- 2:05Speaker 1: listening to the voice, come on, dig me nw one.
- 2:09Speaker 1: It only Steve Harley got a radio show. Okay, here
- 2:12Speaker 1: we go today, folks. This is a good one because
- 2:16Speaker 1: today I want to share with you something that affects
- 2:21Speaker 1: every living soul, and that one thing is your attitude.
- 2:28Speaker 1: This affects everyone. It is your attitude. You know. I
- 2:36Speaker 1: don't know if anyone's ever told you, but I mean
- 2:39Speaker 1: many of you who listen know this. But there are
- 2:42Speaker 1: a lot of people who don't understand a positive attitude
- 2:48Speaker 1: can bring about a change. A positive attitude can bring
- 2:53Speaker 1: about a change. Well, now here we go with the
- 2:56Speaker 1: nay says, well, Steve, what you mean, if I'm just
- 2:58Speaker 1: positive being changed, I'm a gonna what me being positive
- 3:01Speaker 1: got to do with that? Okay, now listen to me carefully.
- 3:05Speaker 1: A positive attitude can bring about change. Well, okay, Steve,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I hear you saying that, But they didn't fired me.
- 3:13Speaker 1: So now what does my having a positive attitude have
- 3:16Speaker 1: to do with the fact that they fired me? Well,
- 3:21Speaker 1: one more time, A positive attitude can bring about change. What, Steve,
- 3:28Speaker 1: I set up in here and gave eight nine, twelve
- 3:32Speaker 1: years of my life to this man and he just
- 3:35Speaker 1: he cheated on me and walked out. Now what does
- 3:37Speaker 1: me being positive have to do with him cheating on me?
- 3:41Speaker 1: How that's gonna change that? Okay, here we go again.
- 3:46Speaker 1: A positive attitude can bring about change. And listen to
- 3:50Speaker 1: the whole thing. Now, the positive attitude and the change
- 3:56Speaker 1: that can happen starts. This is the start. It starts
- 4:01Speaker 1: within you. See, life is ten percent what happens is
- 4:09Speaker 1: what you do about what happens. Okay, you gave twelve
- 4:12Speaker 1: years of your life to this man. He cheated and
- 4:14Speaker 1: left you hold in the bag, the kids and everything.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Now what does being positive have to do with changing that?
- 4:21Speaker 1: Or they came in and they fired you. You lost
- 4:23Speaker 1: your job that you was a stellar performer at. But now,
- 4:27Speaker 1: how does you having a positive attitude, How does that
- 4:30Speaker 1: change things for you? So far? You can use any example.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Here's what happens when you have a positive attitude. What
- 4:40Speaker 1: it produces within you is a positive approach to life.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And when you have a positive attitude and a positive
- 4:48Speaker 1: approach to life, it causes you to be optimistic, to
- 4:54Speaker 1: have a positive out look, to expect things to ever
- 5:00Speaker 1: actually turn around and and and and turn into a
- 5:02Speaker 1: positive That's very important because as the law of attraction
- 5:06Speaker 1: comes into play, if you think positive thoughts, you attract
- 5:12Speaker 1: positive things. If you think evil thoughts, you attract evil
- 5:17Speaker 1: to you. You know, if you want for nothing, then
- 5:22Speaker 1: nothing comes your way. If you want for a positive attitude,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you want for positive results, if you want for
- 5:28Speaker 1: a great outcome, that's what you attract to you. The
- 5:31Speaker 1: change will begin within you. So let's take the man
- 5:35Speaker 1: that walked out your life and left you hold in
- 5:37Speaker 1: the bag. Here's a positive attitude. Okay, two things have
- 5:42Speaker 1: happened as positive here. Number one, you've ridd it yourself
- 5:46Speaker 1: of someone who is obviously going to be if not
- 5:49Speaker 1: already been toxic in your life, cause you many restless nights,
- 5:54Speaker 1: a lot of uncomfortable feelings, an uneasiness, not sure in curity.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You've been going through it with this person, whoever they are.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Number One, that person has been released from your life.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Number Two, it allows you now to have the someone
- 6:12Speaker 1: who will treat you just the way you want to
- 6:13Speaker 1: be treated. That's the positive outlook, that's the optimistic way.
- 6:18Speaker 1: That's when you're a positive person. You see the positive
- 6:21Speaker 1: in things that happened to you instead of burying yourself
- 6:25Speaker 1: under the what's wrong with it? A old woe is
- 6:27Speaker 1: me now? Concept? See a positive attitude. When they came
- 6:32Speaker 1: in there and they fired you and let you go,
- 6:34Speaker 1: Could this not have been just the opening you needed
- 6:39Speaker 1: to finally start on a new career path that you've
- 6:42Speaker 1: been talking about doing anyway? Could it possibly be a
- 6:46Speaker 1: brand new chance for you to get the dream job
- 6:49Speaker 1: or dream career of your choice. Could it not possibly
- 6:53Speaker 1: be the perfect opportunity now for you to finally finally
- 7:00Speaker 1: do something about that gift, about that talent that God
- 7:03Speaker 1: gave you, that thing that you love to do. Could
- 7:05Speaker 1: it not be the perfect time for you to pursue that?
- 7:08Speaker 1: But if you don't have a positive attitude, then you
- 7:11Speaker 1: lay there. Oh they finned come getting my house? Oh
- 7:15Speaker 1: what I'm gonna do now? All this unemployment ain't enough?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Oh Lord, when this unemployment run out? What am I
- 7:22Speaker 1: gonna do? Then I won't have nothing? And you old
- 7:25Speaker 1: woe is me until you become old woe is me.
- 7:29Speaker 1: But if you take it from the positive approach, some
- 7:32Speaker 1: amazing things can happen in your life. I will tell
- 7:35Speaker 1: you on a personal note, that's some of the most
- 7:39Speaker 1: some of the best changes, some of the biggest moments
- 7:42Speaker 1: in my life came after a loss. So I don't
- 7:46Speaker 1: want to go down on the list, but boy, I
- 7:47Speaker 1: could tell you. Let me let me tell you something.
- 7:49Speaker 1: When they didn't want me on the radio anymore in La,
- 7:53Speaker 1: when they didn't when they went it was sick of
- 7:55Speaker 1: the way I did radio out there, and they wanted
- 7:57Speaker 1: me gone. And on May twenty third, two thousand and five,
- 8:03Speaker 1: when my when when when my deal was done with
- 8:09Speaker 1: the beat out in La? Okay, look what happened though? Yeah,
- 8:14Speaker 1: I was gone in May. But in September nineteenth I
- 8:17Speaker 1: started to Steve Harvey Radio Network with four cities. You see,
- 8:22Speaker 1: but I didn't go old Woe is Me? I said,
- 8:26Speaker 1: oh okay, God must have something else from it then,
- 8:30Speaker 1: because if he didn't remove me from this, that must
- 8:32Speaker 1: be something else. Same thing can happened when you lose
- 8:35Speaker 1: and you and you and you break up in a relationship.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Same thing can happen to you. You never know the
- 8:40Speaker 1: one God God for you. Now Here you go, here
- 8:43Speaker 1: you go again. Now you get put into a situation
- 8:45Speaker 1: with somebody, treat you just the way you want to
- 8:47Speaker 1: be treated, provide you the whole lot of aspects of
- 8:50Speaker 1: your life you knew nothing about prior to that. But
- 8:52Speaker 1: you gotta stay positive. If you stay positive, that positive attitude,
- 8:57Speaker 1: that optimistic outlook, that that that always thinking God got
- 9:02Speaker 1: me no matter what happened to me, some amazing things
- 9:05Speaker 1: that's going can will happen in your life. It's a fact.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't know how it works that way. I just
- 9:11Speaker 1: know that's what it is. Positive attitude is everything, y'all.
- 9:15Speaker 1: So get off the old Woe is Me negativity train
- 9:18Speaker 1: because it ain't gonna take you nowhere but down and
- 9:20Speaker 1: get get your outlook up. If you change your attitude,
- 9:24Speaker 1: you change your altitude. Altitude is determined by your attitude,
- 9:29Speaker 1: how high you go, how big you become, how far
- 9:32Speaker 1: you go. It all depends on how you think. It
- 9:35Speaker 1: all depends on what type of attitude you got. Ain't no,
- 9:40Speaker 1: ain't no very very successful, super negative people. It just
- 9:44Speaker 1: doesn't coincide that way. If you see that something that
- 9:47Speaker 1: happened to them along the way, and don't weary. You
- 9:49Speaker 1: ain't gonna worry about it because you ain't gonna see
- 9:50Speaker 1: them long because you can't stay up there like that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: It's just too hard, all right. That's the conversation. You're
- 9:58Speaker 1: listening to people any show, Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
- 10:05Speaker 1: people from all around the world. This is it, ladies
- 10:09Speaker 1: and gentlemen. This is the baddest and I do mean
- 10:12Speaker 1: the baddest morning show in the land. Now, you can
- 10:16Speaker 1: argue it if you like, but argon does not change
- 10:19Speaker 1: the facts. Simply put, this is, as stated, the by
- 10:25Speaker 1: none greatest morning show on Earth today. I have heard,
- 10:39Speaker 1: we have heard in other parts of the universe that
- 10:43Speaker 1: there are claims of also some radio terrestrial planets out
- 10:48Speaker 1: there claiming to have a great radio show. We say,
- 10:52Speaker 1: since your punkast don't speak English, gold lord, the hell
- 10:56Speaker 1: you're talking about? So it's us, folks. We are the
- 11:02Speaker 1: real deal. Championship Teamship CHAMPI, No, it's not like that,
- 11:09Speaker 1: y'all say it right if you say it, Champion, say
- 11:12Speaker 1: it champiship Hip, Championship No, no, too much emphasis. No,
- 11:17Speaker 1: it's just one two together, Championship team, Championship team one.
- 11:22Speaker 1: But guess what, guys, we would be nothing without our
- 11:26Speaker 1: fearless leader. Yeah, CHAMPI, okay, what about the core about
- 11:37Speaker 1: the champion? You don't care? Go ahead, go ahead, championship
- 11:44Speaker 1: the champ here okay, cocare go play traffic. Go ahead,

- 13:45Speaker 1: Oh I hope it's another poem. No, no, surely it's not.
- 13:49Speaker 1: It's truth be told. Listen something I did do this though,
- 13:54Speaker 1: that's what you know? Last week got to me. We
- 13:56Speaker 1: would talking about, you know, being ugly. So I went
- 13:59Speaker 1: called my family up and just took a poll. I
- 14:02Speaker 1: just wanted to know what they really thought. I called
- 14:05Speaker 1: some as a cup and came back up. Not all right,
- 14:12Speaker 1: you know you possible. But what really hurt my feelings
- 14:16Speaker 1: was how fast sad? But I just I just discovered
- 14:22Speaker 1: after they called me ugly, compliments started coming in. You

- 14:29Speaker 1: your spirit good you know, you know, I mean it

- 14:35Speaker 1: and truth be told, when you ugly, people really love
- 14:38Speaker 1: you for who you are. They really love you, you know,
- 14:43Speaker 1: I mean, they just can't coming back. They're like, yeah, yeah,
- 14:45Speaker 1: you ugly, But listen, that's not what count. It's what's
- 14:47Speaker 1: on the inside. Got encourage you gotta cut. This was
- 14:53Speaker 1: remissing me up. I had never heard this. My great
- 14:55Speaker 1: aunt say, yeah, boy, you're ugly, that ugly, but you've
- 14:58Speaker 1: come from good Stop. I ain't never heard. What you
- 15:05Speaker 1: come from good stock means is who told you that
- 15:08Speaker 1: your grandma ain't? My grandma said. What that means is
- 15:11Speaker 1: your grandfather's grandfather got sold for a lot. Who knew? Hey,
- 15:25Speaker 1: But when you really others don't feel bad. People really
- 15:28Speaker 1: do love. When they one or two friends I have
- 15:31Speaker 1: ain't with me because I look, they just like you

- 16:15Speaker 1: do here that it ain't never yet. And you notice
- 16:18Speaker 1: how quiet Tommy. Tommy don't like it because Tommy is
- 16:25Speaker 1: the one boy in that family. I just was shot. No,
- 16:30Speaker 1: how would you just Okay, did you ever think about
- 16:33Speaker 1: if you were cute? I mean, I'm not saying you're not. No,

- 17:10Speaker 1: just I just don't want to. I can handle kids
- 17:12Speaker 1: no way, because I always like who like me like,
- 17:15Speaker 1: I don't have like I don't ain't ain't no two
- 17:16Speaker 1: girls don't feel like at the same time. So you
- 17:18Speaker 1: don't know people they approach. No, well, I'm too ugly
- 17:21Speaker 1: to be approaching. I try. You gotta say you gotta
- 17:26Speaker 1: like you gotta let you. Don't get down. You ugly,

- 19:09Speaker 1: That's why we're funny, That's why we stay that way.

- 23:25Speaker 1: think this would be something you'd like to do. Yeah,
- 23:28Speaker 1: this is this is amazing. So we're type of practicing here.
- 23:31Speaker 1: This is um. Like I said, we're all wall workers
- 23:33Speaker 1: recruitment and I'm actually spearheading it. We got this deal
- 23:36Speaker 1: with the government, so we're soon as we get the
- 23:39Speaker 1: green light. We just got to make sure we got
- 23:41Speaker 1: enough manpower and we're looking forward. Just say wall wall
- 23:44Speaker 1: workers recruitment, wall workers recruitment. Correct, like building the wall,
- 23:51Speaker 1: building the wall, building the wall at the at the
- 23:53Speaker 1: borders exactly on the signment. I'm gonna have to pack
- 23:58Speaker 1: on this. I mean I need to watch. I mean,
- 24:01Speaker 1: is there is there is there a problem Hobby, Yeah,
- 24:05Speaker 1: it's a problem. I mean a Mexican American man, I
- 24:08Speaker 1: got family that lives over in Mexico. I got family
- 24:11Speaker 1: ls over here. You know in the States, like I don't.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I don't want to be a part of that. Controversially,
- 24:17Speaker 1: I don't want to be a part of anything that
- 24:18Speaker 1: Trump had to do with. But building some ball Are
- 24:21Speaker 1: you kidding me? You were excited when I told you
- 24:23Speaker 1: we were paying you forty five dollars an hour for
- 24:25Speaker 1: twelve hours ships in six six, six days a week.
- 24:28Speaker 1: I mean that's pretty good money. Of course, there has
- 24:31Speaker 1: great money. But I wouldn't be a part of this.
- 24:33Speaker 1: For if you paying me a hurry bucks an hour
- 24:35Speaker 1: or a thousand bucks an hour. I mean, you know,
- 24:37Speaker 1: I dis respected to my people, my brother. I mean,
- 24:39Speaker 1: it ain't gonna happen. I don't want to part of this.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I didn't know, I didn't know what type of project.
- 24:44Speaker 1: It wasn't so down I mean you want to said
- 24:46Speaker 1: it really quickly because I didn't catch what you said,
- 24:49Speaker 1: and I don't know if you're catching what I'm saying.
- 24:51Speaker 1: But I want no part of this. So you have
- 24:54Speaker 1: a problem with building a wall and we're paying you
- 24:59Speaker 1: it's a mile of do dollars that you're gonna put, um,
- 25:02Speaker 1: you know, food on your table and take care of
- 25:04Speaker 1: your family. You got a problem with Doug. I don't
- 25:06Speaker 1: give a fiv it. Put food on my table. I
- 25:08Speaker 1: can make my money doing looking for some other words.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I ain't gonna be a part of building some guy
- 25:14Speaker 1: whoa I'm gonna be saying what I'm saying about. I
- 25:17Speaker 1: am what you're saying. Well, we're doing. We're going in
- 25:22Speaker 1: the first place. My family might answers the land? Right
- 25:26Speaker 1: do you belong to that? Before? It was the point
- 25:28Speaker 1: of the UA? All right? I mean how the border?
- 25:31Speaker 1: It's because of part of Mexico, because the US. I mean,
- 25:37Speaker 1: he betrayed us Mexican. It's not cool, not cool. Okay?
- 25:43Speaker 1: You questions calling Latinos to build this wall, or are
- 25:47Speaker 1: you calling other racists too? I haven't. I mean I
- 25:53Speaker 1: don't know everyone's nationality, Sir, you just can't. What about
- 25:58Speaker 1: how about that? So are you looking at the last name?
- 26:01Speaker 1: I'm not looking at the last names. I mean, I know, uh,
- 26:05Speaker 1: I assume that you were Latino. Your name is Poverty.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I got that, but you have it's Javier is not Harvey.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Only my friends your family called me Harvey? All right? Okay, um,
- 26:18Speaker 1: do you have any friends or family you take? Might
- 26:20Speaker 1: want to work the walls? Bro Yo who were parents. Fully,
- 26:26Speaker 1: when you're a baby, nobody could be that dumber, stupid
- 26:30Speaker 1: old I warn't how did you see the news? I mean,
- 26:33Speaker 1: what the do you think I was gonna say? I
- 26:35Speaker 1: mean you and everybody else. That's a part of building
- 26:39Speaker 1: this wall, because the world, all right, I mean, okay,
- 26:43Speaker 1: well he suspectful. You really think that you start recruiting
- 26:49Speaker 1: last names, your dirty work. I'm sorry? What about what
- 26:55Speaker 1: about Louise? What about what your cousin? I mean, will will?
- 26:59Speaker 1: He be all right? But on the one, my cousin Louis,
- 27:03Speaker 1: my cousin Louise, you got him signed up and he's
- 27:06Speaker 1: the one that recommends me because I'm gonna kick him.
- 27:09Speaker 1: I'm gonna go to bad right now. I'm the most
- 27:14Speaker 1: tell me my cousin signed up already. No, I'm gonna
- 27:16Speaker 1: tell you this. Your cousin Louise got me to play
- 27:20Speaker 1: phone call you. This is nephew taught me from the
- 27:22Speaker 1: Steve Harkins Morton and show me lea. Oh my god,
- 27:34Speaker 1: it's crazy. Man. I'm gonna go kick all right. You
- 27:42Speaker 1: guys got me, good man, you guys got me. Hey, Harvey,
- 27:46Speaker 1: do this for me? Man in Spanish, let me. Know this,
- 27:48Speaker 1: what is the baddest radio show in the land? Like
- 27:52Speaker 1: that comes Steve Harvey. All right, d thank you, nephew.
- 28:00Speaker 1: That is crazy. Workers found out while you were talking
- 28:05Speaker 1: about a part. Yes he did. All right, guys, more
- 28:10Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this, you're
- 28:13Speaker 1: listening to the stew All right, Steve, you are the
- 28:19Speaker 1: resident relationship expert on the show, no question. Uh. And
- 28:25Speaker 1: you know there are some folks involved in a friends
- 28:27Speaker 1: with benefits situation. You know a lot of people you
- 28:30Speaker 1: know in those kind of relationships. But there are boundaries,
- 28:33Speaker 1: of course, as in any relationship, you should still be
- 28:37Speaker 1: honest and not take the situation for granted. Though a
- 28:40Speaker 1: few mishaps could land you back in the friendship zone
- 28:43Speaker 1: with a quickness, of course. And even if the arrangement
- 28:46Speaker 1: is super casual, then Tommy becomes the expert. You know, yeah, yeah,
- 28:56Speaker 1: keeper can so here we go. All right, So if
- 29:00Speaker 1: someone is lying or not being honest about their intentions,
- 29:03Speaker 1: well you know it's bad news for you because you know, uh, look,
- 29:08Speaker 1: eventually all everything comes to light. You might as well
- 29:12Speaker 1: if you're just gonna be friends benefits just being honest. Okay,
- 29:17Speaker 1: money here's the money. Let me hit this. Look here,
- 29:22Speaker 1: I don't love you. Oh my gosh. I'm just being
- 29:26Speaker 1: real about what we're doing and what we're doing. We're
- 29:29Speaker 1: both cool with that. I'm honest by my intentionous. We
- 29:33Speaker 1: gonna do this untill we don't want to do this
- 29:35Speaker 1: no more. This ain't abouty, no love. Matter of fact,
- 29:39Speaker 1: we're doing it from We can't even make eye contact
- 29:41Speaker 1: because this ain't love at all. Don't don't gaze at me,
- 29:46Speaker 1: look at me. Don't look at me, or you look
- 29:48Speaker 1: back at me. Don't look back at me. When we're
- 29:50Speaker 1: in the moment, look forward, don't look back. Don't look back.
- 29:54Speaker 1: That's that's in the moment. You don't do that. Let's
- 29:57Speaker 1: just being honest. I'm saying, yeah, that's bu do it.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Do it. Acting jealous not allowed good? Uh. You know
- 30:08Speaker 1: it's a little tough man when you have an arrangement
- 30:13Speaker 1: and you know it's just friends for benefits because the
- 30:15Speaker 1: other person could have somebody, and so being jealous is
- 30:19Speaker 1: just you post being able to play a little bit
- 30:22Speaker 1: better turn. It ain't your turn when I show up
- 30:28Speaker 1: with my wife. What is your lip out? That is
- 30:35Speaker 1: wrong with you today? What is wrong with you, and
- 30:42Speaker 1: why is you texting me? You'll see him over here.
- 30:49Speaker 1: He talked about this. If you walk past me and
- 30:52Speaker 1: my wife. One more, Dan, you better get your lip back,
- 30:58Speaker 1: your rep paid for as you got your mom this
- 31:03Speaker 1: boy here. Okay, here's another one. Guys, assuming yes is
- 31:10Speaker 1: forever instead of yes for now, play your position well.
- 31:16Speaker 1: You know, if if you've agreed to be with somebody
- 31:21Speaker 1: period of time and you know that's all it is,
- 31:25Speaker 1: that's all it is, you really can't expect no more
- 31:27Speaker 1: than that. Nobody always catch feelings and mess every dam up.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Oh my god, you know, goodness, Dawn, this for six months.
- 31:39Speaker 1: You know that, you know we're not gonna last no longer.
- 31:42Speaker 1: But ain't no sense and you won that Christmas, gonna
- 31:45Speaker 1: go with you. You ain't been to getting out of
- 31:49Speaker 1: that Christmas now. But October we're gonna fade up out here.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Oh man, I'm gonna be looking about to break bread hair.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Take it down. We're doing that Christmas December twenty six
- 32:01Speaker 1: and just deal with it. Deal with it, okay, Okay,
- 32:22Speaker 1: moving on? Uh No dissing aloud, disappearing acts without explaining
- 32:28Speaker 1: what's happening, Okay, I can't do it well, you know, um,
- 32:33Speaker 1: it's kind of touchy because you know the end of
- 32:36Speaker 1: the day, you know, if you say you're gonna be here,
- 32:41Speaker 1: no you should be here. It's an agreement and arrangement
- 32:44Speaker 1: that we have. That's true. Yeah, because if I don't
- 32:47Speaker 1: know where you at, you might be outside my damn
- 32:49Speaker 1: house and that could get ugly when on vacation with
- 32:56Speaker 1: my damn what is you? You? What? What? What? And no,
- 33:02Speaker 1: you don't get a vacation. I can't go nowhere with you. Yes,
- 33:09Speaker 1: those are pictures we took, that's all. I don't want
- 33:12Speaker 1: to hear about the disappearing. Why did I leave while
- 33:14Speaker 1: you was in the shower because she would call him?
- 33:17Speaker 1: I got to go. They sitting and wait on you
- 33:21Speaker 1: to get out. We though with what we was doing.
- 33:30Speaker 1: The second is helping somebody's all about helping help man.
- 33:35Speaker 1: We hiting him. Why I can't get a vacation if
- 33:40Speaker 1: she get one? I got facebooks somewhere as we fissed
- 33:47Speaker 1: the girl, And why do I have to keep having
- 33:50Speaker 1: this same damn conversation. He's gonna miss brown be out disagreement,
- 33:58Speaker 1: that's what being You gonnass around this brief? Okay, when
- 34:02Speaker 1: we when we said, you know we're friends with benefits.
- 34:05Speaker 1: You knew I had kids, and you said you know
- 34:07Speaker 1: you would sometimes take them out occasionally. You know you
- 34:12Speaker 1: would be nice to my children. Now you know your
- 34:15Speaker 1: friends would benefits and you did say you just gonna
- 34:17Speaker 1: take kids out. They kids, you don't have things they
- 34:20Speaker 1: look forward to. You gotta aud of your obligation at
- 34:23Speaker 1: least get them to the part. Huh. Damn your damn kids.
- 34:29Speaker 1: You see my profile on Facebook man with kids MN
- 34:31Speaker 1: your kids kids see you also where their kids need
- 34:37Speaker 1: to match up and your kids better not speak to

- 36:59Speaker 1: over sixty. Okay, well, since we're talking about people we
- 37:02Speaker 1: worked with, I think Shirley, I think short go for
- 37:07Speaker 1: zero sixty. Every time I turn around, she man by someone.

- 38:13Speaker 1: your short version of it. This is my reaction listening
- 38:17Speaker 1: to Shirley Murdock's As We Laid. This is the reason
- 38:20Speaker 1: I'm ticked off because this happened to me in the eighties.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I was at a girl's house all night long, and
- 38:26Speaker 1: I don't know why Shirley thought, oh, necessary write a
- 38:28Speaker 1: damn song about such a bad memory. For let's go

- 42:59Speaker 1: you you. Up next, it is the nephew with a
- 43:02Speaker 1: prank phone call for today. Right after this you're listening
- 43:06Speaker 1: to all right, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 43:11Speaker 1: right about four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today.
- 43:14Speaker 1: But right now the nephew is here with today's prank
- 43:17Speaker 1: phone call. You heard me, Carla, what you got now? Yeah,
- 43:25Speaker 1: you are what you got? But man? What but man? What? Man? Yeah?
- 43:33Speaker 1: Yeah what man? It's called But man, let me break
- 43:37Speaker 1: this down to you. So at the you know, at
- 43:40Speaker 1: the job, somebody somebody copied. They butt on the machine,
- 43:46Speaker 1: on the copy machine. People are still doing that. It
- 43:50Speaker 1: didn't really happen, shirt, but I act like it did.
- 43:54Speaker 1: So I'm human resources and I called this man, this
- 43:58Speaker 1: brother and say, hey, we uh, we got an understanding
- 44:02Speaker 1: that uh, somebody on your floor copy day, but on
- 44:05Speaker 1: the copy machine, and we need to UM set a
- 44:10Speaker 1: meeting with you at eleven so you can come in
- 44:13Speaker 1: and we need to see if it was you, which
- 44:16Speaker 1: means what which we need? Yes, okay, we need to
- 44:22Speaker 1: we need we need to see your butt. Here we go.
- 44:25Speaker 1: You already know our brother Zach. Here we go right now.
- 44:28Speaker 1: But hello, hey, I'm trying to reach Von. Please Von.
- 44:35Speaker 1: This is Darius, Darius with Human Resources. How are you
- 44:40Speaker 1: n I help you? Yeah, listen, we UM have an
- 44:43Speaker 1: incident that has taken place at the job. You actually
- 44:48Speaker 1: what floor are you on? Von? I'm all for twelve
- 44:53Speaker 1: floor twelve? All right, So do you use the copy
- 44:57Speaker 1: machine that often on that floor out all the time,
- 45:00Speaker 1: but I do use it every once in a while, Okay,
- 45:03Speaker 1: every once in a while. So here's what's going on.
- 45:06Speaker 1: There's gonna be some actions being taken place here pretty soon,
- 45:10Speaker 1: some legal actions, and we're just clearing everybody. You know,
- 45:13Speaker 1: this is this is just a proper procedure that we're
- 45:16Speaker 1: having to go through. So let me just kind of
- 45:19Speaker 1: enlighten you on what's taking place. Someone on the twelfth
- 45:22Speaker 1: floor has copied their butt on a piece of paper
- 45:27Speaker 1: and the copy machine. So someone I actually sat up
- 45:29Speaker 1: on the xerox machine and copied their butt. Why someone
- 45:33Speaker 1: would do that, I have no earthly idea. But what's
- 45:36Speaker 1: happening now is everyone on your floor is gonna have
- 45:40Speaker 1: to come in and show their butt. So we're scheduling
- 45:44Speaker 1: this now. I'm thinking Friday at eleven am. Would that
- 45:48Speaker 1: be sued? Yeah, y'all talked, y'all talk about want me
- 45:54Speaker 1: to come up there and show show my show because
- 45:59Speaker 1: some I'm a grown man. Okay, I'm a grown man.
- 46:03Speaker 1: I ain't do that. Okay, you know what, I believe you.
- 46:06Speaker 1: I believe you wholeheartedly, Von, But just to clear your name.
- 46:10Speaker 1: We have to, I hate to say it, clear your
- 46:12Speaker 1: butt as well. So we want to make sure we're
- 46:15Speaker 1: gonna find out who's. But this here is on a
- 46:17Speaker 1: piece of paper that did this. We're gonna find out
- 46:19Speaker 1: I find you're gonna find out who's You're gonna find
- 46:21Speaker 1: out whose cheeks those are, and you're gonna find out
- 46:23Speaker 1: real quick than our mind. All right, I'm not doing that, man,
- 46:26Speaker 1: I'm not gonna come in. You said Friday, you're doing
- 46:29Speaker 1: this Friday, Eddy eleven not coming in my day off.
- 46:33Speaker 1: I'm pulling my pants down. Let's some strangers. Look at really,
- 46:37Speaker 1: look at my look at my cheeks. Talking about somebody copied.
- 46:42Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. I don't. I don't want to.
- 46:45Speaker 1: I don't want this to take a turn, von, because
- 46:47Speaker 1: right now, this is if you're not if you're saying
- 46:50Speaker 1: you're not coming in, then other actions will be taking
- 46:53Speaker 1: place if you don't come in and follow the precedure
- 46:56Speaker 1: that everybody's saying. Everybody else that I'm calling they have
- 47:00Speaker 1: to come in. How many how many people work on
- 47:02Speaker 1: that floor? There's at least eighty plus people on that floor.
- 47:06Speaker 1: You're talking about trying to have eighty plus people come
- 47:10Speaker 1: in drive all the way to work, so some strangers
- 47:13Speaker 1: we don't even know can look at our look at
- 47:15Speaker 1: our cheeks, and I'm not gonna do that. I don't
- 47:18Speaker 1: know who did it, but I know they ain't me. Well, somebody,
- 47:22Speaker 1: somebody zeros there but on the twelfth floor, and we're
- 47:27Speaker 1: gonna get to okay, but we're gonna get to the
- 47:29Speaker 1: bottom of who did it and what you're What you're
- 47:32Speaker 1: not gonna do, Vaughan, is tell me you're not coming in.
- 47:34Speaker 1: What you're not gonna do. Do you like your job
- 47:37Speaker 1: here with this company? Okay? What you're not gonna do
- 47:41Speaker 1: is act like you're gonna fire me because I'm not
- 47:43Speaker 1: gonna show y'all my sweet goodies just because you just
- 47:46Speaker 1: because you from HR you got me food. If you
- 47:49Speaker 1: actually expect me to think that everybody that worked from
- 47:52Speaker 1: this floor is over here, like oh yeah, sure, I'll
- 47:55Speaker 1: let some strangers look at mind, look at my crack.
- 47:58Speaker 1: You must be playing, no, sir, not with me. Okay,
- 48:02Speaker 1: let me ask Let me, let me ask you this.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Do you have a coworker name Andre Andre? Yes? Okay,
- 48:10Speaker 1: and Andrew says he knows you. Now, I'm just gonna
- 48:13Speaker 1: put it out here, Andrea is stating that it could
- 48:16Speaker 1: have possibly been you. Really, Andre got the nerve to
- 48:20Speaker 1: say it could have been mere? Why are he trying
- 48:24Speaker 1: to single me out like I even use that damn copier.
- 48:27Speaker 1: I don't playing games. I'm a grown man. He must
- 48:31Speaker 1: be out of his mind thinking he gonna say I
- 48:34Speaker 1: did it. All I know is he stated that you
- 48:36Speaker 1: were a possibility. That's what. That's what he stated. He
- 48:39Speaker 1: said I was a possibility. That that's dumb. He ain't
- 48:44Speaker 1: have absolutely the reason to take I don't even use
- 48:46Speaker 1: that copier, man, I use that thing like once every
- 48:48Speaker 1: two three weeks, everybody on that floor. Okay, so out
- 48:52Speaker 1: of once every two three weeks, is there a possibility
- 48:55Speaker 1: maybe you propped your butt up there and copied it?
- 48:58Speaker 1: Not at all, y'all, don't need ain't even told me
- 49:00Speaker 1: when this happened. I probably wasn't even working when the
- 49:03Speaker 1: booty chick scute. When you must be out your mind.
- 49:07Speaker 1: You can waste everybody else for some time trying to
- 49:10Speaker 1: bring everyone in to get a free strip show, but
- 49:13Speaker 1: you're not gonna do that to me. This has to
- 49:15Speaker 1: be unethical and illegal on so many levels. You're trying
- 49:19Speaker 1: to come in and say everybody on the entire flour
- 49:22Speaker 1: has to come show that. Man. You want to be
- 49:26Speaker 1: kidding me? What's your name? Whole time You're trying to
- 49:29Speaker 1: call me saying this is HR what's your name? Because
- 49:31Speaker 1: we're not. I'm Darius, I'm Darius out of human Resources.
- 49:35Speaker 1: I told you that when I first called you, and
- 49:37Speaker 1: well Darius, well Darius, when I do come into work,
- 49:41Speaker 1: you will I want to see. Let me ask you this, von.
- 49:45Speaker 1: Do you know Leslie Leslie? I know that better not
- 49:50Speaker 1: even say my name, but so you do know Leslie? Yes,
- 49:53Speaker 1: I know Leslie. She works there with me. So you're
- 49:56Speaker 1: trying to tell me that Leslie said this to Do
- 49:59Speaker 1: you want to know what Leslie said? Yes? I would
- 50:02Speaker 1: like to know what Leslie says, so when I cuss
- 50:05Speaker 1: her out, I get it right, Okay. Leslie told me
- 50:08Speaker 1: to tell you that this is nephew Tommy from the
- 50:11Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. And you just got frank by
- 50:14Speaker 1: your co worker Leslie and oh man, Leslie and Andre
- 50:25Speaker 1: got me to prank phone call you. Man, dude, I
- 50:30Speaker 1: was man, I was passed. Yeah, your uncle is right, bro,
- 50:36Speaker 1: somebody is gonna whoop y'all. I bet I bet it
- 50:42Speaker 1: this year. All right, un tell me this man, what
- 50:45Speaker 1: is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show
- 50:48Speaker 1: in the land, The Steve Harvey Morning Show. Somebody is
- 50:52Speaker 1: definitely gonna whoop, y'all. You're like, man, give it to me,
- 51:00Speaker 1: give it to me. Come but man, baby, oh man,
- 51:10Speaker 1: immature work. All right, listen, thank you? Have you up next,
- 51:19Speaker 1: it is a Strawberry letter. You're listening to the Steve
- 51:22Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Well, right now it is time for
- 51:26Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letter. And if you need advice and relationship,
- 51:29Speaker 1: on dating, on work, on sex, on parenting, and more,
- 51:33Speaker 1: please submit your Strawberry letter to Steve Harvey FM dot
- 51:37Speaker 1: com and click submit Strawberry Letter, right Steve, Yep, Shirley,
- 51:43Speaker 1: buggle up and hold on tight. Here it is strawberry letter.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I'd subject my husband and his groupies. Here's Stephen Shirley.
- 51:52Speaker 1: I've been married twenty two years and we have three children.
- 51:56Speaker 1: My husband and I have a great marriage and he
- 51:59Speaker 1: still takes me out on dates weekly. My husband and
- 52:02Speaker 1: I are prominent business owners in our community, so whenever
- 52:05Speaker 1: we go out in public. I have a problem with
- 52:08Speaker 1: women approaching my husband. My husband hugs the women, chats
- 52:12Speaker 1: with them, and as even welcome one woman to join
- 52:15Speaker 1: us at our dinner table recently. And yes, these women
- 52:19Speaker 1: ignore my presence. I am too successful to be checking
- 52:22Speaker 1: women in public, but I will not allow them to
- 52:25Speaker 1: keep disrespecting me and my marriage. I repeatedly speak to
- 52:29Speaker 1: my husband about this matter. He always says it's harmless
- 52:32Speaker 1: and that he isn't doing anything to encourage these women
- 52:35Speaker 1: to act like to act this way toward him. I
- 52:38Speaker 1: know how women think, and yes, my husband is fine
- 52:41Speaker 1: and paid, and he's always in a tailored suit. I
- 52:45Speaker 1: don't want to nag my husband, but I do want
- 52:48Speaker 1: to resolve this issue. Do you think that I am
- 52:51Speaker 1: being overly sensitive? Steve? Since you are a very high
- 52:55Speaker 1: profile star, I need your advice. She said it, she
- 53:00Speaker 1: called it. So how should I handle this? H No,
- 53:03Speaker 1: I definitely don't think you're being overly sensitive. I definitely
- 53:06Speaker 1: don't think that you have every reason and every right
- 53:09Speaker 1: to feel the way you feel. I mean, no one
- 53:12Speaker 1: wants to be disrespected or feel ignored. You know they don't.
- 53:16Speaker 1: No one deserves that. But your husband, I think, is
- 53:19Speaker 1: the one that should fix this problem. I mean all
- 53:22Speaker 1: this hugging and you know, chopping it up with these
- 53:26Speaker 1: women in front of you and welcoming them over to
- 53:29Speaker 1: the table and all that. That kind of stuff needs
- 53:32Speaker 1: to stop. I think he's a little overly friendly because
- 53:36Speaker 1: it makes you feel some kind of way. I mean
- 53:38Speaker 1: he can shake their hands, you know, or something like that,
- 53:41Speaker 1: or you know, just respectfully say I'm with my wife,
- 53:44Speaker 1: this is me time, right now, this is our time,
- 53:46Speaker 1: right now, we're on a date. He can keep it
- 53:48Speaker 1: professional with them and very respectful. He says it's harmless,
- 53:52Speaker 1: but it's not harmless to you, and that's what he
- 53:54Speaker 1: needs to understand. He needs to understand it's about you
- 53:58Speaker 1: and how you feel, because you should be his priority,
- 54:01Speaker 1: number one in his life, not these women. So I
- 54:04Speaker 1: would have to say, you know, you need to defer
- 54:06Speaker 1: to your husband. I'd have one more conversation with him,
- 54:08Speaker 1: letting him know how you really feel, and hopefully, hopefully
- 54:12Speaker 1: that will shut it down. Steve, since you're a high
- 54:15Speaker 1: profile star, very high profile star, you've been through this,
- 54:19Speaker 1: I'm sure of course, of course. Well let me take
- 54:24Speaker 1: it a step and show you something. First of all,
- 54:28Speaker 1: you say that your husband and our prominent business owners
- 54:30Speaker 1: in our community. So whenever we go out in public,
- 54:33Speaker 1: I have a problem with women approaching my husband. My
- 54:36Speaker 1: husband hugs and women chats with him, and as even
- 54:39Speaker 1: welcome one woman to join us at identitable recently, and yes,
- 54:43Speaker 1: these women ignore my presence. Okay, Now, first thing I
- 54:46Speaker 1: need to know us? What business do you all have in?
- 54:50Speaker 1: What type of community that makes y'all that prominent? Where
- 54:54Speaker 1: here in the hoog and kissing baby business? Now? Is
- 54:58Speaker 1: he a politician? Does he own? Do y'all own the
- 55:02Speaker 1: only grocery store in town? Why he's so damn famous? Y'all?
- 55:07Speaker 1: The Jefferson? Y'all got a stranger cleaners? What is y'all
- 55:11Speaker 1: I do? Because y'all making best red velvet cake, y'all
- 55:13Speaker 1: got a bakery? What business did he have that makes
- 55:20Speaker 1: y'all so damn prominent that he gots to be chimmy
- 55:24Speaker 1: with all the damn women. Come on, well, let me
- 55:29Speaker 1: go and explain something to you. Men have much bigger
- 55:33Speaker 1: egos than women. Women have stress points that they have
- 55:36Speaker 1: to deal with under pressure of looking good for other women.
- 55:40Speaker 1: What magazines have done to women over the years, and
- 55:43Speaker 1: then what some men expected women. So women have a
- 55:46Speaker 1: hard aware of it. But don't you think for one
- 55:48Speaker 1: minute that men don't have egos, because he got barn
- 55:52Speaker 1: he loves the popularity, Oh, mister Johnson, Oh mister Wallings was,
- 55:58Speaker 1: oh miss mister Miles. Because see then it gives him
- 56:07Speaker 1: a sense of accomplishment. How y'all doing a hug and
- 56:11Speaker 1: all the women, and the women take advantage of this,
- 56:13Speaker 1: And then he's even gone so far as invite one
- 56:17Speaker 1: to your table. That is what really ticked you off.
- 56:19Speaker 1: But not only do they get at the table, they
- 56:22Speaker 1: ignore you and play you short. They've done it to Marjorie.
- 56:26Speaker 1: I can't count the times with something. Most women are
- 56:29Speaker 1: really respectful though, Hey Marjorie, how you doing? Hey Steve,
- 56:34Speaker 1: y'all look so beautiful. Agun, that's the majority of people.
- 56:37Speaker 1: Every now and then you'll get some woman I don't
- 56:40Speaker 1: want to I will jest you. I don't want her
- 56:42Speaker 1: in my pitching. Well you're not getting no damn, because
- 56:46Speaker 1: I don't know what you think I'm finna do. I
- 56:48Speaker 1: can't play my girls short because you're having this egotistical moment.
- 56:52Speaker 1: But now your husband has to start taking you into
- 56:55Speaker 1: consideration and how this must make you feel. He must
- 56:59Speaker 1: add at least not allow the women in the community
- 57:04Speaker 1: to disrespect you as his wife. You know this ego thing,
- 57:08Speaker 1: the attention. Hear what you need to do the next
- 57:11Speaker 1: woman that comes sit down at the table act like
- 57:13Speaker 1: you ain't you got to make an example out of
- 57:15Speaker 1: her where it got to get round you got how
- 57:23Speaker 1: fuck up? He hugging me if you want to? Wow? No, No,
- 57:34Speaker 1: go ahead, hug me if you want to. But Steve,
- 57:37Speaker 1: I've never seen you do anything like I mean. I've
- 57:39Speaker 1: always seen you, like be respectful to the to the
- 57:43Speaker 1: person that wants to take the picture, but you would
- 57:45Speaker 1: never hug them like that. I've never seen you do that.
- 57:50Speaker 1: Nothing to get all of that disrespect my girl, I've
- 57:52Speaker 1: never seen you do that. No, no, see no, because
- 57:56Speaker 1: she first see I got to live with her and
- 57:58Speaker 1: make a life with her. I got you want a picture,
- 58:00Speaker 1: But if you can be respectful towards both of us,
- 58:02Speaker 1: be more than happy to give you the picture. If
- 58:04Speaker 1: you shade my girl in any way, and I can't,
- 58:07Speaker 1: I can't do nothing for you. All right, We're gonna
- 58:09Speaker 1: have part two of this letter. Steve's response coming up
- 58:13Speaker 1: the subject my husband and his groupies. Right after this
- 58:17Speaker 1: you're listening to. Come on, Steve, let's get to part
- 58:22Speaker 1: two of your response to today's Strawberry Letter. My husband
- 58:26Speaker 1: and his groupies. She's been married twenty two years. Husband's
- 58:31Speaker 1: a good man. They got some business that she won't
- 58:33Speaker 1: tell us what it is that makes them prominent in
- 58:36Speaker 1: the community. He wear Taylor suit. I've been trying to
- 58:39Speaker 1: get what it is. I thought maybe he was a
- 58:41Speaker 1: politician called day in the hug mama kissing baby business.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Maybe they only own the own a grocery stole in something.
- 58:50Speaker 1: I think it's a small town. Yeah, maybe maybe they
- 58:54Speaker 1: got three or four clean us down there pastry shop.
- 59:00Speaker 1: Whenever they see him, they want to hug him, and
- 59:02Speaker 1: he hugging him back. How y'all doing? What's up, ladies,
- 59:05Speaker 1: how y'all doing? Oh? They fall forward to and they
- 59:08Speaker 1: ignore you. Now a couple of reasons why you might
- 59:12Speaker 1: get played show? All right, come on, let's go. Women.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Try who they think they can get away with it with. Women,
- 59:24Speaker 1: Try who they think they can get away with it with.
- 59:27Speaker 1: So now, why are they trying you? Well, let's go
- 59:31Speaker 1: over a couple of things that could possibly be happening him.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Could it be that number one, they think because you
- 59:39Speaker 1: ain't saying nothing, you ain't gonna say something. Could it
- 59:43Speaker 1: be that, ah, here's the ugly one. Could it be
- 59:48Speaker 1: that they have looked at you and decided, oh, that's
- 59:51Speaker 1: what he liked. Well, hell let me holiday him. I'm
- 59:54Speaker 1: gonna let that one sink in. So now here they
- 59:58Speaker 1: come because they think they can't in because he's allowing it.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: And number two, you ain't checking nobody. And then number three,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: I don't know what I'll fit you have on when
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: he go out in them Taylor suits. But you need
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: to step up. You get your shot hand on fixt
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: where them help us note put don them let them
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: see it, but don them let them see you ain't
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: gotta be shame. And then if all fails, you got
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: to make an example out of one of them and
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: drag her, drop her ass right there at the table,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: take her head and slam it down into the mask.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: For do you know how that gets your attention when
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: your head hit a question? I've had this this argument
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: at my house when you when you take pictures as
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: a celebrity, where you're supposed to put your hand at
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: when you take that wide over her shoulder, fingers showing them. Yeah, okay,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: because I have all my pictures on the show. I
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: have had my hand around like a woman's waist. That
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: has created a big Why you got your hands out away?
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: But he's stupid. But before we went to break, I
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: told you I've never seen you do anything disrespectful like
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: this when the women come up to you. I've just
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: never seen it. You always have someone else to take
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: the picture with you. You never like hug them anything.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: My hands in front and folded. Yeah, no, you can
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: hug me if that's what you want to do. But
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: we're not fitting being here loving on each other. Now,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: this ain't fitting to be on TM. It's like it's
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: like women who come on my show. I put my
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: arm around it when we take the picture with the panel.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: But if you look in my hands behind them, my
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: fingers is widespread open. You can see it on most
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: camera shots. You can see my hands. What is your
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: handing me the BA I didn't know it was an issue.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I just didn't. I just took pictures. Now I'm learning that.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Like if you take a picture with a man and
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: his wife and she in the middle, make sure your
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: hand is on his shoulder so he know the wife
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: always ain't the wife in the middle, and I put
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: my hand around him, right, I'll never touch his man, right, Yeah,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: though you've done that too. No, no, it's been I've
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: always touched the guy's shoulder. I know you don't have
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: any mentors. Do you have somebody you can run this?
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: I'm good. I just ran right here, Junior, he won't come.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I just ran Junior, Jude, this years late. God. But
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: but the other problem is the junior got a problem
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: with everything exactly that Junior. He never would have brought
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: this up. Shoot like that. Oh, oh I can't shoot.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: He shooting that day day? How flat is your stomach, Junior. Damn,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: he's been a pacing square. So bottom line, Steve and
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: this letter, well, the bottom line is he has to
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: you have to make him aware. Now he's saying, oh,
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: it's nothing, but this always nothing is affecting you. It's
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: affecting you, So it is something. And then secondly, I mean,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: come on, dude, you got that that much of all
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: ego where you just can't just for a little while ago. Hey, look, ladies,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I'm with my wife. You're having a good time. I
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: appreciate y'all. No, man, you invite some woments. You gotta
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: be nuts. That's what date night is for the two
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: of y'all. Yes, yeah, you gotta say something. Yeah, we're
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: trying to have dinner. Yeah. Man, man, there's a way
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: you can say it. Definitely, all right, we get it.

- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, we're back, let's go, Shirley.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: What what what are you talking about? What what are these? O?
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: H O h A. Yes, Steve, we've kind of decided. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: we come together and as a group and we had
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: it made a decision because we love you. You are
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: fearless leader and we want your concern. Yeah, you need this,
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: need this, you need this. Oh h a Steve. And
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: for those of you who don't know, it stands for
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: over hosting anonymous and you have you have that. You
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: have that over hosting anonymous hosting set. You got to
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: go to the meetings. Yeah, yeah, you have to go
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: to the meeting, get the chips and everything. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: my name is Steve, Yeah, you have to do all that.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: And and I'm an over host. We see sign of it, yeah,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: we do, and we want to help you. We know
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: other people who've had it. Yeah, yeah, like Ryan, Ryan Seacrest,
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: he had great example, great example. Clark had it. Clark
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: really had yeah it, really had it. Yeah yeah yeah yeah,
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: and you have it yeah yeah, Simon Cowe definitely has
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Nick Cannon had it for a minute, but they stopped it. Yeah, abruptly. Yeah,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: he quit, yeah, he quit. Yeah. So Steve, you know,
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: and loeui of all that. In light of all of that,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: we we just came together as a group to help you.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: So so Tommy, let me ask you when do you
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: think that the whole over hosting started. I mean, how
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: old were you when you were just when you started hosting? When?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: When did it? When did it? When did it appear?
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I don't really see it as a problem denial. Yeah,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: it's worse than I thought it is. It's pretty bad. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Is it true that you've called trying to get soul
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: trained back up host that we've heard that, we've heard
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: that has been calling and yeah yeah, And so you
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: don't see it as a problem yourself, Steve. You know no, no, absolutely,
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: that's a problem. Yeah. Yeah. And is it true that
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: you constantly you never ever are seen without a suit
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: on ever, no matter all the time, you always have
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you ready to child. True, But for the most part,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I would have to not looking good. Yeah. And we've
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: been told that even when you're in the shower you
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: start hosting to yourself, hosting alone, hosting alone, that's actually
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: talking to body parts in the shower. You're hosting your hosting.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: This is Mike, come out more of the Steve Harvey

- 1:09:34Speaker 1: That I'm just I'm just being as real as I
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: can't look if they ain't got no ways. Still a
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: fly timing but he walk in. No, he's not, he
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: ain't flying. What do you walking? All right? All right,
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: let me see it. I love it. Okay, Okay, one
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: for Junior. Yeah, Junior, get that because the tangle with
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: no legs, it's still a title. Still gonna go over

- 1:10:15Speaker 1: Now he got he got a little upset about this, Okay,
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: I tell him. I say, the eighteen hour bra has
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: a matching eighteen hour Pannis to go quitty, it's a
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: set right there. Ain't the way they're gonna sell the
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: top for eighteen hours and leader bottom out. You know
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: what I'm saying. It's a set. It's an eighteen They
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: have eighteen hours Bras and eighteen hour Pennis. Now, I
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: don't know what happened to nineteen hours, but I know
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: it's a set. You know, tim me, they burned up,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: just gave me his game. Yeah, don't mean come on
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: because you can wear them all day. Okay, Steve, you
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: made the point. You know, you don't know what the
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: step when I get through with d drones after the day,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: these things right here themselves the trash, Yeah, yeah, I
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: put mine in a hefty bag, tied nodding, get through
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: dru and then the mage. They just throw the whole
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: trash bag and the washing don't even over. Yeah some
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: business in there, Yeah you were so do I get
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: that one? Call? Yeah? Okay, yeah, all right, all right,
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: all right, more of this crazy ignorant show. Steve Harvey
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Morning Show. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: I guess we thought we'd implement something new in the show.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: You know how Steve does his opening. Well, nephew Tommy
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: has stepped up to do some mid show remarks and
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: we're in the middle of the show, so nephew take
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: it away. First of all, Steve, you have anything to say, though,
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: maybe you want to wait till afterwards time you can
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: see think he the only one with knowledge and wisdom,
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: and I have knowledge and wisdom, so let's just not
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: the only person with knowledge and wisdom. I go to
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: people all the time to get it. It's just like
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: the come on once, y'all hear this. Everybody, everybody gonna
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: come to me once I do this right here. Okay,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: I don't get music like him. I don't. He can
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: get your own music, all right, cool, This is for
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: all of y'all out there. That's looking for wisdom and knowledge.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: I thought a thought that I thought. I had the thought.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: But the thought that I had thought wasn't a thought
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: that I had thought I had thought. So maybe if
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: I had thought the thought I thought I thought, I
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: wouldn't have thought so much. Huh. I like it. Huh,
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: that's thought right there. I definitely think on that the risk,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: and I didn't have to put much thought into it.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: I said, like, did he not that? Right there? See?
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: That's mid show? Mid show? Knowledge is what daddy? That's
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: all that he dropped knowledge right there? Yet the metal
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: of it in the middle. He had thought that he thought,
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: he had thought, he thought, but had thought didn't thought?
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Come on board coming out more of the Steve Harvey
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Morning Show right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Time for comedy Roulette, guys, Jayson. Yeah, each week we
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: get tested with our comedy ability. Give us five subjects.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Put him on the wheel, spending wheel, We stop, We
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: let it go? What you got? All right? Here? We go?
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: All right? Number one, every time you say something, they
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: try to top. That's good. That's here's what you say.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: Number two. Number two, why is your kids so fat?
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: We do that. Number three people who go from zero
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: to sixty Tommy. Four big girls with little men. Yeah yeah.
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: Number five broke people who you don't know are broke
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: until the check comes. Send the whale cats in the wheel.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Oh here it is. It is looking guy, people who
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: go from zero to sixty. Oh my god. Working with
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: somebody like this, let me tell you it is a nightmare.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: And then then from Houston. That's all I'm saying. Ain't
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: talking about the name. They're from Houston. Every thing is
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: a damn argument. Not that your boys with a high boys.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about. Boys argument about nothing
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: zero they were talking, I say, you know, in the
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: full blown argument. Good day, get dang good about the day?
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: Who who do you have one, Steve? A person doesn't
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: have to be somebody who work with people go from
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: zero over sixty. Okay, well, since we're talking about people
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: we work with, I think Sherley, I think for zero sixty.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Every time I turn around, she man about someone that boys, yea,
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: always correctly. You can't say nothing wrong. It isn't at
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: this isn't I mean as soon as you say something
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: like she right there, like we got to deal with that.
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: Do you just say something to it is she just
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: started drawing. She started drawing right now, all of a sudden,
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: we do that. We're making a flower that don't really
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: look like a flower. Damn flowers that look like that
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: should go anyway? The sixty it's not only not only
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: little zero to sixty. Once they reached sixty, they shut down.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: They got nothing down. Now let's say they quiet shut
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: it down. And then after that, so you okay, we cool,
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: No we cool? No no, hell no, hell no, let's
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: just move on. No no, let's just move No no, no,
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: no no, let's just going to do the showcase. Listen
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Tomment right there, No, no, no, hell no. I Steve
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: coming up closing remarks right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey. Morning.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: All right here we are, last break of the day.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: It's been a good day, it's been a good week.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Thank you all for listening. As always, Steve, come on
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: and take us home with your closing remarks today. I
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: have some really really good information. I'm really really pleased
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: with this line of thinking. Because everybody has them, everybody
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: has to deal with them, everybody faces it. It's just
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: so many people lose the point of it. You know
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: the thing about going through something, I think you can
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: go through something better if you know there's a point
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: to it. You know what I mean. People go to
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: the gym to work out if they're trying to get
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: to a certain point. The moment you don't see the
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: point of it, going to the gym them becomes ridiculous
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: to you. It becomes harder to you because it's all
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: of a sudden, it doesn't make sense. So what I
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: want to show you is how to look at the
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: point of something. And the thing that I'm going to
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: talk to you about is something that everybody faces when
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: they're trying to be successful, because everybody is going to
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: go through some difficult times. Everybody. I don't care who
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: you are, You're going to have some difficult times. Everybody
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: is going to have some challenges, challenges, difficulties, setbacks. You're
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: going to have this. But listen to me. All of
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: this is part of the process to succeed. When you
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: are presented with these setbacks, these difficulties, and these challenges,
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I want you to understand what they actually are. They
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: are actually test. Everybody gets tested. The reason you have
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: to have the test is because tests are presented to
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: you to see if you're willing to go through the process.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: It's merely just to see if you're willing to go
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: through what it takes. The challenges, the setbacks, the difficulties,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: the test are just there to see if you are
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: willing to go through the process. Now, in being willing
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: to go through the process, it assures you something that
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: when you pass the test and you reach your goal,
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: that you will have a level of appreciation for it.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: I'll give you an example. Somebody use your car. I
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: don't recommend that they're not gonna take care of your
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: car or ware you do because they didn't pay for it.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: They're not making a note on it. They didn't have
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: to struggle to get the down payment. They didn't have
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: to make sure their credit was right. They didn't walk
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: in the bank and get turned down a couple of times,
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: then go back and fix their credit. Now they got up.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: That's why if you rent out your room to somebody,
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: they're not gonna take care of your room like you
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: take care of your house because they didn't go through
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: the process to get it. All they wanted was the room.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Because they didn't have to fill out the credit report,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: they didn't go down here. They don't have the mortgage.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: They don't know what it took to have to own
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: this house. That's why they ain't take care of their
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: yard because they've written. Some people who writ don't take
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: care of the property because it ain't theirs. Now that's
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: not all renters. I'm just talking about the case of some.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: Because when you go through the test, it causes you
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: to have an appreciation for now. The test are necessary.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: The test teaches you things. The test provides you with
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: a lesson. Tests are merely lessons. You're gonna see these
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: tests again, and when you see them again, they won't appear.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Is nearly as difficult because you've already taken the tests
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: before and you've already passed it. The test also strengthens you.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: All these tests you have it, it's strengthens you. It's
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: like lifting weights. Oh it's heavy right now. If you
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: put them fifties in your hand, that's heavy weight. But
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: if you keep lifting fifties after a while, you can
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: lift seventies, but them fifties. But guess what them fifties did.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: That was so hard that you felt like dropping, and
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: you need a spotter. They made you stronger, though, the
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: tests make you stronger. The next thing that the test
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: does for you is it makes you experienced. Because now
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: that you have these tests under your belt, you know
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: something you can turn around and share with people how
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: to get past the tests because you've seen them before.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: This is the reason that you have challenges, setbacks, and
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: difficulties because you are being tested. So when God gives
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: you the thing that you're asking for, you will have
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: a level of appreciation for it. You will have learned
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: the lessons that it takes to maintain it. You will
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: have been strengthened by the process, and you will become
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: experienced by the process. Here is the last and main
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: thing that the test does for you, these tests that
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: they're presented to you. Old people have said it a
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: thousand times. You cannot have a testimony without the test.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: How can you share this experience with anybody? How do
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: you tell a young person what to do if you
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: ain't been through nothing. How can you teach me how
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: to play golf and you don't play golf, It's impossible.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: You can't be the swim coach and you can't swim.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: I'm sorry you can't. You got to have gone through
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: the process. It's the process and the test that gets
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: you to the point. But you can't have a testimony
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: without a test, You'll have nothing to say in your life.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: If you've never passed any tests, you will have no
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: story to tell. So all of you that are being tested,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: you're working on your story. Now. What story will you
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: tell your children? What story will you tell your grandchildren?
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: What story will you tell young people who need menery?
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: What story will you tell people who may look up
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: to you and they think you got something. What story
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: will you tell? You've got to be tested to make
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: it happen. Pass the tests, deal with them and you'll
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: be fine. Those are my closing remarks today. Y'all have
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: a great weekend. Thank you, you have a great great
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: closing remarks. Yeah for all Steve Every contests no purchase necessary,
