It was an.
- 23:37Speaker 1: LGBTQ Plus ally who said the bomb threats would continue
- 23:42Speaker 1: until the LGBTQ plus items were brought back and put
- 23:46Speaker 1: on display.
- 23:48Speaker 2: So, in other words, they lied.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Target is full of blank cowards who turned their back
- 23:54Speaker 1: on the lgbt community and decide to cater to the
- 23:57Speaker 1: homophobic right wing redneck biggots who protests and and vandalize
- 24:01Speaker 1: their stores. We won't stand idly by as far right
- 24:05Speaker 1: continues to hunt us down. We are sending you a message.
- 24:08Speaker 1: We place the bomb in the following targets. The email
- 24:11Speaker 1: threat read with all of the locations in Ohio and
- 24:14Speaker 1: one in Pennsylvania. We will continue to bomb your targets
- 24:18Speaker 1: until you stop cowering and bring back your LGBTQ merchandise,
- 24:22Speaker 1: and we will not be erased, and we won't go quietly.
- 24:26Speaker 1: The email says, what's interesting is the media is not
- 24:31Speaker 1: covering the bomb threats. Coming from a liberal. No no,
- 24:34Speaker 1: no, no no. Why would we do that? Why would we
- 24:38Speaker 1: cover a story where a hardcore liberal advocacy of the
- 24:43Speaker 1: LGBTQ plus is demanding that some of the displays in
- 24:47Speaker 1: the South that have been pulled, they demand that they
- 24:52Speaker 1: come back. They demand that these stores bring back all
- 24:57Speaker 1: of their big pride propaganda and if you don't, we're
- 25:01Speaker 1: going to bomb your stores.
- 25:03Speaker 2: You think the media.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Covered that that transgendered advocates are threatening to bomb target
- 25:09Speaker 1: stores if they don't bring back their displays. Of course
- 25:12Speaker 1: not if it was actually a conservative, If it was
- 25:16Speaker 1: actually a Christian organization or a group or a person
- 25:21Speaker 1: that did this, it would be wall to wall coverage.
- 25:23Speaker 1: But since it was one of their own, they just
- 25:26Speaker 1: decided to turn and look the other way. Understand they're
- 25:32Speaker 1: not going to stop. Understand that they are willing to
- 25:37Speaker 1: lose eight or nine or ten billion of investors' dollars
- 25:43Speaker 1: to push this ideology on your children. They're willing to
- 25:49Speaker 1: lose billions to come after your kids. They also believe
- 25:54Speaker 1: that the money's going to come back eventually. They're not
- 25:58Speaker 1: worried at this point that you're going to back that
- 26:03Speaker 1: you're not going to come back. They think you're going
- 26:06Speaker 1: to wiss out. Even this summer. They're saying they're going
- 26:10Speaker 1: to spend three times as much on marketing at Budweiser.
- 26:13Speaker 1: They're desperate to get people back. Yes, that's true. How
- 26:17Speaker 1: desperate are they? We now know part of the plan,
- 26:20Speaker 1: bud Light is teaming up with an iconic American company
- 26:23Speaker 1: to beg for people to come back. Budweiser, we now
- 26:28Speaker 1: have confirmed, is teamed up with Harley Davison for a
- 26:31Speaker 1: new ad amid the two month boycott of their products.
- 26:37Speaker 1: The pandering ad is laughably, I would argue, out of
- 26:39Speaker 1: touch and is likely to make sane people want to
- 26:42Speaker 1: avoid Harley's more than maybe they were wanting to run
- 26:46Speaker 1: away from bud Light. But this is how much they're
- 26:49Speaker 1: willing to pander. Budweiser trying to recover and team up
- 26:53Speaker 1: with Harley Davison in new advertising to attract quote manly men.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Here's what the ad sounds like. The greatest legacies are
- 27:08Speaker 2: built with grita and resilience, one detail at a time,
- 27:16Speaker 2: limited edition. Butdweiser, Harley Davidson cans.
- 27:20Speaker 1: For those who give everything to their craft. There's a
- 27:27Speaker 1: dude that slams down a bud and says, this Bud's
- 27:31Speaker 1: for you, just so you know. In the background, it
- 27:34Speaker 1: shows a man building a Harley Davison motorcycle, sweating, wiping
- 27:39Speaker 1: with his greased towel his forehead, and pop it open
- 27:43Speaker 1: a Budweiser with the Harley Davison emblem in the middle.
- 27:48Speaker 1: I can tell you one thing, Harley Davison's now on
- 27:50Speaker 1: my list of companies to make sure that I don't
- 27:55Speaker 1: ever buy one of why because they sold out being
- 27:59Speaker 1: woke after the controversy had happened to Budweiser.
- 28:04Speaker 2: That's very clear.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast so that other people
- 28:10Speaker 1: know what's actually happening with Budweiser and Target. I will
- 28:14Speaker 1: keep you updated on this story. That I can promise
- 28:16Speaker 1: you
