- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only. Steve Harvey
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show. Uh huh, Steve Harvey got a
- 2:14Speaker 1: radio show. Yeah. Man, oh bah bah boy man. God
- 2:18Speaker 1: has been good to me. I can't even I can't
- 2:24Speaker 1: even put it into words, man, But I try, though,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I try, try try. God does things for me just
- 2:31Speaker 1: right on time. He's so cool with it. And I
- 2:36Speaker 1: happened to run across Joel Oldstein on television like I
- 2:40Speaker 1: often do all the time, and I was sitting there
- 2:45Speaker 1: and he had such a timely message for me. A
- 2:49Speaker 1: part of it was something that I've said oftentimes about
- 2:54Speaker 1: if you really really want to be successful, if you
- 2:58Speaker 1: really really want to change. If you really really want
- 3:01Speaker 1: to prosper, if you really really want to achieve greatness,
- 3:05Speaker 1: if you really really want to have something in life
- 3:08Speaker 1: that's worth having, if you really really want to accomplish
- 3:11Speaker 1: your goals, you got to push through all of it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He said that when you get closer to it, the
- 3:20Speaker 1: more difficult it becomes. Did you hear me? He said,
- 3:26Speaker 1: the closer you get to what it is you want
- 3:29Speaker 1: or you need, or you have to have, or or
- 3:32Speaker 1: you would love to be, it gets a little bit
- 3:36Speaker 1: more difficult when you get closer. He told this story
- 3:42Speaker 1: that's in the Bible that I've never heard before. This
- 3:46Speaker 1: is what he said. He said that was a man
- 3:50Speaker 1: who was paralyzed, and he had heard that Jesus was
- 3:56Speaker 1: speaking at a house, and so he wanted to get there.
- 4:01Speaker 1: So he convinced four of his friends to put him
- 4:06Speaker 1: on a stretcher and carry him for hours to get
- 4:12Speaker 1: to this house where Jesus was speaking. He said that
- 4:18Speaker 1: along the way, these friends said that they went along
- 4:24Speaker 1: because he had so much faith that if he could
- 4:27Speaker 1: just get to him, it could be better that he
- 4:31Speaker 1: could if he could just get over there end he
- 4:33Speaker 1: could see him, that he might have a shot at
- 4:36Speaker 1: getting held. And so he said, they took out along
- 4:39Speaker 1: the way and they walked and they walked, and they
- 4:41Speaker 1: walked for hours. And then when they got there, the
- 4:46Speaker 1: house was completely filled with people. That was absolutely it
- 4:50Speaker 1: was packed wall to wall. That was absolutely no way
- 4:54Speaker 1: for the men to get him on that stretcher end
- 4:57Speaker 1: to see Jesus. This is a st sorry that Joel
- 5:01Speaker 1: Osteen said as in the Bible, and he was telling
- 5:04Speaker 1: it now, I'm just repeating the parts of it. I
- 5:07Speaker 1: got gathered. And so he said. They were sat there
- 5:10Speaker 1: and they went, wow, man, we walked all this way
- 5:13Speaker 1: and it's four and and and and and and and
- 5:16Speaker 1: we can't get there, he said. And then the guy
- 5:21Speaker 1: with the affliction told the four men, if you get
- 5:26Speaker 1: up on the roof and cut a hole in it
- 5:29Speaker 1: and lower me down, I bet I could see men,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and I better to be all right now. He then said,
- 5:39Speaker 1: you must imagine how these four men must have felt
- 5:43Speaker 1: when you carry somebody for hours on on on on
- 5:47Speaker 1: on on the way. They had to carry some cloth
- 5:50Speaker 1: connected by a couple of sticks. Said the men. Shoulders
- 5:53Speaker 1: had to be bruised, had to have deep gouges in them,
- 5:57Speaker 1: not cuts, but just indentations where they had carried the
- 6:00Speaker 1: weight of this grown man for so many hours, and
- 6:03Speaker 1: they looked at him in disbelief, like, man, what are
- 6:05Speaker 1: you talking about. We didn't walked all this far. He said, yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 1: but if you get up on that roof and you
- 6:10Speaker 1: cut a hole in it and lower me down, I
- 6:15Speaker 1: can see him and when he see me, it'll be
- 6:17Speaker 1: all right. After sitting there and imploring the men, they
- 6:23Speaker 1: went up and did just that. And then and then
- 6:27Speaker 1: the story that Joel Osteen said, the man was healed.
- 6:31Speaker 1: But the point he was making was he was saying
- 6:34Speaker 1: that the closer you get to what it is you
- 6:38Speaker 1: really want, the more difficult it's going to become. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: you've got to push through. See, if you don't push through,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you never know, so you can't get right to the answer.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
- 6:52Speaker 1: saying is that we got his people. Well, I guess
- 6:55Speaker 1: it wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't the
- 6:59Speaker 1: Lord's will. Now, man, I guess you should not give
- 7:03Speaker 1: up right now. I guess you should keep pressing. I
- 7:06Speaker 1: guess you should do more because see, in all of us,
- 7:10Speaker 1: in all of us, when you've had enough, I want
- 7:12Speaker 1: you to know something. You do have a little bit
- 7:15Speaker 1: more in all of us. You can do one more
- 7:20Speaker 1: you know. That's one of my favorite things that I heard.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Joel Oldstein said. It kind of made me feel good.
- 7:24Speaker 1: He said, I always feel like I can do one
- 7:29Speaker 1: more anything, And I tell my friends all the time,
- 7:33Speaker 1: I can do one more man, I could do one
- 7:35Speaker 1: more day. I can do one more anything. Now Here
- 7:40Speaker 1: was the jewel that I never really knew that Joel
- 7:45Speaker 1: Oldstein and God sent to me I needed to hear.
- 7:51Speaker 1: He said that no matter what you're going through, no
- 7:55Speaker 1: matter how long the challenge is you've been facing, God
- 7:59Speaker 1: has it an end date for it all. Did you
- 8:03Speaker 1: hear me? No matter what you're going through, no matter
- 8:06Speaker 1: what challenge you're facing, no matter what situation you've gotten
- 8:09Speaker 1: yourself into, God has an ending date. All you got
- 8:14Speaker 1: to do is keep pressing forward. All you got to
- 8:18Speaker 1: do is hanging now. All you got to do is
- 8:21Speaker 1: don't give up. All you have to do is don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: turn back. That is an end date for all of it,
- 8:30Speaker 1: even when you think you've had enough. And boy, have
- 8:35Speaker 1: I had this conversation with God on several things. That
- 8:40Speaker 1: I've been going through and I'm going I've even told him, Look,
- 8:43Speaker 1: I got it, man, He said, just keep hanging on.
- 8:49Speaker 1: There is an end date to whatever it is you're
- 8:52Speaker 1: going through. There's an end date to your illness, your sickness, yoyo,
- 8:57Speaker 1: tired of being tired. There's an end end date to
- 9:01Speaker 1: this relationship that you can't seem to get through. Beyond
- 9:08Speaker 1: over that's that's like a cancer to you. There's an
- 9:13Speaker 1: end date. But you've got to hang in there. You've
- 9:17Speaker 1: got to keep pushing forward. You cannot turn around. You
- 9:21Speaker 1: must not go back, because when God gets you through
- 9:25Speaker 1: this and you break through to the other side, the
- 9:30Speaker 1: reward and the benefit is far greater than the struggle.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I oftentimes look at some of the things that God
- 9:40Speaker 1: has brought me through in my worst times, and when
- 9:44Speaker 1: He brought me through, I went, wow, Man, now that
- 9:47Speaker 1: I understand that, Now that I'm on the other side
- 9:49Speaker 1: and I have the benefit of the reward for it,
- 9:52Speaker 1: would you do it all again to get there? Yes,
- 9:55Speaker 1: I would. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen, let me have
- 10:03Speaker 1: your undivided attention. Today's show is dedicated to Me Junior
- 10:10Speaker 1: and Tommy Me Junior and Tommy. Today's show is dedicated
- 10:18Speaker 1: to the ignorant amongst us. That's an important group. They're
- 10:27Speaker 1: often overlooked. They're never given credit where they deserve it
- 10:33Speaker 1: because the ignorant always get blamed, but they don't ever
- 10:37Speaker 1: get credit. I'm all credit is a positive. Yeah, blame
- 10:45Speaker 1: is a negative. Today we will go over the things
- 10:49Speaker 1: that ignorant people bring to the table. Man. This show
- 10:54Speaker 1: is dedicated to Junior, Nephew, Tommy, and myself, Ladies and gentlemen,

- 14:12Speaker 1: don't think anybody thought that for anybody. I'm just motivating
- 14:18Speaker 1: myself saying to me, all right, so okay, here's the
- 14:23Speaker 1: first question, Steve. UM. So if somebody, say a master craftsman,
- 14:27Speaker 1: if they offered to build like a customed piece of
- 14:30Speaker 1: furniture for you, something that you wanted in your home.
- 14:34Speaker 1: All right, what would you choose or flow? Just come
- 14:38Speaker 1: in here and put it in a flow. Yeah. I
- 14:40Speaker 1: don't be making no cabinets or nothing. But people got
- 14:42Speaker 1: to look up and it's in the eyeline. Your ass
- 14:45Speaker 1: really ain't no master craftsman, it ain't, but a few
- 14:48Speaker 1: of them. Just put a section of flow in me.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Shellack it. Put due the corner, do a corner over there,
- 14:55Speaker 1: shellack it and get your ass on the improve, your
- 14:58Speaker 1: little master craftsman. So you ain't making No, I ain't
- 15:01Speaker 1: gonna put my TV in it. I don't need no
- 15:03Speaker 1: damn wall unit. You know both. People always try to
- 15:07Speaker 1: give you something you don't want. I made you a
- 15:09Speaker 1: chest for the foot of your bed. I don't want
- 15:12Speaker 1: no damn chest at the foot of my bed. I
- 15:16Speaker 1: made you a nice stand to go next to your desk.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I work in the daytime. Welcome to ignorant Thursday right here. Yeah,
- 15:26Speaker 1: And I build I build a box for you to
- 15:28Speaker 1: keep your sneakers in. What next? Let me see, let
- 15:35Speaker 1: me thank sirley. All right, all right, okay, here's one.
- 15:38Speaker 1: If you could safely experience anything at maximum speed, I
- 15:45Speaker 1: like it, And what would and anything experiencing that nothing
- 15:49Speaker 1: could happen, nothing can happen. It's safe. Yeah, I slap
- 15:53Speaker 1: out president at maximum feet, at maximum feet, slap the flavor,
- 16:00Speaker 1: the orange color, and the hell right off his damn head,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and nothing could happen to me at maximum speed. You're
- 16:14Speaker 1: talking us springing your hand way back, I'm talking about
- 16:18Speaker 1: I'm talking about I'm talking about pull my hand, my
- 16:21Speaker 1: right hand back, scratch my ass, then swam. Wow, do
- 16:27Speaker 1: it again. Take my right hand all the way back,
- 16:33Speaker 1: scratch the left side of my ass, then swam. That's
- 16:38Speaker 1: so much velocity. I'm trying to be at right, all right, Steve,
- 16:47Speaker 1: If you had to permanently be trapped in time, living
- 16:53Speaker 1: the same twenty four hour period over and over again,
- 16:59Speaker 1: which day, for I'm your past, would you choose endlessly
- 17:03Speaker 1: to repeat the day I married Marjorie? No ignorance there
- 17:09Speaker 1: that was that this day I could do over and
- 17:12Speaker 1: over and over again because it was really really cool.
- 17:14Speaker 1: That was a lovely answer. Yeah, that was good, good,
- 17:18Speaker 1: all right. All the rest of the days I mentioned
- 17:20Speaker 1: had a lot of sin and the bauchery. I think
- 17:24Speaker 1: that'd be a good answer. I've had some do over
- 17:29Speaker 1: a damn all right, Junior. Oh you have something else
- 17:34Speaker 1: to add, Carla. I was gonna say, with that location
- 17:37Speaker 1: being Las Vegas, No, no, no, no being Mai what
- 17:41Speaker 1: we got man? Oh yeah, everything I've done in my
- 17:46Speaker 1: past life in Vegas, it's really not recordable radio. No,
- 17:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna be serious with you. My past need to
- 17:56Speaker 1: stay right away. Yes, in my past, I just becoming
- 18:00Speaker 1: this new me and I've got to just just make
- 18:03Speaker 1: plenty of room for that. Yeah, all right, okay, stupid, stupid,
- 18:12Speaker 1: all right? If you could routinely skip one hour of
- 18:16Speaker 1: the day, just one, which sixty minute time slot would
- 18:20Speaker 1: you gladly skip? Which sixty minute time slot would I
- 18:25Speaker 1: gladly skip? Routinely? Every day? Yeah, any day that I've
- 18:32Speaker 1: ever been constipated. If I could skip that one sitting
- 18:39Speaker 1: over there, which ignorant day, ain't you? Ain't that? If
- 18:45Speaker 1: I could routinely skip any day that I've ever been constipated.
- 18:50Speaker 1: I've kicked a hole in a hamper before. I didn't
- 18:55Speaker 1: reach back down and flush the toilet so hard that
- 18:58Speaker 1: a little silver piece I broke it off. I didn't
- 19:01Speaker 1: lean the oval on that cock water on my side
- 19:05Speaker 1: and snapped the vast I didn't. I didn't sit there
- 19:10Speaker 1: and tow a shower curtain down before. I didn't pull
- 19:14Speaker 1: both guest hows out the damn wall in front of me. Thanks, Junior.
- 19:21Speaker 1: What do you I'm talking? I'm just asking me, and
- 19:27Speaker 1: today happened to me in a long time, because I'm
- 19:31Speaker 1: good now. But I've had you asked me in my
- 19:33Speaker 1: past any sixty minute I could skip at any time.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I've been constantly I thought you were a vegan. What
- 19:42Speaker 1: happened to your vegan? Vegan? Yeah, I am vegan now,
- 19:45Speaker 1: but I ain't always be. Sometimes I go just a
- 19:48Speaker 1: week without a vessel. Wow. Yeah, okay, that's all right.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Welcome to an ignorant Thursday starring the one and only
- 20:01Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. This is asked Steve, if you could listen
- 20:04Speaker 1: to this, Steve, if you could send, let's say, a
- 20:07Speaker 1: ten word text message to every person's phone, to all
- 20:11Speaker 1: our mobile devices, what would it say? Everybody? Everybody? Everybody?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Ten word text message? Uh huh. I hope you're doing
- 20:21Speaker 1: fine because I ain't got nothing for you. Coming up next.

- 26:49Speaker 1: something You almost made me have my baby help in
- 26:51Speaker 1: this house this morning, and I got two moments for
- 26:55Speaker 1: though Jason got me to play folk. He's no better
- 26:59Speaker 1: than that anyway. When he come home. Oh yeah, we
- 27:06Speaker 1: say a little man. My wife is a no na,
- 27:08Speaker 1: says she ain't. She don't take no drama, none of it.
- 27:12Speaker 1: He told me, you know, because I was like, what
- 27:15Speaker 1: man sit there and watch Still Live at the park.
- 27:18Speaker 1: What a man does that? This is plazy? But you
- 27:21Speaker 1: tell him I got him. I got it. Hey, I
- 27:25Speaker 1: gotta ask you this baby, one more thing. What is
- 27:28Speaker 1: the baddest radio show? In the land the Steve Harvey
- 27:33Speaker 1: Morning Show. Yeah, I'm gonna get Jason with this. No, Tommy,
- 27:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna get you. I'll tell you what I'm gonna do.

- 27:57Speaker 1: have it? It's a prank there, you maturely man. What's
- 28:03Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour entertainment and
- 28:07Speaker 1: national news, We're gonna talk about Nicole Murphy's gonna get better. Yeah,
- 28:12Speaker 1: but let me put this out there. Salisbury, Maryland, Salisbury, Maryland.
- 28:15Speaker 1: What Karmico? I would be there October the fifth, that
- 28:17Speaker 1: Saturday night. Why Karmico Civic Center, Salisbury, Maryland. The tickets

- 28:43Speaker 1: just stay back there, all right, thank you. Uncan nav
- 28:46Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, Entertainment and
- 28:49Speaker 1: National news right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 28:56Speaker 1: All right. So Nicole Murphy stopped by the Wendy william Show.
- 29:01Speaker 1: She wanted to discuss the kiss that had everybody talking,
- 29:05Speaker 1: the picture that went viral and everything. Uh. You remember
- 29:08Speaker 1: paparazzi snapped some pictures of Nicole. She was kissing Layla
- 29:12Speaker 1: Rashawns or Lela Rashawn's husband, Antoine Fuqua, while they were
- 29:17Speaker 1: in Italy for a film festival. This happened back in July. Uh.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Nicole confessed her regrets to Wendy. Take a listen to this.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Aprust me. I wish it didn't happen. Okay, Well, I
- 29:29Speaker 1: think it was a moment where I should have thought
- 29:31Speaker 1: more through the situation. Um, made better judgments, you know.
- 29:36Speaker 1: So it's something that I apologize for. She worse. I accepted, Well, yeah,
- 29:47Speaker 1: I mean yeah, I accepted her. Folks. You know a
- 29:51Speaker 1: lot of people were, you know, upset. I'm not going
- 29:54Speaker 1: to accept Yeah. Yeah. She also so admitted she didn't
- 30:01Speaker 1: come across remorseful, you know, or since here they were saying, well,
- 30:06Speaker 1: you know, she kind of you know, you know how
- 30:09Speaker 1: she looked kind of she ain't look remorseful. Well, she's
- 30:14Speaker 1: a beautiful, beautiful woman. Of course, that goes without saying.
- 30:18Speaker 1: That's what stops remorse from a lot of people. Well.
- 30:21Speaker 1: She also admitted that Antoine gave her a different impression
- 30:24Speaker 1: of marriage to Leila, and she also urged women to
- 30:28Speaker 1: do their research because this could happen to you, she says.
- 30:32Speaker 1: She then revealed that she did not put out the
- 30:34Speaker 1: statement following their makeout session, claiming that the two were
- 30:38Speaker 1: just family friends who exchanged the friendly hello Hello, and
- 30:41Speaker 1: that was it. That was highlight that. I mean, I
- 30:44Speaker 1: want it, but but you can say hi to me
- 30:46Speaker 1: like that? Yeah, I say hi? Uh what was that? Tommy?
- 30:52Speaker 1: This is ignorant Thursday. But Tommy said that I ain't
- 30:57Speaker 1: that Damn me. Okay, there's a difference between ignis and stupidity.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Get your death. He see, I make ignorant statements. See
- 31:07Speaker 1: here's my ignorant statement. I ain't never saying hello like that. Family.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Then then here's another ignorant statement. I accept her apology.
- 31:18Speaker 1: So now show us what stupid is that was ignorant,
- 31:21Speaker 1: Show us what stupid. Yeah, yeah, she can say hi
- 31:24Speaker 1: to me like that difference we're gonna say if we're
- 31:29Speaker 1: gonna say hello. I mean, the only thing I'm mad
- 31:32Speaker 1: about you is she to kiss me. It wouldn't be
- 31:34Speaker 1: a store all the people been mad. All right. Wow, yeah,
- 31:45Speaker 1: that was her response, and she said at least she
- 31:48Speaker 1: was a woman enough to come on and face everyone
- 31:51Speaker 1: and you know, tell her side. That's what she said. Well,
- 31:55Speaker 1: here's the thing I do give her credit for if see,
- 31:58Speaker 1: here's what people do. They embarrass people publicly and then
- 32:02Speaker 1: I apologize private. So I do respect that. If you
- 32:06Speaker 1: embarrass a person or relationship publicly and then you apologize publicly,
- 32:12Speaker 1: I think that's fair. I think that's fair. You know,
- 32:14Speaker 1: everybody's human and everybody that hasn't done something that they regret.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I give a credit for her for her shape. I
- 32:25Speaker 1: give her credit, but number too to give her credit for.
- 32:34Speaker 1: She looks beautiful, but it's not anything her credit for
- 32:42Speaker 1: that beautiful. The whole problem, though, is families just beauty.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Give a marriage is beautiful, and when all of that
- 32:53Speaker 1: gets tossed up in the wind. It bothers a lot
- 32:56Speaker 1: of people because you know, a lot of people ask
- 33:00Speaker 1: pulling for people. There are more people actually happy for
- 33:03Speaker 1: your marriage and rooting for you. Didn't hate on you
- 33:05Speaker 1: in actuality. It's just the damn haters is so loud. Okay,
- 33:09Speaker 1: what Steve, can we go to the headlines now because
- 33:13Speaker 1: let's saying trip quick talking to Hillary. Okay, it's like
- 33:17Speaker 1: that this is a trip with the news. If anybody
- 33:20Speaker 1: kissed me, male or female, nobody would care. Okay. Talk
- 33:23Speaker 1: of impeachments to reach new levels now that a transcript
- 33:26Speaker 1: of the call that President Trump made to the President
- 33:28Speaker 1: of the Ukraine has been released, and now members of
- 33:30Speaker 1: the House and Senate and Chelige committees are reportedly going
- 33:32Speaker 1: over the up till now confidential whistleblow report that starred
- 33:36Speaker 1: the whole darned thing. In the transcript, Trump repeatedly asked
- 33:40Speaker 1: the Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski to do him a favor
- 33:43Speaker 1: and look into the affairs of Vice President Biden and
- 33:45Speaker 1: his son while conferring with the US Attorney General Bill
- 33:48Speaker 1: Barr and his personal attorney, who's Mayor Giuliani, former New
- 33:52Speaker 1: York City Mayor Giuliani about what the Ukrainians could dig
- 33:55Speaker 1: up during the press conference at the UN yesterday. President Trump, though,
- 33:59Speaker 1: call the whole thing of which hunt a setup. The
- 34:01Speaker 1: Democrats did this hoax during the United Nations week. It
- 34:05Speaker 1: was perfect because this way it takes away from these
- 34:08Speaker 1: tremendous achievements that were that we're involved in in New
- 34:14Speaker 1: York City at the United Nations. So that was all planned,
- 34:17Speaker 1: like everything else, it was all planned. And the witch
- 34:20Speaker 1: hunt continues. But they're getting hit hard on this witch
- 34:23Speaker 1: hunt because when they look at the information, it's a joke.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Impeachment for that well, he says that they were trying
- 34:31Speaker 1: to just make him look bad and ruin his day.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Of course, Democrats see things differently. Their sentiment is best
- 34:37Speaker 1: expressed by the Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus because he,
- 34:40Speaker 1: excuse me, Hakim Jeffries to commence an investigation of the
- 34:44Speaker 1: Biden family to dig up political dirt in order to
- 34:49Speaker 1: bolster the president's electoral prospects in twenty twenty. That is
- 34:55Speaker 1: textbook abuse of power, and the transcripts have become exhibit
- 35:00Speaker 1: a in that regard. By the way, President Zelinski of
- 35:03Speaker 1: a Ukraine, he's actually a comedian who was elected. He
- 35:06Speaker 1: was elected, but he was a comedian. That's what he
- 35:08Speaker 1: did for a living. He says he doesn't want to
- 35:10Speaker 1: be in the middle of US politics, and he says
- 35:12Speaker 1: he wasn't pressured. Okay. Meanwhile, according to the most Quinnipiac
- 35:15Speaker 1: the latest Quinnipiac University poll, most Americans are against Donald
- 35:19Speaker 1: Trump being impeached. The survey, which came out before the
- 35:22Speaker 1: transcript of the phone call came out, shows that thirty
- 35:25Speaker 1: seven percent of the respondent say Trump should be not
- 35:27Speaker 1: should be removed from office, but fifty seven percent say
- 35:30Speaker 1: they should just leave him. He shouldn't be impeached, even
- 35:32Speaker 1: though Trump's job reproval rating remains a very low thirty
- 35:35Speaker 1: eight percent and fifty five percent of those asks say
- 35:38Speaker 1: they would hold an unfavorable opinion of the guy today.
- 35:41Speaker 1: By the way, is well the Snickers bar folks have
- 35:43Speaker 1: come up with a new one instead of peanuts. This
- 35:45Speaker 1: when he uses peacns and it's only available online. Sometimes
- 35:50Speaker 1: you don't blow it's online. Now back to Steve every
- 35:52Speaker 1: morning show you're listening to show Well, as promised, the
- 35:58Speaker 1: White House released the trade and scripts that show President
- 36:01Speaker 1: Trump suggested or pushed Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden's son Hunter.
- 36:06Speaker 1: President Trump repeatedly pushed for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelinski to
- 36:12Speaker 1: investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son. This
- 36:16Speaker 1: was a during a July twenty fifth phone call. According
- 36:20Speaker 1: to a transcript of the conversation that was released by
- 36:23Speaker 1: the White House, President Trump also asked a Ukrainian leader
- 36:26Speaker 1: to work with his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani and US
- 36:30Speaker 1: Attorney General William Barr on the issue. The call transcripts reveals,
- 36:35Speaker 1: there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden
- 36:38Speaker 1: stopped the prosecution, and a lot of people want to
- 36:41Speaker 1: find out about that. So whatever you can do with
- 36:43Speaker 1: the Attorney general General would be great. This is what
- 36:46Speaker 1: Trump said. Trump went on to say, would you say, Tommy,
- 36:50Speaker 1: I'm tired of Giuliani. Y'all watched him. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 36:54Speaker 1: yeah o fool yeah yeah yeah. He's not that but
- 37:03Speaker 1: he's two. But he is doing the job that he
- 37:05Speaker 1: was hired to do by this administrator, that's for sure.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Trump went on to say that Biden went around bragging
- 37:13Speaker 1: that he stopped the prosecution. So if you could look
- 37:15Speaker 1: into that it sounds horrible to me, Trump says. According
- 37:18Speaker 1: to the document, Ukraine President Zelinski agreed to the request.
- 37:22Speaker 1: The president is calling this impeachment in query a witch hunt.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Doesn't he call every time he commits a crime it's
- 37:30Speaker 1: witch hunt every time he does something. Here's here's a
- 37:32Speaker 1: problem that we have with this whole thing. Because he
- 37:36Speaker 1: got away scott free with the Muller investigation after a
- 37:40Speaker 1: couple of years at thirty million dollars, he figured, boom,
- 37:44Speaker 1: I could do anything. So he's right back to business
- 37:46Speaker 1: as usual. This is how he does business. This is
- 37:50Speaker 1: how he cuts deals. This is how he gets his way.
- 37:53Speaker 1: This is how he gets out of debt. All of it.
- 37:57Speaker 1: He does things. Taxes gets out of him. Seriously, man,
- 38:00Speaker 1: read the book. Out of the deal. This is how
- 38:03Speaker 1: he does it. And then when something comes up, all
- 38:08Speaker 1: he does is he changes the narrative and he says
- 38:13Speaker 1: it's so many times and he immediately starts or you know,
- 38:18Speaker 1: deflecting the attension of what the real issue is. He
- 38:21Speaker 1: does it every time. But what's really gonna help him
- 38:25Speaker 1: is the Republican Party are starting to rally round, and
- 38:29Speaker 1: now a couple of them have all the guy from
- 38:31Speaker 1: Nebraska and mid Romney have said, wait a minute, it's
- 38:34Speaker 1: something here. We got to look at this a little
- 38:36Speaker 1: bit closer. But the rest of them are rallying. The
- 38:39Speaker 1: rest of them are going there and siding with him.
- 38:43Speaker 1: I don't know what all he has to do for
- 38:44Speaker 1: them to go, wow, this is not a good president
- 38:47Speaker 1: because you can't be I don't know what American. Well,
- 38:52Speaker 1: you can't be a patriot and say that he's a
- 38:55Speaker 1: great president. You just can't. It's something wrong man with that.
- 39:00Speaker 1: And there are at least thirty eight million people in
- 39:02Speaker 1: this country who don't give a damn what do he do?
- 39:06Speaker 1: They vote for exactly? All right, Well, coming up next,
- 39:09Speaker 1: you're right about that. Coming up next at thirty four
- 39:11Speaker 1: after the hour, we're going to talk more about this
- 39:13Speaker 1: impeachment in quiry and the transcripts. Right after this, you're
- 39:17Speaker 1: listening to show trending political news. As President Trump promised,
- 39:23Speaker 1: the White House has released a transcript, actually a memorandum,
- 39:27Speaker 1: of his July twenty fifth phone call with Ukrainian President
- 39:30Speaker 1: Vladimir Zelenski. In the transcript, he made a clear point
- 39:34Speaker 1: that he wanted Zelenski to investigate Joe Biden and his
- 39:37Speaker 1: son Hunter. He mentioned all of this right before bringing
- 39:41Speaker 1: up these two items. Trump pointed out that the US
- 39:44Speaker 1: has been a very very good country to Ukraine. So, guys,
- 39:50Speaker 1: there is absolutely no mention of a quid pro crow here.
- 39:53Speaker 1: But the quote the United States has been a very
- 39:56Speaker 1: has been very very good to Ukraine into the context
- 40:00Speaker 1: of the military aid being withheld of Ukraine is a
- 40:02Speaker 1: clear suggestion. So that you know, and that's why now
- 40:07Speaker 1: we have this impeachment inquiry going on or getting you know,
- 40:11Speaker 1: they're getting ready to start. Yeah, yeah, I don't. I
- 40:16Speaker 1: don't have any faith in the government anymore. No, all
- 40:21Speaker 1: my faith for government went out to wonder when Barack
- 40:24Speaker 1: Obama left the White House. This that they have now
- 40:29Speaker 1: think when you think that happen, well, we'll see twenty twenty.
- 40:34Speaker 1: This is his This is his version of making America
- 40:38Speaker 1: great again. This is his version of it. So I
- 40:41Speaker 1: hope everybody's happy who believed in it, because this is
- 40:45Speaker 1: his version of making America great again. I'm gonna get
- 40:47Speaker 1: in the White House and lie, I'm gonna ring a
- 40:49Speaker 1: bunch of criminals around me. I'm gonna let several of
- 40:52Speaker 1: them go to prison. I'm not gonna help them, and
- 40:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna create an atmosphere where I win. It's all
- 40:59Speaker 1: of about to win with him, it's not about nothing else.
- 41:02Speaker 1: He's never been a servant of people, so he has
- 41:05Speaker 1: no idea what to downtrodden feel like. He has no
- 41:08Speaker 1: heart for poor people because he's never been one. He
- 41:11Speaker 1: doesn't care that they take children from their parents because
- 41:15Speaker 1: he's never lived in a neighborhood where somebody came in
- 41:17Speaker 1: and removed the child from the home. There's no knowledge
- 41:21Speaker 1: of any of this that happens in people's lives. So
- 41:26Speaker 1: he governs a people of which he's never been one of. See,
- 41:31Speaker 1: the majority of this country there's not rich people. Well,
- 41:35Speaker 1: he's never not been a rich boy. So he governs
- 41:39Speaker 1: according to his rich friends. And it's to no benefit
- 41:44Speaker 1: to you. But they mask this thing so incredibly. Well,
- 41:50Speaker 1: what the Republicans do with the Conservative Party. Do you
- 41:53Speaker 1: know that the Southern Evangelicals support Donald Trump? Now you
- 41:58Speaker 1: explain that to me, right, How the Southern Christian leadership
- 42:06Speaker 1: of people would support a Donald Trump? Why? Because he
- 42:12Speaker 1: tricked them too. He told them he's against gay marriage.
- 42:17Speaker 1: He told them he was against welfare, he told them
- 42:22Speaker 1: he was against illegal immigrants and one of the wall.
- 42:26Speaker 1: And he told them that every American has the right
- 42:31Speaker 1: to bear arms. So here comes the Christians. That's right.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Gay people ain't posted to getting married. Then here come
- 42:41Speaker 1: the Christians. That's right. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps.
- 42:44Speaker 1: No welfare, and then that's right, they're coming over here
- 42:47Speaker 1: taking our jobs. Let's build a wall, and you're right,
- 42:51Speaker 1: we can have our own guns. Let's get some arms.
- 42:54Speaker 1: It's another one that they do really well. But anyway,
- 42:58Speaker 1: let's just talk about those abortions. Oh god, and there's
- 43:01Speaker 1: the other one. Abortion that's one of their favorites. You've
- 43:05Speaker 1: got to save a life. You should never have an abortion.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Let me go down the list for you Republicans and
- 43:11Speaker 1: Conservatives and Southern evangelicals. There are a lot of gays
- 43:18Speaker 1: in that group. There are a lot of welfare people
- 43:22Speaker 1: in that group. There are a lot of those people
- 43:25Speaker 1: in that group who own companies who hire illegal immigrants
- 43:29Speaker 1: so they don't have to pay minimum wage and make
- 43:31Speaker 1: more money. There are Vali evangelicals who have guns and everything,
- 43:37Speaker 1: but once one of their kids get shot in one
- 43:39Speaker 1: of these schools or movie theaters, they're gonna change that
- 43:42Speaker 1: and Oh, did I fail to mention that conservatives and
- 43:45Speaker 1: Republicans get abortions too at the same rate as does
- 43:49Speaker 1: everybody else? Did I fail to tell you that? Okay,
- 43:54Speaker 1: so where's the hypocrisy here? That's why I have no
- 43:57Speaker 1: faith in them at all. My faith is in God.
- 43:59Speaker 1: I'm cool with that. I know that's right. But I'm
- 44:02Speaker 1: gonna vote though. Oh not a vote. Yeah, got a vote,
- 44:06Speaker 1: but I'm still vote. Oh yeah, all right, Coming up next,
- 44:09Speaker 1: nephew in the building with a prank phone call for today.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Dave Harvey Morning Show. Coming
- 44:17Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour. Write about four
- 44:19Speaker 1: minutes after it's my strawberry letter for today. The subject
- 44:22Speaker 1: living with three other women might be cool? It will what? Oh,
- 44:28Speaker 1: it's right now. The nephew is here with today's prank
- 44:33Speaker 1: phone call. Did you write this letter again? Me? Me
- 44:35Speaker 1: me me, me, me, me up? You write this letter?
- 44:40Speaker 1: I did not? Okay? Nineteen ninety Chup rock steps vote
- 44:43Speaker 1: to see a dream of a hardcore lean. The dream
- 44:46Speaker 1: wasn't crafted to be pornographic. Here it is chump rock
- 44:49Speaker 1: y'all the prank you prank Chup chup rock Sele what
- 44:55Speaker 1: ain't for the hall and somebody finding you with my
- 44:57Speaker 1: instrumental and then act like they're gonna just use my Hello. Hello, man,
- 45:02Speaker 1: I speak to Chubb. Hey, I need to talk to you. Man.
- 45:05Speaker 1: This d Low from our Flow Jam Productions out of Jacksonville, Florida.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Who my name? D Low from Flow Jam Productions out
- 45:14Speaker 1: of Jacksonville, Florida. Can you hear me? Brother? Brother? Remember,
- 45:18Speaker 1: bring your blood pressure down a couple of notches. Be
- 45:20Speaker 1: a wold of brother, because me and you already got
- 45:23Speaker 1: a problem. Now my understanding of somebody using my instrumental
- 45:27Speaker 1: on some kind of records you got called if you
- 45:30Speaker 1: was mine and all all of them, all that music
- 45:33Speaker 1: is my music, and I got a problem with all
- 45:36Speaker 1: of that. Brother, calm your blood pressure down. You know
- 45:39Speaker 1: what I'm saying to you, my brother, pressure, Calm down.
- 45:42Speaker 1: All I'm saying to you will ain't nobody for the release,
- 45:45Speaker 1: no CD, no album. I'm using my music. Dot it
- 45:49Speaker 1: ain't finning out. I understand who you will and all
- 45:51Speaker 1: the stuff you've haven't done in the past, but you
- 45:53Speaker 1: ain't gonna use my stuff. Dog brother, Let me tak
- 45:56Speaker 1: something anything I ever gotten in my life in twenty
- 45:58Speaker 1: years of recording. I know how you got my number.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Who you are, you know who you're supposed to be representing.
- 46:04Speaker 1: But anything I do is always straight up. We do
- 46:07Speaker 1: our music ourselves, or if a producer I'm using he
- 46:11Speaker 1: does his thing, I pay him or do whatever I
- 46:13Speaker 1: gotta do. You're calling me, I don't even know who
- 46:16Speaker 1: you are, but you need to calm down your blood pressure.
- 46:18Speaker 1: If you want to continue this conversation where we can
- 46:20Speaker 1: get to some kind of figuring out of who you
- 46:22Speaker 1: are and what you're talking about, you want to yell
- 46:25Speaker 1: at me and try to do that. I don't. I
- 46:27Speaker 1: don't go for yelling and intimidation. I ain't one of
- 46:29Speaker 1: these young dudes out there. So if you don't bring
- 46:31Speaker 1: your blood pressure down, then I'm gonna have a problem.
- 46:34Speaker 1: My blood pressure will go up and then we'll have
- 46:36Speaker 1: a real, real problem. Do you feel what I'm saying
- 46:40Speaker 1: to you? I understand everything that you're saying to me.
- 46:42Speaker 1: All I'm saying to you, I know I know my
- 46:44Speaker 1: music when I hear and I think your boy cow
- 46:47Speaker 1: that took my music from me. Now, if you the
- 46:51Speaker 1: stuff you got on, if you was mine, I'll les's mine.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I ain't a body tripping with y'all on what you do.
- 46:57Speaker 1: I'm just trying to tell you all that stuff is mine.
- 47:01Speaker 1: We're talking about those are my lyrics on that playboy.
- 47:03Speaker 1: You don't write no lyrics for me? Were you crazy? No,
- 47:05Speaker 1: I'm right like one of them. Key bla El Cathy.
- 47:07Speaker 1: You don't nobody touch my lyrics? Be you're saying all
- 47:09Speaker 1: that of r I'm not. I ain't talking about the
- 47:11Speaker 1: mules the lyrics. I'm talking about the music itself. That's
- 47:14Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. The lyrics. I don't know nothing
- 47:17Speaker 1: about that might be you, but I'm just trying to
- 47:20Speaker 1: let you know about the music that belonged to mate.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Convert that mic that you got there might be me.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Convert the mic. I ain't no, Mike. The music is mine.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Let's get that out there now. The music on this
- 47:32Speaker 1: song you got, if you was mine, that's my music. Brother.
- 47:35Speaker 1: You ain't Bobby Woomack. How can it be your music?
- 47:38Speaker 1: The interpretation of the music was from Bobby Woolmack. Hey, brother, Now,
- 47:41Speaker 1: I don't know if you're the one that stole my music.
- 47:44Speaker 1: I don't know if it was your boy Cal who
- 47:46Speaker 1: called himself DJ Rexhaut whoever he called on himself. All
- 47:50Speaker 1: I'm trying to let you know where this music belonged
- 47:53Speaker 1: to me. All right, So what do you want to
- 47:54Speaker 1: If you want to meet me on the streets of
- 47:56Speaker 1: way in and you can handle it the way you
- 47:57Speaker 1: want to handle it with me, you want to handle
- 47:59Speaker 1: it that way. You ain't saying nothing to me, man,
- 48:01Speaker 1: You ain't saying that's what you're saving me. Brother, That's
- 48:04Speaker 1: just how I want them to keep blasts. You don't
- 48:06Speaker 1: saving me. Did you just say something about my rector?
- 48:09Speaker 1: Other me? You don't talk of you, you don't talk
- 48:12Speaker 1: about we gonna we will me if you keep talking
- 48:15Speaker 1: about my You don't bring my up on nothing, you
- 48:19Speaker 1: know what nothing? If you ain't nothing, If you want
- 48:20Speaker 1: to talk as men, then we should down and we
- 48:22Speaker 1: talk as men, because I don't don't you're talking about.
- 48:25Speaker 1: But if you come in a bed throwing my name
- 48:27Speaker 1: in the middle of severy, then I got a problem
- 48:30Speaker 1: with that be and I'll handle it with you. I'm
- 48:32Speaker 1: not new younger, I don't make records. I ain't gonna
- 48:35Speaker 1: dish you on the record. I'm gonna come see you
- 48:37Speaker 1: so we can sit down eye the eye and we
- 48:39Speaker 1: get down to what it is. And then all I'm
- 48:41Speaker 1: saying is I got a problem with it and have
- 48:43Speaker 1: been a bigger problem I got at this point, now
- 48:46Speaker 1: it's for you to tell me. Do I want to
- 48:48Speaker 1: meet you on the streets somewhere? And you know what,
- 48:50Speaker 1: I ain't got no problem with that. You want to
- 48:53Speaker 1: find we don't want me to see you? Now you
- 48:54Speaker 1: know what your problem is, man. Your problem is that
- 48:57Speaker 1: you ain't getting as successful as Heavy Day. You didn't
- 49:00Speaker 1: do what Biggie what Biggie Smalls did. That's your problem. Man,
- 49:04Speaker 1: that's gonna have no problem that. Those are incredible artists
- 49:06Speaker 1: who have done all kinds of beautiful things in music.
- 49:09Speaker 1: I have done my thing in music, all of those
- 49:12Speaker 1: things that you're trying to get me to go past
- 49:14Speaker 1: the line of sensibility that goes to Youngian's And now,
- 49:17Speaker 1: like I said before, forget about that when I should
- 49:20Speaker 1: earlier stands brother, when you wanted to see me, I
- 49:22Speaker 1: don't care where you want to me that. How about
- 49:25Speaker 1: I got a better idea for you. I'm doing a
- 49:27Speaker 1: club dat in Jacksonville, Flad's brother. That's when you can
- 49:30Speaker 1: that's my guests, and come see me personally and literally,
- 49:33Speaker 1: come with this vigor, though, Come with this vigor or
- 49:36Speaker 1: you know you're talking about you're gonna quit using these
- 49:39Speaker 1: big words. What this ain't no big words you're gonna use.
- 49:42Speaker 1: But you're gonna come there with this attitude. You ain't
- 49:44Speaker 1: gonna see no bodyguard there, you feel me. All I'm
- 49:47Speaker 1: saying to you is the music belongs to me. That's
- 49:50Speaker 1: what I'm saying to you, man, That's all I'm saying
- 49:53Speaker 1: to you. And whoever your boy ever dealing to swipe
- 49:56Speaker 1: my music, laid it under you, and you don't put
- 49:58Speaker 1: some tracks on top of it. Ain't right, dop. Brother.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. The guy is a guy
- 50:05Speaker 1: of incredible integrity. You keep saying it the truth, brother,
- 50:10Speaker 1: it's the truth. I mean, I'm sorry, man, I mean
- 50:12Speaker 1: clar the Trump said, and I'm sorry that Trump said.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Bring all of that, Forget all of that, forget everything
- 50:18Speaker 1: we're talking about right now. I want you to know this.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Can I tell you something else? You're going again? Can
- 50:23Speaker 1: I say something else to you? Can you say it? Calmly?
- 50:26Speaker 1: I can't. You can't. Yes, this is if you tire
- 50:30Speaker 1: me from Steve Harvey Morning Show. You just got pranked
- 50:33Speaker 1: by Monica. You just got branked by your boy name shot.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Oh man, you guys are crazy. This is you're serious.
- 50:45Speaker 1: You can't be serious. I'm dead serious baby. Wow man,
- 50:49Speaker 1: wow man, that's crazy man shot Yo. All right, cool
- 50:53Speaker 1: and I gotta get everybody back bring all that big up. Yes,
- 51:02Speaker 1: he was so nice and so cool though. You can't
- 51:05Speaker 1: be mad at him. But you, on the other hand, nephew, dude,
- 51:10Speaker 1: that's the weird rock. Yeah what what what other rapper?
- 51:15Speaker 1: Let's see, you've never done fifty cents. I would love
- 51:18Speaker 1: for you to do fifty cents. Yeah, I can do fifty.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Based on his Instagram you would lose. Yeah, I take
- 51:27Speaker 1: tom No. I think it's certain people. I think Tommy scared, Yeah,

- 51:44Speaker 1: could do, but your voice had you boys, you can
- 51:50Speaker 1: do fifty. I can break fifty. I think you should
- 51:52Speaker 1: do it. I really did. How about Ti Hi? Another
- 51:56Speaker 1: good one? Our leader, TI, our leader? So I can
- 51:59Speaker 1: call tut and say I'm with I'm with Gucci and
- 52:02Speaker 1: we got a problem with you. We need to talk
- 52:04Speaker 1: about I please. Oh that would be so good. We're
- 52:12Speaker 1: gonna have to go to jay Z. I mean, yeah,
- 52:17Speaker 1: where are you gonna get his? No? You? Yeah? Good? Everybody,
- 52:22Speaker 1: we're talking about this in your phone. What you're talking about?
- 52:25Speaker 1: Not doing that though? Do it for the prank? Baby?
- 52:29Speaker 1: Come on, man, don't given for the prank. You gotta
- 52:35Speaker 1: stay in there with me now. I try to give

- 52:44Speaker 1: the best. See Denzel, you because you ain't gonna be
- 52:47Speaker 1: able to handle comeback? But what then gonna say? That's
- 52:52Speaker 1: right there? See you're nervous. Hum, I'm sorry, mister Washington.

- 53:46Speaker 1: Please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey f M
- 53:49Speaker 1: and click submit Strawberry Letter. We could be reading your
- 53:53Speaker 1: letter live on the air, just like we're gonna read
- 53:55Speaker 1: this one right here, right now. Buckle up, hold on time.
- 54:00Speaker 1: We got it for you. Here. It is the straw
- 54:02Speaker 1: Mary letter. Subject living with three other women might be cool? Uh,
- 54:07Speaker 1: I might have to let you read a Steve. Dear
- 54:10Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley. I'm a single black woman with no kids,
- 54:13Speaker 1: and I'm writing in response to the letter I want
- 54:16Speaker 1: to live with all four women that was read while
- 54:20Speaker 1: I was out the other day about this man who
- 54:23Speaker 1: wanted to live with the mothers of his children and
- 54:25Speaker 1: one head cars. He just wanted to do the right thing.
- 54:28Speaker 1: He didn't want to be judged and all of that.
- 54:31Speaker 1: She said, thank you, thank you. That was wild. Haydn
- 54:35Speaker 1: miss that one, Yeah, right, Haydn miss that one. Now. No,
- 54:41Speaker 1: I'm not one of those women in the letter, but
- 54:43Speaker 1: I am thinking that the letter writer might be onto something.
- 54:47Speaker 1: After years of dating and being discouraged, I am willing
- 54:50Speaker 1: to try anything. I've tried dating apps and I represented
- 54:54Speaker 1: myself respectively, respectfully, but I didn't get any positive responses
- 54:59Speaker 1: from men. I've even taken Uncle Steve's advice in the
- 55:02Speaker 1: ninety day rule, and guys just leave before the waiting
- 55:05Speaker 1: period is over because there are women that will give
- 55:08Speaker 1: it up sooner. So the most surprising trend is that
- 55:11Speaker 1: I've been noticing that I've been noticing as men and
- 55:14Speaker 1: women who are polyamorous. They have more than one partner
- 55:18Speaker 1: in a relationship, and they report that they're all happy
- 55:21Speaker 1: and fulfilled. And I also know a few couples polyamorous.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I also know a few couples that enjoy swinging with
- 55:30Speaker 1: other couples. I've been told that I want too much
- 55:32Speaker 1: in a man and that I need more than one
- 55:34Speaker 1: man to satisfy all of my needs or I need
- 55:37Speaker 1: a girlfriend on the side to kick it with. So
- 55:40Speaker 1: I recently met a guy that is into this polyamorous lifestyle,
- 55:43Speaker 1: and he explained how we could save money by living
- 55:46Speaker 1: together with others and do everything is one big, happy
- 55:50Speaker 1: family if we have children. He said that children the
- 55:54Speaker 1: kids would benefit from all the parents and their siblings
- 55:57Speaker 1: in the household as black women. We are dumb to
- 56:00Speaker 1: think black men are faithful. Times have changed and being
- 56:05Speaker 1: submissive is a thing of the past. We are not
- 56:08Speaker 1: going to submit to a man that has multiple women.
- 56:11Speaker 1: We talked about a lot of other reasons this could work.
- 56:14Speaker 1: I would love to get your opinions on this. At
- 56:16Speaker 1: thirty six years old, should I be okay with being
- 56:18Speaker 1: single forever? Or settle for the new trend? Please advise? Okay,
- 56:23Speaker 1: who says just at thirty six years old you're going
- 56:26Speaker 1: to be single forever first of all, and settling under
- 56:30Speaker 1: no circumstances? Should you settle? That is never a good idea.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Never settling is never a good idea. Don't do it.
- 56:38Speaker 1: Don't settle, Please don't settle. I mean you know this
- 56:40Speaker 1: isn't right, or you wouldn't even be writing in to us. Okay, Who,
- 56:45Speaker 1: besides the man is really going to benefit from the
- 56:48Speaker 1: setup like this? I mean the man is going to
- 56:51Speaker 1: benefit certainly, not you. What is in this for you?
- 56:55Speaker 1: You have not made your case in this letter as
- 56:57Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned. Oh yeah, he's gonna make it
- 57:01Speaker 1: sound like this big one, big happy love, paradise, beautiful, big,
- 57:06Speaker 1: just loving on everybody, family, that's what he's trying to make.
- 57:10Speaker 1: You're gonna be treated like a queen. The kids are
- 57:13Speaker 1: gonna be cared for, and come on, where do they
- 57:16Speaker 1: do this? Don't don't believe the hype. I just think
- 57:20Speaker 1: this is not what you want. It's not living your
- 57:23Speaker 1: best life. Settling is not living your best life. It's
- 57:26Speaker 1: not cute. I just say, don't give this, don't give
- 57:29Speaker 1: this man another thought. I mean, you're willing to try anything.
- 57:33Speaker 1: Has it really come to that? Have you just given
- 57:36Speaker 1: up on yourself? Come on, you're only thirty six. I
- 57:39Speaker 1: just think you have a lot more living to do.
- 57:41Speaker 1: I just say, no, do not settle. Just wait. The
- 57:46Speaker 1: right man will come along. Just wait, okay, just like
- 57:49Speaker 1: everybody else had to do. All right, Steve Well, surely,
- 57:55Speaker 1: Oh everybody buckle up, ignorant, third to be good. I
- 58:00Speaker 1: don't care about this. This letter stupid. This letter stupid,
- 58:04Speaker 1: and we all have you have to talk to people
- 58:06Speaker 1: like this. Living with three other women might be cooled this.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Stephen Sherley, I'm a black woman, no kids, and I'm
- 58:14Speaker 1: writing in response to the letter of the day. I
- 58:16Speaker 1: want to live with all four women. But no, I'm
- 58:18Speaker 1: not one of the women in a letter. But I'm
- 58:20Speaker 1: thinking that the letter writer may be onto something. After
- 58:25Speaker 1: years of dating and being discouraged, I'm willing to try anything. Okay,
- 58:31Speaker 1: So that simply means your ass it's desperate. Now let's
- 58:37Speaker 1: read the letter from the desperate perspective. I've tried dating apps,
- 58:42Speaker 1: I've represented myself respectively, but I didn't get any positive
- 58:46Speaker 1: response from men. I have even taken Uncle Steve's advice
- 58:50Speaker 1: on the ninety day ruling, guys, just leave before the
- 58:53Speaker 1: waiting period is over, because there are women that will
- 58:55Speaker 1: give it up sooner. True, they didn't want they didn't
- 59:02Speaker 1: want you. They didn't leave before the ninety day period.
- 59:07Speaker 1: They left because they didn't want to have to put
- 59:09Speaker 1: in what you required for them to put in for
- 59:12Speaker 1: them to get out what they wanted to get out.
- 59:16Speaker 1: They didn't want you. So the most surprising trend, so,
- 59:25Speaker 1: the most surprising trends that I've been noticing is men
- 59:28Speaker 1: and women who are polyamorous. They have more than one
- 59:33Speaker 1: partner in the relationship, and the report that they are
- 59:35Speaker 1: all happy and fulfill what. Let me explain something to you.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Was you listening to the letter the other day? Did
- 59:45Speaker 1: you not hear me describe the pain that this food
- 59:49Speaker 1: was in trying to sleep with four women that he
- 59:53Speaker 1: didn't gave all of them a baby, and the other
- 59:56Speaker 1: one of the women woman is pregnant for the second time,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: and he don't know how he gonna break the news
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: to the other three. Dude, this sound happy to you now?
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: They all live happy together. Do you know how hard
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: it is to live with one other person? Thank you?
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: All right? Steve? Hold that thought? Yeah, hold that thought.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Uh well, we'll have part two if Steve's response coming
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: up at twenty three after the hour subject living with
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: three other women might be cool? We'll get back into
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening, all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letters with three other women might
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: be cool? Yeah, you think it is? This lady to
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: road in, single, black lady, no kids, and she wants
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: to talk about the letter that we had of the
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: day this guy rode in, somehow I want to live
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: with all four women. Well, the four women that he
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: is dating, they all have babies by him, They all
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: have sex regularly, And he said they were all cool
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: with it, but he messed around and got one of
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: them pregnant a second time, and now he don't know
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: how he gonna break it to the other three that
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: he got this fourth one pregnant for the second time,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: which disproved everything he said about they was all cool
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: with it. Ain't nobody cool with it? Dog, You've just
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: been lying to four women's telling them that they the one,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: and they think that they have a chance with you.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: That's all you did. Ain't know women going along with
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: this right here. You've even taken my advice about the
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: ninety day rule. But all the men you've been dating
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: to leave you before the ninety days is up because
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: other women who will give it up sooner. Shirley said,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: that's true, that can happen, but that just means they
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: didn't want you, They was looking to have sex. You
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: was trying to save yourself, and that they ain't won't
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: you way. So, the most surprising trend that I've noticed
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: is that men and women who are in a polyamorous relationship,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: they got more than one partner, and they report that
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: they're all happy and fulfill That's where we left off,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: that you're happy and fulfiel within being in more than
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: one relationship. It's hard to make one relationship for you.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: It's hard to make one woman happy. Get a group
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: of them. Now you're talking about y'all are to live
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: together like one happy family. Now hard it is to
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: live with one person? See you, single black female with
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: no kids. You never live with nobody before. It's an
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: adjustment to live with one person. You think I'm lying.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Let me talk to you about a couple of group situations.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: You can go down to the hotel and just start
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: knocking on doors and tell people you're gonna move in there.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna show you how hard it is. I gotta
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: go down and check into a group home. Wow, Hey,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: y'all got another room in here? Yeah, come on in.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: See how much fun it is living in the group home.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: I got a better idea. Go down town to the shelter.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Get you a nice bad down at the shelter. If
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: you want to find out how hard it is to
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: live with somebody else, and you ain't never had the experience,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: try one of them places. Okay, so stop this foolishness
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: listening to the guy. I've been told that I want
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: too much in a man, and I need more than
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: one man to satisfy all my needs, or I need
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: a girlfriend on the side to kick you with. You
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: just open to anything. You just you just you just
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: want somebody now, you just want to be anybody's anything.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Your ass is just so, I'm gona give me a
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: bunch of men you. Then recently I met a guy
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: that's into the polyamorous lifestyle. He explained how we could
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: save money by living together and with others and do
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: everything is one big, happy family. If we have children,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: he said, the kids would benefit from all the parents
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: and their siblings in the household. Now, as black women,
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: we are dumb to think that black men are faithful. Okay,
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: hold on, hold on, hold, what you're talking to a
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: white man? Him? Was this a white man? I was
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: talking well, because she said right after all of this,
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: she said, as black women, we are dumb to think
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: that black men are faithful. So I'm just asking what
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: you're talking to a white man? Or was this a
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: black dude talking to you who didn't convince you that
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: ain't no black men faithful? And to move into this
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: damn shelter that he created, this damn group. Hold, it
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: ain't gonna be enough bathroom for people. I'm telling you now,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: times have changed, and being submissive is a thing of
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: the past. What do you think moving into a group
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: home with one damn dude with a bunch of chicks
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: with a whole lot of kids. You don't think that's submissive?
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? That's probably you ain't sister wives.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: This ain't hb oh, you ain't white. You can't go this.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: White people that don't agree with this. It doesn't listen
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: you talk to white people about this show on HBO.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: There I tell you this is you gotta be nuts,
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: get a load of chress. No one does that. White
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: people tell you this. What is your backass talking about?
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: What is she gonna get out of it? Nothing? Yeah,
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: we are not going to submit to a man that
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: has multiple women. We talked about a lot of other
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: reasons this could work. I would love to get your
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: opinion where you got it at thirty six old? Should
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: Should I be okay with being single forever? Like Shirley said?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Why you got to be single forever? Or settle for
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: the new tread? You keep set girl? Stop stop stop?
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: You need to go to church down. You didn't have
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: a conversation with the oh Man during the week man, Yeah,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: you need to go doing the weekend where you can
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: get some one on one consulate prayer meeting. Yeah, you
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: need somebody to touch you. Mega church, you need a
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: small church with poways what they just gather around you
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: start praying out demons and laying hands on you. All right,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: that's what you need. All right. Listen post your comments
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: on today's Strawberry Letter on Instagram and uh at Steve
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Harvey FM, and also check out the Strawberry Letter podcast
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: on demand now coming up at forty six after the hour.

- 1:07:12Speaker 1: I think they finally might have the president. Listen to me.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: It's going down, baby. The president got cocky and he
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: tried to shake down the Ukrainians. You know they comedian
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: is the president is a comedian the president of Ukrainian.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Really he's a stand up yeah yeah, yeah yeah. So
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: so Trump thought he was gonna shake him down, talking about,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: you know, I got this money and this military equivalent.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: I know you need it, man, I got you, man.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: But before I give you what you need, I need
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: a little faith. Yeah. Now that sounds like a shakedown.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: You don't see that though. The Republicans are not seeing that?
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: What is wrong with the republic Oh sorry, I'm not
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: gonna say that, My bad? How about that? How about
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: well listen, they so up under um that the only
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: dude that's saying something is Mitt Romney. When Mitt Romney
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: is the gangster of the Republicans. You know, the Republican
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: from Nebraska has come out of a sas Ben Sas, Yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Ben Sas. I heard that if if the vote to
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: impeach was m was confidential, thirty Republicans will vote him
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: right out. And you get right put out off because
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: they scared the people, you know, turning against him and everything.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: Yeah but wait before I go, can I shout out
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Chris Cuomo. We wouldn't even be going through this if
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Chris Komo seeing it didn't let crazy Rudy Giuliani run
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: his mouth so that Trump could be impeached. Chris and
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: I thank you Nicole got it, And then thank you
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: Nicole Wallace of MSNBC for cutting in the Trump's beach
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: saying he lying that was the best day ever. When
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: white people are turning on other white people, I think
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: we might have The whistle blower is still talking. I
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: hear Takashi six nine name has been mentioned in all
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: of the TIFFs, and they've given up the three locations
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: of Popeyes that still have chicken sandwiches. So stay tuned.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: We gonna get Trump one of these days. All right.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: All I know is I still love Junior girl. Well,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: thank you, Cheryl. The romance continues as you can absolutely
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: and coming up at the top of the hour, Carla's
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Reality Update right after this you're listening show, all right,
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: tell me, let's do it. Let's do it. She is here,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: Carlin Ferrell with what reality update? Boy here, I'll go,
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: come on, you go. I'm gonna flip the script a
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: little bit on you. Steve. I'm let me say it
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: already though, Chi Chi, I hear Poe, I'm stepping out,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: good Joe. Oh, this show was so good this episode,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: this past Sunday, the on Saturday, the best episode of
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: Yeah you better talk, Come on up here here Ghost
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: about what about Ghost? Ghost was being the most ghost
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: was the most ghost He's ever Ain't seen that, damn
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: ghost boy, Go ahead call okay, So here we go.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: First of all, Tyrek is just he is just simply
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: man Dan him Junior I cannot. First of all, Proctor
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: was really Steve the only person that Ghosts could really trust.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Proctor was really the only person that Ghosts could trust.
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: Tommy showed us that he was a real gangster. Yeah,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: but he's too emotional. The man is emotional. He's emotional issues.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: He's just not being smart. And Tyreek ain't loyal to
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: his dad at all at all. He got expelled from
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: school selling drugs. Uh. Tasha told ghosts. Ghost gonna do
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: something to him to his son? Yeah, like what he
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: needs to whip his behind to where? Shoot everybody else? Well,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: check this out. Ghost is kind of calming down just
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: a little bit, Tasha. She's got a daycare going on now.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: She about to sell drugs through the daycare centem What
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: is going on? So port Lisa, Marie Proctor's daughter, She
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: basically her dad basically killed her mom. And then Tyree
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: got the phone call from Tommy to lead the backdoor open.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: Tyreek at lease, Shirley and Junior. He took the little
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: girl out to get some hot cocoa. But baby that
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Tommy walked into that penhouse and shot up every was
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: a gangster, Yes he was, and he killed Proctor. So
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: Proctor is gone. Yeah, yeah, Proctor's gone. And then of
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: course Tyreek trying to run game on Vincent the drug dealer,
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: trying to trying to trick him with that. So now
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: Tyreek got kidnapped by Vincent the drug dealer. So guess
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: who got to work together, Tommy and Ghost to get
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: Tyreek back. So now here we are with this whole situation. Now,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: go still got a process that Tommy came into his
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: apartment in the Penhouse and shot up his whole place.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: He still has to process that. But right now he's
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: got to work to get his son back. So that
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: was the episode of the year of who was So Good? Yeah,
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: it was so mad, It was so good. Stevens. Anything
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: you want to add what you think might happen on
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: the no. I think Tarik gonna piss so many people off.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: I think a lot of people gonna turn them, but
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: when they turn on them, no ghost gonna show up
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: on the Yeah, because he's just a kid. Yeah, ain't
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: nobody check but MEA ghost gonna snap Cracker pop, Rice
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: crispis with tap water on it. Yeah, that was I think. Okay,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: well I like it all right, go to at Carla.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: We could talk about it more. That is my reality update.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: That's all my mind could handle. What's powered this week.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: We'll be back in twenty after the hour. You're listening
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: to Steve Morning Show. All right, so here's another quickie
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: entertainment news story. Blue Ivy Carter. You know her parents
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: U J and B Right, Well, anyway, Blue Ivy Carter
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: is more than just Beyonce's daughter. She is a cultural icon.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: At least that's what Team Bays lawyers are arguing in
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: a legal battle over the trademark rights to Blue Ivy's name.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: A woman named Wendy Morales argues that she's a rightful
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: owner of the Blue Ivy trademark because she's been using
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: it for her event planning business for years. Winny Morales
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: thinks Beyonce's lawsuit is frivolous, considering it's unlikely anyone would
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: confuse a boutique event planning business with Beyonce's daughter. So
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: what do you guys think? So? Yeah, I mean they're
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: in the legal battle right now over the trademark rights
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: to Blue Ivy's name. Yeah, Beyonce's lawyers. Yeah, okay, okay,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: Well did the lady have to Blue Ivy? She better
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: be careful to be hive is real? I know the
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Beehi they coming in? They burned? Yeah, they different. Well
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: she's saying. This woman is saying that she's a rifle
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: owner of the Blue Ivy trademark because she's been using
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: it for her business for years. I mean that could
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: be true. It could be. That could be true, cano
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: but still change their name. All I'm saying is the
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: be haveve is r Yeah they are. Don't just understand that,
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: and and and and and be as a sweet girl,
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: she has nothing to do with it. You know, she
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: can't call them off. All right, Now we're gonna go.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: We'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: Show and some trending news at thirty three after the hour.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening show, all right, So Nicole
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Murphy stopped by the Wendy Williams Show. She wanted to
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: discuss the kiss that had everybody talking, the picture that
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: went viral and everything. Uh, you remember paparazzi snapped some
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: pictures of Nicole. She was kissing Layla Rashawns or Lela
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Rashawn's husband, Antoine Fuqua, while they were in Italy for
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: a film festival. This happened back in July. Uh. Nicole
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: confessed her regrets to Wendy. Take a listen to this.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Aprust me. I wish it didn't happen. Okay, Well, I
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: think it was a moment where I should have thought
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: more through the situation. Um, made better judgments, you know.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: So it's something that I apologize for. She worse. I accepted, Yeah,
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: I accepted him, okay with it. You know a lot
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: of people were, you know, upset. I'm not going to
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: be a accept Yeah. Yeah. She also admitted she didn't
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: come across remorseful, you know, or since here they were saying, well, well,
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: you know, she kind of you know, you know how
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: she looked kind of, she ain't gonna look remorseful. She's
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: a beautiful, beautiful woman. Of course, that goes without saying
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: you know, that's what stops remorse from a lot of people. Well.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: She also admitted that Antoine gave her a different impression
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: of marriage to Leila, and she also urged women to
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: do their research because this could happen to you, she says.
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: She then revealed that she did not put out the
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: statement following their makeout session, claiming that the two were
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: just family friends who exchanged the friendly hello hello, and
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: that was it. That was highlight that I want. But
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: you can say hi to me like I say Hi,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: what was that? Tommy? This is ignorant Thursday. But Tommy
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: said that I ain't that Damn me. Okay, she has
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: a difference between igness and stupidity. Get your dephew. No, see,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: I make ignorant statements. See here's my ignorant statement. I
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: ain't never saying hello like that to a family friend.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: Then then here's another ignorant statement. Accept to apology. So
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: now show us what stupid is? That was ignorant? Show
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: us what stupid? Yeah? Yeah, she can say had to
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: me like that. The difference we're gonna say if we're
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: gonna say hello. I mean the only thing I'm mad
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: about her is she to kiss me? It wouldn't be
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: a store. All the people been mad it all right? Wow? Yeah,
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: that was her response, and she said at least she
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: was a woman enough to come on and face everyone
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: and you know, tell her side, all right, tell when
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: we come back, we'll have our last break of the day,
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: check in, see how the day went, and of course
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: the one and only Steve Harvey will give us some
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: inspiring parting words with its closing remarks right after this
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: at forty nine after the hour. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: here we are her last break of the day. It's
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: been a good Thursday, and it's been an ignorant thursday.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Thank you very much. You made good on your promise. Yeah,
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: I told you what I was going to do. Thank you,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: Yes she did. It's been a good Thursday though. Good
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: to be back and all of that, and time for
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: you to get us on out of here with some
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: closing remarks, some inspiring words like you always do. Yeah,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: you know, I want to talk to you a little
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: bit about something. I've covered this subject before, but I
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: think it's important. Somebody sent something to me a matter
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: of fact, Well, Tommy, Tommy sent something to me. I'm
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: reluctant to say Tommy sent me something because he immediately
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: people go, who huh? But he did, Yeah, he sent
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: me something, and it made me think about something that
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: I've mentioned a few times on the radio, and I'm
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: going to expound on it. But here's what he sent me,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: and I want to talk to you about this. People
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: will throw dirt on your name and then getting mad
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: when flowers start to grow from it. Ain't that the truth.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: People will throw dirt on your name and then getting
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: mad when flowers start to grow from it. That's amazing, man.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: And in this world of social media where hate is
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: so prevalent, you know, so much hate out there, man,
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: it just seems to override though the good that could
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: be on social media. And it's a lot of good
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: on social media too, but people are so caught up
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: with drawing eyeballs and clicks that they sensationalize everything to
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: the point where they don't even care if it's the
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: truth or not. But here's what I want you to
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: understand about dirt. Everything in nature that comes up out
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: the ground comes out up the ground, but it is
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: first covered by earth. The dirt is necessary for a
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: seed to flourish. In order for a tree or a
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: bush or shrubbery, or a plant or flower or fruit
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: to become the things I just named, they have to
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: first be a seed. In order for the seed to grow,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: it has to be covered in dirt. If you take
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: a seed and you just throw it on the ground,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: on the concrete, and you come back a year later,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: if it don't fall down in that crack and get
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: some dirt on it when you come back, that seed
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: is gone, either the wind and blew it away, or
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: it got dried up and disintegrated something. But in order
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: for it to become a plant, a tree, a fruit,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: a vegetable, a shrubbery, a bush, it has to be
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: covered in dirt. So when you're getting the dirt put
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: on you, I want you to take heed to a
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: very import or lessen that the dirt that some people
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: are throwing on you, it's necessary that dirt is actually,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: unbeknownst to them, it's going to be your fertilizer. It's
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: going to provide you with nutrits. It's going to give
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: you the push through factor to grow and become the fruit,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: the flower, the plant, the shrubbery, the tree, the bush
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: that you were born to be. But in order for
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: it to happen, you have to have the dirt. See
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: I'm okay with the dirt. I get it all the time.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: You could go right now and read something about me
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: that probably is not true. But guess what. That's dirt,
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: But that dirt has strengthened me. That dirt that they
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: throwing on you, it provides you with nutriats. Every seed,
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: in order to grow, has to push through dirt to
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: become what they are. But while they're pushing through that dirt,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: they develop in something. See that seed don't just push
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: through the dirt. It develops roots. It starts a root system,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: and in that root system, it allows them to be
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: more firmly planted. So when the wind starts blowing, when
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: it sticks its heads up through the soil and the
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: wind starts blowing, it don't blow it along the ground
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: like a leaf or a piece of paper, because that
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: dirt has allowed itself to have roots, and those roots
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: become to stabilize you. But them same roots from the
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: dirt that they threw on you. It provides nutrients to
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: make you grow. Because if it don't kill you, it'll
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: make you stronger. Everything that doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: Every mishap in your life that you survive, you survived
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: it because you were strong enough to get through it.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: So when you keep waking up every day and you're
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: complaining about how your life ain't this, and how your
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: life ain't that it could be this, and that you're
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: just looking at it the wrong way, the fact that
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: you survived that bad day yesterday has proven that you
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: are stronger than you thought you were, that you are
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: actually stronger than you were the day before. And every
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: day you wake up, you get a little bit stronger
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: because your roots get to grow a little bit deeper
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: into the ground. You get a little more nutrius. So
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: when they're throwing dirt on you, understand something. What people
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: mean to bury you actually can nourish you. See what
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: man does for evil, God can turn all that around
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: for good. How many times has he done it for you?
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: How many times have you seen him do that as
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: an example of his power? See, God takes what was
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: meant for evil for you. If you're just trying to
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: be a good person, if you're just trying to be
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: an okay person, what God will do you give your
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: favor and grace and he'll take something that's meant for
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: you to do harm and turn it completely around. I
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: saw something about me on the internet the other day.
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: I was looking for something and I saw something, and
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: they were talking about how my life was going and
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: how it must be calmer for something I did. I
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: just looked at them. They don't even know me. They
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: don't even know what God has done for me. They
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: have no idea how God operates in my life. God
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: gives you grace and favor when everybody else is pointing
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: at you laughing. They have no idea what God's plan is. Okay,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: So when you get some dirt throat on you, remember,
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: like Tommy said, people would throw dirt on your name
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: and then get mad when flowers start to grow from it.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: Y'all have a great weekend. Man. I love y'all. Hey,
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: talk to God. He loved to hear from you today.
